We visited this beach early in the morning around 6 AM, and it was completely empty, which was perfect for us. We were looking for a calm, quiet, and clean spot, especially compared to White Beach, which is usually crowded. The peaceful atmosphere made it a great place to relax and enjoy nature. It’s just a 10 minute walk from the main road, and the serenity you find there makes the short walk absolutely worth it.

This beach once was my backyard! Enjoyed my morning walks here. Just sad that I had to flee this beautiful beach. Ayalas frequently this beach occasionally. They are quiet humble people.

It's an effort to find, but it's definitely worth it. Much better than White Beach. We had to go through a path that was closed off to vehicles to get there, but once there, we were happy to have the beach almost all to ourselves :D If you're coming during monsoon season, however, better be careful of the strong waves!

Beach quality is same as White Beach, but there's way less people, no restaurants around, and less pebbles on the beach. 10/10 would recommend going here. Not too far from the main road, maybe a 2 minute walk, but you can't bring a vehicle in. 5 minutes away from AV Suites reception area.

Got lost finding the secret passage to this beach but definitely worth the trouble. This beach is perfect for relaxing because it's not crowded.

We didn’t expect a Korean/Italian red light district when we arrived here. The place was clean. One thing I noticed is that there is no utility poles resulting in a clean and relaxing mood.

We rented a motorcycle from White Beach just to visit Sabang Beach. However, there's no beach at all. Not worth it if you're not into diving.

Love the place if you come here for diving. Quite expensive if you want to go anywhere with a tuk tuk. We were 5 people coming from Manila and took private transport going there , first taxi pick up at the hotel in Manila and dropped off at the private boat taking us to the pier of our dive resort. A cost of 15000 php. We thought it was expensive, so we booked the puplic ferry and bus through sikat going back to Manila. The price of 8000 php + taxi to the ferry + taxi from station to hotel in Manila. We saved only 3000 php and used around 2 hours more on the road. Not worth the amount we saved. I'll recommend private. Both of them are expensive.

Tucked away from the busy and loud vibe of the other spots like Sabang or White Beach, Talipanan is a tranquil version of Puerto Galera where you can take a swim or take a stroll along the beach. If you are all for relaxation in a serene and breathtaking scenery then this should be a destination for you.

Haligi beach has a clear sea that's really unusual nowadays. Love the vibes the beach has given me. Also the sound of nature that is realy relaxing.

I was there yesterday because of the positive comments. I decided for the squid. Bit costly but worth each cent. It was really great. One negative: They only have 1 l bottles of RedHorse. For me alone its simply too much. The place is nice to sit. Kind people everywhere. Allaround to recommend

The dishes here tasted delicious! Seafood and vegetables is fresh not frozen ones. The meal I ordered is the special day menu, the prize is more than 600php depending on the size of see food. We went here as we were craving some pasta. And the homemade pasta was a dream. Also everything else was delicious. We had the pasta, tomato salad and grilled fish and everything was absolutely delicious. That's why we had to come back today and try some other dishes. We had the seafood pasta, the beef steak and hummus as appetizer and again we are so happy and full. We can definitely recommend this place for great food and good wine.

One of the best restaurants I've experienced in the Phillipines (I'm from the USA) for both food and service! They even have cheese fondue on the menu, made by the restaurant owner who is from Switzerland. I tried many different dishes and all of them were wonderful. You can't go wrong eating here. The bathroom is very clean, too.

Cozy, relaxing, simply the best bar in Sabang. You can see the best of Sabang on land and water because of its stunning views. And you do not need to wear a swimsuit to go here, although I did wear it underneath just in case.

Very fun way to spend an afternoon! Mindoro sling cocktail was very tasty, as was the Pork Bahn Min and chips! You're also able to jump off the roof into the water.

Wonderful experience, great views all around. The food is delicious and authentic. During my visit we had the baba ganoush, hummus, falafel, wagyu beef kebab and their perfectly fluffy pita. Not only is the food top notch, the owners make you feel right at home. The staff are kind and attentive! Will definitely be returning during my next visit to Puerto Galera!

We stayed for a week with Out of Blue resort and ate several times at The Verandah. Never had a bad service. The food was really good that even picky teenagers would try it out and enjoy it. We loved this restaurant. It has 2 tables with the ocean view. The restaurant is tucked in a bit upstairs where the Out of Blue resort reception is. It felt very reasonable in price compared with all the other restaurant options in Puerta Galera (and we tried many). It takes cash and credit cards. Highly recommend.

Had Hawaiian pizza and calamari one night and yes amazing! Had Sizzling Sisig, sizzling seafood and chicken schnitzel the next time we came. Soooo good and cheaper than other places! So good would 10/10 recommend!!

Relaxed, friendly and helpful staff plus nice food. Despite going out with the intention of trying out other places for food we ended up dining in on several nights. We especially liked the fresh salad and more traditional type pizza , much better than the overly sweet and doughy variety commonly found.

