Hagerstown Family Diner is amazing! We were spending the weekend in Hagerstown, and Google searched for local diners. The reviews were really good, so we decided to check it out. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door. Our Server Brittany did a phenomenal job. The food is delicious and the restaurant is clean. We will definitely be back.

This diner was ok. Our server hustling was all over the place. The chicken parm was tasty. The Rueben was just fair. Very skimpy thin slices and minimum saurkrout. French onion soup was good. The fries were the best! We probably won't come back.

Was exploring during the weekend and drove through Hagerstown. Great diner that seems to be a local hangout. I was intrigued with the Dutch version of things. I guess b/c of the proximity to PA. I had the Dutch omelet which I liked a lot b/c I like both potatoes and onions. The home fries were super good, crispy but not greasy. I almost want to drive back 1 hour to get it again for breakfast. Service was great. Added both sides of the breakfast menu in the pics b/c I noticed current pics didn't have. We had breakfast at 7am.

name being "diner", I expected a smaller establishment but this place is quite large. staff was friendly and the food was amazing.

Our waitress Brittany was great. The place looks very nice. The cost ranges depending on what you get. We got an amazing open roast beef, a chicken gyro, corn nugget app, and a slice of chocolate crème pie. It was $40 which isn’t bad but the pie was not good, it was freezer burnt and gross. But the food itself was amazing.

Highly recommend coming here to anybody local or any travelers passing through town on I-81. We had a really amazing experience here. The server was incredibly kind and helpful. She really knew the menu inside out and had very fun suggestions as well. The food was perfect and was a perfect example what a great diner should be.

Service was great, the caramel latte was mediocre but the pecan pancakes were delicious and I loved the little bottle of warmed real maple syrup that came with them.

Food was decent. Our waitress was so interesting though. Older lady with glass - very straight forward and to the point but also so nice. She was singing each time she dropped off a food item… she’d go “and here are your biscuits!” But she’d be singing it! We thought it was cute. Young man checking us out at the front seemed a little nervous but was very nice, too!

We decided to stop here on our way home from West Virginia. We were all very hungry and we love the offers of Cracker Barrel. We arrived expecting a wait time, we were pleasantly surprised there wasn't any. We were seated almost immediately upon entering a rarity for most locations. The lady who seated us was very nice and had just returned from maternity leave (congratulations 🎉) once we were seated we were enthusiastically greeted by our very nice server Taylor. She was extremely patient as people in our group decided on drinks, food and choosing their options of sides. Two of our group had never been to Cracker Barrel so we tried to give them good recommendations. They decided on steak against our advice, while everyone else got what this place is known for, BREAKFAST! Some enjoyed pancakes, French Toast, eggs, bacon, hash casserole, spiced apples. I got bacon and the two aforementioned sides with lunch chicken tenders with a sweet spicy kick sauce and fries (wanted to try something different from my usual) they also quickly corrected me missing one of the sides I ordered bringing it out seconds later, that was impressive! They also offered a few $6 to-go options so I recommend to French Toast Bake to my buddy who got steak as he wanted breakfast food too (overwhelmed by all the options at first because everything looks great to a first-timer) everything went smooth and Taylor was attentive and brought out dishes with the speed and accuracy of a Magician truly, food just appeared! Thank you very much for adding that much more to our special visit. No visit is complete without visiting the great store inside filled with some of the best snacks and items. You can also have a seat in a rocking chair and play checkers which we did for a bit before hitting the road again ending our trip for the weekend heading back to our side of Maryland. Food 5 outta 5 - hot and fresh arrived quickly Service 6 outta 5 - seated quickly and served wonderfully Atmosphere - 5 outta 5 - lively but not too crowded and very helpful staff everything on points Cleanliness - 5 outta 5 - plates and utensils clean as well as bathroom stalls and such. Overall rating for this visit 5 outta 5 SupaFlyITGuy approved but I have come to expect nothing less from Cracker Barrel and they meet or exceed my expectations every time. The pricing also always puts a smile on my face value for money wise I feel spoiled here as I get a lot of food and a drink for a fraction of what I'm used to spending elsewhere often for food that is mid at best.

Fortunately for my girls and I; we picked this spot to swap off with my ex. If she's not on time, at least we have a great place to eat and clean bathrooms to use. I've been going there since my divorce was finalized in 2015 and at least I know there will be some.comfort food waiting at the drop-off. Plus the checker boards out front give the kids some entertainment while they wait.

We love going to the Hagerstown, MD location for dinner. They remember us there and we always get treated kindly by the staff. The pot roast is absolutely delicious! If you want the shepherds pie casserole, but don't like peas, order the pot roast and get the same sides. I never have a bad experience here.

Brought my 82 year old mother cause she loves this place. Asked them to seat me by the door soshe didn’t have to walk far. They gave us a great seat. It was around 8pm and was waited by another waitress after she noticed we were sitting for 20 minutes. She quickly apologized. It was pretty clear later that our waitress was abused by a previous table that had her in tears over something so silly and out of her control. She was the nicest waitress and was able to come back to us professionally and made sure we had everything we needed. Food was great and service was great.

The server was impatient. The scrambled eggs were flat and flipped like a pancake. The bacon tasted like it had been fried in old bacon grease. There were 3 others in my party and the food was good. We just had to request things twice before receiving them.

Kay was our server, and she was fabulous. Super friendly and attentive. I got the 3 course meal with the salad entree and dessert and while I didn’t get my salad or bread and ended up just getting the entree, Kay made sure our service was still great by having our refills ready to go and made sure we were sent home with everything we needed. The food is nothing incredible, but it's Bob Evans, so I didn't expect it would be. You can't beat the atmosphere of a cheap breakfast/brunch chain restaurant. My family had a great time!

I think it's weird how busy the Dennys across the street from this place is and how this place is like a ghost town. The food here is better, cheaper and you don't have to wait for a hour to actually get your food. I think many people (like us) forget it's even here. The food was great, service was great. We were able to be seated as soon as we got there on a Saturday morning. We will definitely be back.

Okay, so I just went to the Bob. Evans in hagerstown dual highway and, the food and the service was great, but, they did not have a veggie omelet on their menu. So uh I did the build your own which I just got onions. Peppers, mushrooms and they put one little piece of cheese on top, and that omelet was $17. My total bill was $30 for one person to eat a little breakfast. That is ridiculous. I can go over to the hub city diner with my wife and we can both eat breakfast there for less than what I just paid for myself. I'm pretty sure that falls into the category of price gouging. Especially when it was probably a total of probably not even $2 worth of food. Ridiculous, and I told the manager about this, and I will never eat here again

Our food came on time and the service here was so wonderful! Our server was Meagan and she was so kind and attentive while serving our table. I will definitely come here again! :)

We were so excited to pass by this location in our travels since all the Bob Evans near us have closed down. The Cheddar potato soup was as amazing as I remembered! Regretting not taking some home with me now. Sadly, everything else was a total bust. The BLT was served on the wrong bread with wilted lettuce and the cold salad was on a hot plate just rendering that kind of odd. Mainly, the steak and chicken ordered had been prepared as steak and shrimp but the waitress caught it and only brought out the steak. The chicken portion arrived a few minutes later - all which was fine. What wasn't fine is clearly the steak and shrimp had been plated together as my guest spent the rest of the night vomiting until the early morning. Being that he's highly allergic to shrimp, this should have been disclosed to us which made for a very miserable drive back home.

Visited on a road trip from Toronto, Canada to Washington DC. Our first visit to a Bob Evans location and we enjoyed the experience. Food was great and the service even better. We were thirteen of us and Amanda (Mendi) took very good care of us. It was a birthday celebration made special by the singing quartet you see in the picture.

I called in an order for a pan of Mac and cheese for my mother’s birthday party who is in a nursing home. Went to this location to get the order (that there we 20 minutes late giving me). Get to my mom’s party to start serving food and see that I have burnt food that I paid over $100 for. I don’t have time to deal with this in the actual moment because I’m hosting a party and have 2 parents that are in nursing homes. Once I get home I call the location to let them know about my experience, just to be told well what would you like us to do about it. Finally they let me know that if I can make it to their location within 1.5 hours that is the only way i would receive a refund. I live 25 miles from this location and have just hosted 30 plus people, can I just take care of this next week? No we only do same day refunds. Okay this is clearly not the right way to handle a customer that you have wronged. I called the corporate office and filled a Claim. Today which is 10 days since this happened I have yet to receive a refund. This is a company that makes millions and refuses to refund a customer who was given burnt overpriced food! I didn’t want to do this but it seems I was left with no choice! If I could give this location 0 stars I would! Shame on you for putting customers through this!!

I always enjoy going into a Chick-fil-A. The person that waited on me was excellent. The other people I engaged in conversation with or awesome. The amount of food that I received for the price that I paid left a lot to be designed. I'm glad I got the four piece chicken tender, because I know I would have left hungrier if I would have gotten the three piece. Thank you for having an excellent restaurant.

