Extra disappointing experience, salmon was far from fresh. If it was not expensive and if we were not hungry I believe none of us could eat a bite. It's for sure way overpriced compared to the given quality and even if it is half priced still I won't step a foot in that place again. Guess it's the worst yet most expensive sushi I have ever had.

The tastiest freshest sushi in Cairo! They have a wide selection of rolls and specialties. Their sauces (wasabi mayo, spicy mayo) are great. Geisha roll and Tempura lego are a must try. The place is small and cozy. The service was quick. It was not too overpriced compared to other high end restaurants.

First time in Fuego, went in there upon internet recommendation and I can say Fuego has exceeded our expectations in every single aspect, food quality, service, food portion, cleanness. It is absolutely the best sushi I had it in Egypt so far. May be the only thing I'll say it could be added on to make Fuego would be serving macha green tea for your guests as a part of the Japanese dining culture. Thanks for the experience.

Nice little restaurant in zamalek. Ordered the tuna tartare which was just simply overpowered with Tabasco sauce and I'm one who likes spicy foods. The avocado was not ripe at all for the dish. My seabass sashimi was not fresh and had the smell of few days old fish, I didn't even finish it - 4 pieces for 65le. The tuna was decent quality but just cut incorrectly and the spicy tuna roll can definitely take a pass next time. All together with my club soda, vat, and service, the final bill was about 470le - I'd say not worth it relative to local standards. Service was rather slow as well, I don't think I'll be back despite their 40 piece special for 395le which I didn't order today.

It was a great experience at Fuego. They have their own premium rolls and Sushi was very delicious. You will pay more than usual but it's Highly recommended.

Undoubtedly the best sushi restaurant in the town! The ambiance, the price, the service and the food are truly amazing! Great job, Fuego team! As a sushi lover, will definitely go back again. Btw, the Zamalek brand has the tight space and small tables. Only recommend groups under 3 persons or a single person to go. And it’s better to make reservations.

One of the best place to get high quality sushi. sometimes you gotta be in the waiting line but it's totally worth. For price wise well it's suitable for the service and food we get but too bad they stopped the all you can eat option.

I must say it is a very good Japanese restaurant, run by a Japanese man who suggests daily dishes and guide you on the selection with honesty. I recommend. It is inside the hilton hotel, ground floor. When entering the hotel hall, go left and walk to the corridor. You will see it on your ́left hand side.

One of the best spots for sushi in Cairo, Sashimi was great and fresh as usual, hoso maki rolls were on point. Shrimp tempura roll was one of my favs. No options for dessert except ice cream.

I visited this restaurant for lunch because I heard that I can eat really delicious Japanese food here. It is located on the ground floor of the Marriott. I wanted to eat tonkatsu, but they didn't have any thick meat for tonkatsu that day, which was very disappointing. I ordered agedashi tofu, tempura moriawase, sushi, pork shogayaki, and soy sauce ramen, and they were really delicious. I often get disappointed when I eat sushi overseas, but this place was different. And above all, the pork shogayaki was especially delicious. The total cost was about 2,500 EGP. This is a very satisfying restaurant. If you want to eat really delicious Japanese food in Egypt, you should definitely go here. I'm a Japanese person, so I can say this for sure. There were also staff members who could speak Japanese.

Very authentic Japanese food. But the service is absolutely terrible and basic, and I would never go back. Eg. We ordered a bento box with a variety of items and it arrived missing several pieces. After we noticed, they informed us that the menu was outdated and these items were no longer included in the bento box. It took an argument to get the items/replacements added to our order.

absolute disgarce and disappointment ... the order at least took 1hr and the service was the worse of all. We ordered pork katshu and unagidon, pork katshu meat was jerkey and hard to chew and unagidon didn't came out due to poor service. One of the best Japanese restaurants you can find in Cairo. The Chef is Japanese and makes good sushi and other dishes too. I will definitely go there again. It’s a bit pricey but definitely worth the money. ごちそうさまでした🙂

It was my first time trying Garnell, and I have to say it's a lot more expensive than other sushi places. That being said, the sushi was good and fresh, I really liked the salmon. I don't recommend the salmon and shrimp sriracha (too dry), or the mozzarella smoked salmon (this was mostly tuna), But I do recommend the salmon sashimi, salmon nigiri, salmon maki, and salmon dynamite. Very friendly staff, and quiet atmosphere. The bathroom is very tiny.

We ordered 16 pcs combo, Large poke bowl (Salmon, shrimp, and calamari), and spicy crab salad. Both poke bowl and spicy crab salad were to die for! The poke bowl was so good, spicy, and fresh. They also had fried phillo dough beneath the spicy crab salad which gave it a unique crunch. The sushi though wasn't as good as it usually is. The spicy lemon roll was AMAZING, it was served super hot that it burned our tongues. The raw sushi though wasn't that great, the seared shrimp roll wasn't good at all. The rice was very very stale, the shrimp was overcooked and it just tastes like it was a leftover. The black roll had absolutely no filling and it tasted like Renga that we had to return it and they got us a new roll that was decent, still not super tasty. Atmosphere is really cozy and nice, the place was not crowded. The manager was very friendly and the staff were super nice.

