Loved the octopus dish, gallician style. The cocktails were also very good and overall we loved the place. Only downside, our table was infested with ants, which is really unacceptable, hence the 4 stars. Thank you.

A lovely evening vibe, open late. Good chilled house music. Friendly service. I have to recommend their take on an espresso martini. Absolutely delicious! About €9, October 25. (They also have a funky electronic cigarette machine if you need cigarettes late at night. Same prices as the shops)

This restaurant deserves a michelin star rating, they serve the most delicious food with professional staff and great music. I love the composition of their menu. I appreciate it. We ordered squid which had the best design and was so tasty. Plus the stake on the mixture of pumkin potato and rice! Such a brilliant recipe ♥️ they’re so hospitable that gave us one free shot of portuguese drink.

Great selection of classic and inventive/fun cocktails to choose from. A great location close to the water, on the main square of Faro sea front. This was our second visit over the last few years (as tourists) and has been a consistently high quality and quick service and drinks.

The food and the bar was top glass I enjoyed my lunch. People here was amazing. The waiters where really nice had a good conversation. The sun was hitting this spot really well. I had a great time

Big restaurant with evening entertainment. We asked for a table in the main restaurant (you can also dine in the open with a great view of the coast). We ordered a 'litre of Sangria' which was very nice although more of a soft drink! There was a lot of fruit in the jug which meant considerably less than a litre of drinkable sangria but it was tasty nevertheless. However, we ordered only a main course each and it took an hour to be served despite several 'nudges' to get served quicker. When it arrived, it was "OK" according to my wife and I would agree with that absolutely. However, the entertainment was excellent!

We went on a night with live traditional music and the atmosphere was really great, with a great view from the outdoor dining area aswell. The salmon dish was good and the cosmopolitan cocktail was okay. We followed that with the dessert 'Delicias do Algarve' which was a carob, fig and almond pie that I would definitely recommend. Initially we were greeted by friendly staff but after being seated, our waiter was quite the opposite and just made us feel like we were an imposition.

Get there early if you want a table 🍴by the water. Great views of the sunset🌅. Live music 🎶 most night.👍🏻. Good wasn’t great and for not being very busy with lots of staff on duty, service was slow. I had the veal and was burnt on one side🙁. My wife had the fish casserole and was dry🤬. Would go back for drinks but for food, there’s much better restaurant that offer better prices.

We had booked via Google to plan to watch the sunset after being told by a couple of locals that it has a good view. We decided to go for cocktails as we had already eaten at a nicer restaurant in town beforehand. After we had arrived we ordered our drinks and explained we didn’t want any food, the manager rushed over and rudely explained to us that we had booked through a website called “TheFork”, we had no knowledge of this and had booked through Google (as mentioned). He proceeded to be aggressive and rude, and frankly caused a scene. He mentioned we had cost him €3 per person to book, again we had no knowledge of this. It made us feel uncomfortable. Moreover, when I explained I was happy to reimburse him his €6 he was aggressive again and said reluctantly it’s okay you ordered cocktails. This gives the impression that we had paid just enough to be permitted into his restaurant! Finally, we would have ordered more cocktails and stayed for longer had the manager not been so rude. The cocktails are €10 each, so not exactly cheap. This was our only bad experience in Faro, the only good thing about this restaurant is the view. P.S. We ordered a water which cost us €5 also, this is daylight robbery, or in this case sunset robbery. Avoid

Lovely restaurant with a great view of the water and distant beaches. Food was very nice and fairly priced. Will definitely go again when back in Faro.

We booked through trip advisor planning to come for cocktails to watch the sunset. The drinks came quickly and were delicious. Manager came over and was angry at us, saying we booked for dinner through ‘fork’ when were just here for drinks. We have not heard of fork and booked through trip advisor where there was no option to choose dinner or drinks booking. We told him this and he still seemed annoyed and left us. We were then uncomfortable being there so decided we would leave. It was a shame as the other service staff were so incredibly lovely and one was trying to make us stay when we left. You must fix this problem with trip advisor if you are allowing to people book on it. Manager wished us a goodbye when we left. Place wasn’t even that busy when we came about 9:30. It’s a shame as we definitely would have stayed for many rounds of cocktails, which are not cheap.

I think this is the best spot in Faro to enjoy the sunset while having a drink. Very cool bar with friendly staff. The place is popular and gets filled up early, so I recommend going early. Prices aren't too crazy. Non-alcoholic options are available if you are not into drinking. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful sun terrace with a fantastic view over the lagoon and those little grassy islands around Faro. The scenery is truly stunning, especially at sunset 🌅 Prices are absolutely fair - a glass of white wine is around €5 and really pleasant to drink. Service was friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable right away. Two small points of criticism: First, there aren’t really any proper snacks to go with the drinks. I definitely missed some small tapas, or peanuts, or maybe something warm or even just a portion of fries - anything to nibble on while enjoying the drinks. Second, the music selection could be a lot more stylish. The place would be perfect for some laid-back synthwave, poolside vibes like Flamingosis or Kraak & Smaak, or even cool Portuguese or Brazilian tunes like Gilberto Gil or Jovem Dionisio - Instead, the playlist was more of a “boring mainstream pop” mix with Ed Sheeran & Co., which doesn’t quite match the otherwise great atmosphere. 🎶🎹 Other than that, we had a wonderful time and would happily come back ❤️

It's small but very chilled and plenty of seating has beautiful views of the sea and plane taking off. I am happy to recommend it.

A wonderful place to see the sunset, but it is simply too small for the number of visitors it gets. A relaxing little spot is now full of tourists that want that insta shot. The bar is also simply too small to accommodate the number of guests they get.

I live here but to bring guests is still a lovely experience. I'm trying to improve my Português so bringing other language students here is great. It's atmospheric and has beautiful panoramic views over the Rio Formosa. If you want a seat for sure and stay longer come an hour before Sunset 🌇.

Beautiful terrace with the best view for sunset. Drinks are reasonably priced and there is a small dish of complimentary nuts which is served along. Be sure to arrive maybe thirty minutes before the sunset, otherwise it’ll be hard to grab a good seat.

I recently dined at APERITIVO, and I must say, the experience was fantastic! The food was exceptionally good, bursting with fresh flavors that truly showcased the seafood. The restaurant's design is also quite impressive, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The service was attentive and friendly, making the visit even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys seafood. You won't be disappointed!

This was our first time in Faro and we are certainly glad we discovered Apertivo. The food and atmosphere were amazing with good service as well. We had the Chorizo, Olives, Pork Shoulder and Goat cheese. These were all plentiful and delicious. I have to say the Calamari was the best I have ever had and is a must have when you are here. Drinks were great and the prices reasonable. Loved the vibe sitting outside. We will definitely be back.

Wow! It was our first time to Faro, and looking for a place to have a drink, we found Aperitivo. So glad we did. The outside area was very inviting , but what really made the night special was that waitress, Maria! She was the only one work the entire outside area, but she was attentive to everyone. She made sure everyone was happy and that they had everything they needed . She was so friendly even with the stress of a full bar. The bartender that night was really nice too, but if we come back to Faro we will definitely come back to see if Maria is there.

I cannot speak more highly of the food and service. Maria was nothing short of a delight. The chorizo was one of the best things I ate while in Faro. The atmosphere of the restaurant was perfect. 10/10 would recommend.

We chose the tapas and enjoyed the delicious garlic prawns and mushroom with cheese on toast both full of flavour. We were looked after very well by Maria. Excellent value for money, highly recommend!

Hidden away in the back streets of Faro is this little bar which is well worth a visit. The service is very fast and there is a nice relaxing area to sit and enjoy your drinks as you talk with friends.

The buncer here is horrible (short bald guy) he picks flights and is rude. Went out for a smoke break without a jacket, we weren't allowed to go in for jacket because the club is closing in 5 min. Had to wait for a long while untill everyone left to be finally allowed in and grab our stuff. It was raining outside as well.

Don't visit this club, the bouncer is racist. I visited with a group of friends. We all entered without any trouble until one of my non-white friends was immediately stopped and told he couldn't enter. The reasons kept changing, it was very clear there was no chance of him being let in... Definitely one to avoid!

The pub offered an excellent DJ with a great dance music taste which pushed the whole experience higher in my personal ranking. Unfortunately I can't rate this place with more than two stars. The pub is crowded so much that you can't even move properly, let alone dance, but if you try to everyone pushes you and you push them. Even though the prices for drinks are quite low, you can pretty early discover why that is the case - the amount of alcohol in it isn't very high as I assume from the taste of Cuba Libre and Vodka with Orange Juice. I was also annoyed by the people smoking in front of the "club", even though it's kind of common, it always makes me upset and uncomfortable breathing the smoke when I want fresh air. To sum it up, this place is small, interior is cheap, no places to sit and enjoy a talk, drinks don't taste anything special and besides the music it's a disappointment.

While the drinks can be cheap for students and there certainly was good music, the place is way too small for what it's trying to be. Inability to dance due to space constraints, people smoking both inside and outside the club and poor quality alcoholic beverages made this not a good time for me. I also can't really grasp the concept of trying to "meet" someone in a club like this, where you can barely hear anything over the music - which is okay on a dance floor of course, but there should be at least some space to sit back, relax and have a friendly chat. For that you have to go outside here, inhale unreasonable amounts of cigarette smoke and constantly be aware of cars trying to squeeze through the tight alley this establishment is placed next to. My 2 Stars belong purely to the DJ and okay prices.

