I didn't realize that a shoppe with only Christmas stuff could be so fun. There are tons of different types of ornaments and Christmas decor and it's an absolutely massive little shop. Tons to look at, nice little clearance selection in the back, some unique stuff as well. You can get custom name-painted ornaments too! Fun place to shop!
Nick J — Google review
This shop has been a staple of our family trips to NOTL for over 20 years. We moved to Montreal a few years ago snd still make this a ‘go to’ .. to pick up a special ornament for ourselves, a family member, a house gift for a friend or just add that unique piece that you’ll only find here. They’re celebrating 40 years.. come celebrate along.

Just Christmas is a charming store filled with holiday magic all year round. The variety of ornaments and decorations is amazing, and the staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful. It’s a must-visit for anyone who loves Christmas!

We take a trip or 2 to NOTL every year and look forward to stopping at this store every time. Makes you feel good to feel the atmosphere of Christmas in this store. Such a great selection of all things Christmas and great staff too. A must see if your ever in the area.

Candy store
Maple Leaf Fudge is a must-visit spot in Niagara-on-the-Lake, offering delectable sweet treats since 1967. This quaint shop specializes in small-batch fudge and nut brittles, available in over 20 flavors. Visitors can watch the skilled staff craft the fudge using traditional methods with copper kettles and marble slabs. In addition to their unique fudge varieties, Maple Leaf Fudge also offers maple syrup products and ice wine chocolates.
Great fudge shop with the sweet aforementioned confectionary made on-site. We tried a few varieties and they were quite tasty, but you can't go wrong with the classic maple flavor. I doubt you can go wrong here!
Nick J — Google review
I tried the chocolate fudge from Caledonia Fair — it was amazing! Smooth, rich, and creamy with that premium homemade taste. Definitely a must-try treat at the fair. 🍫✨
Himani H — Google review
Wanted to love this, but it was a fail. The fudge was just not good, way too sugary and had no maple taste. I felt like I was just eating butter and sugar. Went to another fudge place nearby that was a lot better. The woman at the store’s attitude also did not help, haha but that’s not as important as the actual fudge which is a hard pass.
April Z — Google review
We stopped in here during the Ice Wine Festival. The lady working behind the counter is so nice, we had a great conversation with her while we were deciding on what to get. We loved the Skor fudge, and the Butter Pecan fudge and Cashew Brittle were good too! Lots of good choices here!
Mike J — Google review
Wonderful, family owned store with unbeatable fudge. This last visit had the bonus of Cadbury Creme Eggs near the register (the Canadian ones are so good)! They also have a nice selection of maple flavored items; I picked up some tea, and a couple jars of maple caramel. This shop is a must-do every time I’m in the area!
Linda T — Google review
How could you NOT have a good experience here - the fudge is exceptional. The staff were very friendly and provided samples to help us make our selection - we bought three different types of fudge to bring back with us to Kingston. Yum!
Kenneth M — Google review
Their fudge is delicious. You can buy them by half or full pieces. My favourite flavour is the Maple Chocolate Swirl. The staff is a little intimidating since she doesn't smile and doesn't come off as friendly.

We found out about this fudge place as they went to our local fair for years! I recently had the chance to attend their store in NOTL. Lots of flavours and decent prices.

Ice cream shop
When you find yourself wandering the charming streets of Niagara-on-the-Lake, a visit to COWS Ice Cream is an absolute must. This delightful ice cream shop, originally hailing from Prince Edward Island since 1983, has become a beloved staple for both locals and tourists alike. With over 30 unique flavors to choose from—like the whimsical Moonicorn and the indulgent Gooey Mooeyburnt sugar caramel—you’re in for a treat!
I had a great experience COWS—the ice cream was truly special with an authentic taste that stood out. You could tell it was made with care and quality ingredients. A must-try for anyone who enjoys rich, traditional flavors in their dessert. I’ll definitely be going back for more!
Dennis J — Google review
If you're looking for an ice cream shop that goes above and beyond, COWS Niagara-On-The-Lake is definitely worth a visit! They boast a huge variety of flavors, so you're sure to find something that tickles your fancy. I highly recommend stopping by if you're craving an ice cream that's both delicious and picture-perfect. I grabbed my cone and found a bench nearby, and let me tell you, enjoying that sweet treat while surrounded by the beautiful town scenery made it taste twice as good! It's the perfect combination of great ice cream and charming ambiance.
송명후 — Google review
Such a beautiful ice cream shop!! If you come to Niagara-ON-The-Lake, COWS is the perfect place for a yummy snack! Their ice cream feels so natural and there is a great selection of flavours. My favourite was the strawberry sorbet paired with the walnut-covered cone. Although there was a huge lineup, their staff is so quick and efficient which makes the wait time go smoothly. Their staff is also very polite and nice, and their customer service is exceptional, they don’t rush you and will give you good recommendations if you are unsure of their flavours. There are no washrooms inside, but there are very clean public washrooms just around the corner behind the courthouse (less than 1 min walk away). This place is well worth the hype!! I would definitely come back! 🤍🍦
Kenia R — Google review
Cows definitely puts the creaminess in ice cream! Stopped by for a couple of scoops and really enjoyed how heavily creamy they were. Tried the Moo Crunch and PEI Blueberry on cones, and liked how the flavours came through and how they weren't overly sweet. Only quibbles were the blueberries were too icy and the cones were a bit hard. But overall, really enjoyed. This is the perfect spot to stop by and grab a scoop to make that walk along Queen Street even more enjoyable.
David Y — Google review
What a cute shop - there was a pretty big line up even on a weeknight! The wait was quick though… we only waited about 10 minutes to be served and pay. The store is filled with cute merchandise - if you’re an impulsive buyer;m, you might be in trouble slowly zigzagging toward the ice cream counter! They don’t have regular cones but their sugar cones were delicious! We had the chocolate dipped ones. We had a Vanilla cone and a PEI Blueberry cone. Well worth the money!! Be prepared if you’re buying for a family 😉
Nanc.y.b — Google review
Went here after seeing so many rave reviews. There was a long line that stretched all the way to the back door, but it moved fairly quickly—we waited about 15 minutes. We ordered three double scoops: the coconut cream pie and maple walnut were standouts—creamy and just the right amount of sweetness. We also got chocolate and vanilla, which were classic and safe choices. Overall, the ice cream isn’t overly sweet, which I liked. That said, it was good—but honestly, a bit overrated.
Wei ( — Google review
Cow’s Ice Cream is absolutely exceptional and truly worth the hype! It’s a must-visit when you’re in the Niagara-on-the-Lake area. We tried a couple of samples before choosing a scoop of Maple Walnut (because, Canada!) and the Wowie Cowie—both were outstanding. One of the highlights was watching the waffle cones being made fresh from scratch. Even better, you can have them decorated with sprinkles, chocolate chips, or other fun toppings, which makes the treat feel extra special. The staff worked really hard to keep the long line moving, and they did it with such friendliness and efficiency. This spot is basically a souvenir shop and ice cream parlor all in one—the adjoining shop is full of playful, cow-themed merchandise that makes the visit even more fun. There are entrances at both the front and back, which is super convenient. A quick note: there isn’t any seating inside or outside, so be ready to grab your cone and stroll the beautiful streets of Niagara-on-the-Lake while you enjoy.
Connie K — Google review
Of all the flavors we got, the mango sorbet was my favorite! On a very hot summer day, it was a cool breeze! We knew it was popular, but we weren't expecting such a long line. Thankfully, it didn't take too long for our turn, & we got inside the store soon enough. The server who made my sundae was polite & dedicated to offering me all the options without rushing too much. The flavor options were great, like the peach melba.

Candy store
Chocolate shop
Japanese confectionery shop
Located on Queen Street, Olde Tyme Candy Shoppe is a delightful stop for those with a sweet tooth. Upon entering, visitors are greeted by the nostalgic aroma of sweets and a friendly shopkeeper ready to guide them through an array of confections. The shelves are adorned with colorful candies, chocolate-coated treats, and jars filled with assorted delights that evoke childhood wonder. It's a place where both kids and adults can revel in the joy of exploring classic and new confectionery items.
Make sure you have lots of time on your hands beforehand ~ this candy shop is stocked to the max, they are even using the ceiling to show off Pez dispensers and other stuff. You will be sure to find candies from past, collectables, and all the newer treats. They also have a lot of candies from other countries. Some of the candy is considerably higher priced than other stores might have them but it is so convenient to buy everything you’d ever want from here that it’s easy to forget the price tag. They also have a good selection of plush toys. If you go to the back - you’ll even find some old arcade games!
Nanc.y.b — Google review
Super cool old-time candy shoppe with an INCREDIBLE selection. Sweet stuff, spicy stuff, and literally tons of candy for all types. I would say that this place is hazardous with young kids, especially indecisive ones, because it takes them a long time to choose from the amazing selection inside. From the front it seems small but it keeps going and going! Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and there's absolutely no way you'll leave without a tasty little treat (or three)
Nick J — Google review
There was so much to see in this candy shop. I was able to get candies and chocolate from not only when I was a kid and I won’t tell you how old I am lol but also from the UK and other places. Loved it
CHYRLE — Google review
I love their selection, they truly have something for everyone. From drinks to chocolate to gummies to even a jelly bean wall. I love coming here. It is a bit expensive but what else are you going to expect from a small candy shop that has candy from all over? I overall love it here and the workers are so happy to help and are very kind.
Jenna W — Google review
Candy!!? 🍬🍬🍬 Lots of great selection and very friendly and helpful staff. Rare stuff, imports and unusual novelty items. Very easy to run up the bill but lots of little things available if you just want a quick easy treat.

Thought I was in Sweetie Heaven ! Noticed the renovation since last time I was here. Great service as always. Any kind of sweet you'll find here from Canada, UK, USA, Asia . Great selection and so many to choose from . Love the gift tins and items I hadn't seen in years 👌 Wasn't too busy at the time I was there, so was able to take my time and not feel rushed. I'll enjoy my bonbons and jazzies from the 🇬🇧 paid street parking is on both sides of the town.
K — Google review
Stepping into this charming old-fashioned candy shop was like taking a delightful trip back to my childhood! The nostalgic atmosphere, complete with colorful jars of classic sweets and delightful treats, brought back so many fond memories. The selection is fantastic, featuring both timeless favorites and unique candies you don’t see every day. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a sweet escape and a taste of yesteryear, this candy shop is a must-visit!

Large candy and snacks store located in Niagara on the Lake. They sell many snacks that you won't find in normal grocery stores, some which are from other countries. They also have an arcade with retro games in the back. Interesting store to walk around even if you're not into junk food. They have a smaller store located in Clifton Hill.

Peller Estates Winery and Restaurant is a chic, contemporary dining spot located within the upscale Peller Estates Winery. The restaurant offers farm-to-table cuisine paired with wines produced on-site. With its warm and inviting ambiance, the restaurant has garnered attention from both patrons and critics alike. The menu is thoughtfully curated with seasonal offerings sourced from local farms, forests, and waters.
My visit to Peller Estates Winery and Restaurant was an absolute delight! Thanks to the beautiful weather, simply being there was a wonderful experience in itself. The wines were delicious, and our guide, Johnny, was exceptionally professional and friendly, making the tasting experience truly informative and enjoyable. A particular highlight was the opportunity to sample ice wine in a dedicated special area – that really stood out! Don't forget, the tasting glass you're given is yours to keep after the tour, so make sure to take it home as a souvenir. If you're looking to explore expansive vineyards, enjoy delicious wines, and see a pristine winery, I highly recommend Peller Estates. It's a fantastic place for wine lovers and those looking for a beautiful day out.

We ordered the 5-course tasting menu, each beautifully paired with a glass of wine. Every dish and wine pairing was absolutely delightful — full of flavor and thoughtfully crafted. The service was warm and attentive, which made us feel truly cared for throughout the evening. The setting is simply stunning: dining while overlooking the vast, serene vineyard was such a peaceful and memorable experience. The interior design is equally impressive, especially the striking wall behind the counter, which adds to the charm of the space. Overall, it was an experience filled with joy, beauty, and a deep sense of appreciation — I would love to return again and again.

My husband and I had the opportunity to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary at Peller Estates with our children. The fine dining at The Winery Restaurant was above and beyond expectation from start to finish. Sybille, their lovely hostess, was so kind and welcoming when we arrived. We appreciate her hospitality and kind demeanour. As we were sat, our lovely waitress Julie made our celebration a night to remember. Sparkling wine for my husband and I and two sparkling apple juices for our children (ages 10 and 14). Our 3 course dinner prix fixe meal was divine. We can cannot wait to return next time. I would highly recommend their East Coast Digby Scallop Crudo and their Signature Lobster Linguine. For dessert, their Mille-Feuille were also excellent paired with of course their Signature Series Oak Aged Vidal. Thanks to you Kayla Wall, hospitality manager for ensuring our special night was one to be remembered. Until next time!
Stephie — Google review
I really enjoyed the tour at Peller Winery. It was a great experience to learn more about wines and how they are made, especially since I am not very knowledgeable about wine. The guide was very friendly and willing to explain even the simplest things, which made the visit even better. The wines were delicious and I loved that they gave us the tasting glasses as a gift because they are so pretty. The only downside for me was that the shop prices felt a bit high but overall everything was beautiful and worth the visit.
Manuela H — Google review
Peller Estates in Niagara on the Lake is a stunning winery with beautifully maintained grounds and a touch of grandeur. We booked the guided tour, which began a bit slowly outside as we learned about the vineyard’s history and winemaking process. Thankfully, things picked up and became much more engaging as we moved indoors and explored behind the scenes. The highlight was definitely the 10 Below Ice Lounge. It was an unforgettable experience that was really cool 🥶 both literally and metaphoricallyl! They give you large parkas to wear to warm things up a bit. It was such a fun way to end the tour! The wines themselves were enjoyable and reflective of the Niagara region's charm. Overall, it was a memorable experience that started off a little snooze worthy 😴 and finished on a positive note. Highly recommend adding Peller Estates to your Niagara-on-the-Lake wine itinerary!

