Have only ever had take out from here but decided to dine in. There was an hour before closing and they were totally full with other parties waiting to be seated. They quickly got tables turned and had us sat. Staff was friendly and prompt. Food was fresh and delicious and portions are great for the price. I've had a number of things from here and have never had an issue. Everything is clean and runs like a well oiled machine. Support this local business.

Tasty Pork and Comforting Pho! My husband and I had dinner at Pho Viet last Friday. We ordered the rare beef and beef meatball pho, grilled pork, crispy egg roll, and Vietnamese iced coffee. The grilled pork was absolutely tasty. The pho broth was light and comforting, though the noodles themselves could’ve used a bit more flavor. Still, the overall dish was warm and satisfying. The crispy egg rolls were a hit—crunchy outside and flavorful inside. And the iced coffee was strong, sweet, and gave us that perfect caffeine kick to end the meal. The place was cozy and clean, and service was friendly and quick. If you’re craving authentic Vietnamese food, this spot is definitely worth trying!

So delicious. We used to have a restaurant we would go to all the time that had the best pho. They closed during covid. So we've been looking for restaurants all over the three county area that tastes even remotely to our old restaurant. This place is it. It's so good. Their chili oil is delicious. We drive all the way from Frederick to hagerstown just to get this soup. It's that delicious. It is literally the only place we go now for pho. My only complaint is that sometimes a certain serve will put on the check 18% gratuity without telling you. It says on the check only for 6 parties or more but its still there. So make sure you look at your receipts.

This Sunday, on a whim, popped in this place for lunch. Wife and I were shopping in the same strip mall and heard good reviews. Opened the door and it was busy! Was able to he seated right away. Very clean, smelled of wonderful comfort food. I ordered the Pho Viet and wife ordered Pho w/ beef. It was absolutely delicious, light, and fresh with a side of fresh Thai basil, spicy pepper slices and juicy little sprouts- I poured it all in! I even added a little chili oil 🔥 that made it just right for me. The service was fantastic and we enjoyed taking our time warming our bellies on this super cold Sunday. You must go for a terrific change of pace. This will be a must go often for us.

This is a great family owned restaurant for the area. And a nice change of pace in relation to all of the redundant eating establishments nearby. The service is some of the best we’ve had stateside. The staff are attentive and take the time to explain the varied sauces they bring out to accompany each dish. And while I’m not an expert in Vietnamese cuisine, the food here is very healthy and beautifully presented.

Cute little restaurant with Friendly staff. After driving through several states it was time to get gas again, but I was tired of gas station food. We looked around Google maps and found this place and decided to have dinner there. The seating is comfortable and relaxed, with proper distancing in mind. They have lots of traditional food and drinks that are standard but well executed. We ordered the everything pho and the vegetable vermicelli bowl with an Iced coffee with condensed milk. The food was ready quickly and tasted very good. The price was reasonable and I had no problem tipping as I felt the staff went above and beyond to be excellent. It was a perfect experience to watch the sun set over a delicious dinner before hitting the road again. Highly recommend, will come back if we are in the area.

Always good and filling. Unique dining for Hagerstown. About 5 minutes off of interstate 81 near Ashley furniture, Lowes, Martins foods, and a variety of shopping and eating options. If traveling you need to plan on sitting down and eating versus grabbing it to go.

This bar/restaurant has a nice comfortable vibe, although it is located in a beat-up looking strip mall. We were traveling and decided to give it a try and we're happy we did! We sat on the restaurant side (there is a separate bar too) and had a really nice time. Our server Tegan was so friendly & helpful. She made our whole experience memorable. Overall the food was pretty good. I had the turkey brie croissant with blueberry hot honey aioli. It was just okay and the aioli was a little too spicy for me. The house-made Old Bay potato chips were good tho and my husband enjoyed the Chesapeake cheese steak and house made french fries too. The prices are very reasonable. It's worth a visit if you're in the area!

The food at the restaurant was good, but not exceptional enough to justify the high prices. While the flavors were enjoyable, the overall value felt lacking. On a positive note, the service was friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere despite the steep cost.

Fantastic food, excellent service, and fair prices.....what else is there to say! I'll be back for more. The wait staff were very attentive, the food was perfectly cooked/flavorful, and the Margarita was not watered down aka they didn't skimp. Loved it!

We had dinner, last night, at Rik’s Café in Hagerstown, and it was a fantastic experience. Our waitress, Maddie, was personable, attentive, and genuinely fun. She rolled right along with my husband’s sense of humor, keeping the laughs going both ways — it set the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable evening. For drinks, my husband ordered a diet soda with no ice, and I went with their Dirty Martini Local. It was beautifully prepared and garnished with three plump blue-cheese stuffed olives in each glass. The balance was spot-on — I enjoyed one before dinner and had to order a second after the meal because it was that good. We started with a caprese salad that was anything but ordinary — the prosciutto and avocado additions made it fresh, flavorful, and just perfect to share. For my entrée, I ordered the crab cakes with jasmine rice and collard greens. The crab cakes were flawless — big clumps of crab, cooked beautifully, and complemented with tartar sauce that tied everything together. My husband ordered the bison burger, stacked with pickled onions and a bacon-flavored aioli. It came with house-made Old Bay spiced chips, which added just the right crunch and seasoning. The burger looked incredible, and from the bite I sampled, it was mighty tasty. He loved it. The atmosphere sealed the deal. Even at 8:30 p.m. on a weeknight (they close at 9:30), the dining room still had about six tables filled, from couples to larger groups. The bar is stunning — spacious, with a comfortable couch seating area and vintage-style cabinets that give it an old-fashioned, authentic feel, even though it’s tucked in a plaza. Food came out lightning fast and cooked to perfection, which honestly surprised us in the best way. We would absolutely return. In fact, we drove down from Syracuse and it was absolutely worth the stop. Highly recommend Rik’s Café to anyone passing through Hagerstown — without question a five-star experience.

The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is inviting. Appetizers, mixed drinks, sandwiches, entrees, and desserts are all great and the staff are helpful with food suggestions if you can't decide. Too many food options to recommend, but the specials and the reuben have made a great impression on me. I'll try to add more pictures.

As you pull up, you are unsure what you are getting into. A strip-mall from the 90s replete with a variety of businesses in various states of wear. Rik’s isn’t much to behold from the outside but as soon as you walk in you are greeted by friendly faces. We were seated immediately and our server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I ordered the Cubano with Sweet Potato Fries and my wife got the Blueberry Turkey Brie croissant. The Cubano was excellent, considering Rik’s doesn’t specialize in Hispanic food. The ciabatta tasted very fresh. The pulled pork was perfectly seasoned. The pickles tasted homemade. The mustard was a perfect spice level to compliment the Swiss cheese. The sweet potato fries themselves were awesome. They came with what was effectively an applesauce dip. The dip was delicious, but had a tad too much cinnamon for my taste. The old bay chips were well seasoned and the Blueberry Brie Turkey sandwich was well balanced. The atmosphere was solid with music at a low volume and enough space to have a conversation. Overall, this was definitely worth the stop in and we will be back!

We were really disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. My husband and I were looking forward to a good meal, but unfortunately, the food did not meet our expectations. The Maryland Crab Soup was barely warm when it arrived—we expected it to be served hot. The fried cod sandwich was a letdown. The fish was soggy, and to make things worse, it had steak tomatoes, which are flavorless and low effort. The shrimp salad had no flavor at all—just completely bland. The steak fries tasted like they were straight from a grocery store freezer—nothing special. The only saving grace was the staff, especially the lady with the tattoo, who was very nice and provided great service. But the food? Definitely not worth it. We had high hopes, but sadly, we won’t be coming back.

I made a decision to visit this establishment for dinner. I was craving pasta, and they had a wide variety of options to choose from on their menu, as well as mixed drinks, which was fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed their margaritas, pasta, and desserts. The server was extremely helpful and courteous. I had a wonderful time here; it is undoubtedly a location where one can savor delectable cuisine.

The crab cake was excellent. On Monday they offer all you can eat AYCE crabs Maryland style, which we also tried. Very nice! For dessert we had the lemon berry cake, which was a nice touch to complete dinner. Recommend the Matua Sauvignon Blanc.

We were in town for just one night and were very pleased that we chose to eat at Shula's. All the staff was friendly and cheerful, but Dominic, our server, could provide a master class on customer service. Friendly, cheerful, full of answers for our every question. We watched him interact with his other tables and it was always the same. We had the Chesapeake Swordfish special and it was amazing.

Overall pleasant experience today at lunch. Service was impeccable. Atmosphere was clean and well lit. Menu had excellent selection of traditional seafood and American dishes. Good came out quickly and was cooked to our liking. The (3) fish tacos with fries were an excellent value ($17) with good sized portion of fresh fish balanced with crunchy cabbage. The 4oz crab cake was good with little to no filler, but @ $19.95 was not quite the value I typically look for. Wedge salad was LOADED with blue cheese crumbles which I adore and was a larger portion than it looked, likely due to the large plate it was served on. Would definitely go back when in the area, and likely would not make a special trip for it.

The crab soup and our food was good. Our waitress was very forgetful, nice but very forgetful. She lacked the welcoming and table etiquette needed for providing input on the menu items. After ordering a $30.95 dinner I was charged an additional $8.00 for asking for extra sauce for my pasta, which was a small dish on the side. We were told it would it was $4.00. Several people we've shared our experience with also feel the same about the cost for asking for extra sauce when we've already paid for the dinner. The cost of $8.00 was so disrespectful. Very unfortunate. We felt taken advantage of.

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our first time here. Ahi appetizer was great, the cream of crab soup was put of this world!!! Salads fresh and crisp. Tried a bite of the wifes crabcake and it was one of the best ones I've ever had. Stuffed flounder was off the charts. And the service?? The bartender was great before our table opened, made great conversation while telling us about the food as we'd never been, and our server was amazing, she was on top of everything through the meal and perfect timing between starters, salads and entrees. We were super happy with every aspect of our night, made the 35 minute drive so worth it.

Being Italian I must admit that pasta with meat sauce was beyond expectations. The only drawback was a little overcooking (1 minute). The waitress has been very gentle and professional. It is worth it to come back.

I haven't been to an Olive Garden in years! The fried shrimp appetizer was really good. The waitress, Leah, was familiar with the menu and very attentive on the drink refills. She was also courteous. The food temperature was good and the pace of service was timely.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the service. Leah was phenomenal. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was great too, but the service was really elevated.

Went to pay bill on that table table, the waiter came over said I will help.bill was $28.30 Took the card he added his own tip before we realized 25 bucks added as tip asked if he could email receipt yes. Wife checked today. Watch out for these kids who want to help older people. Not happy money over the bridge.

My server Kayla is always going above and beyond to make sure all of her guests are taken care of as well as the manager Jason. The staff is always welcoming and its a great establishment to go enjoy a meal at.

Amazing, 10/10 loved the food and the server Kim, hm yes she was perfect. The food Amazing as always and we even saw George Lucas it was amazing. Everyone should come here and the bread sticks, too good.

Sat down at a nice clean bar. Ordered my favorite pre-race/long run meal, Spaghetti with marina sauce and grilled chicken, no cheese. Food arrived less than 10 minutes, followed up with a Miller Lite. I was out the door in 30 minutes. Perfect!

