My school is nearby so I come here every day. The bus stops are good, the stores are good and I often have a good experience! Nice views of downtown too!

This is a modern shopping centre along Rideau Street. There are several floors lined with around 180 retail shops, eateries and food shops. Seems a reasonable complex for residents of Ottawa and a good little mall for visitors fancying a bit of shopping or a quick bite to eat after sightseeing around Parliament Hill and the surrounding area.

Everyone visiting Ottawa can’t miss this . Our first choice for food is ward market , but if you are looking for for a pocket friendly , easily accessible variety of restaurant s , food court here serves it .

This mall is very big and has many stores I love, When I first came to Ottawa in 2023 my best friend showed me Rideau as the first place I ever visited here, I was shocked to see how big the mall is with various stores like Simons, Sephora, apple and my personal fav being garage (thanks to my best friend who brought me here lol!) I would say it's very clean for a mall! I occasionally go here even without my bff but the first time I almost got lost so I have her a lot lol! but I'm used to it now lol but the food court is good with wide selections of food to choose from! I would recommend going here because it is a very good mall with a bunch of stuff in store! :)

There are a lot of options, however mostly expensive, good food court, gym inside the mall, and many services (phone, dentist, oc transpo..etc), but regardless over the years this mall and the surrounding area has become worse, sometimes it feels unsafe to go there, a lot of homelessness and drug addicts around. One day i was getting Chipotle and someone with clear issues was banging on the door..etc, or people yelling. It is a decent option but most of the time you not gonna buy anything from here due to pricing, the vibes are not always great

Generally speaking I love Rideau, it’s near our house and has many mid range brands. The only problem is that staff don’t clean it very well specially during busy hours. Dining hall is almost always dirty. I am surprised how in the middle of the capital it’s so normal for a shopping mall to be this insanitary!

It's neither the biggest mall in Ottawa nor the one with the most exciting stores, but St. Laurent Shopping Centre is a great one, with quite enough of what you need. It's centrally located and with recent renovations it now looks very spacious, modern and lit, which translates to a relaxing experience and a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers.

My bf and my kids and I went to kill some time and found this little gem not to far from out hotel. My bf and I were pleased as punch to find a ecko store on their upper level and ended up getting my 2 girls matching gold sequin dresses for the show we were going to later that night for $6 regularly almost $50. We enjoyed our walk through this little mall.

This shopping centre offers well rounded experience. the space is bright, clean and comfortable to walk through with a solid mix of retail quick bite or running errands, there;s plenty to chose from. Most shops are modern and well maintained and the atmosphere feels welcoming. The food court has a nice range of options though it can get busy during peak hours. Parking is generally manageable, although weekends can require a bit of patience.

Is a busy shopping center. Nice and clean. Restaurants area is busy. The Tim Hortons is packed, at least during weekends. Good place to do some shoppings.

Nice shopping center! We went there to go eat at Taco Bell. We almost didn’t find the restaurant, because when we search on the orientation screen… “T” for Taco Bell it doesn’t show. I was going to leave, but when we passed the restaurant area, my wife said: “Isn’t that Taco Bell next to KFC?” The shopping center ought to update their screen software! Then while we were eating my wife did a search of children clothes and we saw on Google that there was a “Children’s Place”, so again I do a search for “C” for Children… didn’t find it again. We were then on our way out and I decided to call the store and ask where they were located… near the Pandora exit. I then saw the name of the business on on the front of the store “ The Children’s Place”… then did a search with “T” and found it. Just saying that the mall software ought to pick up on partial names of businesses. Without knowing it, maybe the mall’s businesses are loosing income because of this faulty software. Other than that, the mall is great, clean, well lit.

A busy shopping centre in the East end of Ottawa. I was surprised to see a Lee Valley tools pop-up store in the mall. What a great idea!

Shopping malls have suffered significantly due to on line purchasing and by restrictions due to COVID. Large department stores that were traditional anchors for shopping malls as well as smaller merchants have not been able to remain in business. But the malls still have remained and hopefully can reposition themselves to remain vital for consumers. I like the upgrades that St Laurent Shopping mall has gone through making shopping there a better experience. They continue to provide good services throughout the mall and I hope you enjoy your shopping experience as well. If you like my reviews, photos or videos then go to the food court and just say I like it.

What kind of shopping center starts putting all its food court chairs up on tables a half hour before closing? Answer: The kind that wants you to shop and eat elsewhere before they officially close for the day! Dear Bayshore exec team: Do not make your patrons pay for your lame excuses not to pay your support staff and contractors to properly maintain your establishment or stay past closing to clean up! Secondly, merchants have complained that you overcharge and exploit them! Thirdly, you need to do rudimetary maintenance of your decrepid looking parking lot and smelley staiways as well! SHAME ON YOU ALL!

Bicycle Stolen from a Parking Lot in Broad Daylight! We parked our bikes near the entrance to Bayshore. We were gone for literally half an hour. When we came back, the cable had been cut and one of the bikes was gone. We reacted immediately and went to Bayshore security. Security said they couldn’t do anything and that they needed a request from the police. Okay, we filed a report with the police right away, and they accepted it. A week passed with no response. We wrote to them ourselves, and the answer was: “We sent a request to Bayshore, we’re waiting for their camera footage.” Another week passed, we wrote again — any updates? The answer was the same: “We’re waiting for the footage.” It’s now been a month and a half — zero results. What kind of work is this? Where are people’s tax dollars going? Give us the camera footage — we’d find the thief in a day. But after a month and a half it’s impossible. The truth is simple: Bayshore is either so poor (or so stingy) that there are no cameras in many obvious places, and thieves know this. How hard is it to install cameras in the parking area so people can at least feel some level of security for their bikes? If there are no cameras, then just say it — we messed up, there were no cameras, we’ll fix it. Honestly, I’m extremely disappointed with this bureaucracy and the rise in crime. I understand if someone steals something from someone in a park or an alley, but right at the entrance of a major shopping mall in broad daylight — and they can’t catch the thief? It’s unbelievable. INSTALL CAMERAS!

This mall has it all! A very spry and active mall. Plenty of stores with a variety of clothing, souvenirs, games, toys, … you name it. Every floor is neat and clean, restroom facilities are clean and orderly. The food court has a large variety to choose from and the waste sorting station is something I have never seen before (live in the US), and I think it is amazing.

Patrick the Subway worker at Bayshore Ottawa gave the best customer experience. He was very friendly , funny , and proffessional. He went over and beyond on both customer service and food servive. I will remember this as a standard for Subway service. Please see that this employee is recognized and respected for their exceptional service.

