Our experience with La Parisienne was exceptional!! We ordered cakes and mini sandwiches for 2 days before our company event and they prepared our order very well handled, into details and on time. In addition to their outstanding service, the items we ordered i.e. cakes and sandwiches were very delicious, fresh, well packaged, food texture were made exceptional and authentically French. I would definitely order here again and recommend this coffee shop. ❤️

I ordered the Beef Burger, and it was okay overall. Personally, I enjoyed it more without the pickle, as I felt the flavor was better when it was removed. The complimentary bread, however, was on another level — fresh, delicious, and a highlight on its own. What really stood out to me was the service; it was honestly the best I’ve ever had, almost like first-class treatment. Special thanks to Son, who handled everything perfectly with such a friendly and professional attitude. Had a business lunch with my mom who visited Qatar as a tourist. Was a wonderful experience and delicious food, enjoying the view of Pearl as we dined in a terrace seat. I had an excellent experience at Sel & Miel. The service was outstanding, and the staff was very attentive. (Sorry I forgot her name, she was Moroccan lady. I enjoyed her service.) Although the main dish I ordered, the duck, was slightly overcooked, I understand that I am not in France, and overall, the experience exceeded our expectations. Bravo, Ritz Carlton! 👏

I visited Gourmet House and ordered cappuccino and it was below average, the milk overpowered the taste of the coffee, expensive for the average price. The waiters were not that attentive, i have to call them several times to take my orders and for the bill. The place was clean and well maintained.

I also ordered a chocolate brownie... how to say that? Should be retitled double sugar brownie. I won't go there twice. -- In addition, you will find sandwiches, a large variety of breads, which seems interesting for those consumming bread. It is possible to take away to. -- The place looks nice, calm, on the side of the lobby.

It seems unbelievable that the Gourmet House used to have the best bakery in doha. Sadly now it’s a story of poor choice, slow service, terrible coffee and microwaved pastries. Why Alfardan/Kempinsky can’t do a better job of managing this and other Kempinsky outlets is beyond me. The W Cafe across the road is far better.

I visited Gourmet House and really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. I ordered an espresso, and it was rich and flavorful. The service was excellent, and the waitress Lovely was very kind and attentive.

The place has a cozy vibe with white-based interior that gives it a warm feeling. It’s also in a great location close to the souq wakif. The big windows make the space feel open and relaxing and you can see inside from outside too. We tried the orange peach tea for the first time and really enjoyed it! The plain croissant and pain au chocolate are good. Staff is very thoughtful. It was near closing and she very kindly gave me fresh ones instead of the final piece or two that were displayed, presumably already for a while.

I ordered a few things from this place based on a colleague recommendation, but was hugely disappointed. Millefeuille layers were soggy not flaky or crispy and the eclair too limp! Not to mention that the creme patisserie was too eggy for everyone’s taste. On the other hand, the orange cake that should be moist was dry! The talabat delivery was impressive as everything came intact. I guess it is Opposites Day!

We want 1kg of customised macarons , the girls ( who works there ) had no idea about the price and they refused to call the owner to confirm the price ( they said he is sleeping and we can not disturb him ) . We found this very unprofessional , specially after almost 20 min of waiting .

I liked this shop. Their ice cream and toppings are amazing. It is my second time visit this shop all the way from Saudi Arabia and it is amazing. What I like the most is their chocolate dip with the ice cream. It is considered as one of my favorite places in Qatar.

Good place to have coffee and many selections of sandwiches I tried the chicken sandwich and burrata pie salad, both are delicious The prices is a bit expensive; but it’s worth it for self treat from time to time! Halo cafe is well known with their ice cream and donuts; so it’s must for try!

My husband and I came here for breakfast during our stay. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles. The staff Abboua, Abduiz, Ahmed, Zin, and Eida were absolutely delightful and ensured all our needs were met. The food, tea, and juices were incredibly. So many choices hard to choose.

During our stay 'The Kitchen' was the favoured place for breakfasts and dinners for our half-board. The hospitality and the atmosphere were amazing. Absolutely loved the service from all the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, the quality of food and the speed of preparation were exceptional. Especially, big shout-out to Bhim and Mosessa, who made us feel special during our quick but wholesome interactions. Late review but I would like to thank Mr. Pita for accommodating our reservation and advance order (due to 1 hour lunch break only). The food was exceptional as usual! I would give 5 stars for the food, the ambiance and the staff of Jones the Grocer specially Mr. Pita who was so helpful and welcomed us with a warm smile and enthusiasm.

