Nature & Parks
Aspire Park, the largest in the city at over 80 hectares, is a stunning green space featuring a lake, fountains, and playgrounds. Nestled behind the Villaggio and Hyatt Plaza, this expansive oasis offers a 1.6-kilometer jogging track and diverse aquatic life in its large lake.
Aspire Park is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend a visit. Beautifully kept gardens, lush green grass, lots of different trees, lots of shade and peaceful picnic spots. It doesn't feel like you are actually in a dessert country when you are at Aspire Park. Large man made lake with pedal boats for hire. Water fountains. Our favourite is the water bridge to walk through for a refreshing cool off. There are bike tracks all around the park, Jungle gyms, a skate venue and other outdoor equipment to enjoy. We love the fact that it's a save home to lots of birds, ducks, squirrels and we even found a tortoise. In the summer, because of the heat, the boat hire and little shops are closed during the day, and opens 4pm daily. But entry to the park is FREE, and it's amazing to enjoy the peace and space if you don't mind the heat during the morning. Lots of shady trees and the water bridge is great! At night it's a different experience with all the lights. Great visit either way.

Aspire Park NOT RECOMMENDED I visited the park as a solo male traveler. As I was entering, a security guard came up to me and said the park was for “families only,” and that I wasn’t allowed to enter alone. I tried to joke with him, saying, “I’m my own family,” but let’s just say he didn’t find it funny haha. In the end, I pretended to walk away, then sneaked in through another path — successfully. The park itself is… well, just a park. Lots of open space, some trees, kids playing football, and families picnicking everywhere. Security and staff were all over the place, and it felt quite crowded. I walked around and explored every area, then left through the same path I came in — passing the same guard who stopped me earlier. I stared him dead in the eye as I walked out. Felt so good 😂 Clarification: Who’s allowed to enter freely: • Adults with kids • Solo females • Males wearing sports attire (looks like they’re going to exercise) Who’s not allowed: • Groups of males • Solo males who don’t appear to be entering for sports Remember guys, even if they don’t let you in, just do it. Don’t be a wuss

Fantastic park to jog and do brisk walks in the morning, specially at this season ... lots of green trees, green, green grasses are well maintained... benches and shades available everywhere to have some rest in between. Beautiful sceneries to watch as well, if you're bored. You can watch the ducks swim in the lake, too...

I like walking and do picnics here in early morning or noon at autumn. But now so many birds and ducks here and their 💩 is everywhere. But it's still nice to come here.
Lisa S — Google review
A huge park with a lake and a lot of ducks. It’s a good place where you can have a walk and relax away from the city and its a safe space for kids to play.
Jad N — Google review
Really nice park right next to Villagio Mall. There is a small lake/pond where you can hire a paddle boat. There is a bridge with a water fountain. Plenty of places to eat (food trucks).

Al Bidda Park is a sprawling urban oasis in Doha, Qatar, spanning over 2 million square meters. It's the first pet-friendly park in the city and offers various public facilities, including underground parking for 6,000 cars. The park boasts a human maze, gymnasiums (including one for women), outdoor exercise equipment, playgrounds, an open-air theater seating 850 people, and tracks for bicycles, horses, and camels.
Best park in Doha, perfect for anybody regardless of whether they're families or just friends hanging out. The greenery here really gives a touch of nature that more often than not is missing in every big city in the world. Recommended.
Matteo — Google review
The park is not only big and huge, but also clean. Nice place for doing sport, family gahering or just playing with kids. Some times we can find the outing activities which held there, such as coffee and chocolate exhibition. The park is also safe for ladies who are doing sport at evening alone.
Christiana I — Google review
A very extensive city park. Beautifully maintained greenery, which, in this climate, certainly costs a lot of effort and a lot of water. There are fountains, but of not very attractive appearance. The only shade can be found under the trees. Some sort of canopy would be useful here. There are no people in the park during the day - it is known to be so hot here. The only place to park is in a large underground car park, for 1 QAR per hour.

Al Bidda Park is stunning! Beautifully landscaped gardens, abundant bird life, heritage and amazing architecture. Various sports activities, bookings are essential. Children's play areas and endless of bike and running tracks. Clean, neat and modern braai and picnic facilities, book one day in advance. A place to explore, relax, spend time with family and friends or to exercise. It's centrally located in West Bay, easy to access. Al Bidda Park is also walking distance from the beautiful Corniche.

