Goodnights Comedy Club has been a staple in Raleigh's entertainment scene since 1983, offering stand-up performances and dinner and drink specials from its bar and grill. Located at the Village District, this intimate venue hosts some of the best comedians in the country, making it a perfect spot for a date night.
One of the best shows I've seen in a long time! The venue is beautiful and well situated for seating! Please don't sleep on Mike Goodwin, he's the best! Thanks to the staff and bartender who served up well made drinks and food was hot and crispy 😋 if you're in Raleigh north Carolina, this is the place for you🫡💙

Micheal Colyar was brilliant! I've been a fan for years. And to finally see him in person was amazing. He made you laugh, made you cry and made you think. His energy and stage presence are one of a kind. I admire him and his team of comedians. I appreciate his life's work. Continued blessings Mr. Colyar🙏🏽🙏🏽. Goodnight food was excellent! Had the chicken eggs rolls. Ordered it and it came within minutes. Had the SugarBear drink. It was good. Would have like to taste a little more ginger beer in it. The staff was so nice and attentive. Will be returning soon.

Goodnights Comedy Club Review: Kevin Smith Show (Oct 2025) We had a great time catching the Kevin Smith show at Goodnights Comedy Club in October 2025! The venue's setup is excellent. When we arrived, the line looked daunting, but don't let that discourage you—the seating process is surprisingly fast once they open the doors. We were seated against the back wall and still felt like we had a great view; there truly isn't a bad seat in the house. For groups, it looks like most tables accommodate up to four people. The food and drink service was quick and the prices were reasonable, adding to the overall positive experience. One small tip: If you plan on buying merchandise, the post-show merch area is a little cramped. Be quick getting to the table right after the show ends to grab your items without getting stuck in the crowd. Recommendation: Definitely purchase your tickets in advance and get ready for a fun, seamless evening of comedy!

People please pay attention to your bill when you go out to places! I been going to Goodnights comedy for years! I probably go to a show every other month! I was there seeing Bruce Bruce. Tonight, I was very disappointed along with others! A lot of the customers were questioning their bill! I ordered two strawberries margaritas with sugar on the rim, no salt! I didn't order double shots of anything! Just a regular margarita with Patron! Which I totally understand that most places charge a up charge for Patron. As you see on the menu an Ultimate Margarita with 1800 Silver Tequila is $15.00 and $1 for strawberry! On my first receipt, before I complained and asked for a manager, I was charged $65 for two patron margaritas and $3.50 for it being strawberry! I also was charged $3.00 for curly fries and $1.50 for a side of buffalo sauce. The waitress asked if I wanted regular, curly or waffle fries. Not once did she mentioned it would be an up charge for curly fries. I ordered a side of buffalo sauce instead of the honey mustard that comes with the meal! I was charged $1.50! Long story short, I felt like you charged us what you wanted to charge! I was just there seeing @latrezanderson and I always order the same drink! I never ever have paid $32.50 for a patron margarita at Goodnights Comedy. The manager never came out, but the waitress adjusted the two drinks to $41 and said the manager said prices went up! I didn't even address being charged for the curly fries and buffalo sauce, or even when you charged $3.50 on my tirst bill for it being a strawberry margarita! I do not care if you're on a date, by yourselt, or anything, pay attention to what you're spending your money on! I work hard for my money, and what you won't do…..is play with me when it comes to that! Goodnights Comedy do better!!! You should NOT be charging $32.50 for a patron margarita! You're only using regular Silver Patron! If you want to charge those prices make it with Patron El Cielo!!! Tonight, just made me look at this establishment differently! I been going here since it was located in the old building! Tonight 7:00 show was a sold out show! Just imagine how much they made over charging customers! Charging customers for double shots drinks, when they just ordered a regular drink!