I was recommended Dolce’s by numerous people so I had to try and see what the hype was all about. This restaurant is just your small family owned whole in the wall. The calamari wasn’t bad at all, but was cut up into very small pieces. I wish they were bigger chunks. As for the pizza it was mediocre. My family member enjoyed the Italian cold cut until…. WE SAW THAT THE WAITER WAS BEING UNSANITARY! It’s a very small restaurant and you can hear pretty much anything. A family across from us ordered a salad with no tomatoes. Our waiter went to the back with no gloves on plucked the tomatoes off the salad then scratched his neck and came over to our table. That made us stop eating instantly. At the end of your meal they give you these little pieces of fried donuts in batter sugar, but seeing what our waiter did we were not hungry. My first time in got take out however dining area is beautifully set up. They smell inside when I stepped in. I knew it was going to be a treat. I chose the lasagna special. The garlic bread is outstanding and I sure hope the delicious sauce is something that is carried through all the dishes outstanding I got halfway through the meal and realized there was no ricotta cheese in the lasagna. Something I’m used to however it really wasn’t missing Because of the freshness and that sauce so meaty it didn’t matter. I cannot wait to return because I’ve been looking for cabbage rolls and that is on my next to try. I would like to also thank the folks there that were unbelievably kind and helpful. I have trouble walking and they helped me get to my car and carried my food for me. I’m real big on customer service and this is why I like to frequent small businesses. Great place all around!

The food was fresh and delicious. I found this place on Tripadvisor as highly recommended in the area, and I can see why. Whenever I am in the area I will be sure to stop here. Small inside only a few tables, but still comfortable. A lot of takeout orders while we were there.

Great food, friendly service and fast fresh food. Calzones come in 3 sizes small, medium and large. I got a medium and it could easily feed 3. Dough was crispy and very good, perfect amount of ricotta and mozzarella. It was our 1st visit and will be coming back

I went to dinner last night at Dolce for the first time after it came high recommended by our friends. My wife had the Cheese Ravioli, I had the Lasgna and my son had the chicken fingers with fries. We were greeted with warm rolls as soon as we sat down. They were so comforting and delicious. The restaurant was packed with almost every table filled, yet, our food came out fast and 100% fresh. The lasgna was some of the best I have ever had. The sauce is house made and delicious....best marinara in the area. My wife loved her cheese ravioli. The raviolis were made fresh and slathered in marinara. My son's chicken fingers, again, came out fresh and were hand-made, not frozen. My son loved them...I stole a few bites and the flavor of the chicken and crispyness were perfect. All around, such a great dinner! We will be back for a date night soon to explore some more of this menu. I would travel for this food!

Been wanting to come here for a while and made the effort tonight. Well worth it. Small, quaint little place but busy on a Monday night. The menu was huge and I settled for Moussaka which was absolutely delicious. Came with with a small fresh garden salad and very good garlic bread. Should not have eaten it all. Wife had the chicken Alfredo. Dessert was offered as these fresh, homemade powdered sugar donut bites. We will return....

Stopped by after a ski trip. It is a small shop that was renovated from a single family house. The waiter was very nice and accommodating. The food is delicious. Although the name is eastern European food, a large portion of their menu is still Italian. But they did it well anyway. We tried pigs in a blanket, chicken masala, speciality pizza and vegetarian stromboli. The first two dishes are my favorite, especially the pigs in a blanket. It tastes very homey like granny used to make them. Chicken masala is creamy but not overwhelmingly fatty. The crust on pizza and stromboli are also very good. I like their red sauce the best. None of the Italian dishes are too salty at all which is the best part. Their home made donuts are good, like funnel cakes. I don't think it is spectacular though. Overall, this is a super pleasant random pick and will do it again next time I go to white tail.

Don't let location steer you away from this great spot. Romantic enough for date night but also quaint for an impromptu meet. The servers are all so nice and the food came out very quick! The food was delicious. It's a tad on the pricey side so don't expect cheap prices, but it is well worth it.

5/5 stars doesn’t even begin to describe how incredible Cafe Del Sol is! My boyfriend and I always make it a point to stop in when we are in Hagerstown, and it never disappoints! We always have the same lovely waitress, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember. She is incredibly charming and provides excellent service without fail. Our favorite appetizers are the Ahi Tuna Tostadas and the Calamari, both are incredible and presented beautifully. The menu has so many unique and flavorful options to choose from, there is something for everyone! The vibe and atmosphere is unmatched, it’s the perfect mix of casual and classy, an excellent choice for date night. On our most recent trip, we got the Ahi Tuna Salad and Chimichurri Steak Tacos, they were both PHENOMENAL!! The presentation of our dishes were amazing, and the taste was even better. If you’re thinking of trying Cafe Del Sol, do it you will not regret it!!

Everything was good: pesto panini, black and bleu salad, meat lover pizza, and Mediterranean salad. The horseradish mustard that came with the panini could have been used with everything else because it is so delicious and versatile.

We recently visited Cafe Del Sol for the first time. Carla greeted us at the door and seated us in a very nice booth and gave us some menus to look over. We couldn't decide on a single thing so we ordered three items to share between the two of us plus an appetizer. We had the bao sliders for an appetizer. The pork in them was so flavorful and tender, accompanied by a great sauce and crispy slaw. For our entrees we chose the Cuban sandwich, short rib burger, and the crispy fish tacos. We ordered garlic parm fries with both the burger and Cuban, and the tacos came with a side of a simple, yet so delicious, rice. We knew we weren't going to finish everything, but only one quarter of the burger, half of the Cuban, and one taco went home, along with one of the bao sliders. Everything was so well made and so flavorful. We look forward to many more visits to see Carla in our future.

Stopped in for lunch during a trip with my family. I almost turned around and left when I pulled up outside the restaurant because there were no cars in front and it didn’t look like anybody was inside. But then I parked, saw people inside, went in and was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service. We had salad and lasagna. Both were delicious. The staff were also exceptional. Glad I didn’t judge the book by the cover and leave!

I got the Pesto Panini and my wife got the Cabo Sandwich. My son got a 10in Pepperoni pizza and my other son got a Quesadilla. Everything was amazing! We have been customers for 15 years. We have never had a bad meal from Cafe del Sol. This where we take family when they visit from our of town!

We had the BEST lunch with the sweetest waitress! She gave amazing suggestions and honest opinions about the menu! The lunch special was amazing and such a great price!

My wife and I both enjoyed an excellent dinner experience at this very cool restaurant. It is additionally in a historic building, which the decor is outstanding and very unique. Has the second floor private dining area and the first floor area is big and spacious. They also have outdoor seating for when the weather is good. I had the rib pot roast dinner and it was Superior and my wife had chicken risotto with chicken Chesapeake with crab cake and she loves hers as well. Very interesting dining experience and we absolutely will be going back again. Three thumbs up! Emma our waitress was also very good- right on point, and always double-checking to see that everything was good for us.

The Old Bay Chickens were delicious and the crab cake burger was great too. However, the pizza taste like a frozen box pizza from the supermarket. No impactual flavor, just really crispy crust with meat and cheese. I will try this place again, just not for the pizza.

28 South did not disappoint. The menu has something for everyone's taste buds. The pizza was amazing. Great flavor and tasted great. The restaurant has a great vibe. The staff & mgr. were very friendly and accommodating. If you are in Hagerstown and looking for a great dinner...stop by and give them a try.

This unfortunately was not what I was expecting. The decore was great and love the use of the building, unfortunately the food was not at all what I was thinking. The staff was very attentive. Ordered the baschata and this was an deconstructed and that was a first. We then prefer the Ratatouille and this was not cut in even portions causing this to be over cooked and undercooked at the same time. The wild boar Bolognese was not at all what it should have been. It was greesey and tasted like BBQ and in thinking about it this would have been a better BBQ that this. We also had the cheese burger and this was overly salty.

Sooooo many yummy sounding food options! I will have to be back as I couldn't order them all haha. The food here was delicious! Service was friendly, but a tad slow, bit I don't fault them. It was a Thursday, awkward time, Covid, and seemed to be just 2 on staff, so completely understandable, and I'm sure different if was more a peak time. I got the lamb lollipops and the crab wontons, both were amazing, I was surprised how much crab was in the wontons! Like biting into a good meaty lump crab cake and not just some filler crabdip. My wife got the naked pizza and really enjoyed it, the note I sampled was very fresh tasting with strong herbs and flavors, not ur average cheese pizza for sure.

Mango Grill has good flavors and generous portions, but the experience is held back by how the food is served. Many customers, myself included, don’t appreciate being given paper plates and cups in a sit-down restaurant. It makes the meal feel rushed and takes away from enjoying authentic Indian food the way it deserves to be presented. Switching to proper dishware would make a big difference, since the taste is worth coming back for. Until then, it feels more like a takeout setup than a full dining experience.

Quaint little restaurant. We drive a great distance for this type of cuisine, and prefer the buffet for variety. This changes with nearly every visit. You serve yourself and drinks are brought to you. Water is free, all others are above the price of the buffet.

Wow my first time eating here and it was amazing. Perfect for vegetarians and meat eaters alike! I love their food because even if you eat until you can't eat anymore, the food is so healthy and light, you don't feel like you are so stuffed you can't move. Nice big portions and I LOVE THE BIG RICE bowls they give you. Will 100% be coming back!

This was my first experience with Indian food and I really enjoyed it!! Not only was the food good but the owners of the store were very welcoming. For appetizers-- We tried... •a Garlic Naan bread basket. It came with 3 sauces. I'm not entirely sure what they were called but they were yummy. One was kinda like a BBQ sauce and one had spinach and cilantro. I think... 🤔 • Garlic Shrimp Pataka. It was coated in a red sauce and it was delicious. • Samosa Chaat. It consisted of chickpeas and I really enjoyed that. For Main Dishes-- We tried... • Chicken Pasanda "mild" • Lamb Kadai "Med" • Chicken Hakka Noodles "mild" All 3 were very good. As a side not the pasanda and kadai came with rice. Their rice is also very tasty! It's a BYOB restaurant!! 🍷🍸🍺🥃 Lastly, the desserts were my favorite! • We got a mango ice cream (has fruit in it) • Some kinda of coffee pudding(??) • I think the little balls of heaven (as I call them) was meant to be cheesecake. Cover in a sugar sauce. So so good!

We ordered Tomato and Mulligatawny Soup. The tomato soup is straight from the base of the butter masala of any chicken/panner butter masala and other is a lentil soup, consistency is a literally to better with Rice, not a soup. Also, we took mushroom masala which was dry and seems like chef prepared this in bad mood, just tossed with bunch of masala. For the authentic Indian taste buds, I won’t recommend this restaurant.

Chose this place while passing through Hagerstown solely on how coherently labeled vegan and gluten-free options were on the menu. We made the right decision. Food was exceptional. Some of the most delicious and unique Indian food we’ve ever had. The Gobi Manchurian tasted like spicy sweet and sour cauliflower wings, and is something we will daydream about for the rest of our lives.

My co-workers and I tried this restaurant, and was not disappointed. We ordered chicken Masala, Chicken Pasanda, Aloo, Samosas and Garlic Naan.. The food was very flavorful. The Samosas came with 2, they were a good size. Loved the spicy dipping sauces.. First time trying Naan, I was not a fan off.

Did not miss. Brisket moist sliced on point. Portion was right. Writing this review with meat still on my plate and feeling full. Baked beans w/ brisket, Mac and cheese, and cornbread on the side and lemonade. Everything is good. Great atmosphere as well all the help and the music is good. Glad I stopped in. Oh and the variety of sauces .... I think I tried them all. I will return and I recommend Mission BBQ. THANKS.

