Such a fun shopping centre. Very pretty and has lots of shops to explore. There is a good variety of shops inside and the food court has great food. The atmosphere is great and the security is always walking around making sure everyone is safe. There is a valet parking with cool cars.

What an amazing shopping centre on the Gold Coast. Everything and more for all ages. A food court to suit all tastes. Wish the UK had the vision to create this in all cities. If you haven't already visited then do so.

The most visually striking and spectacular shopping centre I've seen in Australia. Plus, plenty of shops and dining options, the best in GC.

Amazing architecture. You wouldn't believe it's a mall. It was like a resort style. A massive mall with heaps of high-ends luxury stores. When you get tired you can just sit or lay on the sun bed and relax. A lovely place to visit, look around and shop.

Heaps of stuff here. If you’re looking for something it’s almost guaranteed to be here. The mall is quite large so bring some comfy shoes. A bit of something for everyone. Some high end, middle and low end price stores here. Brands galore, heaps of friendly workers and some cool water features. Plenty of places to eat as well.

Rainy days hit while we were in the Gold Coast, forcing us indoors to Pacific Fair to keep us busy. We went the movies at Event Cinemas and had lunch at Sushi Jiro, where robot trains zipped fresh sushi rolls straight to our table - our son loves that restaurant. This place is easily the Australia's biggest shopping centre, like a Westfield Bondi Junction pumped up on steroids with indoor and outdoor areas. They have everything from everyday essentials, to upscale European stores. It's a pretty cool shopping centre if you keen to walk around.

Robina Town Centre is one of the best shopping destinations on the Gold Coast. It has a huge range of stores to suit every need – from big-name fashion brands and department stores to specialty shops, tech, and lifestyle outlets. The dining options are excellent, with everything from casual food court eats to sit-down restaurants and cafés. The centre is always clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate with clear signage and plenty of seating areas. Parking is convenient, with multiple entry points and both undercover and outdoor options. Public transport access is also good, making it easy to get to. The atmosphere is relaxed but lively, and there’s often something happening – from pop-up stalls to events and seasonal displays. The interior design of this shopping centre is exquisite but also quite massive and complex that I can’t even find where the Apple Store is, which is next to the LEGO store and opposite to the H&M, and it’s the only Apple Store in Gold Coast. There are also 2 different food courts here just like Pacific Fair, the circular one with fast food restaurants is to the north and near BIG W; on the contrary, the other one with Woolworths is called The Kitchen and to the south. Moreover, The Promenade, where all the mid-range bars and restaurants are in the shopping centre, is on the lower ground floor. There is a tiny entrance with escalators downwards to The Promenade to the north of the circular food court. Speaking of the transportation, the bus stop is to the WEST of the mall and its location seems kinda remote but if you want to visit here by translink (Queensland public transportation), the best way to come is via the G Link tram from the station nearest to your hotel to Broadbeach South and transfer to 750 bus, which can take you straight to here. The same goes for the return journey except for the directions and I suggest you buy a Go Card (It can be topped up with the machines at all tram stations and is accepted by all buses, airtrain, and G Link tram). Besides, the shopping centre is also fairly abundant in parking spaces but it still can be crowded sometimes, especially in the shopping days (Thursdays).

Robina Town Centre is great and a real mix of shopping, Restaurant and lots more. Cinemas and Bowling and Timezone which my Grandson loves. All the fun and enjoyment of trying to beat his mum in using Video games. Such a choice and great selection to have a time play it load a card with money to pay the games. What fun and challenges for a 5 year old to achieve eye and hand coordination. I loved watching them and then went to the Cafe for Flat white coffee and Bacon and Egg roll.... Just watching people playing TenPin bowling. If you are in the area it is great fun for all and you can spend as long as you choose to pay for. TenPin Bowling is also great. I would recommend if you are in the area or looking forward to some family time together. There is a grand food hall which serves everything you would wish to eat from Brisket of Beef. Duck, Noodles. Rice dishes, Chicken, Burgers chips and much much more. The complex is vast and well worth eating there it catering for all ages. You will not be disappointed I wasn't I loved it..Try it for yourself.

Just updating this with some fresh videos and timelapse clips — Robina Town Centre keeps changing in a good way. It’s still one of the best spots on the Gold Coast for shopping, food, and just getting stuff done. There’s the usual big names like Sephora, H&M, Apple, David Jones, and JB Hi-Fi — but also plenty of smaller stores, pop-ups, and beauty places. The Kitchens is definitely a standout: a more upmarket food court with proper meals — Malaysian, Korean, Japanese, bakeries, cafes, and Woolies right in the middle. It’s always clean, easy to find a seat, and has a good vibe. The Thai place upstairs is a go-to. There are also a bunch of spots outside the main centre — like the post office, Robina Library, TGI Fridays, Yo-Chi, and a few casual dining options that are worth checking out. The layout makes it easy to park, walk around, and knock out everything on your list without too much stress. Still a solid place to spend a few hours — or accidentally the whole day

Its a massive shopping centre. I got a bit lost trying to find Kmart but that's ok I'm sure I'll get used to it. I'm fairly certain you can find every shop imaginable. It's clean, it's modern. Many food options whether you want a cuppa or a meal. Every place smelled delicious & was bustling.

This shopping is bigger than you’d expect when you first walk in. It offers quite a diverse shopping experience with a decent an variety of retail shops, from luxury brands to local boutiques, it just feels like there's something for everyone. The food courts feel very spacious and accommodating while catering to most tastes, offering global cuisines and quick bites. However, during peak times, the crowds can be overwhelming. Despite that, the center's modern feel and ample parking make it a go-to shopping destination in the area.

Great place, there are shopping and parking options. Walked on the peer and enjoyed looking the Yachts on the marina. Notice some very interesting choices, like a boat shape of a small church building and another that resembles a sports car.

Ordered 2 platters and lunch special. Steak diane, octopus and sticky date were flawless. Platter was well appointed, high quality and couldn't finish it all. Great atmosphere to catch up with friends or business

Beautiful 😍 spot to get on a boat. Loved the dolphins 🐬 cruising along... Just need a bit more of clear signs about parking and paid parking as well as where the ferry docs ⛴️ are.

1 bottle champagne 2 main meals snapper then 6 Oysters 8 halves bugs 10 large prawns all very fresh. Went there Friday for lunch. Great views

My last look at the soon to be demolished shopping centre. Remarkably there are still a few tenants. Don't park underneath, it used to leak nasty stuff into cars.

Unfortunately all of the shops have closed down exerpt a few and will windup by next friday/was told big motels are coming up Going to miss this place .It used to be one of our favourite plc to shop and dine

I enjoy visiting this shopping centre every 2–3 months. The stores are fantastic, and they put quality items on sale, not just the leftovers. My only recommendation would be to add a water tap somewhere in the centre, as that would be a great addition.