Must be one of the locations that corporate doesn’t micromanage, because the drive-through is so poorly operated you would think you’re at a Wendy’s. It is unbearably slow. Maybe they could try to make the food for the cars in the front first. But it never fails, someone 5 cars back gets their food first and after 5 minutes goes by they start yelling at the other cars to move. It’s embarrassing for everyone. They clearly don’t hire based on competence.

I usually have a good experience with this Chick-fil-A location, but today was really disappointing. The chicken nuggets were chewy and undercooked almost raw inside and tasted like they were left over from breakfast rather than freshly cooked to order. I expect better quality from this location, so I hope this was just an off day.

Absolutely disappointed. Chick-Fil-A usually is on point with their customer service and makes sure they have your order correct. This time they completely forgot my sauces I asked for & forgot my ranch for my salad? I was so disappointed. I was not expecting to eat a dry salad, so I ended up giving it away. They also had me waiting for more than five minutes for my food which I don’t mind but if that’s the case I expect the order to be correct.

Ok, my husband and I come here often. We usually have great service and a good meal. Tonight with hardly anyone in the restaurant it took almost an hour to get our food. The young lady that waited on us was nice until she brought the check, which was wrong to begin with and she threw it onto the table next to me with the pen. She was rude to do that, I am not sure what else I want to do about our really expensive meal that took forever!

Went to IHOP expecting to question my life choices, but instead I found myself sipping a Pineapple Lemonade Splasher like I was on a tropical vacation… in the middle of Hagerstown. 10/10 would awkwardly slurp again. The Bananas Foster French Toast? Life-changing. Like, “text your ex and tell them you’ve moved on” good. It was sweet, decadent, and almost made me believe in breakfast dessert as a legitimate life path. Service? Classic IHOP vibes—friendly, slightly chaotic, and just the right amount of “Are they okay?” But in a charming way. It’s the kind of place where the menus are as sticky as the tables and somehow that feels right. Also, hot take: this IHOP is better than Waffle House. Yeah, I said it. No fights, no yelling, and my toast wasn’t questioning its own purpose. Will return as soon as my blood sugar levels normalize.

Kera was a great server! She made a delicious recommendation of the Chicken Gravy Hashbrown biscuit- so good and something I never would have ordered without her recommendation! I also wanted silver dollar Pumpkin Spice pancakes and the kitchen was willing to make them for us. The pumpkin spice pancakes were exactly what I needed after loosing a beloved family member today- the yummy fall goodness was like a much needed hug. Thank you for great service, yummy food and being kind when this customer needed it the most!

Seats duct taped together. Food was cold and tastes old . Service was nit up to any acceptable standard.

We once enjoyed IHOP. I must say the service has always and continues to be excellent. This is one of those reviews that im torn on. I honestly believe the this is simply a case of quality of food reductions . The food itself was well prepared but it just lacks the quality it once had. Hopefully IHOP finds that quality again.

Gentlemen at door who sat us very friendly. Waitress not very tentative. Never came back to ask if we needed anything. Had to get another Waitress to help. Laid check on table never told us that we paid at table. Got up to pay at register had to go back to table. Very awkward they were already cleaning table.

Just a gentleman took care of my problems. The manager on duty did a great job and so did the server. I appreciate everything.

Posted on Yelp: Great place and location! Close to everything. Ordered thru a third party for a scheduled pick up and the food was available right away. On the other hand, while I was greeted at the front, the servers seemed pretty busy having their own conversation, the showed me to where my food was, and kept on about their business. While I understand they are not getting reciprocated from these to-go orders, some type of welcoming environment is always appreciated. Nevertheless, food was great! You know what you get from Dennys all over (:

We stopped here to eat on our road trip. My mother in law is gluten free. They put croutons in her salad, and bread with her salmon after she told the waitress multiple times that she is gluten free. She said "well I'm not gluten free so I don't know what you cant eat." Not to mention it took over an hour for our food to arrive. It seems to me that both service and the kitchen are not up to par. Im not sure who's fault it is more, but something is not right. If you have any allergies, I would not recommend this location at all. They will let you have a reaction, and not give it a second thought.

I went to breakfast around noon and hash Browns were skinny & tasted like the box . I'm not picky but neither my Grandson eat them. Bacon wasn't crispy & my toast was like bread not toasted hardly at all. The waitress forgot our silverware but was really nice. So for a 30.00 meal & where kids eat free my 9 year old did not....

We stopped for a quick breakfast at Denny’s. The food was great, and most of all, our waitress Moncella (apologies if I didn’t spell it correctly) was absolutely fantastic! Friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome.

Since the closest Denny's to us closed a few years back, this Hagerstown location is now the closest. Denny's is a good alternative to your typical dinner food though I was surprised how much the prices have gone. The typical meal is about 15 per person. Meanwhile, a similar breakfast at my local dinner would have cost about 10. I know an extra 10 bucks for two of us isn't usually a big deal, but if you're on a budget, it can really help. We had no real complaints though.

Got an UberEats order of Double Berry Banana Strawberry Pancake Stack and my pancakes were flat in flavor, not enough sugar. The banana slices were overripe and mushy and the strawberries were tart and not sweet at all. I only got one 1.5 oz cup of syrup for my stack, definitely not enough. Not impressed. I read in the other reviews that the cooks do not practice basic hygiene and the food is often not fresh at all.

Had not been in a Denny's in over a decade. Stopped in the one on Dual Hiway in Hagerstown, MD. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Had breakfast from an extensive breakfast menu. Waitress was prompt and efficient. I had the sirloin steak and eggs. I kid you not, the steak actually melted in my mouth and was delicious! Overall, it felt like family the way we were treated . Prices were very reasonable also.

just watched a female manager harass a door dash or uber eats delivery guy for refilling his coffee, he even asked for just “hot water” and she refused and berated him infront of employees and customers. I wouldn’t stand for it, and offered to pay for his coffee but he was a nice guy and refused and left. The things we have going on in this world all the war and awful things, but a Panera manager gets her thrills from harassing a hard working delivery driver that is making the Panera company money anyway!!! Ridiculous If this had been filmed it would’ve went viral and he would’ve became the next Panera Bread spokesperson.

I had two gift cards of $5 and we wanted Panera bread. We had two you pick two meals and 2 drinks. We paid $40.....why is this so overpriced??? Mediocre food.....a salad..... A HALF SALAD is $7....plus another $5 for half a grilled cheese .... So bread and cheese. The smoothie was 16 oz, maybe it's just me, but to me that's a medium sized cup....they handed me a small cup. It's labeled 16oz but idk seems odd and small. $40 for bread and lettuce and a couple slices of strawberries almost no chicken...it's just. So overly priced. We only came to spend the gift cards but good God. Eating healthier choices shouldn't cost an arm and a leg.

We ordered 2 four cheese quiche, 1 bacon and spinach quiche, and and orange juice. When asked "here or to go", we said here. We repeated it twice. They proceeded to bag the items instead of giving it on a tray. We had to ask for the orange juice because they didn't give it. I looked in the bag and there were only 2 quickest. I asked for the other cheese quiche which they put in a second bag. After sitting down we realized the first bag had 2 spinach quiches. Went up to the counter and explained. By now they only had spinach quick left. She said they could make another but after waiting while they clustered together discussing it, I gave up and just returned to our table. Definitely customer service training needed.

I’m starting to think I don’t live in a good area because why was the cleanest most well kept Panera I’ve ever seen in my whole life. It felt like I was in that black mirror episode where you rate people and everything was perfect . Or like the overly happy scene they play during the side effects of a drug commercial. Ya’ll they had sliced lemons at the drink station. I’ve never seen not gat dam available sliced lemons at a Panera EVER. And BUTTER PACKETS TOO!!! What!! Fully stocked ! I got a Dr Pepper but put a lemon in that thing anyways just because . If you want to know what’s more telling is the guy kind of looked at me crazy when I asked if there was a code for the bathroom. Food was pretty mediocre though but it’s a Panera so whatever.

Really good Greek salad, the staff is very polite and pleasant. It could have been a little bit cleaner but still a better standard of cleanliness then the majority of other restaurants.

Order a green goddess chicken salad. Please tell me why there’s no chicken in my salad. Times is already this isn’t the time to play with peoples food and money.

Got my food in drink. This time they actually made my sandwich right. However, I asked for bread they gave my chips and when I ordered i asked them to make sure I had a pickle. The cashier said it comes with a pickle. But yet once again when I got no pickle. This is why I only go to this place once in a blue moon.

Stoped here a few times over the years.Located in Hagerstown so it’s near a lot of shopping and off interstate. Plenty of parking. It’s a usual spot of us because we are traveling through Hagerstown Maryland a lot. Great food. Always served really fast and always cooked perfectly. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is always clean and in good condition. There is plenty of parking and easily accessible to everyone. The waffles are great as always and the breakfast is the best in town.

