Have been to New Buffalo twice so far this summer, and been to Rosie's both times. Great food, great prices, great service. Nice low key Mom & Pop.

Food was great. Nice sized portions! Our server was friendly even while being very busy. I had the Hungry Jack with a 1/2 order of B&G. The B&G was a tad salty, but not a deal breaker. This place was full of locals, and had a very local feel. Other than our server though, there wasn't exactly a very inviting feel. I'd imagine summertime would be a different atmosphere with many more tourists stopping in.

This place has the best coffee ever!!! I’m not a coffee drinker but I guess I’ll be joining the club now. It was the best I’ve ever had. I went with 2 more friends from Chicago and they also both said this coffee tastes so different and smooth. Vivian was really pleasant and made us fill like home. While we were waiting for our order she gave us some cinnamon that was so fresh made and delicious. THANK YOU!!!

Very nice place with delicious food but The portions are quite small for the price, but everything is good and tasty. Be prepared to be surprised by the wait times during peak hours. You order your food at the cash register first, and then wait for a table. This is quite strange and causes a lot of chaos. I don't know why the owners stick to this system. It's worth to mention that they have delicious pastry

We went in on a whim about an hour before they closed on a Saturday afternoon. The cake donuts were FANTASTIC! I wish we had bought more! Lol But, we also wanted to try the State of Michigan shaped cookies(one sugar and one ginger molasses) and a jumbo toffee cookie. Here are my humble opinions on each: Sugar Cookie - baked perfectly, soft, but didn't taste like real butter was used. I'm spoiled on my own homemade sugar cookies. Ginger Molasses - also perfectly baked and soft, but not spicy enough for me. I wanted more ginger and more molasses flavor. Both cookies - being part Yooper, I'm sad that da UP is missing, eh. 😉 Jumbo Toffee - the white chocolate chips inside take away from the toffee flavor. Plus, I've never really been a fan of white chocolate. Cake donuts - phenomenal in every way, and I want more already. 😁 Their hours of operation are limited, so be sure to check if they're open before going. We will definitely be back, thank you!

This is an insanely good country bakery food experience. While it may seem crowded, the staff keeps things organized, yet you still feel like you're getting a personal experience. The bread and pasteries are all fresh and top-rate. Our breakfast was so good we came a second straight day, enjoying the quiche (OMG), carrot cake waffle and other indulgences. Friendly service and pleasant seating both inside and outside. Definitely a highlight of our trip.

The salted toffee cookie is amazing. It was one of my favorite things to look forward to when visiting the area. However this year the service has not been nice. Earlier in the summer the cashier taking orders for dining room like 15 minutes to take an order from people in front of of us when it was jam packed. Revisited in Aug 24th. Not busy at all. My friend requested a box as she ordered multiple things and we were traveling. Employee, larger woman with multi colored hair scarf, literally rolled her eyes at her. Then the same cashier who took forever taking someones order before, says to my friend are you done with your order? I need to ring these people up. WHAT? Absolutely rude. Yeah it's busy there, I get it but I think it's been that way for years. So if you can handle the heat get out of the bakery. I don't know if I can go back after being treated poorly.

I rarely review food because my standards are high. This place knocks it or off the park. Swedish pancakes with a giant dollop of butter. Thick bacon perfectly cooked. Anything from the bakery is out of sight. That’s hard to accomplish. Usually places are ‘known for their ___’. Known for everything is great here.

Wow such good pastries!! The chocolate chip cookie was amazing. I got two. The plain croissant was AMAZING. I wanted to go back but they were closed the days we were in Michigan. The workers were friendly and patient for us to order. Can’t wait to come back.

We have eaten here about four or five times and it’s always good. Two of us split a wet steak burrito and it was plenty of food. Not fancy, just good Mexican food served from a window to take home or eat outside. Loved the really tall bottles of coke. Great cheap eats. If there is a huge line outside, maybe on a summer holiday, they will can overwhelmed and it can be a long wait.

Man these tacos are so good!!!🔥🔥 Crispy tortillas & tender steak and green salsa adds a nice slap too it!!! 🔥 Horchata is good too! I’m from Chicago so I know! 😂 I’m definitely eating here again when I’m back! 💪🏽

Okay so I have been Coast to Coast border to border, I've had really good tacos in Texas and comparing this to that is simply not fair. I got a quesadilla (loaded) and chips and salsa (no drink) (chips and salsa we're both separate charges) Is it true Tex-Mex / Mexican , yes Does it have plenty of flavor, yes Was a great value for what I paid, kinda... Okay just a couple of personal gripes / feed back. I'm disappointed that there's no like combo where you get like a meal item with chips and salsa for like an extra $4 together. Yes it was a little high I felt for the price.. I'm not going to knock them because everybody's got to make money to live. Would I go back if I'm in the area yes!

Passing thru, otw home from Milwaukee.. tried the chicken tacos w/hot salsa. Very tasty with good, authentic flavor. Hot salsa was actually hot & tasted fresh. The pico on the tacos was fresh as well! Wish their parking lot was bigger to experience the outdoor eating area. Overall, very good & will keep this place in mind when driving thru again.

Busy and popular place, food is delicious, simple and authentic. I got the beans and rice soft tacos. The staff are awesome and hard working. They have the real coca cola in glass bottles with real sugar :)

The food here was soooo amazing! We met our daughter here halfway between Chicago & Grand Rapids…thinking about visiting anyway! We even had enough leftovers for another meal at home. We had the tacos and also the wet burrito. Bonus was we could bring our lovely dog Coco to share the time with us outside at a picnic table.