Three whole floors of shopping?!? Quite a walk to go through everything but it was a great mall

While the owners are doing their best to keep the facility modern and relevant as will every “mall” declines in quality retail operations are obvious. The access through the parking garage is confusing and traveling floor to floor is awkward with stairs and elevators not conveniently located forcing the shopper to walk literally through each floor to get to the stairs or escalator for the next floor. Clearly the designers took lessons from IKEA. I only go here if I have to access a specific retail operations and then out. It is not a place I feel comfortable wandering and shopping.

I go very often and I always have a good time and they celebrate Halloween by giving out candy and chocolate and celebrate Christmas with Santa and lots of decorations! It is fun and always enjoyable!

Place d'Orléans is still a nice friendly shopping experience. Although so very much has vanished over the years. I always thought the architecture was quite unique. It's smaller today in size. I remember it well as a former resident of Convent Glen. Eaton's and Hudson's Bay are gone. I buy mostly online these days. Covid-19 really changed the entire game.

Place D'Orleans Mall has become much less busy in recent years and a lot of major stores have moved out as a result. I still enjoy visiting this mall and it is always well maintained and clean. I hope they it can find a way to pick up business and regain more mainstream stores in the years to come. There is plenty of parking all around the mall with a few entry points.

This mall has definitely gone through a renovation overhaul. Although not all of it is fully renovated as of this review what I see so far is pretty good. This is a gigantic mall. New stores have cropped up and the diversity of stores is great even in its food court. I kind of miss the shooting water fountain from way back when. But overall this is a good look and it looks like they're continually growing so it's definitely worth checking out if you haven't been to it for a long time.

Great place to bring family and kids or visit for shopping. Good food curt, tons of indoor and outdoor parking, good walking areas, many brand stores, two banks, even service canada inside and MTI across the blvd, multiple clean bathroom facilities. The mall is connected to public transportation, Oc transpo and O train and even a Park and ride in the area.

This is one of my favorite malls in Ottawa. It has expanded since I've last been there. Now there is a large variety of stores and food choices so it caters to all! I highly recommend this mall. You will not be disappointed!

If you have children, please take them here, the store is the true Christmas miracle especially them. Even if you walk in here in the middle of summer, it will still screams Christmas and the atmosphere will make your heart feel like you’re in the Christmas season. This is one of the most unique and European Christmas store that I’ve been to in Canada. The walking space is a bit tight, but in return, there are tons of good good stocks and everyone will be able to find themselves something unique. The store also has two parts, one with the vintage, classic style that was also really beautiful and coquette.

This has to be one of the most unique and interesting stores to shop in Ottawa. As soon as you enter the store almost every human sense goes into overdrive - sound, smell and sight. There are items literally covering every inch of the store but it is very well organized into different styles and colours. The space is tight for moving around - I would not bring young children into this store. Far too many breakables. The store will certainly give you tons of dopamine of happiness seeing all the Christmas decorations on display. Prices are high but it is a specialty shop selling speciality items. I enjoy bringing my mom & grandma there - they always have a smile on their face filled with joy that they found some new decorations or Christmas gifts for friends and family. Everyone who loves household decor/Christmas decorations should check this place out at least once. You won’t be disappointed.

Visiting Tinseltown in Ottawa has officially become one of my favorite fall traditions. I make the trip from Montreal every year, and it never fails to put me in the holiday spirit the moment I walk through the door. Now, if you’re claustrophobic, a quick heads-up — this place can feel a little snug. Every inch of space is filled with festive treasures, from twinkling ornaments to sparkling garlands. But honestly, if you’re going to be surrounded on all sides, what better way than by walls of Christmas magic? It’s a cozy, charming shop bursting with character, and it somehow manages to capture the feeling of Christmas morning year-round. The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to chat or help you find that perfect ornament for your collection. If you love holiday decor — or just want to step into a little pocket of Christmas cheer — Tinseltown is absolutely worth the visit.

This store... WOW! Such a beautiful experience! I got myself the most beautiful and unique Christmas ornaments, and I was so happy. The staff at the store are fantastic, they are very helpful and knowledgeable. They are not overwhelming at all to their customers and can read your minds if you would like help or not. There are so many unique gifts and decorations. Great for stockings and home decor, I will definitely be going back. The only somewhat negative thing I have to say about the store is that there isn't a lot of walking space. If you have a bag, it's better you leave it within your car before you get inside. You might bump into items and knock valuable items over. To give an idea... I had to side step through some aisles, and I am not plus size. I heard an older woman knocking items over, but regardless, the staff were not upset. They tended the older woman and made sure she was okay before checking to see if the items were broken (and nothing broke). Besides that... please go! It's such a great store with so many goodies. Marie Antoinette is connected to this store, so you get a fun experience to see both stores.

Absolutely wall to wall Christmas! It's very crowded but magical nonetheless. You have to remember to keep looking floor to ceiling because every inch of space contains a treasure. They have vintage inspired items, collector items and decorations for every possible colour scheme. It's hard to not feel happy when you are in Tinseltown! ❤️🎄

Not just a Christmas store!!! Beautifully set up and seasonal decors available as well. Very good to have a browse and seek for inspiration. But if you have specific item in mind, best ask the sales person because they stock too much in the store it is hard to focus. Mindless wandering is best !!

Amazing store and excellent customer service! My friend and I went shopping here, and were lucky enough to meet the owner. She was quick to help us start a change room, and even had recommendations of clothing she thought we would like (and did, so we purchased). Can’t say enough great things about this place, and the amazing selection of quality clothing!!!

Super cute little store with a variety of accessories! I bought a beautiful print of Ottawa during the tulip festival and a magnet but I was most impressed with the selection of earrings. Staff were kind and one even made a point to recommend some things to do when she learned we were tourists. I saw there was an upstairs but it was closed so not sure what was up there to shop.

My sister and I came here to window shop while they were giving me a guided tour of Ottawa! We fell absolutely in love with two dresses despite not planning on buying anything, and ended up leaving with a sweet haul!! The vibes of this store are amazing, and the workers are so incredibly nice! I'll be sure to visit next time I'm in the city :))

me and my cousins were watched like a hawk the entire time, we were not allowed to try on sunglasses without the owner barking instructions at you on how to shop the sunglasses which is very discouraging and a poor shopping experience. They also have a promo where if you find a picture of celine dion you get %10 off, and i spotted her and said in a regular speaking voice “there’s celine” and i was loudly shushed and given a glare even though we were the only ones in the store. I would’ve bought a pair of sunglasses with that discount but her behaviour made me not want to give that business any more money. this store is not POC friendly and i would not recommend anyone put themselves through that experience.

This store is very cute and exactly what you'd expect from a shop for gifts. It was a nicely curated collection without being cluttered or overdone. It was accessible enough with a stroller. The staff I met was super friendly and helpful, that leaves me feeling happy to go back!

