Tapas restaurant
Pintxo Fowey is a tapas restaurant in Fowey, Cornwall, inspired by the Pintxo bars of San Sebastian in Spain. Tucked away in the English back streets of Fowey, it offers an enchanting dining experience with a menu featuring spirited dishes like Chorizo picante, Albondigas, and Gambas al ajillo.
A must visit in Fowey! The tapas here is fantastic. The calamari and the croquetas were delicious. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area.
Luke W — Google review
Tapas. No booking, and no phone access. Small restaurant. Inside & some outside seating. Range of sherries, wines & beer. Very nice food. Not cheap.
Doug N — Google review
A lovely find! It's very small but we liked that. Tapas are a very good portion size and all really delicious. I think we had most of the options available! They pretty much all came out at the same time, which was fine for us. Noticed a few customers asking for coffee after their meal, but there's no hot drinks available here. Staff very attentive. It's dog friendly too.
Whitters — Google review
Great little place - 5 mins walk from town Center - small menu but everything we had was great!
Dave C — Google review
Lovely place for tapas with a good selection of wines, sherry and cava
T E — Google review
Cute little place serving pretty standard tapas dishes. Don't be fooled by the name as very few actual Pintxos available or Basque style dishes. Wasn't keen on all the food but would definitely give it another go when in the area.
Ell C — Google review
Loved this place, small intimate tapas. The food was lovely my wife and I had two dishes each and the best cheescake i can remember earing for a long time. Recommended.

My favourite restaurant in Fowey and one of my favourite in the world. Truly excellent food and wine and great service. Strong recommendation for the patata frites and tuna.

Restaurant

Cafe
Sams Fowey is a historic culinary destination located in the heart of Fowey, offering a vibrant atmosphere and a rich history dating back to 1987. Housed in a charming 13th-century building, this restaurant features a bright bistro adorned with pop memorabilia and an upstairs modern cocktail bar overlooking the sea. The menu boasts an array of delectable dishes, including hand-pressed award-winning burgers and locally caught seafood from their own day boat, The Emperor.
A 5-minute walk from the nearest car park through the lovely town of Fowey to Sam's. This is an excellent place to go for food and drink, would need to book in advance to save from being disappointed. All the food we had was perfect, tasty, and plentiful in amounts. With Sam's being dog-friendly it also makes it the perfect place for a family meal whilst holidaying in Fowey. The staff were great and very friendly. A place you must go to if you're in this lovely town, highly recommend 👌🏻
Gary D — Google review
Absolutely fantastic meal at Sam’s. Family run (I believe). All staff were really friendly and welcoming. Great service. GREAT food! Top tip: if you go for the Bouillabaisse, don’t get the mussels to start (!!).
Christopher D — Google review
Fantastic food, wonderful service and an interesting environment. I'd highly recommend the scallops and muscles - I had two starter potions and they were huge. The best scallops and muscles over had in the UK. Reasonable price for incredible food. The car park next to the restaurant is tiny and it's a tight squeeze down the streets. Park in the carpark outside of town and get the shuttle minibus in.
Jo D — Google review
It is always a pleasure to sit down and Sam's and eat their delicious Thai Red Mullet, the atmosphere has a unique 1950's-1980's vibe and the food is fantastic! I would definitely recommend if you are a fan of seafood.
Alex M — Google review
We came here for the last night of our holiday and we weren't disappointed. We bought our 5 month old puppy and when Ed saw him, he moved our table so we had a quieter area where he could be more free. The service was amazing, despite it being busy and the food was delicious. I haven't had a steak cooked so perfectly in a very long time! I really think that Ed and his staff went above and beyond and it made our holiday. Thank you!
Vicky T — Google review
Very friendly and accommodating manager. Nice grungey vibe and music to go with it. The service overall was good too. I’d say the food was mostly good.
Nigel D — Google review
The place looks great. Scores high on decor and vibe. They found me a table last min. I got the Bouillabaise for £29. It was a massive portion. The shrimp was very fresh and so were the red millet and mussels. The calamari was not impressive and seemed frozen. And the bread was stale. Other than that the soup was delicious and I would have it again. However something made me feel bloated afterwards but it could also have been something else I ate. Not sure but I would have the soup again. Probably to share next time. Notice that it is heavy on the mussels and the other fish in there is in much less quantity.
Maria S — Google review
We ate here twice on our week long holiday in Fowey. Only place we did. Delicious Fowey mussels and bouillabaisse. Relaxed bistro vibe and friendly efficient staff. Highly recommend. Dog friendly too but you need to book as very popular.