Located at 147-189 Brisbane Road, Biggera Waters, Queensland, Australia 🇦🇺 I used to work in one of the stores at Harbour Town when it first opened years ago. There was big hype about it because there was nothing like it on the Gold Coast. There’s was a lot of brand names back then and I was glad to see there still is on a recent visit. I live in Sydney now so I don’t get to come as often now, only when I holiday on the G.C. I feel it’s still the same where it’s just a big collection of brand names but they don’t really offer any significant deductions in price. From what I could see, you would just about be paying the same if you go to a normal retail shop to buy products from the brands at Harbour Town. I was happy to see the complex is still very well looked after and maintained. It was very clean. There’s still ample car parking 🅿️ and toilet 🚻 facilities including disability toilets. It’s a very wheelchair accessible centre. Easy to get around in a wheelchair 🦼. I would still recommend a visit but don’t expect any real bargains. Thumbs up!! 👍👍

Harbour Town Premium Outlets offers an afternoon of awesome retail therapy for all ages. There's a range of outlets ranging from high street brands in addition to Australian and international luxury brands. Loads of genuine reductions on end of line products. There's a huge outdoor food court and a myriad of drinks stations scattered throughout the cenre. Woolworths is situated on the bus terminal end. Loads of outdoor car parking and bus options. A must do hangout with bored teenagers mid holiday.

The first problem after parking in parking area & leaving my family at Bouncing Pillow, was no sighnage for Entrance to Shopping Centre. As a Tourist I had to find a stranger to ask & told to enter the Centre via the Underground Parking. The Shopping Centre itself is excellent and well presented inside. My first visit & I did not see any signage for Lifts or wheelchair accessibility. I still believe it's worth the trouble to find the Shopping experience you need.

Parking is convenient, with free parking available for up to 2 hours from Monday to Saturday and up to 5 hours on Sundays. Although the shopping centre has been around for a long time, it has been modernised and now features popular retailers like Kmart, Coles, Woolworths, JB Hi-Fi, along with several pharmacies, eyewear shops, fashion outlets, and more. The food court is modest in size, but most of the dining options are reasonably priced and offer pleasant views. In addition, there are several takeaway spots and cozy cafes throughout the premises.

Australia Fair is such a convenient shopping centre! You can find everything here, from groceries to fashion and daily essentials. One of the highlights for me is definitely Daiso ✨ It’s so handy to pick up everyday items or Japanese goods, and I end up visiting almost every three days. There’s also K-mart, which is a favourite among locals. It offers affordable daily necessities, home goods, and even small furniture, making it an essential spot for everyday life. With its great location, Australia Fair truly makes daily living easier.

No wonder why nobody likes your shopping centre. This escalator has been down for months. Such a simple thing but so inconvenient. It’s turning into a slum more and more each day. Soon it will be a ghost town and it should be.

It wasn’t a very big shopping centre like Pacific Fair, but variety of shops there. There are also plenty of choices at Food court. Personally I love the beverage of the Taiwanese tea house - Hechalou. They have plenty of options for the tea jelly, not just bubble/pearls. My favourite is Matcha jelly. You can also select the amount of ices and the degree of sugar sweetness.

I was quite disappointed with my experience at the shopping center, as it did not meet the standards typically expected from such venues. Unlike most shopping centers that feature a variety of popular stores and a well-maintained food court, this one fell short. The surrounding cafes offered subpar quality, and I encountered three instances of poor customer service, along with food that seemed hastily prepared. Additionally, the lack of proper amenities, such as adequate napkins, further detracted from the overall experience. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this shopping center. 🕊️🙌🕊️

The Oasis Shopping Centre in Broadbeach is a convenient, multi-use complex that really does live up to its name — a great little “oasis” in the middle of the action. Whether you’re shopping, grabbing a bite, getting groceries, or just looking for somewhere to cool down after the beach, it’s got a bit of everything. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Broadbeach, just a few minutes from the beach and close to the tram stop. It’s easy to get to, and there’s ample parking, including underground spaces, which is a big plus in such a busy area. The complex has a nice mix of retailers. You’ll find fashion stores, homewares, beauty salons, and a handful of gift and boutique shops — not huge chain stores, but more of a relaxed, local vibe. It’s not a mega mall like Pacific Fair, but that’s actually part of its charm. It feels more personal, less overwhelming, and easy to navigate. One of the best parts is the Woolworths supermarket downstairs — super convenient for locals or if you’re staying in a nearby apartment. There’s also a pharmacy, newsagent, bottle shop, and post office, which makes it really practical for day-to-day needs. The food scene here is surprisingly good. From quick eats to sit-down dining, there’s a decent range. We tried Madison’s Café and it was excellent — great coffee and well-priced breakfast. There’s also sushi, pizza, Thai, and a few casual spots with beach views. The outdoor dining area upstairs is a lovely place to relax with a drink or meal. The centre is clean, well-maintained, and rarely feels overcrowded, which makes for a more pleasant shopping experience. There are also ATMs, public restrooms, and lifts for easy access to all levels. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is that some areas feel a little dated and could use a refresh, and it doesn’t have the huge variety of stores that larger centres offer. But overall, it’s a reliable, welcoming place that ticks a lot of boxes. If you’re staying in Broadbeach or nearby, The Oasis is super handy and worth a visit — whether you’re shopping, eating, or just passing through.

The base is a pleasant coffee shop serving an all day breakfast, but the Oasis centre itself always appears uncleaned. Perhaps it is just it's age

Simple local shopping plaza that would suit the majority of your basic needs. It isn't much of an ideal location for fashion shopping, but it is a great location if you have grocery needs, snacks, cafes, and entertainment craving to be fulfilled. I had an enjoyable time at the game center playing some interesting games.

This is a parking scam masquerading as a shopping center. Nice enough shops I guess but god help you if you duck in for a few minutes and lose your parking ticket. They will sting you $40 to get out and also have the nerve to pass a couple of bucks in card fees on top. It is my fault for losing the ticket but in the year of our lord 2025 it makes you wonder if other centers have automated plate readers to avoid tickets, why don't these guys? I will be actively avoiding giving them any more business.

A warning to tourists. Don’t park your car here. In the small, small print, the 3 free hours are per DAY, not per visit. I spent 4 hours at 2 separate times in the day and got a nasty $30 surprise on my way out the second time. Well, owners of the car park and mall, that’s the last of my money you will get EVER. I will spend my money at Robina for the rest of my stay.

The Oasis Shopping Centre is a great place to shop and relax in the heart of Broadbeach. It has a good mix of stores, cafes, and services, plus easy access to Woolworths and other essentials. The atmosphere is clean, quiet, and not overly crowded, which makes for a stress free shopping experience.

The Paradise Centre always screams Gold Coast. My whole family love shopping there. It is great to have time Zone on top just in case you get bored. A great place to visit, shop and then eat.

This is a good shopping and act6centre running alongside Cavill Mall in Surfers Paradise. There are a various shops, supermarket, food outlets and dine in restaurants and cafes, together with entertainment such as Timezone and Tenpin Bowling. It is a busy place in a major tourist area and usuaquite busy. There's something to do here for everyone.

Very good location. You just take the lift and here lo, you are at the supermarket. You can also take the train to the Australia Fair stop at the Queen Street station and enjoy the fair . The swimming pool is always clean and heated in the winter. Loved the location and the reception staff try their best to serve you at all times.