Very happy to find this place today. They have a unique selection of cards and novelty items. Also a coincidental observation- the staff care about the community around them and will take a moment to try and connect struggling individuals with appropriate care. Had a good shopping experience at Tanger Outlets Ottawa. There’s a wide variety of popular brands available, many of the same names you’d find at other outlet malls across the GTA, so it offers a familiar selection for regular outlet shoppers.. Plenty of sale items and decent deals across most stores (including Outlet stores). I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t too crowded, though that might be because I visited on a weekday. It made browsing and shopping much more relaxed. The food court is on the smaller side but has a fair range of options to grab a quick bite. Overall, it’s a clean, well-organized outlet that’s great for a casual shopping day without the overwhelming crowds. I'd go there again if I'm visiting Ottawa.

Huge outdoor shopping centre! Very clean inside and out. Washrooms were very clean and available in many different areas. Staff in the stores were very helpful. We went on a beautiful sunny (humid) day but there was a nice breeze. Overall well thought out design with lots of parking available. I would definitely go here again.

Brand name stores. Tanger Malls is a U.S. owned chain of shopping outlets. In Ottawa (Kanata west) location, there are mostly U.S. stores with the exception of Coats Co., Roots and Body Shop (U.K. ownership). Nice outdoor mall to walk around on a nice day but open to the weather. On not nice weather days, maybe skip it!! Four fast food restaurants in the Food Court (Subway, pizza, teriyaki and shawarma). Starbucks and Chic-a-Fil in the parking lot. Special events pop-ups throughout the year

Had so much fun at Tanger Mall! There were great sales and all the stores are conveniently in one place. In the summer, there’s a fun train ride that kids really enjoyed. The food court was nice and clean with a good seating area, although there weren’t too many food options available. It would be nice to see more variety. There’s also a small playground area for kids which was a bonus. Overall, a great shopping experience for families!

I had an excellent experience at the Hugo Boss Factory Outlet in Tanger Outlets Ottawa. A new team has taken over to make real improvements based on previous complaints, and the atmosphere has completely changed for the better. All the staff are friendly, courteous, and genuinely helpful, taking the time to guide you in finding the right size and style. If you’ve had an unpleasant experience in the past, I highly recommend giving this store another try — you’ll notice the difference right away. There are also some great deals happening now! I went to the mall during the weekdays, and it was peaceful. There were ample parking spaces, the mall was tidy, and navigation was straightforward. Although the food court was compact, it was clean when I arrived.

This place has most of the major brand outlets and isn't much crowded also. Good thing it has a small playground as well where kids can play. The food court also has good options. If you don't like the food court then there are many major food joints around it like Starbucks, McDonald's, Tim Hortons. Parking is ample and restrooms are available at multiple spots. Well planned outlet complex with lots of greenery and seating options if you get tired of walking.

It has everything you need here. There is a store here that will have what you are looking for. Strange thing? It should be busier here than it is. I’ve been here numerous times at all times of the day and it’s just never…… busy! Lots of parking… centrally located and great variety and of course, a Walmart ! Good for me…. There’s no lineups no waiting you get get what you need and cash out 👍 Very surprised it’s not a busier Mall.

Train Yard is a vibrant urban shopping area with a clean and warm ambiance. It features a variety of shops including Farm Boy and Pet Valu, making it a convenient one-stop destination for all your shopping needs. The well-maintained surroundings and diverse selection of stores make it a must-visit location in the city.

I went by this place for years. Its unremarkable from the outside, hence; I was never interrested to go in. I happen to be walking by, so I went in. Long story short: There is something quite remarkable about Marshalls. They have something interresting for everybody and its vetted, nice selections of good quality products. I will go back there again when I have more time to stay there and really look at all the products that caught my attention. You should go there to! Bring friends and family!

I don't like these " outside" malls. I have ( sometimes )driven from one store to another. I'd much prefer to park , shop ,go to the food court , shop , go to my car & drive home. Oh and no bathrooms !!!! Having said that , train yards has a good selection of stores. Is in a good location.

Got cheap sunglasses from Dollorama-looking good! $4. New Look next door was $179. Ouch. Obviously not the same quality but did the job!

Concrete jungle with ZERO character. Builders should be ashamed they didn't aim to make it more of a destination spot, with infrastructure to support pedestrians and cyclists (who coukd otgerwisd get here easily from the local neighbourhoods). The exits onto Industrial are literally, deadly. And about 20% of the stores are gone now. Time for a re-think. Places to eat outside, trees, park on the middle for parents with young kids, etc. Need activities to do there - kids' indoor gym/play area, lasertag or escape rooms, art/club spaces, skate park...

I read about Maker House in my local news. Wanting to shop Canadian, I visited the website and quickly found a couple of items to order. It was fast and easy. Items were shipped quickly. Unfortunately the wrong T-shirt was sent. Store Manager, Jessica, was quick to respond to my email and made everything more than right. It’s wonderful to shop at a place that has great products, customer service and staff. I will be ordering again. Thanks!

Absolutely LOVED this store. The staff were so gracious and helpful and friendly. I gave my wallet to a girl whose virthday it was and she was so touched. We sang her Happy Birthday as well and i left feeling so very happy. The store has so many lovely things and they were very cheerful, a true sign of people who love their job and velieve in their store!

I cannot say how much I love this woven blanket from Prince Edward Island that I got via maker house. it is wonderful. The quality is so good and the delivery was quick and seamless. Very very impressed. Will definitely use this group again.

Nice gift shop. Got magnets with animals drawn on them when I went here a few months ago, and I really like the designs. It's small and not overwhelming, but theres still a lot of selection. I also got some post cards and a set of Doctor Who stickers online from them a few months before that. They seem keen on hiring/supporting First Nations creators as well.

Great shop with handmade products from makers all across Ontario and Canada. Loved how it’s such an easy place to go shop for local gifts for friends and family. When we went, there were also preñada gift boxes which makes it easier to buy and give gift and support individual creators instead of big corporations. They donate 2% of the profits to local charities. Fantastic store and definitely worth checking out.

I was looking for an engagement ring for my fiancé. Looking around online, I noticed True Bijoux and while browsing the site noticed a beautifully unique ring that's over 100 years old! After purchasing it and having a wonderful experience with the engagement ring, we came back to get custom wedding rings as well. First of all, lovely designs and original creations. What truly sets this store apart is the customer service. I received these earrings as a gift and love them. One day I was about to put them on and dropped one. I was heartbroken to see it shatter. I reached out to the store and spoke with them about a repair or replacement. The person who bought these went to the store with the broken earring expecting to leave it so they could assess whether it could repaired. Imagine our surprise when they handed us a brand new earring. I was so grateful to have been given a new earring to replace the broken one. Thank you to True Bijoux. That is amazing customer service and gives me confidence to know that if ever I need your help, you will be there. It's so rare to find a retailer who not only stands behind their product but works hard to make sure a customer is happy.

