I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast this morning. The service we received was great, and they were very accommodating to my needs. Really enjoyed the breakfast and there were actually lots of different choices to choose from. The place itself was very pretty and well structured. Would definitely recommend!

First time here, and it was so lovely and the staff went above and beyond. We were served by Nikhil and he checked up on us every now and again to make sure we were all good. It was my sister's birthday, he and the chef made sure it was very special! Definitely will come again :))

My boyfriend and I are regular customers and the food there is amazing. Eshan and Nikhil provide amazing service and are always so welcoming and polite. Great music and beautiful interior. 10/10

The chocolate crepe is very nice(Oreo) and the architectural details and designs are impressive and cool and the interior design is dessertful (delightful) The Chocoberry crepe was very filling. Also, it was tasty with the big 5 and spicy nachos. Nachos were yummy. They put the cheese sauce on the side so you can add as much and as little as you like. Great experience with yummy food. I met a friend for lunch and 3 hours later, we were still there! The restaurant is very pretty, the seating is comfortable and there's lots of room. The people who work there are very pleasant and helpful. The food is nice and we left with cake 'to go' , which turns out was a really good idea ☺️. The red velvet is the best I ever ate, burp.

Fantastic service! Ishan was great 👍🏾 Tried the Strawberry milkshake, first I’ve tasted with real strawberry pieces. Doesn’t taster very artificial like others places.

Ordered a cheese and chicken sandwich, channa two ‘large’ parathas and a jacket potato. The channa was dry and overfilled with masala, the two large parathas they have on their menu consist of two small frozen shaan parathas. The sandwich was dry and horrible and as for the jacket potato will let the picture speak for itself. It smelt horrible and the tuna mayo was swimming and pouring off the plate. We took one bite of the food and asked the waiter to clean up as it wasn’t even edible. All the food was cold and the service from the waiter was terrible. We asked to be seated at the booth in the back however we were told that this was reserved, after explaining we will be here for a while as we are carrying out some admin on our laptops, suddenly the waiter said you can sit there but you’ll have to leave for the reservation (which never turned up). Overall very unprofessional service provided and the food was terrible. Furthermore the waiter forgot to apply the 20% off the bill which was displayed outside on a banner, it was only upon realising that we went back to correct the bill and the waiter argued that this was only for the morning however the banner states that it was all day. Really is such a shame as this used to be a local spot.

Josh makes the best cocktails. Started with tea and a super tasty red velvet. Happy hour still found me enjoying my evening so I had a hot Sloe Gin, and 2 other lovely cocktails recommended by Josh ! Love it here, always.

We had a connecting flight from through Heathrow airport and decided to explore a near by destination. We got a ticket to go to Hounslow and stopped by Ballucci cafe. It is a great spot to get something to eat/drink with a modern look. I had a Pasta which was fine but not the best I had before. Everything else was great from service to environment, etc. I need to add that water was free

Came here for hot drinks and breakfast. Ambience is fantastic, nice calm music. The decor is simple and elegant The French toast was light and fluffy, served with powdered sugar and banana, and the bacon sandwich was toasted A bit pricey for the portions, but the taste makes up for it

This must be Hounslow's greatest coffee shop. Its contemporary decor exudes a wonderful vibe as soon as you walk in, and the staff was incredibly kind and professional. I had a great-tasting Latte. Nice place to sit and talk with friends. I've got a business meeting, too. The property is excellent since the interior is spotless and spacious.

The best pet friendly place in the area. amazing service, delicious food, professional people and always handle with care. There is never too much you are asking for. Just the beat place for me and my family.

It’s a great place to come and hang out in the morning. They play great music. Customer service is good and I got a chai tea, which was very good.

I love paying Pret A Manger a visit whenever I’m connecting through London. Pret A Manger has yummy vegan options, which consist of juices, fresh fruits, salads and wraps. The Hummus and Falafal Mezze Salad and the Hummus and Chipotle Wrap are my favorites. I order a coffee with oat milk and it’s always hot and wakes me right on up.

Bring your own and absolutely AVOID Pret A Manger. Pret, you should hang your head in shame with the outrageous, disgusting prices which only take severe advantage of travellers. You might counter that no one has forced my hand but essentially it has been because there are no other sandwich shops or places to grab a quick bite in T4. It’s no wonder Pret is no longer the darling of the high street and fast dwindling. You'll also likely send a bog standard response rather than taking time to address these points Food: Overpriced, mostly mediocre sandwiches What I liked: • N/A What I didn’t like: • Outrageous, advantage taking prices • Dry, uninspiring sandwiches • A small still plastic water bottle £2.15, yep £2.15! • Crisps for £2.05 - yes £2.05 for a small bag!! • A coconut bite - literally a bite for £3.10!! • Dirty service area • Dried out ‘hot snack’ cabinet • Dull, outdated interior • Indifferent customer service (too busy chatting amongst themselves and not particularly friendly) • DO NOT FORGET you’ll also be charged an additional 20% VAT on most items if you want to sit down yet if you take two steps away you can sit without paying this. Worse staff yet ever experienced in an airport. Food tastes like shit. And was treated not accurately. Place was dirty, felt like was not cleaned since ages specially the chairs.

Heathrow Terminal 4: where your dining options are Pret, Pret, or Pret. After 40 minutes of soul-searching (and hunger-induced denial), I surrendered to the beige glory of Pret A Manger. I camped out there for two hours, bought enough snacks to qualify as a shareholder, and was rewarded with a free banana a heroic £1 value in airport currency. Shocking generosity. Food? It’s airport food. But the staff? Lovely. Chatted, smiled, didn’t judge my fifth snack run. 10/10 for vibes, 6/10 for taste, 12/10 for that banana.

Excellent! I had a half hour to kill before picking up the kids from school, so I popped into the Strand Cafe. I only ordered a flat white coffee and a brownie, but they served them in an amazing way. The warm brownie with cream and chocolate was so delicious and my coffee stayed hot from start to finish, the entire time I was in the cafe, it's like a magic. The cafe looks bright and beautiful, it was so relaxing be here.

So my friend had come before and it’s rather a quaint charming place. We sat in a corner and enjoyed the cosy vibe. The food was good and I would rate it 4.5. I would have liked the curry dish to be served hotter (in temp) and for there to have been more egg in the fried rice. But both our curries were very generous with duck and tofu/vegetables respectively. Service was friendly, welcoming and relaxed. We had our tea pot topped up with fresh hot water without being asked twice and made to feel we could take as much time as we wanted to enjoy our meal.

The quaint atmosphere, with cozy decor immediately makes you feel at home. The highlight for me has to be the Lamb Shank Masamun Curry. The lamb is tender and flavourful. What truly sets the Restaurant apart is the service. The staff are not only quick and efficient but also incredibly friendly and humorous. Their light-hearted banter and genuine smiles add a personal touch to the dining experience, making it even more enjoyable.

What a shame to visit this lovely place this late! Have been living around the neighborhood for a year! Love the first sight of the interior and the wonderful location of the restaurant; right by the bank Foods are absolutely stunning and their customers seem to be very local; I had a char kway teow lunch set, comes with a 3.5p soft drink. Love the chewy texture of the stirred fried kway teow, the seasoning was awesome with authentic spicy flavor. Service was great; well deserved the high rate; highly recommend to visit

Had a pleasant Wednesday dinner at the restaurant. The food was amazing and the staff very friendly and lovely. Booked a table an hour in advance, which was a good call, as at 8pm the place was almost full. Despite being so busy, the food was prepared very fast and everything tasted amazing! I’ve been to Thailand few times, snd can assure the taste was very authentic. Unfortunately I was too fool for a dessert, but I’m definitely coming visiting the restaurant again.

