The 10 best fast food restaurants in Port Huron

I have s friend visiting from out of town and wanted to let her experience "Detroit style" pizza. We were super disappointed. Spent $45 on a 12 square pizza plus tip. The dough was still not done after five minutes in my air fryer. Staff was disinterested and seemed like they were just hanging out and the lobby needed to be cleaned. This was not at all what I wanted to serve a good friend after talking it up. Terrible squishy pizza and lousy customer service. I'll be taking my business elsewhere (Buscemi's) I do not recommend.

This place is amazing. The food taste is top shelf, highly recommend you order the Detroit style pizza crust. It’s not just a pizza place either as their menu has other options like sandwiches and salads. The place was really busy which is always a good sign. The service was very quick all things considered. As I waited for the order I observed that many people had ordered ahead via phone. It appears that this would be a better way to efficiently order. Overall a fantastic pizza and well worth the trip.

I’m a regular at Jet's Pizza on 24th Street, on the north side of Port Huron, and I gotta say, their BLT pizza is an absolute winner! Every time I order it, it’s a perfect combo of crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, ripe tomatoes, mayo, and that premium mozzarella they use, all on their signature Detroit-style crust. The crust is buttery, crunchy, and has that awesome cheesy edge that makes every bite delicious. It’s my go-to comfort food, and it never disappoints—always hot, fresh, and loaded with flavor. The store itself is clean, and the staff are friendly, though it can get busy, so I usually order online for pickup or delivery to save time. Delivery is generally quick, but I’ve heard mixed reviews about consistency—some folks on Tripadvisor mentioned issues like unsliced pizzas or sparse toppings, but I haven’t had those problems with my BLT pizza. The prices are a bit higher than your average pizza joint, but I think it’s worth it for the quality, especially with that deep-dish crust. They also have cool options like flavored crusts (I stick with the classic), and the menu’s got plenty of variety—wings, salads, and calzone-style boats if you’re in the mood for something else. Only minor gripe is that the parking lot can be a hassle during peak hours, but that’s Port Huron for you. If you’re craving a solid pizza and haven’t tried the BLT, do yourself a favor and grab one from this Jet's. It’s a crowd-pleaser, and I’ll definitely be back for more!

I placed the order online and went to pick the pizza up. They were very busy but paid attention to every customer and what they needed. It was soo good.

😬 dang had my order messed up (2 cheese 1 pep slices) Got two pep and one cheese. They asked if I touched it and took back the slice 😩 that's got to be against some health code, yikes. Them insult to injury I asked for it to be combo with a drink and they rang it up separate so I got disgusted and overcharged 😵

Had to argue with the cashier who didn't want to honor an online 5 dollar off online coupon because it was from "corporate" and not them as a franchisee. Some guy stepped in and said that they could help me. Order was 19 dollar and change so it should have dropped to 14 dollars and change.Decided to go ahead and order and add extra cheese and extra pepperoni and the price went up to 23 dollars and change, supposedly with the coupon which would make the cost of the extra items cost would be 9 dollars... complete and total bullshit rip off. I am done with these people.

I really enjoy their deep dish pizzas. They have great sauce and the crust is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. They have a great selection of specialty pizzas and decent subs. Salads are just ok. The ranch is tasty though. Altogether I think it's better pizza than most places but it's not a Grimaldi's, which I think has great pizza.

Let's start off with the 2 bikes chained together in the doorway blocking the interior doors, definitely no way handicap accessible. #2 they had no idea when I asked for the box of coffee. When they finally figured out what I meant he gave out a huge sigh, like I was asking too much. The absolute worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Do better people!!!! Will not be back for any reason and will be telling everyone that will listen. Ended up at Starbucks all the way across town. BTW Starbucks did an amazing job. I usually give 5 stars easily. I usually visit this Tim Hortons in Port Huron very often, and one of the highlights of my visit is the friendly staff who always offer a small pup cup or dog treat for my dog when i ask. It’s a simple but thoughtful gesture that makes my day while I enjoy my coffee. I am new to Tim horton and thought pup cup is a thing like other franchises. However, today was a disappointing experience. A young girl staff member told me that Tim Hortons doesn’t give out pup cups and that they’re not supposed to. I completely understand if that’s the policy, but what bothered me was her attitude—no courtesy, no friendly explanation, and not even a simple “thank you” in response when I said, “no worries.” Great customer service is about how you communicate, not just what you say. She could have kindly informed me of the policy while still maintaining a welcoming attitude. Instead, her dismissiveness made me feel uncomfortable, and I won’t feel at ease ordering when she’s there. That said, the coffee is good, and all the other staff members have always been professional and friendly. I just hope this location maintains the great service I’ve come to appreciate.

