Nice location, with incredible views of the Asian side if you get a booth at the waterfront. People arrive in boats. Got there 11pm and it was practically empty. Attractive people. Music was typical I assume. The waitstaff was very busy pouring our drinks (not in the way we want). If you order the birthday cake to celebrate- the fireworks is real, the cake is not.

My friend recommended me this place, and I very surprised, in a good way ! Incredible place and view. I reserved a table and they offered me Boat service from Kempinski hotel ( faster and more fun than local taxi ) which was free , included in bill . I just payed for a table. I have enjoyed the club and music yesterday ! Looking forward to come more .

Had an amazing evening at Sortie — everything was perfect! The view, the food, the music, and the atmosphere were all top-notch. The staff were super friendly, and the whole vibe was just spot-on. From dinner to dancing, it was truly a night to remember. Can’t wait to come back!

They don't let you dance at the dance floor. They charged you 24000 lira to enter. And then they say you can't dance at the dance floor. After charging us the 24000 lira, they said table at the dance floor is 1million lira. They just want your money and then disrespect you. They have policy no boys without girls and girls without boys can enter. But girls without boys can enter. Only boys can't enter untill you agreed to spend more than 25000 lira. Well, We agreed. but then you're being categorized in many ways. You can't even leave your own table and you can't even go to dance floor. But girls without boys with them, can go to dance floor. Manager doesn't know what's going on. He said if you wana dance at the dance floor you have to pay 1Million lira. Like who are you people? Are you located at MARS? What's in that dance floor? Does it let you dance automatically once you stepped on it? Like seriously? All the girls without boys are dancing on the dance floor. It's a big Scam over there. They don't mention anywhere that there is a policy of entering into the club I.e. either you should have a girl with you if your are a group of boys or a boy if your a group of girls. But the funny part is, this policy depends on the money. If you agreed to spend more than 25000 lira they let you in.

I like the atmosphere. The music is a mixture of international and Turkish. Stuff is servicing well. And the view of the Bosphorus Bridge is nice. Overall, I recommend it as nice with a perfect atmosphere. The price of drinks is high. Also, you should dress perfectly and be in a dress code

While the atmosphere at Sortie Club is fantastic, the service is a major letdown. On multiple occasions, servers have added extra drinks to our bill in an apparent attempt to overcharge us. When questioned, they suddenly "don’t speak English" and call someone else over—only to admit the “mistake” once they realize we’ve caught on. This has happened both when paying at the table and at the bar. To make matters worse, the staff is consistently rude and aggressively push for more tips, even though we had already tipped generously. It feels like they assume you’re too drunk to notice and look at the bill and try to take advantage of that. It’s a shame, because the vibe is great—but this kind of dishonest behavior from the staff completely ruins the experience.

Very beautiful atmosphere! I can say that it's the most beautiful club in Turkey. There is the menu and all prices are written there. So the price is the same for everybody. And of course, it's beautiful when they don't get inside suspicious people. So better don't read their comments.

It is a good and beautiful place where music festivals are held. The space is a little small. But the air conditioning is good. They keep the jacket at a cost of twenty liras so that we can be comfortable during the ceremony.

When u enter you suddenly realize that this is a lovely spot for international people and tourists so you can meet them or a group of friends having a nice dance and drink reunion! We went there when Omar Suleiman had make a party, the place was great, energetic crowd, the place look like old beer factory, Great Sound and lighting quality, All respect to professional crew there.

In my recent trip to Istanbul everyone recommend to do to Ruby restaurant so we booked it and joined the herd. It was located in an alley and from outside it seemed quite okay as I was expecting a grand entrance and not a shabby looking entrance. But the minute I entered it completely blew my min, having the sea and the bridge dividing the turkey into Asia and Europe with the yachts and cruises moving by. We ordered few snacks and main courses. It had a rich variety of sea food. Combination of Italian, seafood and Mediterranean. The food was delicious and above was fabulous. The drink were ordered were on point. Everyone the bottles arrived it came with a firecrackers and lasybwho did little show before the drinks were poured. For a Friday night it was packed and many seemed celebrating too. after 11pm the restaurant turns into club, with amazing combination of Turkish, Arabic and English music playing and every few hours . 2 lady performers would come. The vibe the club was amazing. Each tables had on the house snacks like popcorn, fruit platter and nuts. I really enjoyed and would recommend everyone to visit RUby. The restaurant has a lounge in the basement too.

I’ve been to Ruby Club in Istanbul twice, and I really enjoyed both times! The vibe is stylish and energetic it’s not a huge place, but it has two floors and a cute little balcony area that gives it a unique charm. The music was amazing on both nights, and the dancers were beautiful and added to the whole atmosphere. The staff were very kind and the service was also really good. But the one thing that bothered me was how strict they were at the entrance about the dress code. They really insist that you wear high heels and dress up. But the last time I was there, I saw many girls inside wearing sneakers and even cargo-style pants 😅 so the rules didn’t seem consistent at all. Overall though, it’s a fun and stylish club with great energy. Just be ready to dress up in case they’re strict that night!

This place is beautiful but a total scam. Food was tasty but even though when we called to book a table for dinner and club afterwards, they said yes sure. One hour after dinner they told us to leave the table unless we pay 500€ which was outrageous after we’d paid lots of money for dinner. We had to move to a standing table in a not so nice area - so really not worth it. If you want to go, book a table at the club directly, make sure it’s in a nice area but don’t agree to pay outrageous prices. It’s not worth it

We visited 360 Istanbul to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The view was absolutely stunning — but unfortunately, that was the only highlight of the evening. The service was disappointing, the furniture felt worn out, and the staff didn’t meet our expectations in terms of professionalism or hospitality. The birthday service was especially poor, and I wouldn’t recommend this place for special occasions. The food was very average, yet extremely overpriced. For a group of four, with just two glasses of wine and no additional alcohol, we ended up paying 12,000 TL — which simply doesn’t reflect the quality of the experience. Beautiful view, but everything else was a letdown.