Really good shots, the employees are the best friendly people and the drinks are done amazingly. If you come to the door, the security is the best in the business and really comprehensible in his job!

Went to the pool for the day, paid the $15 fee each to get in which was reasonable but the vibe and service was weird - they refused to rent us a towel, we offered to pay the deposit etc but they refused so we had to sit on the bare chairs. They only will rent towels to hotel guests. - food was meh, all frozen food warmed up. Felt gross after - pool was half full / dirty but a nice temperature - bathrooms at the roof top were DISGUSTING. Awful. Overall a very underwhelming experience which was disappointing as we thought the reviews seemed decent

Clean, nice and quite swimming pool. Despite the high season it was not too crowded. We paid the entrance fee that included 1 softdrink, it was worthed.

Came for the evening party. It was only €5 for entry and one drink of beer/ rose. The vibe wasn’t exactly amazing I expected more dancing. But the staff were nice and the drinks decently priced. The aesthetics of the building itself was spot on and the DJ was doing his best the electronic beats were good. Could have done with a few more people and it closed early (10:00pm)

Get here while you can, it’s destined for greatness. Best food I’ve had in Portugal and I have been visiting for over 20 years. Outstanding!

This is incredible. A real gem in the heart of Faro. Shhh! Don’t tell anyone but this mix of Asian and Mediterranean food served with imagination and quirky style is amazing. Can’t wait to go back. Superb wine cellar too.

Please read this whole thing cause there is a major caveat. Let’s start with this: every bite was perfection. The kitchen here clearly understands flavor, texture, and balance at a level most restaurants only dream of. Each plate that arrived was a small masterpiece — beautifully composed, technically flawless, and bursting with intention. The wine service was equally impeccable; the sommelier’s pairings were on point, each glass elevating the dish it accompanied with confidence and precision. And yet… we left hungry. Not “European portion” hungry — actually hungry. As in, “wandering the streets in search of something else to eat” hungry. When regulars start showing up with their own pizza (this actually happened) to supplement the experience, it’s hard not to raise an eyebrow. For an astonishing €158 for two, one expects at least to finish the evening satisfied. Here, you leave with a palate dazzled but a stomach unfulfilled — a culinary paradox that borders on absurd. So yes, the food was art. But art doesn’t fill you up. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ — Four stars for brilliance on the plate, minus one for forgetting that dinner should also feed you.

Simply incredible! We came a few years ago when it had just opened as a cheese and wine bar and to come back as see how the food and experience has evolved was an absolute pleasure! So much so we had the charcuterie on one night and booked again for the tasting menu. Incredible flavours and service! Always a great vibe even after you’ve finished eating! We visited Epicur 2 days on a row, because of the food, wine and service is world class! I have tasted tuna tartar many, many times, this one is the best!

What a shame. I came here with my sister with great expectations and I was looking forward to have a full immersion in Portuguese wines. The food also seemed very interesting…however I left after the second glass as the waiter shown zero interest in us and never came back to take the order and preferred chatting with his friends. Great potential and atmosphere, but lost in such small details as taking care of your customers. I guess I was not lucky, still worth a shot maybe

We went in to watch the English League Cup final, and during the first half, 90% of the patrons were there to watch this match. However they only showed the match on 2 screens and had European football on all the other screens that nobody was watching, and alternated between playing the commentary from the European matches and loud music, instead of the commentary from the Cup Final. The toilets were clean enough but didn't have seats, and there was no soap, and lots of flies buzzing around in the toilets.

What an amazing place! We absolutely loved the experience and energy here. The atmosphere was fantastic, and we were lucky enough to grab an outdoor seat with a perfect view of the screens to watch the Benfica game. Highly recommend

Good sports bar, which always has the big, or not so big games on. There's a ool table, which is a novelty in Portugal and a decent selection of bottled and draught beer. In the summer, be early as the outside area fills up at weekends or game nights.

Atmosphere: super cool, well decorated, I felt I’d spend hours watching sports or playing pool with friends. Promising. Drink: the beer was just perfect. Absolutely cold after a day roaming the city. Food: despite the nice presentation and general flavor, the beef was absolutely hard. I had to ask for a fork and knife so I could swallow. Excellent taste but chewy. Fairly priced.

Games and TV screens as most sports bars. Nothing special. Went here for a couple of drinks with my wife. It was winter so few customers. Couldn’t get the staff to serve as they were on mobiles and chatting. Once they did eventually grace with serving, one was just basically rude to my wife. Had the drink and left. Bathroom was dirty and no soap. Definitely needs an upgrade on customer service.

Good sports bar in Faro. If their sport package has it (eleven sports Portugal), they will put the game on one of the screens. Was a bit odd to show up and only see music videos on all the screens, but they were very accommodating to put the NFL playoffs on when asked. Beers were affordable and the atmosphere and table games were a nice touch too!

They had live music with single man band, was amazing and taking requests of songs to sing.. lovely laid relaxed seating upstairs over looking some parts of the old town 's roofs. Actually a very nice pub. The reason for the 4 out of 5 is the size. If you wanna go inside and enjoy the live music maybe dance you'll need to be careful not to hit somebody in the face. Over all the music was great, the atmosphere was nice and i had a good time dancing and singing with my friends! Big shout out to the bartender with the big moustache very professional and his drinks were on point.

We had a briliant night at Pipers, particularly thanks to Martin - working on the 27th September 2025. He introduced us to an Amarguinha Sour. Absolutely delicious and took about 15 minutes for him to prepare, as he really took pride in his work. Excellent service with a smile. He made our evening. Would highly recommend this place. Great live music as well.

It's an impressive arc, but after all, it is just an arc. I really enjoyed storks nests perched atop of the arc. You can walk through the arc and admire an old town or not walk through and admire the marina, which wasn't that impressive.

Some people say that Faro is no worth a visit, but that’s totally wrong! The city has a lot to offer and has very nice looking buildings and cozy streets and places. We visited the city in June 2021, when we stayed in Estoí. We’ve also had a negative advice about Faro, but this turned immediately out not to be true… !

It is one of the attraction you should visit in Faro. The old small town not too far from the Centrum and harbour. Some buildings look unkempt and need to be renovated otherwise it will be damaged. What I like the most is Orange trees.

Loved the place. The old town of Lagos. It was beautiful. The beautiful architecture of Portugal. White buildings are amazing to watch. Good places for pictures.

If you looking for delicious drinks and also want to meet funny people, then Varandas is definitely the right place! I was in Faro for 4 days and went there everyday because this place is just unique!

A bar that has a rooftop with a nice view. They have special house cocktails on the menu, which in my opinion were the best cocktails we've had in Portugal. I highly recommend you try the Salted Caramel (if you like coffee), and Red carpet. The flavor of the drinks is just outstanding, and the prices were more than fair. The service was on point and our waiter was friendly, even when we were the only one on the roof initially, he regularly went upstairs and checked on us. If you're in Faro, and looking for some unique mixologist cocktails, do visit here! We'll be coming back if we're in town!

Great place for a drink, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, Alice the mixologist was fantastic in her art and recommendations,and the lads were also super friendly. Definitely a winner, my favourite cocktail was the Amaretto sour and my wife loved the Basil one( forget the name) but it's the red one . absolutely amazing.

I love this place. From the friendly and attentive service, the romantic rooftop terrace, and the cocktails expertly blended and created with passion and skill, this would be my go-to bar on any Faro trip. A must.

There was no crowd inside the club, and I waited for an hour up to 1 am for more people to join in, but Alas! The 10 Euro entry fee is a sheer waste of money as it doesn't include any drink (in addition to an empty place). I exited this place at 1 am and went to the nearby Irish Pub - free entry. The Irish pub had fantastic live music and a great crowd. I would not recommend anyone to go to Prestige, there are better options in this lovely town.

Great drinks, Great music, sound and light system beat the rest of the clubs in the city, I can see the owner really put his effort into giving the crowd a good experience! AC was also a plus, kept the club fresh and comfortable. All around felt very respected and welcomed, great club, would recommend a visit!

My girlfriend and I went to Prestige on our first night in Faro. Friendly vibes and we were made to feel very welcome and safe as two queer women! Staff were friendly and music was fab. Most of the attendees were men but this was not a problem to us at all and everyone was there to have a great time! It was busier later on (from about 1am onwards) but never uncomfortably packed. Would highly recommend especially for other LGBTQ+ folk :)

Such a great club! Really loved the music theme this Saturday—so much fun. I think this place is perfect for all kinds of people, as long as you can behave yourself! The owner is super friendly, easy to talk to, and really takes care of his guests. Highly recommend checking it out!

I’ve been to this club many times over the years, both with my boyfriend and other friends, on multiple different occasions. We’ve always had a great time and have spent a significant amount of money there without ever encountering any issues – no problems, no fights, nothing but good memories. However, I am utterly shocked and disappointed by what happened recently. My boyfriend went to the club and was denied entry simply because of his skin color – he was told that he couldn’t enter unless he paid, just because he’s not from Portugal. This is incredibly upsetting, especially considering that even the owner of the club is an immigrant. Discrimination of any kind should never be tolerated, especially in a place that represents the LGBTQ+ community, which is supposed to stand for inclusion and acceptance. I will never return to this venue, and I strongly advise others to avoid it. As someone who owns four businesses in Portugal myself, I know how important it is to treat every customer with respect and fairness – something that was clearly lacking here. What happened is outrageous and completely unacceptable. A place like this should not be supported until it addresses such discriminatory practices.