I love this little shop. I purchase all of my house plants and pots here - they’re always in great shape and the staff are helpful in choosing the right plants for my needs. My husband and I also had our wedding florals done by Vanessa recently and they were stunning. We didn’t give her much to go off of but she created exactly what we wanted, and they matched the feel of the event perfectly. Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend this plant shop. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I often gift bouquets to friends and family from WW and they are always perfect. I am an air plant collector and it all started because of WW’s. It’s very rare I find air plants ive never seen, so when WW’s posted about a new and unique shipment this past week, I was so excited. I went yesterday and the selection was better than I could have imagined. I had fun spending time looking at all of the air plants and making tough decisions about what to bring home. Visited over the weekend. Lovely selection, but staff hovered through my visit even after I said I was just browsing and had set items aside for purchase. A bit more space would make the shopping experience calmer.

I’m a frequent customer here and debated a lot about posting this review. I overall give 5 stars, 99% of the time the people are lovely, selection is great, and generally items are of high quality. However, as some other reviews mention, there is one woman who makes me not step in the store if I see her working (specifically to pot & pantry Kitchen). The rudeness, attitude, and forceful salesmanship is off-putting and I genuinely wish I didn’t have to think about whether she’s working when I need something. This is a pattern over many years, my friends complain about her behaviour if they go when they’re in the area, and I just feel bad for the owner to have to deal with this situation. If anyone reads this, don’t judge the business off of her.

The staff, environment, products and prices were nothing less than heartwarming and inviting. I really appreciated the help. I've shopped here multiple times, always had a lovely experience, the owner and all the employees are kind and helpful. The price point is a little high for my budget, so I mostly buy gifts there. Everything is great quality, never been disappointed. A while ago I broke a mug that's I bought there, and went in to buy it again. They didn't carry it anymore but an employee said I could email the owner and she would look into getting one for me. I didn't pursue that, but the fact that they offered to do that says a lot!

Boogie+birdie is one of my favourite store in Ottawa. They always have great things and I’ve been coming here over and over again whenever I need to look for a gift (unique, Canada themed, beautiful posters with amazing materials,…lots and lots of things more!), I’m sure anyone can find themselves something here. The staffs are the sweetest all the time, they are very friendly, kind, helpful and they remember their customers! Definitely check out this store sometime because it will worth every minute of your time.

The people who work here go above and beyond! I had to get a gift for a friend on short notice and I called to inquire about shipping times. The person I spoke with told me to just click for pick up and personally dropped it off at my house to avoid shipping fees and to make sure I got it in time! They were so lovely and kind. I ordered a piece of jewellery for pickup on Nov 19th 2024 as the Canada Post strike had just started. After waiting a month, I have never received a notice to pick it up. I contacted them via email and they said it was shipped via Canada post from their location in Toronto via regular mail and due to the strike, it will be delayed. I waited another few weeks and heard nothing. They assured me to wait some more. I waited until Jan 28th (over 2 months later) and still have not received it. I requested a refund. They said they were going to find out what happened to the item that was sent from Toronto first. I have tried repeatedly over the next several days/weeks to get a refund, but now my emails are unanswered. They do not have a contact phone number. I was being patient because of the Canada Post strike, but at this point it's straight up theft of my money. I will have to pursue this. I wanted to support local businesses, but it was a mistake with this store. Do not shop here. Use my experience as a warning.

The jewelery and clothes here are unique, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. I think she showed me half of the jewelry in the store before I chose what I wanted. The jewelry is slightly more affordable than the places nearby as well, so that is a bonus. I also was very tempted by the bamboo undergarments they sell, I will probably go back to buy some.

I never write reviews, but this store definitely deserves it! I walked in and (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) but the lady that was there was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I was searching for a maxi fancy dress, and she was super patient with me, showed me around various styles that she has. Unfortunately, I didn’t find what I was looking for. However, her service was amazing to a point she asked me when I wanted it for, and started recommending other boutiques she knows of that caters to what im looking for exactly. She named all stores that she could possibly think of, and then even took it an extra mile to go online on their sites and search for styles and show me different price points. She even offered to call a neighbouring store to ask the owner(who she knows) if they’d stay open a little late for me. Before I left, she said that if I still couldn’t find what I was looking for after trying the stores she suggested that she would be willing to connect over email or the website’s live chat with me to try and find suppliers and try to find me the exact style I’m looking for. I could clearly tell how much she loves her job! Talking to her was lovelyyy and her willingness to help me search for dresses even if not from her own store was just so heartwarming!

Schad Boutique is one of my favourite local shops in Ottawa. Anytime I want a new pair of shoes I think to go there first. Finally, today I managed to come take a look and I completely fell in love with it! Was introduced to this local boutique during COVID-19 when my access to recycled clothing stores disappeared. I have been totally converted. The clothing is amazing,so comfortable, completely ethically and consciously made and sourced. And the owner is a total delight. Loved this place and will make it my go-to for clothes from now on. And their online store makes shopping during this strange time very accessible.

I purchased a pair of jeans, and Angie helped me out. She is VERY knowledgeable and paired me with the best fitting jeans that I have ever owned. I LOVE this local boutique. The owners are exceptionally talented when it comes to selecting quality pieces that suit your individual style and body type. Whether you need an occasion dress or new pair of jeans, they've got you covered!

Because of it's proximity to the Parliament Building and other historical sites, we sat and watched the Locks as they were opened for boats wanting to go through. We learned a lot about the Locks on during our tour on the Lady Dive amphibious bus including that the Locks are still opened by man power (whoa). The process does take quite a while to happen, but it's quite fascinating to watch indeed. If it's not a hot or cold day and you're not tired, you can probably sit through the entire process while chatting with a friend or enjoying your lunch.

A very pleasant walk along the canal and the locks. With views of grand buildings, wildlife, and the other side of the water, definitely check out this place.

Quite relaxing place near Parliament building. The canal itself is listed in UNESCO and the surrounding is quite relaxing.

The most wonderful place in Ottawa, without a doubt. During our time in Ottawa, we came here every day, spending hours watching the boats being lifted through the historic locks and winding down each evening at the foot of the canal. For those seeking a real highlight, catching a sunset here on a clear day is a must. But even from the bridge, the sunset has its own unique charm.

We had a great experience here! The museum is all on one floor, which makes it easy to get around, and there’s plenty to see and do. There are tons of interesting historical facts, and the open layout means it never feels too crowded. Each exhibit has several items on display, which kept things engaging. There are also lots of interactive features that make it fun and exciting—especially for kids! The bathrooms were clean, the gift shop was lovely, and the café was nice, with a good selection of snacks and drinks and lots of open seating. The pricing was also very reasonable! Overall, a really enjoyable visit. I’d definitely recommend it!

