I’ve been here for several weeks and this has by far been my favourite restaurant. I’m a very picky eater so when I dined here, I came back another 5x because it was exactly to my liking! They are so accomodating to ensure the food is cooked exactly to how you like it as well. The oysters are incredible ( placed on the ice to keep it extra fresh) - served with caviar and the pasta is cooked to perfection. The service is so welcoming and knows how to make your experience here unforgettable. The restaurant has a wonderful sunset view as well. Id highly recommend. 10/10

Fantastic experience here for our honeymoon/anniversary. We were seated immediately with a beautiful view for our reservation. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Delicious, fresh seafood. They were also fun and friendly, and after we enjoyed our tiramisu, they gifted us with some religious charms to put on a necklace. Would recommend and look forward to coming back!

Absolutely wonderful experience! We were seated for our reservation immediately with a beautiful view of the water and were greeted with a complimentary bruschetta from the staff — a delicious surprise. Every member of the team was friendly, multilingual, and incredibly attentive. They never let our wine glasses get even slightly low, constantly refilling them without us ever needing to ask. The carbonara was fantastic, and the ravioli alla caprese was truly the best ravioli I’ve ever had. Though we skipped dessert since it was lunchtime, the staff surprised us again with complimentary limoncello shots after learning we were celebrating our honeymoon. From the service to the food to the stunning setting, everything about Bagni Delfino made for a perfect meal. Highly recommend

Good selection of food and drinks although I was looking to purchase a bottle of Azul or even a shot and was told they're for their own collection. Food was okay, service was great, kept our drinks topped up and had a huge selection of Italian wines. And the views of the evening was breathtaking, i could imagine the day to be just as good.

We came here all the way from the Sorrento city center because of the excellent reviews. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met. The interior is nice and the views on the sea are magnificent. The staff however is, whilst friendly in direct contact, not attentive and we had the feeling of being ignored a couple of times during the evening. The food menu is not very variable nor original. The food itself was very basic and bland, nothing that justifies it’s price of € 30-40 per plate. I’d recommend going to another restaurant in the surroundings where you can get this food (or even better) for a reasonable price.

Bagni Delfino is just perfect, the view, the food and hospitality are all incredible. Every time we come to Sorrento, we make sure to come as many times as we can. The seafood is delicious and perfectly paired with the magnificent view. The owners are always so hospitable and welcoming, they make you feel at home in the most beautiful setting.

Fantastic find. We had delicious octopus, lobster spaghetti and tuna starter. Dessert is worth having! Friendly place. Really felt welcoming and like they cared. Will go again.

Great spot right on the water with fast service and a very friendly staff. Prices were reasonable and comparable to other restaurants in the area. The seating offers beautiful views, terrace tables are especially nice, though those come with a longer wait. We ordered the sea bass, vegetable plate, and mussels. The portions were generous, and the mussels in particular were outstanding. You get far more for the price here than you’d ever see in the U.S. Overall, a wonderful dining experience with a perfect setting.

Found that spot near the sea and thought to give it a go. Menu looks heavily seafood based, which is absolutely fine and even expected to be honest. The menu did mention (in fine print at the bottom of some pages) that some seafood might be frozen — just not on every page. Naturally, when it wasn’t mentioned on the first course page, I assumed the seafood would be fresh. So I ordered the seafood risotto, and my partner went for the fresh seafood pasta. Oh wow, €30 for a risotto with frozen, chewy, flavorless ingredients? What a steal! Only King Prawn and mussels seem to be fresh. And the seafood pasta? Sure, the pasta was fine — shame the seafood tasted like it took a detour through the freezer aisle. Tried this place once and would not come back. Atmosphere is nice. House wine good. Location good. Service could be organised better, waitresses were friendly.

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. For the starter, I ordered the tuna tartare, which was fresh and perfectly seasoned. My main course was the seafood risotto — the flavors were amazing, and the seafood was cooked to perfection. To finish, the dessert was absolutely delightful. Highly recommend this place for a delicious and memorable dinner.

Food was ok but a bit pricey for the quality that we recieved. The octopus was really good as well as the grilled seabass! However the other grilled seafood items were a little overcooked and the seafood pasta was a little dissapointing, flavor-wise. We had to add salt and pepper it. The Sorrento lemon delight cake was just ok. Not worth the €7 in my opinion. The staff was friendly.

The food is just okay, nothing memorable but the oceanfront setting is real draw. You’re mostly paying for the view, not for the meal. Great for sunset dinner, but don’t expect to be wowed by the cuisine.

Great spot on the water! (You will get a little splashed in windy weather) We got the mussels in tomato sauce, gnocchi with clams, and fried seafood basket. Everything was delicious and my husband said this was some of the best fried fish he's ever had!

Unfortunately, Il Buco does not live up to its Michelin star. The food seems passionless. We opted for the “I trust you” menu because we wanted to see what creative dishes the chef would come up with. Instead, we just got random dishes from the menu. Nothing about the choices was inventive and we honestly would have saved money if we ordered those dishes directly. The initial appetizers were very bland — and so while we were initially interested in the wine pairing, we switched to just ordering a bottle since we didn’t feel like the pairing would live up to our standards. It also felt unorganized - we had about 3-4 different servers all at once. Above all, it was a fine meal. But it doesn’t deserve the amount of money we paid. I wouldn’t go back.

My wife and I had a wonderful evening here to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary whilst in Sorrento. We were attended to faultlessly. The food was absolutely delicious and the wine was superb (there is a very extensive list and the staff are happy to talk and make suggestions). Is there good food elsewhere in Sorrento? Yes. Is there cheaper food elsewhere in Sorrento? Yes. However, this was comfortably the best dining experience we had during our week stay to Sorrento. Would recommend for a special evening.

This was one of my favorite dining experiences to date! Off the bat, the atmosphere was incredible. They seated me right away without a reservation, in a beautifully lit entry garden to the restaurant. It was just private enough where I could still enjoy some people watching. The service was outstanding and the food was absolutely to die for. Would recommend splurging and getting the dessert. Loved the Wild Strawberry Tart, I thought I had died and went to heaven. Don't waste any more time and enjoy this lovely dining experience!

A fabulous location, tucked away down a cute cobbled street you enter into the restaurant and are seated in a spacious cellar that feels light, bright and airy. We opted for a tasting menu and every course was divine. The attention to detail is impeccable, with some items looking like art, but not loosing any flavour for it! Service was faultless, staff are super helpful and friendly. We went for a special birthday and our dessert course was served with a candle and a serenade of happy birthday! An absolute MUST visit if you find yourself in Sorrento!

This is one of a kind experience for me as I have been skeptical about the fact that these Michelin star restaurants sometimes are overrated for the price and food. However, I have read reviews about the 3 Michelin star restaurants in Sorrento and we ended up picking this one. It’s not overrated at all. It was a wonderful experience. As every bite was delicious; you could taste the difference between the dish presented to you by someone who just slapped the ingredients together or someone who took the time to perfect every bite including the sauce or a fragrant garnish on top of your fish. The pictures told a story. So, if you’re in Sorrento and want to have an authentic experience in a Michelin star restaurant, pick IL Buco. Only one drawback-I just wished the customers next table would dial down a knot of their excitement. It’s cozy in the dining area so you hear the conversation whether you like to hear or not. And they’re all very happy to share theirs after a few glasses of delicious Campania wine.

Great food, amazing service. Definitely recommended to everyone. I ordered the I Trust You menu, and the food was definitely beyond expectations. Had the best tempura oyster and beef taco. Remember to book in advance for dinner, the restaurant is super popular and the indoor space was already fully booked by the time I arrived.

This is a wonderful restaurant in a lovely position on Marina Grande. We enjoyed a fabulous evening dinner here with superb food and lovely service. The servers were very knowledgeable about all the dishes and the wine list. They were very patient when questioned about the dishes and it was nice to be able to select the fish from the ice box with the fresh catch of the day. It's not the cheapest restaurant in Sorrento, so expect to pay above average but, for us, the food lived up to the extra price tag (and the bottle of wine was relatively reasonable). A great option for a special occasion or a last night on holiday treat. We had starters (savoury cheesecake! & the daily special) and mains (the baccolo and a catch of the day fish), a shared dessert, wine and water for €190 but we didn't begrudge a cent of this as it was good value for the quality and overall experience. Fully recommend.

Absolutely worth the hype. Gorgeous, but not pretentious. Wait staff are hand filleting fresh fish in sweatshirts and jeans. Cocktails were delicious and well priced. We started with a gorgeous white fish lemon dill pasta then had a monkfish with varietal pumpkin and bone marrow. Dessert was lemon sponge with fluffy Italian meringue and, of course, a tiramisu. Love love loved it.

We were able to choose our fish for our anniversary dinner out of an ice chest. Red Snapper This was plated wonderfully by our waiter. I had the Tuna roll. It was tasty and had almond slivers on the coating. My wife had the cuttlefish salad. The side dishes were a green mix (peas, asparagus tips and artichokes) along side Roasted potatoes.

bellissimo and perfecto! Loved my experience here, it was my last day of my holidays and I have travelled from north to south of Italy. Here I found my little paradise. Food was generous and delicious! The location is brilliant as it's just off the beaten track where you can really appreciate the beautiful of the area without the crazy crowds! The staff are very helpful and friendly, I want them to be popular but not too much as I really enjoyed how chilled atmosphere it was here. We stumbled upon this place one night during our honeymoon in Sorrento and it was the best choice we made. We did the tasting menu and every single thing we were served was incredible. It is such a unique restaurant and there is so much to look at inside, making for great table talk. The service was amazing and we have already recommended this place to others who are travelling to Sorrento. 10/10!

