After inspecting the car, I noticed that there are so many scratches and dents on the car already. I took all the pics (posted here some of them). And car glass windows are not closing properly (posted video of it here). Due to this I could not open the car windows in the whole of my trip and had to adjust myself. I could not open the window to enjoy fresh air while driving in tea gardens, forest areas, beach side roads, etc. This was a big disappointment for me. Even the interiors of the car are not clean. When I called them and asked for an exchange of car on day 1, they were ready to give another car but for a higher price and not ready to adjust the Rs.2000 amount spent for filling petrol in the earlier car, which the driver forced me to fill at airport. I had to adjust due to this window problem during the whole trip and while returning the car another problem started. There was a minor scratch near the rear tyre and they are not ready to refund the security deposit amount because of it. When I reached airport they sent a message car is not available and some local number called me up and gave a manual old swift with big dents and scratches. As I had my kid and family with me, I didn't think much and took the car. On the way to drop car to airport, it suddenly stopped with no warning lights in dashboard and no one from customer care helped... All they say is will call back in 10 minutes. I had to leave the car and catch a private taxi which cost me Rs. 2500 to catch my flight. I took images and videos of car in my defense. When I asked for refund, they need receipt of taxi. Which private taxi guy gives receipt in India? Till date they have not given any sort of refund. I still believe they turned on the immobilizer remotely to earn money in fraudulent ways.