Cafe
Nestled on South Street, opposite the charming church and Kittows of Fowey, Brown Sugar exudes a trendy vibe with its wooden benches and cozy pillows in a chic dark grey palette. This delightful café is an ideal spot for breakfast or lunch, offering mouthwatering options like spinach and sweetcorn fritters or fluffy pancakes to kickstart your day. For lunch, you can indulge in ciabatta sandwiches alongside an array of fresh salads and daily specials.
Love, love, love this little place. Cosy & welcoming, with great food & service. The full English is gorgeous, all fresh and delicious with great thick cut smoked bacon and banging sausages. Even got to try my first hogs pudding! On our last visit, I had avocado eggs be edict, cooked to perfection and will add bacon next time 😋 if you haven't been, why not?! Can't wait to go again.
Shelley D — Google review
Love this little cafe, food is always nice and there breakfast is lovely due to good quality ingredients. Great location in the centre of Fowey.
Kerry G — Google review
Great breakfast. Friendly and welcoming staff. Well cooked food. Only very slight negative was that my toast was forgotten but didn’t have room for it in the end anyway! Highly recommend.
Christopher D — Google review
What a place I was recommended here by locals in my village pub 27 miles away this place didn’t disappoint. Really good poached eggs and avocado on toast and “the ladies” serving were a lovely bunch of folk! Would recommend to anyone and so much so I have a second coffee. I will be back and thank you!

A great place for breakfast, we always visit here when we sail over from Falmouth

Restaurant
Appleton's Bar & Restaurant, previously located in St Issey, has now moved to Fowey due to its growing popularity. The restaurant is owned by Andy and Lyndsey Appleton, with Andy being a former head chef at Fifteen Cornwall. The menu features rustic Italian dishes with a modern twist, such as prosecco-battered polenta chips and rose harissa fish stew. The restaurant is housed in a former bank near Fowey's quay and waterfront.
Excellent Italian food and top quality service. Dog friendly which was fantastic. Make their own pasta with a bronze dye. Squid linguine with crab was packed full of flavour. The selection of non alcoholic cocktails was excellent. Wish we could have had a pudding, but we'd only just eaten a cake from the bakery. Next time we will! Pricey lunch, but you get what you pay for, and this was special. Highly recommended.
Tania H — Google review
Had a really tasty dinner here. Beautiful building inside and out. Fresh homemade pasta and some lovely wines. We brought our kids too and they offered either pesto or beef ragu pasta which was perfect alongside a foccacia we ordered.
Kathy T — Google review
Beautiful food and cocktails. We went for lunch and were able to take our dog. Everything was cooked to perfection. Would love to return again.
Whitters — Google review
Highly recommend Appletons for a fresh Cornish dining experience! Amazing dishes designed excellently to match the local palate. Staff looked after us very well and were highly knowledgeable. Hats off to the chef though, bravo! We’ll be coming back.
Charlie V — Google review
So happy we tried this place. We got lunch and brought our little, which I was a bit worried about because this place was so fancy. However they were very accommodating with the baby and the space was bigger than expected. On top of that the food was amazing, even the baby's pesto pasta which was a huge portion so we ate some of it. Everything we tried was 10/10. Some lamb shoulder and squash pasta both exceptional. I wish we had more time to come here again to try more.
Kayla S — Google review
Superb dinner. Helpful communication when booking online and needed to modify the booking. Spacious & calm atmosphere, excellent service and superb food. Dog friendly, too. Just getting into their stride after initially opening just before Mar 20 - definitely one to watch as they settle in.
Les F — Google review
Spacious and relaxed atmosphere, with a carefully crafted menu and everything made in the open kitchen on-site. Really friendly waiting staff, and every last plate was stunning, both presentation and taste. We even got cocktails to takeaway - which were excellent. Highly recommend a stop - with booking advised.
Sam B — Google review
Great restaurant, fantastic food and friendly staff. Dog friendly down stairs. Parking seems to be a bit of a nightmare and very busy slim steep streats. We'll worth a visit if you can afford it worked out to around £270 for four people with starter, main and dessert.