🍷🍾The wine selection was exceptional, with a fantastic range of reds, whites, and sparkling wines. The Icewine, of course, was a highlight—rich, smooth, and unlike anything else. 🍴🥩The set menu at their restaurant was simply delicious. If you're looking for a winery experience that combines great wine, fantastic food, and beautiful surroundings, Peller Estate is the place to be. I’ll definitely be back for another round of wine and food pairing!

Our group of six had an absolutely fantastic time at Pellar Estate! The winery tour was informative and engaging. Our guide was knowledgeable and made the experience so enjoyable. The wines were delicious, and we loved learning about the winemaking process. After the tour, we had lunch, and the food was outstanding! Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly paired with their wines. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, and the beautiful weather made it even more special. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend Pellar Estate for anyone looking for a great wine-tasting experience, delicious food, and a lovely setting. We’ll definitely be back! A perfect day out with friends! 🍷☀️

Great experience! Peter, our guide was knowledgeable, helpful, funny and engaging. I spent $45++ pp for two of us, and they offered 4 types of samples (bubbly, white wine, red wine, and their famous ice wine) There’s also water and juice for those who don’t wish to drink. They also offered jackets for the -10 degree room (decor made with ice) which was considerate and a fun experience. There’s lots of time for photos and they allow you to roam around freely in the whole winery. There’s also a restaurant which I did not try, but the vibes seem amazing. Highly recommend for bachelorettes, a couple date or for tourist!!! Customer service was great, I was running behind for my 2pm appointment due to traffic and road closures so I called the winery to reschedule and give me the 3pm slot on a Monday, which they were more than happy to do and I am glad I could enjoy the full tour with my mother. Free parking is a plus!

Located in the heart of Niagara, Il Gelato di Carlotta brings the authentic taste of Italian gelato to Canada. The family-run establishment prides itself on using top-quality ingredients and traditional methods to create a wide variety of flavors without any artificial additives. Visitors can indulge in a diverse menu featuring breakfast pastries, butter tarts, and savory pies from Niagara Home Bakery.
Stopped by Il Gelato di Carlotta today for a cappuccino and loved it. The coffee was delicious, and the space is beautiful—bright, airy, and thoughtfully designed in white and yellow tones. It’s also air-conditioned, which was a great bonus on a warm day. I really appreciated the artwork on display by local artists—such a nice touch and a great way to support the community. Tip: they do have a bathroom, just ask the staff for the key. Can’t wait to come back and try the gelato next

We had a great experience! The ice cream was delicious, with a wide variety of flavors to choose from, and they also offer fresh baked goods and pastries. The service was friendly and efficient. What a wonderful spot to sit and enjoy fabulous cappuccino with a croissant! This place is such a gem as they make their own baked goods with traditional values and proudly serving their authentic Italian baked goods. And the coffee! So damn good! Your taste buds will enjoy the feast of flavours from chocolate to almond, pistachio, hazelnuts… their gelatos are as sinful! If you love freshly baked goods and enjoy richness mixed with light pastry, this is the place to visit! They are also offering vegan and gluten free as well as sugar free options. I can’t wait to visit your shop again!

Amazing to see the new space! Everyone was amazingly kind and generous as always. I was sad I wouldn’t be able to get my walker into the building, but seeing the new space I got it up and didn’t feel like I was using so much space. I am impressed with the staff and of course the food. I ate my food before I could take a photo! Oh no. lol. Again amazing. I had a double affogato with after 8 ice cream and a lemon croissant. I might stay longer and try a soup! I can’t wait to try the Port Dulhousie space soon! Ok so I stayed for some pasta. lol. And a tart for later. A small serving but a serving that was delicious. So impressed.

Absolutely delicious gelato! The flavors are so authentic and creamy, just like in Italy. Every scoop tastes fresh and made with love. Bakery
Sandwich shop
Budapest Bakeshop is a must-visit for those with a sweet tooth or a craving for savory delights. This bakery specializes in the traditional Hungarian chimney cake, a cylindrical confection with over 300 years of history. From classic flavors like cinnamon sugar to innovative combinations such as Nutella and walnut, there's something to satisfy every palate.
We tried turkey sandwiches and the original with Nutella & pistachio (normally they don't have options like that but they made it for me) THERE WERE AMAZING 🫠Amazing Amazing Amazing! I just want to never finish a turkey sandwich. The best sandwich I've ever eaten in my life. 🩷
Ayça S — Google review
Came here while visiting a friends wedding, and got a turkey sandwich. Was pretty busy, but expected since it was a Saturday around lunch time. Solid choice for lunch in a tourist spot! I'd say if you aren't too hungry, skip the sandwich and just get one of the chimneys with a dip since that's normally much faster.

My husband and I are visiting Canada for the first time to see Niagara Falls and we stopped in Niagara-on-the-Lake for boutique shopping and a snack. When I walked past Budapest Bakery and saw the words "chimney cakes" I had to see what that was all about! I went inside and it smelled like a fresh-baked heaven. I ordered the Sausage Chimney for my husband and I to share and it was amazing! The Hungarian sausage had a robust flavor, but not overpowering, and it went so well with the delicious, soft freshly baked Aged Cheddar Chimney. Also to note, the Sausage Chimney came with a side of sport peppers and yellow mustard packets. I LOVE sport peppers, so that was a pleasant surprise! I highly recommend stopping here if you're in the area! Worth all the calories.

Never had bakery bread quite like this before! The chimney shape alone makes it stand out. I tried the cinnamon, the classic, and two savory options — all turned out extraordinary. If I had to pick, the cinnamon and sausage are my top votes, but honestly, everything was flavorful and so satisfying. This spot is definitely on my Ontario favorites list for a weekend getaway or staycation. I’ll be back next time I’m in Niagara-on-the-Lake this fall.

Great take out spot offering both savoury and sweet options. Traditional chimney cakes with sausage or any sweet chimney cakes. they are all made in house and offered until they sell out. the line could get long depending on time of year and day. Also, it is not uncommon for the shop to get hit with an unexpected tour bus or get busier than anticipated and sell out before their closing hours. We have never had a bad experience here, the fair is always good and fresh. Recently tried one of their walnut rolls and it was delicious.

Yummy and Fresh chimney cakes! We tried the Jalapeño cheese chimney cake and it tasted great. Cute little shop at Niagara on the lake. They have variety of flavors for chimney cake and many options for sandwiches as well. Highly recommend if visit the beautiful town!

Amazing sweet and savory dishes. We had the coconut cheesecake one and the herb and cheese one in a chicken pesto sandwich special. Both were AMAZING. They were so good we picked up a third to go to have the next day. Highly recommend.

Greaves Jams is a quaint and family-owned gourmet grocery store that specializes in locally sourced jams and marmalades. This store is a must-go for anyone looking to buy some of the regions delicious jams and preserves.
You'll probably end up buying more jam than you thought possible and you'll be better off for it. Their jam is great, they have a zillion flavors some accessories and other goodies. No scone is safe at greaves.

A very cute store with lots of jam and jelly options. The taste was too sweet for my liking, the sugar almost overcame the fruit’s taste -that’s the reason for 4-stars. However they are preserved very well, none of the jars I bought had taste or texture change. Besides jellies and jams the store has other products which would also make great gift options!

Absolutely love this place! I visit NOTL once a year just to restock on jams!

I'm sorry but there needs to be pectin in your jams! I tried 2 bottles of the Pure Blueberry Jam and water is thicker than your jam. Lol. I can't eat it on a sandwich cause it just runs everywhere 😩

What a fun little store! There is a huge variety of jams and marmalades, and they even give you tastes and samples. The decorations in the window are beautiful. Located in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake, you cannot miss this place. If you love jam or marmalade, make sure you give this place a visit. The staff are friendly and accommodating as well. Thanks for a great experience!

I bought the Jam Gift Box that includes 4 different jars of jam. It was a Mother's Day gift. The box it comes in is really nice and it made the jam jars look extra fancy :) My mother absolutely loved it. She tasted 2 jams so far out of the 4 and she gives it 2 thumbs up!

The gift shop Serendipity is a small, but well-stocked, store with a variety of unique items. The Little French Shoppe is a smaller and less well-known version of the same store, with similar offerings.
This was such a cute shop. The lady working there was very nice and we wound up getting several things for our kitchen.

This shop is most definitely worth a look, to see a lot of uniquely crafted items. The shop owner is very friendly and seems happy to take time to tell you about her cool offerings! Very cool!

So disappointed!!! We drove 1 hour to come but closed!!! We called their phone number and it says open 7 days a week, and the their google said it will be open, that how we came :(
Vivi C — Google review
Rude shop keeper lady! me and my mother came in here just to browse and we greeted the lady who ignored us completely and acted like we weren’t there (shop was completely empty btw). My mom said “well they see tourists every day” so we browsed a bit and didn’t leave. Then we stopped and left and I said “bye thank you have a nice day” and she still ignored me and turned her head away from me! I just don’t see how this could be a mistake if a store is empty. We are not white and i wonder if this was a factor, I myself have worked at a lot of shops and I would get fired for treating customers this way so I am comfortable dragging this woman on reviews even if this is small.. it upset my mother.. yea you guys need to work on your customer service it’s funny I see this mentioned on multiple other reviews as well so clearly I’m not the only person she’s treated like this

When I went shopping at Niagara on the Lake years ago I discovered these amazing stores. I bought some soaps at Serendipity that were on sale to try and was not disappointed. I went back near the end of summer to restock. This past weekend I went back and got some more soaps and even convinced my fiance to try the mens line of soaps that they have there. He is looking forward to trying it. I am looking forward to coming back again and stocking up. Also next door they have amazing kitchen finds as well as beautiful table clothes. I am excited to return with my Mom to get some Christmas gifts and stock myself up.

This used to be my favourite store in niagara on the lake, until today when we walked in we were not greeted nor acknowledged by the man working there. then we are browsing and another woman worker comes in to the store and says “folks i’m going to ask you to leave your drinks here because you don’t know what’s going to happen” only for her to pour coffee behind us. we were more than capable of holding our half empty starbucks cups but we found that very rude

The Outlet Collection at Niagara is an open-air shopping complex with over 100 brand-name outlets and trendy food truck eateries. It's a great stop for outlet shopping before heading to accommodations in Niagara on the Lake. Visitors can also explore nearby attractions such as Niagara College's Brewery and Winery, or Ravine Winery for some local wine and snacks.
Love coming to this mall! I travel approximately 2hrs to come here! Lots of stores with great deals to be had! Some stores offer amazing discounts others are ok. I always spend some time at the food court as they have some pretty awesome food choices or heck try the food trucks outside! Fun for the whole family but make sure you set a bit of time aside as they have a lot of things to check out!

writing this specifically for the Bravo food truck, the food was so good! we got grilled chicken and lasagna, genuinely the best grilled chicken I’ve ever had. the gentleman running the truck was super nice!! I loved chatting with him, he’s very down to earth, the food is also halal, fresh and healthy. luckily all the trucks outside serve halal food, but this one in particular is my favourite. the quantity is also a lot and worth the price compared to the food inside the building! highly recommend!! thanks again for the great conversation and food!

Niagara Outlet Mall is a must-visit if you’re in the area! The mall is huge with a fantastic selection of brands and stores, from fashion and sportswear to accessories and home items. You can easily spend hours exploring and finding great deals. The food court has plenty of choices, and there are also restaurants nearby if you want to sit down for a proper meal. Parking is very convenient with lots of spots, so you don’t have to worry even on busy days. Overall, it’s a great place for shopping, eating, and spending time with family or friends.
SHAKIL K — Google review
This is a nice outlet mall with stores from all major global retailers. Found the shops in this outlet mall to be better stocked, and the staff was definitely nicer than the outlet mall near Toronto. Hence would recommend stopping by at this mall on your way to and from Niagara Falls. There is plenty of parking across all sides of the mall. There is a children play area, ATMs, food and beverage shops around the mall. The mall does get crowded, however parking is a lot easier to find as compared to other similar malls.
Avais S — Google review
Very good Outlet Mall for shopping. Lots of brand name stores to choose from. The mall is mostly clothing retailers with the odd non clothes store tossed in. There is a food Court and food trucks if you get hungry.
Mike M — Google review
I visited this outlet completely by chance, and I must say it felt very cozy and atmospheric. My favorite stop was the Victoria’s Secret store, because I was really able to shop well there and find great deals for a small amount of money. The only downside for me is that the outlet overall doesn’t really stand out compared to others – apart from that one store, the selection felt pretty much the same as anywhere else. Will I come back? I don’t see much reason to travel specifically to Toronto just for this outlet, but if I’m nearby, I would definitely stop by again. Pros: cozy atmosphere, good variety, great Victoria’s Secret store Cons: nothing major, but overall it feels like a very standard outlet