Chef’s kiss for the new menu, new sushi rolls that i did not see in any other restaurant. Great quality, reasonable price still not very convenient. Small indoor and outdoor seating. The deducted star for the inattentive service, not the best presentation of rolls, even the famous creamy lava was lacking crab (tbh when i complained the manager added extra crab). Other than that, i really enjoyed my experience there.

The food is so low quality compared to Maadi branch. I had exactly the same order and I regretted it so bad. The fried pieces tasted like home made fried fish and some of the crab pieces tasted so bad that I couldn't chew it What made my experience even worse was how horrible and nasty the bathroom is. It's so tiny, so dirty I had to clean the seat twice with alcohol The staff were kind but my overall experience was really bad

Garnell is my one and only option when it comes for sushi. Zamalek branch is the most preferred. The portions compared to the price and quality are the best balance that can be done. Nevertheless the variety of the menu and the combos always makes me satisfied.

This is a restaurant my family and I eat at often as it offers the best sushi, Asian dishes, and amazing steak. Our favorite waiter is Ray who always has a smile on his face and takes great care of us! You will never be disappointed with chef Ahmed who we often let choose our dinner. If you’re looking for a very classic, upscale YET INVITING place to enjoy dinner I highly recommend it.

The place is amazing, high quality ingredients are used and the chef knows how to use them well! Tried the prawns gyoza and it was spectacular. The Philadelphia roll is exceptional as the salmon was very fresh. Also the Norwegian salmon plate was well-marinated and I liked it a lot. Ordered salmon, tuna and octopus sashimi; the tuna was very good but the others were average. Glass noodles tasted good but was a bit sticky. Didn’t like the dynamite roll that much, but generally fried sushi is not my cup of tea. The highlight of the table was the avocado dessert! I’m speechless about that plate! The mix of ingredients, freshness, tastiness is unbelievable! A mustttttt.. I wish I could have tried the Peking duck but it wasn’t available, would have preferred to be informed about this upon booking, as by default all items on the menu should be available, especially a signature one. However, the service is exceptional, they care a lot and are observative about your needs before asking, thanks Maged! Book before you go, and if you want a table on the view mention it, but they moved us once it became available. Price was 5.7k for two persons, you can easily spend less/more depending on the plates you are choosing.

We had Xmas Eve dinner here and had a great time, the food was amazingly good and presented in a very nice way. We had the Beef salad, Gyoza and a Volcano roll followed by Pad Thai and the steamed Sea bass, and 3 different desserts which all tasted great. Special shout out the waiter Maged who was very entertaining and funny and made the already very good experience even better, Definitely recommended

One of the best Asian restaurants I ever tried, the selection of food is great and Chef Ahmed the Executive chef is super knowledgeable about the Asian dishes and helps guests to create their best food experience ever, I strongly recommend it and I will come again, Hats off

The food there was exceptional. The sushi and sashimi were amazing, one of the best places I ever tried sushi at. I tried the peking duck which was also very good. The truffle edamame was also great but I did not taste the truffle enough. The view was spectacular, I recommend asking for a smoking table to get the best views even if you don’t smoke.

I have been always a loyal customer to Mori Sushi, but it's been a while since I last tried it and I never been to this particular branch before. I got the 40 pieces menu which you had a bunch of rolls to choose from. The price of this menu is very decent, hence it's popularity. To be honest, I left disappointed, the quality of the fish definitely deteriorated over the years, and most of the fried rolls just kind of tasted the same really. You couldn't tell what were they made of. I can't say anymore than Mori Sushi is my favorite, especially with so much competition with other restaurants.

Worst ramen i've ever tasted in my life, the noodles tastes like egyptian boiled maccaroni, and the soup is just tastless water. Seriously regreted every pound🤢. Sushi is not bad,better than other mediocre places.but i'd rather put a little more money and spend it on a real sushi experience.

Cozy little place with a huge waiting list in rush hours. Comfortable setting with good hygiene. I love the new plates, bright colour showing off the great colours of the roll, it might take a while to prepare your order but trust me the quality worth the waiting. Go on mondays and Tuesdays for more mori sushi menu with better prices yet not so limited options.