It is a beautiful little family-run cafe. We have been visiting it for years. When we want something special, we go there. It gives a vibe of community. People come in and are greeted like family. This morning, we cycled there for breakfast. The place hasn't changed since we went there for the first time in 2012, and it gives a rustic vintage sense. Old but well-kept, it serves traditional and authentic Thai foods. The restrooms are on the top floor, and I have to give credit that for such a small place, they have female and male toilets and beautifully decorated

Fantastic, friendly small cafe/restaurant next to Kew Bridge and a very short walk from a Kew Bridge Station and various bus stops. There is limited street parking outside (restricted to residents only between 10-12 Monday-Friday). The cafe is compact but for warmer days there is seating available outside, worth booking! During the day it offers a mixture of breakfast dishes, baguettes and sandwiches, their full English Breakfast is really good. At lunchtime they also offer a limited selection of homemade dishes from their Thai Menu and Lebanese mezza. In the evening they offer an extensive Thai menu. On this occasion we tried their Thai dishes for lunch. We shared a mixture of starters Chicken steam dumplings, Sesame Prawns on Toast and Vegetable Spring Rolls followed by Salmon Panang Curry (thick red curry sauce) and Chicken Pad Prick (stir fried chicken with chilli and sweet basil - quite hot). The food was delicious and being home made, they can alter the heat of the stir-fry. Staff are super-friendly and attentive, indeed they saw us struggling with parking and came out to tell us it was after 12.00 and parking was now free. Wether you want a really good quality breakfast or tasty home-cooked Thai food, look no further than this great little cafe.

Decorations and the overall atmosphere was so lovely and cosy, wall the staff were so friendly (especially the waitress Negin who is especially sweet and helpful). The food was delicious and so well plated, and just thr right amount for one person per plate. Overall, a wonderful experience; will go again and will recommend.

Such a cozy cafe with beautiful interiors and pleasant outdoor seating. The coffee was amazing, and the shakshuka with sourdough tasted incredible. The French toast was also delicious. I asked for a quad shot espresso. Lady went to try a bigger cup, I said no as squad shot espresso should be in a small cup muttered rudely under her breath. This is not an espresso it’s a long black. Disappointing!

Love it. BREAKING BAD themed cafe and it doesn’t disappoint. Went with my friend who currently is over from America. It’s her favourite restaurant and never disappoints. Food is amazing and service is great they’re all super friendly. I highly recommend. They have so many options you can literally order whatever you want. I’ve been a few times now and it’s always such a great experience. Definitely recommend for friends or family - I always go for brunch with my friends and it’s perfect.

My English breakfast was very good. Quality ingredients. Cooked and prepared with skill, and I assume pride . It was presented well and looked good. Taste was perfect. Service was friendly and quick. I also had a latte, which again like the food was a fine.(better than just fine). Definitely recommended. I will visit again and try a different meal.

Ate here with my friend for the first time, who recommended this place having been to their Richmond branch. The fact that they have halal alternatives on their breakfast menu is great but just wish they'd advertise it as such more prominently as I feel they'd get even more custom than they already do. Staff are very welcoming and so friendly and don't rush you between orders. Very relaxed and very enjoyable. Had a full English - halal version whilst my friend had the halal waffle breakfast and it didn't disappoint! Portions generous, reasonably priced and very friendly..... What more could you ask for?! Highly recommend. Can't wait for my next visit.

A surprising find. Didn't know this was here. The menu looked great with vege / vegan options, lovely staff and good coffee. Clearly a very popular little cafe as it was lively and busy. Will definitely return. Missing the final star only because of the view onto the busy 316 but that's not really a fault as this cafe provides a welcome sanctuary away from the traffic, so don't take me into the desert and leave me for dead. Returned on another occasion for brunch and enjoyed vegan / veggie options. Delicious smoothie and crispy hash browns were the highlights. Guest very amused by the decor and the slightly unsettling mexican background music. Generous portions ensured we waddled home.

First time here for breakfast and it was really great. Full English was delicious and has good ingredients. Would have liked a 2nd hash brown included in the breakfast as all other items were in multiples of 2 and this is pretty standard in most cafes but it's not a deal breaker :) Staff were friendly and attentive. My only criticism was it was incredibly noisy. Buzzing from a fridge, music and diners made it a loud environment. Maybe it's better downstairs. Will def be back as my wife really enjoyed the steak breakfast.

A nice cafe and restaurant selling mainly chicken dishes . Friendly staff and good service. I've only been here 3 or 4 times but it's been nice dining in when I had the chance. It is reasonably priced. My favourites are the baked potato with bolognese, baked potato with tuna and the Nosh chicken which comes with a generous serving of chips and a side salad. It was sooo good .I also have done takeaway from here.

We had a fantastic breakfast at Caffè Venezia, conveniently located just outside Hounslow Central Tube Station. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to start the day. The menu had a great variety of breakfast options, and everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and served with a smile. This place was recommended and even though its a 45 minute trek from me, it was worth it in the 30 degree sun! The quality of the food itself was really really good and it tasted amazing! The 2 ladies behind the counter were really welcoming and friendly too! Can’t fault anything!

*Café Venezia in Hounslow is a gem!* Loved their fluffy omelette and toast — great texture and super tasty. The Eggs Benedict was top-notch, perfectly done with delicious hollandaise. I ate there during a layover, while waiting for my flight. This was an extremely pleasant surprise: the food was simply excellent. I ordered an omelette only expecting something basic to satiate me, and I was instead given the most delicious, warm, fluffy, cheesy omelette I have ever had. The ice mocha and the smoothie I ordered were also fantastic. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for something to eat in Hounslow.

Hi I just came here today to say that Kiran who was working around 3:45pm - 4pm was so good as his job! He was the only person who was working and to me was unacceptable as I'm coming from hospitality as well. He was so smooth and everything was perfect. I don't know this guy but who hired him should be lucky to have him.

I ordered a ICED honey oat latte online, and when my order came it was a HOT drink, not what I ordered, the receipt said iced but yet I did not in fact receive a iced latte. I don't like hot drinks. I urge you to read your orders next time

Nice lady at the till however we only ordered 4 porridges which took over 10 minutes to 'cook', and they were more watery than soup! Spoons were also dirty. The most concerning thing is the toilet, because the lock system locks you in the cubicle! 3 of our family members needed assistance to get out - major health and safety hazard.

Went in to order a babycinno and male worker said that I must order something with it, however the babycinno is free on the website aswell as every other coffee branch a babyccino has always been free and I wouldn’t need to order anything with it. Absolutely shocking how the customer service is in this branch. Horrible.

Requested a regular americano Decaff......preparing the coffee on a paper cup felt a cup with boiling water...and drop the caffe from the paper cup on...results, a boiling big cup of dark water...( worse that filter coffee) to hot to drink .So must wait ...but the noise is Unpleasant. I leave after 20 minutes with out be able to touch the coffee..still to hot and they charge allmost 4 £ for .the terrible experience

Extremely rude, unprofessional and only coffee shop I've been to so far that does the bare minimal for customers. If that rude man had a name badge I would of outed him. But I plan to go back to get his name and report the incident to head office.