Located at the Foreshore, Surfers Paradise, Queensland, Australia 🇦🇺 These markets have pretty much become for Surfers Paradise. They attract a lot of tourists and locals alike. They sell everything from clothes, shoes, candles, handmade arts and crafts, handmade souvenirs and much more. There’s always live entertainment going on and it’s a dog friendly market. The location couldn’t be better being that it backs directly onto the beach. It’s a very popular market so it gets very crowded. The market is always full of life and very vibrant. There’s a few food trucks around so you can grab something to eat or drink while you’re looking at the stalls. Or you can go to one of the many restaurants close by. The Markets are held every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 4.00pm until 9.00pm. They have been running since 1995. I always enjoy coming back to these markets and would definitely recommend. It’s well set out and easy to walk through, and the stallholders are always friendly and happy to chat. One of the iconic beaches of the world and full of vibrancy. On the beach itself it's a safe beach for swimming and lots of room to spread out to for sunbathers. There is always things happening with the sidewalk markets and beach volley Ball for all to join in and have fun. The beach is lined with amazing choice in hotels and restaurants. A must visit place

The Surfers Paradise Beachfront Markets are pure magic under the stars. The Esplanade is an awesome spot to bring a packed antipasto, listen to music and enjoy the beach atmosphere right in the heart of Surfers Paradise.

Honestly, it's a funny place with a load of lousy shops, really reminds me of the Paddy's market in Sydney. However, I like that this place is full of its own spirit, with a retro vibe, like if you're transferred back to the 80s. Only giving it a 5 star because I don't want it to die out because of no business really. Would be a shame if Gold Coast lost this special local market. Didn't look like somewhere for high quality farm goods to me, so if that's what you're after then don't be bothered. Free entry and free parking is good. If you don't have a car and travelling here is a problem then don't waste your time. But if you have a car and love to explore local vibe then this is a good place to go.

One of the biggest markets i’ve been too, had all varieties of stuff, cultural pieces, antiques, spiritual stuff, fruit, dog treats, food, decorations, clothing!! definitely prepare to spend your money when you go. Try to get there early as parking is a struggle and the car trash and treasure markets shut earlier.

Great location in Carrara to find some quality little food stalls, plants, candles, clothing, games and shopping. Lot's of parking inside and outside.

Love going here. Kids love the trampoline bounce and the pony rides. Lots to look at and different foods to try. Sink lived the Japanese crepes, filled with cream, strawberries and icecream.

A nice local place. Customers services is nice. We bought tShirt. and bowl that cost only 6$ for 3 bowls. They even packed for us carefully in cartoon box to safety travel to Sydney. Price is cheap. Many Chinese too. I think I like it. Many parking spot.

First visit here and it was interesting. Many items were being sold, from plants to vinyls and books! Very friendly sellers and there were plenty of ATMs around for those who needed more cash in hand (some shops only accepts cash). Bought a dog tag for my babies back home and lowkey a little overpriced. $52 for 3 tags with engravings, but for memories sake, it would do.

Carrara markets been here forever in a day sad to see the state of the creek that runs through in the middle full of rubbish not very well maintained. Need to look after the environment.not to mention the state of your sheds unsafe the main beams are that rust is a big problem for safe I hope these photos find the right person in health and safety

Use Coles all the time. Baritalia is great. Nice to get a snack from Go Sushi, Infinity is a blast. Loved it last time I went. Max Brenner does the best coffee. Sushi at Chevron is also good for a bite. If you want to watch Mr Bean while getting a haircut, go to Trim Time. The Local Tavern has a good atmosphere, especially when screening a big sporting event. If you get sick after all that , the medical centre has great doctors.

Its 2 hours free parking, would be better if it was 3,but I recommend the local tavern,coles,chempro,endota spa ,bettys burgers and infinity. Everywhere really.

My family had a really enjoyable stay. Great place for an awesome holiday. Very relaxing.we had a lovely unit to stay in. Met lots of really nice people while we were roaming around the facility. Enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool. Great holiday all round. Lots of fun.

Stayed in Tower 3 Apartment 114. Perfect position and very well equipped apartment. 3 balconies 2 bd 2 bathroom. Spacious and comfortable. Privately owned.

Disappointed on how much restaurants have closed there, doesn't have the same atmosphere like it used to. Hopefully more new restaurants open up and creates more jobs and people to come and stay there.

I love the products and coffee at the markets but the parking is a major disappointment and aggravating to say the least. We’re at the point of finding somewhere else to shop and get coffee. The parking at the Capri on Via Roma is good and this is the major reason we are considering going there. PS Friends I bump into at your markets feel the same.

I do like The Brickworks. Although the parking is hell and it's not all undercover. Still... You need art, medical, food, wine, clothing, jewellery, shoes? It's all here !

The Ferry Markets are the best part of the entire Brickworks complex. Other than that it houses both mainstream franchises like TKMAX, Freedom, Chemist Warehouse and other high end Franchise stores. There's an excellent restaurant 'Salt' where I love to stop for a coffee or brunch when in Southport and on the outside some smaller boutique homewares and a beautiful children's store.

Brickworks Centre is a boutique marketplace and Shopping Centre. This includes Ferry Rd Market. There are lots of retail stores like Freedom Furniture & Chemist Warehouse in a retail Park setting, then there is a converted warehouse complex which houses Ferry Rd Market. It's more like an array of speciality food stores than a market in the traditional sense. We went specifically to the bakery, as we'd had a recommendation from a NZer who said their pies were kiwi standard. (And they were). There was also a gorgeous smelling Merlo roastery & takeaway cafe, other craft coffee counters, speciality butcher, seafood, grocer, deli, florist, a gelato & juice store, The Source bulk wholefoods and a couple of other homewares retailers. There's also a few restaurants, The Cardamom Pod, Shogun Japanese and Pearl & Ash. There's an eating area and bathroom facilities. Lots of parking and if you walk down Ferry Rd, there's a bus stop that will link you up with the light rail/tram. All the stores in Ferry Rd Market are open until 6pm and some of the restaurants are open til late.

I came here to visit the Chemist Warehouse, to buy some fragrances for gifts. Due to the amount of stores here, I found it difficult to find a disabled parking spot. Once I found one, I thought I might as well enjoy a coffee and sandwich. I was a little surprised with the price, being a little more expensive than other places I have visited. But I did get what I wanted, at the places I visited.

I tried the 2 week trial package.The instructors, location & studio are great, but most of the classes I wanted to do were booked out. This indicates that it's quiet popular so you must book a fair way in advance.I like to be spontaneous sometimes & do activities at the last minute so maybe I will purchase a 10 class ticket as just take it as it comes. When the class is full it is rather compressed so you may not be able to some yoga posses as you would hit the person next to you, but the quality of the instructors & the ambience of the studio may over ride this issue for some people.

We love going to Cornerstone! Such a great little community and a really unique well-designed space. The enclosed grass/picnic area is genius. Being dog friendly is a bonus too!

Lovely little corner closer to palm beach. There are cute shops around too. Kids and family friendly. Nice food and lovely service. We had chicken karage burger and fish of the day. Both were delightful. Would come back again for sure.

