The Bakery is a popular dining spot located in Genting Highlands, offering a wide range of delectable baked goods and pastries. Visitors can indulge in freshly baked bread, cakes, and other sweet treats while enjoying the cozy ambiance of the bakery. Whether you're craving a flaky croissant for breakfast or a decadent slice of cake for dessert, The Bakery has something to satisfy every palate.
Absolutely love this café! The vibes are super cozy and chill – perfect for catching up with friends or just spending some quiet time alone. Coffee is top-notch (you have to try their latte!), and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Prices are reasonable, and the whole place has such a nice, relaxing atmosphere. Definitely one of my favorite spots to hang out!

They serve starbucks beverages made by starbucks bean but cannot collect SB points or pay by SB card here. Chillax music and great for relaxing your mind with a cup of tea or coffee. Unfortunately this relaxing was disturbed by a teenager girl playing games and video very loud.

01/07/2025 17:30 Please close down you're not fit to work in the service industry. We all have problems and we all have burdens in life, but guess what; I dont take them out on my clients when I work, because we have to maintain professionalism. What is professionalism? Professionalism is maintaining common courtesy during difficult times, it is responding to hello with a smile, listening attentively to others and being accountable. Professionalism is NOT ignoring clients, not paying attention to requests, or having a cold attitude. I wanted to order a slice, and the so called worker, took the whole loaf and sold it to me. I specifically told them I wanted a slice, then later they told me "oh this one whole loaf, cannot one slice". I'm sorry, but I've already mentioned I wanted a slice but you weren't listening and you could have told me. No apology, no compensation, and no accountability. So there you have it ladies and gentlemen, this is how your business scores 0 stars.

Really cozy café with a nice ambiance — perfect for catching up with friends or getting some work done. Staff are friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Definitely one of my go-to spots in genting.

The staff services at cashier is rude and bad. Understand there is another counter for block cake, after I placed my drinks order, I asked him ‘how to order from that counter’ Being impatient, he told me to give me the name of the cake I want. I said Peanut Butter Brownie, staff showing faces and reply ‘mana Ada?’ Well, I went back purposely to show there is such cake!

Resorts World Genting, also known as Genting Highlands, is Malaysia's largest hilltop resort offering a variety of urban and natural attractions. Visitors can enjoy high-altitude shopping at the premium outlets and indulge in family camping amidst stunning sunrises. The resort boasts hotels, theme parks, a golf course, and the famous Genting Skyway monocable gondola lift - the longest and fastest in Southeast Asia.
I havent gone in a while, but I can remember everything perfectly!! The largest hotel rooms aren't super super nice, but staying in them before you go to the amazing themeparks is totally worth it. The more expensive hotel rooms are nice aswell. the themeparks are beautiful. The outdoor one is super fun and it's like your in a different world!! The indoor themepark is just as nice as the outdoor one, and it's like a disco party with all the lights. I definitely recommend this place as a nice place to go for a holiday!! The outdoor themepark food is delicious, and the food in the mall is super duper tasty. I really wanna go again!

Resorts World Genting is an absolutely amazing destination! Located high up in the cool mountains, it offers a completely different atmosphere from the city — fresh air, stunning views, and endless entertainment options. The resort is modern, clean, and full of life day and night. From the SkyAvenue Mall to the cable car ride and Skytropolis indoor theme park, everything is well organized and beautifully designed. I loved the energy of the place — so much to do, from shopping to dining to gaming and shows. The Awana Skyway cable car gives breathtaking views of the rainforest and clouds below. It’s also great that everything is connected indoors, which makes exploring easy even when it rains. Perfect for couples, families, or friends looking for fun and adventure. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Definitely one of the best places to visit in Malaysia exciting, clean, and unforgettable!

Genting Highlands is one of a place somewhere everyone should have a visit once Plus the cool weather there is a huge relief from the heat, and the whole place felt like a mix between a mountain retreat and a mini city. OfC the views are very gorgeous, and unbelievable. But to get up there, it could be quite a ride . Tried both theme park and all of the rides are a blast. Love the arcade as arcade is my favourite spot. There’s so much to do here depending on what you’re looking for. The theme park rides are a big highlight as is great for both kids and adults. If rides aren’t your thing, there’s shopping, casinos, cinemas, and plenty of food options ranging from affordable bites to fancier restaurants. You can literally spend the whole day just exploring but if you reach up there already enjoy every moment of it. Even tho the price can be quite pricey. Ah yes almost forgot,The cable car ride up to the highlands is another must-try experience because is scenic, and it feels magical when you’re gliding through the misty forest. Hehehehe A little tips: • try to go on weekdays if you can as weekends and holidays can get really crowded. • Always bring a jacket, because it is cold unless you have cold tolerance • Do plan out on doing what to do before reaching or day before as you might get lost. Overall, Genting is one of those places you can keep coming back to and always find something new. Definitely worth the trip.😁

First World Hotel. 1. Day 1, check in. Super terrible service. Waited almost 3 hr to get my room and having to queue at different and in the end received 2 smoking room despite my request in my appt and even call up the hotline to have non-smoking room. 2. Day 2. Was told on day 1 that I can request for change of room. But can only do it at 11 am. Was shock that went I when to the counter. There are already long queue. Again I was told by the counter that I need to take a queue and wait for my no to be call. That another 2 hours wait. 3. Was super again. When I return after 2 hours at around 2:30pm. The counter again told me that my request is available. But I need to take a queue no again and have to wait for the cleaner to clean my room I need to wait till 4 pm. 4. When I return at 4 pm. My room is already available. But need to wait for my queue to be called. Is already passed 5 pm and there are still 15 more ahead of me. Mean I need to wait for at least another 1/2 to 1 hr to have my queue call and my room which was available since 4 pm. Is so frustrating… think I must consider if I will ever want to consider coming back to this hotel again.

The entire area truly is a nice place to spend time. The views were stunning, and the atmosphere was very peaceful. It's clean, well-maintained, and just offers a wonderful opportunity to unwind and enjoy nature.

My overall experience at Resorts World Genting was truly memorable, offering a wonderful mix of luxury, comfort, and family‑friendly entertainment. From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a modern getaway that blends relaxation with excitement. The hotel itself is impressive—stylish interiors, well‑maintained facilities, and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Waking up to the cool mountain air and scenic landscapes was a highlight in itself. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed, with smart features and a high‑tech vibe that make the stay feel both modern and convenient. For families, this place is an excellent choice. It’s very child‑friendly, with plenty of activities and attractions nearby to keep kids entertained. From indoor theme parks to shopping areas and food courts with a variety of cuisines, there’s something for everyone. The location is also a huge plus—it’s very well connected to major attractions, entertainment venues, and dining options, so moving around is easy and enjoyable. What I appreciated most is the overall value for money. Despite the luxurious feel and all the facilities on offer, the pricing felt reasonable considering the experience you get in return. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay, making sure everything ran smoothly. Whether you’re traveling as a family looking for fun and adventure, or as a couple or group seeking a relaxing mountain retreat with plenty of entertainment options, Resorts World Genting delivers on all fronts. I’m already looking forward to coming back and exploring even more next time!

Genting Highlands is a popular tourist destination situated approximately 6,000 feet above sea level. It combines a theme park, Water World, and brand shops all in one location. Access is easy via bus, Grab, or the scenic SkyWay/SkyCab cable car.
Humayun K — Google review
It is supposed to be world’s largest hotel with 7000 plus rooms. If you have to check-in at counter it will take more than two hours and at times more. The rooms are small and they don’t provide even basic toiletries or water. Morning breakfast is at another hotel which requires taking a free shuttle where waiting again. No air conditioners but then can’t open windows too as it’s facing another building

Only Mee is a restaurant that lives up to its name by offering a variety of noodle-based dishes. With a wide selection of noodles available at reasonable prices, many customers choose to visit this restaurant for its delicious flavors. One must-try dish here is the tasty Chicken Mushroom Noodles, satisfying Laksa, savory Dry Wantan Noodles, and appetizing Curry Noodles that will leave you licking your fingers!
Nice place to enjoy hot noodle cuisine. Taste is delicious

The meal was ok for us. It’s not as bad as the review, it satisfied our craving for Wanton Mee. Though the local Chinese WTM is still better of course! This is also at the pricer end
Lawrence T — Google review
I ordered a RM18 pan mee, and it was the worst I’ve ever had. It’s not even “pan mee” to begin with, they used kuey teow as the noodle, which is completely wrong! It didn’t even come with sambal belacan. Please change the name to “kuey teow dry noodle” instead. I feel cheated and won’t be coming back again.
Rny F — Google review
Curry Mee was tasteless. However, the dry chili pan Mee was not too bad. Quite okay. The service was quite slow as only one person doing all the job. Will think twice to order again.
Albert O — Google review
I came here from all the good reviews and it was cheaper than eating at a restaurant and spending rm100 plus. My wife said the menu and food didn’t look so good so we went to the curry place next door and it was great. They have nice roti and it’s basically mix rice spot where you can pick what you want to eat. Very nice. More expensive than mamak but cheaper than western or Chinese food. No wait. No line. 4th floor by CU and the Cable car. Wouldn’t eat at the only mee but curry place not bad.
Bob F — Google review
Reasonable price. Good taste. Spicy laksa was super spicy. Teh Tarik was too sweet. Ask for less sugar.

Wan tan mee really terrible kind. Just to eat for sake of hungry feel. Unable to finish half. Meat and ingredients inside the wan tan got a kind of odd taste and not fresh. Not recommended for revisit again. Better go for Marry Brown or McD. No wonder not much people but shop rating quite high. Photo is for illustration purposes only.

