Steak house
Clinkerdagger is a classic steakhouse that has been a Spokane landmark since 1974. It offers traditional American cuisine, including quality steaks and innovative seafood dishes. The restaurant's location provides stunning views of the Spokane River and the city skyline, making it an ideal spot for a romantic date or special occasion. With over 40 years of history, Clinkerdagger has become a beloved favorite among locals and visitors alike.
Our first time at Clinkerdaggers was exceptional. We started with the artichoke and crab dip and the French onion soup. Topped it off with the 16oz prime rib and shrimp and crab fettuccine. On a side note after the appetizers we were full. Next time we will skip one or the other. Greg our waiter did a wonderful job and added to our positively experience.

I really enjoyed this place. Very cool old local, interesting decoration, fantastic staff and outstanding food. My partner and I both had the 3 course special. I went with clam chowder, prime rib, and their chocolate cake. My partner had the pea salad, prime rib and key lime pie. Both of us were super happy with our meals and stuffed.

This place is exactly what you want.. and expect.. for a amazing night out!! From the Food to the atmosphere the buzz of the restaurant spinning around you amazing 👏 Bravo to the team. I'm always impressed when a wait staff gets put under pressure and you see thier responds. The wait staff we got the pleasure of having you could tell had a very very busy night and was a master in what she does!! I highly recommend this amazing restaurant!! But first make a reservation, check and know parking before you get there and the location of the main entrance to the restaurant. You will have an amazing night!!

Without reservations it was easy to get a table for one, with a good view of the Spokane river. I ordered coconut shrimp and it was not good. The battar had no flavor and the sauce it came with didn't help with how bland the dish was. I had to ask for salt because of it. Then I ordered prime rib at the same time but it took almost an hour for it to get to the table, and when it arrived everything on the plate was room temperature. I've been to this restaurant a few times before but it was always in groups and never had a problem, so maybe a lone diner is a bother? The server was nice but he was quick and attentive the most when I was cashing out. I would return for the beautiful views and historical environment but will make sure I'm not dining alone. Prime rib was cooked rare as I ordered and it was enjoyable.

King Salmon (blackened) with couscous & green beans was 🔥🔥🔥🔥🧯👨‍🚒🚒🎆🎇 so good! I also had the Key Lime pie which was amazing. I was a solo and sat in the bar area after waiting less than 10min. It was very busy and I overheard people looking for a table outside the bar area having a 2hr wait. Definitely seems like a place where you should make a reservation! It was after dark but I noticed they also have nice water views from the dining room. Service was good. And food came out in a reasonable time. (Pics a red tinted from the lighting in the bar area)

Our food and server was amazing, the host was so accommodating to us even though we were running late for our reservation. The view from the window seating was beautiful. Everyone made it such an experience and it is definitely at stop i will make when traveling to Washington again.

The service was great, I really liked the pork chops with apricot chutney and the key lime pie was very good. The sampler was very good and treated 3 people easily. The lighting in the restaurant gave off a red glow as you can see in my photos.

Fam and I have been going here for years. Never disappoints our pallets! This time around I did do the lunch special with chowder for an appetizer, their new dish salmon stuffed with crab and artichoke is definitely a repeat order for me! If you like their crab and artichoke dip appetizer you will enjoy this dish! Kinda felt like I cheated. lol received two dishes in one. Plus their raspberry molten chocolate cake. It was good but not so molten goodness. I like a good oowy gooey middle. This one missed it though. Nevertheless this won’t prevent us from coming again. lol we actually ate there with whole fam after the Lindsey Stirling concert on Saturday too. Between our wonderful service from Tina on Monday and Taylor last Saturday not to mention good ol Mr. Vincent himself. Thank you for serving delicious meals and the ambiance we will be repeat customers for life.

Wild Sage Bistro is a renowned comfort-food specialist in Spokane, WA, known for its refined dining room and creative cocktails. With over 16 years of experience, it has established itself as a go-to destination for exquisite food, service, and drinks. The menu features locally sourced ingredients and includes popular dishes like Yukon taquitos and the Bucket List Burger. The restaurant's romantic atmosphere and award-winning status make it a top choice for special occasions or casual visits after work or events.
If I could give more than five stars, I would. We've eaten at many of Spokane’s top dining establishments The Davenport’s Palm Court Grill, The Osprey, Clinkerdagger, Churchill’s Steakhouse, and Masselow’s at Northern Quest. Each has its moments of brilliance, but Wild Sage doesn’t just stand out it leads the pack. From the moment we sat down, every dish was a masterclass in flavor, balance, and execution. The food wasn’t just good it was spectacular. Rich in creativity, yet rooted in comfort, each plate felt like a story the chef was telling, and we were lucky enough to listen with our taste buds. The chef who created this menu, and the entire kitchen staff behind it, deserve Michelin stars. Their attention to detail, ingredient selection, and flawless technique were evident in every bite. The flavors were bold but refined, familiar but inventive and honestly, we found ourselves saying multiple times, “This is better than any meal we’ve had in Spokane — ever.” Wild Sage is officially our new gold standard. If you think you’ve experienced the best of Spokane cuisine, go here — and prepare to be humbled.

This was my favorite restaurant during my visit to Spokane. The food was delicious and the service was great. I wish I could remember our servers name because she was great and so helpful. I ordered the pork tenderloin and it was incredible. There was so much flavor and I was so glad I got it. My colleague got the bucatini and said it was really good as well. They also brought out some bread with the most delicious sweet butter. 10/10 experience and I would absolutely go back.

Tonight was our third visit to Wild Sage and what we’ve found is that this restaurant NEVER disappoints! We tried their tácitos and now we see why people rave about this appetizer. It’s the perfect blend of crunch, spice and creamy avocado! We love their bacon and blue cheese salad and have gotten this every time we’ve eaten there. There’s something very satisfying about this flavor combination that has us committed to repeating it with each visit. Their light popovers with lavender honey butter are divine and are bordering on an addiction for us both. We tried the bouillabaisse and agreed that the rich, savory sauce pulled all of the flavors together and made it a winner! We ended our meal with their signature coconut cake that, I’m convinced, could solve the world’s problems—oh my, is that heavenly! Our hostess tonight was Sophie (a friendly, bubbly girl who welcomed us and made us comfortable from the start), our server was Mike (knew the menu very well and was able to make some great recommendations for us, he timed the delivery of each dish perfectly so that we weren’t left waiting for the next course), our cook was Logan (very talented chef who made every flavor pop!) and we even met the owner, Garth, tonight. He’s a great, down-to-earth guy who has formed a fabulous team that performs together like clockwork. We had an excellent meal and an enjoyable evening! We’ll be back soon because we love this place!

Wild Sage Bistro is pure love from the first bite! The food is insanely delicious, every dish feels like a mini masterpiece, and the presentation? You’re eating with your eyes first! Everything is plated with so much care, like proper fine-dining vibes. The atmosphere is quiet, cozy, perfect for a chill dinner. And thank God, the windows are covered — no need to see the “horrors” of downtown Spokane! 😂🤪 Inside, it’s gorgeous, stylish, and just feels special. I’m definitely coming back and recommending this to everyone — a must-visit in Spokane!

We had an awesome anniversary dinner here. First time trying it and we were really impressed with everything. Our server Sean was wonderful and attentive. He made great recommendations and we loved everything that we tried. They have mocktails and non-alcoholic beer which was a plus for us because we don't drink. We tried the taquitos and while we are not vegetarian, it was really nice you have options without meat. We loved them. The flavor was awesome. We got the lemon chicken which was really unique and had great flavor. The veggies were so fresh you could tell they were like same day picked most likely. My husband got the flank steak and he loved it. It came with potatoes and they were cooked perfectly and awesome. We got the coconut cake for dessert as well as the chocolate macaroon vegan ice cream. It was very cool to find out that most of the items are gluten free. My husband said it was the best ice cream he has ever had. We ate upstairs and the area was kind of tight but it was still very enjoyable. We were frequently checked on. E salads were awesome and we also loved the rolls. They gave us little chocolates for our anniversary which was very appreciative and they were very tasty. The only negatives I have are the area is a little sketchy and we chose to walk there from our hotel. I would not recommend walking in the area. And the only negative I could find in the food was that my parmesan polenta was a little colder than the other items on my plate. I feel like it was maybe plated first or something but it definitely had great flavor was, just a little cold. I was impressed and would love to try this place again.

Wild Sage was amazing, we sat at the bar to grab some quick cocktails and apps before heading downtown and ended up having a great experience. Alex at the bar had some great recommendations for us, the Taquitos were out of this world! The kilt lifter and the H.F. Bean Old Fashioned were both great. The real star of the show however was her custom taken on an espresso martini which I want to name Arabesque Aurora. It. Was. Amazing! Definitely make your way here and treat yourself. 10/10 will be going back.

This place is incredible. Awesome service the 20 years I’ve been going. Here’s what the food looked like on busy Saturday night. The chef visits each table to answer any questions and check on the food.

Wooden City Spokane is a trendy spot known for its comfort food, pizzas, and small plates, along with a selection of cocktails. Despite opening in 2020, it quickly gained popularity and has become a favorite among locals. The restaurant features a wood-fired oven that bakes neo-Neapolitan-style pizzas to perfection. Located in downtown Spokane on Riverside, Wooden City offers an exclusive happy hour menu with items not found on the regular menu.
Birthday Dinner turned out to be amazing! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was very nice. We sat outside because it was a full house! Their pizza is also very good. I like that you can see their brick oven as soon as you walk in. We had a great evening.

During my stay in Spokane, a colleague recommended I try the fancy burger at this spot for dinner. The restaurant was about half full when I arrived, with a lively but comfortable atmosphere. Since I was dining alone, I was seated at the counter. While that makes sense, I personally prefer table seating—having the option would have been appreciated. I ordered the fancy burger and a pineapple daiquiri drink. The burger lived up to its name: visually appealing and packed with flavor. The drink was refreshing and paired nicely with the meal. Service was smooth, and overall, I had a satisfying dining experience. I'd like to come back with someone next time and enjoy a table seat.

We had a really great dinner here. Everything we got was fantastic. We did a bunch of appetizers, wings, Hungarian peppers (which were my favorite), and the heirloom tomatoes. We also got two pizzas to share and both were really good. I got the chicken schnitzel for my main dish, and it was delicious. My colleagues got the fancy burger and the spicy lamb rigatoni and said those were fantastic as well. Our servers were on top of it and so helpful and great. All around great service and food.
Eric H — Google review
I don’t think there’s a better spot to have dinner than this place in Spokane. We were so happy with everything that came to the table. The gentleman who took care of us was fast, efficient, and really knew his stuff. The food may take a little time since the kitchen is not too big, but it is absolutely worth the wait. Do not miss the Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp.🤤🤪
CURIOUS V — Google review
For being so highly recommended we were a bit caught off guard by the extremely poor quality of the booth seats. The leather vinyl was cracked and extremely uncomfortable, especially on bare legs. The staff were extremely friendly and when we told them we were sharing plates they split everything in half and plated it separately which was very nice. The salmon toast was fantastic, I can see why it's a highlight on the menu. Our draft old fashioneds were basic but good. For our entrees we split the spicy lamb rigatoni and the seared scallops. The lamb was good however there was little if any lamb flavor. The spicy elements were good if inconsistent, some pieces of the lamb sausage were way hotter than the others which was fine for me but for a more sensitive person it might be too much at times. The scallops were delicious I could have definitely eaten more than 4! If you don't mind a loud atmosphere and possibly painful seats this might be the place for you, we probably should have asked to move but every table was full, the bad seating definitely hurt my wife's experience even though the food was great.
Brandon M — Google review
What a great find, good vibes and chill place. The Caesar salad was special and the Lamb Rigatoni was nice. We also shared the Schnitzel Chicken with rice which was good. Our server Joe was very good as well and very thoughtful.
Steven J — Google review
Five star all the way through! Came Spokane for a 3-day meeting and was so impressed by the food and service of this place that we came here twice during the stay. Since the place is only open for dinner at 4pm, it can get pretty crowded so a reservation may be the way to go. The happy hour here was pretty descent and the cocktails were well made and served. The Aperol Spritz was great! The food was also great especially the over baked pizza which you can see was cooked in the big stone oven in the kitchen! I also really liked the lamb rigatoni and highly recommend. The service was also very good! I actually forgot my AirPod first time and they kept it and handed to me when I came in the next day. 👍 Overall, a great place in my opinion and its downtown location makes it convenient if you stay nearby.

Umi Kitchen and Sushi Bar is a popular spot known for its snug and modern space, offering outside tables for diners. It's highly regarded for its sushi and Asian fusion entrees, drawing patrons from near and far. The restaurant has gained recognition for its remarkable takeout service during the pandemic. The skilled sushi chefs at Umi are celebrated for their unique takes on classic sushi rolls as well as exclusive creations like the Kobe beef roll and 'Stuffed Pumpkin.'
Do you like honey walnut prawns? THE BEST EVER is Umi Sushi in Kendall Yards. Truly, best I’ve ever had. This picture is missing the first two we ate! Loved their Sushi—we got two rolls to share. Service from Luke was top notch—thank you!
Beth R — Google review
My entire party loved this place! It had a great variety on the menu for those who don’t go straight for the sushi! I would highly recommend the sushi.
Julia A — Google review
A Decent Sushi Spot with Friendly Service and Stylish Touches Our experience at Umi Kitchen and Sushi Bar was overall pleasant. The pricing felt average for a sushi spot, and the food landed in that same category—solid, but not exceptional. We ordered the Himachi Supreme ($18 for 6 pieces) and the Yellowtail Collar. The Himachi sashimi itself was fresh and enjoyable, but what stood out most was the sauce—it was beautifully balanced and really elevated the flavor of the fish. In fact, we found it much more complementary than the sauce that came with the Yellowtail Collar, which leaned too sweet and strong for our taste. As for the Yellowtail Collar, the grilled fish was decent, though a bit drier and less flavorful than we hoped. Personally, I’d opt for Black Cod or Butterfish miso over this dish in the future, as those tend to be juicier and more delicate in texture. Despite that, the overall experience was still good. The restaurant was clean, and service was attentive and friendly. I don’t think we’d go out of our way to return, as the food was relatively standard compared to other sushi and sashimi spots we’ve tried. However, for a small bite near downtown Spokane or Riverfront Park, it’s a convenient and enjoyable stop. One thing that stood out in a great way was the interior design—I really liked the modern lighting fixtures hanging overhead. Their varying shapes and heights—some resembling ovals, spheres, UFOs, or vases—added a fun, stylish flair to the dining space. There’s also outdoor seating, which is a nice option, though we noticed a lack of umbrellas, making it harder to find shade on sunny days. ⸻ Final Thought If you’re in the area and looking for a quick sushi stop with good ambiance and service, Umi Kitchen is a decent pick. Just don’t expect standout flavors beyond the Himachi Supreme.

