My family ordered 6 dishes: - Grilled beef with sesame: beef slices are quite plump, marinated with enough spices, grilled and then coated with a layer of sesame, eaten with raw vegetables quite delicious. - Mushroom soup with chicken: quite strangely, it's Vietnamese soup but served in a plate, the taste is also fragrant and delicious. Not too thick or too liquid. - Grilled frog: the frog is cleaned, its head and internal organs removed, then grilled. The meat is delicious and moist, but there is no dipping sauce included so it is quite off-putting. This dish should be dipped in salt, chili and lemon, it will be more delicious and flavorful. - The mussels with lemongrass and chili are also delicious, but the onions are a bit too much, eaten quite ok when eaten with rice paper. - I found the seafood fried rice a bit dry, the rice grains were a bit hard, the restaurant should fix this dish. - Pigeon mushroom hot pot: includes 1 hot pot, 1 plate of pureed pigeon meat (ground with bones) and 1 fairly large plate of chicken thigh mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, and shiitake mushrooms. Quán khá rộng, năm nay quán mới cải tạo tầng 2 thành 2 không gian máy lạnh và ngoài trời. Menu của quán khá đa dạng, âu á có đủ, đặc biệt hải sản cũng khá nhiều. Nhà mình gọi 6 món: - Bò nướng mè: lát bò khá đầy đặn, ướp gia vị vừa đủ, nướng rồi tẩm lên 1 lớp mè ăn chung với rau sống khá ngon. - Súp nấm với gà: điều khá lạ là súp Việt nhưng lại đựng trong dĩa, vị cũng thơm, ngon. Không quá đặc hay quá lỏng. - Ếch nướng mọi: ếch được làm sạch, bỏ đầu và nội tạng, sau đó đem đi nướng mọi. Thịt thơm ngon, còn ướt ác, nhưng không có sauce chấm đi kèm nên khá lạc miệng, món này nên chấm với muối hột ớt chanh sẽ ngon và dậy vị hơn. - Cơ trai khìa xả ớt cũng ngon, nhưng hành tây hơi nhiều, xúc với bánh đa ăn khá ok. - Cơm chiên hải sản mình thấy hơi khô, hạt cơm hơi cứng, quán nên khắc phục lại món này. - Lẩu nấm bồ câu: gồm 1 nồi lẩu, 1 dĩa thịt bồ câu xay nhuyễn (xay cả xương) và 1 dĩa nấm đùi gà, kim châm, đông cô khá to. Nước lèo có củ cải và táo tào, mix lại chung với nhau ăn khá ngon, ngọt nước, thịt bồ câu thơm, nấm dai. Tổng thiệt hại cũng khá rẻ (như bill). Mình thấy nhân viên ở đây phục vụ khá dễ thương, dù quán khá đông nhưng vãn rất nhiệt tình, 1 điểm cộng của quán. Đây là lần thứ 2 nhà mình đến quán vào dịp tết và sẽ còn những cái tết sau này nữa.
