The kids LOVED climbing and crawling through the numerous tunnels. We paid to go onto the roof but didn't think that was necessarily worth the extra cost based on our interests. You could easily spend a whole day here. We got flatbread pizza and it was delicious! The flesh eating fish were a favorite for my family. Words can't describe what it truly is. There had to been over 50 slides easily. Even an 8 story slide!! Awesome fun for kids and adults. Pinball hall was nostalgic. We didn't pay extra for the roof experience and I'm glad we didn't because we couldn't even finish the entire inside in about 4 hours. Definitely plan a whole day here. I booked the Day Fresh Tour which was approximately 1.25 hours and gave a great overview of the beer making process, brewery history, tour of their famous Clydesdales and history of their relationship with the brewery. High dusting hadn't been done in awhile, as dust was evident on the higher surfaces/wall. The hvac vent had a good coat of dust, as well. As a Hospitality worker with a work history in housekeeping, and with a spouse that specializes in historical building management, we have a keen eye for cleanliness in our hotel stays. When we first arrived, our bed had been made with a sheet that clearly had bleach splashed across it that sat for quite some time, as the splashed areas were transparent from the chemical sitting so long. While this technically wasn't a cleanliness issue, it didn't look very nice. This was remedied the next day through stay over service cleaning. Unsure what program this property uses for reservations, but my request for foam pillows was not initially met (but was amended thru stay over service cleaning). All in all, though despite some issues, we would stay again. The staff are wonderful, the location is very convenient, and the decor is charming.

We arrived and walked around the entire area trying to even find the Grand Hall itself. We asked a few employees. One did not even know what light show we were talking about.