But I really didn’t like being asked right in front of everyone to give a five-star Google review. That just feels dishonest, so minus one star.

I had a wonderful experience at 350 Restaurant thanks to our amazing server, Mustafa. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout the entire meal. Not only was his service excellent, but he also has a very warm and charming personality. I highly recommend asking for Mustafa if you visit—he truly made our night special!

To be clear, this place has amazing food and the service is decent while you are there. The lamb confit was actually incredible. However, keep a close eye on your bill, as they will increase your bill later (take a picture). Bottom line - beautiful views and great food with corrupt business practices that lead me to a poor rating.

I didn’t try the food at Istanbul 360, but I had a cocktail that was absolutely delicious — although quite expensive. The view, however, is truly exceptional! It’s definitely worth a visit for the atmosphere and the stunning panoramic scenery.

The view of this restaurant is amazing. But we would not go there again if you want to have good food. We ordered two starters (calamari and a salmon salad), which didn't have any taste at all. Our main course was a steak with onion rings, potatoes and lettuce. The steak was fatty and there was also no taste. The onion rings were dry and tasted like they've been freshly out of the freezer. Unfortunately the expensive aperol wasn't good too. We could only taste the water. We complained about it and the waiter added something. But we still couldn't taste it.

My wife and I booked this restaurant based on good reviews however we were ripped off. For example, I had two ‘local’ beers, and was charged 1,400tr for them which is approximately £25!! I was not shown the price in advance. Be very careful before considering dining herr

Every big city I go to, I try to make it to a live music place and jazz specifically I can find it. I happened to hear Istanbul has an amazing jazz scene and when inquiring with a handful of people in the jazz scene most of them recommended Nardis. I arrived a tad bit late but was able to get a seat at the bar by myself and I absolutely loved this experience. The service was prompt, wine was good. I ordered food as I didn't have time beforehand and it was fine. The music was INCREDIBLE. This venue is on the smaller side and creates an intimate music experience. The musicians came by talking with people on their break and after the show. It's not often you get a chance to speak with the musicians so I truly valued the opportunity. I was SO happy to make it to this venue and see the show. 10/10 recommended

This is by far one of the best jazz places I’ve ever been to, if you re going there for the music you will go to quality and and pure jazz music. I would encourage everyone to not believe the bad reviews , because in my opinion those were probably people that first don’t have the money to spend for anything of quality and second their music al understanding is likely un existent ! So if you understand and appreciate jazz this is definitely the place to be!

We had an unforgettable night at Nardis Jazz Club. The band was excellent, they played Jazz and Tango and I can't remember the last time I gained such pleasure from music. A huge thanks to the owners of the club for organising such a beautiful night! About the place: the entrance fee is 800TL. The food is just your standard pub food, nothing fancy, but on a more expensive range of the spectrum. We heard loads of people complimenting cocktails, but we had beer. 290TL per draft Efes. There is a show on each night, except for Sundays, you can look at their website to see the programme. I highly recommend visiting this place, your soul will thank you!

I liked this place for it’s stylish setting, the signature cocktails, I really enjoyed all of them; jumbo shrimps with spicy sauce was something I missed from Asia, they have Philippino chef no wonder it is tasty ; beautiful cozy interior design and great music, attention to details (candles, cold water, friendly staff). If you want to spend quality time and try something truly delicious you must visit it. I will be back for sure .

I was loving to go there every Saturday after work but now i decided to never go back there again coz they have a rude security which he was trting to rise his voice on me and doesnt respect me neither as a client neither im a woman i dont accept to be treated like this im not his esclave to do this this is very hurtful as a student in turkey and as a guest and i see like this behaviour even i like dj’s there like dj souleyman and dj beka but im not in turkey to been disrespected and insulted from security which i pay him so im not gonne lose my money with some one who gona disrespect me im sorry but good bye vibe room i dont wanna any one to go there and get hurt like me 🥺 Vibe room doesnt deserve to be presented with such security I was tring to have a good time as usual but i had experienced the bad situation ever Unfortunately i feel depressed now

Only place I could find around the galata tower that played the last day of premier league football at 6pm. Me and my partner were greeted nicely by security but the bartenders gave us some “booky” vibes, we did not feel welcomed at all. There were no table seats available so we found ourselves sitting by the bar in which the first bartender was very hesitant to let us sit there for 90mins to watch the football, as if it was only reserved for local people or those wanting to watch basketball. They had a good amount of screens to watch different types of sport like football,basketball and F1 but it’s at their own rotation so no point asking whether it’s possible to change channels, maybe on a quieter day you might get a bit of the Irish luck perhaps. They have plenty of different types of alcohol available including draught beer without any foam. I would have stayed to eat as the food served around me looked pleasing but service put me off big time.

