A great place! We came a total of four times since they have a large menu with food ranging from breakfast to dinner. It was a close-by spot with delicious food and quick service. Overall, we tried the Turkish eggs, a smoothie bowl, and the build-a-bowl, which was our favorite because you can create what you like and it’s very filling. Everything was delicious, which is why we kept coming back!

Every time I come eat here I feel like I am with my family , I have been eating here every day on this almost one month vacation . Food is healthy fresh and delicious . I love their beets , chicken with cinnamon and potatoes , everything is good , cheese cake is best sweet here for me , owner is great , just ask if you have any wish she will make it come true . Staff is like family I got to know them so well I feel so comfortable here like I am At home . Try this place , organic eggs for breakfast with avocado great 👍 Thanks for existing , big hug for everyone here . Keep smiling and making people feel welcome here .

We dined here five or six times during our month-long stay in Ao Nang, and the food was consistently pleasant. The Eggs Benedict served on a croissant was easily my favorite combination. While the Turkish eggs lacked a bit of spice in the chili oil and the pork belly portions seemed to decrease slightly over time, the pork belly itself always tasted fantastic. Overall, the experience never disappointed, and I would happily keep coming back again and again

Absolutely loved my visit to Café 8.98 in Ao Nang! I had the ACAI Bowl, Americano, Chicken Fajita, and Tropical Paradise Tea everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is super friendly, and the quality is top-notch. Highly recommended a must-try spot for anyone in Ao Nang!

Must-Visit in Krabi! 8.89 Krabi is easily one of the best breakfast spots I’ve hit on this trip. The vibe is clean, relaxing, and welcoming the moment you walk in but the real star? The French toast. I don’t know what kind of magic they’re working in that kitchen, but their French toast is on a whole different level. Perfectly crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy inside, and topped with just the right amount of sweetness. It’s the kind of dish you take one bite of and immediately know you’re coming back tomorrow. Honestly… it might be the best French toast I’ve ever had anywhere. If you’re in Krabi and want something that hits the spot every single time, 8.89 Krabi is the move. Amazing food, great service, and that French toast that deserves its own fan club. Highly recommend!

First time in Thailand and visited this restaurant as a group of 10. We were all a little nervious about getting food poisoning during our visit to the country and so asked for reccomendations from staff members working at Gillhams Fishing lakes who recommended recommended this restaurant. All in all it was a good experience. All food was served hot and beautifully presented and tasted great - we were pleasantly surprised. I personally had ribeye steak and had it cooked well done (I usually have rare but again, wanted to minimalise any chances of food poisoning). Despite it being cooked well done it was still beautifully tender and fst wss rendered well. The peppercorn sauce was also one of the best ive had. If I come back to Ao Nang, I'd definitely visit this restaurant again.

The most unfriendly service I’ve experienced in Thailand – not a single smile and the waitress looked annoyed the entire time. The restaurant itself isn’t appealing. What might seem like a charming terrace is actually unbearably NOISY, with a loud water pump running constantly and traffic passing just meters away. No parking nearby. The meat was good but overall overpriced (same price in Europe) for the quantity and quality – side dishes were tiny and we left still hungry. Definitely wouldn’t return. There are far better steak restaurants within five minutes’ drive, offering bigger portions, better quality, a warm welcome and a much nicer setting.

So happy we found this place. You have a choice to sit inside or outside. Starters come with 2 small pieces of hot bread, sliced cheese & tomato and amazing tasting dips. We ordered ribeye & a tenderloin. Both cooked to perfection & served with individual salad plates and choice of side & sauce. Quality of steak very good and presentation immaculate. The owner clearly knows what he is doing. Service was efficient, well presented, but a couple of them could be a little more outgoing. All in all a fantastic meal ... thank you

We visited the restaurant after reading many positive reviews. The place is nicely decorated, with a pleasant atmosphere and light background music. We ordered the beef carpaccio as a starter, which was very tasty. The salads were fresh but nothing special. The mushroom soup was excellent. The steak was tender and flavorful, but the baked potato served with it was small and undercooked. The rice was quite plain. The round bread rolls were a bit dry, but when we mentioned it to the staff, they kindly replaced them with garlic bread, which was much better. We also had the “Efron Spritz” drink – it was refreshing and enjoyable. Overall, we had a good experience. Prices are on the expensive side. My son was happy with his meat dish, while I enjoyed parts of the meal but found some items less satisfying. As a nice gesture, we were served a complimentary Limoncello with the bill, which was delicious.

We had dinner and ordered the tomahawk. We had high expectations for the meat, but it had an unpleasant smell, and we couldn’t finish it. I wanted to complain, but my bf told me not to bother, so we decided to just write a review instead. The only good thing about this restaurant was the bread.

Good place to watch sunset. Hidden gem close to the center of Annan beach. They have shuttle service to pick us up from hotel. Food is very delicious. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The vibes and views at this restaurant during sunset were incredible! From beginning to end the service was top notch and very responsive. They even picked us up from our hotel in a free shuttle. We ate the soft shell crab, prawn cakes, BBQ river prawn, grilled seabass and coconut milk ice cream - delicious! Great spot for a romantic, elevated dining experience in Krabi.

Good view, decent food and professional staff. To start off, the ambiance and view is the big selling point for this venue. Tucked into the mountain with a view of the Krabi beach. The interior decor is well designed with a laid back atmosphere to fully take in the ocean breeze from yonder. Food comes out at a good pace without long pauses in between, which is a big plus. Flavor wise, its a quality that is worth visiting for. Price wise, some are decently priced and others not, my only complaint. Service wise the staff are professional and attentive. Cheque came out quick as well. All in all, a must come place with a visit to Krabi.

Ate here last night and it was AMAZING ! I had the pineapple fried rice and my friend had prawns with cashew nuts - both super delicious! The service was caring, warm and welcoming. Really nothing but incredible things to say about this place. Suprisingly it wasn’t crowded at all. We went there during sunset - I highly recommend. This would be the perfect place for a romactic date.

Amazing dinner at Lae Lay Grill! We got pick up at the hotel and they came very on time! The service is very friendly, and we are well looked after by the staffs. Every single dish is amazing and the cocktails are delicious!! 10/10 for food and service. We got there on time to see the sunset and it’t worth to come early for a good vibe!

Second visit❤️❤️ Stayed in Thailand for two weeks, and this was the best restaurant we found. The texture of the fried dishes was absolutely amazing. The owner and staff were also very kind and welcoming. Unlike most Thai restaurants that don’t usually offer chopsticks, this place did — which was super convenient. We have quite picky tastes, but everything we tried here was delicious.

We happened to be the last customers just before closing time, yet the staff welcomed us warmly with kindness and politeness. Despite the late hour, the service was fast and attentive. We ordered fried shrimp, chicken satay, pork boat noodles, chicken Pad Thai, Kua Gai, and Thai milk tea — every dish arrived quickly, full of flavor, and carried that truly authentic Thai taste. What impressed us even more was the value — the price for such delicious, quality food was surprisingly reasonable. We were so happy with this wonderful local dining experience. Highly recommended!

This boat noodle is absolutely amazing — the best I’ve ever tried! The flavor is rich and authentic, with perfectly balanced seasoning. It is not like other with very sweet seasoning flavor. On top of that, it’s very affordable, making it a great value for such delicious food. A must-try if you’re in the area!

Ordered the boat noodle & grilled pork. Boat noodle was subpar, broth was not so flavourful, a tad sweet for my liking. Beef ball also tasted like more flour than meat. Grilled pork was very dry that we did not finish it at all. Flavour was also off. Overall, food was just meh.

This place deserves 5 stars, we've been in Krabi for 1 week and honestly this is the best Thai food that I've tried here. The amount of food options are a little overwhelming but that means you can get whatever you're craving! I had the boat noodle soup with pork and the stuffed pad Thai and they were both so filling and delicious! Thai tea is also so smooth and refreshing, perfect for a hot day! They even give watermelon with your meal too. Honestly love it here, the sweetness of the staff is what keeps me coming back.

The cutest beach restaurant in Krabi! We came here for lunch and sat outside with the stunning sea view which was amazing. We ordered a spicy mango salad, morning glory stir fry, garlic & pepper pork and a prawn pad thai. All of the food came out very quickly, and the shrimps in the pad thai were probably the freshest ones I've got to taste so far in Thailand. The spicy mango salad was refreshing and spicy just at the right level - they can adjust the heat per request for some of the dishes, so make sure to ask if it's possible for the dishes you order. Although the menu is huge and offers a great variety, I'd recommend focusing on the thai dishes & seafood, as these are the ones that this place specializes at.

Great beach side location, wonderful thai food, we ate here a couple of times whilst we were in Krabi and food was always consistently good quality. Get there early to nab a beach side table in the evening especially to appreciate the the sunset.

Beautiful place near the beach. For the sunset you can make a reservation. Otherwise you might sit somewhere in a second or third line which is fine but first row gets best view. Service - not so good, waitresses not so friendly and most of them doesn’t speak english. Food is ok. We ate crab curry (very spicy) and river prawns (you get only 3 prawns, so you better take garlic bread and a fresh salad on side). All in all not bad:)

Visiting the Krabi Night Market was a really fun experience! The atmosphere was lively with music, local vibes, and lots of small stalls full of food and souvenirs. We enjoyed several different street food dishes together, and the total price was only 10.8€ – which clearly shows how much cheaper Thailand is compared to Belgium. The food was tasty, freshly prepared, and there was plenty of variety to choose from. Even though it rained quite a lot during the day, the market still had a cozy and vibrant feel. Definitely worth a visit if you want to experience authentic local food at very affordable prices!