Restaurant
Nestled in the charming town of Fowey, Fitzroy has quickly become a culinary hotspot since its opening in 2019. This stylish eatery, brought to life by the talented duo Chef David Gingell and restaurateur Jeremie Cometto, transformed a former bank into an inviting space that celebrates local produce.
What a great place! We had half lobster with new potatoes, yum! The lamb was great, too! Service was perfect. We were upstairs and had a great view of the restaurant and kitchen, great to see the chefs at work. If you’re in Fowey, and want a funky atmosphere and amazing food, come here! 😊
Tony H — Google review
Fitzroy is a well-regarded restaurant set up in an old bank in the pretty port town of Fowey pronounced Foy 🙄 Soak up the vibe; posho in deck shoes, tied sweater worn over shoulders, second homer 🤦 £140 for an early dinner for 2 with 1 x glass of wine. We left feeling the mucho dinero experience was OK. Could have eaten the other half of what was a small lobster.
Mark S — Google review
I managed to get a dinner reservation here and it was the perfect choice for us. The service was friendly and prompt and the food was delicious. We had the cod roe, courgette, lobster and chicken followed by baked custard and chocolate cake. The venue is small and makes for a great atmosphere and the open kitchen helps too, it’s been done really well. Our only slight negative was that the menu was fairly limited and although it was all really tasty (probably as a result of not over extending to a convoluted menu) it would have been nice for the one meat option to have been something other than chicken. I think that’s just the luck of the draw though as the menu is changed daily, which is also really unique and interesting. There were also no diet or sugar free soft drinks (apart from water) and one choice of beer (but it was a nice one apparently!) Regardless, would definitely recommend.
Sadie F — Google review
Very accommodating of our dog! Nice atmosphere and warm service but a very limited menu at quite high prices
Matt T — Google review
Great location, love the open plan seating, open kitchen area. Mussels, best I have ever enjoyed. Great French beer, sourdough bread, homemade butter. Staff, great, enthusiastic and upbeat. Great place. Highly recommend.

Wow - A real hidden gem Stumbled across this place last weekend. Amazing quality food, super friendly staff, great decor and ambience. Yes it's chilly (might be interesting in the winter) but heh, that's a small price for the amazing food and location / staff. Will definitely return. A must go to place on the south coast.