I cannot say enough good about Mission BBQ! I used them to cater my daughter’s wedding. From the very start, many months ago, I knew the choice to go with them was the right one. I met with Payton for the initial tasting and she was so kind and helpful. She kept in touch, answered all my questions and did it with great kindness. Sidney, the concierge, was equally amazing! I had to change things up several times along the way. She was so very kind and didn’t seem flustered that I had to make some changes. On the big day, Jennie was our event captain. She and her team went above and beyond to serve our guests and help in any way they could! The food was AMAZING! We got so many compliments! Thank you all for making our special day so great!

Since we walked in the door, Ava welcome us in and was super helpful. She helped us pick out some options and recommended items that our daughter may like. It’s very refreshing to get this level of service nowadays and we really appreciate it. Finally when I went to pick up our food from the counter, the manager Ivan personally offered to help carry our food over. He was very courteous and provided top notch service. Once we sat down, we realized the green beans had a little kick to them, which we like but was a bit much for our daughter. Logan quickly swapped it out for another side of our choice, and even let us take the other side home. We will definitely be coming back to this location, thank you Ava, Ivan, and Logan!!

My first time here at this restaurant, and I was impressed from the moment I arrived. The service was very special, the food was perfect, and not to mention the wonderful atmosphere inspired by the soldiers. The very attentive manager came to check if I was enjoying everything and brought me a chocolate cake, which I couldn’t eat due to a promise, but I’m sure it was delicious. He also gave me a gift card for a future visit to get a free sandwich. 5 stars for them.

I never knew Mission BBQ catered until I saw them at a bridal expo. Our son was just married and we had Mission BBQ cater the rehearsal dinner. Their staff was so helpful in figuring how much to bring and made excellent suggestions. The food was on time, hot and delicious ... not to mention affordable. All we had to do is bring hungry people. I can't say how much stress it took off our mind! I highly recommend them for your catering needs! 😊

Had Mission BBQ as a staff lunch. Pulled pork, brisket, sides. Absolutely delicious!. Brisket moist, falling apart and great flavor. Pulled pork tender, smoky. Added the original BBQ sauce to the pork for tangy flavor. Cheesy potatoes were amazing, Cole slaw, green beans and corn bread really good. Wish I lived closer to this restaurant!

Great local place. Greek is their specialty but they offer a large range of American food choices and American takes on greek food like Greek nachos and fries. Everything is made fresh to order so the wait is a little longer but definitely worth it. They've been around a good many years and hope they have many more successful years in Hagerstown.

They have great food. I got the shrimp and fries. I love boardwalk fries and they give you a nice size serving. The shrimp was breaded with a nice seasoning. It came with garlic bread which added to the taste.

Every time I come here, the food is incredible. Service is always excellent. Employees are friendly and always give good service. I love the patio out back. However, the bug situation is pretty rough lol That's my only complaint, but the food and service outweighs it. Highly recommend!!

The food is fantastic! The manager was incredibly helpful in assisting me with organizing a catered lunch for my team of 10. My team really enjoyed the lunch and they still rave about how wonderful it was the following day.

I ordered a gyro platter for lunch for delivery and wanted to leave a review saying this is the best lunch I've had for carry-out in a long time. The quality and generous portions have left me feeling completely satisfied and will be ordering lunch from here regularly. Also, when I asked my co-worker about this place he said, "Everything I've ever ordered from there is really good!" Instant favorite!

We’ve been ordered take out from here on and off for a few years. Last three orders they have missed something each time. Extra tzatziki? Nope, they forgot it. Ordered a side salad. Nope, they forgot it. Greek nachos with no chips in them at all! I am so tired of making two trips to pick up one order.

Some of the best food in town, and the most convenient with two drive-thru lanes for pickup and ordering. This is real innovation in the restaurant industry. Thanks to Jason Tydings (Reliable Craftsmanship) for reminding me this place still existed and greatly improved over the years.

A little different than most fast food joints. They have a fixins bar to top your burgers, so I suggest eating in and skipping the drive-through. The dining room was pretty clean, but pretty much like most burger joints. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was tasty, and you can find the usual burgers and tenders, and couple not so usual items and sides. I'll eat here again as a nice change from the usual.

Ordered a 3 pc chicken and they gave me 3 drums. Used the live this place but lately every order is messed up like tonight. Thanks for ruining my husbands dinner.

I haven't been in a Roy's in awhile. I loved the food and the breakfast potatoes are the best. Round and some kind of oven baked. Nice atmosphere too. Just enough people sitting around eating. Not noisy but a little action to be comfy in there. Plenty of people working there and they were all busy which means people like it there. Nice folks too.

So I have been to this place 3 times now. As long as someone that actually cares about their job is working I guess you might get everything in your order. Twice I had someone who actually scratched off items as they were placed in the bag. The last time it was just throw in a bag and there was multiple things missed. The food is good and the service is quick.

This was a five-star experience I would recommend anybody that likes going out to eat in general come to this restaurant the food taste more like a restaurant than it does fast food the burgers are a good size and it is the biggest fast food Burger I've ever seen and their generous with the amount of fries the atmosphere and service was the best from a fast food place too on top of all that they let you choose how much toppings you put on your burger and the toppings are fresh this place is amazing I would definitely recommend coming here.

Stopped for lunch. Have never been to a Roy Rogers before so didn't know what to expect. Place was clean and staff were friendly. The holster fries are pretty humorous. Burger and chicken both tasted amazing. The only downside (that they can't control) is that there was no Dr.Pepper. They have Pibb and I believe that's because of the market location they're in. Which is fine. But to some this can be a deal breaker. Would definitely return to a Roy Rogers and hope they don't change a thing!

I stopped here on 8/31/25 on my way home from vacation. I never had a bad meal until today. I ordered a couple of orders of onion rings fine not problem. I saw them take them from a plastic container figuring that they just made them and was using them for sandwiches. Once I left with my food and got on my way I started eating my food and the onion rings I was disappointed with said onion rings because they tasted like they were from the day before and not fresh. So if you ever order onion rings make sure that they are fresh and not coming out of a plastic container. If I am back in that area I will try them one more time.

First time trying this place out, and I have to say the food was so good. The service was not the beat, but the food made up for it. The chips and salsa were fresh. I got the fire enchiladas, and they were very good, but they had a bit of heat on them. I can say that the prices beat most every other mexican restaurant around. If you haven't yet, stop in and try them out.

Terrible service. I ordered food here, got charged, never got the food at all. Two months later I’m still trying to get a refund. I call this store, and I’m told the manager is there but can’t speak English well. I ask him to translate it, and he then says the manager isn’t there at all. I’ll go ahead and pay for food I never got. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here, tried giving them a second chance, never again. Please do not order delivery here because you will deal with a third party delivery service that’s not common at all, and then go through the wringer if anything if wrong. In my case, I didn’t get my food at all but was charge 79.63. Terrible place of business.

Ordered food through their website 2 months ago. I cancelled the order and never received the food. When I called the restaurant to cancel and get a refund they told me I had to call a different company that processes their online orders. I’ve spoken to the company several times now and still have yet to receive confirmation of my canceled order or my refund. When I called the store to speak to a manager I was told the manager doesn’t speak English and isn’t available to help me at all. The employee who answered the phone told me it wasn’t his problem because he wasn’t there when it happened. I will never order here again. It definitely feels like they are scamming people by using a third party company for their online ordering and making you pay for something you never received.

We've been coming here for years even when our son was going through chemo. This family-owned taqueria has won our family's heart! They're always fresh, always good and the service is always spot on. They truly care about their customers and their small updates have really added to the atmosphere. Literally the best taqueria in Hagerstown! The closest thing to Mexico I've tasted so far. You're not going to get a better taco al pastor 🤤

Very good food, great service. Tacos were really good and just what I expected. We will definitely be going back. Update 5/25/2024 My daughter and I were in the area and decided to stop in for a quick lunch. I ordered the tacos de asada again with rice and beans, she ordered the tamale with rice and beans. The food was good, but it wasn't as good as I remembered.

This unassuming gem of a place is clean, quite no-frills yet welcoming at the same time. The variety of dishes offered on the menu is impressive and even though we chose very basic dishes (three kinds of tacos with rice and beans for him, a chicken taco salad for me), each component of our meals was outstandingly and authentically flavored. Nothing felt like it was something we could have ordered elsewhere. It’s like there was a little extra love in there ☺️. We know we’ll be coming back often. It’s easy to get there from I-70 when passing through Hagerstown.

Server was very nice - portions seemed smaller on the sirloin tips or it was just poor presentation. My wife got the buffet - she enjoyed it but was really looking forward to the ice cream. They didn’t mention the machine was down when we ordered - in fact the cashier used it as a selling point. So basically paid for something that was not available. If machine is down - tell us at time of ordering please. Next time we come in she wants her ice cream!

Horrible food. Steak tasted bad. Cooked to my preference, but had a smell and tasted like it was cooked in oil on a flattop needing cleaning. Other orders at the table were wrong and no compensation for those guests. Server was trying to rush out of felt. Took plates off table without asking and with food still on them. It was a clean place. Hadn't been there in many years and won't be back anytime soon. $28 for a miserable streak and premade salad that came wrapped in plastic. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

1st time there, everything looked very good, we chose the buffet and weren't disappointed...it was great. The fried chicken was delicious and I went back 3x cuz it all looked so delicious. The staff was very friendly respectful and courteous. Gave us a military discount for our meals. Definitely will be back again!!

This place is a nice place for just a family dinner out or a larger birthday party. They are very accommodating and friendly. They offer a buffet option or a meal option. The food on the buffet is kept hot and rotated. The servers have been stellar everytime my family and I have gone. Highly recommend!

My wife and I and 2 of my son’s step kid’s decided to go to Western Sizzling Steakhouse for a good steak. We are from Peoria,Il where we no longer have Western Sizzle Steakhouse, Instead of getting a steak, they had such an inviting buffet bar we had to eat there. Everything was absolutely delicious. We know we made the right choice with the buffet, Our server was absolutely wonderful. If we are ever near Western Sizzling Steakhouse again we will definitely stop again. This place gets a 5 Stars on all measures!

The waitresses were very good with my grandson. He loved the fish tank and he kept calling them over to look at different ones. Food was ok was hoping for some other options that may have been on the dinner bar.

We visited Safron Bakery & Cafe a day before Mother’s Day, excited to try their pastries—but we were a bit disappointed to find only a few options on display. We were hoping for a wider selection. On a brighter note, the roast beef pesto sandwich was delicious—definitely the highlight of our visit. The cappuccino was okay, but we expected a bit more overall. Hoping to catch them on a better day next time!

First and foremost the last photo is the email that was sent as, well as the photo of the cake I requested. Upon receiving my cake, I was immediately disappointed on how it looked. I ordered a heart-shaped almond cake with raspberry filling. To start strong there was an eyelash on my cake, the bows were sloppy, the heart wasn’t even heart shaped, and the cursive was definitely rushed (the bakery section at Walmart would’ve done better). I called the person (Al) who did my cake and I felt dismissed, I felt as he cared more about defending his ego, then wanting to care for customer satisfaction. He did tell me that if I returned the cake, I can have my money back, But I already taste tested the cake, after I told tell him I cared more about what it tasted like, than the visual aspect, But it’s still the principle, that I was not in fact 100% satisfied on how it looked and never received an apology. I do not recommend ordering a cake from them unless you want a basic sheet cake with no intricate details, and you’re looking for taste more than quality.

We've been looking for a good local bakery in this area for a while...but hadn't come across this place. We are so glad that we did! We were thrilled to see that they make various pastries and cookies...similar to some bakeries that we are fond of in MA and other areas in New England. We have had several of their pastries...with coffee...and it's been a delicious and relaxing experience. If you haven't been here...definitely do so...you won't regret it.

