Food was excellent. I would return based on that. Service was a slow. It was tough getting coffee. I would have completely understood if they were busy, but there was a lot of chatting between each other and regulars that seemed to be the cause.

We stopped here on a Saturday morning and there were people standing outside so I got a little excited at what I would be in for. I didn’t mind waiting. It’s usually the sign of a great experience. This place looks nostalgic which I love. To keep up with the crowds they sit tables so close together you can’t move. I had 2 in my party and we were sat in a table that was shoved together for 4 with another couple and the table next to me (separated) was so close her leg brushed against mine. The wait staff couldn’t get thru- they handed things over heads. It took a very long time to get water, coffee or give an order. The staff was super friendly and when they finally got there I enjoyed the exchange and they were extremely accurate with the order: the food didn’t take any time to arrive. Unfortunately utensils did. We sat for quite a while trying to get their attention while our hot breakfasts cooled. When we got our utensils the food was good. It wasn’t the perfect breakfast I was expecting from the build up. The hash browns were average. They appeared to be canned or dried and fried.The sausage gravy was canned. The eggs were cooked perfectly To he coffee was pretty good too. I’m glad I went because it’s a part of history I was excited to experience. I may try again when it’s not so crowded.

Ordered the BLT. Received a call shortly after that they were out of bacon (this was at lunch on a Monday). Kind of surprised but things happen. Person that called was great with explaining that and working with me for an alternative. I've had breakfast here before and always enjoy the food and service.

Food was good, service was good, the ladies were nice. I love the small town feel. The only complaint I have is, during my time there, they would wipe down the booths/chairs AND the table using the same cloth and that same cloth was used at multiple tables and that same lime green cloth would just be placed by the coffee pots.

This is a quintessential hometown cafe. Booths, tables Specials of Meatloaf, Spaghetti, Meatballs...all served with a dessert Commercials Sandwiches & fries Chicken or Fish dinners My favorite is a reuben. My Grandma always gets a special. My husband likes the chicken.

Always a great place for breakfast and lunch! All of the food tastes great and the staff is friendly. I ordered the country fried steak and it always comes out quickly and is always delicious.

I’m not sure if the employee who was working the window comprehended the idea of mobile app points. To give him the benefit of the doubt it was midnight and after saying the number that shows up in the app I said I wanted a happy meal but then after I realized my mistake and asked if I could change it to be obtained with points he said “no”. I then attempted a back and forth for about 10 minutes which resulted in me driving around to the curbside pickup and ordering it on the app.

The fries are old. Always. There’s not usually a problem with the order, there’s always something wrong with the order. The buns were kind of soggy, the burgers had kind of a funny vinegar aftertaste. I hate that my McDonald’s sucks cause I live very close. If you wanna know what good McDonald’s is go to one of the McDonald’s on the freeway between here and St. Cloud. The fries are always fresh. The buns are always fluffy. The hamburgers are always well assembled. Good thing there’s a Culver’s next-door.

I ate the new wrap; spicy ranch. It was spicy but tasted alright. The atmosphere was peaceful and enough sitting area that affords privacy. It will be a good spot for birthday party.

I'm not the one who usually leaves a review at the fast food chain but countless times I have been at this location they always are missing something in my order. I wouldn't care that much if it was just something little like the sauce but almost every single time I get 20 piece nuggets and they only put 10. I was always wondering why the rating of this location so low but now I understand. Always check your order before leaving drive thru!

I ordered my food at 3:53 AM, which is quite late, and I understand that it might be my fault, but the item was on the menu. When I arrived, someone asked for my order, and I told him I had a code. After that, he disappeared, and I waited for 10 to 20 minutes without any response. I decided to check the drive-thru window to see if anyone was available. I noticed people in the kitchen, but no one came to assist me. I then entered the restaurant, and it took about five minutes for someone to notice me. When the lady in gray finally did, I showed her my order code, but she responded with a bit of attitude and said I needed to go to the drive-thru. I returned to the drive-thru and provided my code to the attendant. He instructed me to go to the next window, where I encountered the same lady again. This time, she claimed that I couldn't place an online order and then pull up. I explained that I had been waiting for nearly 20 to 30 minutes for someone to respond. She replied that they couldn't do anything since it was breakfast time. I asked if I could get a refund, and she said I needed to cancel the order. When I asked how to cancel it, she shrugged and said she didn’t know. Her attitude was unnecessary. I'm not sure if she’s a manager, but if she is, she needs to be given a warning, demoted, or even fired. There’s no reason for her to speak to me in that tone.