Me and my gay friend were denied entry! Possibly due to the fact that we are brown or were dressed “too straight”! Has never happened to me in Madrid or London! So if you wanna have a fun night with no colourful representation head to prestige! P.S: the bouncer refused to give any reason for denial!

I’m deeply disappointed by my experience at Prestige today. I was refused entry, despite having visited this venue over ten times previously with my partner without any issue. Today I happened to be alone, and the treatment I received was unacceptable. I spoke directly with the owner — a German gentleman with glasses — and explained that I’m a regular guest. After a conversation with security, I was told I’d need to pay €10 to enter. I had no problem with this. I’m from Dubai, have lived in the UK, and I typically spend €50–€80 per night on drinks, even more when I’m with my partner. Unlike many local guests who sip on a single beer all evening, we genuinely support the venue financially. What upset me most was the sense that I was being judged by my appearance. I was told I “looked Indian” — which felt like a poor excuse for what was clearly discriminatory behaviour. For the record, I’m Emirati and Sri Lankan — not that it should matter in any case. When I calmly tried to explain that I felt uncomfortable with how I was treated, the owner interrupted and accused me of “playing the racism card.” I’ve never encountered racism in my life — until today. My partner, who is Spanish and a good friend of Sue (the bartender), will be shocked to hear about this. We’ve decided not to return. What happened today felt like pure prejudice. And coming from a venue owned by foreigners in Portugal, the irony is staggering. Prestige has lost loyal customers. I truly hope the management reflect on how they treat people. Until then, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. It’s not worth a penny.

Faro Marina is a beautiful and peaceful spot right in the heart of the city. Perfect for a relaxing walk, especially during sunset, with scenic views of the boats, palm trees, and the historic old town in the background. Plenty of cozy cafés nearby make it a great place to sit back and enjoy the atmosphere. Highly recommended for a laid-back afternoon

Stunning harbour, we had a quiet walk and enjoyed some food, beautiful pictures, and cute souvenir shops. Altogether a wonderful experience.

A small marina on the edge of the old town, access for small boats only underneath railway bridge! Lots of small boat tours go from here. There are a few bars and restaurants, a nice place for a wander. When we visited there was a mini street market between the marina and old town along the walk way.

Faro Marina is a really relaxing place to spend time, especially in the evening. The boats, palm trees, and calm water create a lovely atmosphere. I went there during sunset and it was beautiful the sky turned orange and pink, and the light reflected on the water perfectly. I took some amazing photos! There are also a few cafés and restaurants around, so you can sit down, have a drink, and enjoy the view. It’s a great place to unwind at the end of the day.

Very bad quality of food. The place is a tourist trap that doesn’t even have menus in English. The pork I ordered was almost raw and dangerous to eat. You can see from the photo the poor quality and color of the meat, it was disgusting. Please avoid this place or only order beer.

The hamburger was great, the tapas mackerel and the mixed cheese wasn't that great, 2 cocktails water and a Pepsi for €30. Service was good, staff were friendly. My only criticism is that we didn't get an English menu. I'd definitely eat here again but I'd avoid the tapas. Good value for money.

I visited Havana Club recently, looking to grab some dinner. When i ask the lady how much is it, my jaw nearly dropped when I saw their pizza options. It became immediately clear from the descriptions and prices that they were selling standard Dr. Oetker frozen pizzas – the exact same ones you can buy for a few euros at any grocery store. The price they were asking for one of these frozen pizzas was absolutely outrageous. €16.50 for a frozen pizza 🍕 😲

The service at Havana club was out of this world. AMAZING staff. Literally the nicest people ever. Come support these amazing people.

This place is wonderful, best on the island for sure and open late, always has a nice amount of people in (not to quiet, not to busy) and the food was phenomenal, they do food until very late as well. 10/10 highly recommend

A must visit for all techno heads and EDM enjoyers in general! Definitely the best place to go out and dance in Faro!

The entrance fee was €15 but was totally worth it, the music was great, the crowd was respectful and there for the music, I didn't see any phones out recording, it was amazing to see. The beers are cheap, it was fresh even though it was crowded. Loved it!

I absolutely loved the vibe and music. Was a bit concerned after I read some negative reviews but it wasn’t like that at all. The place is gonna be a bit empty in the beginning but by the end of the night it becomes an epicentre for the best beat drops in the city. Fellow ravers I’d definitely recommend this place.

2 days, 2 entries and 2 disappointments. Me and friends travel to go have some pints and have a good time, got in there with great excitement, music sounds good and bouncers seemed ok. After reluctantly paying €10 we went in (at 00:40), to find 5 people in there, the atmosphere was more than dead. Thought we would try again the next day, fair to say we had not learned our lesson. Yet again paid €10 and yet again found myself wishing I got some scran and went back to the hotel. Both times I asked the bouncers if it was busy and they said yes, this club is not only deceptive but it has also committed fraud in my opinion through fibbing, if this was in the UK the trading standards agency would shut it down for false advertising. Whilst on the case of illegality me and my friends where not ID’ed when going in,we had recently turned 18 and felt uneasy they lack of security. In addition there was no security checks making me thing what could of gotten through the doors, in my opinion this makes the club highly unsafe. It just hurts me that i’ve waisted €20 here, could have been put to better use! Avoid at all costs unless on drugs in my opinion. It would be easier to find enjoyment going through London during rush hour on the tube!

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at a club called Art House Club, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal with others. My friend and I paus and Went inside but the staff failed to inform us of the empty club. When we pointed out that nobody else was inside and that they should have mentioned it, the response we received was apathetic. We decided to leave. One of the bouncers suddenly became aggressive, resorting to physical violence. He attacked me and hit me on the head which resulted in injuries. Another bouncer thankfully intervened to prevent further harm. I am shocked and appalled by the violence and lack of security at this club. It is unacceptable for guests to be physically attacked simply because they express their disappointment with the situation. I strongly advise against visiting this club!!!!

Tapas to share as a meal is a great way to discover several of the typical local dishes that are served here. 4 dishes accompanied with bread and anchovy butter and two glasses of red wine with a dessert to share was more than filling enough for our dinner. And it set us back 60 euros. Lovely service and the atmosphere inside was also refreshing with a quirky combination of an old vaulted cellar like room filled with uptempo music. Loved it and we felt really sorry that they only had to open for us as we were the only customers for the night?! Maybe the fact that they are not on the main tourist thoroughfare is one of the reasons (as other lesser eateries in the main pedestrian street draw more customers) but we can only recommend diverting off the beaten track to discover this gem!

The sardines and the hen with cheakpeas were delicious. Sardines amazing flavor and really tasty. The cod fish croquet were given to us by mistake as the mixed the order. We ate them and they were delicious. Then we ordered the cod fish traditional dish they have with eggs and potatoes (which was our original order) but it was not as tasty as the rest. Not so much cod fish flavor but instead lots of potatoes. Not worth it for the price in my opinion. They only accept cash.

Splendid dinner! Everything was really great, especially the sardines, love it with lemon and the crunchy bread. The staff was nice, fast and always smiling. We eat at the outside tables in a really nice atmosphere. Great quality/price, I will definitely suggest you to try it.

Chicken broth was flavourful but chicken was dry. And we had to go to cash machine to take out cash because they wouldn’t take card. For the standard of this restaurant this should be either warned before or alternative options given. Waiter was not the most welcoming. Change back was given wrong and was not given cherry liquor that they originally offered.

Had dinner at this super cozy place and it was amazing! The food is unexpectedly good, the chef super nice and explains everything you have in the plate. Recommend baked carrots, duck rice & Portuguese stew. Dessert: clouds & egg yolk jam ❤️

Atmosphere and staff were lovely, very helpful and polite. We came for a couple drinks and dinner over the weekend, we ordered around four dishes and a starter and found this was enough food for two. Decently priced and very tasty food, highly recommend!

A very beautiful vintage place with old-fashioned charm. The food is delicious; we tried almost everything on the daily menu. Unfortunately, we found the portions a little too small for the price. The service was good, but considering how many people work there, we often had to wait for someone to come and take our order. The atmosphere was good but rustic. We didn't find the music very fitting because it was more modern pop than traditional music. I would go back, but only on special occasions because it's not always affordable.

Excellent food. Our favourite was the spicy fish soup. Small open kitchen but we were serve promptly. Only con is they only take cash payments when we went.

The WORST place you can go for dinner. The food is neither good nor authentic, they claim to serve tapas but it’s rather a main dish in size of an appetizer. Food looks horrible and doesn’t taste good. Bread is served in a stinky little fabric bag. Plates are broken and dirty (disgusting!). Service is not good - took a very long time to order, another very long time to serve and a much longer time until someone came with the bill. Then, they tried to scam us. Put more dishes on the bill than we ordered, and just when they saw that we studied the bill - they said there was something weird about it but still wanted to know what exactly we ordered. They apologized and came back with a new (correct) bill, but when I paid, they didn’t give me back my change!!! Horrible place! Cannot recommend to anyone with tastebuds. We left still hungry. This place is overpriced and overrated.

The way to a mans heart goes through the stomach. They figured it out here. I stumbled upon this place, lying in a narrow street, playing top50 2010-2015 hits and asked for a table for one. There’s a daily menu that changes rapidly and there are options vegans, vegetarians and meat-eaters. I ordered tuna, white fish and pig ears. Every dish excelled above any hopes and expectations that i had for this quiet lunch on a wednesday. Cooked to perfection and mixed beautifully with toppings, that hit just right. Thank you for a beautiful experience.

