I recently visited the gardens and while the landscape itself was beautiful, the gardens weren’t as bloomed as I had expected. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time that many of the plants were out of season. However, the history of the property was fascinating, and I really appreciated Pat Turlington’s engaging overview. Overall, I had a lovely time and enjoyed learning about the rich background of the estate.

Beautiful, green serene garden. Not many people were visiting so that made it better! The entire garden is not very big but worth the $5 entrance fee. For $12 you get to also visit parts of the house. Worth visiting in Annapolis.

I'm so glad that we stopped here. Interesting history displays inside and you can tour the house interior as well as the gardens. The gardens were lovely even in late October. So interesting to see how the 1% lived in the 1700's. Highly recommended.

We just did the Garden and it was $5 each. It was a very cute garden. My favorite part was all the growing vegetables. Worth the visit.

The docent was incredibly knowledgeable and made the tour not only fun entertaining. If you get Cathy, who is a retired teacher turned volunteer, your are going to have a lovely time. Highly recommend for those who love historic site and history.

Had a guided tour of this house and it was such a great experience! Learned so many cool and interesting things along the way. The place itself is amazing, and the staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a visit!

Such a beautiful house and interesting, detailed tour. Our tour guide was great and very knowledgeable, not just about the house but the period in general. She did a. Great job connecting the history of the house and family to the history of the United States and Annapolis. It was really interesting. You can visit just the gardens for less than the cost of a tour and the gardens are beautiful as well.

What a wonderful trip we planned on the Wilma Lee. The crew was absolutely fantastic. Working with Lauren at The Latitude Agency, and everyone involved in planning was an exercise in superb customer service. We couldn't ask for better! To sail on the Wilma Lee is to experience history first hand - it is truly unique and I highly recommend to any visitors to Annapolis, and also of course, to locals who may want to gather their family and friends for an amazing night out. The Wilma Lee is the PERFECT wedding weekend, family reunion experience, office outing, and friendly space for just getting together. The experience is way less expensive than others in town, and offers an unsurpassed view of the Bay on the last working skipjack sailing the Bay. Incredible! Thank you!

The museum has exhibits showing the history of oystering, different harvesting tools and the story of the region’s oyster industry. You could also go down the docks and cast your crab cages or fish lines for crabs. There’s an handful of great sized-crabs in the water surrounding the dock. It is a great spot to simply enjoy the boats passing by and catch the sunset.

The Annapolis Maritime Museum & Park sits right on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay, celebrating the city’s deep nautical roots and the legacy of the Bay’s watermen. Housed in a former oyster-packing plant, the museum blends history, ecology, and maritime culture through interactive exhibits, restored boats, and waterfront views. It has nice scenery outdoor and a bunch of oysters shells at every corner. Price for both adult and kids are under $10 based on the price on the door. They have a canon in there too

It is a wonderful little museum!! This absolutely worth the visit and study about Chesapeake Bay. Great hands on activities for kids. The view outside around the bay is beautiful and nice dock area. The museum will need a fee for entrance : Adults -$7.00 Seniors, Students and Children 3-12-$5.00 Children Under 3-Free

Lovely small inexpensive museum on the beautiful water inlet. The museum is a wonderful place to better understand the importance of the Chesapeake Bay, the water systems, Oysters importance in the ecosystem and the general history of the area, fisherman, and boating history! Do go!

Amazing!! This venue is so beautiful and the coordinator and the staff that help you make your special day come true are fantastic. We could have not asked for a better venue. We had amazing weather so that made it more beautiful. But we fell in love with the space and the fact you get to have so many different options to enjoy. The lawn, the pier, the museum, the deck etc. Everything to museum has to offer is just top notch. Also the barge house they offer to get ready in, is absolutely perfect.

What a wonderful museum! This is a gem and absolutely worth the visit. It’s a small, accessible ♿️ museum focusing on the “area’s maritime heritage and the ecology of the Chesapeake Bay through programs, exhibits and community events.” Well organized and very modern, with great hands on activities for grownups and children. There are exhibits inside and outside. The view of the bay is gorgeous and one can watch the boats go by. A little sandy entry to the water is right next to the dock and we saw many kayakers enter the water. Small entry fee: Adults -$7.00 Seniors, Students and Children 3-12-$5.00 Children Under 3-Free There are clean bathrooms and outside, a bowl of water AND treats for dogs. There is limited parking on site, and most park on the streets which are very narrow.

First visit to the museum and it won't be my last! The artwork by the featured artist, Jabari Jefferson, was phenomenal. Loved the Mount Moriah church and the displays in the museum where very informative. Always love learning about history.

This is a very important museum that covers numerous topics in the history of African-Americans in Maryland. In addition to biographical information on Benjamin Banneker, Frederick Douglass and Harriet Tubman, there is a lot of information on Black communities in Maryland and their role in the state's history. The restored worship hall of the church is beautiful and makes an excellent display setting for artwork. Definitely worth a visit and it is free to enter (donations are accepted).

The Banneker-Douglass-Tubman museum was my main destination on my trip to Annapolis. It sits inside of a restored former AME church in the downtown area. One area had a new aged black artist's work on exhibition. The other permanent exhibition featured history of historic black figures of the Maryland past. The museum does not charge an admission fee, but please find a way to donate to support their cause.

Small and mighty. I was greeted as I walked into the museum and pretty much received a guided tour. It is a small space housed in a historic church that was saved from gentrification. Rich history and the special exhibit was incredible. Free entry; spent ~1-2 hours.

Excellent place to learn about African American history in Annapolis, MD.

One could spend a whole day in this park. It’s $6 per vehicle. It closes at 8pm. You can bring your own grill and have a bbq. There is plenty of green to play soccer or volleyball. There is a place that rents boats and kayaks. Lots of trails for biking or walking. Plus, it is gorgeous! Lots of flowers!! Very well maintained!

Quiet Waters Park truly lives up to its name. The atmosphere was calm and serene, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The South River overlook was absolutely breathtaking at sunset — watching the sun dip into the horizon while listening to gentle waves crashing against the shore felt magical. On the day of our visit, the park was filled with happy dogs, and amazingly not one of them barked — it added to the peaceful vibe. I also appreciated how thoughtfully the park is laid out, with restrooms conveniently located throughout. If you’re looking for a place to recharge, enjoy nature, and take in a stunning sunset, this park is a hidden gem. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Amazing place to relax and have fun! Quiet Water Park really lives up to its name — peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. The water attractions are great for both kids and adults, and the staff are friendly and helpful. There are plenty of shaded areas to rest, and everything feels very safe and well organized. A perfect spot for a relaxing family day out. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our time here! We had a nice picnic and walked through a few of the trails to get to a gorgeous view overlooking the bay. Watch out for the beehives they have tucked away off one of the trails!

Very nice and well maintained park with nice trails and several dog parks . We have been here several times and walked all the trails. Many of the trails are well shaded and there were many rest areas along the trails. This park is very quiet as the name would suggest and serene. The visitors center is clean and many times have arts and photo exhibits. The holly pavilion trail takes you to the overlook with gorgeous view of the south River. Our dogs love the dog beach by the south River overlook where they can swim in the River.