Visited Waffle House in Hagerstown with a friend—classic diner vibes and friendly staff. The food was hot, fast, and just what we needed for a casual bite. Hash browns were a highlight! It’s not fancy, but it hits the spot. Great place for a relaxed meal and good conversation. Would definitely go back.

Ok we were pleasantly greeted, but our first table was dirty, and the menus were sticky. So we moved our seats, no biggie. Next, I ordered a well done waffle(crispy), grits were lumpy and even crunchy, I know! I didn't complain, just plucked through. My bacon was forgotten, and some parts were not done. I sent my waffle back 2x and it still thicky and not crispy. So I watched the batter was so thick.... it's no wonder why the waffle texture was off... I am a waffle house lover, and I have never experienced anything like this, ever. Do better!!! Yes I still tipped 20% as it wasn't the waitress fault... I will never return to this location, and I should have joined my family at the cracker barrel next door.

Came to eat with my girl... We both ordered the all star but was told they was out of waffle mix. Why? No clue! Other than that our waitress was a sweetheart which was the only reason we didn't walk out.

Took my niece to this location for lunch. Our waitress Kia was absolutely fabulous. she was put in a situation that the manager should have taken care of and yet she rocked it!! Keep smiling girl we see you shining 😊

We visited Safron Bakery & Cafe a day before Mother’s Day, excited to try their pastries—but we were a bit disappointed to find only a few options on display. We were hoping for a wider selection. On a brighter note, the roast beef pesto sandwich was delicious—definitely the highlight of our visit. The cappuccino was okay, but we expected a bit more overall. Hoping to catch them on a better day next time!

First and foremost the last photo is the email that was sent as, well as the photo of the cake I requested. Upon receiving my cake, I was immediately disappointed on how it looked. I ordered a heart-shaped almond cake with raspberry filling. To start strong there was an eyelash on my cake, the bows were sloppy, the heart wasn’t even heart shaped, and the cursive was definitely rushed (the bakery section at Walmart would’ve done better). I called the person (Al) who did my cake and I felt dismissed, I felt as he cared more about defending his ego, then wanting to care for customer satisfaction. He did tell me that if I returned the cake, I can have my money back, But I already taste tested the cake, after I told tell him I cared more about what it tasted like, than the visual aspect, But it’s still the principle, that I was not in fact 100% satisfied on how it looked and never received an apology. I do not recommend ordering a cake from them unless you want a basic sheet cake with no intricate details, and you’re looking for taste more than quality.

We've been looking for a good local bakery in this area for a while...but hadn't come across this place. We are so glad that we did! We were thrilled to see that they make various pastries and cookies...similar to some bakeries that we are fond of in MA and other areas in New England. We have had several of their pastries...with coffee...and it's been a delicious and relaxing experience. If you haven't been here...definitely do so...you won't regret it.

We have used Safron a few times now to make cakes for our children's birthday's and also for my baby shower last year. Their cakes are wonderful! We moved from NY and had such a hard time finding a bakery until we found Safron. They have also been really great about being able to accommodate our special requests like using organic and no food dyes. I am so happy to have found a bakery that has great customer service as well is delicious and the cake look good as well! We will continue to use Safron and recommend them to everyone.

Had this place on my list to visit for a good while. Took the kids when we stopped to get instruments at the nearby music shop. We ordered a couple things as treats for the kids including a cinnamon roll. The one they ended up giving us was pretty burnt, super dry, and didn’t have any flavor. My son didn’t eat it. My daughter got a vanilla cupcake which was pretty dry as well. I was pretty disappointed and didn’t order anything for myself.

A slice of heavenly peace in Hagerstown. I’ve been coming to this Cafe since I moved to the area and it’s one of the best for breakfast and lunch! The baked goods are absolutely delicious as a treat for later. Truly worth the visit!

Absolutely disgusting experience. The roast beef they served me was gray, slimy, and looked like it had been sitting out for days. Even worse, the person making my food was literally eating, then got up and handled my sandwich without washing their hands. That’s beyond unprofessional — it’s a complete health hazard. The lack of cleanliness and care is appalling, and I wouldn’t trust this place with anyone’s food safety. If you value your health, avoid this place at all costs.

Randall is the first colleague in a Starbucks to not ask me to repeat my name. In addition to that, he didn’t ask me to spell my name for the order but he got it right. Very efficient, friendly and professional. Very helpful in assisting with my app. I would highly recommend Randall for employee of the month. Without hesitation, when I asked about sweet treats, Randall listed off options from the top of his head. The coffee arrived exactly as ordered with milk on side. Thank you

Never had an issue with order accuracy! It does get busy sometimes but that’s normal and they’re always doing a good job keeping up. I don’t love the remodel seating but that’s more of a personal issue.

I gave this Starbucks an 1. They're missing a poster I see in the South in these states, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida. Yes even Florida. I know Maryland is not on his jurisdiction of the governor of Florida. The staff is marvelous. There's a vast diverse range of customers at this place which is impressive. But they're missing a a poster from June which all the other Starbucks kept up. That makes me wonder, was that the managers choice or did a Karen come in and complain about something? I haven't had the food yet. But come on this is Maryland!!! Not Alabama or Mar largo. I have to check out a couple more Starbucks to figure it out. First time in this city and this area. I'm originally from the north, Jersey to be exact.

I’ve have been a customer for many years at this location and usually they have super fast service and up until the last few months lines are wrapped around the building and the wait times are insane. I placed an online order before I left my home 18miles away, finally got to menu board in drive-through and it was still being worked on.

I understand things are busy, and they're rushing, but that is not excuse to be rude. We weren't greeted, our drinks were practically thrown at us. The coffee itself... Was okay. Def. Not worth the attitude, rudeness, and wait.

This seems to be my daughters pick for grabbing a drink on the go. She loves the selection. I'm not sure I'm sold on the hype, but it definitely keeps her and others coming back. We ordered two drinks that totaled a hefty amount of cash, and she knew to just pay it before I had a chance to complain about the cost. I'm newly diagnosed with diabetes after going through rigorous cancer treatments, and finding something low or no sugar is a task. This experience was not necessarily a bad one, but the drink I chose was heavily impacted by the taste of sugar substitute when using sugar-free syrup. I'm not a fan. She loved her drink. So, it's not a total loss. The staff is pleasant, and the line moves steadily.

Can't complain about a Starbucks. They never disappoint. Even with the line being very long it was very totally understanding since it was in a very busy location but again with the line being very long we were able to get through rather quickly.

We stopped here Saturday 8/2, sometimes in the late morning/early afternoon while traveling. The service was excellent: Speedy, pleasant, etc. Amongst other things, after asking for our check, the waitress asked if we wanted our drinks to go which we said yes. food was hot, timely, flavorful, servers were attentive and hospitable as a southern relative! they were punctual in their service while guiding the expo, Reina, in finding her voice as she rocked reading the board to the kitchen! a well greased system they have, and I hope to return some day!

Just went in today for a quick bite while traveling and I have to say this is probably one of the best Waffle House’s I have EVER been to! First let me just say my server Debbie was just great she was so nice helpful and funny. The manager I think the name tag said Julie had her team working together and looked like they were having fun. They seemed to have gotten a little chaotic but the manager was right there helping and directing her team. We travel through this area quite often and we will be making sure we stop here again!!!! Thank you Debbie Julie and team! Can’t wait to see you all again!!!

WH is one of my comfort eats. The crew here are friendly and very didicated to their craft. You can get a very filling meal for a decent price. I'm always a sucker for a well done waffle and some well done hash browns with plenty of add-ins. I can't really speak for their dinner menu, I pretty much always get breakfast items.

Went in for breakfast and watched the manager Julie absolutely belittle what I’m assuming was a trainee, completely unprofessional and the way she spoke to all employees was demeaning (not to mention the volume of her voice). Nobody wants to hear all of that while they’re trying to eat. Our server was great though.

The wait was super long (for a good reason), and we felt pretty crammed into a little booth right next to the bathrooms, but the service is amazing, food is fantastic, and there is no show like a Waffle House show. Hash browns are a 10 out of 10

They have one zillion options! And it’s nice. They always have a friendly staff willing to answer questions or give recommendations. You can sit and work for awhile. Nice outside section. The Harvey Moon tea is amazing as is the Pot O’ Gold iced coffee. Pastries are decent. I come here often!

My cappuccino was average. It was not well mixed with the espresso. That is why a design such as a flower or heart signifies a good mix between the coffee and milk. I even tried to mix the coffee into the foam and I didn’t succeed. Service was good and the atmosphere is great.

I want to like this place so bad because it’s a cool hangout spot for summer and winter. But the food just is not good! The scones are just triangle shaped muffins and my bagel was undercooked, tough and chewy. The coffee tasted a little burnt as well, but some people like that– looking at you Starbucks.

Never ever change the happy, colorful decor and atmosphere. Yes, the drinks and food are good. The staff is always friendly. But this is a stand out from every sad beige box and we truly enjoy coming here.