Cornerstone Stores is ultimately the BEST place to visit THIS Christmas! Two weekends ago I got a majority of my Christmas shopping done across three of the stores there. I had already wrote a review for Kind Curations, but the general gist of it was that I had experienced the best customer service in my lifetime. The bigger plus as to why this place is great is because of Stable. Once you've finished your shopping, you can ask the stores to hold your items as you sit down for a coffee and a delicious meal, and simply relax! This place is not like the big shopping centres, it's better! And the perfect escape from the Christmas mayhem of Robina Town Centre/Pacific Fair. And even in the quieter seasons of the year, this place is still worth visiting. I do find myself coming to Cornerstone Stores on a weekly basis.

What an amazing community hub cornerstone have created. Everyone was so lovely and there is something for everyone! Such a great open area for the kids to run on the grass while the adults enjoy a drink and some delicious food! Love it!

This place is so lively day and night. Shops are everywhere from souvenir, dine, takeaways, clothing, etc. You'll never miss every time you visit Surfer's Paradise.

So much to see and do on Cavill Ave. Has a really fun touristy energetic feel to is with loads of shops and great dinning options. Definitely a must visit location when staying on the Gold Coast there is something for everyone here!

Cavill ave is a vibrant place with various activities like slingshot, indoor skydiving and popular bars and restaurants. Access to public transportations and hotels are really good.

Great shopping centre with plenty of stores, clean facilities, and easy access from the train station. Parking is free but can get busy on weekends. Overall, a convenient and family-friendly spot for everyday shopping.

We really enjoyed spending the day here! First stop we had a lovely breakfast at the cafe and then went into lots of great shops with friendly staff! A very clean and easy to access Centre with a short walk from the light rail.

Lost my wallet on Saturday and called customer service Sunday afternoon. Chelsea was awesome, not only did she provide me the contact details for each store I visited, she also took my details and made the extra effort to track down my wallet herself, with the help of security. I received a call within the hour saying she had located my wallet (all contents intact) and was securely locked away for pickup when I was ready. This was such a relief, my wallet contained all my personal and business bank across, cash and ID. So grateful for the honesty and exceptional service I received. Thanks again.

This place is pretty good. Not a huge Westfield but it has the big three supermarkets. A bottle shop and one of the last Telstra shops still open in the area.

Extremely negative experience at West field Helensvale today Took my tiny 1.7 kilo dog in my tote bag while I had my phone screen protector fitted, the vendor assured me Westfield was “dog friendly” & she had seen other customers with their dogs inside the centre, great ! I was then at a 2nd store about to purchase some clothing only to be approached by 2 men in security uniforms waiting for me to exit the change rooms, they tried to say it wasn’t really a problem but my dog was not allowed inside Westfield unless she was a service dog, it was intimidating to have 2 men approach me this way & they then tried to say I could complete my purchase before leaving the centre, were they going to escort me out like a criminal ? No Thankyou …I did not purchase anything I left immediately feeling very uncomfortable & unhappy. This was intimidating, unpleasant, unnecessary & I will never shop there again, other stores welcome my tiny well behaved dog in store while I shop, Westfield Helensvale should reconsider their “out of touch” approach as most other modern cities & country’s do by being “dog friendly” for shoppers with well behaved dogs Very negative experience at this centre,.

This is my favourite shopping centre, it has everything and despite that it still evolves. It has a Cex, a gaming store where people can trade in and buy retro games and consoles. Recently an international candy store has opened up right next to the Cex, while expensive this candy store has never disappointed. I can always stop at the pet store to look at the beautiful budgies and they have both a separate EB games and zing. It has a target and Kmart as well as a Woolworths and coles. This means that you seriously can get any thing home related. Another recent change is that the Woolworths now use really nice recycled plastic trolleys. Finally, they have a bank , domino’s and entire food court with playground. It is a crime that every shopping centre does not have this many helpful stores and I wish the other stores had less clothing and more THIS. I have to tell you that I would’ve been taking about this place for longer if it wasn’t a review. Ditch the other stores and go to Helensvale, you won’t regret it.

Nice walk under the shady trees I found a cool cactus that grows fruits. edible pads. they look like little rabbits. check out the kids dress shop. all locally handmade with quality. hair clips & scrunchies too. you cant beat wicked wraps for something delicious to eat. Ample parking right next to the beach.

Good place to see so many local goods and food.. there are so many craft items can be purchased here.. it’s a very nice vibes as It is nearby beach area and good atmosphere to do long walking on Sunday morning.. it’s huge space with lot of area to walk without feeling crowded.. here are some good pictures from the amazing business owners.. just give a try on Sunday morning at 8am to visit the shop and have some little walk around the beach area and have a great day ahead.. you will never regret

I was lucky to have visited Broadbeach on the 1st Sunday of the month. There was a beautiful display of a wide variety of items ranging from clay, wood, resin, jewellery, toys, paintings, crochet, handbags, clothes, shades, hats, and many more. There were many food stalls as well. My favourite stall was one where you can get your name made out of wire and then have it made into either a necklace or a bracelet. The market is located within the Kurrawa park premises. Parking is limited. Therefore, it is best to visit early. Street side paid parking or free parking at the Kurrawa park is available. A must visit place if you are a lover of arts and crafts or if you are looking for a creative gift.

Really lovely market and definitely boutique as marketed (not cheap trash and treasure style, more expensive) with variety of home wares, and lots of clothing and accessory stores including second hand clothing - I went with my husband and he noted it’s definitely more for a female shopper than male! There are food trucks available and ample parking in front and on the side streets. I thought it would be bigger however it’s quite small understandably as it sits on school grounds.

Great atmosphere, very family and small child friendly! There were lots of really good quality stalls with a wide range of products. Well worth checking out!

Such a nice morning out! honestly the best food and coffee I have had in a while. The oysters were so fresh and this is the best toasted sandwich I have ever eaten. They were about $14-$16 however I would pay it again! They also had live music which was so good.

Great local market. Not so crowded which is good for me. Nice food, fresh fruits and veggies, some local staff, love music. Definitely good to go here if you around.

Actually, this market is open in the 1st and the 3rd Sunday every month. From 8,30am to 1 pm. Nice Coffee and nice people.

Modern spacious mall. No hassle parking outside. Over from NZ for a holiday. Loved the mall with Target and our first time at Aldi. Pretty standard mall shops. Not as quirky upbeat as The smaller Plaza Mall in Cooly.

Great shopping experience with a wide range of shops. Good sized food court with a good mix of cuisines. Ample parking just outside the door. Handy location for both queenslanders and new south Wales people. All in all a good shopping centre with an awesome green grocer.

Best shopping arcade in Tweed Heads!! The "Tweed mall"(in Wharf st) I shop at too but it isn't as big & "Tweed city shopping centre " got more & better shops from my experience over the years? The newer cinema from what I think "Hoytz" from what I want to see in future is looking very good too!!

We didn't see a whole lot of the centre but from what I did see, it was good. It's practical with a lot of options. The food court was a little underwhelming but we ended up settling for KFC

Miss Georgia is fantastic. My son has thoroughly enjoyed Monday and Wednesday sessions. These are ideal for little ones with no daycare/pre school but need that peer interactions with the rest of the community. Fantastic service.