A very clean night market as SE Asian night markets go with its own space rather than having to block off streets and deal with passing traffic. It obviously caters to tourists and there is food for all tastes including some very unusual vendors, like the folks serving crocodile meat burgers and kebabs. Food is relatively cheap and delicious and you could eat here every night to save money as there’s a lot of outdoor seating. There’s also a clothing and souvenir section that makes bargain hunting fun and you are expected to haggle. Parents can find amusements for kids, the area is surrounded by bars, there’s Thai kickboxing and live music too. Altogether, a fun place to spend time with the friendly vendors after a day of exploring the many islands.

A really nice market with live performances. At 9 PM there are amazing fire shows! The seating area is well organized they actually ask people who stand up to move if they block the view, which really impressed me. Great and varied food, shakes, cocktails, kids’ activities, small cars for rent, inflatables, and more all at reasonable prices.

It’s an interesting place to visit when in Ao Nang. You can buy there clothes, toys, souvenirs and food. Big selection in good prices. However, many sellers do not want to give any discount (what is common in the other (day) market in Ao Nang). For example good quality lady trousers for 200 baht. That’s a bargain. In Koh Phi Phi automatically the price is doubled. Live music (at least on Saturday night). The place itself is quite big.

Quite crowded night market that does not offer too much space to sit and eat unless you want to buy a beer. The Pad Thai that we tried was not the best ever but the mango sticky rice was very nice. Would not go every night as the prices are a bit high but recommendable to go once.

The tapas didn’t disappoint! Ordered several Tapas including the pork ribs, salmon and duck dumplings. Great fusion of Thai and western cuisines. The beef cheek with curry was interesting. Service was fast and friendly. Staff were very attentive. There’s live band at night and the atmosphere here is just excellent. Drinks are on the expensive side.

We had our NYE dinner here. Jenna herself was very nice at the booking, we got a nice table outside. The service was excellent and the live music ( one South African guy) great. But the food topped it all! Whatever we picked was great! Foie Gras, salmon Tatar, the Burger, snow fish with blue crab meat, beef marokkan style, pavlova, mousse au chocolate, ice cream semifredo- everything was delicious and beautifully presented! Great choice!

A lovely evening with great food, good wine, and excellent live music. The prices definitely reflect the quality of the food, which is fantastic. Being near the beach we had fish-- salmon and barramundi. We thoroughly enjoyed the dishes and thought the Sauvignon Blanc was one of the best we've had. The staff were attentive without hovering and were well informed on the menu. Definitely recommend going for a special meal.

We were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. In a sea of overpriced and underwhelming places to eat in AoNang, we thought this would be the same. Yes it is expensive, although I believe it is priced correctly for the standard of food and brilliant service provided. We ordered the spinach and ricotta ravioli to share and as mains, I ordered the lamb shank and my partner the green curry. The lamb dish was a big portion and was one of the best I've had and the green curry was by far the best we've had in Thailand. The frozen mango cocktail was a hit with my partner as well. Oh and the airconditioned inside portion of the restaurant was a huge plus for me as well. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the mood for Western or Thai dishes in a fine dining setting.

Seriously, what a delightful and extremely flavorful and filling dinner. This is our second time and they never disappoint, if anything it was 10x better than I remember. Fast and fantastic service. Huge dishes absolutely worth the price. Ambience with nightly music. Lamb shank and sea bass with prawns were to.die.for. Only overshadowed by the best superfood salad that we got as an appetizer. The One downside I can recall is I didn’t have room for dessert!

A cute authentic Indian restaurants. Although there are many similar Indian restaurants in the area, this is the one I found with the best score & reviews on Google Maps, and it definitely didn't disappoint. We came for dinner and ordered several dishes for a sharing meal. From the salad section we ordered a simple vegetable salad that was fresh and accompanied the heavy Indian stews perfectly. We also ordered a vegetable samosas that were tasty, and although it's basically a deep fried dish, they didn't feel too greasy which was great. For mains we ordered our favorite Indian dish - chicken tikka masala that was full of flavor and delicious just as we expected. We ordered another chicken based dish that was similar to the masala, and this one was also very delicious and full of flavor. If you're looking for an authentic Indian experience in Krabi, this is a great option.

We were really tried eating thai food in krabi and found this Indian hotel. It was worth it. We tried chicken Tikka biryani, chicken Tikka, prawns tandoori Tikka. If you visit places like Dubai, London, Bangkok, or Singapore, you’ll find some amazing Indian food. Tandoori Nights is one of the best Indian restaurants in Krabi, Thailand. This place offers the real flavors of Punjabi North Indian cuisine no overly creamy curries, just proper, authentic ingredients that make it feel more like home-style cooking than typical restaurant food. The food is always fresh, and the staff are friendly and attentive. No matter how busy it gets, you’ll receive your food on time. So glad we found this place - everything was excellent. The staff are amazing and are very helpful with allergens (gluten and dairy). The tawa chicken curry is the best curry I’ve ever had! Also highly recommend the onion bhajis. Definitely a must try!

Authentic Indian or Pakistani food. Our dishes were few but mouth watering packed with flavor and honestly the best food we’ve had here in Krabi— we ordered Tawa Chicken and Kadahi mutton with chapati, it was so tasty. We topped it off with Mango & salted Lassi which were delicious and refreshing. Service was great. The guys made sure our meal was perfect. Honestly I Highly recommended this place and it’s definitely a five ⭐️ hands down.

The food here was delicious! Me and my boyfriend share the cheesy garlic bread and tempura shrimp for starter which was delicious! And we both got the sirloin steak for our main which was cooked to perfection! I got the lava cake for dessert which was the best way to finish off the meal! The staff were very friendly and we sat at the front of the restaurant so lots to see! I would definitely recommend eating here!!

We had an amazing dinner! Everything since we first stepped in was taken care of with highly professional and warm attitude. While asian cuisine is nice you cant beat a good steak! Very refreshing experience after eating stir fried varieties for a week :) Place is clean, without any smells lingering from the kitchen or toilet and definitely higher standard in the area while keeping the price reasonable for what it is. Of course this ia a tourist spot and therefore targets this sector so likely not full of locals if you are after that. Id say if you are a tourist in the area and want to take a break from chicken and rice you must go here. They also have wide range of wines and beers from europe which we could not try because on diet :× At the toilet it seems all establishments in asia are using very smelly chlorine based solution or tablet that outright smells like darkness. It would be better to use nice(er) aroma here, but that is relatively small detail.

Incredible place to eat out while in krabi, we drove on a motorcycle for 30 minutes but was worth it! The place is very good , they are very aware of allergies and well prepared! The can make almost any dish gluten free so this was our second visit. Garlic bread with cheese they made a split dish so we both can enjoy. The cesar salad made gluten free incredible Pasta was perfectly cooked and high quality We even took some bread with us and some cookies they make all in house. The staff is so nice and do understand English very well. They have chocolate lava cake also gluten free made in house INCREDIBLE!! Must visit this place but one visit is not enough to enjoy every bit of this amazing place *They even wash the veggies with mineral water

German restaurant serving all the classics and some Thai dishes. Nice atmosphere and huge beer selection. It’s located in the main road, just a few walking minutes from the beach. We had a chicken breast with fries. My girlfriend didn’t like it so much. A bit too dry for her. But I really enjoyed it. Very German. Haha. And the fries were crunchy. Very nice service and nice patio.

Felt like a Steak as I was eating Thai food everyday so I popped in here. Got a Ribeye with Fries and a Salad Buffet. Food was amazing, loads of choice in the Fresh Salad Bar and stayed for a coffee. Was early so it wasn't too busy hence the 4 Star for Atmosphere. Would definitely recommend the Steaks, they have a great selection too 🤗

We landed this evening and were looking for a good, quiet restaurant. What a delight it was to find this place – it offers excellent service with warmth and professionalism. The place is beautiful, clean, and has jazz music playing softly in the background. The portions are huge and delicious – consider yourselves warned! I had an outstanding Italian fish soup. I really tried to finish it, but the portion was just too big. My son had Pad See Ew with plenty of chicken pieces – his dish was also large and very tasty. The salads were fresh and carefully prepared. The prices are fair. Don’t miss out – with the check, we received a treasure chest filled with chocolates to sweeten the rest of our evening

It quite difficult to find good and delicious in Aow Nang and I finally found one more. The foods was good Portion matched with price and staff was very friendly. We will come back Absolutely recommend!

We decided to try this place as it’s always busy when we walk past – what a mistake. For a restaurant with such a lovely setting and higher prices, you’d expect the food to be of a good standard, but it was very disappointing. I ordered the lasagna and it was completely dry, with barely a spoonful of beef in the whole dish – basically just pasta and cheese I left half of my dish as it was so dry and unpleasant. The carbonara wasn’t much better, far too salty and really unpleasant. Very underwhelmed with the whole experience and sadly wouldn’t recommend.

