There were easily over 30 different little stations that interested the kids and 2 hrs wasn’t enough time! The admission is $10 per child but it’s an all day ticket so you can come early go get lunch or to the park and come back and enjoy! The staff there were amazing from entry to exit in in between visible around the stations. If you have kids you need to check this place out it is high interest and has something fro every kid, even live animals such as a snake, frog, lizard and tarantula! Best money can buy! The trails offer a plethora of outdoor activity access including; mountain biking, hiking, running, walking and nature viewing. Dogs are allowed on leash. We got swarmed by mosquitoes and had to go lower into the dirt, rocks and sun. Well, the picnic blanket wound up being a shiney rock hoarding station and they enjoyed looking for hidden animals and picking flowers. A win is a win I guess. Elevation changes abound, and there is usually significant slope not only on the greens but also on the fairways as well. Greens are well maintained, smooth, and virtually flawless. Unfortunately, the restaurant completely ruined the experience. The lady checking us out was unbelievably rude. When I politely asked for a cup of ice, she scoffed, slammed the cup around, and slung ice everywhere like it was a huge burden. She had a sunflower tattoo on her left shoulder, faded blonde/grey hair, and was heavier set — and she gave us the absolute worst service I have ever had anywhere. She stomped her feet, threw buckets of ice and cups around, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience just for being there. Honestly, it was uncomfortable and even intimidating. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant in my life. The golf side of Indian Canyon is amazing, but because of that restaurant experience, I will never go back. They really need to address the staff attitude there if they care about their customers.

Some paved and some off beaten paths - but totally worth it. I hiked 37 miles to and from. That's 74 miles round trip - in a day. I left Renton WA at 4am Sunday morning, and arrived in about 6 hours taking a lot of scenic back roads. Be sure to be prepared for any weather changes. I prepped with rain hear just in case, but wasn't needed. It was a blazing 90-95 degrees. I made sure to bring a hydration pack with me to keep cold water on hand. Brought plenty of dollar store trail mix along as well. I was unsure if you could camp along the trail, but found signs saying 'no camping.' I stopped every 2 hours to take a 15 minute break for food and water. I left today (Monday May 31st) at 4:30am and arrived back at home at 10am. Gas is super expensive now due to creepy Joe Biden. I filled up a total of 3 times at an average of 40 dollars per fill up. If you have an electric vehicle like a Tesla, this trip is totally for you. Got a gas powered vehicle? Be prepped for high gas prices. Spokane came in at around 5.36 a gallon where I was at. Renton WA is at around 4.39 a gallon where I live.