It's a good place to have a decent breakfast for about 6£. The 3 stars is because with 3 employees I had to wait plenty to get the coffee which should not have been the case (the venue had 4-5 customers) and one of the cups came with no stirring spoon. No sugar was given and no one offered at least an advice towards where to get it from. Eggs were fried not poached. Toast was fresh. The falafels quite dry but ok.

I received my takeway food ice cold! I couldn't believe it. Total shock knowing I had no microwave to heat it as I was staying at a local hotel. No one goes out to buy ice cold food that is meant to be eaten hot.

This is a nice place for good coffee. The opening should be earlier than 8.30am as we had to wait for them to open. The atmosphere is nice as is the staff.

Please note: this is not the shop opposite Costa coffee but the one across the road from Paddy Power. Awful! I'm surprised the council hasn't taken any actions yet. Grim 🤮 had about 5 skinny soggy chips, omelette was disgusting. You should take more care of your delivery customers, because you clearly don’t care. UNEDIBLE

Excellent customer service with great tasting coffee. Sales assistant offered a sample of their vegan carrot cake, I could not resist ordering a slice, very tasty and it complemented the coffee well.

The juice shop is wonderful. The people are so friendly and the fresh juices & milk shakes are so tasty. The kids love them and it is a wonderful treat after school. I have also recently have the 3 day detox and I felt so refreshed afterwards. I would highly recommend them.

I could not have gotten through a challenging pregnancy as well as I did without the team at Kind Juices! From making me juices to help deal with my severe nausea in the first trimester (when I really hate the taste of ginger) then juices which helped me keep my energy levels consistently up to deal with the tiredness of the second, they have been there for me all the way. That's without mentioning their friendliness and helpful advice!! Add on lockdown on top so they were often the only people I was talking to outside the home and they were an absolute godsend. Exactly what a small local business should be and even now we can get out and about again, I will be a regular for long to come.

Misleading times advertised on website for smoothie and juices. Website states smoothies and juices are available from 8am - 6pm. Was told at the till the smoothie and juice bar is closed as it’s 4:55pm. Drove through 30 minutes of traffic after work as it’s the nearest juice place only to be told this. Update your website if you plan on closing your smoothie and juice bar at 4:55pm.

So grateful to have this place locally. Fresh energising juices, made to order. Feel so rejuvenated after a juicing day. Really friendly team. Love this place!

I have been a regular for at least 8 years. And this place has been a cornerstone of Gunnersbury/chiswick. Same recipe. Same coffee same Toasties made and run by the same people. Such a rare thing these days if it’s not broken it doesn’t need fixing. Consistency every time, they were even open during Covid and sold eggs and bread when everything else was closed, I recommend the Brûlée and the chicken cheese and pesto toastie. A must visit if your after great coffee and sourdough.

Had the Salt Beef Toastie and a Brulé Coffee, coffee was delightful and the Toastie was amazing. Had it take away but they still managed a few crisps and mayo dip in the box. Staff were attentive and really pleasant. Probably the best coffee I’ve had in weeks!

I have been coming here for no less than 3 years, almost every weekend and it’s one of my favorite places in London. I love the coffee, the food is incredible and the atmosphere is so so nice. Extra points as well for the playlist cause the music is top tier!!!

Absolutely loved my brunch at Story Coffee! The cafe is really stylish and bright. We had the French Toast (so good, perfectly caramelized!), Avocado Toast, and a delicious Shakshuka-style dish with feta and great sourdough. Excellent coffee and latte art too. Highly recommend this spot for brunch in London.

Story Cafe in Wandsworth is a must-visit for coffee lovers. Trendy, upscale, and right by the water with a great vibe. And opens early! The coffee is brewed to perfection, and they even have their own merch. Definitely worth a stop!

I visited this café a week ago, and I still remember how I left frustrated and angry about how everything turned out. The café was relatively empty when I arrived, with plenty of available seats, yet I was told that laptops weren’t allowed after I paid. I spent nearly £20 there, so being restricted from using my laptop was extremely frustrating and felt unreasonable. The matcha I ordered was very watery, definitely not worth the price, and the French toast, while beautifully presented, didn’t taste great. The sauce was underwhelming, and tasted very heavy. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this café at all. The atmosphere, food, and policies didn’t justify the price or the experience.

A sunny morning at Story Coffee made for a lovely break. We had a flat white, a matcha latte, and a chocolate chip cookie. The coffee was excellent: smooth, rich, and beautifully presented. The matcha, while nicely frothed, lacked depth and could use a bit more flavour balance. The cookie was warm and satisfying, classic and well-executed. The atmosphere was calm and thoughtfully designed, with natural light pouring in and a clean, modern aesthetic. Service was quick, polite, and everyone behind the counter was respectful. Tip: Seating fills up quickly on nice days, try to come earlier if you want a window spot. Their espresso blend, “Everyday Story,” is definitely worth trying if you’re a coffee lover. Would return for the coffee and vibes!

So nice that Story is open for wine nights on Fridays and Saturdays! Great wines to try, tasty small plates and of course the Espresso Martini would be top notch! Look forward to coming back ❤️

Great start to Monday morning with a Story Cofee! Carefully curated flat white coffee that tasted delicious, strong yet not bitter and creamy, which I had takeaway. There was a warm, cosy and vibrant atmosphere in the coffee shop this morning.

This place is my FAVORITE brunch cafe in London !!!! I have visited this place since two years ago and I was amazed by the taste of the food menus and coffee. Especially my favorite is mushrooms on toast but these days I’m into chicken caeser sandwich. They give you a big sandwich so it is much worth a price! I have visited here several times and tried all types of coffees and they all taste genuine and high quality. Finally, the mood of the cafe is chill and the staffs are very friendly so I highly recommend this place to everyone :)

After eight years we came here again on our 2nd visit to London and it was again super tasty, if not better, than on our last visit. There was such a great and special selection of food and everything was very tasty.

My friend recommended to come and I visited two times now! And always, the food and coffee is great. The service is also good especially a senior gentleman who served us made us feel very welcome! It becomes one of my fav place now!

Saucer & Cup is our go-to neighborhood place for coffee and chai. The food and pastries are delicious—especially the chicken Caesar sandwich, BLT, and cardamom bun. The owner Tony is very personable and welcoming. Plus they’re dog friendly! Highly recommend a visit.

Have come to this cafe many times. The price is good for the portion size you get. Food tastes great and the freshness and quality is always consistently good. Staff are very friendly and have a good rapport with the regulars and bus drivers from the bus station opposite. Definitley recommend.

I discovered this warm friendly family run cafe 18years ago when I started working in the area. John and his team are always very friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for a CLEAN traditional cafe then I highly recommend Station Cafe in Hounslow. They offer traditional English options (roast, breakfasts and also Halal options) as well as homemade specials (shepherds pie lasagna etc) the food is always fresh and of good quality with very generous portions. A big favourite is there jacket potatoes, especially in the colder months. Oh and the milkshakes, actually too many choose from! Looking forward to the new menu with wraps, panini etc 😊

Had such a wonderful experience at the post room café today. The staff were all extremely friendly and the owner made the experience seem so personal. The food was delicious and the coffee definitely lived up to its speciality!