Came in for brunch as a party of two and had a fantastic experience. We tried the goat cheese and fig salad, along with the eggs in a hole — both dishes were beautifully presented and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. We loved the figs in the salad so much, we ended up buying some fresh ones to take home! The coffee was excellent — rich and smooth, just the way we like it. Service was another highlight: the staff were friendly and attentive, especially Jessa who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Kudos to her and the whole team! One of my favorite restaurants! I used to come here often for breakfast back in the day. They’ve added more variety to the menu since then so now I want to try everything! They use healthy ingredients and there are lots of drinks that are good for your body, so it’s perfect for anyone who’s health-conscious. The staff are attentive and always greet you with a smile.

I tried the business lunch, it had 3 courses. The salad was good, I enjoyed it, however the sandwich wasn’t really good tasting, it was oily. Food quality can be improved. I find the prices are exaggerated, Moroccan tea for 50 Riyal is really expensive looking at the fact it’s not authentic Moroccan tea, they only use the tea bag with hot water so it’s not worth that price.

Overall it was great experience. They have valet parking, the breakfast buffet spread was decent. The location is beautiful, the staff is really friendly.

Great place to enjoy the Iftar during Ramadan!! we were seated on the terrace with a great view of the bay. The atmosphere was great, and the buffet was very complete: many Arabic and Indian cuisine, lots of variety of salads and many desserts. We used a coupon from Urban point, which gave us 50% off. Last, but at least the service was amazing!!!! All waitresses were very kind and open to explain everything to us in detail

The food and service were both quite good, but the portion size felt too small for the price. The ambiance was rather plain and lacked character — a touch more charm could elevate the dining experience. Also, the background music was unusually sad, to the point that it almost brought me to tears, which affected the overall mood.

They have extremely limited vegetarian food options. I chose Soup of the day which was lentil soup. Quantity is good, but I was expecting a better tasting soup. Service is satisfactory. Ambience and atmosphere is great. Cruises which come to Doha, wait at the port opposite to MINA. One can see the lovely cruises sitting at the MINA Restaurant.

Overall the experience wasn’t pleasing, the staff weren’t that welcoming, I noticed the attention and treatment differs from 1 table to the other which was quite bad as you need to treat all of your guests the same. There was a delay in service, only 2 staff members and they were rushing to cover all tables, for 1 cappuccino and 1 milkshake, we waited over 20 minutes, good thing we had a nice view to enjoy while waiting. The drinks were good, they made up for the delay. The cheesecake was disappointing, it lacked taste, it would’ve been better if it’s served with chocolate sauce. The view is very nice, the place is nice if you need a time for relaxation with the low lighting and the nice view.

A perfect sundowner spot 🌅 — the tea garden on the 21st floor of the elegant Torch building didn’t disappoint. Whether you’re into afternoon tea or just looking for a cozy sip and a bite, there’s something for everyone. I highly recommend the refreshing hibiscus tea and the soothing lemongrass blend. The views were spectacular and our server Grace made the experience extra special 🌸.

If you’re chasing sunsets in Doha, there are a few spots that promise a view but Torch Tea Garden at Aspire Zone offers one of the most beautiful panoramas I’ve experienced in the city. Perched high up with a wide, open view of the skyline and Aspire Park below, the setting alone makes this place feel special. I recently went for a late afternoon visit, hoping for a relaxing high tea with friends, and while the atmosphere was lovely, the overall experience had a few misses. Let’s start with the good: the view is absolutely gorgeous Time it around golden hour and you’re in for a real treat. The terrace faces just the right angle to catch the sunset as it spills over the city, casting a warm, golden light across the entire tea garden. With the Aspire Tower glowing in the background and soft music playing, it’s easy to just sit back and lose track of time. The ambiance is calm, elegant, and undeniably picturesque. This spot is clearly designed for lingering and Instagram. The interior is also beautifully designed. It’s modern, chic, and minimal without feeling cold. But of course, most people (ourselves included) were out on the terrace for that view. We came specifically for the high tea experience which visually looked promising when it arrived served on a tiered stand with a selection of sweet and savory bites, and a pot of tea of your choice. But unfortunately, the taste didn’t quite match the presentation. The sandwiches were fresh but basic think cucumber, smoked salmon, egg mayo but they lacked any real flavor punch or creativity. A couple of them felt a bit dry, as though they’d been prepared too early. The pastries and mini desserts were decent, with the scones being the best part served warm with clotted cream and jam, they had that buttery, crumbly texture you'd expect. However, the rest of the sweets were more style than substance. They looked great on camera but didn’t stand out in flavor. The tea selection was decent, and the rose tea I ordered was fragrant and calming, but again, nothing particularly memorable. someone’s attention when we first arrived, and even longer to have our order taken. We had to follow up twice to get extra cutlery, and the tea took surprisingly long to arrive considering the place wasn’t overly busy. There’s a sense that the staff is trying to maintain a certain luxury standard, but the execution just didn’t quite meet the mark. A bit more attentiveness and smoother coordination would go a long way in elevating the overall experience especially at a venue with such a premium location and concept. That said, if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax with a view, Torch Tea Garden delivers. It’s peaceful, the music is soft and elegant, and the crowd is generally quiet and well-mannered. It’s the kind of spot where you can bring out-of-town guests for the view alone, or enjoy a solo unwind moment with a book and a pot of tea. It’s also worth noting that the location inside The Torch makes it feel a bit like a hidden gem not something you’d stumble upon unless you knew it was there, which adds a touch of exclusivity. Would I come back? Yes but more for the view and the ambiance than the high tea itself. It’s the kind of place you visit when you want to slow down and take in the skyline, not necessarily when you’re craving a next-level culinary experience. If they can improve the food offerings and step up the service just a notch, Torch Tea Garden has all the potential to become one of the top high tea spots in Doha. For now, it’s a great place to catch the sunset, sip some tea, and enjoy the serenity but don’t go in expecting a flawless fine dining experience.

