The Holstentor is such a wonderful landmark which luckily survived to the modern age. The inside holds a nice little museum with different themed rooms and also a rather beautiful model of the medieval city.

A must see in Lübeck and a beautiful entrance to the old town. The Museum is small but also worth a visit if you have time.

Unique experience. I would definitely recommend especially if you are from outside of the EU. There were lots of interesting artifacts inside the museum. There are lots of steep, winding stairs inside so if you have mobility issues, you wouldn't enjoy this.

I tried 3 times to visit in Lubeck cathedral unsuccessfully! it should be open all of the times but the two had some kind of event or mass and the third was completely closed! Very disappointing!

The big church in the center of Lubac. It's a pity that we didn't get there in time because the church was closing, so we didn't get to go inside. I think it must be very beautiful.

This is a collection of 6 old style houses. All were refurbished and the skinny one is of most interest in that the windows are all sagged. Very interesting.

NOSFERATU!!! Apart from being beautiful, the place means a lot to those of us who are lovers of horror movies. Wismar and Lübeck are famous on a cinematographic level because the movie NOSFERATU (year 1922) was filmed in these cities. So, as a result of its 100th anniversary, I wanted to know several places where the film was filmed, and in the case of Lübeck, I started with the old salt warehouse, a place with Gothic / Baltic architecture, and very important between the 16th and 18.

Nice cosy atmosphere but i wish there would be a bit more to see and the films would be subtitled. Also many things are left out, like everyone would have read every newspaperarticle decades ago and will know why this and why that. I left with many questions.

The initial welcome from one staff member was not so warm as we didn't have a reservation, it felt like we were an inconvenience. We sat happily in the beer garden, lucky to be under an umbrella and out of the rain unlike some other tables. Once seated the food, drink and service were good.

A traditional pub with good kitchen in the center of the city. The staff is untrained and uninterested. We were served beer twice as the waiters are not coordinating their work. The basement is touristy with replicas of historical objects. The kitchen closes at 10. No food after that. Small garden but lot of places inside on 3 levels.

The waitress was the best, the food was very, very good. I would definitely come back. The restrooms were clean, as was the rest of the establishment.

A good place to try delicious craft beer and national dishes. Be prepared for the fact that the dishes are very large, the waiters are not too hasty and the kitchen closes about 1.5 hours before the establishment closes. prices are normal.

A popular bar, recommend to book in advance. Food is ok but not exactly impressive. The goulash soup was quite salty. I have a feeling that this place is understaffed as it takes ages to get the waiter.

We have been coming here for the last 15 years. Over the years the quality of the food has been declining. This time was the worst. The schnitzel Wiener Art was really dry and almost looked like is was not home made and some of the fried potatoes were not even cooked through properly. All of us were really disappointed. This was the last time we will visit unfortunately.

A place where there isn't only the history of a great man such was Thomas Mann, but also the history of a city, of a country during is pivotal moment of history.

The staff was very helpful and the exhibitions very interesting but was disappointed by the house itself as I expected it to have been reconstructed the way it was (like so many other places bombarded in WWII) ... only the original facade survived and the rest is just an ordinary block of concrete walls... 2 of the rooms in the house have been re created with furniture etc... and that is rather effective , with the view on st Maria church which gives a feeling for what it could have been like living there in the 19th century.

Somewhat disappointing. The subject matter is very interesting, but one gets lost in all the details, whereas the reflection of the lights in the glass cases and the small print doesn't help. Floor about the Buddenbrooks book was worth the visit though.

Didn't get the museum. You have to walk a certain way and read a lot, and watch Mann family chronicles printed on glass. There was a book reading upstairs.

We dropped to Lubek just to visit this exhibition with such high expectations. I really like Thomas Mann as well as the novel Buddenbrooks. So I was really disappointed with such a small collection and unfriendly staff. Just a few information in English. Seemed to be an unwelcome guest.