We arrived at Pizza Trasit. After Indiana's victory over Oregon. The atmosphere is always good. Food always great. Nikki our waitress and the other staff did a wonderful job. I would leave 6 stars for service,but...Nikki politely declined our tempting offer of punching our friend in the face for an extra $50 in tips.

If not, you can just read about it below. Good pizza with a side of attitude is what we got tonight. We ordered online with a pick up time of 6:46. We arrived at 6:45. I gave the girl at the register my name, she told the pizza cook, I was there. Pizza cook got an attitude and made a comment about us being early. We were only 1 minute early, according to my email. No big deal, we can wait. There were a few other people also waiting and sitting on the couch, and they had a few open tables so we sat at the table nearest the counter. I saw nothing on the table indicating that we weren't allowed to sit and wait. Pizza cook then made another nasty comment to the girl about me sitting where it says not to sit, so the girl asked me to move. We stand to wait for our pizza. In the mean time, a pizza order comes out for someone else and he sits the pizza on the table so he can put them in his door dash bag. Pizza cook, still with an attitude, tells the girl to make sure she washes the table, he only sat a box on it that came from her kitchen. A while later our order is brought out, and wanting to check it's accuracy, I sat it on the table (there is no other place) and I hear pizza cook in the back say "this b (female dog) needs to get out of my restaurant" the counter girl says "Who?" and she said "Candy, the girl who just got her order". I'm not usually one to say anything, and I don't mind the extra 15 minute wait but you better believe I spoke up. I don't know this lady and I did nothing wrong. I arrived 1 minute early for my pizza, and sat at a table that I did not see any signs saying not to sit at. To call me names was completely out of line and unprofessional. She should not be working in any service industry. Unfortunately, I won't be driving from Stevensville to get pizza again, no matter how good the pizza is.

This is great pizza here. High quality ingredients. Great staff. Pizza of the month gets wild but never disappoints. Rode the motorcycle today. Needed a small take out box. It was a snug fit but the pie made it home unscathed

Lovely people, creative fun choices, lovely downtown spot, delicious high quality pizza. They have their heart in their work. The vampire slayer pizza was definitely one of the best pizzas I have EVER had.

I order from here often, I rarely go in (I just don't have the time) on the few times I have had the absolute luxury to go in, it's always been an amazing experience. Sarah and staff have been a cornerstone of downtown Niles businesses for as long as I have lived here. The food? Amazing. The service? Amazing. The atmosphere? Amazing. Dude, it's pizza, it's fun, it's good times. What do you need beyond that? If you can't enjoy delicious pizza and a great staff, maybe you need to evaluate what's going on in your life. Seriously. Buy the pizza. Eat the pizza. Get some twisted stix with extra cheese sauce and just tune out the world for a little bit. 100/10 will get fat eating here happily.

I placed an online order for pick up and as soon as I got home and unloaded the food I noticed I received a different quart of soup than what I ordered. My husband called and talked to the manger asking for a replacement soup at a later date or a discount on the next order. The manager gave one option which was to drive back with the wrong soup and swap. We declined. It’s a 40 minute round trip. So 80 minutes of driving for the convenience of online ordering and pick up due to no fault of our own. When a business makes a mistake there should be reasonable solutions for the customer based on the circumstances.

This place has some great vegan sandwiches! I go for the vegan lunch meat but you can also get a sandwich with straight up veggies. The bread is really good. They have Great Lakes brand potato chips, which are also vegan (even their parm ranch chips) There’s tables inside and outside, service is fast. My only complaint is that they have two single use bathrooms labeled “men” and “women.” The only difference between the two bathrooms is that the “women’s“ room has a baby changer. They should change the signs because all this does is inconvenience women, who are left to stand in the hallway, while a perfectly suitable bathroom sits empty because the sign says “Men”

Oh. My. Goodness! This was our first time at this restaurant. We are traveling back home to Indiana. They have a very diverse menu that includes both vegetarian and vegan. I’m a vegetarian and was happy to see that. I ordered the vegetarian BBQ. Amazing! We ordered our food to go. When everyone was taking their first bite, all I could hear was “MMMMMMMMM…”

OMG! So stinkin good! Probably thee best Cesar salad I have ever had. The veggies were crisp and the chicken was tender and delicious! I wish I lived in the area to get this every week!

So glad to have stopped here for lunch! Wasn't hoping for much, just expected to fuel up and hit the road. But WOW!!!! The baguette here was SUPERB!!! The bread is crusty on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, comes in either multi grain in or sour dough. The filings, I ordered pastrami and combo (turkey, chicken, roast) baguettes. Both were fresh, tasty and delicious! But while the meats were sufficient yet it leaves me wanting a bit more. Finally the sauce. I had garlic aioli in mind and it was the glue that tied everything together! They have curry sauce too. Didn't try it but it sure sounds good! The only down side to this place is that it's TWO HOURS from me!

Food was fine. Loud as hell inside from the kitchen, cashier and I had to raise our voice to understand each other. After finishing half a sandwich, went to leave and asked for a box because just putting the sandwich in a bag would mean it would slide apart, and the sauce would soak through the bag, they told me no, shoved the bare sandwich into a bag, and straight up told me to order it to go next time. What kind of BS is that. You seriously couldn’t give me the same cardboard box you would have given me anyway so my sandwich doesn’t Fing fall apart and leak everywhere? Which did happen.