The place was good and prices was fare and the lady was so beautiful and kind and lovely. But food was not perfect. I ordered Japanese noodles with shrimp and another with chicken pieces and it was horrible it felt like vomiting, although it took them about 30min to give me the food and i was the only customer, it was not cooked well it was kind of raw. Raw shrimp was horrible. If u gonna order that make sure to advice the chief to overcook it so if doesn't feel that way. That was a waste of 300EGP

We ordered 50 pieces for 705 pounds . Prices are reasonable however this takes over quality, salmon rolls were so rare in the menu. Salmon quality overall was not fresh , chewy and we didn’t like it at all. Presentation of the plate is good . Hoso maki rolls were too small . Portions are ok but we waited 45 minutes for the order. To be honest I don’t recommend it at all if you’re a sushi lover .

We took 70 pieces of sushi on 30th of April 2023, the sushi was as nice and fresh but unfortunately the avocado was not available hence missing a lot of flavors in the sushi rolls. I suggest they use less cream cheese in the rolls and give room to experience the real taste of sushi. The place is dark with not sufficient lighting. I suggest they take care of the restaurant interior, It will give better vibes

We ordered 60pcs. Offers for 475le, to my surprise the food was amazing in such a reasonable price. I together with my 2 friends really enjoyed the dine in experience. Great music and the staff was very cooperative when it comes to take the order, he was very patience even we don't speak even understand Arabic he tend to wait and explain until we get what we want. The menu is in English which helped me a lot since I dont read Arabic! I stayed in a flat nearby and I was excited for my favorite food option was so close! The service was fantastic even with the language barrier and they staff was very concerned I got what I wanted/needed! Oh and fantastic food!!!

We ordered 30 pieces, I liked the variety of rolls, it was good but it wasn't the best sushi I had. Our friend ordered noodles soup with chicken, unfortunately it wasn't good. And she doesn't like suchi so she was unhappy whit the experience. Overall it was a nice place, super friendly and responsive staff.

The food was well made and served hot, which I appreciated, There was a crispy topping in the roll at the center of my order that stood out—it had a nice texture, though I’m not sure what it was called, and while everything tasted good, I felt the rice flavor was stronger than the sushi itself, which I didn’t love.. I am shocked this is a branch of AMA's. I ordered a pick-up through the website and went one time to confirm and the other to pick up. The place is super noisy and uncomfortable. The staff seem like they are in a hurry all the time to the level of being rude; one of them saw me coming rushed with the bag to meet me at the door, handed it and went back without a single word. Stress vibes all over the place. As for the food, the salad was nice and thankfully they placed the dressing out as i asked for. The rolls, on the other hand, had very little, not fresh, fishs with almost no sesame. Edit: The branch's manager contacted me to ask about my complaint, which is a good gesture.

I've tried it once ( through talabat) And it was kinda good but wasn't as expected the salmon was a bit fishy maybe it wasn't fresh enough overall I'd try it again indoors.

Piccolo Mondo, nestled in the basement of Le Pasha boat, offers a cozy setting with pseudo "Italian specialties". The ambiance is charming and the service is decent, making it a pleasant spot for a casual meal. The food itself is middle-of-the-road — nothing extraordinary but passable. The biggest letdown was the bread buns, which tasted like they were defrosted in the microwave and lacked freshness. Overall, it's an acceptable choice if you're not seeking culinary perfection but just a relaxed meal by the Nile.

What a great place! We kicked off our Egypt holiday here and finished it here because Carlo Le Pacha 1901 does everything we wanted. Good beer? Check. Tasty cocktails? Check. Excellent food (both Egyptian and other choices)? Check. The real winner for us was the combination of all that with a solid shisha/hookah menu and live sports on TV. It's the complete package you struggle to find elsewhere. The vibe is upscale but comfortable. We'll be back on our next trip for sure!

Le Pacha is an absolute gem in Cairo! The food was delicious — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, perfect for a memorable evening. But what really made the experience unforgettable was the stunning view of the Nile! This place is a must-try. Highly recommended!

Le Pacha was definitely a great experience in Cairo! The staff was very helpful and friendly, the food amazing and the environment very well organised. The portions were big and fulfilling, and the flavours incredible. Try out the Steak with roquefort sauce, it is a wonderful dish, accompanied with excellent fries! Also, do not forget to take a look around and visit the terrace, as the view of the Nile is beautiful. Keep in mind there is a big staircase to reach the restaurant with no ramps, so it's not for people with reduced mobility.

Disappointing experience. Le Pacha group is recognized for upscale dining, specialy, Carlos. However, piccolo mondo was a disappointment. In a basic Italian themed restaurant, you are served high quality EVOO and a fine balsamic vinegar, paired with good quality bread, while waiting for the meal. That was not provided until we asked for it. We received a bowl of stale olive oil, and low quality balsamic vinegar. Compared to other lower caliber Italian themed restaurants in heliopolis, piccolo mondo failed. Pizza ingredients were good, the expected quality, but the dough was more of chewy bread. In the end, that was not the anticipated quality while dining in le pacha

Better make a reservation. It was a very pleasant experience with loads of Italian vibes. As if you are sitting inside an old pizzeria in Italy. The menu is varied and the quality of the food is worth the price. We enjoyed a selection of Italian salads, Salami pizza, and Penne Le Pacha. We were quite full and we had no room for dessert after this delicious load of carbs. You get to enjoy a very nice and close view of the Nile since it is located in the bottom floor of the boat. Fit for a date and a casual dining experience.