Super fun place. Got great seats even last minute. Everyone is friendly and engaging. Love the new location as it's easy to get in and out. Will be back
Chad M — Google review
The new location is larger than the old, (the old Cameron Village)and parking is definitely better. Comedy Clubs will pack you in like sardines. My chair was somewhat in the aisle. I was bumped into ALL NIGHT. I was so scared the staff would spill hot food on me...just uncomfortable. I think the stage should be larger or higher like the old stage was. It should be a sign when u arrive down stairs (there is an elevator) where the box office is located. The staff were ok. Not over friendly, but not rude. They were probably overwhelmed with a SOLD OUT SHOW. "SOMMORE"
Y. P — Google review
Let me start by saying I’ve been a loyal Goodnights customer for years. I go once or twice a month and have always loved this place for comedy, which is why this review is only about the bizarre service I experienced on 10/17 at the Ryan Davis show. We were seated about 15 minutes before showtime. A waitress approached us and asked if we were ready to order. I said yes—two Old Fashioneds and a Malibu Barbie. She looked at her notepad and said, “Oh, I can’t take your order, this isn’t my section,” and then immediately took the table right next to us. Fine, we assumed our actual server would be right over. But no one ever came. She continued taking drink orders for her entire section while the show started. About 10 minutes in, she returned with drinks for her tables, so we politely stopped her and asked if she could let our server know to come by. She said yes, then actively avoided our table and eye contact for the rest of her rounds. Another 15 minutes passed. Still no server. At this point, my girlfriend had to get up, miss nearly 5–8 minutes of the show, and go to the bar herself just so we’d have something to drink. By the time she returned, the opening act was finishing. Finally—during the headliner’s set—a waitress shows up to our table with an attitude and asks what we want. I told her we already went to the bar because no one ever came. She immediately responds with, “Well, there’s a two-drink minimum.” I pointed to the table, where we clearly had three drinks already. She insisted I still needed to “buy something,” so I said fine—just bring waters so we can meet the requirement. I wasn’t going to argue during the show. She comes back—not with waters—but with a bill for waters. No drinks in sight. I asked, “Where are the waters?” and she said, “This is all I can give you.” At that point, I was furious. I told her I’d pay it, but she was ruining the show. She then balled up the bill, tossed it on the table, and said, “You know what, don’t even worry about it.” I honestly couldn’t believe it. I looked at my girlfriend like, is this real? But I let it go because I genuinely wanted to see Ryan Davis and didn’t want to cause a scene. To be clear—this is NOT how Goodnights normally is. I’ve had countless great nights here. But this was one of the most unprofessional, disrespectful service experiences I’ve ever had anywhere. I left angry, not at the comedians or the club itself, but at how this situation was handled. Goodnights, I love your venue. But this night needs to be addressed.

Immerse yourself in the dramatic arts at Raleigh Little Theatre, a long-standing community theater that has been entertaining audiences since 1936. This historic theater offers a diverse range of productions throughout the year and provides drama classes for all ages. The charming early modern classical style of the theater adds to its allure, and it is conveniently located near the beautiful Raleigh Municipal Rose Garden.
Raleigh Little Theatre is such a gem. It is always a joy to experience live performances in this intimate setting, it really allows you to connect with the story and the actors in a special way. The productions are consistently well done, and it is great to see such talent and creativity in a local space. It is a wonderful place to support the arts and enjoy a memorable night out even for the kids.
Trina M — Google review
The theater is a really good size for a play. I really don't believe there is a bad seat in the house even if the balcony is good. Oh, probably the first roll on the balcony. We went to see The Color Purple, and I was amazed. They did a wonderful job. The singing and performance were top tier. It's definitely a show to see. It was funny, exciting, and sad sometimes as the play and movie were. There was a mixture of people. We were inside for this play.

I attended the Color Purple Musical this evening during opening weekend. I arrived an hour before showtime to enjoy the Rose Garden after the rain showers. What an added bonus ! Parking in the Permit lot was fairly easy, however it is a One Way, and you must bring your patience when exiting after the show. Try to find nearby street parking to avoid a traffic jam. I was lucky to score an Orchestra seat front row in A6. The best seat in the house! Plenty of leg room, comfortable and the best view of the stage. I've never sat behind the Orchestra booth, so this was a treat ! This was my first visit to Little Raleigh Theatre and I am very impressed. This production was impeccable. Tia James did a phenomenal job directing. The cast was perfectly tailored to each character and I appreciated that. What a talented cast ! The music was beautiful and the set design blew me away !!! The acting was stellar ! This was in my honest opinion, better than the 2024 Warner Brothers film. By far! I am planning to return again soon. We laughed. We cried. We danced. We sang ! Much thanks to the staff who run a tight ship. Very organized and excellent customer service. I recently discovered that they also offer acting/ vocal / dance classes for adults at any level. I am excited to enroll this fall and I’m happy to hear that they are bringing classes to convenient city park community centers. A dream come true for me to tap back into my talents and childhood interests.