Hotel Park in Doha is a true urban oasis with stunning views of the city's skyline, lush green spaces, and relaxing walkways. Located just 5 minutes from downtown, it offers a perfect escape from the city buzz. This popular destination is ideal for family picnics, bike rides, and enjoying the picturesque surroundings. Visitors can appreciate the city's efforts to introduce more green spaces by taking a break at Hotel Park amidst their sightseeing adventures.
WHO IS THIS FOR? Anyone looking for a well-maintained park in Doha with great views, a lively atmosphere, and easy access to events. 🌟 3 THINGS TO CONSIDER: 1️⃣ Beautifully Maintained Park: Clean, well-kept greenery with small stalls adding charm. 2️⃣ Scenic Views: Stunning sights of the Sheraton and Doha’s skyline, especially at sunrise. 3️⃣ Parking Costs: Expensive rates with three basement levels of parking. 💬 PERSONAL EXPERIENCE: My first visit to Hotel Park was during the Ooredoo Marathon, and the atmosphere was incredible. It’s easy to imagine how enjoyable this place would be on a regular day. The park is very well maintained, and the small stalls looked inviting, likely offering good options for refreshments or souvenirs. What stood out most were the views—seeing the Sheraton and the Doha skyline from this perspective is breathtaking, especially at sunrise when the sun rises behind the Katara Towers. The only downside? Parking is pricey, and navigating the three basement levels can be a hassle, so plan ahead. 💡 FINAL NOTES: ✔️ A great place to relax, run, or enjoy an event. ✔️ Fantastic city views, especially in the morning. ✔️ Be mindful of parking costs. 🌳🏙️ 👉 Like this review? A beautiful park in Doha. This is where the Qatar International Food Festival was held. It is so pretty here at night as you can see Doha lit up in full colour. The food festival itself was nice, the atmosphere was nice too, some of the foods was a bit of a let down, but overall it is a nice place to have a stroll around the park especially after sunset.
Farzana A — Google review
Such a lovely central park. Always interesting activities and events. Great family outing. Safe playground for children. The Corniche running and bike tracks runs through the park. There is a beautiful view over the West Bay Skyscrapers if you climb to the top of the triangle hills. There's a McDonald's and a little Cafe. You can also hire bikes from there. Lots of picnic place and a beautiful water feature for the children to have fun. It's especially beautiful at night.

Nice park with food kiosks. Recently hosting Qatar International Food Festival #QIFF with concerts and lots and lots of food stalls from around the globe. Fireworks at 9pm sharp everyday. QIFF ends on 22nd Feb.

I’m a Long term car park renter, I chose this place to park my valuables in a so called safe away from the elements environment. I’m not the only one, there are many just like me whom appreciate and love their cars; however, I reached to a conclusion that the management does not insure you piece of mind and a safe experience. They allow non renters to wonder around your cars and tolerate neighboring car owners to invade your parking space. Despite several attempts to approach management and explain the situation, they promise to address the problem but fail to deliver. I will not renew my lease and would definitely seek alternative parking garages.

A Green Oasis of Perfection in the City! I cannot recommend Dalal Al Hamam Park enough. This is, without a doubt, one of the most beautifully maintained and well-thought-out public parks I have ever visited. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by lush, expansive green lawns that are perfect for everything from a family picnic to a quiet afternoon reading a book. The variety of trees and plants is impressive, providing plenty of shade and a real sense of being in a natural retreat, even though you're in the heart of the city. What makes it stand out: · Impeccably Clean: The park is spotless. It's clear the management takes pride in keeping it that way, with plenty of bins and regular maintenance. · Fantastic for Kids: The children's playgrounds are modern, safe, and extensive. My kids can spend hours here and never get bored. The separate play areas for different age groups are a brilliant touch. · Great for Fitness: Whether you prefer a brisk walk, a jog, or a full workout, the walking and running paths are excellent. The outdoor exercise equipment is a fantastic free resource for anyone looking to stay fit. · Perfect for Everyone: You see families, friends playing sports, couples strolling, and individuals just enjoying the peace. It truly caters to all. The amenities are top-notch—clean restrooms, ample seating, and plenty of space so it never feels too crowded. It’s the ideal spot for a weekend barbecue, a morning run, or simply to unwind after a long day. If you're looking for a place to relax, play, or enjoy nature without leaving the city, look no further. Dalal Al Hamam Park is an absolute gem and a credit to the community. Highly recommended!

Kids absolutely loved this amusement park/fun fair. If you can get there for 10am then you can get the 50QAR offer that allows you on all rides until 2PM. We loved the rides, 7D cinema, arcade and the grown ups absolutely loved the indoor go-kart

Great mini theme park for young visitors and perfect for escaping the heat! Currently running an offer for unlimited rides weekdays between 10am and 2pm for 50 riyals.
Abid H — Google review
This place is going to cost you quite a bit of money to do anything more than very few games and/or rides. There are a couple of good rides and best you just go for those two and save the rest of your money. There is a far far better indoor theme park where you just pay for the entry and ride as much as you want. Seems a much better use of funds. The place also seems to have an over-inflated sense of its importance with very backward rules on cameras and filming.

If i can rate this place less than a star i would for 2 reasons. The games are way overpriced for the duration of play. The vendor cart that is full of bad quality toys and candy that keeps going around in circles. This particular worker gave my son a toy gun without me looking or asking me and then he came and asked me if I wanted to buy it. Of course I said no because 50qr for a made in China toy that shouldn't cost 10qr is ridiculous. The worker turned around and snatched it out of my sons hands and my son proceeded to cry for 3 mins. Ive been to every play area and arcade and this one falls under the worst category. They need to tear the whole place down and put in FunVille or FunCity.

Not much activities for toddlers.