A "museum" restaurant dedicated to Enrico Caruso. The walls are filled to the brim with memorabilia of the great tenor. Their food selections was great and tasty, if you've overate from trying everything during the day they also apparently have a great selection of tasting menus. I call it more a restaurant with a museum gimmick than a museum with a restaurant, it's not a bad thing however. My family visit was a bit more focused on the food so all I could learn about Enrico Caruso were some small tidbits and quotes written in the menu. Beaides they are playing old recordings of the gret tenor and my god all of them are enjoyable to accompany you during a good meal 10va/10 would recommend.

What a treat! From the moment we walked in the door the service was impecable. Our waiter was so friendly and welcoming and explained the menu so well. The food was so delicious and the wine selection was great! Each course was prepared perfectly. The atmosphere was so relaxed and in addition to making our party feel so welcomed, seeing the restaurant team celebrate the Nona’s birthday next to us and making her feel so special, added to the fun the entire dining room was having. This was by far the best meal we had in Sorrento. Nestled just steps from Tasso Square, Caruso Museo is a true hidden gem- it’s tucked away from the tourist bustle yet right in the heart of town. From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The service was impeccable, attentive without ever being intrusive, and every detail was carefully thought through. Each dish was a work of art, beautifully presented and even more delicious than we could have imagined. The flavors were refined, perfectly balanced, and worthy of its Michelin recognition. If you are looking for an unforgettable dining experience in Sorrento, skip the tourist traps and treat yourself to Caruso Museo. Wonderful! We've been coming to Sorrento for years and have never dined here - the restaurant's name somehow gave us the impression of a touristic place. We couldn't have been more wrong! The ambiance is elegant, the service impeccable, the food amazing and the wine list impressive. We'll definitely be back!

A wonderful place for a long lingering dinner! I chose this place based upon other reviews here and I was not disappointed one iota! It’s centrally located and actually rather large inside, yet divided into a few intimate dining areas. We shared ours with a few solo diners, but rest assured we outlasted them! We chose the meat tasting menu and it was delicious from start to finish! The photos tell a much better story that I can type… The wine was also excellent. We chose the first bottle based upon the host’s recommendation and we chose a known entity for the second - both were excellent! But they were just two of many hundreds of bottles on their extensive list.

A unique dining experience with amazing food. To be seated, we went inside and up a set of stairs into the main part of the restaurant where you're greeted. After less than five minutes, we were seated in the dining area which is all under beautiful lemon trees, and everyone is surrounded by foliage and vibrant green leaves. The restaurant easily seats a couple hundred people, and as such is very busy. Staff are constantly coming through with food. The food came fast, and everything tasted delicious. All three of our main courses, however, were cold when they arrived which was a shame. You can buy wine by the half bottle. There is no affordable "house wine" option for €10 (as of September 2025). Portion sizes were moderate. There is a cover fee of 2,5 euros and you're expected to spend minimum €30 per person. There is an English version of the menu.

the cutest lemon farm could not recommend enough- we shared a bottle of red wine, their famous cannoli pasta and then I got rigatoni and braccoli. It was incredible and so was the gnocchi. The table was gorgeous. It was under lemon trees with real lemons at the restaurant was huge and they fit 500 tables. We wanted to have our wedding there. This restaurant was four generation family owns since 1800 and first restaurant ever in sorrento

One of the most beautiful restaurants and great service. Definitely book in advance and sit in the garden. After your meal, walk through the beautiful gardens, it’s very magical. Food is pretty good and the drinks are delicious. It is apparently where cannelloni was invited so we had to try it and it was ok. I would definitely go again mainly for the atmosphere, it feels very magical. But food could definitely improve. Also there’s lots of comments about the prices being overpriced. I thought it’s fairly in range with other restaurants and considering the atmosphere and space, it’s definitely worth it.

The food at O’Parrucchiano La Favorita in Sorrento was outstanding, and the wine complemented it perfectly. The highlight of our meal was, without a doubt, their famous cannelloni — a specialty of the house that is simply a must-try. Beyond the food, the setting is absolutely breathtaking. The restaurant has a stunning ceiling covered with natural lemon branches, creating a magical atmosphere unlike anywhere else. Dining beneath the lemon trees felt both unique and unforgettable. What truly elevated our experience, however, was our waiter. His kindness, patience, and thoughtful recommendations made us feel welcome and cared for throughout the evening. This is a great restaurant experience in Sorrento with an amazing indoor/outdoor garden. The ambience is truly unlike any other place we’ve been, and when you’re done eating, you can walk all around the huge garden. My husband loved the veal marsala, and the rest of the food was above average. Definitely recommend.

Was on holiday here recently and visited with new friends one evening. What an amazing venue. We were seated straight away, the food was incredible with the staff very attentive. After dinner we strolled around the garden areas taking photos and relaxing in this wonderful place.

Don't be confused by the smaller entrance, you walk through to building to the back and in the huge garden. Such a beautiful restaurant. It's nice to go to such a large place with all other restaurants fairly small. We went at 7.30ish and as they were busy the y recommended to come back at 9 and then we got seated very quickly. The staff and waiter were very professional, light hearted and made the experience so much better. The food was very nice, but not 5 stars as i have had better. It is a must got to of you are in Sorrento for a few days...The lamb chops were to my liking. We got a starter,main,side and drink each for 90ish Euros in total. Some of the vegetables were so fresh. ***After the meal, we walked around the huge garden. It's so picturesque, colourful and romantic. Little groups of people/couples taking photos and you can take your drink there and relax after a meal.

First of all you need to make reservations in advance. We were welcomed with a glass of prosseco and some amuse buche. You should also try their bread with olive oil and salt. We ordered calamari and red prawns for appetizers. They were both good but red prawns were impressive. For main we had cacio e pepe & see bass. Excelent. And for desert we had chef fantasy pastiera&tiramisu. But we also get a profiterol for free. The ambiance was great. The wine was spectacular. Our host Antonino made us feel very good and welcomed and did not rush us. Make sure not to eat when you come here because you will be full.

Must place to eat! My BF and I, both cooks, had an amazing lunch and dinner in L’Antica Trattoria this summer and we can assure you is the best place to eat in Sorrento. All food was amazing and the service truly makes you feel like a family. We had a creamy lemon pasta with prawns, a beautiful pasta a la nerano, a very well cook lobster with coconut cream, for dessert: Tiramisu and Ricotta and Pear, tasty, unforgettable dinner, thank you nonno Aldo and team!

One of the best places we came across here in Sorrento. I had the first lemon sauce spaghetti, and I love it. The waitress was very lovely, gentle and educated. We sat in the middle of the afternoon and he gave his best.

- amazing food!! - stunning atmosphere! so beautiful and serene. - they gave us complimentary prosecco and appetizer - recommend making reservations ahead of time - also, they only serve a light set lunch menu if you go close to the closing of their morning shift, which is 50 euros - zucchini flower was light and fluffy, perfectly fried and seasoned - lemon pasta was interesting, but delicious. I never had a lemon based pasta sauce before. but I was pleasantly surprised how tasty and refreshing it is. - dessert was yummy. I was surprised that it came with a wide range of fruits. - service was good. they checked on is multiple times to ensure everything is fine. the reason why I gave a 4 out of 5 is because as they gave us the bill, the waiter kept haggling us for a tip when it was clearly written in the menu that service charge is already included - good, sizable portions

We recently dined here while on an excursion from the cruise port. We only had a limited time while in Sorrento. We sat down without a wait and they served us promptly. I highly recommend getting pizza since this is home of the pizza. You will not be disappointed. Also, limoncello with complementary after your meal. Make sure to eat fast so you have time to do some shopping. Next time we are in Sorrento, we are coming back.

This is a nice place to eat. The food was tasty but over priced. The hostess was very pleasant but the main manager was not very friendly and a bit grumpy. The rest of the servers were great. The restaurant was beautiful inside and very clean. If you don't mind paying for high prices it's worth visiting.

As they say—always ask the locals where to eat! We would’ve never discovered this amazing spot just by walking around, but thankfully, our hotel staff recommended it and made a reservation for us. To our surprise, the food was absolutely next level—every dish was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. When we mentioned we’d like to share our dishes, the staff thoughtfully split everything into two portions without us even asking again. It’s those little touches that make a big difference. The seafood platter was a standout—rich in flavor, incredibly fresh, and beautifully presented. Honestly, there wasn’t a single dish we could fault. One of the best restaurants we tried during our recent visit to Sorrento. We ordered a pizza & calzone and both were wonderful and plentiful enough to share. Be aware that this is a white tablecloth restaurant though so plan on being a bit dressed up. As an added bonus, the restaurant treats each guest to a shot of limoncello at the end of the meal.

Our tour guide recommended this restaurant while we were on a tour. The food is very pricey and they charged us 15 euros just for a fee to eat there. They also charged us for 2 bottles of still water (10 euros) when we only got one. The pizza was good but the pasta we had in Rome was better.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The food was overpriced, mediocre, looked good but was bland and honestly a huge letdown. We went based on a recommendation from our tour guide, and I never would have expected such horrible service. The waiter was rude, the servers rushed us through the entire meal, the service charge was ridiculous—and then they asked for a tip at the end, as if we hadn’t just experienced the worst service I’ve ever had in Italy. Truly a disappointment all around. To make matters worse, Italians were seated on one side of the restaurant while non-Italians were put on the other. On top of that, they refused to give us an Italian menu, which was completely different from the overpriced, stripped-down English menu we were handed. Tourist trap through and through.

We love this place 🍝 We visited this restaurant 4 times during our stay in Sorrento, and every single visit was perfect! The food is absolutely the best we’ve had, and the service is just as incredible. They always went out of their way to accommodate us, and we felt so welcomed every time. It’s walk-in only with no bookings, but it was definitely worth the wait. The atmosphere felt like sitting in Nonna’s house, enjoying hearty Italian food at a very reasonable price – and it’s absolutely NOT a tourist trap. The ravioli was our favourite stand out dish, wow! A huge thank you to the owner Pepe and the amazing staff Angelo, Rosita, Mary & Andrea – you made our experience unforgettable. We’ve recommended this restaurant to all of our family and friends who have since visited Sorrento, and they’ve all raved about it (many going back multiple times too!). Can’t wait to visit again!