What a night. I stumbled into Faro’s annual summer party in the alleyway and this restaurant was smack in the middle of it. The atmosphere, music, dancing, and energy was incredible. The service was good, they had a special menu for the event. I went specifically for their original menu so was a bit thrown by that, and didn’t love the dishes I got. I was confused by the sopa’s flavor and the mushroom dish was really a giant soaked piece of bread. But that’s my fault for not knowing Portuguese. Shrimp was good & dessert (goat cheese with honey & crushed almonds & chocolate cake with a caramel glaze) had a lot of flavor. The event made up for it & would go back to try their normal menu.

Highly recommended! The food was absolutely amazing and well worth the wait for a table for two. The staff were incredible, always smiling and attentive and managed to provide great service despite over 20 people waiting and around 50 already seated. This is an experience I’ll never forget. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in town.

If i could give this place 6 across the board, I would. Just around the corner from Faro cathedral, lovely small local restaurant with absolutely excellent food. We had the cheese salad, Mackrell brunette, gazpacho soup and fried prawns. Each of them tasted fresh and delicious and the service was so friendly and welcoming. Thoroughly recommend this place and hope to make it back. Thank you so much.

We stopped by this little town before continuing our road trip to Seville and boy were we happy to have eaten there! The tapas were good and both kids and adults enjoyed the octopus and the sausage.

So happy to have dined here. Food was great and came back the second day we stayed in Faro too. Highly recommend the prawns and sharing a pitcher of Sangria. This restaurant seems busier than its neighbours and rightly so. Lunch times are easier to grab a table where you might experience a wait in the evening. Honestly just wait in line to go here rather than caving in and going to a neighbouring restaurant.

Loved this place so much that we went two nights out of our four day trip! Got to really explore the menu which was fabulous. Had great service from Mario, making us laugh a lot!! Gave us some cheeky shots and great banter.

We had such a good time here we came back the next day for dinner as well. The food is amazing and the service is friendly and genuine. They play good music and everyone is happy! The staff are so friendly as well. The prawns were the highlight for me and the wine as well it’s worth getting a bottle because it’s so drinkable. It was busy both nights and you can see why! Great day at Purobeach. The beds are comfy and it’s nice how they give you two towels. Service was good and the food was nice - slightly on the expensive side. Overall would recommend!

A wonderfully well-organized beach club. We’ve been to a few Purobeaches in Europe now and they’re all very consistent. Competent staff, sufficiently high-priced to ensure a calm environment but not so high priced as to keep it out of reach for mortals. Food was okay but you’re not there for the food. Enjoy!

Great place on the beach, however service was appalling! Over 20 mins for a water!! Asked for the menu 4 times and still never brought out to us! Gave us bills we had already paid quite a few times,think they were definitely trying their luck, thinking we had drunk too much and would keep paying - luckily some of us were not drinking and made sure we were paying the correct bills only once! Just really bad service here, would not book again! Shame cause later afternoon the DJ and party vibes were great!!

I am very pleased with what your club in Vilamoura is all about. I chose this place to host my friend's birthday party. I really liked the location, the general atmosphere, the great service, the delicious food, and the very friendly atmosphere among the other guests. I've been to similar clubs in other countries and often guests behave inappropriately, but here the atmosphere is relaxed, respectful, and relaxed on high. Worthy

Extremely expensive for what you receive. We booked a front row pair of beds which had incredible views of the sea, however, the fruit bowl and small bottles of water were inadequate for the price paid. Also, whilst the staff were friendly it was incredibly difficult to get their attention and we spent a good portion of the day trying to order a drink or food, all of which were overpriced. I had the deep sea calamari which arrived cold and on top of a very small salad. The afternoon was spent surrounded by seagulls and after ordering one more drink we decided to leave. We did have a relaxing time and the music was nice, however, for the price paid it really was not up to the standard we expected and unless prices are seriously dropped or the food and service is greatly improved we would not return. This beach club could be incredible but sadly is not run in a way that enables this currently.

Came across this lovely place on our short trip to Faro. The food and service were superb! Very pretty place,very elegant. We had traditional Portuguese food of steamed shellfish and it was perfect as was the wine. Would recommend. I don’t think they sell burgers or chicken nuggets here it’s not that sort of place.

The hospitality in this place already has me missing faro. The manager Saulo told me about the history of the restaurant and made me feel like a friend. The food was absolutely delicious and the servers did an amazing job picking my dishes for me. If you’re in faro this is a place worth visiting.

Very nice welcome, Nice music, but most importantly… the waiter and the cocktail chief go the extra mile! The waiter Yuri is very dynamic and the cocktail chief Saulo proposes personalised cocktails based on your favorite ingredients, even if they’re not on the menu! A place to recommend!

Nice drinks, Hendricks served well chilled with just right amount of cucumber, with Gordon's they are asking how u like it - they know what they are doing. Unfortunately for me; I ate earlier and cant fit any more of that deliciously looking goodies am watching here.

Attentive and friendly servers and good suggestions about the food. Had clams cooked with garlic and oil with a side of fries per suggestion for dipping. Clams were pretty puny and some with empty shells. Took outdoor seating but the inside looks interesting with old photos of Faro.

Small but pretty little craft beer bar. If you love local craft beer like I do it is a no-brainer to visit the Boheme. Beer does also taste good.

Almost certainly the best craft beer bar in town! Ten on tap (mainly Portuguese), and 3 fridges of (again, mainly Portuguese) bottles and cans with a good range of breweries and styles on offer. It's only a small place, but there's outside seating front and back. No food except Pasteis de Belem! Barman was good, knew his stuff and talked about the beers, and beer. Music wasn't to my taste, but I wasn't there for that I was there for the beer, which was really good! My second visit, after a 6 year gap, and it's better now than it was then; continuous improvement! I'll be back...

Small selection of beers on tap and a few fridges with bottles and cans. Makes a change from drinking super bock although they sell it as well. I tried some interesting bottles from a Lisbon based brewery. It's a nice location looking over towards the sea. The server was friendly and there was a nice atmosphere

What a cool place. My friends and I love the music here and also the artwork! The murals on the walls are really interesting and totally add to the vibe. Not to mention the staff is great! Good for an afternoon beer or live music late at night!

Great little bar just slightly out of the way in central Faro. We would never have found it if it wasn't for the beautiful mural painted on the front. That was enough to make me want to walk down that side road and we discovered this amazing place! Super friendly staff and great music and overall a great vibe. MUCH nicer than the bars on the main strip full of middle aged men trying to flirt with local barmaids and totally rubbish music! This place is the best bar in Faro I went to. Worth a visit just for the mural to be honest which is one of the best in town.

Tima saw this pub advertised as the "oldest bar in Faro"...so we had to visit just after the 6pm opening time. Pint and a half of draught Super Bock. 8.50€ First bar to give us Scoobie snacks. Good music on our visit (1970,'s ). Lots of dark wood does give it a proper pub feel. Like a smugglers bar in Cornwall. Like it.

Being typically British I asked for a pint of lager from the frosty faced barman. He reached for a dimpled pint pot, I asked if he had a different glass, he sure did, a 400ml, I said that's a bit smaller. The look he gave me I just said not to worry. I was going to stay for another but the owner was just not welcoming so I left after being turned over for 5 euros in a not particularly salubrious establishment. The normal price in most bars is 3 euros. I can assure you I won't be returning to the "oldest bar in Faro"

An absolute jem just a minute's walk from the harbour in the old town. Very well run and great music too. Beer and shorts are pricey by local standards but worth it for the whole experience.

Lovely quiet little pub. The service you get is top tip and the prices are very reasonable - we only drank larger and wine. You also get a lil plate of snacks with your drink. This was my partner and I go to place for a tipple post or pre dinner.

Great rooftop bar with excellent views! The drinks didn’t quite match the menu description but still very good! Cocktails are about €13 each as of April 2025 and the Sangria is €37 which I thought was a bit pricey. However the views can’t be beat and I would recommend a visit!

I would highly recommend this spot. We arrived early and we were promptly seated. The host was very nice and accommodating. Our waitress was very good and we did not feel rushed. She recommended a roll and it was excellent. Thank you Mafalda. Our favourite was the hot roll. 5/5 for sure! All in all an excellent experience and the view was 10/5. Thank you.

We visited the Skybar twice during our holiday — once in the late evening for cocktails, and another time for sushi and drinks. On both occasions, the service was excellent and the panoramic views were absolutely fantastic. We didn’t go overboard with food or drinks, and our meal for two came to €175, which felt reasonable given the quality and setting.

I was here for the sushi dinner. Amazing view. Great food including lots of veggies options. Great music. However, there was an apparent focus of attention on tables where it was felt they were going to leave a big tip. We had to be proactive to get attention, which ironically diminished the tip we left.

The sushi is expensive, you can tell its very fresh and well made, however they put yuzu all over every sushi we had which meant we couldn't actually taste the fish and for the amount we spent we were a bit annoyed by it. The Tempura prawns were the best we've had.

We had a reservation all went smooth when going in and getting seated. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. They took our orders, the chef even came to answer questions we had. Cocktails were OK when looking at the price but for an old fashioned I would have preferred a better rye/bourbon than four roses which from my point of view is not the best choice. Aperol spritz was good and so was the red wine. We ordered a sushi board to share. Nigiris were good as well as makis and Sashimi. We were not big fans of thr white fish specially as sashimi but it was advised and just not our taste. Salmon and tuna were very good. For dessert we had pancakes with wasabi ice cream as well as a matcha waffle. A good experience with stunning views, maybe not the best place to go when it is very dark as you will missout on the great views!