Amazing day at this museum: plan to stay the day, bring a lunch (minimal options at cafeteria). The museum offers demos even on quiet weekdays - we attended 3 shows and they were very engaging, bilingual, and great learning opportunities! The train exhibit is captivating and there are some wooden trains to play with. Most of the exhibits have interactive activities, cycling through times allows you to ride and race on a bike, several microscope, height comparison, etc. A whole zone for under 8 years old allow kids to explore on their own - truly engaging. Parking with Indigo is 9,50$/day We will return. The membership (which allows you access to 2 other Ingenium museum) is a good deal.

Canada Science and Technology Museum — Family Visit Review We visited the Canada Science and Technology Museum last weekend with our family, and it was a fantastic experience. The kids had a great time exploring all the interactive exhibits and activities, and the adults enjoyed refreshing their own science and technology knowledge. The ticket prices were reasonable, and with the Strong Pass, you get additional discounts, which is a nice bonus. At the entrance, after check in, they provided us with maps, and each exhibit room was clearly labeled, making it easy to navigate from one gallery to the next. The museum layout is very intuitive, with rooms connected in a way that lets you flow naturally through the space. The amount of information and hands-on learning available is incredible — truly a brain gym for kids! There was so much to learn, from basic scientific principles to complex technology concepts, all explained through simple and engaging experiments. This interactive approach really makes science come alive. There were plenty of activities to keep the kids engaged, including hands-on stations, games, and even demonstrations. Adults will find it equally fascinating, with opportunities to revisit and reconnect with science and tech concepts they might have forgotten. The museum is quite large, so I would recommend planning for at least 4 to 6 hours, depending on how deeply you want to explore each area. We hadn’t fully planned our time and ended up having to skip the last block of exhibits, so be sure to allow enough time if you want to see everything. I didn’t notice a dedicated refreshment area or café, so if you have kids who might need a snack break, it’s best to check with the front desk about food and drink options before you start your tour. Parking was easy, and the staff at the entrance were friendly and patient Overall, this museum is absolutely worth your time. It’s educational, entertaining, and suitable for all ages. Highly recommend a visit!

This was a fun experience. We had not been to visit in years so it all seemed very new and exciting and a great learning experience. They also have a massive building adjacent that has a guided tour of the exhibits that are not on display.

Very fun to walk around and learn about the advancement of the technology we see everyday, the the technology we left behind. We loved the Sound section with the fun gadgets we could play around with. The Kitchen section felt the most informative and the steam power section was the most fun to walk around due to the absolute scale of the trains. The building also looks quite nice.

This is a pretty big museum. Great for children to explore and learn about technology and science. The museum has some science experiments to explain concepts to children. There is a big room close to the exit to play and booster the children imagination. Paid parking area. Big area for eating.

The drinks were really good and there was a big summer specialty menu which was really nice for different options! The coconut blackberry matcha and the orange espresso tonic (kinda like a coffee mimosa) is a must try before they go out of season. It’s a huge building with lots of seating from indoor to outdoor patio with a nice roof tent for shading! I also really love the little what’s brewing today bag it’s a really nice addition. We’ll definitely be back to dine in as this had to be take out.

Great coffees ( stellar mocha) and delectable treats (croissants and nainamo bar). Very pleasant spot to stay, relax and enjoy the coffees. Or, in a location that everything is enjoyable to go and enjoy the scenery.

Picked up a coffee and sweet treat, ended up staying for a sandwich as I heard another customer saying great things about theirs. They didn’t have the one I wanted already prepared but Rob went above and beyond making a fresh one for me! All the staff were very pleasant with a great atmosphere in the cafe and a beautiful covered patio outside. Five star service!

Very creative latte art and are nicely done for both drinks. The latte is a bit too milky for me but the cortado is perfect.

I went to Equator today for the first time. I was craving a Vanilla Bean Skinny Latte but didn't see it on the menu so ordered a large latte. When I mentioned what I was craving, he made it for me! First to be in this coffee shop! We walked in and we were greeted by a server, took our order, and deliver our Late’ few minutes after that. Inside was cozy, lots of space, great for socializing and business visit. Decos was contemporary and modern, modern chairs and couch, washroom was a bit dirty, and the price I though it was a bit expensive, and we waited for a bit for our Late’s to get it, and that is the reason why I gave them 4* with a smile!😊 and server apologies for the waits. I must say, the Late flavour was great, I can taste the vanilla flavour, how ever, I find it very sweet. Patio was spacious! I recommend and certainly be back there for another Late’. I absolutely lovved this indoor/outdoor market experience. I shopped a ton and met some really special local business owners who inspired me through their love of local. Local wine from a farmer, honey, maple syrup, clothes, dog treats and some really delicious foods. I had no idea about this market in the Lansdowne complex area. I'll visit again for sure... I live going to Lansdowne farmers market every Sunday. As my mother has pointed out, yes their prices can be higher than Farmboy even but for me I'd still like to actually buy my veggies there. I like I 1km walk from my place, love seeing everyone out and about, love the dogs!! Also seriously this is where you CAN get those extra large veggies that are deemed to big for regular stores. Personally I live a huge cauliflower, fresh broccoli, insanely large onions, melons, zucchini. The quality here is way better, nevermind saving minimal amounts of money. Love looking at the food options like Falafel or BBQ pork, lemonade or premade pies. It's a whole experience, and just feels right in a Sunday in my opinion. Support our local farmers, or we we risk loosing them!

Great fresh and unique products. Freshly baked goods, meats, fruits and flowers vendors. It's a little bit expensive, but it's locals. There are many food stalls as well.

I love supporting the hard work of our local Ottawa Farmers especially during this hot and difficult summer! The produce is exceptional and when properly stored keeps so much longer. I also love that it is far better for the environment to buy local. Wonderful to pick up other products, bread, and even local grains from Almanac. I look forward to Saturday morning Farmers' Market strolls. A huge thank you to the vendors, especially Main Street and Beechwood markets.

I wish I could do all my shopping here and that every neighbourhood had one of these. Great fresh vegetables baked goods, prepared food, soap and health products. Friendly people. Every vendor takes cash or card.

Good to hear here on a Sunday. Plenty of fresh produce, newly prepared hot and cold food, wild game, homemade goods and some baked goods as well. Plenty of diverse booths line the expansive hall and the prices are usually pretty good.