We just had the best meal of our Italian trip here. Absolutely incredible. The food, service and quality is exceptional. Well worth lining up for. We dined here twice and will likely again before leaving Sorrento, it’s that good. The ravioli con pomadorini was delicious ans was the polpetti and pasta con melanzane. The rib eye beef steak even better than we had in Tuscany! The line was really long tonight and we paid for it with a terrible meal elsewhere. Do yourself a favour and line up - there’s a reason the line is so long. The owner and all staff are all super friendly and maintain exceptional customer service to all customers, even with the masses that come through. We look forward to dining there again asap!

We’ve traveled to many cities in Italy on vacation and out of all the places, this place was the BEST! The food was excellent: zucchini flowers were 10/10, gnocchi was amazing, and the penne alla cantinaccia was incredible!! The chocolate soufflé was SO GOOD that we ordered a second one! The staff were so friendly and welcoming! Definitely worth waiting in line for a seat here! We will make a point to come back here multiple times next time we’re in town!

This is the best restaurant in Sorrento. Stand in the line, just wait it out (they'll give you cheese or some other goodies if the line is long). The food is awesome, no coperto or cover charge (a rarity in Sorrento!) - and the atmosphere is awesome. Wine and food portions are extremely generous. This is how a restaurant should be - it feels like a family run place where the workers are having fun, great decoration. Servers were joking with the kids in our group and they had such a fun time. Prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of food, and the service received. Oh, and the Gorgonzola Ravioli is one of the best pasta we had on our entire trip to Italy!

I passed by this restaurant at night and always long line so I decided to try it after reading good positive reviews. Me and my partner went here for lunch and was no wait. I ordered pasta with seafood in red sauce and my partner got the ravioli. His ravioli is 10/10. I think the best homemade one i tried so far. My dish was hugh and I couldn’t finish it but test so good. If you realize everywhere you go around here there is a fees per person when you dine in but not at this place they didn’t charge you for that. The big bottle of sparkling only 3euro. We also ordered a side of 3 meatballss which are delicious and only 6euro for that. I ordered it somewhere else and they charged you for 16euro for 3 meatball.

This place is amazing, price quality can’t be better. We stayed for 3 days in Sorrento and we ate here 2 times. Tasty food, royal portions, cheap and great service. We set out to find a special Italian restaurant and stumbled upon this hidden gem, not realizing how renowned it truly is. First off, this place is listed in Rick Steves' Italy guide as a must-try spot 😳. Just five minutes after we sat down, a food tour group joined us, making it clear that this restaurant is famous for its incredible Italian cuisine. And boy, were they right—absolutely wowed! Both of our dishes were fantastic. My seafood pasta was overflowing with fresh seafood—more than pasta! Don't miss out on their Lemoncello Spritz and the exceptional Taurasi wines. I highly recommend giving this place a visit. No reservations needed, so go ahead and enjoy a true Italian feast!

The restaurant is literally located on the water on a floating dock. It is a no frills restaurant that does seafood right. My guess is everything we ate was swimming in the sea earlier in the day. We had fried calamari as an appetizer and it was perfectly cooked. Served with fries, which was a bit odd, but no biggie. We had cheese ravioli for Primi. Again, perfectly cooked with a nice light tomato ragu. For secondi we went with a special they offered us. It was a whole sea bass with broccoli and small potatoes. Light butter lemon dressing. Perfectly cooked and served tableside by the waiter who plucked it clean onto our plates with the traditional for and spoon technique. Complementary Limoncello at the end of the meal. Two rounds. Service was impeccable. So why not five stars? It was the bill. We were surprised by the price of the fish. It doesn't matter what it was. I would just ask the server if you are offered a special what is the cost. We have had great meals in Sorrento for about 25% less. This was not fine dining. We were careless and got burned. Staff were really friendly and we had a day of hiring the sun lounger for our last day in Sorrento before heading home. Had a bit of food and a few drinks. Food was pretty nice. Overall great vibes and atmosphere and a great place to chill out.

Bagni SantAnna is hands down one of my favorite places I’ve ever been. It has everything you could want in a beach day. One side has a great restaurant, and the other is full of super comfortable loungers with umbrellas where you can lay out and totally relax. The best part? They bring food and drinks right to you while you’re lounging, no need to move a muscle. The service is amazing, and everyone who works there is so friendly and hardworking. Alessandro, especially, is the sweetest. He made such an effort to get to know all of us and made every day feel special. I’m seriously going to miss him. The music is always great, the vibe is super laid-back, and the whole place just feels good. If I could go to Bagni SantAnna every day, I would. At first you’ll be approached by the owner Francos flamboyant energy which will have you questioning whether this restaurant is more show than tell. He welcomes you with lots of energy to a view from the pier that is incredible…. but from my experience, that combination is usually the perfect recipe for an overpriced restaurant that looks good but doesn’t satisfy the taste pallet. I will admit that my assumption was invalid. For once a restaurant has good looks and an incredible personality… This must be what love is. Ristorante Bagni Sant’Anna has the best pasta i have ever tried. I’ve tried a lot of pasta…. Ravioli and sea bass were incredible, appetizers did not disappoint but the Tagliolini Di Pasta Porcini (mushroom truffle pasta) BLEW ME AWAY. If you’re in Serrento, you have to try this place or you’ll be missing out on an incredible experience and an incredible meal!

Location was amazing...right on the water. That was probably the only thing nice about the place. Food portions were small and taste was bland. My husband and I had the specials that were offered but they didn't disclose the price ahead of time and we were shocked when we got the bill. Very expensive. They also charged for an additional bread basket that we requested. You can't beat the sunset though, and that's what you are paying for. I'd go to a thousand other restaurant choices in Sorrento before trying this place. The hype on Instagram is not worth the lack of quality food and portion sizes.

We LOVED this restaurant. I ordered one of the specials which was a yellow tomato spaghetti with lobster. The lobster helping was incredibly generous and it was fresh out of the sea. For dessert we had the lemon mousse and limoncello. To die for! Best meal we’ve had in our week and a day in Italy. To top it off, the owner/manager (I’m not sure which role he had) was incredibly kind. Shook our hands upon arrival and he also kindly greeted us as we were leaving. The view is breathtaking too!

Beautiful food and attentive staff. Gave us free desserts on both visits. We enjoyed our first visit so much we returned. A little out of the main shopping and restaurant areas so it was quieter and slightly lower prices. Lots of food choices all Italian.

This restaurant was recommended to us and it definitely lived up to the great reviews. The service was excellent, and we had one of the best meals of our 3 week trip (and quite honestly one of the best meals I’ve ever had). I had the seafood pasta and my husband had the gnocchi. A must try while in Sorrento!

Writing this review with compliments for the exceptional service of Lamin, who was so wonderful to me, my mum and my little baby boy. We visited the restaurant several times during our stay and really liked the food and the environment. Good people like Lamin make the experience so special and memorable!

What a gem of a place in Sorrento, great food, reasonable prices and very friendly staff. We were staying in a hotel but ate here 4 times in the week. The service was good and the food was excellent, we had pasta dishes, risottos and the large meat platter. Also good desserts

Restaurant had been highly recommended to us, by a local tour guide. Good selection of food on the Menu, which was reasonably priced. Food was nicely presented. Unfortunately, the waiters didn’t really interact with the customers or show much interest. One thing which I felt was very poor, was that they cleared plates away before everyone had finished their meal.

First, the good. It’s conveniently located, and I had decent calamaretti—it was served with a nice, big lemon and some well-matched marinara. Indoor and outdoor seating was available and I did not feel too hot eating inside. Unfortunately, the service otherwise wasn’t great. We were brought to a table by one guy, given a single menu, waited for 10 minutes before our drinks were taken by a different waiter, and then yet another waiter brought us the dessert menu and pestered us about that after we had asked for the check. It was pretty slow to get everything except for the food. I would’ve give my experience a 2/5. However, we went on the night of the Assumption of Mary, so other restaurants were closed and their traffic was redirected here. Moreover, we went at the busiest time, so I feel like we lost one star of the experience of our own accord. Overall, if you’re eating before 9:00 and you live nearby, I’d chance it. Just… maybe temper your expectations slightly?

Dinner at Ristorante Zi Ntonio was not only delicious but full of laughter. Portions were generous, prices reasonable, and the staff were super friendly—always joking with us and making the evening memorable. The T-bone steak was perfectly tender and juicy, while the angel hair pasta with shrimp served in a basket was light, flavorful, and truly special. The highlight came with dessert: I asked if the tiramisu was big enough for three, and the waiter cheekily compared it to the size of an Italian sausage. He first served a small piece to tease us, then surprised us with the real full-size portion—such a playful and warm touch. We left full, happy, and with big smiles. It was a wonderful experience at Zi Ntonio! We visited around 2:30pm and got a table downstairs, served by a kind gentleman who always had a smile on his face. We ordered the seafood risotto (the seafood special on the menu) and calamari salad (insalata di calamari). The calamari salad, dressed simply with olive oil and lemon juice, was very appetising, and the zucchini flower paired perfectly with the calamari. The seafood risotto was rich with lobster, shrimp, and shellfish—the broth was full of flavour and the rice absorbed it beautifully. A perfect start to our Sorrento trip! Later we tried two desserts: a lemon cake (delizia al limone) and tiramisu. Both were delicious. The food was excellent, but the staff made the experience even better. The gentleman who mainly served us was very kind and cheerful, and another staff member even playfully posed when I was filming the restaurant—such a fun moment! At the end, we were pleasantly surprised by the bill. The seafood risotto is normally a 2-person portion at €80, but the staff kindly suggested we take just one portion since it might be too much for us. We paid only €40, and it was still more than enough—no food wasted, and we left very satisfied. A perfect ending to a perfect meal!

