We've always loved the idea of loft apartments and Teerman Lofts reinforced our notion. Their decorating of our loft was superb, really a nice place to stay. While being rude and nasty is never right, the level of competence at this location is severely lacking. I was told, "well if it were me I would just eat the charge".. The general Manager wasn’t in that day(Sunday) so they said to call Monday. I called Monday morning, and it took the GM until later that afternoon to call me back. I emailed it to her while still on the phone with her, but she flatly stated she wouldn’t be able to do anything with it until the next day as she was just too busy to get to it. This is absolutely a great place to stay. The hosts,Karl and Judy,are fantastic.