Update: third time! Good antipasto misto, as usual!!! Second time at this restaurant. Good food and excellent service. As an Italian I suggest sharing the 'antipasto misto', a mix of cold cut, cheese and good bread. Enjoy!

really great experience in general. had lovely cocktails and some great appetisers, pizza was lovely and so was thai food. lobster pasta wasn’t really worth the money but was presented beautifully. only real issue was that my friend ordered a vanilla milkshake which had a wafer in and she then had an allergic reaction as the wafer had cashew in, not something you would normally expect and the waitstaff weren’t aware of it until they checked the packaging so be aware.

Overall, The Longtail Boat is a pleasant experience, but not one I'm likely to return to. The service is very friendly and efficient. The design of the restaurant is quite nice. The menu is decent with a big enough selection to satisfy everyone. The food was ok overall. Definitely not bad, just not particularly special. The carbonara is made in the traditional way, but the guanciale wasn't cooked properly so lacks a bit of flavour. Not disappointed in the experience we had, but not impressed enough to want to try. So while I wouldn't outright recommend it, I wouldn't recommend against it either.

Staffs are very friendly and attentive, foods are great. The restaurant is nicely decorated and has a nice & relaxed ambiance unlike other restaurants around. We had deep fried fish with fish sauce (or soy sauce, can’t really remember the actual name) and it was delicious!! Fish was super fresh and cooked well, love the spicy sour chili sauce. The noodles & masaman curry are good too.

We have just eaten here twice in a day. For a group of 7, I am sure that says something! Food was all excellent, nothing to fault on any meal/dish/food item we ordered. Also, the cocktails were wonderful. The service is at times fairly slow, but that is due to the volume of people in there.

Pretty close to Authentic Thai food, had a few dishes it was delicious. I would go again when I come to visit. Staff super friendly and helpful. This is not a must try if you are on short time. But if you got the time it's a nice place

This was highly rated on Trip Advisor, so we went to check it out. The Thai milk tea was just okay; the green curry was pretty good; but the pad thai was so greasy, it was hard to eat. There was a pool of grease at the bottom of the bowl... would not recommend. The staff was pleasant, but the food was priced a bit higher, so it should have been a bit better quality. Buyer be ware.

Amazing food!! We tried the Bussaba appetisers ta re which is a mix of appetizers, very yamm. Then mains were the Massaman curry chicken and i replaced the roti with vegetable rice. Amazing, not spicy, delicious! My husband tried the chicken green curry, it was too spicy but still awesome. And we finished it with deep fried ice cream which was out of this world and mango waffles with ice cream, again spot on. That mango i dont know how they get it just right but it always tastes perfect. We will come again to try more of their menu. All these plus water and cocktails costed 1227 baht which was decent enough. For the food quality you get its more than worth it!

This is a nice restaurant, a little bit far from the center but with good food and nice ambiance. You can clearly see that the owner has traveled abroad or at least he made some research about how a restaurant should look. Tablecloth, napkins, clean cutlery and friendly staff. Food was good and savory a mix of Thai and European food.

At first, I was skeptical to see too many options on the menu (mixed with Western style of food). However their Thai food was amazing! I did pay for the food and service. Staffs are attentive and caring. The quality of the food here is something you'll get in 5 star hotels in big cities. We ordered vege spring rolls, massaman Curry, and fried flat noodles with beef. All were so tasty, especially the massaman curry, wow, it was a highlight of our dinner.

One of my favourite restaurant in Krabi. Food is very tasty, fresh. But might need to wait for a bit if order steamed seafood. Recommend steamed fresh crab meat, price is a bit high but they served with good quality (1 kg cost 950 THB). Very fresh, sweet taste and yummy! Another must try is fried sator with shrimp. Staff is attentive and polite. Parking can be found in front of restaurant.

Tourist trap!!! I've been eating pizza 🍕 all over the world for 30 years. This place had one of the worst I've ever eaten 😕, expensive because of its prime location. Stay away... there are much better pizzas even in aonang! I read the owner's answer... look at the pictures I took in your place! I was there, and the pizza was really not great !!! 😕

We were just strolling around when we saw this huge crowd outside a café. And since we were on the lookout for a good pizza spot, we thought — okay, if this many people are eating here, it must be good, right? Wrong. The moment that pizza hit the table, we already had a bad feeling. And the second we took a bite — heartbreak. Straight-up disappointment. Honestly, calling it bad would be an understatement. Burnt, dry, tasteless, zero cheese — it was basically hard bread trying to cosplay as pizza. Nope. Never again. Save your hunger and your money. This place is a big no.

I had the eggplant (parmigiana) and my friend a pasta, it was good, but expensive. We had the gluten free Tiramisu, probably would have liked it a little bit sweeter- but that’s just personal preference. Overall, a pleasant experience.

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! We’ve been coming here for cocktails for a couple of days, they give it in a bamboo cup what you can also take away or bring back for refills and the drinks are delicious! We tried the food today, absolutely fantastic authentic Italian food. It was perfectly seasoned and very tasty, big portions. They should be busier than they were the days we were here, one of the nicest food we had in our two week stay in the area. Thank you 🙏🏼

After reading the google reviews of this place I was ready for some bussin food. I’m going to deep this right now bc I want to give an honest review. Let’s start with the cheesy garlic bread. Cheese pull slayed. Moving onto the pasta. I lost my vodka pasta virginity and am glad I did it here. Penne was perfect aldente and sauce was yummy. Fungi pizza on the other hand was a bit too doughy for my liking and had like two mushrooms. But don’t worry. Alas, I have alerted the local police to the mushroom shortage in Krabi. My friend got the ravioli (I think) and she said it was a partial slay. Overall, I would recommend to go here which is why I gave 4 stars. However I will leave this quote in my closing. “I was rooting for you. We were all rooting for you.” Let that marinate… Also I have attached pics for reference

I read a lot of bad reviews on TripAdvisor and I was wondering why ?! I’m an Italian food lover and as I travel a lot around Asia I try to find the best Italian food. And this is absolutely the best one! The owner is from Italy and runs this small restaurant with his wife, there were helpfully and polite with us. They also have gluten-free pasta (I ordered the pasta al ragù) and my boyfriend ordered a pizza Margherita! And for dessert, I had the gluten-free tiramisu! Everything was so delicious 😋 Absolutely recommended!

A lovely restaurant, serving one of the best English breakfasts I've ever come across in SE Asia, or beyond! Everything about it was right, with British-style bacon and sausages, brown sauce on the table, fried eggs done perfectly, beans, mushrooms hash browns, etc. etc. Nice background music in here, and genuinely friendly and attentive staff. For less than B300, a true bargain for the fabulous quality here. Their menu is wide-ranging, with a big selection of Thai and western dishes. This was not my first visit to this restaurant. I had visited once before and was very impressed with the meal that I had so I returned and I decided to take some friends who tried several dishes including barbecue ribs, which were slow cooked over 2 hours and its end result was tenderness and flavor. The second dish was a club sandwich was absolutely amazing with perfectly cooked French fries. The sandwich was absolutely amazing with lean bacon. The third dish was a Bolognese with garlic bread. And the 4th dish was a Caesar salad with a poached egg. All meals were absolutely amazing and so well presented. It is nice to go to a restaurant where everything is so well presented, clean and with pleasant service. It's also good to go to somewhere where you are served by the owner who is super attentive and super nice. But most of all when the food is this good it only makes you want to try everything on the menu and I will be back many times taking people with me and advocating the success of A-One Restaurant. To the owner, chief and staff...WELL DONE 👏👏👍👍 this restaurant is unique in Ao Nang and it's food quality presentation and flavor is way above the norm

I had 2 breakfasts at 'A-One Restaurant' and they were very good. The owner is very friendly - and hardworking on the days that I went. Interior decor is very attractive, and there is outside and inside dining. She appears to have many regularly returning customers, which says a lot. Well worth a visit. Out of Ao Nang; check its position on Google Maps.

Awesome food selection. We had smoked baby back ribs, chicken quesodilla, prawns in tamarind sauce, fried rice in shrimp paste. Really delicious! A tastey diverse menu- i could try everything on it! I've been there twice. Good food. The ice cream served in a coconut shell is incredible! The papaya salad is good and the deep fried prawns are very good 👍The Prawns Themidor is absolutely amazing!

Everything was very good. Cappuccino was one of the best I’ve had in awhile. Coconut shake was also delightful and sweet. My partner got the duck curry and said it was perfect. I got the sea bass with mashed potatoes and veggies and it was soooooo good and filling. Veggies cooked perfectly and mash was amazing. I will definitely come back and try more as they have a huge menu. We also liked the shrimp cakes and it was ALOT of food especially for the price.

We super enjoyed every single meal we had here! Since it’s very good prices for very tasty food, we found ourselves coming back over and over again. Many options for all Thai food and all of the meals have a vegetarian option. The host is generous and very kind! We highly recommend!!

We had our dinner at this place. We had spring rolls, sweet and sour beef, chicken curry and the seafood tom yum noodle(forgot to take a photo of it). Everything was delicious. I personally loved the tom yum noodle soup. As a dessert we had the samosa banana(forgot to take a photo again). The lady owner is friendly, nice and always smile. The food is not greasy like the others, it tasted really authentic thai and plus it's really cheap compare to the eateries near the ao nang beach. It's worth the walk after all and I highly recommended this place.

