They had a wonderful staff with all hands on deck. The drinks were fantastic and the bathrooms were nice and clean. From the time we entered until we left, everybody was friendly and helpful. We were never left with an empty cup or plate. We pad for the kids to use the water slides, and it was well worth it. Our waiters were attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. We took a taxi there and back, it was $18 for the 4 of us (as per the sign on the port), we tipped $5 extra each way. Also yes the waiters should be tipped at the end of the day. It’s based off total of food and drinks ordered. For the 4 of use we tipped a total of $60, and that’s with multiple drinks, plenty of plates of food and 2 waiters assisting us for approx 5 hours. If you can’t respect the staff the serves you, and tip appropriately, then save your time and don’t go. But if you can respect good food, drinks, atmosphere, service and a great day at the beach, we recommend and will visit again.

We were very disappointed in the condition of the facilities. The past pictures featured on Google are not accurate and the entire place is in disrepair. I ordered a piña colada and it didn’t taste of any alcohol. The nachos were ok but the chips did not taste fresh. The hammocks were very relaxing until staff came around every 5 minutes to see souvenirs that were over priced. They also didn’t know how to take no for an answer. The fish hands down was the best dish. You are served on China. So the meal does feel like an elevated experience. The drinks well if you lead with a twenty they will be strong if not they are watered down. There are multiple bars a pool with a hot tub for adults and just a all around chill vibe. Kids are now allowed in also. The resort is located right next to Mr. Sanchos.

My 12 year old Son and I visited Cozumel on a cruise in July 2025. We were looking for a chill beach day and Nachi Cocom looked like it would fit the bill. The food (possibly the best guacamole ever), drinks & service was fantastic in the restaurant as were the photographic views outside. Got some great shots & enjoyed a little tequila too. Be prepared for the typical "hard sale" for the tequila and from the shopkeepers outside the restaurant. It's the way these folk make a living and they work hard at it. While some may find it annoying, I appreciate their efforts. Of course I also enjoy the dickering for a deal and I think we all came away pleased!

We love going at sunset because the ocean view from this rooftop restaurant is amazing, plus it's fun to watch the cruise ships sail off into the sunset. The food there is amazing as well! Having been to Sereno 4 or 5 times, we've tried a lot of the menu, and it's all delicious, from the sparkling limonada to the appetizers to the main dishes. We always get the brisket tacos to start us off, but this last time we tried the beignets stuffed with goat cheese and drizzled with honey too. Holy cow! I could've eaten a whole meal of those. Our server, Marcos, was very helpful and attentive, and even took a group picture for us. We will definitely be back!

Safety was explained in Spanish and English for travelers gear was cleaned in good condition and checked. The boat ride there was fun with staff being very friendly the guys also provided us with ceviche and margs at the end of our snorkel. We paid about about 200 for the snorkel and beach day which for us was worth it for two people including transportation to and from port still much cheaper than our cruise excursions! The beach club itself is pretty cute too a great photo spot the waters nearby are beautiful and they even had kayaks paddle boards and all kinds of ocean toys to play on. Staff was super friendly and treated us very kindly. Thanks for making our vacation awesome!!

And we used Tortugas as our excursion company there. It was amazing. Seferino our guide did a great job driving us thru the jungle to the Cenote, with super fun ride on atvs, then a Tequila Tasting and the Club Beach. Limber was very attentive and polite over there. We got a day pass which included everything except food and drink, and that's really where my complaint was. Way too expensive for tacos and beers on a Mexican beach. It was a jaw dropping disappointment. Then they charge you a Gratuity which no one tells you about, and the servers still want a tip for them on top of that. Aside from it being a bit overpriced, the beach is nice, but there's coral along the water line so the only way in and out of the water is a ramp. The snorkeling is great as the staff throw old food in the water to attract the fish. The kids loved the water toys too. Lastly, I really enjoyed the tequila tasting which was very informative. However, consistent with the rest of the place, I bought a bottle to take home which he charged me in pesos and it ended up being about 15% more in USD on my CC statement than he told me it would cost while i was sitting there. Watch out for the pay as you go things there! If you want to eat and drink, It's probably better to do an all inclusive package.

We started with nachos, which were wonderfully cheesy and delicious, with a side of fresh Pico de Gallo, The beef tacos and chicken quesadillas were excellent, beautifully cooked and flavorful with fresh guacamole and refried beans to add, but the surprising star of the show was the Chipotle sauce that she brought to accompany the meal. We shamelessly used it on everything and very seriously considered asking for the recipe! The prices were so affordable that we could have probably eaten there every night of our 7 day holiday! We left full and delighted to have finally had amazing Mexican food!