My 6 year old child had a terrible experience at camp here. He has sensory issues and expressed that he was scared/embarrassed to perform at the final performance. The day of, at least 3-5 adults, presumably in different managing roles gave me varying, conflicting instructions on how to handle him not getting on stage. (“He HAS to sit with you.” “He can sit with you if he wants.” And one incredibly demanding woman barked orders at me and my child that he MUST sit with the group. She did this in front of the whole auditorium. Make up your mind, people.) Based on their tones and the all around confusion, I understood my son’s hesitancy to be on stage. With the exception of his younger counselors, the people running the show were less than impressive. In addition to forcefully pressuring my 6 year old to sit alone, one acting teacher spoke very negatively about my child to me in front of a lobby full of waiting parents. (His counselor, on the other hand, told he was doing a great job all week.) Not all —but several employees— were the most unprofessional group of people and we will never be back. It would serve their team well to remember all children are different and to take a refresher course on working with and teaching children who have anxiety and/or disabilities.

I took my two-year-old child to see the “Wheels on the bus” production and it was super cute! I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was very entertaining and interactive. Fun for littles and adults alike.
Carolina M — Google review
Such an amazing, not little, place. My child attended a session there and while I never got a tour, when I needed to bring something to the classroom and was assisted in finding the class, that place is huge and like a maze. Wow! The staff are very caring. My child enjoyed being there. The location made me consider living nearby...such a nice neighborhood and some parents walked their kids to class.

We had a tour with Dylan today for our field trip. It went GREAT! Dylan was very informative and truly has a passion for the Arts. I was so impressed I actually pulled up the site to see their upcoming plays so I can attend!!!! Highly recommend!!!

ComedyWorx, located at 3801 Hillsborough St., has been entertaining audiences since 1989 with its specialty in improvised comedy shows and classes. The club offers a diverse selection of beers and a snack bar for guests to enjoy during the performances. What sets ComedyWorx apart is its ability to cater to both family-friendly and adult-only audiences, making it a versatile entertainment option for various groups.
Went to their final Fates & Foolery show. Tickets weren't expensive and the show was hilarious. It was an improv type comedy show based on D&D. Most of the cast seemed very experienced with this type of comedy and made the show great! Definitely worth checking this place and their shows out because I will again.

My husband and I brought my 6 year old daughter and 14 year old stepson here for the Saturday matinee, and it was lots of fun for our family. We enjoyed offering suggestions to the ref, and seeing them ensure our little daughter had equal opportunity to feel a part of the experience. We will definitely return for another family-friendly show!
Heather S — Google review
i’ve attended at least a dozen improv shows (mostly the ComedyWorx Show) here and they are always a blast! you can tell all the staff value their guests having a great time and coming back for more laughs. the venue is a great size to encourage audience participation. they also have light refreshments like candy, popcorn, and drinks. i highly recommend The Harry Show (adults only) if you can manage a late showtime! absolutely worth it.

We went for Fates and Foolery improv D&D show and absolutely loved it. The staff is very helpful too and they have some great selection of beverages and food. Highly recommend this place!

Four of us came here for the first time for my birthday weekend (March 8th was the show), to see the improv showdown. It was kid friendly and filled with laughter. The performers seemed to be having a ton of fun. The audience was very engaged and laughing like crazy. We will definitely be coming back!