Be prepared you may have to wait a bit as they are very, very busy. They have many ice cream specialties to choose from. We ordered two extra large french fries and an ice cream. Everything was served to us fresh and fast. There’s a great side area to sit and eat not far from Lake Michigan quick walk if you wanna go explore the beach.

Quick grab and go spot that was perfect for a lunch. The food variety is your typical fast food hot dog style but it was still pretty good. There were spots to sit on the side but we took our food to the beach. While we didnt get any ice cream, that seemed to be one of the top things people were ordering. If in the area and needed a quick lunch we would stop again.

We came up here after new buffalo ⛱️ and this place is the place to be ! They have plenty of seating outside, and they have alot of flavors of Ice Cream, they also have awesome shakes ! Be prepared to wait ! Long lines but well worth the wait

Great food, great ice cream. Busy time of year I get it. If you have a line at 8:51. I feel like most businesses would love the business. Not turn away business to competitors and have 4 employees standing in line. Saying sorry we are closed. Could have very well taken our order before 9. But no , said “o well , said they do not care sorry.” Kids were dead set on ice cream our last day here.

Ordered hot dogs, chili dogs, and fries. The fries seemed old and stale. The hot dogs were very skinny and overcooked or microwaved possibly? Guy that took my order was nice, but the food took way too long for this kind of food to be prepared. Im guessing their niche is ice cream but I was really hoping for a meal similar to the hot dog places we have in central Illinois. Also very overpriced for the quality.

Overpriced food for a mediocre experience. Nancy’s is only seasonal because the locals are smart enough to stay away from this place. Since when is a near 6 inch beef sandwich by itself over $11.00. A small fry for $4.00! Their only redemption is the ice cream, shakes and Italian ice. It’s ok, but there are other shops in the area to fulfill your frozen sweets appetite.

Can't get much better than this when you are on the road. This location is dog-friendly, at least weather permitting. They have a lovely outdoor seating area with tall trees giving shade and set back from the busy road.

Stopped at Culver’s and had a fantastic experience! The restaurant was very clean and, even though it was super busy, there was no wait time thanks to the large and efficient team working behind the counter. Page was the team member who helped me, and she was absolutely amazing—friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. She gave me time to look over the menu and even walked me through some great options and suggestions, which made ordering a breeze. The parking lot was full, but I still managed to find a spot without much trouble. The food was fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced. If you’re passing through the area, I highly recommend stopping by this Culver’s—you won’t be disappointed!

There's something about the shakes, burgers, and employees. Located in Stevensville, Michigan, Culver's restaurant is a great spot for a quick bite and consistent food. The food is always great. With all of my experiences, I never had a bad burger from Culver's. Compared to other chain restaurants, Culver's is a tad pricey. However, you always taste the quality. The service is always incredible! There's always a smiling face, kind communication or service, and the service is always awesome. All mistakes are made, and service sells better than the food. The atmosphere is always clean and welcoming. As a person who loves to sit and eat, I appreciate a clean table to enjoy a meal. Culver's is awesome. I'm grateful for the awesome experiences!

Dirty tables, stale bread, the fries were cooked with fish. Bad experience last time. Staff was kind as usally. Our food came out in 2 min. Didn't taste good or fresh. Very disappointed. Please do not cook the fries with the same oil as fish. We didn't eat our meals after a couple of bites. Waste of money

Interesting. Employees don't smile unless I am at CFA. The lady taking my order said, "what can I get started fresh for you?" Yet she sounded like the depressed lady on the Progressive insurance commercials. No smile. Nothing. I was an intrusion. Food was okay. It's been awhile since I have had Culver's and I remember it being better. Nearly $30 for two people....

Before we left, an employee, whose name we don’t know but we’d like to call Becka, handed me somone else’s order and said sorry it took so long. So I took the meal and left. It was so greasy I only ate some fries because I had just finished eating our cod fish dinner. For the next hour me and my friend couldn’t stop laughing at the thought of some guy who had his meal served wrong the first time, then has to wait too long for a sandwich that was handed to the wrong people then him ordering yet another sandwich.. a process that probably took over 35 minutes for a greasy mushroom burger. I want the manager to know that Becka did nothing wrong, but pick the only other brown dude as the other possible disgruntled customer. Please take her off of Fries duty. She’s a good person. Kinda! It’s not you, it’s me. Really, it is me, I spent the next 12 hours in our hotels bathroom. WTH, was in that fish that my body burped and diarrhead it immediately after. Like, it refused to consume or digest any part of your food. I sharted 8 hours later and my friend 12 hours later during a wedding event in Chicago. I threw the burger away the next day in a Smoothie Kings trash bin and I ate healthy for the rest of our trip. Thank you Becka for the fries. I think we saved that other brown man from having his body revolting seriously whatever you all are dishing out.

Food was ok, but service is beyond ridiculous. I understand they get busy but when you wait upwards of 35 minutes for 2 shakes? Seemed excessive. We ordered food and waited no big deal. Then we went back up for 2 shakes and waite. Att he 25 minute mark they're was no signs of 2 shakes being made. At 30 minutes no signs. Finally at 25 minutes we said something and still no shakes. Just crazy it takes that long to make 2 shakes.