We had afternoon tea at the Tea Garden restaurant, located on the 21st floor, with my colleagues. The reservation process was smooth and straightforward; just one call, and they will reserve a spot for you with an excellent view. The place was spacious and beautifully decorated, perfect for enjoying the scenery, including the Villaggio Mall and Aspire Park. It is recommended to visit before sunset to capture stunning pictures of the setting sun. The food was delicious, and we used a My Book voucher for the main course, which you can try as well. The welcome drinks were also very good. I would like to thank Christina for her excellent customer service; she was very kind. Mark also appreciated their hospitality.

Amazing atmosphere! The food was also great with large portion given its price. It just took time for our order to arrive. Nevertheless, the servers were accommodating and even took into consideration any food allergy. However, the couch was not that comfortable and quite low and I felt quite uneasy while eating.

Eggcellent food, eggcellent service! I wasn’t a big fan of the bacon but the chicken eggs Benedict was a belter and it was washed down with a fresh orange juice. The atmosphere was very family friendly and I will definitely be visiting the place next time I am in Doha.

I ordered the Barbecue Burger and really liked it — the beef was tasty, the bun was fresh, and the sauce had a nice balanced flavor. Service was friendly, and I also appreciated the ambience, the spacious layout, and the comfortable distance between tables. My only comment is about the opening hours. On Google Maps, it shows the restaurant closes at 9:30 PM, but when I visited on another day after driving from Doha, I was surprised to find a note on the door saying it closes at 6 PM. It would be great if the timing on Google Maps could be updated, as many customers rely on it.

I ordered the Bacon Mac and Cheese, and it was very disappointing. The bacon pieces were not edible; most were tough, dry, and felt like scraps. Overall, it was just unpleasant. Not recommended. However, the service was good.

I went to this restaurant for a company outing and the overall experience was pretty good. The restaurant is located on the Pearl of Qatar so there are a lot of hotels and things to do close by. There is also a lot of parking in close proximity so you want have to walk very far. The food was good and the restaurant staff are friendly. There is also plenty of seating if you have a large group.

I've been hearing about this restaurant for a long time. We finally visited. The prices where unbelievable. The cheapest item on the menu was 70qr and most expensive items where around 145qr abd 210qr. I ordered the lasagne and my husband got the seafood risotto. The risotto was packed with lobster, glamour, shrimp and calamari. It's a bit pricey at 95qr but the content was top notch. The lasagne was 90qr. It was normal, not heavy. The waiters where great especially Zack. Great ambience. This place is definitely recommended but be prepared to pay.

Nice and trendy place. They have very good breakfast options. You can get fresh bread, croissants and desserts here as well. Service is pretty good too. Outdoor seating is available too and so worth it especially in the winters. Plenty of space outdoors for the kids to move about while the parents can enjoy a bite in peace.

A flat experience that started with non-effervescent kombucha and ended with a banna bread muffin that was under baked. No flavors. The staff lacked enthusiasm and there was no authentic vibe to the place. Pass .

One of the best breakfast resturant in Souq Wakif. Breakfast platter costs 79 QR and is enough for 4 people. The food is awesome, and the staff are very friendly. I’ve visited several times over the past few months and hope to visit again. You’ll mostly see outdoor seating, but once you go inside, it feels like a completely different world. Highly recommended! 👌👌👌 A special shoutout to Shameer, the host, who has taken care of us since the beginning. 👏

I ordered the Tagliatelle Alfredo and liked the pasta and creamy white sauce, but the chicken was rubbery and unpleasant. The chairs were dirty, the table was ridiculously low and uncomfortable, and the toilet smelled terrible, making me nearly vomit. Staff said there’s no fan to absorb the odor. The AC wasn’t working, and when I complained, I was rudely told, “It is what it is, if you like it fine, if not it’s fine as well.” For a restaurant in Souq Waqif, this level of service and hygiene is unacceptable. I would never visit again.