Enjoyed the mall nice deals and discounts having all large brands a good stop while going to Naigara, available Starbucks, Mac Donald and other street food on mobile vans , I suggest all the ages can visit the place. NEOB Lavender Boutique is located in a lavender field near Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario and sells natural essential oils made with real lavender. The owners are lovely young people who are knowledgeable about the products and are always happy to answer any questions. This is an excellent place to buy lavender products, and you can also enjoy the intoxicating scent of this lovely flower while taking photos.
A very nice boutique lavender store. All their products are made directly from their owned farm which located at 933, Niagara Stone Rd. If you know how good the benefits of lavender? Definitely, you won’t be doubt to get it here. The smell is strong and pure from lavender flowers. I love their packaging and the scents. So nice, I found this shop of my favourite lavender scent.🥰😘 Next times, will visit their lavender farm.
Liliankuan K — Google review
Fell in love with NEOB Niagara from the moment we first discovered it about 10 years ago. I adore lavender 💜. It’s also a bonus that it’s woman owned. And the products - they’ve truly become part of my life. I can’t live without their tea light candles (burning one now… glorious lavender… yum!). Their lavender linen spray is part of my nightly wind-down. I mist my sheets and pillowcases every night. It’s such a relaxing, subtly fragrant way to signal sleep. I use their lavender laundry soap to wash special items like our sheets and towels. Extra cozy, extra comfort. Bonus: the lavender dryer bags are also amazing for those. Their rose geranium spray is something I always keep with me. It’s light, refreshing, and feels like a tiny self-care ritual. Especially lovely for moms. I keep one in each bathroom vanity at home and always travel with one in my bag. It’s perfect for misting on a plane or at the airport after a long travel day. I also travel with the tea lights. They’re nice and compact, and I pop one into my soapstone oil burner to bring a little calm wherever I’m staying. What really surprised me was how much my son enjoyed the boutique too. Normally when mommy shops, he’s swaying side to side going, “Mommy, I’m bored,” but not here. He was totally into smelling all the soaps and oils. It was such an olfactory delight for the whole family! We also loved trying their lavender cookies, popcorn, and honey. Such a treat. I’ve even ordered some to have at home. And it was really fun to show my son where lavender actually comes from, one of mommy’s favourite things 😍 The boutique itself has a quiet beauty to it. Natural wood, soft lighting, thoughtful displays. It doesn’t feel over-styled or forced. Just peaceful and grounded. You notice the scents, the textures, the light. I hope they always keep making the things I mentioned - the candles, the linen spray, the laundry soap and dryer bags, the rose geranium mist. They’ve become part of my home, my travels, my everyday rhythm 💜. And if they ever add lavender lemonade or lavender soft serve at their boutiques in the summertime - we’ll be first in line!! 😉

We stumbled upon this little boutique shop while on a weekend away in Niagara on the lake. Beautiful little shop with a huge array of products I can’t even begin to elaborate on. Definitely a must see if in the area. The shopkeeper was super knowledgable and helpful, and we picked up the pillow spray and one of the lavender shampoo. They have some fantastic looking gift baskets here that I’m sure anyone would love to receive or give. The smell while in here was incredible. ♥️ the great discovery! Thank you for a wonderful first experience in your shop!

THIS ADDRESS for 38 QUEEN IS THE STORE (Boutique) in the town. This is not the correct address for their Lavender farm which is at 933 Niagara Stone Road. The farm has another page on Google Maps with the correct address and photos. Please update the photos to include the boutique in the town. It’s misleading for tourists to drive all the way to the town and think the address is taking them to the farm.

Thank you Tracey? I visited in late July and you educated me on all the lavenders! I couldn’t decide without you. Thank you so much! I would come in this store every day if I could & just to see you too! I bought edible lavender for lemon cookies and pillow spray. I adore this shop!

We enjoyed our time at the lavender field. The wild flowers are quite beautiful and we.took many pictures. As we're traveling a long way, it didn't make sense to get a bouquet, but we did enjoy all the lovely products in the shop. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks for everything!
Genevieve G — Google review
Wanted to share this review for about the past month but I was waiting to give some feedback on the products I bought as well. The boutique is very easy to find with a wide range of products focusing on lavender but also combining it with complementary scents. Great options for both men and women but really everything is unisex for the most part. I did purchase the lavender water and ice cream which were both refreshing and delicious. For body I purchased the soap bar which is very refreshing and doesn’t dry my skin out. For home I bought the pillow mist which I love and find very calming. Customer service was great, informative but never pushy. Location is wonderful for taking pictures and gram friendly moments.

Lavender farm is one of the best place to spend a relaxing afternoon. Best bloom time are during early July. Harvest season toward end of July to early August. We came during harvest season to experience the lavender aroma in the air. Staff here are very nice and accommodating. The site boutique is a must see (attached pictures of few products they have) lots of great products to pumper your day. Parking is free. Entrance fee depends on which season. We only paid $5 for 2 adult and one child because it was almost end of season and they always say less bloom left as they are harvesting each day. You’ll be to judge from photos we got. They also provided us $6 credit towards any purchase at the boutique so to do the math we basically got free entrance that day. Take note that lavender flowers are tiny by nature and if ty go there with point and shoot smart phone, you got to plan at its greatest bloom season. For we do photography as a hubby, we tend to not worry about any season to visit as kind of know how to capture an angle to make them look at its best. Staff attitude is really a plus. That’s what makes us love the place. That promotes good moods prior to the start of your visit and it last till you got home. Hope this review helps on your future plans to visit this place.

Rocky Mtn Chocolate is a premium retailer that offers a wide range of high-quality chocolates, confections, cocoa, and gift baskets. Visitors often praise the superior quality of their chocolate compared to other competitors. The store provides an educational experience about Canadian chocolate, which is described as creamier and better-tasting. Despite being a luxury chocolate brand, customers find it worth the price. The staff are known for their patience and helpfulness in assisting customers with their selections.
Love this place! The enticing aroma of the chocolate is hard to resist when you’re inside. There is a good selection of chocolates to choose from. Something for all tastes. It’s a tad on the expensive side but if you love your chocolate then it’s a win win. Kelly was amazing. Very helpful, made suggestions and was very knowledgeable about the chocolates on sale. Ice creams were sold out (probably because it’s October). A good excuse to visit again. It’s a shame they stopped selling the Orange Peel Chocolate (which was what we came in for). Please bring it back!

Good service and smells great in the store. I appreciated how the employee working was making sure to keep the capacity of the store in check and following the maximum 3 people inside at a time. There were a lot of options for chocolate. And the employee was also able to answer questions about ingredients which was very helpful! Some options were a bit more pricey than originally anticipated though.
Vatika M — Google review
Clearly better chocolate than the other competitor. We love Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and visit one if its around where we're vacationing. But we got an education about the way Canada does chocolate and it is so much creamier, better tasting and you can tell the difference. Given the exchange rate I did not find this pricey. It is a luxury chocolate, and it was worth every penny. The staff here were extremely patient as I was overwhelmed with choices and trying to buy gifts. Kelly taught me a few things while she took care of me and wrapped our gifts a special way for us. She even offered to hold our items till we were done shopping because it was brutal hot out there and it would have melted. Amazing lady! Loved her! Jessica was great to helping us get our things and getting us our treats when we came to pick up our purchases. Never underestimate the power of customer service!!

We had the most incredible evening at NOTL Restaurant from the elegant atmosphere to the delicious food, everything was top-tier. But what truly made our night unforgettable was our server, Rebekah. Rebekah was an absolute gem, warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about creating a memorable experience. He has a very kind manner with an eye for detail. Our food was excellent, we ordered a few shareables for our dinner. It was a great experience. First time visiting NOTL Bar & Restaurant at Niagara-On-The-Lake. Was having dinner with a friend between two shows at the Shaw Festival. The patio was closed off when we first arrived for a wedding. Later the entire space was opened up once the ceremony finished revealing the beautiful indoor/outdoor space filled with light. We had the lobster dip to start and it was AMAZING!!! Our server Katie was delightful and attentive. We even discovered while talking with her that she has a day job with CHCH News as an associate producer. Would definitely come back again.

Cheese Secrets is a small shop that specializes in cheese and meat products. The owner, Xavier, is passionate about his work and is generous with both knowledge and cheese puns. He enjoys getting to know his customers and offers great recommendations for dishes to try out. If you're a fan of cheese, you need to visit Cheese Secrets!
This is a hidden gem. What a wonderful shop. Ralph and Cassandra really made our visit special with lovely conversation and tasty samples. They even gave us a wee freezer pack to keep our yummy goudas from getting too wirrim! Oh, they also sell fresh morel mushrooms and other delicacies. 😋

We loved coming across Cheese Secrets when walking around the area! Ralph was so kind and welcoming. The Gouda free samples were delicious, and you can’t leave without trying their freshly-made 7-cheese grilled cheese! 10/10 recommend for all cheese-lovers :)

I had a great time at Cheese Secrets eating sandwiches and chatting with Ralph about cheese! A real hidden gem just behind Queen Street, I'd highly recommend stopping in for lunch and trying some cheese. The grilled cheese sandwich is excellent. It has 7 different cheeses and a cheese skirt for added texture (who doesn't love some crispy cheese?).

This is the cutest cheese shop ever! There’s such a wonderful variety to browse, from classic cheeses to unique finds. I was there on a Friday hoping for fresh cheese curds, but they hadn’t arrived yet, so I settled on their little smokies of cheese instead—and they were delicious. We'll have to come back for the grilled cheese. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely worth a visit for any cheese lover!
Connie K — Google review
Amazing grilled cheese with a delicious grainy bread and multiple cheeses. The melted crispy cheese bits around the edges were my favorite. They had extremely welcoming and friendly staff. They have a wide cheese selection. I Picked up a couple local and imported cheddar.

If you love cheese, this place is truly a-moo-zing! My wife and I stopped into Cheese Secrets, and it turned out to be the brie-ghtest part of our trip to Niagara-on-the-Lake. Misha, the associate who helped us, was legend-dairy. Knowledgeable, friendly, and more helpful than we could have cheddar-dreamed. He guided us through cheeses we never thought we’d get to taste—every bite was feta-than the last! The custom charcuterie boards? Absolutely gouda-lous. The prices are fair, and the service and atmosphere have no whey of being matched anywhere else. Cheese Secrets isn’t just a shop, it’s a grate experience that’ll leave you feeling bleu-tifully happy. 🧀✨ We’ll definitely be back—this place is truly the big cheese!

While on vacation to the Niagara Falls area, we took a little drive and ended up in this area. Our 16 year old son spotted the Cheese Secrets sign, and off we went. I had to grab something from the vehicle, while my wife and sons were headed in. When I walked in, Ralph was entertaining and sharing his obvious joy for his job, while also "selling" us on trying their amazing 7 cheese grilled cheese. After a quick discussion, we decided we'd split one for a mid-afternoon snack. It was delicious! The cheese "hinge" between the pieces of bread was a nice touch! Even better than the sandwich, was the employee, Ralph, who absolutely loved his job and obviously just loves people, as he was a pleasure to visit with and easy to talk to! Great little shop, and Ralph has found his perfect match with his part time job!

Cheese Secrets is such a unique cheese store. I haven’t been to one like it. Amazing service, Ralph was very knowledgeable and super helpful. He gave samples of each cheese and they were all delicious. I tried the 7 cheese grilled cheese as well and it did not disappoint. 10/10 recommend stopping here

Victoria Teas & Coffees is a small-batch, family-owned and operated tea shop that has over 180 choices of blends and flavors. The store also has a gift shop and cafe to go, as well as dog-friendly policies. The scents of coffee are strong at Victoria Teas & Coffees, drawing customers in from the front door.
Very friendly staff gave treats to our doggy, that’s why we ended up bought so many things from here?😅 Well, they really have good variety of teas and coffees which hardly to find elsewhere. Beside this shop has everything you need related to tea and coffee making …..eg; teapot, coffee maker, filter, teacup, plates etc. Beside it has a cafe corner serving variety of hot tea and coffee
Liliankuan K — Google review
The most charming tea shop! In addition to the cafe area, there is a storefront with hundreds of tea blends, and each has a small tester jar of tea leaves that you can smell before buying. The employees were so nice too! I would 100% recommend visiting and bringing home some tea.
Brianna C — Google review
In summary, coffee smells good but tastes like water. I really wanted to love this Costa Rican Tarrazú coffee beans because the aroma is wonderful – rich, nutty, and inviting. Unfortunately, the flavor didn’t live up to the smell. No matter how I brewed it, the taste came through very thin and watery, with only a hint of acidity but no real depth. It smells like a bold coffee, but in the cup it feels more diluted than satisfying. If you prefer a very light, subtle brew this might work for you, but I personally found it lacking body and flavor compared to other coffees I’ve tried. My brother bought Hawaiian before and it was similarly disappointing.

When you walk in, it smells divine. There are TONS of options for tea and coffees to choose from. The staff are hit and miss but for the most part it’s a pleasant experience.

Very nice coffee and tea house. I was overwhelmed with the variety. It was quite impossible to decide what I wanted. I settled on these two. I wished I picked up more though. The staff were quite friendly and inviting. I hope to comeback again and try more coffee.

Coming from Montréal, Victoria’s Teas & Coffees is on our Niagara Bucket List every time we’re in the area .. bar none. Regular and flavoured coffees sound quirky, but the flavours are exceptional, and the teas, are simply ‘tea-licious,’ delightful, they’re spontaneous. 😀👍You’re sure to find the right mix to suit your palate and your needs. Victoria’s Teas and Coffees, aka Victoria Gallery, offers an amazing selection for morning, afternoon, or evening. Think of a blend.. they have it! That, along with samples in store, easy delivery if needed, and the most helpful staff ‘on the strip’ in NOTL. Don’t pass up the most fruity, the most fun, coffees and teas you’ll ever find. Our favorites.. Angel’s Whispers, Fireside Blend, and Brandy Icewine. The list only grows. A trip to NOTL is not complete without a stop at Victoria’s Teas & Coffees.
Jerry S — Google review
It's ok. Packaged teas over priced and very little tea in the bags...if you like weak tea. OK. If you buy actual tea from England and Ireland it's nice and strong and the bags have twice as much tea in them. Better price too, even imported. Coffee variety great if you like flavored coffee. You can get a cup of one of the 6 or so big thermos poured varieties made fresh. Baked goods not very good. Older ladies in the store watch you like a hawk and make you feel like your going to steal something! Yikes, back off sisters.

