A truly family-oriented place with spacious and very comfortable rooms — honestly, it feels like sleeping on the clouds. Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff, and top-notch facilities. They also have a seaside shisha lounge and serve the most delicious afternoon tea.

We had a great long weekend staycation at Four Seasons Doha with our cat. All the staff are very friendly from the moment we stepped into the hotel until we left after wonderful stay. Only regret was it was too short… The room we stayed had a wonderful sea view with a small balcony that you could stand but can’t sit on a chair… They provided a small pet bed, two bowls (for food & water) and a cat tree for our cat which we appreciated their care but we brought our own stuff to make our cat feel more at home. We also brought our own cat litter box and sand with rubbish bags to clean frequently too. We totally enjoyed the full use of facilities including pool, beach and spa during our stay. Again we were so impressed how polite and friendly the staff were everywhere we went! They all made us feel very welcome and our stay very special. Thank you again very much for all the hotel staff at Four Seasons Doha!

My experience at Four Seasons Hotel Doha was absolutely fantastic! From the breathtaking view from my window to the delicious food served at the resort’s restaurants, everything was perfect. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxing, and every detail shows true luxury. The staff were kind and professional, making my stay unforgettable. I can’t wait to come back truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had!

I had only one hour in the early morning to swim before my flight 🥹I was happy to see that it was only place opening beach access from 6am. So I took my chance. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful

I stayed at this hotel a few months ago for several months and unfortunately had multiple negative experiences. One significant issue was that the hotel damaged my car without offering any compensation. They initially told me they would fix my car and provided a hotel car and chauffeur while repairs were underway. However, after returning my car, they unexpectedly charged me for the chauffeur service. I encountered numerous problems with the hotel staff and management, after my first month. Given the decline in service quality during my stay, I do not recommend this hotel for long-term accommodations. Ultimately, I had to move to another hotel because my experience became unbearable.

I had a wonderful experience at Coral Restaurant in the InterContinental. The service was exceptional Nisar Carolina and Jane went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. They were attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring, ensuring everything was perfect throughout the meal. Their professionalism and warm hospitality truly reflect the high standards of the InterContinental brand. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food combined with outstanding service. Fabulous Hotel and great service. Staff very good and very helpful and hardworking. Wonderful service from all the hotel staff but a special thanks to Camille Shari Dersoh Agnes and Charisse in the lounge they were exceptional. Afternoon walks on the beautiful clean beach. Our first trip to Doha from Australia. La Mar restaurant is not only a beautiful Restaurant and location right on the beach, the food was the best we had had all week and wished we didn’t leave our visit until the last night to be spoilt by the service from Sagar who was just right. The right attentiveness not too intrusive but right there when we needed to ask something. We had a wonderful experience and the service, food just next level!! Highly recommend!! The hotel service is exceptional, the breakfast Buffett so good. Adil, Jane, Philip and Kamal were so friendly and welcoming. To the executive Chef, Tom great work, with a husband who is a chef we know how hard this sort of service is to coordinate. To Kennedy the door man who my husband had some laughs with, thank you 🙏 to the cleaning staff who I am sure rarely get recognised, thank you for keeping our room pristine. We had a wonderful stay and would come back again!

Coral Restaurant has always been one of my favorite restos to visit. I've been here for more than 20 years and their food has always been consistent in quality and taste. I would like to commend Jane for her superb service providing to us and our family along with the rest kf the staff Choki and Shafry. Kudos to Chef Subra for the amazing spread. This place has my heart! We went for the BBQ night, our most favorite is the seafood night as they have lobsters!

We had a wonderful experience eating at Mykonos. Our server Sher was very attentive and was at our side for all our needs. We barely had to call for the server and when we did they were not difficult to have come around. The food was wonderful as well. It was the most authentic Greek food in Doha that we’ve had. Would definitely come again. Great service and amazing food. they even prepared a nice cake for my partners parents who were celebrating their wedding anniversary.

My wife and I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. We arrived at 01:00 in the morning and were greeted at the front desk by Emin, the Night Manager, who was very helpful in getting us checked in and orientated. His positive attitude was really appreciated after a long flight. Breakfast in the Coral Restaurant was great with a varied selection of food and drink, all very fresh. John, Adil, and Tsulu provided us with attentive service, which we appreciated. In the late afternoon, we took advantage of the private seaside beach and a swim in the sea. We have had a great time and will definitely be back to Doha and this hotel.

The hotel rooms were one of my favorite I've stayed in - the high ceilings made all the difference. The bathroom was not only spacious - but true luxury. The marble tile was gorgeous, and you could tell the difference of luxury in the tiny details like the materials used in the bathroom, the stunning crown molding in the ceiling, the thick linens on the bed, etc. The turndown service was exceptional. The staff throughout the entire hotel was so incredibly polite - from the wait staff at the restaurant, at the rooftop pool, to the cleaning staff, the spa, etc. The extra amenities I used were the pool and the spa. The pool staff was so welcoming, warm, and attentive throughout. The spa was also incredible. I booked a facial and it was a true spa experience - they also give you a mini massage and create such a relaxing atmosphere - I actually feel asleep during my facial for a hot second which I NEVER do. The hotel is also located in a fantastic location - close to the outdoor market where you can get everything you need. There's also an Al Jazeera shop right next door so I was able to get perfume and cologne gifts for my husband and friends. Highly recommend staying here, and booking direct. My mother booked via a third-party and I booked direct. Because I booked direct, and my mother did not - I was able to get free breakfast every morning as a part of a special they were doing. The breakfast was one of the best parts of our stay - so also highly recommend booking through the hotel for extra perks.

Ibtissam in Guest Relations was so helpful in ensuring we switched to a preferred room facing the street rather than the interior which is a bit darker. We ended up with a large, beautiful room. Location is fantastic and breakfast was outstanding. We also enjoyed the restaurant downstairs with outside seating. Bathtub was divine. Cleanliness was impeccable. Five star experience! Thank you.

We truly enjoyed our stay from the moment we arrived. Your beautifully trained staff made us feel exceptionally welcome, and the entire experience felt as warm and comfortable as being in a luxurious home away from home. Our suite was always immaculate, thanks to your outstanding housekeeping team, whose attention to detail was remarkable. The food throughout our stay was absolutely sensational, and the genuine attentiveness of your breakfast staff made each morning even more delightful. We would, however, like to offer one small piece of constructive feedback regarding our experience on Sunday 19th evening. One of the waitresses accidentally spilled wine on our table but unfortunately did not offer an apology. She also appeared somewhat uncertain when pouring our drinks — the standard 150ml pour was noticeably short. We mentioned this to a manager, who handled the situation promptly and with great professionalism. This minor incident in no way diminished our overall experience, which was truly exceptional. We share this only in the spirit of feedback, as a little additional training would help ensure that every staff member reflects the consistently high standards that define the Mandarin Oriental brand. We have been to some 5-star Hotels but this one was so unique and special! The best thing for me was the breakfast! It was the best breakfast that we had for years! It was all worth it, the location was perfect! I think the only thing that we didn’t like was the bathroom‘s AC was too cold! But the bathroom itself was perfect and elegant. Thank you very much, MO Doha! We are hoping to see you again! Special thanks to Eric for assisting us every morning for our breakfast.

Overall Summary: My stay at the Mandarin Oriental was, on the whole, highly enjoyable, marked by exceptionally high standards in hospitality and dining. However, I encountered a few operational inconsistencies and a specific service lapse from the Concierge team that prevented the experience from being truly flawless. Highlights (Exceeded Expectations): Dining & Service: The breakfast experience was truly great. A special commendation to our server, Adam, who was exceptionally kind and provided excellent service. The quality of the food was superb—specifically, the beef sausages were the best I have ever tasted in a hotel. The Bar: The bar was fantastic, offering a lovely atmosphere and exceptional service. The Bar Manager was charming and a true asset to the hotel. Areas for Improvement (Needs Attention): Concierge Service & Proactivity (Key Concern): We felt the Concierge team did not demonstrate the "extra mile" service expected for a luxury establishment. When attempting to make reservations for our group, we were repeatedly advised that we could simply "walk in." For a group booking, this approach is insufficient and added unnecessary friction to our plans. Furthermore, the provided list of local recommendations was notably weak and lacked variety or detailed insight. Housekeeping/Operational Inconsistency: On the day of check-out, I had to request that my room be cleaned three separate times, as it had not been automatically serviced or attended to after the initial request. This repeated follow-up on a basic amenity was disappointing and detracted from the final impression of the stay. Poolside Service: We found the service by the pool to be very slow and not as attentive as the service experienced in other areas of the hotel, like the restaurant or bar. Conclusion: While the culinary team and individuals like Adam and the Bar Manager provided five-star service, the consistency of the Concierge team and the operational lapse in housekeeping processes need immediate attention. I look forward to experiencing these improvements on a future visit.

Five-star hotel, excellent service. Very friendly reception, quick check-in, and clear instructions. Spacious rooms. The location is vibrant in the heart of Msheireb, an upscale area with cafes, fine dining, and elegant shops. Close to Souq Waqif (10-15 minute walk). A small note: the swimming pool is small and was on the same floor as the MOSAIC restaurant

My stay at the Mandarin Oriental was truly unforgettable. The service was outstanding the staff were so friendly and attentive. Every night housekeeping surprised me with a beautiful gift, from a lip balm one night to a mini perfume the next, or a collection of dates from Qinwan which made the experience feel so thoughtful and special. The room are elegant and super comfortable, and the location in Msheireb Downtown is perfect. Easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!

Our second time here to celebrate our anniversary, and we will definitely come back. The place is so peaceful and clean. All the staff from starting from Al Shyoukh Port to the Island were all good and approachable. All of them treat their guest special and equal. Everything on the Island is accessible. I had a great day at Banana Island! The place itself is beautiful and relaxing, perfect for a day out. I did have a small issue during my visit, but the manager, Khalil, was extremely helpful and made sure everything was sorted quickly — his professionalism and kindness really stood out. Also, a special mention to Sarah, who was so friendly and welcoming throughout the day. Thanks to both of them, my experience turned out even better than expected. Highly recommend!

*Room for Improvement* I recently stayed at Banana Island and I have mixed emotions. The beach was absolutely stunning - the water is clean and fresh. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. However, the food could've been better quality considering the price point. The beds were also really uncomfortable, with soft mattress and pillow,and the room felt a bit worn out. The AC doesn’t have auto mode, blowing too hard and loud. For - 5-star Anantara hotel, I feel it could use a bit of renovation and menu tweaking. Overall, I'd still recommend it for its beautiful location and excellent service. Maybe just set your expectations right.

I’m so in love with the place!We got the perfect hotel room in the resort, a spacious room with a bathtub and a beautiful view of the beach. We had unlimited access to the adventure park and tried all the activities there.The whole place is so relaxing, and there are so many good restaurants to choose from. We had dinner at Al Nahham Arabian Dining, where they serve generous portions of their seafood platter.I especially enjoyed the lobster! After dinner, we watched a movie at the cinema, and the next day we spent more time enjoying the beach. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from.Honestly, I could live here forever!