If you are traveling to Cairo, Egypt, then this is definitely the place to stay. The location is central to most everything Cairo has to offer and the various site seeing (ie pyramids, Grand Museum, etc). The rooms are updated and the beds are comfortable. The restaurants are amazing, and the gym and pool are very well appointed. The spa is well equipped and I had one of the best massages of my life there. But what makes the Four Seasons Nile Plaza stand out amongst most all fine hotels I have stayed in over my lifetime is the impeccable service. The staff are genuinely kind, considerate, attentive and leave nothing to be desired. They go above and beyond to cater to anything you need and provide service at the highest level. They will know your name, and make sure you are fully satisfied with your stay. I cannot say enough great things about the staff and I think they could be the standard for all fine hotels and resorts around the world. I HIGHLY recommend you consider the Four Seasons Nile Plaza for you next visit to Cairo!

We had an overall enjoyable stay at the Four Seasons Cairo Nile Plaza. From the very beginning, our reservation with Ahmed was smooth and delightful, and the check-in process was also seamless and welcoming. During our stay, we experienced a few issues related to room cleaning. Unfortunately, it took multiple reminders for the issues to be resolved. When we raised a complaint, the problem was addressed immediately, but I believe such issues shouldn’t arise in a Four Seasons property. The cleaning staff should be more attentive to maintain the hotel’s high standards and avoid these situations. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the security team for always assisting us and checking in whenever we were arriving or leaving the hotel. We also appreciated the gentleman who helped us with our luggage at checkout—he was extremely polite and professional. Additionally, we want to thank AHMED for handling the cold checkout issue at the reception. During our checkout, there was a problem with collecting some pastries intended for guests because the staff initially refused to provide a box. AHMED called us afterward, apologized for the situation, and ensured it was addressed, which we truly appreciated. What we liked most was seeing staff who were committed to their roles and following the Four Seasons standards as expected. Unfortunately, there were a few instances where the service did not meet this standard. I hope these situations are addressed to ensure every guest experiences the exceptional quality the Four Seasons is known for.

Outstanding experience during our recent stay in Cairo. If you are planning a visit to Cairo I highly recommend staying at the four seasons Nile Plaza. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The spa was fantastic and the gym facilities were best in Cairo. The food at the breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. But what makes this hotel stand out amongst the rest is the staff. They are so attentive, kind, and considerate. They are so helpful and willing to go the extra mile at every turn. Excellent service from room reservation, check-in, concierge, security, staff outside main door, Beymen Cafe and housekeeping team. Staff were welcoming, very friendly and attentive especially the housekeeping team makes our stay at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza a very pleasant one.

After having breakfast at the hotel restaurant in the morning and returning to my room, I was shocked to find a housekeeping staff member coming out of my locked room. He claimed he was there to inspect and clean, but he was empty-handed and carried no cleaning tools. There were no signs of any cleaning being done, and I later discovered that money was missing from my wallet. I reported the incident to the front desk, but there has been no follow-up since. It’s truly disappointing that something like this could happen in a hotel of this supposed standard.

As my kids would say, our experience was “mid.” Sushi was very good. Portions were small and rice was an extra, side dish. That being said…My son doesn't like Sweet and Sour Chicken, but he gave it a “10.” The fried rice was dry and the Chicken Tikka Marsala didn’t have enough chicken. Great view of the Nile, though. They did not take Visa, only cash, but waited until after we received the check to tell us.

Use to be very elegant food is still great but on the other hand, the people outside are very rude and deserve a boycott nevertheless its unusually empty guys lets teach them a lesson because they already ask for an amount of money with half the experience i will post this one every single group including the night were some people started throwing on our table ice and you guys did nothing about it. This is the most consistent sushi place I’ve tried in Egypt. Pieces are small but very tasty and fresh and can actually fit in your mouth in one bite which is something I love! Salmon is always fresh. It’s always perfect when I dine in, but I tried having it delivered to my home once, and it wasn’t as good as I expected. Anyway, I still would go there every time I crave good yet somehow affordable sushi! Also, the staff are so good, if you have any issue or comment, they will do their absolute best to deliver the best service!!!

Best sushi place around PERIOD!! i tried sushi in different countries except"Japan" unfortunately. and i found this restaurant one of the best i tried. They have a wide variety of sushi rolls. And all u can eat offer. The sushi tastes good, although sometimes they add extra Mayo for some dishes which i didn't like. You can request to modify that ofc. which bring us to the staff who are so Friendly and polite. I Saw them helping newly sushi eaters, picking dishes for them, explaining and repeating with a smile. The Atmosphere is cozy and they play Jazz and Blues, which is soothing but i would rather something Japanese to add some authenticity. Highly Recommend Fir Every Sushi Lover!!