Went and had coffee with my best friend sat outside on the terrace for a while and enjoyed their wonderful coffee and the beautiful day. They have many selections for coffee that you can choose from, and also, some options for food, although we did not eat their blueberry muffins looked amazing. I'll have to try one next time. I really, really would have been nice when I asked them if they had chamomile tea, that they disclose that they have chamomile/lemon tea. I paid $3.99 for something I can't drink. Surprise! I'm off to CVS to get some Benadryl now.

I come here daily, the drinks are amazing and staff are so sweet. They really make the place special! My only suggestion is food should be order ahead or inside only. The drive thru wait can get a bit hefty sometimes so sometimes it defeats the purpose of ordering ahead to end up paying $10 for a melted drink. Super happy the rewards points were brought back though!

If I could give -10 stars I would , this is the worst and most terrible Customer Service place I have ever been to. I ordered a mangonada the woman who served me didn't understood what I was ordering and wanted to charge me for a watermelon one. I told her that I didn't order that and she yelled at me. I told her that she didn't have to be rude, that I didn't tell her I wanted that, she fixed my order ,and when I got to the window to pay they told me to go park because they didn't make the order correctly. I was waiting in my car, but since they didn't come out to give it to me, I got out to get it. When I was entering in to the place, one of the workers was walking by with my drink, he gave it to me and said thank you, then I heard one of the kitchen employees yelling that I didn't say thank you to the other worker. I ignored and i keep walking because I didn’t want to argue. Terrible customer service. I don't even want to go to that place again. They should train their people better because it's because of the customers that they have jobs if it weren't for us who came to buy ,they wouldn't have hours. I hope they change the manager because from what I see they already have enough complaints and they don't do anything, terrible place in Maryland. I don’t recommend this place 👎

Always confusion and chaos amongst staff in drive through. I placed a mobile order for a reason. Not to be asked what I ordered when I get to the window. I mostly certainly don’t appreciate the older lady of middle eastern decent asking for me to “show my teeth” I’m assuming to smile after she clearly was confused about my order. I’ve had issues with her in the past she always works the drive through . I stopped going to this location for months. The coffee is horrible and watered down. I will continue to go to the location on professional drive.

We went through the drive through and the women who took my order was very nice we ordered a coffee and pack of 10 chocolate munkins and they verified we wanted all chocolate. When we got up to the window a diffrent lady was helping us that was older very grouchy wearing a hat and extra head covering. We apologized and asked if we could add my daughter's small sweet tea since we forgot it. She aggressively rolled her eyes and then really started yelling at her workers calling them lazy that they weren't working hard enough with the window wide open. Which in my opinion is very unprofessional. We get all of our things and start checking them and my husband pulls forward and my donuts are wrong. We received 5 chocolate and 5 glazed. So I walked back inside to see if they could atleast change out the glazed and the gentlemen that helped me was extremely nice deeply apologized for the inconvenience and had helped with a big smile and got us a full 10 chocolate for there mistake and apologized a second time for there mistake. He is the only reason im leaving a 3 star review because honestly if it was based off the women it would be no stars.

This is a great Dunkin' location and easy access from the Dual Highway. Very friendly service in here and coffee came out great! Definitely one of tbe better Dunkin' locations in Hagerstown if not the best one

Ordered the western omelette, fried potatoes and a side of sausage. I was not a fan of the sausage, over seasoned, not my style. Omelette, toast and potatoes were served barely warm. My mom loved the coffee! We’ll try lunch next time. Waitress was attentive and caring, great service from her!

J's Diner is absolutely the best place in Hagerstown to start your day! They manage to capture that classic diner atmosphere. The service was exceptional. Every staff member we interacted with was fast, friendly, and genuinely cheerful, making the whole experience feel welcoming even during the rush. Celebrated a birthday with 9 people and the wait to get a table was about 45 minutes because it is not a big place. The food options, service, prices, and atmosphere are all great. The hanging pancake item pictured is a new thing on the kids menu but i think adults would love it too, so I hope this creative and delicious item is expanded upon. The snow white hot latte and strawberry stuffed French toast is recommended, as well as their omelettes. They brought out a good-sized cinnamon bun to put what looks like a firework on it for the birthday celebration, which was a very impressive presentation! Everything was delicious.

Trusted Starbucks with great service and fast line. This is one of only two standalone Starbucks in Hagerstown. At times, they are busy but this location is definitely better than the one near the mall

At first our order was wrong. We ordered venti vanilla sweet cream cold brew with a shot of espresso and a grande brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. He gave us both grande we asked for it to be fixed and the gentleman was very nice and admitted that it was his fault he put order in wrong which is why I am giving them two stars,but even after"fixing" our order the venti was extremely sweet with no shot of espresso and there is little to no oatmilk or brown sugar in the shaken espresso.

Requested a very light ice due to cold sensitivity and I get this same drink like 4-5x a week and they keep messing it up. Light ice means light ice but they put lots of ice all the time. Ugh. Hope u listen to customers' request for once.

I'm hesitant to write a negative review, but this place truly deserves it. This Starbucks location has the rudest staff I've ever encountered. They're consistently snappy and condescending. My server, Katie, was visibly angry from the moment she took my order. When I asked for my receipt, she snapped at me, telling me to get it on the app. When I requested a physical copy, she became even angrier. Her condescending response was followed by more rudeness when I inquired about the details of my drinks. To make matters worse, my order consisted of two drinks, but I only received one. The manager on duty eventually brought me the second drink, but not before displaying another nasty attitude.

I have been coming to the Starbucks every month for the last 5 years when I travel on business. The girls here are great as they now know me by name. They know my drink and they make do a great job making it. they have the comfortable lounge chairs that you can sit and read the paper while you drink your coffee in the morning which I like. They keep it nice and clean and it has a great view of the morning sun coming up. I highly recommend visiting it

I just ordered a hot bacon and eggs breakfast sandwich with a cappuccino and use the drive-through down the road. I came to realize that my sandwich was frozen in the middle so I had to turn around and walk in the store making me late for work and wanted to switch for a croissant because I didn’t wanna eat that anymore since it was frozen and they were out of croissants. They only had chocolate croissants. I decided to just the sandwich I ordered and down the street I realize that my cappuccino was only filled halfway and cold, horrible experience.

Food was decent at best. Management really needs to check these employees (and whoever was manager on duty yesterday afternoon). Was rude to my mother and ignored us when we walked in and went to the front counter to order our food. Get a different job if you don't like it that much. Nobody told you to work in fast food. It's not hard to be respectful to people. Especially when they didn't do anything to you.

I asked for two low carb bacon Kings and specifically marked no ketchup. I can't have ketchup, I have an allergic reaction to sugar. The girls behind the counter were extremely nice, and we're on top of their job, I don't know what the MasterChef is doing back there though.

One of the most disgusting experiences I've ever had in my life. An over priced, horrible tasting meal. Took one bite and threw it in the trash. The driver disregarded instructions, though specific, and just threw the carryout bag in the yard outside my front door. Not only was it cold but it had a weird taste to it. The fries had left over,( I assume), onion rings mingled though I didn't order them. It was totally disgusting and for $20 (for a Jr. Whopper meal) I expected at least a half decent hamburger. I only ordered bc my husband was sick, normally I cook every night, so I thought I'd give myself a break but wow, what a mistake that was. I'll never, ever order or go to bk again. I honestly felt like someone had purposely spit on my meal. I have struggled with an eating disorder for years anyway, and this just fuels my fire. Good luck bk, you suck so badly even a person with an ed won't eat there.

Well I wasn't going to post about my early June experience here, but after my experience at rte 40 BK there seems to be a pattern that the customer doesn't matter once they've paid While here I spent $99 plus feeding 10 people. 3 of my children had chicken fries. They weren't given any sauce, when my daughter went up and asked she was told no unless she paid for them. $100 order, they forgot the sauces, then refused and tried charging us. The 2 managers on duty told me no and to take my business elsewhere. Now BK is 2 for 2 and I will take my business elsewhere. Fast food honestly isn't cheap or convenient anymore.

Great service! Ordered kids meal chicken nuggets, Jr Whopper w/cheese, double quarter lbs, fries, onion rings, and club salad. All of the food was to it's proper temperature and had good taste. The salad was the best I have ever received from BK. It is clean and the employees are nice and do a great job.

This McDonald's is much like many today. They have a lot of Door Dash service so it can be crazy with barely anyone in the place. This store was super clean, the people were friendly and accommodating. It's close to home so we often get food here.

This has to be the most dysfunctional, backwards managed McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. Came in to grab a sausage egg biscuit combo that I ordered via the McDonalds app. I waited at least 15-20 minutes for my mobile app order. I listen to an argument between an order lady and young guy about him wanting to take a break during the “busy” time. This argument was in both English and Spanish so I only caught half of the conversation. It was a hot mess so early in the morning. One of the employees gave me an orange juice for my wait time being so long.