This Hotel truly blew my mind, I made a reservation for standard room and got upgraded a suite. My concierge Anwar was amazing and so attentive to me. I am in awe. The birthday surprise was truly amazing. It’s definitely more than I expected. Well done!

I did not have a good experience during my stay at the hotel. The room was booked with a specific request, but I did not receive what I asked for. The bed sheets were dirty and had to be changed multiple times. In addition, the music system in the room did not work, and a lot of time was wasted trying to fix it, but it was never resolved. The receptionist was not honest with me, assuring me that I would get what I wanted, but in the end, she did what she thought was best. I paid a large amount of money for an experience that was not worth it.

Thank you for the fantastic stay, I did enjoy. The rooms were amazing, the food and moreso staff. Special shout out to the Front Office staff, the security at the entrance, the valet gentlemen and specifically Vincent, Matthew, Marwyn, Meera, Daniel...just to mention a few. They were friendly, welcoming and gave good recommendations on where to visit. I had an issue with my TV and after reporting I was upgraded to a suite which had a better experience. I wish I reported earlier on since for the six days I missed watching and especially UEFA and thus only got to enjoy the suite on my last day 😄. The place is awesome, I'll be back and definitely recommend.

Ample workspace for school & gaming (rsp the in room speakers set the vibe just right. The staff sooooo nice & food consistently great. Axiom: The pool was the best, quiet with friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner were yum with so much variety & something new every day. I wish there was a kids play area then I'd be fully satisfied. …and those are our 6 travelling truths!!!

My husband and I have just returned from an amazing trip at this hotel. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with great hospitality and treated so well throughout the whole of our stay here. The staff couldn’t do more for us! We booked the half board package and were extremely impressed with the number of restaurants to choose from as well as the variety of delicious food on offer- with unlimited soft drinks. The rooms were huge and spotless and the bathroom was a dream. The facilities are excellent but what made our trip the most enjoyable was the staff and their attentiveness to their guests. The service and hospitality we received was 10/10 from every single staff member at the hotel. I wanted to personally thank Danish in Rivaaj for an exceptional experience, my husband and I felt so catered for and we throughly enjoyed the experience.

After leaving my previous hotel due to unsanitary conditions, I arrived at the St. Regis Doha feeling frustrated and tired. Nohaila’s warm welcome completely turned my night around. She was kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. Her exceptional hospitality immediately put me at ease. The bellman and butler were great as well. The accommodations were top tier — exceptionally clean, beautiful, and clearly maintained with pride. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not only a clean and luxurious stay but also exceptional service that makes you feel valued and cared for.

From the moment we entered the reception I knew we had made a good choice. The hotel is immaculate throughout this is due to the high standard of workmanship from all of the staff team. Rooms are very comfortable with high quality bed linen that seems to get changed daily whether or not required. Plenty of water in the room daily with a few bits in the mini bar. Restaurant food and service very good, plenty of choice to meet all needs and even has a children’s food station. Afternoon tea and the most delicious cakes are available in the lounge opposite the buffet restaurant it well worth a visit. Pool service equally as good with wonderful friendly staff from around the world, nothing was too much bother and there was plenty of free water available from the towel station. The only negatives we had were that due to changes recently you couldn’t have an alcoholic beverage while sitting at the swim up pool bar, soft drinks only which was a shame as it would have been nice when escaping the sun for a few minutes also we were there from the 5-12 September and there was no evening entertainment and the only bar they have is soulless with no music so really was boring although bar staff always cheerful. Taxis very cheap and plenty of entertainment elsewhere but such a financial missed opportunity for the Ritz Carlton. Word of warning if you have never been to Doha before, passport id is required in many pubs and restaurants due to the alcohol laws so remember to take it with you when venturing out also there is usually dress code for men, no sandals or open toe shoes in the evening and some places do prefer long trousers not ideal in 40 degree heat. If you book using Destination 2 or Love holidays beware that on their ad they advertised half board and go on to name all the restaurants in the hotel however in reality the half board is for the buffet restaurant only and you will be charged to visit the others. We would certainly use this hotel again it’s been a wonderful break

This was a lovely hotel, which had amazing room complexes in their own villa areas. The rooms were clean and spacious, with lovely balconies. We did have an issue in that there didn’t seem to be any cold water in the sinks, so we ended up cleaning our teeth with bottled water. We got a lovely welcome gift sent to the room, and there was a lot of bottles of water provided. The pools were great, but the best bit was the fact that it had a beach! There was a bit of litter throughout the sea / beach, but the water was warm and it was great to swim in. My kids and I never wanted to get out! I would recommend staying here with a family, as there were lots of kids around. It’s more for families than business. The staff were friendly - especially the concierge team!! They couldn’t do enough to help us.

Bliss , absolute bliss. This spotlessly clean resort would appeal to anyone. Gleaming marble floors, flowing Arabic style throughout. Two large pools and a private beach you can swim in! The staff are so professional, insist on helping in any way. Friendly greetings everywhere you walk. Even out door areas are spotless. Life guards on pool duty all day. The breakfast choices are amazing! Something for everyone. We didn’t have a treatment but used the spa to change and oh my did I wish I could stay longer . A very short trip to the airport and the famous Souq Waqif where you can dine at any price range and meander through the markets at your leisure. We wanted to stay much longer!

As soon as you enter Your eyes would love the beauty around you. The rose petal fountain, the fragrance smell. The complementary Coffee and dates to your left. The check-in process was smooth. Personally I don’t like crowded places therefore the private beach was great. Complementary towels, suncream, water bottles and aloe vera are available at poolside. At breakfast There is a live extension where you can tell the chef you would like your eggs. The cleaning staff always delivered. My room was constantly cleaned to a high standard. I wake up early therefore when I would go for my walks at 6 am, I would see gardening staff hard at work making sure everything was immaculate for the next day. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff here were very friendly and welcoming, especially the concierge. They were always happy to help. The swimming pools were a nice temperature and were big. The beach had lovely beds, although you did have to pay for certain ones. The sea was warm but there were pieces of rubbish. You were not allowed in the sea after 5pm as that was when the lifeguard left. The view of the city was lovely. There were also lots of things for children, like a scavenger hunt that resulted in a prize. Overall, I loved this hotel and would definitely come back.

Had an amazing experience here - would highly recommend as the the service was incredible. It's conveniently close to the airport - which was perfect with my early morning flight back home. There's lots of fun activities to do since they have a beach - I had a lot of fun going jet-skiing. The hotel is also close to many tourist attractions like the Souq Waqif and the museums. The breakfast buffet was really nice and had very yummy food.

A good hotel, with nice rooms and pool area. Probably closer to 4.5/5 than 4/5, but the beach area had a little bit of litter around it; the cold water in our room was always warm (so we cleaned our teeth using water from bottles); the hot tub was full of young children but the sign said no under 18, which wasn’t enforced; breakfast was very good, but extremely busy (we were asked to have breakfast in the main lobby area) and there is no club / executive/ M lounge - never experienced this before in the Ritz. (without trying to be too negative, we were contacted in the evening for our feedback, which I gave and was thank for, but the next day the beach still had a bit of rubbish on it, the hot tub was still full of children… so not sure how much my feedback actually meant). However, notwithstanding the aforementioned, the room was good, the pool was good and the staff were friendly - I would probably stay here again with the family, but would chosen the JW Marriott for future business stays.

I recently stayed at the Kempinski Marsa Malaz in Doha for five nights and had an exceptional experience throughout. The property is stunning, with elegant interiors, immaculate facilities, and a truly luxurious atmosphere. Our room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered excellent comfort and views. The service was outstanding — every member of staff was professional, courteous, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make my 35th birthday feel special, which I greatly appreciated. The team was also very considerate of our family’s needs, even arranging a carton of milk for our toddler without hesitation. The breakfast selection was the only downfall as it lacked variety and became repetitive. The beach and pool facilities were excellent for both adults and children. Overall, I would highly recommend Kempinski Marsa Malaz to anyone visiting Doha and look forward to returning in the future.

What really makes this place special, though, is the people who work here. Every single staff member we met was warm, friendly, and always ready to help — from the reception team to the lovely ladies in the kids’ club and especially the attentive and child-friendly staff at the pool. I would also like to mention the security team in particular — and especially Basweti, who stands at the hotel entrance and greets every guest with the brightest smile all day long. His friendliness, kindness, and professionalism create such a positive and welcoming first impression. He truly embodies the spirit of this hotel. We’ve have had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel with a 2 year old and 6 year old. The hotel staff are friendly and attentive, special mention to Kaushal, Raja, Joseph and Ines who all made our stay comfortable. The hotel room was big enough to accommodate a family of four. The mini fridge was not working and it was replaced straight away. The breakfast buffet has a large selection of food and the waiters were extremely helpful. The pool and beach is well looked after with great facilities. We would definately come back for another stay

We spent 10 days in Marsa Malaz Kempinski and it was our best experience. The whole hotel looked so so beautiful, everything was clean and it smelled always fresh. Our room was big, well cleaned and the view from our balcony breathtaking. The Service was a 10/10, EVERYONE was well dressed and very friendly especially to our little son. We felt so comfortable and always treated with so much respect and care. The food especially the breakfast was fresh and delicious and we never had to wait a long time when we ordered something to eat. My 16 months old son had a wonderful time cause he had many baby friendly options to play and to spend his time at the hotel. When we were outside at the beach, everyone took good care of us and asked us if we need something. Especially Mr Mulaji (not sure if its written right) was a really kind and caring guy. Big applause to every single person at the kempinski hotel. Thankyou for this wonderful time, we are grateful and cant wait to visit again.

A few days ago, we returned from an excellent family vacation in Doha. We were parents with two children (ages 3 and 6). As always, the Ritz-Carlton did not disappoint. The service provided by the staff at all levels was outstanding, and the food was excellent. We had a half-board package, so besides breakfast, we enjoyed a different themed dinner every evening. We spent our days on the pleasant and private beach, which was very calm. We would like to mention the perfect care and friendliness of everyone working there: Mr. Rakibul, Mobeen, Emdad, Shahab, Jahir, Nacer, Abdulaziz, and Brandon (names listed in random order). We felt very comfortable there and truly appreciated their professionalism, friendly attitude, and casual conversations. The same applies to the restaurant staff, where we were most often and attentively looked after by Mr. Stefan, Eric, Wail, and Saad. Thank you for the soups for our children and for your overall helpfulness. In addition to the private beach, the hotel offers outdoor pools with a waterfall, but the biggest surprise was the indoor 25-meter swimming pool and the hot jacuzzi. We also want to thank the hotel for the room upgrade — we really enjoyed the extra space and the unique view of The Pearl. The hotel truly deserves its place among the top properties in Doha. The ride to the airport in the early morning, with minimal traffic, took only 25 minutes, and it’s just 15 minutes to the old town and 7 minutes to the Venice district. This convenience was another reason we loved the hotel — we could easily go into the city even on short notice. We are already planning our next vacation at this hotel for next year.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough ,our stay was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by all the staff, who were always smiling, helpful, and incredibly polite. They truly went out of their way for us and were always on hand whenever we needed anything. The hotel has a beautiful private beach where staff greeted us with complimentary welcome drinks. There was also a 24-hour buggy service that took us to the mall, which was extremely convenient. Breakfast was included in our stay, and there were so many delicious options to choose from. Not kids friendly at all! We booked this hotel with our kids in mind. And we was very disappoinded. There is nothing for kids to do other than a kids room thats is old and minimal. The kids pool is very small. No entertainment for children or adults. A big hotel but nothing to do. The Ritz Kids program is not excisting. The entrens to the gym is complicated and the spa is a sauna and steamroom. No supermarked at the hotel or near by. A good hotel for adults but not for familie with kids. The manager told us at we would get a room with a good view as a complementary upgrade from our standard seaview at the 20th floor but we ended up at the 12th floor. The hotel is very clean and have a very frendly staff and amazing service.