Solid Englisch breakfast for very reasonable prices. Sets are available, but meal components can be added and paid for individually. Tea or coffee included. The service is lovely and the ambience is what you'd expect from an affordable breakfast place.

A good hearty English breakfast at the break of dawn. For £6.90 , got a nice breakfast spread (Set 4) ( from which I loved the well done black pudding ), toast and coffee. The turkish servers communicated and treated well. It's a nice cosy location which smells even better when the griddle is in use.

Only surviving cafe in this area to get a proper English breakfast. Food is good, and I love the atmosphere. Feels like you're in an Eastend soap. Ok, the old lady waitress is bit grumpy sometimes, but I didn't mind her. Took as part of the atmosphere, and respect the fact that they're keeping her for the job. For the negative comment I saw above, 'Not really English, is it.' This is a multicultural town, and I admire them for embracing the local culture and running it while everything local are disappearing. If you're a tourist in a neighbouring hotel, and looking heavy English breakfast I would definitely recommend it. The below meal with the tea costed me £5.60, and I wouldn't be needing food least for another 8 hours.

Been coming here for years. The food is fresh, affordable and most importantly delicious. The baked potatoes, panini and salad are a must. I love the Park Café. I held my first ever Sefali's Yoga get together for my students there and I have been coming regularly ever since. The food is wonderful and all the staff are warm, friendly and professional. It's a great place to go and have lunch at the weekend.

I have been a few times to this lovely cafe after a walk in Osterley Park, and it was a good decision to visit this cafe. The food is delicious but most importantly the staff are very welcoming, especially Sheila.

I went there yesterday for the first time. I was about to order a snack and a coffee but walked out when the staff member on the till called me Ma'am. I am non binary and Intersexed. I don't even look feminine. I always where trousers and no make up. I am disappointed that they don't have any Diversity and Inclusion training. Trans people are protected by law with the Equality Act 2010 and shouldn't have to have a discussion with strangers about what they are or are not.

It is my favorite place in Osterley. The place is really well connected and is a few minutes' walk from Osterley Park. It has good breakfast/ brunch options and staff is very polite and friendly. If you want to spend a relaxed day with good food and enjoy the sun, this is a must visit.

Very homemade. We tried the cheese and chive scone. Tasty. Though I didn’t taste the chives that much. The strong cheddar taste was yummy.

I was there the other day getting some of their homemade-restaurant made ice cream and it was worth its price. Even then it was very Delicious. for me personally it was passion fruit and oreo which was wonderful. i would suggest more people to check their ice cream out and even taste the food. worth every single bite.

First visit here, lovely coffee (black Americano) and banana bread. Seating was outside only, ample available. Was nice to sit in a new area. I left my favourite umbrella there! Just had my morning coffee ☕️ from this place. Was greeted by beautiful lady with curly hair. Coffee was amazing and croissant was very fresh and crispy. Will be definitely coming again. A little bit expensive as compared to Costa but quality is much better.

Best coffee in London. Love when I enter Over Under and smell the coffee...it is amazing. I would also add that they really know how to heat milk to make great FLAT WHITES. Their selection of milk/dairy substitutes is also 2nd to none.

We had to wait for 30 minutes for a very basic and small order! The coffee was just water I couldn’t taste the coffee in it! They gave Americano in a Latte mug and filled it with hot water!! 😓😓😓 Horrible! Would not recommend! Such a lovely coffee, staff was very polite, had a little dog and barista was superb attentive, Tinto the doggy love his treat given, definitely a place to come, chill and enjoy nice drinks and food.

I planned by daughters 10th birthday we were 30 people. We loved the ambience and atmosphere. Staff is really helpful. They arrange table and chairs according to preference.

Lampton Parkside Café is such a hidden gem! The space feels both vibrant and cozy. And the people here are warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. The menu is fantastic and the prices are surprisingly reasonable, especially given the quality of the food and the overall experience. And the pancakes… absolute perfection! Pair them with a milkshake and it’s pure happiness on a plate. All in all, Lampton Parkside Café is one of those rare spots that checks every box — ambiance, food, people, and value.

Good menu options and the prices are reasonable which makes it an attractive place, it’s a quiet place perhaps maybe too awkwardly quiet - we found ourselves whispering to each other. The main issue was the service. It was quite slow and we waited about 20 minutes for coffee/tea & food. Our drinks arrived after the food which wasn’t ideal, sugar was already put in our coffee by mistake and had to replace them (I think the servers themselves are good, kind people but there might be a fundamental issue with how the service should work and is expected to be in the UK). The portion sizes are quite good, it offers good bang for your buck, however we discovered the jacket potato which came with a side salad had some small bugs in it… this was incredibly disappointing. Would be reluctant to come back unless the service changed.

I recently ordered a birthday cake from this place, and the whole process was smooth and easy. I called about three days before pickup, and they got my order exactly right. Collecting it was quick, and the cake was beautifully presented, well-sized, and great value for money. They packed it securely, making it easy to carry. The flavours were delicious, the sponge was soft, and the fresh cream was light and tasty. Overall, I was really happy with both the service and the cake itself. I’ll definitely be coming back here for future celebrations.

During my visit with my child, the cupcake we tried was met with admiration, especially for its beautifully crafted icing. While the decoration was superb, we found the taste a tad underwhelming. Nonetheless, the service was commendable, and the cafe provides a cozy ambiance with a few seats, making it a decent spot to sit back and unwind.

I ordered the birthday cake online. The cake image shown online was very different than what was delivered. The cake was not at all tasty. The cake name said Ferraro Rocher and they had put fake chocolates on the top. The kids who took it excitedly, threw it in bin after taking a bite. Pathetic! I will never order again from this shop. I ordered last night from uber eats, asked them to write a message if possible and they still managed to do it. The cake was amazing, chocolaty and nutty, not too sweet, perfect to eat after a meal. The cream on top was very light and fluffy, balanced flavour, allowing you to still taste the cake itself. First time I got something from this place, and I'm very impressed as most cakes around here just taste like sugar. Beautiful decoration with a classy gold colour. Loved it, thank you for going the extra mile despite the late order. My father loved his birthday cake. I'm very grateful and impressed!

I ordered a cake for my birthday, and I’m very disappointed with the quality. The cake cost me £75, which is quite expensive, but it was not good at all. The taste was unpleasant, and by the next day, it was already spoiled even though I stored it properly in the fridge. Unfortunately, we couldn’t eat it and had to throw the whole cake in the bin. Very disappointing experience, especially for such a special occasion and for the price I paid. I will not be ordering again and do not recommend this place.

I ordered my son’s first birthday cake and the results it’s outstanding and excellent. This is the only shop where i can order cake and its eggless too. Most horrible experience on the counter Got a coffee and wanted to get a bar. Girl on the counter was very impolite and gave contradictory statements. I paid 4 pounds by cash and wanted to pay by card remaining for the bar. She refused to give me my change back and take rest by card as she said minimum card payment is 1 pound Initially she said she can do it and then got confused and refused to serve me. The management has to step in as their place will go down more.

Too expensive! The chai latte was just okay. The prices need to be reasonable 9/10£ for a panini ?? How do you justify that? Except for taking advantage of the situation of people who have no other option in the building. Much rather buy from the shops across the street which offer snacks and hot drinks at half the price.