Ordered an everything croissant with scrambled egg and when I went to eat it, it was smashed and burnt. There is no way anyone could have eaten it.

Count your days.... last time I will ever come to this location. Worst service, full of attitude and still not correct. Ordered a large iced coffee double double with shot of Carmel. Basically drinking creamer.

I'd put 0 stars if I could. I have a problem to the manager an supervisor who ever runs mornings are just bloody terrible. I get that it's morning an no one wants to be there but seriously the attitude and disrespect I get in there in the Morning is bad. I'll give them a simple order an yet somehow they screw it up. That being said, Who ever runs the afternoons shift is just awesome. Listens very well. Repeats my order to me to a tee, I'll bring my dog with me at drive-thru, get a lil doggy cup for her. Idk who runs it, I think her name was Sammie or Sam W.e. her name is, she was just completely awesome, she really Goes out of the way to make sure that my order was correct, I'd definitely would go in the afternoons for my coffee instead of mornings

Placed an online order for the wrong location and IMMEDIATELY called to cancel it. They gave me the run around, said they couldn’t do it and that I needed to do it through the app (which I had already tried). Went through the app - there is no cancellation option btw - submitted a support request. Finally heard back (a full week later) and the online support stated that I would need to contact the restaurant for a refund, as they cannot do it through the app 😖 Even though I specifically told them I had already tried calling the store. It’s ridiculous that there isn’t just a button to cancel. At the very least, the order should fall off eventually and send a refund. I’ll be reporting this to my bank so they should get hit with some great fees too.

Was met with extremely rude staff when asking about a pup cup. In addition to that, when mentioning a coupon at the window was met with flagrant rudeness. An audible sigh of disdain could be heard and person in the window rolled their eyes. Coffee is alright but donut was stuffed into the bag and the icing came off when I tried to get it out and eat it. Will NOT be coming back.

I ordered through the mobile app. When i went to pick up my order, the girl in the window only gave us one bag. Then realized we had a second bag. When got home, my baked chili potato was a regular bacon potato, my fries were cold, my both frosty were wrong and there were only 8 nuggets when i ordered 10. When i called up, the manager took down my information, but did so incorrectly. When i went to go pick up my replacement order, He wrote down a vanilla instead of chocolate, and when i went to ask if that could be corrected, he told me no . They were out of the misfortune sundae, so i got a brownie instead. And when i noticed he had written down the plain vanilla instead of the misfortune, and tried to correct him, he said it had to be what was in the book. When i had gone up to the counter to ask to speak to him, his whole attitude was not welcoming at all. When i politely said i needed to speak to him, and that i had a remake, he scoffed and rolled his eyes after glancing at his watch and trudged to the back to get "the book" which wasnt even a proper customer satisfaction binder btw. It was a plain notebook that had been hastily scrawled in. The potato was correct this time, but he said " ill give you a plain chocolatethis time, but not again" . I have been a customer service assistant manager, so i know the limits of what could and should done if a guest is unhappy with their experience. I will be letting all my friends and family know not to go to that Wendy's or any Wendy's any longer. I am beyond livid with my experience and how i was treated.

This is the nicest Wendy’s I’ve ever seen/been in. The food was weirdly good for Wendy’s. I really liked the fries and the nuggets, the burger was just alright. But the price was super good!

Met some friends here, the employees locked the door but our group let us in. We didn’t order anything, just sat with them. My fiancé went up to order two frostees, didn’t seem too unreasonable. One of the workers came up to her at the register and rudely asked how she got in, and my fiancé calmly responded that she was with the group in the corner. The employee came up to us and kicked us out for being in the lobby past the “lobby closing time”. Even though the lobby clearly didn’t close until midnight. Mind you at this point it’s barely even 10:00. She kicked us out, rudely told us when the inside closed, and complained about us trying to clean up our mess that was accidentally caused. We will never be back, a waste of time and poor customer service. Don’t work at a fast food restaurant at forty years of age if you can’t deal with simple customer service. Disappointing and immature experience on her behalf, with that being said. Please do all of me and my friends a favor, and put the FRIES in the BAG.