There's sittings outside the pub... But there are more space inside the pub... The place was crowded during my visit... There were guest who were there to watch live games as well on TV

Only one small suggestion: the espresso lemon martini combo didn’t quite hit the mark for me – maybe something to reconsider on the cocktail menu. Otherwise, everything else was spot on. I accidentally found out this place😅. Awesome place. Good crowd.very nice place to sit and grab beer with nice music. The ambience, atmosphere was super cool, you feel the vibe of place. Lighting is really enjoyable. There are high chairs are available for bar. The menu is quite good and long. Not much expensive. There are many options for cocktails, beers and other hard drinks. Margarita 🍹 is nice one. The best part waiters are so polite, kind and speaks English as in some of bar English is a language problem. You can find out many nationalities in the crowd. They have some indoor games too darting that I love to play again and again. There are outside sitting arrangements also available, if you are a smoker better to prefer outside sitting area as inside they don't allowed smoking. I have only one complain about music. Although music is so nice, but they do not accept your song request, one middle age guy working on music side is not able to understand English and not ready to accept song request, so all over once you enter you will love it and able to enjoy your time with your friends for sure. For food there are many options are available, if someone want to eat Only vegetarian food the options are available. So if you are at,Taksim, Istanbul must visit this place. Only 2 complains 1 no smoking inside sitting..why?? 2 why they don't accept song request? Why?? All over place,ambience, service,food,menu,bartenders all are really awesome. Fancy A chilled pint in the middle of the shopping district of Istanbul? This is the place. Great brews on tap served chilled and pub grub to satisfy your cravings. Ambience is core Irish pub decor. Only lacking was the service which could have been better, otherwise a solid 4 star.

Visited February 2025. Whilst the server was very friendly, paid 460 lira for the worst and most expensive chicken wings. The food looked nothing as advertised, in either the pictures outside and on the menu. I should have listened to the rumors and avoided eating in Sultanahmet.

The service is quick and friendly - Harun looked after us very well. The beer and champagne are quality and the food very tasty - we had falafel and prawns, and both were lovely. There are also lots of screens for football and other sports, which was great for us as it was Champions League week!

We came here to watch the Australian NRL grand final between the Brisbane broncos and Melbourne storm. Great beer selection. Good sound on the TV. Great service and excellent vibe from all the other patrons. Highly recommend

This restaurant doesn't quite meet the standards we're used to in Prague, but compared to the other restaurants in this neighbourhood, it's the best. Yes, we did have to wait a long time for the second course, but that was OK at the time.

My two friends and I had high hopes for FLEKK. We love a quality cocktail and seek out the best in every city we visit. Walking in, this small space with dark lighting and a statue behind the bar looked promising...until a DJ started setting up. Is this place a little over the top? Yes, it is. The menu seems robust with a focus on more sweet and sour drinks. Within minutes, we were sipping cocktails. None of us loved our drinks. The St. Martin was watered down. The chocolate negroni was average.

We went for a drink before dinner, and it was just what we were looking for. Quiet and comfortable atmosphere for conversation. An interesting selection of cocktails. We all got whisky-based drinks - mine was the Bærre, very smooth as advertised and a little sweeter than I expected, but very nice. My friends both got the Goðafoss - exactly as advertised, very smoky! Overall a very nice way to spend an hour.

Funky cocktail bar. I had the Gyøre, which was tasty but not cold enough (maybe glass not kept in fridge). Didn’t really experience any service so can’t comment on that. The cocktail was equivalent to AUD24 so in line with international prices and not local. Worth checking out and there’s probably more of a vibe later in the evening (I was there around 6.30).

The quality of the cocktails was high and the menu options all seemed unique and interesting. However, the seating was very uncomfortable and the music way too loud for a sit-down cocktail place. Therefore we didn’t stay long.

They play gooood music, and atmosphere is cozy. Securities are definetly not racist or sexist, we went there w majority men group, and got in. All workers were so kind. Never forget that if you look like a thug, scammer, or even completely safe, securities have right to not take you in. It doesn't mean they are racist. Stop using victim card, it is expired.

The views are stunning here! It’s a great place to watch the sunset. I recommend booking a sunset view table, otherwise you will have to walk across the terrace to see it properly. The food was good, nothing outstanding.

A great, cozy spot in the tourist center of Istanbul! This rooftop lounge is perfect for enjoying the evening sunset. It’s very easy to reserve a table via WhatsApp if needed, though tables are usually available even without a reservation. We only had drinks — wine and beer — and really enjoyed them. I’m sure the food is excellent too, but we didn’t have a chance to try it. Highly recommended for a relaxing drink and to enjoy the evening atmosphere of Istanbul.

Amazing place, highly recommended by a resident- with delicious food, friendly staff and breathtaking view of Bosphorus strait. I had crispy fish with fresh arugula which made it a perfect meal combined with a glass of sparkling wine.

Basically, the staff treat you badly, from the security to the bartender, owner etc, including all kinds of discrimination. I think it’s because they have an abundance of customers. I’ve read similar complaints in other reviews of this place—if only we had seen them before going to this bar. Eventually, this business will get what it deserves.

Very weird bartender, that asked me to tell my order to another person, just for that other person to talk to the bartender about the order. They also let you stand there and wait, looking stupid, basically ignoring you for a bit and not being very approachable. The interiors over two floors (lower and upper) is great though and the drinks were fine. Good music too and the little balcony area was lovely. The server that brought our drinks was very nice as well.

For starters they have no signs outside, for the convent I think so its easy to miss if you are not using gps. My foreign friends brought me here to drink a couple pints and it was good. The music was a little loud in the up side seating area and we did not sit in the closed garden area because it was allowed to smoke down there (it’s a good thing) but my friend did not want to smell like cigarettes. It was fine. Seats were comfy. My only complaint would be that I wanted to change the type of liquor in my drink because I don’t like melon liquor but they said they couldn’t do it but they could take the melon one out. I still paid the same price. The staff looked a little confused for some reason maybe we came across newbies idk. It’s a little pricey for the cocktails but the rest of the menu is average-ish. Most of the customers are foreigners. It’s an ok place to go I would go there again if my friends wanted to go. Fun fact-ish: lots and lots of stickers on the paper towel dispensers in the toilet.And lots of drawings. Artsy vibes.