First time here. The place was packed but we got lucky to get in pretty quickly. Cocktails menu is great. I had 2 different cocktails and they were both delicious. We had several appetizers and rolls. The food was great as well! The server was very friendly and nice! Definitely check out this place!

Great sushi find! The fried California roll from here was the best roll I’ve ever eaten (new to sushi). The gyoza and sauce were so good, flavorful and balance. Atmosphere was modern, but cozy with quick service. We ordered a dessert roll - cream cheese with banana, mango and strawberry that was amazing. I would recommend reservations on nights or weekends, but we were seated quickly at lunch during the week. I would love to come back.
Hannah T — Google review
Where do I even start…. We are long time Umi fans and have been going since they opened. However, every time I’m left disappointed with service or something weird with the food. But this last time really bothered me. For what it’s worth, our sushi was fine, this was about the cooked chicken and service. First we were told the wait for 20 minutes and it ended up being 45. Annoying yes, but I get things happen. Secondly, we only saw our server twice in over an hour… once when he took the order and secondly when he brought my ran CC (I had to ask someone else for the bill). They were clearly short staffed and over worked. But the thing that really bugs me is that it was dark when we got our chicken appetizer and I thought it was just super fatty and tough but when I shined a light on it, it was not fully cooked and cool. I showed someone and they took half of the appetizer off. Look I’m not trying to be picky but it’s annoying that we’ve spent hundreds here in sushi over the years, the service was awful, the chicken undercooked and it felt ridiculous they only took half off for the previous raw chicken we already ate. Really frustrated and so disappointed. It’s hard to see because I had to use flash on my phone but you couldn’t rip the chicken apart in the center and it was pink.
MaryBeth B — Google review
Oh my goodness what great sushi! I got the yellowtail sashimi, the spokane roll, and the spicy scallop roll. The rolls were packed full of fish, and everything was high quality. And the service was incredible! Shoutout to my waitress, Brittany - you're awesome.

My friends and I came in for dinner before a show last night and we had a great time. The hamachi sashimi was so fresh and I loved the ponzu sauce it came with. Our server, Kelby, was really fantastic, and made our experience that much better! Thanks for making our girls night so special.

Anthony's at Spokane Falls is a regional seafood chain that offers a menu of locally sourced catches in the Pacific Northwest. With multiple locations in the area, this popular restaurant is known for its commitment to serving fresh seafood that is in-season. Situated in downtown Spokane, Anthony's provides guests with not only delicious food but also a stunning view of the powerful falls. Their menu showcases a variety of hearty Northwest seafood and produce options, available for both lunch and dinner service.
Love coming here. Food is always delicious. Service is impeccable and the view!? The. Best. Came to celebrate my MIL buying a house in Liberty Lake and it was just perfect. We tried the trout and the Lingcod for the first time. Delicious. Calamari was on point as was my MIL’s shrimp scampi. Oh and it’s peach season so the peach cheesecake was decadent.
Dayann G — Google review
Too amazing for words! We have been to nearly every Anthony's in the PNW and absolutely love this location. The drinks are top notch. Appetizers are very light and flavorful. The Surf and Turf options are a big win if you like red meat with your seafood. The sirloin steak was tender and Med-Rare was exactly on point. The views are so nice just before sunset. The patio gets shade early enough for a comfortable dinner during late summer. Definitely try this spot out!
Jeff B — Google review
Anthony's was recommended to us by our Lyft driver. After walking around the Riverfront area, we decided to have dinner there. We were able to be seated without a wait, but we were a bit disappointed that they were not seating anyone on their patio that evening. We still had a good view with natural light coming in and brightening up the interior. The sourdough bread, seasonal appetizer with scallops and rhubarb, and the chocolate molten cake with raspberry sauce were excellent. The salmon was also good but I would skip the seafood fettuccine. Usually I love a seafood pasta dish, but there was something off about the flavor on this one. Our server was friendly and we didn't feel rushed.

Good energy. The place was full whe we arrived at 6.30 pm. Great view from the window table of the Spokane river. Great choice of food options. Well curated portion size appealed to me so I need not waste food. We had an excellent waiter who was cheerful, witty and knowledgeable. Overall, a great evening.

It was my first time visiting Spokane and my friend said we just had to meet at Anthony's. We dined on your outside patio, enjoying the beautiful view and excellent service. We both took advantage of your 3 course lunchtime special for $33. After the delicious bumbleberry margarita, we enjoyed our salad, salmon and shrimp, and chocolate mousse and creme brulee for dessert. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the view was the cherry on top!

Always a wonderful meal and beautiful atmosphere!! We were seated with a gorgeous view of the Falls and our server Les make our time here very pleasant!! He was respectful and genuinely kind. Great menu recommendations too!! Thank you for a great time.

Great view by the falls. We chose indoor cause it was still hot outside when we got in although outdoor wouldn’t have been too bad cause it had a shade. We ordered scallops and loved it. Service is also excellent. There is vallet service cause parking can sometimes be full.

Amy is friendly, attentive, positive, and cheerful even in the heat of a hot sunny day. The Lingcod is moist, and even the rice had a pleasant surprise. My tastebuds are happy and I enjoyed all the soothing textures of every bite.

Fine dining restaurant
Churchill's Steakhouse, located on South Post Street, is an elegant restaurant and lounge that specializes in dry-aged steaks, as well as offering a variety of seafood options and fine wines. The establishment provides a world-class steakhouse experience with refined table linens and live piano music in the basement bar every night. The restaurant has received numerous industry awards and has been recognized for its exceptional dining experience.
My husband and I had a wonderful celebratory dinner at Churchill’s. The professional hospitality we received was truly exceptional. Our server, Shawn, went above and beyond by explaining each cut of beef to us physically. We learned so much about the different cuts and their unique characteristics. I opted for the Fillet Mignon, which was cooked to perfection and incredibly tender. My husband chose the pan-seared Sea Bass, which was the best fish I’ve ever had. Everything on the menu was simply delicious and exceeded our expectations. The rest of the staff, particularly the manager, was attentive and respectful, ensuring that our experience was truly memorable without being intrusive. Overall, it was an exceptional dining experience.

Great service, good vibes—but the food didn’t quite leave a lasting impression. Churchill’s is definitely a solid staple to have in the city. The ambiance is classy, and the service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish. The food? It was good, but not exactly memorable. The filet was fine, but didn’t wow me. On the other hand, the lamb chops were the standout—flavorful, tender, and cooked just right. The crab cakes were the standout of the meal! Fresh and deliciously crafted. If you’re looking for a reliable spot with great service and a classic steakhouse feel, Churchill’s fits the bill. It may not be a culinary revelation, but it’s a safe bet for a polished night out.

I am not stranger to fine dining, and simply put, this was one of the better dining experiences ive had in a pretty long time. I had been recommended Churchill's by a group of friends who had been there last year. They said it was very exclusive, so I made a reservation. The process of getting a table was very easy. They were moderately busy, but it was a non-issue. I enjoyed the decor very much. It had a very rustic, "old-country" feel to it. Everything was varnished wood, and made me feel very welcome. The obvious best part was the food. I began with a salad which was very good. I could tell they used fresh ingredients. But the reason I came was the steak, and I was very impressed. Simply put, it melted in my mouth. I asked for it rare, and it came out nearly blue-rare, but the taste was so rich, I overlooked it. Id also like to mention their extensive wine list and their very helpful waitstaff who was able to recommend a wine and scotch combination for my food that didn't break the bank. Overall, I had a very positive experience here. It was a little expensive, but you get extremely good value for your money. Id give Churchill's 5 stars and recommend it to anybody in the Spokane area looking for an elegant meal.
Jared S — Google review
The steak was perfectly charred and delicious, the snails were fun to try, and the espresso martini was great. It’s a little pricey, but the dessert for his birthday was such a nice touch. The staff was friendly and made the night feel special.
Rachel B — Google review
Our server was fun and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the steaks and made the experience that much even more memorable for our family. And of course, the food is insanely delicious! Highly recommend any of the steaks and the cougar, gold, macaroni and cheese!
Shianne T — Google review
Churchill’s Steakhouse unquestionably serves some of the finest food in Spokane. The quality of the cuisine is outstanding, and it is clear the chef is both talented and passionate about his craft. The steaks in particular were exceptional, and on that basis alone, Churchill’s easily stands apart as the premier steakhouse in the city. The risotto was cooked to perfection, the Cougar Gold mac and cheese is a must-have and a perfect complement to the entrées, and the crème brûlée proved to be an excellent choice to conclude the meal. While one of the steaks at our table was not initially cooked to order, management was attentive and addressed the matter promptly and with professionalism, ensuring the correction was made without delay. Their responsiveness in that instance was greatly appreciated. Regrettably, the same level of attentiveness was not reflected in the service we received from our server. His demeanor toward my party was dismissive and discourteous, which was particularly disappointing given the significance of the occasion. When he neglected to bring my water, his subsequent apology was delivered in a tone that came across as insincere and unnecessarily rude. This lack of professionalism cast a shadow over an otherwise remarkable dining experience. In summary, Churchill’s delivers an extraordinary culinary experience and demonstrates excellent management oversight. I would still recommend Churchill’s for its exceptional food and attentive management, but sincerely hope the quality of service will be elevated to match the high standard set by the kitchen.

Upscale, classy & premium describe Churchill's Steakhouse in downtown Spokane for any special occasion or fine dining anytime. Old school flare, double white tablecloths, excellent service, warm & elegant interior, quality ingredients. The glass of L'ecole no. 41 Churchill's private reserve cab was superb & complimented the filet. The steak was properly prepared at medium rare but a bit more medium on the ends due to the charred edges. Not a fan of crispy onions that came on top of the steak. I didn't see any indication in the menu, but was glad the meat wasn't drowning in butter to hide its quality like many chop houses (ie. Ruth's Chris). Personally, I want to enjoy the meat w/o any sauce or toppings. However, a variety of topping add-ons are available to please any pallet. The crab cakes were some of the best, not ground or greasy! Crème Brûlée was complementary for our wedding anniversary dinner. Thank you! Low noise level dining, paid parallel street parking, reservations & business casual attire recommended. Best fine dining in Spokane.

Before dining at Churchill’s, we browsed the menu and wondered if the experience would truly match the price. From the moment we walked through the doors, we quickly realized it was worth every dollar. We arrived without a reservation and were still warmly accommodated, seated at a corner bar-top for our group of four. Initially, we questioned whether bar seating might mean slower or lesser service, but that concern disappeared immediately. Our bartender, William, greeted us promptly with menus, drink suggestions, and a level of professionalism that set the tone for the evening. We later learned that he was the only bartender for the entire two-floor establishment—yet his attentiveness never wavered. Appetizers arrived quickly, tasted fantastic, and from that point on, the timing of each course was flawless. We were able to enjoy our meals without ever feeling rushed. When it came time to order entrées, I asked William for his recommendation on the best steak. Instead of upselling, he confidently suggested the New York Strip—and it did not disappoint. Two others in our party also ordered steak, while my fiancée had the salmon, and every dish was exceptional in quality, flavor, and presentation. We ended the evening with dessert, which was every bit as impressive as the rest of the meal. Between the outstanding food, perfect pacing, and William’s exceptional service—supported by a friendly, efficient staff—Churchill’s delivered a dining experience that exceeded our expectations. Not only is the food worth every penny, but the service made the evening memorable. Thank you to William and the entire Churchill’s team. You are all truly amazing, and we look forward to returning.

From the fresh Caesar Salad to the smoky Grilled Northwest Salmon Filet, each dish is crafted to perfection. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, this spot promises a fun ambiance with its themed dining area.
My wife and I tried the hotel restaurant because we were given a $20 voucher at check-in. We'll be coming back after having the best meal of our trip. The meal, dessert, and drinks were quite reasonably priced. Our waitress was also outstanding.

This was the worst food ever. The French onion soup had NO cheese on it, and it was lukewarm and tasted straight from a can. The blue cheese burger trio came out as 2 sliders because apparently they hadn’t updated the menu. The burgers were burnt, and there was no semblance of blue cheese at all. This tasted worse than cafeteria food. On the plus side, our server was very nice and the ambience was very lovely.

Good energy at this Restaurant in Davenport, Autograph Collection Hotel, in Spokane Valley. It would have been nice if they had a breakfast buffet. The service was excellent, the food reasonsonable. The hotel ambience with the Safari theme was refreshing amidst the city bustle. The room amenities were comfortable. One safety feature lacking was grab bars in the bathroom, absent marking on the shower to show hot and cold water. Spacious and ornate entrance lobby.
Subbarao T — Google review
The cocktails were very good. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was great. My steak was not enjoyable. For the price, I was expecting at least a decent steak. No crust just burnt grill marks which gave the steak a bitter burnt flavor. The steak was lacking salt and the cut was not very tender. Would not recommend the steak.

Avocado toast was VERY disappointing. Barely any avocado spread on there. Only 1 piece of toast and overpriced. French toast was pretty good!