Got a lemonade in drive thru - the bag cleary needed changed cause it was all water. I mentioned this to him and told me to pull up and they'd bring another out - instantly came out with another water. It takes a minute or so to change the bag I walked in trying to explain where the employee told me they had already changed it. Then came the truth yeah we don't have time youd have to wait 5 - 10 minutes cause we are busy right now if you want it right. I just left Don't care about the wait or the issue - lying to someone's face is the 1 star

I go here every now and then with my son for lunch. It's usually super clean because of the gentleman named Bobby who works there. He's always friendly and polite to me and my son.

I had points, so I ordered a spicy McChicken with no mayo, a McDouble, and six nuggets. I received my food after 23 minutes. The nuggets were ice cold at that point, the McDouble was just a regular cheeseburger with only one patty, and the McChicken was covered in mayonnaise. What an awful experience.

The afternoon/evening shift working on 9/20/25 were some of the rudest people I have ever met and I have met some horrific people in trucking. Not only are they incapable of getting a single order right, but they get mad at you like it’s your fault that they couldn’t understand the order screen. They made McDonald’s seem like rocket science. Every other order was coming back wrong and when we asked for our missing item, they brought us the wrong item yet again. They wouldn’t even remake the fries or nuggets after waiting for well over 30 minutes for everything. This location is a joke and needs either better training and/or better staff.

I went in looking for the boo bucket for my daughter and niece. They wanted them because they love Halloween. The lady at the register said that they had them but they weren’t allowed to handout specific ones. She said that if I ordered the happy meal she should be able to give me one. So I ordered two happy meals. The manager must have overheard her because he grabbed to happy meals and gave them to me. I was not there when they were busy either. Why is the manager so hateful that a four year old who was with me can’t have a miniature boo bucket?

Absolutely horrible! JUSTINE is a horrible manager and refuses to replace a nasty order of food that tasted bitter like old grease and had white grease on it ... Half filled fries that were lioe cardboard, a hard grease tasting fish filet and melted and watered down drinks and stuff missing... A burger made wrong for our kid and ahe said she would replace the order but then picked and chose what to replace even with our online receipt and wouldn't replace the burger without the paper receipt when we ordered online and we showed her! We live in a motel and our kids barley get to have fast food as we dont have much money left over then we try to surprise them And its inedible and mist was thrown out.mm they wouldn't answer and we had bi way to go back there.... So i talked to Justine the next day and ahe was supposed to replace the order.. then ju kids get excited and daddy comes back with a med fry, small fry snd two drinks.... For four kids? Out of $60 of food and she said bc it "appeared" everything was made right lol yet i told her it tasted horrible and she said bc it wasn't brought in for inspection..like was she gonna taste it and finger my food? Was i supposed to keep the nasty food all night and morning intil we could get a Ride in there? Never have i had such a hard fime getting my order fixed from a so called manager...

The quality of food is absolutely terrible. I drove into the drive thru and looked at the donut area and its webs everywhere. Also to add that the donut holes I had gotten were hard and dry and looked like they were left out over night. And my coffee had tasted like nothing but milk. A whole $10 down the drain. Oh I didn’t take a bite of the donut in the left corner it came like that 🤢.

Absolutely joke of a place. Not a single car in the Drive-Thru. Not a single person in the building. I come in to pick an order up that was supposed to be picked up at 4:15. My significant other and I always stop at this Dunkin every morning. We have no problems with the employees in the morning, but we decided to get a couple drinks and something to eat in the evening, around 7:30pm. When we pulled up, the lady on the speaker sounded like she was very unhappy or was mad that we were ordering. Not to mention, there was absolutely no one in the store or at the drive thru at this time. When we pulled up to the window, we gave her our money and when she gave us the change back, she aggressively threw the change in his hand. She handed us our drinks and after every time she aggressively said “HERE”. When she gave us the second drink, my significant other asked her if we could have her name and the number to corporate and she all of the sudden got very hostile with us, we didn’t even get to explain why we wanted it and she threw a temper tantrum. Not to mention, the two employees were not wearing their name tags as they should. She then proceeded to go back in and tell her other employee what was going on and the other lady came to the window and we tried to explain to her what was happening. She told us there was no manager we could speak to and then told us that they are not allowed to give customers the corporate number or give us their name. My significant other then went into the store after and tried to explain to them why we needed it, and the lady we had problems with was throwing things and trash all in the back. We were told to come back in the morning to talk to the manager. We will be contacting Corporate as we found the number online and will be explaining our very frustrating situation. That employee deserves to be fired and we felt very disrespected. The manager really needs to do better about hiring very unhappy people.

I'm a loyal Dunkin enthusiast and I love my coffee. This Dunkin is by far the worst I've been to. I've gone several times and they're still the worst. Their drinks are very, I mean very, weak tasting. I've even added, and paid for, extra shots of espresso just for the drinks to still be weak. They're seriously horrible. It's great service though, good Dunkin store, and a decent location. Just truly wish their coffee/espresso actually tasted like coffee and espresso instead of milk and water.

Okay I come to this Dunkin everyday I have for years now, this past year the coworkers here act like they hate their job so much, they have an attitude when I come through and order , a lot of the times I can’t even order food because they claim their ovens are down. Today July 14th at about 1:25 pm i come through and I order my drinks for me and my grandkids and some food. We are waiting for a good while I understand that they are busy it’s not a big deal for that. But while I’m waiting in the drive thru the lady who’s cashing everyone out at the window her back is turned towards me she puts her hand down her pants and digs in there, and then turns and hands me the drinks and food with the same hand. Why??? That’s so disgusting… she was a nice lady but that was very gross.

The staff was great if you do not include who I assume was the owner. I got the vibe that she was annoyed at me just being at the counter, very impolite attitude.

Probably the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. No one else in the store yet my simple drink took 15 minutes. Woman with mask working was rude and seemed miserable.

We stopped by McDonald’s and had a good experience overall. The service was quick, and the food was consistent with what you’d expect. We tried their classics along with some vegetarian options, which were nice to see on the menu. The fries were hot and crispy, and the coffee were refreshing. The place was clean, with plenty of seating, and the staff handled the crowd well. Prices are reasonable for a quick meal, and it’s a reliable option when you’re on the go. Overall, McDonald’s delivered exactly what we wanted quick, tasty, and satisfying food.

To the manager with the long lashes, as soon as I walked in you looked me up and down and gave me the dirtiest look, didn’t even say hello or were welcoming. You were taking to your friend and looked annoyed because I interrupted you. You said “what do you want” and all I said was I was missing all the fries from my order. You proceeded to say “what was your order anyway” in a rude tone and before I could even respond you said “don’t even explain yourself just say what you’re missing because it’s too much information” I was SHOCKED that you would speak to a customer like that. I was quiet for like 5 seconds trying to not lose my mind thinking what to say next and I said “well i’m sorry, every time i come here you all always forget to give me my complete order” and you annoyingly said “WELL WE’RE SHORT STAFFED” and while I understand that’s a reasonable answer there was no need for you to be rude to me from the moment I walked in. Every time I order something from this McDonald’s they ALWAYS forget to give me my complete order. I have to come back every time for missing items. The drive thru wait line is always a long wait even if the place is empty. Is there a way to contact the owner of this particular McDonald’s? Because he should know how rude his manager is. Mind you I didn’t even have an attitude when I walked in but you decided to be rude to me from the moment you saw me. The only person who was nice was Gabby so thank you Gabby for being kind.

Food is great, service is awesome (no matter who's working, they're always friendly), but no matter how many times I come here, I have to pull out of the drive thru line and wait in one of those parking spots for 10 minutes for my food while I watch people who arrived at the drive thru behind me drive off with their orders, SMH. This would be a 5-star review if this location wasn't so consistently slow.

Not clean, cold food, lousy fries. Charged. 50c x 2 for a few shreds of lettuce on a burger, and .40c each for 2 cups of water. Will never set foot in this McD again. Hope they feel good about ripping me off for $1.80.

Looks like it was renovated recently, and the play area was removed to create a "Training Area," whatever that is used for. Food was passable (it's McD's, I wasn't expecting anything groundbreaking, but it was just okay), but I had to go back to swap one kids toy because I asked for a toddler toy and was given a regular one. When I asked about it, the employee looked at me like I was crazy for wanting the book (the toddler toy option) over a Tiny Tan action figure for my 1 year old. 😒 They also didn't have any ice in the whole restaurant while we were there.

Staff were absolutely rude. Manager probably got her management certification off the back of a cereal box. Specifically ordered Well Done fries. Waited and waited and waited only to he handed a half empty container of limp, soft and room temperature fries. When I walked in to ask for them to be cooked longer and made well done the manager said they are not allowed to overcook fries even if requested and that well done now just means made fresh. Not cooked longer. Then took my fries and walked away without saying anything else.