Had an ok breakfast here. The lady was quite nice and polite. The location is at the end of sabang road and up about 60 steps so not easy to get to so it was empty the first time I went and I was very disappointed to find that when I returned at 730pm on a Saturday night all the lights were off and noone was there despite claiming to be open daily until 9pm EDIT: to the owner - yes that's the exact place i visited. The place in the photos. It's at Out of the Blue and it's not "on the beach" it's up about 60 steps up, above the swimming pool. The sign for the restaurant is right there at the bottom, on the beach. When I was there you had one woman serving and one man who she had to call into the kitchen to cook. I had eggs, bacon and toast - check your receipts. I think a cup of tea with it. I told her i would probably return for dinner and when i did you were closed. There is no reason for me to lie. I don't appreciate you making out that my review is false.

I only tried the coffee here, but the ambience is incredibly peaceful. If I were to go on a date, Verandah would definitely be my top choice

Very quiet little beach with a couple of dive shops. The snorkeling off to the left side of the beach around the rocks is good. There aren’t any restaurants so bring snacks if you need food. There is a bit of shade from the buildings and a couple of trees. To get to the beach do NOT take a tricycle from the main road because the hills are too steep and you will end up sliding backwards down the pavement. Walk along the beach front and through the little paths from Sabang beach (just ask the locals) or get a tricycle to take you on the main road until you hit the crazy steep road and then just walk up rather than drive. It’s about a 10-15 min walk from where the main road gets too steep for the tricycles and it’s all downhill once you get over the initial short steep part

This is a hotel run by a lovely couple with an addon diving center with a dedicated inhouse divemaster. Don't be fooled seeing the road to the entrance. They created a garden of Eden. It IS that good 👍🏻 First the hotel: it's very neat and clean, well maintained, has a pool, spa and direct entrance to the beach. Airconned rooms, clean showers, working warm water, the whole shabang The food is great! We once had to wait for too long because the kitchen was understaffed for an unexpected incoming group, but i do NOT hold that against them, it is NOT standard. They try to provide food made with the freshest ingredients and top flavouring, even the fries were fresh homemade. Prices are fair! The personel is so well trained, they see all and don't stand still. They take pride in their work. This is due to the couples management. Tops👍🏻🫶🏻 The diving center is run by the coolest and friendliest divemaster Randy you could imagine. It was great diving with him. Although we brought our own gear we saw that all was neat, tidy, well maintained, mint condition gear(i included some pictures)! (Except for the transport van that had seen better days, but....was still functional 🤣) Randy, as the others, takes pride in his work. Randy provided DSD(Discover scubadiving courses) to two familymembers who felt confident with him. Well done. A nice intro for them including a nice dive to 12mtrs seeing the underwater beauty. To get a couple of days out from busy Manila, or as a stopover for tourists, all can find a place here to enjoy. Sabang, white beach and other touristic spots can be visited here. The people here are more than willing to think along. Again, Sean and Maylin created a beautifull spot that they share with their guests. You will feel welcome here ❤️.

I did 2 certifications here, both the Open Water and Advanced. Both were good experiences and I completed the courses quickly. I got my PADI materials reading done in the BADLADZ restaurant and then jumped in the water with the instructor. B-Boy was friendly and the course was very chill. We went to 5 different sites for the 5 course dives, including drift diving and 2 wrecks. It was a great experience I wholly recommend!

Great diving operation and dive instructor Chris is top notch. Apeks regulator (din tanks but can accomodate yokey 🇺🇸regulator) and new aqualung jacket bcd if you need rentals. The resort is away from noisy area so they haul you and your gear to a port about 5-10min away to get in their boat. Boat ride is about 10-20 min boat ride depending on the site. The boat will pick you up at the front of the resort for verde island trip. The rooms are cheaper than Sabang and kids/family friendly.

I am 73 years old and have traveled to a lot of hotels, etc. I can say without exception that this was the cleanest place I have ever been to. The wife is Filipino. I could tell right away that she took care of this hotel. Everything was spotless. The restaurant was very good as well. Now as to the diving, there were three dive masters, all very good at what they did. There was an equipment room that was matched stuff. All the same maker. I am a disabled diver and need help. They provided everything that I needed. The diving was vas excellent. I had to take a refresher course, so very glad I did. The walked me through everything. The next 4 dives went very well. Over all I would give this place an A+++.

Great place to dive, a very different view of diving compared to the other resorts. As Badladz Diving is alot further than the other resorts. There dive sites are different and alot better than 99% of other resorts because of its location. 15 minute boat ride away from the dive sites, and departing in front of the resort. Very relaxing and great place to learn!

Our tour guide also call this place Virgin Beach. Not because it is unexploited but because of the statue of Virgin Mary. The area is more peaceful than the other beach counterparts like the White Beach. There is a PHP10 entrance fee.

It's a private beach along with a restaurant. The restaurant charges you around 30 php in order to enter the beach. It's full of pebbles instead of sand. They have a prop in the sea like they show in takeshi's castle which you can try free of cost after entering into beach. There is no time limitation for your stay. They give you life jackets as well.

Beautiful Aplayang Munti Beach area with heaps to do for the kids. Nice place to sit and relax with the family while the kids play on the water slides. There is a Restaurant being built and nice Jet Skis to ride. The beach is pebbles with lots of shade and a cool breeze. Throughly enjoyed my time there. I highly recommend a visit to Aplayang Munti while in Peurto Galera.

Aplayang Munti the beach is clean with small pebbles and coconut shade trees. A nice sea water for swimming, bathing and snorkelling around. A water park for fun. There are some picnic shacks and new mini resort servicing tourists. A great place to bring the family and groups for a day out, right along the highway is easy access.