I went to VISTA center Hounslow to sort out my Indian visa, guess what I found a very beautiful coffee shop located at the ground floor of the building. The staff was informative and helpful. A good quality coffee and very nice selection of food.

It was my first time visiting this cafe, and I can honestly say it’s the best brunch I’ve had locally! The café itself was spotless with such a beautiful interior. The sisters running it were so welcoming, and the service was excellent. I also loved that they only played nasheeds, which created a really calm and peaceful atmosphere. We ordered the Indulgence Breakfast, and it was absolutely delicious and full of flavour. The prices were very reasonable too, though I can imagine they may rise once the place becomes more well known. I also tried the Pink Karak Chai, which was creamy, beautifully presented, and so tasty! To top it off, they kindly gave us a slice of their new Pandan cake on the house — light, sweet, and the perfect finish to the meal.

🇵🇹Delicious galão (Portuguese latte). I got Salame de Chocolate (chocolate salami) and Bolo de Bolacha (Tia Maria biscuit cake) which was the best thing I've ever eaten. Hands down. I love this place and will 100000% come back. They have potato sticks for Bacalhau à Brás and coffee capsules for delta machines. Plus with a great quality pastel de nata and a “café cheio” for less than £3, i will definitely be coming back!

Been there a couple of times, and today was my last. In a previous time bought a cake that was definitely off, the custard was sour and the cake stale. Today tried to go there, door was open and the place was full of people. As I was going in a staff stopped me and told me they were closed 🙃

Slightly pricy for me but on a par with other high street chains, discount available for Civic Centre staff. Lots of room and choice of seating, tables and chairs or soft comfy sofas. I was there mid morning and there was no crowd and quick friendly service. A good choice if you're this end of the High Street and want somewhere quiet and relaxed for your coffee.

Not 1 plug socket in the whole restaurant, Just want your money and go, no napkins. When asked to charge a laptop they advised to go 2 floors up! What great service! Didn’t even agree to charge behind counter excuse being staff that work in council never ask us so why would we let you?

I found the two ladies working today, quite rude. I asked a question regarding the menu and I was cut off before I could finish. Also why is there no lids on the coffee cups? It’s not busy and quiet it’s what I needed today.

I was sold a stale apple and cinnamon muffin for £1.60. These muffins used to really nice, but now taste very eggy and cheap. Avoid if you like fresh food.

Good food, great taste but what appalled me today is that after purchasing a hot drink and asking for a lid, it was tossed along the counter, outer part (the part you put your mouth to) on the counter surface and the customer service rep just walked away. Absolutely distasteful.

There’s only one till taking orders so the queue is massive but it goes down reasonably quickly. Not a lot of gluten free options. The food came out quickly and was very tasty.

I originally sent this in a message on FB to the café as feedback, however after not receiving a reply for months, I figure I might as well post it here. As another reviewer has said, this place has drastically changed the quality of their menu. They used to do a mix and match style selection where you could choose 3 to 4 dishes, which my friends and I used to share between us, they were incredible. On visiting with my friends about three months ago, I just picked three salads for myself as I could see they changed their menu, but just assumed that the food would be similar to what it was. I’ve attached pictures of a previous visits food, and a picture of what I got this time. The broccoli was so good, even though it looked messy, but it couldn’t make up for the other items, which were so disappointing.The aubergine just didn’t taste good, the squash was ok, It wasn’t cooked for long enough, the sauce seemed to have been put on with a piping bag?? And had a lacklustre flavour of maybe mayonnaise. I don’t have to tell you which photo is which below. They are worlds apart, in standards, presentation, and taste. It’s such a shame, because this used to be the go to place I would take people to on visits, especially if they were vegetarian as each dish had so much thought put into it. I have to say, the service is quite friendly, and the atmosphere is actually lovely, lots of families, park run attendees, and cute dogs. They need to get back to what they were, or unfortunately, they’l just be another mediocre café.

Has become very expensive since my last visit a few years ago and the food far less exciting. It was £4 for a regular sized latte (most expensive price I've ever seen for a regular latte), £5.50 for a fresh orange juice and over £5 for most cakes and muffins. Similarly toasties and avo on toast were very costly. We had come for Lunch but upon seeing the price we just got two drinks and left. Not sure we'll be back for a while purely on the grounds of the cost. I think the chef must have also changed in the last few years too, this place used to have really unique Nori wraps and other gorgeously unique and delicious dishes and whilst unique they were also reasonably priced. Service was still quick and atmosphere still good mind you. It's mainly the price that has put us off.

Only reason for my 3 star rating is the hike in prices especially the lattes ect. Always get one as I first arrive but will purchase elsewhere and bring with me from now on .. great café but not happy with the increase in price as said

First time having breakfast here and was quite looking forward to trying it. We always usually have coffee from here on our walks round the park. However, the food was very disappointing. Extremely expensive for what it was. Bacon was so hard to cut. Beans dried up. Poached egg not even runny. Hash brown tasted fishy. Just a waste of £31! Coffee was lovely as usual. But I’d never get food from here again.

We love to come to this cafe when going for a walk at the acquadrome. Great selection of savoury and sweet food. Very good coffee. Plenty of seating inside and out, and dog friendly. So refreshing to find such friendly staff who genuinely seem to be enjoying what they do.

Food was tasty however very over priced. Small amount of beans and one piece of toast which aren’t exactly expensive to add more of. The potato rosti was more like a door wedge, not a very nice flavour and extremely dense. £29 for two breakfasts with out drinks, a further £9 for two coffees.

What a lovely cafe! There's loads of seating inside and out. The range of cakes is brilliant, they were all so nice looking! The cakes we had were delicious as well as the hot drinks. Staff were all so friendly and the cafe was clean and well presented.

I’ve come here a few times, it’s dog and family friendly. Very spatious. They have proper food on the menu (pizza, breakfast etc), not just cakes and coffees. There are some vege options too. There’s benches outside to sit on aswell, really chilled environment. It’s also right next to a playground.

We have eaten here many times and food is rather good… the low rating is because the kitchen hours are completely discretionary! One day they told us kitchen closes at 5, the next day we arrived at 4:15 and said “main kitchen” closes at 4:30 and then some explanation on weather conditions (too hot)… Basically, it will be a coin toss if you decide to go!

The staff are nice and the fact that it’s dog friendly is great but the food is painfully average and very expensive for what it is. The cakes and sandwiches are dry and not particularly well flavoured. They also never seem to change the cafe menu. Last time I was there a few days ago there were fruit flies all over the cakes so I just got myself a coffee.

Great location in the gardens. Great quality sourced ingredients (meat is from HG Walter!). Somewhat let down by the execution - a recent smash burger had excellent dry-aged patties, but these were slow cooked and nothing like a proper smash burger with the crispy sear. The bun was a day or two outside of fresh. Get the cooking right and this place is an easy 5*.