They have concerts with good musicians but bad sound engineering, and the staff is of unfriendliness that is rare in Istanbul.

Beautiful place to grab drinks with friends. Live DJ and breezy backyard make for a lovely setting for sipping cocktails. Minus one star because I've never had to wait almost 30 minutes to get two cocktails. Service is super slow.

This has been one of my favorite places in Kadikoy for many years. It has a cute outdoor seating space that is heated. Inside it has 2 floors. The top floor is more like a living room where you can sit and talk and downstairs they usually have a dj so you can dance. They mostly play electronic music and sometimes have live gigs. Definitely a very cool crowd. Sometimes its hard to get in especially if you try to go there late.

Definitely the best night club in Turkey. It was one of the most fun nights of my life. Stuff are very caring and polite. Dj and dancers. truly a perfect place 👏

The organization of the staff is great, also, the lighting system and interior are one of the best I have seen. With good company and the right energy of the people, experience is remarkable. It does not have to be on the pricey side.

The club is great with live performance. You must have a reservation on crowded nights like saturdays. Also they offer stands and lounge for 750tl and 3000tl. The offer includes a bottle of 70cl vodka or whiskey with free juices or energy drink to mixed it along with some nuts. Staffs are kind and rapid but the guards are quite rude. No special dress code is recommended. You may have shots of tequila for 35tl.

Well I can say this is one of my favorite places to go. Music is good, lodges are comfortable and spacious, bathrooms are super clean, staff are friendly and the servings are tasty. I have been here a few times and each time it was even a better experience. There are these beautiful masks and photos on the wall giving this place some special feelings. I only wish they had some open areas for summer time.

BE WARNED! This wil be your view when you buy a VIP spot. You can't leave the area when buying a VIP. You CAN'T enter the main dancing area or even engage with other people. They just want you to pay 5.000 more to even try and sit downstairs. Save yourself alot of money and don't even waste a breath going to this place. Even the dance floor is 75% male. What a joke this place is.

The worst experience and the most unfriendly place we've come across in Istanbul. We had booked a table for my husband's birthday, on our honeymoon and were treated badly at the door. Our reservation was completely dismissed, we were never informed of a couples only policy. Do not recommend at all.

I had such a great time on this pub crawl! The night was well-organized, and it was the perfect mix of exploring different bars, meeting new people, and enjoying a lively atmosphere. Each stop had its own vibe—some with great music, others with fun drinks and plenty of space to mingle. The venue is amazing but the things happened to us 3 girls are unbelievable. Even though you are buying tons of drinks staff is trying to screw you over. Each barmen apparently have made up their own drink prices. There were many Arabic and Azerbaijani people. One Arabic man offered my friend money to spend the night with him. She was so mad we couldn't cheer her up anymore. The other friend got sent outside because she was dancing and having conversation with an Azerbaijani girl and her boyfriend got jealous. Our friends from Istanbul did warn us for the crowd going there but we didn't know it was this bad. We have been to many upper class clubs we live in the heart of Amsterdam and never got treated like this. It was unbelievable. Go somewhere else especially if it is girls night out. Klein has much better crowd and staff of Sortie is much nicer. Luckily we went one day before new year's eve and didn't make our new year's eve horrible. The venue is not worth the arrogance of the staff and the crowd going there.

They steal your credit card! This place is a total ripoff. Ask for prices before you order dinner because otherwise they will up sell you like crazy! And they steal your cc. I gave my card after dinner and bank called an hour later saying that someone had attempted 20+ times to make transactions online in the US!

The “event hall” was located very centrally but had zero atmosphere and was not suitable for this at all. Most of the guests were snoozing throughout. Would not recommend.

I have been wanting to see this for years. It was a 5 minute walk from my hotel, how perfect. The room is an old hall with chairs laid out around the outside, you are seated and given tea. It starts on time with three gentlemen coming out and playing music. It was lovely to hear… it did last for 35 minutes of the one hour show/meditation/ceremony. There is 5 minutes after they play to change clothes then start up again where the men in their traditional wear come out and prepare for the whirling. For 25 minutes we watched and listened to this beautiful ceremony.

Highly recommended. If you are eager to explore Turkish culture in the historic center with authentic members of Sufi community, then you are on the right place. Also, you contribute to a great cause because they help students to provide scholarships during their studies.

The show was mesmerizing and quite interesting to watch. Even as a local guy, it was amazing to experience such a cultural event. The guy who gave the background of the dervish tradition did a great job as well. The explanations were quite informative and through it, the show seemed more enlightening.

Wonderful experience, great performance, you won't regret, if you want to see an authentic performance!

The service was also very nice and very helpful. 250€ for Sushi I recently ordered a sushi platter from this restaurant, and I must say it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had. The platter included two types of sushi made with imitation crab (crab sticks), and both were bland, lacking freshness and flavor. Honestly, the entire selection felt thrown together, with no real attention to quality or authenticity. The prices are ridiculously high for what you get. This place is severely overrated — you’re essentially paying a premium for mediocre food and the illusion of a high-end experience. There was absolutely nothing memorable or satisfying about the meal, and I left feeling like I wasted both my money and time. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually knows how to prepare good sushi and respects their customers.