Free Range has the best smoothie bowls around among other items. The shop is so warm and inviting. They have plenty of seating inside and some outside, too. Free Range offers online ordering. Making for a seamless pickup at their drive-thru window. They offer monthly specialty bowls. This month is the Superfood Strawberry Dreamsicle. We got that as a smoothie bowl and a smoothie. It was absolutely delicious. We ordered the PB Power Oats. They are so good and filling. If you are looking for fresh and real food, this place is on point.

Their burritos and their smoothie bowls are amazinggggg. It’s a cute, environmentally friendly atmosphere. I love all the fresh ingredients. This place is deliciously amazingggg. They also have us this cute little peanut butter cup for our dog! And she loved it. It had a treat in the middle.

I always enjoy the food. The flavors are bright and healthy. I gave Free Range 4 stars due pricing. I bought my daughter a PBJ recently and didn't realize that it was just a sandwich. Spending $5 for a cut out from a normal slice of bread and no sides wasn't enough. I would suggest serving it with a bag of chips or apple slices. It was overpriced for a kids choice. I wish it were a meal. Adding a bag of chips to any of the sandwiches would make such a difference!

Very nice surprise. The food selection was great. Plenty to choose for all appetites. The shrimp was perfectly seasoned. Portions were large. The juice selections were nice. Clean. Helpful staff. Quick service. Very economical friendly.

Great options. I recommend the smoothie bowls and yogurt parfaits. The girls are friendly. The wraps are a bit expensive for what you get and the couches a little dusty. But other than that, great hangout spot and healthy food.

My family stopped by this amazing restaurant on our way to my niece’s graduation. The food and the atmosphere were equally impressive! We follow a vegan eating plan and many restaurants are not open for breakfast. The restaurant was only a few miles off of our route and was well worth the deviation. Recommend highly!

Excellent place. The vegetarian options were vast. The customer service from top to bottom was phenomenal. From the time you order to the time you receive your food, you know you’re in good hands. Their salads are delicious. No matter which one you pick, you can’t go wrong. There mock chicken or whatever they call it is a great meat substitute. Their mac & cheese is kind of gross, but others seem to love it so I’m not gonna knock off any stars for that. Feel free to go.

Stopped in after 9pm. Couldn't tell you how the food was because the lobby was closed, curbside was not allowed, and the drive through line was massive. The store was open as lights were on and employees could be seen inside. Waited ten minutes in the drive through to be met with silence when I got to the speaker. The car in the other lane was not ordering either. I yelled in the mic multiple times with a "hello" in case there was a technical problem. The other car drove off without getting anything and I did too. Had to cancel the order in my app and now wait for the money to be returned. Contacted customer support just to be told about the processing time for my money. That's not the issue. Was already told about processing time when I cancelled. My time wasted is the issue. Can you give me back my time?

Worst food I've ever had to wait on!! The food next door at the closed Sunoco station would have been better! This place rates a 0⃣ Those fries had to have been made 12 hours before I got them. And the sandwich, well I think that Pic says it all.

The fries were cold. There were barely any fries. The bun of the cheese burger was hard. The cheese was hard and not melted. The drive through was slow we were waiting for about a good 20 minutes. There was a finger nail in the food. The Dr. Pepper tasted like it was spite.

These employees are ridiculous overnight. The drive-thru employees are always taking forever (about 1 hour late). We pull up to the window and miss girl is on her phone texting, doing nothing. I'm in awe of how this place is still running because this seems to happen every time I try to get lunch from them on my work break. Never again.

The burger bun was hard and I had to throw it out because it did not look edible. The only thing that I could really eat were the fries but there were barely any and there were cold. And I had to weigh in the drive through for a good 15-20 minutes.

I stopped while traveling to get breakfast for my family. Me and 4 children stood at the front counter for at least 10 minutes and no one ever acknowledged our presence. Another couple came in and followed us right out the door and gave us directions to another place to eat.

I come here regularly overnight after work. Sometimes the line is quite long, but they’re the only 24/7 location around here. Always great food and service, haven’t had any missing items to date. 10/10

Very good coffee. Not a cold coffee person, but I decided to try their Americola. WOW. It was soooooo delicious. I decided to add a little cream and it just was so so amazing. I also ordered a drip; it was their 12 lb blend (?) . Very nice and bright. Friendly staff and gave me great recommendations for thrift stores in the area. Light, airy atmosphere. I will DEFINITELY be back. I was worried about parking, but there is so much street parking. I'm sure it gets filled up on the weekdays though. But yes. I definitely recommend. Please come here :)

We had a great experience here and great lattes! We ordered the vanilla latte and a honey graham latte both of which came out very fast. They have a good selection of beans and fun merch. Definitely will be coming back if we pass through Hagerstown again!!

Very nice coffee shop with indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of drink options with seasonal options also available. All pastries are homemade and gluten free. The BEST pumpkin muffin ever and the pop-tarts are all amazing. They sell out of them quickly.

Beware of this place. I watched a young girl working there take my debit card & receipt to the back of the establishment and I had to send someone else to the back to get her. When she came back to the front, her colleague gave me the card with no receipt. Mind you, her excuse was she had to go get my receipt from the back when I saw her walk with both my receipt and debit card to the back of the establishment. I’ve already locked my card and ordering a new one. Can’t even pick up food in peace.

Listen, I understand it's a McDonald's. I don't expect five star service necessarily. But I definitely didn't expect service this bad. I arrived on a Saturday morning and tried to order on the app. The app said this restaurant was not accepting orders. Ok weird. I pull around to the second lane since there is a car in the first. I sit. And sit. Finally, the car in the first line pulls around, and I hear a voice asking for my order. She is asking in the wrong speaker. She tells me she can hardly hear me and I told her that she's in the wrong speaker. She says oh… That's the problem… And proceeds to take two or three minutes and still doesn't come onto my speaker. By now there's a new car in the first lane, and she starts taking his order. I'm getting frustrated and start to pull away when finally someone comes on to take my order. I proceed to sit in the line waiting to pay and get my food for over 20 minutes. The line is so slow that at one point, someone who has already ordered literally pulls away. Other people that are in line to order pull away. If I had been in any rush, there's no way I could've stayed for my food. There was no apology. No addressing of the issue. I will not be returning to this location in the future

they don't fill the fries. might as well have saved some money and gotten a medium. they let the nuggets spill in the bag. worst of all, they didn't even get my girlfriend's burger correct so she spend more time scraping stuff off than actually eating. the food was fast and warm just disappointing

Very disappointed as I eat on the go with work. 25 minutes in a drive thru line!! Than I use a buy one get one for a dollar breakfast sandwich and was told I can’t use it because she couldn’t get it to work. Than 5 minutes more to get to the window to pay. I get my food and she was questionable about what she handed me. I looked in bag and my sandwiches were like not wrapped. The wrap was laying in them!!! I tell her and she said she literally just put them in the bag and attitude she had. She asked what I wanted her to do, I said well they are usually wrapped. She shut the window on me. Very disappointed

Placed a mobile order 20 minutes in advance at 10:19AM and it would ONLY let me order breakfast items, turns out when I get there at 10:28, there’s a drive through line that took till 10:35 to get to the speaker, when I get there I’m told since it’s past 10:30 they can’t make breakfast things and I have to cancel the order which will take multiple business days to get refunded. I’m robbed of both my time and my money, I don’t have the time to go anywhere else before work. Worst service ever just go to the one on Mauginsville road. In prior experiences the food in this one is always subpar anyways.

After ordering on the app and hitting already here. This McDonalds on 170 Northern claimed they never made my order because I wasn't there to pick it up, which is the whole point of ordering ahead of time. However when I walked in I heard the manager April telling one of her employees to get rid of the order because I wasnt there all though I was standing at the register. The manager was highly unprofessional. Chewing loudly and smacking her gum as she rudely told me they never started my order although I heard her tell the worker to toss it and my hashbrowns were still on the fryer. There is no point in ordering on the app and paying ahead of time if my food isn’t gonna be prepared until I get there . I made as well use the Drive-Thru. This location is terrible and the app is useless

Been to this establishment A good couple of times so far for me, they’ve been great foods been fresh. particularly because I’ve asked the fries to be fresh service is fair and ok . crew members seems to be well-trained even while most are Spanish-speaking but I'm am Spanish my self so 😊 i don’t mind ofc.

Stopped by around 7:50AM for breakfast and ordered an oatmeal and what I received was oatmeal soup. Shameful because there were only two cars in the drive-thru, including me, and only one vehicle in the parking lot. This isn't the first time I've received poor quality from this specific location. Just, why would you serve something like that?

My friend and I come to this McDonald's location regularly (Once or twice WEEKLY) and it never fails to disappoint us. Every time we come to eat our order is wrong, incorrectly distributed, or the establishment is filthy. The Bathrooms are almost never available, our food frequently comes to us cold/incorrect, they're almost always short-staffed, and it takes forever to get help from an employee. The issue of the day today was ordering. We ordered at a Kiosk (which doesn't print receipts because they haven't refilled it with paper in almost 2 months) and chose to dine-in. Our food was put on a tray, and then left at the pickup counter for almost 10 minutes before anyone called us, and we didn't receive our drinks until I was able to flag down an employee another 5 minutes later. The tables were also less than sanitary. If another location were within walking distance, I'd take my money there.