I don’t come to five guys much because of the cost and this definitely cemented my decision. Came in tonight for dinner and ordered 2 plain hot dogs for my kids because that’s all they will eat. For a hot dog they charge $7.29 regardless of the toppings. They tell me they ran out of hot dog buns, so I asks for a slight price adjustment because I’m not using toppings and $14.50 for 2 plain hot dogs with no hot dog bun is crazy. They refused to accommodate this simple request. Food is usually good here, service is usually questionable at this location

Super great experience for me. I don't usually get to enjoy this kind of burger. These guys have it figured out. There is not a 5 guys near me. There isn't even a 4 guys near me. They have some of my reliable favorites. Big juicy properly cooked cheese burger, ruff cut fries, and chocolate shakes. Stop by and get your meal while you can. First and last i come to the St. Joseph location. Normally love Five Guys, but this location was rough. The service was so bad and the food was soggy and not hot.

Tasty burger! The burger and fries are fantastic, however, you’re going to pay a pretty penny to get it! Everything is sold individually, as there are no combos. A burger will run you $7-10, add fries $2-4, then a drink $2-4. It gets pricey!

Finally tried five guys to see what’s the fuss about. Burger was good overall but definitely not worth the price tag of $12. Portillo’s is way better and bigger and $5 less. Even burger king is more worth it. Both of the latter have patties that are grilled and has that char taste which I prefer better. Got the cajun fries and did not like it. Potato itself wasnt good. Staff are nice and friendly. Saw one coming out to clean the table right away after the patrons had left.

Located in Saint Joseph, Michigan, Neon Grill caught my attention with the cool car on top of the restaurant. Prices are moderate to high but were worth the taste. I heard they were cash only, but they do take debit with a small fee. I stopped in the drive-thru to taste the goodness I heard about. The food was delicious! I got the double cheeseburger with mayo and onions. What an amazing, juicy burger! The flavors took me home, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I wish my burger was a little bigger, but once I was eating it, the burger was nice and dense. The fries were seasoned and tasty. The service was great! One of the staff helped me with the menu. The atmosphere appeared fun and inviting. Although it's not dine in, the decor and the fun feel takes the cake. Very exciting experience! All in all, if you're looking for a great burger that does not disappoint and takes you back home, give Neon Grill a try! Neon Grill is a St. Joe staple, and is very good.

First time visit and very much enjoyed it for a Friday lunch. Decent size burger and fry portion. Loved the fact the burger had some green olives on it. Fries were not over seasoned which tasted delicious. I would say the price is fair for what I ate and would definitely go back. Definitely recommend the Neon Grill!

I came through and it was pouring rain, after waiting in line I realized I forgot to ask for a deluxe burger with the additives so I tried calling multiple times while in line to have them add lettuce and tomato, only for my calls to be declined both times. For me to get to the window to be told I would have to REWAIT in line to receive a damn tomato on my burger. Awful service, like you can’t just add something to the burger to satisfy a consumers needs. What’s the point in having your number posted if you will not answer. Will not be returning which sucks because this is one of the few good places to go on one’s lunch break.

Definitely a very good value for the dollar. I couldn't believe the hamburger was for the price. The quality of the food was great, the fries are some of the best I've had, the service was fast and friendly, I will definitely be back when I make it out that way again!

The cheeseburger deluxe is so good, but the last 3 times we have ordered this with fries the fries are terrible. These used to be the best fries around, but now they are over cooked and little piece that are just hard. I'm going to order the burgers and make my own fries, they are very disappointing.

Fantastic food. Fantastic service. The only thing I would drop down to four stars on atmosphere has to do with how the staff uniform touts an insctipted Bible verse. I'm just always skeptical of a business that leads with this facing the customer. If faith has to be leveraged in this way, off-putting to me personally. Great chili dogs.

Spent almost $30 bucks on dinner for two. It was truly worth every dollar. Burgers are big and fries had a good seasoning. Was full before we got halfway done with dinner. Only down fall was, there was no dine in. Drive thru only.

Located in Berrien Springs, Michigan, Nikki's Cafe is a low-key, down to earth Cafe. There was a ton of history in this restaurant. The food was okay. I enjoyed the eggs, grilled onions, chopped steak, and grits. The menu items were not bad in pricing. To my surprise, an older restaurant like this serves vegan and vegetarian food. It showed they are serving all foodies. The service was great! I appreciate the hospitality and the way they treat their customers. The atmosphere appeared to gear toward an older crowd, but the restaurant was clean and homey. There were a lot of black and white pictures on the wall, and the restaurant did not appear to be updated in years. Nikki's Cafe was good overall. The cafe only takes cash only. I'm grateful for the experience!

DELICIOUS!!! Beyond reasonable prices. All pictured was $30 total. One of the best spinach and feta omelettes I've ever had. The country fried steak was so tender and delicious. That giant bowl of hearty oatmeal with bananas, blueberries and pecans... what a treat! Served with brown sugar and milk. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. No masks worn by staff or patrons and it's cash only at this time. We will definitely be back!

There is a lot of food for the price. The male server that seated us was awesome, unlike the female who basically thru the water on our table and stormed away without a hello, or she would be right back. Her face said it all, Grumpy and Smirky looking and walked about like she was better than everyone in there. We will not go back there again.

Nikki’s Cafe in Berrien Sorings lives up exactly what you would expect from a small town breakfast and lunch spot. Decor is pleasant and well maintained. The food was served promptly in hearty portions. The service is pleasant and friendly. Be advised, this is a cash only establishment.