Delicious chicken pad thai for 60bn! The portion was big too! My friend's meal was great too! The lady was super nice as well! We will be back! Highly recommend! I've tried several places so far in Ao Nang, but have to say that the Amp's chicken Fried rice was the best one. My girlfriend got a Pad thai with shrimp which was also good, not exceptional, but we will likely give another try. Edit: been there already 3 times, tried several dishes and never been disappointed. Best one so far is the fried rice crispy pork - second place to the fried noodles (suggest you add the fried egg on top) Great place overall to enjoy some traditional thai food

Came here for lunch and would give it more stars if I could. Fresh sourdough and pasta all made in house, I had the Tuscan chicken pasta and my girlfriend had the bolognese and they were both very tasty, we shared a grilled cheese too which was 10/10. Service is great and it’s just off the beach. Definately go here if you’re in the area and want a change from Thai food!

Delightful little restaurant tucked away from the crowds on the main strip. Very clean place with friendly and welcoming staff. A someone with the number of dietary restrictions, I loved that all of the items on the menu were labeled with potential allergens and available substitutes. My husband and I ordered a grilled cheese, roasted eggplant, and a squash salad along with two drinks, and chocolate mousse for dessert– everything was delicious! Highly recommend this place.

Such a great little spot! Bright Side Bistro is a small café right off the street in Ao Nang Beach. The pasta is amazing — you can tell it’s homemade and super fresh. The chicken was juicy and so good. If you see this review, just go! The food takes a bit longer because it’s all made fresh, but it’s totally worth the wait. It’s not super cheap for Thailand, but the quality makes it worth every baht. I’m from New York and honestly this pasta beats a lot of what I’ve had back home. Also my girlfriend is gluten-free and their gluten-free pasta was just as good! Highly recommend this place.

Night market in Krabi is an excellent place to spend your time in the evenings. Has all kinds of food stalls. With very good menu options for all. You can shop eat and listen to live music and get your children to play.

Apart from the eateries, there are fun play sections for the kids. Bouncy castle, etc right in the center of the Night Market. Plenty of Shopping options, but we've seen better prices and variety in markets in Bangkok. Frankly only exciting things were hand carved and hand made items. Didn't get a chance to click more photos, but you'll get the gist. Oh! Before I forget there’s also a Muai Thai Boxing Arena in the night market, they charge about 1200baht for entry.

⚠️ NON HALAL I visited Kodam Kitchen in Ao Nang after seeing several recommendations online. The restaurant is about a 10-minute walk from my hotel, Blue Tara, making it quite accessible by foot. The menu offers a good variety of Thai dishes, and the restaurant itself is spacious, though the tables are placed quite close to each other. Communication can be a bit challenging as most of the staff speak limited English, so using Google Translate might be helpful when ordering. We tried the green curry, fried pork omelette, and fried squid rings. The green curry, unfortunately, didn’t meet expectations—it lacked the rich, authentic Thai flavor and was a bit diluted. However, the fried pork omelette and squid rings were tasty and well-prepared. Overall, I would consider Kodam Kitchen an average dining experience. The food is decent but not among the top restaurants I’ve tried in Ao Nang, and the prices are on the higher side for what’s offered. It’s suitable for a one-time visit, but if you’re in Ao Nang for a short trip, there are plenty of other great local restaurants worth exploring near the beach area.

Service is top notch as well, our Tom yum soup came too late before we got to cancel, but the waiter insisted we take it and gave to us for free, as a way to apologise. Best Thai food I’ve had. I got Tom Yum (21) and asked for it spicy. I sent it back to get it more ‘Tha’i spicy and they are legit. Best soup I’ve ever had. I also loved the chicken cashew dish here (38). I also have a severe egg allergy and they were very accommodating and I had no issues. 10/10 would recommend if you’re here in Ao Nang, Krabi

I had read that Reeve was a must go to because of the food and fire dancer show. I put it on my list to do because I wanted to see "real" fire dancers. Reeve did not disappoint. Absolutely an amazing experience, and I'd say one of the best experiences I have had in Thailand. For me this was a 10 out of 10!! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was chill, the background music was perfect and service was great. I had an Australian ribeye, with a dipping gravy and fries that was cooked to perfection. My significant other had a tuna salad (I forget the actual name), and we both got deserts. The fire dancers were INCREDIBLE!! I could go every night to watch this!! So much fun!! In previous reviews it said fire show started at 7pm, we had a storm that came through and ours started at 7:30pm.

I was looking for a place to take my friend for her birthday. Reviews for this place were amazing so I made reservations. The staff was amazing from start to finish. Poi was our main server and she was just on top of everything. She was at our table before we could ask for her every time. Always smiling and being pleasant. Hana also helped our table and she too was so charming. If you're ever in Krabi, I suggest you stop by even if it's just for a cocktail.

Came to Thailand for Thai cuisine - however we fancied some western food after a long time away. We had the Thai green curry, Beef Massamam and also the Lamb shank pasta- all absolutely incredible in terms of flavour. Service from Sod and Poi fantastic and really enjoyed the scenery (facing ocean table) and Vibey Afro house music in the place. Would highly recommend (food too delicious we ate before taking pics) ☺️

Poi and Hana were out servers today. They were amazing. I did my birthday dinner here and they were very attentive. Even came to sing me happy birthday. The food was amazing. Freshest seafood you’ll have. We made reservations to catch the sunset and let me tell you the view is just gorgeous. Just after 6pm, the saxophone player comes to set a great ambiance.

Good ocean vibes! We ordered an oat iced latte and a lychee coconut smoothie! The drinks are pretty, strong coffee flavour and the smoothie with a full favour of lychee and coconut! Acai bowl is not as good as we expected, it’s more like a smoothie than a solid acai bowl!

It is an excellent restaurant when needing a beak from Thai food. Is great fun for the kids and there is even a free toy for the little ones. Service is good and friendly. The cocktails are very good too, especially during happy hour. There’s dancing too.

Nice Mexican foods in Krabi. The BBQ pork ribs were incredibly tender, to the point where you hardly need to chew. The sauce served alongside was equally delightful, so tasty that I could happily enjoy it on its own. The fish tacos were super crispy andfilled with fresh, flavorful fish inside. I like it. What stood out most for me, was the atmosphere. The live singer had such a beautiful voice, and the music (especially 90s songs) matched the vibe of the restaurant perfectly. The staff were cheerful and clearly enjoyed themselves, singing along to every song. Their energy was so much fun, a little crazy like the restaurant name, and super nice to every guest. They even organized entertaining activities that made the evening even more enjoyable. All in all, this place has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants in Ao Nang. A must-visit if you want great food and great vibes.

It truly takes the dining experience to the next level. I’m already looking forward to coming back the next time I’m in Krabi. I had an amazing experience at this Mexican restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavors, and beautifully presented. Every bite felt like a trip to Mexico. Food is great and offers good value for money. We ordered Indian curry crab, tom yum soup, an omelette, and fried pineapple rice. However, later that night, my friend and I experienced mild food poisoning :( I suspect the Indian curry crab was spoiled. I ended up vomiting all the curry and had a mild fever 🤢

The best Thai food we had in Thailand! It was so good we went back two nights after our first time trying it. The Pad Thai, Cashew Chicken and Mango Sticky Rice are phenomenal. We also tried lots of new things we had never tried before based on the lovely staff recommendations and were not disappointed! It is a lovely family run business and I could not recommend it more ☺️

Hidden Gem This restaurant, tucked away in a quiet alley, is one of the best I’ve visited in Thailand. It offers authentic Thai flavors, good quality, and fair prices. The Tom Yum Goong was absolutely delicious — 10/10. The fried rice with shrimp was excellent — 10/10. The egg and vegetable toast was super tasty — 10/10. The papaya salad was refreshing and flavorful — 10/10. The crispy fried chicken wings were amazing — 10/10. On the downside, the Massaman curry with beef and potatoes wasn’t very good — 4/10. The deep-fried shrimp had too much batter and felt heavy — 5/10. Overall, it’s a great restaurant that I highly recommend. The dishes are available in three sizes: small, medium, and large. A small size is perfect for one person, and you can enjoy a full meal with good quality at a reasonable price. They also offer a nice selection of Thai beers. Definitely visit this place — I call it a real “Hidden Gem”!

Kind staff, quick service and incredible food - could not recommend this place more! Tucked around the corner from the busier street, we were so stoked with our meal here that we came back the night afterwards as well. The waitress helped us with recommendations we wouldn’t normally choose (like Lotus stems and Kao Soi Chicken), and they were all amazing. Best Thai food we’ve had after 2 weeks in Thailand!

Honestly, this is my favorite restaurant in Krabi. It’s not surprising at all why so many people love it. The place feels so natural and cozy, with a peaceful atmosphere and no loud noise. Every dish we ordered was truly delicious, nothing disappointed us. The prices are fair too, not expensive for the quality you get. The owners are such a lovely family, always caring and attentive. The staff are all friendly and cheerful, and the service is great. The chef really knows what she’s doing. Everything tastes homemade and full of flavor. I always come back here every time I’m in Krabi.

This is one of our new fave places to eat in Khao Lak. Every dish was perfect, drinks were great too. Service was impeccable. Atmosphere super chill, love the personal touch of customers on the wall. Family owned and run. Very friendly staff. Would recommend 💯 will be back for sure! Didn’t take a photo of the food cause it was gon as soon as it hit the table but as you can see we ate everything!