This is an awesome place to take your pup! We took our most adventurous dog out to the beach here. There's a short walk to the beach which was pretty nice. Gorgeous views, clean area, and friendly ppl.

I love bringing my dog here and walking around. We’ve walked every trail. We always end at South River Overlook, watching the sun on the water. Trails are well maintained.

Very nostalgic place for me and I both love and hate what they have and haven't done with it. The new lower WWII memorial of Maryland is very well done. But I am confused as to why there are 3 heads stones of woman there who lived and served well after WWII and not even from Maryland. The upper memorial, whose designation has now changed, use to have the most beautiful view over looking the Naval Academy, has been allowed to decay, severly, and the view has been allowed to be over taken by the trees planted in the below memorial. If you have never been it is worth the stop. But for people like me who have some history there. Well it hurts my heart!

What a beautiful little area to stop and stretch the legs right outside of Annapolis, MD. My husband served 10 years in the Navy and always heard about this uni. He wanted to lay eyes on it himself. Thank you for all of those who are serving and continuing their education to better the world. We appreciate you.

Being there was very moving and incredibly powerful. A beautiful memorial to Marylands' fallen heroes. The area also has an amazing view of the Naval Academy and the city of Annapolis. It's a must-see.

Amazing memorial. Such a humbling experience to visit. My husband took me here as a date. I learned so much and gain a new level of respect for my country. When my children get older I plan on taking them. The views are breathtaking as you can see the United States Naval Academy Dome from the memorial.

The memorial is located at an excellent location , it's not more than an hour detour if you're to or from the bay bridge . For one it's wonderfully designed , the names on the walls, national and state flag over a tribute to all the pillars of US security and the wonderful Annapolis overlook makes it even more sweet. It's open always and very close to US50 .

Gorgeous collection of art and historic furnishings. Tour guide was knowledgeable about the collection and the history, including an awareness of the complexity of the history of people enslaved in the home. Definitely worth visiting.

A close-up view of how the late 18th & 19th century wealthy families lived in Annapolis, with an honest and reflective overview of slavery at that time. About 50% of the furnishings, including the paintings, are original to the house, and the remainder are authentic to the period. Our expert docent gave the tour with a unique, close comparison to the novels of Jane Austen. Highly recommended!

This was a very interesting tour for architecture of the period. We did the 60 minute tour and I can recommend. Also, the craftsmanship of the furniture is worth the tour.

What a fantastic little historical house and museum. They had an Easter egg hunt and my child absolutely loved it. This house is nearly 250 years old and the people who run it still keep it looking fantastic. They should be proud of themselves for the effort and the skill in the projects.

Last minute Annapolis, MD day trip and we explored this museum on a Saturday afternoon. It was interesting learning about the history of the house, family, and period in general. Took a 30 minute tour which was $6 dollars each. Good price. Learned a lot and enjoyed the ac from the hot summer weather. Not a history buff. I would not go again personally. It’s a house museum- enough said.

I went on a guided tour of the house. The tour guide was very informative and enthusiastic. There were many interesting historical items in the house. Many of the artifacts were original to the house, as well.

Loved it, awesome campus. The chapel was beautiful and the museum had some really cool items. Even caught a tennis match while on the campus. After we explored Main St. Annapolis which had great restaurants! Highly recommend spending time on the Naval Academy campus and downtown Annapolis!

Absolutely loved touring the campus, seeing the Chapel and the museum. Highly worth going to!!! The grounds are extremely well kept and there's so much pride and honor that permeates everything and everyone there.

Campus is compact with a nice assortment of educational activities from diverse athletics, science, engineering, and leadership opportunities. The historic town is charming and supportive of the Naval Academy. Spiritual, emotional, physical and recreational services are well maintained in this high motivation environment. The museum emphasizes what prominent Naval Academy graduates went on to achieve.

Love it! We showed up 20 minutes before closing and the woman working was super helpful directing us to some of the most interesting and unique exhibits. All around enjoyable and informative experience.

The museum itself wasn’t great. The tour leading up the museum was awesome. The museum has quite the collection of ships and my 11 year old son loved it. Overall great experience. Take the tour, see the chapel! The guy was playing and it’s the largest organ in the country. Was simply awesome.

Commissioning Week at USNA is an unforgettable experience! The whole week is filled with excitement and pride. The events, from the Blue Angels' stunning air show to the graduation ceremony, are truly spectacular. The atmosphere is electric with the joy and accomplishment of the midshipmen and their families. It's well-organized and runs smoothly. Be sure to arrive early for the best spots, especially since parking can get tight. Overall, an incredible celebration of dedication and achievement. Highly recommend attending if you ever get the chance!

This was a beautiful day for family and fun. The Water front has restaurants, Ice cream shops gift shops. Walk and enjoy the boats. I had lunch at The choptank and Storm Brothers for dessert Enjoy the pictures and videos. I will return soon.

Beautiful place. The boat show was great and the other times I’ve been there. I have had some fabulous dining experiences and enjoyed shopping.

What a great place to see. Went on the 90 min 1230 cruise which takes you to the lighthouse and back from Chesapeake Bay. Air conditioned inside, nice restroom, little snack,/bar area

Had the fried chicken with Old Bay Seasoning, Chesapeake Crab Cake Dip with corn tortillas, & Crab Cake with veggies. The atmosphere was extremely welcoming. The staff was very kind ablbd friendly from entry to leaving the place. The food was INCREDIBLE!!! The crab cakes were very fresh. The string beans are crispy. The dip was addicting, and the atmosphere was warm & delightful. 10/10 Can't wait to come back again one day!

My wife and I love this area. Especially in the warmer months when you can sit out at the restaurants near by and enjoy a meal. The water taxi is a great way to get around and just strolling around the docks is a good time.

Beautiful place to sit and watch the boats. You can take a boat ride too. There are restaurants around it that oversee the dock.

A statute with a great view of the Annapolis harbor. A fitting tribute to a great author and storyteller. Usually there are a few people hanging around the area and launching kayaks etc into the harbor. Good place to go on a nice day.

Very nice statue I wish the plaque could be updated to reflect more in depth of his contributions. I applaud Annapolis and the State of MD for having it . It's a little hidden gem.

Nice memorial/sculptures located right by Main Street and the city docks of Annapolis. The location of the memorial is beautiful. Located in the heart of Annapolis.

It was so wonderful to travel back in time for a few moments and imagine Alex Haley discovering his Gambian roots. Thank God for giving his descendents the fortitude to keep pushing to get this established for all of us to enjoy. We are so blessed to have this monument to remind us of our history.

Love that the memorial is constructed such that young or old can sit and relax amongst the statues vs. just staring at/taking pictures of it. There is something powerful about sitting, pausing and reflecting on the lives that were forced to disembark on those shores ...just a few feet away from the memorial.

Gorgeous church! Talented choir and music director. Donations can be made online. Parking is a challenge - if you visit, plan extra time to park and walk.

Beautiful church located in the heart of Annapolis. Can miss it - it is the middle of the street in Church Circle. This was the first church in Annapolis and was founded in 1692. This the third church building to be built and was built in 1858. The church tower has a clock maintained by the city.