Nestled in the lush greenery of the mid-hill Awana Hotel, Resorts World Awana offers refined accommodations and a chance to immerse yourself in nature. Wake up to fresh mountain air and stunning views, or take a swing at the 18-hole golf course. Explore the rainforest with expert guides and discover rare flora and fauna. The hotel is conveniently located near Genting Highlands Premium Outlets, offering exclusive brands at discounted prices.
During a recent stay at Awana Genting, I found the accommodations to be quite spacious and comfortable. The room was generously sized and came equipped with two queen-sized beds, which was a huge plus for our group. A notable and very helpful feature was the in-room climate control, which included both a ceiling fan and an air conditioning unit. This was especially useful at night, as the temperature at this elevation wasn't as cool as some of the hotels closer to the peak, and the A/C ensured a comfortable sleep. For guests traveling by car, the hotel provides a multi-storey parking facility. It's a convenient option, but do note that there is a chargeable rate of RM5 per entry. To get this rate, you must remember to validate your card at the front desk. In terms of location, Awana Genting is situated a little further down from the main attractions. If you're planning to visit the Genting Highlands Premium Outlet or the mall at the top, be prepared to drive down and make a turn back at the roundabout. While not the most direct route, the drive is manageable, and the hotel provides a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the peak. Overall, the large room and reliable climate control made for a very pleasant stay.

One of the better hotels in Genting clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, which makes the stay pleasant. The food is a bit pricey, but that’s expected in Genting Highlands. Overall, a good place to stay and definitely worth considering! 🌤️
Fazana T — Google review
I recently stayed at Resorts World Awana, and honestly, it was such a nice experience. The room was super comfortable — cozy, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. What I really appreciated was the complimentary shuttle bus to Genting Premium Outlets. It runs every hour, so getting around was super easy and convenient. From our room, we had a beautiful view of the surrounding nature, which made the stay even more peaceful and refreshing. Waking up to that view was definitely one of my favorite parts of the trip. The only thing I felt could be better was the breakfast — not bad, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of variety and flavor. Overall, I loved the stay — comfortable room, great view, and convenient transport. Would totally recommend this place if you’re looking for a quiet, nature-filled getaway close to Genting
Muhammad Z — Google review
Awana is one of the grand dame of Genting Highlands. Developed as a golf course hill resort in 1984 (which may explain why its rooms seem spacious by today's standard), it provides an alternative to the bright lights casino, cacophony theme park and sprawling indoor labyrinth fare at the peak. My family of 4 adults stayed in 2 of their renovated high floor, Club suite rooms instead of a single, low floor, terraced villa unit owing to potential disturbance by on-going renovation works. We asked, and they provided, connected rooms. They also helpfully upgraded one of the rooms to a spacious Executive Suite (I think) room which was delightful. Our Visa exclusive deal came with daily complementary breakfast and afternoon tea. Be prepared to pay non-1984 room rates. There are special and perhaps interesting trail hikes/walks organised under the Genting Nature Adventure program. Extra charges apply and room guests enjoy a small discount. The hikes/walks are full service experience with guides, electric buggy service and/or generally paved trails/paths. The more adventurous may be disappointed. Sufficient car park despite peak holiday period. Parking is not complimentary but on a per entry flat rate basis for hotel guest.

We checked in on a Wednesday, so it wasn't busy at all. But surprisingly, no one came to greet or assist us. The bellboys were standing there watching, but none came over to help with our bags until my husband called them. And even then, they looked like they weren't too keen. After my husband gave them a small tip, they suddenly became friendlier and started chatting politely. At the check-in counter, the two senior Chinese ladies serving us were very unfriendly. They answered our questions without even looking at us, just staring at their computer screens. Luckily, the younger staff (who seemed new) were polite and tried to help, though they had to keep asking those senior ladies for guidance. Honestly, if your attitude is that sour, maybe you shouldn't be at the front desk💁🏻‍♀️ Our room was in the tower block, which was quite far and tiring when you're carrying a toddler. The room itself was spacious with two queen beds. The beds and pillows were comfy, and TV channels were fine. However, the air-conditioning wasn't cold. Thankfully, the housekeeping team was very kind. They even knocked to check if everything was okay and offered to clean again if needed. The aircond technician was also very nice, he found out the air filter was full of dust (shouldn't hotel management check this regularly?). Breakfast was decent and tasty, though with limited choices. The cafe area was comfortable and the cafe staff were all friendly and cheerful. Parking, on the other hand, was quite far. I didn't mind paying for valet parking, but even that was limited. The swimming pool area was disappointing, many broken tiles patched with cement, not safe for kids. Definitely not as “kids-friendly” as promoted. You have to go down stairs to reach the pool, which isn't ideal for toddlers. There's also no kids club. We stayed during a birthday trip, but there was no complimentary cake, decor, or even a simple birthday wish from the hotel. Honestly, this will probably be our first and last stay here. It was quite a letdown overall, except for Miss Sonia from housekeeping, the aircond technician, and the cafe staff. They were the only ones who truly gave good service❤️

Overall the experience was good, the room is spacious and view is amazing. But I did have an incident in midnight where I was woke up by the room upstairs, I.e. loud steps, thumping, dragging chairs for almost and hour. I called to the receptionist which their bell went and check and did heard those noises and had address it with them. Afterwards no more sound was heard. Thank you receptionist for assisting.

Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park is a must-visit attraction in Genting Highlands, Malaysia. It offers endless fun and thrills for visitors of all ages. The park features exhilarating performances, exciting games, and a variety of indoor amusement rides. With its spectacular mountain views and tranquil ambiance, it's the perfect destination for families looking to have an unforgettable experience.
Genting Highlands is one of the most sought-after destinations on everyone’s Malaysia trip. The best way to enjoy it is to stay overnight so you can truly experience all the entertainment this place has to offer. The outdoor theme park alone deserves several hours, so it’s best to reach right at opening time. Before visiting, it helps to check the online map and understand the VR queue system — this makes navigating the park and using the app much easier for a smoother experience. We visited on an October weekend, which is the off-season, so the crowd was comparatively less. We bought our tickets directly at the venue instead of online — the price was about ₹300 less per person, which was a good saving. However, during the peak tourist season (from November to June), it’s advisable to book tickets in advance. Overall, the park is efficiently managed and offers great value for money at around ₹3,900 per adult (approximately RM 190).

Really fun place to spend the day! The park looks amazing and the mountain views are beautiful. The cool weather makes it super nice to walk around, and there’s a good mix of rides for both kids and adults. Some rides were closed and the queues got long in the afternoon, but overall still worth it. Staff were friendly and the park was clean and well kept. 🎢 Tip: Go early and bring a jacket — it can get windy later in the day. Great spot for families and friends when visiting Genting Highlands!
Nuwan W — Google review
I visited SkyWorlds Genting on a Friday morning, and overall, it was a really fun experience. There was plenty of paid parking available, which made it convenient to find a spot without too much hassle. Upon entering, I recommend getting a locker to store your belongings — it’s much easier to enjoy the rides without carrying bags around. Some rides require you to wear a raincoat, so it’s best to either bring your own or buy one on-site. It started raining in the evening when I went, but the staff handled everything well, and most of the attractions resumed once the rain slowed down. Despite the weather, the overall experience was still enjoyable and lively. The theme park itself is well-maintained, with a good variety of rides suitable for both thrill-seekers and families. I especially liked how organized everything was — clear signboards, friendly staff, and clean facilities throughout. The food options were also decent; I tried the hotdog, which was surprisingly big and tasty, definitely worth trying if you need a quick snack between rides. The atmosphere was cheerful, and the park layout made it easy to move from one attraction to another without feeling too crowded. It’s a great place for a short getaway, especially if you’re spending the day in Genting. Overall, despite the rain later in the day, I had a great time. SkyWorlds Genting offers a good balance of fun rides, photo spots, and comfort — I’d recommend visiting earlier in the morning to make the most of your day and avoid the bigger crowds later on.

Final OK ✔️Skyworld Theme Park in Genting is ideal for everyone, especially young children. ✔️✔️ While it may not be the most adrenaline-pumping destination, this theme park is created with families in mind, offering a range of attractions for kids and enjoyable activities for adults. Discover the thrilling experiences high in Genting Highlands, where you'll find one of Malaysia's largest theme parks. This must-visit location provides endless entertainment options for guests of all ages, ensuring both children and adults have a great time. Make sure to include this theme park in your holiday plans if you're visiting Malaysia. This hilltop attraction is certainly worth the journey, offering a beautiful environment that is cool and refreshing, making it an excellent spot to relax and have fun at the peak. On October 3, 2025, we were delighted to receive complimentary one-day tickets to SKYWORLDS THEME PARK and SKYTROPOLIS INDOOR THEME PARK, courtesy of Genting Malaysia Berhad, as we are members of Genting Highlands. We were assisted by Mr. Afiq, the “polis bantuan” police assistance, who guided us on how to reach Skyworld Theme Park and provided us with essential information about the entertainment venue. The police officer was extremely helpful. He hailed from Kuala Kangsar, Perak state. Good job, Mr. Afiq, for assisting us. Chris, October 3, 2025.

Had a great time and a lot of fun. We got a discount for the entry ticket (same prices of locals) since we stayed at their hotel so show your stay details and get the discount. We enjoyed entire day and recommending to go on weekdays but not in a Tuesday since it’s close on Tuesdays. Better you leave all your stuff in a locker and better to dressed a comfortable wear with lite shoes. We enjoyed the same rides repeatedly since we went on a Monday. Highly recommended.