I went to try Bread and Sons for lunch today for the first time. I wanted to try it based on all the great reviews. I ordered the gouda sandwich which was supposed to be "life changing". The gouda wasn't melted at all after asking for it to be grilled and there was no arugula on it which was detailed in the description. Instead they used romaine lettuce. Kinda disappointed. The many capers mixed with olive compote is quite overpowering and the focaccia bread is so hard! No idea why this sandwich gets such a great review. I found it expensive at $10.62 plus tax. I tried the butter croissant as well to see if it was as good as people say. It was very nice to be fair. 👍🏼 Edit: just to say thanks a lot to the owner for the refund. I will go in hopefully soon to try something else. I truly appreciate the contact from the owner and the effort to fix the issues. I have upped the service to a 5 star as client service is really good :). update will follow Add: I did go back and got the breakfast sandwich and the feta boreka. The boreka was super crunchy and the sesame crusted top was delicious. It was a bit salty, but that's because it's filled with feta cheese. Really nice! The breakfast croissant is unbelievable. I want to get this again actually. Two poached eggs on a croissant with cheese and warmed up. Mmmmm. The eggs were still a bit soft which was really nice. The cheese was lovely as well. Really had a European feel to it. Yum! I want to try all the croissants now. 😋

Gouda sandwich , 2 slices of pizza and chocolate macadamia cookies. The pizza was ok. The sandwich was amazing. The cookies also tasty. An expensive place but good for treating yourself. Definitely the sandwiches are their best in my opinion. Will go back.

Bank Street is a very busy street. There is a lot to offer and way too much construction at this time. But Bank Street is worth taking a walk...by yourself, a friend or just taking your dog for a walk. By the way, there is not much parking, so bus or walking is preferred. Enjoy!

A nice selection of stores in the mall. Many different stores to choose from. It feels like the stores are slightly smaller in footprint compared to stores in Ottawa malls, yet the walking paths in the mall are very spacious. Everything is on one single floor which is nice. Plenty of parking available.

This place is what malls in Ontario were in the 90's! Full of stores and people. There is also a Costco attached to this place which was actually a really good idea. Keep in mind that provincial taxes are almost 2% higher in Quebec. You'd think with that extra tax income they could fix their roads though n'est pas? See what I did there? 😏

Decent selection of store, Costco is a great advantage and reason to visit. The people watching is quite interesting. It feels like stepping back in time or into a tanning salon.

I had the best experience at Simon’s Ottawa located in the Rideau Centre. I tried a few clothes and thanks to the a customer representative there, it went by smoothly. I had my outfits set in the changing room before getting in. They made sure I found everything I was looking for. I ended up leaving very satisfied and not empty ended. I totally recommend

Great variety in street clothing for casual outings. You'll find a lot of things here and will be surprised with what they have. The decor is very interesting as well. Lighting is pretty good. The staff is accommodating. Come here and be adventurous by trying out something new and different. Prices are decent as well. A fun time for all!

It's a two-storey department store in Rideau Centre that carries out men and women clothes, accessories, shoes, home collection, etc. Most of the collections are European and rather expensive, but they come in great styles. The selection of product is pretty good and the store is well-maintained, clean and well-organized.

I absolutely adore this store. Most of my favorite clothes in my closet are from here-- and some really neat home goods (see adorable shower curtain and bathmat) One thing I'm not too thrilled about is their penchant for putting casual everyday clothes with expensive designer clothes. And they do have a lot of eclectic items, so you really do have to keep an eye out for your particular style as they kind of have a bunch of different styles going on. But the clothes are sturdy!

After being disappointed with thrift shops in Toronto and Montreal because of high pricing and bad quality of clothes - visiting Darling Vintage was beyond my expectations. Great collection, clean clothes ( not worn down ), everything is appropriately priced. Bought 2 skirts, a green bodycon dress and earrings - very happy with the experience. Well maintained shop, the person at front desk was welcoming and polite.

There was an area at the back with a gentleman's sign, but half of that was still skirts and high heels. It's perfectly fine if a store doesn't cater to more masculine styles, but at least remove the sign?

A wonderful vintage shop we found spontaneously today. Great pricing (loved the $5 bin!), beautiful clothing, and we got some jewelry too. The staff were so friendly— we will definitely be coming back here often!

This place is a gem! I avoid fast fashion as much as I can; it's so impactful in terms of conserving water and landfill space (new stuff is often made cheaply). I wish they had evening hours. I have only been once, but it is super well organized. Thank you for curating nice vintage items!

Darling vintage is in a nice location not far from bank street. The atmosphere is nice however, they only seem to cater to more feminine fashion styles. I was able to walk to the back of the store and not see any clothes or products for a male audience. I would recommend this store for females but it is a lost cause for shoppers without a feminine sense of style.

Finding Byward Market for me was like going treasure hunting. I knew the general location but walking down the street and then seeing it unfold before your eyes was mesmerizing. It's lively in the day and very vibrant and colourful at night. Many restaurants and artisans from all over the world. The process were also quite good. Will definitely go back.

Lots cute shops to visit, prices of items all comparable with other shops. Many restaurants of all kinds of ethnic foods. Three level mall nearby and Parliament only 6 min walk.

You can feel the pulse of the city here, interact with locals and get your shopping done. A variety of shops offering fresh foods, clothes, fruits, antiques, meals, drinks, and much more. Walkable and safe. Although there are a few homeless people and druggies around, that shouldn't be an issue. Plenty of paid parking options around, so you can park and explore the entire market on foot.

This is one of the oldest public markets in Canada having its start in 1826. The ByWard Market is open daily with over 600 businesses putting up shop or stand within the old market building or the streets just outside (summer months). We visited recently and enjoyed walking around the market seeing the restaurants, coffee shops, flower shops, veg & fruit vendors and others selling all manner of consumer goods. The market is photogenic and convenient to visit from the nearby Parliament Hill. There is parking available nearby for those travelling into Ottawa with automobile who might want to park nearby. It is a fun spot to visit while sightseeing around the city.

ByWard was one of my favorite stops on this trip. Although it caters to more touristy shops, there was a lot of local vendors selling candles, soaps, jewelry, art, and the food options were extensive. All sorts of regional cuisines. I even had my first BeaverTail! Our group always grabs a photo at city signs for our scrapbooks. Love that it was close by too!

Byword Market has many awesome restaurants you can go to. Daldongnae Korean bbq right next to OTTWA sign is fantastic. Italian grocery store Bottega has the BEST coffee, tiramisu, and sandwiches. Many restaurants offer great Happy Hour deals. One restaurant you should never try is this one Ethiopian place that serves you vegetarian food. It's on the second floor. Other than that most restaurants at the market are pretty awesome.

Iconic market in the centre of Ottawa, always a fun day in the summer - I came to Ottawa in September 2024 to speak at the Senate and didn't get a chance to visit so I was looking to change that this time around. Some of the spots are of course quite gimmicky but there are surprisingly good ethnic eats here (except for shawarma, despite what the locals say).:

Accessible location with a huge bus station attached. Meh store selection and okay food court stores. Though the design of the main entrance and food court is beautifully made, there is a lot to be desired in security, as many people love stealing from stores here and loud annoying teens can be found everywhere at the right hours.