I had a disappointing experience with ZI Sushi. I ordered a 16-piece box via Talabat and requested to remove any crab due to an allergy. Unfortunately, the restaurant refused to accommodate this simple request and insisted I accept the order as-is. Even after explaining my allergy, they were uncooperative. The noodles is a lot salty by soy sauce and they too late to get my sushi for around 1 hour!.. I have tried Sushi Town for 3 times in a row now and each time I enjoyed the experience. The place is small but gives you a nice cosy feeling and the staff there is welcoming. I am no expert in sushi but the taste and the portions hit right, tried different rolls and all of them were tasty. The overall experience is great though like many others said, the waiting time is long but they elaborated the reason(Preparing takeaways and delivery orders). Definitely would recommend it to others.

A nice little spot in the Intercontinental hotel, the food was pretty good although the price is a bit steep compared to other food options - but think that’s pretty standard for hotel restaurants in Cairo. I went for the spicy crab salad (which was delicious and had lots of veggies) and the unagi eel roll, which was good as well. The only reason this isn’t a 5 is because of the price for the sushi rolls. Recommended if you fancy some sushi’

The sushi rice was poorly cooked and had no flavor. The salmon was not fresh. The miso soup came without tofu, and when I inquired we were told they were out of tofu. But they never told us when we ordered it. I returned the soup and told him he should have mentioned it to us, then the couple next to us ordered the soup and he didn't tell them either. To top it off, after making our meal the chef left the restaurant to go elsewhere, came back and didn't change his gloves or wash his hands and made the next person's order. Yuck! I visited Mori Sushi yesterday with my sister for lunch, and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Shortly after we placed our order, the air conditioning stopped working and the place became unbearably hot. When we asked the waiters to adjust the AC, one of them bluntly said it was broken and “nothing can be done.” Meanwhile, his colleague at least attempted to check with the remote and later brought over a man in a suit (most likely the branch manager). Shockingly, instead of offering any real solution, he repeated the same line: “We’ve already reported it to maintenance, now we just wait.” I suggested having a temporary alternative like a portable AC or fan, but his response was that fans make noise, so they’re “not an option.” Meanwhile, the restaurant grew hotter and stuffier, and a fly literally landed in the food. On top of that, when we ordered chicken noodle soup, what they actually served us was nothing more than instant noodles — completely unacceptable for a restaurant that presents itself as high-end and charges premium prices. What made the situation worse was not just the broken AC, but the total lack of crisis management. At least three staff members were standing around, yet none of them had a proper solution or even tried to make customers feel looked after. The attitude of two of them could be summarized as: “That’s the problem, deal with it.” To be fair, they did eventually offer us a mint lemonade, but by that point I had already decided I couldn’t finish my meal or sit in such conditions any longer. For a place that charges premium prices, this level of service, food quality, and inability to handle basic issues is completely unacceptable. Mori Sushi seriously needs to train its staff and management on how to handle emergencies and ensure a more professional customer experience.

Oki so I tried mostly everything except the sushi. I think the sushi is the best thing there because the rest of the menu wasn't that impressive. We ordered main dishes, appetizers, soup. There were ingredients not available so we changed our order couple of times. The soup was pretty salty so we had to change it. The rest was average. The wouf beef was chewy. The experience was good but not great.

Over all the experience was amazing we can't wait to go back and try more sushi rolls. Hope they maintain the same level of food quality and think about adding sushi combos to the menu.

Had a great experience at Mori Sushi. The place is clean, stylish, and has a relaxing vibe. The sushi was super fresh and full of flavor—especially the salmon and crunchy rolls. Staff were friendly and helpful. Prices are a bit high, but worth it for the quality. Definitely recommend!

**⭐ 1-Star Review – Terrible Experience at Mori Sushi Egypt** I had an absolutely disappointing experience at Mori Sushi Egypt, and I will never return or recommend this place to anyone. 1️⃣ **Poor Air Conditioning** – The restaurant was uncomfortably hot, with zero proper cooling. How can a sushi place operate without proper temperature control? This is unacceptable, especially for fresh food. 2️⃣ **Low-Quality & Small Portions** – The food was **not fresh**, and the portion sizes were shockingly small compared to Mori Sushi branches in Dubai and other countries. It feels like a cheap imitation rather than the real brand. 3️⃣ **Forced Menu Options** – Instead of allowing customers to order freely, the staff **forced us to choose from limited options**. This is not how a reputable sushi restaurant should operate. 4️⃣ **Unprofessional Staff & Grooming** – The staff looked untidy, and some were **smoking outside** before serving customers—I could smell smoke on them while they handled food! Disgusting and unhygienic. 5️⃣ **Customers Smoking Indoors!?** – I was shocked to see a **customer smoking inside the restaurant**, and when I asked the staff if this was allowed, they casually said **"Yes"**! No manager was present to address this. Is this a sushi restaurant or a shisha café? **Zero respect for hygiene, customer comfort, or brand standards.** Avoid this place at all costs—Mori Sushi Egypt is an embarrassment to the name.