All the staff here are amazing . They make you feel at home. The waiter Tasauwar is very attentive and is always ahead of our needs. Same as Mohammed and other colleagues. I will always come back to this restaurant without doubt. The food is good and fresh.

It was my birthday and they brought me the cutest cake 🎂 and sang for me 🥰 Needless to say the food is great and the staff are extremely friendly and patient. We went weekday in the morning. Probably the best breakfast I’ve had in this area

The place was rather good, the rocca salad with parmigiano and beef was AMAZING! Fries lover? Go with their signatured fries that comes with different toppings. Staff are friendly and attending. Great experience and amazing retro home-like atmosphere.

Had their pink pasta, it was ok, the portion is good for a person and a little bit more. Goodie jar was excellent. The staff were really nice.

We made a reservation 30 minutes before arriving. The host on the phone took my full details after repeating it three times and initially couldn’t find our reservation. After checking the phone number, she located it and welcomed us. We asked to see the full restaurant, but she directly took us to the outdoor area, which was nice, but we wanted to tour first to decide where to sit. We waited over 5 minutes to place our order, despite the restaurant not being packed. There seemed to be a shortage of staff, and they didn’t pay enough attention to each table. We were given a table in the corner and felt ignored. Each request to the waiter took about 5 minutes to get his attention and another 5 minutes to take the order. The waiter was kind but seemed confused, even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. We asked for the chocolate cigar dessert, after asking waiter recommendation .We were excited to try it, but he later came back apologizing that it wasn’t available, despite being listed as a new item on the menu. At the end, I asked for the bill, instead he came up with two teas that we didn’t order (he thought that I asked for ). I wasn’t pleased with the host’s approach. When we decided to leave, we saw a different side of the restaurant that we liked and wondered why she didn’t offer that side to us initially. While waking to that side she came up in harry asking for our reservation and It was the same girl who welcomed us at the Overall the food was good but I hope the management addresses these issues to improve their service.

I recently visited Hookah Bar in Doha and had a great experience. The ambiance was relaxed and welcoming — a perfect spot to unwind. The receptionist was charming and warm in a lovely manner. The establishment features stunning decor and provides outstanding service. I had a truly enjoyable experience. The cafe is elegant and delightful. I highly recommend visiting, particularly during the winter season.

It was my first time in Huqqa. To be honest, the food and the service were really great, but one thing was I got the seat inside the restaurant, and it was quite full of smoke. If you want to try very good food try to book the table outside in advance.

We went there for brunch and it was such a very nice experience. It was during the Qatar National Sport's day which happens to be Valentine's day as well. The serving was surprisingly satisfying. When our hot beverages were served we were surprised. I mean for me my cup was good for two already, I couldn't even finish it. Come to think of it, I should have opted to have it for take-out so I could enjoy it on our way home as I already had a juice serving before that. The staff was all accommodating and nice. The place itself had an amazing ambiance. I would highly recommend to try their brunch and it is reasonably priced too.

Was crowded abit . Service was inconvenient. The waitress kept forgetting orders and mixing them up . Two waitresses came to ask us more than once if we ordered this or that ! Very slow service as always. Food is late. As always. Came specially for the tiramisu but was disappointed. Definitely not fresh. Thick and tasteless. Although we requested another fresh one. We still received the same tasteless tiramisu. The afternoon tea was pretty to look at. Coffe was terrible.

We had the set menu breakfast which was roughly 95 per head and it was good value for money!!! Sana served us and was extremely helpful and kind. It was a lovely start to our day!!

We went to the brunch Friday today. The food was tasty and fresh, and they pay great attention to presentation and details. There were several live stations. The staff were super friendly, polite, and professional. Some of the dishes weren’t hot enough at first, but once I mentioned it, they replaced them within 5 minutes with freshly heated ones. Overall, the buffet was impressive everything tasted amazing. The place is cozy and not too big, so booking in advance is a must. What I didn’t like is that beverage like soft drinks and juices isn’t included in the buffet it’s charged separately. Regarding the kids’ area, the lady in charge wasn’t really qualified even face painting don’t know how to do it ,the activities were very basic needs improvement.