Food was okay but definitely not great. I wouldn't go out of my way for it. The service was fairly show but I don't blame the staff. There was only 1 waitress serving breakfast so it took forever to get drink refills. The atmosphere was okay, it just doesn't feel like a restaurant, it felt almost like an after thought of that makes sense

I took my daughter in for a birthday treat and a bit of food. This is a beautiful restaurant inside a beautiful hotel with an obvious tiger exotic cat theme to it. The service took forever. It took us 15 minutes to get a glass of water, that was after she took our food order. I got fried green tomatoes. They were under salted and slightly under cooked. The presentation was nice. ( I am from Alabama and have been eating them my entire life) I had the tortilla soup or something to that effect. I was disappointed they did not include any type of bread or tortillas. The beans were under cooked in the soup and it was just ehhh. The presentation was not appetizing My daughter had chicken fingers and fries. They were ok. She told us there was a free dessert for birthdays, I had the lemon sorbet and my daughter wanted Ice cream. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is the presentation and skillfully put together sorbet. It was delicious and my daughter soon stole my sorbet lol. The server brought the check before the dessert, Then forgot to comp the dessert and had to rerun my card. They were understaffed on server's, so I will give her that. Fundamental 101 mistakes were made and this comes from a guy, that works and has worked in the service industry and bar industry for 25 years. I just believe she needs a bit more training, She was super sweet though. I could tell she didn't really have any help as well so I'm not throwing it all on her. I am throwing it on management for allowing such basic mistakes to occur as of the place was not even remotely busy there may have been 4-5 tables total including us. I tipped her like 33% because I felt bad for her. Not to mention everybody needs to tip servers more, believe me I've been there and done that. The pricing was reasonable. I just expected a bit more from such a nice place inside such a beautiful hotel. If I go back it will definitely be for the sorbet. Although they did have an antelope burger that looked tasty and exotic.

I travel for work and stay at the Tower. I have not had anything less than great experiences except for the last two nights of my stay. I tend to sit at the bar to have some drinks and food after a day of work and had great service from one of the two bartenders working. Kaelah was great, but her counterpart Devon not so much. Seems he picks and chooses who he wants to acknowledge and serve. One night he took my order after waiting 30 minutes and left without bringing it to me. Kaelah came back from lunch and took care of me. The next night I didn’t even get any recognition from him while everyone else sitting around me did. Kaelah again went out of her way to get me taken care of. Not sure what Devon’s deal was, I am not high maintenance and I tip good. I hope she did not have to share her tip with him as he did absolutely nothing to earn it on my tab. Shout out to Kaelah for excellent service and not so much to Devon.

Nestled in the vibrant Brownes Addition, Italia Trattoria is a chic and colorful haven for Italian cuisine enthusiasts. This modern eatery boasts an inviting patio that comes alive during warm weekends, making it a perfect spot for brunch. Guests can indulge in delightful dishes like zeppole and explore an array of creative cocktails, from refreshing mimosas to unique concoctions featuring local ingredients.
Italia Trattoria is certainly one of Spokane’s top restaurants. The ambience is simple but elegant, the service is friendly but not over-the-top, and the food is stellar. Plan to pay for the quality - most entrees are around $40 as of Spring 2025. We had the beef carpaccio, the rabbit, the lamb ragu, and the orange cake. All were wonderful, but honestly, the ragu was just a little too powerful and winey for my taste. I think I would go for one of their citrus-forward dishes next time. The Chardonnay was excellent but again, pricey. Excellent anniversary or special occasion spot. Would love to see a slightly more price-accessible and simplified lunch menu someday (similar to brunch).

A nice place. Server was very knowledgeable and accommodating for our table. I am a vegan, but she knew exactly how to substitute things on the menu for my diet. Top-notch service. Delicious food. Literally some of the best cooked mushrooms I ever had in my life. 🍄

Every bite from this dinner is still living rent-free in my head. That focaccia? Fluffy perfection. The octopus salad? Bright, refreshing, and full of flavor. The rosé? Summer in a glass. Fabulous service. I love that open-air GarageDoor atmosphere. What I Ordered at Italia Trattoria: • Focaccia Bread 🍞 with olive oil & balsamic • Charred Octopus 🐙 Salad – citrus, fennel, herbs (would 100% order again) • Panzanella Salad 🥗 – heirloom tomatoes, focaccia croutons, shaved parmesan • Gnocchi alla Sorrentina – tender potato gnocchi in rich tomato sauce • Spaghetti 🍝& Meatballs – classic comfort done right • Grilled Lamb Tongue – with tzatziki, heirloom tomato, and olives • Tiramisu – whipped, airy, chocolate-dusted perfection. • La Jolie Fleur Rosé (2022) – light, elegant, and summery • Lucien Albrecht Crémant Rosé – crisp, floral, and beautifully chilled Their menu is a gem for adventurous food lovers — think boar, lamb tongue, and octopus done right. Unexpected cuts, unforgettable flavor.

Italia has been on my list for years but it’s definitely on the more expensive end so I hadn’t gone until last night and wow was it worth it. It’s the cutest spot right in Brownes. We sat on their delightful patio and ended up being the only people out there after the other tables left since we had a later reservation. We got the seared octopus, braised rabbit with goat cheese ravioli and carrot butter sauce, and rack of lamb with goat cheese stuffed tomatoes and garlic cream sauce. Everything was superb. And though I’m used to fine dining places giving you less and charging more, the portions were actually quite substantial. Our server was kind and attentive (without being TOO attentive). Absolutely fantastic meal.

Some friends and I came here for dinner. We didn't have reservations, but we're able to get seated. Food quality and service were both outstanding. We enjoyed our meals so much we made reservations to come for brunch. This didn't disappoint either. Pastries were fresh and delicious! Word of advice, go early as they sell out fast!

I travel a lot, and because of that, I consider my diet and what I enjoy eating, and that keeps me happy along the road. No, I do not eat at gas stations. I will take the time in my schedule to have a great meal with great vibes, service, and a delicious beverage too! My girl and I are always privy to the steakhouse, but we are open-minded to all food options. Tonight we chose to go Italian, and I had fish in mind. Wow, what a treat, the special this particular evening was Dover Sole.... This is a delicacy and is rare to find. It was prepared with creative care via chef, and I would eat it again. Girlfriend had the chicken piccata, a staple in the Italian menus, which was made to spec. Delicious. Other things that are hard to find are little neighborhoods like this one. As a matter of fact, as I travel with my girl, we look for neighborhoods just like this. This was way too cool. We would consider moving here. (This spot reminds me a little bit of Portland and some of the small restaurant neighborhoods it has, also because of the Italian vibe, it reminds me of Little Italy in Southwest St. Louis) Stopping to eat and enjoy the world around you is the point of these meals. The staff is family, like you were in their own living room. I will definitely be back at this restaurant again, and maybe with a mindset of looking for a house to buy in the neighborhood. Anyone want to be a roommate?
BeeHive P — Google review
Fantastic food and drinks. In a really cute area. Service was decent, but nothing very personable. The disappointing part is that we came to celebrate our anniversary and made sure to mention it with the reservation, but it was never recognized during our meal. That would've gone a long way toward making it feel more intimate, especially considering the ~$200 bill. But, overall, one of the best restaurants in Spokane if you love Italian food!

Order the bread service, it's such yummy bread! Me and hubs got the squid ink fettuccine and the gnocchi the fettuccine was very good, the gnocchi was a little bland but still good. Dessert we had tiramisu and bread pudding which were both fantastic! Service was great, drinks were good, and prices weren't bad. The only thing we didn't love was how close the tables are but it is a small restaurant so it's understandable.

Tried out Saranac Public House for restaurant week. The food was delicious, I would get the pretzels again! The staff was incredibly nice and doing their best with the craziness of the evening. I will definitely be back to try some things off of their regular menu!

This is a cool space, but it didn't feel like other public houses I've been to. Awkward atmosphere. The food was good. A little overcooked and definitely made to sound more fancy on the menu than it actually is. Example: our cauliflower wings were just steamed cauliflower in sauce. We were a larger party and it was clear that the food was sitting under a warmer waiting for it all to finish. The staff was apathetic and sparsely available. Overall given the quality of the food and service it felt a little overpriced, but it wasn't bad.

Wow. Every dish we had was great. Burger was amazing, fries were battered and crisp, wings were perfect, and the peach and prosciutto flatbread was superb. Great selection and prices on happy hour menu. This place is a real gem.

Saranac Public House – Spokane, WA We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Saranac. I was dining with someone who has celiac, and we had zero issues finding great gluten-free options. The team did an awesome job. I ordered the chicken wings with gochujang sauce (not gluten-free), and we shared the steak and potatoes appetizer, Thai chicken flatbread, and mac and cheese. All had gluten-free versions available and were outstanding. The flavors were bold, the portions generous, and the service was top-notch. Also, happy hour is available all day on Sundays, which was a great bonus. Great food, plenty of GF options, and excellent service. Highly recommend. We will be back for sure.

This restaurant deserves every word of criticism for its appalling behavior tonight. Watching the bartender publicly humiliate a married couple—who were simply out to celebrate a birthday, a 50th birthday, at that—was nothing short of disgraceful. He insisted on cutting them off for the absurd reason that one of them “used the restroom too much,” which, frankly, sounds more like a bad joke than a policy. Let’s be clear: this couple did nothing more than enjoy cocktails, appetizers, and entrees, which naturally might involve a couple of trips to the restroom over the course of an evening. Yet the bartender singled them out and ruined what should have been a joyful occasion for reasons that are, at best, baffling, and at worst, tinged with bigotry—especially considering they were a female couple. It’s impossible to ignore the sense of prejudice, whether intentional or not, that tainted the entire incident. The spectacle left every decent person in the room shocked and uncomfortable. For anyone considering dining here: don’t. No one deserves to spend their money at a place with such a gross display of judgment and a hateful spirit. Shame on this establishment for allowing such behavior—rest assured we will never return after witnessing it. For what it’s worth, I was able to catch the couple as they left and offer them a glimmer of dignity and decency they were denied inside. They deserve the birthday dinner they tried to have, and someone should see to it they get it—somewhere decent, not here. Note: The referenced behavior was verified by firsthand observation, and any future response is warranted only by concrete change and accountability from management.

Went here once after bloomsday and loved the food and the service. Went there last night and both my fish and my wife's chicken were burned black and served to us with no care and no napkin's 😕. Will not go back for a long time if ever.

I haven’t reviewed Saranac yet because I don’t want you to go there, I want it all to myself. This is hands down one of my favorite restaurants in Spokane. The service is always great and the food is consistently delicious. I’m gluten free and my partner is pescatarian and there are plenty of options for both of us. I rotate between the pork tacos (probably my favorite), the house salad (those hazelnuts!), the Thai rice bowl (spicy goodness), and the curry (very curry) and I’m always happy. the cauliflower is good too. Kids meals are affordable and tasty. If it seems pricey just go on Sunday for all-day happy hour and free street parking.

Europa Restaurant & Bakery is an ornate bistro that offers a European-style dining experience in a cozy and eclectic atmosphere. The restaurant features florid upholstery and brick walls, creating a romantic setting perfect for special occasions or date nights. Known for its freshly made pastas, bread, and desserts, Europa is celebrated for its delicious offerings. The establishment also boasts a full two-page dessert menu with extraordinary items to satisfy any sweet tooth.
Tonight's meal and customer service is both memorable and unforgettable. The Europa was busy !! There were shows in town last, days of school and an amazing restaurant that was clearly short staffed. Our waitress Kim while clearing plates taking orders smiling continuously greeting guests she hardly took a minute to breathe but she and her two companions didn't miss a step. Dinner was longer than planned.... who cares; I was blessed with an opportunity to sit down and enjoy the time with my friends. Food came out when it came out and the very small wait was well worth it. Kim, the chef and the other amazing staff could have served me a bologna sandwich and I would have still been impressed by there impeccable service and attitude despite it being busy and understaffed. The food was absolutely amazing but the services is what will have me coming back again and again. Thank you Kim, Chef and the other two extremely busy ladies for an amazing dinner and experience.

Beautiful atmospheric dining perfect for date night. Amazing salmon dip with a perfect cheesy top served on crostini. I do love going to this restaurant. Their chef makes great food and the pâtissier makes some great desserts. I had their meat ball rotolo and the croissant crust is super light and flaky. We also had the chicken, spinach and walnut rotolo and same thing, great flavors and crust. If you're a bottomless hole for food intake then the portions might seem small but for everyone else their portions are just perfect. The atmosphere of the restaurant has the feel of a nice European restaurant.

Was recommended this place from a friend. I was highly disappointed. It started with having to make a reservation for dinner only to find out that 95 percent of the restaurant was empty on a Saturday night. Once seated I ordered diet Coke. When I received it it was 80% carbonation so I had to send that back. I ordered an Italian soda and it had the same problem. I just drank that one. I ordered baked spaghetti. Worst meal I ever tasted. Noodles were undercooked and they definitely were not washed. It had a dishwater taste to it. They did let me order another meal which was better. Did get a little attitude from the waitress but I'm not going to eat something that tastes horrible. The dessert was good however. Two people 113.00 I don't think it's worth it. Maybe some other meals were better maybe the pizza is better I don't know but I was severely disappointed.
Jess L — Google review
I really wanted to like this place, but for what we spent it was not worth it. They have fine dining prices and the food was not bad, but not great. There were probably only two other tables seated while we were there and it still took a very long time. I will say the cheese bread appetizer is really awesome. I had a marsala and the chicken was just dry and the dish was kind of greasy. My daughter had a steak and it was tough. The desserts are cool with the wide variety. Some tasted great, others were very sweet. The server was so sweet, an older lady, so I really wanted to give a good review. With tip we were around $200 for a family of four. The area is also very sketchy and under a bridge. Not the safest. Wouldn't be a top choice for us but I may try again someday in the case they were having an off night.

With gluten-free options crafted with care—thanks in part to the owner's personal connection to celiac disease—guests can indulge without worry.
I went on a date night with my wife to Twigs up north in Spokane and it was great. I've been here a few times, but tonight I wanted to try their ribeye. I discussed the thickness and doneness with the waiter, turned out to be a great choice. About an inch thick, great seasoning, and perfect doneness. The place is very nice and enjoyable. My wife had the black and blue coulett and it was great as well . It was a bit expensive, but worth it and expected from the quality of the food, staff, and atmosphere. Clean bathrooms and friendly staff. I'll be back and highly recommend.