A Thrilling Escape to the Clouds: My Review of Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park, Malaysia Nestled high in the cool, misty highlands of Genting, about an hour's drive from Kuala Lumpur, Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park is Southeast Asia's newest adrenaline playground, soaring at over 6,000 feet above sea level. Opened in February 2022 after a rollercoaster of delays (it was originally slated to be a 20th Century Fox World), this outdoor theme park delivers a fresh twist on the classic Genting experience. If you're craving a break from Malaysia's tropical heat, with jaw-dropping mountain views and a mix of family-friendly fun and heart-pounding rides, SkyWorlds is worth the trip. I visited on a crisp November weekend, and despite some crowds, it felt like stepping into a vibrant, immersive storybook—think themed "worlds" inspired by blockbuster movies like Ice Age, Rio, and Planet of the Apes. Here's my honest breakdown. Getting There and Tickets: Easy Access with a Scenic Twist Reaching Genting Highlands is half the adventure. I opted for the Awana SkyWay cable car from the base station— a 10-minute gondola ride with panoramic views of lush valleys that instantly sets an exhilarating tone. (Pro tip: Avoid peak hours to skip long lines; the app helps with real-time wait times.) Tickets start at around RM151 for adults during off-peak (like early November), dropping to RM128 for kids, with free entry for tots under 90cm. I snagged mine via Klook for a 20% discount, bundling in express passes for RM50 extra—essential for thrill-seekers. The park operates daily from 10 AM to 6 PM but closes Tuesdays (except holidays), so plan accordingly. Entry includes all rides, shows, and attractions; no hidden fees, though lockers and photos add up (RM10–20).

Genting Highlands was an amazing trip, a fun, friendly amusement park experience with lots to enjoy. It can get cold and rainy, so waterproof jackets are a smarter choice than umbrellas. Be sure to book your tickets in advance and download the app to reserve your rides, it makes everything so much easier. There’s also a chairlift that takes you up, if possible, book the glass gondola for an even better view, and on your way back, stop at Chin Swee Temple for a peaceful and scenic break. There are malls to explore as well, but food options are somewhat limited, so plan accordingly.

Must-Visit Theme Park! Amazing Theming & Cool Highland Escape! I recently visited Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park and had a truly fantastic experience. The park is beautifully designed with 9 uniquely themed zones—the detail in areas like Rio and the Ice Age section is truly impressive and makes for great photos. The cool, refreshing highland weather is a huge plus, making it comfortable to spend the entire day exploring. Be sure to bring a light jacket as it can get chilly! Key Rides & Highlights: For thrill-seekers, the immersive 4D ride Independence Day: Defiance and the drop tower Terraform Tower Challenge are must-dos. I also loved the new Invasion of the Planet of the Apes ride—it was a real standout! Important Tips for Your Visit: Use the VQ System (Virtual Queue): This is absolutely essential to maximize your time. Download the Genting SkyWorlds mobile app before you go. You get three complimentary VQ reservations with your ticket, which saves you hours of queuing time for the most popular rides. Go Cashless: The park is cashless, so have your credit/debit card or e-wallet ready for food, games, and souvenirs. Tickets: Prices vary based on promotions and residency. Expect adult tickets (non-Malaysian) to be in the RM130 - RM198 range, but check the official website for the best current deals, especially combo packages! Overall, Genting SkyWorlds is a world-class outdoor theme park that offers something for all ages. Highly recommended for a fun day out!

First World Hotel is a massive budget hotel located in an entertainment resort, offering modest rooms with some featuring mountain views. The hotel is part of Resorts World Genting and is known for its enormous size, housing a 46,450-square-meter indoor theme park. It offers affordable accommodation options and is directly linked to the casino. The resort also features main restaurants serving Cantonese, Thai, and continental cuisine.
A truly unique experience. The scale of everything is mind blowing, from the check in desks to the breakfast buffet. The hotel is not as nice as the others in the area, but probably cheaper. We stayed 1 night just to be able to say we had stayed at the world's largest hotel. Our room was simple and smelled of smoke...

Worst Hotel Experience Ever Reception: The reception staff were extremely unprofessional. One receptionist was openly gossiping about another guest who didn’t understand Malaysia’s tourism tax — completely unacceptable behavior for front-desk staff. Another incident involved a different guest at 3 AM, who had to walk back down because the receptionist wrote the wrong room number — 16 instead of 15. Instead of apologizing, she simply added an extra stroke to make it look like “15” and told the guest off for being “wrong.” Room: The entire room reeked of cigarette smoke despite being on a non-smoking floor. We stayed for two nights and the smell persisted throughout. Housekeeping: At 9 AM, the cleaner rang our bell asking if we wanted the room cleaned. We asked him to come back later. To our shock, he took our Do Not Disturb sign from inside the room and hung it outside — then never came back. The room was left uncleaned. That’s dishonest and unacceptable. Overall: Terrible service, unprofessional staff, and poor housekeeping. Definitely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Feels like hostel but is listed as a 3 star hotel. The room is small. Toilet is smaller than an aircraft toilet. Shower is equally as small. Insufficient power points. No Aircon but it's not an issue. Genting is generally cooler. Just open the windows and turn on the ceiling fan. There is a small fridge and a hairdryer. A really basic and cluttered hotel. One point I really don't like was the self checking in and out kiosk. It's not straightforward, a few machines are faulty, there was a sea of people at the lobby. Staff was unfriendly and service was practically non existent. There are eateries, Starbucks and Watsons at the lobby. This hotel is also connected to the other hotel clusters. It does have a nice view. It's a budget hotel.

The largest hotel in the world with 7351 rooms really is huge. It links directly to SkyAvenue mall which has many shops and activities. Being at 1600m above sea level, expect cool weather all day and rain at times. Hotel rooms are relatively small and basic. Does not come with toothbrush, toothpaste, comb and other usual amenities. In fact, just towel, a safe and 3-in-1 shower gel. Hotel is pretty aged but generally still acceptable if coming for no more than 2 nights. Hot water available!
Aven T — Google review
The worst stay I’ve ever had at First World Hotel. The hotel is a pale shadow of what it used to be. Pails are placed along the walkways to collect leaking water, the corridors are dark and confusing, and the carpets smell terrible. The rooms are dingy, run-down, and unlivable. Front desk service was equally disappointing. Faris was extremely rude and kept insisting the hotel was “full.” I had booked a standard room based on the pictures, expecting a TV, but was told the hotel had removed TVs from standard rooms to cut costs. Thankfully, Elton stepped in (good staff like him deserve better) and arranged 2 rooms for us, even offering to check which of the 5 available rooms had a TV. But we still had to lug all our luggage across the maze-like corridors, even though my mum was unwell. Because of her medical condition, we had to check out after just one night. We requested a refund due to this emergency but the hotel refused. I was paying $90/night, money I will never see again. It feels like management doesn’t care at all because they assume guests will keep coming despite the terrible rooms and service. It’s so sad to see what has happened to my childhood hotel. I have had the best memories here, which have now been tainted by the new management. The hotel earns so much from the casino, yet it can’t provide a decent place for guests to stay. No good can come out of money earned like this. This was a deeply upsetting experience. I will never stay here again. Other hotels in the area, like Resorts Hotel, Highlands and SkyWorlds, are much better options.

Poor Service and Maintenance , NO HOT WATER!!! Worst hotel experience ever. Check-in was painfully slow. Despite clearly stating that I cannot stay on a smoking floor due to cigarette allergies, the staff still assigned us to one. When I requested a room change, the queue barely moved — only 10 numbers were called in an hour, with over 90 people still waiting. Eventually complained directly to the manager to get an immediate room change. The room was very small, dirty, and even though it was on a non-smoking floor, the corridor still reeked of cigarette smoke. Clearly, people were still smoking, and the hotel did nothing about it. The room's soundproofing was also very poor, could hear noises from the walkway, making it difficult to rest. The worst part came after dinner — when I went to take a shower, there was no hot water. The next morning, the problem was still there. Called to reception, didn't offered any solution, or even apologized. Overall, an absolutely disappointing and unpleasant experience. For a place where the casino earns so much money, it’s shocking that they don’t invest in proper maintenance or guest service
Llll — Google review
To be honest, i booked this 2 days before since it was a sudden trip, so the price is definitely bad. But with that price, the only toiletries included was a bath towel and hand soap and bath soap. There are water dispensers outside the rooms. Room was clean and quiet. If you are not a Resorts world member, i suggest you try to checkin may around 4 to 5pm, as there are a lot of people waiting to checkin during 3pm to 4pm. Not much staff to assist you during this time also. And if you booked from a third party like agoda or others, you need to look for a kiosk that says for third party like agoda, etc only. There is an included breakfast, but it took me around 30mins to find the place, since not much people to ask how to go to the place, and i cannot speak malay so quite hard a bit. So if you availed of the breakfast, look for the location the day prior so you would know how to go there in the morning. And just come early to breakfast, because it starts at 6am. Dont too late or else it would be quite difficult to find a place inside the resto. Overall, unless you went to Genting for the casino, i would not recommend this place. But if you go there for the casino, then this place is a great location because the casino is just beside it. If you are there for shopping or the outlets, i suggest find somewhere else. Or just stay at KL and ride the bus to genting at KL sentral if you would just want to go to the outlets. The bus at KL sentral stops at exactly Awana Outlets and just takes 1 hr of travel time.