This shop has just recently undergone a change and is attracting more families. It's got a great food court and great play ground for the kids! It has everything you need and then some. From Woolies at one end to Big W down the other end and JB HiFi in between. Stacks of parking. Good amenities. Great cafes. Always clean.

I visited here for the first time and in my opinion as a traveler, it’s a massive and versatile that has every kind of shops, such as BIG W, JB HI-FI, Woolies, Aldi, fresh food market, discount shop, pharmacies, Telstra, clothing stores, gift shops, just to name a few, as well as banks and and clinics. However, there are not as many restaurants and I didn’t see any pubs or bars but the restaurants are nearly all budget friendly. You can easily get here by 753, 754, or 756 buses from Broadbeach South tram station. The number of the parking spaces here seems insane. If you’re a big shopper and have been to Pacific Fair, Australia Fair, and Robina Town Centre, you can take this place into consideration. Overall, it’s an underrated location for shopping but not eating.

Everything is under 1 roof, & there's plenty of nice meals there also which sadly have jumped to be quite expensive, but overall a great day & bought a few goodies 😀 definitely worth checking the place out.

I took my terminally ill friend to Burleigh Stockland on Saturday 6th September. I required a wheelchair. As usual the Centre was very busy. I had no sticker so parked quiet a way from Centre Care. Well a huge thank you to the lovely lady manning the Centre Saturday for her care and concern. A huge thank you to both security guards for their help getting to and from my car. My friend loved her day out, and YOU made the day just so easy. Thank you.

I actually like this shopping centre and there always seems to be enough parking which is just fantastic. It's got everything you need as well.

VERY large shopping complex that is spread out over hectares of land. There are a number of large retail chains that have all have large stores onsite that are separate and independent of Stockland. The Stockland shopping center is a massive indoor, airconditioned shopping town with hundreds of small and large retail stores including groceries supermarkets. Practices a functional Covid protocol and has a QR system in place. Wheel Chair friendly, public toilets onsite.

Great precinct. Lots of fab businesses that have become our weekly regular. Loads of excellent small business owners that we have become very close with that give us some wonderful necessities, services and treats :)

Huge beach side market with loads of unique local art, craft, delicious food, entertainment and more.

Well worth a wander around. Good variety of stalls and a lot of genuine 'cottage industry' sellers which was great. Everything from artists and homemade jewellery through to fortune tellers! There is the usual contingent of 'middle men' selling cheap tat, but they are the minority. If you want to spend an hour (it's not huge) pottering around in a great location, you won't be disappointed. One small word of warning - parking isn't great, so you might have to walk a bit; though that's not a problem with such a great view.

Excellent market. You can get anything you need here! Love the Jewellery stall that does Sterling silver jewellery, Desert Wanderer designs. Grab a coffee, listen to the live music and support small businesses, win win.

There are SO many offend places to enjoy along this marvellous street. From bakeries, to restaurants, to gift stores, to artisans, there are many options of places to eat or be inspired. We stayed at a place on this street and didn’t drive anywhere for 4 days. We dined at so many different and interesting places and had the most wonderful time for our 34th wedding anniversary. If you’re here for a day, part of a day, or a few days, you will leave with a smile, a spring in your step and a satisfied belly.

PLEASE do yourself a favour and stop at the 2 unique and quirky places in town!!!! Angela is such a doll of a person who has soooooo many knick knacks and yummy jams (yes, i may or may not have stacked up on the jams tee hee) Wild plumbing have THE BEST sasuage rolls in town I've ever tasted! Unique is an understatement.... I'll give you a hint, ever eaten a sasuage roll with a salsa dip before???? Yep me neither 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Go visit!!!!!!!

Gallery walk is a great place to catch up with friends and family. There is a new gift store just opened, #littletouchofaustralia, all gifts are handmade by local artists.

The hub of the area, busy and busier. Lots of see, some good, some great and some not so much. Something for everyone, but my favourite is the Christmas store. Finding parking can be difficult but you should stop nonetheless and soak in the local vibe.

What a beautiful walk. Stunning scenery, flowers, shops and restaurants. It was lovely to meander down and check out all the stores with candies, fudge, clothes and food. We were lucky to find a carpark everyday on the weekend we were there , but it does get super busy so may be an issue sometimes.

If you appreciate crystals and enjoy the pleasant weather, you'll definitely like this place. It offers great sunset viewing spots nearby, which add to the overall experience. The gallery walk is a delightful option for those who appreciate nature's beauty and crystal enthusiasts alike.The shop owners are very friendly too. Parking is a problem though, there’s a car park at the end of the road but it’s always packed. I usually head up around 2 or 3, lesser crowd. Sunset Recommendations are Rotary Sunset Lookout and Syd Duncan Park Lookout

Great vibe! We were visiting from overseas but if we were locals we'd be there all the time. We loved the variety. Had Greek bread and dips, Paella, Dumplings, and cheesecake. Child friendly.

Depends what stall your getting food at= what experience you’ll have. Pricey but good food overall. I love the South American food trucks they have here. Good for family outings when you can’t decide what you want. I recommend to order everything at once as things can sometimes take 30 mins plus to come out.

Really good atmosphere here in GC! It’s not too far from Surfers Paradise — only about 40 minutes. I loved the music, food, and overall vibe. I’ll definitely visit again. The drinks and food are reasonably priced and taste great, especially the paella and pizza — I loved them so much!

Came on a Thursday evening and it was easy to find a spot for our group of 8. Good variety of food available and would recommend ordering a few different things to share amongst the group. Whilst the main bar sells soft drinks, would also recommending buying directly from the stalls as they sell at a slightly cheaper price. There were two different acts playing, one a live band at one end and the other a DJ where all the food stalls are.

Good good good vibe, i love the live music with delicious food. There is a burger shop in the end of the market, 3 for 18, really yum and recommended the trifle chips.

I absolutely love this centre, it’s beautifully laid out and very convenient for all your needs. The only sad thing is Colour Nails!! We recently visited Colour Nails for what was meant to be a special birthday pamper session for my daughter, joined by her godmother and myself. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet our expectations. We had requested simple, even-length nails with gel polish, and I personally asked for nail tips. However, the service felt rushed and lacked the attention to detail we were hoping for — particularly given the occasion. There was no sense of relaxation or pampering, and the application was done hastily, seemingly in an effort to move on to the next customer. Despite asking several times for my nails to be shaped evenly, shortened, and kept consistent in length, they were left uneven — and my pinky nails were especially long. So much so that they interfered with basic tasks, and one was injured soon after, causing significant discomfort and potential nail loss. I’m sharing this in the hope that the salon takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality and care of their service for future clients. A little more time and attention could really make a difference, especially for those coming in to celebrate special occasions.

Food court is always clean and has great lighting to do a bit of work whilst enjoying a snack. Anna the cleaner is always friendly and never fails to say hello. I really enjoy my time here. Great job Westfield's.