Located on level 1 of Al wadi hotel - The ambience was nice and warm. The weather is pleasant now so we picked their outdoor seating. We could also order sheesha too. The staff was very professional and welcoming as well. It was the North Indian food buffet where there were numerous options in chat - Pani puri - samosa and mix pakoras. They nailed the chutneys and the combinations of those flavors. There were quite a few vegetarian dishes like dal - sum aloo - sarson ka sag - veg biryani and zeera rice. The mutton korma and dahi bhallas were just out of the world delicious . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The NAANs are probably the best in have eaten in Doha . Not even a single but sticky or chewy or stretchy. Pani puri fillings were good just the puris are those readymade ones. Slightly disappointed with th desserts but I had an extra serving of dahi Bhalla lolz 😆 There is a Bar too. Will have to come back for more and try other quizine as well.

We had friday family brunch. Khurram Safa and Judith cares so much for the Customers. They are the best managing staff in Doha i have ever seen. The food, staff and ambience is excellent. Everything was perfect. They have kids corner for food. The chef is so cooperative. Everything you want thy understand so well. Best Eid brunch.

Every time I go to Galeries Lafayette, I always notice this gorgeous looking cafe but just walk past it. This time, I finally stopped by. They even have seats with cute teddy bears which kids would definitely love! The outdoor seating is super comfortable thanks to the AC. I had an espresso and wow — it was strong enough to really wake me up! There’s a display window full of beautiful looking sweets and honestly everything looked delicious.

A very chic look by entering through Galleries Lafayette. Nicely decorated by the teddy bears that keep you company. Good coffee and tasty snacks of pastries. Definitely recommended for a high tea.

Really lovely place. With excellent service from Sirja! We had the matcha / mango ice cream - which was delicious (it has cake at the bottom)! We also got iced matcha and Spanish latte which were much needed in the 40 degree heat. The place has outside air conditioning which was amazing to be able to sit outside and have an iced coffee. I visited MIA Café with my husband and we really enjoyed our time there. We had coffee and shared their pistachio eclairs — both were delicious! The café has a cozy atmosphere with a beautiful view of Al Dafna in Doha. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Such a lovely spot to relax and enjoy good coffee with a great view!

I had a very disappointing experience at the MIA Café. My friend and I waited a long time for a seat, and we were told by a staff member that we’d be next. We patiently waited and followed instructions. However, when we were finally given a table, another customer began arguing with the staff, upset that we got the table — even though we had been waiting longer. The issue happened only because the staff had no coordination among themselves, and it made the whole atmosphere tense and uncomfortable. We placed our order at 6:20 PM (the café closes at 7 PM), but shortly after, a staff member brought security to our table and asked us to leave — even though we were within time and had just ordered. This felt completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Overall, the staff seemed rushed, disorganized, and lacking in clear communication. It created confusion not just for us but for other customers too. As a resident of Doha for 7 years, I love this country and its hospitality. But this experience at such a prestigious location was disappointing. I hope the management takes feedback seriously and improves staff training and coordination.

I’ve been to this place twice. The interior is cozy and loved the amount of natural lighting. I’ve tried the dynamite shrimp, quinoa arugula salad, and the carrot cake. All which were very good. You don’t come to this place for coffee, that’s for sure. And although the staff could be more welcoming and friendlier, the food and the ambiance makes up for it. I’ll be back.

Very disappointed with the customer service. I purchased a FreeStyle Libre 3 sensor that got damaged after just one week. When I went to Khouloud Pharmacy (City Center) to report the issue, I was simply told that I had to contact the company myself. I find this unacceptable. Most people with diabetes are elderly or in poor health, and some are even illiterate. How can they be expected to handle a written complaint on their own? This complete lack of support is both disappointing and hard to understand.

Very Bad customer service. I visited lots of time, everytime It was product price on the display and price in the system is different, 1st time I go my home then i checked the receipt the price was high in the receipt,I ignored. 2nd time i visited it happened the same, we bought the shorts from 10 Qar sale then in the receipt it was 25 Qar, I ignored the 2nd time as well. 3rd time today I visited it happened again, then i go to the costumer service, and they was very rude and still instead of solving the problem they just give me whole price Cashback. And take the product back. I wanted the product but they didn't gave me.

Stayed in the apartments, spacious, clean, well equiped. All staff absolutelly fantastic. A huge thank you to Ismail who made everyday memorable for us. On a door step to the Souq and metro. Perfect location. Would definately come back.

Fantastic stay at the Al Najada. The hotel is elegant and very well situated near the Souq and major museums. We found the rooms very comfortable. We slept so well here: The bed, pillows, and duvet were a dream, not to mention the whisper quiet AC and excellent sound proofing. Best of all are the staff who are universally friendly and helpful. Shukrans to Islem & Jassir at reception, Ali & Khalid in concierge, Benjamin in housekeeping, and finally the restaurant which has an amazing breakfast buffet (and good dinner too!): Thanks to May & Suhail in service, and Evelyn for her ready smile and delicious omelettes. We'll be back, and look forward to staying at other Tivoli properties as well.