Seafood restaurant
North Street Kitchen is a pop-up restaurant in Fowey that offers an array of local flavors, particularly focusing on seafood. The menu, displayed on a chalkboard, features dishes like River Fowey mussels and red mullet escabeche. Recently taken over by the head chefs of Fitzroy, Ethan and Hazel, this open kitchen overlooks the picturesque River Fowey and serves up fresh produce such as pollock and spider crab.
The food was delicious. We had the sardines, pea salad and crab focaccia. The focaccia was homemade and soft and yummy.
Ginger D — Google review
Eaten at loads of nice restaurants in London and trips around the UK but this was the best this year! We had dinner at North Street kitchen on a summer evening and were wowed by everything from the atmosphere, service and standard of food! The restaurant is situated in industrial setting alongside the river with views out and the kitchen is open and you can see the chiefs at work which adds to the whole relaxed atmosphere. All the staff were lovely and hospitable and made us feel so welcome and really added to the whole evening! The food was knockout! Having seen lots of good reviews we were excited and expecting it to be good, but we were blown away by the quality! To start we had the foccacia (best I've ever had!), cornish feta and salt cod fritters. Followed by john dory, potatoes and green salad (even this was super fresh and with a lovely dressing). Each dish was carefully prepared with a lovely sauce and seasoning, showing the chefs ability to celebrate high quality ingredients in a super tasty but un flashy way. If you are in Fowey or nearby in Cornwall this place is a must for foodies or anyone who wants to eat amazingly fresh ingredients cooked to perfection in a beautiful setting.
Sam R — Google review
This place is AMAZING. It’s has a very relaxed vibe. Sharing plates and tables ( Small tables were available) You need to check ahead for opening times as it changes throughout the seasons. We couldn’t book, but again that changes depending on when you go. It’s a small plate sharing menu of locally sourced , seasonal food. Cooked in front of you by very chilled chefs. The staff were lovely, and genuinely looked happy to be there. The food was exceptional!! You could taste every single ingredient. The mussels were so fresh! The Focaccia was warm and oily( as it should be) but for us it was the squash, kale and Cornish feta that was the WOW! Cornish feta needs to be tried by EVERYONE. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Well done.
Max R — Google review
Wowcher. What a lovely experience that was! Fave seafood spot in the whole of Cornwall. Ran by a lovely married couple with such wonderful staff by their side. Slick operation. Fresh fish caught by the legendary Peter (didn’t meet him but can tell he’s an absolute legend). Food was unreal. All sharing plates, ideal for a couple or larger group. Heavily recommend the scallops in brown butter, fried Pollock with curried mayo, cheesy potatoes, half lobster with garlic butter & BOTH DESSERTS! Defo get the focaccia too to mop up the juicy SAAUUUCCEE! The small things like bringing the potatoes out with the lobster was a nice touch and great Verdejo to pair with the food. Can’t fault this place, had a blast and well worth the money. Thank you to all the team, memories made 👏💫
Ollie R — Google review
Had to go on the waiting list for a table at lunchtime, but well worth the wait! Dinner is sold out for the whole of August 2025 - so walk-in lunch is the only option. Mussels, sea-bass, pollack, tomato-salad, beef-pasta & focaccia - all were amazing! 😁

The Lugger Inn, located in Fowey, is a charming pub known for its home-cooked food and welcoming atmosphere. It's situated on a picturesque street and offers a great selection of cold drinks and hearty English dishes. Visitors can enjoy well-kept St. Austell cold beer while indulging in the specials board. The pub is highly recommended for unwinding with local ale and tasty food.
Excellent service from the team especially new manager Jamie who looked after us and made us feel really welcome. We spent 2 nights at the Lugger Inn, had freshly caught mussels for dinner, drinks and fantastic breakfast both mornings. Plus live music on the Friday night was a real treat. Room was lovely, with a private entrance away from the main pub, a perfect place to stay any time of year. Great location to catch the ferry over to Fowey. Would highly recommend.
Vicky L — Google review
We had a fantastic Sunday roast and absolutely loved it! Generous portions with plenty of trimmings, great value and great taste. Service was okay but there was some confusion about moving tables in an otherwise empty restaurant and we were not presented with the bill when paying for our meal.
Luke W — Google review
Food was cheaper than most places. The skin on fries were good. The chunky chips were half cooked, half kinda raw, cooked on the outside, hard in the middle. The ""burger"" was a generous description for what it was. 2 pieces of slightly burnt toast, a lettuce leaf that was double the size of the patty, and a flavourless burger sauce. Luckily we picked up some ketchup. Picture was taken as I was eating it and after I added the ketchup. Service was good, the pager was a nice touch. The indoor menu does lack vegetarian options which they clearly serve at the order window outside.
Jordan H — Google review
Very busy and friendly. Ladies are just nice. Kids Bangers and Mash were a hit. Fries with their curry sauce really good too.
Barry K — Google review
Ridiculously tiny portions for takeaway. Fish and chips £12 with virtually nothing but batter. Scampi was no better unfortunately. When shown the tiny portion and asked to replace the answer was ‘no’ they are all the same (see photo) - service 3 star for their polite refund - chips were ok Would pop over to Fowey if you can, much better service and food.
Willow K — Google review
What a Catch! We are staying at the Lugger Inn, and went for the 2 x Fish and Chips deal at £22, expecting something modest but decent. What arrived? Two massive plates piled high with golden, crispy fish and proper pub chips—an absolute feast! At £19.50 for a single portion on the main menu, this felt like daylight robbery (in the best way). The fish was spot-on: perfectly cooked with a crunchy batter, and the chips were crispy, fluffy, and full of flavour. A cracking meal and a proper bargain—highly recommended!
Steve H — Google review
The best Fish & Chips we've had - not an undercooked chip to be found, mushy peas really fresh and tasty and the staff so friendly we ate there 4 times in 4 days (two times were take aways).