My husband and I went here to celebrate after our wedding and were so happy we did. The staff was super friendly and greeted us with sparkling wine. The cocktails were great. Reminds me of my favorite cocktail bar in the US. Thanks again!

Excellent and knowledgable bar keeper! Made our night. Great explanations and even a special creation based on a description of a flavour profile. You forget you are in Lübeck, and you could be in London, Hong Kong or Tokio!

Ideally located on the west of Lübeck, by the unmissable bridge Holstenbrücke, this tiny bar catches your eye by its beautiful décor and atmosphere. Seating at the bar, you can see the personnel cares and values quality and precision when assembling the drinks. I had four different cocktails, going various directions in terms of flavours and ingredients, and every one of them was excellent and showed subtlety in the way the flavours are brought together. A short conversation with one of the barmen proved the passion and willingness to further develop knowledge and recipes. This cocktail bar is an obligatory stop. And they speak English btw.

Small but interesting collection of 19th and 20th century art, mostly German, often withe relation to Lübeck, some Scandinavian. At the moment some exhibits from the Thomas Mann Museum in the Buddenbrookshaus which is under renovation.

This museum is small, and basically includes works of art. During the renovation of the Buddenbrooks museum, they held an exhibition on Thomas Mann and his family. This is very well done.

The museum is nicely organized with some interactive elements for the visitors to have a better feel of the place itself. Overall it's worth a visit if you like paintings, otherwise it could be a bit underwhelming.

Original Edvard Munch (painter of the Scream) work here. Even more special: these Munch's were actually mad in Lubeck! Very interesting collection that ties in with its location. Also beautiful building.

The size of the museum is just right, many beautiful paintings - both long-term and temporary exhibitions. No particularly famous paintings you know from textbooks but some less famous ones from famous artists (e.g. Kokoschka). I prefered the local artists though. The staff is nice, price ok (7 EUR vs 3.5 EUR for students). We only had 45 minutes before closure (5 p.m.) - I recommend one hour.

This restaurant/café is a solid spot for breakfast or brunch. I had the pancakes with cashew nuts, and they were good – definitely a generous portion. The pancakes were maybe a bit on the dry side, but with all the syrup it worked out fine.

Had the butter, cheese, and jam and scrambled egg breakfasts with unfiltered coffee. Beautiful presentation of both plates. Excellent bread with chewy exterior and springy interior. Coffee was very good.

A good solid avocado toast and pancakes. I have had better many times, but still pretty good.

This café is located in a very charming street in Lubeck innerstadt, they have an internal area and the external area is right next to St.-Aegidien-Kirche underneath large trees which makes it very quiet and extremely cozy! And they opens on Sundays YAY! The coffee - had an espresso and a filtered - was good but not great, specially considering the specialty coffee's world. The cheesecake was nice. The service, was good, although at peak moments things do take a little more time. Recently tasted their food and it was good overall. :)

Good espresso. The pastry was a little too sugary for me and a bit stale. I love the energy inside and the staff were very friendly. Lots of different seating too. I would probably come back for just regular savory food and coffee.

Very cozy and beautifully located café. The espresso and Eggs Benedict made for an excellent lunch. The cashew pancakes came with a selection of fresh fruit and had great taste and consistency! Our order arrived fairly quickly, despite the café being completely packed when we arrived.

I had the most discriminatory and offensive experience at Strandsalon in Lübeck on 13/07/2024. My friends and I, who are foreigners with darker skin tones, were not allowed entry into the club simply because of our nationality and skin color. The bouncer gave us the ridiculous excuse that the party was only for police and fire brigade members, yet he allowed in all other people without question. This blatant discrimination is unacceptable and completely unjustifiable. It is disgraceful that in this day and age, a business would openly discriminate against customers based on their nationality and skin color. I would strongly advise against visiting Strandsalon if you are not a member of the police or fire brigade and do not have a fair complexion, as apparently they are the only ones welcome at this establishment. Discrimination based on nationality and skin color has no place in society, and it is truly disappointing to see it practiced so openly at this club. Stay far away from Strandsalon if you value inclusivity and fairness for all individuals, regardless of their background.