It's an okay park, the children play area was closed so the kids got nothing much to do unless they bring their own play things or cycles. It's preferable to visit there during the day unless you prefer the night to rest calmly. You can park in the same parking as the metro Park and Ride. They've got enough exercise equipment. The maze is not yet fully grown, so you won't have much of a fun experience walking in it. But the maze is small.
Minhaj J — Google review
Fantastic experience at this park. Loved the jogging tracks, walking paths and the sand trails for dogs. Yes, it is pet friendly! They even had a doggie water dispenser which was very thoughtful. There was one area where you could go up the circle to a summit(roughly 2 floors up) for a top, Birds Eye view of the park and the surrounding area which was very unique. You can either climb the stairs or walk on the elevated path ( have really put in the thought to cater to ppl with disabilities). There is plenty of parking. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

The Museum of Islamic Art (MIA) in Doha, Qatar is a renowned landmark designed by architect M. Pei and opened in 2008. The museum's exterior facade resembles a mosque and changes color throughout the day. Inside, visitors can explore 1400 years of Islamic art through displays of glassware, ceramics, metalwork, jewelry, textiles, and manuscripts across five floors.
Absolutely love this museum such a wonderful ambience had coffee at the coffee shop. Overlooked the city views . Excellent photo opportunity on either side of the building don’t just go to one and miss the other. There’s a restaurant that’s open in the evening on the rooftop that I would love to try. The layout of the museum is well thought .

Gazing at the magnificent architecture and view is rivalled only by the immense plethora of knowledge one is emerged it. It is definitely worth visiting. Get ready to spend half a day or one full day enjoying art in the museum. Museum outlook itself is already a masterpiece 😌 there are permanent and temporary themes. Like me, I spent 4-5 hours admiring the art and lunch in the cafe (perfect view!) I got the museum silver pass as I was in the visiting the national museum (which is cheaper than paying each time)

The collection is world-class, offering a comprehensive and truly stunning look at the diversity of Islamic art. It's perfectly located and provides an amazing panorama of the city. Allow at least three hours to fully appreciate everything. Highest recommendation for history buffs and art lovers alike!

A breathtaking museum that tells a story far beyond Islam — tracing global trade, craftsmanship, and the Islamic world’s admiration for unmatched Chinese porcelain. The open atrium deceives you into expecting narrow halls, yet each gallery opens into vast light-filled spaces. Entry is 50 QAR, and a boat trip at the end gives the best view of I. M. Pei’s stunning design from the water.

Oh my goodness. There are barely enough words to describe the beauty of this place. It was breathtaking, the architecture, the history, the monuments. Qataris have a way of making every building and site look unique and beautiful. The Katara Cultural Village was an incredible experience, and I learned so much from my tour guide about their culture and heritage. I wouldn’t mind visiting again.

This was somewhere I had read about as somewhere to visit. So I put it in my itinary, it is however a bit Disney , Arabian Castle with food outlets. It was very quiet when I visited so lacked any sort of ambience so was a bit soulless. I am however advised it is a different proposition after dark. It is an interesting interlude if you are in the area but don't be too upset if you miss it.

An excellent setting and creation. Environment, decorations and settings all are very impressive. Recommended to visit once upon, ideal time to visit should be early before sunset and/or early evening.

If you're looking for a day full of energy and excitement, Angry Birds World Theme Park is the place to be. Located just 21 minutes north of downtown Doha, this amusement park offers a wide range of electric and water games that guarantee unmatched fun for visitors of all ages. From thrilling rides like Evolution and disco rides to the drop tower ride, there's something for everyone.
A superb day spent in the theme park. My kids enjoyed it a lot. A lot of fun rides for kids and adults as well. The trampoline area was a perfect fun for kids. The boat ride was entertaining and my 4 year old loved the soft play area. I went on a fantastic monday offer. It was really worth the money. My daughter loved unlimited rides.
Muhammad A — Google review
Recently we had the experience of visiting Doha's Angry Birds World, and honestly, it was overall decent, especially for my daughter who enjoys rides. There's a decent mix of stuff to do, from the real thrill rides like the Super Slingshot (which, whoa!) and the go-karts, to gentler options like the boat ride and a super cute soft play area that kept our little one entertained for ages. The trampoline zone was a real highlight – all that bouncing definitely burned off some energy! The whole place just felt really lively and colorful, you definitely felt like you'd stepped right into the Angry Birds' world. Now, a heads-up for anyone planning a visit: the costs can add up. We went on a Monday hoping to snag the "Fun Monday" deal with unlimited rides, which definitely felt like better value, especially since we also grabbed some of the food deals. But even with that, keep in mind that not everything is included in the unlimited pass. Those side games and some other bits and pieces will still cost you extra. Something else I wish we'd known beforehand is the footwear situation. Apparently, some of the attractions need specific types of shoes, and socks are a must for the trampolines. It wasn't really mentioned when we booked our tickets, so definitely come prepared with the right footwear to avoid any hiccups. If you've got younger kids, it's also worth checking out the height restrictions. A lot of the more exciting rides, like the ones my older one was desperate to go on, have a minimum height of around 1.4 meters. My duaghter was a bit bummed she couldn't go on everything, so it's good to know in advance what everyone will be able to ride. Most Staff were really helpful and friendly,. We were initially expecting to enter at 1.00pm only to be told it's closed for another 3 hours due to a government order. As we passed 2 hours later we noticed It was open .. It wasn't a major issue for us, in hindsight though with children we could have been made aware through the website which would have made life easier. Overall though, we had a really fun day out at Angry Birds World. Just make sure you factor in the potential extra costs, come prepared with the right shoes and socks, check those height restrictions, and maybe keep your expectations for customer service in check. If you go in knowing all that, you'll likely have a great time!