**Update May 28, 2023 Had the Cinnamon Swirl French Toast Special today, with fried eggs. So good! My friend ordered the strawberry pancakes. Big as the dinner plate, topped with real strawberry sauce. Next time he'll order two instead of three. It was a lot of food! Service was a little slower than usual, but the food was worth the wait. 🙂 --Nikki's is a nice little diner. The food is good, attractive decor, good location. Phone lines are down, and it is cash only now. Hours posted on window, but it hadn't always been open when I tried. Otherwise, it's a good spot, beloved by locals, many of whom use the back entry.

Easily one of my favorite restaurants with the staff and quality food. One of the best Gyro places around! Mr. Gyros is a great restaurant in Stevensville, Michigan. I like the gyro and fries, as they appear authentic. I'm not sure if the other food was great quality as other items were okay, for example, the burgers. Pricing was decent, and portions were just enough. I love the cleanliness of the restaurant and the great service. Over all, good restaurant with a clean chilled vibe.

My son loved the Medusa burger! The potato bun was like a warm doughnut. Wonderful! I had the Zeus, with it crispy onions, and perfect barbecue sauce. The pickles are amazing. The fries are the best around… Crispy and yummy!

I had the gyro platter for one. It's a lot of food and overall pretty good. Somewhere between a four and five for me. The fries are incredible here. The gyro was decent but a little dry for me, and the tzatziki sauce is pretty thick -- more like a cream cheese -- which makes it hard to spread/pair with the meat. Still good but not quite what I was expecting. Service is really quick and overall everyone was quite friendly. Will definitely come back to try the rest of the menu!

I love the bowl style concept - I got the falafel and all the toppings I chose were tasty. I especially liked the spiced chickpeas. Portions were generous. So happy to have great veggie options here, I will be back! Online ordering is great when I'm on a schedule

Mr. Gyro was very good. The meat quality was terrific, which makes it well worth the money since the place is not cheap. They have the gyro stick spinning around and they cut off the meat. The place is not right in the downtown area of Stevensville. It is kind of off the beaten path across the street from the police station. Overall, Mr. Gyro is very good and well worth the visit .

Love the vegetarian option here! It’s super flavorful and healthy, also very generous sizing. Their loaded fries are SO yummy too. They also do community givebacks for the local schools-love supporting restaurants that build up the community.

The staff were all friendly. The sandwiches are pretty good. The order was ready within a few minutes. The CAPRESE SALAMI PESTO SANDWICH was pretty decent and was very flavorful. There was not a lot of salami, though. If I got it again, I would order double meat.

Sandwiches are fine, despite prices going up and no change in quality to reflect that. Biggest peeve of mine is they as for a tip at the register, before getting your food. It's not my responsibility to make sure your staff earn a livable wave or have to feel guilty and worry about the quality of service by not paying extra than what's listed as your prices.

The service was extremely slow in spite of what appeared to be a full contingent of employees there. Not exactly "Freaky Fast". I was a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of things as well with at least one of the trash cans being filled to capacity. The cashiers here seem to really struggle with asking customers if they're members of the Rewards program. The last few times I've eaten here, I've had to ask if I could enter my number which slows down the whole payment process as they've got to do some gyrations behind the scenes to back out the transaction. The food was good. Pretty much your run of the mill JJ's sandwiches.

Example of 1 star service -Visited Jimmy John’s and asked if they could cut a giant sandwich in half. They refused, saying unwrapping, cutting, and rewrapping was “too much work.” Even when we suggested cutting it without unwrapping, they still said no—and instead handed us a plastic knife to do it ourselves. Restrooms lacked tissue paper, which is basic maintenance. The floors didn’t look like they had been cleaned —definitely not well-kept. Staff seemed like a bunch of uninterested kids with no focus on customer service. Won’t be returning.

I just want to say, I ordered a giant sandwich turkey, Im sorry for 15 bucks I felt like I was eating a vegetarian sandwich. Lot of lettuce, tomatoes and 1 sliver of meat the whole length of the sandwich.. Not very satisfied! I'll try one more time, after that I won't come back.. 😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔

Sandwiches are great, but sometimes the service stinks. I think her name is Trista, she can be pretty passive aggressive.

Took them a half hour to give me burnt fries (crunchy through and through) and a Dr Pepper. Absolutely awful. Good luck finding a clean table as well. Additionally they forgot about my wife’s order and gave it to her cold anyways. Don’t offer to replace the COLD fries or anything. No salt either. What a joke.

It’s a McDonalds and it’s close to the freeway, we were tired and hungry and need of a rest as were travelling interstate and farther north into Michigan. We don’t exactly come into McDonald’s with high expectations but the chicken strips and fries we ordered were fine. The service was slow as it seemed they were under staffed with just one guy serving both indoor and drive through customers at the same time. He was very apologetic though that we had to wait. Finished off with an ice cream sundae topped off with caramel which we actually took out to the car to have as it was so cold inside with their air conditioning.

Average MCD. I can’t help myself I love a Big Mac.McFish,fries and an incomparable fizzy coke. Service was slow. I don’t like the new seating in any of the newer McD. After all is said I love McD.

For the love of God please either close this location and sell to another business who knows how to make decent food or get better management. Food is literally inedible. Coming from someone who works half a mile down the road I won’t be returning for AWHILE. Tired of wasting my money at this location. There’s genuinely no excuse now that Johnnys is back open.