Excellent restaurant with smiling service, I had yellow curry and red curry, both dishes were delicious and of course mango sticky rice as dessert could not be missed. fantastic flavors, I recommend! the restaurant is easy to find, there is a line of people waiting for a table in front of the entrance. I had an amazing experience at Jungle Kitchen. Clearly not a tourists attraction, but very authentic and good cuisine. The atmosphere is not chaotic and absolutely welcoming. I enjoyed my yellow curry with seafood. It was too spicy for me, so the stuff immediately fixed it so I could be comfortable eating it. I would definitely go back!

Nice Italian restaurant in Krabi. We just had pizza but it was very good, nice crust and cooked perfectly. The location itself is nicely decorated with a nice ambiance. Staff is friendly too. Definitely recommend if you are missing “back home pizza”!

This restaurant was absolutely massive and bursting with energy! Known for their incredible Thai hospitality, they serve up authentic Italian cuisine that’s truly a Stella of a combo. I was completely captivated by the lively ambiance, attentive service, and delicious dishes. The Carpaccio and Burrata Cheese were nothing short of spectacular! And the pizza crispy crust with perfect toppings transported me straight to Italy! An unforgettable dining experience!

Great wine cellar where you may choose your own bottle, with suggestions from the MD, starting from THB 1'100 and +++. Waiters are helpful and at your service. We were surprised to find an Italian chef in Krabi Thailand, since we had only Thai food till this restaurant we decided to give it a try, food was mostly good, the gluten free pasta was a disaster, small portion and no flavor, the gnocchi with truffle was wonderful and the pizza as well, to conclude nice change but I would stick to local cousin in Thailand 🇹🇭 For the same price we have spent here i would have enjoyed 2 to 3 Thai dinners

We returned to this place after 1.5 years as it was close to our hotel and in the rain we wanted something good and nearby. The food was good and we managed to find some gluten free option for our friend. Papaya salad asked with no spicy and it was not spicy. That is not always the case. The massaman curry chicken was good too! 2 starters 3 mains 2 desserts (mango and sticky rice) with juices cost 1000 baht.

Had the pineapple rice, massaman chicken curry (too sweet in my opinion) and chinese kale with toufu. The food was average and didnt have an authentic thai taste. Have also tasted better mango sticky rice despite other rave reviews about it. Service staff were neither welcoming nor courteous. Much prefer the food and service at nearby Ao Nang boat noodles shop. Wont be back to Massaman and definitely would not recommend.

Had lunch here and ordered the Thai omelette (khai Jiao), deep fried fish, pineapple fried rice and raw prawns. Thai omelette is as good as ever and the raw prawns are really fresh and goes well with the garnishing. The fish though wasn't done as well as other places I have tried in the area. I wouldn't say the food is spectacular but no real complaints.

Really tasty and affordable food. The people are really nice and they serve big portions. I also asked if there was a tofu option and they made it. Really friendly and loved the food! I had a green curry with veggies and tofu and paid 110 bath. Prices are mostly between 70 and 200 bath.

A good and affordable place to have lunch when the sun is burning down and you're looking for a shady place. Good mix of local dishes and western food. Friendly staff as most everywhere in Thailand.

The raw prawns were super delicious, and so was the thai egg. The other dishes were good too. But the prawns were really the best.

Really great Mexican food and fantastic atmosphere. The staff were very polite and helpful. They have a great kids menu too. On the evening we went there was live music played at a reasonable sound level so you could still have a conversation with people at the table. If you fancy something different to eat this is the place to go. Amazing!

Let's get the bad stuff out of the way first. My personal experience in Krabi on cocktails hasn't been great and this place was no different. Infact it was the worst I had so far. But that said, food was great and they get an extra star just for the brilliant live musicians they sign up with. Ambience and service is good too.

Nice place and location, but food is rather bland Aning is one of the fanciest restaurants in Ao Nang, with real napkins, nice cutlery and very attentive service. They even have live music at night and a very diverse menu of European, Thai, Mexican and pizza. It's a really good place for a glass of wine and to do some people watching, unfortunately the quality of the food does in no way justify the huge price tag. We were lucky enough to visit during the low season when they give discounts on food and offer some drink specials. But even with the discounts the prices are still higher than in most other places around, which i wouldn't mind if the food was any good. Unfortunately the Thai appetizer platter consisted mainly of soggy and oily fried bits and pieces. The prawns were small, the spring rolls bland. The seafood pizza came from the wood-fired oven with thin crust, but again, the toppings were bland. Not that the food was bad, it was just really average and boring, and certainly not worth the premium regular prices they charge here which is a shame because it's an otherwise really nice, inviting restaurant with the best service i experienced in Ao Nang

5/5 WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! We came here at night to have dinner after reading their reviews on Google. We wanted to splurge abit more (we're budget travellers) as it was our last day in Krabi. 4 of us ordered pizza, pasta, quesadilla and wings to share. I have to strongly recommend you to try the Green Curry pizza if you really like green curry. Do not let the name of it put you off. It is really delicious with the flavour of the coconut milk and slight spiciness. It's my favourite dish there. Carbonara was not bad, very creamy and delicious. Quesadilla was okay too. The wings came drenched in a sauce, and I felt that it was too saucy for me, coupled with the dip. We had drinks and I like the pina colada. They can also make a mockail (no alcohol version) which tastes equally great! And also applause to the singers there that day! They were amazing and lightened up the atmosphere :) We had such an amazing night there that we'll never forget!

Very bad service, the manager very rude. The dish is very expensive and the smallest dish I ever seen. I took out the salad and the waiters told me that the the wrap is big and enough for one person also without salad. Very bad experience and when I’ve asked to change the dish the manager came to me and started to talk that is normal size and it because the salad although I’ve asked them before. I would not come to here again that is sure. We ordered also hot wings that I think it was rotten, very bad smell and taste. Hoped I’ll helped you and save your evening:)

The place is clean, welcoming and the food is good. The prices are comparable to those of Bangkok but still cheaper than what you pay in hotels. They offer thai and european cuisine. At the time we were there only draught local beer was proposed as beer. Wine and alcohol is also available at reasonable prices. There is a kid's menu. Service is good. We enjoyed the pizzas and pasta. The restaurant is on Ao Nang main street and is open on two sides meaning its not quiet but still ok to have a conversation. For the moment they offer a promotion (- 20 % on food and drinks).

The Beach - what a beautiful location to while away the hours. The staff, the ambiance, the view all amazing. The mimosa stack was a great addition to our breakfast. Blueberry pancakes, granola bowl and house baked beans. Best we've had in 2 weeks of travelling.

The food here is incredible! Me and my boyfriend came here after recommendations from friends and we both got steak on the hot stone each and shared the cheese fondue, and the food definitely lived up to the hype!! We also sat at the front of the restaurant so we got a view of the beach! Very friendly staff too, I would definitely recommend eating here!

The food was good and the portions where okay for the price you pay. You pay for the experience as well as for the food you get. The starters where really good and massive portions! The Tempura Shrimps where massive! Also the maincourse Tom Kha Gai and Pineapple fried is a really good dish!

Long waiting time and more disappointed when the food came. Salad didn't feel cold and fresh. Rosti potatoes wasn't pan fried- it was boiled and some parts still tasted slightly raw. Chicken was overcooked and pasta didn't make the mark. Had to spam alot of tobasco sauce to make up for the flavours. Didn't finish my food completely. Came because of the good reviews but let's be honest - the food taste sure didn't contribute to the ratings. It's family friendly with staff promptly clearing plates and food servings are huge. But that's about it.

Trying out this restaurant since it is near our hotel. Order tomyum seafood, broccoli shrimp, fried snapper with brown sauce and orange juice. Tomyum was very spicy. Can see lots of bird chillies inside and come with seafood like prawn, squid and fish. Soup also have a hint of sour but mostly spicy part cover it. Seafood are fresh. Broccoli shrimp are ok. Taste like Chinese style cooking. Fried fish is nice. Sour with a hint of spice. The sour taste coke from tamarind which for me is quite a good pairing with the fried fish. Orange juice are typical to Thai orange which more like mandarin orange type. Overall food are ok. Price are reasonable given that it located beside the beach. Good time to come around 6pm where you can see the perfect view of sunset. Recommended if you are around and not sure what to have.

Absolutely delicious food with extremely large portions. I would recommend ordering a few plates to share amongst the table. We loved everything we ordered, & this is a restaurant that we will definitely be visiting again. It’s lovely to be able to sit right at the large open window looking over the sea.

It’s a huge and popular seafood restaurant next to the water. No AC but they provide fans. Very fresh seafood and pretty reasonable prices. Great views at sunset. Service is a bit bit and miss during the busy times. They forgot my Yuzu Italian soda a couple of times. They cook the seafood several ways and provide the usual Thai sauces.

On a Saturday afternoon, it was surprisingly quiet, which made for an unhurried experience. The meal included BBQ grilled prawns for 400 THB, a steamed fish with lemon for another 480 THB, and garlic pepper deep-fried squid priced at 300 THB. The seafood was fresh and flavorful, with the grilled prawns standing out for their succulent taste. The steamed fish had a refreshing, citrusy kick, while the squid had a satisfying crunch and garlicky aroma. The white rice was a little cold and hard though, perhaps it was due to off-peak hours but being a core staple - that truly detracted from the meal. While the food was decent, the stunning view elevated the experience, making it worth the slightly higher prices. Service was friendly, though the staff seemed a bit inexperienced during the off-peak hours, which is understandable for a place like this. They were kind and attentive, which added a nice touch to the meal.