A Fantastic Place for Family Fun! Angry Birds World in Doha is an amazing place for both kids and adults. The moment we entered, we were greeted with bright colors, fun music, and huge Angry Birds characters everywhere. It felt like stepping into a cartoon! There are both indoor and outdoor areas, so you can enjoy no matter the weather. The rides and games are really exciting. My kids loved the rope course, trampolines, and the soft play area. We also tried the 4D cinema, and it was so much fun! Even the adults enjoyed the adventure rides and arcade games. Everything is very clean and well maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We spent almost the whole day there and didn’t even realize the time passing. There are also food options inside, so you can take a break and grab a bite. If you’re visiting Doha with family, I highly recommend visiting Angry Birds World. It’s full of fun, laughter, and great memories!

We utilize fantastic Monday deal but I must say deal was not good, arcade games were not included in that and 2 others as well. Heavy on pocket but should be visited once. Monday is comparatively better day to go otherwise rest days will be more expensive. It was 69 Qr per pax on Monday excluding arcade games, 2 others outdoor games. Anyhow good time spent for kids.

Too expensive, each ride is 50-70 riyal also 90 riyal for go cart, extortion, not many rides or attractions. Too hot during summer.

Fun-Filled Experience at Angry Birds World Theme Park in Qatar My recent visit to Angry Birds World Theme Park in Qatar left me with a mix of excitement and slight disappointment, but overall, it was a great experience that the kids thoroughly enjoyed. Upon entering the park, I was immediately struck by the vibrant atmosphere and the variety of games and attractions available. While I had hoped for more games, the ones that were on offer were entertaining and engaging, providing a good mix of fun activities for visitors of all ages. One aspect that stood out during my visit was the strict height and weight restrictions imposed on the games. It's worth noting that most games require a minimum height of 120cm, and the park enforces this rule strictly. If your child falls even slightly below this limit, they may not be permitted to participate, which could be disappointing for some families. Additionally, I recommend wearing closed-toe shoes when visiting Angry Birds World Theme Park, as some of the activities may require sturdy footwear for safety reasons. Despite these minor drawbacks, the park offers a fantastic experience for families looking to have a fun day out. The kids had a blast, and the overall atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. If you're planning a visit, just be mindful of the height restrictions and footwear recommendations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

We recently celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Jungle Zone in Hyatt Plaza, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish! A huge thank you to the manager, Ms. Merly for the personal touch, beautiful design, and flawless organization of the party. The entire team esp Angieline and Jyoti went above and beyond—Minnie Mouse was a hit with the kids, the giveaways were lovely, and the children’s food was delicious. The staff were professional, friendly, and very accommodating, making sure everything ran smoothly. We especially loved the LED screen outside Jungle Zone, which displayed a special greeting for my daughter—it made the celebration even more memorable. We truly appreciate all the effort, creativity, and warmth from the whole team. Highly recommended for anyone planning a fun, stress-free, and unforgettable birthday party for their kids!

I highly recommend jungle zone for hosting your child’s birthday party. I’ve hosted my son’s birthday there 2 years in a row and both parties have been a hit. The party in itself is a lot of fun for the kids with many games being played but in addition the guests as well as the celebrant get to enjoy a number of things even after the party. Gam card, soft play access as well as a goodie bag. This is much more than what other places give for the same or higher amount. The staff are very accommodating and supportive.

I had an extremely disappointing and humiliating experience at your facility today. After loading my child’s and her relatives game card with 1,000 QAR, one of the Filipino staff members made inappropriate facial expressions, laughed mockingly, and gestured toward other staff members—as if my action was absurd or crazy. Her behavior was highly unprofessional and offensive. When I calmly reported her behavior to her Indian supervisor, instead of addressing my concern, he escalated the situation by calling security on me—simply for voicing a complaint. This was an outrageous and insulting response to a paying customer. This is not just bad service—it’s discrimination, humiliation, and abuse of authority. I demand that the Filipino staff member and her supervisor be terminated immediately for their disrespectful conduct and unprofessional behavior. No customer deserves to be treated this way. I will be sharing this review publicly until I receive an apology and appropriate action is taken.