Make sure you check the menu before going up to the 6th floor, prices start at 1250+ for the most basic dishes with no sides even though they are listed as mains. We had some frozen shrimps in plain butter and a chicken kebab which was tasty but paid twice as much as other places even though quality was not any better or even worse. We came mostly expecting a nice view, but with no reservation we got a corner table away from the windows. Service was also not that good, we got treated with paper napkins after noticing our table was missing the cloth ones everyone else had.

We visited House Cafe in Ortaköy for breakfast and had a pleasant experience. The staff was accommodating and secured us a lovely table by the sea. The restaurant is spacious, offering various seating options. There are cozy tables for two near the shore for coffee, and ample indoor and outdoor seating for lunch and dinner. We ordered scrambled eggs, a rocca pizza, quinoa salad with avocado, and a chicken wrap. While the atmosphere was enjoyable, the prices felt a bit high relative to the quality of the food. The scrambled eggs lacked seasoning, the rocca pizza had a delightful Italian-style dough, but the salad could have used more dressing to enhance its flavor. The chicken wrap was overwhelmed with radish sauce and contained too many lettuce , while the grilled chicken portion was on the smaller side. Our total bill was 3,380 TL, including service. Overall, it's a nice spot located next to the cruise ship station.

Management should make it a policy that waiters are not allowed to ask for tips. At times They tell you the credit card machine is not working and then ask you to pay in cash They also will ask for tips even after me pointing out that there is a service charge added to the bill already. They say the service charge is for the kitchen staff. Food was burnt and did not taste good and also was served cold. Only good thing is the atmosphere and views If you ask for butter with the bread they serve, they charge for that too but only tell you afterwards. Been here a few times, but this is the last time im coming. There are Much better places to eat at which are also much cheaper. I like places With no games when it comes time to pay the bill.

The only beautiful thing in Spago is the view. We have many recommendations about the restaurant but our experience was not good at all. The food was hardly ok and the only good one was the glazed mushrooms. We ordered the Dallas steak and it was served cold and when we called the waiter they took it reheat it imagine!! This is not acceptable from a casual dining restaurant how about this fine dining. In any case the service was attentive but not professional and food quality is not good while view is fantastic.

Location is great and the view was good. Staff are welcoming. Atmosphere is great. The appetizers was tasty. For the main course i was really disapointed by the short rib beef, It was like eating rubber and I do not reccomend it at all. The Lobster tagliatelle was wonderful! I would come back just for it. I hope managment improves the short rib beef.

Hi we were staying at the hotel , the hostess was a bit off becasue we showed up 10:30 and she don't want to seat us becasue it's late and kitchen is closed which I find very weird ,we called the manager he was more accommodating and we sit outside nice view and the service was excellent, the food was normal nothing special . But over all it's nice for drink and party more becasue there was dj and live musics playing .

Great pub with interesting features and a great shaded beer garden out the back. Good selection of craft ales but very expensive. The large beer is only 40cl and around £7.50 so getting on for £10 a pint. A good place to visit but probably only once unless throwing money away is your thing.

This is a late review of my visit on August 21st. This bar is ideal for any craft beer enthusiast as they have a huge selection of local craft beers from multiple breweries. You can order beer flights to try as many of them as you'd like. On top of beers, they also serve beer cocktails as well as regular cocktails. They also have food. We did not order much, but what we had was decent. The place has an outdoor patio, an outdoor beer garden and the indoor seating. The vibe is cool, we liked how the place was decorated. The only problem we encountered is that we came right at the opening time and there was no English speaking staff, so we had to resort to Google Translate. But it worked in the end. I will recommend this place if you're into craft beers.

Sad experience . No guests but understandable although the only label vine displayed and offered in the house is from Yanik Ulke. We had one glass of the red wine and some olives. Needless to say the wine was not very good and by this standard hapless overpriced. They offer an online wine menu without any price tags and a printed vine menu in which there was only 1 in 5 of the red wines sold by the glass available. 4 people 3000 lira.

About ten years ago we rented a flat near Sensus. We only bought wine to bring up to the flat at that time and never dined in. This visit to istanbul we were happy to find the shop still open and had a very nice time chatting with friends over a bottles of wine and dessert. We did not try the food. Compared to the tourist/selfie chaos around Galata tower, Sensus is an oasis of cool and calm. It was not buse the night we visited and we were very well looked after by the waiter. I will go back the next time I am in Istanbul.

I liked this place, and I’ve been there twice a week. Their food (salad, bolognese, cheesecake) was good. Their wine was excellent. We tried pyramid, miratus, and shiraz - I liked them all, but pyramid was the best. If you consider it a wine-tasting place with an atmosphere, you won’t be disappointed. With that being said, I think certain customers will find this place expensive. I thought the prices were reasonable.

We only had drinks :) so I cannot judge the food. We were sitting outside on a small table - there are also tables under the roof or inside the pub. The service was really friendly and quick. Not everyone was speaking English but we could manage. It was definitely a pub inclusive pub feeling :)

One of the coolest rooftop restaurants and bars I’ve been to in a different city! The drinks were actually insanely delish I had 2 different ones. Also had the 2 Turkish local cuisine style food options which were both so yummy. Live DJ on the roof was playing great music and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Roof bar of a fancy hotel in Karaköy. The lobby, restaurant and roof bar is well designed. You will enjoy the interior especially if you have any connection with design or architecture. The terrace is not very big but has wide and comfortable couches. It is possible to find better views of İstanbul but still nice to watch the rush below. We have ordered Italian rose wine with cheese and fruit plates. They also serve some snacks (some kind of dried green peas, olive, and cashew) Cheese selection was not my type but cheese plate was good. Fruit plate was rich, unfortunatelly melon was about to rotten that we could get sour taste. Prices are over average, even higher than Europe. And they also add %15 service fee and another additional fee which is not clear. As a local, I suggest to find more reasonable place with better view.