Lovely vegetarian restaurant with quick service and friendly staff. Can choose to sit inside at a table or on the floor (cushioned) or there's a few tables on the balcony - this is where we sat and on reflection I would sit inside as there is a weed shop below which doesn't offer the best smells whilst eating. Govinda's is one of the very few pure Vegeterian restaurants in Krabi. We went there for lunch with our friends who are jains and the management understood all of their requirements and made food as per request. The concept is pure, and extremly deep routed in Hindu culture. They also ask you to remove your footwear outside like it is so in all Indian homes. They have tables with chairs as well as floor sitting with cushions for those who want to immerse into the culture fully. As far as the food is concerned, The Food was tasty and well made. It wasn't oily or too spicy. They have decent varieties of food as well as a Buffet menu for 350Baht per person. The restaurant is centrally located in the vicinity of the Krabi beach center. Extremly easy to reach from Ao Nang Beach or neighboring areas. Cons: Few elderly customers may find it difficult to climb the stairs to the restaurant. They may miss an item you ordered, so always double check and confirm your order when they are writing it down. They have aircon systems, but even during lunch hours, it's mostly switched off. However they have ample of fans and it feels airy & comfortable with large openings for fresh air. Overall, It's a nice nostalgic Indian Restaurant to visit for authentic Indian food.

As prospective traveller, we had come across Govinda's in virtually every list for vegetarians travelling to Krabi. The ambience is a welcome change to the other restaurants in Krabi, however the flavour of the food lacked any punches. They have an economical budget on offer, with a special pricing for kids.

What can I tell you about this place, I don't know may have been to 1000+ restaurants across World, but this place is something different. I think it is because it is truly devoted to Krishna. Pure food, pure people and wonderful atmosphere. This is calmness to chaos. People who are seeking good Indian food, should not miss it at all. Food here is really good but keep this in mind they don’t serve you Onions & Garlic in any of the food items so don’t get disappointed afterwards. Service is really slow but it’s fine if you have enough time . There are tables on which you can sit or else sitting on the floor is also available .

One of the most amazing Restuarant in krabi. Menu is indo thai and best part is everything is pure jain here so no risk of outside local oils. Everything we ordered was insanely delicious my taste buds were celebrating the whole time. The place has a cozy vibe, and everyone was super kind. If you love Indian food (or even if you’ve never had it), this place is a must. Easily the best Indian food I have ever had. Definitely coming back.

A cute family authentic Thai restaurant, very close to Krabi's main road. We came here for lunch and had a great experience! We were seated quickly and the food we ordered arrived even faster, which was very nice. We ordered a papaya salad, stir fried morning glory, sea-bass fish fillet with Thai herbs and a green curry - everything was delicious and very well made, just as you'd expect from a restaurant ran by a family. The only downside I think is important to mention is that they have no running water in the toilet (not in the toilet itself in order to flush the water, and not in the toilet sink, so you have to wash your hands with water from a barrel they filled in advance, which I found a bit gross).

Come early to avoid a wait. But they move tables quickly. Let’s face it, you are here for the seafood. All options have various sizes and associated pricing, with multiple options for seasoning/serving, so it’s really great for choosing multiple options and sharing. First night we got steamed fish with ginger, garlic chili prawns and crab fried rice. Next time will get whole steamed crab. Overall very good pricing for the portion sizes, great flavors and attentive staff. Will return.

Hidden jem. One of the most Popular grill in town. Everything Yummy and reasonable. Friendly stuffs speak fluently English. Great English menu with photoes. Reccomend Mixed fruit plate as dessert only B100. It's not delux, but warm-hearted atmosphere. It will be your best memory. I visit once a year from Japan.

The food tasted okay overall, though it was still very spicy despite requesting less spicy. I also noticed a cat on the cabinet where bowls and plates were kept, which didn’t feel hygienic.

Mama’s Kitchen reminds me of Thailand from 20 years ago. Real family food, nice service and delicious food. I walked from near the beach, sat and enjoyed a lemon and honey soda, the glass noodle salad was packed with flavour. Spring rolls typically come in a serving of 5, as I was there by myself I asked if I could have 3 which they were happy to accommodate. Flavours of the spring rolls were okay, I can’t say I’m a big fan of spring rolls in general. I think this cost be $250TBH which is only about $12 AUD. I would recommend going

Had some massamam chicken curry with steam rice. The curry was a little too sweet for my liking and the steamed rice felt heavy.. think it may have some grains of glutinous rice mixed in. Chang beer was cold and served in a beer holder to help it stay chilled. 👍🏻

The best massaman curry I had in Thailand so far! You definitely must eat there. Also the staff is super friendly, they serve the food pretty fast and the price is absolutely fair.

Our group of 4 had a lovely lunch here. Staff went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. Food was great for the whole group. I had the tom kha soup. Was on par with the ones i had in chiang mai. If you are in ao nang and want to eat Thai in a Thai place but is on the tourist strip, go here and enjoy what is has to offer

Fish here is Totally amazing!! 3 Flavored sause with grilled whole fish slayyyyyyed. Harmonized perfectly with fried rice Fire show was so good we can even participate in the show. Definitely coming again

Incredible Dining Experience! We had an absolutely amazing time at this restaurant! The food was beyond awesome – we ordered a variety of dishes to share between the three of us, and every single one was a hit. The flavors were exceptional, and everything was cooked to perfection. What really took the experience to the next level was the live fire show – it was simply AWESOME and had us all mesmerized. As if that wasn’t enough, the live music after the show created a priceless atmosphere that made the night unforgettable. The staff was amazing, the food was outstanding, and the ambiance was perfect. This is a place you absolutely must visit if you’re looking for great food and entertainment. Highly recommend it!

I was here during mid December. There was live music playing and it was nice to listen to. It was night time and the view was: a night time beach view. Can't expect much out of that 😄. We ordered chicken fried rice, seafood pizza and stir fried calamari. Only the calamari was 'okay' enough to be eaten. The fried rice and the pizza were bland and it felt a lack of taste or emotion. I don't think that the chefs in the kitchen were "feeling it", that day. I wanted some good food, which i didn't get; but ended up paying a higher bill for 'the below average' taste that was felt. If you just need a place to sit, and have a beer, then this place could be fine. Else, i wouldn't recommend.

We ordered a seafood set. This dish had a very strong smell to it. The meat was not fresh. The steamed fish was not cooked well. If you want to eat delicious seafood, I recommend you try other restaurants. I will never come back to this restaurant again.

Really fun place to come for some late night relaxation. The food is pretty good, the drinks are cold. The prices are similar to other places on Phi Phi,which is to say quite reasonable compared to Phuket. Servers are great and very personable. They have fire shows twice per night, and live acoustic entertainment after that. We loved the bean bag chair lounge overlooking the beach.

We had an amazing experience at this Indian restaurant in Kirby! The food was absolutely delicious – the veg biryani was hands down the best we’ve had, full of flavor and perfectly cooked. We ordered various vegetarian dishes, and everything was outstanding. It’s also great that they offer Jain food options! The entire experience was made even better by the warm hospitality. The owner and all the staff are Indian, and they were extremely supportive, friendly, and attentive throughout our meal. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. We loved everything we ordered and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic, flavorful Indian cuisine with excellent service!

Wasn’t expecting to be eating so much Indian food while on vacation in Thailand but it’s just so good here in Krabi, particularly the Ao Nang area. Really hope all the visitors here open their eyes to this great cuisine as a change of pace from all the local Thai food. Definitely worth giving it a shot. Also, most of these places offer full Thai and kids menus to make everyone happy. Garlic naan - perfect Butter chicken - also terrific However the true star of the show is anything coming out of the tandoori. Some of the most delicious and tender bites of chicken I’ve ever enjoyed. I strongly recommend!

First day we tried indian food The second day we tried pineapple rice and manaman shrimp curry - both dishes were to die for ! The vibes are very chill and they serve a scoop of coconut ice cream at the end! Because we were the first customer, they gave us a discount of 131 bhat! We decided to have Indian food today and checked the Google reviews first, to decide where to go. And the reviews there totally right! It was perfect decision with more perfect food. We are so full and so happy. Also, the staff is really friendly!

From start to finish, it provides non-stop entertainment with impressive performances, great energy, and a few good laughs along the way. The production is well-paced, ensuring there’s never a dull moment. This is a PG-rated show, making it suitable for a wide audience. Whether you’re looking for dazzling costumes, engaging performances, or lighthearted humor, this show delivers it all. One thing to note is that the seating is similar to a movie theater, with standard seats that offer low comfort. While this doesn’t take away from the fantastic entertainment, it’s something to keep in mind if you prefer more spacious or cushioned seating. Overall, it’s a great experience and definitely worth seeing!

It definitely was a one of a kind experience and I would recommend it. Although a few of the actors looked like they were really sad and didn’t wanted to be there. And it was quite hard to find because you have to go trough several bars that want you to stay with them. And

My partner and I came in the low season, there was only around 6 in the 8pm show, put it was the most incredible show I have seen. I was smiling from ear to ear the entire time. The costumes, the performances, the dances and the interactions with just a small crowd was 10/10, one of the most memorable experiences of Thailand and I would recommend to anyone.