My son was just dropped off at work. He's behind me as I enter to get some filtered water. At the cashier, there is an owner and his dog. I passed the dog, but the dog became aggressive when my son passed him wearing a hoodie. The owner claimed that because of my son's hoodie, his dog perceives him as a danger. Is it possible to remove the hoodie? I turned around. Is he being serious? Because of his foolish owner, the dog nearly died.

This site has gone downhill the past few months. Used to be the best McDonald's around with hot presentable food in a clean seating area. Today it was disgusting, my quarter pounder was still red in the middle, the fries were dark but still mushy, they forgot to put cheese on my sons cheeseburger (even though they charged us the $.20 for it) and the happy meal was missing the fries. It has now been an hour since we ate there and my stomach is so upset I might throw up. Will not be back.

I used to like getting Panera but they've really gone down hill recently. Whoever is working night shift clearly doesn't care. Two orders in a row now with sandwiches thrown together, and missing added ingredients. Don't bother customizing because they probably just won't do it. The mac n cheese is still good and the soups probably are too but the sandwiches are a mess.

The sandwich was thrown together, the broccoli soup looked separated, and the baguette was hard, cold and probably stale. You get no service in this establishment, self serve order at the kiosk. Customer service is truly dying. No person to person interaction at all. Sad.

This Panera had the best lunch I've had in a long time! We each had the chicken bacon ranch on foccacia bread (out of this world!), a chicken strawberry poppy seed salad and broccoli cheddar soup-- EXCELLENT! It was an online pickup order and they got everything in our order right! The Panera in Hudson near where I live does not compare. Everything was hot and freshly prepared plus we took home 2 fresh loaves of French bread too...yummy! Shakopee Panera-- you did not disappoint!!!

Employees are not as kind and attentive as they used to be. Food is okay, they could definitely use a complete refresh to the menu. And bring back my steak and cheese with horseradish! And the blended coffees! Literally the 2 best things they had are gone :(

Visited this location tonight with my family. The manager (Nick) was working the register when we arrived. Nick was great while ordering and made sure everything went smooth. After we ordered and sat down I went back up to get the food while my husband stayed with our child. Nick offered to help carry the food back to my table and then once we were settled he came back once more to make sure everything was right. Very good service!

Only one time did they not have an item on my online order, and didnt refund my purchase or give me a replacement (it was a bagel). Other than that, great sandwiches, and bagels. Fast service.

Always great. Food was amazing, tho the tables were lot up kept very well, lots of dirty tables, so finding one took a minute. Other than that everything else was great

This place is the Best bet for breakfast in town! They have more varieties of donuts than there are stars at night. And they have sandwiches with bread, and sandwiches on bagels, too. And you can get plain coffee of fancy coffee drinks, or juices, or the best hot chocolate ever! So, if you're facing a stressful day at the office, treat yourself to breakfast at ''Donut Connection'', and nothing and no one will be able to wipe off the smile off of your face al day long. And, if you've never heard of ''Mochi Donuts'', you're missing out! It is a new thing from Japan, and it is delightful to look at and delicious to eat. The donuts look like cute flowers in pastel colors. The distance between Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport and Tokyo's Haneda International Airport is 6,000 miles, the flight takes 20+ hours, and it costs ''an arm and a leg''. Do you really want to go to Tokyo just to get a ''Mochi Donut''. when you can get the same thing around the corner? Enjoy your coffee and donut breakfast, because life is to short to ear only oatmeal and grits in the morning.