Beautiful hotel and great service! The hand-off and attention are top notch and the food is very good as well. Eveyone greets you with a smile and there are so many flowers that leave a nice fragrance across the hotel. I was there for a conference and the space was big, comfortable and elegant. The Ritz Carlton Doha was the highlight of my recent trip to Qatar. It's my very first experience at a Ritz hotel and I have to say I was very pleased with my stay. Everything from the attentive staff to the outstanding services, this is a top experience in luxury and comfort. The hotel is conveniently located near the Pearl Island and not to far from the top attractions of Doha. Once you get your bearings around, you can experience the Ritz to the fullest. My king room was brilliant, big and very high tech. I enjoyed a beautiful view over the city's night lights from the 10th floor. Breakfast was also amazing, enjoyed outdoors on the terrace. Really liked all the green vegetation surrounding the hotel and especially the pools. Overall would come again here for a stay în Doha.

It was just a short overnight stay at this hotel as we used Doha as a transit stop for our Qatar Airways flight home. Check-in was seamless and our room was very comfortable. We were welcomed by an array of edible goodies (fruit, dates candy etc) which was very much appreciated. The hotel can feel vast - everywhere you look you'll find marble. The public spaces are kept impeccably clean and tidy.

I recently enjoyed afternoon tea at Raffles Doha, and it was a wonderful experience. The iced Spanish latte was a standout—smooth, perfectly balanced, and refreshing. The desserts and sandwiches were delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were great and very attentive, adding warmth and care to the whole experience. The only small downside is that the afternoon tea attracts many outside visitors who come mainly to take photos by the mirrored entrance, which can sometimes be a bit annoying for guests trying to enjoy the quiet atmosphere. Overall, though, everything else was perfect, and we would definitely love to come back again.

I really loved my stay at raffles, it was such an enjoyable experience.The staff were amazing and always had joyful attitude and they were very helpful, friendly and cooperative. I never experienced a bad interaction with them. They accommodated all my needs and my experience was more than expectational, it exceeded my expectations. The rooms were lovely, however I do wish there was more lighting because it was a bit dim most of the time. The location is amazing. What I loved most was the service, it was always available. I really enjoyed the welcoming and the dates and Arabic coffee, I was offered some at Any time and multiple times a day with a positive attitude which really made me feel welcomed. The hotel has such good hospitality. I was very satisfied during my stay at raffles. The hotel team were so amazing and i appreciate it so much because it really made my stay more memorable and i would 100% book again.

Raffles Hotel Doha is truly one of the best hotels in the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. One thing I want to mention is that yesterday was my wife’s birthday and I called the staff to prepare a birthday setup in our room. They made everything perfect. All around great experience. Great service with very service minded and friendly staff all over the place. The hotel seems though like it’s missing the last touches. Facilities for kids can become better. Eventually a better designated area in the pool for the kids. Maybe a bit similar to the indoor pool at Fairmont. The blinds at the room could get a bit better as light strays directly in through some holes. Even the main door to our room could use some better isolation to avoid the light from outside. This is speaking from the perspective of a family father with children who sleep better in rooms with no lights or strays. The l’artisan restaurant breakfast was truly great!

Raffles Doha is one of the beautiful and luxurious 5 Star hotel in Qatar 🇶🇦. Guests often praise the spacious and luxurious rooms, as well as the hotel's fantastic location and elegant atmosphere. You can easily go to location by Uber and any other taxi services plus you can also access through Metro. From Red line metro you can exit to legtaifiya metro station and then take a north marina Tram and the by 5 min walking you will be in your location.If you want to try best dining with beautiful views this the best place and the rooms are super fantastic. Highly recommended for those who are looking for luxurious stay with amazing food and view. The staff are so supportive and welcoming. The ambiance is like royal touch.

So I had a one night free time and wanted to enjoy a luxury and fancy night so a friend recommended this hotel. Wow believe me it’s not what is looks! The suite I booked smelled like an ashtray and I had to see all four suites to find a clean suite which I didn’t. So I went to the night manager Omar Ahmed to help me cancel the reservation as I came at 6 pm and decided to leave 6.30 pm because of the unhealthy rooms they have. I understand there are certain policies Hotels have but in great hotels management tend to find solutions. For example take half the payment if not make a refund with reasonable fees. Omar basically didn’t care much to find a solution and didn’t even bother to try. In the end I understood what it means to always book with the best customer service hotels such as Four seasons. No comparison between them one with impeccable high quality and the other ashtray like hotels. That’s my experience and it’s the last one with this chain of hotels. Note: I didn’t stayed that night and left the hotel. All it took is 30 minutes to know how that’s not luxurious hotel.

We were in transit from a long flight and decided to stop to explore Doha. The location is excellent for a full day of sightseeing. If you'd like to relax after a long journey, you can spend a few hours on the beach just a short distance away. The room was comfortable and spacious, it lacked nothing. During my stay at the hotel, I often came to the “Market” restaurant for both lunch and dinner, and every time I was impressed by the service and atmosphere. I would especially like to mention Mia, who works there — she is extremely professional, kind, and always smiling. Her warm attitude and dedication to every guest make the dining experience truly exceptional. Because of Mia, I came back to the restaurant every evening. She is a wonderful example of genuine hospitality and outstanding service. My sincere thanks to the entire team, and especially to Mia for making my stay so enjoyable!

Booked the stay through Marriott Bonvoy app, I am a gold elite member, normally this is acknowledged immediately at check in, not the case here. Gave credit card to block payment, told they have already charged the card I booked with for the first night. Never happened to me before at Marriott group hotel anywhere in the world, in fact, not any hotel. When I asked why, system did it. Now I have 2 payments incurring fx charges on 2 separate cards. No upgrade for Gold Elite status, we are full (hotel is not full). We either can give you smoking room or non smoking room will be on 4th floor (noise from bar below it until 2am. Opted for smoking room, thinking lesser of 2 evils. I don’t smoke and have stayed in smoking rooms before, but the smell in this room was beyond extreme. First day, leave the room at 8.30am, out at meetings all day, return at 4pm, room not even cleaned, cleaner turns up at 4.30pm, the small downtime I have between meetings. My colleague had the same on the second day. Hotel itself is dated now, used to be great 5 years ago but now in need of serious attention. So many hotels to choose from in Doha now, please stay somewhere else, I highly recommend JW Marriott City centre, never had a problem there

We had an incredible stay at the W. I travel a lot and usually stay at the W. I can honestly say that my time in W Doha was one for the books. Our room was magnificent, staff were kind and helpful. Buffet breakfast was delicious and was treated extra special by Pamela. Look for her when you are there for breakfast. She will surely start your day with positivity. Thank you, W staff for making our vacation in Doha extra special.

We stayed at W Doha from 11–18 October 2025, and from the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for an unforgettable experience. Our first meal at La Spiga was exceptional – thanks to The head Chef and Usaf, Amin, and especially Cameron, whose personality and commitment to detail enhanced our entire stay. Special thanks to Imane, who gave us an insightful tour and made us feel like we belonged. Breakfast at Market by Jean-Georges was consistently amazing – thank you to Joyce, Dana, Pamela, Sony, Nicky, and many others for the warm service every morning. Daniella brought Coya to life with such passion it left us wanting to visit Peru! And the team at Spice Market—particularly Jivant and Desmond—delivered a beautiful vegetarian dining experience. Nights at Wahm were full of good music and energy—shoutout to Salma, Firdos, and Sushaan for the fun vibes. To Paul and Yuliia, your team is outstanding. We visited other luxury hotels in Doha, but none came close to the love and hospitality we received at W Doha. We left with full hearts and beautiful memories. Final thoughts: W Doha isn’t just a hotel. It’s a family, a vibe, and an experience. The staff represent the brand, the management, and Qatar with true passion. To the owners and Starwood directors: your hotel is in excellent hands. Thank you all. May you continue to shine and take pride in everything you do.

The receptionists mainly the females are rude and have no clue how to do their job. The concierge guy as well was very useless (Indian / Bengali guy) When we checked in we were informed the minibar will be removed from our room but it was in our room our entire stay. Breakfast is nice and the cleaners are super nice we did have to let the cleaners know the room was not being cleaned throughly after which they did. Overall the female receptionists need to be trained better.

Title: Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service & No Respect for Loyal Guests I have stayed at Banyan Tree twice before and always had a great experience. Unfortunately, my third stay was completely different due to the unprofessional attitude of the manager Ribin and the receptionist Elan. I drove 7 hours to get here for some rest and to enjoy my vacation, only to be told upon arrival that there is ongoing construction – the same construction that has been going on for 3 years since my first visit. In my previous stay, when I raised this issue, they moved me to a quiet room immediately. This time, however, they told me, “If you don’t want, we can cancel your booking.” They didn’t even consider the fact that I had traveled such a long distance and was here to relax. The receptionist claimed the construction notice was written on the booking, but when I checked, it was not mentioned. In fact, the message about “possible noise” was sent only after I booked and after the amount was deducted from my account. The message even promised they would ensure I had the best experience – yet they made no effort to resolve the issue this time. They ruined my vacation mood and showed no respect for a loyal guest. This is completely unprofessional. I will not be booking here again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before staying – they clearly do not value returning customers.

From the moment we were welcomed, throughout our entire stay, right up until our departure, the service was flawless. Every request for assistance and any minor issue we had during our trip was promptly and effectively resolved. ​The highlight of our stay was the exceptional room service and housekeeping team. They did an absolutely outstanding job, and I have nothing but praise for their efforts. ​Specifically, the team consisting of Sulastri, Bibet, Surya, and Austin were incredibly kind, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. Had a fabulous stay here last week! Hotel staff was exceptional. There for the U-17 FIFA World Cup, they left a molten chocolate cake in our room, with an American flag, a poster with several pictures of our player, and a note saying good luck to our player and congrats to proud parents. Over the top thoughtfulness in that moment, and with every question or need we had. Location is perfect in Mseireb, adjacent to the Souq Waqif. Big clean room, great shower. Decadent breakfast buffet for global tastes. Charming, lively lobby with cozy coffee shop and comfortably seating inside and out. Perfect for us.