This flat bread and salad were absolutely amazing! I had the southern fried chicken salad and I am seriously still dreaming about it. You might be thinking it's just a salad. No what sets this salad apart is the Tabasco vinaigrette. 10/10

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a twigs. The hosts were nice and fairly quick, but our server completely ignored my boyfriend after I ordered my drink. Halfway through his sentence she interrupted and walked away. It wasn’t until after I ordered that I had to order his drink for him and she continued to only speak to me. Then came the food. I ordered the southwest nachos and it was the saddest plate I’d seen from this restaurant. The nachos did not have any meat like I ordered and NO CHEESE! After I asked about the mistake the server greatly overcompensated for it by giving me a bowl of cheese and pork that looked like they forgot about it on the grill. We just got our check and left after that.

This Twigs Bistro And Martini Bar is good for you to celebrate your birthday, dating with love once, family, friends, and any you like to bring. This restaurants they have a good food to choose, drinks, wine and desserts. They have a patio that you can see the view like pond water and trees. You can reserve your table here if you have a romantic dinner meal. Very classic restaurants. If you have plan to go out somewhere this is the right for you.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. So the first time I went, my dirty martini was amazing and unfortunately this time I had to send it back twice. I'm not sure why but it tasted off. However, I ordered the huckleberry mule and it was so good! The filet was incredible and cooked just right. I forgot our waitresses name but she was very sweet!
Natasha M — Google review
This has been a very good restaurant in the past. The food is still very good, albeit quite pricey. I do not know what the difficulty was tonight, and part of my concern may have been my fault. I made a reservation for 5:00PM and asked for a pond-side table (outside seating). When we arrived at 4:45PM, my wife opted for inside seating. When she did, I asked for a nice table near the window. The hostess said that all of the near-window tables were for large parties, and having eaten at this restaurant before, she was accurate in her response. She then seated us at a small table for two, one seat facing the bar, the other facing outside with a window view. We waited for 15 minutes before a waitress first checked in at our table (we were 15 minutes early). The wine and appetizers were delivered fairly quickly, but we waited another 20 minutes before the waitress took our order for our meal. We waited another 30+ minutes for our dinner to be served. Look... the food was pretty good, but the service was terribly slow. The waitress was polite, but never offered to apologize for the slow service. It was an hour and 50 minutes from arrival to when we left. I have waited for my meal plenty of times, but if a restaurant is going to charge premium prices for good food, the service better match. Also, I do not appreciate being seated in a cramped table for two, when there were six larger tables directly in our vicinity that remained open through our stay! Why can't restaurant managers figure out that the people who come early (with reservations) should be treated better than people who are not even at the restaurant? First come, first-served? Not eating here again. I can get really good food and really good service at plenty of other venues for half the price! QUESTIONS?

1898 Public House is a top-notch dining spot with an award-winning chef, Blake Kaba. The menu features delectable shareables like Wicked Shrimp and short rib egg rolls. They also offer a generous Happy Hour from 2-6 PM with discounts on shareables, beer, and other beverages. The ambiance is warm and inviting, providing a delightful setting for a memorable dining experience. Guests can enjoy picturesque views of the golf course while savoring sumptuous meals.
We had lunch at the 1898 Public House today. There was plenty of seating at noon. Our orders were taken quickly and our meals arrived soon after ordering. There were lots of great menu items to choose from. The Wedge Salad was $14; chicken ($7) added. The Blackened Shrimp Cobb Salad was $17. We felt the prices were very reasonable. The presentation of the food was beautiful and it was delicious. This was my first visit and I know I will return. It was a hot day, but there were several golfers on the course. The views of the golf course were beautiful! Creme Brulee for dessert!

We enjoyed everything about this experience. We had a very attentive server. The music was very nice. The view was beautiful. The food was yummy. We shared the grilled salad. My husband ate grilled salmon with crab. I tried the chicken cordon bleu. We shared the creme brulee.

My sister brought me here to celebrate my birthday and all I have to say, is that we will 100% be coming back. The food was excellent and so we're the drinks. The scenery was also perfect, its cozy and the breeze from the river was really nice since it was kind of hot. The staff were also super sweet and our waitress was Amanda, and she was amazing. Always asked us how the food was, and we told her it was fantastic. A great place to go if you want to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or even a date.

Great service, atmosphere was wonderful and enjoyed our lunch on the outdoor patio. Can’t say enough about how delicious our meals were. Thumbs up to the chicken piccata, Chilean sea bass, burger, tuna and mango appetizer and peach crème brûlée.

The view, cocktails, and service were good. I was really disappointed with my entree (white fish with artichoke topping). It was recommended and sounded amazing, but the cook on the fish was so strange. I could only bring myself to have a few bites because of the jello-y consistency. I might return to 1898 and order something else. Definitely not the fish!

We had an amazing meal tonight. By far the best beef wellington I have ever had. My wife got the Mediterranean halibut that was amazing as well. Our bartender Courtney was on point and her recommendations were great. This is a must stop for dinner if you're in Spokane.
Joel J — Google review
The food is ok, for the price point its disappointing. I got the cordon bleu and the taste is blant and the chicken in dry. The bread service is ok and so is the Filet mignon, however the mash potato is not silky and flavourful as I wanted it. I highly recommend the calamari, those are good. On the positives, the ambience is superb and our server is very attentive.

Baba Spokane is a modern restaurant located in the lively Kendall Yards neighborhood. It offers inventive New American cuisine alongside craft beer and cocktails in a sleek, minimalist setting. Chef Adam Hegsted's creative take on Middle Eastern dishes shines through the menu, featuring unique items like Turkish mac and cheese with a yogurt-based cheese sauce. The restaurant is known for its fusion of Mediterranean-inspired comfort foods, such as deviled eggs with tahini and Egyptian spice.
We arrived at baba later on a Saturday evening after arriving in Spokane for a relocation planning trip. This will probably be the first place we come to when we return! I cannot stop thinking about the Mezze Platter… just, wow. Flavor bombs galore! The flavors are bright and fresh, the pita warm and fluffy. We tried the deviled eggs based off reviews mentioning them - probably won’t order those again as they were incredibly rich and had a lot of different flavors going on. Not terrible, just overwhelming in my opinion. The service was pleasant and well timed and the atmosphere welcoming. A breath of fresh air compared to the entitlement we often experience in Bend, OR. Looking forward to returning to baba! Thanks y’all!

This is a great Mediterranean Restaurant, located in a scenic area of Spokane Washington. I visited during happy hour and ordered several items from the happy hour menu and one for them from the regular menu; everything that I order was outstanding. The dishes had a very complex and bold flavors, and the service was outstanding. The happy hour menu was very affordable. This is a great place of you are vegetarian, there are many meatless options, as well as numerous meat options on the menu. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Probably the best Mediterranean restaurant I have ever had. Everything we ordered was good, the flavors were bold, balanced, and unique. The chicken skewers + potatoes were phenomenal. Will be back the next time I visit Spokane!

I can’t. Not anymore. I can no longer go to a Mediterranean restaurant and be satisfied unless it’s Baba. This has changed me. Gorgeous little place, could have used some candles on the tables, but clean, and fitting decor. Service was relaxed and on it as far as never letting you be without what you need. The food… layers of flavors that you’d not expect- even in a place like this. I’ve been to so many but nothing has left me staring at my mom across the table wondering if I should stomp my feet or walk to the back and thank the chef. Hit up during happy hour, the deviled eggs are amazing. Had to request without chili oil for my mom. The falafel/ wow. The WHIPPED FETA and pita. Come ON!- there are flavors that shouldn’t be allowed and I’m so glad they are. Never had a soft pillowy fresh one before. The chicken kabob..the caramel.. the chili flakes.. I could drink that. Used the rest of my pita to sop it up. Beef lamb kabob was stunning- almost at the top of my personal heat limit. Had the chocolate pistachio torte.. so good. I will have to come back next time I’m in town. PLEASE GO HERE.

Modern Mediterranean with an amazing Happy Hour! Staff are so friendly, the atmosphere is inviting, and there was an array of small bite tasting options on the 3-5 menu- Try everything! The vegan options here are plentiful, the dishes are fresh, creative and packed with flavor. Highly recommend the smoky Baba Ghanoush and charred Oyster Mushroom Souvlaki Skewer.
Jaime M — Google review
Trying out this Mediterranean fusion restaurant certainly didn't disappoint. My party of four actually all had the Baba Bowl (mine had kofta kabob) and they were delicious. If you nearly go all out with main entry, beers, dessert, and coffee - expect the bill to be over $200.

I had an incredible meal at Baba. The flavors here are outstanding and every dish felt carefully crafted. • Kofta Kebab: Spiced ground lamb and beef skewer, grilled over wood fire, with tzatziki, pomegranate molasses, feta, and herbs absolutely delicious, juicy, and packed with flavor. • Smoked & Grilled Chicken Skewer: Perfectly tender with dukkah spice, chicken caramel, and cilantro mayo, paired with Lebanese spiced potatoes. Smoky, rich, and unforgettable. • Tzatziki Yogurt Dip: Hands down the best tzatziki I’ve ever had. Creamy Greek yogurt, cucumber, roasted garlic, and olive oil with a touch of tahini so fresh and flavorful. • Fresh Pita Bread: Warm, soft, and perfect for scooping everything up. The only downside: portion sizes are on the smaller side. That said, the seasoning, balance of spices, and overall execution more than made up for it. A beautiful mix of Mediterranean flavors that I’d come back for anytime.

If you're looking for a delightful dining experience, The Melting Pot is the place to be! This fondue restaurant chain specializes in an interactive culinary adventure that revolves around heated pots of cheese, chocolate, or broth. Perfect for special occasions, it offers a memorable four-course meal starting with delicious cheese fondue—options are available for vegan and gluten-free diets.
Had such a fun date night with my Hubs tonight! We took advantage of the Thursday Date Night deal and loved it. The restaurant made it extra special with candles and rose petals — such a nice touch! Our server, Adrian, was amazing — super friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Definitely recommend for a romantic night out!
Anna S — Google review
We have been to the melting pot probably five times in total, maybe a little more. Been a while since we came because we did have previous bad experiences. I was getting emails and it sounded good for our anniversary so we decided to go. I was able to book the special promotion where they had rose petals and candles on your table and you had a private area. I did appreciate that and their communication in the booking process. They had a little signed card there and it was very cute. I did not know however that this option being a couple dollars more expensive than the other four course option limited me to only choosing the classic meats. That makes zero sense that I would be limited to classic meats when I was paying the same price and a little more and I would have had other options available at the normal four course. At that point it's like go ahead and take your rose petals back and let me choose what I want. So that was a little upsetting although she did let me sub out the pork for chicken, but that's not what I wanted but I didn't want to pay any more at that point. I love that they have non-alcoholic options here and mocktails as well as non-alcoholic beer. I will say that the booth felt a little cramped and the experience did not start out good as it was about 25 minutes of us being seated before we got any drinks at all including water. Right when we were about to find someone to ask for water our server came and said she was wanting to get our food started and she would go get our drinks. That was not a very good start however her service did get better over the course of the meal. The food tasted fine I will say it is a little high price for what they are giving you. The experience overall was good and we had a good dinner. I just don't know if we will be back for a while. Melting pot charges fine dining prices but the experience doesn't always match.

Ryan is such a great server, I love his energy!! The food is always immaculate and the ambiance is perfect for a date night or celebration. I usually just come here after work, and it's nice having a quiet place to unwind and enjoy a beautifully balanced cocktail and mouth-watering meal!

The food and the people were amazing! Flavors were incredible and the shrimp was jumbo x10! HUGE! The ONLY downfall was the price. Way too much money. A lot more than we've paid for other melting pots. Almost double the price. But other than that, was an incredible experience!

We have been a few times. This time we had family in town so we took a group of 6 of us. One had a severe onion allergy and our waitress (Adrian I believeis her name) did an excellent job making sure that it was noted and taken care of. Our family all told us how much they enjoyed it. We were there for probably 2.5 hours and had tons of laughs. Thank you! We look forward to stopping back in!
John B — Google review
I went here for my birthday and it was a pretty great experience. I went later in the evening, so there was very few people. We got seated almost right away. The booths are comfortable and feel intimate and cozy. My partner and I chose a three course meal, appetizer, meal and dessert. For our appetizer was the spinach and artichoke cheese dip. The server helped prepare each dish, which was pretty neat. The cheese dip was pretty great, I'm a sucker for spinach and artichoke. Our second we chose a jerk style liquid for our meat. The meat pieces were pretty great, they also have timing for each piece to make sure theyre cooked well. The dessert we had a turtle style chocolate sauce, which was great. May have burnt myself a few times getting too excited. The dessert options had fresh fruit, and different things like blondies and brownies. A lot of the baked good options didnt hit as well, the fresh strawberries and bananas were fantastic. Not sure if they were old since we came so late in the day. Overall not a horrible experience. Its very pricey, though, at almost 300$ with tip for the 3 course. I wish it were a little cheaper. But we left full and satisfied.

Been going to this restaurant for years now. Obviously it's good enough that we return! It's locally owned so we would rather support them over any Big box corporations of course! Service was great and food was as expected! I will say for the price per dish I think that salad and breadsticks should come with the meal tho! Love that they supply entertainment for the children and it's a fun environment! Big plus they were open on 4th of July!

Tomato Street – Spokane, WA ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4 out of 5 stars) Tomato Street in Spokane, Washington, offers a lively, family-friendly atmosphere that’s as entertaining as it is flavorful. From the moment we walked in, the environment was festive and fun — perfect for both kids and adults. Each table is covered with paper for doodling, and our server brought out Play-Doh and even stamped the kids’ menu right onto the table. There are chalkboards with colored chalk too — a great way for kids to stay occupied while waiting. Our server was outstanding — super friendly, very helpful, and showed true professionalism. They took our orders accurately, served our meals with care, and made sure we had everything we needed. The menu is impressive, with gluten-free, vegan, and classic Italian options. The highlight of our meal was the Brick Oven Bollas appetizer — meatballs, mozzarella, and provolone wrapped in pizza dough like little calzones, served with zesty marinara and Alfredo sauces. At $16.50, they were a bit of a splurge, but the flavor and portion size made them absolutely worth it — two thumbs up! The gluten-free rice pasta was nicely cooked, though the chicken was a bit tough. On the bright side, my grandson loved his ravioli kids’ meal — which came with a drink and a scoop of vanilla ice cream for just seven dollars. Great value! Our only real disappointment was the Mediterranean Chicken. It sounded amazing with all its ingredients, but it was over-salted and lost its appeal, especially at $29.35. Still, we’d definitely return — especially with kids around — and we’d absolutely come back just for those incredible Brick Oven Bollas. Tomato Street earns a solid four stars from us for its fun atmosphere, excellent service, and standout appetizers.