Lovely place. Lovely people. I was there with my 18 month old who was running out of steam and one of the team came over and gave us crayons and colouring paper completely unprompted. Saved my sanity and bought us another 45 minutes with the rest of the family. Wish it was my local!!

Sams On The Beach is a relaxed US-style bistro and fish specialist located in a former lifeboat station with stunning harbor views. This picturesque restaurant, situated on Polkerris Beach, is renowned for its exceptional stone-baked pizzas made in a traditional wood-fire oven.
Absolutely loved our visit to Sam’s on the Beach! The seafood was incredibly fresh and full of flavour…. easily some of the best we’ve had. We were lucky to get a table by the window, with amazing views overlooking the beach, which made the whole experience even more special. Great food, great atmosphere, and friendly service. Highly recommend!

We had a late lunch at Sam’s after a walk from Par. It was Mother’s Day and was full inside but we managed to get a table outside. Service was good and quick. We shared a fantastic pizza, squid and chips between 3 of us with Doombar shandy, alcohol free lager and a pint of Coke. £47.75 with tip, so on the pricier side. The pizza was really thin crust and wood fired with generous toppings. Looks fab for a full meal or a quick bite. It was great to sit out front overlooking the beach.
Leigh B — Google review
We had two wonderful dinners at Sam’s on the Beach in Par, Cornwall, and everything about the experience was excellent. The food was absolutely delicious, and the restaurant itself had a lovely atmosphere. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, special thanks to Alex, who was especially helpful. On our first night, we enjoyed lobster, mussels, and prawn for little one, and on the second night, we treated ourselves to lobster and crab. Everything was fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour. We also have a lovely disabled child, and the team were incredibly kind and understanding of his needs, which meant so much to us. We would happily come back any time we visit Cornwall again. Highly recommended!
Sarah R — Google review
We managed to get a walk-in spot outside on a Saturday lunchtime (it’s October so not summer levels of busy but they still had a steady flow of customers and no tables inside so I would absolutely recommend booking). It was a fairly warm day for October and we were dressed appropriately so we sat outside and it was a great choice for us. The sun made its way round the neighbouring building half way through our food and it’s quite a sun trap. As for the food well we couldn’t fault it, everything was delicious, the flavours clearly thought about. I had the fish stew and my partner had the Thai scallops… we both said we would have those exact dishes again because they were so good! The desserts were also amazing, if you love profiteroles these were probably the best I’ve ever had!!

Absolutely amazing hidden gem. They were extremely welcoming, and had impeccable service. Seafood was as fresh as you can get, with massive portions for a fair price. Great views too. Would recommend, and will come back next time I’m in the area.

What a find ! It was very busy (evening) and we had a bit of a wait for food but the view across the beach and bay was amazing. We hadn't booked a table but the staff were very accommodating and found us one outside with a beautiful view. Staff were fantastic, always smiling and happy despite being rushed off their feet. Food was great, we had fresh pizzas, and they were delicious.