Lenovo Center, also known as PNC Arena, is a versatile venue in Raleigh, NC that hosts a variety of events. It serves as the home for the NHL's Carolina Hurricanes and the NC State men's basketball team. Whether you're a sports enthusiast or music lover, there's something for everyone at this arena. In addition to thrilling hockey games and basketball matches, visitors can enjoy concerts featuring renowned musicians and entertaining performances by comedians.
Went to my very 1st concert last night ! I saw Katy Perry Was absolutely amazing! Staff was super nice except for when they said something about my posters being a problem. Really was disturbed by how they treated me by that. But other than that the service was good ! ❤️ All stars deserved tho cause of Katy :)
Graham G — Google review
This was our first visit and we love this venue! It's huge, very clean, plenty of restrooms (even port johns in the parking lot that were also very clean), ample choices for food and beverages, and all of the employees were polite and helpful. There is plenty of parking around the center, but for a fee. $32 dollars for parking is a little steep (in my opinion), but unless you are staying in a nearby hotel and use a ride share, there is no other option. We'll be back in 3 weeks and definitely look forward to seeing another concert here!
Abra V — Google review
The Lenovo Center is still a really nice arena given the age of the building. Plenty of parking with entrances located around the perimeter. The staff was really friendly and helpful, with a special shout out to the ladies in the ticket office. The interior was clean and spacious, making it easy to find our seats. The seats were comfortable. Overall a great concert experience.
Charles P — Google review
Nosebleed seats but as you can see from the pics, still a good view. Sound was good. But that wall right in front of Row A... it's only knee high on a taller person, about thigh high on me... there's nothing to keep a person from falling over it... that wall is the only thing that keeps this from getting 5 stars.
Katherine W — Google review
It's a cool spot, but getting in the right line at the doors was a bit of a mess. And the traffic after the show was a nightmare. Honestly, though, that's pretty much every venue I've been to. Also, merch setups could be better. The lines are insane, so you either miss part of the show or try to bribe someone to grab your stuff. I went with option B here.
Cohen G — Google review
Home of the Carolina Hurricanes! Great place to come for a game or concert. Formerly PNC arena. As of late I've only been for hockey games, but there's all sorts of events they host here. As for a sports venue, it's a fun place with stores, food, and drinks. A bit expensive if you're not expecting it.

The Rose Garden in Raleigh, NC is a serene and enchanting public garden that offers a formal setting for leisurely strolls and events. With over 1,200 roses of various varieties, including hybrid teas, floribundas, grandifloras, miniatures, and antique roses, the garden provides a picturesque backdrop for romantic dates or family outings.
An absolutely great little spot to relax and take in the beautiful roses and short wooden/ stone pergola path. There are plenty of picnic tables and benches in the shade surrounding the rose garden. There’s a fair sized grassy area to one side it if you’d like to bring a picnic blanket as well. There are only two basic parking spots and two handicapped at the ground level. If you park above and around the park, keep in mind you’ll need to walk around to the parking area level or go down quite a few steps… I have not been able to find any bathrooms….Don’t forget to smell the roses. Some are beautifully, unbelievably fragrant!!
Leesha W — Google review
Such a beautiful garden tucked into a neighborhood with free street parking and no entrance free. So many types of roses that were blooming more than how pretty it was the lovely floral smell wafting in the air was extraordinary. It had rained heavily earlier in the week damaging many of the flowers or knocking the petals off the flowers and it was still stunning. We walked around for about an hour enjoying the flowers including butterfly weed, peonies and many other flowers. On the back side of the rose garden, there is a lovely outdoor theater that I’d love to go back to see an outdoor play. This is a treasure in Raleigh and highly recommend a visit when the flowers are in bloom. Would highly recommend a visit.
Susan C — Google review
Such a beautiful tucked away garden. We loved looking at all of the different types of roses. Great spot for nature photos. We went at about 2-3pm on a Sunday and it was so quiet and peaceful!