I go through drive through. No one talks, no big deal. I get my medium caramel frappe and it doesn't have whipped cream or caramel. They just hand it to me and dnt say anything. After asking twice about it, they say they dnt have it. Halfway defeats the purpose.

I shouldn't be so hard on Mc but it's probably because of the area. Nevertheless the drive-thru line did not move the entire time I was here. I went in to go get something to eat and the person before me had pissed on the floor in front of the counter. Which delayed everybody ordering their food because they had to clean that up. I'm just no way in hell I'm going back to a McDonald's that's close to the Geto. Walked out without eating.

Dare chicken is the absolute worst. If you’re getting that Deluxe or regular chicken sandwich you’re either going to have it extremely hard or just one with barely any meat on it and just straight crisp the sandwich itself be bad. The chicken nuggets at times be dry and over cooked. Their fries are always cold during time 4pm-6pm. The only times that I have gotten fresh warm or hot fries are in the morning hours and lunch. Avoid getting dinner from this location. was you go somewhere else for dinner if you don’t feel like cooking.

Today I was here with my sons for my free donuts they have the poster up. And cashier tell me that is over. When the poster is up ??? It doesn’t make any sense.

The employees are nice but I wish they would listen to orders better, multiple times i was there my order was messed up, nothing big like I order a Vanilla Ice Coffee and they skip the vanilla, or I order a Hot Vanilla Cappuccino but I receive a just hot coffee in a cup with Vanilla in it as in no espresso and no foam, no sign of a Cappuccino inside. In the end my one complaint about this place is that employees have a tendency to not listen to orders carefully a make sure they get it right.

This location is normally very good however I was very upset this morning that our donuts were upside down in the bag. Who would think it acceptable to put icing donuts upside down so they stick to the bag? What a absolute mess this was…

They close the doors 2 hours before the closing time. The staff is extremely rude and incompetent. They have zero intention of serving customers. Even though I’m underage, I could smell weed in the dine-in area the last time I came. I had no idea that Dunkin Donuts would hire employees who would smoke weed in a family restaurant. I am attaching a photo of an employee who closed the door when I arrived with my family. And it is not the first time it has happened.

Food is usually burnt when I come to this location. I typically pull up with a mobile order and they never understand my name..

The food here I am always pleased with. The workers here are always polite and the food can be made to order or you can get it from the hot bar. Highly recommend 👌🏽

Open on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, this place has some of The Best food available for a reasonable price in the Hagerstown area. Definitely worth your time to stop here.

The western omelet was pretty good but be careful of anything with cheese sauce. The Haystack was over 50% cheese whiz poured on the plate. Hard to find the sausage or anything else under all of that cheese. Most of it got thrown away.

It was a enjoyable day. Lots of very good food to select. Good selection from the bakery. They have a good salad bar a wonderful selection of fudge. There are so many more wonderful things such as produce, things for your dog, spices for cooking and deli. So many more things to buy. Service is polite and spot on. Very friendly and helpful. Clean and everything is lade out nice. We will be back.

Its an Amish market with 5 or 6 food vinders. They sell fresh cut meats to fully cooked steaks and hamburgers or what ever u want from the hog, beef, chicken,duck and Turkey. If u like rabbit it also can be found there.

Waited at the second window for 10 minutes before getting my food. Then I take a bite out of the sandwich and see a hair sticking out. This is absolutely disgusting. This is why restaurants should require employees to wear hairnets. I don't understand why they don't when they are handling food. Everyone's hair falls out, lands on their shirt and then falls off eventually. Looks like this person's hair just so happened to land in my sandwich. I know it's just fast food but come on, had I not looked down at the sandwich I would've taken another bite and had someones hair in my mouth. I feel disgusted!

This establishment is in such a prime area to get a lot of business. But they they can not perform when it comes down to it. If you go through drive-through, wait time very between 5-15 minutes while dealing with rude employees. If you take your business inside, you will hear a lot of cussing and carrying on from the kitchen area. You are better off going directly to the self-serve kiosk because you will always stand at the register and wait until they make time for you, which may exceed 10 minutes. All in all, this is on my tip 3 no go for McDonald's in the area. Again, it is a shame that a fast food place that should constantly be busy due to location has the worst customer service.

Had to wait 30 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and fries. Wait, what; oh the manager is outside smoking while the dining rooms and bathrooms are dirty. Good thing I brought a salad for me to consume. I wouldn't eat there. Finally when the manager came back in my friend got their meal and soon after that the same manager left the place in disarray and didn't even bother to hand over a clean restaurant to the incoming manager. Trash not taken out, dining room not cleaned, and bathrooms not checked. - just imagine how the kitchen was. Mr. Yuck anyone? As a former restaurant manager, I would NEVER leave and turn over such a disgusting shift without doing my part to set up the next manager with a clean and friendly atmosphere. I'm sorry but this guy is ruining your reputation. Again, Eat at your own discretion. I recommend you stay away.

I recently got a job close to this McD’s. I tend to hit up this McD’s at least once a week. I’m not good at packing my lunch.. lol!! But every time I go to pick up my food on the drive thru they are so professional, positive, polite and fast!!! It’s been a LONG time since I’ve been to fast food place where you can tell the manager is working with the staff to make sure they are providing the service they should. They don’t act like oh we’re a McD’s so let’s act like we are just some fast food place. Management takes the job seriously!! And it shows either the staff. First time i was there I went in to pick up my food and that’s when I noticed this. And thought wow, I haven’t seen that type of service since when I worked fast food at a new BK back in 1998. This last time I went, I got the $5 meal deal. And my coworker got 10 piece nugget meal. And let me tell you, both of us couldn’t believe how fresh the nuggets tasted!!! This McD’s is in a high traffic area, it you would never know it with how fast and pleasant of an experience I have every time. Great job management!!!! I will say, I only place my order online, and I only go at lunch time during the week. The only negative, and not even that big of a deal is sometimes the staff is hard to understand. But not to the point that I have no clue what they are saying. I feel terrible even bringing it up because the positives far outweigh this little issue.

Melissa is the manager for this establishment and has horrible customer service attitude. She was very rude as we were getting our food and we were missing an item and I gave my receipt as proof and she got upset with me for pointing it out. Then I watched her scream at her employees for missing the item and got extremely uncomfortable. I feel bad for the employees there except Melissa the manager. From now on i’ll be going to a different location!

This place is disgusting. All of the tables are dirty because they don't wipe them down. Then they don't have any napkins available for you to even wipe them down yourself. Had to stand at the counter and be ignored for over 5 minutes just to ask for napkins to do their jobs for them. I guess what they save on napkins by not having them readily available is worth losing customers to their filth, because I definitely won't be coming back here.

These people ignored my grandson for almost 5 minutes then i went in. Shameful workers with smart mouths! It's where 16 year old employee can have her boyfriend & 5 other guys hang out while she works & the manager does nothing! This girl cussed at me & said she was gonna get her momma to punch me in the face...manager was there. The manager said corporate won't do anything no matter what is being done there. Plus the employee had her shirt up & hands up her shirt while working for her boyfriend! Her boyfriend started threatening me & his friend told him to leave it alone but kept it up. It's all on camera. They shut down the drive thru again today & made everyone come in. It's a terrible McDonald's! I left my drink on the counter because I'm sure something was done to it! Don't trust this McDonald's. I also have pictures. This is the 3rd time I was there in 10 days & one night had to go back after food they forgot. I tried to call them & the phone was temporarily disconnected! Corporate needs to fix this!! Oh so much more to this! This is when I left & the manager was right there. Awful

I got a simple iced coffee with LESS ICE and 2 cream. What do I get? A cup FULL of ice and a splash of coffee topped off with a disgusting amount of cream. Thank you for charging so much money to always get the order wrong...

I come here constantly and order a large caramel craze with oatmilk this morning my app changed it to whole milk without me realizing I tell them before I wvsn put the straw in and she tells me you can order another our owner doesn’t allow us to remake them for free

The family that owns the Dunkin donut franchise believes in making their own donuts and the results are obvious. These are the best donuts for a Dunkin donuts anywhere in Maryland. They make them fresh every day. Most Dunkin donuts these days by them from corporate Frozen and then they bake them. These guys make their own donuts. The coffee's great also. I highly recommend it

Not a bad location, definitely in need of a remodel and exterior uplift. The inside is configured poorly so it was a little hard to find the pick up window for online order. The inside is a shared space with Baskin Robins. Drink came out pretty good overall

Took 7 minutes to get my mobile order and they messed up my order. Ordered two breakfast meals and both were wrong. Had to drive back because we couldn’t eat the food.

My wife loves them . They are super fast and coffee is always good she never complains at least about the coffee.