Located in Niagara-on-the-Lake, the OLiV Tasting Room is a must-visit for food enthusiasts. They take pride in offering authentic Extra Virgin Olive Oil that is free from any chemical alterations. With an impressive selection of over 60 flavors of olive oil and balsamic vinegars, this spot is sure to elevate your culinary creations. Visitors rave about the friendly and accommodating staff, as well as the exceptional customer service provided by the store.
If you're at Niagara-On-The-Lake, you should definitely stop by and pick up a bottle of their superb fusion of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. They have a plethora of flavors for you to choose from. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I ended up taking home two bottles of the dark balsamic vinegar. One was the Cask 18 (great dressing for steak sandwiches on a ciabata roll), while the other was the Strawberry. Really worth going back to.
Keith O — Google review
A bottle of olivs balsamic vinegar is usually $24 for 375 mL but we got a sale for $12 for the chocolate raspberry so it was a great deal. Otherwise, it’s kind of pricey, but the flavors are amazing and there’s so many varieties that are fun to choose from. You get free samples and the staff are very nice. It’s in the heart of the shopping district on Queen Street. Metered parking.
Karina K — Google review
Have been ordering their vinegars for years online! So nice to sample in person. Raspberry, pomegranate, strawberry peach and spicy mango are a must try!
Rita J — Google review
We walked into OLiV based on a glowing recommendation from my sister. I was with my young son and the rest of my family, excited to browse the unique selection of oils, vinegars, and artisanal condiments. My son, curious and wide-eyed, was reading the labels aloud — fascinated by flavors he’d never encountered before. As we moved toward the tasting area, he pointed at the small plastic tasting cups, intrigued, and asked if he could try one. Before I had a chance to explain, we were abruptly cut off by an older, blonde staff member wearing glasses. She snapped at my child — "You can't touch those." He hadn’t touched anything. He was just curious. But her tone and delivery startled him — and frankly, stunned me. Rather than escalate or subject him to further hostility, I told him we’d step outside while the rest of the family continued browsing. Initially, I wondered if her reaction had something to do with bias — I’d hoped it hadn’t. But as we were leaving, I overheard her speaking to another couple (who weren’t people of color) asking a perfectly reasonable question about the origin of the balsamic vinegar. Her answer? Condescending and dismissive: "Well, since you don’t seem to know, there are only two places in the world where they make it." That’s when it became clear — this wasn’t personal. This was simply how she treats people: with a dated, rigid, and unnecessarily cold approach. To be fair, the rest of our group was helped by a different, much friendlier staff member, and they purchased two bottles of olive oil and a truffle-flavored salt. The products themselves are high quality — no argument there. But here's the problem: excellence in product doesn’t give you a pass on poor service. If anything, it demands better. No one wants to spend money in a place where curiosity is treated as nuisance and questions are met with snobbery. OLiV, you’ve built something special with your offerings — don’t let subpar customer engagement ruin that. People will gladly pay more for the same products elsewhere if it means being treated with dignity, empathy, and warmth. I hope you’ll reflect on this. Because hospitality should never feel like a punishment.

The rudest shop assistant I have ever come across. She made us feel we should not be buying anything. Would never go there again. The lady was blonde and a little older. I was with my cousin and she was near to tears when we came out. This woman needs to be fired. I have seen other reviews and this is not the first time someone has complained about her.

Souvenir store
Sportswear store
Versions is a store that offers a unique experience, with its mid-20th century ambiance and a wide selection of souvenirs. The store's collection includes wall posters, plaques, t-shirts, and various knickknacks that evoke nostalgia for hidden treasures found in grandparents' attics. While the prices are on the higher side, the range of choices for souvenirs is impressive, including T-shirts, magnets, keychains, shoes, license plates, and kids' apparel.
"Wonderful experience at this store in Niagara-on-the-Lake! The staff (young girl from India very mature !!with short hair )was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the souvenir t-shirts. She took the time to show me all the options and helped me find the perfect one. The staff's excellent customer service really made my shopping experience stand out. I'm already looking forward to coming back next summer, and I'm sure my mom will love it just as much as I did. Highly recommend this store for anyone visiting Niagara-on-the-Lake!"

“I” got this shirt last Thursday. “I” believe it was a great purchase. A real Canadian shirt made from heavy cotton. “I” was so excited that “I” gave it to my visiting cousins to take back home. They were very grateful. Both for the shirt and for the chance to see “Nagara on the Lake”. Such a majestic place. Forgive the sarcasm. After paying $20 for the shirt, I’m just glad the “I” wasn’t included in “Nagara”. It might have increased the price to $30

The worst costumer service ever!!! Manager smells like a skunk. Would not be surprised if she smoked the weed in the store. Her and her staff are super rude, unprofessional, and dirty looking. They need some serious coaching on how to treat and handle customers. Take your money somewhere else!
Arturo C — Google review
Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a a retail store. 4 of us came in shopping for some sweaters. Like anywhere else on this planet, people usually like to try on the stuff before buying, especially when it’s a little overpriced due to touristy area, and also not being from the area. The gentleman on the sale floor was giving us the dirtiest looks, I don’t know if it’s because we were speaking in Spanish, but he looked very disturbed by our presence….Then we had the “pleasure” to meet the manager… she bluntly asked us in the rudest way to pls let her help us because we were messing up her store!!! She reeked of marijuana, looked disheveled and was completely unprofessional. A RETAIL STORE IS NOT SUPPOSE TO LOOK LIKE A MUSEUM!!!! AND IF YOU’RE TOO LAZY TO WORK BECAUSE YOU’RE TOO HIGH TO DO SO, STAY HOME!!!! BUT DON’T MAKE COSTUMERS FEEL HORRIBLE FOR TRYING ON CLOTHING, BECAUSE IT’S ACTUALLY A NORMAL THING!!!!

Only giving 1 star because no online shopping is available here. I’ve been to the store and they have an impressive array of tins signs in the back portion of the store. This is Covid times (with highly contagious Omicron variant now) and I also do not wish to drive 2 hours to look and see what is available. Was going to see what they had and maybe make a few purchases but alas, no web site. Too bad.
Kevin M — Google review
Love the wide range of choices for souvenirs from T-shirts, magnets, keychains, bookmarks, shoes, license plates, kids apparel and more. However, the prices are quite steep. A typical magnet might cost $4.99 and price does not include taxes. Upon payment, taxes account for almost 18% of the total cost. Recommended to get the unforgettable souvenir, but not for repeat trips.
Muhd H — Google review
Store was nice, but clerk over charged on taxes that are supposed to be collected. When confronted said he failed to make corrections to cash register to try and confuse tourist but being able to show him he was taking advantage he offered to give overcharged money back. Not a good way to treat tourists

Nestled at the northern tip of the Niagara River sub-appellation, Two Sisters Vineyards is a celebrated winery that offers an array of delightful experiences amidst its picturesque estate. With easy access and ample free parking, visitors can enjoy scenic views bordered by the tranquil waters of Lake Ontario and the Niagara River. The unique geography creates a perfect climate for vineyards, ensuring moderate temperatures year-round. The estate boasts beautifully maintained gardens and lush grass areas, making it an ideal spot for couples or weddings.
Two Sisters winery becomes my favourite spot every time we visit NOTL. It’s a few minutes drive from downtown business area with very impressive grounds. So you drive in to the property you can see the grapevine on both sides of the driveway lead to gorgeous Italian style building that houses the wine teasing room and the restaurant. The restaurant has huge outdoor dining area that is facing the back vineyard that you can have a gorgeous sunset view. The menu is tight with nice options. They offer all the wines that are produced in the winery. We went with a couple of friends for an early dinner after a play. Our waitress was very friendly and tentative. Food are delicious.Sitting in the place make you feel like you’re in Europe without hop on the plane!

We had a truly memorable dining experience at the vineyard. The setting was absolutely stunning — surrounded by rows of lush vines, the atmosphere was peaceful and picturesque, perfect for a relaxing evening. The food was thoughtfully prepared, with fresh, locally sourced ingredients that paired beautifully with the wines. Each course was elegantly presented and full of flavor. The wine selection was exceptional, and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through pairings that enhanced the meal. Service throughout the evening was warm, attentive, and well-paced. We never felt rushed, and every member of the staff contributed to the overall charm of the experience. This dinner wasn’t just a meal — it was an experience that celebrated great food, excellent wine, and the beauty of the vineyard. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special evening out.

Two Sisters Winery in Niagara on the Lake exudes elegance and sophistication. The property itself is stunning. The beauty of this vineyard truly lies in the details ✨️ They have a wonderful shop inside and a gorgeous outdoor patio that’s perfect for relaxing with drinks. You can also order food as well. Their boutique wine tastings must be booked in advance. For something more casual, there’s also a charming outdoor wine by the glass stand where you can sip and enjoy the scenery. Pairing the wine with some delightful gourmet chips-It's simply devine. We ended up taking the long route through the vineyard since it was such a beautiful day, though if you’re not wearing proper footwear, definitely take the shortcut to the left to avoid walking through the vines! Between the serene fountains, the breathtaking setting, and the exceptional wines, Two Sisters is a place I’d love to spend much more time at. A truly memorable Niagara on the Lake experience.

This is the vineyard where I proposed to my wife, and since then, we’ve made it a tradition to return every year for our anniversary dinner. It’s become such a meaningful place for us, and each visit only reinforces why we love it here. On our most recent visit, we sat on the patio with a full view of the vineyard, a truly serene and romantic setting. My wife started with a glass of the 2023 Riesling, then followed it up with the 2023 Sauvignon Blanc. Both were fresh, bright, and paired beautifully with the meal. We began with the burrata and arancini, both were excellent. The burrata was served with Ontario peaches, which were perfectly ripe and sweet. We honestly wished we had more to share. The arancini were crisp on the outside and soft inside, a great contrast in texture. For mains, my wife had the rigatoni Bolognese, while I went with the mushroom pappardelle. The flavors were rich and comforting, and the portion sizes were generous. I even took some of mine home. Beyond the food and wine, the vineyard itself is stunning. It’s well-maintained with plenty of space to walk around and take photos. There’s also ample parking right out front, which is always appreciated. Expect to spend at least $100 per person for dinner, especially if you're enjoying wine with your meal. For the quality, setting, and experience, it’s absolutely worth it ! We’re already looking forward to our next visit. This place will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Balzac's Coffee Roasters is a quaint and homey coffee shop in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake. The unique smell of freshly brewed coffee draws in customers, who appreciate the charming location and easy access to the waterfront.
Stepping into Balzac's Coffee Roasters, I was immediately drawn in by its charming and picturesque aesthetic. It's the kind of place that just begs you to come inside! I later realized it seemed to be a franchise, which actually speaks to its consistent appeal. Now, for a quick, inside chuckle for my fellow Koreans: the name "Balzac" sounds exactly like "발작" in Korean, which instantly brings to mind the popular Korean meme, "발작버튼 눌렸냐?" (Did someone push your seizure button?). Most international readers won't get it, but any Korean spotting this review will surely get a little giggle out of it! Memes aside, the cafe itself is genuinely beautiful and quaint, offering a cozy atmosphere. More importantly, the coffee and treats were delicious – the perfect complement to the lovely surroundings. If you find yourself wandering through the delightful town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, I highly recommend popping into Balzac's. It's a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy a quality brew in a charming setting.

Stepping into this cafe was an absolute delight! Housed within a beautifully preserved historic building, the ambiance alone is worth the visit. I loved that they offer both cozy indoor seating, perfect for a quiet moment, and charming outdoor tables for enjoying the fresh air. Despite being quite busy (a testament to its popularity!), the atmosphere remained vibrant and inviting. We ordered ice-coffees, and they were truly excellent – perfectly made and wonderfully refreshing. Even with the hustle and bustle, our server was incredibly friendly and attentive, which always enhances the experience. Overall, this cafe is a true gem. If you're looking for fantastic coffee in a unique and historic setting with great service, I highly recommend making a stop here. It's clear why it's such a popular spot!

BEAT COFFEE EVER. Service was excellent for early Saturday morning. A variety of fresh scones were available. Gluten free options as well! Did I mention how good the coffee was!?
Bob B — Google review
The atmosphere of this location is very welcoming and warm, it’s tidy and clean, and has relatively decent space to walk and maneuver inside without feeling crowded! You’ll have no problems finding seats as there’s indoor and outdoor seating, so if you desire to take a moment to relax, you will 100% be able to take a moment to enjoy your coffee and snack. Unfortunately, there is a set of stairs to get inside the building, so it’s not fully wheelchair accessible. The staff are nice - Service was great, my barista made a little bit of extra coffee for me and poured it into a slightly bigger cup! It wasn’t too busy here, when I first arrived to when I paid and left this location, it was a 5ish minute period. There is street parking right outside, but it’s paid street parking. There is free street parking, but you do have to drive around a little bit to find it - There is a paid public parking lot basically right behind in the back, but I believe you also have to pay to park.
Annica D — Google review
There was a huge lineup for ordering when we arrived, but the friendly staff were doing their best taking and preparing orders. The fact that they only had one barista wasn’t helping the lineup though. They have great variety of coffee and latte options and assortment of muffins, cakes and pastries. There are a few tables inside and at the backyard if you want to enjoy your coffee, but most of the customers order to go.

Willow Cakes & Pastries in Niagara-on-the-Lake is a delightful blend of a local bakery and an elegant European patisserie. The charming boutique offers an array of delectable treats including breads, chocolates, cakes, tarts, cupcakes, cookies, and cakepops. Whether you're in the mood for a stunning wedding cake or just a quick coffee and snack, this destination aims to impress with its perfect combination of taste and sophistication.
What a great place. The desserts are really good especially their peanut butter cookies. They are chewy and nice and thin and not too sweet. Their “last hurrah” at the physical store for customers to visit was on 26 January 2025, but they are selling all their desserts online starting today 27 January 2025. Go online!