Really enjoyed my stay at Alwadi Hotel! I was going back and forth between this and another luxury hotel on the Corniche and definitely glad I went with this. So close to the Souq, grocery store, great service. The rooms fall in the middle in terms of design and aesthetic, which was perfectly fine to me as my room was large, the bathroom well appointed and both spotless. I didnt use the pool, it was on the smaller side, but I was busy exploring and didn't prioritize it. A shoutout to ARUN in housekeeping who did an excellent job keeping my room organized and clean. Thank you to everyone who made my stay wonderful!

Fantastic stay at the Al Najada. The hotel is elegant and very well situated near the Souq and major museums. We found the rooms very comfortable. We slept so well here: The bed, pillows, and duvet were a dream, not to mention the whisper quiet AC and excellent sound proofing. Best of all are the staff who are universally friendly and helpful. Shukrans to Islem & Jassir at reception, Ali & Khalid in concierge, Benjamin in housekeeping, and finally the restaurant which has an amazing breakfast buffet (and good dinner too!): Thanks to May & Suhail in service, and Evelyn for her ready smile and delicious omelettes. We'll be back, and look forward to staying at other Tivoli properties as well.

Yesterday I leaved, after one month in Al Najada Hotel. The experience in Al Najada had been amazing. The hotel location is excellent, near souq Waqif, National Museum and MIA. The building is very nice, with Arab decorations, a lot of space in the room and the breakfast with so many different fabulous dishes. But the most important than I appreciate is the kindle treatment of all the staff. I was very happy to meet Sufian, Islem, Jessir, Ali, May, Janet, Kelvin, Swabir, Aravinda and all the staff around. They are absolutely fantastic, very helpful and always smiling! Thanks I will definitely come back.

We recently stayed here on a Discover Qatar package with Qatar Airlines. From our early 5am check in (with a room upgrade) to our departure 2 days later the service was exemplary. It was a pleasure to be welcomed by Pius each morning in the Restaurant and Islem at Reception met all our needs from where to purchase a phone charger cable to the location and use of the nearby Metro. The hotel's location is very good adjacent to Souq Waqif and the Metro station and being a short walk to the waterfront. The National Museum and Art Gallery are also a short Metro journey. We would highly recommend this hotel for a stop over in Doha.

Excellent location, in the middle of old souq, many different places, resturants, coffee shops etc..withing walking distance. Clean big rooms, friendly staff, I recommend you book through booking.com to get a better price than walking in. They have a GYM that is open 24 hrs, a swimming pool, many restaurants and a coffee shop. They have a very good breakfast buffet. Enjoy your stay and remember that nothing is perfect, its my first time to visit Qatar 🇶🇦 and its Impressive, I'm in love with the country already 💖

A fantastic hotel with attentive staff. Rooms are large and all the conveniences. Directly across the road from the Souk and Metro. The only negative was you need to ask for an extra second towel but not really an issue for me or if you are environmentally conscious. A big compliment to Esther front desk and Swabir pool attendant.

I had a lovely experience at the Tea Garden in the Torch. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, with beautiful décor that made the visit feel special. The Torch Doha is truly a luxury hotel experience in Qatar. From the moment you step into the lobby, everything feels lush and upscale. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was huge; it really felt more like walking into a very nice apartment than a standard hotel room. The décor beautifully incorporates native Qatari design elements, which gives the space a local luxury vibe. The bathroom was especially generous, with a separate big area and a private toilet. One of the highlights was dining at the hotel’s rotating restaurant on the top floor. The restaurant is called Three Sixty, located on the 47th floor, offering spectacular views of Doha’s city lights. The food was wonderful, the setting very romantic. If you’re searching for a luxury hotel to stay in Qatar, this is your spot.

I have visited hotels and restaurants all over Qatar but what I experienced during my last visit to The Torch Tower left me completely speechless in the worst way possible I went with my wife and her mother simply to see the place that she wanted to book for her sister’s birthday what a horrific first impression from the moment I arrived I was shocked by the cold dismissive and unwelcoming attitude of the staff The concierge actually stopped me from entering because I was wearing shorts something completely normal when coming from Villaggio Mall next door I understand there are dress codes but why no greeting no smile not even the slightest gesture of hospitality just a blunt no I was left standing there embarrassed and frustrated questioning how such behavior could exist in what claims to be a five star hotel Feeling completely unwelcome I decided to leave immediately but my wife insisted on at least visiting the 360 Doha restaurant to inquire about a birthday reservation and unbelievably she was also told that she was not dressed nicely enough and she cannot enter to see the restaurant from an agent at the reception name tagged Aghista or something like that my wife was wearing a shirt and skirt very respectful and decent At that point I couldn’t even believe this was happening inside a so called luxury property in Qatar a place that should represent grace hospitality and respect This visit was not just disappointing it was humiliating the complete lack of professionalism courtesy and basic hospitality values made it one of the worst experiences I have ever had in any hotel worldwide instead of feeling inspired to celebrate a special occasion there we left angry embarrassed and absolutely certain that we would never step foot in that place again If this is how guests are treated before even making a reservation I can’t imagine the experience once you actually stay there zero warmth zero professionalism zero hospitality

In 30 minutes I leave The Ned after a week’s holiday. This hotel is quietly luxurious. It doesn’t feel the need to shout about it. From the moment I checked to the end of my stay, I have been shown wonderful hospitality by all staff members. It’s little things, like the guys at the pool bringing you ice buckets with bottles of water, like the waiting staff at breakfast suggesting things, or adding to your order because they’re sure you’d like it. In particular Kaylin in Millie’s stands out. Always a cheerful greeting, and such fun to have look after you. I stayed in what is listed as a Cosy Room. It’s more than big enough. I can’t begin to think how big the bigger rooms are! My balcony gave me views over the Corniche, so always something to watch. Having never stayed in Doha before, I think my travel agent found me a gem here and I’m going home with nothing but happy memories. Thank you to everyone who’s looked after me.

I had an absolutely delightful lunch at Mawasem Restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the warm ambiance and attentive staff made me feel welcome especially Zineb. It was an absolute delight to have lunch with friends and family. The menu offered a fantastic variety of dishes, and everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Everyone was smiling and really friendly. We had the best dessert and birthday cake given to us too. Thank you to chef Julius who made us a very good crème brûlée and chocolate cake. What truly sets Mawasem apart is the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality. Whether you're looking for a relaxing lunch or a place to impress guests, Mawasem delivers on all fronts. The beach isn't bad. The service is excellent. Mohammed, the guy at the bar was taking care of our needs all the time. Rabha, who was in charge of the towels, made sure we were comfortable. Also Naaba at the infinity pool was very nice. The food is expensive, the menu is limited, and the quality is very average, nothing special. It's not a beach to go to relax. There's a beach club on the beach itself, Monkey Tale, which plays loud music all day long. The music isn't chill out, as you'd expect on a beach where you want to relax, it's perreo, reggaeton, typical disco music that drives you crazy. You're hundreds of meters away on the other side of the beach and you can't even hold a conversation because of how loud the music is at Monkey Tale. Overall, the experience was not good. The only good thing was the service from Rabha, Naaba and Mohammed.

At the reception, Basit welcomed us warmly and took care of everything with such professionalism. The room itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the hygiene was top-notch. During our stay, we tried the Santa Monica restaurant inside the hotel, and it was excellent. The breakfast and food overall were delicious, but what really stood out was the service. Our server, Sagar and his team was outstanding attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. We also had the chance to explore the Club Lounge, which was another highlight. Both Gabriel and Prakrati went above and beyond to make our experience special. Their service was outstanding, and they made us feel truly valued as guests. We had an overall positive stay at the Grand Hyatt Doha. The beach is spacious, clean, and very pleasant — definitely one of the highlights. Loved the music at Monkey Tale!! The hotel itself is a bit older and could use some renovation in certain areas, but it’s still fine and comfortable. As in many places in the Middle East, the air conditioning was set far too cold for our taste. Breakfast was somewhat limited with not many options, though the eggs and omelette station were excellent. Our room was large and comfortable, not very modern but still enjoyable. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we truly enjoyed our stay and would visit this hotel again.

We just stayed four nights at the Grand Hyatt Doha and it was great! As with many places like this, it’s the staff that really makes the difference! The staff here was kind, courteous and it was clear they took pride in their work. Amir at the front desk was awesome!

This is not a 5 star hotel. Very poor service and Rude staff. Over priced and not nice food. Spa was mainly out of order. Pool was ages away from hotel and toilets. There are much nicer hotels to visit in Doha.

I spent 3 nights here, and it was a very pleasant experience. They welcomed me with a cup of traditional coffee. They have all the amenities to make you comfortable. Their breakfast has a wide range of varieties. The bar upstairs with the balcony view has a nice and well selected variety of drinks, with a nice view.

I spent 9 nights at this beautiful hotel. I loved every second. The hospitality was out of this world, honestly not a bad word could be said. A special mention to the staff Sulaiman for his the vibes and positive energy every time we encountered him. Christian, Adonis and Aymen all helped me through out my stay answering every question I had and making my stay just as I planned by providing extra hangers, extra mirror and iron. My amazing stay was put down to these people and I would totally recommend coming here.

Absolutely outstanding hotel with incredible architecture right in the center of everywhere you want to be when staying in Doha Qatar. What’s great about this hotel as you actually get two hotels and one as it shares the other tower with Raffles. So that’s twice the number of restaurants and activities to enjoy. This is located right on the point of the center of what is now considered the center of Doha. It is within walking distance of a night, market, entertainment, island, golf course, business center, residential area, and right on the best waterfront section of Doha for Water sports. The staff is incredible and you will be met with an overwhelming amount of dedication to an incredible customer experience. Don’t overlook the concierge who went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. Thank you, Marco for all of your hard work to ensure we had the very best stay. What originally started as a simple few overnights for time zone adjustment before we continued on, turned into one of the highlights of our trip. The morning brunch is not to be skipped. Both the Asian and Indian restaurants in the hotel are exquisite. The gym is something that would rival some of the top-tier gyms anywhere in the world. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable, full of technology that will make your stay easy to enjoy. The only downturn is we only had three nights to stay here. Tip: have the concierge schedule your pick up and drop off from the airport.

We came from Banana Island Resort by Anantara and decided to stop by Fairmont Doha for a coffee and It turned out to be a lovely experience. Right from the moment we walked in, Said welcomed us so warmly at the lobby. He was friendly, professional and took the time to explain all the beautiful features of the lobby, you can really tell he enjoys what he does. Then we visited the Dome Lounge, where Faith and Hajar looked after us. They were both so attentive and engaging, making us feel really comfortable while explaining the different packages and services availble. Their positive energy made the whole experience even better. I also met Ms. Oumaima, who was incredibly welcoming and kind. She made us feel like valued guests even though our visit was just spontaneous. Overall, it was such a pleasant experience from start to finish with amazing hospitality and a beautiful hotel. Thank you to the team for making our visit so special.