Brilliant, elevators of tower 2 (floor 2-14) have broken down. Only a security guard is left behind to attend to those impacted hotel guests. I don't see any management guys on the spot managing the impacted guests.

The restaurant is a disaster i went there for lunch and was surprised from how bad the food is , the moment i entered i saw actual cockroaches on the walls , my order took 30 mins to make! , the staff aren’t gloves even in the kitchen and the food we ordered was either dry or uncooked (raw) i have a photo of it + the cashier had an attitude of a street seller , he was so rude and looked at us in a sarcastic way . So overall a bad experience I wouldn’t recommend to anyone . Please fix this.

Richdad is a breakfast and deli cafe located in Genting Highland. The restaurant offers a variety of breakfast options, including traditional Malaysian dishes like Nasi Lemak and Mie Ayam Kari. One customer had a disappointing experience with the food, while another enjoyed the vegetable fried rice. The staff is praised for their dedication and the cleanliness of the place. Some customers found the portions to be generous and enjoyed dishes like Big Breakfast and hot plate butter chicken.
Aug 2024- The food and drinks ordered all were really tasty. We didnt wait for the food much time because there was less crowd. Price is reasonable and portion is just okay. Our food came sizzling hot in a cast iron steel plate. Im happy with the quality and quantity.

Foods there are above average, still depends on what type of food you order. Which means some are good, some need improvement. I recommend order their Richdad Fried Rice, quite nice. Price are bit expensive. Service are good and staff are very polite. Overall, a good place to come and eat.

Went there for lunch, the staff were in a corner chatting away and took their time to take our order. When the food arrive, the inside of the pizza was COLD. I think they just spread on the pre-prepared rendang mix from the fridge, spread on the cheese and just grill instead of baking the topping first before melting the cheese. Worse of all, it was salty. Not coming back again for this price and service.

The name of the restaurant is very interesting. I came here because of their foods. I was hungry and tired. I ordered a vegetable fried rice. It was really delicious. Nestled in the mountains, Grand Ion Delemen Hotel offers a refined urban resort experience in Genting Highlands. With 500 modern rooms and suites, guests can enjoy comfortable beds, en suite bathrooms, and complimentary Wi-Fi while taking in stunning views of the Titiwangsa Range from 6,000 feet above sea level. The hotel also features an indoor pool and dining options at the Kembali Kitchen Restaurant.
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Excellent Stay at, Grand Ion D’elemen We stayed at Unit 22101 (Level 21) and had a truly wonderful experience. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. The modern design, comfortable beds, and cozy lighting made our stay very relaxing. The unit was well-equipped with everything we needed for a short trip, and the balcony gave us a refreshing mountain breeze. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the host was friendly and responsive to our questions. Location is convenient — just a short drive to Genting attractions, yet away from the busy crowd, so we could enjoy a quiet and peaceful environment. Overall, this place is perfect for families or groups. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again! Highly recommended.

This was by far our worst hotel stay. We checked in close to midnight, only to be told that the room we booked had been changed and “upgraded.” Unfortunately, the so-called upgrade was a dusty room with a foul odor that we couldn’t tolerate, so we asked to be moved. After three room changes—some in different blocks—we finally settled into an acceptable room around 2:30 a.m., exhausted from dragging our bags around in the cold night. The disappointment continued the next morning at breakfast. Despite being charged RM60 per person, there was hardly any food left before 9 a.m. Shockingly, the same staff member was both cooking and cleaning tables, and we even had to wait just to get cups for coffee. There were no desserts, the cutlery smelled unpleasant, and the overall hygiene made it impossible for us to enjoy the meal.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I booked and paid for a specific type of room, but upon check-in, they gave me a completely different room. Only after complaining did they switch me to the room I originally paid for — and even then, it was on a low floor with a so-called "hill view". The parking situation is also terrible — it’s incredibly far from the main building, making it very inconvenient for guests. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff. They were rude, unprofessional, and clearly lacked proper training in customer service. Their behavior was completely unacceptable, and there was no sense of respect or hospitality. Honestly, this was a complete waste of my time and money. I regret choosing this place and I would not recommend it to anyone. The management seriously needs to improve how they handle bookings, train their staff, and treat their guests. Zero satisfaction. Never coming back.

Unfortunately, the cons outweigh the pros... The main issue: connectivity between the towers was extremely confusing and complicated, without clear and proper signage. Not helped by the weather (not the hotel's fault!) which made walking unpleasant with the wet and windy conditions. The constant mist made visibility poor which added to the inconvenience. All the pathways and connecting bridges (including the ones indoors) were leaking and extremely slippery and dangerous. On one night, water was pouring into the lobby! The room was acceptable, despite the broken toilet seat and the unpredicatable hot water. None of the satellite TV channels worked and there was contant banging and loud noises until the early hours. On the plus side, the beds and bedding were comfortable. Overall however, not a great stay- strange vibe where certain areas were weirdly deserted and eerie despite the car park suggesting that the place was full! Definitely not somewhere I would return to or recommend...
Nina D — Google review
The family suite not good, not clean, not maintained. People are good, friendly, helpful. The interlkinkages between the towers and reaching to lobby could be better navigated via instructions. The breakfast buffet has a decent spread, but the thing is it's all cold - it's my perspective and I didn't like it but I guess ok for the price the room comes at.

“Excellent room with few downsides” We stayed in Room 21009, Tower 2, Level 10 for 3 days and 2 nights, by Horizon Homes and overall, the experience was good with a few downsides worth mentioning. Positives: The unit was spacious and well-maintained, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom was attached to the master bedroom, and the other was located outside. The beds were large and very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The kitchen was equipped with basic utensils, cups, a water dispenser, and an induction cooker—convenient for light cooking. Bathrooms were clean and spacious, with good water pressure and reliable hot water. Location-wise, it was excellent. The building had many cafes and eateries inside, offering a wide variety of food at reasonable prices, making meals hassle-free. Areas for Improvement: Unfortunately, we faced some major issues with the bathroom drainage. In the master bedroom’s attached bathroom, the water did not drain properly after showering, causing the floor to flood. It took about 30 minutes for the water to dry completely, which delayed the next person from using the bathroom. The common bathroom outside also had a clogged sink with very slow drainage. These plumbing issues made it difficult for everyone to get ready on time and affected the overall comfort of the stay. Final Thoughts: The unit in Tower 2, Level 10 (Room 21009) offers great comfort, space, and location convenience, but the bathroom drainage problems really need to be addressed. Once fixed, this would be a fantastic choice for a short stay in Genting Highlands.

This is fraud hotel. They claim on all websites that they are a 5☆ hotel but at the hotel everyone including the guy at reception and the operator says that it is a 4☆ hotel. In my opinion it is not even a 3☆ hotel. The kids bunk bed was shaking badly and the maintenance guys told me that it Shakes in all rooms which is highly unsafe for kids. They charge you for all amenities which is supposed to be included in the room in any 4☆ or 5☆ hotel. The restaurant is a 3rd class restaurant which is situated in the 7th tower and our room was in the 4th tower which is very far away from the room. When I called the reception to provide in room dining, he denied saying that we dont provide in room dining however the operator sent someone from the restaurant to take the order. I request the Malaysian Goverment to take strict action against this hotel for doing fraud with its guests so that it never happens with any tourist who visit such a wonderful country like malaysia. This kind of fraud may leave a poor impression of malaysia for the tourists.

Nestled in the vibrant Genting Highlands, the Genting SkyWorlds Hotel offers a unique blend of comfort and excitement. This whimsical hotel features straightforward accommodations that serve as a perfect base for adventure seekers. Guests can easily access the exhilarating Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park, where endless fun awaits with thrilling rides and captivating performances. Dining options abound with two restaurants on-site, catering to various tastes—from traditional dishes to modern delights.
1.Bought ticket from KLOOK as i got a RM30 discount voucher which made it really cheapest comparing to all booking apps including RESORT WORLD GENTING app. 2.Got quad room with Theme park view. Very nice view on morning, afternoon and even night. 3.Very near to Genting Skyworld where they turn on background music of something identical with Marvel/Disney iconic sound(just imagine woking up feeling like superheroe). So noise will definitely be there. 4.Bed they gave 2 queen and they can easily be arranged by your kids as their bed base is just like wood base. 5.TV is old.. type... not much entertainment. 6.Toilet is like splitted into 2 section, shower and toilet. Toilet is too small space.. 7.If u would like to have Iron, u need to contact housekeeping. By clicking 0 in your room telephone and call them. 8.Parking is quite not friendly. Only limited hotel parking behind hotel or else u need to go to the other side hotel building. Charge rate is the same 9.In lobby theres a mini playground for children 7years old and below Overall exp is 4*. Nicest thing in this hotel? View. And cheap.

For the price, this place is not bad for a short stay. The beds are placed on a platform and you could shift it around to accommodate your family’s preference. It was comfortable enough and came with adequate pillows. The rooms do not come with air conditioning but two ceiling fans which were more than enough to keep the room well ventilated. The bathroom is compact and clean, with separate shower and toilet areas which again works out perfectly for families. As for the downsides, the check-in process could be more flexible. Many Singaporeans take overnight coaches to Genting and arrive in the wee hours. It would have been great to offer the option to check in early at a fee if there are rooms available. We arrived on a Thursday at around 2.30am and was told that there are rooms available but the earliest check-in is at 6am. Similar to many of the reviews here, we also felt that the soundproofing was poor. The room also comes with roller blinds which do not blackout the room at all. There is also no option to switch off the lights in the bathroom so if you are someone who needs complete darkness and silence to sleep, bring your earplugs and eye mask. I also did not have a good experience with the housekeeping team who came to knock on my door at 5pm despite having a Do Not Disturb sign hanging outside my room. Luckily they did not wake my child who was taking his nap. When I pointed at the sign, they told me they just wanted to “double confirm” if I needed anything. 😅 Overall, it can be a decent stay if you manage your expectations and bring along items to make your stay more comfortable!