This part of my life is called " Stopping to smell the roses". The opportunity presented itself when I planned to take myself on a date for the evening to see The Color Purple at the Raleigh Little Theatre. The Rose Garden is located on the property and is a peaceful place to have lunch or take photos. A romantic date or proposal destination as well. The garden is located below the amphitheater. As soon as you arrive, you are instantly transported to an English garden. The promised land of peonies ! For those of you who don't know, pink roses are my favorite flower. This was pure bliss for me ! Be sure to spend time visiting while in the Oberlin Village area.
Mariss — Google review
The rose garden is one of my favorite local gems! There are so many different species of roses that have scattered blooms throughout the spring, so you can keep coming back for more. It’s a relatively small garden but worth it because it’s free. There are some picnic tables and open grassy areas too.
Rosie L — Google review
This was the last week April 2025. Such a lovely array of flowers. Very serene. Not many people on a weekday after work. A great place for a short stroll, a picnic, or to read.

Beautiful, peaceful, well maintained, large garden behind the Raleigh Little Theater. Great place to relax, admire the many roses, meditate, have a picnic, etc.

Sweet little spot that is as pretty as it is serene. Wonderful place for a picnic or photo shoot. There are a couple of large grassy areas, multiple benches, and an abundance of street parking. I will likely pack up a picnic and a good book for my next visit. The garden also welcomes leashed pups.

Raleigh Brewing Company is a local gem that not only offers an array of amazing brews but also actively supports the community and non-profit organizations. The brewery's indoor and outdoor spaces provide a welcoming environment to enjoy their 7 core beers, including the unique non-alcoholic root beer. With a mission to embrace Raleigh, the brewery showcases murals of the city on its taproom walls and names its beers after local landmarks.
An amazing brewery with as authentic atmosphere as you can get and of course, good beer. They always have several small batch surprises to keep it interesting. Also about as bike and dog friendly as you can get.

I don’t drink beer so I can’t speak to their beer offerings but I love the community of this place. Great outdoor eating area, I love they bring in food trucks most days. I also love their new games room, we played table tennis for a while and had a blast. Would always recommend!

Raleigh Brewing has a delicious selection of beer, there's wine, seltzers, and also non alcoholic beverages including kombucha, and their own root beer! Raleigh Brewing has remained our favourite spot since moving here. I can not say enough about how great their staff is, we look forward to seeing the staff whenever we are there. There is also outdoor seating, food trucks, game nights and events. And they are pet friendly. Definitely a favourite spot.

We spent the night using Harvest host in our RV. The staff was exceptionally kind, nice, and very helpful and get us set up. The beers were especially good. My wife enjoyed the Pilsner and I enjoyed a massive selection of IPAs. We will definitely be back again.

I go to Raleigh Brewing at least once a week and this is a ritual I've had for years. I love how friendly the bartenders and staff are. Beers are super solid. They are probably the most dog friendly brewery in Raleigh. I've been bringing my hound dog here since she was a pup and after 4 years it's still her favorite place. Now we're bringing our little pitbull pup too. I love how comfortable it feels to be here and I love all the events they put on. They have navigated the pandemic swimmingly as well. I would also recommend having parties in their event space. I had my husband's 30th birthday there a couple years ago and it was a great time. I highly recommend stopping here! 💗

We had a going away party for friends here. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The facility is huge and DOG friendly. I relied on the bartender to choose my beer and all he provided were delicious. The sun was quite angry on Saturday 5/25 so we did not get to enjoy the large patio or pergola area.

A great local brewery with a nice selection of beer. Try their Hell Yes Ma'am if you like the hoppy style. Great vibe and good trucks are there all the time too. Dogs are allowed. Worth the trip.

North Raleigh Arts & Creative Theatre is a nonprofit community theater located in Raleigh, offering a cozy and relaxed setting for diverse live performances and classes. Throughout the year, they showcase a variety of great shows, including seasonal productions. The theater also provides instructions for classes and has a well-maintained clean building. Visitors can expect to enjoy talented artists' performances in a comfortable environment.
As I was On the Road with TCP Magazine, I ran into some theatre family and friends on and off stage at the production of "Mahalia: A Gospel Musical" by Tom Stolz, at the North Raleigh Arts and Creative Theatre directed by Rev. Tina Morris-Anderson and assistant director, Natasha Jackson. I am displaying my personal collection inherited by my father Roman Berry of Mahalia's album produced by Apollo Records of her performances in England, France, and Denmark. Keyla Quick Jones made her debut as Mahalia. She, the cast and crew portrayed a true rendition in the life and legacy of Mahalia Jackson. The main storyline focused that she never changed her genre of music for fortune or fame. She sang her beliefs that God gifted her voice. It was soul stirring and revived warm memories of my childhood in the 50s! As we embark on doing more in 2024, let's do what Mahalia always sang, "Move on Up a Little Higher!"