wanted to watch the football european championship there. prior to the game we called -to aksed if the game we wanted to see would show. -that was confirmed that they woul show it. As arrived they switched the screen between 2 qualification games . so the would not show a normal whole game but every 4 -5 minutes they showed--changed to an other game. for me as a footbal fan I could not follow a normal Total Match. On request they would not adjust the choice to show it. so me and the team of fans I watched it with we left. 1 star because on the investigative call - 1 day before they said ---"jawohl we show it. " and NO they did not show the whole match . also only 1 bar open.. with a waiting time of over 5 minutes to get your -drinks- beer. for me bad experience !! left at half time - before getting the 'Pfand" back on the cups- glasses also took 5 minutes . because was given false information and if you know it is gonna busy open more then 1 bar with 1 slow bar person. would not !! recomend this place to go to.

Great location for a beer in the sunshine

The halloween party here had two DJs, which one clearly was better than the other. Drinks were reasonably priced and almost half the people there were in costumes. We had a fun experience there.

Good music, nice interior, acceptable prices. You'll usually find quite a crowd in front of the entrance on the weekends, but with a bit of luck you can oftentimes also find a place to sit inside. Very popular with college students, so prepare to see mostly people in their 20s and 30s.

Nice pub for young people/students with affordable beer. The only problem was the pub being very crowded. Standing outside with a beer with friends was fine too. Arnold Schwarzenegger would probably say, “I’ll be back”.

Bar mostly frequented by students and immigrant like the other bars on Clementestraße, open minded, with strong social political movements, alternative. I love it!

A great restaurant by the Untertrave river. Great quality food, well presented dishes, excellent service and environment. They also have good drinks and even produce some of the alcohol themselves. I've had other good dishes there, but the Salmon Burger is specially good! Totally recommend.

I found this place by chance, no Google, no recommendations. It was pure luck that I came to this temple of food. Everything looked so amazing that I decided to take all their appetizers to try more. Great seafood restaurant on Lübeck's waterfront, serving classic regional dishes with a modern twist. Staff is very friendly and attentive, and the place has a nice atmosphere. Can get quite busy, so make sure to reserve a table in advance.

A popular fish place. I came at 17:30 and managed to get a table without reservation. Staffs are friendly. I ordered a nordic starter with Kiel fish, cod & chips and a small beer and it costed €50. The dishes are fine but I would expect better considering the price. They provide vinegar too for the fish & chips (in case you want it as UK style.. like me). Btw, they have a take away place across the street as well.

The battered fish is really good. It changes how I think about fish and chips! I was initially like "Fried fish? Everybody can do that!", and after I took a bite "Holy. This is so good. The fish is juicy, is not fishy, and so flavorful!" I agree with other comments that the price on the steep side, but I am glad the food performance met the high expectation from the high price. Loved the atmosphere of this place—elegant, warm, and cozy. Very nice and friendly service. We had crispy shrimps 🦐, which were absolutely delicious, and burrata 🧀, which was okay, as our appetizers. Today we visited your bar for the first time. I had been eyeing it during my vacation, and we finally decided to stop by for a glass of wine and a snack. We initially ordered the artichokes with pesto verde, and my husband ordered the garlic baguette. The waiter asked if he wanted it with or without pesto, and we clearly said WITHOUT. Later, it turned out we were served sourdough bread instead of a baguette. Apparently, there’s just sourdough bread with or without pesto – we were not heard, but we didn’t bother mentioning it anymore. Then my artichokes arrived – without pesto. They were simply fermented artichokes with spices (the pink peppercorns were really overpowering – not a fan). Later, I reread the menu and saw it clearly said pesto verde. I asked the waiter about it, and he said: “There’s not supposed to be pesto. It’s artichokes that taste like pesto.” That’s when I completely lost it. I clarified that when people read pesto verde they will expect actual pesto, not just some kind of pesto flavour (which, by the way, I didn’t taste at all – and I’ve been working as a chef for over 6 years, so I was starting to think I was going crazy). Then on the bill, we saw a completely different artichoke item at a different price (thank you for that, really, because I nearly choked at the thought of paying full price for something I didn’t receive – and on top of that, being told it’s supposed to taste like pesto? Much appreciated). At the end, my husband asked for the bill (note: no one asked how we’d like to pay), and later our dear waiter approached us with a wallet. When we said we’d pay by card, he responded – with an annoyed tone – “Well then, come with me to the register.” My husband later told me there was a mobile terminal all along. So now I’m left wondering: what’s going on with your staff’s communication skills? Somehow it felt like we were the ones at fault – but no, that’s absolutely not the case. I’m thoroughly disappointed with the service and how my last evening in the beautiful city of Lübeck turned out. I’ve seen amazing hospitality everywhere else I’ve been here – but this was a total letdown. It’s long overdue to understand: it doesn’t matter who walks into your place or how much they spend – you should always be a friend to your guests. That’s what hospitality is about. I truly wanted to end my evening on a joyful, sparkling note over a couple glasses of prosecco, but I ended up heading back to my hotel, drinking in the lobby bar where kind people work – and writing this unpleasant review. By the way, the bread was actually excellent.

