Very nice experience, we took the Bergbahn and reached the ride to the top, the cable car ride was like 3 to 5 minutes. On top you can enjoy the snow and being on top with nice scenary and of course there's a restaurant where you can have hot drinks and food. We had a lovely lunch. The staff was so friendly. We enjoyed the experience. You can buy a ticket only for the ride or add the treetop walk to it too and whatever else is available depends on the season.

The ride in the cable car to the top and the Zipline back down was fun. However, the waiting time for your turn was a lot. We had to wait 45 mins for the cable car (lasted 3mins) and close to 1hr for the Zipline (lasted 6mins). The queue for the tickets wasn't too long, it was just the waiting time for your turn that took a while.

I had a lot of expectations for this, but I wasn't very happy of the experience overall, because the path is very short and it's expensive to get on top. You can literally have a walk in the forest for free and get the same views. During the winter, the cable car is closed which is the main highlight of this place I would say. In my opinion it is not worth it to visit this place just for the tree path

The Burgberg Cable Car was built in 1929 by the Bleichert engineering corporation and has a length of 481 metres. Up to 18 people per gondola lift the cable car to the summit in three minutes and for a minimal fee is much easier than hiking up to the summit. Having lived for 6 months in Bad Harzburg we made good use of the thermal baths. They have sauna, sun decks added to the lovely swimming areas (2) as well as a fabulous bubble pool. There's also a stream of thermal water flowing around an open air landscape which is great fun and very relaxing. They also have a system where you buy a 100€ ticket and it entitles you utilise the facilities for that value and through the system you get what ammounts to about 20% discount.