I can only review the grounds, I’ve never been inside. Beautiful place near downtown Historical Annapolis. I hear there are some historical burials on the grounds, never made the time to delve into that nut I will soon!

This large Episcopal church sits in the center of Annapolis ("Ann's City) in the middle of a pair of Colonial-era traffic circles/piazzas. Next to the church is the Maryland State House. Notable in the church are the twelve stained glass windows. After entering the nave, the he first window to the left (back of church) honors an early rector (head pastor), Mr. Southgate, after whom is named a neighboring residential street. This is an active place of worship. While it is most heavily used on Sundays, visitors may encounter religious activities at various hours of the day throughout the week. Note that the space is used for quiet prayer and meditation by all. It's wise to maintain relative quiet while visiting unless on an organized tour of the space.

Annapolis is a wonderful quaint little town where you can step back in time. There are many old houses and Annapolis was the capital of the US for a while. George Washington resigned his post as Commander in chief after 8 years of service.

We went for their outdoor concert series. The area it takes place is open, but surrounded by large trees. It's bring your own chair or blanket. This time we had The Groove Spot. They played a variety of music, i.e Motown, Elton John, ABBA, Disco, Tina Turner. They got everyone dancing. You can purchase food and beverages, including wine etc. There are bathrooms available. Londontown Gardens are beautiful and many plants were in full bloom

Beautiful location on the water with woodlands, gardens, and authentic structures, including an original brick home with a gorgeous view. Lots of hands-on items from the past and educated docents to provide a fascinating look into our history. Respectfully written accounts of the incredible courage and ingenuity of enslaved people are posted inside the reconstructed places they lived and worked. All local children will benefit from this knowledge and the ability to better imagine what life was like back then, and all schools should plan firld trips to this amazing place.

My dogsitter cancelled on me and I had to take a giant 1 year old dog with me on my quick vacation to the Annapolis area. London Town was listed on Bring Fido. The visit went even better than I thought it would and this is truly one of the most dog friendly places I've ever been. The grounds are beautiful but not fussy with nice walking paths (gravel) and lots of shade overhead from mature trees. The staff were helpful and friendly, the exhibits good and educational. There were several areas where benches were tucked away in the shade. The only place dogs aren't allowed is the actual historic home. If you have a traveling companion, you could easily take turns waiting with the pet outside. I was solo, so we skipped the house. But still had lots to see/do. Definitely worth a visit, especially if you need a dog friendly activity around Annapolis.

What a gorgeous venue for a wedding! Historic London Town & Gardens is truly one of the prettiest event locations in the DMV. You can get married on a spacious lawn with a view of the South River behind you and then have your wedding portraits done in the lovely gardens surrounding the main building. As wedding photographers, we particularly liked the woodsy area down the hill from the open lawn area. The little "valley" at the bottom is an especially beautiful spot. It has the added bonus of being secluded, so you can get your portraits done in a relaxed and peaceful environment.

We enjoyed our family wedding this weekend at London Town & Gardens. The venue is perfectly situated with a gorgeous river view. And the reception area was beautifully decorated and allowed for all of the guests to enjoy the evening under the tent! The catering provided a delicious meal that we all felt was 5 star quality. We highly recommend for weddings, parties or a special event.

Kathy is an excellent docent and tour guide. It was fascinating to learn about William Brown and his house and its changes over the centuries. She brought history to life. Highly recommend visiting the house and gardens.

This was an awesome place. Very interesting and learned things about the Colonial history that I did not know. Definitely recommend bringing the family or friends. Also nearby Annapolis. Ms. Jen was a great tour guide.

Decent place with outdoor tables. Indoor seating. Booths as well as a bar. Beatrice was our server. Polite and friendly! Tried the Jalapeño Wings. They were good and not as hot tasting as they sound. My buddy had the Chicken soup, which he enjoyed! We sat outside and enjoyed the scenery!

Always one of my favorite venues. It's small and intimate and manages to bring in top quality talent that consistent delivers. On this visit Mindi Abair performed and her jazz sax took the place by storm once again. Can't say enough good things about it including the fantastic service. If I had to give one recommendation it would be to expand and upgrade the drink and food options as they are a bit limited.

Just about any seat is a good seat at the Ramshead! The food in the Venue is "bar food" and tolerable but not preferred unless you're drunk! The drinks were very weak so order whatever comes in a bottle to make it worth your while. The bathrooms were inoperable so 200+ ppl had to use the bar bathrooms, literally next to the bar, which for ladies had 2 stalls, men had one. In any other City the venue may have been shut down because of it, but not in Annapolis!! Overall, a great venue for a small city crowd! We watched comedy with Michael Yo - He was great!!👍

Intimate yet spacious setting. Love the fireball coffee drink, it was warm/hot and well balanced. There are some skinny columns in the line of sight to stage; overall I prefer the atmosphere here 10x more than dc improv.

Very good venue. We had good seats about 2 tables from stage. Very attentive workers. Sound system was very good.

Went to see Cowboy Junkies a few years back at this Historic Inn at Annapolis, Maryland. Had a wonderful experience and enjoyed the concert experience. I had never seen this now obscure band and was happy to fly there to attend. The sound was awesome. This is an intimate experience with seating at tables with service from wait staff. Loved going to Rams Head it was a delightful experience.

I think it’s the best venue to see live performances. It’s an intimate setting. Great sound. Easy to get to. No parking directly at the venue but plenty of paid, affordable parking around.

Great winery! Went yesterday for birthday adventure with my bffs and this place is gorgeous! Great wine, yummy snacks, great staff, beautiful atmosphere. Will definitely be back again soon!

It was a good experience until my husband bit into a date that was molded inside with black dust. We showed the worker and the manager working there and they didn't really say much but just gave us an attitude. I dont think they knew at all how to handle a situation like such so we just asked for a bottle of water because my husband’s mouth was also covered in black dust and had swallowed some of it too. He also ended up getting sick right after and had to take time off work for a few days. Just be careful when you’re eating there!

A nice winery to check out in Annapolis - has live music, tasting flights, and some charcuterie. Indoor and outdoor seating. We ended up just getting a bottle of white wine to share.

Great experience! I was worried when the calendar said live music but it wasn’t very loud and very relaxing music choice. There are also plenty of seats away from the singer if you prefer. I really enjoyed that you could bring your own food but their options were really good too. Great selection of wines with very knowledgeable staff. There was also an area where you could take photos with an old truck and the grape vines.

This is a great winery to just sit outside and relax. They have a beautiful outdoor area with lots of seating. If you're planning to get a flight tasting they have preselected wines already picked out so you don't get to pick your own. You can opt for what they call the premium tasting indoor only, but that was more expensive than I wanted to pay. The wines were ok, but nothing really special. Not bad, but just not great.

We had such a wonderful time celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday at Great Frogs! From our very first visit while planning the event, Flor was incredibly attentive and helpful. On the day of the celebration, the entire staff went above and beyond to take care of every detail and made all of our guests feel genuinely welcome. The wine, the beautiful scenery, and the live music made the evening unforgettable. We’re already looking forward to returning many times. Thank you for making this milestone so special!

Three floors of nicely curated artifacts and period pieces. You start off with a brief video/overview and then are free to roam throughout the museum. Very enjoyable and nicely air conditioned on a hot day.