The location was very nice and the staff were also kind and welcoming. But it’s really disappointing to see how the quality of Mori Sushi has dropped over time. The food doesn’t taste as good as it used to, but the prices are still very high. The combo system is confusing and seems made in a way to distract the customer with too many limits and strange rules I never saw before. I really miss the old Mori and I’m not happy with how it became now.

The Yaki Udon noodles were delightful! They were cooked perfectly and were delicious. The two rolls (dynamite and tsunami rolls) we got, were ok. Not the best, but good. The chicken and shrimp dumplings were good, I would suggest them to get them grilled. However, the customer service was impeccable! Ziad was a great waiter and was super attentive to our table. All of the employees made us feel extremely welcomed.

The sushi was really fresh and flavorful, with a great balance in taste and texture. The Dynamite Roll and Hot Panko Roll were especially delicious and full of flavor. I was here 4 years ago. The restaurant is beautiful, modern looking with great ambiance. The sushi taste is quite good, but sometimes few items in the menu might be not available. They also have the all-you-can-eat option but not available all the time. Hope it's different & better now.

We had sushi platter and udon. It was amazing. Especially the size of sushi, would really recommend it! Staff were really friendly. The price is affordable!! They even gave us complimentary drinks at the end. Loved it! Would definitely go again!!

I checked this place accidently after i have done my hair at Mango Salon nearby. The ambience is lovely and staff are super friendly. My first impression wasnt great as there was a smell of roach spray; really pungent. The place is quite small like 5 tables, the waiter would take the plates from the stack just beside the kitchen door and wipe it with his hand, i didnt like that. I tried noodles which was relatively good but meat wasnt well done and was missing some spices. I ordered fried sushi salmon and shrimps- it was great! There was this perfect ginger paste to change taste between rolls. They are fast too. Didn’t order normal suchi as i heard a couple of complaints from the customers and cuz of the smell. Price is reasonable. Not a bad experience.

Simply one of the best sushi places, the salmon is quite fresh, the mix is not soaked in sugar. It a nice healthy cozy restaurant. Convenient for smart casual or formal outings, maybe also romantic outings, but don't expect much privacy as the area is around 6*5 meters2. Note: As in most sushi places, the all You can eat, doesn't include sashimi or any special plates.

Went to mokai yesterday, to try their shisha as I heard it is the best in town, well, I've had better experiences with shisha Staff are normal, place was really crowded, ordered a mojitos, it tasted good, also my friend ordered sushi, it's said it's better than mori, prices o would say a bit expensive, but as usual with any restaurant any fifth settlement Would recommend it #bestcitiestovisit

Not cool to enforce customers to order food if they are sitting outside to enjoy a shisha and soft drink! The shisha guy was great however the main waiter is a bit annoying, he made me feel that he is doing me a favour and generously allowd me to have a seat because my order didn't include food, while so many other customers were not eating!

This is like the best asian food I've had so far! We ordered a combo12 of hot lemon, new hot rolls and shrimp tempura nigri; those were on fire! We added a teriyaki and hot mayo sauce - a must try- . We were still hungry so added a tempura soba noodles! Food was so delicious; it's a shame we didn't have a branch in our city :( Staff were so friendly and nice; they helped us choose what to order. The place itself is so comfortable and the decor looks chic. I mean look how cute the plate is! Definitely coming again soon! We just didn't like the fact that there is music running - high- in the background.

I am in love with AMA 🤍 their quality of food, Sushi bites, sauces, etc. Also, their kind team always meets you with a smile. Although Korba branch somehow tinny, but i see it super cozy. Paying in cash or credit. I only have a concern regarding car parking 🤷🏻‍♀️

Not the biggest fan of the fried rolls but the other ones were amazing! I got it delivered and and unfortunately the delivery is crazy expensive so I won’t order again:(

The whole experience was amazing. The staff were professional and very friendly. The atmosphere of the restaurant is amazing right next to the pool. The food was delicious and the prices were really great compared to other Sushi restaurants. They have an all you can eat experience every Sunday for 250LE. Overall experience was really good and definitely would visit again.