Stop here for lunch earlier in the week as they have a good range of Gluten Free dishes. I had the biggest bowl of Mussels I have ever had - three plate full of empty shells. My wife had the mushroom fettuccine (not GF) and the pasta is made on site. The waiting staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and had a laugh with us. The restaurant itself is set on 2 floors and has a wood interior and some very quirky touches. It really is a brilliant and unique setting

We arrived at 7pm. Antipasto- zucchini flowers were delicious, our waiter recommended us a great wine. The rest of the meal was disappointing and upsetting for the price. We ordered the special angel hair with shrimp and a cheese basket, a pizza and dessert. The shrimp for the special was :( fishy. Most definitely frozen and old. The cheese basket was burnt on the side and unpleasant. The pizza was..... nothing like a Napolitano pizza! Disappointing. I could eat better in America for what they served. We ordered the creme brulee which was horribly eggy and tasted like scrambled eggs. We also ordered the tiramisu whete tthe sponge cake was over saturated with espresso on the bottom and there was too much cocoa powder on the top. You could blow and have it all go on the table. They asked us for a tip and charged us for a to go container. We spent 130€ for two people, totally unreasonable for italy, for Sorrento and for us.

We had a great lunch at Z’Netonio while staying in the Sorrento area. The service was very good and we even got to see the chef making fresh pasta in the kitchen, which was a nice touch. We ordered several pasta dishes with seafood — all were fresh and flavorful. For starters, we had the eggplant parmesan and the zucchini flowers stuffed with arugula. Both were excellent and beautifully prepared. One thing that stood out was being asked at the end if we wanted to leave a tip. That’s not typical in Italy, especially with the cover charge already included, but I understand it’s a very touristy area. Still, it caught me a bit off guard. Overall, the food and service were very good, and we had a pleasant experience. Worth a visit if you’re in Sorrento.

We made a reservation for two people and we had to. The restaurant was very packed. The staff are very attentive and friendly. We were quite hungry and had a Margheriata pizza as an appetizer. The pizza was again not a classic Napoletan pizza but it was very tasty. The base was not too thick and not too thin, the crust was very crispy but not fluffy. For our main course, we had risotto with mussels and gnocchi with pumpkin sauce. The risotto was excellent, the only missing ingredient was a little salt. The gnocchi were superb. We shared a tomato salad and grilled vegetables as a side dish. The price is a little higher, but it's worth it.

Fantastic Pizzeria in the Heart of Sorrento We had a wonderful experience at Pizzeria da Franco! The food was absolutely delicious – proper wood-fired pizzas and a lovely dessert to end the meal. The atmosphere was buzzing, full of locals and visitors alike, which gave it a great energy. Service was friendly and fun. Even though it was very busy and things took a bit longer, it was completely understandable and worth the wait. Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic Italian pizza in a relaxed, vibrant setting. We’ll definitely be back!

I recently dined at Franco and it was fantastic! The pizza was perfectly crispy with fresh, flavorful toppings and rich, tangy sauce—truly authentic. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. A must-visit for pizza lovers.

Okay... let's define priorities. For me the food and service matter. Francos gave me an incredible thin crust pizza that was crisp and loaded with quality toppings and flavor. It was impressive. Service was mediocre at best and it's a volume based business so I get it. The paper plates and plastic cups and cutlery really just threw me. It didn't make my pizza taste any less amazing but it was just weird and diminished the experience. I'm sure it saves them money vs a dishwasher, etc. BUT... maybe they had to do it because of the giant pizza ovens they have which probably result in their better pizza. I'm guessing those giant ovens hold the heat better and result in that quality pizza. Would I go back there again for an exceptional pizza at a great price... ABSOLUTELY. Will I still whine about the paper plate and plastic cutlery... probably. PS... as per the picture they have charging stations at all the wall booths and free Wifi... which is an added bonus to the pizza.

With a 4.2-star rating and so many glowing reviews calling this place “fantastic,” “excellent,” and “unmissable,” I was expecting a solid Neapolitan-style pizza. What we got was not Neapolitan pizza — not even close. The crust, which should be the star of a true Neapolitan pie — puffy, airy, chewy with a bit of char — was flat and uninspired. It lacked the texture and flavor you'd expect from a properly fermented dough cooked in a high-heat oven. The toppings didn’t help either — underwhelming and far from the fresh, balanced simplicity that defines this style. Maybe we caught them on an off night, or maybe our expectations were too grounded in what you'd get just a short drive away in downtown Naples. Either way, this was a huge letdown. Based on this first (and likely only) experience, I wouldn't recommend it.

Ate here twice on our week in sorrento , pizza was fabulous then for a panini the next visit and it was amazing. We sat outside it’s a bit noisy by the road but inside looks class and it’s so busy . I definitely recommend so well priced .

Recommended by our taxi driver with three grown children also living in Sorrento. Turned out to be an excellent choice. The mixed appetizer dish was enough for four while waiting for our pizzas. Every ingredient was fresh and tasty, which made our pizzas excellent. The dough was thin and flavorful. The price was also reasonable.

The food was very good and it was extremely helpful that we had a reservation. It was packed and for a good reason, it was great! They even brought out a little side dish for you If you don’t order when others at the table are eating they give you a snack so you’re not left out. The staff are quick and polite. We got our first meal out very quickly but our second meal took 45 minutes where we were just sitting waiting to pay and leave but they wouldn’t let us because our food was still being processed. That was our only disappointment. The other disappointment which was small but out of their control was an accordion player played like two songs and then went around, asking for tips, which we thought he would continue playing, but he just left with the money. Kinda funny but wish we didn’t tip for two short songs.

I'm discussing food and eating for the last 2 weeks in Italy we made mention that we had not had our usual staples for food... We needed something besides pasta.. Protein... Wifeeee wanted beef and I wanted local seafood. In one second she told us to come here, we did and we can't say enough about the whole experience!! Great servers great food (good size portions) and if you like wine he has a wine cellar to dream about!!!

Food was real average and service was horrendous. Unless you want to be in your chair up against the table and constantly have your chair pushed and grabbed on to do not come here. The entire dinner me and my fiancé had our chairs as far as we could go in and we both kept getting pushed into and our chairs grabbed the entire night. At one point a server even bumped into my fiancé so hard his wrist was slammed into the table causing him pain throughout the night and hours later now. Towards the end of the night what seemed to be the owner even started smoking behind the bar which is near at least 10 tables completely ruined our appetite. The staff were very rude to everyone and unprofessional. Not a single smile from any customer in the room like you would normally see when going out to dinner. We saw multiple other people leave unhappy. Servers were slamming dishes around unnecessarily and slamming the coolers for the wine everywhere causing a loud echoing noise through the restaurant and multiple people turning around to see what the commotion was about. Do not come here unless you want an anxiety ridden meal worrying about the next time you’re going to get slammed in to.

Food was a solid 4, but the service was so horrible it over rides any sort of good meal. Male waiter black glasses heavy set serving back end of resteraunt near pizza oven has no business serving. Not a single smile, slamming into our chairs constantly, shoved his hand behind my fiances back to grab her chair when walking by, my elbow got slammed into so hard my hand launched up and wrist hit the side of the table. Owner/manager smoking a cigarette behind the bar filling the dining room with the aroma.. service was legit 3rd world.. horrible energy in whole room, front room had diff vibe and energy. My wrist is still throbbing, I would not return here for a free meal.

We visit this restaurant when we go to Sorrento. Not only is the atmosphere so cool with the Sophia Loren photos but different dining experiences as well. Food was fantastic. The zucchini pasta, burrata and filet was amazing. So was the dessert. Make reservations.

This restaurant is all about atmosphere. It’s beautifully decorated with indoor/outdoor seating. We had pesto raviolis and gnocchi to start followed by pork chops that were well grilled. Service was below average but such a cool spot.

Beautiful family run restaurant. We were lucky to get a table for 2 as it was a Saturday night. The whole time we were sitting down, there was a queue outside of people trying to get tables. Food was beautiful, incredibly cheap compared to the other high profile restaurants in Sorrento and the quality and quantity were definitely better! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent experience here today. We ordered the fried anchovies and king prawns as an appetiser, and the seafood handmade pasta for our mains. The food was delicious!! It was fresh and full of flavour, and the white wine we had was a perfect pairing with our food. Service was great, the seating / atmosphere was perfect, I really felt the Italian vibe, the culture, the people, it was just perfect. The complimentary bread, olive oil/chilli oil and fresh chilli’s were also very yum! Thank you for having us we will definitely be back :)

Very disappointing. The food took too long to arrive, and when it finally came it was cold, bland, and tiny portions. The seafood pasta had only mussels and clams, and the risotto portion was barely a spoonful, the squid was tasteless and chewy ! We returned 3 dishes yet paid almost full price!! Not worth it.

This spot is tucked away on a back street, but is well known and rightfully well loved! After reading the reviews, we had to try it for ourselves. The mozzarella and prosciutto were fresh, and the peppered mussels were simple but tasty. We enjoyed the Lasagna (Sorrento Style) and the Scialatielli with Porcini Mushrooms and Smoked Cheese. Both pastas were delicious and full of flavour. It truly felt like a home cooked, family meal—extremely impressed with the flavours and fresh ingredients. We didn’t have a reservation but sat on their lovely street terrace. It got extremely busy once we sat down, so we found that service was quite slow (dinner rush). The staff were still friendly and welcoming but seemed overwhelmed; we weren’t in a rush, so this wasn’t the end of the world. We would recommend this family-run place for anyone looking for authentic, delicious Neapolitan cuisine.

The food was amazing. My family all had pasta dishes, my wife also had the catch of the day which was sea bass. Some of the best food we had in Sorrento for sure and nowhere near as expensive as other places. We had booked a table through our hotel, which was good as there was a queue forming at around 8pm. We were sat on a table outside on the narrow street but, there were a few e-bikes flying past which kind of took the magic away a bit.