The Emancipation tour with Bri today was really good. She not only shares a wealth of history but is connected closely to the area with a family tree that dates back a couple hundred years. I especially loved hearing anecdotes shared from her elders to her who lived through the changes. You need to seek her out when you visit this museum!

This is just walking through rooms reading history on plaques. Not much else to see here. Severe lack of old aerials or photographs. Learning the history of this city is best found on YouTube for free. This was not worth the time or the fee.

A small museum located near the beautiful Anapolis beach. This place is paid. I want to look around slowly with leisure next time.

Great location that shares stories of Annapolis. Great stories and staff. Then go off to some of the other locations (Paca House, Maritime Museum, Naval Academy, etc).

The Museum of Historic Annapolis is the perfect example of a history day trip. A scenic short walk from public parking, you can experience the tour in under an hour grab lunch and walk to your next destination with ease while admiring how the city has fit the culture of the present into the framework of the past. No mummies or dinosaurs, just pieces of the history of the United States, Maryland and a blended port City in well-displayed showcase.

On the day of our visit, the park was filled with happy dogs, and amazingly not one of them barked — it added to the peaceful vibe. I also appreciated how thoughtfully the park is laid out, with restrooms conveniently located throughout. If you’re looking for a place to recharge, enjoy nature, and take in a stunning sunset, this park is a hidden gem. We’ll definitely be coming back.

One could spend a whole day in this park. It’s $6 per vehicle. It closes at 8pm. You can bring your own grill and have a bbq. There is plenty of green to play soccer or volleyball. There is a place that rents boats and kayaks. Lots of trails for biking or walking. Plus, it is gorgeous! Lots of flowers!! Very well maintained!

Really enjoyed our time here! We had a nice picnic and walked through a few of the trails to get to a gorgeous view overlooking the bay. Watch out for the beehives they have tucked away off one of the trails!

This is an awesome place to take your pup! We took our most adventurous dog out to the beach here. There's a short walk to the beach which was pretty nice. Gorgeous views, clean area, and friendly ppl.

Beautiful park right on the water. Mostly flat, nice paved trail that loops all around with plenty of water access and views. Accommodating for all types of people wanting to exercise. There are gazebos spread out that are well worn but add character to your experience. Even on an icy winter day, this place has a warmth to keep you motivated.

Lovely park. I especially appreciated that the trails are all paved. As we left, we saw an elderly gentleman pushing his wife in a wheelchair— a clear reminder that this park’s paved trails enable everyone, even those who cannot walk — an opportunity to enjoy nature. The staff in the welcome center weren’t very warm, welcoming or helpful, but that was the only negative aspect of an otherwise beautiful visit.

This is a really clean and organized park, but it's probably not a good place to bring your own kayak. The kayak rental place is next to the put-in and it's over an eighth of a mile from the parking lot. It opens at 10am so if you come before that the road is closed, so it's a long carry to the water and back. If it's open, you could drive in and drop off your kayak, but it's still a lot of walking for little return. Truxtun Park Boat Ramp is a mile and a half away and much more usable, with free parking if you don't have a boat trailer.

We love a good escape room, we did the once upon a fairy tale, it was rated 8/10 difficulty and we needed some clues but it was a fun time! We beat it with 4 minutes left! Staff was super nice and helpful!

I highly recommend Mission Escape Rooms. We went to the one in downtown Annapolis and Blake was amazing! She gave us clues when needed and we had so much fun in The Crab Trap and Expedition Yeti. We were a group of kids and adults.

Outstanding location in Annapolis. They periodically update their adventures, and never disappoint. As adults we have enjoyed going, but so do our teenagers! The staff are very friendly and supportive, and the space is always exceptionally clean! It's location is also close to various places to eat, making it a great way to celebrate any occasion.

Loved the experience and when it got to hard for us they gave us a good hint. Strongly recommend.

This is one of the best escape rooms I have ever done! It's challenging, but not impossible! Jacob and Violet were great hosts as well! I will definitely be back!

What a great, unique experience! We played their newest room "The Fortune Teller," and it was quite the challenge. Apparently, it's their hardest room, and we felt that! Christian was a great help and really personable. Next time we are in town, we will have to try another game!

Had a great sail with Schooner Woodwind! Went for the Tuesday sunset cruise with local beer tasting and had a lovely scenic sail. It was windy enough for us to make it all the way out to the screw pile lighthouse in the 2-hour cruise. Ship is nice, captain is great, crew is lovely. Would go again.

We celebrated our anniversary with the Schooner Woodwind Sunset Beer Tasting Cruise and it was absolutely incredible! Captain Jen and her crew were fantastic—so welcoming, knowledgeable, and fun. The weather was perfect, and Captain Jen took us out by the iconic Thomas Point Lighthouse while sharing stories and history about it and other local landmarks. The highlight for me was getting the chance to actually drive the schooner! Sailing on such a beautiful boat has always been a dream of mine, and being able to take the helm made it truly unforgettable. The craft beers, the sunset views, and the atmosphere all added to a perfect evening. This was hands down one of the best experiences we’ve ever had together. If you’re looking for something unique and memorable, the Schooner Woodwind is it!

My family came together in Annapolis for my Dad’s 80th birthday and he requested a sail. I found Schooner Woodwind through a google search and we couldn’t have had a better time. They made his day truly special. We booked a group in advance which allowed us to ensure we had a spot on the boat and they rolled out the red carpet for us. They had a special sign for us wishing him a happy birthday. We were able to board first and sit as a group (16 of us) in the stern. Captain Jen even let us take turns at the helm. We had great conditions that day and really enjoyed our sail all the way out to the lighthouse and back. Thanks for an amazing, memorable day. We hope to return sometime soon

Absolutely fantastic experience! The boat was beautiful, the wind was perfect, the crew was fantastic, and the team was completely accommodating. As somebody who gets seasickness very easily, I was pleased that the way the boat moved didn’t trigger a single feeling of nausea. It was really fun. Looking forward to doing it again soon.

We celebrated a 30th birthday on the schooner and had the very best time...It was so fun to participate in some of the activites like raising the sails and learned so much from our amazing captain. It really made the birthday memorable! We will definitely be back!

When l had to choose how to spend my birthday, and being a "water baby," l knew l wanted to go sailing. Let me just say that our experience was wonderful. From the friendly and knowledgeable crew to just having the absolute most beautiful day to sail on an amazing vessel, it was the perfect gift. I highly recommend taking some time out for yourself to enjoy sailing the Bay on the Schooner Woodwind. I promise you will not be disappointed!

We had the greatest time ever! It was a race night and a little raining, so no guests showed up and it was only three of us, especially nice for my nephew visiting from VA.

A significant free public space dedicated to reflect the life and legacy of Thurgood Marshall. A fitting space just outside the state house and a must stop for any walking tour when visiting the Maryland State capital.

OK place to put a kayak in. There's a beach that's not sand but some kind of aggregate. It doesn't hurt your feet but it does stick to anything wet. Like sand, but worse. There's limited parking, but it's a short distance to the beach. It's easy access off of 450 at the base of the bridge over the Severn. The river is wide here so there's plenty of chop and wakes, but it's nice near shore.