Good morning, my name is Julianne Carson my husband and I started North Raleigh arts and creative theater in a little community center called Lake Lynn. We outgrew the community center. I went in search of a new location. Between Lake Lynn & here we rehearsed in my attic. Alice in wonderland was the first performance in that building. It was a children's teaching theater with a "black box 2nd stage" for adult performance. I've been following it over the years and it is losing the children aspects of a 365 opportunity for performance. That's very important to me and it was very important in our mission. We found that building. We built the stage, we built the dance floor, both the offices, the front. Bathrooms, dressing rooms, we built the stage, hung the lights. We hung the curtains. this was a family affair my husband, myself and the two children. John was a brilliant actor. The actors that relocated from Lake Lynn had been with me for 2 years in many productions. They had developed and become quite good. We were asked to do a performance in memory of 9/11 two days after the attack. The mayor came to our little community center and we were part of that memorial. Then the city reached out & asked if we would do a helmet safety campaign, which we did. We were very vibrant in the community. But our children were the focus. The adults participated in main stage and what we call the black box. The kids were 6 week on and 6 weeks off without stop show after show after show. I don't see that as I've been following over the last few years. I have reached out several times and have not received any communication back. My name is Julianne Carson, my husband's name is John. We established & named North Raleigh arts and creative theater. The theater should be more about the children. That was the mission. We had several children go on and do really well just within the three years I was there. I will be returning to that area within the next year. I'm hoping to revitalize the children's programming, that was our focus and purpose. I thank you also very much for being a part of our theater for so very long. I think it's 23 years old now. That's How Strong our Roots grew as we built the program. I look forward to meeting everyone and congratulations.

The North Raleigh Arts & Creative Theatre (NRACT) is located in Greystone Village Shopping Center off Leadmine Road and has plenty of parking to enjoy a performance there. It has been a non-profit community theatre since 2002. I'm not sure when I started attending performances there, but it has grown and undergone many renovations. The theatre is on the smaller side, so there is not a bad seat here, and you will be close to the stage. in 2022, NRACT won the NCTC Community Theatre Award for belonging, inclusion, and diversity. Tickets are a little higher than when I started attending, but are just about $20 now. Seats are assigned, and you can easily select where you want to sit on the website. and some seats are accessible. The performances are always high quality. The sets and lighting are well done, and the performers are so talented. The shows tackle many subjects that are difficult topics, but you will leave with a new understanding. They've had Parade, Grown-Ups; Church and State; Calendar Girls; Dogfight; Equus; Roe; Always Patsy Cline, and Young Frankenstein are a few. The shows for the next season are about Hope. The student performance every year is one of my favorites, as these students are very talented. If you are looking for somewhere to enjoy theatre performances, make sure to check out this gem.

I was "On the Road with TCP Magazine at NRACT covering the Volunteer Appreciation and the Announcement of 2023-2024 season. They served appetizers to guests and Thespians who performed snippets of upcoming shows. The previews exhibited talented artists! NRACT provides instructions for classes. It is a comfortable and well maintained clean building. They have a great lineup of shows forthcoming. The artistic director Timothy Locklear has done an incredible job in maintaining quality performances for about 19 years!

Lincoln Theatre, located in Raleigh, is a cozy music venue with an intimate atmosphere. It can accommodate around 1,000 people across two levels, providing concertgoers with a unique and personal experience. The venue hosts a wide range of musical genres including rock, metal, folk, country, hip-hop, and EDM.
This review is for the Lincoln Theatre, a longstanding concert venue in Raleigh NC…not a similarly named venue in Washington DC. Sound is always superb. Staff is always friendly. Beer is always cold. I’ve been to many shows here and will keep coming back as long as decent Rock & Metal bands are booked. My only complaint is lack of open space to mingle during packed shows.