The service was truly excellent - special thanks to our waiter Alexander, who did a fantastic job and made us feel very well taken care of. The view was stunning, no doubt about that. But when it comes to the food… there are some questions. The dishes didn’t quite deliver the kind of flavor explosion one might hope for at this level. Some elements lacked clarity, and I didn’t notice any particularly bold or memorable choices in the menu. I wouldn’t call the food outstanding - rather, it was a good dinner, but not a wow experience. When we choose a Michelin-starred restaurant, we expect not only refined technique and beautiful plating, but also a kind of emotional impact - something we can’t easily find in a regular dining experience. And in that sense, our expectations weren’t fully met.

From Miami to NY and all in between, this is the most artistic, well planned, extravagant meal I’ve ever had. -we went with the medium corse which was plenty -highly encourage you to eat slow, enjoy the flavors and truly get your pallet to find them -evening time was awesome -first few sets were my favorite because he played with simple taste like Cesar salad but did it Picasso style and packed a punch -reviews speak for itself Chef we greatly appreciate the honor of being able to spend our anniversary at your restaurant. We took a sealed menu and will open it on the next 15 years if our marriage. Thank you!

Spectacular service and food. So many connected stories to the meal. There was thought and joy put into the meal. This is what you expect with a Michelin star. I think it deserves another. We ate at a Michelin 2-star the same week, and we much preferred Terrazza and we hope to return. Also, between all of the additional tastes between courses, we must have eaten 15 courses. Insane. Wonderful!

Wonderful tasting menu in the heart of Sorrento. Food was unique and presented well. Like most tasting menus, 1-2 courses were a bit less special, but the magical view compensates. I’d try and get a table overlooking the water, but even views from the back are special. Arrive 10 min early as it can be a bit of a challenge to find.

We had a magical evening with the team at Terrazza Bosquet. What’s stuck with me? The most was how the dishes captured the local influence— Fresh fish, silky produce, and fantastic Italian wine. Would highly recommend.

I had a grilled squid plate, surprisingly it was really fresh!! ;) the seasoning was too bland, i need to add more salt but because the squid was so fresh, which makes its taste good. I would say i had a good dinner. Oh and the Tiramisu was great!! A layer of coffee ice cream, then perfectly coffee soaked lady finger and topped with mascarpone cream + cocoa powder.

Fine dining restaurant that pretenda to be fine dining but at the end offers just a set menu with no creativity. Food is good but not exceptional and service is good but not refined. The 2 tasting menus have nothing really creative or elaborated about it like others we have tried around in Italy. The presentation if the food is decent but not creative or stunningly visual.

Had high hopes for this restaurant as the reviews were really positive. Made a reservation for 8:15pm and stood at the entrance for a long timescale despite booking. Plenty of colleagues running around but nobody acknowledged us - eventually acknowledged and the table needed setting which is normal, left standing up and no one was setting the table so continued to wait - eventually I sat down at the table and waited for it to be set. Food was lovely and the drinks were nice - cheesecake was delicious. Just a shame about the poor service experience at the start.

The food was delicious! Just the bill was weird in the end. Different prices for the same 0.5L house wine. And a sea bream that was the catch of the day. 8€ per pound, but cavities calculated like 8€/100gr. The sea bream filet dish in the menu was 22€ and the whole fish (just a normal size - I allow me to judge, since I'm eating this at home every serving week) for two was 65€ in the end.

We greatly enjoyed our lunch in Stuzzichino. Everything from the general vibe to service and food quality and presentation were excellent! The place is a family business with 3 generations of the family are being actively involved in running the place. The owners genuinely enjoy their job and interaction with people making the visit here a very personal and authentic experience. We tried several antipasti dishes and one main dish - all were excellent. The waiter was attentive to our needs, the food was served quickly and arranged for us to share as we requested. The owner stopped by to say hello and to send greetings to the host of our bed and breakfast who gave us the recommendation about this restaurant. It felt very personal and welcoming! Thank you!

I usually don’t bother leaving reviews, but this place deserves it. Chef himself came to the table multiple times. The food was absolutely brilliant. I ended up over eating because it was that good. Recipient of the 2021 Michelin star. You would have no idea because the staff is so personable and unpretentious would definitely come again.

I’d like to share with you a little gem near Sorrento called Sant’Agata, home to the amazing restaurant Lo Stuzzichino. If you’re looking for outstanding food, this is the place to go. We made a reservation through our hotel, and Alessandro kindly drove us there and back – such a warm and wonderful person. We ordered ravioli, pasta, grilled beef, tiramisu, and cheesecake. Every course was fantastic – the flavors were simply unbelievable. At the end of the meal, we had the pleasure of meeting the heart of the restaurant: Mimo, the great chef. He is such a kind person, always striving to give his guests the very best. The atmosphere was delightful, and the whole team – from the waiters to the chef – made the experience truly special. I am absolutely certain I’ll be returning to this restaurant. Gratzie mille to Mimo, Alessandro, and the entire team for an unforgettable experience and incredible food. 🫶🏽

That was my very first experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant, and I have to say, I've never tasted food this extraordinary in my life! The highlight was hearing the owner share the heartwarming story of how the restaurant began back in 1989 with his parents, and now he has taken over. He was incredibly welcoming, and the food was both sophisticated and bursting with flavor, letting you savor every single ingredient. The service was outstanding, and the three staff members were so much fun, making us feel right at home. The music added to the delightful atmosphere, and we will absolutely recommend this place to everyone so they can enjoy it as much as we did!

What a spectacular evening! We came to this restaurant based on a recommendation from a prominent chef in NYC and it did not disappoint! We let the chef order for us and it was tremendous! The restaurant is lovely-cozy and warm, the staff so welcoming and the food is next level. If there is a restaurant in heaven, Chef De Gregorio should be the chef!

We celebrated our wedding day here on 21.08.25 with 60+ of our family and friends. The decor, service and food was outstanding. We’d visited a few times a couple of years before and knew this was the place we wanted to celebrate! The food was plentiful, the drinks were flowing and the team could not do more to ensure the day and night was a success from start to finish. We had a meeting with the reception manager a few days prior and we knew our plans were in the best hands. We booked here when we first arrived in Sorrento, to be sure if a table for our wedding meal. Every detail went as planned. The food was gorgeous, the staff could not do enough for us. Everyone in the restaurant cheered as we arrived. Smiles all around. We got the best seat in the house. Looking out to that beautiful sea. We could not have picked a better place. They cater for large groups along with tiny bookings too. If you are going to Sorrento, be sure to make a booking. Your good memories will last forever. Also live music every night. Desert is also a dream. Kids welcome too. Enjoy 😃

Absolutely amazing view, food to match. Had the Gnocchi and it was the best dish I’ve had so far in Italy. Service very friendly too, and the food came quickly. Not too overpriced, but would pay for that view every time. Amazing experience all round.

You’re definitely paying for the view here! Our tour guide recommended it and we could see why- the view is unmatched. I felt it was expensive for what you got but we enjoyed the setting for sure. Very cool building. We split a Margherita pizza and just had coffees to drink. Cocktails were around €14.

Amazing view, fantastic food and service. Lots of choice on the menu and I would definitely recommend for that special meal/night out. However the bill wasn't clear and included a cover charge and service charge. The cover charge is €3 pp but the initial bill we received at the table didn't state the service charge which was also added to the total. We then put cash in the tip jar as we left the main seating area to pay. It was only once we received the receipt that it stated the service charge. Please don't let that put you off, I'd still go back and recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely outstanding meal – without doubt the best we’ve had since arriving in the South. Every dish was cooked with precision and bursting with flavour. The zesty, lemony tagliolini was perfectly balanced and refreshing, the fried seafood platter crisp and light with the freshest catch, and the red snapper was simply superb. The octopus, delicately paired with orange zest, added a unique twist we’ll remember for a long time. Everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of authentic taste. A real highlight of our trip – highly recommended!

The lemon twist pasta is the one of best pasta we had in last 2 weeks in southern Italy. It’s really special, rich in seafood umami but refreshing aroma because of lemon in dish. The red prawn starter is also must-try dish, fresh and yummy. The dessert is so so though 😆 One of a young waiter could have trained better, no greeting placed wrong order and spent most of the time playing his phone

This place is a real tourist trap. We fell for the Google reviews and had high hopes, but unfortunately that was not the case here. I had the Canneloni, which was decent, but was not very hot at all. The filling was tasty and the pasta was good, it has a cream sauce that wasn’t good though. My wife had a squid pasta dish. Her pasta was not good. It was not cooked long enough at all, and was very hard. We also ordered a side of meatballs that were just decent. Bottom line, do not fall for the Google reviews!

Last minute change of plan, found this unique, convenient and good restaurant for our group of 8. No lines, good food and comfortable ambiance to enjoy our meal and gathering. Definitely a great place for big group with good and courteous service.

We had a lovely meal at Fuoro. The staff were very nice and accommodating to our needs. We sat upstairs in the terrace which had fans and air conditioning. The seafood was fresh and delicious. The meatball starter is amazing - definitely recommend!

The food here is amazing!! From pizza to pasta to meat dishes, this place is delicious and pretty elegant. The food tasted fresh and delicious reminding me of a home cooked meal. This place has a great ambience of quality, not too loud nor quit and they had live music which was very easy to just sing along and have a great time. We were greeted by the owner with a smile and immediately felt welcome. The staff were all efficient and attentive without being overbearing. One thing I enjoy is having staff that engage in friendly banter. The meals are excellent quality, generous portions and well presented. The waiter suggested I try the Amberjack grilled on the BBQ. It was delicious.