Doha Quest is an indoor amusement park in downtown Doha, offering over 30 rides and attractions. It stands out for its integration of technology, including simulators and virtual reality games. Divided into three themed sections inspired by Arabian history, modern technology, imagination, and gravity fun, the park caters to both children and adults. The EpiQ roller coaster is a must-try as it's known as the tallest indoor roller coaster globally.
Our family including two teenagers aged 14 and 16 had a great time at Doha Quest recently. We visited at 2pm on a Saturday which is when it opened and spent a good four hours going on ride after ride. Great fun to be had and we hardly had any queuing. It’s about £50 each to get in and it’s decent value. When you’re inside, food and drink is very reasonably priced which is nice to see these days. There’s a Planet Hollywood restaurant which we ate at also which was priced right.
Amy D — Google review
Well maintained and latest game park for children and adults alike. A wide variety of adventerous games are offered for brave adults. Indeed some are to paid extra apart from entry ticket. The entire area is well cleaned and maintained. The 3d glasses for the theatre was scratched. Staff were very friendly. Canteen had variety of continental, mid east and European style food, but food was priced remarkably higher. Food can be made available at competitive prices. Outside water and food is not allowed. Water fountain for drinking can be provided at convenient places. People who consume vegetarian food have options like potato finger fry and coffee. More options can be provided. It is suggested to have QR 500 per person for entry ticket, food and extra charges for some games. We had a good time for 5 hours in the venue and some more time can be spent for exploring all the games. Kids had a great time.
Venkatraman S — Google review
Doha Quest 🎡🎢 is a paradise for kids—bright, clean, and full of energy. If you’re chasing thrills, the EpiQ Coaster and Magma Blast steal the show (both record-breakers indoors) 🚀💥. Families will love gentler options like Oryx Express, Space Twister, Magic Bike, Frog Jump, and Jumpin’ Star—plenty for little adventurers too. The 3D flying-theatre “Wings of Destiny” was our standout “best 3D movie”–style experience 🎥🕶️: smooth motion, fun story, and lovely effects that had the kids cheering. The Fly Zone (iFLY indoor skydiving) 🪂 is a big hit—safe, exciting, and memorable for older kids/teens and grown-ups. Just note it counts as an extra, paid activity and has basic height/age rules. Still, it’s a unique add-on that makes the day feel special. Food-wise, there are restaurants and snack stalls 🍔🍟🍦 for quick bites between rides, and the photo souvenir corner 📸✨ is a sweet way to capture the smiles. If you’re planning a longer stop, the wider Doha Oasis has dining like Planet Hollywood nearby too. Prices are on the higher side 💰—no denying that—but they do run seasonal promotions 🎟️🌟 which help a bit. With many rides included in the ticket, kids can hop from one attraction to another without constantly pulling out the wallet. My strongest note is about the staff attitude: At the included (free) rides, many team members felt casual, disengaged, and not very welcoming 😐. At the chargeable experiences (like Fly Zone), staff suddenly became very enthusiastic and attentive 😊. This contrast doesn’t feel great, and it impacts the overall warmth of the visit. Consistent friendliness and proactive help across all areas would lift the whole experience from “okay” to “amazing.”
Jaqen H — Google review
Quest was the height of our visit to Doha. The children had great fun going on the rides. Lots of great indoor games for the whole family. I commend the staff cordiality and respect for users. Also the utmost importance given to safety is commendable. My best experience was on the 3D games - the golden oryx and something about time traveling. Many games are not covered by the entrance tickets and you may have to pay to use. A bit pricey entry fee but I think it's worth the fun.
Kolajo O — Google review
The most important tip for parents: avoid going to Quest if any of your children are under 130 cm tall, or if you aren’t comfortable with dizzying rides or gravity-defying thrills. Yes, the ticket prices are definitely on the high side — but the experience is worth every single penny. The rides are exciting, adrenaline-pumping, and there’s even an incredible virtual reality experience that you simply shouldn’t miss. There's a great variety of attractions, ensuring that no one feels left out. I was initially worried, after reading some reviews, that the age and height differences between my kids would make it hard for us to all enjoy the day. But to my surprise, we ended up having an unforgettable family time. As for the food, contrary to what some reviews mentioned, we didn’t find the restaurants excessively expensive. All in all, Quest delivered a fantastic mix of fun, thrill, and togetherness — highly recommended for adventurous families!
Syruk — Google review
If you are an adrenaline junkie, then you will love quest. The roller coaster is breathe taking, as well as other rides. They also have section for children with age appropriate rides.

Fun day out here. This is an indoor theme park complete with rides, restaurants, arcade games, vr games and an overall fun atmosphere. The theme park is located inside a mall, which is in turn surrounded by apartments, although the 3 are not connected. An indoor theme park is a good idea, the ac keeps everyone cool and no need to walk too much from ride to ride. Overall we had a great time here, the rides were fun and the queues are minimal. Definitely worth a trip if you have an extra day in Doha. Many of the rides have a height limit and may not be suitable for small kids. Also, there is a section just for kids, although the overall feel of the place is not that nice. Interestingly, there is also a spinning teacup type of ride here that made us feel more nauseated than any of the ‘adult’ rides
Chua L — Google review
Based on pictures seen on google I want expecting to see this theme park located inside a mall, maybe that was just my misunderstanding. However, this theme park is located inside a mall ladies and gentleman and it is awesome. Once u purchase a ticket all permitted rides are unlimited, they do have few games that are paid, however for the unpaid they are unlimited. Non of their rides are normal, they’re extreme in their own way. Don’t forget to take the world’s tallest indoor roller coaster. They places has eateries inside as well as a gift shop.

The Katara Mosque in Doha is a stunning architectural gem located at the heart of the Katara Cultural Village. The mosque features intricate and colorful tile exteriors with gold accents, inspired by architectural styles from various regions. Its outstanding minaret, mosaic tiles, inscriptions, and artistic handicrafts make it a must-see attraction. Visitors are impressed by the beautifully ornate exterior and welcoming interior of the mosque.
The blue mosque is one of two mosques in Katara (the other one is the golden). This one is a little bit bigger and architectural more attractive. You can enter and even watch a short video introducing the mosque and some religious background. The personnel was exceptionally nice.