2024-12-12 - We brought our kids (age 8, 6 and 3). They all enjoyed the show to maximum limit, so that would for sure have given it 5 stars. I was also very entertained think it was fairly priced. Kids are half price.

An absolutely excellent show. Well worth seeing if you are staying in the area. The performers, outfits and music are excellent. If you want pictures after then be ready to tip. Otherwise leave promptly.

WARNING INTENSE STROBES ‼️ The strobes were consistent throughout the show, which made it disorienting and painful at times even looked like it made some of the performers look really uncomfortable and in pain. Ear piercing music combined, really felt like a fever dream in there. Not to mention the mouldy damp smell with a tiny diffuser in corner to musk smell? Maybe something familiar for the red lobsters… (their damp bedrooms?) Not sure what’s going on behind the scenes… Love a doof doof and glitz n glam but this one is not for the girlypops it’s clearly made for the tropical white red lobsters

Starbucks was nice as always. I got free cake here because of the anniversary, it was nice. The staff were really nice here. I did notice the prices here are more than usual prices in Bangkok but i think that's normal for tourist destinations ig?

The coffee is a bit pricier than in Bangkok, but the service is as good as ever — up to their usual standard. The staff are very attentive; they even remembered me after just one visit!

Nice, clean & airconditioned Starbucks with a nice atmosphere. Iced Coffee decaf was fair, oatmeal cookie nice - very sweet. Bit weird to be drinking from a hard plastic cup with a plastic straw.

I go there most every morning to get my coffee and relax before I head to the beach for my morning walk. Very nice staff. I recommend.

The coffee is good as always. This Starbucks has a community room, which is relatively quiet and is comfortable for work. They do not allow you to close the door though, because you have to book the room.

Overall Experience: I visit Starbucks regularly and stick to my go-to orders: an Iced Macchiato and an Iced Americano. The experience is consistent, no matter the location. Pros: The Iced Macchiato is smooth, with a good balance of espresso and milk—doesn’t taste watered down like some other chains. The Iced Americano is always bold and refreshing, perfect for a no-frills caffeine hit. Service is generally quick, and the staff are trained to a reliable standard worldwide. Comfortable seating and solid Wi-Fi make it a dependable place to work or relax. Cons: Pricing is on the higher side, especially compared to local cafes. Some locations can get crowded and noisy depending on the time of day. Not the most unique coffee flavors if you're looking for something beyond the classics. Would I come back? Yes, Starbucks is part of my regular rotation when I need something familiar and fast.

This is a nice Starbucks. It’s prices are the same as they’d be in the UK, if not a little more expensive. The air con is great, the place is clean and the food and coffee is amazing. My only criticism would be that they advertise the shaken espresso with oat milk drink as an item, but then charge extra for the oat milk which is a bit cheeky. That said, I’d come back here as it has a calm and relaxed environment.

A Must-Visit for Unforgettable Ambiance! This restaurant boasts an absolutely fantastic atmosphere. If you can time your visit around sunset, you'll be treated to an even more spectacular experience. Being inside a cave, it felt refreshingly cool, and I noticed significantly fewer mosquitoes, which was a huge plus. While the prices are on the higher side, both the food and the incredible ambiance made it thoroughly satisfying. The live music played by a session band inside the cave truly enhanced the overall mood. My only minor disappointment was the service, which wasn't as friendly as I'd hoped. I didn't experience the same level of hospitality here that I encountered elsewhere at the resort. Despite that, I still highly recommend this restaurant for a unique and memorable dining experience.

Dining at The Grotto was an absolutely magical experience. Nestled inside a cave right by the beach, the atmosphere is truly one-of-a-kind—romantic, peaceful, and with a breathtaking view of the ocean and limestone cliffs. The food was nicely presented and tasted just as good as it looked. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, adding to the overall experience. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel well taken care of throughout the evening. The setting, the service, and the food came together perfectly for an unforgettable meal. A must-visit if you're in Krabi. Unique and stunning dining spot.

Need reservations in advanced and be the guest of the Rayawadee resort. Not many tables. You will have the quality and excellent taste of foods in the menu. All staffs are very welcome.

Amazing experience, okay food. We ordered the tomahawk, the meat itself was okay but the sauces (black peppercorn & truffle aioli) make the dish for sure. Beef carpaccio was decent as well as the scallops. Both desserts were good as well.

Overpriced rubbish food! Let’s start with the positives, it’s a cute spot to be in and the staff were right enough, but do not go for food. It’s terrible! My pasta dish looked reheated and the mussels were so dry I couldn’t eat them. Probably the worst pasta dish I’ve been served. After seeing the other reviews I’d dread to think what the seafood platter would be like! Such a shame! Especially as it’s in a 5 star resort. Maybe opt for just a drink.

So after reading all of the reviews on the Grotto, I was unsure of how our experience would be. However, we actually followed the rules as stipulated on the website, and we had a fabulous time. You need to book ahead and you need to dress nicely. If you do these things, you'll be fine. The food wasn't Michelin star. However, it's good. Yes, it's overpriced, but you're not paying for the food. You're paying for the view. Our experience with service was fabulous, we told the security we had a booking, and he took us straight through to wait for a buggy to take us down to the restaurant. We then went down with a lovely staff member and were greeted by multiple staff. We had our 5 months old with us, and all the staff came and said hello, took her for a walk, and were absolutely lovely. To summarise, don't just rock up and expect a 5 star meal. Do your research, follow the rules, and book in advance, and you'll have a great time.

I rarely ever stop to think before writing a review — but this place in Ao Nang truly deserves it. Let me start with the only negative part: you’ll come for 2 days and end up staying for 2 weeks 😅 They have just two spacious rooms for rent, beautifully clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Downstairs, there’s a cozy little restaurant serving some of the most delicious and high-quality food I’ve tasted in Thailand. If you want something that’s not on the menu, they’ll happily prepare it just for you. They also rent motorbikes at unbeatable prices A huge thanks to Katika and her two amazing ladies who made our stay so warm and unforgettable. Their kindness and care turned our time in Ao Nang into something truly special. We’ll definitely be back!

Bryde Restaurant seems to be located downstairs of a hotel or apartment residency. It seems to be a restaurant runned by the same family, and the staff is very friendly. The menu is really big and offers a great mix of Thai food and Western food. The quality of the food is great and the dishes were delicious. Very nice to see the healthy drink options they offered, tasty!

Came here 3x during our stay. Everything we ordered is nice especially pad Thai and fried noodle, roti, massaman curry and smoothie. We been to many places to eat, like this restaurant the most.

Great place for a late breakfast. Juices and fruits are fresh and healthy, I'm happy they didn't add sugar to my celery juice. Prices are good and portions are abundant. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Came here following the high ratings. The prices are all pretty good ranging around 70-150 for our dishes. We ordered Thai iced tea, green Fanta, two bottles of H2O, two chicken pad Thai, roasted salt pork (per rec), panang curry (asked for it to be sweetened slightly), somtam and Tom yum chicken (and three ice cream). We also ordered the mango sticky rice as it was a steal at 90 B. The waitress gave us extra sauce with a smile and was very very accommodating! The food....Was....... I UH.... MAZING! FYI.. if you are used to the sugary Thai food in the states, you might find the food slightly bland as they don't douse it in sugar, but the flavors pop! I had white Tom yum and the lemongrass and ginger was amazing. They put in SIX juicy and fresh shrimp and it was not only beautifully prepared but it was delicious. The pork was perfectly crunchy and the sauce was a perfect pair. The pad Thai was delicious as well! For sure, I am coming back! It's been the BEST food at a reasonable price this far in Krabi. Our final tab was only 870B!

When we arrived, it was starting to rain heavily and it was late, so we were the only customers at the restaurant. The owner welcomed us and we were seated in the balcony outside. The owner and his staff are very friendly. We ordered Vegetables nachos, french fries, beef and chicken burrito with pink sauce and chicken quesadillas. When they knew that I like beef and my wife likes chicken, they offered to make the burrito two halves so we could eat both. The portions are big and the dishes are delicious. When we were done and wanted to leave and it was still raining, they called the tuk tuk driver for us to come pick us since the the restaurant is in a quite secluded street. I toally recommend this restuarant if you want to try Tex-Mex cuisine in Krabi.

Super delicious authentic Mexican food. Some of the best barbacoa I’ve ever had. Everything is made in-house: tortillas, salsa, you name it. Really tasty sangria too. The owner is from Guadalajara and is very friendly. We chatted about how he imports his chilies from Mexico. If you’re in the mood for great Mexican food you should check this place out!

Louis and Nui are the most lovely people. Their food is delicious and beautifully presented. Such a peaceful spot and groovy music. If you have a craving for really brilliant mexican food you wont find better in Krabi. 10/10 guys

Great Tex-Mex by Thai standards but as a Texan only a bit above average. I had the chimichangas. They could have used a lot more cheese and refried beans. Service was good and the atmosphere friendly.

This place does good food but is a little more pricey as it is western food. The taste of all food items was great and the ingredients are clearly fresh. All of our food arrived at the same time and was warm. The servers are polite and kind. I came during low season so a reservation was not necessary but in high season I recommend placing one. Keep in mind opening hours for the kitchen are 5pm-945pm so don’t arrive too late! The one complaint I have is that when asking for dressings the serving sizes presented were very small, it would be nicer if they had balsamic vinegar and olive oil present on every table for guests to use as they please.

