翌日から別のオールインクルーシブホテルに行く予定で、滞在時間が短かったため素泊まりで利用しました。 ロケーションが抜群で、ホテルゾーンとカリブ海を見渡せる立地、スーパーや繁華街が徒歩圏内で夜ごはんを食べに1人で歩きましたが特に危ない場所はありませんでした。 スタッフの方も親切で良かったです。

近所にあるナイトクラブの騒音が深夜まで聞こえてくるので、とてもうるさい。オールインクルーシブではない安いプランなので、客室の品質は良くなく、クーラーをオフにすることができず設定温度を変更できないので寒い。アニメティはタオル以外の用意されておらず、近くの薬局で用意する必要があった。一方でオーシャンビューのため窓からの景色は最高。

カンクンのビーチに面するほぼ最北端に位置するので、カンクンではかなり眺めのよいホテルです。部屋からの景色も素晴らしいですが、朝食を食べるビュッフェからの景色が一番良かったです。ひょっとすると、隣のKrystal Altitude Cancunの方が良いかもしれませんが、オールインクルーシブしかなかったので、こちらのホテルにしました。 街にも近くで便利だと思います。 休日前は近くのディスコ？の音量がものすごいです。春先とかは大変とか聞いていたので、1日だけで、それも最終日だったので助かりました。耳栓は忘れないようにしましょう。2019年GWに訪問しました。

少し古い感じはしましたが、他の人のレビューを読んだ後でもとても満足できるホテルだったと思います。レセプションでのチェックインの対応も清潔感のある感じで良いホテルだなと感じました。 今回はローカルのレストランも行きたいお店があったのでオールインクルーシブではなかったのですが、次回は少し価格帯が高くなりますがオールインクルーシブで泊まってみたいと思います。部屋から見えるオーシャンビューもとても良かったです。

値段もおてごろなオススメホテルです。 バルコニーからの眺めは最高です。カンクンのビーチを一望できます。 スタッフもフレンドリーで、過ごしやすかった。 ただ、朝食会場がいつもエアコンが効きすぎてとても寒かった覚えが・・。 私が宿泊した当時は一部まだ工事をしていたので、改めてもう一度利用したいと思います。

客室からのオーシャンビューがとてもきれいでした。レストラン・バー・スーパーなど近くにあり、とても便利なエリアにあることが最大のポイントですが、同時に夜の騒音はあります。便利なエリアにリーズナブルな価格で滞在できるホテルです。 ビーチ：ビーチベッドがあります。昼間は大人気でなかなか利用できないですが、朝早く起きてビーチベッドで朝日をみるのがおすすめです！ インターコンチネンタルブレックファスト：朝早くから利用することができるため、ツアーなどを予約している日でも朝ごはんを食べられたのがよかったです。 その他：ビーチタオルは、カードと引き換えに借りることができます。フロントにあるPCとプリンタを借りることができて便利でした。

The main downside for me,was the barage of noise from around 18.30 till around 22.30-23.00 from the entertainment stage which is place outside facing the hotel rooms,this happens every night and no escaping it,if your one for a relaxing evening or an early night,its not going to happen, I bought ear plugs in the end,also the adjoining hotel the Caribe has a pool party night 3 times a week with booming music from there,those are the only negatives a I can say. We were beyond disappointed. What a waste of my money for my 35th wedding anniversary!!! I booked this resort because I’m a world of Hyatt member and Dreams is under their umbrella. I thought they stood behind their brand but clearly they do not. They did nothing to help but offer to be a liaison. After two hours on the phone with them and hotel management they did nothing. All I got was a 25% discount because I had to pay for the upgraded preferred side so my diabetic husband didn’t get cut in the main pool. After 4:30p the restaurants are pretty much reservations so long wait time if you miss booking a reservation in a timely manner. 2. Another member of our group also good food poisoning 2 days prior so what are the ods. 4. Maintenance came very quickly and were able to fix it at 1am so that was great! Overall the customer service was amazing and all the waiters were SO KIND and honestly the saving grace for the review. Dreams as a brand does tend to be pretty reliable. The stand out features here are that every room has an amazing sea view. Its a relatively new build and everything is still very clean and new. The splash pool was still big enough to keep our 9 and 7 year olds entertained, and the Wave rider kept me entertained. Food and drink were very good although the Dreams hotels of old I remember there being more premium options in the restaurants (each of the themed restaurants used to have steak for example). A few economies being found i think with the menus. We had a preferred club room which we wouldn't usually pay extra for but the deal we got it happened to be pretty much the same price. I would definitely say that in this case the upgrade should be considered. The preferred lounge is up on the 9th floor with great views, and you get access to the rooftop pool, bar and restaurant. Vista Prime had very good fillet steak. We were able to book every restaurant we wanted for the times we wanted - no problems at all and there was also a walk in option. As always with these hotels the staff make the place. They are well trained and there was no hint of the dip in service standards that happened after some hospitality expertise was lost during covid. Service from all staff is second to none as soon as you arrive at the door. Pool areas are clean and well maintained. There's a quiet area too if you want to chill away from the music. Food is great quality, better than some hotels in the area, lots to choose from and there's always somewhere open if your hungry, even room service is 24/7 (albeit a $5 charge per order not item). Only issue was a noisy neighbour but that's to be expected and we got a late checkout for the inconvenience.

Other resorts I've been to greet you with a drink or something but all your greeted with here is a line. Drink service could be better. Food was good. No entertainment other resorts I’ve been to offer a free show or pool fun entertainment. It is a very clean kept hotel. Nice place, I really just wish the first day was a better inviting experience. They also have a mini fridge stocked with beverages that are free but they require a bottle opener and it took 3 phone calls and going downstairs to talk to the supervisor to eventually get one. Not a very thought out amenity. Beach access is nice and convenient.

Possui quartos enormes, com excelente acabamentos e limpeza muito boa. Fiquei na suite júnior com terraço com vista pro mar. Recomendo demais esse tipo de quarto, pois a vista de lá é excepcional, possuindo ainda uma outra cama no terraço onde pode ficar relaxado enquanto toma algumas Coronitas do frigobar. Possui duas piscinas grande e mais uma no deck do 1º andar, onde as estrangeiras praticam top less. Há três restaurantes muito bem decorados. O maior, onde é servido o café da manhã e à noite serve comidas diversas (internacional), um japonês, com pedidos a la carte e um mexicano. Há um bar que serve tanto a piscina mais próxima da areia quanto o pessoal da praia. Há garçons que trabalham servindo o pessoal na areia, mas são bem lentos para trazê-las, pois acumulam muitos pedidos e por isso demoram demais. Compensa bem mais vc ir até o bar e pedir sua própria bebida, é mais rápido e vem mais gelada. O que achei bom nesse hotel é que vc não precisa acordar super cedo para conseguir uma cama na praia, pois, por ser um hotel mais para "baladeiros", todos acordam tarde e, mesmo que vc chegar as 10:00 horas na praia, ainda achará um lugar para se deitar e curtir a beleza local. Se for solteiro e quiser ficar azarando o pessoal, o local mais indicado é a piscina, onde todos bebem muuuuuuito e ficam muito loucos. Vale a festa. Outra coisa que achei legal nesse hotel é que os garçons e funcionários do hotel não ficam pedindo a "propina" dos hóspedes. Lógico que os americanos dão a toda hora, mas para nós brasileiros que ganhamos em real, isso não é tão fácil, e nem por isso não achei que fui mal atendido por não dar uma gorjeta.