I ordered a cake from Willow Cakes for my daughter's baptism on May 25, 2025 via the following email: "We're looking for an open Bible design again (I've attached a picture I found online and the one you did for our son) for 30 people. We'd like the same design, just the blue switched to pink and the verse to be: "God is within her, she will not fall. Psalm 46:5" And on the other side: "Baptism of Hailey Louise DeGordick May 25, 2025" The requested message as well as the instructions were written in the icing, the layout instructions were not followed, and the Bible verse had the word "with" instead of the requested "within". Additionally, the woman who delivered the cake arrived an hour early and instead of delivering the cake through the back door to the lounge as instructed, attempted to hand it to me in the sanctuary as the service was about to begin. I am not typically one to leave negative reviews, however, following multiple emails, phone calls, and going to their pop up cafe to make them aware of these problems, I have received no response from Chef Catherine offering any compensation for these irreversible errors. I am extremely disappointed in this situation after using Willow Cakes for my wedding cake, my baby shower cake, and my son's baptism cake.

I frequently pass by there and never miss to have a coffee. I love the coffee, I’m originally German and I know what I’m talking about. The pastries are exceptional and the cakes beautiful. I always order an almondine tart and it’s to die for. The price is good too. Cappuccino and pastry $7 which is very reasonable for NOTL.

Catherine is incredible. She rescued a cake for us that we had ordered from another vendor that did not look anything like the inspiration photo and completely transformed it. And she did it last minute, after already working a full 12 hour day, on a holiday weekend. And she offered to pick up the cake from us and she dropped it to the party venue the next day. So so incredibly kind and talented. We are forever grateful!! You cannot go wrong with a Willow cake, they are both beautiful and delicious and made by wonderful people!

Sean was great to work with and was so helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend!!

Great place for quick bite or coffee/tea break. We tried a number of items in 2 visits and liked all of them. Best though were the quiche & beef pot pie. The pastry on both were great - no soggy bottoms! Other desserts we had were good - perfect size, not too big/small. As of early September 2021, only 3 people were allowed in at a time so during morning time the wait can be long.

Located in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake's Old Town heritage district, The Exchange Brewery is a must-visit for beer enthusiasts. Situated on Queen Street, this premium brewery offers a wide array of delicious beers, including staples like New England IPA and Peppercorn Rye Saison, as well as unique rotating taps such as Thai basil brew and apricot wheat.
We spent a lot of our time at the exchange brewery while we were in Niagara on the Lake. My husband enjoyed their variety of beers and I enjoyed the cider! Their food is also amazing. We tried the pizza, double decker turkey BLT and the variety of popcorn to snack on. Staff was very nice and let us watch some games on their TV upstairs. It was pretty rainy during our time in town so it was great to find a spot we both enjoyed to spend some time at!

We hosted our wedding reception at the Exchange Brewery in June 2025 and our experience was top-notch. In the months leading up to the event, Rajat was incredibly helpful with all our questions, and he was on top of all the little details. On the day of the reception, the staff were all very attentive, hardworking, and professional. We ended up having a slight issue with the food we had catered in, but the Exchange staff were all over it and helped me come up with solutions and options. Coming from out of town and not knowing the Niagara-on-the-Lake area too well, that was really appreciated. The brewery was perfect for our party - very central to downtown NOTL, a good amount of seating for our 60ish guests, and great selection of drinks and unique beers. It's a beautiful space (especially on the patio area surrounded by trees) and we got a lot of compliments on the party from our guests. We would definitely recommend the Exchange Brewery to anyone looking for a memorable venue!

It was a disappointing experience for us . There are not much option in the area so we sat than in this place thinking they should have good beer considering it’s a brewery. We ordered the big pitcher and nachos . It was a pilsner but tasted like a bad ipa. Nachos was a big portion but one of the worse I ever tried. Literally boiled chicken thrown on top with zero flavour . Jalapeños had no taste. I won’t recommend this place personally .
Devesh S — Google review
It’s good… I think the beer was good, with a wide selection. The food was good as well with standard pub fare (with some extras). I think the ambience is okay, they made it a modern - sports bar kind of theme. For a brewery like this I would ordinarily want to see something more personal, less cold. Overall though when in the area if they have availability it’s a good spot to get some drinks and food.

Local brewery on main street NOTL, you won’t miss it. You can have a quick drink for try the beers or dinner at upstairs. Fresh made pizza recommended to pair with their beers. You can walk around their well decorated brewery. They offer tours and patio in summer too.

We had our Korean wedding dinner/ceremony here two weeks ago and from start to finish, was a perfect day. Rajat the manager, helped us with the planning and coordination probably about a year in advance. He helped set the menu, the pricing, the tables/floor set up, the timing/scheduling of the event etc. He might as well have been our wedding planner! So easy and wonderful and friendly to work with. Being from Toronto, all our planning took place via email and he was very responsive and helpful. The day of, him and his entire staff were amazing. One of his staff even wrote the names of the dishes in Korean writing (which my family absolutely loved!!). They just went above and beyond for my family and my husbands family, most of which were visiting from other countries. The staff were so respectful to us and even knew a lot about Korean culture and foods which made my family even more happy. We felt so welcomed and the service was impeccable. Thank you Rajat and team!

Very cool spot. Stopped in to have a beer before dinner. We sat at the bar, also munched on some popcorn. I had the apricot ; light & refreshing. I normally don’t drink beer since it makes me feel full but this one was great!

Our experience at the exchange was super nice! Our beers were good and the kettle chips were delicious! Our server Mateo was very nice and friendly and made our experience a great one. I got to bring my puppy with me to sit on the patio and they made sure to bring her water. Will definitely be back again!:)

Nestled along the scenic Niagara Parkway, Walker's Country Market is a charming family-owned gem that captures the essence of a traditional Ontario farmers market. This delightful spot has been serving visitors for nearly 90 years, offering an array of seasonal fruits, freshly baked goods, and scrumptious sandwiches. As you stroll through the market, you'll find an impressive selection of homemade jams and jellies alongside gourmet gifts perfect for any occasion.
Walker’s Country Market is a charming local spot with fresh produce, homemade baked goods, and friendly service. Everything feels authentic and made with care. It’s the perfect place to grab local treats, enjoy the scenery, and experience the warm Niagara hospitality. Always a pleasure to visit!

Charming but prices are not readily available so we did not buy anything. They were fresh cookies and sandwiches but if I have to ask how much I will not purchase. They had some beautifully crafted homemade jams, jellies, relish, etc that looked very good and the prices were underneath the jars. They also had ice cream and fresh fruit. This looks like a great place to stop during a summer drive. Washrooms are also available as well as a tiny church tourist attraction

Our tour bus stopped here for lunch yesterday. It had fresh fruits and vegetables, lots of bottled/canned goods, pies, one cream counter, deli counter with sandwiches and pastries, and candy. We got the Montreal smoked meat sandwiches on sourdough bread for $10 each. The meat inside was a good inch thick and very tasty!

It's a beautiful country market that sells fresh fruits and vegetables. They also have a great bakery section, if you're looking for tarts they have a good selection. Plenty of parking. Always worth a visit. I don't think I'd pay a buck and a quarter for an ear of corn though.

Nice market selling fresh fruits, pastries, ice cream, jams and other things. I really love their gluten free vegan choco chip cookies because they're thin and a perfect combination of chewy & crunchy! We also bought pecan tarts, apples, grapes and corn. Yum😃

This bakery and ice cream shop is a go-to for coffee and treats in the neighborhood. The staff is friendly and the coffee is good, as well as the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. The prices are fair, making it an affordable choice for not only breakfast but also lunch or dinner.
This place had very friendly service and fair prices. The parking is not free in this area, but it is affordable. The watermelon ice cream was good. I think it shouldn't have the little chocolate chips in it, although they do match.

Stopped into Taylor's while we were strolling through downtown Niagara on the Lake. We both grabbed some of their delicious ice cream and continued on our walk. The lineup wasn't that bad and they had so many other baked options.

A go-to for coffee and treats. Hard not to want one of everything when you go into this place and look at all of the desserts through the glass! The staff here is really friendly, the coffee is pretty good and the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are fantastic! The prices here are pretty fair as well. A great staple in NOTL and a place that reminds me of my childhood.

I have fond memories of this place. When ever I would be coming through Niagara on the lake with the boats, the whole crew would go to this ice cream shop to get our full in ice cream. So many flavours to choose from and the portions are very generous for a great price. Will always be getting my ice cream from here.
L C — Google review
The pastry and baked treats were very mediocre. We bought a variety of products to try - scones, brownie, cookie, almond shortbread. All of them looked good on display. The taste was nothing special at all. Not even good. Just very plain, typical small town Ontario bakery taste. Sometimes they are outstanding. But this one is not one of them. It always makes me wonder, just because it is a tourists filled place, why not put a little bit of effort into creating tasty and memorable treats, rather than going for cheap ingredients and make money on volume, as if people would not notice only because it is sold in a quaint beautiful spot to strangers who are unlikely to remember and come back. Obviously, you will always stay in business, even with plain and tasteless pastry, given the location. But I do encourage you to strive to do better. Even if you don't have to from a business point of view. Its not all about making money. Maybe just try for the sake of becoming actually good, special and memorable pastry shop. Not only in appearance but in taste as well. You could and you should strive to do better! PS. I do not normally like to leave bad reviews, I prefer to be happy with my pastry and I like leaving good reviews. But this one was so disappointing, I decided that I have to say it to possibly encourage owners to make some changes to their recipes. They are outdated and just bad.
Maria K — Google review
This is so for us every time we go to Niagara-on-the-Lake. They have a large variety of ice cream and great selection in the bakery. I highly recommend the scones and Nanaimo bars. Really anything from this place is great.

Great selection of excellent Southern Ontario Ice Cream. Nice generous portions. So many delectable pastries sweet and savory. A long time shop in Old Towne NOTL. Always a fun place to visit when in town.

A staple of the community, Taylor's produces a grand assortment of baked goods, including sausage rolls, cookies and an assortment of muffins. Their dairy bar is equally impressive, and there is always a line up. Parking is difficult as its right on the main strip, so go early; calling ahead is always a good idea as the staff are incredible - they will put stuff aside for you, which is always a blessing if you're looking for the most popular items.

The Royal George Theatre is a historic 305-seat venue that stages plays and comedies by renowned playwrights like George Bernard Shaw. It's part of the Shaw Festival Theatre, offering diverse performances at different times in various theaters, allowing visitors to enjoy multiple productions in a single weekend. Located on Queen Street in Niagara-on-the-Lake, this iconic building was originally constructed in 1915 to entertain troops during World War I and later served as a movie theater before being operated by the Shaw Festival Theatre.
Loved the George Bernard Shaw show we saw. We had great seats and could see and hear perfectly and were comfortable. Theatre is surrounded by cute street with cute shops and restaurants. Very nice front of house staff.

This is a beautiful Theater in Niagara On The Lake, Ontario Canada. It is one of the theaters presenting wonderful plays with the George Bernard Shaw Festival. The shows range from Musicals like Anything Goes to mysteries like Wait Until Dark to Family shows like The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. These shows run for many months. You can get info on the web through The Shaw Festival.

We visited for the Shaw Festival from the U.S. with family we have in Toronto. The theater was intimate, I don't think thete was a bad seat in the house. There's a nice refreshment area with seating as well as good toilet areas.

It has served well for over 100 years. I’m enjoying its last season before it is torn down for replacement. Meanwhile, bathrooms are down a spiral staircase and the Ladies has just three stalls, so plan ahead. There is comfy seating in the downstairs lounge if you want to relax a bit before your show.
Amy H — Google review
Small, cozy and beautiful old architecture in a middle of downtown Niagara on the Lake. The show we watched is called Tons of Money. A comedy with great group of actors and actresses. Improvisations were part of the show (finally something funny and off the script) and were executed to the delight of the audience. I will apologize in advance for what I am about to say. Both my wife and I are not mobile challenged, but going up and down those steep stairs to the bar presented a great challenge. And there were groups of 70 and 80 year young folks who needed help. We were just wondering if there might be something to help alleviate this problem. Unfortunately I didn't take pictures this time, but we will be going there again very soon and I will do my due diligence, I promise. For a visitors to Niagara on the Lake: Be aware that all festivities on the main drag end at 10pm...including restaurants.... Hence the 4 stars.