Unbelievable experience. First, the views are unmatched at this bar. Secondly, the food is delicious. We tried the shrimp tacos. My wife and I love spicy food and it had a nice kick. We also tried some cocktails. I had the Green Spot and she tried the Safe From the Bosphorus. The presentation for her drink was phenomenal. Literally brought it out in a safe. It’s a bit pricey but worth it.

Such a beautiful view it’s definitely worth coming!! During the day and at night, it’s beautiful. I only took off a star because cocktails and drinks are very expensive, we each got a martini and it wasn’t in a martini glass and had ice in it with orange and lemon slices (which is definitely not a martini) so it was two sips for around 550 lira each which is so pricey for two sips. So we split a bottle of wine for 2000 lira instead which is way more worth it than the cocktails. I recommend coming here for food and bottles of wine for the view and super comfy chairs. The view is incredible with the Bosporus and mosques!!!

I went to Ayi Kadıköy with a friend on a Wednesday evening, hoping for a relaxed night with some music and a fun atmosphere. At first, everything was great—there weren’t many people, and we were vibing, dancing, and enjoying the music. However, things quickly took a disappointing turn. The staff suddenly stopped serving us drinks without explanation, and then they told us we couldn’t dance in the middle of the venue—despite the area being empty and others still dancing. It felt like they just wanted us out for no reason, even though we were respectful and not causing any trouble. In this day and age, there’s no excuse for this kind of discriminatory treatment, especially in a space that’s supposed to be welcoming. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend Ayi Kadıköy to anyone looking for a place with a positive vibe.

We were 2 guys and 2 lady. Never experienced such ridiculous experience in a club. We were not even allowed to leave our table to dance. It felt more like jail than a club. Don't waste your waste as we did, stay away from this "club".

I'd prefer a wider selection of beer. Also having to scan a code with my phone to access the menu is a bit not practical in my opinion.

Great service and atmosphere! Tried it for my first time in Istanbul and went back 3 times. The customer service is top tier, the waiters realize our drinks are empty and our ash trays are full before we do. Friendly people and the 24 hour cafe next door is the perfect pick me up after partying.

Designated sitting to each table in the club may not resonate many as mostly go to club to dance have fun meet new people. It felt abit like patronized, seat here and finish you drink and order another one. The element of fun, getting to know new people and dancing has been taken away

Cozy restaurant just off a busy street, offering a range of entertainment options - restaurant, cafe, club, live music - they have it all. Food is delicious, hookah is very well made. These guys really know their stuff and they gave us is a full tutorial on the shisha types and various hookah models and benefits, and they almost sold us a hookah :)

It took me 1 hour to get a water after several times of asking. Dancers were great.I wish DJ was playing more European American songs rather than Turkish songs. Tables were so close to each other and dancing was hard.

This place was absolutely fantastic. We wandered in looking for some dancing and at first (around 1030pm on a Thursday) there may have been only 15 people in the place. Our group danced anyway to some excellent tunes and the dueling DJ’s had no ego and played some of our requests. They give great snacks with your drinks, and I love how our bartender and server were extremely attentive. Tipping goes a long way for great service but they deserved it! I’d love to go back.

Had a great night at this club! Loved that it stayed open until 5 AM — perfect for night owls. The music was super happening and kept the energy high all night. We stuck to beers, which were decent, and enjoyed some small snacks that hit the spot. Overall, a solid spot for a fun night out!

I’m a VERY good club consumer. I usually spend $1000-$2000 per night. I came on the 06/08/25, night to the 07/08/25, and the security guys told me to go away after $100 spent, saying I was too drunk, after taking me to a other table far from the DJ. Maybe I was, but I had the intention to spend way (way way) more. If you are a good club spender, don’t go there, absolutely. (especially in Europe, it’s cheap), I don’t recommand it all, they don’t respect you, whatever you spend). I’ll delete this review if they say I’ll have gifts to for give it. If you see it, they just don’t care.

Reserved 4 days in advance. When we arrived, it was completely empty apart for 5-6 girls that were like 14 or 15 years old. We were forced to take a bottle immediately, i asked of it was possible to have 1 drink as a starter and see if we enjoy the place at all before we start cashing out for a bottle, straight out refused to even serve us any drink even at the bar. Excelent cocktail bar with good options for brews in a laid back atmosphere. From the outside it may not look like much but inside is a hidden gem of a beer garden and spacious bar area.

I have been here many times and never got disappointed. This is by far one of the greatest venue with big choice of good drinks and foods. A bit crowded in the evenings I suggest you to come a bit earlier. The atmosphere and staff friendly and alive. I highly recommend cocktails, beers and food. If you're looking for places to eat in Besiktas, this will be a great option. Beware the rush hours!

Great place, been there one time but it's definately my favourite in Istanbul! There is a good selection of beer as in any bar around but there is also a good and interesting selection of cocktails which are also very well made. The food was great- fresh and delicious, we had a pizza with teriyaki beef and though we took some ingredients out it was still amazing- thin and crispy and the meat was very tasty, a salad which was big and well seasoned and with fresh and crunchy vegetables and chicken tacos which honestly weren't anything special but at least were spicy enough to keep my taste buds entertained. A part from the food and drinks, the space itself is unique and very well designed, the music was also great. It can get crowded in the open area but inside is nice and fresh, there is aircon which is a blessing in the Istanbul summer nights. Overall even though it's a little bit pricey I can't wait to go back and try more, if you are in the area go check it out, as they wrote on the menu- the Joker will serve you well ;)

They say it's full when you want to enter as a couple, but when you want to enter 2 guys 1 lady they say you need the exact number of gender balance we won't let you enter. Well, there are a lot more choices instead of here. Also the first floor is cool however the top floor is always cramped and crowded you cannot dance or enjoy.