We have used Safron a few times now to make cakes for our children's birthday's and also for my baby shower last year. Their cakes are wonderful! We moved from NY and had such a hard time finding a bakery until we found Safron. They have also been really great about being able to accommodate our special requests like using organic and no food dyes. I am so happy to have found a bakery that has great customer service as well is delicious and the cake look good as well! We will continue to use Safron and recommend them to everyone.

Had this place on my list to visit for a good while. Took the kids when we stopped to get instruments at the nearby music shop. We ordered a couple things as treats for the kids including a cinnamon roll. The one they ended up giving us was pretty burnt, super dry, and didn’t have any flavor. My son didn’t eat it. My daughter got a vanilla cupcake which was pretty dry as well. I was pretty disappointed and didn’t order anything for myself.

A slice of heavenly peace in Hagerstown. I’ve been coming to this Cafe since I moved to the area and it’s one of the best for breakfast and lunch! The baked goods are absolutely delicious as a treat for later. Truly worth the visit!

Absolutely disgusting experience. The roast beef they served me was gray, slimy, and looked like it had been sitting out for days. Even worse, the person making my food was literally eating, then got up and handled my sandwich without washing their hands. That’s beyond unprofessional — it’s a complete health hazard. The lack of cleanliness and care is appalling, and I wouldn’t trust this place with anyone’s food safety. If you value your health, avoid this place at all costs.

Ordered a two Chicken Subs with double meat. I did not get double meat or any lettuce on the sub. I paid $3.99 for the extra meat on each sub. I called the restaurant and was greeted with a rude male team member that refused to offer any refund or resolution or even a credit. He would not let me speak to the manager when I asked to. He hung up on me during mid conversation. This is the most unprofessional establishment you could go to. Please avoid at all costs. Total cost for two subs that were sub par in every way and terrible customer service was $39.00. The male worker would not give me his name but he worked the night of 2/17 assuming management would like to discuss his unprofessional and rude behavior.

Very good cheesesteak sub, owner was very courteous and friendly. Will definitely be back again soon to try stuffed shells and lasagna.

The place is absolute trash. The wings tasted like rubber, the crab pizza was awful, the cheese fries looked like my kid took them out of the microwave and tried to melt some cheese on them. I took fries home and ok put the ranch they gave me on them. The ranch was sour. The server was super nice and did well. It seemed like the owner/ management set her up for failure. Do not take your family there. My root beer was the best part

We've been to this restaurant twice, and the pizza is delicious and so are the bread sticks. They're very affordable and have great customer service. I highly recommend this location!

Ordered from here Friday. One large pizza extra pepperoni. When checking out i honestly thought i had left a tip for delivery as i always tip well. My total was almost $30 so i didnt think anything of it. I ordered for my husband as i was out of town and was driving when i kept getting calls from the establishment and after 3 calls i was able to answer. I was greeted by a gentleman who advised i did not tip and they were not going to deliver without a tip which is crazy to me since technically a tip isnt required as they already add a delivery fee. The gentleman was super rude and i advised it was human error to add the tip to the total. Just thought this was really unprofessional to call and refuse to deliver without a tip.

I would like to be more enthusiastic about this place. The young man, Carlos, who took care of us was pleasant and seemed to be holding things down on a Saturday afternoon in front of house alone. I found it all to be just average. I suspect many of the the most gushing reviews are from locals, who might have limited "experience " with more refined places. That said this is a solid performance for a place like this, in this environment. If we lived here would likely come back from time to time, but not quite a - Go To...

It was a great experience dining at this place. The owner was very helpful and was the one serving us. It was three of us and we were able to eat in under $20/person. Good food!! I got a rice and greens bowl with roasted veggies. The veggies could have been hot/crispier, but the flavor and taste overall was good. Will try again when in the area.

This place is definitely worth the hype. I've had Mediterranean food my entire life and this place does it so well. So much flavor and freshness, you have to try it yourself. The owner is Egyptian I believe and he takes great care of the food and portions (win)! We were a big group and tried many different things, everything from the chicken shawarma and gyro to the loaded fries to the rice was amazing! The lamb is on the more gamier side, to note. The best part is all of their sauces are made fresh, in house and so delicious. I wish this place wasn't so far from me or I would stop by weekly!

We loooove a good food and this place did not disappoint! We tried it for the first time today and the meat was fresh cut off the spit roast and all the toppings were delicious with so much flavor. My husband got the gyro meat wrap and he said it was really tasty and everything had awesome flavor. I got the mixed lamb and chicken wrap soooooooo good. Even though it was far for us to drive we are definitely going back when we are in the Hagerstown area!

Today i am hit heart even though i have been coming to this place since 6 years. The wartmth i felt today in the rice was unlike ever before. I dont know if its just me or they replaced their rice with bits of gold. Not sure if can put into words but this amazing food with their upgraded rice and the usual spot on quick sercive has confirmed me that this is the best resteraunt in town

Little hole in the wall restaurant. Not much to look at from outside. But let me tell you folks, this place is great. The food is to die for. 5 stars on taste. Price is right. We where heading to Massachusetts and stopped at a store to pick something up, on leaving I asked if they knew of somewhere to eat. Two people said to go here. Glad we did. Great, tasty food. Very flavorful, cooking the meats on the spit, generous portions. Lots of options. Hummus great, gyro very flavorful. Nice people. Atmosphere is very casual but clean , well lit, good casual vibe. For me, best in Hagerstown, not that there are a ton of option for this kind of food in town. But will come back often

They have one zillion options! And it’s nice. They always have a friendly staff willing to answer questions or give recommendations. You can sit and work for awhile. Nice outside section. The Harvey Moon tea is amazing as is the Pot O’ Gold iced coffee. Pastries are decent. I come here often!

My cappuccino was average. It was not well mixed with the espresso. That is why a design such as a flower or heart signifies a good mix between the coffee and milk. I even tried to mix the coffee into the foam and I didn’t succeed. Service was good and the atmosphere is great.

I want to like this place so bad because it’s a cool hangout spot for summer and winter. But the food just is not good! The scones are just triangle shaped muffins and my bagel was undercooked, tough and chewy. The coffee tasted a little burnt as well, but some people like that– looking at you Starbucks.

Never ever change the happy, colorful decor and atmosphere. Yes, the drinks and food are good. The staff is always friendly. But this is a stand out from every sad beige box and we truly enjoy coming here.

Went and had coffee with my best friend sat outside on the terrace for a while and enjoyed their wonderful coffee and the beautiful day. They have many selections for coffee that you can choose from, and also, some options for food, although we did not eat their blueberry muffins looked amazing. I'll have to try one next time. I Highly recommend this place if you're in the area.

I really, really would have been nice when I asked them if they had chamomile tea, that they disclose that they have chamomile/lemon tea. I paid $3.99 for something I can't drink. Surprise! I'm off to CVS to get some Benadryl now.

I come here daily, the drinks are amazing and staff are so sweet. They really make the place special! My only suggestion is food should be order ahead or inside only. The drive thru wait can get a bit hefty sometimes so sometimes it defeats the purpose of ordering ahead to end up paying $10 for a melted drink. Super happy the rewards points were brought back though!

They do make the best New York styled pizza in the area. I like their special with everything on it. It was great that they were willing to sub out the pepperoni for extra hamburg (my wife isn't a fan of pepperoni). I also asked for it to be well done so that the crust wasn't soggy from all those toppings when I got home. I was perfect! They also have some very good lunch specials that quite frankly are better than any fast-food chain at a better price! Hear that McD's?!

Had the "Chicago deep dish" style cheese pizza. As a Chicago native I can tell you it's not Chicago deep dish. True Chicago deep dish has the sauce on top. That being said, it was delicious. More like Sicilian style. Thick but light crust. Enjoyable experience overall.

In town for work and decided to try something local. My pizza was delivered within about 20 minutes of ordering and it was great! Perfect crust. Great flavor. Loved it.

It was ok. Crust is on point, but the pizza is too greasy. Stay away from the margherita pizza, it was horrible... taste like it was two days old and dry. The Kings special and pepperoni were good.

I’ve never received cheese breadsticks as crappy as these. They literally melted a pieces of cheese over the every stick of bread. Never again!!!! Disappointed is an understatement!!!

Had an overall good experience, there is a slight language barrier but I don't know why everyone says they are mean. Prices were awesome, about $7.50 for General Tso's Chicken lunch combo plus it included egg roll. Simple, unfussy chinese restaurant. I moved to hagerstown about 4-5 years ago. It was good until about 6 months ago where i ordered a beef and broccoli 15 minutes before close and came back home to find a staple in my food. It was obviously too late for me to call and complain so i waited till the morning and i was rudely told why didn’t i come in to return it. Obviously they were closed but that meant nothing to the manager lady thats there and told me she couldn’t do anything about it. She called me a liar and stated there wouldnt be a staple in the food. Didn’t apologize no nothing. So on 5/6/2025 5:40-6:00pm i decided to order again since i actually liked their other stuff on the menu. I had ordered the generals tso chicken and when i brought it back home it was obviously orange chicken. Everybody knows what orange taste and looks like so i called and complain to them once again. But this time i was put onto the “owner” i explained whats wrong and he told me that the tso chicken comes like that then told me the orange chicken has orange peels in it. Since it didnt have any orange peels in it i was basically called a liar😂. Once again they continue to justify themselves. No apology. Once i told him about the staple situation and expressed how i wasnt offered a credit or discount or yet let alone an apology. And guess what??? HE OFFERED ME A $3 CREDIT. Really? So a paying customer of 4-5 years gets offered $3 credit? THATS WHAT I TIP AS IS. I could really call the health dept for the staple mishap maybe ill give em a call this time. Do not bother ordering here. THEY DONT VALUE PAYING CUSTOMERS. It wasnt really about any money. It was more or so of the principle i have always tipped Edit: i love how it was at 4stars till i commented 🤣 happy 3.9 stars hong kong express!

The Hot and Crispy Beef is really, could use a bit more spice though. The General Tso was good but could be a lot better, so I wouldn't recommend it. The Fried Rice and White Rice were great and had to be the two of the best things that I got.

There are many Chinese carryout restaurants, but Hong Kong Express in Hagerstown has a welcoming atmosphere to it. It's more of a fast casual Chinese restaurant. It has plenty of tables and seats for you to dine in. The wood dining furnitures are comfortable and of quality. It sets the tone for welcoming and comfort. The food is excellent!!! Full of flavors!!! The food servings are big!!! The price can't be beat!!! I was in Hagerstown on business, and just found my new favorite Chinese restaurant!!! I recommend the Hunan Triple Delight!!!

Where is the health department? They are selling old food! Biscuits hard, chicken always room temperature and when you speak management about they are super nasty! Will not visit this location anymore you can’t get fresh food. Fast food also means fresh food!!!!

Food is great. But 1 sauce for a whole meal and charging 50 cents per extra sauce is outrageous. Also, the way the building is situated makes it so the drive through line can block the parked cars in. I do not recommend parking on the right side of the parking lot at this location.

I used to use this location very frequently, as of recently though the service has been terrible. The man usually running the front counter (might be a manager) gives me an attitude frequently enough to keep me from coming back. Telling me I ordered from the wrong location, when it clearly stated the address of this location. You are only allowed 1 sauce, which just simply isn’t enough for a 3 or 6 piece tender with fries. I was told I need to pay for extra sauces, so I bought two more and to make it up to me, he gave me a third… which I didn’t need or use. If the store wants to cut down on waste and lost profits, this is not how you do it. Making me pay extra just to give me one for free felt like a power move from this disrespectful man. I go to the other Popeyes location in town even if it’s a longer drive.