We only had a few hours in Dubai but fortunate enough to be able to do an airport tour. This included what is called the Blue or Katara Mosque which is located in the Katara Cultural Village. It is renowned for its predominantly blue exterior, featuring impressive glass mosaic art and hand-painted ceramic tiles with colors like turquoise, purple, gold, and blue. The mosque has a unique Islamic star shape with a detached minaret and nine central domes, incorporating any architectural styles. It is both a place of worship and a cultural attraction.

The Katara Mosque is simply beautiful. The blue and gold mosaics sparkle with so much detail, and the minaret looks enchanting when it’s lit up at night. It’s not only a place of prayer but also a work of art that makes you stop and admire.

Strolling through Katara Cultural Village, I unknowingly encountered an impressively unique masjid. The design and style lends much from the Turkish Ottoman period. An architectural wonder and truly worth the visit. I recommend visiting before 9pm if you wish to immerse yourself in its wonder.

Katara Mosque A beautiful mosque located inside the Katara Cultural Village. The design is stunning — covered in colorful mosaic tiles and glass that sparkle under the sun. Anyone can enter for free, even non-Muslims (like me). You just need to take off your shoes before going inside. The staff are very friendly, and when you go inside they’ll show you a short video about the mosque and Islam (about 5 minutes long). After that, you’re free to walk around and explore at your own pace. This was my first time entering a mosque, and I was really amazed — the inside is very beautiful and peaceful. Overall, a welcoming and memorable experience. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Katara.
Ong ( — Google review
Tucked away within the vibrant Katara Cultural Village, the Katara Mosque is an architectural treasure that often surprises visitors with its quiet beauty and ornate detail. Unlike the flashier Golden Masjid nearby, this mosque stuns with intricate tilework in shades of blue, turquoise, and gold, designed by the renowned Turkish architect Zeynep Fadıllıoğlu. Every inch of the mosque feels like a carefully crafted work of art. Design and Detail The exterior is covered in dazzling mosaic tiles and Arabic calligraphy, while the minaret and domes create an elegant silhouette against the Doha sky. It’s a beautiful example of how Islamic architecture can be both grand and inviting. Even if you’re just passing through, the craftsmanship will make you stop and admire. Atmosphere and Setting Set in a peaceful courtyard just a few steps from the Katara Amphitheatre, the mosque offers a sense of calm amid the buzz of events and exhibitions in the cultural village. It’s a reflective space that adds depth to the Katara experience—not just visually, but spiritually too. Tips for Visitors While the mosque is open to worshippers, non-Muslims can admire it from the outside and take photos. Be sure to visit during daylight hours to appreciate the full beauty of the tiles, which shimmer under the sun. Modest dress is recommended out of respect. Final Thoughts The Katara Mosque is a place that quietly impresses. It’s not about size or grandeur—it’s about the exquisite artistry and serenity it brings to Katara. A must-see for anyone interested in design, culture, or simply discovering something beautiful and unexpected in Doha.

Very bad experience from this park. Security don't allow to take photos. 3 different Security guys came to warn us. And they keep saying that they got complaints. It says family park. But not good for families. Full of bachelors. I don't know what's soo special about this park. There is nothing which attract you. Fully crowded with bachelors and very rude Security guys.

futuristic outdoor air-conditioned park, designed for comfort in hot climates. The park features lush green grass, tall palm trees, and shaded seating areas with integrated cool-air vents hidden in modern design elements. Transparent cooling domes and misting systems blend seamlessly into the environment. Families relax on benches, children play in a splash pad, and soft ambient lighting creates a relaxing atmosphere. The background shows a bright blue sky with minimal clouds. The scene feels modern, clean, and sustainable, with a balance of technology and nature.”

I recently visited Umm Al Seneem Park and was thoroughly impressed. The park features the world’s longest outdoor air-conditioned track, providing a comfortable walking or running experience even on the hottest days. The fitness areas, including a unique reflexology path, are fantastic for a healthy workout. There are also well-designed children’s play zones that keep the little ones entertained and safe. The park’s lush green spaces offer a serene environment for relaxation, making it an ideal spot for picnics or simply unwinding in nature. The facilities are well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is inviting and pleasant. Umm Al Seneem Park is a fantastic recreational area that caters to all ages, and I highly recommend it for a visit.

This park truly deserves more than 5 stars! It proudly holds a Guinness World Record for having an air-conditioned walkway, making it one of the most unique parks in Qatar. Walking here is always comfortable, even during the hot summer days, which makes it perfect for families, kids, and fitness lovers. In fact, there are only two such parks in the whole country — this one and the Al Gharrafa A/C Park. A must-visit destination for anyone who wants to enjoy nature with comfort and innovation!