I am a big fan of Sushi and I am very selective when deciding to eat Sushi due to several reasons from previous experiences, I am also very curious with Sushi freshness as it is key to good taste, Santuko is my favourite restaurant in new Cairo that offer very good quality reasonably priced, I ordered 40 pieces a mix of fried and raw: 8 Philedelphia 8 Californa caviar 8 Santuko plus 4 pyramid roll 6 Hot power 6 Hot Lemon I liked all but last time the hot Lemon pieces was bigger than expected which affected the taste and experience, I paid less than 1300 LE. What I do like in the fact that Santuko is a restaurant of a Hotel inside Helnan so the service is 5 stars and I am sure food measurements and hygiene is high, the only draw if the restaurant is busy it takes time to serve. There is also an amazing teppenyaki with a show that I tried twice and enjoyed it and there is international dishes if you are not a fan of Japanese or Sushi. Highly recommended.

I recently visited mori sushi and was very disappointed with my experience. The sushi, which was the main draw for me, fell short of expectations in both quality and portion size. The glass noodle salad was lacking flavor, I don’t even consider it as a salad. The sushi pieces was also underwhelming, with small portions, poor quality fish. I haven’t seen these small pieces of sushi before in any sushi place!!!! Mori sushi really disappointed me I haven’t eaten there since 2019. The quality of the food I give it 2/10. The portions are quite small. I’ve never seen this small portions in any sushi restaurant that I’ve been to before. I went to mori sushi just to give it a second chance and a second try just to try their new menu but now I knew why they keep adding new things to their menu and the prices are hella crazy the quality of the food and the portions they don’t even deserve the prices they put. Me and my friend ordered 30 pieces, Glass noodles salad and calamari skewers, we paid 2000 EGP and we are not satisfied. There are a lot of other sushi places that are beyond perfect. I’ll never go there again and I’ll never recommend it to anyone.

Come twice. Every time charges me a wrong amount. First time add many items i didn't order and add 2000EGP，second time receipt correct but when use the payment machine they fill in a higher amount and luckily after done i checked and found it.

The indoor needs better lighting. Waiter was helpful and provided guidance on menu choices. The food was good but for next time I will choose more of the fried options as the fried ones are way much better than the other rolls if compared to other places abroad.

Our waiter for the night was Ahmed Abdelsalam, he was very helpful with sushi choices, ordered 30 pieces of, took about 35 mins to be prepared. Food taste was great, however not all fried pieces came warm. Atmosphere is cozy and overall the experience was good, would visit again !

The sushi it self was fresh and tasted great. My two comments would be that the pieces was relatively small and there was 700pounds service fees which i think was too much.

Food was served after one hour. Appetizers were stale and tasted terrible and then after another hour the sushi came and it was the worst I’ve ever had in my life. Nothing hot nothing crunchy except for the rice because it was raw! Mori sushi used to be the best sushi place in Cairo but now it’s just appalling. Do not eat here and save your money and appetite!

I like to try new stuff that I am not used to and sushi was on my checklist. The experience was great thanks to toka. She helped me choose and helped me with the chopsticks. The food was great and clean 👌😊❤️❤️ though I realized that maybe suchi is not my thing. I might try the noodles next time. Thanks for the experience. Update: I took some of the sushi to my parents to try and surprisingly they loved it especially the shrimp ones. 🤭🥰

worst sushi ever. i have a lot of stomach ache. waited an hour for this super small sushi i had to buy other food after that. it is only rice super dirty not tasty at all. the service is really bad and nobody there has experience. i will post a picture of the amount i took with the invoice. i paid 850 for that. see the picture!

I strongly advise against eating at Mori Sushi. The fish quality is terrible—it’s not fresh, the cuts are done incorrectly, and overall, the sushi is poorly prepared. If you’re new to sushi, Mori Sushi will ruin the experience for you. This place is doing a disservice to sushi lovers and first-timers alike. As for the Ramadan buffet, it was nothing like what was advertised in the videos and promotions. The variety was almost nonexistent, and the food was not replenished properly. By the time you got to the buffet, most items were either missing or barely available. They claimed to have “all kinds of noodles,” but in reality, there was only one type—a smoked noodle that made no sense for a sushi place. No fried rice, no spring rolls, no proper selection—just false advertising at its finest. Service was also slow, making the experience even worse. I had to personally record a video to show how bad the buffet was. The only saving grace was the manager, Ahmed, who saw my frustration and went out of his way to help. He was very polite, professional, and accommodating—doing everything he could to make things right. But the fact that I had to raise the issue and request what was already promised in their advertisements speaks volumes about how poorly this restaurant is run. Mori Sushi markets itself as offering a large variety, but what they actually serve is barely enough to call a buffet. If you’re looking for quality sushi or a good dining experience, this is NOT the place. The only good thing about my visit was Ahmed, and I appreciate his effort. Unfortunately, even great management can’t make up for a terrible restaurant.

My Wife and I visited Mori back in 2023 and we craved it since, the customer service was amazing the food quality and portions was honestly amazing. We struggled with food here in Egypt but Mori is exceptional and I’m sure many others will appreciate it. Gutted we don’t have a Mori in London.