Food and service excellent, 5 stars!! I had a seafood pizza and it’s one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time! Couldn’t sit inside as it was fully booked so it would be worth booking if you do want to sit inside otherwise if it’s a nice evening outside seating right beside the beach! Perfect for watching the sun go down! Staff extremely friendly!

The Lifebuoy Cafe, located in Fowey, Cornwall, is a charming spot known for its delectable food offerings. Visitors rave about the delicious bread pudding, treacle tarts, and fruitcake served here. The cafe also offers a variety of drinks including the popular absinthe.
This was my third cream tea whilst I was holiday in Cornwall and this was by far the best tasting. Lovely fresh homemade scones and a choice of plain or sultana’s scone- the others didn’t offer this option. The service was very efficient by the young man waiting the tables. Very noticeably clean cafe whilst still managing to have charm and coziness. Definitely worth a visit whilst visiting fowey for a break and refreshment. Thank you

Called in last week with my wife for coffee. While we were waiting I noticed they had a special of homemade beef stew with granary bread. This sounded to good to miss so I ordered one. I was not disappointed it was absolutely lovely. My wife ordered a sandwich and she said it was really good. The service and friendliness of all the staff was great. If you find yourself in Fowey don't miss this little gem.

Such a pretty little cafe consisting of six tables. We were warmly greeted and decided to share a BLT sandwich (well filled) and Cornish Cream Tea (home baked scones). All food was freshly prepared and delicious. Coffees were nice and strong too. A great price at £17. Will definitely call back.

Really cute little cafe. Good prices, and top quality food & drinks. A very personal feel to the place; the owner was in the process of baking a chocolate cake as we are our delicious cream tea!

Everything is small in Fowey, from 13th century buildings to this little cafe, but it has a big heart. Quiet, gentle, efficient and friendly with good food. We'll return.

Friendly staff, good food not your average greasy spoon cafe! Good atmosphere inside, friendly staff but its lacking space, get in early If you want a seat!

Bakery
Quay Bakery in Fowey is a must-visit for food enthusiasts and baking aficionados alike. The bakery offers an array of artisanal bread, from fluffy loaves with perfectly crunchy crusts to delectably flaky croissants. Additionally, visitors can indulge in the bakery's renowned Cornish pasties and a delightful selection of homemade cakes, scones, muffins, and biscuits.
Fantastic Pasty, best I’ve had yet in Cornwall. Cracking appearance with that egg wash. Normally you find tiny pieces of meat and slivers of potato, but not with this pasty. You will find large chunks of beautifully seasoned and tender beef. Large pieces of potatoes and turnip, perfectly cooked and seasoned. The pastry itself is fantastic, flaky on the outside and chewy in the middle. Perfectly seasoned and slightly sweet. Very impressed.

One of the best pasties ever. Size and price, outstanding. Lovely friendly staff. Plus a whole range of other bakery items. Photo attached. iPhone 16 pro for scale.

The bakery is smaller than I had anticipated but that's not a problem as their classic Cornish pasty and cinnamon bun are great. The pasty is flavourful and seasoned well (not bland) although there's not much beef in it. The texture of the pasty is neither too flaky nor too thick. The cinnamon bun has good texture and sweetness to it. Like both.

We popped in to Quay Bakery as the pasty’s looked amazing and freshly made on the premises. There were 4 in our party and we had 2 traditional meat pasties and 2 veggie pasty’s. Each and everyone enjoyed immensely and the verdict was a resounding success. The best pasties we have ever had. Service was incredible. The staff were amazing. We highly recommend for people visiting to go and try these fabulous pasties. Well done Quay Bakery. We will definitely return 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳

Best and biggest pasty I’ve ever had😎. A real bakers. Also bought sausage roll, sourdough loaf and a great gooey millionaire’s shortbread. I really joy