Snow Dunes Theme Park, located in Doha Festival City, offers an exhilarating experience with its 9,500 square meters of snow-covered area and approximately 12 family-friendly games. The park features attractions such as 50-meter-long slides, continuous Snow Guns producing snow at temperatures not exceeding -4 degrees Celsius, snowball fights, Snow Motion, and Snow Storm.
Nice place for a change from the beating sun outside. You get clean snow outfits including socks and gloves. Kids get helmets. I d say it s more for smaller kids as they only got some slides here so it's not very challenging
Julia L — Google review
Went here with my family, it’s great for kids. There are 2 or 3 payment options, we went for the basic one where you ride each ride once and get to go down the slope as much as you want. We spent 2 hours or so and felt like it was enough. You don’t need to bring any jackets or so as they give you the suit with the gloves and helmets. They had one main slope which was nice, a bumping go kart kind of ride, a side, and a different kind of slide where it’s mechanically operated - all were fun. They have a snack area as well where you can buy small snacks like chips and juices - we got Doritos there. I highly recommend this for a family with kids as they will enjoy the simulation of the snow.
Amr S — Google review
I had the best experience at Snow Dunes, Doha Festival City, with my wife! The place is beautifully designed and gives a real winter vibe in the middle of Qatar. The rides and activities were so much fun, and everything was well-organized and safe. Staff were friendly and helpful, which made our visit even better. A perfect spot for families and couples to enjoy a unique snow adventure. Definitely worth visiting!
Mohammed S — Google review
We got the unlimited access package for the three parks which includes this one. The place was well-maintained, staff were helpful and the place was quite packed. There were not many games options and the souvenir shop was disappointing. But it was a fun experience nevertheless.
AA — Google review
Nice experience. Good to chill for a change. However, not so many options were available. We bought a regular day pass (2 hours), but we were done in almost an hour or so. The small ice skating rink is small, if they allocate a bigger space it would be more exciting. The long slide could be more engaging if it was filled with some snow in a way or another. The slope is great and can be used unlimited times.
Hussein Z — Google review
Highly recommend this amazing snow park! Firstly, the staff are absolutely amazing, so welcoming and helpful. From the ticket staff, assistants inside the park to the security guards. There is so much to keep busy with and the staff do their best to make it extra special. The Tuesdays Snow Days are great value for money 89QAR, it includes 2 hours of fun and a goodie bag with a warm muffin, water and crisps, as well as a key ring. If you want to avoid the crowds, book your ticket for 10am as soon as the Park opens.
Christel — Google review
Very disappointing experience! I purchased two tickets for the Tuesday offer, expecting a fun time for my kids. Unfortunately, the place was extremely crowded, and my children couldn’t enjoy any of the exciting rides because of the long waiting lines and poor crowd control. There was no proper organization at all, and no difference between VIP tickets and regular ones. It was complete chaos. Honestly, I felt like asking for a refund because the experience didn’t match what was advertised.
Abdulla H — Google review
Amazing place to visit with your kids. So much fun! The best thing we did - entered park at the opening hour. No queue, no waiting for the rides, we enjoyed playing in the snow too much!

A small but good park for kids to exert some energy and get some exercise. What it has: * Play area for kids with slides & others * The play area has a soft flooring so kids will not get hurt if they fall * Small fenced area for football/basketball * Toilets- clean & well maintained * Drinking Water dispenser * Walkway for adults to get some exercise * A few benches to sit * Clean & well kept grassy area for picnics * Security staff * Park is well fenced so no danger of kids running out * adequate parking space The only con I found is that the soft flooring in the kids play area is quite dirty not with litter but spills.

Not recommended. At the end of the contract, they unexpectedly charged me extra – almost QR 350 for cleaning the old couch and old chairs, and another QR 500 for painting. In total, QR 850 on top of everything. If I had known from the beginning, I would have thought twice before signing the contract.

Asking as to pay extra fees because we used their flat for 2 years. We cleaned all, we didn’t damaged anything, all were falling apart before we left and now we have to pay for the damages we didn’t make. Such sad ending for a beautiful flat. Scamming renters to get extra..

Honesty has nothing to do with the address real estate. They have given me house worth 5500 with electricity defects and my child has suffer because of that. They are not truest worthy at all. All my appliances has burnt out, 2 vacuums, toaster, air fryer, microwave……… and the technician says that there is a problem with your appliances, isn’t wow justification?? They don’t even deserve a single star as a review. Be careful before taking any property from them. A plus is they don’t have any emergency contact so if anything happens you have to wait until their so called office opens from 9am to 6pm. No one picks up the phone even it’s office time so great assistance!!!!! I would definitely not recommend anyone to The address real estate.

MIA Park is a vibrant urban oasis that offers a delightful blend of leisure and culture. Nestled alongside the Museum of Islamic Art, this park features a charming playground for kids, making it an ideal spot for families. Visitors can enjoy market days filled with local crafts and delicacies while soaking in stunning views of Doha's skyline. The park is also home to impressive public art installations, including notable works by Richard Serra that reflect the spiritual significance of numbers in Islamic culture.
Mia Park is a beautiful park for family picnics, running, walking or cycling. There is a museum to explore as well. A beautiful Tranquil garden for picnics. Stunning views over the sea and the West Bay sky line. There are markers selling interesting things on certain days.

I did on this unforgettable Kayaking adventure at MIA park last Friday. My sunset pedaling and evening walks made this trip truly special. Can’t wait for more!🙌🙏🤗

MIA Park is one of Doha’s top outdoor destinations, blending nature, culture, art, and family-friendly recreation. Whether you’re after a relaxing stroll, scenic picnic, or a lively weekend bazaar, it delivers a welcoming experience with minimal cost and plenty of charm. Ideal for both locals and visitors, especially in the cooler months
Zia A — Google review
Great place to visit as it is very cool with excellent air conditioning whilst outside it was 48°C. Seriously though, you could spend a couple of days taking in the history from all that is on offer. Free entry if you live in Qatar, approx 10 pounds sterling for visitors.