Yesterday I leaved, after one month in Al Najada Hotel. The experience in Al Najada had been amazing. The hotel location is excellent, near souq Waqif, National Museum and MIA. The building is very nice, with Arab decorations, a lot of space in the room and the breakfast with so many different fabulous dishes. But the most important than I appreciate is the kindle treatment of all the staff. I was very happy to meet Sufian, Islem, Jessir, Ali, May, Janet, Kelvin, Swabir, Aravinda and all the staff around. They are absolutely fantastic, very helpful and always smiling! Thanks I will definitely come back.

We recently stayed here on a Discover Qatar package with Qatar Airlines. From our early 5am check in (with a room upgrade) to our departure 2 days later the service was exemplary. It was a pleasure to be welcomed by Pius each morning in the Restaurant and Islem at Reception met all our needs from where to purchase a phone charger cable to the location and use of the nearby Metro. The hotel's location is very good adjacent to Souq Waqif and the Metro station and being a short walk to the waterfront. The National Museum and Art Gallery are also a short Metro journey. We would highly recommend this hotel for a stop over in Doha.

Excellent location, in the middle of old souq, many different places, resturants, coffee shops etc..withing walking distance. Clean big rooms, friendly staff, I recommend you book through booking.com to get a better price than walking in. They have a GYM that is open 24 hrs, a swimming pool, many restaurants and a coffee shop. They have a very good breakfast buffet. Enjoy your stay and remember that nothing is perfect, its my first time to visit Qatar 🇶🇦 and its Impressive, I'm in love with the country already 💖

A fantastic hotel with attentive staff. Rooms are large and all the conveniences. Directly across the road from the Souk and Metro. The only negative was you need to ask for an extra second towel but not really an issue for me or if you are environmentally conscious. A big compliment to Esther front desk and Swabir pool attendant.

Mqanes serves up one of the best karak chai I’ve had in a while. Rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced, it strikes that ideal balance between strong tea and fragrant cardamom, with just the right amount of sweetness. The texture was velvety, and the flavor lingered pleasantly comforting and bold without being overpowering. You can tell it’s made with care, not rushed or watered down like some versions elsewhere. Whether you’re a karak regular or just discovering it, this cup is definitely worth a stop.

The Mozzarella sticks are a must-try! Delicious! The honey with cheese chapati and the egg with cheese chapati were good and tasty The Karak with saffron is also very good and they put the nice amount of saffron. The Jungle Crispy Chicken burger was overcooked from the outside and raw from the inside “ I do NOT recommend it” Additionally, I asked for an iced pistachio latte, okay it was cold but not iced. Taste flavorless like milk with cold water a half shout of espresso and very little pistachio syrup “I do NOT recommend it”! In short, I think they have a nice breakfast option, but I don't recommend the lunch and dinner menu

First of all I would like to thank aymen for his wonderfull excellent service ever , he behaved like gentleman, we took cordent bleu and steak fillet minion with egg , the cordent bleu was really good but the steak fillet was really bad it has the taste of fish horrible the taste was so strong , however aymen really helped us and served us really good , after a while an Indian man came to talk to us ok its good but we didn't Feel that he came to listen . He just came to tell us that it's removed from the bill and left . After this we ordered dessert and camomile drink and tea was also full of water . U should let people who have good communication skills to talk to guests more

I recently visited Paul restaurant festival city mail and was quite disappointed with the overall experience, particularly regarding the portion sizes. While the ambiance was pleasant and the staff generally courteous, the food portions were surprisingly small—especially considering the relatively high prices. I ordered what I expected to be a full and satisfying meal, but what arrived was more fitting for a light snack. The value for money simply wasn’t there. Hoping this was an oversight, I politely raised the issue with the supervisor. Unfortunately, there was no effort to address or rectify the concern—no adjustment, explanation, or even acknowledgment beyond a brief response. For a restaurant of Paul’s reputation, I expected better service recovery and more generous portions. Sadly, this experience left me feeling both unsatisfied and unheard. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

To be honest this is one of my worst experiences at any Paul cafe . I have visited almost all in Doha city . This is first time I have been charged for the bread basket . I wanted to order Black Forest ice cream which was not available (understandable since it was weekend and may customers are there ) service wise it’s good but most of the things i wanted were not available.