Certainly a rather unique experience here, from a tourist's aspect. The standout for me was South Coast Coffee Co - exceptionally great coffee and service. As a former greengrocer, Harris Farm Markets were a buzz to explore with a large range of boutique produce and other products one would find at a continental delicatessen. Sadly, the bakery here was vastly overpriced for the quality on offer, and many patrons of the complex display perplexing social behaviour such as forcing their way in - please, sorry and thank you go a long way!

This place has great shopping facilities although they don't clean the mesh signs ever. It would be great to see the mesh clean and not dusty. I'm sure it would be a health issue for the restaurants in this precinct... let's get it cleaned guys! Once cleaned I'll change my score to 5 stars

Just love this shopping mall, I absolutely love Harris Farm, I buy so much there, the quality of your produce, deli meats, butcher meat, dairy products and its own bakery, it is all fantastic, I can't get enough of it all, Im like a kid in a candy shop. Out in the mall is full of fabulous coffee shops, great restaurants on the water and eateries, there is bottleo's, great hairdresser that I go too, and a little fashion shop. I just love this centre, and its always busy. Great place, fabulous atmosphere, will always come here

You'll find them inside the Harris Markets on Isle of Capri..If you love Italian food,this is the place to go..It's a resturant and a shop..I just bought some biscuits and other items..The Armaretti biscuits were devine and so were the biscotti..

Open concept dining and food services catering to a crowd that is drawn to the ‘boutique’ outdoor market feel. Locals even dock their boats to shop or grab s bite. Although it feels high end, the restaurants and cafes here cater to all clientele. Along with trendy cafes, you’ll also find a grocery store, butcher, fresh seafood, and health food shop. there’s even a couple stores that might meet your fashion needs. Although I haven’t tried all the cafes, I recommend Bisou Bakery. Good food and service. The waterfront dining at Edgewater is supposed to be fantastic as well. Although there seems to be a lot of dining tables and chairs, bamboo swings, and couches, the place gets packed on the weekends. Capri on Via Roma has underground parking. The shops outside the market hall include hair and nail salons, barber, post office, medical and dental services and a pharmacy. There’s even an on-site fitness centre.

Great small shopping mall. Has everything you could work for... supermarket, restaurants, small shops like liquor shops etc. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is super clean. It had the boutique look about it. There's even a gym here in site. You pretty much don't need to go elsewhere if toy live in the area. Great great place.

Great mall with big branded retailers. Modern finishes, well maintained. Easy to navigate with parking all around the mall. McDonalds outside in the parking lot. There is a great assortment of stores for all shopping requirements.

I’m surprised at how many good reviews this has. The parking situation here has to be one of the worst I’ve experienced in a long time for a shopping centre. It’s so unbelievably dangerous trying to navigate inside with young children. The upstairs carpark is a disaster. The shops themselves are fine.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My Car Elanora Pines is my go-to for anything to do with my car. Ray is by far the most knowledgeable mechanic I’ve come across – professional, honest, and always willing to help. I recently had my engine light come on, and Ray quickly scanned and rectified the issue, getting me back on the road and back to work without any stress. I wouldn’t go anywhere else other than My Car Elanora Pines. Highly recommended!

Visit Elanora annually and seen many changes in this mall so always interesting to see what's new. I'd classify it as 'male friendly', its functional and you can get everything needed within a short stroll without trudging past the bloat of fashion shops.

All your everyday needs are here. The butcher is great, a little more expensive but will do the cuts you want. Great local shopping centre.

I've always been used to shopping there. But until I received a ticket from Smart compliance, the so-called Stuff parking sign was unclear, and the middle parking space was under repair. I didn't even see the sign and parked for less than half an hour but was charged an $88 parking ticket. I won't pay the fee, I will sue them

Shopping at the Circle on Cavill was a huge blessing. Dining out with such exotic foods, shopping in various stores looking for bargains, people everywhere doing their business, beaches, and reasonable prices at Surfers. Needed more time to enjoy. With our accommodation at the South Tower, it was a dream 😍

Location was ok. Didn’t actually twig to the fact I was booking through WOW. Was not an easy process as it was all online. Issues with photo ID and the required selfie not marrying up, phones not answered etc. first night balcony covered in poo. Second night even worse. Third night not as bad but chewing gum etc from above floors along with other crap and more poo made it unusable for the entire three nights accommodation.

Love love love Suffers Paradice great Vibes , people everywhere shops to enjoy loads of fun places to visit , of course you need money 💰, there hotels galore to choose from, best go on line to catch all the deals , My daughter and I stayed at great place heated swimming pool spa , a great veiw of the heart of it all with the ocean a few steps away , across from us . Wonderful photos of the sunrise , you wouldn't even know it's a Sunday has vibes like a Saturday till 10 pm , most shops too . Go check it out , Enjoy 😉

Great location, amazing views. Parking is a bit hectic and confusing, apartments could be cleaner. Knowing what I know, probably wouldn't come here in summer, I cannot get the temperature right. But overall a good experience.

Amazing experience. Hotel is very clean. Fast check in and check out. Good customer service, had a room upgrade. The room is very spacious. Our room was on 54th floor and it got the best view day and night time. They have smart elevator. Indoor and outdoor pool, spa and sauna is the best! Will definitely go back. 😍

Meriton Suites were really nice to stay in. My wife and I had a drink at Bar 11 and ate at Roma Italian Restaurant. Both places were great but the food at Roma was beautiful. We got takeaway and went back to our suite to eat. Great time away.

It's convenient for grocery shopping and dining but all we need now is a bakery although woollies has one so no big deal. Recommend

i am EXTREMELY unhappy with the customer service i received from experience oz this morning. I didnt know my whale watching had been cancelled so I arrived at the address on the booking confirmation email sent to me at 8am. 30min before my experience was due to commence. I was a little confused as it seemed to be an industrial area far away from any water and the place was closed and there was no one else there. I checked the booking paperwork again and saw i had the address right. I googled the whale watching company and this was the address on the website. But again it was closed and no where near water. Last i checked in order to see whales you need to be near water. So i rang the experience oz help line. The lady i spoke to was useless. Started off with "whats your booking number" and i said "i dont know. Theres only a agent reference number and supplier reference number on the paperwork you sent me" and she then said "well i need a booking number". We figured out it was the agent number we needed. But she should have known that from the start instead of making me feel dumb. I was then expecting her to say something along the lines of "youre supposed to meet at address XYZ" or "youre in the correct place they put you on a bus to take you to the water/walk you to the water they just dont open the doors until exactly 8.30" or just anything reassuring in the slightest. Instead all i got was "i checked there website and thats the address" and no matter how many times i said "i know but we are the only ones here and its closed and its not near water" all she would say is "well the website says that address." I told her i had tried to ring the company to confirm the address and it went to voicemail. She said she would ring them herself which whatever fair enough even though i literally just said i tried that and that im standing right outside and there is no people cause they are closed. But whatever. Puts me on hold for over 10min and comes back and says "they didnt answer so its probably that they are already on the boat for the whale watching experience" cause that will lower my stress levels. Not! She could tell i was freaking out that i had missed an experience i paid a lot of money for. Still couldn't tell me where to go just that she had "checked the website." I then demanded to speak to someone higher up who may actually know what they are talking about. I checked my emails thinking maybe they have a different address in an email or something that im supposed to be at and found under the email sent to me said "confirmation of tour" it had been cancelled. So i have been on the phone with the representative for 30min for it to have been cancelled the entire time. At any point she didnt think to say "o its closed cause it was canceled due to weather" nothing. Absolutely ridiculous. She caused me so much unnecessary stress and consistently spoke to me like im stupid. She should have known it was cancelled. Or been reassuring that i was in the right place or just something. Only giving it 2 stars because booking the experience itself was easy. So provided things go right your ok. But if you have any questions what so ever.... dont expect an answer

The whale cruise in Main Beach Qld was fabulous. We saw whales come right up along side our boat. Good crew guiding us to best spot in boat to see and hear running commentary by the Captain.