Such a pretty area. The Severn Inn restaurant next door has really good food. Then a great spot under/beside the bridge to stroll. The view of the Naval Academy is fantastic. And you can sit & watch the sail boats. Great free little tourist spot!

Our favorite park to visit in Annapolis! We had our maternity photos here and they turned out gorgeous. We never struggle to find parking. There's a small beach to enjoy as well as the rocks beneath the bridge to explore. Plenty of paved trails and picnic tables make this a great place to eat lunch with family or just simply walk and enjoy the weather. One thing I will say is to be cautious of the sand, it will dye your light colored clothing should you choose to wear it on the little beach area. It is very yellow sand.

Beautiful park. Lots of people sunning and laying out on the sand or fishing off the pier. The native plant habitat is beautiful and all the trees makes it a great place to read and/or relax and birdwatch. There are restrooms onsite and a few picnic tables and grills.

Nice park to visit on the Chesapeake Bay. Near the Naval Avademy. Clean beach with picnic tables. It also has a walking path. Bring your fishing rod to fish off the old Severn River Bridge or along the rocks.

It's my favorite place. So peaceful. The best sunsets. Small but well maintained. The rangers are always so nice too. They are prompt when closing.

As a Londoner was not sure what to expect- a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Knew nothing about Alabama Story so revelatory. The acting was good,voices clear and the play engaging. Well done all. If in Annapolis again will visit your theatre. Thank you!

Marjorie Prime was exceptional! Kate, Ben, Jeanne and Dylan were phenomenal! The venue is beautiful and much more spacious than I thought! Lighting and set design were professionally done. Don't miss this play or this gem of a theater.

Great local community theater. Just saw The Lost Boy last night and thought it was performed wonderfully. It is an intimate venue without a bad start in the house.

The Freaky Friday cast was amazing! Each individual personality had their own life on the stage. Every actor and actress was perfect for their part and role in this hysterical performance. Beautiful, historic building and great sound/lights. We were here on vacation from SC and absolutely loved it!

A wonderful intimate actors theater in the heart of Annapolis. They have been busy for 70 seasons producing on and off Broadway plays for the enjoyment of the community. They really make the small-ish size work to their advantage for this theater in the round. Every seat is just about stage level (and I am thankful for the ample leg room.) You can clearly hear the actors and see the expressions on their faces! Always an enjoyable experience.

This play is a family friendly comedy and I give an excellent review. With a very mature audience, the actors are fresh and composed of a cast that is as rich in talent as the play is in humor. If your looking for an extremely affordable afternoon of entertainment as well as a great local, then the Lucky Stiff in Annapolis, Maryland is perfect in every way.

I love going to this theater, however the last few shows I have found to be a bit too long for my taste. I love to have an evening of dinner and a play, but when they start at 8 and are having run times of 2.5 hours plus it makes for a very long evening, especially considering the average age of your patrons. The last two shows it was obvious after intermission that many people were having a hard time keeping their eyes open.

I was nice seeing the Carroll House from the outside. It wasn't open this Sunday. We tried emailing last night. We saw the inside of the beautiful Catholic church next door. We met this lovely family, and the husband Francisco (Bo and/or Frank) is a part of Knights of Columbus. He tried to help us out, and we were very grateful 🙏. He works to give ranger rosaries to soldiers. ❤️

One of the best places in Annapolis , so fascinating. I only knew of Charles Carroll from his fictionalization in National Treasure before.

Guided tours and groups. Docents are well versed in early American history, and displays/labels are interesting. Dec. 2023 visit; interior is in "unrestored but stabilized and safe" condition, with the many different eras of construction clearly visible. Charles Carroll was a very wealthy man, an influential politician from Colonial times into the Federal Era, and the only Catholic Signer of the Declaration of Independence. His story intersects many of the stories you have learned about the Founders. Allow 45 minutes to an hour plus, more time if you read all of the wall cards and ask lots of questions.

Amazing afternoon at the Charles Carroll house! Volunteer tour guide Bill gave my husband and I a personal tour of the house and did an impeccable job. I learned so much history about Charles Carroll and the home, Bill was a wealth of knowledge. Tours are offered with just the encouragement of a donation which in turn goes straight into the restoration of this monumental house. I only wish I was in the position to donate much more to this important project.

This is a fantastic colonial home with some great history both of the house itself and the generations of the family who live there. I think that there is more to the story that can be fleshed out with more formalized chores, and there is no gift shop currently at this location. But definitely worth a visit if you are interested in the homes of the founding Fathers and early Catholic history as well in Maryland.

The garden is amazing. If you want to get inside the garden on the Waterfront, you have to get around the church. From Duke of Gloucester Street, you can enter the area directly beneath the church. There is a small gateway with the church on the one side and a gymnasium at the other side. Doesn't look official, but you can use the gateway until you are on the parking lot. The garden on the Waterfront is located left. So keep left and enjoy the Waterfront. Although also the garden does not appear official, you are allowed to go inside to the Waterfront. Respect the religious atmosphere and relax.

The Georgian home of the historic Carroll Family. Acquired by Charles Carroll the Settler. If you study the foundations you will see the progression of additions to the house as the family grew in number, wealth, and prominence during the early history of English settlement in North America. Inside, the lower level of the house has some rooms with exposed walls and ceilings. You can view the building methods and tool marks on the massive timbers lumbered on the property to construct the home and enhance it from 1701 through 1856. Charles Carroll of Carrollton (in Annapolis we call him “the Signer”) the Settler’s grandson, was the only Catholic signer of the Declaration of Independence and survived longer than any other. Absolutely phenomenal experience! I was in Annapolis for a work trip, and some colleagues and I decided to do the ghost tour. We were very excited to book; however, I was anxious as previous tours I have done before have left me quite underwhelmed. Our tour started at the Maryland Inn with our guide, Becka. I knew almost right away that the tour was going to be incredible - Becka's energy, enthusiasm, and knowledge of the legends and stories of Annapolis were top notch. She asked if we believed in ghosts before getting started, and I said that I was neutral. After ending the ghost tour, there is no doubt in my mind that ghosts are real, and some of them are quite sassy (iykyk). If I can convince at least 1 person to book this tour, I will consider this review successful. Great job on the delivery of this tour, Becka... we had so much fun and would love to book the Ghost Tour Pup Crawl next time I am in Annapolis.

We went to Annapolis for a "staycation" with a bunch of 70-80 year old relatives, so my 12-year-old and I snuck out one night and went on the ghost tour with Ev as our guide. It was so fun! The whole weekend we told our party about all of the knowledge we gained. We will recommend the company to others for sure and might even make an effort to come down for the witches & legends tour next time! Thanks for an awesome experience!

Kasey was a very knowledgeable tour guide and told all sorts of amazing stories. (Most of them I'd heard of already) except the one next to the house built with wood from the side of ships back in the 1700s. She was very good and thorough and told us to watch out for cars and other hazards while walking in Annapolis. Kasey you are wonderful

The guy on the phone was very nasty, just asked him simple questions and he became so rude. We then decided not to go for the boat ride because my family and friends was so uncomfortable, after being told about my phone experience with this company. Safety is first and I felt very threaten. Then was sent an emai, like we was a problem.. the experience with this company was the worst!