Fantastic inner yard where we dined, my tagliatelle with chanterelles that got covered with 70 month parmigiano directly in the parmesan wheel was to die for! Everything was cooked to perfection with great care of the foods.

Service was good and the order came fast. It’s a nice environment and the tables outside under the sun makes it a nice experience. Nice thing is that you can order from the two different restaurants at the same place, Miera and the one of the handmade pasta in front of it. Sauce was delicious, meat was juicy and soft, and the pasta was delicious! Tip for the establishment: allow customers to tip employees with card payment. The staff make a good job 👍🏼 Offer also a printed menu. Your website is nice but as you have too many options it’s bot nice to look for it on the phone as the letters are too small. Poor elderly customers.

Cute, yet deceptively large restaurant in the city center. Reservations are recommended but I always seem to get lucky just walking in. In and outside dining with the owner fluttering about checking in on tables and keeping the energy up. Food is delicious and super fresh, just finished my 2nd time there and next time I’m in lübeck I’ll make it my 3rd.

Really amazing experience. Private space is always appealing for me. Food was very delicious, This was a vegan or vegetarian main course (My bad- I forget). A combination of various mushroom with special sauce was very tasty. A cocktail in a rage of 9-11 Euros. My order 3 course menu: Started with good range of starter dish (well decorated-and appreciable taste, included a red meat, chicken, fish - on which I can't say, exotic vegetables, some breads with dips etc.) Main course of 24-26 Euros ended with the espresso coffee. I haven't had space for special desert. Per person it can range from 50-70 Euros. I strongly recommend this restaurant for all purpose event (we were 6-7 persons). Staff speak English. Only strange part was that they requested us to leave after 2-2:30 hours. I am not sure if it is common practice in Germany. This is ridiculous and embracing in my home country. That can be clarify at the time of booking. Overall experience was amazing.

We had a nice dinner here, but a few things took some joy off the general feeling. The food was very good, the Spanish pizza was the highlight, with a great combination of beef, cheese and marmalade, the giant ravioli were unique and the pasta with beef was well made, but besides the pizza which was fairly priced at 12,00 the other dishes were overpriced to our taste, considering portions and all in all worth. Wine glass at 10,00 was also somewhat exaggerated, so had those prices were 10-20% lower, we'd find it more adequate. Service was partly professional, by one (seem to be main) waiter, but a secondary waiter has served food touching it with his fingers, which is practically unacceptable... Atmosphere is pleasant, décor is vivid and vintage style. Reservation is advised, in case you want the upper restaurant.

The chef is VERY nice. He showed us to the table, dried our seats after the rain and was so nice as to bring out the dish the waitress obviously forgot about. And the food was good, the cocktails tasty.

Was there late for drinks with group. Beer tasted like water, cocktail selection was poor and the ones we got wasn't worth drinking.