Chiswick House and Café is on my doorstep, and I’ve been a frequent visitor over the years. Unfortunately, I’ve had one too many poor experiences now, and feel it’s time to share. The coffee has consistently made me feel unwell, so I’ve stopped ordering it entirely — I now stick to bottled water or San Pellegrino. On three separate occasions, I’ve ordered pizza and each time it arrived burnt on one side and was described as “how it’s meant to be.” While I appreciate a bit of char, these were genuinely inedible. The most concerning incident happened recently. I was buying a soft drink for my daughter and decided to treat myself to a slice of carrot cake. When I picked it up, I noticed visible mould down the side of the slice. I pointed this out to a staff member who took a long moment trying to identify the issue — I actually had to count the slices with her to find it. She thanked me repeatedly, which I appreciated, and I even mentioned I understand cake can spoil quickly in hot weather (I bake myself), but this should have been caught well before reaching the display. What truly alarmed me was when an elderly gentleman came up to order a slice of the same carrot cake. He was having trouble communicating his request, so I helped translate for him. The same staff member began checking his slice for mould, with several whole carrot cakes still behind the counter. I didn’t stay long enough to see if he was served a fresh piece, as I had my young child with me. All in all, this place could be so much better — the location is beautiful, and it has potential — but the lack of quality control and food safety standards is too serious to ignore.

Fabulous pastrami & pickle toasted sandwich, the sausage & egg baps are great and latte! Reasonable prices, and you’re helping Chiswick House with funds! Great venue, polite and friendly staff, just too many entitled dog owners with dogs not on leads in the cafe area.

We had an excellent breakfast here on Friday about 9am. I had scrambled eggs and smoked salmon on toast - best scrambled eggs I've ever had!

What a great little place! Best cafe find since getting to London. Food is nice and fresh, and certainly tasty!!... Owner seemed a bit stressed from an electrical fault occurring in the shop but the girls held it together and proivided some awesome friendly service and a great atmosphere!

This had been the best bacon sandwich I have had in a long time! It tasted like my late grandmother’s homemade one, thank you so much! It brought back memories! I highly recommend the cafe!

I visited this cafe for the first time, as my girlfriend had booked here for a late lunch on a pleasant Saturday afternoon. This was for outdoor seating. We looked at the lunch menu (but they had the breakfast served until 2pm). I ordered a Coronation Chicken wrap as it was recommended. This could be either eaten cold or toasted. I have to say - it was really delicious and just enough, and at a reasonable price :) They had a wide selection of sandwiches, wraps, toasties, ciabattas, burgers and specials of the day. Also, both meat, fish and vegetarian options. I would happily come here again, perhaps to dine in, and try one of the specials.

Another cafe in Isleworth I regularly visit . Friendly staff and good service. An extensive menu and very good presentation skills.I had ordered the baked potato one time and absolutely loved it. Another time I had the Feta cheese ciabatta. I enjoyed that as well. They never let me down. Their teas and coffees are also good. They also have a great variety of pastries and cakes .

White Chocolate Mocha - Good Egg Mushroom & Tomato Roll - Excellent Mocha was kind of ok but the Roll was really tasty. Nicely toasted (good temperature). highly recommend.

Popped into Caffè Nero recently and was served by a lovely young barista wearing a headscarf. She was super friendly and efficient, even though the place was quite busy. My drink was spot on, and her warm demeanor made the visit really pleasant. Great service like this makes all the difference—thank you! I didn’t catch her name but she wore a headscarf and maybe she looked Arab but I’m not sure but please make sure she gets her praise for the good service 😊

Open early in Heathrow that's good, unfortunately, they change the coffee quality or Perhaps must to do a Machine deep cleaning. And I know it was earlier but please improve the customer service.

This outlet advertises being open 24 hours, given its on the arrivals level of T5 at Heathrow. My visit was at 7pm on a Monday night, it felt like it was closing. Chairs on tables, cleaners working etc. I’m not a coffee drinker, so can only review the decaf tea I ordered. Easily the worst cup of tea I’ve had for a while (£2.75). I saw the chap pour the milk in from a supermarket style plastic bottle - but it tasted sweet like oat milk.

I order chai latte (my favorite) with pain ou chocolate and it was really good I also fell in love with the new presentation of the cups 😍. the barista was a little moody but everything else was good.

This is a wonderful cafe. They have the most amazing range of cakes! The prices are higher than the high street but that's what you expect! The cakes were delicious, I had the tiramasue which was amazing! The seating area overlooks the runway, so you can sit there and watch the planes landing.

On my way I was stopped for a transit at this airport, and had a chance to visit this place! I was amazed by the hospitality… serving was extraordinary… very fresh and tasty food.. although the price was a bit high, the quality of the food is commendable… Even during the rush time, the staff handle the customer with care and smiley faces… good food, great staff and highly recommend this place for a stop if you are going through Heathrow terminal 3!

Really nice to see a different place for food in the heart of T3 at Heathrow. The pink really pops and gives the whole restaurant fresh vibes. I really wanted to try pretty much everything that was on the menu, all looked very tasty and colourful. I went for their vegetarian breakfast, although they did not have any avocado and had to swap with some hash brown, but apart from that, it was very fresh. The lady at the entrance taking people to their table could have used a smile every now and again though.

Beautifully decorated place with great food! The service is absolutely wonderful too. The hostess, Svenska, was very kind, helpful, and great to talk to. She also took our orders and brought our food, smiling the entire time. She was great all around, I would return just for the amazing staff! The food was great as well. We ordered a couple lattes, the breakfast burger, and the shakshuka, and all of the food was delicious. I highly recommend the cookie dough and the pistachio cake as well.

Absolutely loved this place! great atmosphere, amazing dining options. Kids eat for free with parents, and they loved it! Really made the busy stressful airport experience much more relaxing. I would actually purposely add a 90 minutes to my departure time just to spend at the airport in order to take the kids and eat there again. Definitely get your kids the smores hot chocolate! I Also wanted to give a shout out to recommend the hostess (who I unfortunately didn't get her name). She sat us down at a table, then when everyone was a little too busy, came back to take our order and was incredibly understanding and changed anything we needed to accommodate dietary restrictions and taste. This was Saturday July 23rd at 2pm. Finally, last but definitely not the least, this place is HALAL! No alcohol and not pork anywhere on the Menu! If I could, I'd thank the owners of this place face to face.

Better than expected. I did not know this chain and the pink decor certainly did not make the case for me to go in. Also the menu options at the entrance are not well presented. The kids "convinced" us to go in. The menu was actually pretty good compared what we saw at the entrance. Great selection of various drinks and shakes. Service was slow but very nice. The food was good. Not over the top. We opted for a special burger, full English breakfast and a kids menu. The drinks we got were excellent. I did not care much for the dessert which was much too sweet though appreciated the hint of rose water. Side note: Marble table tops might need more frequent cleaning and sealing.

I had their pulled beef burger - really good! The wings were also nice and crispy. The fries though - could have been better. Slightly soggy. Would've preferred thick cut rather than thin cut. And the black pepper on them was a bit too much. More importantly, they serve Halal meat. Which was awesome given its the only halal restaurant I found on terminal 3.

Really impressed with El&n at Heathrow. The staff are friendly and the orders come out fairly quickly. I passed this place this time and glad I didn't on this occasion. The restaurant is vibrant and gives an impression of quality food and ingredients. It also possibly serves the best flat white in and around the airport.

We went here for late breakfast not knowing what we would experience and it was indeed an amazing brunch. Food, service and ambience was very nice and thoroughly enjoyed it. Very decent prices too and toilets were clean.

Pretty disappointed for my first visit, breakfast was ok, but ordered calamari which had the smallest portion ever and 2 smoothies, which were the worst smoothies I had, watery and icy, which means that the ingredients used was minimum to reduce cost, yet the price was just as high as other proper smoothies I had in other brunch places in central London. Don’t recommend and won’t visit again unfortunately.