What a find in Annapolis! The interior of the church is gorgeous. The perish garden is small, but beautiful. If you are visiting Annapolis, consider stopping by St. Mary’s Parish.

This Church is beautiful but it seems like the pastoral staff has forgotten that. We got married here in 2023, and the receptionist at the time was unreasonably rude and unhelpful. I’ve worked at a Church being the receptionist and that is not an acceptable attitude to have towards others. In general, it seems like this Church is not aware of its beauty. Putting the choir near the altar and not in the choir loft, not enforcing a dress code for EMs (hoodies as an EM is unacceptable). Then we went for a 5 pm Mass on a Saturday… and were shocked to see it was outside? Why? There were not enough chairs - how is that inviting for visitors? Then you had people bringing lawn chairs like they were attending a cook out. Super tacky and irreverent. Why are they not using their beautiful Church? All of this screams a lack of belief n the real presence of Jesus in the Eucharist. These are common symptoms of a Church that is stuck in boomer mentality and losing young families because of it. No one wants to attend a church that is not serious about what they believe.

I visited the st vincent de paul organization which is a strictly volunteer based organization in which they help those in need of assistance with rent, utilities, etc. I live in a sober living home in Annapolis and they were so nice and helpful and non judgemental about my situation. Bill assisted me and was so so kind and easy to talk too. They decided to help me with a months worth of rent for my sober house while my job as a waitress has been affected by the cold/slow months downtown. This help will help me better to work a little longer and be able to save more money and get back on my feet. I can't thank this organization enough!

Nice quaint theater. The show we saw was good- acting, music, set, props were quality and fun. We sat in the back row and I think we had the best seats in the house because it was so small and the back row was elevated. The sound was a little lacking.

ASGT is one of the best community theaters in the DMV area (and there are quite a few!) Having both attended performances and been in one, I've thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of it! While the theater isn't your typical outdoor theater (it's in a building but there's no roof) the fact that you get an assigned chair and you don't have to sit on the ground is a plus in my book! And there's really not a bad seat in the house (unless you get stuck behind someone tall). Keep in mind that parking/traffic can be difficult, especially on the weekends, so get there early. Also, there are only two bathrooms, so pee before you go, or book it fast to the restrooms as soon as intermission starts. Overall, I highly recommend this theater and encourage you to go check it out during the summer!

Lovely outdoor theatre with very friendly staff. We travel almost an hour and a half one way to see a show once every year usually to see one of my very best friends perform. Performances have been very well done.

I just saw The Prom with a young guest whose family are christians and I was embarrassed by this performance. We also attended a play last year which was similar and both plays were over the top in foul language. I was embarrassed then for all the 80 something attendees from my church. The actor's part in The Prom proceeded to "preach" to the audience and Christians about why we need to accept an agenda. I hold season tickets with a group of ladies and we will no longer be back.

If the weather is nice outside this theater is definitely something fun to check out. It's right in the heart of Annapolis so that's good if you plan to spend some time walking around downtown before or after the show. Sodas and water were only $2 as piece which seems reasonable to me. The plastic chairs do get quite uncomfortable after a while. Also if you plan to use the restroom during the break, plan carefully. There are only two restrooms and I ended up spending over 15 minutes waiting, which basically consumed the entire intermission time of the show.

Saw A Christmas Carole last night, enjoyable for the most part, cast was spectacular! Seating not so much. Some of the seats next to stage have blocked views and patrons should be told prior to purchasing. Other than that, enjoyable evening.

We saw ANYTHING GOES. It was absolutely amazing. The costumes were gorgeous and fun. The dancing and the singing were to die for. The theater is just the right size to get up close and personal with the performers, their smiles and personalities explode!

This is a small, intimate, comfortable theater. I recently attended a performance of Much Ado About Nothing. The first half dragged a bit, but after the intermission the performances picked up. Overall it was an entertaining evening.

Great setup, very intimate. Perfect for a date night. Saw The Crucible here with my husband, and the acting was PHENOMENAL 🔥🔥🔥 I loved the cute cabaret section to have a cappuccino beforehand (which was surprisingly very good by the way!) and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. If there is a show they’re offering that catches your interest, this is your sign to buy tickets!

I attended a performance of The Crucible, which was well-acted and well-produced. I have enjoyed the many incarnations of local theatre that A.A.Co has had over the years. The entire CTM facility is appealing, and the cabarets look fun, though I haven’t been to one yet. I am confused about this business being listed on the advertising site Public Square, and I think that association could be very off-putting for many people who enjoy the Arts. It’s sure possible that some businesses look for various advertising opportunities without realizing what the optics of that site are.

we saw Macbeth last night and, I must say, it was fabulous! from the cast to the set to the venue to the up-close-and-personal comfy chairs, so much fun! even if you're not well-versed, like myself, the acting made it easy to follow the plot. my personal favorites, Lady Macbeth and the three witches. definitely, definitely recommend. well done 👏

Went to see A Christmas Carole. The play was pretty good, sometimes a bit dry, the dialog was a bit rushed with very few breaks in speech. The place is very intimate and you can sit right alongside the stage. The room was also a bit chilly.

Walk along the dock to see Ego Alley, Annapolis waterfront, the Spa Creek Bridge, and Eastport across Spa Creek. You can dock your boat here. Exceptional sunrises and rainbows can be found here, as well as local events like the Navy band and fireworks.

Beautiful! There were so many boats to look at and there was a gentleman playing live music nearby. We had just missed a sailboat parade of some kind but we made sure to note it for next year. We went during the afternoon on a week day so it was not crowded at all.

Absolute perfect place to watch the sunrise. You'll often see students from St. Johns, people in photo clubs, and other photographers. Myself included. I wouldn't suggest taking food if you want peace though. Plenty of the local DTA ducks will aggressively approach you for a bite or two, or everything you have! Literally there's no "ducking" them within that twenty five yard perimeter. I'd stick to coffee or tea. You can see from time to time; boats docked from all over the world. Including New Zealand. Not often are there people passed out, whether homeless, or just sleeping off the excessive drinking. All depending on when you visit, you might be fortunate enough to catch members of our local Naval Academy as they're initiated. Keep your eye's peeled for huge blue heron that often hang out around the docks before sun breaks. Lighting is good and there's usually joggers passing through, or crabbers on the opposite side of the docks "chicken necking" and occasionally that cute couple experiencing their first or one of many Annapolis City sunrises... It's certainly a must do if you're in town.

This is one of my families go-to locations for relaxing and entertainment. We go here at least once a week during the spring, summer and fall. Plenty of places to sit and listen to the water and people enjoy the location. Music performers frequent this location. Highly recommend and we always find parking pretty quick. Kilwins ice cream is close by and our families favorite. Free after 7:30pm but check parking signs.

Beautiful place to rest and view the different boats and yachts after spending time walking and shopping on main street. If you want a fun boat tour, Watermark Tours operates right off this park also. Gets kind of busy with school field trips and tourists though.

It's a great atmosphere with a good variety of vendors and music in several different areas. Oh, and the food choices are terrific, from snacks to whole meals really nice. You need to be there.