We popped here for a drink and a bite to eat on our first evening in Portugal. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, speaking very good English, and gave advice on the food and drinks menu. The bar is in a great position overlooking the harbour. The atmosphere is very relaxing, we will definitely be visiting again.

I don’t eat here hens not given a star for food. The cocktails in Senses were all good and I tested almost everyone, for me the Consulate stood out as the best with Millionare No 4 a close second, both being signature cocktails. The three person team here will keep the cocktails flowing all night long. The atmosphere is always friendly with musics playing and a hint of sophistication. I recommend you put this on your list of places to go. I must point out that even if you’re not staying in the Eva hotel you can walk into the Reception then us the lift up to the 5th floor to find Senses. They also have a swimming pool any one can use and Eva Hotel on the same floor. I had a great week, enjoy.

We ordered drinks inside to enjoy a cocktail night. We witness the one of the bar tenders (younger man with facial hair) make one of our drinks then stir it with the mixing spoon and LICK THE SPOON then put it into the next drink to stir. He licked the spoon after every time he stirred up a drink. Absolutely disgusting. We watched this happen multiple times. It was disgusting and grossed us out so much to the point we didn’t even finish our drinks. We will not be returning.

The bar manager for the cocktail bar was unbelievably attentive and friendly! The other waiters were very sweet and friendly too! Can only recommend!

Had an amazing holiday in Faro visiting family. Everyone agreed we made the best choice of hotel, mainly down to the brilliant rooftop bar and the excellent staff. Guilherme and Mayumi treated us so well and made us feel so welcome, we enjoyed seeing them every night. They worked so hard looking after so many guests yet still had time for us all. Definitely coming back here next time we come to Faro

Just another overpriced beach restaurant. The staff is very friendly and efficient. We tried several tapas. The grilled squid didn't had any flavour or sauce. The tempura shrimps were like any other. The salmon poke bowl was good with fresh flavours. The ceviche was ok. The chicken salad wasn't that good. The grilled cheese with honey was ok. Overall the food was just ok.

Amazing restaurant, was recommended by a good friend who'd visited last year and it more than lives up to every expectation. Food was delicious and not expensive,, customer service was outstanding. The place is in such a lovely area on the beach and the music and atmosphere is great. Thoroughly recommend ❤️

We went to Maria’s to be close to the beach and watch the sunset. For this it was lovely. However the food was somewhat overpriced for the quality and what we got. The sole was well cooked but lacking in flavour and the cod was average. We have had much better in the area for much better prices. The service was okay, we waited some time for our plates to be cleared after our starters. Considering it’s early in the season and the restaurant wasn’t completely full, we found this disappointing. What it does succeed in is atmosphere which was pleasant especially at sunset.

We come here every time we come out to Portugal. Me and my family and friends love this restaurant. The owner and all the staff are all so friendly and welcoming. Brilliant place to get an amazing sunset aswell, especially on the roof top bar 🍸 I would definitely recommend this place

If someone tells you that this place is good don’t believe them. The food was awful. -How you can make fresh squid taste bland I’ll never know no seasoning what’s so ever. -The ceviche was so limey a far cry from the one we had the night before at the boiled octopus. -The seared tuna was only seared on one side… so many questions did they forget to do the other side? The part that was seared must have been done for 10 seconds if that! Who’s training these chefs have they ever eaten any of the food they serve?? The only thing that tasted ok was the goats cheese salad - you can’t really mess that up & the Thai curry also pretty hard to mess up. Cleary the chefs on these sections are slightly better.. Then we have the drinks EVERYTHING had passion fruit in it WHYYYY - well I’ll tell you why they can’t make a cocktail taste nice with out it. I asked for a spicy margarita came with passion fruit errr that’s not how that comes so they remade it and it was undrinkable it’s tasted like pure lime I think at this point they was trying to poison us! Then we have the bottle ms still water - sooo low rate a plastic bottle did you run out of the glass ones and run to the local supermarket… Then we went upstairs to have a drink it was like a scene of teenagers in the wild.. some so drunk they couldn’t even stand. One trod on my toe he didn’t even notice cause he was so consumed in gropping his girl friend at the bar in front of us. I don’t know if it was because I’d had 2 sips of an alcoholic beverage but all I could think was get a room or at least get on only fans and get paid for it… All in all it’s a no from me. I only wish I’d taken pictures of the wonderful food…

Loads of variety, staff are friendly enough and about average prices/value for money. All in all worth a visit if you are in the area. They never disappoint.

Overall worth the visit - for ambiance and views; make a res 4 weeks in advance if possible. Long line of people waiting for tables up the stairs. Views are a solid 5; food is a 3 (mediocre). Service was prompt and friendly- props to the staff for that! We had the garlic prawns appetizer, regional cheese/bread (overly salty and similar to parmigiana), personally not a fan, spicy fish soup in which I do recommend(which was not actually spicy). For our main course we tried the hamburger (which was huge! Fries arrived a bit cold and overcooked/crunchy, but hamburger meat was cooked well, but nothing special or out of the ordinary. I got the chicken salad in which had a creamy Cesar like sauce? The grilled chicken inside the salad was more on the dry side and came cold, not sure if it was freshly made for my salad or not? Take the visit and you can make your own observation, but again, worth the visit! Enjoy your time! :)

End of sept- this place was simply awesome! The atmosphere is a 10/10 on its own as this place is nestled into rock, and just around the corner is the most stunning look out into the ocean. We initially just went for drinks. We were pleasantly met with a complementary wine sampling. We then got a convert platter, then ordered some fresh Algarve oysters after seeing them at the table next to us, and they were exquisite. We wish we ordered some actual food because they looked amazing. Big portioned plates and amazing smelling food. The wait staff were super friendly as well. Overall I would rate this place a 10/10 and would recommend anyone in the Algarve to make a stop in!

We had an amazing experience at Boneca Bar right by the ocean in Portugal. The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views of the sea. We tried the sardines, and they were some of the most delicious we’ve ever had – fresh, perfectly grilled, and full of flavor. On top of that, the service was outstanding: attentive, friendly, and truly on the highest level. A perfect spot to enjoy great food and the ocean breeze – highly recommended!

End of Sept - beautiful spot, great photo opts, amazing view! Great food! Well worth the drive. No issues with parking, this time of yr. Service was not good! Seemed like lots of waiters, but not very attentive, very, very slow. Ours was kinda rude! Still worth visiting for photos, don’t have to eat/drink. You can walk through path to the “overlooking the ocean view” don’t miss the little walking cave, spectasular view and photo shoot.

A perfect spot for a romantic evening. The food was delicious, the view was absolutely stunning! It was a truly memorable experience. P.S.: you have to wait in line for a bit if you want to go to eat at sunset.

We went to boneca bar early September. The weather was perfect and the crowds had dispersed Food was very good, drinks were good and refreshing. The views and breeze are wonderful.

What a stunning place. Was taken here by some friends, the setting is stunning, especially if you manage to book on the terrace. The staff are really top tier, always approaching with a smile, engaging and informative. The food we had was incredible, fresh, zesty and prepared with the utmost care. Bender even filleted the fish for us, so don't worry if you aren't a fish master. Have already been back for a friend's birthday and as we now live in PT, BJ's will be firmly on all our 'to visit' lists when we have friends and family to stay. Thank you BJ's and to Andre Felipe for the music that got everyone singing along.

Unforgettable Family Meal We were lucky enough to get a booking at BJ’s Oceanside Restaurant on a Friday night in August. We were seated in the outdoor area, giving us a great view of the live band playing, and the sunset. We cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. Everything was perfect from the friendly, welcoming staff, the excellent food, and the awesome music, which all made for a perfect evening with an incredible atmosphere. It was a night that we’ll never forget and we’d definitely recommend you come here, if you want more than just a meal!

The service was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive with a large party including children. The patio seating was beautiful- a bit loud with the wind but that can’t be helped. I’d love to come back and highly recommend this place! So much fun.

An absolute vibe! Really buzzy atmosphere in an awesome beach side location. Very friendly service and the food was good. There was love music when we went which really added to the atmosphere. Felt greeted like old friends, and in fact many of the people arriving were clearly regulars and that's testament to the treatment you get and the feeling of the place. Book to avoid disappointment. We waited 2/3 hours for a table (which was our fault not theirs!) but it was no problem, we went to the beach and listened to the live music whilst we swam! Not for people looking for an authentically Portuguese experience, very ex-pat heavy 😅 but certainly not to it's detriment.

This place is an EXPERIENCE, not just any place to eat. It was our favorite dinner we had on our honeymoon while in Algarve!!! So much fun, the kindest owners, talented live music, delicious strong drinks and tasty food. Not to mention the beautiful sunset. If you're staying nearby, you HAVE to come here one night. You don’t get good food or a reasonable price, but you do get loud music and a whole party of employees clapping enthusiastically if you celebrate your birthday. All in all, this looks like a “fake fancy” spot that might just fit if you’re just looking for a party dinner.

In my opinion, the best restaurant in Vilamoura by far. Very reasonably priced compared to the marina. Service was outstanding, the food was delicious, tables not too close together, good background music well lit to create a welcoming atmosphere. It’s a bit of a walk from the marina, quite tucked away but well worth it. Book in advance as it does get booked up.