Having a walk in msheireb we decided to stop by Anis cafe. We were very pleased by the quality of the food and service, we would like to complement War War for her service, very nice. She’s very attentive, greeted us with warm smile. She recommended salmon rolls sandwiches which was delicious. Overall, we really enjoyed the calm music and atmosphere here.

I was served by War War, who was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and professional throughout my visit — her positive attitude truly enhanced the overall atmosphere. The coffee was crafted by Wine, the barista, and it was absolutely outstanding. You can taste the quality and attention to detail in every sip — smooth, well-balanced, and perfectly brewed. It’s clear that Wine takes real pride in the art of coffee-making. The combination of great service, a welcoming vibe, and delicious coffee makes this café a place worth revisiting. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates both quality and genuine customer care.

I really enjoyed staying at the Park Hyatt Doha. The hotel and the rooms are absolutely beautiful but what made this stay special was the service we received. We were checked in by Anne (I think she is manager). The check in was very smooth and she explained and printed out all the information we needed to know. The F&B team were very accommodating, the detail to attention and the service was exceptional. I would like to especially thank Ranielle for his great service and kindness, he went above and beyond. Another staff member from restaurant was Tarik who was also very helpful. I would also like to thank the gentleman from entrance Ilham and Bryan and the rest of the team. The spa was very beautiful and I like that there was a ladies gym and spa. The Sora Rooftop was breathtaking, especially during sunset. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

An amazing world class hotel with incredible staff, large rooms with a modern comfortable decor, a focus on sustainability plus food & beverage options that only make the experience better. Ideally situated in the Heritage District with very easy access to the wonderful Metro network and about twenty minutes from Hamad International Airport. Exploring the city cannot be made easier. The rooms are spacious, have a decor that is clear, clean and relaxing and naturally has all the amenities you expected of a Park Hyatt. Housekeeping standards are excellent with great attention to detail. Breakfast is a joy of great food, service and choice at Opus. However, our dining experiences at Anis were even better. Staff members War War, Wyne and Napoleon really made our dining experiences a joy as did all the other members of the team. The food is outstanding and remarkable value for money. This is a world class hotel that exudes warmth, charm and comfort.

I stayed at Park Hyatt Doha for 5 nights while attending a wedding, and it was such a lovely experience. I was travelling solo and a bit anxious at first, but the hotel felt super safe and welcoming. Everything was spotless — immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The Doormen and the wonderful team at the spa made my stay . A special thank you to Jeesha, the lovely hairstylist who did an amazing job with my hair for the wedding! Breakfast was nice, though a little repetitive after a few days, and I did have some trouble reaching room service at times. But overall, it was a great stay and I’d definitely return.

The metro station (Souq Waqif Station) is just a short walk away, making it very easy to reach other parts of Doha. We stayed 3 nights at the Al Bidda Boutique Hotel in our way back to Australia. Check in went smoothly, we were offered an upgrade, with a terrace for and extra $40 AU /day, so we took that. Later we found out that our original hotel we booked was under construction, so hence the upsell. We were happy with our very large spacious room, bathtub and terrace….. however the terrace was locked the entire time and unusable due to construction, so another misleading statement. The decor is tired, and needs updating…marble bathrooms need overhauling. The rooms are as cool as you can make them and are super dark. The beds are super large, comfortable and great for sleeping. Overall everyone was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Ansar, especially went out of his way to help us change the pickup time of our airport transfer, and kept us updated continuously. It’s not usual to alter a transfer time once it’s been booked, but Ansar made it happen. Thank you Ansar 🙏🏻 our trip to the airport was very comfortable.

Right from check-in, the experience was seamless — a special thank you to Sajid at reception, who warmly welcomed us and kindly upgraded us from a Deluxe Room to an Executive Room. This thoughtful gesture really set the tone for our stay. Since we were celebrating my husband’s birthday, the team also arranged a surprise cake in the room — such a sweet and memorable touch. On top of that, we were granted a late checkout until 3 PM, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the facilities. The amenities were excellent — from the pools and jacuzzi to the gym and buffet at Seasonal Tastes, everything was top-notch. Every staff member we met was attentive, professional, and genuinely hospitable. Overall, it was a truly memorable experience. I have been visiting this hotel on and off since 2016. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of dining in the various restaurants there. My favorite one is the Seasonal Tastes restaurant. The buffet on Fridays has always been a particular highlight. The variety, authenticity, and quality of the dishes never fail to impress, and on my most recent visit, the desserts corner truly stood out! The service has always been another strong point. The staff are attentive, courteous, and professional, which makes every visit feel special. During my last experience, there was a small hiccup with the seating arrangement, but Mr. Batu handled the situation with remarkable professionalism and efficiency, quickly turning what could have been an inconvenience into a positive reflection of the restaurant’s commitment to guest satisfaction. After dining there countless times, I can say with confidence that this hotel has not only maintained but consistently elevated its standards. I always leave with a smile and look forward to returning again soon.

Very bad experience — definitely not a 5-star hotel! This place doesn’t even deserve one star. The staff were unhelpful and the overall service was very poor. First of all, the cleanliness was zero, and the room was not clean at all. I booked the salon service because I had an event, but the electricity in the room couldn’t handle anything — it kept shutting off every few minutes. We had to use only one plug the whole time, and we couldn’t even charge our phones properly. The bathroom was also leaking. We contacted the staff several times about our second reservation, but each one kept saying “not my department, call reception,” and they just kept transferring us around with no cooperation. The last staff member even hung up the phone in my face! And when I asked for her name, no one wanted to tell me. No one called me back or followed up about my second booking. Worst hotel and worst service ever. Totally not recommended

This hotel is really good. The staff are always super friendly and helpful and just make you feel at home. I had a small issue with my booking at the beginning, but they were quick to resolve it. There are other small things as well, like finding small gifts in my room after Narayan from room service has been here (room is always spotless as well). Would definitely stay here again!

I am becoming a regular guest here. Eventhough its an hotel its been renovated and maintained well. The value what you get from what you pay is amazing. There are quiet good number of options for dine in and bars within the premises. So you don't even need to step out of the hotel. A complimentary shuttle service collected me from the airport and returned me there for my departing flight, which made my travel experience completely stress-free. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and welcoming - they made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, offering an impressive variety of international dishes, fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order items - it was hard to choose because everything looked so delicious! The swimming pool area was absolutely fantastic - spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and perfect for unwinding. I also enjoyed using the steam room and dry sauna, and the gym was modern, spacious, and well-equipped for a good workout. Overall, I couldn’t have been happier with my stopover in Doha. Absolutely amazing! The location is right in the middle of the souq and the beach and it's so quiet and comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are so comfortable too. This place is like its own little hideaway with golf carts that take us around. The pool was so clean and the breakfast was superb but what really amazed me was the service! It was my birthday and they had prepared the room so beautifully. And everyone who came to pick us up from our rooms would wish me happy birthday! It was so wonderful and memorable! Will definitely recommend anyone who comes to Doha to stay here if they want something away from the main "touristy" areas

Hidden Gem in Doha Only 15 minutes from the airport, The ambience is stunning, spotless, and feels like an oasis. The staff are exceptional — very polite & helpful. Spent 3 nights on a stopover. So glad I choose to stay here outside of the main city area, felt like I was able to experience more of the local culture staying in a historical village and was able to truly relax during my stay. I had a great time with the family at the Friday brunch with pool access! The food was good, but what really made the experience special was the amazing staff. Everyone was super friendly, from the professional and friendly 🌟KOYEL at the reception and then seeing her checking on all the brunch details. Then 🌟HANAS who was welcoming, experienced and cheerful when serving us at the table. I also appreciate 🌟MUNNA from the Bar who was also so welcoming and showed enthusiasm and energy. Bryan was also super hardworking. 🌟YACINE was also so polite, hard worker, smiling and patient helping my younger son at the kids' section. From the restaurant team to the pool staff, the lifeguard VICTOR was super friendly to my kid. Really appreciated their service it made the whole day feel relaxing and enjoyable!

We returned to The Chedi Katara in Doha for the third time and once again, everything was fantastic. The hotel’s design is absolutely stunning. Outdoors, two beautiful swimming pools surrounded by elegant white cabanas and lounge chairs, along with a gorgeous private beach, offer a true sense of tranquility. The interior design is equally impressive, blending refined luxury with local influences in a very elegant and authentic way. The atmosphere throughout the property is serene, peaceful, and ideal for unwinding. Our room was extremely spacious and beautifully appointed, with all the comfort and amenities expected from a top luxury hotel. The views from the balcony across the beach were simply amazing. The food throughout the hotel was excellent, with a great selection of delicious local and international dishes, always presented with great care. The spa was another highlight — a beautiful setting, highly skilled therapists, and treatments that left us feeling completely rejuvenated. As always, the staff were outstanding — very professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. They remembered many details from our previous stays and made us feel at home from the first moment. Their impeccable service is a major reason why we keep coming back. In particular, the housekeeping team (Jaan and Mangesh) and the restaurant staff (especially Hanas at breakfast) deserve a special thank you for their exceptional care. The surroundings are stunning: built partly In the traditional style, yet there is a modern feel to it. To us, the fact that it not a high rise has special appeal. The layout is spacious and generous, and the huge infinity pool faces the beach and ocean. Equally important is the warmth and attentiveness of all the staff: from warm welcomes at the reception, to impeccable and meticulous housekeeping by Mangesh and Jaan to the genuine hospitality and attentiveness at the amazing brakfast buffet, provided by Tarek, Sahid, Sara and Munna . The staff here are fantastic. Every staff member was super friendly and helpful. Food quality was great, including room service, breakfast and by the pool. The pool was fantastic and I was happy to use it for 2 days straight. And a huge fringe benefit is its location/connection to the mall. Highly recommend staying here.

The Marriott Marquis City Center Doha Hotel is truly lovely and wonderfully romantic from the moment you arrive until you depart. The entire ambiance just radiates romance! I was immediately impressed when a valet approached to assist with parking, and then ushered to an entrance that made me feel like a VIP. The classic car on display in the lobby was a fantastic touch. I took the elevator to the rooftop, expecting a lively club, but found a silent bar instead. While that was a bit disappointing as I prefer a noisier vibe, everything else was absolutely 10 out of 10."

The rooms are old and dirty. Curtains with holes in and ripped... House keeping stept in my room whilst I was in the bathroom!! They lost part of our clothing with laundry service ... The shower was really small and had mold... Not going there ever again! The good side of our 4 weeks stay > All restaurants are more than excellent! Super food # super service!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your hotel. As a long-term guest, I was entitled to discount meal vouchers. However, the staff failed to inform me of their expiration date. As a result, the vouchers expired unused, and I was told that no replacement would be provided. This lack of communication and unwillingness to resolve the matter demonstrates poor customer service and disregard for guest satisfaction. Beyond the name and the beautiful hotel this was not a great experience for me. The staff outside so not open car doors or acknowledge you. As a black woman I felt othered here. I was on a 4 day solo trip and this is not the place to stay. The bars are weird and they don’t acknowledge you either. I was very excited for my stay but beyond the view this is not worth it the damage to your confidence and mental health. Also it’s Ms.