It is a beautiful small town environment with friendly people. There were many places to eat that were open all day. The only slight disappointment was that the number of vendors\sellers of art and other items was smaller than I expected, and most of the art wasn't very impressive. But we had a wonderful time, and ate some delicious food. I recommend visiting!

Great selection of vendors! A lot of jewelry and home decor. Also pottery, wood crafts, sewn goods, painting, some food/drinks/ice cream. Decent amount of space to walk for the most part. Definitely recommend checking out!

Actually this was the Chocokate Binge Festival and it was fun. Vendors, lots of local vendors. The smores put run by the local Firestation...awesome!

This visitors center is awesome! We only had an afternoon and evening to explore Annapolis and they recommended a walking route and sites to see tailored to our interests. Our short visit was perfect thanks to the great guidance and recommendations!

Water tour was nice. A nice small town with lots interesting stuff to see. Enjoyed the seafood as well at buddy's.

Visit Annapolis & AA County is such an awesome organization! They host great events that support local businesses network and get to know one another! I've personally volunteered to a couple of times with this organization and it's really opened my eyes to new possibilities in the area! I even had the opportunity to go on a tour of downtown Annapolis and visit some historical sites, tried some food from local restaurants and too much more! I fully support this organization and you should too. They have sooooo much to offer!!!

Took the historical walking tour. Very interesting. "Mistress Carol" was informative and fun. We ended w a tour of the Naval Academy... Beautful place. Now I need to plan another day to hit the historical houses.

Simple visitor center but with informative staff. Some are more engaging than others. The information shared was mostly accurate and helpful. Also learned that it’s best to park in the garage rather than on the street where one is only allowed to park for two hours without renewal.

Great staff. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Out we went with our map that the gentleman highlighted for us. We roamed the town and it's so beautiful. Shops and eateries everywhere. I wish I could remember the name of the restaurant, but it was fantastic right along with the staff... wonderful time there.

We had an incredible time with Capital SUP for the Blue Angels practice show event. Their staff was super knowledgeable and helpful. We felt incredibly safe on the water on such a heavily trafficked boating day. Thank you for such an incredible experience!

Quiet Waters Park is always a great place for SUP! And they encourage you to bring your pets for no extra fee!

Good first experience for SUP. It was a very informal place to rent paddle boards or kayaks-- I would recommend the company have better signs to show where they are located (it's in the middle of apartment complexes). The guys working were helpful, would have preferred a more robust introduction and instructions to use paddleboard from the guy who helped us get on.

I LOVE CapitalSUP. 8/9/25 was my first time at the Quiet Waters location and it was amazing! The staff is awesome and the water was perfect!

We have been big fans of Capital SUP, and the sunrise tour has always been one of the highlights of our summer (our child begs us every year to “go look for the sun”). In the past, this event felt like a true community experience. We would join 10-30 people in the dark, paddle out together to the Bay Bridge, and float quietly for 20 to 30 minutes while waiting for the sun to rise. Unfortunately, that’s not what happened this time. When we arrived 20 minutes early (as requested), the equipment wasn’t ready, one employee tried to feverish set up everything, there was no check-in, no group welcome, no introductions, and no explanation of expectations. As the sunrise approached, no one was on the water, and when we voiced concern, we were told dismissively that “sunrise isn’t until 6:33.” Without guidance, people just started paddling, but by the time we reached the viewing spot, the sun had already risen well past the bridge. Most participants turned back within the hour. To make matters worse, the experience lacked the small touches that once made it special - no Rise Up coffee, no sense of community, and even moments of staff rudeness. A few kind participants had brought figs to share, but with no introductions or group spirit, they were simply left behind. We left feeling very disappointed, having paid more than double for what was essentially just an unguided early morning paddle. The follow-up was equally disheartening: when we responded to the feedback request, Capital SUP took no ownership of the experience. We understand that staff can run late or weather can cause issues, but what shouldn’t happen in any business is blaming the customers. We saw another group of paddlers out at the bridge that morning that had clearly gotten there earlier and as a group. Perhaps we should consider another tour next summer.

Our boards were delivered to the house. My grandsons were on them in a flash. Had so much fun over the next few days. Great service, great staff and great equipment. Would highly recommend!!!!

BEST CAMP! My kids loved every minute of their SUP camp this summer! They learned a new skill, made some new friends, and had good old fashioned summer fun in the water. Highly recommend! Well organized, fun and energetic leaders, and beautiful location in Arnold.

After experiencing car troubles on our way to our vacation destination, we found ourselves "stuck" in Annapolis while we waited for our car to be serviced. We decided to embrace the inconvenience and be tourists, so we booked an excursion with Watermark Tours. Booking the tour was very easy and affordable for our family of 5 (especially with the rate of $10/child 11 yo and under)! Upon arrival, check in was effortless and we were informed the tour would be aboard an air conditioned vessel due to that day's excessive heat warning. (We were permitted to bring water bottles aboard but refreshments were available for purchase as well.) The staff were helpful and very friendly, especially the captain who took extra time to appease the very curious brain of our 7 year old (engineer-in-training :) This excursion and walking historical Annapolis made our unexpected stop in Annapolis a memorable inconvenience.

This was my first time on this cruise, it was absolutely beautiful! The weather, the sunset, the breeze — all so relaxing! The boat had drinks for purchase and there was also live music playing.

The walking ghost tour was fascinating and entertaining! My kids (ages 9-14) enjoyed it as well. It wasn’t too spooky for them. We learned some Annapolis history while walking around parts of downtown that I’d never really paid attention to. Walking pace was easygoing. Madeleine was an engaging guide! Now I want to learn even more Annapolis history, and thanks to the tour, I have some topics to delve into. Even on a busy and loud (USNA game day) evening, Madeleine was able to take us to quiet spots where we could hear her and take in the surroundings. Thank you!

Ship was clean and safe. Enough space was available for all travelers. Employees were very kind, respectful, professional, helpful. Even Tim took pictures of us, very thoughtful. The timing was perfect. The audio recording of the scenarios were very good. In general, it was an extraordinary experience that wanted to click for a long time. Recommended to anyone.

We did the tour of Annapolis a week ago and then Baltimore this past weekend. Both cruises were really spectacular. They only slight issue we had on the Baltimore cruise was the front speaker went out during part of the trip so we missed some of the narration but otherwise everything was really good. When I told the captain about the speaker she got the crew working on it and eventually it was fixed. At a friend visiting from France and she loved both experiences. Both captains were really great.

We went on a 3 hour fall foilage/three lighthouse cruise. The boat was well maintained, the crew wonderful, and the guide, Scott, was terrific. The fall foilage did not cooperate (no color!), and neither did the weather (small craft warning, big swells, and wind). It was a truly wild day on the bay handled very well by the captain and crew (but a bit rough for some of the folks on board).

A great day on the water! The event is the perfect environment and duration to enjoy the day. From the outset and for the duration of the trip, the crew is welcoming, personable, and responsive. We were on Lady Sarah, which was comfortable and spacious. Three hours at St. Michaels is just enough time to enjoy a nice lunch, walk along the shops, and visit museums before re-boarding for a lovely trip back to Annapolis. Highly recommend this event!