Museums
Nestled along the picturesque riverside, the RiverBrink Art Museum is a treasure trove of fine art and literature, originally curated by local lawyer Samuel Weir in his former residence. This charming gallery showcases an eclectic mix of Canadian and international historical artworks, with a particular focus on pieces that reflect the rich history of the Niagara Region. Visitors can admire portraits of local founders alongside stunning works from renowned artists like The Group of Seven and Tom Thompson, who beautifully captured Northern Canada's landscapes.
Set right on the edge of the lower Niagara Gorge, this little gem of an art museum holds not only some great display space, but its own library. With an art collection of around 1400 pieces, they're able to field themed exhibits in addition to the traveling or focus artist exhibits that they also host. When we went, there was an exhibit focused on a First Nations beadwork artist, and another exhibit on Inuit artists. These were in addition to exhibits from the museum's own collection. The building itself is beautiful, with lots of wood panelled rooms and hallways. The gallery space is on the first and second floors (with more artwork in hallway spaces and on the stairwell walls and landings), and the library is in the basement, with more sculptures on the shelves, and plenty of chairs and table spaces to read and do research with. Being a not-for-profit, they ask for donations, and are able to take them electronically, if you want to do that. They also have a nice little gift shop area with some pieces of art that are for sale, as well as some books, cards, and even maps for local walking tours of the nearby area.
Hex K — Google review
Pleasantly surprised to see both the group of seven paintings here, as well a renoir. Absolute gem right here in our backyard Niagara.
Linda R — Google review
If you're a fan of art and find yourself in the Queenston area, the RiverBrink Art Museum is definitely worth a visit. The museum has a good collection of art pieces, showcasing the works of Canadian and American artists. The building itself is charming and well-maintained, with a lovely outdoor space to explore as well. However, it's worth noting that there isn't much else going on at the museum besides the art. So if you're looking for a more interactive experience or activities for kids, you may be disappointed. Additionally, it's not particularly stroller-friendly, as there are some steps and narrow passages that can make maneuvering a stroller difficult. Overall, I'd recommend the RiverBrink Art Museum to art lovers and those looking for a quiet, contemplative experience. Just be aware of the limitations in terms of accessibility and activities.

absolutely amazing gallery in niagra area, cannot reccomend enough for art enjoyers to see. entry is free but donations are encouraged, which i of course highly reccomend one do. the gallery supports local artists, as well as preserving niagra history and artistic culture. there’s a very expansive library, and gorgeous pieces on display. i’m an art university student from the uk, and loved getting to see both local history and art. the pieces are displayed within the homestead, preserving the building, which both preserves art and history. the library is free and an open archival resource, my friend even asked about coming back to read in the library and use its books about history and art as academic reference, which the kind lady was more than happy to say that my friend could. there’s also events and local information at the gift shop/reception desk. i forgot to look at her name and im sorry, but the lady working around noon on 11th may 2024 was incredibly kind and loved to speak to us about art and history, and we of course loved to speak to her. it was great being able to ask local questions, as well as discuss the pieces and history with her. part of me doesn’t want to reccomend this place as a tourist stop as it was so lovely to be there alone with my travel group, but i can’t in good conscience not leave a review 🩷

Aura On The Lake is a dog-friendly restaurant located in Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON. It offers Indian cuisine with a variety of options including salads, appetizers, burgers, sandwiches and rice bowls. Customers have praised the ambience and presentation of the food. Some found the starters to be very good while others appreciated the unique twist on classic Indian cuisine. The owners are commended for their hospitality and dedication to creating delicious dishes.
Aura On The Lake is a true gem in Niagara-on-the-Lake! Their service is warm and attentive, and the quality of food is exceptional. I was especially impressed by their courage to revive forgotten Indian dishes like Murg Wajid Ali — it’s rare to find a restaurant in Canada that honours classic recipes while reinventing how Indian cuisine is presented. Their bar is another highlight, with an amazing selection of Indian liquors you won’t find anywhere else in the region. If you’re looking for authentic, beautifully crafted Indian food paired with great service and unique drinks, Aura On The Lake is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

A Fusion Masterpiece in Niagara-on-the-Lake! What a find in NOTL! Aura On The Lake is an absolute gem for anyone seeking incredible Indian fusion food where taste is truly the top priority. From the moment we sat down, the lovely ambiance and warm hospitality from the owners and staff set the stage for a memorable meal. We started with drinks, and I have to rave about the Mango Mojito – it was the best cocktail I've ever had, with a perfect, surprising kick of spice! The Buratta Chaat was a brilliant starter; a creative fusion of classic Sev Puri with a creamy, fresh burrata at its heart that made every bite refreshing and delicious. For our main, the Adraki Paneer with Rosemary Naan was wonderfully comforting. It had a genuine, home-like quality that was flavourful without being heavy, so you could indulge without the guilt. We finished with the Gulab Melange for dessert, which was the perfect sweet ending. If you get the chance, sit outside! It truly enhances the wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Located in Niagara Falls, Maple Leaf Place features the only indoor Maple Trail experience with tours of their sugar bush and market shop. They also offer free maple syrup making demonstrations as well as tastings of Ontario and Quebec maple syrup. The staff are friendly and the tourist attraction is a nice place to visit.
Stopped by here and had a rich history on the maple syrup. The tour here started with the 3 distinct maple flavors and then chocolates. The maple process was quite interesting and looked simple but I'm guessing it's a rocket science. The space was well lit and fit for tourism, a small gift shop was on the side where I was able to pick gifts to remind me of Maple Leaf place and also Niagara.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My wife and I visited Maple Leaf Place on our very first trip to Niagara Falls as a married couple, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was absolutely outstanding—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The tour was both fun and informative, and we really appreciated the attention to detail. On top of that, the FREE samples were such a nice touch and gave us a true taste of what Canada has to offer. We left with great memories (and a few goodies!) and will definitely recommend Maple Leaf Place to anyone visiting the Falls!
Tarik W — Google review
What’s good: It’s free to enter and free parking. Always nice when you’re not nickel-and-diming just to get in. The maple syrup tasting is a highlight. You get to try different grades (Golden, Amber, Dark), and staff are generally knowledgeable. If you like stuff that educates as well as entertains, this part delivers. Strong gift/souvenir inventory. If you’re looking for “authentic Canadian stuff” to take home (syrup, candies, fudge, art), this place has it. Clean facilities (bathrooms, etc.), photo ops, good layout. Especially useful for a quick stop. Where it falls short: Prices are often regarded as steep. Several reviews note that souvenir items and food are priced significantly higher than in other shops. Sometimes $3–$5 more for similar stuff elsewhere. Food court = tourist pricing, and portions/quality are hit or miss. If you’re expecting high-end meals, you’ll likely be underwhelmed. Verdict: If I were in your shoes with limited time, I’d say Maple Leaf Place is worth a stop — especially for the maple syrup tasting, the gift browsing, and the photo opportunities. But don’t plan your trip around it being a premium culinary or tour experience. It delivers more on Canadiana charm and tourist spectacle than deep authenticity or value.

Maple syrup tasting, chocolate tasting, and a good selection of souvenirs! Prices and quality were typical for tourist shops, but syrup seemed like great quality! A good place to stop with kids especially. Lots of kid friendly food options in the food court and plenty of seating.

Had a 1 hour stop at this place during an excursion to the Niagara falls tour and boat cruise. Had a tasting session of the different types of maple syrup and info about how the syrup is made. Also saw the syrup production live and had a taste of some of the chocolates available for sale. They tasted divine.
Debakins2 — Google review
This was awesome, they distilled the maple syrup bottles in the building while you watch . There also a free flight tasting of some syrups as well, alongside free maple iced taffee for you to try. I ended up buying a bottle whilst I was there along with some chocolates. Definitely a stop you have to add if you are Niagara, especially if you are doing the Whirlpool and the White Water Walk and it in between those two places.

The maple syrup tasting was very good. Definitely recommend doing that. The "Production" area was badly staged and obviously just for show. It would look better with more bottles on the belt but still...

Cashier checked it and said only 2 sizes were on sale but not the size I wanted . Now the top peg was fully stocked with all sizes and bottom had both sizes . This guy come up and says a customer could of done that .Please I can understand 1 in the wrong spot but not fully stocked ! So he said fine I'll give it to you for the sale price . I asked about honoring scanning code of practice. He had no ideas what I was talking about . Had to show him where it was posted on the desk. He refused to honor it ! If a company participates in the practice ,they have to honor it. Never will I shop in a place where not only do the employees not know the practice the store is suppose to honor, but deny the customer for their mistake, doesn't make me trust the business anymore

Called as soon as party city opened and they wouldn’t replace them. No where on the receipt does it guarantee for only 12 hours and I was not verbally told any of this at purchase. I followed all directions the worker gave me. Such a disappointment. I refuse to purchase a whole new set of balloons from them and our party is in 20 minutes… so unfortunately our 4 yo son will have to go without. Thanks Party City :) Edited to say that I gave two stars because the customer service in the store was very nice yesterday and it’s not their problem the company gives such a horrible guarantee with their products.

Visit this store for the first time. There's a huge collection of Birthday, Anniversary, Graduation, Bridal, baby shower decorations. But really disappointed with the customer service I ask one of the store associates for help because the item is on the top shelf. And she said she will be there in a minute and we waited 10 minutes for her but she didn't came sitting and restocking the shelf. I feel customer service would be the first priority. You should consider costumer first before anything else.

Worst Customer Service, supervisor blamed us for not picking up the right balloon from the stock, there was 16 dollar Ballon that we wanted and already told them that we wanted big one, we picked it from the correct place but it was stocked incorrectly and there were small balloons in place of 16 dollar one, we also bought some other stuff and did not notice the total and paid for it when Ballon was inflated it was small then they blamed us that why did you not look when you paid for it, they spoiled our day. There was heated argument after supervisor threw a receipt and argue with me it's just a paper, after that things got heated and he did not server us and asked us to leave he told us you can complain whoever you want this is very bad attitude and never going to see the store again.

The Niagara on the Lake Campus Bookstore is a gem for students and visitors alike, thanks to its friendly and helpful staff who truly enhance the shopping experience. The bookstore is well-organized and maintained, making it easy to find what you need. While prices may be on the higher side, it's a convenient spot for those willing to spend a little extra. Additionally, special events like their Christmas gathering provide an excellent opportunity to pick up unique gifts.
I enjoyed most the quite study room. Availability of material to help you through your course and courteous staff.

No warning this store is closed Monday and, drove an hour to find from a sign on the door; I had to go to Welland with no time before Welland closed. All for a book that has no online version, this actually makes being a successful student difficult and is actually very counter to the point of a campus bookstore? Plus waited 25 mins at the entrance trying to get in but the protesting workers BLOCKED the cars entrance making it extremely dangerous as well 8+ cars spilling onto the public road.
Will S — Google review
The manager was rude and short with me. I’m a sponsored student going into my second year. I handed them my sponsorship letter and she said she was too busy to set up my account to purchase books. The campus store was empty at the time. She told me to come back in a couple days. I explained to her that my classes have already started and I need my books for assignments that are due the following week. She did not care and did not work to try and resolve anything with me. I guess I’ll be losing out on marks because the manager of the campus store refuses to work with &/or help students.

I've gone to university twice and attended the College merely to get some more hands on skills. Though the teachers are not bad they rank about the same as everywhere else. In fact some of them shouldn't be teaching at all as they barely teach a lesson and more there simply to hear their own voice. It is nothing special by a long shot. Unless you're an idiot - but given as the average of my 300+ classmates was 63% and the passing grade is a mere 60% who is to say - this is the sort of college that any nitwit can graduate from. The program I took was so basic that I didn't even have to study after all and still ended up in the Honours.
James W — Google review
Very helpful staff, well-organized/maintained, but unfortunately like any college bookstore everything is far too expensive. Extremely convenient and great if you have the cash, but the prices are just too far off average costs to deserve 5 stars.
Erik U — Google review
The quality of education is very poor. Bad location of the campus, sometimes is hard to reach the college. The bus schedule is sucks. Housing prices are very high. The prices for books are two times higher at NC store than in other places.
Anton D — Google review
The book store is terrible. You have to keep your backpack outside of the store; I have never seen that before in my life. The store is small enough to keep an eye on people, so its weird that they would rather have people potentially getting their stuff stolen from their backpacks. They order 10 books for a class of 50 people and have no intention of ordering more. Absolutely ridiculous. Order on amazon.

Wine Country Vintners in Niagara-on-the-Lake offers a pre-booked, full wine tour experience for a relaxing day trip celebration with friends and family. It has been voted Canada's top food and wine destination on TripAdvisor, featuring well-known wineries like Jackson Triggs, Ravine, Peller Estates, Trius, Reif Winery, and Two Sisters Vineyards.
Great local liquor store! The lady was very friendly and she gave us great recommendations for ice wine and sparkling wine! There are great selections of everything which is good. They also offer ice wine tasting for $20 which is very interesting. We will come back to try it during the next visit. The price of the bottles is higher than we expected but I guess it’s standard here.

Really nice wine shop at 27 Queen St, Niagara-on-the-Lake. The employee helping us was super chill, friendly, and made the whole experience smooth. The only weird part was the manager randomly canceling half the receipt while we were paying, so the poor employee had to redo everything, which made us late for our appointment. Kinda unnecessary. But overall, the service from the staff was great and the wine selection was solid — 5 stars for them, even if the manager gave off strange energy.

Luciano C — Google review
Terrible service, from the moment we stepped in and got to the counter it was a bad vibe. The young man by the name of Cameron would serve other customers that came after us and ignored us.. and the old lady with the short hair also had a terrible demeanor. Very different vibe than the actual Peller Estates winery that we visited the week before. Very disappointing as the wine itself was great but the service was so bad we left without buying anything. Couldn’t wait to get out of there.. I feel they are racist and just terrible people who should not be in sales. Go home if you’re that miserable and don’t ruin peoples day. We will purchase directly from Peller and Gretzky winery instead of this “wine shop”.

Stopped in for a quick ice wine tasting (3 for $20) with a group of 6 during our Niagara Falls day tour. Staff was friendly and attentive. Our pourer was knowledgeable of the wines and guided us through the tasting. They had lots of wine options for purchase as well as gifts. Nice little stop - we enjoyed it.

The Scottish Loft is a charming shop located on Queen Street in Niagara-on-the-Lake, offering a delightful selection of high-quality Scottish products. Run by Simon and Claire, the store features an array of goods including food, books, clothing, jewelry, and more. Visitors can expect friendly and knowledgeable service while browsing through the competitively priced merchandise. The location is ideal for those seeking a peaceful getaway as it's nestled near wineries, art galleries, hiking trails, parks and the waterfront.
I stop here on every trip to NOTL and love browsing! Great variety but also nice, high quality items. If you haven't purchased a Home County Co. candle, they are so worth it! I am on my second of the The Midlands scent. This candle has lasted me a whole year, and it's much better quality than what you would purchase at a home decor store. Of course I repurchased on my most recent trip along with the nicest greeting cards printed in the UK. The family that owns the store is also super lovely and I've chatted with them on a couple of occasions, making the experience that much more enjoyable. Great spot, will of course be returning on my next trip!