At 1230, every table was dirty. A ton of people standing around waiting for their food. When I finally got my meal, half of the condiments were smeared on the outside of the buns. The meat was only half way inside the buns. The fries were only like warm. I don't see any need to return to this store.

The workers sit on their phones more than anything else, on more than one occasion. The mangers are trashing this place . They’ve got a lobby PACKED FULL and these people aren’t bothering to work .

This McDonald's is always slow but the food is fine . However, this time there were overflowing garbage cans and one missing garbage can with garbage on the floor , in the restaurant....thats just not acceptable even if it is just fast food!

From Osceola IN 17 miles SE. Ive got to say, I love this restaurant. It's not very big place but they can full fill your order and in a timely manner. I do not eat lot of hot dogs, but when I can love to come out here. Many items to shows from Hot Dogs 🌭, Ice Cream🍦, Sandwiches 🥪, Burgers 🍔, soup & salad 🥗, and fries 🍟... don't forget the kids meals. I love this place. Good dogs. Fast service. Cute atmosphere. Entertain yourself by reading all of the wall signs while you’re waiting for your dogs (you won’t wait long though). I have never eaten in but stop by fairly frequently. The variety of hot dogs is wild! I’ve tried some interesting combinations but usually stick to Chicago style, Maxwell Polish, or the chili cheese.

Probably one of Niles' best kept secrets. They have so many options for adults and children! If you're from Niles you know this place. If you are a guest in Niles get to know it. You won't be disappointed. The atmosphere has that small town family feel to it. They treat each customer as though they are a regular and they are part of their own family. Go in and eat with your family or pull up to the drive-thru window. Trust me you won't be disappointed.👍👍

My family and I love this place. Their food is great. I'm obsessed with their onion petals, and I'm slowly going through their menu of dogs to decide which I like the best. So far the Chicago dog is top of my list with the bacon and cheddar dog second but that may change.

Very nice customer service. The main lady who is there was very accommodating and friendly. The hot dogs are delicious and you can even get a free dog on your birthday. This is a hidden gem.

You couldn’t find a better “hole in the wall” place than this. The food is delicious and affordable! The number one spot to grab lunch or dinner. I love being able to call ahead and pick up in their drive thru. They’re incredibly friendly and have a great rewards system. As well, you can claim a free dog on your birthday! Never had a disappointing meal or service experience in all of the years I’ve gone.

We were looking for a quick place to eat, always love a hot dog. This place had 5 stars with 600+ reviews so we had too stop. It stands out, a bill yellow diner looking restaurant. Very small town feel, super friendly ladies behind the counter were helpful. We got chicago dogs, a bacon cheese dog, and a Michigan dog. They were all really solid dogs, with really good ingredients. I can't say you will be blown away by some new innovative version of hotdogs, but you will get the best dogs you can get for your money. We loved it so much we got some dogs to go.

This is a review for the sandwiches. We ordered the Italian, Italian sausage, Philly cheese steak. They were all great. The meat is generous and the bread was fresh. Also they did not charge me for extra sauce and mayo on the side. Only criticism I had was that the sausage might have been better (easier to eat) if it was sliced. Taste wise the Italian takes the trophy. I would have posted pictures but coming from three great big fat guys we ate them all too quickly.

We are from out of town and wanted to grab a quick bite, they were more than happy to make a pizza for us even though they were closing in less than 30 minutes. No frills, classic style pizza. Also got homemade tiramisu and it was great! Appreciate the friendly service.

I have been coming here for years from Chicago. I always get the grilled chicken Parm sandwich but this time the quality of the chicken meat has gone down to me. It seemed rubbery and processed not like a true grilled chicken breast . Pizza looks good, but for me I wouldn't get anything with chicken again.

We dined in. The employees are very friendly, and attentive. Making sure we were enjoying our meal. Always smiling, very comfortable atmosphere. Outside is so inviting. This was meant to be takeout to head to the brewery down the street with our dogs, but at the last minute we realized the brewery was closed for Father’s Day. We were glad to see Mario’s had covered outdoor seating and the staff was so friendly and helped get us set up with paper plates and cutlery, water for the dogs, etc. We had the house pizza, bbq pizza + onions, and the antipasto salad. We enjoyed it all!

The people themselves were extremely nice, the place looked very clean and the service was fast as could be. With that said, the pizza was less than ok. Maybe I'm just biased because I'm a New Yorker and I've had the best of the best pizza, but this was just not good. The sauce tasted like it was from a can, turned pink (which means it's either watered down or its cheap), the cheese just slid right off with every slice (and yes even after it was cooled down), it had no taste and the crust was semi foldable but didn't have the same texture throughout the slice. Needs some more flavor, somethings just missing. I hate being negative, but I also would hate not getting real feedback from my customers and one day wondering why they stop coming in. Again, nothing but kind smiling friendly people working there. Pizza just needs something more.

3 in our group, 2 of us got burgers with tater tots, 1 of the orders of tots and the other got the Italian beef with onion rings. All the food was fresh and hot and not greasy at all. 2 of us also ordered shake 1 banana and 1 hot fudge. The shake were good with the right amount of hot fudge and the right amount of bananas.

We tried Eddie's Drive In for the first time tonight. Their pizza was great! The sauce was tasty, and the crust had a nice flavor. I was curious about the breadsticks since they can be a hit or miss at places like this, but these were actually good—no weird GFS aftertaste. The shrimp basket was also really good!