Amazing Latino night at Casablanca! I had such a great time at Casablanca Nightclub in Surfers Paradise! I went for one of their Latino nights and it was absolutely 🔥 — the music, the energy, the dancing… everything was on point. The DJ kept the crowd going all night with the perfect mix of reggaeton, salsa, bachata and Latin party hits. The atmosphere was fun and vibrant, and everyone was in a great mood it felt like a mini getaway to South America! Drinks were reasonably priced, the staff were friendly, and the whole place had such a cool vibe. If you love Latin music and a lively dance floor, you’ll love this place. Can’t wait to go back!

Security was extremely rude. I went there on Saturday and accidentally left my jacket inside. When I tried to go back in (which would have only taken one second as I knew exactly where it was), they refused and literally told me to leave because they wanted to go home. They told me to send an email instead. I followed up — I emailed, called, even sent a message on Instagram — and received no response at all. Terrible management and complete lack of customer service. On top of that, when I asked if they had Corona, they said yes, but gave me a Balter instead at an excessive price. The venue was also uncomfortably hot — I haven’t been in a place like this in a very long time. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Disgustingly overcrowded! This place clearly exceeds its allowed capacity. It’s impossible to breathe due to the sheer number of people and the heat. Don’t make me star on safety risks in case of an emergency. This venue should be shut down.

You pay for entry expecting to have a good time, but the place is a mess. The owner was completely out of control, clearly under the influence, and in a disgraceful state. He acted like he was untouchable and ended up kicking people out for no reason. Totally disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s a shame that places like this are still operating.

He was very kind and patient showing me for more than 30 minutes the different models that he thought would best suit what I was looking for, explaining their description and features and all this at a very good final price. Couldn't recommend Gather Australia enough. I ordered my Bouquets and Boutonnieres and the girls at Gather were able to custom make corsages to match the style chosen. They also called me when making the bouquets to discuss options of how they were wrapped and what shape I wanted. Packed and shipped with care and still look beautiful 6 months of from our wedding on display in our home. 10/10 would recommend to any friends needing blooms.

This shop is the heart and soul of the Gold Coast. Unfortunately this beautiful and boutique style of retailing, is rare in big shopping centres do to big company chains that are everywhere. Beautiful homewares and gifts, dried flowers and original pottery are not only the lovely experiences here. The friendly lovely service is as authentic as the beauiful range of trinkets and earthy tasteful set up of the beautiful shop itself.

Jan, Nina and the team at Gather did an amazing job putting together the flowers for our wedding. We had an online consult and Nina knew exactly the style we were after - a minimal posy vintage look with lots of mustard and white. Our arbour and floral installations in similar colours. When we arrived to pick them up we were blown away, they were perfect! Completely matched the mustard bridesmaid dresses and just completed the look. Jan had wonderful communication and no question was too much for her, she was really helpful and we would highly recommend Gather and the team! :)

If I could leave anything more than 5 stars, I wouldn't think twice about it! The gather team were abseloutely incredible to deal with. Residing in NSW I wasn't able to go to the store or meet the team in person, but the zoom calls and text messages were effortless and the team always kept me in the loop. I ordered multiple boquets, wrist corsages and buttoneirs, and they went above and beyond to create my vision which was a mixture of a few of their different ranges. I will defintely be ordering from the gather team again for gifts and home pieces, thankyou once again!!

AMAZING STAFF!!! So friendly and helpful and the products are gorgeous. It’s wonderful to see local jeweller’s/designers having their pieces available for us to enjoy and so we can support them. Having said that the only negative is a lack of updated products on display or for sale in store. If you have pieces for sale online they should be in the store and if you do have gorgeous clothes for sale in store they should also be online so it’s streamlined. I don’t particularly enjoy using change rooms these days and I have seen some clothes in store that aren’t online to purchase. Other than that keep up the great work staff, you work so hard, you deserve a bonus and I look forward to visiting again soon to see what’s coming in for Xmas 🎄

Golosi catered our recent work event and everything was fantastic! They made the food gluten-free just in case, which was great. We had two sandwich platters and a charcuterie board — all beautifully presented and super tasty. Plates and napkins were provided, making it easy to eat at the event. Donna and her team were a pleasure to work with. We’ll definitely be using Golosi again!

I want to warn potential customers about the refund policies of this store. I purchased a bag, then changed my mind and decided I would try and cancel the order. I emailed them knowing that they wouldn't have sent it out yet, to cancel the order. I was told that the labels were all done that they couldn't cancel it but would issue me a credit voucher. I thought this was strange, but I figured that I would just return it when it arrived for a refund. A day later, I got an email stating that my order had been cancelled and was issued a credit note. I was baffled, their return policy states that they issue refunds on full priced items. I emailed and called and was told that because it was an accessory that they only offer credit notes, again I was baffled, I had never received the item, so what does it matter what it was that I ordered? Make it make sense??? After at least 3 phone calls and multiple emails, I was told that they wouldn't bend their 'rules ' and that a credit note was the best they could do. I then scoured their Web page and realised that they had a cancellation policy that stated that they were happy to cancel orders for a 9 95 fee. It wasn't until I told them I was contacting consumer affairs and then sent them a screenshot of their OWN POLICY! And that I would write a review about my terrible experience that the owner finally relented and issued me a refund. This is after 2 days of back and forth, trying to reason with them that the whole situation was ludicrous. What gives the owner the right to hold my money, refuse my refund which was actually in line with their own policy?? It felt like stealing, as a business owner myself, I couldn't believe the nerve of this business tio do this to a customer. Also I noticed lots of fees and charges they have stated in their return policy that I've not seen before in any business I've dealt with, so please read all the fine print before ordering online. The whole experience felt like a bit of a scam, holding my money for ransom, and playing dumb about their OWN cancellation policy. I wasn't dealing with novices, and now it's "just a mix up" lol no it wasn't, the owner tried to get away with it. and wouldn't relent until she knew there would be consequences. So buyers please read the fine print, so this doesn't happen to you. In my humble opinion I wouldn't recommend this place, there's so many amazing online stores with easy returns these days, why bother with White Bohemian when they make it as hard as possible?

I’ve always loved this store and have been coming here since it opened many years ago. Every season has great new styles and products and the staff are always lovely and helpful.