Women with head dress is very rude and shouts and screams at customers, I’ve gone into restaurant many times told my name and got my order ever wrong order many times and or had a friend pick up my order and never had a problem until today she refused to give my Spanish husband our order, he told them my name since I just had surgery and was in the car and I had to walk in to get the food since she said she didn’t believe him and couldn’t give him the food I either had to call or come into the restaurant. That she needed proof. No where is it posted you must show id for your food or show them you must show them your phone in order to get your order you paid for. Asked for management and she proceeded to tell me she was the manager and that I couldn’t talk to anyone else and that she demanded respect since I gave her company money for goods. Ridiculous and not professional at all!!

School bus tour with 8th graders and Sardis did us right! We ate a delicious 1/2 chicken meal with our choice of two sides. Yummy! Service was quick and 50 of us got through the line in ten minutes. Efficient and delicious! There is also an ice cream stand that the kids enjoyed. This place is a school trip chaperone's dream!

Uber Eats delivery. The half chicken was expertly prepared—succulent, tender, and bursting with flavor, served hot and fresh. The beans were adequately seasoned but lacked complexity, while the coleslaw was crisp and refreshingly tangy. I particularly enjoyed the papisa, which was well-spiced and moist. The empanada had a satisfyingly flaky, crusty exterior filled with a flavorful, seasoned mixture. Given the quality and taste, I would definitely order from here again.

The ceviche was one of the best things I have ever tried! I decided to try a novel food while away on vacation. I didn't even know what it was until after I was served. They have many other delicious foods and an uncommon soda.

Sadri’s Chicken is hands-down the best food I’ve had in Maryland. The flavor is on point, everything comes out fresh, and you can tell they put love into their cooking. The portions are solid, the seasoning is perfect, and the food hits every single time. On top of that, the customer service is amazing. They treat you like family as soon as you walk in — respectful, fast, and they actually care that you enjoy your meal. Not many places do it like that anymore. If you’re in Maryland and want something fire, flavorful, and worth every dollar, Sadri’s Chicken is a must-try. Highly recommend

When I worked in Frederick I ate at the Sardis there weekly and was always very satisfied. Then the Sardis arrived in Hagerstown and it has never been up to the standards set by the Frederick location. I have tried eating here several times as I really enjoy Sardis food. The chicken is always hot and tasty but the side dishes are always lukewarm to cold and don’t seem to be freshly made. Eating at Sardis is a treat for me due to the prices, especially now that I am on a fixed income. I expect a hot, fresh meal when I eat here. I would love to support a restaurant in my community but Sadly, I will not be returning to this location for a meal.

Associates were quick to get our order. Food was good. The garlic broccoli was more like regular broccoli. The wings were crispy. They actually held the door open for us when we left.

This is a great family owned sub shop. The owner is a wonderful person. I’ve been up there multiple times for the steak and cheese with sweet peppers.

i ordered two subs 2 1oz bag of chips and a fountain soda. 35 dollars?? a ham and cheese and a cheese steak i asked for mayo it was miracle whip and the sub was more lettuce than meat. and it tasted like straight oil and parsley. i used to love turtles. won’t be returning.

I had a gift card that I sorta forgot about, but recently kept seeing this place all over some of the Facebook food groups I'm in. Everyone raved about it, so we dug it up and made our way over (ok my wife did, I got held up at work lol). Off the bat my wife texts me at how friendly the owner is , greeting and talking to her about his day etc. The bread is fresh made locally from a Mennonite Baker, and is super soft and fluffy, while also not overwhelming the sub (you still taste the meat!) We got a couple cheese steaks and they were delish. Good amount of meat, lots of melty cheese, and the seasoned lettuce is amazing. There is a bunch of great looking combinations on the menu, so I can't wait to try more. Just wish they were open just a tiny tad bit later to make going after work not feel rushed, but it's worth it regardless.

Ham sub salad, had more salad than ham. Should have ordered Conventional sandwich instead! My order was wrong had to do over. Other than over priced, and owner was mad at having to work at age 76, and no one can do their job, and can't find good help and on and on. $25.00 for two salads and drinks. Did I say no one seems happy these days.

Not impressed at all. I got a cheeseteak sub that had very little bits of meat on it and a lot of veggies which made it look full but there wasn't much meat at all. There was also very little taste. The fries were good. The wings are dry, although the sauce was good and so was the ranch dressing. It did take them over 30mins to get our food ready and it wasn't busy so if you are planning to come here don't expect anything quick, or you might want to call ahead.

The cheesesteak was fantastic. The hoagie was soft, fresh, and filled to bursting with ingredients. One of the best cheesesteaks I've ever had.

Por first time eating here. The good was delicious and was completely authentic. Three portion sizes were good and the prices were reasonable. The store is currently underground renovation, so the atmosphere is not quite there, but I'm sure that will improve once construction is done. Overall, great food and service. Will definitely go back.

It had been a while since I went to that restaurant for breakfast, and from my experience, this time the waitress's attitude was very bad. So I would think twice about returning to this restaurant.

Walked in and placed an order to go, got an item not on their printed item but is on the banner where you order, decided to try something different and get the cows feet soup. Element at first I almost was not sure I went to the right place since the windows are tinted and I just saw the sign for the higher grounds coffee, but don't let that scare you away. :) The guacamole is delicious.

11/26/2023 my first and last time ordering anything from here I just move to Hagerstown and decided to give this a try and thought the most common things order so it could’ve be a for sure fresh Meal smh what… I wrong. Sopa de gallina? More like a sopa de pimentones. Ensalada de frutas? Tasted super old and they added a bunch of cut up grapes no other frutas. Yuca and chicharrón ? If you like 3 pieces of dry dry dry chicharrón with no flavor, Go ahead. Pupusas were okay !

Just in town for the night, so internet searched for “Restaurants near me”…. What a great find! Small friendly spot with great food and service. We tried an assortment to sample as much as possible. Nothing disappointed us.

I had done a review of this place 5 years ago and gave them a 5 star. Subs were usually pretty good. Had great wings. A month ago we ordered food and it was horrible but everyone can have an off night so we threw the food away and thought we would give them another chance. Tonight we ordered cheeseburger subs and wings $37.00 for two subs and 10 wings. Everything was completely uneatable. Wings were clearly cooked earlier today and left lay under a heat light. We could not even chew the meat it was so hard. The subs were so mushy and lettuce wilted. The only piece of tomato on the sub was a piece in the one end and on the other half two pieces about a 1/4" square. I will not be going back. I am really upset and if I had not worked so hard today I would get back in my car and take it back. My friend lives a 1/4 mile away. We waited for the food to be prepared and drove straight home and to the table. See photos of what we were given for dinner. What a shame these places have lost all pride they do not care what they push out the door.

The food is always delicious. However, the garlic knots are always burnt on the bottom. I understand things happen however I’ve ordered probably a few dozen times from there and each time the garlic knots were burnt on the bottom. this is from the Hagerstown location. overall food and customer service is great.

The Pizza was good, it tasted really good, but than the cheese would peal off. The establishment was nice, it was a small local with really nice personal. The Menu had a lot of options, so it was convenient for me that I went with friends that don’t like pizza.

I ordered the Philly cheese steak pizza. Very quiet place. Today is Sunday though soo, dunno how busy it can get for a walk-in. Came back to the shop 20 min later to grab the pizza, got home, first bite, ..spectacular. In my opinion, on par with Little Alex's on Eastern. Will be back. The specialty pizzas are more expensive than the regular pizza, but it's worth it. I can't give 4.5 / 5 so, they get 5. Will be back.

Usually I've had good luck with the pizza here . But the last two times were awful! This time, same woman with black hair, manning the pizza in the oven, left my pizza in too long, AGAIN! I was 40 minutes away by the time my friends and I went to sit down for dinner and the pizza looked good. As soon as you take a bite you realize it's burned on the bottom. That black haired girl who "Frank" has taking the pizza out of the oven sucks at her job! This is the second time she's burned my pizza! Then when you call to complain, the woman who I spoke with acted like I was crazy and how I didn't have the right "Rocky's New York Pizza!" I don't have a lot of time or money for buying a good pizza and going all the way back there to complain. We were so hungry, we just scrapped the top off and ate a few pieces. Who the hell has time to go back and forth to argue with the woman that took my phone call? Especially when you are hungry! I'm NOT coming back! I certainly don't recommend. And then fight about it.

Rocky's is a classic! I love their 2 slice and drink for $7. The slices are the perfect size. Everyone is so nice, and they brought our food, piping hot, right to the table!

I’ve been going every Friday for a few weeks now and have had a wonderful experience until yesterday. The delivery driver couldn’t take two seconds too say excuse me and instead put his butt in my daughters face then when I said exhume me for him I got “yup”. When saying thank you for getting a piece of food off the floor to the manager apparently he doesn’t like to be thanked because I was told “don’t thank me” trust me I won’t again or come back. I get everyone has their days but that’s not a way to keep customers. Love the ladies and other gentlemen behind the counter they always create a welcoming environment.

Ordered 1 lg cheese pizza for pickup am told 20 mins I give them 30 so I didn’t have to wait when I got there cuz I brought my Doberman and he has anxiety. It’s fear in the public so I didn’t want him out there that long well I get here they have my name in the computer. They have how much I’m supposed to pay. They take my money then they say there wasn’t a ticket printed so they didn’t make my pizza and tell me to wait another 15 to 20 minutes so I get my dog out the car and then it starts pouring down rain so I’m waiting over an hour for a large cheese pizza from the time I called The time I’m gonna eat it I mean, what were they doing? It wasn’t even busy on a Tuesday

Over all the best pizza I've had in Hagerstown, good dough, i can taste the difference. Pretty good pizza and steak n cheese. Wish there was a tad bit more seasoning on the steak n cheese. Overall, I will go back. Great food great atmosphere. Great price $26 for a philly steakncheese and medium pepperoni pizza.

Hagerstown Family Diner is amazing! We were spending the weekend in Hagerstown, and Google searched for local diners. The reviews were really good, so we decided to check it out. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door. Our Server Brittany did a phenomenal job. The food is delicious and the restaurant is clean. We will definitely be back.

This diner was ok. Our server hustling was all over the place. The chicken parm was tasty. The Rueben was just fair. Very skimpy thin slices and minimum saurkrout. French onion soup was good. The fries were the best! We probably won't come back.

Was exploring during the weekend and drove through Hagerstown. Great diner that seems to be a local hangout. I was intrigued with the Dutch version of things. I guess b/c of the proximity to PA. I had the Dutch omelet which I liked a lot b/c I like both potatoes and onions. The home fries were super good, crispy but not greasy. I almost want to drive back 1 hour to get it again for breakfast. Service was great. Added both sides of the breakfast menu in the pics b/c I noticed current pics didn't have. We had breakfast at 7am.

Our waitress Brittany was great. The place looks very nice. The cost ranges depending on what you get. We got an amazing open roast beef, a chicken gyro, corn nugget app, and a slice of chocolate crème pie. It was $40 which isn’t bad but the pie was not good, it was freezer burnt and gross. But the food itself was amazing.

Highly recommend coming here to anybody local or any travelers passing through town on I-81. We had a really amazing experience here. The server was incredibly kind and helpful. She really knew the menu inside out and had very fun suggestions as well. The food was perfect and was a perfect example what a great diner should be.