If you are looking for fresh donuts, I highly recommend this location! As soon as you come in, the aroma of fresh donuts is the first thing you smell. Clean location, great customer service, and they even have some of the friendliest customers that will recommend great food from the menu. Stop by. If you are around the area, you will NOT be disappointed

I went here on National Donut Day around 11am. By the time I got there, they'd basically sold out of everything I wanted to get. I do not know if that is typical as I forgot to ask. I ordered a dozen mixed with whatever they had left and a coffee frappe, which was super refreshing. Awesome customer service. The donuts may not have been what I was hoping to get, but they were wonderful cake donuts. They were sort of dense, but in a good way.

This place is always busy. I'm not sure what it was like with the previous owner but the new one is awesome! The donuts are fresh and soft but joy dough-y like others! We have yet to try one that we were disappointed with. They also have mochi donuts! No need to go elsewhere to get those anymore. They are also very reasonably priced compared to their competitors. I LOVE this place. Hopefully they can start a loyalty program because we would come here ever morenl often than we already do!

I pre-ordered donuts for my wedding reception on 9/10/22 and was incredibly happy with how they turned out! The donuts both looked and tasted great, and the service was top notch. I could customize the donuts exactly to my preference, pay for them ahead of time, and set a time for someone else to pick up the donuts that day for me so no one in my family had to worry about it. The employee I worked with was incredibly accommodating and very willing to make sure everything about my order was exactly what I wanted. Could not recommend them enough!

I’ve only been here twice, however the donuts are AMAZING 🥲 and the girls working are top notch. 10/10 would recommend going early vs later cuz they sell out. But EVERYTHING I’ve had has been amazing. Lemon filled donut is the actual bees knees!

We came a little late in the day for donuts, 1230 but we were still able to score a favorite for each of us. I love blueberry and was really surprised to see they had them and they are delicious. The kids devoured them so fast I wondered if they had just inhaled them like air. The owners are incredibly nice and I can't wait to try the ice cream

Each time I go here food seems fresh. Ordered food once and got home to find I the order was wrong which was disappointing but that seems typical for fast food now. Recommended to check your order, but otherwise food tasted good and the staff are friendly.

I'm BIG on customer service. So when I get awesome service I write a review because good service is hard to find in fast food nowadays! The gentleman at the drive thru (Sunday July 20th at around 9am) was very pleasant, happy, upbeat and polite! The food was extremely fresh I'm so happy lol THANK YOU!

I ordered a strawberry milkshake, the royal chicken sandwich fries and a large Diet Coke, first off I didn’t receive my straw, or Diet Coke. The chicken is hard as a rock and tasted horrible. The workers looked clueless. Three people looked around as they messed up my order. Gave me improper change back and asked me so many times what I ordered

Delicious and fast to prepared burguer.. King Bacon 🥓 😋 I am deaf.. little difficult that communication with cashier because no understood ASL (american signs language) however.. burguer king's boss helped me.. ASL ok! I love. I am Disability inclusive expert and deaf teacher.

Went through the drive through and they told us to wait in one of the pick up spots because it wasn't done cooking. Said it would be 3-5 minutes. They never brought it. I had to go in to get it and they apologized and gave us extra food and then comped our next meal too.

Wow! This crew was working so hard today! Very busy, but I got my food so quickly, it was hot and perfectly made, and the service was outstanding! Huge kudos!!

We've popped into this Caribou location a few times for a coffee and a place to read. Very comfortable seating area, and tables in case you need to work. The coffee is prepared and served quickly, and it was great to see good rapport between the employees as they were working! Excellent quality and excellent service!

Was very fast! Very friendly and sweet barista. I also used the restroom.super clean! I have visited this location several times over the years, never had a bad experience.

Drive thru lines can sometimes take a bit but I personally don’t mind the wait! Very friendly workers and my coffee is usually always good! my dog also loves getting a pup cup :)

Esther is the best barista. She should get a raise. The strawberry pineapple energy drink is yummy. I highly recommend it.

I had a green tea matcha and bagel. This is one of the top Caribou locations in the nation that I find myself at often! The staff are always super friendly and helpful with drinks made fast and delicious. The professor gives this store, the chain and the staff here an A+ !

