Not really a tour, more an experience. Sat in a room watching tv too long. History of Leuven from 1300’s isn’t Stella! Saw some kettles and a bottling plant. No “wife beater” hats in the gift shop. Something to do and say you’ve done.

We love Stella Artois ! It is our favourite beer so we planed a visit to the place where magic happens…we had to book tickets with 3 weeks in advance and we had the trip to Leuven based on the date we could find a free spot to visit Stella Artois brewery…we had a english speaking guide who walked us and told us the amazing story behind this tasteful beer…the story, it goes back to 1366, is wow, the process of making the beer itself is long and has lots of steps…anyway, it was an hour and a half well spent and at the end we were invited to the brewery bar to taste some fresh and cold Stella Artois ! Cheers !

Love, love this shop, but I really think the price point is too high on many items, as they're mostly on trend items than timeless pieces. More stock would be sold if even 15-20% was taken off most ticket prices. Some Essentiel Antwerp stock is even cheaper in the outlet down the road.