Sept 2025. A party of 20 of us went for a birthday bash. Food was delicious and the staff were efficient and attentive. Good music and a live saxophonist.

We had a brilliant evening and the drinks are a very fair price. The atmosphere is a lot of fun and the majority of staff are so lovely! However, there is one particular male barman who made myself and several other women feel very uncomfortable. I spoke to many people that evening who felt the same. He lets the place down sadly, it should be welcoming for women.

Unbelievable food. Best Thai I’ve ever had and staff were brilliant. The set menu is brilliant just enough and every dish was untrue. Been today with my partner and our friends and booked for next week also. If web booking is full give them a call especially for lunches as they do their best to fit you in. Dropped in just about lunch time and sat on a comfy sofa on the decking overlooking the sea to watch the world go by. Had a lovely mocktail which was perfect on a sunny day and a small snack of calamari. The waiter's and waitresses were very freindly and helpful. Even out of season its a lovely place and I would recommend it.

Great beachside location with attentive staff serving superb seafood. Top tip: Calamari served grilled or with olive oil and roast garlic. Recommend the latter preparation followed by the apple crumble 👍

Very nice restaurant between Vale de Lobo and Faro, with a sea view, the beach is close, the food is tasty. We had calamars followed by grilled sea bass with a salad. Nice atmosphere, view and service! Obrigada!

We go regularly for the beach view and ambience. Haven’t had many meals but what we have had was okay - nothing to rave about. To be honest you can so much better for food elsewhere but that’s not why we go there so that’s ok. Beach/foreigner pricing ;) (as in you are paying for the beach b/c these drinks can be had in other parts of the Algarve for half the price). Staff are great!!

Inadequate organization and service. At the entrance, we (two people) were dismissed with a simple "sorry" by a very stressed employee when we asked for a table. There was a chill-out area where people seemed to be waiting for a table. He had to desperately try to figure out who was waiting the longest for a table, while so many tables were still free, cleared, and set. The stressed employees would also ruin any relaxation factor on the beach.

What a great place! The waiters and bar staff are on fire, attentive and responsive and giving their all to make sure everyone has a great experience. We were very impressed by the tasty food and lovely ambience too.

Went here with family for some tapas. Food is tasty while it is on the pricier side. Service is good and the staff will have several recommendations if you can not decide. We asked if they had anything for our 11 month old son, and they said that they have some fish nuggets, which is ideal for kids. Little did we know that they were 17 EUR fish nuggets 😅 My son was satisfied, though.

I recently visited this restaurant and had a bit of a mixed experience. To start, you’re required to put down a £10 deposit, which feels a little off-putting before you’ve even arrived. Once seated, I noticed that the menu is structured in a way where almost everything feels like a micro-transaction — even small swaps, like changing a sauce, aren’t allowed. Prices are very high, and while the dishes were beautifully cooked and genuinely delicious, the portions were disappointingly small. On the positive side, the staff were lovely — very friendly and attentive — and the outdoor seating area, although quite limited in size, is a pleasant spot if you’re lucky enough to get a table. Overall, the food quality is excellent, but the value for money just isn’t there. Unless you don’t mind paying a premium for small portions and a rigid menu, it’s hard to justify a return visit despite the great service.

Went out for a family meal here last night (Saturday). There were 12 of us and they put tables together so we had one big table. Service was impeccable throughout the night from topping up water and wine to being patient with the younger kids. Replaced dropped forks without hesitation and managed to keep the table clear and orderly. The food was delicious. The highlights for me were the gyoza, the pork, the octopus and the beef tartare but strong shouts to the John Dory nuggets and the salmon ceviche. The pacing of the meal was good, we were there about two hours in total. Decor is nice and they have fish tanks with the kids loved looking at between meals. Nice vibe in the place and the owner was friendly. Great place and would highly recommend.

A nice restaurant just behind the marina. Looks stylish from the front and was not expecting the nice little courtyard round the back. Food was served tapas style and everything came well presented and tasty. Highlight was the John Dory nuggets. We shared 4 plates between 2 with a starter which left us wanting more. However after ordering dessert this left us feeling full particularly the apple pie which was huge. Price was maybe on the high side at just over €100 for two with a couple of cocktails but in my opinion worth it for the quality and service which was faultless and attentive.

Absolutely love this resteraunt, second we stepped into the door with our reservation we were greeted with a warm welcome and able to choose whichever of the open tables we wanted. The food speaks for itself, it’s a tapas style food so 2-3 plates per person is recommended. Each dish was absolutely unreal. The food the atmosphere and the noise were all perfect. Highly recommend this resteraunt but would defo book in advance as can get quite busy past 8pm. Staff are very attentive and caring about the service and food they provide. Edit** Even came back for a second time on the last night and was class again. Would be my number 1 go to when going to villamoura or surrounding areas. 👌

Wonderful all around! Great view on the rooftop, service was excellent and welcoming plus food was delicious. We shared the fish and seafood dish, marinated olives and bread plus the drunk pear salad with blue cheese 🤤. They even offered my wife a nice warm blanket to keep warm and tucked her in at the table. Best espresso martini we’ve ever had and the dirty gin martinis were excellent! 10 out of 10! A great location sat on a cliff top. A bit of a trek out of town. A cab is the best option. Need to book. The food is pretty good. I certainly enjoyed it. However, i'm not the first person to say the service was pretty dire. Most of the staff were not exactly welcoming and the speed was extremely slow. Not sure i would return

During our stay in Lagos, we visited this restaurant three times. Each time we enjoyed a wonderful dinner, the beautiful view, and the atmosphere. All the food was fresh and delicious. But a few dishes stood out especially: the scallop carpaccio was simply divine (kisses to the chef:))), we also loved the large tiger prawns and the octopus dish. For dessert, I had ice cream and chocolate mousse – both were great. The oysters paired perfectly with the local Algarve wine recommended by our waiter Adrian during our first visit. Special thanks to the friendly staff, especially Pavlo, Arina, Adrian and Bhupendra who took such good care of us all three evenings. A warm greeting also to the wonderful musician who delighted us with live music on Saturday. It was cozy and enjoyable - I truly had a great time and hope to see you guys again some day. Had a beautiful, delicious lunch at Lucas’s Rooftop terrace. Our dishes were tasty and presntation was excellent. Fast, friendly amd efficient service . The set up is chic yet casual elegant and with beautiful view of the Ocean. We had the fish pate ( we even bought 2 different pates to take home), oysters, vegetarian curry, tuna and everything was perfect. Definitively a must dine place in Lagos. Lunch is not really busy on week days which is great plus you can enjoy the view, while dinner is apparently always full but should be a very good experiemce. Base on our lunch experience we give top mark to this very well run beautiful restaurant.

We visited one evening and were informed that a reservation was required to dine in, so we booked a table for the following day. Upon arrival, we were seated but found the dining area uncomfortably cold. We then had to wait a considerable amount of time before receiving the menus, and even longer to place our order and for the food to be served. The dishes were very tasty and filling, although the vegetarian option was somewhat small, albeit enjoyable overall. The service, however, was less satisfactory. The waiter was overly chatty, making unnecessary comments about our choices (e.g., “ordering this again?” or “is this for you?”), and I had to repeat myself three times before he correctly confirmed the order.

We came yesterday with my sister and we had such a good experience. First of all the food was amazing, the products were fresh and tasted amazing. And then I want to highlight the service which was perfect in every way. I want to thank all the staff for this super dinner !

Our favourite place to go was Ancora bar. Good entertainment. Visited 3 times out of our week's stay in Albufeira.

Certainly NOT the cleanest of places I have been . The bottom half down to the beach is a better area, more modern bars and a lot cleaner but be prepared for cardiac hill on the way there and back we did a tuc tuk which was great fun and the nicer bars are at the beach area . Foot paths are some of the worst ones. I have walked on up and down not good for people who struggle to walk or not good on their feet .There are holes all over the place on the paths and very slippy when wet . We went down during the daytime, so I would definitely avoid it at night . Not for us .

We were there in August and the nightlife is mainly for very young people, they looked to be between 15 and 25, all very drunk, high and ready to mingle. Very noisy, all bars blast the same songs, expensive drinks, the clubs which charge the entrance are not worth it. Albufeira Old Town is a much better choice

It's like a warm Blackpool turned up to 12, packed with people during the evening. If you like loud music, cocktails and t-shirts that say I ♡ MILFS, you'll love it. If you like Antiques Roadshow and fine dining then it's probably best avoided.

Very quiet during the day and at night crazy busy. Have bars, restaurants, clubs, shops, tattoo shops, dessert places from top of the strip to the bottom. A great atmosphere.

December Christmas week not busy at all which was a dream 😍👌🏼 Christmas Day plenty of restaurants open so don’t be worried that you won’t get food because plenty around. In the summer this place is crazy mayhem all the time with sports bars, clubs, pubs and restaurants kicking. But off season I found it to be nice 👌🏼 not many people around and lots of places do close for December season but I wouldn’t be put off by this. Plenty to see and do and plenty of beautiful restaurants around too.

I came in for a light lunch but since the restaurant was full so I waited at the bar for a table. The waiter who waited on me was very nice and he was very gracious! I were not to sure about other ones, I guess it could be due to language & culture differences.. Anyway, I ordered the shrimp salad. The shrimps were excellent & deliciously fresh. The only complaint I had was that it was drenched in Thousand Island which was unusual because most of the times it comes either with Italian or a light French mayo. I do love the view from the patio though. Beautiful!