We tried the new Chicken Tender Combo today. Oh my goodness so delicious! Wendy's beats their competitors by a landslide. It was 12:30 lunch time and we waited about 8 minutes at the window in the drive thru, but they were fresh piping hot even 20 minutes later. Nice flavorful coating, fried to perfection and the seasoning just right. Wendy's fries are always good . Two four piece, medium fry and a large drink 21 dollars, well worth every penny. Lots of calories, so I wouldn't be eating there often. But what a treat! The personnel was very nice and apologized for the wait.

Walked in late, the lobby was clean and Rachael was waiting for us at the counter. Very bubbly girl who was eager to help us with special requests and was making all her coworkers happy to be at work. Great job girl!!

Everything was good the food the service and the atmosphere too. The reason why it's one star is because I got my card information stolen. Purchases at McDonald's ect won't come there again

It’s rare that I leave a review this positive, but this team was incredible. They actually forgot an item (but made it right) but the customer service was so nice that I genuinely didn’t care about missing part of the order 😅 They have changed out the entire staff and are clearly doing something right!

the food here is good but the service most of the time is rude. i understand working in fast food sucks but it’s not hard to pretend to be nice to people. Also once they got my order wrong and i went in to get my mozz sticks and they accused me of lying. okay whatever girl😭

The staff here was Super Friendly and Knowledgeable! Beautiful view out the front bay window watching vintage cars 🚗 passing by that day! We tried the new Beef & Cheddar w/ Bacon 🥓 Very Good! They made us a special Ham & Cheese 🧀 sandwich that was Very Good 👍also! Very Friendly people here!

The food was weak and cold. The service was terrible. The cashier had a terrible attitude. There were three kids in the dining room and one of them was walking around the entire restaurant barefoot.

Extremely rude staff every time I go but this time was the last straw, I came in 20 minutes before they close and they tell me that they can’t make my order their fryers are turned off, extremely rudely, not even apologizing, and as I drive away he’s smiling at me through the window taunting me, wow. Place sucks. They forget your sauces for family tender meal and sides are cold. Unfortunate when you have to drive back and fourth 10 minutes each way just to wait another 5 minutes in the lobby for fries and sauces just to get home and have cold tenders that are only mid quality anyways …. Come on Shelly do better. And Tina. They really need a warmer on the front counter insted of putting customers food out on the counter to sit and get room temperature. Crazy how it says it was packed and double checked and still missed the sauces.

Would give 0 stars if I could. My husband went to this location around 8:30 and didn't leave for almost an hour. He went through the drive thru and they forgot half of our order. He went in to get the rest of our order. He received 2 of the 3 items that were missing after 25 minutes. When he asked for the biscuits they forgot again, they said they didnt know he wanted those. That was an item that came with the meal he ordered and he mentioned it before that too. Even another customer (door dash who also mentioned that they had been waiting an hour for their order) came to my husband's defense. They told my husband that the biscuits would be another 10 minute wait. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

my husband went to pick up food. I looked at the menu before he went. I wanted the mac and cheese bowl with chicken. they said they couldn't make it because its an online exclusive. but online it doesn't say it only available online..although there are some bowls that say they were digital only. what is that about. im guessing they just didnt want to make it. or is there something wrong with the app? please look into that.

We placed our order at the drive through speaker where the lady was very rude and had a very port attitude , we asked for sauce and she said remind me of sauce at the window and when we got to the window they rushed us away without giving us a chance to even order sauce , I asked for a water which I did not receive overall terrible customer service if you don’t like your job find somewhere else to work

Walked in to place my order. Was told they would help me when they could. But I was welcome to use the kiosk.

So let me get started on our LOVELY experience this evening! WOW! So I decided to order through the app as it’s super convenient and you’d assume that it is helpful towards the employees as they can go through the order and make sure they have everything ready.. or so you’d assume.. my husband went in to pick up our order as the app said it was ready for pickup. He gets home with the order and I’m going through it, Ofcourse two items were missing. We checked the slip which clearly says “packed and double checked” now THAT is utter BS because if they did, this wouldn’t have happened. So I called them to let them know that they forgot two of the items in out order which we HAPPILY PAID FOR before even receiving our food.. the woman who answered the phone didn’t even apologize and hung up on me before I could even get an answer out of her of when the rest of our order would be ready. My husband went back to collect the remainder of our order. He wasn’t apologized to nor were they friendly. This place I will never return again! Disgraceful