Unfortunately had a really negative experience here and with the owner with a birthday gift, I feel she was not at all understanding or cared about what would make me the customer most happy. It was my birthday and on the way home from work my partner quickly stopped in here to look for a last minute gift for me. Unfortunately the dress he got me was very expensive and didn’t fit or even come close to fitting. (As I wasn’t there) I wasn’t able to try it on. The next day we contacted the store straight away and asked if we could bring it back for a refund so I could get the dress I wanted online. Even though this was a full priced item and we had the receipt, this owner has a very strict no refunds policy for (in store purchases) because they have the option to try it on. (I wasn’t able to in this case) the owner refused a refund and would only offer a store credit and basically demanded that I buy from there even though I expressed it wasn’t my personal style and I had another dress I would rather for my birthday. After emailing her and trying to reach out hoping to come to a resolution this was her response and warned me of sharing my honest experience. I just found this overall experience very upsetting and very disappointed and would rather not be forced to shop there after this experience which I feel should be my choice as the customer but unfortunately that was the outcome hence the 1 star.

The staff member was very unhelpful. I live in Burleigh Heads, and have shopped here for years - so many beautiful photographs of the area, however my partner bought me a beautiful (expensive) dress. When I tried it on at home I noticed the material stitching was definitely faulty in numerous places. My mum returned while I was at work, and they wouldn’t offer a refund - only a store credit. I returned when I had the chance, and explained the situation and was given no help at all by the staff member. I think if you spend that much money on a dress it should not be faulty, and should be offered a choice of a refund or store credit.

Alice is hands down some of the best customer service that I have experienced! She went above and beyond in the process of choosing my newest addition, and nothing was too much of a task. She is an asset to the business - I would highly recommend visiting the boutique!

Won’t ever forget last time I was here with my friends. I was pregnant but not really showing and we were saying how cute the baby clothes were to which the shop keeper scoffed and said to someone else there (not sure if was another employee to customer) “look they think the clothes are just cute, wait until you actually have them and they start crying”. Well my son is 7 months old now and although he may cry at times I would never think of him in such a negative way like this lady seemed to think of her children. Didn’t realise you couldn’t find kids cute even though they cry too?? Maybe be careful with what you say in case the person your talking about is actually expecting, or maybe just don’t be so rude in general

Anyway, just a tip for you girls to do a better customer service next time, even if the customer is not a LOCAL or immigrant, make sure you treat the same !!! BE WARNED, boho ladies, and STAY AWAY from their Chicko boots! The pics, which I hopefully uploaded, speak thousand words‼️ Not much needs to be added. 5 months of occasional wear (as over the summer in Sydney, so they were on my feet REALLY sporadically) and the heel is torn apart. Back details: these boots are RRP 169$, made from paper-thin so-called leather and have paper-filled heels. Their customer service is terrible - the owner said she won't refund/replace them, neither did she offer to repair the faulty shoes, but said she'd pay me 15$ (15 dollars) towards partial cost of cobbler services. I was amazed at their brazenness. The boots that won't survive even one season? Let me repeat: BE WARNED & STAY AWAY.

Absolutely love this charming boutique! The owner/manager is always so lovely and helpful. This boutique stocks a great range of well known brands and curated lesser known gems. I always find something I love in there and have purchased many times.

Never ever ever had an issue with The Freedom State, I have been ordering and visiting this shop for the past 5 years and have never had a bad experience. I love the shops brand TFS as the clothes are made well and are true to description. The one time I did have an issue (bought a dress from them via online which had a faulty zip, was brand new in package and unopened) and they were really lovely, the owner offered to pay for the zip to be repaired and where I could take it to as it was the last of it's size and the brand (Spell & Gypsy) no longer stocked the item so they couldn't order a replacement. They also offered a full refund (as it wasn't a sale item) and showed me similar styles to what I had ordered should I wish to exchange. I felt the owner and the team gave me excellent service which on the Gold Coast is hard to find in retail. It's a small local business which I'm proud to support. Thoroughly recommend as they go above and beyond.

I ordered my girlfriends this boho maxi dress from Spell Designs she kept talking about for her birthday. It wasn’t the cheapest but it seems like all the stuff she likes is pricier than anything I would pay for clothes for myself. The online ordering system seemed pretty easy to use, but I wasn’t sure about the express shipping I needed so I called them to confirm things. The staff at the store were super friendly and helpful, and they got the maxi dress out to me straight away. My girlfriend looks great in it and absolutely loves it. Just in time for summer too! I’ll definitely be buying more stuff for her from here in the future. She really likes bohemian style dresses and clothes and she seems to like pretty much everything they stock so I can’t really go wrong shopping here.

I had such a wonderful time shopping here for my birthday. My partner and I had such great chats with the wonderful woman serving us, I tried on a great many items with both of their help and I walked away with a gorgeous outfit. The clothes and accessories are so beautiful. I’ll be back for sure.

I must admit I am not an op-shopper but I was taken by my carer who is a devout fan. She nominated 3 things she was interested in and from a vast collection of quality goods she found if not exactly what she had identified, products that would do the job at startlingly good prices. We then repaired to the coffee shop for a beautiful snack and excellent coffee. It was enhanced by the joyous noise of children playing in the well equipped playground adjoining the complex.

Nice little op shop, lots of different things each time I go in. There are racks outside every day with $1 clothing items and new things there every week; and a half-price day the last Wednesday of every month, which is hectic but there’s always fun things to find. It’s become one of my favourite op shops. Usually clean and tidy, and most often a nice calm/friendly atmosphere. Pricing usually pretty good – the whole range, from absolute bargain, to sometimes designer stuff which is understandably priced a bit higher. ((If you’re doing an op-shop crawl, it’s a nice stop-in (off Olsen Ave near Bunnings), not far from Lifeline Molendinar, and the Endeavour Foundation in the industrial area off Southport-Nerang Rd, (oh and don’t forget to include Vinnies on Allied Drive!)).

I visited the Op Shop for the first time on Friday 25th February 2022 because it was the 15th anniversary of the death in the womb of my first grandson. I needed to do a bit of shopping but also help a charity or church. Perfect place to shop. Your staff are lovely and very helpful. Thank you for cheering me up. I will be returning. I actually want to buy that torpedo looking toy car if it still there. I hope so. 🤣🙏🤗♥️

Had a bizarre experience where the manager took a small plastic toy off my 6 year old son - because he wanted the toy sold as a "set" of about 40 other toys. No one wants 40 plastic toys. My wee son wanted ONE toy - and the manager took the toy off him. Very strange behaviour- particularly from a Christian store. I've never in my life seen that before and will be sure to tell others about my experience there.

Bought a pair of sunglasses. Walked outside and put them on and realised the lenses were warped. Politely asked for a refund 20 seconds after purchasing as the glasses belonged in the bin. Was told I can't have one. Asked for a store credit, told I can't have one. Had to exchange on the spot for something I didn't want. Haha how ridiculous. Policy or not you sold a product that was unusable and should use your discretion to do the right thing. Aren't you a Christian organisation?

I think there has been a major staff change here recently and since then this place has just gone downhill very quickly. It wasn't bad before, now it's a waste of time. Just full of junk and you get the feeling that anything interesting or of value is going in another direction. It closed for a week and reopened looking worse.