We eat here a couple times a year and have been for several years. Tonight, we decided to get their pizza to go and were pleasantly surprised! It was delicious! We will absolutely be doing take out pizzas again.

Delicious food in a vintage building (updated interior). Ribs, burgers, fries, shakes, malts, and more. Easy to call ahead for a large group and make a reservation. Always clean dining room and restrooms. Outdoor seating in the shade too for messy kids 😉

I've never been disappointed in the ribs meal. Everytime I order them I need a fork cause the meat won't make it to my mouth on the bone. Guess I've just been lucky. Lol

The food still tasted great... but the experience overall was kind of shady. Used the app for the order. The app really sped up the ordering, which was awesome. Then the trouble hit. Ticket was printed at 7:22pm, then at 7:29pm screen told us our food would be brought out by a car hop shortly. Food was delivered at the car window at 7:39pm. Then upon opening one of the burgers, it looked like it had been half eaten, but was likely ripped or something as it was a smaller burger and that must be the way that they make the patties smaller?! By ripping them?! It's already waste anyways, so why not just deliver it with the full patty so the customer doesn't have to think their food had been eaten or dropped or whatever. Overall, the timing and presentation of the order brought this score down.

Extremely slow service; only had 2 cars ahead of us but it took over 20 minutes just to get to the window after placing our order... After getting back on the road, we discovered our $8 5 piece Chicken "Dinner" only had 4 pieces and just a handful of fries. Took a photo after eating only one fry and one piece of chicken (chicken was as dried out as it looks in the picture). Very disappointed, and our "quick stop" for a bite to eat added 30 minutes to our trip.

First time here waited at the front desk for a good 10 min as workers walked right by. Never said be with you in a second nothing. Finally ordered food and TRACEY shift manager was Rude. I ordered my food and let her know it was to go. And she said (They all come in a bag) ok just letting you know. Food was good but staff that helped me was rude especially for a manger.

Love Sonic and we were so excited to stop off on our road trip. however, the service was awful, and the servers took forever to even come and take our order. There's a bell up there that says ring bell for service for the interior dining room. But they do not answer it, and when they do hear it ring you can hear the employees swearing in the background. The girl who took our order seemed bored and just wanted us to go elsewhere, and did not seem interested in actually giving us any good service. The shakes were thin and not good, and even the whipped cream was pathetically small.

Terrible service. Waited in line over 20 mins no one was in front of us in the drive through and there were three people parked at the bays and 4 people inside the building. They were not busy. We had to ask for our receipt after the girl walked away from the window. Once we opened the bag we realized that the fries were not worth the money we spent. There was hardly any in our container. If I could give 0 stars I would, pass this turd of a restaurant and go to five guys.

They took soooo long on our food. Then we ordered ice cream and they took as long as it took for the food!!!!. And to top it off.... there was a piece of their ice cream machine in my ice cream!!!! GROSS! I will definitely not eat there again.

Their music was so loud that when we ordered our food, they kept asking for us to repeat our order to them due to not being able to hear clearly. We were told to wait 15 minutes and they would bring it outside to us, they took longer than they said they would and when we went inside the building to retrieve it, they told us that they gave the order to someone else and that it would take an extra 20 minutes to prep our food as the kids were already waiting patiently enough for their dinner. We sat waiting and they came out with a pizza a few minutes later with an attitude and shared they had a miscommunication due to another customers name was the same as ours and they had our order waiting inside not realizing their mistake when we went back in moments before.

I ordered pizzas for my team at work online. Their online service went down and they did not receive the order. I called the manager and he apologized several times. He had my order out in 30 minutes and only charged me a delivery fee of 10 dollars. Great service and great pizza!

I order carry out from this Jets pretty often, and I've never had a bad experience. Today, I included a special request - draw a dinosaur in my pizza box. And wow, did they deliver! We went this past fall to Jollay orchards with our family who was visiting & we loved every moment ! We road around to all of the picking spots & got yummy grapes & apples & the kids played on the playground & we all ate up some delicious donuts 🍩 ♥️ the kids & adults all had a blast. Beautiful place to bring friends & family.

This farm is family owned and they couldn't be any nicer! I've come here since I was in kindergarten and come back every time we are in town. Huge variety of wonderful fruit! Go! Support our farmers! Its a beautiful piece of property.

I did Blueberry U-Pick near the end of June. They just started the blueberry U Pick, weighted 2.25/lb. They still have blueberries left. Also had cherry U Pick at that time, probably gone now. Fun hayride to blueberry field.

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, and now I love bringing my little family, it’s so much fun! Every season has amazing fruit, and the play area for kids is fantastic. The only downsides are the lack of child-friendly bathrooms (they only have porta-potties) and a coffee bar would be a nice addition.

Great quality fruits, friendly and helpful staff, fantastic market and fun for the whole family! I can see why some people would call it "run down" in other reviews because the things here are old. But just because they are old doesn't mean they are bad. Our kids love to play in the play area, pick their own fruit, ride around the property on hay bales pulled by tractors. Fishing is fun and it's always fun to take pictures with all of the cutouts and other things out front when you get there. The pumpkin patch in the fall is fun. The maze is not one you will get lost in, it's for kids. I seriously don't understand how anyone could say they didn't like the cider. This is the best cider I've ever tasted and the cider donuts are soooo good! Fall doesn't feel complete without them. The frozen apple cider is a family favorite of ours! 🍎🍏🍑🫐🍒🎃🍇 Many things to come and pick throughout the seasons.