Unfortunately a terrible experience. Waited a long time to order and when the food then finally arrived it was only for one of us at the table. We assumed the other dish would come shortly after but no. After waiting for another 15-20 minutes we then asked the waiter where our food was. She was surprised but claimed it wasnt her section and refered to another waiter that she had to ask. After another 5 minutes she said she couldn’t find this “Anna” waiter and instead of just claiming some responsibility she asked us to go inside to pay as we had now asked for the bill because we didnt want to wait no more. The food quality is just fine not something outstanding, except the prices that are outstanding high.

My summer rolls and papaya salad were surprisingly good! Everything was fresh, authentic and tasty, far better than many of the Vietnamese restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Really nice place with huge portions. I ordered the butterfish, and what I really loved about this dish is that it came with lots of good veggies such as asparagus, broccoli and snow peas, and not just a massive amount of rice like you normally get in other places, which made the dish a lot healthier and tastier.

Very friendly staff, very accomodation. We got the food really quickly which was great as we were really hungry. Loads of salmon in the California roll. The pho was great, we had a coconut curry and flying noodles.

Great asian fusion restaurant. I had on different days nigiri sushi (tuna and anago), some grilled fish and miso soup. I was also with colleagues who were all happy with their meal. The flying noodle dish was especially entertaining. All of us appreciated the amount of food served, and the generous portion of vegetables served with their bowls. Recommended.

We came up with this place because we arrived late and it was the only one that had the kitchen open. Food is really good, with big plates and good variety and quality. Pork with toast was something new for me but I liked it. I especially liked the mushrooms that came with it. Beautiful ship, with a pretty nice exhibition about its history. Unfortunately the back part of the ship was closed due to renovation, but a big part of the rest of the ship is available to public. Also very pleasant is the translation of nearly all exhibition signs/info into English.

This is a must go for sailing enthusiasts and people with kids. On board, a thorough and rich exhibition shows all aspects of the fast-sailing transatlantic trade and life on board. Passat is a very big and impressive sailing ship. Don't miss it when you are in the region.

Great looking 4 mast classic ship, however so much construction, you can barely get there. Nonetheless it should be worth it. Definitely check the opening times as they are sometimes closed and they have "main seasons" as well as "lesser seasons". When open you can tour the ship and even spend the night in one of several choices of accomodations.

Went for coffee and cake after lunch. My wife had the marzipan cake and loved it while I chose poorly, a cinnamon roll. Nothing wrong with the roll just a bad choice. The actual coffee was good, my wife’s Americano was very good but my cappuccino was below average, i think it was the milk that let it down.

At 9am on a rainy day, this place was just perfect for me. It’s a super cozy and chill place with good coffee and great guacamole bagel. The staff was really sweet too :) Will deffinitely come again when I am in the city!

Kaffeehaus was my absolute favorite cafe in Lübeck, in the past 2 years I go there almost every week to read, to work or to socialize. I love their cakes however cant say the same thing for the drinks anymore. In the past 3 visits unfortunately our drinks were in very poor taste and quality. My husband loves Americano however it was way too sour than normal and even though we asked some milk ( twice actually) we ended up not getting it. My last order was iced matcha latte, it came with only 3 ice cubes ( almost no matcha inside at all) and they melted so quick and the drink was very warm and watery. I asked some more ice and ended up getting another 3 ice cubes 🥲And last time we waited for our cakes almost until we finished our drinks- again we friendly reminded service staff in case they forget , she kind of give us eye rolls. I am so sad but I don’t think I will visit there anymore. I love they always have young staff and good environment right in the heart of the town however I am not getting what I am paying for anymore.