Seeing that it was my Birthday I decided to have Lunch at the Beach Bar, Fish was what the Palette had decided I should have, and Wow, Wow Wow, we throughly enjoyed our meal, cooked to perfection, service was amazing, the Ladies had some cocktails which just complimented our experience. A visit to this establishment is very worthwhile. Thank you to everyone that made our Lunch date a very happy experience 😁🇵🇹🇵🇹👏

Average experience. The location and view itself is top notch and We were seated/handed the menu quite quickly. Unfortunately, after that, there was a waiting period of ~10-15 min without any service crew approaching us to take the order - even it was a rainy day and not very busy. The service itself could be rated as average - the senior waiter didn’t make a really friendly nor an unfriendly appearance, just doing his job. The younger staff appeared friendly. No rating for the food (which the majority of the reviews describes as excellent) as we left after the drinks. I’d give 3,5 ⭐️ - if the price for a glass of vine would be more like 4-5€ instead of 6-7€, a rating of 4 ⭐️ would be in reach.

Superb, fresh food. The fish in particular is exquisite. This place, the food, service and atmosphere never fail. A great spot for lunch, but my favourite for an early dinner to watch the sun sink low across a pink sky. There's a sophisticated wine list to accompany the not over complicated food menu. There's a handful of staple dishes and a specials board which changes seasonally and daily due to the catch. The restaurant is incredibly efficient and the staff are fabulous; warm, friendly and very hard working. Definitely worth a visit even just for the view of Burgau beach. Book in advance!

I had a disappointing experience here. Upon arrival, the initial staff member merely pointed at the seafood display without explanation until they noticed my confusion. Only then did someone (possibly the owner) come over to explain their selection process. When ordering, I explicitly stated I was dining alone and requested “not too much” - specifically some clams and a small fresh fish filet. Despite this clear communication… I received an excessive portion of clams - enough to feed four people. Before receiving my clams, I asked to make sure my filet was small. I was told they couldn’t reduce the filet size but I “could take leftovers home”. My filet was also huge. I THINK they did reduce the price of the filet on my bill (likely recognizing my dissatisfaction), the overall experience felt like they were taking advantage of a tourist unfamiliar with their system. Strange vibes. All of that to the side, the fish and clams were perfectly cooked and seasoned. My lesson maybe this isn’t a restaurant you go to solo and be extra communicative.

Fabulous lunch at Gigi’s with friends. The giant prawns were ‘out of this world delicious’ with the most decadent butter sauce followed by a huge perfectly cooked Turbot, filleted to perfection & served with a simple salad & barbecued potatoes. Only here can you have mini Magnum bonbons & Viennetta ice cream as the grande finale! A stand out lunch to be remembered & to return to again soon. A golden glow on all photos due to wonderful yellow parasol coverings. Très bon, parfait & il cibo migliore!

You access Gigi’s over a great wooden boardwalk and the restaurant itself is on stilts. The seafood is great and the atmosphere as fun as the food!

A MUST - the best food we have had so far in Quinta do lago. First of all we booked the wrong Gigi’s restaurant- it turns out we booked one in Scotland. So when we got there they couldn’t find our reservation. Even though they was fully booked they still managed to kindly accommodate us! The staff was truly so lovely and really looked after us. This place was recommended by a friend and she told us it’s not fancy and it can be expensive. So we went into it very much with our eyes open. What we had We had the fish salad ( bit like a potato salad with fish in) it was so yummy! Chickpea salad - absolutely delicious who knew something so simple could taste so good! Basic salad too - probably didn’t need this one but still lovely and fresh! For main we shared a side of seabass - we asked how much it would be as we had been told it’s done by weight and can be pricy she said it was slightly over a 1kg which is fairness she was bang on the money. So the fish worked out to be just over €100 but it comes with sides so I don’t think it’s was unreasonable and would have defiantly been enough for 4 people. We were absolutely stuffed and couldn’t finish it!! My tip would be don’t pig out on the bread save yourself for everything else you won’t be disappointed. Our bill came to €280 we had all the above 2 bottles of wine and water.

One of the best and most expensive fish I have ever eaten. No service. No menu card. 600+ euro check for 3 adults and two kids under yellow ugly dirty sun umbrellas. We went there first time 2 weeks ago, and it was fully booked with first available table for us only today. You should see the face and behavior of the man who “granted” us this table. My wife wanted to book it just to see why this place is that busy. Now we know. Definitely this is a monopoly - no other place for lunch in range of 3 km.

We arrived at 4.30 pm and were told they can’t serve us. There were tables and people seating and enjoying their meals. Zero customer orientation and willingness to work I guess. The view and the atmosphere looks good but after being rejected no desire to go back.

This restaurant is very rustic, but that is just part of the experience. The food is to die for, and the waiters and waitresses are fantastic. It is not cheap, but then you don't expect that when you're paying for this quality food and service. The tiger prawns are fantastic. I would recommend this restaurant.

Very fresh and delicious salads! Besides the amazing fruit juice, you should definitely try their teas! The service was friendly, not so fast, but it was nice sitting in the rooftop, watching the sunset in the harbour:) The clientale is really young and hip, the prices are very good for this quality and quantity! Even my boyfriend felt full after his salad. The atmosphere and interior is just stunning, there's a lot of work in it, so tasteful. I would recommend this place for people craving something healthy but tasty!

I picked up a veggie sandwich and strawberry mango milkshake for takeaway, as I was in a hurry to catch the train. The sandwich bread was brown and seeded. It was super tasty, the filling was very fresh and lovely. It was very natural and every vegetable was fresh. Would have been nice to have a sauce a tiny bit to add some custom flavours. :) Loved it overall and would definitely buy again.

Big portions with great tastes. I highly recommend this place. Prices are very good. Food & juices are always fresh. They have a very cool terrace too. The only thing why i didn’t gave him a 5 stars is cleanliness. It wasn’t that bad but tables weren’t pretty clean.

It could have been better. We were greeted nicely, but unfortunately our server was not as nice. My chicken sandwich was excellent on a nice bread with yogurt dressing. And also ordered a salad with smoked salmon, it was good, but an awful presentation, you can see the picture. Yes I would return.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed a healthy salad on the lovely rooftop terrace with view on the harbour of Faro. The salads was quite big and tasty and I really loved the smoothies. A great place for a quick and healthy lunch.

This place has a nice rooftop overlooking the Marina. The salad was nice, huge portion and generous with toppings. The place could do with a renovation, but overall a nice place to eat!

Lovely place, really beautiful views over the marina. Restaurant was really generous with the dressing and nuts too! Not too overpriced either. Smoothies are more like milkshakes and unfortunately the service was slow, we had to get our own menus even after asking and had to chase down condiments. Lovely cider - served with cinnamon and orange. Worth a visit if you're in the area looking for a quick lunch with nice views.

What can I say? It will hardly get any better than this. At a price though, but worth it once in a while. It was my second time here. I tried to get a table during the F1 race, but then it was fully booked (it happened to be my birthday...) I have not tried any restaurants with Michelin Stars in the Algarve, but I doubt that they will be any better. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This Michelin rated restaurant should be a Michelin star restaurant. The overall experience with service, the courses, the food and the presentation are outstanding. The price of the fixed course menu is quite reasonable for the quality you are receiving. The pork and the beef course were especially fantastic.

Lovely place, excellent food and super friendly staff! You can choose from a fish, meat or veggie inspired menu. We took the meat menu, which had about 7 dishes. Each one was very fine dining, our compliments to the chefs for their amazing work. Equal compliments to the super friendly staff, that made it an amazing service. Fantastic wines also! Would highly recommend, and would be surprised if Al Quimia does not get a Michelin star soon. Easy 5 stars!

Restaurant is beautiful and service was impeccable. All dishes were served by two waiters at a time, our drinks were constantly filled and the staff was attentive and kind. We had the Earth menu which was meats, some dishes were very nice but most were overly complicated and not nice at all, there was very little meat in them all and the meal took almost 3 hours as there were so many courses. really wished the food was as delicious as the service was good!

This is in the top 3 meals I’ve ever had. Top notch service, while somehow being completely unpretentious. The food is unbelievable - inventive, rich, differentiated. The wine pleased this hard to please couple! Unreal experience. Will recommend to anyone who wants a quality meal and understands good service.

Such a wonderful experience, from the moment we stepped into the restaurant. The staff made the meal a memorable experience, the food was truly amazing. Each dish was a piece of art, with intricate flavors complimenting each other, surprising and delighting your tastebuds. The visual was almost as good as the taste…wow factor for sure. I highly recommend the experience, you will not be disappointed .

We dined at this restaurant last night and me and my friend can both agree it was one of if not the best dining experience we’ve ever had from start to finish the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive and we loved how they showed their personalities a bit. Of course a massive thankyou to the chefs as well watching them cook and prepare the food only added to the amazing experience 10/10 would highly recommend.

If you have visited casinos in North America then definitely not worth the visit if you are expecting the same experience.... If you want to spend some time in front of a slot machine or on one of the few tables then it is worth a visit...

Decent little casino in the heart of Faro. Clean and well-maintained, with a relaxed atmosphere. Not a huge selection of games, but enough for a casual night out. Staff was polite, though not overly welcoming. Good for a quick visit, but not a must-see attraction.