My arrival at Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha was truly memorable, largely because of Izzat’s warm welcome and the help of Eric and Suleiman. Izzat greeted me with such kindness at the door, and made me feel like a guest of honor. Eric, the bellman, efficiently transported my luggage, and Suleiman from concierge made sure I understood the layout of the hotel. Eric chatted lightly as he carried my bags and told me about the spa, while Suleiman showed me a map and pointed out the gym and dining areas. Izzat added his own touches, recommending a quiet spot by the pool to relax. I felt very well looked after by all three. Their combined efforts made the transition from arrival to my room smooth and delightful. It was a perfect start to my stay.

Third time here. Great location as only 15 mins from airport and 15 from the cruise terminal. Byron at check-in is so helpful. All the staff are great. Frank at the beach always smiling and busy sorting out everyone’s sun beds. The food at the buffet is good and plentiful but if I had one criticism it would be that the food could be hotter. The air con is sometimes too powerful in the main restaurant and it is a very busy hotel. Overall very much recommend.

Review of Rixos Gulf Hotel I booked a last-minute trip with a friend and decided to stay at the Rixos Gulf. Unfortunately, my initial experience at reception was disappointing, and breakfast on the first morning was quite stressful. The person in charge was shouting loudly when directing customers and his staff , and the team looked visibly distressed. I shared my feedback with him, and he mentioned that he had only recently joined and was trying to improve the breakfast service to achieve a 5-star experience for guests. However, breakfast should be a calm and pleasant environment, even when it’s busy or full of children — this was not the level of service I expected. At around 1.30 in the afternoon I went back to reception to check if our room was ready I noticed the Assistant Front Office Manager Qais Shaheen on how attentively he handled another guest and decided to speak with him directly about my concerns. Qais listened carefully and immediately took action to improve our stay. His professionalism and genuine care turned my experience around. I would also like to mention Shakeel, the pool attendant, who was exceptionally helpful, and Chakra at the pool bar, who provided fantastic service throughout my stay. I’ve traveled to many countries, and I still believe Dubai leads the way in hospitality. At Rixos Gulf, a handful of people truly lived up to that standard — especially the team members I’ve mentioned. Staying at Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha was an absolute delight, especially when I was greeted so warmly by Izzat the doorman. Oye welcomed me too, and Shubash helped me with the luggage in an impressively efficient way. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely appreciated, with Izzat offering a friendly smile and greeting that set the tone for the stay. Oye stood by the entrance and made sure I entered with ease, while Shubash carried my bags swiftly to the lobby. The reception staff made check‑in seamless, but I also appreciated the way Izzat pointed me toward the elevator. Later, Oye gave me directions to the pool area, and Shubash offered suggestions for local restaurants nearby. I was really impressed by how coordinated the team was, with Izzat’s presence making each arrival feel personal. They made me feel comfortable right away, and I left with a big smile on my face.

My stay at the Rixos Gulf Hotel was nothing short of spectacular. I didn't know what to expect and I was surprised by how clean, modern and comfortable everything is. I noticed that everyone in Qatar is so friendly and helpful and the staff here strives to make your stay memorable. Located close to the airport, it's the perfect choice when you find yourself in Doha, whether be it a short stay or even prolonged vacation. My room was big. bright and very modern. The king size bed was super comfortable and I enjoyed a partial view to the Corniche and the bay. While here I had the privilege to visit some other rooms and you'll find everything you might desire. I only got to spend one night so I have to come back and enjoy their services to the fullest. I do recommend this hotel.

I have been at the Farmhouse restaurant twice with family and also with friends. All servings are delicious; delicious is even an understatement 😋. You would leave wishing to come back. I really love the barbecue nights on Wednesdays. Staff are very friendly from the reception to the manager (who politely asked me not to take pictures until he realised I wasn't focusing on individuals) to a beautiful slim lady I think by name Hmue at the drinks station who served me karak tea (she was nice to those before me as well and that was a good impression of her professionalism). We happen to meet a live band performance last week which was the icing on the cake; this team is fire 🔥 🔥 🔥. The view outside and ambience when you enter are very very nice. Do not hesitate to consider a visit to Farmhouse and Rixos.

Every member of the team was friendly, polite , and genuinely caring - they made our stay even more special The daily breakfast was fit for a king with so many top quality food options with table service. We also loved the Blue flames BBQ, pool food on Thursday. the Taj Rasooi served the best biriyani and butter chicken I have ever tasted (that’s saying something ) and Persia Restaurant served even better food and like the rest of the hotel staff again all waiters and waitresses were so friendly and helpful. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave this place, a must for anyone wanting to visit Doha and Qatar with family and friends.

The Best Hotel I have ever been! Everything was awesome in Al messila. I regret that I booked here only for one night. I should have extended my stay in qatar with al messila. We stayed here for one night during our layover in Doha. The hotel has a striking architecture and lobby area. Due to my elite status, my room was upgraded to a beautiful suite. Since it was our anniversary trip, the staff had generously decorated our room, which was greatly appreciated. The spa facilities are very impressive, it's actually open to non hotel guests as well. The popular accommodations are the villas which were fully occupied when we were there May 21st, 2025. The massage therapist was skilled and accommodating. The location is quite far from the city center, we had to take Uber to and fro the airport, around 20 minute drive. It was quite hot outdoor so we decided not to utilize the pool facilities. The service and interaction by the staff felt a bit cold, not as friendly as their Dubai counterpart. We would probably opt to stay closer to downtown area next time.

I visited the spa at Sharq Village for a deep muscle sports massage, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The therapist, Pushpa, was clearly not trained for this specific treatment—what I received was a very basic massage with no technique or targeted pressure. It felt generic and rushed, and when I asked, she admitted she had another client scheduled immediately after mine. To add to the disappointment, several parts of the facility were not available for use. There was no access to the steam room, sauna, or jacuzzi—amenities that even a modest 3-star hotel spa would typically offer as part of the experience. Instead, it was just a quick in-room massage and straight out of the hotel. Sharq Village Spa used to be run by Six Senses and had a reputation for excellence, but sadly, it now feels like a shadow of what it once was. The infrastructure remains impressive, but the lack of staff training, poor service quality, and overall disinterest in guest experience made this visit a complete waste of time and money. Definitely not the standard you expect from a luxury resort.

From my first visit, I really enjoyed the amenities available at the Sharq Village Spa, particularly the gym. Gym has a LOT of equipment and space and it is actually quite thoughtfully laid out and you also have access to a steam room. Aside from this you have your traditional Spa offerings such as massages, treatments, and more.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and at home. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the little touches—like complimentary water, great toiletries, and a cozy bed. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious. Overall, a fantastic stay, we’ll definitely be back....

I stayed at 21 High Street Residence by The Torch to celebrate a special occasion and had requested a setup to mark the event. Unfortunately, nothing was arranged, and when I asked at reception, I was told such setups must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. This was surprising and disappointing in my experience, most hotels can accommodate such requests within hours. It was quite embarrassing, especially since the celebration was important to us. Additionally, although the apartment was meant for two people, amenities like towels and toothbrushes were only provided for one guest. On a positive note, the apartment was very clean and well-maintained, and the restaurant in the hotel was excellent. These were the highlights of our stay. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations due to poor handling of a simple request and lack of attention to guest needs.

This is an unforgettable stay. Breakfast buffet was incredible with a wide variety of fresh, local dishes. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to experience true luxury.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the recent information I received about the additional charges applied by Maysan and Katara Hills Villas. I was informed that if I am hosting a small gathering or bringing any food carts, I must pay an additional 1,500 QAR per cart, and for holding an event, an extra 2,500 QAR fee is required. This is extremely unreasonable, especially considering that I am already paying 7,000 QAR for the villa rental. These extra fees are not for any actual service or support — they are simply for allowing me to bring in my own setup and items, which feels unfair and exploitative. As a paying customer, I expect transparency and fair treatment. It is disappointing to see such excessive and unjustified charges added on top of an already high booking price. I sincerely hope that management reviews these policies, as they discourage customers and create a very negative impression

Edward and Juliet made breakfast a pleasure every morning with their warmth and energy. Kusein at the pool helped us secure loungers with a smile, and staff in the foyer happily took family photos — simple gestures that made a big difference. The apartment layout was ideal, and the in-room washing machine became the quiet hero of the trip, keeping everything running smoothly. Everyone looked proud of their work — proof that great culture shines through genuine service.

This was our first time in Qatar, and our experience at the Hilton Hotel was truly exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. While the entire staff was friendly and professional, we would like to especially thank Ramzi and Sylvester. Both are a great asset to the hotel. Their warm attitude, focus on our children, and outstanding customer service made us feel incredibly welcome. Because of them, and the overall quality of our stay, we are certain that we will return to this hotel again in the future.

Our stay at the Hilton, the pearl, Doha was exceptional! The service has been spectacular. Their attentiveness and urgency to fulfil our needs was always 150% The hotel staff are so helpful and welcoming. The cleaning service/ housekeeping were so proficient. The food at “The Kitchen” (hotels dinning area) was great! The coffee was as good as the coffee, if not better, that you’d find in speciality coffee houses. The eggs were always poached to perfection! The general Manager always asked if we were okay and if we needed anything. Amazing!!! Cannot recommend enough!!! Would love to come back!!

We stayed for 3 nights, and our experience was extremely disappointing from the very beginning. When we arrived from the USA at check-in time, our room wasn’t even ready. My daughter was asleep in my husband’s arms while we waited in the lobby. The staff said they would “upgrade” us to a bigger, better room, so we trusted them — but when we entered the room, it smelled moldy and dirty, as if it had been abandoned for a long time. The furniture was filthy, there was no balcony as in our original booking, and the windows were in an unacceptable condition. We immediately called the front desk, and they said we still had to wait for our original room to be cleaned and inspected. Keep in mind we arrived around 2:25 PM — and even by 4:00 PM, the room was still not ready. We kept waiting in the lobby, asking for updates, and only finally got checked in around 5:30 PM. Later, someone came to the room with a dinner buffet voucher, but when we went to dinner, the host was extremely rude — she greeted every guest warmly except us. We were treated very differently from others. My sister, who arrived from Dubai around the same time, was easily checked in, upgraded to a large room, and welcomed with complimentary fruits, sweets, and drinks. We received none of that. It’s very clear that the management shows favoritism toward certain guests. The next morning at breakfast, my toddler needed to use the restroom inside the restaurant — it was filthy, with unflushed toilets and an awful smell. An employee had to guide us to the gym bathroom instead. We also ordered room service for the kids, but the trays were left in the counter for almost two days, only being picked up after I called to remind them. The elevator stopped working multiple times, our door lock battery died leaving us locked out for over 30 minutes, and at one point the water supply was cut off without any notice — we couldn’t even shower before going out. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Poor management, lack of cleanliness, and no basic communication or respect for guests. Never again.