The food and coffee choice is pretty good, the place is located in the nice area. On the downside: The roots of feld salat weren't washed. I could still see the dirt on them. Im Juli wollten wir spontan, zusammen mit Freunden, dieses Puppenmuseum nochmals besuchen. Leider war das Puppenmuseum geschlossen. Offensichtlich ist das Museum nur Freitag bis Sonntag geöffnet. Was ich persönlich sehr bedaure, ist die geänderten Gebäude Fassaden Erscheinung. Wo früher Fenster mit drei Quersprossen waren, wurden moderne Fenster mit nur noch einer Quersprosse angebracht. Ebenfalls die zwei Dach-Lukarnen, ohne Quersprossen, passen nicht zu einem mehrhundertjährigen Gebäude, schade!

Attended a conference here and really enjoyed my time. The location of the MuK is perfect for those staying in the city center or for those coming into Lübeck by train. Would definitely be excited to attend another conference here.

Beautiful Big hall with good acoustic for 2.000 people. I like to play a concert here. Its wonderful that Lübeck has it! Here's a Small hall also.

A sweet venue for conferences. Only a stone’s throw away from the old town of Lübeck via a walking bridge across the Untertrave. Highly recommendable.

My Honest Review – A Mix of Good and Disappointing Experiences I’ve stayed at many hotels and visited many destinations around the world. I’ve experienced some truly excellent accommodations — but I was quite surprised by this hotel. Despite paying a fairly high price for the room, there was no coffee machine, no kettle, no complimentary coffee or tea, and not even any cups or mugs in the room. If you want coffee maker, you have to purchase it — but not even available to purchase for us!!! which is quite disappointing for a hotel in this price range. I honestly didn’t expect such a basic service to be missing. This was my first time staying at this hotel. Normally, when I stay at a quality hotel, someone helps carry the luggage to the room. But here, we had to carry everything ourselves — no staff assistance was offered at all. I understand that some hotels in Europe, even 4-5 stars, may not offer porter service, but for a hotel of this standard, it’s something that should definitely be available. Frankly, the lack of a coffee maker, kettle, and cups was very disappointing and unacceptable. I strongly suggest the hotel improve this aspect. That said, there were also some positive points: the room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. For Asian travelers: be aware that in Germany, if you want to use the sauna, you are required to be completely nude — otherwise, you won’t be allowed to enter. This might come as a cultural shock, so I suggest the hotel consider offering private or modest options if they want to welcome more international guests.

A great location minutes to the beach from you room. Spa is great the hot tub is the only thing I can say was not great as it was very shallow. The relaxation pool was a way better option breakfast buffet is great with a huge selection best to arrive earlier as it gets busy

Very nice classic hotel with wellness and mixed spa area. The surroundings have not much to offer. The bar area have an awful bad acoustic they have to do something about, as people cant either talk or even hear the music (a pianist when we where at the place) so most people lieve or go to ther room.

The hotel is really beautiful, rooms, spa area. We spent there really nice time. Breakfast was really good with a wide range of choices, also healthy bio options. I hope we will visit this place again.

This was our second visit, we had a voucher to redeem, and overall it was a pleasant stay. The wellness area was great, the food was not bad, and staff were friendly throughout. However, checkout felt a bit impersonal — the receptionist didn’t ask about our experience and went straight to the invoice. For the room price, we expected a more thoughtful farewell.

Really good hotel with very service minded staff. The hotel has a nice spa departement with a few differens saunas. The food is good and there are lot to choose from. It is possible to charge the car for 7 euros for 6 hours, a very reasonable price. However, parking in the hotel park area, is a bit on the expensive side. We can easily come again.

The Marzipan Museum is more of a huge shop than an actual museum, packed with marzipan, chocolate, and cakes. Upstairs there’s a café where you can sit down with a slice of cake and something to drink. I tried two different cakes – the atmosphere was cute and had this charming old-school vibe that fits perfectly with the whole sweet shop feel. That said, the cakes themselves were a bit underwhelming. They looked lovely, but the taste didn’t really live up to the presentation. Nothing terrible, just nothing special either.

I absolutely love this place! The marzipan is a must-try. Its so delicious and beautifully made. The café has such a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing with a coffee and a sweet treat. The museum is equally charming and lovely making the whole experience even more special. Definitely a spot worth visiting.