I called in an order for a pan of Mac and cheese for my mother’s birthday party who is in a nursing home. Went to this location to get the order (that there we 20 minutes late giving me). Get to my mom’s party to start serving food and see that I have burnt food that I paid over $100 for. I don’t have time to deal with this in the actual moment because I’m hosting a party and have 2 parents that are in nursing homes. Once I get home I call the location to let them know about my experience, just to be told well what would you like us to do about it. Finally they let me know that if I can make it to their location within 1.5 hours that is the only way i would receive a refund. I live 25 miles from this location and have just hosted 30 plus people, can I just take care of this next week? No we only do same day refunds. Okay this is clearly not the right way to handle a customer that you have wronged. I called the corporate office and filled a Claim. Today which is 10 days since this happened I have yet to receive a refund. This is a company that makes millions and refuses to refund a customer who was given burnt overpriced food! I didn’t want to do this but it seems I was left with no choice! If I could give this location 0 stars I would! Shame on you for putting customers through this!!

I always enjoy going into a Chick-fil-A. The person that waited on me was excellent. The other people I engaged in conversation with or awesome. The amount of food that I received for the price that I paid left a lot to be designed. I'm glad I got the four piece chicken tender, because I know I would have left hungrier if I would have gotten the three piece. Thank you for having an excellent restaurant.

Must be one of the locations that corporate doesn’t micromanage, because the drive-through is so poorly operated you would think you’re at a Wendy’s. It is unbearably slow. Maybe they could try to make the food for the cars in the front first. But it never fails, someone 5 cars back gets their food first and after 5 minutes goes by they start yelling at the other cars to move. It’s embarrassing for everyone. They clearly don’t hire based on competence.

I usually have a good experience with this Chick-fil-A location, but today was really disappointing. The chicken nuggets were chewy and undercooked almost raw inside and tasted like they were left over from breakfast rather than freshly cooked to order. I expect better quality from this location, so I hope this was just an off day.

Absolutely disappointed. Chick-Fil-A usually is on point with their customer service and makes sure they have your order correct. This time they completely forgot my sauces I asked for & forgot my ranch for my salad? I was so disappointed. I was not expecting to eat a dry salad, so I ended up giving it away. They also had me waiting for more than five minutes for my food which I don’t mind but if that’s the case I expect the order to be correct.

On the other hand, while I was greeted at the front, the servers seemed pretty busy having their own conversation, the showed me to where my food was, and kept on about their business. While I understand they are not getting reciprocated from these to-go orders, some type of welcoming environment is always appreciated. Nevertheless, food was great! We stopped here to eat on our road trip. My mother in law is gluten free. They put croutons in her salad, and bread with her salmon after she told the waitress multiple times that she is gluten free. She said "well I'm not gluten free so I don't know what you cant eat." Not to mention it took over an hour for our food to arrive. It seems to me that both service and the kitchen are not up to par. Im not sure who's fault it is more, but something is not right. If you have any allergies, I would not recommend this location at all. They will let you have a reaction, and not give it a second thought.

I went to breakfast around noon and hash Browns were skinny & tasted like the box . I'm not picky but neither my Grandson eat them. Bacon wasn't crispy & my toast was like bread not toasted hardly at all. The waitress forgot our silverware but was really nice. So for a 30.00 meal & where kids eat free my 9 year old did not....

We stopped for a quick breakfast at Denny’s. The food was great, and most of all, our waitress Moncella (apologies if I didn’t spell it correctly) was absolutely fantastic! Friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome.

Since the closest Denny's to us closed a few years back, this Hagerstown location is now the closest. Denny's is a good alternative to your typical dinner food though I was surprised how much the prices have gone. The typical meal is about 15 per person. Meanwhile, a similar breakfast at my local dinner would have cost about 10. I know an extra 10 bucks for two of us isn't usually a big deal, but if you're on a budget, it can really help. We had no real complaints though.

Got an UberEats order of Double Berry Banana Strawberry Pancake Stack and my pancakes were flat in flavor, not enough sugar. The banana slices were overripe and mushy and the strawberries were tart and not sweet at all. I only got one 1.5 oz cup of syrup for my stack, definitely not enough. Not impressed. I read in the other reviews that the cooks do not practice basic hygiene and the food is often not fresh at all.

Had not been in a Denny's in over a decade. Stopped in the one on Dual Hiway in Hagerstown, MD. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Had breakfast from an extensive breakfast menu. Waitress was prompt and efficient. I had the sirloin steak and eggs. I kid you not, the steak actually melted in my mouth and was delicious! Overall, it felt like family the way we were treated . Prices were very reasonable also.

Oh my word if ever I had the worse service it would be here! I can’t believe milkshake could taste so bad! First of all I went to place my order and the lady was hard of hearing clearly my order was completely wrong! For some reason she heard chocolate strawberry milkshake and I was like why is two of my milkshakes looking brown and one is white! I repeated my order so many times and she still got my order completely wrong! In Virginia they never got my order wrong but this lady kept asking me what I wanted and let me tell you I doubt someone would order a strawberry pieces chocolate milkshake. Even though I said classic shake and 1 hot fudge, 1 chocolate, 1 strawberry she mixed it all up! It was awful I will not be going back there EVER!!!

Started a timer as we pulled into the drive thru. It took about 15 minutes from pulling in to getting food. It looks like they only had 3 employees today. Tater tots were barely cooked well enough for consumption, the corn dog was... Unevenly cooked. It tasted off. And the #5 combo the Super Sonic Bacon Double Cheeseburger was... Less than superb. Not even a full strip of bacon... If you can even call it that? It's like a half mini strip. One single piece. It tasted rather lackluster, it tasted severely undercooked as well. The mozzarella sticks seem slightly undercooked. The carhop or window cashier, Kaitlyn, did most of the work, it most certainly isn't her fault, they are very understaffed.

Went there today to get a foot long hotdog and tater tots with a drink! My friend hit the button for order and respond! Waited and she hit the button again! The girl said I'll be with you in a min.. So she took our order and waited! The girl brought the food out my friend gave her the money, didn't get a receipt, and no change back.. My friend said thank you and she walked away, she said thank you again and no response.. We waited all that time and the food was cold and talked to the manger and she was very disrespectful! Don’t come here unless you have a lot of time to kill. Ordered on the app. Only a drink and a sonic blast. Went through the drive through. No one acknowledged at the speaker—thought it might be turned off—drove around to the window. Two workers, one near the window. No one acknowledged me there either. So, pulled around to the parking spaces. Several cars. No one was getting their orders. No one seemed to be on the speakers. Some people walked in but stood outside the door waiting for at least 15 minutes. I’m sure people had been waiting way longer. Workers sauntering out to cars after a 30 minute wait. I’ve worked fast food and this has to be the worst managed and staffed joint I’ve seen. Would have left but didn’t know how to cancel my app order. Finally went to door after 20 minutes and just the slowest workers ever. Won’t go back.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. Emphasis on “fast” it took us a total of 1 hour and 50 minutes to receive all of our food in a correct manner. We waited for 40 minutes just to get of original food. From this order we received an incorrect drink. The girl made us reorder our menu item. Thinking it would be fast we sat in line for over an hour to receive the rest of or food. We placed an additional order for chicken tenders because they didn’t place those into the bag either. They then told us that they were searching for the chicken tenders after we waited at the window for 20 minutes. By the time we revived the rest of our food our original order was practically inedible. The problems we faced during this experience include, not receiving the correct order, a almost 2 hour wait, the ladies in the back yelled and we’re doing practically nothing, they were also listening to very loud music. I saw nothing but incompetence and ignorance.

Stoped here a few times over the years.Located in Hagerstown so it’s near a lot of shopping and off interstate. Plenty of parking. It’s a usual spot of us because we are traveling through Hagerstown Maryland a lot. Great food. Always served really fast and always cooked perfectly. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is always clean and in good condition. There is plenty of parking and easily accessible to everyone. The waffles are great as always and the breakfast is the best in town.

Visited Waffle House in Hagerstown with a friend—classic diner vibes and friendly staff. The food was hot, fast, and just what we needed for a casual bite. Hash browns were a highlight! Ok we were pleasantly greeted, but our first table was dirty, and the menus were sticky. So we moved our seats, no biggie. Next, I ordered a well done waffle(crispy), grits were lumpy and even crunchy, I know! I didn't complain, just plucked through. My bacon was forgotten, and some parts were not done. I sent my waffle back 2x and it still thicky and not crispy. So I watched the batter was so thick.... it's no wonder why the waffle texture was off... I am a waffle house lover, and I have never experienced anything like this, ever. Do better!!! Yes I still tipped 20% as it wasn't the waitress fault... I will never return to this location, and I should have joined my family at the cracker barrel next door.

Hate that you can’t trust that when you order a salad through Uber Eats that staff take this opportunity to not include dressing. Uber Eats can’t open the bag, so they have to rely on the integrity of the store. I’ll never order from this location again and never use uber eats or DoorDash to pick an order from chipotle. Great job Chipotle! Hope this review reaches the right staff to show the team the impact on the overall brand!

I ordered two adult meals and two kids quesadillas to go and the lady started to make the regular size quesadillas. I assumed they were out of small tortillas…after we got all the confusion straightened out the manager yells back to the crew, “make sure the next online order for chicken quesadillas get those first!”. Yes I was getting a to go order, but I’ll never get an online order from this store in the future.

I eat here all the time and have never had an issue. However, I ordered delivery for the first time and the portion size that I got was laughable. It looked like half the bowl was missing, and then after it was mixed up it fit into less than half of one side of the bowl. For $17 that’s absolutely horrendous. I tried to put in a complaint through the app and not only did it fail to upload my photo for an hour and a half but by then end of it the app said that there wasn’t anything they could do. Thank you for my 10 bites of food I guess.

Been eating at Five Guys for years. Order a regular sized fry and get a kid sized fry. Super surprised to be dismissed by employee. The oversized fries are a thing that makes you come back. Will not be returning to this location.

Frequent here a lot and it never disappoints. Most recently, Cloe was our cashier and she was phenomenal! She was so friendly she made our experience incredible.

As always the food was great! But the reading material on the walls wasn’t fit to look at. It’s not professional. It’s not a place I can take my family. Those pictures don’t honor God.

We stopped here Saturday 8/2, sometimes in the late morning/early afternoon while traveling. The service was excellent: Speedy, pleasant, etc. Amongst other things, after asking for our check, the waitress asked if we wanted our drinks to go which we said yes. She brought us a fresh “to go” cup of every drink we had ordered. With a few more hours of driving to go, I thought this was great.

food was hot, timely, flavorful, servers were attentive and hospitable as a southern relative! they were punctual in their service while guiding the expo, Reina, in finding her voice as she rocked reading the board to the kitchen! a well greased system they have, and I hope to return some day!

Just went in today for a quick bite while traveling and I have to say this is probably one of the best Waffle House’s I have EVER been to! First let me just say my server Debbie was just great she was so nice helpful and funny. The manager I think the name tag said Julie had her team working together and looked like they were having fun. They seemed to have gotten a little chaotic but the manager was right there helping and directing her team. We travel through this area quite often and we will be making sure we stop here again!!!! Thank you Debbie Julie and team! Can’t wait to see you all again!!!

WH is one of my comfort eats. The crew here are friendly and very didicated to their craft. You can get a very filling meal for a decent price. I'm always a sucker for a well done waffle and some well done hash browns with plenty of add-ins. I can't really speak for their dinner menu, I pretty much always get breakfast items.

Went in for breakfast and watched the manager Julie absolutely belittle what I’m assuming was a trainee, completely unprofessional and the way she spoke to all employees was demeaning (not to mention the volume of her voice). Nobody wants to hear all of that while they’re trying to eat. Our server was great though.