I wish I can start by giving 6 stars MIA Park — My Happy Place by the Bay If Doha had a soul-soothing corner, it would be MIA Park. I’ve spent countless evenings here while working remotely, letting the gentle sea breeze chase away deadlines and worries. Even now, I dream of visiting at least once every six months — though life rarely lets me. This isn’t just a park; it’s a mood-lifter, a calm-inducer, a place where your thoughts slow down and your heart feels lighter. The lush green lawns, the sparkling bay, the skyline twinkling as the sun dips low — it’s magic you can walk into. Perfect for quiet strolls, impromptu picnics, or simply sitting and watching the world float by, MIA Park has a way of making everything feel right again. Every tourist should have it on their must-visit list, and every resident should know they can drop by whenever they need a dose of happiness, positivity, or calm. For me, it’s more than a park; it’s a little pocket of Doha that feels like home.

Shopping mall
Doha Festival City is a massive shopping destination in the north of Doha, covering 600,000 square meters. It features over 400 brands, including luxury names like Dolce & Gabbana and Gucci. The mall also houses the first Harvey Nichols and IKEA outlets in the country.
Doha Festival City is one of the top shopping destinations in Qatar. It offers a wide variety of clothing brands to suit all tastes and budgets—from well-known international fashion labels to high-end luxury brands for those looking for something exclusive. The mall is not just about shopping—it’s a complete experience. There are two spacious food courts with plenty of options, whether you’re in the mood for a quick snack or a full meal. Plus, the cinema adds the perfect entertainment touch for movie lovers. Whether you’re shopping, dining, or just spending time with family and friends, Doha Festival City has everything you need under one roof. Highly recommended for a full-day outing!
Motaz A — Google review
One of the largest mall in Qatar. Very beautiful design and atmosphere. You can find various shops and restaurants. Also, very luxury cafe shops like Laduari. The most special this is theme parks. There are multiple fun cities where you can play and enjoy with your family and friends particularly Angry Birds World.
Ahlam A — Google review
Huge mall with a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. Very clean, family-friendly, and easy to navigate. A great place for shopping and spending time with family.
Mohammed S — Google review
Doha Festival City is honestly next level. This place isn’t just a mall — it’s a whole experience. The size, the design, the vibes — everything screams luxury and fun. From the moment you walk in, you’re hit with that clean, modern energy that just makes you wanna explore everything. There’s literally something for everyone — designer stores, tech, fashion, food, entertainment, even theme park vibes inside. The air conditioning is perfect (bless in that Doha heat), the staff are friendly, and everything is spotless. You could spend the whole day here and still find new things to do. The food court goes crazy too — from local eats to global favourites, every meal hits. And the atmosphere? Always alive, always buzzing. If shopping centres had a “GOAT” tier — Doha Festival City is sitting right at the top. 💯 Peak place. I love it here.
Doha D — Google review
If you’re in Doha and looking for the perfect blend of shopping, dining, and entertainment, Doha Festival City Mall is the place to be. This mall truly has it all, offering everything from luxury brands to high-street fashion, all under one roof. As soon as I walked in, I was amazed by the vastness of the place, with stunning architecture and a clean, modern vibe that made every step feel like a new adventure. The shopping options are endless—whether you’re in the mood for global fashion brands or local boutiques, you’ll find something to suit your style. I spent hours browsing through the stores and still felt like I barely scratched the surface! But the fun doesn’t stop there. The entertainment options here are top-notch! The VR Park was an absolute highlight, with a variety of immersive virtual reality experiences that will keep you on your toes. And if you’re a foodie like me, the restaurants and cafés inside are perfect for a pit stop—whether you’re craving fast food or fine dining. And of course, the indoor snow park is a must-see! The perfect place to cool off and have some fun with family and friends. The overall vibe of the mall is lively and welcoming, and I found myself spending the entire day there without even realizing it. Doha Festival City Mall is definitely a one-stop destination for anyone visiting Doha. Whether you’re shopping, eating, or looking for some entertainment, it’s the place to be!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the management of Doha Festival City for the recent, strategic adjustments made to the Uber pick-up and drop-off locations. This change has had a significantly positive impact, resulting in a noticeable reduction in traffic congestion at the mall’s entrances and exits. This initiative is a wonderful example of proactive management and a clear commitment to enhancing the overall visitor experience. Thank you to the entire management team for this excellent effort and commendable initiative.
Issam A — Google review
This is one of the largest shopping malls in Doha. Open till the mid night. Crowded in the evenings. They have all kinds of shops inside the mall from restaurants, toy shop, cosmetics, clothing shops etc. There's a parking lot inside the shopping mall and it make you easy to enter..
Isuru D — Google review
I have visited this mall twice in 19 years. The first time, the only way you could get to it was by car or taxi. Now that the Metro system is complete, you can travel on the Gold line and then take a free red bus number 147 to the mall. The bus does take you around the local housing estates, picking up customers on the way. The mall itself claimes to be the largest in Doha with mainly upper end shops. Time has moved on in Doha, which now has many other malls much easier to get to and offering a wider range of spending to more affordable products and the rather more repetitive upper end shops with no customer ever in them.