We just loved this place. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. The bed linens, towels were clean. The check in and check out process was very quick. No waiting time. We did not have breakfast in hotel as we wanted to explore the resturants. We would definitely book the same hotel if we travel back to Genting.

I recently stayed at SkyWorlds Hotel, the newly revamped theme park hotel and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. Upon arrival, I noticed that the reception area felt a bit smaller than before but this is understandable given the addition of escalators running through the middle. The rooms were a real highlight, spacious, thoughtfully designed and full of fun details. As an adult, I slept in a double-decker bed and it was so fun!! The playful design really brought out the inner child in me, making the stay not just comfortable but also uniquely memorable. Beyond the rooms, the hotel captures the magic of the theme park experience perfectly. The decor, lighting and overall atmosphere make you feel like you’re part of an adventure from the moment you step inside. The staff were attentive and friendly, adding to the welcoming vibe. Overall, SkyWorlds Hotel is a brilliant blend of fun and comfort. Whether you’re visiting as a family, a couple, or even as an adult ready to embrace your playful side, it offers an unforgettable stay. I left with big smiles and great memories and I can’t wait to return!

Considering the options available at genting, this can be considered decent. Rooms are quite spacious. But to get innto the room is a task in itself. Service is most pathetic thing here. Even a 2 star property with 1/4th price has a good Service than this one. Lot of the things are haphazard and there is no one to guide. Staff are limited. Sky avenue , both theme parks are walkable. Everything is overpriced right from water bottle. Better to carry everything you need from kuala lampur. Breakfast is too far. Dont fall in trap to include it. Better to manage by self.

Choose this hotel as first world has many haunted reviews. Requested for a quiet room for king bed. Ya it was quiet and at corner.... Turn out there was a young girl spirit (giggling is young kid I suspect) in our room. Did not disturb us except giggle in middle of night as my boy wanted to go toilet to pee causing Both me and wife woke up suddenly. I was ok buy wife was freaked out and only told me when we check out. Friendly and harmless ghost which I think was acceptable not my wife. but room is Abit far to genting mall. Nice playground and cute child decor. Water is hot and room is clean. Not for those that is sensitive to spititual.. but seriously it didn't disturb me so I was ok. Maybe don't request for quiet room should be ok.

Never even allocate smoking point for smokers. Expect to smoke in the rain. It's good to separate smoking point away from crowd and lobby but even away from lobby you're not allowed. kinda deterring smokers from coming. This will be the last time I'll even come here again. Will definitely not recommend family and friends coming. There are other better options. Try banning smoking entire genting and see. Good luck

We arrived at the hotel to check in; however, the room was not ready, and we followed the instructions given to us including returning after 3 PM to collect our room key. At around 5 PM, we went back to the reception expecting a simple, straightforward process. Unfortunately, what happened next was nothing short of shocking. I approached the receptionist, Tehja, and clearly informed her that I was there to collect my room key. She asked for my passport, scanned it, and at that point the process should have been completed, simply hand over the key. Instead, she chose to ignore us entirely. Without saying a single word, she started fiddling with random papers on her desk slow, disinterested, and acting as if we weren’t even standing there. No greeting, no acknowledgment, no “please wait,” not even basic eye contact. For someone working at the front desk, this behaviour is absolutely unacceptable. After standing there like we were invisible for almost 10 minutes, I finally asked if my key was ready. Her response was unbelievable: She looked at me with a blank, almost confused expression and asked, “What key?” This, after I had just explained why I was there and after she had just scanned my passport. The level of incompetence and arrogance was beyond comprehension. Her attitude throughout the entire interaction was rude, unfriendly, and completely disrespectful. She looked irritated, spoke in a harsh tone, and even asked for my passport again as if she had no idea what she had been doing moments earlier. There was no explanation, no responsibility taken, and certainly not a single apology. No guest should ever be treated like they are an inconvenience. A receptionist who cannot perform basic communication or show the simplest courtesy reflects extremely poorly on the entire hotel. The only redeeming moment was when another staff member, likely a supervisor stepped in and apologized politely. At least someone understood what hospitality is supposed to look like. But by then, the damage was done. The way we were ignored, dismissed, and treated with zero respect was beyond terrible. This wasn’t just “bad service, it was an embarrassing and unacceptable breakdown of professionalism. After this very terrible and frustrating experience, we have absolutely no intention of returning to this hotel, and we genuinely hope no other guest has to endure what we went through.

Grand Cha Chaan Teng brings a delightful taste of Hong Kong to Malaysia, making it a must-visit spot in Genting for breakfast lovers who appreciate a blend of flavors. The vibrant atmosphere captures the essence of bustling HK cafes, and their signature dishes like Pineapple Buns and silky Congee are truly memorable. While some menu items such as wan tan mee and beef brisket noodles may not be extraordinary, they still satisfy when you're looking for something convenient after enjoying the nearby casino.
23-Jun-2025 First time visit, expect the chicken rice would be better than usual. Unfortunately no… so do skip unless you crave for chicken rice (两盘) Our Rice served 10 mins before the chicken. We would like to special commend the staff Han who detected our restless and personal went to the kitchen to check and serve us our Hainanese half chicken. This little gesture made our dining experience better.. thank you Han and keep up the good work👍🏻👍🏻

It was my first time dining here, and I was actually quite surprised by the overall food quality – better than expected for a place in Genting. What we liked: • Roast Pork (4.5/5): Crispy skin, well-seasoned, and satisfying with every bite. One of the highlights of our meal. • Char Siew (4.5/5): Tender and flavorful. They used fatty cuts, which were roasted to perfection – rich and juicy. • Char Kway Teow (4/5): Impressive wok hei! You can tell the chef knows what they’re doing with this dish. What didn’t impress: • Roast Duck (3/5): Pretty average. Not bad, but didn’t stand out compared to the other roasted meats. • Peanut Butter Toast (2/5): Disappointing. Dry, bland, and lacked the fragrance or flavor you’d expect from a simple classic. Service (-5/5): This is where the entire experience took a nosedive. I had read reviews about poor service, and unfortunately, they were spot on. One of the staff—a young lady—was shockingly rude. When serving our straws, she practically threw them onto the table without a word, as if we’d offended her. It wasn’t just a bad day kind of attitude—it felt personal and unnecessary. To the management: your food has potential, but that kind of service ruins the entire experience. A bit of basic customer service training would go a long way in keeping customers coming back.

Decent food! The beef tendon noodles and prawn noodles were very tasty and generous with the portion. Egg tarts were soft and flaky! The duck skin was very crispy with tender meat though the sauce was slightly salty. Had the century egg porridge and was disappointed in how the century egg can be so dry and tasteless.

Nice HK styled restaurant next to Skycasino. Deco is clean and simple. Seating is also fairly spacious. Food tastwvand quality is quite good. Only drawback is that menu is limited to dim sum in the morning, lacks the usual HK offerings. Prices are reasonable, not too exorbitant. Overall, enjoyed our breakfast here.

Visited on 3 June 2025 Tuesday. Was looking for a place to rest and decided to come here for some light snacks. Ordered a plate of egg tarts (3 pieces) and a kaya butter toast. Added a milk tea and an iced lemon tea. The filling of the egg tarts was nice, but the tart was a bit hard and crumbled upon biting. Loved the milk tea as the ice is on the outside cooling the drink and not diluting it. The kaya was not the best, but there was more than enough butter provided. Later on, ordered an additional Penang Char Kway and roast pork. Surprisingly, both were quite nice and suited our palettes. The roast pork was the favourite as it was snatched up before I could take a photo of it. Overall, on the pricey side, but I wouldn't mind coming back to eat again. PS. Want to thank the serving staff for keeping my daughter's water bottle as I had left it behind. I realised only after some time. Many thanks!

First time patronising this FB outlet at around 11 p.m. after our Casino session, this outlet is located very close to the Sky Casino entrance / exit. Relatively large and comfortable dining area with courteous serving staff providing prompt and diligent service. We ordered the following: Bak Kut Teh - complete letdown lacking in flavour served at an insufficient hot temperature. Dry Kway Teow - had to personally add available table condiments to make it more palatable. Iced coffee and hot coffee - personally suitable as both were adequately strong and not sweet. Overall we did not enjoy our dining experience due to the poor quality of food at an unjustifiable price. There are other FB options in the area which are more budget friendly serving more palatable food, even at that late hour (11 p.m.).

We enjoyed a nice meal during lunch and food came pretty quickly after ordering. The wantan soup is hearty. It would be better if char siew pieces are slightly more (maybe extra pieces) than being served 😄 Glad that char kuey teow is not salty and as we are from Penang, this is quite a taste close to the our homeland CKT. Can give it a try if you are craving for decent meals.