The wait was super long (for a good reason), and we felt pretty crammed into a little booth right next to the bathrooms, but the service is amazing, food is fantastic, and there is no show like a Waffle House show. Hash browns are a 10 out of 10

I tried a meatball parm, pictures are self explanatory. The sandwich was 11.99, which was not worth the price. Meatballs had little flavor, and there was a tablespoon of marinara.

7OCT.2024 The service was friendly and prompt. Hot, delicious, cheesy, cheese pizza. A nice menu to choose from. Subs, Italian dishes, pizzas, fries, etc. The interior is clean and temperature is a bit cold. Couple of TV’s on the wall and just a nice spot to great lunch and dinner or a slice to go.

This place is super friendly! Great food, best service, ask for Ryleigh. My kids love this place! My youngest is a picky eater and loves their spaghetti! Quiet, clean and all around great. 👍👍

We've been customers at this location for years and we've always gotten the special and was able to dine in. Now we're unable to do that due to other management and they don't even recognize the coupons that they neglected to take out of the menu. We asked to speak to the manager and it was directed to the GM who did the special for us many times and she was very rude the restaurant was filthy dirty and we will no longer be customers at this location. We went to another location which was much better than this one, the staff was outstanding, the entire place was clean, and much cheaper. Hagerstown never used to be this bad.

I ordered a Sicilian margherita just like I've gotten from the other Brothers pizza twice, but it never was so dry like this,I didn't even eat much of my slice cause it was all bread and mushy on the top cause it isn't even any sauce there. The kicker for this is, that I told the woman over the phone this 10 minutes after leaving and she acted like this is what it's supposed to look like and it's just because they aren't affiliated with the other restaurant and just offered more sauce. I won't be ordering here again. Just money wasted.

Best pizza made fresh while you wait, all the best ingredients you could ask for. After placing order it was only 15 minutes before it was at our table, and was it hot! It was to die for good! 🍕🤩 Did I tell you about the price, guess not it was so reasonable I forgot! Please treat your self , you won't be sorry!!

Wasn’t told they didn’t have cocktail sauce for the popcorn shrimp until I asked for it as the handed us our bagged order. Had I known that, I would’ve ordered something different. Get out to my car and double check our order (because last time they shorted us 2sides) and the popcorn shrimp was missing. Walk back in with the entire order in the bag and have to stand in a line for 5+ min because they had gotten busy. The guy behind the chicken counter clearly seen me standing there with the bag in one hand and a receipt in the other yet made no effort to tell someone to assist me so I didn’t have to stand in line. I finally get to the counter and tell the boy the popcorn shrimp is missing and he replies with ‘ I bagged this one myself’ AS IF HE was lying. So I shoved the bag toward him, he looks through it then turns around to a lady and says ‘popcorn shrimp’ to which she pushes a box towards him with the popcorn shrimp in it. ZERO accountability, so now our food is cold because it’s been over 15 min since we were given the bag. Get home and realize NONE of the chicken orders is a biscuit!!!!!! This was the location I preferred to go to but not anymore! Also, this was a $56 order!

I ordered late last night and the chicken was cold and not fresh and also I ordered spicy and they gave us regular. On a seperate occasion they did the same thing and forgot one of our sides as well. I love popeyes but this location has been very disappointing lately.

Ordered pickup on the app today. My husband went to pick it up. Verified that I ordered premium blueberry lemonade. My husband was handed a regular lemonade at the window. When he said “we ordered a blueberry chilled lemonade”, the associate at the window copped an attitude and said, “we can only see lemonade”. My husband said, “no, we ordered blueberry” and was once again met with arguing and attitude. Look again?? The blueberry lemonade costs more. That’s what was ordered. Don’t go to this Popeyes if you want what you actually ordered.

We went through the DT to order at this location and I ordered 2 of the signature boxes they have. The guy asked me which pieces do I wanted and I told him that I wanted a breast and thigh, but when I got to the window he said they only have legs and thigh I told him that I could wait for the beasts that I didn't want just the legs and thighs. The manager was there and he looked at me and told me that he hated it me and left.

Quick stop for a cold beverage, nice staff. I forgot to ask for extra ice, no problem! The waitress offered me a cup of ice.

I ordered a 12pcs chicken and they told us it would be 15 minutes wait and that we did we waited already 25 minutes and when one of the employee came out she was so rude instead of saying sorry for the wait. I will never go back to that restaurant ever again bad customer service

This place is just terrible I ordered an ice coffee and got a cup full of ice and foam !! Like come on man if I wanted ice and foam only I would had ordered exactly what I received!! If I could give -10 stars I would , this is the worst and most terrible Customer Service place I have ever been to. I ordered a mangonada the woman who served me didn't understood what I was ordering and wanted to charge me for a watermelon one. I told her that I didn't order that and she yelled at me. I told her that she didn't have to be rude, that I didn't tell her I wanted that, she fixed my order ,and when I got to the window to pay they told me to go park because they didn't make the order correctly. I was waiting in my car, but since they didn't come out to give it to me, I got out to get it. When I was entering in to the place, one of the workers was walking by with my drink, he gave it to me and said thank you, then I heard one of the kitchen employees yelling that I didn't say thank you to the other worker. I ignored and i keep walking because I didn’t want to argue. Terrible customer service. I don't even want to go to that place again. They should train their people better because it's because of the customers that they have jobs if it weren't for us who came to buy ,they wouldn't have hours. I hope they change the manager because from what I see they already have enough complaints and they don't do anything, terrible place in Maryland. I don’t recommend this place 👎

Always confusion and chaos amongst staff in drive through. I placed a mobile order for a reason. Not to be asked what I ordered when I get to the window. I mostly certainly don’t appreciate the older lady of middle eastern decent asking for me to “show my teeth” I’m assuming to smile after she clearly was confused about my order. I’ve had issues with her in the past she always works the drive through . I stopped going to this location for months. The coffee is horrible and watered down. I will continue to go to the location on professional drive.

We went through the drive through and the women who took my order was very nice we ordered a coffee and pack of 10 chocolate munkins and they verified we wanted all chocolate. When we got up to the window a diffrent lady was helping us that was older very grouchy wearing a hat and extra head covering. We apologized and asked if we could add my daughter's small sweet tea since we forgot it. She aggressively rolled her eyes and then really started yelling at her workers calling them lazy that they weren't working hard enough with the window wide open. Which in my opinion is very unprofessional. We get all of our things and start checking them and my husband pulls forward and my donuts are wrong. We received 5 chocolate and 5 glazed. So I walked back inside to see if they could atleast change out the glazed and the gentlemen that helped me was extremely nice deeply apologized for the inconvenience and had helped with a big smile and got us a full 10 chocolate for there mistake and apologized a second time for there mistake. He is the only reason im leaving a 3 star review because honestly if it was based off the women it would be no stars.

This is a great Dunkin' location and easy access from the Dual Highway. Very friendly service in here and coffee came out great! Definitely one of tbe better Dunkin' locations in Hagerstown if not the best one

So we used to bring the kids here all the time. It was fairly cheap and easy, and of course, the kids love pizza. So the other night we were looking for somewhere to eat, that was cheap and easy, so CiCis was first on our list. BIG MISTAKE, this place has gone way downhill since last time we were there. First of all, I kinda would have understood if we arrived close to closing time or something, but it was still like 3 hours before they were supposed to close. At first glance, the place was pretty dirty and unkept, and then when I went to the bathroom, there were no papertowels. After this, I noticed that there was a little post-it note on the female bathroom door about the toilet leaking and to watch your step, lol. When I got back out to get my food, I went to get a drink, and there was no ice. All of the drinks were not room temperature but warm, and when I asked, they said they had no ice at all. Also, with as much time as they had before closing, they weren't making much fresh food either. The employees seemed more interested in just standing around talking. I guess I should have known better even before walking in when I noticed that their sign in front was only half lit up. I definitely recommend that you don't waste your money and eat at this establishment. Maybe then it will close due to lack of business or at least be placed under new management or something because I wouldn't want anyone else to have to have such a bad meal with their family.

I went to Cicis pizza for their lunch buffet on a Sunday. The cost is $9.99 + $2.49 for water/drink. The following are the vegetarian options:- - Veggie pizza. - Pasta pizza. - White sauce pizza - Cheese pizza - Spinach pizza - bread sticks - salad Sweets:- - cinnamon rolls - Fudge brownies - apple Pizza. There was chicken soup and some non-vegetarian or chicken pizza options. Pros:- - service is good. - chef is attentive to make the food you like. Cons:- - water is charged separately through bottled water. - There could be a vegetarian soup 🍲

Never again. Do not waste your money here. Overpriced, gross, and dirty. Bathrooms were disgusting, floor was sticky everywhere. The whole time we were there the employees did not put out any fresh food. Only a few pieces of 4 different pizzas and they had definitely been sitting there for a long time. Brownie was inedible, cheese bread was dried out. I would pay NOT to eat here again. That meal was worse than just going hungry for the rest of the day. This place should be shut down. Do yourself, and your bathroom, a favor and don’t eat here!!

Cicis pizza in Hagerstown is way different than the Cicis pizza in Ga. Maybe it's because it was on a weekday but it was dead the pizza was hot even though there werent very many choices one of the staff did ask if there was anything that i wanted that wasnt up there To update my review in response to the owner yes they do have a salad bar that offers your basic toppings and dressings and the pasta was mediocre at best the alfredo sauce was watery and the spaghetti sauce tasted like, exactly what im sure it was, straight out of the can. I mean all in all it would be a decent place to throw a party considering the space and the options

Never been to a cicis before, but I enjoyed my experience. I came around 7-8pm and it was pretty empty which was nice. Even though it was empty fresh food was still being made which was nice to see. Everything was clean and it wasn't loud which was enjoyable. Overall was a really nice time and I enjoyed it alot

The health inspector should shut this place down. It was the dirtiest place I have ever taken my family to. I have pics to back up my true claim. *BEWARE* DO NOT EAT HERE. The employees kept walking out the back door to smoke cigarettes then come back in and handle food without washing there hands. Half the tables had dirty plates and food on them. It was real bad.

Ordered a turkey and cheese to go. Should have checked it there but was taking it back to work. The bread was hard and tasted undercooked ( kind of like biting in to hard raw dough). And the fillings were almost nonexistent. I threw most of it away. And I'm sure I'll get the same pat answer that everyone does. First and last time.

Faster than Fast Food when it isn't busy. Not even joking. They managed to have a wrap done at 3:53pm in like under 30 seconds. Even when I was the only one in the store, That time is insane. Impressive and cheap but was very well made. There is a McDonald's next door. That takes 8 minutes on bad days for orders that are often medicore to average McD's food and Jimmy John's just spat in their face.

Love the bread they use. Unique and not found anywhere else. Also, service was really fast considering there were only 3 people there working.

Ordered my lunch at 9am for a 1pm delivery. Paid the $4.50 very high delivery fee plus a tip and they were 43min late. I called to find out where my sub was and the manager said to call back if it didn't come in the next 20min - that would be an hour late. To top.it off my order was missing something. Probably won't try here again. Local independent sub shops are cheaper and better.

14JAN.2025 My first visit in because I wanted something quick to eat. One person for front register and she was bagging orders for drive thru. I waited 10 minutes (maybe)until asked if I needed to go to drive thru. I was not greeted until I said something to the cashier, even then she seemed as though she didn’t want to speak and or be at work. Service was fast just attitudes were not welcoming. My last visit there.