I have visited all branches of Paul Restaurant, and the service was always excellent and the food great — except at the Festival branch. There, I experienced the worst treatment from two people: the supervisor named Joti and another person named Jounthan. Unfortunately, their behavior was repeatedly rude and unprofessional, and there was clear discrimination, especially towards the Arab staff member who was serving us. The supervisor even treated him disrespectfully in front of customers, which is completely unacceptable. I ordered steak with salad with avocado) and specifically asked for the steak to be served hot and fresh. However, it arrived cold again, just like in previous visits. The Arab waiter kindly showed us proof on his phone that he wrote the order correctly. It seems Jounthan passed wrong information to his supervisor, Joti, who came and spoke to us very rudely without checking the facts. I asked to speak to the manager — I was told he’s Lebanese, but he wasn’t there. They told he is in the morning shift at this time. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience in terms of both service and behavior at this branch.

Our Paul - Doha Festival City experiences have always been special. From the sumptouos food, coffee, and other beveragew but most especially from the excellent and sincere service rendered by the staff who prepares and wait on us. The staff are great! Very welcoming, and courteous! I’ve been coming here 3 years, very frequently. It’s quite expensive for everything however it’s a good location so up to you. The coffee has recently changed, they could import high quality coffee, to establish a solid menu with options so the menu isnt always changing, different origins of coffee bean for espresso have changed 3 times in 3 days… The food menu is decent but doesn’t have much in variety. They could expand the menu but when I brought it up they said no…. I brought back examples of menu’s at other prominent coffee shops like saddle house in UAE and it was still not a consideration… I think if they expanded the menu, to include exotic healthy options, like dragonfruit yogurt etc from places like Bali and more traditional options, biscuits and gravy perhaps, western seasonal items too and advertised this, they would double their buisness. The atmosphere is great. They should replace all the cheap chairs with the same leather chairs they have.

Great place. I love having breakfast here. Especially their matcha with almond milk. I highly recommend this café because you can find good food options on the menu. I had an amazing experience at Paul, and I have to say, their Eggs Benedict is hands down the best in town! Ordered the salmon eggs Benedict, I kid you not this was the TINIEST bread I ever seen it be served in, too small of a portion. Service stayed too long to come to our table and wasn’t too welcoming.

Bodega, considered a new cafe in town. Im not quite sure about their beans selection First i ordered hot cappucino for take away, in a timely manner the coffee have been served bit slightly hot than usual cappucino as it should be. But drink wise the crema and everything is good ! They do have a various selection of pastry and bakery. I would recommended you guys to visit the shop, it's a good place to hangout and enjoy the scenery of lusail ! X

One of the best bakery in Qatar. They are well known for their cakes and pastries. Amazingly set interiors with huge dining space gives a premium atmosphere. They also serve breakfast and other dishes apart from bakery stuff. We tried their honey cake ,tiramisu and cold coffee. We absolutely loved honeycake. Prices are on the higher scale but its worth trying. Staffs are very polite and friendly. Honeycake : 4/5 Tiramisu: 3/5 Cold coffee: 3/5 Ambiance: 4.5/5 Highly recommended!

Bateel is a really good place to get your birthday cakes quick. All their cakes are really good. Their best is their Mango Cake! It’s the best!!! The cream and the cake is so fresh and tasty. I was never a fruity person for cakes but this cake is so yum! #bateelbakerydoha Edited (4th March) - I used to always vouch for their Mango cakes which were fresh, soft and yum. But recently I had a not so great experience with my birthday order for Mango cake. Inspite of calling them and ordering specifically for a freshly baked one, it was so evident that they send me their old stock. The cake was a bit hard and did not have a fresh taste. I was disappointed.

We bought a cake today for a bday San Sebastián cheese cake and the staff were elaborated it as the best n all stories where in it is not worth more than a single bite to eat. We buy batteel cake since years for bday n anniversary and this time we r very much disappointed as we bought it for a party n we couldn’t even eat it then how come we expect the others to have it. Just one request if it not good pls don’t recommend it to buy.

I have ordered Black Forest Cake yesterday via Talabat. Cake was 90% cream and Only 10% cake. Very disappointing cake compare to the price i.e. QAR 165. Not recommend at ALL. Waste of money. They does not deserve even one star.

great french food and the service fast. love their baked bread with olive past. I like salads and Salmon and the sweets they have amazing Breakfast menu. it's expensive but the quality of the food is great. the staff is nice. my family love it.

Nice place and location in west walk. The food was great (except for the dates cake which was a bit stiff, but overall liked it). The hot chocolate is definitely something to get back to. The staff were nice and the prices are reasonable (122 QR for 3 drinks and a dessert). Would love to come back and try their main courses 🙏

I recently visited this coffee shop and was impressed by their delicious croissant. The welcoming atmosphere, the aroma of fresh coffee, and the friendly staff created a perfect setting. The croissant was flaky, buttery, and just the right level of sweetness. It felt incredibly fresh, and I highly recommend this spot for a delightful croissant and coffee experience.

Overpriced in my opinion. Although the croissants were delicious and fresh. I enjoyed the coffee. I think I'll come back during winter.