Nestled in the heart of Genting Highlands, Malaysia, Crockfords Hotel offers a luxurious stay with polished rooms and suites. Each suite features an in-room private steam bath and opulent Greek Calacatta marble fixtures in the restroom. The hotel boasts sweeping views of the lush rainforest surroundings. Notably, it is the only hotel in Malaysia to have received a prestigious 5-star rating from Forbes Travel Guide for six consecutive years.
Amazing hospitality rendered by all staff. Whether is it the front desk or the housekeeping unit, every staff was polite, friendly and helpful. Special mention goes to Anson from the front desk who was warm, cheerful and helpful. Love the welcome fruits and snacks as well as the daily evening snacks brought to the room in person. A great hotel with polished service and luxurious vibes. Thumbs up, Crockfords RWG!

I stayed at Croxford Hotel in Genting. The hotel looks nice and has a decent atmosphere. The check-in staff were polite, but the first room they gave us was very small, smelled of smoke, and the phone was broken, so I had to go down to reception. Most of the staff couldn’t fully understand me, until Mr. Jawed from Bangladesh came. He was very professional, spoke fluent English, changed the room immediately to a bigger one, moved all our luggage, and even brought us water since we had kids. Honestly, his professionalism belongs to a much higher-class hotel. The hotel itself feels luxurious but in an old socialist Soviet-era style, mixed with some modern tech attempts. The lighting system is supposed to be controlled from the bed, but it was a bit confusing and not well organized. Breakfast was disappointing; their “course style” system didn’t suit me, and even the green tea tasted odd compared to when made with bottled water. The hotel is generally comfortable, but because of renovations, some doors were closed, so the only access was either through the parking area or the mall that leads to the cable car. For someone who doesn’t know the complex well, it’s easy to get lost, but staff were helpful when asked.

I stayed at Genting Cockfock Hotel, which charges five-star prices, but the room quality and service level are not even close to an international four-star standard. The facilities felt outdated, the room cleanliness was average, and the staff service lacked professionalism and warmth. For the amount they charge, the overall experience was completely not worth the money. As someone who has traveled and worked around the world for many years, I’m not saying the room itself was terrible — it simply did not meet the level expected from a hotel claiming to be five stars. Even the service quality at Haidilao Malaysia is far better and more attentive than what I experienced here. This hotel seriously needs to improve its service standards if it wishes to justify its five-star pricing and reputation.

Absolute Mess ! you guys must be crazy to book your rooms here for vacation , family time , work or etc , basically any purpose , Please don’t do the mistake by booking here at crockfords . Rooms are genuinely trash for the price you’re paying , I will never blame the receptions , like the other comments , they’re taught to do their work in a certain way . What are the higher officials doing ? Where’s the housekeeping ? a tragedy , I will not forget , very frustrating due to the circumstances that I have to stay a night here and not be satisfied. No point changing rooms or other of their hotels as all are absolute crap I assume but crockfords is a big NO NO for sure & don’t fall for their Forbes list , the only thing you could come Genting resort is for the activities and food only .

the 5 star hotel is horrible. first check in was delayed for 1.5 hrs. aft collecting keys, there was no signage no staff to direct us to the lift lobby which was in such a secluded corner n new guests will not be able to find without help. next morn when we went breakfast at 845, it was not clear to us that it was not a buffet breakfast n the set ordering process was also unclear. took the staff awhile to explain on how to order. food serving was small for e price stated. at 930 less than an hr after we sat down, while we still midway eating, the restaurant manager came to rush us through breakfast saying tt there was a long queue at the door. seriously poor planning on queue mgmt n space is not my problem. they did not offer any service recovery as well n we did not get to fully enjoy our breakfast. before check out time, while we were still resting n packing our stuff, a hotel staff used their own key card n open our room door without knocking or pressing the bell! he came with a request to remove our single bed which we did not request for! n he did not explain why he did not knock. all in all it was a horrible experience for such an expensive stay. I will NV come back nor recommend to other ppl.

I recently stayed at Crockfords Hotel and was absolutely blown away by the experience. One of the highlights for me was having a private steam room and bathtub right in the suite, along with a dedicated beauty room, which made the stay feel even more luxurious and personalized. The view from the room was breathtaking — definitely one of the best I've seen. Whether it was sunrise or the city lights at night, it added such a relaxing and upscale vibe to the whole stay. Service was top-notch by Butler Neela, Butler Ain & Butler Elly and every detail in the room was thoughtfully curated. If you're looking for a high-end stay that blends comfort, style, and indulgence, I can't recommend Crockfords enough

Check in experience poor, received a text that room was ready, went to get key 1 hour after text & was told room still not ready. This hotel reminds me of faulty towers, no one seems to know what they are doing & doesn’t cater for westerners, very hard to get alcoholic beverages. Things move very slowly at this hotel, breakfast service slow, coffee long wait times & just not 5 star. The room itself is very nice with great views. Crockfords needs to train their staff at how a 5 star hotel needs to be run.

Coffee Terrace is not just an ordinary restaurant, it's a dining destination that offers a wide array of global cuisine. The restaurant provides a comfortable atmosphere and stunning views, serving a buffet dinner with various local and international dishes. Divided into four sections - Private Room, Lanai Bar, Nyonya Baba Corner, and Al Fresco Terrace - the restaurant features options like Malaysian, Chinese, Western, Japanese cuisines as well as desserts.
Coffee Terrace at Genting offers a delightful dining experience with a view that’s truly second to none. The panoramic mountain scenery paired with the cool, crisp air makes every bite more enjoyable. The buffet spread is diverse and delicious—ranging from local Malaysian favorites to international picks, all well-prepared and flavorful. The service is warm and efficient, and the atmosphere is both relaxing and refreshing. Whether you’re here for a hearty meal or just to enjoy the spectacular highland view (like the breathtaking cable cars floating over lush green hills), this spot is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

早餐就只有辣的食物。不喜欢辣的可以不用去。没有东西吃。食物很难吃。食物很难吃。食物很难吃。 Firstly, the location is very far from skyavenue and first world hotel (this is nearer to genting grand hotel). So it was quite a walk getting here in the early morning. Next, we're here for breakfast. You can see from the photos, there's no food. You know what's for breakfast? Curry. And laksa. And Sambal. Lol. So if you dont prefer spicy foods, especially in the mornings, you can skip the long walk here cause the curry and laksa is so not worth it. The only other foods i could recommend would only be the watermelon. It was tasty, had not a lot of seeds. The oranges are sour. So dont try it. ;) Oh, and the scrambled eggs and fried eggs are also awesome. Warning : DO NOT try the hash browns and the waffle. Its all cold and hard lol. Staff are ignorant and very noisy. The kitchen staff stand around talking loudly, like there's no noise from the guests, so you could hear all the yapping from the staff. We were also graced with a cook from somewhere who was singing at the top of his lungs. (He was the only friendly one cause he said good morning to all the guests.) Their sign literally says NO ENTRY. Lol. And the sign remained that way even after we finish with our breakfast. Shows how much effort the staff put into welcoming guests. Compared to the food factory breakfast buffet i had last year, this is not worth. Don't go for the breakfast.

A disappointing experience especially to start your day when you are on a holiday. Resort World need to re-train their whole entire staff on customer service and restaurant management. The front host kept allowing patrons to enter knowing the restaurant is already at full capacity. We had to “fight” over tables and food due to the volume of people and lack of control from the restaurant management team. It was not worth it having to wait/fight for a table only to eat mediocre food. A disappointing and chaotic experience.

Cloud View Cafe is a popular dining spot in Genting, offering a delightful experience with its cloud-like ambiance. The cafe serves creamy Teh Tarik and freshly made Roti Canai for breakfast, along with other tasty options like half-boiled eggs and thick coffee. For lunch or dinner, visitors can enjoy dishes such as drunk chicken pot, smoked duck roti, ham carbonara, dumpling noodle, and butter chicken.
Nice quiet cafe in the cloud. Hawker food during the day. Great variety and great tasting. Great for kids with plenty of toys to entertain them while waiting for food. The extra plus point is plenty of free parking, on a Saturday afternoon, in the midst of a holiday crowd. If you have kids or need peace and quiet, go here. The food is decent and the price is similar compared to KL eateries. Will come again and recommend to friends.

To be honest, I was quite scared that I'll be disappointed because of the previous 1 star reviews but I still come and try. Guess what? it's so much better than a lot of famous cafes, the food is great, such as the butter pork rice, sweet sour pork rice, mini hotpot, all are great! I also love the environment atmosphere is very relaxing, coming here in weekend to release stress is a perfect choice. They even have some games to play, can gather a few friends here to chill and enjoy. Drinking beer with friends is also very enjoying. Beer is cheap! and the price is NOT expensive at all, totally worth it. I'm planning to come every month to release stress 😬

Had a great breakfast before starting the day. The half-boiled eggs were perfectly made, and coffee is thick. But the ham carbonara is only so-so as the spaghetti-to-sauce ratio is too high, so it’s too dry!

The dumpling noodles we ordered tasted really bad and when we brought it up with the owner and staff, they didn't take it seriously and cnt accept it. Everything else we had, like the drinks and other dishes okay except for the dumplings noodles. No one in our group even finished a whole spoonful of it. We paid the full amount, but honestly, it felt like a complete waste of money.

Went here for dinner before departing back. Was due to the owner standing outside welcoming (Always support this kind of owners) hence we went for a try. Ordered its drunk chicken pot and smoked duck roti as snack. Food was good, but portion could be more generous for the price. We ordered one pot for sharing. Smoked duck and roasted kaya butter bread snack was good too. Overall good experience with good hygiene. Parking was crowded during peak season around.