Lazy and slow employees. How hard is it to make a plain burger lil bro? I’ve ordered here several times and always have to wait 10-20 minutes, even if it’s not busy. And after waiting that long my order is still never made correctly. I didn’t even get the right drink this time. That’s why y’all out here making minimum wage no joke. Be better or find a new job so you’re not miserable, and wasting other peoples time and money.

At 9:58 pm the lights were off in the whole building. Someone should at the very least update the operating hours so people don’t drive here because google says it closes at midnight. Such huge waste of time, gas, and energy. The grill is always breaking down even tho it’s rather renovated. The kids have horrible customer service when it is open. They need better training because it looks like they have no proper structure. I may order one meal and have to pull up a bit and wait a bit…….for fries. Im over this place.

I ordered door dash from this BK. My first dasher left after the wait was ridiculous. The 2nd dasher waited and brought me my food. After over an hour I waited and my food still arrived cold and made completely wrong. Dash driver was great, food and restaurant. Not so much, I knew I should of cancelled and saved my money on this one

If it were possible to give this place 0 stars I would! When I went there it was not busy at all only 5 people in the store! Still after 10 minutes the girl had only waited on 2 people who were together while she stood by the dirty boy who was actually pulling the food and bagging it. The place was dirty, as were the employees. I eventually just walked out bc I got tired of them looking at me yet never taking my order! Smh 🙄 The girl in the drive thru was on her phone the whole time standing there laughing I just shook my head and left realizing if the back was anything like the front I didn't even want any food from this place! This was on Sat or sun Aug 23 or 24th. About 1:30 in the afternoon. If there was a manager they were definitely not doing their job. I won't be going back anytime soon and would not recommend the Burger king on dual highway in Hagerstown MD. To anyone.

Well visited there today. Normally have a good experience.... Funny thing is before walking out with my large order... $70 plus dollars, plus an additional $10.... I spoke with the DM praising this location, because my last BK experience by Valley Mall ended disastrously, over 2 cups of BBQ sauce. So when I called I got told to leave my name and number Jennifer the GM would call me back they were in the middle of lunch rush. What about the 7 people I bought lunch for and the order is messed up and missing items.

the last few times we went here it was pretty bad. but today we had Zach. we love Zach. he filled my ice cream so high, stuffed my bag full of ranch, and was overall very funny and polite as well. if you're reading this Zach my spouse and I think you're so cool.

I am not sure why it is so hard to put mustard and ketchup on a hamburger. They always remember the ketchup but the mustard is either skimped or non-existent. Then I found something on my bun. Almost looked like a mouse turd..... Im going to hope it was just beef or something but if I get sick, it wont be good.... Too broke to not eat it.

Great location, always love to dine in here. Store is very clean and food always cooked and served well and parking is good also. I always look forward for their seasoned potatoes every time I stob by.

Went and stood for 6 minutes and no one offered to help or take our order. A couple of the workers looked at us. The guy that was running the register walked away went to the back he came out and never came to the register. Poor customer service. We walked out and went to Burger King and got excellent service.

This is one of the cleanest Wendy's Restaurants I've seen. It was laid out nicely. It had more of a personal touch than those other fast food restaurants that are going fully automated. The food was fresh and tasted good. There were more healthy options as well, which we appreciate.

This was the best Wendy's I have ever been to. I am from Baltimore and was driving to frostburg. We stopped here for chicken sandwiches. The bun was even better. The chicken was nice and crispy and done perfectly. You have to stop here.

I just left this Wendy's on Sharpsburg, I ordered the $5.00 biggie bag and upgraded to the ghost fries, I wanted to try them, this order went south real fast. Not only did I not get my chicken nuggets, I was not expecting those fries to be so oily and messy, the oil leaked through the bag onto my white blouse, that ruined my day. I threw them away. Just gross, still don't know how they taste but I will not order them again. The burger was not what I ordered, I ordered no pickles on the double stack, not only did I get pickles, I had bacon, 2 items I don't eat, to sum it up I spent 6.04 for a diet soda, that the only thing I kept. Food was decent at best. Management really needs to check these employees (and whoever was manager on duty yesterday afternoon). Was rude to my mother and ignored us when we walked in and went to the front counter to order our food. Get a different job if you don't like it that much. Nobody told you to work in fast food. It's not hard to be respectful to people. Especially when they didn't do anything to you.

I asked for two low carb bacon Kings and specifically marked no ketchup. I can't have ketchup, I have an allergic reaction to sugar. The girls behind the counter were extremely nice, and we're on top of their job, I don't know what the MasterChef is doing back there though.

One of the most disgusting experiences I've ever had in my life. An over priced, horrible tasting meal. Took one bite and threw it in the trash. The driver disregarded instructions, though specific, and just threw the carryout bag in the yard outside my front door. Not only was it cold but it had a weird taste to it. The fries had left over,( I assume), onion rings mingled though I didn't order them. It was totally disgusting and for $20 (for a Jr. Whopper meal) I expected at least a half decent hamburger. I only ordered bc my husband was sick, normally I cook every night, so I thought I'd give myself a break but wow, what a mistake that was. I'll never, ever order or go to bk again. I honestly felt like someone had purposely spit on my meal. I have struggled with an eating disorder for years anyway, and this just fuels my fire. Good luck bk, you suck so badly even a person with an ed won't eat there.

Well I wasn't going to post about my early June experience here, but after my experience at rte 40 BK there seems to be a pattern that the customer doesn't matter once they've paid While here I spent $99 plus feeding 10 people. 3 of my children had chicken fries. They weren't given any sauce, when my daughter went up and asked she was told no unless she paid for them. $100 order, they forgot the sauces, then refused and tried charging us. The 2 managers on duty told me no and to take my business elsewhere. Now BK is 2 for 2 and I will take my business elsewhere. Fast food honestly isn't cheap or convenient anymore.

Great service! Ordered kids meal chicken nuggets, Jr Whopper w/cheese, double quarter lbs, fries, onion rings, and club salad. All of the food was to it's proper temperature and had good taste. The salad was the best I have ever received from BK. It is clean and the employees are nice and do a great job.

Manager or corporate needs to look into these lazy people closing their doors 2 hours before they close! I came at 9pm when they’re supposed to close at 10:30pm and the employees locked the door as I was walking up!

So I get that it's late when I made the order in the drive through (around 945pm) but it shouldn't take 15 minutes with no cars in front of me to make the order. Maybe low staff, I don't know. I ordered about $20 worth of food. Not only that, I asked for the T Pain BBQ burger and heard someone from the speaker go "UGH". Should have just driven away, because I got a checker burger instead of the BBQ burger like I requested. My receipt even stated BBQ, it's clear they didn't read it or didn't care. With that being said, it will be a very long time until I give this pace a shot again.

I never thought I would put these two words together but this was good fast food. The burger was nicely done, no toppings so I could check the flavor. It had quite good flavor. The fries are also nicely done. Some seasoning but not over powering. Crisp and hot. I also got the Memphis wings to try. They had a nice bold taste, enjoyable. It was made even better by the young man, Edwin that waited on me. He was patient, friendly, and personable.

Honestly, bad first experience at Checkers. It’s usually not my go to for fast food and thank goodness I started off small.The customer service is terrible and the food is even worse. The funnel cake fries were SOAKED in oil and there was basically no powdered sugar on them. They are inedible, can’t even eat them, really bad just like eating cooked oil and that’s it. And the “grilled” hot dog was pretty good but wasn’t grilled at all and the bun was soggy. I would like a refund honestly but don’t have time to go back today and get it. But never again will they receive my business.

Today i had lunch in my fries I had hairy mold on my fries. So nasty. Plz everyone check ur food. Service suck too. When you gonna to order had to wait like 5 to 10 mins craziness

Place is not clean. Paint peeling off walls. Top and edges of the half wall between order area and dining area is disgusting. Looks like it doesn’t get cleaned regularly. Tables were not wiped off.

Not much of an atmosphere to go off of. The service was good. The food was good but the drink wasn't for me so I might try a different drink next time I order.

These people have no regards for people’s beliefs or religion I got a big breakfast told them no sausage so they decided to put bacon on it instead when I said please change it and don’t give me the same one they made me wait 5 mins and then came back with the same pancakes with the bacon picked off and pretended that it was a different meal thankfully I spotted the piece of meat. I am so disgusted I was so excited now I feel like I want to vomit because they clearly don’t care what their customers want and will just give you whatever they in their minds think is best.

This McDonald's is much like many today. They have a lot of Door Dash service so it can be crazy with barely anyone in the place. This store was super clean, the people were friendly and accommodating. It's close to home so we often get food here.

This has to be the most dysfunctional, backwards managed McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. Came in to grab a sausage egg biscuit combo that I ordered via the McDonalds app. I waited at least 15-20 minutes for my mobile app order. I listen to an argument between an order lady and young guy about him wanting to take a break during the “busy” time. This argument was in both English and Spanish so I only caught half of the conversation. It was a hot mess so early in the morning. One of the employees gave me an orange juice for my wait time being so long.

Got a lemonade in drive thru - the bag cleary needed changed cause it was all water. I mentioned this to him and told me to pull up and they'd bring another out - instantly came out with another water. It takes a minute or so to change the bag I walked in trying to explain where the employee told me they had already changed it. Then came the truth yeah we don't have time youd have to wait 5 - 10 minutes cause we are busy right now if you want it right. I just left Don't care about the wait or the issue - lying to someone's face is the 1 star

I go here every now and then with my son for lunch. It's usually super clean because of the gentleman named Bobby who works there. He's always friendly and polite to me and my son.

One of your employees were being extremely rude to her other customers. The name of the employee was crystal. She was being very rude and not at all motivated. Very poor service. Very disappointed.

It's McDonalds 😂 😋 Bathrooms were at least cleaned. Tables on the lobby needed some attention. Hence 4 stars.

7OCT.2024 The service was friendly and prompt. Hot, delicious, cheesy, cheese pizza. A nice menu to choose from. Subs, Italian dishes, pizzas, fries, etc. The interior is clean and temperature is a bit cold. Couple of TV’s on the wall and just a nice spot to great lunch and dinner or a slice to go.

I tried a meatball parm, pictures are self explanatory. The sandwich was 11.99, which was not worth the price. Meatballs had little flavor, and there was a tablespoon of marinara.

Best pizza made fresh while you wait, all the best ingredients you could ask for. After placing order it was only 15 minutes before it was at our table, and was it hot! It was to die for good! 🍕🤩 Did I tell you about the price, guess not it was so reasonable I forgot! Please treat your self , you won't be sorry!!

This place is super friendly! Great food, best service, ask for Ryleigh. My kids love this place! My youngest is a picky eater and loves their spaghetti! Quiet, clean and all around great. 👍👍

I ordered a Sicilian margherita just like I've gotten from the other Brothers pizza twice, but it never was so dry like this,I didn't even eat much of my slice cause it was all bread and mushy on the top cause it isn't even any sauce there. The kicker for this is, that I told the woman over the phone this 10 minutes after leaving and she acted like this is what it's supposed to look like and it's just because they aren't affiliated with the other restaurant and just offered more sauce. I won't be ordering here again. Just money wasted.

We've been customers at this location for years and we've always gotten the special and was able to dine in. Now we're unable to do that due to other management and they don't even recognize the coupons that they neglected to take out of the menu. We asked to speak to the manager and it was directed to the GM who did the special for us many times and she was very rude the restaurant was filthy dirty and we will no longer be customers at this location. We went to another location which was much better than this one, the staff was outstanding, the entire place was clean, and much cheaper. Hagerstown never used to be this bad.