I've always ordered the drive thru and never stepped inside until black Friday for a depth charge. What I love about this location is the modern setup. Although smaller compared to its other locations, this one is one of the cleanest.

Picked up $58 worth of food for my girls about 9:30PM and the food was disappointing. The steak quesadilla had an enormous amount of sauce and barely steak and cheese. Ordered Cinnabon Dulce De Leche delights and received regular favor. I don’t understand if you’re making the food already, how do you get it wrong unless it’s just laziness🤷🏻‍♀️ Day shift is 10/10. Skip this location after 3PM.

Don't know why anyone would ever pay over $10 for the "deluxe box" when you get about $0.10 worth of steak and some chips... Don't know who is making the food back there, but one and a half pieces of steak on a taco that's supposed to be deluxe is ridiculous.

When at 10:30PM and got the most disappointing disgusting freeze. It was not even full, not mixed and tasted horrible. Basically sewer water… To make matters worse the taco I got was broken all into pieces, cold, and mushy.

They used to be good 5 years ago. Now it's no where near the quality of a decent Taco bell. They don't fill up their burritos to the standard of other taco bells, it's never fresh and well known to forget items. Something has to change with this slop. Did a door dash order the other day and their nacho bowl had beans with the consistency of a rock and was inedible. If you're looking for a decent Taco bell I'd recommend going to savage, Bloomington or Jordan. Avoid getting sick here.

Completely ignorant and lazy staff. If doordash is reading this this was at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday the 2nd of September. I order was correct enough to know they didn't mix it up with someone else's order but hardly any of the instructions were followed on the mobile order. Also did not come with the seasonal box and drink cup, that's not too important but just another thing they got wrong. Drink was half full no taco sauce added to the order and everything was really softly put together. Giving it to fast food restaurant you don't expect much but this is the worst Taco Bell service I've had in the lower Metro. Adults who work there if they perform like this they should quit their job and go back to their mom's basement. Let somebody else who's struggling take the job

stopped in the other day for a quick lunch, every worker i interacted with was so pleasant and kind. my food came out delicious and hot, i didn’t even have to wait long! shoutout to Joy, she complimented my hair all while multitasking.

Please check your order before you leave. We ordered a 6 crunchy taco , 1 burrito and 1 cinnamon twist but they only gave us 6 crunchy tacos and a cinnamon twist and I paid $17 just for me to not get the burrito.

Love Taco John's especially their breakfast burritos! Super friendly staff: Sean B., Cristian M, Angeles C., they take pride in making everything consistently great, not only visually, but taste wise off the charts! Highly recommend their breakfast menu, best bang for your buck in town!

I spent $10 on only two items. The potato olays were not good at ALL. Tastes like they took old ones and heated them up for a few seconds in the fryer. Not edible. The large burrito was better. Staff was friendly.

This is by far the best Taco John’s I’ve been to. The workers are so friendly and the food is great!

Food is always good. When I get no lettuce on my tacos they don't cut me short on meat and cheese. Other places do. Taco John's does great servings.

I have ordered from this place multiple times. The employees are too lazy. Sometimes my borito comes small, really small. And today they forgot my borito scamming me for how much I paid for.

Drive though, fast and efficient. The food was made so neatly, not thrown together like other places where you take one bite and the whole thing falls apart.

Came to this taco jhons after work around 9:40 and my order was canceled when I got to the window. I ordered online around 9:20 I was told I’d get a refund and was still charged For a 15$ meal that I never even got.

Me and my friend went there when we had only 30 minute break to spare, working a 10 hr shift. We wanted to get coffee to relax ourselves and build up energy and on top of messing up our order with the coffee, they added bad service, not taking accountability, topped with attitude and no respect at all for us as customers. We were nothing but polite and only stated that the coffee wasn't the right order and asked if theres any way they can help with getting our right order. My friend said she wasn't surprised as this has happened to her as well in a similar situation. It's absolutely ridiculous to me that even half the reviews share similar experiences. It was bad enough that the order wasnt right, but even their treatment towards us was bad. Please, as polite as I can fix this, fix your services.