This is fun outing if you have kids between 5 and 10. It is well organized, and the staff focus on the kids' fun, safety, and whole experience. They put their heart into it and they know how to make it a fun and memorable event for kids and adults. The highlight is the battle against Pirate Pete to save the ship. Bring your little pirates, as well as the kid inside you, sail on a fun adventure. The adventure is the treasure.

Staff was really great with the kids and the program they have definitely is creative and keeps them engaged. The realism of pulling things out of the bay is certainly unmatched! Shout out to "stretch, slim, & Peggy" for staff excellence!

We celebrated our daughter's 7th birthday here and it was a great experience for both parents and children! My daughter usually has a ton of energy and this experience wiped her out. She was definitely overstimulated by the end of the party but in a good way! The crew was active and engaging and kept everyone both relaxed and entertained from start to finish. Emily was THE best at helping me pull this whole thing together! Thank you EMILY!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I wanted to give my son an amazing weekend and this place was the perfect finishing touch. The staff was absolutely incredible! Not only did they keep the kids entertained but also they found ways to include the adults! I had Skout, Croc, and I sadly forgot the other girls name but I'm pretty sure it started with a M. But they were my absolute favorite!!!!! They should all get raises with how amazing they were! They made me happily decide we will be coming back! The one girl was so good staying with my 3 year old and holding his hand when he needed the help and it honestly melted my heart that she was so kind and caring 🥰 Skout was so funny and nice. She really was the perfect pairing with the other girl. The two were the perfect duo to work together and keep the crowd entertained and going! And croc was just absolutely adorable (even if he has something against red heads lol kidding of course! His joke just made it even more amusing and funny!) All in all it was amazing and great and I really appreciate all the staff that was there and will definitely be coming back!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this experience! The staff was just incredible- with kids and adults alike. The energy was amazing, the face paint beautiful, the thoughtful details like the music on the boat were on point, and it was just a lovely time on the water. Extra points for it being a beautiful Saturday in August- end of the summer AND super busy on the water, but still wonderful!

I wish I could give this 10 stars. The adventure they curate for the kids is legendary, and a definite memory maker. The crew is incredible and starts an epic treasure hunt journey before even stepping on the boat. If you have kids, trust me — one mom to another — they will love this. I bought a kayak from them last year. They very nice and helpful both over the phone and in person. It was my first time buying a real kayak (I had an inflatable one before) so I did not know what I was doing. But they were very patient with me and answered all my questions and helped me choose the right kayak. They were also super helpful in test driving the kayak and helping me choose all the necessary accessories. Thank you guys. My Eddyline Sitka is doing great too.

Love this place, always so easy and the staff are so very friendly. Lockers available and never had a problem finding parking in the area even on a Saturday afternoon. Easy on and off the water. Walking distance to waterfront eating too.

Had a great time kayaking around Annapolis. Annapolis Kayaks directed us to go down Spa Creek, and we enjoyed looking at the beautiful scenery and boats. Fabulous service and relaxed atmosphere.

We are so pleased with the service and overall experience with purchasing two new kayaks. Everyone was so helpful and patient with our decisions, explained the differences between all the available boats, and made great suggestions for additional accessories.

Success, with the help of Dave, we were able to try out our dream kayaks and purchase them with ease. Dave was extremely helpful and patient as he explained the pros/cons of each kayak that we asked about. I bought a kayak over 20 years ago at this same place and now returned to buy two more kayaks. Wonderful selection of kayaks and great customer service. Dave even helped us load the kayaks on my car and lent us straps to do so properly. Highly recommend for both renting kayaks and purchasing them.

Dave was wonderfully accommodating of a few new kayak owners. We had picked up our Kayaks and paddles on the used market elsewhere but he still took the time to show us how to properly adjust the seats in his newer floor model and fit us for PFDs that would be comfortable for our kayaks. We’ll be sure to stop by any time we are in need of more accessories.

Every class and event we’ve been to at Artfarm has been wonderful! The instructors are excellent and class sizes small so you get individual attention as needed. The space is really welcoming and I’d recommend to everyone!

A great place to take classes or come for sketch night, as well as connect with others! Free and plentiful parking in the lot and the location is easy to get to. They have a variety of classes and workshops for all ages and are also super nice people!!!

Art Farm is highly valued in the Annapolis community. As a community member, I’ve enjoyed both creating and purchasing art there. (Making a scarf was the coolest!) As a local voice teacher, I encourage my students to explore their visual arts creativity at Art Farm and have heard rave reviews from them about the art and photography classes they’ve participated in. All the stars! We love Art Farm!

ArtFarm in Annapolis is an awesome place to learn all different kind of artistic disciplines. The owners and employees are very professional and care about the community. Their Fearless Photography classes for girls teach kids not to be afraid to step out of their comfort zone and try something different. My wife took a drawing class there and loved it. They also have many shows, classes and events for the entire family. A++++

I love everything ArtFarm is doing. From the classes offered, to the special events (that will no doubt return post Covid); ArtFarm boasts an inspiring message of empowerment and creativity. I’ve both taken classes and taught classes and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience on both sides. The range of classes offered is wonderfully unique and absolutely affordable. It’s a fantastic collection of people creating a welcoming space for creation and exploration! So lucky to have found them!

Being a lifelong artist and musician, and having an 11 year old artistic daughter, I can say this is one of the best organizations around to engage and broaden a young artistic mind. My daughter has been to many art based establishments. She has been attending classes at ArtFarm for years and loved every one of them. The people who run ArtFarm, not only love what they do, they live what they love. Our community is only made richer with the amazing effort and guidance these art pioneers put forth.

The best art studio in Annapolis, hands down! Art Farm, is a community-oriented small business. They are always coming up with creative and high-quality classes to pique the interest of their students. They have also pivoted with amazing options throughout the pandemic. We are so lucky to have them in our town.

We attended "La Boheme" yesterday, Aug. 28 at the Annapolis Opera. The elderly gentleman behind me said "I've seen many, but this is the best" and I agree....there were many in tears and in talking to an orchestral player afterwards, he said the same!!! When an orchestra player has that reaction you know it was good. We've been attending for about 6 years and I wish we had started 30+ years ago when a singer friend told me we should go. Kudos to this excellent company

My family saw the Christmas concert and it was fantastic! The conductor was fun and personable and told a few stories. The music was a mix of choral, symphony, jazz, and two soloists and they were all very talented and fun to watch. It was a great selection of Christmas songs and put us in a festive mood.

We saw Tosca, everything about the show was amazing! The music, the performers, the story! I highly recommend, very impressed at what this little town can produce!

Having an opera in my home town of Annapolis is a treat. We have the opportunity the have national stars perform at a local venue. My dad introduced me to opera and I continue to go as often as I can.

The productions are spectacular! The voices, the sets, the costumes, are all unbelievable and I keep going back!

Amazing performance by world renowned opera diva Denyce Graves! How fortunate Annapolis is to be exposed to this talent.

This was fun. We spent about an hour riding on a harbor boat tour.

Nice anchorage with good holding, the mooring field is close to the ego alley action either my dingy or water taxi, the shower rooms with laundry are small for large number of weekend customers but are nice to have when needed.