Great bar with a very relaxed feel going during the early evening. Friendly staff that speak enough English to communicate with customers who do not speak Turkish. The building and back patio are a very unique experience and I would recommend going if out in Kadıköy. A little bit more expensive than usual for a bar in Istanbul.

Such an interesting bar! 3 levels in an old mansion with a small outdoor patio. All sorts of looks nooks and crannies to eacape. It can be hard to find... the door is small and easy to miss.

An incredible place to enjoy the serenity of Bebek! Great location with lovely views of the marina and Bosphorus, and the beer was reasonably priced and tasty. We did the flight first which was great value and then went from there. Didn’t try the food but a lot of folks around us ordered stuff that looked appetizing.

The staff here (and in other Klein group clubs in Istanbul) aren't exactly known for their warm hospitality. Their attitude towards customers often falls short of the welcoming Turkish hospitality you might expect, whether you're at the door getting your ticket checked or inside trying to enjoy yourself. We saw a few people with tickets being turned away at the entrance, apparently because of how they looked or what they were wearing. Once you're inside, there are so many bodyguards staring at you that it's hard to relax and have fun - it's not clear what they're actually guarding against. The worst part of this place is that they allow smoking inside. After a couple of hours, you end up smelling like a giant walking cigarette. By the end of the night, it gets really bad - the smoke builds up and your eyes start stinging if you're not used to it. If you can overlook the staff's attitude, dress fancy enough to get in, manage to ignore the bodyguards, and don't mind sacrificing your health for 4-5 hours, you can actually have a great time and enjoy the music.

The location shows the entrance incorrectly. The entrance is right near Shell station with no clear markings! If I could, I would give negative stars. This is the worst 1250 TL I have ever spent in my entire life. The crowd is just weird, too many men. Like, +85% I’d say. No drinks, even water is not allowed but everyone can smoke their stinky cheap cigarettes in a poorly ventilated environment for some reason unbeknownst to even the brightest minds of our species. The ventilation being the other guests’ fans. The security has invaded my entire bag unlike anywhere else. Like, grabbed my makeup and didn’t let go until I asked if I could keep my makeup at least. Oh and don’t expect to find your belongings ever again because they’re not keeping track! Every belonging stays in the same place with no name tags or number tags. Oh and they take mints too. I had to really persevere and get 4 of the staff involved just to get my stuff back. The staff inside are alright, typical Istanbul club staff rudeness, nothing extreme. The environment is just so not worth it. I immediately wanted to go home. And I see in the reviews that many people have had very similar or even worst experiences. Go spend your hard earned 1250 TL on a Mango dress or happy hour at Gina, you’ll be much happier. And if you insist on spending it at a club, go to Kastel and get yourself 2 beers while at it for God’s sake.

I found it appropriate to list the points I was not satisfied one by one, because there are quite a few. I would like to mention I knew this venue does not have great service previously, the reason we went there was the Polo&pan event. First point: At the entrance, we were initially told that we couldn’t enter the VIP section wearing slippers, but then we were allowed in after someone in charge approved our footwear lol. As a footnote, I’d like to clarify they weren’t house slippers or open-toe beach flip-flops so they were appropriate to wear in a place like this. Second point: At the entrance, the bag controls were worse than at an airport. The staff literally snatched the bags out of our hands and started searching them. While we understand the need for security, I am a Type 1 diabetic and must carry a glucometer (blood sugar measuring device) and glucose tablets with me at all times—these tablets are used to prevent sudden drops in blood sugar. The way they treated me, as if I was trying to sneak in the most bizarre items in the world, and the incredibly rude manner in which they did it, is reason enough not to go again. Third point: The so-called cocktails they sold were ridiculously overpriced and contained only trace amounts of alcohol. When you want to get a beer to drink at least some alcohol we were told we can only get beer from the regular bar where the queue was insane. And I would like to underline the fact that this was the reason we got VIP tickets, turns out there is no point of getting them. Fourth point: When we stepped outside to smoke or get some fresh air, the staff literally chased us back in, ordering us to go inside in an extremely rude manner. This alone is another sufficient reason not to go again. Fifth and final point: All the toilets were clogged and filthy. If you’re selling a bottle of water for 250 TL, one would expect the restrooms to meet basic hygiene and sanitary standards. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

It’s an underground style nightclub. Decent light and sound system. It is sweaty, you can’t go outside anywhere, smoking inside but I kind of think this is what you’d expect from this scene in Istanbul. There were lots of single men there and you have to be a little careful. Plenty of staff there and you don’t feel unsafe at all.

We had a terrible experience at Klein Phonix in Istanbul. Despite purchasing tickets in advance through Resident Advisor, we were denied entry at the door simply because we were three friends, one of whom is gay. This kind of discriminatory and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially at a venue that sells tickets online in advance. No refund, no explanation, just a humiliating experience. If you care about fair treatment and respect, avoid this club.

I feel bad for the DJs from abroad for choosing this place. I generally avoid going here if my favorite DJs come, simply because of Klein's mediocrity. The atmosphere is terrible. The sound system is mediocre and inadequate. The atmosphere is incredibly stuffy. Smoking is allowed indoors. It's 2025, and smoking should never be allowed indoors out of respect for other audience members. I assure you, this is Arizona's jungle of lizards and hyenas. But it's a jungle without air. :) Their organizational skills are nil. I'd say it's the most ridiculous place you could possibly go to. If you want to do this job properly, please get your act together. Otherwise, no self-respecting person would go to a concert or performance here. You'd be suffocated by the lack of air.

