Shocking customer service - AVOID I cancelled my mobile contract and direct debit earlier this year. As usual I spoke to them on the phone and made my own notes as they are useless at making their own. I have every confidence if I do ever have an issue then I can contact them easily and it will be resolved just as easily as my initial experience. Its refreshing to deal with such a small friendly local team who reply personally by email and if you live in the Brighton area then 100% give them a go.