Gave it a three-star because depending on when you visit you can either get excellent service or horrible service. If you go in the morning, you can expect to get some of the best service around. However, if you go at night, expect to be disappointed. The evening crew (one gal in particular) has a horrible attitude. She cuts you off, rolls her eyes, and talks about customers behind the window. Extremely unprofessional. We knew she was working one night because both cars in front of us were arguing at the pickup window!

This location has slightly higher prices and worse promotions than others in the area. There are 2-3 other McDonalds within 15 minutes drive that are cheaper and equally good. If you are able to choose, I’d recommend those instead of this one.

I ordered ahead by 14 mins on the app. My fries were made fresh, yes, but I kid you not there was no salt what so ever on these. For the rest of our food, we still had to wait a total of 40 min in the drive-through judt to get it all. Completely defeats the point of ordering ahead or to get decent quality of food. The gastion would have had better food than this McDonalds.

This location has AWFUL service. Always slow in the drive-thru, can’t understand the intercom, NOT ONE employee here has English as their first language and it shows. Even when I went inside, they still couldn’t understand what I was ordering, and I’m pretty sure it was the manager I was speaking with. She also had a general distain for being at work and ignored another customer when I was waiting in line. Food was fine.

I stopped there after work, i went to the drive through and she asked if i was using mobile order and i said no then she didn’t ask me anything after that i waited and waited thinking she was gonna talk to us but no after 4 minutes we drove ahead and went to the window and waved and she looked at us and never responded to us. Keep in mind there was no cars ahead of us and it was around 10:30pm at night. We hunked our car when we noticed she was ignoring us on purpose but she never responded to us. We left and went to Burger King next to them and we saw she was helping the two cars behind us. Very rude and Worst customer service. There is a photo of her ignoring us!

practically Useless trying to get any help inside. Employees act like you’re not even there. Waiting for 35 minutes because they didn’t have either of the 2 orders I ordered and didn’t get any help until I had to speak into the back and ask for it. Absolutely Ridiculous.

I have been here quite a few times. I love getting hot espresso coffees. Caramel High rise or Campfire mocha all with an extra shot of espresso. Since I started getting these I’ve been noticing that the shots are dead every single time. So I stopped getting them. I waited a while before getting it again. Well I went in on a cold day and got a Caramel high rise and the shot was dead. Ruins the coffee and tastes like crap. I never want to get a hot coffee from this place because they don’t know what they are doing. Either educate your employees or figure it out. It’s not hard to do. You need to start mixing the shot sooner otherwise you get that burnt taste instead of a creamy delicious taste. I have to throw my coffee away every time!! All this because I don’t like the taste of burnt coffee in the morning, when I ordered a creamy caramel high rise. I would tell them in the window but it’s too hot to drink right away so I need to wait before I start drinking it, otherwise I would say something at the window but I don’t want to hold up the line because there is a dead shot.

The workers there are super sweet! one time I got a drink that didn’t look/taste right and they went out of their way to make it right and give me a new one. This location is amazing and I will continue to keep coming.

The man with the purple hair at this location has one of the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever seen. My daughter went in to get a remake because her drink was wrong, and she came back telling me he was rude about it and yelling at his team. I’ve been to this location many times and have seen the same thing myself. It’s disrespectful and unprofessional. At the end of the day, you work at a coffee shop, fixing a mistake and supporting your team is part of the job, not screaming at them. I won't be back here and will be going to the other Caribou's in Shakopee.

Giving it a 2 because it had the MOST disgusting bathrooms I’ve ever been in. It literally doesn’t look like they’ve ever been cleaned. Nasty to think employees use this bathroom and then provide a food service. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. Needless to say, won’t go back to this location.

I ordered a strawberry pineapple drink with a lemonade base. It was WAY too sweet- I would never get it again. I also ordered a piece of lemon loaf. That was okay.

Enjoyed coffee with friends at this meeting place. Not crowded nor noisy. I ordered ahead for a set time and it was ready.