I booked a 4 night stopover in Doha with Discover Qatar. I chose Hyatt Regency as it is close to the airport and walking distance to a metro stop. The hotel is beautiful as are the rooms. Pool with loungers outside, there’s also seperate male and female sauna and hot tubs. Gym, multiple restaurants, onsite gift shop and coffee shop. Walking distance to metro (5mins) Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again. ETA - complementary shuttle bus to and from the airport every hour which is very convenient!

The hotel is nice, I was caught aback by the use of steel and glass. The use of sun shading devices on these gigantic atrium and the wonderful tree that was in the middle of the atrium. The breakfast was great. There are chefs to do little things like omelette on ground. Variety of foods and a serene atmosphere. I particularly like the Panoramic elevators that show the atrium in its fullest and the swimming pool which was not bad

On arrival, we were greeted by exceptionally friendly staff who made us feel welcome straight away. Rooms (5/5): Spacious, stylish, and comfortable. The bed was firm in the best way and perfect after a long flight. Everything felt fresh and well cared for. Facilities (5/5): The gym and pool are top-notch, clean, and well equipped. We also tried room service and ordered the club sandwich, which arrived quickly and was excellent. Atmosphere (5/5): Elegant but relaxed. The hotel has a refined look without feeling stuffy or over the top. Overall: For a 24-hour stopover, this was a fantastic stay. Great staff, beautiful rooms, and a genuinely premium feel from start to finish. Rating: 5/5 ⭐️ A five-star experience in every sense, and one I’d happily stay at again. And the slice of cake for our anniversary was such an elegant touch. The only draw back I have is the hotel has a nightclub and it was pumping music until like 2am. That was pretty frustrating and did keep us awake. Maybe we just got unlucky so I’ve kept it at a 5 but it was not ideal.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Waldorf Astoria (bywater Doha). The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Special thanks to Farjhat and Thon for their outstanding help and kindness throughout our visit. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The pools were fantastic, and the lifeguards were friendly and accommodating. The pool staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable — our 4-year-old especially loved their warmth and company. A special mention to Brian for his big smile, kind heart, and personal touches that made us feel so welcome. Lovely Charlie from the beach staff reminded us of home and it was nice to see him enjoying work away from him. The restaurant team was equally impressive — professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Jasurbek and Tracey made breakfast a joy each morning, taking great care of us and engaging so sweetly with our 4-year-old. We truly appreciated the thoughtful service from everyone at the Waldorf Astoria and can’t wait to return!

An absolutely gorgeous hotel. Lovely food and service from all. Not enough water slides to entertain the older children but they still enjoyed themselves nonetheless. I stayed at the Waldorf Astoria for one week in October 2025, and everything about my experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and efficient, setting the tone for a truly luxurious stay. The room was incredible — beautifully designed, spacious, and maintained to the highest standards with a gorgeous view. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, ensuring everything was spotless and perfectly arranged. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options and impeccable presentation. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. The pool area was another standout feature. The pool staff were extremely attentive and professional, creating a safe and relaxing environment throughout the day. A few members of staff (of whom I managed to note names) went above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable. Wasim from the valet team was exceptional, he went out of his way to collect an item we had accidentally left behind in the room after we had already checked out and sitting in the taxi. Kevin, also from the valet team gave us some great tips when we visiting pearl island. Ratesh at the front desk was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and Angelika from housekeeping made a lovely gesture by giving my daughter a bookmark with a lovely note after noticing how much she enjoyed reading. Those personal touches truly set the Waldorf Astoria apart. Overall, my stay exceeded all expectations. The combination of comfort, cleanliness, outstanding food, and exceptional service makes the Waldorf Astoria a hotel I would return to in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a truly five-star experience.

Wonderful experience with our 4 year old and 6 year old. It’s one of our fave hotels to stay. Our children and we as parents were relaxed throughout with waterpark area fo kids, beach, movie night and a great breakfast. We had eggs Benedict and lots of other delicious pancakes, fresh salad desserts for our breakfast by chef Ahmad. We were served by a lovely lady, Tina who even understood I needed cold milk with my tea :) happy parents and very happy children x

I visited for afternoon tea, thankfully I was able to catch the pink afternoon, which is only during October, it represents the awareness campaign for breast cancer. The waiter Ranya, was very welcoming and friendly , she was there for every thing we asked for. The afternoon and other sides we tried there were delicious, I liked how they presented the surprisingly long Mille-feuille, and other dishes. I recommend eating club sandwich too, it’s the best in town so far. I recommend they toast the bread in the afternoon tea, as they don’t. The lady playing music added good vibes to the atmosphere too.

Everything was perfect and professional. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I especially want to thank Mr. David, who works at the beach, for his excellent service and outstanding attitude. I also want to express my appreciation to Ms. Tina from the By Water restaurant — she was incredibly attentive, kind, and always made sure everything was perfect. Her warm and caring personality truly made my experience even more enjoyable.

WA is fabulous hotel, with nice location in Lusail area, and excellent staff. Personal Concierges like Nimali or Stephanie, and others were always at your service, as you are the guest of the hotel, which makes your stay even better. Hotel rooms are very well equipped, with nice view, in my case sea view, just over the hotel pools and beach front. Room cleaning service was above my expectations, since I had a feeling the room was cleaned even twice a da, so thanks for cleaning team, like Titan and Farhad who I had a chance to met, but also and all others members of this team. A lot of great staff makes service superb and stay in the hotel more comfortable. Im coming definitely back to WA very soon.

We stayed at Pullman West Bay Doha for three nights as a family and had a pleasant overall experience. The hotel is fairly new, modern, and conveniently located right next to the metro station, which makes getting around the city very easy. It has more of a business hotel vibe, with a sleek, professional atmosphere. We were upgraded to a suite, which was a nice surprise. It was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The breakfast buffet was always busy but offered flavorful and decent options to start the day. The highlight of our stay was definitely the Executive Lounge access, which added an extra touch of comfort and exclusivity. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the in-house restaurants served good food. Overall, while the experience was enjoyable, the property felt more like a high-end four-star business hotel rather than a true five-star luxury stay. Still, it’s a great choice for business travelers or short stays in West Bay.

I stayed last Sept 20, and its the best decision choosing Pullman. We weren’t expecting that much from the previous property we stayed but here made us forget it. Location was is great since its in the city. We were able to use the pool in the morning, it was so nice and quiet. Room service was great also, by making sure my request was delivered. Reception team handle and check me in smoothly. Its a great stay in Pullman. Thank you Team.

We had a great stay at The Pullman in West Bay. The team did a lovely job of preparing our room, with a special mention for the team that went to the efforts they did to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We even had a complementary cake delivered to our room, my daughter (and I) were so grateful. The room was fantastic, with a mind blowing view. The city comes to live once the sun sets, and this made for a spectacular panoramic view. The room had everything we needed during our short two night stay. No noise or worries, and the cleanliness was excellent. We had a quick drink on our last night at the fun & lively Sports Bar, but did not eat in any of the restaurants. The location is excellent, and we had many options within a short walk. We would definitely return to this hotel, it ticked all out boxes and the price we paid was nothing short of remarkable.

I did a stopover at Pullman Doha and it was a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The concierge handled any request, from booking a taxi to giving clear explanations. Facilities are very good. The pool with jacuzzi is open until 8 pm, and the pool bar until 10 pm, so you can still grab a snack there. The ground-floor coffee shop is also great, we had a coffee and croissant there instead of breakfast (I didn’t book breakfast since we arrived late and wanted to sleep late in the morning). The room was modern, well equipped, and had an amazing view. The only downside was that the fridge was empty, so if you check in at 2 am like we did, room service is the only option. Overall, a solid 5-star experience.

October 2025 This is our 1st visit to Doha. We had three night stop over on our way to Australia. On arrival we were very pleased to see such a grand hotel, on entering it was lovely to see the hotel was colourful and spacious but more importantly extremely clean. Sydney, a very smiley porter immediately introduced himself, took our cases and escorted us to reception. Phoo booked us in, she was very polite and made us feel extremely welcome. On arrival at our room Sydney was waiting with our cases. The room (1111) was extremely clean and spacious, queen size bed, work station, fridge and a separate bath and shower. We asked Phoo if it is possible to have a late book out of 3pm on our final day due to the late flight, Phoo asked us to call back on the morning of our departure and she would try to help. During our stay we saw Sydney on a number of occasion’s, he always had a big smile and a greeting for us. On the morning of our departure we attended the reception and Phoo greeted us with a big smile, before we could even ask she said IS 3PM STILL OK FOR YOU, we where honestly taken back, YES PLEASE PHOO, amazing service. Sydney came over to us with that big smile and a bottle of water for our journey, again, amazing service. We could not ask for anymore from the staff at the Pullman West Bay Doha. Thank you all. I had the absolute best experience with my massage therapist Thitima! Every detail was perfect — from the relaxing ambiance to the professional and caring touch. She knew exactly what my body needed, and I left feeling completely renewed and stress-free. Truly the best massage I’ve ever had! To add more to this experience I have booked some salon services as well and all the salon staff were so friendly and professional and I loved the quality of the service. Highly recommended 😍

We stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Doha West Bay for four days and had an exceptional experience starting from the warm reception from Stalina who greeted us and took us for a tea while waiting for the room to be ready. The hospitality was outstanding, the buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the restaurant team—Wassima, Aboubake, and Joecella—provided truly remarkable service. We also greatly appreciated the housekeeping staff- Hamid Ali who consistently checked in to ensure our comfort and needs were met. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations and made our time in Doha memorable. My kid even wished to stay here for the winter. We would definitely come back next time when visiting Doha in the near future!

I had an amazing experience at Ledoux! The food was absolutely delicious — every cake was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The ambiance of the place was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal or a special occasion. A big thank you to Lovely for the excellent service! The hotel is lovely, but it's staff like Khalid who make you want to return. Highly recommended.

My son and I spent a fantastic 5 days staying here. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they even gave us late check out for free on our final day. The hotel was clean and the two swimming pools were well maintained and refreshing. The only small quibble was the angle of the shower, which made it impossible to wash effectively without holding the shower head in one hand.

