All the folks we visited with were very pleasant and helpful. Came across this community as we went to dine at the Waco Waffle Co. I had actually read about this community a few months back but didn't realize that it was the same place until we got there. Community is based on self sustainability. We had front row seating for The Bellamy Brothers & it was a very intimate experience as we were so close you could nearly touch them.