So we have a family member who has celiacs disease and this menu! So accommodating. Lots of gluten friendly options but if you have an allergy or celiacs they take cross contamination very seriously and if you know..you know cross contaminated food can have you with flu like symptoms In less then 2 hours and it lasts days sometimes. Family member has been poisoned more times then not at a restaurant (yes we know the risk and weigh the options) we avoid certain ones because we know they are only gluten friendly and can’t help with cc. Tomato street hats off to you guys. They have gluten free bread and is safe for someone with a gluten allergy. They have spaghetti with gluten free noodles. Their sauces are all gluten free or friendly. They have pizza crusts that are gluten free. It was an amazing experience my family member was so excited to have options and peace of mind. We can’t thank you enough

I personally like the huckleberry press.

We went to Azteca, on North Division, for lunch. We were seated quickly in a comfortable booth near a window. Chips and salsa were set on our table as we were seated! The food was brought out quickly, hot and delicious. The entrees are large portions, plenty to take home to enjoy later. We ordered Chile Verde and Pollo Al A Crema. Both entrees were delicious. We have dined at Azteca several times and will look forward to our next visit.

Daughter ordered a nacho. She was eating it and came to some red meat. They put RAW HAMBURGER on her nacho!! Waitress came and said, Oh, that's been happening lately. How in the world do you put raw meat on a nacho!!!? And have it happen more than once! They brought her a new one and deducted 15% off their bill. My thoughts, it all should have been FREE! I believe they need a visit from the health department. She got to enjoy vomiting and diarrhea when she got home. Thanks Azteca! Do not recommend. As of the following day, nobody has tried to contact me after I gave all my info to do so. Over a week later. Nobody has contacted us.

Only 60° inside! (4° outside.) Fast friendly service, salsa lousy but entrees tasty (Lunch chicken fajitas and steak fajita quesadilla). Nice decor. Bathroom was closer to 70°. I would come back only when the weather is more mild or they get a better heater (or we eat in the bathroom😉). I would have probably left because of the cold but the greeter was so welcoming.

Husband and I were seated in a booth. After about ten minutes, we were given chips and salsa. The chips tasted like very low-grade store bought chips, and the salsa was bland and flavorless. We ate them anyway, as we were hungry. We did not receive any more chips or salsa after we finished them. Our waiter came back and took our order. We waited another twenty minutes, and we never received our order. We got up and left at that point. We will never go back to Azteca.

It's been a long while since I last visited Azteca but brought back great memories of my grandfather that passed as this was his favorite Mexican restaurant! We had an excellent dinner here! We had an early dinner reservation where we were greeted, sat, and had recommendations for drinks within minutes. Our wait person was awesome and had fantastic recommendations for our meal, and spaced out each course nicely so there was no rush but also no waiting. The food itself was incredible, everything perfectly done. It was a nice leisurely evening with lovely ambience. The only negative issue I can think of was the parking. It is a small lot and we were fine on arrival, however it was really difficult to get out because someone parked behind us and three other cars were trying to snag our spot. A slight trouble which is worth the service and food!

New*2/22/25 Again Luna did not disappoint. Yummy Caesar salad, and Frites… Service good. Perhaps change out the croutons? Add more lettuce. 🥬 *************** Summer 2024 Luna was a great place to relax especially by the fire pit. Visiting from Seattle so enjoying the atmosphere that was welcoming. Madi added to the experience by offering a special treat to enhance our experience. If you are a wine lover the Rose 🌹 and the Pinot Grigio were excellent. Although we didn’t have dinner the menu looked amazing! Will definitely return. Thanks!

The restaurant has gained popularity for its high-quality salads that incorporate fresh ingredients to create flavorful options like the pear and roasted beet salad or the orange chicken salad with spiced cashews.
We had a great time celebrating my friend's babyshower here. It was just dinner no presents at this spot but the esthetic is good and relaxing. The food is decent, not the best ever but decent. They have good non-alcoholic options for drinks as well

We love Twigs. The food always hits the spot, and the blood orange martini is a must. Thank you, Twigs, for another memorable meal. We enjoy every part of visiting one of your restaurants and look forward to our next visit.

Such a great place! Went there for date night and it was perfect. I had also tried an espresso martini that was so yummy. Would totally order that again! I had a southern fried chicken salad that was perfect to eat before the popcorn and slurpee at the movies afterwards. The salad was so tasty that I at everything on my plate. Looking forward to going back!

What a terrific place to spend a lazy afternoon on your day off! particularly to relax before going to catch your movie in the theater just a single escalator level ride up. A few weeks ago, I caught a 1:45pm matinee, but I stopped at this particular Twigs location (evidently there's another one in the city, I saw next to my fav sushi spot in town, Izumi, and one in the valley). I really enjoyed myself even though it was near empty due to time of day, just a few other diners in this HUGE space. But I can tell with the colorful effects, chic yet unobtrusively understated decor, water and fire features, larger crowds and music this place must have such a VIBE in the later evening hours! On my particular visit I had The Chocolate Kiss and the Honeysuckle Lemon Drop cocktails, a classic "Dirty" Martini w/Bleu cheese stuffed olives and Bacon Grilled Brussel Sprouts topped with a fried egg and an AMAZING vinaigrette type of sauce. Incredible!🔥

Other Twigs locations are fantastic. This mall location is not as great on food or atmosphere. When we went, they were only seating on the balcony, which was pretty noisy, being above a main entrance. Otherwise, an excellent experience! We'll make the extra drive to go to the Northside or Valley location in the future.

We went for my sister’s 30th birthday celebration and our server was great! She was very attentive and fun! Food came out and everyone had a great meal in our party of 6. Server was kind enough to offer us plates and a knife to cut the fun cake we had brought to celebrate with.

What a gem. We really enjoyed our visit. We were quickly seated and served. Our waitress Hannah made a great suggestion to have the bruschetta, which was lovely. Then answered our questions and made suggestions for our mains. Food arrived hot and delicious of course. We had no concerns over cleanliness, tables were quickly cleared around us, and our drinks were refilled as needed

Came here on a busy Valentine's day night with hubby and kids and was glad that Twigs allowed us to make reservations so we didn't have to wait too long to be seated which we greatly appreciated. Food was good, some entrees were a little overprice for my liking and wish my salmon portions were a little bit bigger than what was served. Calamari rings were okay although not my favorite. Overall dining experience, I will give it a 3.5 out of 5.

Downriver Grill is an upscale restaurant located in Spokane's Audubon district, offering a contemporary dining experience with a focus on seasonal and locally sourced seafood and steak dishes. The menu features signature green garbanzo hummus, steamed clams with chorizo and roasted fennel, sesame-encrusted ahi tuna, as well as various soups and salads. Known for its gorgonzola fries appetizer, the restaurant is popular among locals for casual lunches and dinners.
Impromptu date night with the hubby brought us to Downriver Grill. We dined with Aydan, who was so sweet. She answered all our questions, ran back to the kitchen several times to check on allergens, brands, and everything we questioned on the meal. Everything was fantastic. They have a cute and perfect little patio set up out back that unfortunately we couldn't sit in (thanks allergies), but it looked quite quaint with their own little garden. Perfect for a nice summer evening. The food was delish, the service was great, and the drinks were cold! Definitely a great night out!

Disappointed in the Inconsistency, this used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but the quality has really gone downhill. I’ve always loved their chicken Panzanela salad, but what we got last night was a soggy, sad version of what they normally serve (photo comparison below). The bread was mushy, the lettuce limp, the croutons soft, and there was barely any chicken or mushrooms. To top it off, they pre-drenched it in dressing—which they never used to do. It was honestly inedible and should’ve been comped. I hate to post this, but the inconsistency has become too common to ignore.
PNWgirl — Google review
Had great service, although it took awhile for the food to be served. Hubby enjoyed his Cioppino; it looked amazing. His meal was a solid 5-stars. I have a shellfish allergy, so I decided on the French Dip, with Beet salad. I'll say it was a 3-star meal. Had my heart set on a quality french bread, stacked with beef, provolone and grilled onion, with horseradish, and a savory au jus for dipping. That didn't happen. It was basically an expensive grilled cheese sandwich. The bread had too much butter and I did not taste the horseradish at all. The grilled imposter was too hard to sop up much of the au jus, which was really disappointing. But the grilled flavor was just not at all what I was expecting or appreciating. Brough home half of it to salvage the meat and au jus on a nice roll this afternoon. The Beet salad was nice, but I will get the dressing on the side next time. I'm a bit picky about what type of calories I consume. This was not my best splurge. Next time I would "grill" the server about what I'm thinking of ordering. But a FRENCH Dip should be a safe bet that it's on a FRENCH roll. Maybe rename it on the menu as a Grilled beef and cheese sandwich w/au jus.

I recently stopped by Downriver Grill and was pleasantly surprised to find a fresh specials menu featuring a 6oz tenderloin (fillet) served with asparagus and a russet potato. I ordered my steak medium rare, and it was cooked perfectly to order—absolutely excellent. The atmosphere at the restaurant is welcoming and comfortable, making it easy to have a conversation without being overpowered by noise. Mitch, the bartender / server, was exceptionally attentive and made sure all guests’ needs were met. I ended my meal with a seasonal sorbet, which was a perfect finish. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience, especially excited to see the tenderloin back on the menu. The highlight? This delicious tenderloin with asparagus and russet potato was just $39.00—an amazing value! Enjoy……

A phenomenal meal!! The whiskey-glazed pork belly burnt ends had us talking all night, as well as the velvety shrimp bisque and perfectly cooked bacon-wrapped sirloin. Jackie was a wonderful server and we absolutely cannot wait to come back here! Happy hour from 3-5.

What. Wow, my experience today was top notch! 👌 The atmosphere was quiet, the service was great and the food was extremely memorable. The penne pasta (add chicken) had a plentiful tangy sauce which paired perfectly with the goat cheese crumbles and seared grape tomatoes. The basil on top freshened up the dish. The beignets were fresh and sweet, served with a bright sunny raspberry sauce. The portion is enough to share with the whole table. This is one of my new favorite restaurants in Spokane.

First time here. My husband and I enjoyed a nice dinner. He had the Aji tuna and I had a grilled portobello mushroom burger. Both were really good. We came here on accident. Actually, I didn't realize this restaurant was here as I got the name mixed up with another restaurant. We enjoyed dinner. Hardly anyone was there, which was really nice. Nice atmosphere. Good service. Easy free parking. It looked like they had outdoor seating, but we sat inside. The only reason I take away one star on atmosphere is I dislike bench seats that are along a wall, where you share it with the next table. Since it wasn't crowded no other people were sitting on the bench seat, so that worked out well.

Longhorn Barbecue is a local establishment that specializes in Southern pit-style BBQ ribs and sandwiches. The spacious rustic setting exudes a homely, country atmosphere. Their meats are infused with the aromatic flavors of alder, cherry, and birch wood from their smoking pit. With an extensive and delectable menu, this place is a haven for meat lovers. Whether you're looking for a sandwich, buffet, or regular meal, Longhorn Barbecue delivers exceptional quality and value for money.
A fantastic Spokane classic! This bbq joint features homey traditional western decor that makes you feel like you just tied your horse up outside after a long days ride, ready to fill your gullet with some wholesome comfort food by an oil lit lantern table. I got a large portions of tender pulled pork, loaded baked potato that’s filled to the top with your standard fixins’ (I loved that there was big chunks of bacon and herbed butter on it). Zesty & regular bbq sauces to dip the slow smoked ribs, and probably one of the best cornbread muffins I’ve tasted in a long while. Will 100% be back.

I had the absolute pleasure of coming here with some friends for lunch on Saturday 9/27/25. As soon as I walked inside I KNEW we made the right decision for lunch! I lived in Texas for 7 years and I miss actual real smoked barbecue; Longhorn has it going on and you can smell it even before you order! We had the lunch buffet and while there admittedly wasn't a huge variety, everything was spot on and delicious! The buffet was really affordable and worth well worth the price of $17 each for what we got. I didn't try a single thing which I didn't enjoy all the way from their vegetables or mashed potatoes to their cornbread and homemade clam chowder. Like holy crap the chowder was great and added to the meal way more than I can give it credit with words. I would literally come back just for that chowder which is surprising for a barbecue place so that is why I mention it! They have it out there because they make it from scratch like the other items, it wasn't just tacked on it was created with passion for food! The barbecue sauces were really delicious and made in house. The only smoked meat to enjoy it with was ribs and I was left wondering how amazing some chicken or chops would have been. I also understand how the variety was for the price and they are keeping it affordable for us versus charging $20-30 for lunch. The wait staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. It is a shame I live 6 hours from Spokane! Pictures of my first and second round included with my review, both of which had that freaking chowder. 😚

I haven't been here in years but I thought I would stop and give it a try and it was really good. I was there during the week but I see they have an all you can eat buffet on Friday and Saturday nights that seems like it would be really good. I did enjoy the all-you-can-eat salad bar and I added a meat which was three ribs, some really good baked beans and some cornbread. I also had a sweet tea.

It's always a staple for classic BBQ food! The ribs. . The potato salad.. the baked beans!! They always seem to have fresh food, and good size proportions for everyone. The wait staff is always great!