The open buffet was promptly refilled, which was great, but the pieces had less meat than expected. Still, we had a good experience overall. Special thanks to our amazing waiter, Sama—she truly made our visit more enjoyable!

My experience with Ramadan open Buffet is very good. This year the open buffet is refilled with the same items multiple times. The service is very good. My only comment that the rolls are relatively small, and the buffet items were mostly salmon, shrimp, and crab. No tuna or Octopus or eel or white fish. Also, sauces and water are not included in the buffet price. The taste was very good, thanks mori sushi.

Food and place were great! Sama was absolutely fantastic, and made our dining experience comfortable, because we had some dietary restrictions and she did her best to accommodate them.

I used to be a loyal client of mori sushi until about 4 or 5 years ago when their quality dropped … a friend of mine told me that they have been working on the quality and I should try them again … so so tried this branch in Almaza city center and it was a great disappointment … the main thing about sushi quality is its freshness and their sushi was off … the minute the sushi was served I smelled a distinct unpleasant odor … it turned out that their tuna was really smelly … I complained to the waiter and he said that they have been serving it all day and nobody complained but he offered to replace the tuna with salmon … although they replaced the tuna the mood had already changed and so completely lost my appetite … it is really sad that such an old restaurant lost it way … I really hope that they return to their previous quality

We ordered the udon noodels and the spicy ramen soup noodles. They were tasteless nothing more to be said. I swear the instant noodles is more delicious. As usual the portion was a joke. The food was like made in hurry. We ordered sushi as well and it's the smallest sushi piece you can ever see.

NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN Now i know why no one goes to Mori Sushi anymore Starting with us entering and literally begging for the waiter's attention, to her being extremely rude, to handing missing cutlery some getting chopsticks some getting spoons some getting both and some getting none... We wanted to try the udon noodles, her: that's not available at the moment you can get the egg noodles 🙂 The portions were an absolute joke in general and compared to the prices were completely unacceptable 1. Egg noodle dish, chicken as a protein option. a tiny, cold, sad looking plate of noodles with exactly 5 shawerma sized pieces of chicken ,(mid you that was added for extra 75 pounds 😂😂) and I'm not exaggerating unfortunately this is the only dish i can't find a picture of i think we were too shocked to take a picture, for the exact same 300 pounds you can get authentic Chinese or korean plates that are actually fresh and filling. Told  the waitress it was cold, i think they reheated it, still room temperature and i think she mixed our plates in the process. And returned it with extreme annoyance all over her face. 2. Beef or chicken noodle bowls a tiny bowl of freaking 5 pound indomie !!! With some veggies and tiny pieces of meat or chicken ?!! How is that even a thing in supposedly proper sit down restaurants ?? 3. Fried dumplings didn't even dare to try it, looked oily, soggy and anything but fresh asked for a refund right away. 4. When we asked for the manager & told him the above review without being snobby or rude The manager: the noodles are selling well and we don't get any complaints, that's not indomie, these are "noodles". (Literally anyone can tell these are indomie noodles) In the most insincere way possible we are sorry, we want to solve this problem see what'll make you happy & we'll do it. I told him we didn't ask to speak with him for him to apologise we just wanted decent food and service he repeated the words above &  offered to make the same food again but it was bad anyway so we refused and i knew at this point there was no hope so asked for the check anyways to leave and he did something that all egyptian restaurants do (complimentary desserts) and I'm honestly so sick of that i call it the apology dessert i don't want that !! they literally had one job...

Ordered delivery, food was good but it was missing a shrimp tempura. I called their hotline and they said they will be sending another one. Couple minutes after the store manager called saying that it was sent out, I triple checked it wasn’t there. He kept doubting me by saying the package has changed and you may have not noticed it, and then sent me pictures on whatsapp to show me it was sent and not willing to accept the fact it wasn’t sent. Poor customer service to argue and doubt me over an appetizer specially when I had a big order placed.

Very expressive price for it quality. My favorite shrimp crab salad they do from most cheap and dry crab sticks and without shrimp and cost of this ugly salad is 90 pound. Even before book this salad I asked is it good and they lie in my eyes said that everything is fine. Second, miso soup without cheese and over salty. Third hot rolls very strange invitation, they are adding green onion to it. I fully not recommend this sushi restaurant and especially for who eat sushi first time to don't kill vision about this type of food.

Low quality for it price. Cheap raw materials, for the price they should use good product but they are use products from market and look most cheapest. I tried a lot of sushi restaurant and this mori make me disappointed most, no recommended at all.

Not the best of their branches. Now specifically in Zayed, Capital business park branch is much better then comes mall of Arabia. Actually in this branch, the service is perfect and the Manager is really helpful, yet the freshness/ taste is somehow not like their best branches. Till now, from my opinion, Maadi road 9 is on top. Still, compared to other brands, in my opinion all Mori branches are better than any other brands.