Stopped here for dinner one night mostly because it was one of the only places open at 6pm & we were too tired to wait anywhere else! It was a good find, right on the corner of a square outside the Main Street which made it seem quieter. I got gnocchi & my husband got lasagna—both were delicious!! We were seated right next to their DJ outside, however, and of course there was a speaker right behind us so we had to speak a lot louder to each other to be heard. But it was still a good dinner—staff was very nice & helpful with suggestions!

A well-located restaurant with good dishes. My dish (veal piccata) was OK but I would expect something more "worked and filled" than just 3 pieces of meat. Quite busy during the rush time, it will be better to book in advance or come the earliest if you want to try without booking. The staff felt nice but I felt some "pressure" to follow the right amount of order (appetizers, dishes, dessert, wines..), but TBH, it is the same in every restaurant ! The terrace is cool with a dynamic surrounding, and soft live music in the background. However, I really liked their Albate Tiramisu! I would still recommend, if you are not on the budget! 😉

Got off the ferry from Almafi & the lift to the city center was too long so we voyaged by foot. Upon reaching the top, this place caught our eye after only being able to walk a short distance more. Waiters were friendly & older one was most social. Our food was DELICIOUS! We both cleaned our plates dry. Gnnocchi was cooked on point & loved the sauce! I asked for Parmesan & the waiter agreed with me - life is cheese ❤️. Husband enjoyed his linguine with calamari & shrimp. Side of grilled veggies had good crunch and was a nice addition to the pastas. I’m no wine connoisseur so idk names to prices. I was a little bummed that a glass of Chianti was €16 but when in Sorrento right? We definitely did not have room for desert. Eating outside was a pleasant experience, noisy enough to feel like I’m eating dinner outside in Italy, but not loud enough to not hear our table conversation. The waiter did prompt that they did not charge a service fee- I knew what that meant & had already intended to tip anyway. Im not mad at yeh hustle. When tourists eat in Sorrento right?

By far the best food we’ve had in Italy and in our lives. We’re pretty tough food critics so a lot of food is hard to beat especially in Europe, but this was absolutely incredible (we live in NY for reference). Everything was so fresh and so light. The service was above average, every employee so friendly and sweet. The atmosphere was beautiful and fun with live music- and the music was not overbearing you could easily still have conversations. We will definitely be going back and strongly recommend everyone to try it too!

Most amazing experience. We needed a last minute dinner and at 10pm they seated us right away and the OWNER was the waiter for every table and was so sweet kind and helpful recommended his famous dishes and wine and food was incredible and came quick. Great atmosphere huge place not close tables, felt like your nonnas house- and the live music was incredible set a great atmosphere for the whole restaurant vibe everyone eating and singing along ! & so affordable. Can’t wait to come back, made us feel like family <3

An absolute gem hidden in a romantic corner in the historic district. We were served by Giuseppe himself and he made us feel so welcome. The atmosphere is cozy, yet not cramped, and the entire place is brought to life by the beautiful live music. The food was delicious, both my husband and I were so sad to be full but don't worry, we ordered dessert. Thanks for making our last night in Sorrento so memorable!

One of the few best meals we had in Italy! Food was bursting with flavor whereas we felt that a lot of our dining experiences were just ok. The calamari was delicious and a highlight, but everything was great!

This is a highly recommended experience when visiting Sorrento. The warmth of the staff and the music and singing are so much fun. My favourite part was asking for our bill and being told “no, you stay” by our host, Giuseppe. Not sure we felt this kind of authentic experience anywhere else.

Hands down the best meal we have had in Italy so far. An absolute stand out was the Bruschetta - the best thing I have ever eaten. Please get this!!! The Gnocchi and Sausage pasta were also beautiful. We went at lunch time and were the only couple in the restaurant - a lovely escape from the busy strip just a step away.

I walked by Trattoria dei Mori by pure chance but felt intrigued by its flair. So, I checked Google maps to find it's rated outstandingly by many visitors and booked a table. The staff greeted us warmly and assigned us the best table of the night because we were blessed by a feline visitor who decided to loaf comfortably beneath my chair. The service was excellent and the food was brought out in a timely manner. I ordered a shrimp roll and a sea food pasta dish with a tomato sauce. On the side I ordered the best zucchini I ever had. It was dressed in olive oil and somehow that brought out flavours I never knew were there. All dishes were really fresh, of high quality and bombastically flavourful. Especially pairing the sea food pasta with the zucchini brought forth an even greater explosion of tastes. My taste buds were on cloud nine. Since I'm not a wine drinker, I ordered a Pimm's Cup, which felt really refreshing and went well with the food. My wife had the fried fish and seafood platter along with a fruity and refreshing cocktail and was just as delighted. Thank you to the staff for this special night that definitely makes me remember Sorrento warmly.

We went there in August, high season. Excellent service and food. Made us feel very welcome. We showed up without a reservation, and they found us a table, although it was quite busy. It was a very good surprise. The service was excellent, very nice food. The owner gave us some figs from his garden as a gift. Don’t skip dessert!

Incredible food and wow what an experience! We tried online to book and had some issues but they were great and sat us immediately when we arrived. We ordered the Gnocchi and it was literally the best we have had! Fish was incredible with lemon sauce, and the Ragu! Everything was incredible. Highly recommend.

This restaurant was incredible! My wife and I were staying in Sorrento for our honeymoon and came across Trattoria dei Mori. The staff was very nice and the food was some of the best we had on our trip. I got the lobster with ravioli special and my wife got the meatballs. Very nicely presented and everything was delicious. We found this spot looking for dinner and drinks. It is located in the centre of Sorrento and we were welcomed in by very friendly staff. It is a street restaurant, so don’t expect any views, however if you want a nice pasta or pizza at affordable prices then this is the place to go. Food is served very quickly and tasted delicious. We went for a margarita pizza and carbonara pasta. Both portion sizes are huge (We couldn’t finish the dishes) and served hot and fresh. Would highly recommend a visit.

The best spot to go - cannot recommend enough! We had two pizzas and they were both fantastic, drink options were plentiful and tasty. The service is unparalleled - so professional and efficient. You can sit in the front dining room/patio for a lively experience, or ask to sit in the back dining room for a more intimate dinner. You should eat here!

Visited the place multiple times after going to different restaurants in Sorrento. For us it stood out with the great service and great food and wines. Definitely would recommend to visit.

We dined at this place and everything was delicious. Giuseppe provided us with the best experience and service. Food, location and price is amazing.

Our hotel recommended this restaurant that was off the beaten path and offered a shuttle service to get there. They didn't answer the phone so we ended up trekking up the hill hoping for a local experience. What we found was a bizarre mixture of restaurant, zoo, playground, and dining hall. There were multiple staff running around but only ours and one other table occupied. Food was good but strange experience that I'm not sure I'd recommend venturing out of the main town for. Plenty of other more authentic and enjoyable places closer to the old town.

Not touristy at all, seems like a local place. One of the best food we had in sorrento with warm and kind service!! The price is reasonable. I had the risotto (14 euro)and my husband the steak (30 euro). Both of us thoroughly enjoyed our food.

If you are in town, must go to this place. They offer free pick from the hotel( not sure how far) but they did pick us up. Lovely atmosphere, happy people. Excellent service, delicious food. I wish we can add 6 stars.

Great service, excellent food and free parking. We went on Saturday lunch. The service was great, really friendly and helpful. I don't speak Italian, they gave us an English menu and were really helpful. We were the only tourists in the restaurant. Seeing Italians eat there is a great vote of confidence for the food. For a family of 4 we spent just under 100 EUR which was reasonable. The octopus spaghetti was on their special board and was incredibly tasty. I've had octopus quite a few times, but this was the best. My partner had spaghetti with clams and loved it. The kids enjoyed their pasta too. The grilled mozzarella was amazing!

Delicious farm to table spot off the beaten path. Food was fresh and prepared nicely. Service was a bit slow but we were in no rush. Warm inviting vibe here and the walk in through the lemon grove with lights was beautiful. Worth a trip.

Wonderful restaurant just a short walk from the center. One of the only places I went to in Sorrento that didn’t feel completely geared towards tourists, and I mean that as the highest compliment. Loved this restaurant! The owners are incredibly hospitable. They offer transportation from Sorrento but we were a group of 6 and couldn’t fit in their normal car so they arranged us a van. The food was delicious. One of the best pizzas we had. And the view - you can’t beat it. Great for a relaxing night outside of town

The view is spectacular. It’s a fun drive up to the restaurant. (15 mins or so from Sorrento) Street parking available for cars. Great food, well priced. Great view & nice charming decor inside of the restaurant. If you need a break from busy Sorrento, this is your spot.

Truffle pasta was very good and the pizza was one of the better ones we have had on our trip, they do not allow sharing of pizza kinda an odd rule but whatever. Pizza had a good undercarriage and decent crust. Overall the pizza was a 7.7/10 and pasta was a similar rating.

We discovered Il Giardino di Gennaro through friends we met during a tour. They had eaten there twice during their week in Sorrento and were already planning a third visit. We almost didn’t go because of the low TripAdvisor ratings, but I’m very glad we did. It turned out to be our favorite restaurant in Sorrento and easily the best value for the quality of food and experience. We ended up eating there twice during our one week stay, which is rare for us. When we travel, we try to sample as much of the regional gastronomy as possible and usually avoid repeating restaurants. Il Giardino di Gennaro was the clear exception because it was that good. The atmosphere is beautiful, especially on the upper terrace where herbs lightly scent the air. The staff are warm, attentive, and knowledgeable. Gennaro, the owner, was a gracious host who personally helped us select excellent wine pairings that perfectly complemented each meal. During our week in Sorrento we also tried several highly rated places, including a two star Michelin restaurant in the city and another with one star nearby, yet this was the meal we remembered most. The food, service, and price were exceptional. What we ordered (over two nights): • Raw oysters, briny, fresh, and delicious • Beef carpaccio, beautifully presented and perfectly seasoned • Fried calamari, light and crisp • Mare Nostrum seafood salad, fresh, bright, and delicately balanced • Bistecca alla Fiorentina, ordered medium rare and served exactly as we wanted, carved at the table by Gennaro himself • Sea bass baked in a salt crust, tender, fresh, and full of flavor • Homemade millefeuille and lemon delight, both superb and among the best desserts we had in Italy Every detail reflected pride and care, from the ingredients to the presentation to the genuine hospitality. For anyone visiting Sorrento, do not let the TripAdvisor ratings mislead you. Il Giardino di Gennaro is a gem. Go, enjoy, and you will see why it became our favorite restaurant for the price.