What a great place for a meal after a long trip! RIGHT off the airport’s main drag, Longhorn Barbecue was what we selected to grab before heading home. I never even knew it existed! It’s been around since 1976, I think the server said! Weekdays, until 2 pm, there is an all you can eat barbecue buffet (Meat! Meat! Meat!) for I believe it was $16! I went for the all you can eat salad bar ($15!) and a side of meat for $5 extra. Well, the smoked turkey I selected also came with a huge piece of cornbread and baked beans! What a great deal! My husband got the bbq beef sandwich, but for him, he thought there was too much sauce for his liking on it. We started off with the pulled pork nachos. I love a good liquid cheese sauce, and this was spectacular. We took 3 boxes home of food. Definitely will be back again. The servers were so friendly and it was super clean inside, including the bathrooms!

First time ordering. I was excited to try it out. I had it delivered through Uber. The patty on the chiliburger was burnt to a crisp like a hockey puck and tasted like yesterday's old beef. The chili tasted rancid . There was no cheese and they forgot the sour cream I ordered. I just received this and can't eat it and I never have been prompted so fast to leave a review on a restaurant. I've been a server for 30 years and this was actual swill and so disgusting. I am so disappointed, hungry, and want my money back. I am now editing the review to less than 1 star if I could as I see management has reached out to other disappointed reviewers but couldn't be bothered to message me. BTW, if I had liked the food, and I am not a picky eater, this would have been my go to spot as I am new to the area and love bbq.

This is some of the best, most consistent sushi we've experienced in the Spokane area. We've never had a bad experience. The service is wonderful, with servers often going the extra mile accommodating children. This last time a server brought my son a small miso soup to have with the children's plate and he LOVED it, we were so appreciative. They're quick service without losing quality. Came here years ago and felt I was over due for some sushi. Absolutely phenomenal staff was only coming in for a single roll and staff was fast and friendly. I just absolutely love this place, I wouldn't recommend anywhere else for sushi. Their selection alone let's you know they know quality. The baby octopus salad was really wonderful prepared, not rubbery at all, really was spectacular; highly recommend! I tried natto here and it wasn't my cup of tea but if you want to try come here! The sushi chefs are wonderful here, one guy could do it all without looking and it was still beautiful work! Victoria was a wonderful waitress, she had perfect customer service and a realness to her!! She was helpful as well 🥰 Prices were really good too! And my boyfriend loves his chicken teriyaki more than most places.

This has been our favorite Spokane sushi restaurant for years. Sadly, as time has gone on, neither my husband nor I can eat gluten anymore, which severely restricts our sushi options. We still enjoy the sashimi - which is delicious. This last time we went, we decided to order every gluten free roll on the menu (sadly afterwards we realized we forgot one gluten free veggie roll), and they served it with GF tamari. We were happy with the variety of flavors and really enjoyed our meal. So, to my gluten free friends, here’s a photo of your options! (Also, the double star spicy roll was not too spicy - and I’m a lightweight when it comes to spiciness).

I have to say now I’ve discovered this sushi restaurant I can’t stay away from it. Every Spokane work trip I have I’m always there when they are open alone or with work colleagues. This is probably one of my top 5 Japanese restaurants I’ve eaten at in the USA. I would put it at the same level as a high quality Japanese restaurant in Japan. It’s always a great pleasure to see the same friendly staff as well.

Yards Bruncheon is a popular daytime eatery located in Kendall Yards, Spokane. The airy, retro-themed space on Summit Parkway offers clever breakfast plates and sandwiches. It's a great spot for out-of-towners to grab breakfast before taking a walk along the beautiful Spokane River on the Centennial Trail. The restaurant's interior features black-and-white tiled floors, aquamarine-colored walls, and mid-century modern-inspired furniture.
The Yard Bruncheon is a fantastic spot for breakfast and lunch in Kendall Yards. From the moment you step inside, the warm and inviting atmosphere sets the tone for a delightful meal. I started with their toasted banana bread, which was the perfect blend of sweet and savory—a wonderful way to kick off the meal. The eggs Benedict were absolutely delicious, with perfectly poached eggs and a creamy hollandaise sauce that elevated the dish. Their hot chocolate was a standout as well, rich and indulgent, making it an ideal pairing for a chilly morning. The service was impressively fast and attentive, ensuring everything arrived promptly and as expected. The restaurant truly feels like a gem in the neighborhood, offering a welcoming ambiance and exceptional food. Amazing brunch experience. Was recommended this place by a friend, since we are from out of town. Customer service was very welcoming, and the food was spectacular. Wish I could have bought some of the in house jam, cause it was so fresh and exciting with flavor. Love goes into the food here. Also thank you to our server Sarah, you 6 years of experience definitely made our experience dining in amazing. Get the Shirmp and Grits and full breakfast, it won't disappoint. Will be back again!!

The menu had tempting descriptions so it was too hard to choose, I ordered TWO meals (dutch babies and pancakes) and took most of the second one home with us. My son said his food was great as well. There is definitely a 50s diner feel to the place, which we liked. The only less-than-complimentary comment I have is that it is always hard for us to find parking in Kendall Yards.

Friendly spot on Kendall Yards! I had the eggs Benedict which was decent. My friend said the chicken and waffles were awesome! Loved the diner vibe and the service was prompt and friendly!

Staff wasn’t very friendly. Our server was SO quiet. I felt bad having to keep saying, “I’m sorry, what was that?” We were also brought dirty water cups with coffee grounds in the bottom of them. No big deal, they took them back and gave us new water. The chai tea was pretty flavorless. Only “chai flavor” came from the cinnamon on top. Kinda disappointing. And the espresso martini (which was brought out in a wine glass, we got a kick out of that!) was the same. Pretty bland and was basically lukewarm. The food was good though! The deviled eggs were nice. The syrup and bacon combined with the eggs were actually pretty good. We tried the Eggs Benedict. The eggs were great! Cooked perfectly. Potatoes were a little lackluster. We also got the Green Goddess Eggs Benedict and substituted the hollandaise sauce for the house gravy and it was really good! The restaurant itself was kind of loud. Hard to have a decent conversation, but overall it was alright. Maybe next time I’ll just order takeout.

Walked in, greeted & Sat at a cute lil clean table for 2. Menus were easy to read & thickly laminated. Waiter Gavin took a little longer to get to us which they were kinda busy, but he was lovely. Knew the menu well. We placed our orders (wife was kinda upset they were out of shrimp of the shrimp 🍤 and grits). Kitchen was prompt and fairly quick to get items out. We enjoyed our experience and will be back...

Your money goes a long way here. Everything is amazing, I’m incredibly impressed by how good the food is and how much effort they put in to make a simple dish better. Cocktail bar
The Gilded Unicorn is a charming eatery located beneath the Historic Montvale Hotel in downtown Spokane. Its brick and wood-lined venue sets the stage for a delightful dining experience. The restaurant offers a delectable twist on classic American comfort foods, such as Crispy Duck Wings with House-made Kimchi and Deviled Eggs with applewood bacon. Guests can also indulge in craft cocktails before their meal.
Unparallel interior. Medieval adjacent … stone walls high wood paneled ceilings, rustic chandeliers and the right kind of framed kitschy hangings in all the right places. It's fun and fascinating to be in here. Interesting craft cocktails -- had the Morgana with extra prosecco -- with compelling names. Solid sides--had the sour cream and chives mashed potatoes (could honestly have used more sour cream, butter, and salt tonight-- maybe just an off night?) and excellent deviled eggs piled high with a lovely touch of cheese crisps. Would order the deviled eggs again; the mashed potatoes not so much. Also ordered the peanut butter banana pie. That was a very nice texture and not too sweet. The bananas had been slightly Brûléed...and that was delicious. Really loved the high ceilings and the brick and stone walls. Comfortably welcoming atmosphere. Katie was a great bartender.

Food was great. The shrimp scampi had a great amount of sauce. The bocce rolls were a perfect starter. The baked Mac was a good mixture of protein with the chicken and bacon, with creamy Mac. Only downside to this place is you are sitting too close to people. We were only about maybe two feet from the other tables.

Great experience! I said at the bar one night and at a table another night. Great service both times and the food is outstanding! I tried several appetizers and even dessert along with the main course and everything I tried was amazing. I highly recommend the deviled eggs Because if you like deviled eggs, these are a must try.

The food did not disappoint!! From the ambiance to the service and from the food to my company, it was a hit! The Gilded Unicorn has a simple but eloquent menu that allows for anyone to enjoy a new top tier favorite that they will definitely tell their friends about. I think the worst part was the fact that it was incredibly hard to decide which entree we wanted since it all sounded so amazing. Bradley was our server (you were great) and he knew the menu well and had no issue making suggestions when we asked. The colorfully eccentric framed artwork as well as the nearly medieval feeling brick walls and solid wood tables almost felt like a castle mixed with a hint of speakeasy! Come here and you won’t regret anything other than not having an insatiable appetite! 10/10 experience overall but 11/10 food!

Woah! Everything was exceptional from the moment we walked in. We started with the deviled eggs & tater tot casserole and OH! MY! GOSH! Deviled eggs, best thing I think I’ve ever put in my mouth. And the tater tot casserole was next level. For entrees we ordered the burger & the gnocchi and both were incredible. Perfectly cooked. Highly highly recommend!!!

Our meal was incredible. We will absolutely be back for the tater tot casserole & the berry lemon cake! The tots were perfectly crispy, even when smothered in the delicious gravy that came on the side. Plus the pot roast in the casserole? YUM. The shrimp in the shrimp scampi were excellent as well. We really can't say enough good things, and can't wait to try more of the menu! Warm cozy interior was nice, too

This is a very unique location down stairs in the cellar. Deviled eggs was a great starter, Ceasars salad large portion and very good flavor. The porkchop was amazing.
J W — Google review
It's down a long set of stairs into the basement of a building. Love the atmosphere. If you can tell from the pictures, it's like dining in a castle kitchen. The details are amazing - and we had fun discussing what we thought was 'new' vs original. I had made a reservation for 545pm and the place was nearly empty. However, it filled up at the 7pm mark. Tables are fairly close to each other and there isn't that many. Service started out great, but it looked like there was only 1 server, 1 bartender, and 1 manager. At one point probably 10 tables in there. It slowed significantly and we had to wait on plates cleared and checks. The food was great. Burger looked amazing, stuffed peppers were too spicy for me but my colleagues loved it. Mac and cheese was creamy and tasteful in a cast iron skillet. Gnocchi and shrimp scampi were very flavorful in sauces that complemented the dish. Gnocchi says sun dried tomatoes on menu and it was chopped fresh, tablemate made 3 comments that it definitely would have been better with sun dried - I would guess he might give the dish 3 stars because of that. Overall, happy with the food and atmosphere, will be back.

Jacob the bartender was FABULOUS!! Great to talk with about drinks, music, and life stuff. Wife and I were told about this place when visiting for a weekend and are extremely happy we did! The Happy hour they have is amazing. Yes, the drinks are priced accordingly (some may be high off HH). Although, Happy Hour Huckleberry Martini is amazing. Pure and simple amazing. You can stay on the happy hour menu and try all of them and be very happy. They also have some top shelf alcohols you normally won't find! The meatball and bread were good, not great- however, I would order again. I can imagine this place getting really packed and the inside is not that big. Thankfully there were only about eight of us at the bar or tables. Highly suggest going here than some hotel bars, if you are staying there.

$110 ordered 4 drinks and curds! Won’t be back. Didn’t know they existed. Small bar lots of red! Seems to have a stripper pole at the end of the bar to the left not sure what that’s about.

I would give this 6 stars if I could. This place will RUIN you on martinis. Fabulous selection for whatever you fancy and top notch craftsmanship and service. Hand stuff their blue cheese olives and make their own round whiskey ice cubes. Great happy hour and food is great! Get their meatballs, fries and tacos.

Restaurant
Pho Van is a Vietnamese eatery that offers a cozy ambiance with brick walls and serves classic dishes like brothy noodle soups. The service is friendly and the food portions are generous. However, the soup lacks flavor and is somewhat bland. Tripe is not served here, which may disappoint those seeking traditional options for their Pho. Nevertheless, the restaurant maintains cleanliness in both the dining area and kitchen, while providing kind and helpful service.
This restaurant does not disappoint. The portions are always big. The food is always fresh. It’s always clean. It’s always delicious. Take out Services is quick and easy. You can make a phone call and your food is ready in five minutes. I was absolutely amazed. I will definitely be going here quite often. An excellent service, whether dining in or taking out.

Definitely my top 3 pho in Washington state! The aromatic broth and beef balls remind me of the flavors of pho in Vietnam! Steak is tender. Noodles cooked just right each time. Pho literally came out in 5 minutes of ordering every time. I ate pho here 3 days/7 days when I was in town 😆 Good sized portion. Friendly service for a Viet restaurant.

Great find! We had several different dishes and all were very tasty! The place was busy with a steady stream of customers at midday on a Tuesday. All of the portions were generous. My order was enough for three meals. The honey dew, strawberry boba tea was delicious! #shelivesontheroad #shesharestheroad #theroadholdssurprises #thingslookdifferentouthere #shopsmallthinkbig

Went for dinner. Was seated immediately. It smelled AMAZING walking in. We were waited on promptly and the server was really nice. We each got an entrée and they were superb. The food was so so good. We are definitely coming back. Not only for the food but for the excellent customer service.

My husband and I have had pho throughout Spokane, Seattle, and Salt Lake City this restaurant is by far our favorite. Always fast and amazing customer service. Good pricing and variety.

Just passing through Spokane on I-90 and had a craving for Vietnamese food on a Tuesday around 3 pm (many restaurants in Washington state are closed on Mon and/or Tues and some close for a few hours every afternoon). We were happy to find Pho Van open all day and thrilled their food was incredibly tasty! We had the most flavorful tofu vermicelli salad, shrimp pho (in chicken broth), and spring rolls. The restaurant was surprisingly busy for an odd time of day, but the service was extremely quick and friendly. Highly recommend!!

I have gone to this location since the day I was introduced (5 years ago) and will say confidently that I will always choose to come back! The owners are amazing, they take time to attend to their customers and connect, give great customer service, amazing food served with what feels like a whole lot of love, all with efficient timing and prices! They have never failed me or my family and I always get so excited to enjoy a meal and visit them! If you’re looking to see if this location is worth a try then let this be your sign!