PLANT BASED FOOD WITH PERFECT BALANCE Could not believe how good this place was. I took a load of their cakes and savory pastries home as a takeaway and my wife ( who is a vegan chef) said the cakes were prefect. With the right balance of sugar to taste- just right. I actually had a Burritto wrap which was very wholesome and very tasty with a nice spicey sauce. Chiswick is SO lucky to have this place and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Can't wait to try out their brunch when we pass through West London again.

My mum and I were walking around Chiswick looking for something to eat that was lactose-free (I’m also vegetarian), when I remembered there was a fully vegan place nearby. We stopped by and couldn’t believe how good it was! I had a “fish fingers” wrap that tasted exactly like real fish, I even had to double-check it was vegan! We also shared a ParlesBowl, which was absolutely delicious. The portions are generous, and the prices are really fair for such high-quality food. Then came dessert, a pain au chocolat so good I had to ask again if it was really vegan. (It was!) I also got to chat with Dee, one of the three sisters who run the place, and she shared some wonderful stories. I can’t wait to bring my proud vegan boyfriend here soon. It felt so safe for my tummy, no discomfort at all! Honestly, you don’t need to be vegan to enjoy this food. Just stop by and check out the menu 💚

This blissful vegan café genuinely makes me wanna move back to London!! In my books, this is the perfect place to start the day – which I did today with a granola bowl that was just right, with fresh fruits, nice yoghurt, and a good mix of seeds and nuts, as well as a latte that was equally exactly right. For the train ride back home, I also picked up an almond croissant and an almond chocolate croissant (which is basically a pain au chocolat with the full almond croissant treatment – a pain au chocolalmond?). These two croissants were very sumptuous and soooo tasty! I'm scarcely halfway home right now, and they're already gone! The staff at Parlé Pantry are lovely, making a day started here even nicer with their kind service. I visited just after they opened, but in a matter of 15 minutes or so other guests had also settled in for breakfast, and the vibe was chill and enjoyable. Oh, and of course everything is vegan! Now there's just the small matter of moving back to London..... :)

5 ⭐ Loved this place. My friends and I stopped on the area and found this place through Happy Cow and were relieved to find a fully vegan place in the area. First of all as soon as we walked in we thought the place was super cute, and we were given a warm welcome, and as we approached the counter and saw some of the amazing food they had to offer we had found the right place. The food is really good quality, all home made (including their sausages!), full of flavour and fairly priced compared to other places in the area. We had a really good chat with the staff, and were told that Parle started as a vegetarian place and then during the pandemic committed to fully vegan, and in 2025 still going strong! If you're looking for a place to eat in the area I highly recommend Parle. Great food, great vibes and great people.

Brilliant full English breakfast. We'll definitely be back to try the rest of the delicious-looking menu. The place was cosy and comfortable with friendly service. My sympathies to the staff who have to constantly explain to people that everything is plant-based. We even saw a family turn around and leave when they found out 🤦🏻‍♂️

Visited Parler Pantry in Chiswick and had a lovely experience! I enjoyed a delicious carrot cake and a smooth latte—both were absolutely perfect. The atmosphere and service was amazing. I came here with my sisters on the last bank holiday. We order the vegan breakfast each which was flavoursome and a good portion size. The toilets were clean and there was a sink to wash our hands before we started to eat. We will definitely be returning! ♥️

Coffee and restaurant is good but if you want to enjoy your coffee and read a book go elsewhere! Only allow free parking for 30 minutes, after which you are charged … it used to be free parking for 2 hours! Frustrating experience

Surprisingly theres Costas and then there's franchise Costas like this one in the lobby of Premier Inn Hotel, Bath Road near Heathrow airport. They do not acknowledge Costa's App and you can't either add reward points or redeem at this location. I may have ovelooked if its mentioned in their App, so a bit embaressing @costacofee

Very rude lady serving at Costa. "DEEPA". Needs a customer skills course ASAP. Very bad attitude to customers and fellow colleague. Came here last year and she was the same. Hotel is so good and so are the remainder who work here. Shame she let's you all down.

The food is oke but expencive, I got a bit of a rushed feeling. I had the tosti, carrot cake and the cold drink with the chocolate. You get the option to eat there or take it away, for eating there is not much space because it is the lobby of the hotel. Specialy around 3pm there is not much sitting room because of all the people waiting to check in. When in need of a lunch when you are at the hotel it is fine. These 3 items were around 12 pounds

Standard Costa Coffee. Let down by the lack of being able to sit down and enjoy it. Huge signs on the A4 advertising. However, parking is charged at£2 for over 30 mins. So basically take away or a very expensive coffee

We looked at amazing photos and reviews and decided to try as we had an hour and were looking a place to have a coffee. First, for that price of coffee I really expected a cap and not take away paper cap. When I mentioned this, I was told that they do not have enough caps. At that moment there were 2 people only expect us and there were lots of caps. That part was really strange. Coffee was below average. I really will not return for sure. Another unpleasant part-there is not any toilet for customers. Overall design of the cafe was nice.

Stumbled upon this place at 6am as Alex was opening and got chatting. Great guy, great coffee! Came back the next morning and grabbed another, his business partner Sam was in and again, great coffee. Also didn’t charge me for a babycino. Highly recommend. Will come try their pastries soon!

Had amazing coffee! I usually don't like unflavored coffee because many stores burn or over brew their espresso. Not here! It was the smoothest latte I've had in a long time - with no add-ons! And he even went out of the way to make an iced drink for us, and made it well! Definitely recommend!

The food was awful. Clearly pre prepared, placed in a bowl then microwaved when needed. I had Teryaki Salmon on sticky rice. Hardly any sauce, rice was dry and salmon severely overcooked, infact hard and dry. I ordered a side of green vegetables which were practically raw! Will never eat there again!

Tired & bleary eyed from 25hrs of flying, it was a welcome sight to find this Cafe, tucked away just enough from the crowds, to sit & enjoy a coffee! Just watch out for the lip as the floor surface changes on entering the Cafe. The wheels on my suitcase stopped & I nearly went tumbling over the top 😜

Terminal 2 Costa seating area looked very shabby and requires a bit of care and attention. The picture speaks for itself. For an international airport we would expect a bit more standard at least for the sofas. The place is crowded and buzzing with visitors-so we definitely expect a little more care and attention from staff as well.

Worst experiance of my life at costa. Staff were not bothered about customers, very pathetic customer service at the order counter. Tables were not clean, the bins were overflowing. Staff needs to be trained or sacked. Better avoid having a coffee than getting treated like that. Would never go there again.

Warm and helpful staff and Manager William was very understanding, patience and cheerful in his work. My friend claimed his free birthday cake from the Costa in Premier Inn terminal 4 a few times yet the staff kept saying they couldn't do it due to different reasons. By the time we reached Heathrow Airport terminal 2, the free gift voucher already expired but the manager William tried his very best to give my friend 50% discount for the cake and help my friend to claim a free drink . It's really not so much about the free food and free drink but the birthday experiences and surprises from the birthday gift from Costa and their staff matter to us more. Thanks again Costa for all the delicious toasties and coffee. I will definitely visit Costa again when l come to UK.

The passengers who were waiting for their transit weren't allowed to sit here and asked to leave by one of their rude employees. It's 1 am and none of the airline counters were open and it wasn't like costa coffee customers were flocking and weren't able to sit down and have their drinks. I was also told by the girl at the till that they weren't closing. Still passengers were asked to leave. Utterly disgraceful.