They offer a nice variety of coffee and drinks — I tried the chai tea latte and a bagel, which were both delicious. I also noticed they carry pet products, which was such a charming touch, and they’re pet friendly, which makes it even better! The staff seemed to be the younger weekend crew — they did their jobs well but weren’t overly friendly. I’m hoping the weekday team brings a little more warmth to the customer experience. Overall, it’s a great local café worth visiting, especially if you’re looking for a relaxing spot with great coffee and Sunday hours.

Their coffee is fantastic. Abigail and staff were very knowledgeable of the coffees available. They took the time to explain various roasts. Their Chaga was excellent. We will try Their food next time. We will definitely be back. Oh and River Bottom is DOG FRIENDLY!! Thank you ladies!! EDIT**** We went back to try their food - we had River Bottom.Roasters take on Bagel and lox. Although different from other I've tried their was very good.the bagel was soft ingredients based fresh and service was fantastic!!

River Bottom Roasters I discovered this coffee shop through Google Maps, and as a big fan of both iced and hot coffee, I had to give it a try. Coffee motivates me and fuels my creativity, especially when I’m traveling as a filmmaker it’s like therapy for me. Now, for the review! I tried the Chagaccino, and I was really impressed. It was delicious! The place has a great vibe cozy and welcoming. The service was friendly, and the staff made customers feel genuinely happy.

This has got to be the best cold brew in Maryland! I added vanilla cold foam and it is ahhhmazing. The customer service is top notch- the woman preparing my son’s bagel knew it was to go and offered to cut it into more manageable pieces for on the go eating- I really appreciated her thoughtfulness. We also had the chicken salad sandwich and I thought it was excellent. I wish there was a second location in Frederick so I could visit weekly. They also have a great selection of local lemonades, flavored salts, and chocolate and strawberry milk from a dairy down the road!

I got a chai latte, it was spicy and favorable but a bit watery. The place was spacious and nice.

We ordered a latte and it was the best latte out of the 47 states I have traveled in the last 3 years. Thanks guys made my day ❤️

The coffee was only okay, served very hot. Staff is friendly but a little unorganized. We were told coffee was brewing which turned out not to be the case. We paid for a scone but had to ask for it. Fun, industrial space with a modern feel. Plenty of free parking.

I’ve been a regular here for a while and truly love their smoothies. We usually come once, sometimes even twice a week. But today was just not it. When we walked in, two girls were at the front: one was making smoothies while the other was just chatting with someone who seemed to be her boyfriend or friend. We waited for about 10 minutes without being acknowledged. After finishing her conversation, the girl walked right past us without a word and went to the back. Eventually, another girl came out. no greeting, nothing, just took out her AirPods and stood there looking at us. I gave her my order, and when she was done taking the order she just put her AirPods back in and went to the back. While waiting, we noticed the girl making smoothies ran out of açaí. Instead of getting more, she added extra water to the mix. When we got to the car and tried them, they tasted more like water than anything else, barely any flavor. We went back in and asked for a refund, but were told they don’t do refunds. They offered to remake them, but there was a line forming and they looked rushed, so we declined. We then asked for a gift card instead and were told they don’t do those either. At that point, we gave the smoothies back since we weren’t going to drink something that wasn’t good. We asked to speak to a manager, but were told there wasn’t one available. When we asked for the manager’s name to follow up, they refused to give it. We also asked the name of the employee we were speaking with, and she wouldn’t give us that either. Saying she wasn’t allowed. It was incredibly frustrating to go back and forth over something so simple. I’ve always enjoyed coming here, but after this experience, I won’t be returning.

I first was to say thank you for such a better choice for food on the healthy note. Love the company and everything it stands for. I have to make a complaint about the location in hagerstown MD. You currently offer the Ohana smoothie for limited I believe. I have to drive about 35 minutes to your location cause there hasn't been one opened in my area yet. It is advertised in your store for a kid size 5.99 and a bigger size for 7.99. I wanted a large one, figured like all your smoothies I would love it. The cashier said she couldn't do it because they weren't making the large ones. She then proceeded to say we can make 2 small ones. I know they weren't out of cups, it was just an inconvenience for me to have to purchase 2 items which would cost more than 1 cup. I think the large size should have been covered up, if you chose not to sell it. Gas isn't cheap and someday's i have to treat tropical smoothie as a luxury snack instead of it just being a better choice for me. Thank you for taking time

Food is great but smoothies are the freshest flavors. In love with the new Watermelon mojito (summer sensation) although the Detox Island green is my fav!

Awesome place to get a great refreshing drink and bite to eat. The menu has something for everyone's taste buds. Molka recommended some of her favorites and handled our ordered perfectly. I ordered the Blimey Limey (strawberries, pineapple, oj & lime) and my daughter ordered The Mocha Madness (1 of Molkas favorite drinks of chocolate, coffee, cappuccino & non-fat yogurt) and they both were very tasty and yummy. Definitely going to stop in again. Go by and ask for Molka and grab a great drink and bite to eat. You will not be disappointed.

Grabbed a quick snack with my fiancé while waiting for the bus. They have Great music, its clean & they have great service. 10/10 recommend! I'll definitely be back to try more stuff.

The smoothies are good but the employees are way too rude and the prices are way too high to justify me ever coming back. You walk into an empty store and 4 miserable employees glare at you silently like they want you to turn around and walk back out the door. Then they charge you almost 10 dollars and the machine prompts you to tip 15%? Then they hand you the smoothie and you say “thank you” and they turn around and ignore you? Bye

Great service, refreshing smoothies, and in love with the Breakfast menu. This is my new to go place for a quick bite to eat and healthy smoothies.

This place sucks. The lady that's working today has a nasty attitude. I understand theirs only two of you but it's not the customers fault. Secondly she's making orders and not even acknowledging customers or even calling the order number. How are we supposed to know that our order are ready. Making the orders and just leaving it on the counter with no words letting customers know that their orders are ready is really terrible customers service. You expect customers to just go and start grabbing orders of the counters. What if someone grabs something that's not theirs or probably didn't even order and just go and grabs one. That lady needs to fix her attitude. I asked the one guy why they don't call out orders to let people know. His response was they don't do that but than proceed to call out order 5 minutes later for a customer. I'm guessing I wasn't the right skin tone for him to care!

This is the second day in a row they got my drink wrong. They do not know how to follow the tickets. I always order an iced caramel craze latte with oat milk and no whip cream. Due to me being lactose intolerant. Yesterday they make my drink with the whip cream even though the ticket said no whip cream. Today they made it with no whip cream but didn’t add the cinnamon sugar. The ticket literally says to add cinnamon sugar. The only good thing was they did correct both drinks but they give me attitude when I tell them they made the drink wrong. It’s not my fault you guys can’t read the tickets properly, I shouldn’t be getting attitude for your continued mistakes. This is the only Dunkin that can’t seem to get my drink right. The most frustrating part is this wouldn’t happen if they would just read the ticket or screen in front of them. It literally tells them what to put in the drink.

The manager in the morning is the best worker they have. She knows my order and always makes my coffee the right way. I highly recommend the Nitro Cold Brew!!

It's an in and out coffee and donut shop. I ordered coffee with cream and sugar and avocado toast. They forgot the sugar the avocado toast had hardly any everything sprinkles. However all the staff at the drive thru and inside were very happy and friendly. Even though they were extremely busy the wait was not long!

Solid Dunkin' spot located inside of the Walmart on Garland Groh. The only pain is having to park and walk inside for to-go order but the quality is there and it was a good experience! All Dunkin's in Hagerstown hit

I should have gotten the names of the staffs. The young lady in the morning was very patient and professional. Assisted me with my order of a donut for my younger son and an iced coffee. After my son finished his donut, we went back to Walmart to shop for toys. Before we left, we went back to get hash browns for my other son. I specifically told the cashier (a middle aged man) that if the staff handling the hash browns can change to a new pair of gloves due to allergies, he replied saying she is already wearing gloves. I told him it's because of food allergies, I need a new pair. He ignored me after I paid and went on with the next customer without telling the staff handling the food. I waited on the side and the staff asked if I wanted both orders in the same bag. I saw that she was handling croissants and preparing the bag, so I asked if she can change to new gloves due to allergies. She looked annoyed without a response and just changed her gloves and the put the hash browns in the same bag that is already contaminated. I could have asked for new hash browns to be prepared as the hash browns were already handled by the same pair of contaminated gloves before I told her to change. I also wanted ketchup but the staff already turned around to prepare other customer's food. So I went back to the cashier and asked if I can have some ketchup. He replied 'why do you ask me, go ask her!', and then ignored me again. I waited and waited and decided to leave without getting any ketchup. My other son was never able to eat the hash browns due to cross contamination and we never got ketchup for the order due to poor customer service. The store even has a sign saying please inform staff of any allergies. Why bother posting it if you don't know what allergies are and what cross contaminations are. Please train the staff!

They definitely helped me get what I needed and turned me onto some new energy refreshers.