Fun venue, spacious, with tiered GA standing room. Good view from almost areas. Pay a little extra to sit upstairs. Save money by buying a ticket before the day-of show. Loved my time there!

I have been going to the Lincoln Theater for 17 years (among other small music venues in Raleigh) and it is the best imo. I live in Cary and can get in and out easy peasy. Parking... no problem. Close, but far enough away from the city center. This particular time was to see Roots of Creation/Grateful Dub with Alific and Eric Swanson. AMAZING! The Lincoln Theater may be old, but that's what gives it it's charm. Bathrooms, bar, balcony.... all good. Sound... amazing 🏆. The bass pumps right through you! Keep it up Lincoln Theater! 🎸🎧🎵
Ganjagrid T — Google review
This place is great! A small venue (like 350 people) means a very intimate show. There is smoking in front of the venue with bench seating outside. There is also seating on the balcony, which costs extra. There is a great view from the balcony. If you don't mind standing, the GA floor goes right to the stage. It has a very, theater-ish vibe. I love the atmosphere. Between the way the floor levels up, and the balcony, there is good visibility of the stage area everywhere. They have a bar, priced like any venue bar. They also provide water in the form of paper cups and Gatorade coolers, I found this to be a lifesaver, as I can only make these shows on a strict budget. This is one of my favorite venues. There is pay with your phone parking all around, fairly easy to park close by.

The venue has been showcasing live music for over 20 years, featuring diverse genres from rock & roll to jazz.
The Pour House is hands-down one of our favorite stages in Raleigh—we’ve been blasting tunes there since 2014 and keep coming back for more. Killer sound (seriously, top-notch engineers every time), super welcoming staff, and a vibe that just feels right whether you’re on stage or in the crowd. Bonus points for the fantastic beer selection and the record shop upstairs—because who doesn’t want to snag some vinyl before or after a set? Cosmic Superheroes give it a full 5 stars—long live the Pour House!

Bar style concert venue was fun! The crafted drinks were very delicious. All ingredients are made fresh in house. The bar staff was friendly and patient. They don't serve food but allow outside food brought in. There is a cover cost, but it's worth it for the entertainment. The musicians on the night I stopped in played a combination of top 40s and R&B and Pop. It was definitely worth the $15 at the door cover. You can save by purchasing online in advance.

Super awesome spot to visit if you’re in the area. Unfortunately I was only able to come during the day to enjoy the bar and look at all the great vinyls they have. I had a pretty good time until after I went outside to leave. I took a picture of the crowd at the front, and then was attacked buy a crowd of girls and one nominal male. One of the girls demanded that I delete the photo. Naturally, I refused. It's perfectly within my rights to take a photo of people in public. It is not a good photo, and I would not have used it for anything because of its poor quality. But since it shows that I was not taking inappropriate photographs and it shows the image of the young man who grabbed my phone and threw it in the street, I will share it below. I had a very good time this night up until the weirdness at the end. Your doorman was a perfect gentleman and did his job. However, I was not causing the disturbance, the girls were. I have never been treated like this before and I hope that it never happens again.

Louise “Scottie” Stephenson Amphitheatre is a stunning outdoor theater designed like a Greek or Roman amphitheater, featuring concrete seats and grassy areas. It's a popular venue for various events, including movie screenings, concerts, and live shows. While the seating may be uncomfortable without bringing your own chair or blanket, the location itself is absolutely beautiful. The amphitheater provides an outstanding setting for social distancing and offers a great atmosphere for enjoying performances and events.
Is a great venue for concerts! I would attend another one there!

Cool outdoor theatre set up like a Greek or Roman amphitheater, with concrete seats and grass in between. Still used for shows.

Bring your own chair, the ground is pretty uncomfortable even with bringing a blanket. Absolutely gorgeous location, though!

The Military Veteran's Services (MVS) is awesome. I wish there was motorcycle parking right outside the door like at the adjacent residence hall, it's too long of a walk to the MVS; a lot of Vets ride motorcycles and mobility disabilities.