To access the exhibition/musuem: once in the shop, go straight till you find a door labeled Cafe/museum upstairs. Once upstairs, look around till you find a door labeled Marzipan salon. Go through the door and make your way to the museum. My favorite part was reading about the history of Marzipan. The exhibition is free.

The temple of everything Marzipan in Lubeck. Even if you're not a fan of Marzipan it's a must visit when in Lubeck. Cafe on the 2nd floor or you can choose the smaller arkade Cafe facing the town square just across the street. Anything and everything Marzipan can be found here and their Nougat selection is also very good for those not into Marzipan. Open on Sundays too which is great as the rest of the town is pretty much closed on Sundays.

There's a small Marzipan museum on top of the shop/café. The shop was on the ground floor and was very crowded. To get to the museum, you have to walk through both the shop and café. There's a small door with an even smaller staircase leading up to the museum. The exhibition is not very up to date, and one can tell that they haven't done much renovation since opening. Some of the lights didn't work, which made it hard to read the signs. Most of the signs were also translated to English, which is a huge plus.

Museum on the top of the narzipan store worldwide renowned Niederegger. Marzipan is the most know food from Lübeck and the history of it is amazing. There is a coffee also in the building where you can taste the famous marzipan cake while taking a coffe, highly recommended.

A great hotel located within walking distance of everything you would want to see in Lubeck - which is a lot, beautiful city. Very nice rooms.

The location and all the services are perfect, but I found the communication especially great. Every staff member was friendly and they have a very supportive attitude. What I asked or told one staff member in the evening, the other colleague was informed about all details in the morning. I could continue the conversation about the same topic with different people without any gaps. This shows that the communication works perfectly, not only with the guests, but also among the staff members. There is an umbrella in the room for the guests which is also a nice touch. The breakfast is nice and there is an allergy info next to every item, so there’s no need to ask anyone. In the hall there is a collection of brochures about tours and walks. The parking space was marked with my family name and prepared, very clean. Such details add a lot to the experience. It is a huge part of hospitality to provide cleanliness and a nice, well maintained physical space. What can round it up is the guests’ easy access to information, services and comfort. This team does this all very well, and I wish them success and lots of kind, respectful guests.

Wow! This hotel was phenomenal in every regard. The receptionists were always extremely kind. Their breakfast buffet was also phenomenal. Everything was fresh and tasty every day. It was nice to start my day with so many pleasant people greeting me! One other perk— I really, really appreciated that they accommodate guests with special pillows, should they need them. The neck support pillow they offered me was similar to my one at home and helped me get some great sleep. I would absolutely stay here again in the future!

We liked the hotel so much we extended our stay. The staff were amazing. We felt valued as guests and would happily return to the hotel. The room was well appointed. Comfy bed, air conditioning and mini bar.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the aldstat area. Close to museums, churches and restaurants. St. Petri church is next door - take the lift to the observation deck to see a beautiful 360 degree view.

This hotel is located well in the center of town. It has classy interior and has some luxurious details. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable and service is impeccable!

This is a must-do when you visit Lubeck! The staff are very friendly, they explained everything in English and showed us two routes that we can take, we chose the "nature" one and it was amazing

Easy to rent and fun. Good value for the fun. Beautiful views on the boat. If you were doing one touristy thing in Lubeck, recommend doing this.

Good experience. We rented a motor boat for 1 hour. The path is beautiful and well defined. It rained in between which spoiled the mood a bit as the boat isn’t covered. But overall it was a nice experience

You have not experienced Lübeck if you have not steered your own boat around the city. Don't bother to go with the guided old closed prams.

Went to this little gem of a music venue for a concert. Loved it. Great set up for sound and light. Perfect for intimate concerts and gatherings. Only a few hard metal barstools for showgoers, so if booking the venue for cozy, it's not that kind of place. But for standing/dancing/standing room only, it's great. Oh yeah, our British pounds were glowing in the dark. Cool lighting. Next time I'll wear white.