Escape to Scotland right here in Niagara-on-the-Lake. The upstairs is definitely the visit. Staff is extremely helpful, on questions on their inventory, or to help with a special something for the ‘Mac..’ in your life. An awesome selection of woollens, glasses, pins, etc., etc. Come in regularly because they turn over product quite often, especially items direct from Scotland. Love the Loft! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Simon and the staff at the Scottish Loft are amazing!! They carry a large assortment of items and yummy food. Simon specifically helped me find a clan tartan from my mother-in-laws family that was not easy to find. He made sure I had it in time for my daughter’s bridal shower. Simon and the team went over and above! I can’t tell you how happy you made us! Many thanks for a wonderful job!! I would highly recommend Simon and everyone at the Scottish Lofts as they are extremely helpful and highly knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Many thanks ♥️

I really have mixed feelings about posting anything about shopping at the Scottish Loft with my Dad yesterday. Howsomever, he really wanted a Scottish mug for his morning coffee. We chatted with the two ladies working in the shop about how he wanted a bigger than average mug, and that he did not want a made in China mug. He wanted a made in Scotland mug. I left him in their care looking at all the mugs and made my way to the back of the shop where the biscuits etc., are. I picked out salted caramel shortbread and a package of two single serving sticky toffee puddings, my Dad's favourite treats. When I met my Dad at the front of the store he was excited about the mug that they found, with lovely artwork of a Scottish cow. He was also contemplating a 9 3/4 diary, which he decided to buy. He bought a Scottish Loft reusable bag to put all his goodies in. He had so much fun, however the experience quickly soured when we arrived home. The mug is small and it is made in China. It says nothing on the bottom of the mug, however it says so in the fine print on the bottom of the box that the manufacturer packaged it in. He feels bamboozled - his word. The salted caramel shortbread is good. He's saving the sticky toffee puddings and the 9 3/4 diary for a rainy day.

Walking into Scottish Loft felt like stepping in to a Highland dream, part sugar-fueled nostalgia trip. From tartan scarves and cozy wool throws to whisky glasses that demand a wee dram, this place is a love letter to Scotland. Add in a wall of UK candy that could make even a grown adult squeal (Maybe not squel but there was drool), and you’ve got yourself a full sensory experience. I was nearly transported back to the Isle of Skye. These items? Legit. Authentic. No “made-in-somewhere-else” knockoffs here. Also, bonus points for the Harry Potter merch—because clearly they know their audience and are not above a little wizardry to seal the deal.

Filled with love and passion for heritage and the Niagara region. The owner was very helpful, and clearly coming from a place of genuinely adoring history and natural beauty. Often I find that the retail stores in downtown cores can be really shallow and superficial, but that isn't the case here. They enjoyed sharing insights to the city and catering advice specifically to our visit goals. I'll definitely be back to pick up some snacks and kind words.

NOT TO BE MISSED on your visit to Niagara on the Lake 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 It was really shocking to see people giving low ratings to this shop, it is really a unique shop with a wide variety of souvenirs and gifts, which are also very reasonably priced. It wasn’t planned to buy gifts on this day during our tour in Niagara-on-the-Lake, but we were lucky that we have passed by this shop We really enjoyed their collection and can’t wait to come back again to Niagara-on-the-Lake to get more gifts from this AMAZING place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👍🏼👍🏼

I bought a decorative tissue box here a few days ago. The two ladies at the cash desk were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this shop—not only for its excellent service, but also for the wide variety of souvenirs and gifts - there’s something for every taste here.

This shop’s beautiful items is completely shadowed and ruined by it’s horrible customer service. I was visiting with my parents who wanted signs for their pool and other things to take back home, when a very rude woman approached them while they were reading some of the signs at the porch, and told them to move out of the way as they were blocking the entrance. If you can’t see what you are buying, what kind of store is this. After this, we decided to go in as perhaps there was someone nicer inside, when my son pointed out a few items and touched one of them, this same lady ran over and told him “don’t touch cause you might brake it”. I will never come back to this place. There is no customer service here and one of the best things in Canada is their great customer service. Very disappointing.

I was going to take a trip out to the store but after reading the reviews i would not go . I have been to this store at least twice . the problem is who ever the owner is giving lip service . He keeps saying he is sorry it has to be hurting sales . Easy solution take the woman off the cash no brainer . Why would you keep the same person on cash who keeps on causing all the problems . unless she is and owner even so she or owner should have enough common sense to step away . Hire a student someone else to take over cash . I was going to buy some items but not going to the store . Enough with apologies do something about it . It is all just talk . I read the bad reviews and there are quite a few bad reviews, should be enough for who ever responds to these posts to do something about it instead of just giving lip service You are going to keep on losing customers until you fix the problem in the store remove the person easy solution

Niagara-on-the-Lake is a beautiful place to visit but not so beautiful at this Viking Shop located here though. My family went into this Viking Shop to see what gifts we could buy to take back home or give to friends. My daughter pointed and only touch one item (fridge magnet) and within seconds the shop owner woman at the cashier told my daughter off for touching things at their shop. Okay we respect their policies as kids can accidentally damage items at a gift shop when gift shop tends to be cramped and limited space when walking around. We did select some fridge magnets and postcards so we took them to cashier to pay, and the shop owner at the cashier her attitude was appalling towards us (no greeting or smilies) and there were no good customer services at a tourist gift shop here. My sister-in-law saw we bought some fridge magnets, and then she decided to buy some as well. Same again when paying for her items at the cashier, the same owner served her and still no kindness or gratitude or any customer service at all. The owner needs to go out of town more and see the real world and learn what is the meaning of customer service, when they are meant to be gift shop in tourist area. Definitely DO NOT recommend to go to this Viking Shop at Niagara-on-the-Lake. There are other gift shops out there that would have better customer service attitude towards customers.

While on a bus trip from our home in beautiful Ocala, FL to various areas we had a fun stop at Niagara on The Lake (Queen Street) We walked down Queen Street that was full of shops, restaurants and sites to see. We were fortunate enough to stop in at The Viking Shop...the place was filled with cute, appealing things for sale. Staff Carol was sweet and helpful...kudos Carol. We settled on a multi-colored glass fish with colored glass bubbles coming out of its fish mouth. It is hanging in an east window in our home which sends 'rainbows' out on our walls every morning. A colorful reminder of The Viking Shop...Niagara on The Lake and our time in Canada.

Have shopped here several times through the years and there’s always lots to look at especially if you love crystals and jewelry. They also have some nice shawls and scarves at the back as well. Lots of nice things. Today I stopped by to purchase a ring that I had saw there yesterday. There was a younger lady working there and she was very nice and helpful, even polished up my rings when I finally decided which ones to get. I had visited the day before and there was another lady there, I believe her name is Sue. Though not as talkative she was also very nice and knowledgeable and was very patient while I tried on many many different rings. All in all I must say I’ve always had a great experience in this store and between the two ladies that helped me, I’m very happy with my purchases. I ended up buying a beautiful Lapis Lazuli ring and another Blue Chalcedony Ring along with a small little Bloodstone with mighty energy which is hard to find. Great prices as well. Thank you

I was browsing in this shop today. It was an ok experience until we spoke of the cool shop next door, IrisGaleries. The worker/owner of The Shiny Company had scathing comments to voice and they were absolutely unnecessary and in our opinion quite rude and absolutely unjustified. This will come back to haunt them I'm sure. We had an absolutely great experience at the IrisGalerie and have come home with lovely prints of our eyes! So interesting and a great experience with the employees. Be careful who you grumble to Shiny Company. Karma comes easily to nasty comments like that. You should be ashamed of yourself, especially when you sell products that are supposed to make people feel good about themselves. Unbelievable.

An amazing selection for EVERYONE!! I'm not educated on any of this at all but the owner Stuart is so kind and patient when it comes to explaining and answering questions. He made me feel so welcome and he had a great sense of humor! Their seasonal Booth at Seaway Mall in Welland is fantastic as well! The one employee I dealt with–Trysha is so good at her job and she was also very patient with me! If I could go beyond a 5 ☆ review I would! This shop will never get my business I am a young jewelry fresh out of school and was looking for a gem connect, I might not look the part of having money but my money is green like everybody’s else so treat me like it, as I proceeded to walk in the store I was not greeted like everyone else “ hello how my I help you? If you need anything let me know”… nope I was greeted with a death stare as she watched my every move as I walked around the store finally stopping and looking a the gems only for her to accuse me of STEALING!!! I was furious I get this treatment a lot from metal shops and so on and I was really disappointed that and small mom and pop shop treated me the same anyways It took everything in my not to tell the lady off but I very calming emptied my pockets and told her that she was making a very big mistake and that she should be ashamed of herself

Felt like as soon as I walked in the lady at the counter was having a bad day. I accidentally knocked over a small piece and she was quick to say "let me see it, you damaged it here here and here, you have to pay for it, it's $30." I don't know why she felt the need to be so rude, talking like I was going to run off. Accidents happen and if you don't want people touching your crystals, put up a sign, thanks.

Contrary to other reviews, when I walked into this store & was greeted by the person working at the counter, the lady was very nice & talkative. Even so, this place was way too misleading with their prices. Bought three crystals in the bins that said two dollars and my total came to eleven dollars?! I didn’t question it in the moment and would have gone back if I wasn’t under a time constraint that day. Don’t go if you want to get ripped off — visit crystal stores that actually charge you what they list on the shelves.

My American friend and I came in to shop for a few things and there's a unique and eclectic collection at reasonable prices. She bought a couple of attractive purses plus some soap and things. Unfortunately however, on our first visit we got a lecture on how great the Canadian health system is after she expressed surprise at the high sales tax. It's not great - I spent six hellish hours in emerg last year waiting to see a doctor to give me a prescription for pneumonia - there were 70 other people there. On my friend's second visit, she gave $40 USD for a $35 Can purse and got $5 Can in change. $35 plus tax = $39.55. $40 USD = $55 Can. $55 - $39.55 = $15.45, not $5. Make your own conclusions.

Cecile's Home & Gift is a beloved store located in the heart of Niagara on the Lake Old Town. The shop offers a wide range of affordable and unique items, including kitchenware, souvenirs, and home decor. Unfortunately, due to the impact of the pandemic, Cecile's will be closing its doors on February 26th. However, there is hope that owner Chris will reopen the shop once again when circumstances allow.
Cecile’s is a well loved quaint store and was so much a part of Niagara on the Lake Old Town. The store carries affordable fun items, kitchen ware and souvenirs but sadly on February 26, it will close its doors. This pandemic has taken a toll on a lot of small businesses and Cecile is no exception. Hopefully one day when the pandemic is over, owner Chris will reopen its doors again for his loyal customers. We will miss Cecile’s and Chris.

Lovely shop, unique and varied gift / home decor ideas at affordable prices - reminiscent of the shops in Saint Paul de Vence, in the south of France. Owner was an absolute pleasure to speak with (and a true French gentleman from France) and the background music was so nice, we ended up purchasing 3 CDs that he has on rotating play list.

Chocolate shop
Candy store
Hershey's Chocolate World is a must-visit for chocolate lovers, offering a 650 square-foot confectionary heaven where you can indulge in all things Hershey's. From the iconic Hershey Chocolate Bar entrance to the Hershey Kisses statue and roaming mascots, there are plenty of photo opportunities. You can also enjoy free samples while exploring the store. Additionally, nearby attractions like Clifton Hill and the Hornblower Cruise offer more entertainment options for a full day trip.
I loved visiting this place cause I was able to find different Hershey products that I don’t even find in regular grocery stores. It was also nice seeing different themed products like mugs and even board games of hersheys chocolates and candies. They also have a food bar with different treats like fudge, milkshakes and hot chocolate.
Julianne F — Google review
This place is jam packed with loads of Hershey chocolate and candy options, along with merchandise. They have a cute photo area and also have an area with store made cupcakes, cookies, cookie sandwiches, fudge, and the glorious milk shakes. The biggest down side to this place is the price, be prepared to overspend. The staff were also less than friendly and acted as though we were inconveniencing them by asking for bake good items from the case.
Dan — Google review
While the store itself was visually appealing, my visit left me with mixed feelings, primarily due to the cost and the service. First Impressions & Atmosphere: The store was neat and impeccably clean, with all the classic Hershey products and branded merchandise neatly displayed. Service: More Functional Than Friendly: Unfortunately, the service was undeniably mediocre at best. The staff were efficient enough in handling transactions, but there was a distinct lack of warmth or genuine engagement. The Sweet Redemption: Food & Drinks (But at a Cost): Where the store truly shone was in its edible offerings. We tried the cheesecake and a milkshake, and both were absolutely delicious. The cheesecake was rich, creamy, and everything you'd hope for from a decadent dessert. The milkshake was perfectly blended, thick, and bursting with flavor – a genuine treat. However, this deliciousness came with a significant caveat: both items were expensive. While the quality was undeniable, the price point for these individual treats felt steep, pushing the experience into the "overpriced" category that the store's general merchandise already hinted at. Conclusion: This Hershey store is a visually pleasing establishment with some genuinely tasty (and indulgent) food items. If you're looking for a quick, delicious dessert and don't mind paying a premium for it, or if you simply want to browse a very clean and well-stocked Hershey-themed shop, it's worth a stop.
Rose D — Google review
This place is a must-visit if you have a sweet tooth! Walking through the giant Hershey's bar entrance is a really fun way to start the experience. Inside, it's a sensory overload in the best way possible—the smell of chocolate is amazing. They have an incredible selection of candy, including some hard-to-find items and gigantic versions of your favorites, like the 5-pound chocolate bar. The fresh-made treats are the real highlight, though. We got a milkshake and it was thick, creamy, and absolutely delicious. The chocolate-covered strawberries also looked incredible. It's definitely a fun spot to explore and pick up some unique gifts or souvenirs. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that it's quite expensive, which is expected for a tourist spot on Falls Avenue, but still something to be aware of. It also gets very crowded, so be prepared for that. Overall, a super fun and tasty stop while you're in Niagara!
Shayan S — Google review
So much to choose from. As well as having a variety of different products in all different sizes, they also have some good merchandise to buy. Only downside would be a lot of stuff is on the pricey side, but I would still make it a stop if you are in Niagara Falls!
Courtney W — Google review
If your in the mood for something sweet and delicious, this is a place you don’t want to miss, their Hershey milkshakes are so delicious. They also have different ice cream flavors to choose from & lots of yummy chocolate treats. Definitely a spot to visit.