The Garden - A Hidden Treasure in Sorrento Centre We found this treasure 20 years ago and, still today we are getting surprised by the quality of the food/wine and the hospitality of the staff. You can enter the restaurant via the wine-bar on the main-street (Corso Italia) or via the stairs in the alley. If you're wondering why you should consider choosing to eat meat while in a region renowned for its fresh fish, let me share my experience at The Garden. This restaurant is celebrated for its high quality dry-aged meat, making it a destination worth visiting. Plus, it offers a great opportunity to enjoy a beautiful full-bodied Aglianico wine. For those who still want a taste of the sea, there are plenty of delightful antipasti dishes featuring fish, allowing diners to enjoy the best of both worlds. To start our dinner, we opted for the “crudo” plate, which featured a lovely variety of fresh fish, paired with a tempura-style cod. It was a perfect appetizer that set the tone for the meal ahead. We also asked for the Focaccia with Pomodorino, a mandatory side dish at The Garden that complements any meal beautifully. The highlight of our dinner was the stunning steak Florentine, which Gennaro himself expertly sliced for us. Although it was served with three sauces, I found that all it really needed was a sprinkle of fresh pepper and a few Maldon salt flakes to highlight its incredible flavor. Overall, it was another exceptional food and wine experience at The Garden, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit, hopefully with the introduction of “Novello 2025.” Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the culinary delights of Sorrento!

We had a delicious dinner here our first night in Sorrento. It is a fancier restaurant, slightly towards the higher end in presentation and prices, but the pasta and appetizer we ordered to share were also delicious. We booked an earlier time for dinner so it wasn't crowded when we arrived. Service was good and we did not wait have to wait long for our food. Overall we had a nice dining experience here.

Accento deserves a Michelin Star! I'd take an international flight or a cross-country train ride just to eat at this amazing restaurant. I first discovered Accento 2 1/2 years ago on a trip with friends. The owner, Lucca, and Francesca treated us like family. They even gave us our favorite bottle of wine as a parting gift on our last night in Sorrento. Years later, I returned with my own family. They treated my sons kindly, and the food continues to be Michelin Star quality. The wine list is superb, the presentation is artistic, and the ambiance perfect. Don't miss Accento. It will be the best reservation you make during your Italian adventure.

The most amazing and beautiful ambient restaurant in Sorrento! 🌟 The eggplant parmesan was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The staff were not only extremely professional and attentive, but also so sweet, warm, and genuinely welcoming. Their hospitality made the whole experience unforgettable. My husband and I had the vegetarian ravioli and spaghetti with zucchini. They were outstanding! 100% recommend this restaurant even though it has a few options. The staff is incredible and super helpful!

Ravioli is very good. It has a nice smoky flavor to it. The fried zucchini spaghetti lacks flavor. It is cooked well but needs additional seasoning. The staff did a nice job of getting you bread and is very pleasant.

One of the best dining experiences in Sorrento. The cod Croquettes is surprisingly nice. Almost like a crab cake but use cod instead. The tagliatelle with red prawn is also amazing. The pasta is perfectly al dente. We choose tuna and lamb rack for the main courses. I must admit this is probably the best sesame tuna I’ve had. The lamb is also very juicy and tender. We opened a bottle of local white wine which also goes very well with the seafood. Finished with a shot of nocino and limoncello. After all, a wonderful dining experience, especially if you could have a table outdoors watching the change of color of the street in the evening.

Our favourite meal on our 10-day holiday! The food was the best we had and the service and ambience was great too. Staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about their food.

Very mixed experience. I was left waiting at the door while people who came in after me were given a table first. Then after I was sat at a dirty table, I wasn't given a menu for 10 minutes. I ordered my food and drinks and then waited another 10 minutes before the waiter came back as he'd forgotten to do anything about my order. My drink was then served quickly which was a great portion for the price. I then had a 30 minute wait for my pasta to finally arrive, meaning I had spent nearly an hour waiting to eat when the restaurant was only mildly busy. The food itself was fantastic though, one of the best carbonaras I'd had in some time. Portion was also very sizable for the very reasonable price.

I highly recommend it; it was like eating at home. Antonio welcomed us five days in a row, offering spectacular, affordable, and high-quality food in a traditional Italian setting. Please come and eat here; you won't regret it. On our last night, we had dinner and shared time with Antonio, and he treated us like VIPs. I promise we'll be back.

Amazing experience. The owner is amazing. Food is incredible. Pasta vongole and pesto was perfect. So much better then eating average expensive food in main sorrento square. Got bread, caprese, pesto pasta, clam pasta, limoncello spritz (strong), large peroni for 38$ euros. He even gave us free limoncello shots after !! Amazing.

Had a fantastic time here last night with my girlfriend. Food was amazing! The chicken cutlet and gnocchi combo was great! For only €18 including a dessert, drink and limoncello shot, there’s no better place to dine here in Sorrento for the price! We’ll be going back tonight

Amazing sunset view, atmosphere, service with delicious meals. Pricing reasonable for what you get, totally worth for a lifetime experience. We had the seared red mullet with stunning presentation, suckling pig and duck breast.

Amazing food, service and views which made it a very memorable meal. We were given quite a few complimentary courses which were all very tasty and beautifully presented. The sunset views were incredible and I would definitely recommend visiting for any special occasion. What made our visit here even more special was the exceptional service. Our server Andrew was very attentive and made us feel very welcome. The staff were also super accommodating for any allergies. We enjoyed our meal so much that we went back a few nights later and were served by Tobia & Mario who were also fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful experience in Sorrento

Amazing sunset view. Food was good when we finally got it. We sat at our table for 45 minutes before ever getting a drink or taking our drink order. Three different waiters cane, but they had to get the bar waiter to take our cocktail orders. Then you have to pay for cocktails at bar and not on your food bill. Approached the manager about waiting forever just to take our drink order. He did not seem too concerned. 5 adults and 5 kids under 15. That set the tone for our last night in Sorrento.

You need to make a reservation beforehand, we didn’t so we just spent some time in the bar and left but even that time was enough to understand the quality of the food, the music and the outstanding view 😻😻😻even when you order just a couple of cocktails in the bar they bring you a nice complimentary set.

WOW! This was a dining experience. Each course was wonderful. The gifts the chef sent to taste were thoughtful. We couldn’t stop smiling. This by far was our best evening of delightful everything. The view, the decor, the service, all on point! Truly a delight. The prices are reasonable with all the someone it comes with. It has now become something I can’t wait to return to. They went out of their way to make their guests feel like royalty. What a genuinely wonderful all around experience oh unique touches such as dessert served in a beautiful wooden antique box..Great flare and creativity put into so much. Oh, did I mention the fireworks! Rosie not guaranteed but so fantastic when they’re there. It was a perfect end to our meal. We then went to other side for cocktails and they were delicious and the bartender and staff were hilarious and engaging. It was a blast! The piano played and we all had a wonderful time.

Just enjoyed a great time at this beautiful hotel overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and Mount Vesuvius. The staff went out of their way to make sure that you felt welcome, and were comfortable. A special shout out to Rosa, who took the time to give us recommendations, make reservations and do everything to make our trip memorable.

On October 10th of 2025 Samantha and I were married at the Bellevue Syrene Hotel. We could not have asked for a more magical and memorable day. It truelly was the best day of our lives. This was all made possible through the amazing help from Angelo and Chiara. Throughout the whole planning process Angelo kept telling us not to worry, that everything was under control. He could not have been more correct. Our special day was flawless, perfect in every way. Angelo and Chiara ensured that every request was met, regardless of how last minute or large they were. They even picked up on aspects that we completely forgot about! I was amazed at the service provided by the entire venue. From the doormen staff to the valletting service, reception, kitchen staff and servers. Everyone went above and beyond for us. I would like to thank Angelo and Chiara personally for everything they did for Sam and I. This was truly the best day of our lives and you both made that possible. Thank you, Andrew

Rooms were very clean, staff friendly and very helpful. Location was beautiful! The food however was just ok. The breakfast was fine. We had dinner at the restaurant and we weren’t very impressed with any of the food nor how it was prepared. They took our order wrong for our pasta dish and the person who took our order never came over to apologize for his error. But nonetheless it was beautiful scenery.

Had the best time getting dinner and drinks. The views here of the sunset are the absolute best in Sorrento. We were also lucky enough to catch some fireworks😊 Special shout out to Roberto, the front gate keeper for helping us get the perfect table for a booking at the last minute!!

Views are amazing, the location is perfect, the service is top notch, and every detail in the design and the overall experience is so well thought-out. I have to give a special shout out to Roberto, the “gate keeper” who helped us when we pulled up, to Roberta who was the friendly smiling face always there to help, to Venessa who is one of the most pleasant and helpful people you’ll ever meet! We had dinner last night at the restaurant. The property and setting are amazing. We were 45 minutes early for our reservation and planned to go to the bar for a drink. We were told our table was ready early and were asked would we like to be seated early which we did. I know the dinner is to be relaxing but the service was inattentive and slow. We had to ask twice to order cocktails for the entire table. The restaurant was not busy. The kitchen was very slow and it was midnight before we finished secondi. We decided not to order dessert due to the slow service. My friend from Italy tried to help move the service along but to no avail. The setting is certainly worthy of a Michelin 5 star but the service and food were not. My Italian friend and my girlfriend both sent their grilled Octopus back as it was tough. I had been looking forward to this dinner for weeks as a friend recommended the restaurant. I left extremely disappointed.