I recently stayed at Millennium Place Doha, and it was a truly delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel’s location is convenient — tucked in Al Muntazah, it’s close to major landmarks like Souq Waqif and the Corniche, but still quiet enough to relax away from the city buzz. The moment I entered, the ambiance felt modern, welcoming, and classy. Room & Comfort: My room was spacious, very clean, and had a soft, comfortable bed. I loved the modern design, and the bathroom was spotless with a strong shower and a big tub. They even had a washer/dryer in the room, which was super convenient for longer stays. Staff & Service: What really made my stay special was the staff. Everyone — from the reception to housekeeping — was friendly, respectful, and ready to help. I especially want to thank the male receptionist who received me for going the extra mile to make me feel at home. (I have his photo) Dining: The hotel has a variety of restaurants, and I was impressed! I had dinner at Mario e Mario, their Italian rooftop restaurant — the lasagna was delicious and the view was beautiful. Breakfast was also great, with plenty of options and fresh baked bread. Facilities: The gym and pool were clean and relaxing. I also appreciated the tight security measures in place, which made me feel very safe throughout my stay. Overall: Millennium Place Doha exceeded my expectations. Whether you’re visiting Doha for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, hospitality, and excellent value.

Millennium Place Doha is a solid hotel that falls somewhere between a 4- and 5-star experience. The service is a standout—attentive, personalized, and consistently accommodating. The hotel facilities are generally very good, though a few areas could benefit from some updates. The rooftop pool, for example, feels underutilized and uninviting, lacking any bar or food service for guests lounging or swimming. Meanwhile, the downstairs bars are windowless and smoky, making them less than ideal for socializing or relaxing with a drink. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed. While my bathroom was on the smaller side and felt a bit cramped, it did offer both a shower and a bathtub—a welcome touch of luxury. Room service is available 24/7, which is convenient, though the menu is limited and prices are on the higher end. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent—an easy A+.

Mary, Khalid & Alaeddine were super wonderful at reception! We stayed here for a layover program since we came from Africa with Qatar airways and they ensured we had such a lovely stay! The reception / main entrance / front desk is super clean and luxurious, they greeted us with love and kindness each and every time we walked downstairs. Our luggage was transferred upstairs for us making our entrance seamless. The room has incredible features such as two switches for either do not disturb or please make up our room. By the time I hit the button and I came back from my workout the room was clean with brand new towels and the bed made perfectly. The equipment at the gym was very clean and easy to use, a very big gym that’s attached to a large bathroom so you know to ensure your hands are clean as you walk in and out. We didn’t use the pool but they had one downstairs & upstairs! They have a buffet but we were very busy in town or else we would have enjoyed that too! Our bed was a king size and wow the mattress + blankets & pillows were mega cozy! I’m grateful we were here for 2 nights as a couple we had everything and more! The safe inside the room as well as the fridge was a great addition. Again thank you Mary, Khalid and Alaeddine!!!

Title: Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! I recently stayed at Zubara Hotels in Qatar, and it was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Let me break it down: Service: The staff was shockingly arrogant and unhelpful. Any request, no matter how small, was met with attitude and an air of superiority. I felt like I was a burden for even being there. Hospitality was clearly not a priority for them. Cleanliness: The room was far from clean. Dust on the furniture, stains on the bedding, and an unkempt bathroom left me questioning the hotel’s hygiene standards. For a place that claims to be premium, this was absolutely unacceptable. Water: Believe it or not, you are rationed water. You get two bottles, and that’s it. Want more? You have to pay for it! In a hot country like Qatar, this is just ridiculous. They couldn’t even provide the basic courtesy of unlimited drinking water. Overall: The entire experience felt like a scam. From the moment I checked in to the moment I left, I couldn’t wait to get out of there. If you’re looking for a relaxing, welcoming stay, look elsewhere. Zubara Hotels is overpriced, overrated, and an insult to Qatar’s reputation for hospitality. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. This place doesn’t deserve your time, money, or patience.

Water is rationed - we were only given 2 small bottles even though we had a baby who needed bottles making. When I asked about nice local spots for breakfast, I was bluntly told "we serve breakfast here" with a ridiculous price quoted. The room and bathroom were not clean and need a face lift. The hotel is now 3 star according to their sign where they have painted over some stars and the rooftop is now closed. Poor location and poor service.

Very good experience and nice neat place, rooms and location I stayed there for 4 days and staff is really polite the guards, reception service all of them are the reason for the 5 star Look forward to stay back and do recommend this place for the affordable and nice stays in doha. This is a 3 star property, google shows it 5 but having 3 star don't makes its recommendations low, i recommend it the best to stay when you choose price, location service all.

Avoid this place. I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The pictures they advertised were completely misleading and bore no resemblance to the actual hotel. The room was disgusting — there were stains all over the bed sheets and carpet, which was honestly gross. There was also so much dust build up around the entire room. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. On top of that, the place smelled bad, and the towels they gave us were dirty and torn. I’ve stayed in a wide range of hotels, but this one takes the cake for being the worst. Customer service was a joke as well; they were unhelpful and unfriendly.

The male indian receptionist is not friendly. They are very stingy in giving water because they say it is limited to 3 small bottles per day unlike in other hotels that giving 1L mineral bottle per day while the same 5stars were unlimited, to think that this room is 500qr. The curtain is not block out which was irritating to the eyes in the morning when u wake up. The coffee is out of stock this time and the only cheap capsule they give is neither nespresso nor dolce gusto. Though the restaurant food is amazing. Overall. It is haram not to give water to a thirsty person.

HOW IS IT 5 STAR also the receptionist is so rude noomi & Isam have the worst customer service I’ve seen This hotel had less then standard cleanliness - the water for the first two nights was cold, dirty water also in the sink. We asked to speak to the property manager who literally avoided us. My wife was consistently ignored by its staff. Idk how this hotel is five star absolutely shocking and to top it all off at check out I needed pay the laundry bill and no one was there - I said I’ll come in and pay or pay over phone and they threaten to call the police?? Over 100 QAR what a joke of a hotel

We had a great stay at the hotel! We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff, especially the receptionist, were all kind and accommodating. A special mention to Vakish from the restaurant—he was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Mr. Vasken also went out of his way to assist us and made sure all our needs were met. Excellent service from start to finish – highly recommend!

It’s my first stay at Staybridge Suites hotel in Lusail Doha. I arrived at 6.0 am and when I found out it’s 3 star hotel I was about to cancel my reservation, I asked the gentleman at front desk mr. Ali to check the room and facilities first, then I changed my mind. I really enjoyed my stay there, the suites are well maintained, furniture is at least 4 star level and the marine view is really amazing, and it has a fully equipped kitchen, it’s totally recommended for families who prefer to prepare their meals and who will stay a long stay. The gymnasium and swimming pool are ok for me, the breakfast open buffet was little bit needs more variety, however it’s ok specially it’s included in all rooms rate. You can get coffee at any time from the restaurant. The location is in the best place in front of the marine walkway, and the marine and golf view are both enjoyable. The front office staff are all kind, cooperative, highly responsive and very polite they were all keen to make my stay comfortable starting from very early check in at 7.0 am to late check out at 4.0 pm. I got all their name to thank them by name here however I lost the paper, the restaurant staff and house keeping staff are also nice, helpful. My stay was comfortable. Highly recommended.

I’m currently staying at this hotel in room 307, and I’m having a disappointing experience. I came here for a relaxing vacation, but I’m not enjoying it at all. First, the lady at the reception was quite rude, which is not the warm welcome I expected. The air conditioning in my room is not cooling properly, and despite calling several times for assistance, it wasn't until 2:33 AM that someone finally came to check on it. Instead of fixing the issue or offering a room change, they only provided a cooler, which isn’t a satisfactory solution. Additionally, I chose this hotel because it advertised a heated pool, but it’s not heating at all. We even called a staff member to address the heater issue, and he told us that it was at maximum temperature, which is still cold. When I spoke to the receptionist about this, he informed me that there’s no heated pool at all. I’m paying for a 5-star experience, but what I’m getting feels more like a 2-star stay. Overall, I’m very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on my experience.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. As a Hilton diamond member, we were upgraded, and the 2 bedroom villa had to be one of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The decor throughout the hotel and room was stunning. Special mention of Nicholas at check in who was very helpful and joyful. Also special mention of Kate from the kids playroom (which also is so thoughtful). Kate was very pleasant and friendly with the children. The breakfast spread included with our diamond benefit was so generous. Each and every dish was so flavorful, and the portions are huge, so much so that we had to order less to not waste food. The service at the restaurant was so friendly and professional. We had an incident happen in the room the night before we left, and the hotel manager waited in the morning at the front desk to personally apologize to me for the incident and contacted the manager at the next hotel I was going to (owned by the same owner) to make sure we are taken care of. Truly 5 star service. Also very conveniently located to Villagio mall, Aspire park, and Downtown food park. My only complaint is that the pool in room was very cold and the heater was not efficient so the pool was not really useable.

Went to the hotel to pay,,, they told me we cancelled your reservation. The reservation team did not inform me that i have to pay when i called to book so i thought i can pay while check in. Other than that its not my first experience at this hotel you rarely get checked in at 3 and when it time to check out they now how to nag at 12 pm. You have better options in qatar never use this.

I recently stayed at Maysan Hotel for two nights in one of their beautiful 2-bedroom villas, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. We were celebrating a very special occasion, my daughter’s first birthday and everything exceeded our expectations. A big highlight was the event team, especially Duha, who was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout the planning and the celebration. She made sure every detail was taken care of, and thanks to her, the party went smoothly and felt truly special :) The buffet dinner was absolutely delicious! There was a wide variety of dishes, all fresh and full of flavor, our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the food.. Also I want thank Taha and Emen for the great hospitality and service at the restaurant.. The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. The villa was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family stay. I’m already looking forward to coming back again. Thank you, Maysan Hotel, for making our celebration so memorable :)

One of the Worst Experiences I’ve Ever Had – Completely Mismanaged Stay I stayed here for an important engagement event, and I can confidently say this was one of the worst hotel/resort experiences I’ve ever had. Everything was a disaster from start to finish. First of all, nothing was managed properly. Every time I had a delivery—whether it was food, decoration, catering, or even my cake—I had to call the reception multiple times just to get them inside. My vendors were made to wait 30 to 40 minutes at the gate while I kept begging reception to let them in. This caused huge delays in the event setup and made everything extremely stressful. I requested an oven at least 10 times—no one ever sent it. Every basic request took forever. And the worst part? The reception staff were incredibly rude and disrespectful. They clearly have no idea how to talk to customers. One lady at the reception was especially rude and dismissive. The only helpful person was Nicole—she was the only one who showed any professionalism. Despite informing the hotel in advance that this was an engagement event, they failed on every level. Nothing was ready. Nothing was smooth. Even my car got a flat tire because of the construction going on around the area. Just unacceptable. The management’s response? They brought up that I got a “special rate”—as if that justifies terrible service. News flash: many people get that rate. So bringing that up was meaningless. This stay was not worth the money, not worth the stress, and not worth the time. My guests were disappointed, I was humiliated, and the entire event suffered because of the lack of professionalism here. I will never come back, and I strongly urge others to think twice before booking this place especially if you’re planning something important. Save yourself the especially if you’re planning something important. Save yourself the trouble.

One of the best staycations / getaway place. Highly recommended. The villa and the hotel design is flawless. Their staff are welcoming and very friendly. The service was excellent. In addition the food from Lacasa is delicious I tried their breakfast. Perfect place.