This mall used to be good, but now many of the good stores are gone and it doesn't offer the same variety or local charm like it used to. I do think the food court is good though, me and the girls often go to Manchu Wok and eat their General Tso Chicken. I hope they fix the escalators though! It seems like they're broken every time I am there, and my hips can't take walking up those things!

Billings Bridge Shopping Centre is a great spot for the Riverside area. It's a well-kept shopping center that's never overcrowded, and it offers several unique stores you can't easily find elsewhere. The top level features a food court and a Dollarama, while the ground level has a Walmart for your convenience.

Medium-sized community mall with lots of stores and businesses in here. There are over 80 stores here and the popular ones like Walmart, LCBO, Dollarama, Rexall, Booster Juice, Tim Hortons and various other fine dining options and interesting things to do here. It connects directly to a major bus stations and serves as a major Hub for OC Transport bus service. This makes ths shopping center easily accessible by public transit. Large free of cost parking available, the mall is well-maintained and offers good shopping experience for everyday needs.

Ended up getting to Walmart once the mall closed for the evening. having common sense is always refreshing because knowing there was an alternate entrance I walked around and found they were indeed open. Got what I needed. Security and protocol has changed drastically in the regard of needing to make 3 purchases before I left and was investigated upon my departure from the cashier employees was a little annoying. Presented my receipts before they acknowledged me and scrutinized my purchases however a manager cleared me and left. Was as expected and wasn’t harassed so 4 stars.

Used to be one of my favorite malls, but it's drastically gone downhill. Using the family washroom was a pain as they don't use the intercoms anymore and one is now forced to try and track down a random mall employee to gain access, which is tricky when you have a toddler who's bustin'. Was also seriously disappointed to see an employee dumping the various sorted refuse & recycling bins all into the same garbage bag. Why did I waste my time sorting only for them to do this? Irresponsible & offensive.

This mall feels old and gloomy, with many stores already closed. The food court is almost empty, with only a few places still open. The only escalator often doesn’t work, so you usually have to take the stairs. There are lots of teenagers hanging around, and sometimes incidents like theft or even stabbing happen - I’m not sure how much the security can really do about it. Right now, the mall is undergoing a lot of renovations, and they’re planning to open a Winners store in the spring. Hopefully, that will make the mall livelier and bring back more visitors.

The bookstore is such a delight. The drinks and pastries were very good, I got an elderberry iced tea lemonade, chocolatine, and a lemon square. Service was quick, friendly and pleasant. It's a great place to sit and work or to peruse their selection of books, as there are so many, I would suggest planning for a lot of time spent browsing. Exploring the selection in the well lit basement section was actually so peaceful and quiet. Loved the place and will visit again!

Literally amazing. Where else can you get hardcovers of popular books for less than $15?? Insane. I need to know their business model cause this is very impressive. Huge selection of books! The first floor I thought was already enough but they even have a basement. One of the few used books stores that like I mentioned, have more popular and well known books. They also carry a decent selection of new books that obviously aren’t discounted but still nice to have the option! Decent space inside too to sit and study and the cafe is great. I got a matcha latte which was good just wished it was stronger and an orange chocolate chip cookie that was delicious. Highly recommend, I will be back!!

Super cute ! The barista was super impressive with their multitasking skills — they took orders, checked out customers, prepared drinks, and managed the oven. The book store is well curated and this is a cozy place to sit for a read or to enjoy a cup of coffee. They have macadamia milk which is a rare favourite. Their gluten free/vegan chocolate mint cookie is delicious!

In a city with a lots of coffee shop, this surely is something different. Coffee in a book store. It’s an ambience to experience and a Good concept. Firstly, I tried Mocha here and it was good. They have like 5 options in coffee. Very limited food other than some pastries, obviously they don’t want food to ruin books. They had some vegan options too. The interior decor with old books around you with a coffee mug in your one hand and a book on your other is unexplainable feeling.. They have old and new book in two floor building. The book collection is really good and well organized. The staffs were really friendly and knowledgeable. There is parking in the side and also street parking in the front which was really helpful.

Been shopping with NRML for years now and recently I received a Scratch and Win card in my order and I figured might as well tell people what I really think about this store. Overall best option for the wide selection of products they have and also good customers service, shipping time was fast and the product was packaged securely. Bottom line up front: I fully recommend Mumbai Masala Grill based on food and service alone. Parking: minimal street parking. Wait time: I went on a Sunday at 17h00 and I had a table immediately. Service: the host was friendly and polite. The wait staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. They came around about every 15 minutes to check that everything was alright; I really appreciated the wonderful hospitality. Noise: there was some nice Indian music playing at just the right volume: loud enough to be enjoyed, but not so loud that people needed to raise their voices to hear each other. Aesthetics: it’s an Indian restaurant so there was obvious cultural artwork and decor, but there seemed to be an eclectic mix of eastern asian influence as well. The restaurant was pleasing, but they could probably enhance their appeal by choosing one theme and going with that rather and an eclectic mix. Comfort: the tables and chairs were comfortable and well spaced. The temperature was also pleasant at about 21 or 22°C. Drink: They had three different Indian beers available in bottles: cheetah light/dark and kingfisher. All three are good in my humble opinion. There were plenty of other options on the menu, but those were the three specifically Indian options. Food: great selection and large portions. There are many vegetarian options and meals with meat. I ordered the tandoori meat platter and it was delicious but far too much for one person. I’m not complaining; but next time I go I would probably share one dish with a second person. The naan bread is good too. I was quite pleased with the food. Price: most dishes are $18-$20. The meat platter was $30, but again, it was a platter and that’s not an exaggeration. You could easily split it between two adults. Washroom: not wheelchair accessible. It was down a flight of stairs and there is no elevator option. The washroom was clean, but in need of a renovation. Conclusion: with a little work on aesthetics and a renovated, wheelchair friendly washroom; I would happily give Mumbai Masala Grill five stars.

It was one of the best buffet I ever had. Lots of options. Everything was fresh. We were there around 11:00 am and it started getting occupied pretty fast. Most of them went for the buffet. My wife loved dal makhani, chicken, pani puri, I loved tandoori chicken, mutton curry and deserts. The fruit selection were top notch.

Overall, with some updates to the decor and washroom, this spot would easily earn five stars.

Great store to visit for any comprehensive geography or mapping needs! The staff is helpful also which is a plus. I was able to find specific maps of Europe, which I was looking for as as well as general political maps of the world. There’s also a large assortment of country flags available for purchase.

A Great Dedicated To Maps Store I brought my son here to this place so that he could choose his "birthday" present back in Sept 2023. This store offers a variety of maps and map-related merchandise, souvenirs, toys, globes, etc. I had come here before few years ago but the reception wasn't as great. However on my last visit staff were more friendly and assisted my son to find what he was looking for. I still recommend this place.

Love hitting World of Maps before a trip for language and geography tips! Most recently, my sisters' in laws visited and only speak Brazilian Portuguese. the phrase book I picked up was SO helpful. Great staff and selection, highly recommend.