Very slow and rude staff. I asked if they did filter coffee and was told curtly that they hadn't done it for years. I got something else, and a sandwich that needed to be heated up. The woman took out my sandwich along with someone else's and just shoved it on the desk. I had to ask if the other sandwich in her hand was mine and she just rudely said yours is here. I understand that this is simple work in a coffee shop and it's probably tedious dealing with puffed up customers like one of the people in front of me. But it's free to smile.

I had a wonderful time at Heavenly Desert! I tried the strawberry waffle with a passion fruit mojito, and both were absolutely delicious – the perfect combination of sweet and refreshing. A big shoutout to Raj, who served us with such kindness and professionalism. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right. Thank you, Raj, for making our visit even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back

A sweet slice of heaven in Hounslow! Stopped by Heavenly Desserts and was seriously impressed. I had the chocolate milkshake, and my partner went for the saffron latte — both were packed with flavour and beautifully prepared. My milkshake was rich, smooth, and had crunchy nutty bits that exhilarated me with an exciting texture along with a series of pleasantly memorable hits to my tastebuds. The saffron latte was aromatic, comforting, and full of depth with actual edible flowers — a real standout. What really elevated the experience was the service — Dhara, Safa, and Raj took extra care with our drinks and made us feel genuinely welcome, especially with this being our first visit. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality added a personal touch you don’t often get. If you’re in Hounslow and in the mood for something sweet or unique, this place is a must-visit. Great quality, lovely staff, and a perfect spot for a relaxing treat!

I have always loved this place every since I was introduced here by my friend. The desserts are really good, this one is by far the best I have tasted - one of their signature menu: Caramel Monkey Bread. Every staff is pleasant and accommodating, Saliha who welcomed me with smile and is very prompt on taking orders and attending the customers. This place is worth the self reward after a week's hardwork 😊👌🏼

We frequent Heavenly Deserts in Hounslow because of the vast arrear of food options and the amazing service we always receive from Dana. There are few places which tick all the boxes in this way. We would definitely recommend this place for is service and atmosphere!

We have been to this restaurant today morning with family. Ordered normal English breakfast and Chicken Cheese salad, the taste was very good. The service is really awesome, I like the chef asked us about the food and said takes for visiting while leaving which is very good sign for getting customers back again to restaurant. Highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast.

Came here as I’m visiting London from Birmingham. Genuinely think it’s the best English breakfast I’ve ever had. Staff are nice and hospitable. Very fair prices. I’ve been here twice, would be my go to cafe if I lived near by

Is a nice remote location in the industrial area with good parking spaces. The staff were fabulous!! And the breakfast we ordered was definitely top quality.

Love coming here with my friends especially for there special hide away omelette and freshly sqeezed orange juice, the food is good quality and staff are friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is fantastic. Highly recommend this place

Today my husband and I decided to have a English Breakfast , so we checked on Google and Hide away cafe has very good reviews . Here we go ! A have no doubts this is the best English Breakfast I ever had in this country . Very Friendly people from Brazil 🇧🇷 and Portugal 🇵🇹 The eggs was fried with perfection, nice and crisp on the bottom just how I love it . Many places I have visited before they don’t know how to make egg like that .🙈 ahh the toast omg was so great . I can’t forget to mention about the mushrooms was also perfect, just the way I make at home. Our second time coming here in 3 years. Such a lovely place close to the hotels or airport. If you get a car drive to this place, get a coffee or a cup of tea and a great breakfast.

They have really good food, Thai food is truly amazing. The breakfast options are really diverse and deliciously fresh. Greetings to the coffee pot team, whom I go to every day with pleasure.

Really lovely cafe! Sadly no longer doing the Thai food that those of us who used the “old coffee pot” knew and loved but a lovely, cafe. Gorgeous decor! Really nice staff, good quality food, very generous portions and fairly priced, can’t fault any of it and I’m certain it’s going to do well and be really busy I will happily eat there again.. Just been in again today and once again the food was so nice!

Went to the coffee pot with my partner and son he had pancakes when get got them they wasn't even homemade ,shop brought . He was very disappointed, me and my partner had omelette and chips , all I could taste was burnt pan and there wasn't any cheese in it and cheap ham to . We was all disappointed .

Really pleased that this place reopened. The English breakfast was tasty and filling. If there is any chance the Thai food could make it back to the menu that would be perfect.

I pop in every now and then while out and about in Isleworth. This is a great place. Since they had reopened after major refurbishment, they have massively stepped up their game. Food is good, reasonably priced, portions are big enough to keep me going for long. Guys running it are great. They are always make you welcomed. I particularly like their jacket potato with chilli con carne.

I've lived in Isleworth 7 seven years and this is by far the best Cafe in every aspect 1. We ordered dinner food from here. The delivery man was very friendly and quick. We enjoyed warm delicious food. But seafood and pork source was exactly same .. I paid around 25£ for three main dishes. Noodle was nice 👍

I recommend eating their Pad Thai as it’s delicious and the prices are very reasonable as well. There is seating space as well and they have an extensive English breakfast menu option.

Having read other reviews before posting this I wish I'd had an early lunch of pad thai rather than a late breakfast of sausage sandwich. The sandwich was fine, but I'm sorry to have missed a good pad Thai. Will definitely return to try it.

Had a Panang Curry which was very watery, but the flavour was reasonably authentic. The Masaman Curry was inedible. Tough beef that tasted like it was over ripe and a sauce that was bizarrely sweet and more watery than the Panang. Definitely not an authentic Thai flavour there! The rice wasn't freshly cooked and clearly warmed up and the diet coke I ordered was a month out of date. Very very disappointing.

Authentic Thai experience for a fraction of the cost. The food is great, perfect for a quick meal. Don't be expecting the Ritz from decor etc but the food is fantastic.

We were walking by this restaurant, and it turned out to be one of the best meal we ever had during this trip to London. The chicken shish were roasted perfectly. The chick was very juicy and tender inside. Very friendly staff. That's something we will always miss.

Waited 45 minutes as the driver left half the food behind. This is what turned up cold and rubbery. Called the shop and there attitude is contact just eat as it’s not there fault. Been using Jennys for years won’t bother with them anymore £40 completely wasted 😡

I ordered the mixed grill from Fatima and it was absolutely delicious! Everything was cooked just right and full of flavor. Fatima was also incredibly generous and welcoming such a lovely experience. Definitely coming back again. Highly recommend!

I stumbled upon Black Sheep Coffee while looking for a strong caffeine boost after clearing security. The rich flavor and expertly made flat white kept me going through the rest of my trip. I really appreciate their emphasis on using high-caliber coffee and their knowledge about their roasts — it's a big step up from standard airport java. The seating is a bit tight, and it's a busy spot, but that's a small price to pay for a rich cup of coffee. Black Sheep is a nice refuge when I want something strong, smooth, and well-prepared before boarding.

Tried the matcha blueberry drink – tasty and smooth! Could’ve used more ice though, as it was a bit warm. Hot chocolate was rich and velvety. The food was pretty standard, nothing to write home about, but not bad either. Drinks seem to be the highlight here – looking forward to trying more from the range.

I have been here a couple of times before and today I ordered a peach redbull infusion and it was 10/10. The customer service was quick and very helpful and offered me a lot of smiles.