Had brunch here for the first time. As usual, whenever I see toast in the menu, I have to order it. Not the best toast I've had, but still, it was good enough. My girls ordered hor fun soup and cantonese fried kway teow, and they both enjoyed their dishes. All in all, not a bad place with a comfy environment and reasonable price. The Yanné, Onsen Hotel is a serene hillside retreat with comfortable studios and suites. Guests can enjoy hot spring pools, a sauna, and a gym on the premises. The highlight of the experience is the unique Sakura Pool, described as a piece of fine art that enhances the pleasure of soaking in hot water. Other pools include one with imported nano bubble technology from Japan. While relatively new and located behind ion delemen, it offers a tranquil atmosphere away from the bustling hub.
I just checked in less than 3 hours ago. Before I am even here I already got totally impressed with the detailed information and prompt replies to all my queries. Upon arrival I got even extremely impressed with their services. Especially the guy who attended to us. Never forget his name : ARIF. He is always with that polite and ready attitude. His face seemed to have written "whatever u need i will make it happen". His services already made all my money worth it. I especially love their onsen house. They have 5 pools with different water types, some for youth, some for aches, some for family and one with jacuzzi. You just have to give all a good try. Its guaranteed refreshing and rejuvenating. The cool wind outside compliments the warmness from the inside. Its definitely a heaven place right here. I highly recommend couples with special occasions to celebrate.

“Relaxing stay with amazing Onsen!” I had a wonderful stay at The Yanne, Genting Highlands. The bed linen was exceptionally clean, fresh, and carried a lovely scent that made my stay extra comfortable. The hotel team was extremely friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, spacious, and came with a balcony, which made it even more enjoyable. The highlight of our stay was definitely the Onsen — such a relaxing experience! My son and husband absolutely loved soaking in the hot pool, it was the perfect way to unwind. Truly a pleasant experience, and I would definitely return.

Ms Jass helped to open faulty locker door, and provided good tips on food options near hotel. It is through such thoughtful gestures that made our stay a pleasant and enjoyable one! My family decide to book this hotel to try the onsen experience, we stayed for two nights. Location is definitely way off with only 3 eatery here for food options. Parking is all the way at another building and climbing up the slope every time is annoying, opt for valet instead. On the second day, the water heater was faulty and had to shower in cold water at Genting temperature of 19c. Ac was leaking and water was collecting all over the floor. Toilet ceiling leaking and dripping water while you sat on the toilet bowl. Bath towels reek like rotten feet. Wifi signal disappear every 2-3 mins. No phone to call concierge in the room or hallway. Went down to the lobby to inform and waited 2 hours before someone attend to us. Resolution? The duty manager offer a change of room and wanted us to pack our bags when we return at midnight to move to another room. For the inconvenience, no service recovery and impose more inconveniences. We insist to sleep in the new room but only pack the next morning and they oblige. Return again to this place? Never and will warn off anyone that even tinker a thought to this.

The hotel room is terrible and worn out. the bed sheets and pillows have disgusting foul sweat smell, hairdryer was broken, many loud noises across the walls and the tv can't be turned on. The water splashing in the bathroom when raining. The toilet bowl is damaged and shaking. It destroy our mood of the day. I will never return to this hotel ever again.
Yap Y — Google review
Yanne Onsen Hotel offers a mixed experience, with some strong points and notable service gaps that should be considered, especially for first-time visitors or those seeking a higher level of hospitality. Location & Accessibility The hotel is located about 10–15 minutes from Genting’s main attractions. Transportation is convenient via Grab, with fares averaging RM9 per trip for up to four people—making it a better value than the shuttle service, which charges RM6–7 per person. If you’re traveling in a group, Grab is the more cost-effective and flexible option. Service & Hospitality This is where the hotel underdelivers. Upon late-night check-in, there was no front desk staff present. All communication had to be done via WhatsApp, including during checkout when we needed to leave our luggage. While responses were quick and efficient, relying solely on WhatsApp for basic services is not ideal for a property marketing itself as a hotel. It gives more of an apartment-like experience and raises concerns about cost-cutting on essential services like front office staff. Hospitality, in this case, felt minimal and impersonal. Facilities Dining (excluding breakfast) and the gym are located in a separate tower, which can be confusing—especially for older guests or those unfamiliar with the building layout. The lack of key facilities in each tower can be inconvenient and gives a fragmented guest experience. Room & Cleanliness On the positive side, the room was clean and well-maintained. A standout was the beautiful view—especially during cloudy weather when the mountain landscape becomes especially scenic. However, the toilet had a minor technical issue: the flush in the urinal section kept running slowly and required manual intervention to stop. It’s a small detail but one that impacts the overall impression of quality. Conclusion Yanne Onsen Hotel offers good value in terms of location, cleanliness, and views, but falls short in hospitality and guest service infrastructure. It’s more suited for independent travelers comfortable with limited personal interaction and minimal hotel-like support. For those expecting full-service hospitality, this may not meet expectations.

I will say the place is fairly well-kept and the service staff are polite and strive to make your stay homey and nice. However, I am having a very bad after-stay service with the hotel now. I stayed there for a night in November 2024 and was pleasantly surprised to find a charging point catered for hotel guests at a reasonable fee. I arranged for my electric car to be charged but the charging stations were not working. I was informed by the security staff that they had been having issues with the charge point (which I wondered why they still allowed guests to use it) but it was arranged for the fees to be refund to me (I paid using QR code). To be fair, the security staff were very helpful. The security staff tried their level best to explain to me (I do not speak the malay language) and I would have to send an email for the management to arrange for fund transfer to me. I left the hotel, still feeling ok as the stay was pleasant and the staff were accommodating. Fast forward to today, January 2025, I had to have to-and-fro correspondences with the management of the hotel, whose response is slow. It started with having to check, taking up to a month even when I showed the receipt issued, and then not responding to emails. Then, there was check on what the bank account was and I had to repeat myself a few times and now, after the bank account was provided, the management is not replying to my emails. Hence, anyone driving an electric vehicle, stay away from using its charging facilities. There are other charging facilities off-site nearby.

This is a fairly new property in Genting premei. You would get an amazing view of mountain from the high floor rooms or apartment. An infinity swimming pool on the top floor is available for some great fun time. Parking is free but exit process is tedious. One needs to call front desk each time before exiting. Maintenance is good. However, front desk support staff is slightly slow in terms of providing response (may be understaffed during evening hours). Location wise, it is right on the beginning of Genting Highland (just before Gohtong Jaya).

Neighbours partying until 1am complained to staff who did NOTHING. Washing drier combo refused to dry Mould in bathroom bathroomno hot water in kitchen or bathroom tap. Small amount of hot in shower. When we questioned kitchen hot water we were told to use the kettle. Um no that's not how the sink works. No instructions on how to use washer, the switch was opposite end of the kitchen beds EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Like sleeping in concrete.

1. Confusing Room Directions – The room number format (e.g., A33A-033A) was unclear, and we were not informed that the property is divided into blocks A, B, and C. We spent a lot of time figuring out how to get to our room, especially with heavy luggage. 2. Unhelpful Reception Staff – We asked the receptionist multiple times for directions and were given incorrect information (e.g., being told to use a lift that doesn’t even go to our block). Staff only offered minimal help and were not proactive. 3. Poorly Explained Check-Out Process – No clear instructions were given. We returned the access card before driving our car out, which caused the barrier to remain closed. This should have been explained clearly during check-in. 4. Lift Issues – The lift lights turned off automatically after pressing the button, and it often skipped our floor without stopping, with no warning or explanation. Bathroom Issue – The sink drainage was very slow, which was inconvenient and unsanitary. Would not recommend unless major improvements are made in customer service and communication.

Good accommodation. Just the check in is not in the same building that make it more complicated a lil bit.

Had a great stay at Genting Windmill Homestay! The room was very spacious with a beautiful view, and the ACs worked perfectly. Check-in was smooth, the staff was extremely polite, and the service was excellent. Breakfast the next morning was a highlight—huge variety and everything was delicious! The location is 5/5—very convenient and cheaper to reach Genting Resort and Theme Park from here than from KL. Highly recommend staying a night here before heading to Kuala Lumpur. A few things to note: The room doesn’t have an exhaust, so it can get a bit smelly after using the washroom, but opening the windows clears it up quickly. There’s a slight smell outside the hotel too. Also, carry a universal adapter if you’re coming from outside Malaysia as the plug types are different.