Only visited for the ice cream. It was pretty good and reasonably priced. Didn't try anything else but noticed that the store was neat, clean and appeared well laid out with spacious aisles. There is ample parking with handicapped access as well.

I have been using the Picards store in Fort Erie, pretty much since it opened. I have always been mostly pleased with the service and product. The other day, I went to get a supply of Chipnuts for my son to take with him, they were good as usual. While in the store I came across some Almond Brittle, since I had never tried it and it was on sale, the sticker on the package was $2.25, I thought it would be worth the try. When at the cashier, she rang it in at $2.75. Of course I showed the sticker to her. She just said that is wrong, and it should be $2.75...due to the line up I did not continue the conversation, and she was not budging, so the result is I did pay the extra for the two packages...but I will not be buying from that store again, I will go back to Fonthill where the staff is polite, and same distance. So make sure their sale stickers are accurate, BEFORE, saves being embarrassed by staff at the checkout!

The peanuts for Human consumption are great and very reliable in taste and availability. The peanuts for feeding the birds and other creatures is another creature. The shelled nut may or may not be in stock, best to call ahead. Also, we realize all prices have gone up but when these went up they jumped 50%, from $4 to $6! I think they realized sales dropped so then they offered the same nuts but with the red covering still on, at $5, but that didn't last long and now they are all $6 While the price expanded, the bag has shrunk by 100g. Not a lot but when combined with the price increase and now the nuts have a definite "rotting" odour to them (2 out of 3 bags). We will be switching to the local Feed Mill for bird nuts.

Niagara Image Gallery is a treasure trove for art enthusiasts, showcasing an impressive array of original artworks, limited-edition reproductions, and unique collectibles. The gallery features significant pieces by celebrated Canadian artists like Trisha Romance and Tanya Jean Peterson. Visitors rave about the warm hospitality and expertise of the staff, particularly Tanya and Jordan, who go above and beyond to ensure a delightful shopping experience. Many have shared their joy in discovering beautiful prints that resonate deeply with them—one even brought tears of happiness!
My visits to the Niagara Image Gallery (formerly the Romance Collection Gallery) have been nothing short of extraordinary, with the most recent visit on December 12th being particularly memorable. This gem of an art gallery, nestled in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake, left a lasting impression on me with its remarkable collection, featuring the captivating works of Trisha Romance, Tanya Jean Peterson, and Jordan Morrison. My sister Shirley, who has been a dedicated collector of Trisha Romance's work for many years, gifted me a beautiful picture following the birth of my daughter. This personal connection made my visit even more special and meaningful. One of the highlights of my visit was the incredible service we received from Tanya regarding the pictures we secured through the live auction. From the moment we walked through the door, she was welcoming and attentive. Her genuine enthusiasm for the art on display was infectious, and she took the time to answer all my questions with insightful and thoughtful responses. It was clear that she possesses a deep passion for the gallery and its exhibits. The gallery itself is beautifully curated. The ambiance is both serene and inspiring, providing the perfect backdrop for an immersive art experience. Each piece is thoughtfully displayed, allowing visitors to fully appreciate the creativity and talent of the artists featured. In addition to the stunning artwork, the gallery offers custom framing. Their framing service is meticulous, ensuring that every piece is showcased to its best advantage. They have an impressive selection of frames to choose from, and Tanya’s expertise in helping select the perfect frame is invaluable. This attention to detail and commitment to quality truly enhances the overall experience. Whether you're an art connoisseur or just looking for a unique cultural experience, Niagara Image Gallery is a must-visit destination in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Overall, my visit to the Niagara Image Gallery was truly memorable, thanks in large part to the phenomenal service provided by Tanya. She went above and beyond by having her mother customize the sweetest note for my sister's "Best Friends" print, following the passing of her beloved dog, Moose. This personal touch added an extra layer of warmth and care to our experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I highly recommend this gallery to anyone visiting the Niagara area.

Candy store
My wife and I visited a charming little shop called Olde Tyme candy shoppe 15 years ago and had a great time. Despite its smaller size compared to back then, it still offers a wide range of candies and other enjoyable items. They have about twelve flavors of rock candy to choose from, which are reasonably priced compared to other stores. This shop is considered the best in the Clifton Hill area due to its impressive variety of candies and fair prices.
Lots of interesting snacks and souvenirs available at this little candy shop. You will find products from different countries, including Asian snacks. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the Clifton Hill area.
Allan C — Google review
We were really excited to go into this candy shop, we’ve been to another retro candy shops in Niagara Falls a few years ago and it was very cool so we decided to give this one a try. We didn’t find the staff very friendly, they weren’t rude or anything they just kind of sat on their phone and didn’t acknowledge your presence at all or help assist you in any way. When I had to go ask a question the lady acted like I was bothering her, I don’t know maybe I interrupted her candy crush game. We picked up almost $100 worth of different kinds of items and about $60-$70 worth of those items ended up right in the garbage. I’m not sure if these items are expired or they were just not stored properly but they were absolute garbage. It’s a shame as I really love to support small businesses and I really do believe this store has great potential but as for now we will never go back again and we will continue to try to find another retro candy shop that has employees involved with their customers and items that are actually edible to eat. I am going to give it a two star instead of a one as some items definitely brought back fond memories. Response to owner: actually, it wasn’t a $.39 candy. I have attached an additional photo of the packaging. This package was $3.99 not $.39, as for your second question as to why I would post this on a social media platform instead of coming into the store. The fact is I don’t live in Niagara Falls. I live three hours away and we didn’t open these candies until we got home so I wasn’t gonna drive back three hours to complain and that’s why we have these reviews for business owners like yourself to check to see how their customers find their products. Take these reviews as a learning opportunity about the products that you’re selling to your customers and yes, we did end up throwing about $60 of candy away. Either the packaging was stuck on them and we’re not gonna eat plastic or the candy itself tasted off as if it was expired. This was more of a novelty than something edible. Since you own the store, maybe just go through grab some of your own candy and test them out and see what is good and what isn’t as I’m three hours away and I’m not able to do that for you.

Probably the best shoppe in the Clifton Hill area. The wide variety of candy is amazing and the prices are extremely fair. The location has no affect on pricing! Every time I visit, Elise is always friendly and helps me pick one or two things out for the night! Definitely worth checking out!

My wife and I visited this fun little shop 15 years ago and enjoyed it so much that we made sure to come back on this visit. It’s changed in 15 years… half the size of what it used to be, but still plenty of candies and other fun items to choose from. They have a dozen or so flavors of rock candy to choose from, and they’re a little less expensive than elsewhere, and that’s we bought on this visit.
James M — Google review
Great little candy shop. Full of goodies, that you can only really find in these types of candy shops. Some items can be a bit procey, but it can be expected in a specialty shop. For example oddball soda pop flavors, cool tins cases with candy in them,(pictured) and an entire wall of Japanese candy. And the best part, and probably the best part of any store ever in my opinion. Is the fully functioning Mortal Kombat II arcade cabinet (pictured) in the back. Will definitely make this a for sure stop when were down!

Saddest farmers market I have ever seen, like 8 vendors?? Dont waste your time if you are from out of town. Just drive around and hit up the various produce stands. Also the guy with the tarts, your tarts had raisins when you said they didnt. I asked if had raisins, as i hate raisins. 4 for $12 threw them all out because they were very doughy. Very good scone though!

Loved the Supper Market. It is my first time going. My family and we all tried something different. I tried the wood oven pizza. Yum yum . Authentic thin crust and fresh. It took some time to make and serve but well worth the wait. My sister tried the brews from Niagara College. They had a delicious dark brew. We also had the samosa and poutine from Smokin Budha. Seats are limited we shared a table with other guests. I did see other people bring chairs. They must be regulars. Over all good experiences and delicious food. We also tried the smoothies. Me and my significant other have been going to quite acres for the past couple years we love it we go every weekend. They have many options and plenty of variety but the best products they sell in my opinion: Garlic Garlic scapes Heritage tomatoes Kale
Andrew C — Google review
During our trip to Niagara Falls, we were interested in exploring farms in the area. While searching online, I came across Quiet Acres in Niagara-on-the-Lake. However, I found the prices to be quite high, and I would like to share my thoughts on this. Our primary motivation was to discover farms near Niagara Falls, and Quiet Acres seemed like a promising option. The farm highlighted its specialty in providing freshly cut vegetables, which naturally piqued my interest. However, upon closer inspection, I found the prices to be beyond what I considered reasonable, and I was personally taken aback by the expense. I understand the value of fresh produce, but in my opinion, the prices at Quiet Acres seemed steep, and I had a difficult time justifying the cost. As a traveler on a budget, I found the farm's offerings to be on the expensive side, especially when compared to other farms in the area. It's important to note that each farm has its own unique offerings and pricing structure. While I personally found Quiet Acres to be pricey, it's possible that others who prioritize the freshness and quality of vegetables may be more willing to pay a premium. Ultimately, the decision comes down to individual preferences and budgetary constraints. In conclusion, if you are interested in visiting a farm near Niagara Falls and specifically seeking freshly cut vegetables, Quiet Acres in Niagara-on-the-Lake may be worth considering. However, be aware that the prices may be higher compared to other farms in the area, and it's important to evaluate your own budget and priorities before making a decision.

Good place to get quality produce. They have seasonal items for sale and sell locally sourced items. Their Covid-19 practices are great. The shop is set up so that you can only go one way through. There are also multiple stations so that you can pick your produce separatly from someone else who is picking their produce while having access to the same items. The creation of stations means that two groups can move through the line at the same time while social distancing and they won't need to stay as long. As far as produce, everything was very high quality. Items we couldn't find were accessible at the store across the road, but thankfully almost everything we needed was available here. All in all a great one stop shop.

A group of us were given a personal tour of the store and the workshop today! Handling the clay and the tools was a real treat. We learned so much about how pottery is made by this wonderful family and how intricate the work is! Of course I left with a beautiful piece to remind me of today and to use with my own collection!

My daughter and I signed up for this workshop together and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We now have our very own work of art to proudly display in our homes. I can't wait to bring my friends out to a workshop to make our own platters. Lisa, Rick and Eva were such lovely hosts and great teachers. They shared their amazing talent and knowledge in such a warm and inviting way. I feel like I made art and new friends.

We had a friendly welcome to the studio and found some beautiful mugs and bowls for our daughter and son in laws 8th wedding anniversary. They were so happy with the gift and my daughter was so impressed with the design in the bowls. Lisa told us they could return the items if they didn't like the colour. Not necessary! We enjoyed picking them out as well.

I have four of Eva's pieces and I cherish them. Going on the Behind the Scenes tour made you appreciate how many steps and stages go in to each piece. Brilliant work and the Gallery is looking gorgeous!

The Queenston Pottery Nature tile class was a truly rewarding and educational experience. I gained a deep appreciation for the creativity, skill and care that go into making ceramic art. Eva, Lisa and Rick were exceptional, instructors, - knowledgeable, encouraging and passionate about their craft. I left the class feeling inspired and grateful for the opportunity to learn from them.

Beautiful display of gorgeous pottery pieces along with artwork from a local artist. I attended a Macrame evening which was fabulous. The teacher, Megan was excellent and the owners of the Queenston Pottery made us all very welcome. Well worth a visit.

Pet supply store
Island Pets And Feed, Inc. is a fantastic small pet shop that offers a diverse range of animals such as dogs, cats, Guinea pigs, and chickens. They consistently have all the necessary supplies for these animals, including rare items like kitten formula and raw goat milk. If they don't have something in stock, customers can simply request it and the store will make sure to get it for them. The staff members are friendly, knowledgeable about their products, and provide helpful suggestions.
We love Island Pets! Sam the owner is the sweetest person ever. She even delivers our dog food for no charge! I love how neat and organized her place is and I absolutely love that I can bring my dogs in and give them a bath! The set up is so cute and she has lots of choices for the shampoo, conditioner and extras to pamper your pup! You can tell she loves what she does! Everyone that works there is always so nice. I highly recommend supporting Island Pets!

Outstanding service, fantastic selection, and an extremely organized and clean store. My son's kitten prefers one of the special blends of food sold here and I made sure to call in advance before picking it up and they had everything ready when I showed up to the door.

Wonderful little pet store!! I’ve gone here for many types of animals: dogs, cats, Guinea pigs, and chickens, and they’ve always had what I’ve needed. Even when I needed kitten formula, which I thought was so specific and probably rarely needed, yet this shop had. Even raw goat milk for the kitten! And anything they don’t have, you can simply request and they will get. The people here are awesome. Super friendly and helpful. They’re knowledgeable about their products and give good suggestions. It’s clean, organized, well stocked, and lots of variety. They pack a lot of things into this space. It’s super nice. Definitely check them out if you have a pet. They will work with you with whatever your needs are! They even do free island delivery!! Which I’ve used many times in a pinch.

It seemed small but packed with everything. A great variety of pet food, treats and toys. Also carries a variety of natural products. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The store was clean inside and out. Our pets snooped at this store with delight.

Awesome little pet shop, independent and locally owned. The owner clearly loves what she does and it shows! We feed our dogs Fromm's food which she didn't carry and we used to buy elsewhere, and she was more than happy to order it in for us- can't ask for a better experience than that. Happy to give them all of our business (which is a lot because the dogs are spoiled and well-fed).