WORST CASINO EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE – I WALKED OUT WITH €7,000 AND A HEADACHE Let me start by saying: I won €7,000 at Casino Vilamoura — and I still left feeling like I’d been mugged in broad daylight. That’s how bad this place is. Everything was fine until I started winning. Once the chips started stacking in my favor, the dealer’s entire demeanor changed. It went from neutral to passive-aggressive to outright hostile. I was no longer a guest — I was a problem. A threat to their fragile little setup. I had two hands on the blackjack table. Tried to hit one — the dealer flat-out ignored me. Just stood there pretending not to see my hand signal. I tried to double an 8 against a 6 (textbook play) — she refused. Not “you can’t,” not “casino rules” — just refused like it was her personal decision. It was beyond unprofessional. It was insulting. The atmosphere turned toxic. The staff gave me looks like I was stealing from them. Sorry for not being another drunk tourist feeding the machine. Apparently, if you don’t lose like an idiot, they treat you like one anyway. Yes, I walked out with €7,000. But not a single “congrats,” no smile, no class. Just glares, resistance, and tension. Felt more like escaping a hostage situation than winning in a casino. If you enjoy being punished for playing smart, go ahead. But if you value fairness, fun, or even the basic rules of blackjack — STAY FAR AWAY from this place. This isn’t a casino. It’s a circus. And the clowns are running the tables.

Not really one for Casinos but a few in our party wanted to visit. I did leave €20 to the good thanks to Portuguese dice (more luck than skill). It was a well run place with smooth money to chips transfer and an ok atmosphere.

There are almost no players in high season. I came for Texas Holdem, but there was me and an other candidate…so no playing when I was there. Therefore it lacks atmosphere. It had potential, but much had to be improved!

Truthfully if you're planning to play at the live tables don't come here, came on a super busy Sunday evening, only 2 live roulette tables were open with everyone swarming around them and 1 blackjack table with the same players being there for the 30minutes I was spectating. If you are a slots player you will probably love it as they have hundreds of machines, entry was very speedy with a passport, but without it, you will be waiting in the queue for ages until you get in if you are trying to get in with a UK driving license. Bathroom facilities also seemed quite janky and unhygienic.

I visited with my two sons and they were very happy with the experience. You begin by scanning your passport or photo id to enter. You need to be 18+. Then you have a large selection of slots to the left/straight in and the other tables to the right. We went browsing the slots before deciding on a bunch with progressive jackpots that seemed popular. We played for about 2.5 hours and left with a profit. Some crazy people were hitting on the slots for luck? Security let them be because they didn't break anything. On the topic of security I was told not to use my mobile near the slots since there are apps that can be used to cheat, you can use it at the bar or any area not close to the slots though. Security was polite, I read some comments that they were not, but that wasn't true today anyway. A very good gin tonic was 7 EUR and I think you get water for free. We hopped onto the bus at the stop outside and went to our hotel, happy we decided to visit. Observe the white duck of luck that was in a puddle outside 🙂

Came here with family and enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere and the view of the beach. The tropical salad was okay, but our group had three different burgers that were good.

Amazing location, the staff were great, food was really good too ...and the sangria was out of this world. *The prices for the food and drink were actually really reasonable considering the location. Give it a go! Thanks again for a great time. Paul

Lovely beach cafe/lunchroom! You can sit here behind a nice tropical garden to look at the water and beach! Good place to sit after a hike or a swim! The coffee is good! They also have several Dutch snacks, like the Bitterbal and the Dutch special Sausage called “ Frikandel”. You should try the special version!

Visited today after being recommended to try the burgers at this beach bar. The recommendation was spot on, I had the Beach Burger and it was UNREAL. Juicy beef patty, melted cheese, garlic-y, spicy and just wow. I shall be returning for more. The bar itself is real chilled, it plays great music and has a really good look and ambience. The staff are really friendly and helpful. I finally got round to trying some more of the menu, food was equally as well presented as the burger. Some lighter bites are available which is ideal in the warm weather.

Delightful little beach bar with very chill and relaxed vibes. So glad we happened upon this spot! The staff were all so pleasant. The menu offered quite a range from salads to wraps to sandwiches. We got the goat cheese salad and chicken wrap, both were tasty and exactly what we were looking for! Well priced but do beware that it is CASH ONLY and the nearest atm is about a 10 min walk away. Would highly recommend making a stop if you’re in search of a delicious meal.

Really like this beach bar. We didn't eat here but the food looked good. The service was good though the server forgot the cutlery for the friends we were with who were eating. The views from the bar are epic, looking over the beach and sea, and further in the distance the iconic city of Portimao. Prices are reasonable.

The only disadvantage for us was that it was cash only (Sept. 2025), but this was easily covered by the delicious burgers and the nice view.

Very good starters with the mixed plate and the tuna. Octopus as main course was special, the sirloin steak was good. Service was friendly but we waited some time to get the food and the bill. 4/5, would recommend.

Drinks pre meal elsewhere. We wished we'd booked to eat here. The tapas.menu looked amazing. In face were hoping to return Monday as they dont open Sundays. The house red and Portuguese wine was lovely and we are fussy. The service very attentive and friendly. We are definitely returning before our flight home.

Some rich and complex, some really simple but always delicious🌸 choose any tapas as they are all good and just leave the wine pairing to the employees.. felt very welcomed & enjoyed both the food and the vibe💕

The wine options here are great there is something for everyone. The food was incredible, so delicious. Would recommend the burrata with pesto and ham, the garlic prawns and the garlic mushrooms. The wine was delicious and we sat upstairs, there was a good vibe and the waiter was very helpful with wine choices and tapas options Overall would definitely recommend to anyone visiting faro especially on a colder or rainy evening as there is indoor seating.

Amazing!!! I went by myself and that’s the only bad thing, because their menu is so good I’d have liked to try everything!!! Hahaha waiters are also amazing!! It’s a small and cozy place. Couldn’t recommend enough!!!

It was very delicious. We could recommend it to everybody who has a favor for traditional tapas. Ambiente is classy but also casual.

This place is just gorgeous. The food is excellent and the staff really friendly and kind, not to mention efficient. We had a great day there - we hired sun loungers and sat by the pool overlooking the river and Spain. If the water in the pool had been warmer, it would have been perfection!

Came here as linked to hotel we are staying in, it’s so wonderful on a 4 day trip we’ve spent 2 days here, just so relaxing, very chilled music in the background and the food is some of the best around in the area, it’s a must visit , 25 min stroll from town and a €3-4 back to save walking, you will get looked after from the great staff

What a little treasure this place is, as soon as you walk in you are taken by the beautiful decor and the stunning view of the infinity pool overlooking the sea. With something lovely around every corner whether it be a swing chair hidden under a tree, hammocks or cushioned benches all surrounded by beautiful tree's and plants. Easy parking. Most friendly staff that are always eager to help. And the food... That's something else! Just Waw! So fresh and perfectly seasoned with good portion sizes, definitely value for money. This day out will always be a part of our holiday moving forward. Thankyou for this hidden treasure.

Went here a couple of times, as it's very central and is a bit of an iconic beer place in Faro. Popular with young people and staffed by young bar workers who are very jovial. Obviously beer is the main gig, but there are snacks too and the freshly prepared curly potato crisps are great. The beer selection is good for Faro, although more local beers at reasonable prices rather than overpriced Punk IPA etc would be good. Sit outside and watch the world go by, but well worth a trip to the washrooms too, as the decor and lighting are wow!!

The place is aright but I dont think they qualify for a brewpub. They do have 6-7 taps (portuguese and irish beers mostly) and some solod snacks like pasteis de camarao and bacalhau.

Great bar that has one of the better selections of beer around, and some great food too. I have no idea why Google maps insists on it being called ground when it's clearly called Grains. I have been here a few times on this holiday and it's good for just drinks or food too. Saturday had a live singer who was really good. The bar is done out well. Friendly staff. Varied and tasty menu. Their own Hanook beer is thoroughly recommended, excellent. Doughnut was lovely too. The two eateries/bars opposite are the same company and you can sit on any outside table when using any of them.

Good place to try out beers! Unfortunately, I got a bit unlucky with my selections. All the three beers I tried were on the bitter side (even the blonde portugese one). I used to love bitter beers, but now I prefer sweeter ones like a sweet blonde or a Belgian triple. You can get a taster of 4 beer plus popcorn for 5 bucks. It only includes beers from the tap. The food was quite decent. We ordered onion rings (awesome batter), fried beans, tacos and bean burger. Beware that the corn carrot cob has a whole carrot in it. I expected mashed carrots. I thought the service could have a a bit faster. Recommended!

Probably my favourite place in Faro - great food menu with great mexican street food and a decent selection of beers both on tap and in the fridges. Really friendly staff and some nice comfy seats to fall into - although a lot of the furniture is clangy metal. Be sure to try the home made donuts!

Food was average. We visited lunchtime during the week and chose the menu of the day. Before our starters we were served carrots in a vinaigrette which I'd eaten elsewhere the day before which I'd enjoyed but was disappointed with the offering. We had sea bass which was nicely cooked and a small dry cake for desert. The meal included a drink. I would have preferred less dishes and better quality food.

Great set menu, the grilled fish was excellent. Very light but for only €9.50 with a drink and coffee it's pretty unbeatable! Very friendly service, chilled but efficient. They speak a lot of languages too. So nice to sit out near the square as well.

Lovely restaurant with a varied menu options for Portuguese cuisine and friendly courteous staff. Note must be added I was not so hungry so portions were enough. I'd Recommend a visit :-)