Lobby Cafe is a unique breakfast spot with stunning valley views. Their menu offers a variety of local dishes, from nasi lemak with sunny-side-up eggs to delicate pastries, showcasing the diversity of local cuisine. The modern interior creates a relaxed atmosphere for a one-of-a-kind breakfast experience. Additionally, the cafe now serves fish head curry, which has received positive feedback for its generous portions and flavorful taste.
This hot Milo was absolutely delicious! The perfect blend of chocolate and malt, rich and creamy, with just the right amount of froth. It was the ideal pick-me-up at 6 AM, a great way to start the day. The mug was nice and warm, adding to the overall cozy experience. Highly recommend! This Wonton Mee was a delightful experience. The noodles were perfectly cooked, with a nice chewiness. The broth was light yet flavorful, and the wontons were plump and juicy. The addition of bok choy added a nice freshness and visual appeal. A perfect comfort food! I would definitely recommend this dish! This place serves up some seriously tasty Roti Canai with egg. The roti was perfectly flaky and crispy, cooked to a beautiful golden brown. The egg was cooked just right, adding a nice richness to the dish. The accompanying curry was flavorful and not too spicy, providing a perfect complement to the roti. The portion size was generous, and the service was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

A good place for coffee and food right next to main lobby of First Hotel Genting. Convenient for people want to have breakfast early in the morning. They have quite some choices of food. The foods are good at reasonable price. Service is good and the place is clean

If you stay in First World Hotel, this cafe is the nearest for a quick fix for meals at affordable prices. First, I would like to highlight about the chicken rice @ RM15. Portion is enough for 1 pax. On several occasions, there was huge difference in the colour and taste of soup. We sincerely hope that the Management can GO VERY EASY on salt for the soup, otherwise it will go on waste without consumption. If you mentioned that you prefer white rice over oily rice, the portion is slightly more. Verdict: Sedap and money worth! 😋😋 Secondly, it is a must to mention about the discounted price for the ready packed food during happy hour (although the timing is not fixed). Look out for the coloured sticker on the food box to indicate the price is discounted. Of all the available options such as fried rice, fried kuey teow, fried noodles - they were all good except for the fried glass noodles which to us - were very salty at that time of visit. So, that was the only drawback. Worth mentioning: each meal comes with a fried egg. Verdict: Filling and sedap 😋 Thirdly, the fish head curry. Maybe we were were too hungry on that day, we found that the portions were insufficient and we had to purchase extra food (Machiato buns) to crave our hunger. The curry taste was alright and the buns were nice. Verdict: Can give it a try 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 It is usually crowded during peak hours and if you notice that there are not much left overs (except bones) from the plates or bowls from patrons, it means this is a recommended place for delicious and wholesome meals yet friendly to your wallets 💕. Also, if you are lucky - you will be greeted by one of the friendly staff by the name of Encik Baharum (a GEM to Genting Highlands). Bravo and keep up the good work!

Each time we go Genting Highlands, we would eat the fish head curry at the Malaysian Food Street. That has been one of the best if not the best fish head curry in GH. This time, the refreshed Lobby Café was offering fish head curry on their menu. Took a chance and tried it and glad that we did. The huge claypot came with large portion of fish head curry, laid with plenty of vegetables and ingredients. Each order was RM60 and comes with 2 plates of rice and papadom. Portion is generous enough for 2-3 persons! Taste is fantastic! Very much like the one we ate in Food Street but this one had more chilies and bite to it. More flavorful than the Food Street one, but less fish meat. Still the portion was huge and more than enough for 2. While the restaurant is open 24 hours, we were told this dish is not available past 9:30pm. Highly recommended!

My special thanks to the staff, Wan, he make my day ! Nice food, nice place and nice staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🌹🌹🌹 Trying dad’s favourite roti canai ! Dad came yesterday, couldn’t get it, here we come again, waited for about 30minutes. It’s crispy , and curry is nice ! And their milo, sweetness is just nice ! RM9 per piece, add on a drink at RM4 (about 30% off original drink price). Special thanks to the staff named Wan, a young man. I dropped my ear bud , couldn’t find it after searching for rounds. Upon asking , Wan told me he saw it and kept it aside for me . Feeling so blessed , he really make my day ! ❤️❤️❤️

I truly appreciate the Bangladeshi cleaner and Haziq for safely keeping my colleague’s laptop that was accidentally left behind. Their honesty and helpfulness mean a lot. I would also like to compliment the manager, En. Fauzan, who was very kind, supportive, and even treated the three of us to coffee. Thank you all for the excellent service

Restoran Ratha Raub (ரதா ரௌப் உணவகம்) is a popular spot with multiple branches, each offering delicious Malaysian cuisine. Visitors often compare the different locations and find that the flavors remain consistent. The nasi lemak, ayam goreng, rojak, Kari kepala ikan, roti canai, and squid goreng are highly recommended.
Came by on a chilly rain-filled evening and chillax'ed out over a steaming glass of Bru Coffee with some roti paratha and their excellent fish curry gravy and it's as close to bliss as you can get. Service is fairly efficient within the staff are courteous. Place gets busy around the morning till late lunch in the afternoons and during dinner time. Asides from the aforementioned chicory flavoured coffee beverage, there's also a good range of hand-brewed teas. The outlet also retails their famed curry paste for various seafood and meats if you want to bring some home to cook your own variation of their delicious curries.

Drop by this place out for nostalgia. Gave this place a second chance after not so good previous experience. Sadly , the quality remains mediocre. Used to drop by this shop for the last 20 years when coming g down from genting. Their fish head curry and fried chicken was tasty. However the last 2 visit was bad. The taste is not like it used to be and the fish head is just not as tasty or fresh as it used. Previous they used ikan merah head and now it's just a cheap fish ( not sure of the fish type) . The fish head tate bitter . The fried chicken also not as good as it used to be . The fish head is rm75-90 and it's quite disappointing. However their mixed rice is okay. If you need a quick lunch just get their mixed rice . The fish head not for me anymore. I really miss those olden days .

It’s better to slurp the fish head curry gravy than the teh tarik - that’s how good the kari kapla is, and this also implies the teh has much room for improvements.

I heard this place is popular for its fish head curry. Its curry is full of coconut cream flavour. However, it tastes salty. Pair this with roti canai for extra flavour, or go with biryani rice to reduce the salty curry flavour. Please try the lady's fingers. You can request your favourite part upon availability. The customer service can be improved.

Been here before hence come again to review it. Ordered roti kosong and bom, fried chicken, coffee and milo. Roti are ok for both type. Freshly prepared and enough honey and butter for the roti bom. The curry wise not so nice. Should have asked for fish curry which from review seems good. They give us chicken curry and dhal which are ok. Fried chicken is excellent. Was surprised by the well marinated chicken and juicy too. Skin and crisp and meat are marinated well too. 5 star for it. Coffee are ok. Nice coffee profile while milo are just what we can make type of milo at home. Overall food are ok. Not too busy for Saturday morning. Price are alright. Recommended if you are looking for mamak.

Sedap!! Kuah kari pekat piooorrr bak hang!!! Mmg recommended.. all time favourite.. my mom bought the paste to cook at home.👍🏻🔥🔥

This comment is not for the roti which was good, but for the scammer aunty selling fruits. I bought a pack of strawberries for rm 18 which I want to consume. She offer to wash it which is where she would know half of the strawberries already rotten. I think ratha shouldn't allow scammers selling to their patrons. My fault for falling into tourist trap but sometimes I just in the mood to help local business and feeling generous, at least sell fresh ones, not rotten one.

We walked in the shop without any expectation but found out they serve one of the best fish curry. Didn’t had chance to try the fish head curry but im sure it taste good. Worth the price and good service. Very clean shop. Highly recommended 👍

Nestled atop the stunning Genting Highlands, Silver Cloud Cafe is a delightful escape from the bustling city life. Stumbled upon Silver Cloud Café during my visit to Genting and was pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious — well-prepared, nicely presented, and full of flavour. Whether you’re in the mood for something hearty or just a light snack, there’s a good variety to choose from. The waitress was very pleasant and attentive, making the whole dining experience feel warm and welcoming. It’s always a bonus when service comes with a genuine smile. The ambience was lovely, with a cozy and relaxing setting that makes you want to sit back and enjoy your meal slowly. It’s a great spot to take a break from the busy surroundings. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a nice café experience in Genting!

One of the best parts of our visit to this café was the service — especially from Hafiz, who made the whole experience memorable. • Ambience: The café has a warm and cozy vibe with rustic charm. It’s clean and comfy, and the outdoor courtyard gives you stunning cloud views — perfect for relaxing in the cool Genting breeze. • Food & Service: The food is delicious, from the rich hot chocolate to the tuna croissant sandwiches, pastries, chicken pie, and cookies. But what truly stood out was the exceptional service from Hafiz. He was attentive, friendly, and always served with a smile. Hafiz patiently explained menu recommendations and made sure everything arrived just right — he genuinely made us feel welcome. Overall, it wasn’t just the food or the ambience that made the visit special — it was Hafiz’s warm hospitality that left a lasting impression. Highly recommended!

Located at amber court. Good croissant & coffee served here. Cafe ambience was very great. Very windy & foggy on early morning at this place. The service is quick. This is a great place to visit & hang out with your partner.

Heard about this place and it's definitely worth the ride up. Lovely ambience and decor. While it's cold outside, it's nice and cozy in here. With a nice pot of tea, it's warm too. Recommended if you are in GH. There's free parking in the building, just need to register at the guardhouse. The staff are very friendly.

This cafe is really interesting. It is situated inside Amber Court which has a reputation for being a haunted place. But the interior and the vibe inside this cafe is the opposite. I went on a rainy Monday afternoon so it’s awfully quiet. But I was able to attend to a call without the noise and interruption. I ordered their hot chocolate drink since I’m not really hungry and it’s really good. It looks nice too. It’s quite a drive though and the fog gets really thick during that time of day. Especially when it’s raining.

Walked into this cafe with no expectations and left really impressed. The sourdough pizza was absolutely delicious. Light, tangy, and perfectly baked. The coffee was smooth and aromatic, the kind that instantly lifts your mood. On top of that, the ambience was warm and relaxing, making it such a nice spot to unwind. A real hidden gem worth discovering!

Love the atmosphere and the food!! Matcha Ice Latte was the best🥹✨✨✨ Surprisingly it was not as sweet as I thought, it was just right ya know :3 Had the drink twice during the weekend haha I was also wasn’t expecting the beef pepperoni pizza to be that good🥹 it’s crispy thin but the flavours were so full and love the cheese omg! 😍 Would love to have it again hehe