Give this place a Michelin Star!! This place came highly recommended and didn’t disappoint. The service and food was exceptional. The best restaurant I have been to in Italy. It’s a true culinary experience with each dish perfectly balanced and perfectly cooked. The staff are so professional, attentive and fun. There is a great chemistry between the staff and they all look like they love working there. One of the owners came around at the end with Limoncello and treated you like his family member. I would highly recommend the mix starter for two people and definitely have the lemon cake. The depth of flavours is incredible and like nothing I’ve experienced before.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The food was amazing! The dessert was the best I have ever had in my life. The tasting appetizer was a culinary experience in itself! Each thing we ate was just better than the next. The presentation was beautiful but what put this over the top was the absolute amazing service, the restaurant owner was the nicest most genuine person and walked us through each part of our experience and created a personalized tasting menu just for us.

The presentation of the dishes was beautiful, and the olive ice cream palate cleanser was a standout—truly delicious. Our favorite dish was the pork cheek, which was tender and flavorful. The staff was attentive, though they seemed a bit burned out? While the plating was elegant, some dishes were slightly too salty and lacked the depth or wow factor you'd expect from a Michelin-level experience. Overall, the meal felt like it was missing a bit of the passion and joy that typically defines high-end dining. Thus 4 stars instead of a 5.

If I have to recommend a restaurant in Sorrento, it would be Qui Sorrento. It is the best meal I had in town. The service is really great. It is a small and cozy place with 3 cooks and 2 waiters. You must try citrus cake! It is warm with lemon paste inside. They offered complimentary ice cream. Not sure what it is called I don’t understand Italian but they treat it seriously, the bowl is frozen before serving. The ice cream is salty one. I think they try to serve food with their heart!

I hardly ever leave reviews but this place is THAT good. Look at that house made tagliatelle with black truffle! All that truffle and I had to stop myself from licking the plate. The bread was outstanding. Everything truly outstanding. This is one of those places I will probably go back to before we leave.

We had our dream wedding come true on Saturday 14th June all thanks to Tony, Melania and the team at Don Pedro Wedding Planning. We live in Australia and have family in Aus, the UK and Greece so planning a wedding in Italy from thousands of miles away wasn’t exactly a stress free thought. Having never been to the Amalfi coast before, we were really going in blind with the choices we were making so we tried to do as much research as possible… and then we found Tony and Melania. I had seen their names come up a few times on facebook pages and what drew me to Don Pedro was the family feel that they had and seeing the videos of them on their Instagram, it felt like we knew them straight away. With the time difference between us in Australia and them in Italy was not a problem in the slightest. I chose to communicate via email the whole time with Tony and he was incredible with communication, very upfront and honest about costs, how achievable everything was and I honestly thought it was too good to be true. When we met Tony and Melania for the first time (3 days before our wedding!!!!) I knew that it wasn’t too good to be true and they were exactly how I’d imagined them to be. They were so professional, warm, reliable. Nothing was too much of a problem for them, they literally did everything in their power to make us feel welcome, relaxed and 100% looked after. They showed us around Sorrento town, took us to meet the florist, showed us our welcome dinner choice, they were just amazing. We cannot recommend them enough. They also arranged a boat day for us and our guests on the Monday after the wedding. We had a private boat chartered for the whole day, stopping off for swimming and snorkelling, the blue grotto if we wanted to see that, and stopping in Capri for a look around and they booked us a table for lunch there too! Everyone who was there at our wedding keep saying how amazing they were as well. They really made an impression on everyone who was a guest at our wedding weekend celebrations and we couldn’t have wished for a better planner to help organise our dream day. Don Pedro took care of our food on the wedding night. We basically designed our own menu with them and wanted it to be a family share style dining. We had a whole variety for our appetiser; Caprese salad, carpaccio, Octopus salad, bruschetta and an antipasto selection featuring local regional delicacies, there was honestly soooo much food, we couldn’t believe the spread it was sooo good!!! Pasta course, our guests chose between a Sorrento style tomato gnocchi and a prawn scialatiella pasta (which was husband still says was the best pasta dish we had the whole time we were in Italy) and then for our main course we had the choice of a meat grill or a fish grill with sides of potatos and salads and it was so delicious! And then for dessert we had Tiramisu and limoncello shots. There was soooo much food it was incredible!!! We had live music for our cocktail hour, a mandolin and guitar player and it was the best decision ever!!!! They were so authentic and played classic Italian songs and also ones like take me home country road, everyone had an amazing time. Overall it was literally the most perfect wedding for us. We don’t really like to be the centre of attention but we felt so special, without being stressed at all. Best day ever! Thank you so much to Don Pedro we will forever be eternally grateful.

Tony & Melania are absolutely wonderful people! They helped my husband and I with all the little details for our wedding week in Sorrento! They were so accommodating, easy to work with and made us feel like family! I cannot recommend them enough! Planning an international wedding is stressful enough but they made sure I didn’t have to worry about a thing.

Don Pedro by the Sea restaurant was a charming place for dinner. Food excellent, staff attentive and friendly - and extremely helpful, even hauling bags for us up to the municipal parking area. Way beyond the call of duty!

When Tony learned that we would be in the area of Sorrento for vacation, he was extremely kind and offered us a tour of three of the locations that Don Pedro proposes to prospective wedding couples. Over three days, one location per day, each of them breathtaking, he's shared his experience in the organization of such a complex event and was the kindest, nicest person, taking some of the planning tension off us. Stayed here with two of my friends and we had a 10/10 time. The staff were kind and attentive, the hotel was spotless, and the rooms were extremely spacious. We each had our own single bed and we even had a patio outside. The room was immaculate, and it was so refreshing to not be feel crammed in a small room. It was one of our favorite hotels we ever stayed in! Breakfast was nice and located in a cute garden. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Superb traditional Italian style hotel, situated in the centre of Sorrento, just off Piazza Tasso. The hotel has its own private gardens with swimming pool and a parking garage. The rooms were spacious, simply furnished but tasteful. Beautiful gardens, surrounded by lemon trees, with more than enough space and no need to get up at dawn to stake your space. The inclusive breakfast buffet was sumptuous, with a wide choice of savoury and sweet options, as well as a selection of delicious fresh cakes made by the hotel’s chef, each day. For me, the most notable point was how friendly all the hotel staff were. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they genuinely wanted to please you. We definitely intend to return to The Antiche Mura, on our next visit to Sorrento

Myself and my husband stayed here for a week end of june til the the beginning of July for his 60th birthday. The hotel is beautiful and we enjoyed the surroundings of the pool bar and I loved the room. The location is absolutely fantastic. However we were there to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday and I felt the service towards us was a bit cold especially seeing other guests arriving and receiving warmer treatment than we were. And seen as my husband had mobility issues he liked to to go into the garden and sit on a little table daily for a few beers whilst I went out and about and one day I came back and he had been asked to move as they were lunch tables which is fine but there were no one on them tables when I got back and he was literally on a table that could just fit 2 people and spending money on beers. I would recommend this hotel though, maybe we just didnt fit

Easily the best accommodations of our 2025 Italy trip. The hotel was beautiful from the lobby and the lounge. Even the room was nicely appointed with lively floor tile designs. It's a small walk away from the plaza but gains it's peacefulness from this fact. The breakfast was great with selections for both Westeners and Europeans alike. Overall, definitely will be staying here again if we're ever back.

Will definitely stay here again. Extremely convenient location to all of Sorrento except the public beach (no hotel is convenient to it). One of the best views in the city also. Staff was very friendly and hospitable.

This is a great hotel and I can’t praise them highly enough. My family stayed for just over a week, in the family solution. Excellent location - right in the centre, but tucked along a slightly quieter road. The rooms were great - modern, clean, quiet, with all the amenities needed. The pool was nice (though busy in the afternoons), and the bar had a nice ambiance (one night with a violinist). What sets this hotel apart in my opinion, is the service. The staff are super friendly. All the way from responding to our questions before booking, to going out of their way to provide a breakfast which met our dietary needs. As I arrived, I got a tooth infection, and the reception staff were so sympathetic and helpful to find an emergency (same day) dental appointment. All sorted in one day and I was able to enjoy my holiday. A huge thank you to the staff for making our holiday special and memorable.

Hotel Plaza’s location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Sorrento and within walking distance of the best restaurants, sights, and shopping. It’s just a 10–15 minute stroll down to the marina. The rooftop and pool area are super cute. The rooms were perfectly fine, though ours had a slight musty smell when we arrived (it cleared up after leaving the doors open overnight, which we would have done either way). We also enjoyed the breakfast! Overall, a fantastic choice for the price.

We stayed in a family room at Hotel Plaza. The hotel is simple yet very modern in terms of amenities and interior design. The staff is friendly and helpful. We got to know a bartender, Carlo, who is the best. He makes excellent drinks. The hotel's location is outstanding as everything is within walking distance. As far as breakfast goes, nothing is special, but it's decent.

The front desk staff is superb! Shout out to CINZA and CRISTIANA who were so helpful with transportation (a 4am car pick up == and they provided us little breakfast bags with juice and rolls!) The hotel is super clean, every surface looks fresh, the breakfast is fab, and the location is right in the middle of the main square. Try to stay here if you can.

The hotel is fantastic - it offers a delicious and varied breakfast, a great small pool, and a beautiful rooftop. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. Our room was recently renovated and very clean. The location couldn’t be better - everything is just a 3–5 minute walk away, whether it’s the beach or a restaurant. However, the biggest issue for us was the poor soundproofing. You can hear everything, from someone watching TV to even light snoring. Unfortunately, I was woken up every morning by doors slamming. If the soundproofing could be improved, this would truly be a perfect place to stay.