Food was good but the service definitely was not . Older lady served me, left me for a few mins at the outside window while she served someone. Then told me my payment hadn't gone through, so I did it again. Told me it didn't got through again, even though it was showing on my account. Told me it was "in the ether" and she didn't care what my bank said. To stop things escalating (on both sides) I paid for a third time and she swore i wouldn't get charged . Well, I paid 3 times in the end so I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw their pasties
Vickky — Google review
Ordered two pasties - we had one bite each and they were cold - not even warm - they refused to heat them up but worse would not refund us as we’d taken one bite - upset by the fact we had two cold pasties the manager sarcastically shouted across the street ‘have a nice day’! - not a place I’d recommend - maybe next time - tell the customer that they are cold pasties and that they can’t warm them up - therefore you’d heat them up at home rather than eating there and then .
Scott W — Google review
Drove past a few times and liked the look of the pasties here. Was hungry after a long shift. Wasn't cheap, but she was a good size. Staff were friendly, but as I walked out realised it was stone cold. Took a bite and it wasn't even cooked properly. Potato and carrot were still crunchy! Whoever made it couldn't even be bothered to peel the potato or slice it down. Pure lazyness. Couldn't taste any seasoning. It was horrid. Worst pasty I have ever had and I know my pasties ( having been a world pasty judge). Had to throw it in the bin and I never do that. Disgrace to Cornish Pasties. Unfortunately, Quay Bakery on this occasion you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Pizza restaurant
Located in Fowey, Cornwall, Bufala Fowey is a charming restaurant offering a delightful dining experience. With its waterside location and sunny terrace, it provides the perfect setting for enjoying delicious sourdough pizzas and antipasti. The menu features a variety of Italian delights made with authentic ingredients, from nocellara olives to crispy tomato pizzas and burrata mozzarella.
This is truly authentic Italian food. Fantastic burrata dishes, the best crispy pizza outside of Italy and the home made tirisimu is the best we have tasted in this uk. All eaten in the sunshine overlooking the river - a great find!

Very nice authentic pizzeria. We had a table in the outside seating area, overlooking the harbour, and both enjoyed olives, pizzas and a carafe of wine. Would highly recommend.

Maria was our server who provided a lovely experience. The food was perfect. Authentic Italian ingredients and locally sourced ingredients too. Very fresh and beautifully executed simple honest food. The burratta was excellent and the anchovy caper salsa on the grilled peppers was punchy and fresh. Gorgeous quality proscuitto and a great pizza Bianco with fennel sausage was delicious. And the Tiramisu was really fresh and decadent.

Buzzing and busy atmosphere. Friendly staff. Great food. Quick service although had to wait a bit to pay as it was so busy.

Popular pizza place in Fowey, Pizzas were amazing. Great atmosphere and amazing views. Quick service. Definitely worth a visit when in Fowey.

Delicious pizzas… at a cost! Looks quiet from the front with a bad atmosphere but the best of it is at the back where most other customers are, where the view is! Fabulous service and delicious pizzas and wine. Quite expensive but really tasty. The burrata and pesto was excellent. Highly recommend and worth a treat.

I feel like this visit was a bit of a poor experience overall. The service was pretty bad. The drinks took a long while to come out. The menu was very limited but we opted to share a mozzarella with pesto and tomato. This was expensive at £12, but was truly amazing and just like the incredible fresh cheese I have had in Milan - 5 star. The pizzas were around £18 and arrived in o.k time (the restaurant was pretty empty) but 1 pizza was wrong so my daughter had to wait for another with the correct topping for nearly 10mins. We asked for extra water on the table to be replenished but that never came. We asked twice for some grated mozzarella but we're halfway through pizzas before that turned up. The pizzas were OK but not at all a show stopper. We found them to be over-cooked on all 4 pizzas, the crust being hard to even break in the mouth. We didn't have anything else but thought 4 drinks, 4 pizzas and 1 starter was expensive for our overall eating experience. The service charge(10%) was added so the bill came to just over £100. I would not return, sorry.

Pizza is sooo nice here. Really fresh and beautiful flavours. Some of the best pizza we've had! Enjoyed sitting out on the bank holiday weekend watching the river. Thank you will be returning!