We went for lunch and had the Caesar salad, burrata salad, and avocado toast. Everything was really good, fresh, and flavorful. We also had cappuccinos and two desserts, which were the absolute standouts, just wow! The presentation and taste were both amazing. The location is nice, and the service was friendly, making the whole experience even better. The menu had so many great options that it was hard to choose, but everything we tried was excellent. I’d definitely go back to try more dishes!

I saw recommendation about this place, so we decided to try it for breakfast today. I must say, the quality is amazing! We ordered a plain croissant, a danish (very tasty), a chocolate with almond croissant, and a croissant with eggs – everything was absolutely delicious. This bakery is now one of my favorites! It’s a great spot for a tasty breakfast (though the menu isn’t very large) and perfect for coffee and croissants. Highly recommend!

I have to say they have the best Pan Suisse I’ve tried in Doha. I ordered it to be delivered to my house & it was so fresh & tasty!! The flat chocolate croissant was good as well. The next timeI ordered the Pan Suisse again with the Brioche Sucre. The brioche was fluffy and not too sugary! You could use it with any dip or put some honey or jam on it. Would definitely order again. Today I went to their shop since I thought everything would be so fresh it would taste much better but unfortunately by 11 all the good stuff was sold out, the pain suisse, the brioche sucre & the flat chcocolate croissant. Once they sell out they don’t restock them again until next day. 🥲 I was very disappointed. We ordered scrambled eggs & avocado croissant & the labneh croissant. They were both tasty but the croissant is a little small. Might be too small for sharing depending on your appetite. We had the last caramel flat croissant. It was ok. I wouldn’t go again after 9 but I would order through delivery apps as early as I can next time. Must try the Pan Suisse & Brioche Sucre.👌🏻👌🏻 The vibe doesn’t feel like a bakery, more like a cafeteria. Edit: I did manage to order the pastries I wanted several days after so it seems they run out rather quickly mostly on weekends.

Evening stroll and came across this gem!!! Had never seen a flat croissant and thought had to give it a try as was a lovely dessert after an evening stroll. Place was fairly popular, but was dead inside and no vibe. Outside was lovely and the drinks seemed to be amazing for other locals. Would be back in the morning to try a coffee and croissant and maybe try get some work done for the day as was plug points by the counter. 😄

Came for the afternoon tea, which was a pretty decent deal for 2 people. There was a selection of savoury finger food, along with a delicate tree of sweet pastries. Service was good, and it’s a relatively calm and quiet atmosphere. However, food was a bit hit and miss, some pastries got soggy and not that enjoyable to eat. And a few were too sweet.

Panettone offers the best San Sebastian cheesecake I have ever tasted. I also enjoy their Karak. The staff are extremely friendly, accommodating, and always greet guests with a smile.

Step outside and you’re greeted with an amazing ocean view such a perfect location. In winter, I’d love to sit on the terrace and feel the breeze of Doha. The pink and brown sofas give the space a warm and cozy vibe. The staff were professional exactly what you’d expect from the Four Seasons. The espresso was smooth and easy to drink not too bitter. There were so many pastries that it was hard to choose they all looked delicious!

We have been loyal customers of gossip for a very long time, have been recommending it to all my friends BUT today the experience was disappointing in more than one ways. First of all, we wanted to try the signature taro milk tea , but the employee said no cheese foam was available, we had to wait 20mins extra for it, So we changed our order to just taro milk What surprised us was that she was literally making the cheese foam infront of us for other orders. Also, there is an ongoing buy 2 get one free offer going on, and we were supposed to get another free drink which she didnt even care to ask of, even though she was asking of it to all the people queued before us I feel like , she just didnt bother with our order She was working alone, even the ingredients were running out, Even the drink turned out disappointing - the base taro flavor was washed out, very diluted And the amount of pearls was the least,(never expected this from gossip, becuuse usually they put generous amount of pearls) And to top it off, it was kind of grainy,like some powder didnt get blended in properly. Feeling very saddened at today's service.

Bubble milk tea here is very good, especially the tasty and chewy tapioca pearls. The place is very clean so you'll be sure your tea will be done in high sanitary standards. The staff is also very friendly.

I absolutely love this place. I go there nearly every week, and the staff is always very kind to me. I order their Thai Boba tea with 50% sugar and brown tapioca, and I am in love with it. The tapioca has a nice sugary taste and is chewy, and the Thai milk tea has a deep flavor. Would recommend, 10/10

This is one of the great place to have Boba milk drink. You can choose various kinds of Boba such as Brown Sugar. The location also very strategic area in Mushreib Downtown. So, if you visit the Mushreib area you can stop by in Monoprix and stop by in this boba place.