We live in Tacoma so we have delicious pho everywhere. On our way home from a family vacation, we were craving our favorite meal and were pleasantly surprised! The Steak and brisket was tender enough, The broth was flavorful And the regular Boba milk teas are pretty good. The customer service was excellent and timely, our food came out quickly, and the prices were about average.

The dining experience at The Barrel Steak & Seafood House was efficient, with prompt seating and attentive service. The food arrived in a timely manner and was served hot. However, the pricing seemed a bit high for the overall flavor of the dishes. The bread was surprisingly delicious, while the clam chowder had a creamy texture but lacked sufficient flavor. The prime rib was decent, although it contained excessive fat and wasn't cooked to perfection. It also lacked seasoning and flavor.
Hey, you know The Barrell has amazing food and service, right? Best steaks in the Spokane area, hands down! Olivia's the best server ever!! Their food is always perfect. See that pic? Prime rib with bacon and New York with scallops! Big thanks to Olivia and the chefs for working with our carnivore diet! Pictures include tonight and earlier this month for my birthday (cheated the diet) their house made mud pie!!!❤️❤️❤️

We decided to try The Barrel for our wedding anniversary and were not disappointed! Our steaks were cooked perfectly and our service was fantastic! We had the potato skins as an appetizer and they were wonderful! My husband also enjoyed the scallops with his ribeye! We sat in the garden and enjoyed the atmosphere and had such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!
Cheyenne T — Google review
Wow!!! This place did not disappoint!!! For appetizers we had the crunchy Brussel sprouts and crab cakes with pineapple sweet chili sauce. For dinner we chose the Cedar plank salmon and the Louis salad. I also drank a raspberry lemon drop. It all exceeded my expectations. Best date night we have had in a long time.
Dezaray T — Google review
The food is excellent, and the service. The price is high. I would recommend it for special occasions. Our server did a great job. I have nothing negative to say except that the price is high, but it is expected at this location. Overall a great experience, just budget for it.
Jason B — Google review
This place did not disappoint in their steak, at all. Literally, best steak my husband and I have ever had, cooked perfectly. Everything is so beautifully seasoned. The mud pie was huge and delicious. And the salad was fresh, even the bread was scrumptious. The servers were so nice. I'd say the only suggestion I would have is a more permanent hostess, as we waited a while and things were awkwardly bottle necked at the door. The atmosphere is a nice mid fancy where you can dress up a bit but don't have to go all out. 10/10 new favorite steak place, don't waste your time anywhere else in Spokane.
Kristen R — Google review
We were greeted with a smile! The hostess gave us great seats. The waiter was very professional and knew the food. I highly recommend The Barrel.
Chandler P — Google review
Service was GREAT, the food however was average, perhaps everyone has their own standards and preferences. I thought the steak tasted okay, the texture however was bad, it was dry and tough. Not a horrible restaurant, just wasn’t worth the price.

Tonight my friend and I went to The Barrel for dinner. We went specifically to sit out on their patio and it did not disappoint! They have one of the best, if not the best, patios in Spokane. Our server was friendly and efficient. The food was absolutely delicious. We both ordered salads (The Barrel Wedge and The Louie) as well as a Prawn Cocktail. I look forward to coming back and trying their steaks and seafood.

I was very, very impressed with my lunch and the atmosphere. I had the New Zealand salmon sashimi, a wonderful cucumber roll, miso soup, and wagu beef. So good, so good!!! The service was fine, but the waiter seemed like he was having a hard day.

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, tasty sushi. Tried medium fatty tuna sashimi here for the first time and fell in love. The Kamakazi and Godzilla rolls were delicious, and the rainbow Naruto was a refreshing showstopper. In case there's no indoor sitting, it's worth sitting in the hot sun for 🌞

The food was absolutely delicious. The hot sake is an absolute must, especially when followed by a cheeky cold sake next. We loved everything about this place! It was my first time here and my mom’s second time. Julia was an exemplary waitress and answered all of our questions! The food was fresh, full of flavor and simply delicious. The watermelon drink special was the best mixed drink I had ever had. Can’t wait to go back.

Came here for a birthday party and my order was forgotten. It happens. Large group, gracious attitude. Over 20 min later I still don’t have my one roll while everyone else is paying by check and done eating. Waiter kept the roll on the bill, still hadn’t arrived, insincere with apology. Offered a to go box and we ended up canceling it all together. I had not eaten that day and ended up at McDonald’s for a fry after everyone else had beautiful and delicious sushi. Everyone loved their food.atmosphere is beautiful. I put on a smile and had a good time for my friend. But I was very unimpressed with how I was ignored and treated.

Outlaw BBQ & Catering Market is a must-visit destination for barbecue enthusiasts and food lovers alike. Known for its unique approach, the restaurant first smokes its wings before frying them to achieve a delightful crunch that sets them apart from typical offerings. Diners can choose between traditional buffalo or barbecue styles, both lightly sauced and perfect for dipping in one of Outlaw's signature sauces.
Wow! This place was quite a surprise. We ordered loaded mac n cheese, brisket sliders, cheeseburger & pork egg rolls, and chili cheese fries. Everything was fresh and delicious. Also! The serving size for soda was huge! Loved it & i love this place!
Jeanne F — Google review
The food was for a catered event. I wouldn't recommend eating here! The food was completely cold. Everything tasted very sweet. You couldn't taste the pulled pork through the amount of sauce they added. The mac and cheese tasted bland and was burnt on the bottom. The beans were okay, but were so sweet I couldn't eat more than a couple bites. The corn muffins were good, but they were cold and the cheese inside was hard.. I found 2 very long hairs baked into my mac and cheese. I don't know where all the great reviews come from, but I wouldn't eat here again. It's way over priced for gross food!!

Hands down the best bbq I’ve had. The cornbread is amazing. I would come back for the cheesy cornbread alone. My favorite choice of meat was the turkey. My partner and I got a shared plate (I forgot what it’s called) and it was a lot of food! And it did not disappoint. Service was great. Our server was attentive and friendly. We went on a Thursday afternoon just after 6 and we were surprised that it wasn’t busier because of how good the food was. A must visit spot!!

My journey to have BBQ in every state led me to this amazing place. By far the best bbq I have had. Everything was cooked to perfection. The house sauces were amazing. The owners show some they care what is being served - we showed up between lunch and dinner and had the best there was for the day. We ordered as much as two people should be allowed to. Thick sliced brisket and ham both tender. The bbq beans, bacon potato salad and jalapeño pasta were incredible. The menu is large for a bbq place - there was a starter called cheeseburger egg-rolls- Yes Please! Amazing. In the back of the seating area was a pie station. Hours later we were able to take on the strawberry lemonade cheesecake pie- unbelievable- so rich and all the flavors were there. The themed restaurant is top notch with large bar and seating area. This is a standard that a restaurant should be trying to achieve. Service was top notch. Spokane and the Outlaw is on my BBQ map now and it should be on yours as well.

As close to Texas as you’ll get in the parts… fried okra was to perfection, the sweet tea was amazing (can’t get good sweet tea anywhere) the pull pork sandwich was awesome. Our server was great. I’d go again if I lived in Spokane or next time I’m here.

Good place for BBQ. Stick with a smoked turkey sandwich, wings, and their craft drinks. All the food is pretty good, imma let you make your mind up about the brisket. Service is excellent, might have s wait if you have a large, 6 or over, group.

Our party of five was seated quickly, we arrived at about 5:00 p.m. There was still plenty of seating. Ice water was brought to our table promptly. Our waiter was very cheerful and helpful. We ordered the Ruben Sandwich with Brisket. Others at our table ordered Brisket Tacos (plus a Cheeseburger, and Chicken strips from the kids menu). At the end of the meal, we went to look at the dessert options - - - wow! So many delicious options. We will definitely return to Outlaw Barbeque; we loved it!

We were underwhelmed by this place. The fried rolls were passable, but the sauces didn't have much flavor, and the chicken yaki soba was more like noodle with just a few small pieces of chicken. The biggest issue, however, was the service. We arrived at 9:10 PM on a Friday, and the server immediately told us it was the last call for orders, even though the restaurant was supposed to be open for another 50 minutes. It felt very rushed and unwelcoming."

Not enough stars to properly rate this place. The ice cream and waffle cones are the best I've had. The staff is very friendly. Very clean and they have a wonderful patio to sit and enjoy your ice cream. Great location with a very scenic area to drive around in once your finished.

We love the scoop! The staff is friendly, the shop is sweet (especially outside!), and good ice cream. Not quite five stars as we find their menu a bit challenging. I’d love to see half of the flavors stay the same and the other half be seasonal/rotate. Our family frequently visits the website and/or calls for flavors, only to be disappointed and not visit. In addition to vanilla and chocolate, we’d enjoy a couple of their cookie flavors to stay on the menu. Black & white cookie dough, giants milk & cookies, and birthday cake are some of our favorites!

Restaurant
Tecate Grill, located in Spokane, WA, is a popular spot among locals for its generous portions of delicious Mexican cuisine. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes that capture the essence of different regions in Mexico, all made with fresh ingredients. Guests can also enjoy hand-crafted margaritas and flavors of the Southwest. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make dining here a pleasant experience. Customers praise the high-quality food and appreciate the use of fresh ingredients in their meals.
Our group of 8 showed up for lunch recently. We had a nice big table to gather around, spacious and comfortable. Our waiter took all 8 orders without writing down anything. How he could remember all those orders, I have no idea! But all of our orders came to us perfectly, just as ordered. All the wait staff was kind and courteous...very welcoming. We had a wonderful time, and everyone enjoyed their meal.
Becky B — Google review
This place is the definition of a 'family Mexican restaurant.' Flavors are good, but nothing overpowering; meaning, your grandma would like it, your 4-yr old would like it, and you will find something that you like, too. Staff here are really friendly and engaging. So many americanized Mex places have a staff that just seem to be going thru the motions. It's bigger inside than you may think, so you never feel crowded, and they do a great job keeping the place clean. Be prepared to take home leftovers, too, because the portions are very generous...

Tecate is our favorite Mexican food place in Spokane and has been for years. Chips are served warm, salsa is med spicy and yummy flavor. Queso is served with chips and tortilla. Still a solid sender for Viet and other Asian fare. My first time taking a chance on a Roast Duck Half here, and it was quite good for this far inland. Wifey's Pho was a huge portion, as was my daughters combo lunch. I will advise the clean police that this family has no problem stacking/storing sundries and storage items within view of the dining area, so if that might bother you, consider a different resto. Doesn't matter to our family, because we kinda feel that clutter is caring. Their delicious food proves that little factoid in our forgiving minds...
Gcleff11 — Google review
Ordered teriyaki chicken, beef broccoli and lowMein. The chicken was pretty much soup and you could taste the cornstarch they used to try and thicken the sauce. The beef broccoli, had carrots, was bland and the meat had nothing but a moosh texture as well as soupy.. The noodles honestly had a weird after taste and seemed on the older side of fresh. I was so excited to try this establishment. I hate that the only thing I truly enjoyed out of my meal was the egg drop soup. Which was absolutely delicious! It had flavor, texture and I loved that there was more than cabbage offering texture to the soup. Award winning to disturbing. :(

Smaller restaurant. Cleanliness is average. Food was good. The restaurant has a sign on the window that says… best pho in town. I agree. The pho was perfect! Broth was great. Thick but not overwhelming. The taste was on point. Good spicy. Good meat. Great portion. If you want good pho. This is the place in Spokane.

The food was delicious. I got the vegetarian pho (veggie broth + tofu and veggies) and it was still very flavorful and helped me feel better since I had had a cold. My partner got the orange chicken and almond chicken which were both delicious. The orange chicken is PROPER orange chicken with the flavors of mandarin orange evident, not like something acquired at Panda Express. We shared veggie spring rolls which were crunchy hot and delicious and the some boba/ milk teas. Highly recommend getting a tea with jelly in it. Very delicious and fun to eat, but easier to eat than boba. The only warning is if you use the ladies room, the sink is POWERFUL and my shirt ended up very when I went to wash my hands. Otherwise, lovely staff, and great food.

This is a great restaurant that is highly representative of the ongoing transition of the food scene in Spokane. Don’t be fooled by the surrounding area, the food is contrasted by the yet under developed area. If you can find this hidden gem, make sure you swing in for a bite to eat. Sit at the bar for a burger, or enjoy the table service with your dinner party. The French-cut roasted chicken is by far the best thing on the menu. Yes, chicken. They say a chef can be judged by how well they prepare a roasted chicken. This one is fantastic. Salty crispy chicken is set atop creamy potatoes and a pan jus that all go together so well. Other great menu items include the roasted duck, the burger, and the mushroom risotto. Loved the steak flavor, though, the time we ordered the $54 NY Strip, it was unfortunately over cooked to more of a medium - medium well, than the MR that we requested. Unfortunate for such an expensive piece of meat. We also very much enjoy the drink options, though, it would be a nice touch if they could substitute a Gentleman’s cube in their cocktails. Wine list is well-priced and filled with plenty of options for any season or meal. Have been twice and would definitely come back again. 👍🏻👍🏻

Visited this place a couple of weeks ago. Very nice atmosphere... We sat right next to the oven so it was cool to watch the cooking but it was also a bit warm. If I had to do it over, I wouldn't order the short rib ravioli and would have opted for shrimp and grits. Steak bites and fries were also tasty!

Great experience at this new restaurant. The owner/chef's creations were perfect. Definitely great comfort food. This place is very casual and lively yet upscale. Service was perfect. From the greeting at the front to the table service, the staff were attentive, welcoming, cheerful and prompt. Both the restaurant manager and the bar manager checked in with us to ensure all was well. Drinks, entrees and dessert were all great. They will eventually have patio seating which will be nice as the restaurant faces the centennial trail and the river view. Overall, great opening night and worth the visit to Kendall Yards for this new restaurant. We will most definitely be back.

First timer. Rode past on our bicycles and caught a whiff of the aromas... Turned around and partook 😎 Bottomline, great service, excellent food, quite, at the end of Kendall Yards, just had a wonderful experience. Picture is of the roasted chicken, split for two. We shared.