We came in search for some western food. Took a pizza and a pasta they were both delicious- the pasta was perfectly cooked, not over cooked yet not too hard. The pizza was one of the best we ever had. The sauces are amazing. We ended up ordering chocolate mouse and so happy we did it was really good. The waitresses were very kind and professional. Don’t miss this restaurant! P.s- the food looked even better than it seems in the pictures:)

Visited Caesar’s Pizza in Ao Nang and each of us ordered our own pizza (there were three of us). Hands down, it was the best pizza we’ve had. It’s tucked away down a small side street, but absolutely worth seeking out. Definitely recommend.

Caesars Pizza Ao Nang – Had the Spicy Salama pizza for dinner, and it was very good! The lemon tart was also excellent. Lasagna and cheesecake, not so much. Plenty of reserved tables, so get there early if you want a spot. Overall, a solid choice for pizza in Ao Nang! EDIT: We ordered take-away pizzas, both were excellent. Even convinced them to let us have the lemon tart take-away as well, upped it to 4 stars

If I can say one line ... I have visited Italy and I can say this that the pizza here beats most Italian pizzas in Italy.. so guys please don't miss it . P.S. pls ask the waitress for their no1 and no 2 pizzas .. we tried their no 2 pizza with burratta cheese .. and we fell in love instantaneously .. cheers . Happy eating .

I stopped here to grab a takeaway. It had a lovely friendly vibe and there were a few people eating there, which is always good. I’d not be well so wanted something normal and went for a Spag Bol. It didn’t take long and was still hot when I got home. Delicious favourite, plenty of Parmesan to sprinkle too. Lovely.

The location of this restaurant is next to the big road, but you will feel surrounded by nature and huge mountains when you enter the beautiful restaurant. But unfortunately, that is the only good thing about this restaurant. The menu is very small and not interesting for such a big restaurant. The food we ordered, the portion was small, the price was high, and the taste was not good. There are so many better restaurants with tastier food for half of the price and that offers a more interesting menu. This was the first and unfortunately the last time for us to visit. What a pity, it is such a gorgeous place.

Food was bang average, service was pretty poor, but the views! Gosh! The price for the food you get just doesn’t match up, especially over here! But realistically, you’re paying for the view! The restaurant is an odd one, like a maze of random cantilevers of seating with instagrammable moments in the background! Really worth a visit when nearby, but much, much better around for food. Just grab yourselves a drink and enjoy it before moving on.

The moment I step out of the ride, I was in awe with the view. Located right by the foot of a majestic cliff, Mountain View Cafe, located right above the restaurant, comes with a honeycomb shaped facade. Albeit the facade is covered with algae, but it looks well blended with nature. The staffs are very welcoming and friendly. They even helps you to take photo if needed. Indeed Thailand is the Land of Smiles. Although the external facade is covered in algae. Interior is quite well maintained and fancy. Outdoor seating brings a natural vibe to the place. There is also air conditioned indoor seating (with limited seats) if you are afraid of heat, drizzle, or insects. If you're in Krabi, do give it a try. We came here early in the morning right at opening hour, to avoid the afternoon rain, heat and crowd. There is also a mini waterfall and miniature watermill with koi fishes in the stream it rest on.

Wow we came here 3 times in a few days and every time was perfect. From being welcomed as you get out of your car to the amazing atmosphere (feels like being in Avatar). The food and drinks were great ( we had Pad Thai and Cashew chicken and green curry). Tasty and generous. We thought the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended.

This place really surprised us! The tofu burger was absolutely delicious, as was the curry. It’s rather expensive but considering you get vegan food, with an interesting menu, it’s worth it! It was a nice treat.

We stayed in Ao Nang for 2 nights and ate here 4-5 times. Honestly such a nice change if you've been eating Thai food for the last few weeks. Everything we ate was amazing. You can tell there's real effort and love put into the menu and food. Very sad to not have this on my doorstep anymore.

The food is delicious!! And very reasonable. The cafe itself isn't really anything great in terms of atmosphere, but a great place to get some delicious sandwiches with yummy bread. When we went at 3, they had run out of the breads we wanted, and we had to opt for different ones.

Had the breakfast sandwich on ciabatta, super delicious. Fresh baked breads and desserts. Not the best atmosphere but most affordable breakfast I could find in Ao Nang.

Best salmon sandwich. Their breads and croissants are amazing. You choose your bread. Worth the scooter ride or long walk. Also great cappuccino.

Awesome food & music establishment. Food and beverages were good and reasonably priced. Their live band was exceptional, attracting the mostly young & young-at-heart crowd to sing along and shake to their music. Music mostly Thai to cater for the mostly Thai clientele, but with some English songs too. The live band performance for the Bruno/Rose's APK was fantastic. It was almost full house on a Wednesday night.

Reasonably priced beer, live music (Thai pop songs), good food. What more can I ask for? I only stayed for a while but I enjoyed myself thoroughly!

Had a great time here on a Monday and it got packed full of mostly locals by 10pm. Had two live bands that played a mix of thai and english songs. Beers were 200 baht for 3 large changs, ths was the special so most everything else was more expensive. They upsold an ice bucket for 25$ baht. Staff were fast, friendly and welcoming. Some didn't speak english but others came to help.

Rating 5/5 for the food, service and ambience. It's halal food. Overall sedap, delicious for me who stay and eat food first in Ao Nang. I don't know why in Ao Nang some foods are pricy. But in Aon Nam it is more affordable. I ordered chicken rice with soup for 70 Bath, lemon ice tea for 40 Bath. I chose duck noodle (using egg noodle) and It was nice, the soup was umami. There are a lot of sambal/sauce, chili flakes to enrich the flavour. If you need a good nourishing meal served and cooked by heartful Thai people, you are at the right place ! The dishes are very simple yet sooooo good. I tasted here the BEST beef, believe me, you have to try it. It’s located in the city center but the prices are very cheap. They have a yellow atmosphere as you see in the picture, it’s very delightful.

The best food ever! Fast service, yummy food. I recommend coming here, it has so much food and up to anyone’s taste. I could come here EVERYDAY! BBQ duck is so excellent. Iced lime tea is the best ever! Their egg noddle was awesome

The service here is quite slow if there’s a lot of customers dine in as they only have 3 people working here. A pretty small shop. The owner was very friendly. The food is so damn tasty. Worth the wait.

General: 15.3.2025 visited, this McDonald's just before leaving Krabi Ao Nang. This is placed on the side of main street. I want to check out quality of McD's every country i go to. There are usually local specialities / twists to what they serve. But to compare quality it is necessary to order same things all around the world. Food: The large french fries had good Salt and were warm enough. The Double Big Mac (sorry, i was hungry and broke the norm...) was the best i have had. The cheese was not completely melted but it was fine. Sugar free Sprite had good amount of ice on it. The cheeseburger however felt like it lacked some moisture and tomato ketchup. Unfortunately the use of plastic to serve The drink is a bit disturbing. There are many that use paper instead around the world. Mind you the price is definetely high-end / top class. You can get a huge meal for 50THB near this place. I paid 415THB for this Large Double Big Mac, Large Fries, Large Sprite zero Sugar and Cheeseburger. It was fulfilling for sure, but for The same price i could have a complete buffet dinner. Due to price it's a 3.5/5. Service: i used the self-service stand but paid at the register. The level of english was fine but i had to ask again what he said. It took a while to get the order to the table. Help yourself to have ketchup, chili sauce or mayo to dip your fries to, it's free. 4+/5. Atmosphere: The space is kind of divided into three (at least) separate "rooms". The one closest to the street from the doors is the ordering area. There is another space next to The street and it was warmer than the next one. The one inside was clearly cooler, so i moved inside while waiting for the order. Place was clean but i did notice some flaws and fairly quiet. I could imagine working here. I have no clue of the restrooms as there was no need for one. 4-/5. Overall: it was a convenient visit, food was good, place was quite clean and peaceful. High Price though compared to local thai cuisine or Indian, Italian and egyptian that are available. But no complaints, If you want to know exactly what you get and Be sure of The taste and ingredients, this McD's definetely your choice. It's a 3.5/5.

The french fries (with cheese dip) and nuggets are so fresh and tasty. You can also charge your phones and laptops here for free. There are so many charging points throughout the restaurant.

We ordered a take out XL fry, we did get a XL fry box, but only filled 1/3 of fries 😂. I think the kitchen ventilation is poorly done since the restaurant is strong smell of oil.

Hottest Maccy D’s I’ve ever been in, sun shining through window on to your seating area, no blinds to create some kind of shade and the A/C seems to be turned up, maybe for staff comfort as they feel cold but as a customer it was to far to warm for a place to eat.

Absolutely the best McD I’ve had anywhere. Staff are lovely too. They say you can’t pay with Rabbit card but I wanted the 10% discount so I tried anyway. Ended up with 15% discount but the payment didn’t go through. So I paid with QR but still got the Rabbit discount, yay!

The staff at this McDonald's are very kind. We enjoyed that there are 3 kiosks to order with a touchscreen in English, but you can also order at the counter. Kiosk allows you to select if you wish to pay by card/QR code or pay in cash at the register. As of January 2023, this location is open 24 hours. Restroom is clean. There is a lot of seating space. Great location. We've eaten here and gotten takeaway a bunch of times.