This is indeed a wide world of Maps! Every kind of map - world cities, countries, hiking and canoeing - is on offer. The staff are friendly and helpful. In a world of narrow GPS way finding, there is nothing like a map to see the big picture.

Let me start by saying that this place has the best cakes and choco stuff in the city. BUT, if u are visiting them on a chilly afternoon and you want to use their bathroom, its a NO GO. They have a bathroom at the back but they will not let u use it. I was told it was not for customers. If you run a business, you can let your customer use your bathroom. Thats basic. The chocolate here tastes divine! I love the medium dark bars with cranberries and the ‘pink’ chocolate bars with almond slivers! They also make the most wonderful chocolate shaped hand bags and high heels-perfect for a gift!

Such a beautiful place. Came here for a pottery lesson with my mom and had such an amazing experience. We were able to create three different pieces and pick one of our favourites to be finished. Our instructor was Joanna and she was amazing!! Super nice and explained the whole pottery process really well! Cant wait to come back and pick up the finished piece!

Great place to take a pottery class in Ottawa! The staff is friendly and the design of the place is artistic/hip. My friend and I took a class last week and really enjoyed it. Although it was challenging it was also relaxing/ therapeutic at the same time. Since it was our first time we learned how to make bowls. After you complete your piece they bake it and allow you to choose a glaze of your choice. I can’t wait to see how mine turns out after it’s complete! My only cons would be that they do not provide you with aprons so make sure you wear something you are okay with getting messy and 2 hours felt short. Overall great experience and I will be returning in the future!

The folks at Victoire are so friendly and helpful! I went in store after seeing items online that piqued my interest. They pulled a similar item from the same brand for me to try on for size, and then ordered and shipped the item within a few days. I received so many compliments on the specific jumpsuit that I wore to an event — great service, unique pieces and supporting local!

Bought two A Bronze Age bags and they are beautiful! Couldn’t find the colours anywhere else. The team was also so quick to respond to a minor question about my order. Will definitely be purchasing from them again!

At Victoire, I ALWAYS get the same -outstanding- level of service by Bobbie regardless of making a purchase or not. After multiple times in, I finally purchased two lovely pieces with her yesterday. Used to be better. Now it’s hit and miss. And the service is the same: before employees used to greet you and help you. Last time I went in no one said anything to me until I brought my purchase to the register and the first thing they said wasn’t hello, it was “do you need a bag?” Hmmm. Not impressed.

I love this store! A wonderful shop with beautiful clothing and accessories. They have their own line of tshirts and jewelry which I love. The designers they carry make beautiful dresses, tops, bags, and jewelry. The atmosphere is bright, open concept, and so pleasant. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend stopping in. A go-to for myself and for gifts for family and friends.

I just recently found an amazing store in Hintonburg, it's called Flock Boutique! As soon as i walked in, was greeted by a friendly face and got loads of helpful info like how EVERYTHING is CANADIAN MADE!! there are also over 100 designers that cater to different body shapes, sizes and figures. Although there were some dresses that were a bit out of my price range, i did find a bunch of cute items that were extremely reasonably priced. Also, it is an amazing place to find unique gifts for everyone. For anyone who hasn't gone, I would definitely recommend you check it out, you WILL NOT be disappointed ;) CHEERS!

Whenever I need to add a piece to my capsule wardrobe I can't wait to jump in my car and head down to Flock Boutique in Wellington West Village. The store is beautifully curated with a wide array of sizes, styles, prints and colours. I truly believe that almost anyone could find something they would look truly gorgeous in! One thing I love about Shopping at Flock is that the people are wonderful; customers and staff alike. It is not uncommon for me to head into shop and see a 20 and 60 year old ladies shopping side by side, giving style tips and complimenting each other. I also enjoy the fact that all the collections carried at Flock are made ethically in Canada and I can find names I know and trust like Jennifer Glasgow or Mandala Designs and discover new designers such as Cherry Bobin or 3rd Floor Studio. I also love that Flock carries high quality Canadian goods, but in an approachable and welcoming environment with no sales pressure. More than that, the girls will take the time to help me select pieces I truly love. They are always extremely knowledgeable about size and fit and are lovely to be around. There is nothing I don't love about going to Flock!

Hands down, my favourite shop in Ottawa. My 13 year-old needed an outfit for a special occasion and it made my heart glad to know that she could shop in a space that is explicitly body-positive, full of beautiful, locally made clothes with a rad ‘best-friend vibe’. Highly recommend Flock Boutique for anyone looking for quality apparel and a happy shopping experience.

I ordered a couple of bracelets online and by the packaging alone it was very clear that Green Spirit handles every order with care. From the hand written thank you to the carefully wrapped bracelets. Definitely would recommend shopping with them.

Such a beautiful gem in Manotick! They have so many different crystals you can choose from and the staff is so kind. The store is absolutely beautiful inside and out, you will find exactly what you're looking for here, will for sure be returning for all my crystal needs!

Great customer service, and the place is very cute when I entered. I accidentally paid for shipping when I wanted to pick it up and the girl there was very kind and let me know that I would be getting a refund ASAP. This was my first time buying from here and I found it very nice I just wasn't expecting the crystals to be so little. I guess I fooled myself when ordering online but I know now that when I do want to buy them I should go ahead and choose myself in store. They are very pretty though and no matter the size I am still pleased. They also gave me a free incense stick in both my packages which was a very nice surprise. Will definitely be coming back but this time I'll go ahead and schedule an appointment so that I can choose my own crystals and which resonate to me most as well as maybe take in the beautiful aesthetic that the shop has to offer.

Great stock and amazing prices. Perfect location near Barrhaven (10 minutes) for those who don’t want the hassle of driving downtown. Free parking in a shopping centre nearby, and the area is very scenic.

Fantastic low key market in old Ottawa East. Lots of organic produce. Baked goods and Gelato!

Decent selection for a very small market, though a lot of vendors are fairly expensive for in season produce. Hours are very short, but early bird gets the worm, I guess! I enjoy the variety of vendor types, also. It’s nice to get veggies, fruits, bread, and preserves all in one easy trip.

I like most of what they sell. Bread is of best quality, they also offer gluten free cookies and bread, as well. Fruits and vegetables are fresh and organic. Honey apple is delicious. They have eggs and frozen poultry and meat hormone free. Moreover, There are well done carpets with a reasonable price. I have already got a couple. Furthermore, to make it an enjojable experience, they have live music.

Fresh vegetables front the farms, grass fed beef and organic pork what's not to absolutely love! Try the farm fresh apple products and the Nordic bakery for things to keep you going back. a favorite Saturday excursion.

We love it. We buy almost all our food there. certainly a very large part of our veggies. a couple of great stalls for meat too