So. If you haven’t heard of SecretBurger, you’re missing out! It’s a thing that popping up ALL over! Spokane, Las Vegas, SF AND MANY MORE! Anyway, Park Losge hosted a pulled pork, (off the menu) burger thing that was down right crazy! So many flavors, pretzel bun, fresh Jalapeños, fantastically complimenting fries and a bomb off the menu drink to go with it! HOLY WOW!!! I was so happy! My tummy was so happy! What a fun experience! Also Kendal yards is amazing!!! Can’t wait to bring family and friends! 10/10 recommend!

So good! On a recommendation to check this place out we just had to try and it didn’t disappoint! Started with the steak tartar and then had their steak frites and the halibut special which was amazing! Finished off with a pots de creme which was so good! The staff were really nice and attentive. A must to eat at!

This is our new favorite place in Spokane. It's located at the end of the Kendall Yards area. The space is warm and interesting. The staff is top notch. The food is fabulous. We have tried numerous dishes including the scallops, the roasted chicken and the flat iron steak. Each dish was superbly prepared and tasted. Some of the dishes could have been shared but no one wanted to share because they liked their selection so much

Park Lodge is our favorite restaurant in Spokane. We love the patio in the summer. Great place at 5 pm usually all to ourselves for a while. While they have great food in general...the Park Lodge Burger is my favorite anywhere...1/2 pound beef and I ask for the fries extra crispy. My wife likes a lemondrop...I usually have an IPA. Come give them a try!

The High Nooner is a great sandwich shop with a variety of specialty sandwiches and build-your-own options. The Bomb Sandwich is especially good, and they're also very quick.
Not only are their soups and sandwiches delicious, their customer service is superb! I called yesterday asking for their Thai soup (its literally one of the best and I've been craving it). Unfortunately it wasn't on the menu that day. But the lady I spoke with said she would put it on the menu for today and she even faxed me a list of all the soups they would have available for today. She followed through, and I'm now sitting here in my office, fat and happy, eating my favorite soup that was delivered on time and still hot :) There are a lot of sandwich places in town, but I'll stick with the one who goes above and beyond to make their customers happy. Thank you High Nooner and staff!

The food at this establishment was phenomenal!!! I ordered "The Cowboy", coleslaw and a fountain drink. My friend and I shared a cream cheese brownie. The sandwich was delicious! The tomato was cut in a way that made it so it didn't slip off the bread, a problem I commonly find. I complemented the ranch dressing that was included with mayo to create a creamy sauce. The coleslaw was top of the line, and there was enough served that I wasn't wishing for more after it was gone. The meal came with a complimentary cookie, chocolate chip. The fountain drink was served in a 24oz cup that didn't have a lid, which made it difficult bringing my refill home. For two sandwiches, a Snapple, a brownie and a fountain drink the total was $49.20, a little pricey in my opinion, but do able on occasion. The meal was brought in a paper bag allowing me to bring the leftovers home. The dining area was beautiful, the customer service was great and the food was delicious!

Bright and clean space with friendly and fast service. I had the whole Veggie Nooner. It was a great meal, and it's one of my favorite sandwiches from anywhere. The veggies were very fresh, and the bread was delicious. I had one of these sandwiches a year ago when passing through Spokane and couldn't wait to come back and have one again. Their sandwiches are great... did I say that already:) Parking was easy to find.
R_ V — Google review
Tasty sandwich, but where do we draw the line of value? Apparently mine starts at paying almost 9 dollars for 4 inches of bread. Place isn't fancy inside either, so the prices aren't commensurate with what you're getting.
Ernaldo V — Google review
My company always orders High Nooner for lunch trainings. What a great surprise for my first day with the credit union.! I ordered the Club Nooner, not realizing it was massive with three slices of freshly baked French bread. I should have only ordered the half sandwich. It’s definitely enough for two meals. It was well sauced which is what I love. A good quality of turkey and bacon. Because the bread is so soft, the sandwich does tend to fall apart, but it’s a delicious mess. My sandwich came with a chocolate chip cookie, which is an added bonus . I would definitely order from High Nooner again, and they deliver!

Delicious, quick, overpriced food. You have to pay for parking because it's downtown. It cost over $25 for the Prime Nooner, with side, add cup soup. They provided free ice water. They split the meal and gave us both a little cookie and crackers. Heavy on the horse radish sauce. Great experience, but not worth more than one time. One and done.

I'm on a trip to Spokane, WA. I try to eat local when I go somewhere new. I driving back to my hotel when I asked Google if there were any delis in the area. A few names came up but I had to try The High Nooner. I had their almost Ruben with is with Cole slaw instead of sauerkraut. I got the potato salad that was amazing. its a mustard base must try. I came back the next day and tries their hot grinder. no other words than just amazing. They are only open from 1030am to 230pm so plan your trip to downtown accordingly.

Came here for a quick stop after an appointment in Spokane. Our server was incredibly nice, and she recommended us some of her favorites and some seasonal options. I went for the Truffle Mac, and my partner had the Beet salad. Both were amazing! As a vegan, it was lovely to have so many options! I’ll definitely try to come back when I’m back in Spokane

Had a wonderful experience at Rut! The atmosphere is perfect for a relaxed meal - soft background music and plenty of seating with comfortable AC that kept the space cool. The service was excellent throughout our visit. The food was outstanding! I highly recommend the Korean chicken sandwich, which was absolutely delicious. The buffalo cauliflower wings were superb - perfectly seasoned and cooked. If you're looking for a laid-back spot with scrumptious vegan food, Rut is definitely the place to go. So glad so tried this place out! Fabulous! My first trip there, I got the Rüt Burger with fries and was pleasantly surprised. The second and third time I tried the spring spaghetti - great flavors and texture. I’ve been here three times and I leave happy and full each time!

This is a nice intimate restaurant and bar. My wife and I had lunch we shared the Brussel sprouts and a bok choy dish along with some fresh arugula salad with pickled onions on top. The server was very nice and accommodating, we asked for some olive oil for our salad and she found some for us even though they don’t normally offer it. She also gave us a complementary spritzer drink. The only thing that bummed us out was the Brussel sprouts were deep fried and they use canola oil and deep fry the food. It ruins the health value making it unhealthy. But, the presentation was nice and the flavors were really good. If you’re looking for a plant based healthy raw food type offering look somewhere else.

High Tide Lobster Bar is a popular seafood restaurant in Spokane with delicious lobster rolls and clam chowder. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is great.
High tide is great! Great prices as well as I have indulged in lobster rolls all across the states I've lived in. Met Chad who is the owner I believe and he was a great person to speak with, he also gave me some insight on places to check out here in Spokane. Service was great from the young lady and Chad. We will definitely be frequenting here while we live here.

High Tide exceeded my expectations. I ordered a surf an turf lobster roll with a cup of clam chowder. The roll was excellent and the chowder was great. The staff was friendly and Jacob's knowledge of the building its history and current occupants was impressive as was his obvious work ethic and pride, which showed in the care he took making the roll. I recommend High Tide the food was great the service even better I will definitely be back.

A great place for those who've had the pleasure of eating a great one in the past, or you're ready to get down for the 1st time. We ordered online and it was just being bagged up as we arrived at the appointed time. Oh yeah, we had a big ole quart of chowder too! Really good! Right there with the best I've had. We had an awesome night at Tavolata! The bruschetta was INCREDIBLE and same with the Rigatoni! We were nervous having our little guy with us but the staff and environment was awesome! He loved his dinner too! Chloe was the best waitress! Ask for her!

Service was great. Most of the food was just ok. The ceasar salad was the highlight. Definitely recommend that and it’s big enough to split as a couple. We got the burrata and would rate that a 7/10. It was a little over dressed. Burrata is so good that I felt the sauce over powered it. My husband got the potato gnocchi and rated it a 8/10. I had the carbonara and would rate it 6.5/10.
Jenny V — Google review
Had a reservation for 6 people so we were seated right away when we arrived. The food was awesome but they were running behind due to kitchen issues, and the service was slow. We weren’t in a hurry so we really didn’t mind too much. From the time we sat down to the time we left it was 2 hours and 20 minutes. Staff were Apologetic. We did enjoy ourselves

This was my second visit to Tavolata, and I feel like it improves with every visit. This time Tyler was my server, he was super knowledgeable and gave great recommendations, which really added to the experience. I tried some wine, a couple of dishes, and even finished with an espresso martini which I am so picky about, and it was all excellent, all of which I probably wouldn’t have tried on my own. Highly recommend!

What an incredible jewel we have here. The food is creative, innovative while still being authentic. The fresh pasta in all its forms produced on site daily by the talented and creative Jackson always makes my visits like visiting family. As busy as that pasta machine is, there is always a moment or two to connect and watch the pasta making process. Thanks Jackson for always making our dinners extra special. Exceptional, romantic dinner spot in a fun part of town. The service was friendly, and the food--traditional French and original local selections--was fresh. Creative cocktails and extensive wine list. We loved the cozy rustic-but-sophisticated decor.

I went for their Happy hour menu! I enjoyed their caviar deviled eggs and Pate charcuterie plate! The Pate was not whipped, but had a summer sausage vibe to it. Pretty yummy! The caviar deviled eggs were delicious. An upgraded flavor for a classic standard. If you're curious about Française, I would definitely try the happy hour from 3-5pm.

My wife and I had a lovely late lunch here. Stellar service from a wonderful wait staff. We were a bit divided on the food. I really enjoyed the French Onion Soup and my Braised Beef Sandwich. She was less enthusiastic about her Le Burger. Truffle fries were okay. Cocktails were good.
Daniel P — Google review
We enjoyed a nice dinner at Française. The cocktails were delicious. The food was good but I felt the truffle fries were overly salty and I wasn't wowed at the food given the price point. I felt the French onion soup was the best thing I ate of the food I ordered. It could be I just ordered the wrong things, so take my review with a grain of salt. I really loved the aesthetics of the establishment.
Kara P — Google review
Ok this place was amazing! I have been to the 2 or 3 previous establishments in this space and this place tops them all! I took my son and I ordered off the restaurant week menu! I got the Deviled Egg with Caviar, Puolet Roti (Fried Chicken in Truffle sauce with roasted mushrooms), and the Beignets! My son age 10 got the kids burger which came with fries and garlic aoili. The deviled age was good but overpowered the caviar a bit so I recommend tasting the caviar ahead of time. The chicken was phenomenal and I am still thinking about it. The crust of the chicken was crisp and perfectly salted. The truffle sauce was the star of the dish and worked amazingly with the roasted vegetables and mushrooms! The beignets were crispy and covered in powdered sugar! Amazing meal and service. Oh I got an amazing cocktail as well.
Dustin N — Google review
Went for Happy Hour. Sat at a table and had to swap chairs due to it being wobbly and residue of food. Server had a off pleasing odor. The lyonnaise salad was sent back due to the overcooked egg with no yolk though was replaced and satisfactory. Escargot was flavorless and flat tasting. The so called Beef Bourguignon sandwich was nothing of the sort. Was told it was now a braised beef or whatever despite the menu description and it was not good. Steak with Frite was undercooked Even after the lone server who was overall kind and helpful, there appeared to be management staff sampling wines and totally aloof of anything going on. I refrained from telling them to sweep the floor and wipe down the tables. Not want to be the one to complain on everything, but everything was sub par.
Chris S — Google review
Went there for the second time about a year apart. Both times I chose classic french dishes and liked the way it was prepared. I enjoy the atmosphere and seasonal options on the menu. I enjoyed the warm olives both times. They are a highlight, even though it is a simple appetizer.

Fantastic food! Best fried pickles we've ever had. The burgers were top notch too. Service was decent enough. And the atmosphere is very much for watching sports, not my thing but it wasn't bad.
Lauren M — Google review
My husband and I had only tried Pint House once a few years back. We decided to go there yesterday and check it out again. He ordered the Western Burger and I got the buffalo chicken wrap. His burger was loaded and had bacon, pulled pork, jalapenos, and BBQ sauce. I tried a bite and it was good. The BBQ sauce flavor was predominant, but not so much so that you couldn't taste the other flavors. The pulled pork was good and had a smokey flavor, however, I think it would have been better with more seasoning to really capture the flavor. Overall, it was good but be prepared as your hands will get messy with this one. My buffalo chicken wrap was pretty good. I think comparable to other ones I've had elsewhere. The sweet potato fries were better than other places. My regular fries were fresh and flavorful, but I do wish they weren't the thinner cut fries. Our server was excellent and attentive. We'll definitely be back to try out other menu items as they have a great selection.

I surprised my Mom and showed up to dinner at Pint House Burgers & Brews, on Indian Trail, where our large group (of 9) received superior service and our food runner was definitely special. 😊 The food was cooked well, their burgers are delicious, and they definitely have one of the best Cobb salads in Spokane. They have lots of TV’s so we were able to watch the UConn/Iowa Final Four game tonight while enjoying everyone’s company and devouring the delicious food. This was my first visit to this location, the valley location is much closer to me. With that said, both locations have great atmosphere and they’re both worth a visit.

My new favorite burger joint in Spokane. We've been looking for a place that made mouth watering JUMBO burgers with excellent taste. This place was it. Food was excellent that we had to order here twice in a week! Whew! Bank statements are going to read Pint... Pint... Pint... No regrets. See the photos & head there ASAP! Venue is clean & customer service is 5☆s. From family to friends, the food and the venue are sure to impress! Best place for burgers in the Spokane area! Worth the drive, and To-Go is usually ready in 15min. However, I recommend dining in and enjoy drinks while watching games on large TVs throughout the venue. 5☆/5☆!

Fast service and yummy pho. I like how they are direct and to the point - I don’t go out for food to go to make small talk! They get it done efficiently and deliciously.

Pho with Tripe is awesome sauce, its the #8 i got a small and it was perfect Tasty broth, and the hot pepper oil was amazingly hot. Friendly family service. This is my new favorite Pho' since no one else in town has such a delicious broth and quality tendon and tripe. Ive been to them all, and the quality and care that gets put into this soup is Top notch!