This awful club lets you pay for a concert ticket, travel across multiple countries to attend, and then tells you at the door that you can’t come in because you’re not with any women. No warning, no explanation in advance — just a cold “you have to leave” and a vague promise to refund your money later. Why don’t you inform people of this when they’re buying the ticket? It’s a disgrace. A disgrace not only for the club, but also for the artists who agree to perform in a place like this.

The view is great. It is one of the best top bars in Istanbul. Cocktails include minimum amount of alcohol. Try the dry ones. If you need a view-by spot, you should ask. Hence the circulation is high, they put you in a good place. The crowd is ok. The music is somehow boring but generally popular world hits.

Awful service and very overpriced drinks. Was told they have no mocktails as all the cocktails are ‘ready made’. Was charged 300 TL for the smallest glass of water and waiter completely ignored us throughout. Was just given a card machine with no bill at the end and told service charge could not be removed. I’m sure there are other bars with great views and better service.

My first visit was a disappointment. The sunsets are nice, but that’s about it. The cocktails are overpriced and nothing special, and the staff is poorly trained and doesn’t seem to enjoy their jobs. This bar got the perfect location with a wonderful view over the city. Perfect place for sunsets. Sadly the drinks are incredibly expensive and not the really best ones. Aperol Spritz 800TL, any beer around 500TL, any other cocktail at least 750TL. At the end on the bill I saw that they also putted more than 10% tips that you have to pay…

If this would be a spot for the view 5/5, but it is a bar with overprized cocktails, and the taste is below average. Waiters are moody, dont show you the amount on the point of sale where you pay. Mine had a slight difference. Service charge is added next to the price on the menu. One mojito, one aperol = 27 Euro Great view, good music.

The place is quite worn out. The average price for a cocktail is around 500 TRY, which is absolutely not justified. The cocktails are nothing more than much alcohol mixed with soda and ice - their real value shouldn’t be more than 100 TRY. Either the people visiting this place have no idea what a proper cocktail is, or the reviews here are simply fake and manipulated. The furniture is shabby and rather dirty. The only real upside is the location and the very friendly staff.

Another great night in “Just Bar”, Amir is a great guy and looks after you well. No frills, with good fun and the music is great, no modern electronic rubbish 😜. If you are in the area, go and have a beer, I don’t think you will be disappointed 👍👍👍👍👍

We saw this bar on Trip Advisor so thought we would give it a try - we were not disappointed! Great music, the best priced drinks and friendly bar staff. We tried other bars later in the evening but have come back here as this is definitely THE BEST! Try it - you will be impressed! 😉

We were not aloud to enter the club with as reason because it is a “special party”. Very strange explaination, probably we were with 3 guys or we had to give them money to enter. Weird mentality. Afterwards we didn’t go there anymore, because we lost our interest.

Despite the music being good the security is absolutely horrendous. I had frequented the place once before and I liked the vibe. But upon returning a second time with a different group of friends we got stopped because it was a “private party”. There was no private party. They just didn’t let my friends in because they were guys and because they were Kurdish. Techno/ house clubs are supposed to be a common inclusive space for everyone to have fun together. My friends got judged by their looks but they are very lovely people and the security of the place with their prejudice and entitlement should absolutely be fired. If I was running a place like this I would be EMBARRASSED that this is the first impression people get of the club before they even go in it. And judging by the review this is not an isolated event. Maybe the owners just don’t care either. Disgusting behaviour. If they are so scared of two 20 year old boys maybe they should consider another job. Do better. Do not recommend going if you have any moral values.

Not nice experience! I'm sure could be nice, if they allow you to enter. I went there coz friends recommend me, so I was curious to see it and I went there coz I know the artists that were playing this day. But unfortunately, we didn't even arrive to see it, coz from the outside area the bouncers told us that was a private party. And I was like: "this is not written anywhere". Then some other people came, they entered. So I asked them: how did you check they can enter?! The excuse was that the guy behind them knows. It's a private party. They repeated it, like parrots. At least you could invent a better excuse. Like the place is full sounds more nice than "is a private party" when there is no private party. Such a shame!!! You should be ashamed. But the shame comes just for people they can feel it. You just select some people randomly, without completely sense. As if listening to music should be something only for the few maybe looking good and rich you let in, because maybe they'll buy two more beers, according to you, or whatever very ugly reason you may have. You don't just represent yourself, you are part of Istanbul music scene, coz good artist come also there to play. Such a unpleasant experience!! But as I see from comments, it's a common management of this place.

this place is one of the safer spots in the neighborhood. most people inside are between 25 and 35, so the vibe is more relaxed and chill. everyone minds their own business, and i haven’t noticed any major safety issues. you can be yourself here and enjoy your time freely.

The ultimate whisky bar. Classy vibe, leather chairs and an impressive selection of whiskies from across the world. Very pricey, even by US standards with whiskies at a starting point of ~20 USD / 600 TL (Sept 2024) but worth visiting for one drink / special occasion.

Two people we had, Macallan sherry cask, Red breast 12, A heavy peated Ardbeg, some Kentucky, blue label and some other speyside single malts…simple fact, you can’t find this selection in ANY other place in turkey…680 types of whiskies from all corners…WELL DONE and thank you!

Location is nice, variety of whiskey stock is great but they need to improve how to handle customers. Not writing about prices of drinks and cigars which are pretty high since current situation of economics. If you want to taste different whiskies without customer services you can give it a try.