If I could give zero stars I would!! Let's begin with the fact that I purchased 2x extra banana for a total of 80 cents extra and somehow still got less than half a banana!!! Beyond that I was inside the establishment for no longer than 15 minutes and the following is what transpired. 4 doordashers turned away because they already confirmed the order and couldn't confirm it again. One banana split sent out missing guess what? The banana.... (SIDE NOTE This establishment must have a hard on for not using bananas). One person who waited 10 mins only to find out the cashier never rang them up for their child's ice cream. 3 separate old lady's given incorrect items. And to top it all off when you go to leave the front door sticks so hard I had to kick it.. all in all avoid at all costs unless you wish to watch helpless people make ice cream..........will most likely return to do just that.

The place was nice and the food was good .The portions were kinda small more like for a child.But a meal and drink and a sundae for like 7 dollars you can't beat the deal.

I thought dairy queen had standard sizes, and that a large Sunday was like 3 ice cream glob above the cup. Aparently here it's maybe one. I spent like $6 and got maybe $3-$4 worth of ice cream.

Just went there and asked for a cherry sundae with a lid, they put hard cherry cone dip on my sundae! I called them because that's gross and the lady i spoke with said that's what we have and pretty much hung up on me! Will never go there again. Every ice cream place i have ever been to has cherry sundaes or would at least inform you that they don't. So I basically got charged 6.00 for a 3.00 cone in a cup that I didn't eat, and they wouldn't replace.

Ice cream is okay. The cleanliness is a little to close to borderlining sketchy for me though. It's a small place which is fine in its self, but the tables & booths being grubby is off putting. The soda tastes a little off. And the bathroom smells always seems to creep into the dining area. Not very pleasant.

Worst service ever. Last three times it was an average 1 hr delivery service each time. This last time was the worst. I had to call to remind them I asked for a delivery and remind them to bring change. When the delivery finally arrived my lunch time was over, he brought no change at all, I wasn’t about to tip him $10 for a $10 food bill. And it was 1hr 15minutes since the first call. I understand about being short staffed and would of accepted that but it’s only a couple blocks away and I specifically told them to bring change. I have gotten deliveries from restaurants further away that were quick and had the proper change. I give a generous tip too. But today you get nothing. I had to give you one star but you don’t deserve even that. My coworkers wait an hour for their delivery too. Horrible place.

One star for poor delivery. I ordered my sandwich at 12:47 PM it finally arrived at 2:20 PM, almost 2 hours. This was the second time. It also happened a few weeks ago with a coworker. And when I finally received mine it was not even fresh any longer. Bread soggy and smashed down. Unbelievable, only 5 me nutes away if that. I will not order from there again.

This store used to be great. Cared about quality and efficiently delivered every time. Since the owner change, our delivery now takes an hour, due to our driver being the only employee staffed.

I was on the phone at work while my food order arrived and chose cash payment. I had pulled the cash amount plus tip to one side of my wallet. I had accidentally pulled a $100 with one of my $1 bills. And when I gave the delivery girl my payment I asked her to double check while I was on the phone. She said it was the $18 I said it was and left. I checked my wallet later and noticed a $100 bill missing. I know I'm missing it because I pulled cash out from the atm before work for lunch and my phone bill. She didn't say anything to me and I'm missing a $100 for my $200 phone bill. This is disgusting behavior and I have camera footage from out front desk go back me up.

I’ve never had a problem here before. I decided to try a wrap from here for the first time. It was very good but I noticed mold on one half of the wrap after eating the other half.

Pull up to the speaker, no one in front of me, and hear a very inaudible voice say something. I started to order and she spoke up, with a 'be with you in a moment' comment. I waited about 3 minutes and ordered. I asked for the sandwich to be cut in half FOR A REASON. It's even on the receipt, but yet wasn't done. So, prices over the past couple years have gone up approximately $3, but service has gone down by way more than that. You used to have some friendly staff, but the public is lucky to get a smile out of a few of these kids. It seems like my complaints are a little common across the board. Why isn't something being done about it?

During my lunch break, I usually place an online order for drive thru pickup up to twice a week. Chris at the drive thru is the best! He’s always so friendly, speedy, and makes sure my order is correct. The food is always delicious, too.

Tonya, Lindsay, frank, Trevor and Chelsea were awesome!!! I'm not very familiar with ordering at this restaurant and they were so patient and great that we came 3 days in a row before heading to the beach! Very clean too!