Repeat great experience! We've been coming since our kids were little and still coming even though they're all in their 20s now! We love the hayride, haunted house, and apple picking! It's worth the drive from Indiana. Hope to be back next year!

Very friendly, family-run (7th generation) farm! The sweet cherries, tart cherries, and blueberries we picked were all delicious. Kids had a great time on the playground too, with a real retired fire truck on it. One of the sons, John, gave us a golf cart ride across the street to pick the blueberries, and he was super friendly to talk to. They can even pit your tart cherries for you. I would highly recommend this place for fun with the family!

This place was a nice bite to eat for everyone before headed a day at Lake Michigan. Bread was fresh, everyone found something to eat. Vegan and vegetarian options. Staff was helpful in customizing my order and veganizing it. Just go if you are in the area.

I’ve been going to the Saint Joe location for the past year. I get the same order every time tomato soup with extra bread. The staff is amazing. The two girls that always take care of me are prepping my order as I walk in the door. Super fast service. My order is always correct. And I feel they go above and beyond to make every customer satisfied. I’m always impressed when restaurants and staff remember what their customers order.

The bread is absolutely delightful. Light crust on the outside, soft, pillows inside. So fresh. Nice selection if high quality vegetables and protein sources. Definitely recommend the garlic sauce. Great selection of chips and beverages. Restaurant is in a quiet area but interior is nothing special. Get it to go and enjoy at the beach or other scenic location nearby.

The service was very fast. The restroom was -20°. The tomato bisque soup was fantastic. The Hawaiian baguette was OK. To be fair I passed up sandwiches I knew I liked to try something new. It was OK. Very clean restaurant. They even wash the bottoms of the trays! Very expensive. $12+ for half a sandwitch and a small cup of soup with no extras and no drink. Not speaking just of my own, but don't forget to "like" reviews and photos you like. This helps the reviewer.

I go to the COOP for Gizzards and Clam Strips. They were excellent again, today. The gizzards were fresh and fried perfectly. The person taking my order was friendly and efficient, with a fine attitude and sincere smile. There's two improvements that need to be made. They have to bring the big board back with the menu and prices. They only have two small menus on the counter, causing customers to take additional time at the register to select choices, then order. The other change is to bring back the Texas Pete Hot sauce. I put that st_ff on everything! The sauce in the packets adds little flavor to the chicken. If they make those updates, I'm adding the fifth star for atmosphere!

They over cooked everything. The fish was to crispy that it was hard the liver and gizards were like rocks the way they pak the bag the gravy on Bottom and potato's on top along with chicken in the same bag. The lid melted on the gravy and it was all over everything it was over $100 wasted on inedible food

Servers weren't very friendly. Asked a couple questions about menu , seemed bothered to answer. Fairly fast , chicken was delicious.

Pretty solid for a fast food stop. The service was quick, and my order came out right, which isn’t always the case at other locations. The drive-thru moved along fast, and the fries were hot and fresh. It’s not perfect every time, but they’ve been consistent lately.

Was on a mini vacation and stopped at this location and let's just say that it was the worst experience i ever had. It took forever to get my food once I got it i was missing 2 things. When I brung it to the ladies attention. She gave a eye roll and told grill to remake what I was missing. Waited another 5 min then when I got the food my nuggets were old and hard! Do better!!!!

I live close by so I've been here many times but always try to avoid it. The food is what it is, McDonald's. The service is one of the worst in any fast food. Wait times are terrible, orders are wrong more often than right, on multiple occasions had to wait 20-30 minutes because they gave our food out to the wrong person and had to double the long wait. Go to any other fast food places around here. The manager running this should be fired because it's horrible.

This McDonald’s is so disappointing every time I go. It actually made me stop eating McDonald’s for a while but every few months I always go back to see if maybe they got better….nope the food is still bad. My fries were stale and cold. The quarter pounder patty always tastes odd…. I would rather drive 20mins to a different McDonalds than eat at this one. Maybe it’s for the best that I’m always disappointed, keeps me from eating fast food often lol

I was really disappointed on my visit to this location. The food was not handed to me but almost thrown on the counter at me. My large vanilla iced coffee had NO ice and was served in the wrong cup. The coffee was very warm. They wouldn't take my order at the counter and forced me use the kiosk even though there was no one else in the restaurant. I never received a receipt. The person who was working was super rude and unfriendly. I was truly disappointed. I called an 800 complaint number for McD's and they took my statement but I NEVER heard back. Needles to say I will NEVER go back to this location. I rather drive to the next town over if I have too.

Went to St Joe McDonald’s got half my order went back around went through side door bc half my order was not in my bag. She started yelling saying she’s gonna call the cops on me. So I went back around waiting in line for another 20 min asked for a refund she was rude rolled her eyes made me pull up and wait an extra 15 for my refund. Her name was Dina I’m a general manager at Jersey Mikes so I know what good customer service and hospitality is and SHE IS NOT EVEN CLOSE. Needs terminated. Also was brought out the incorrect refund twice and made to wait another 6 mins.

I had stopped going to the McDonald's on main street in elkhart for almost a year. First time back to see if they had new people working the night shift. Disappointed. Don't take your orders at the speaker ask you to drive around to the window to place your order. So you have to wait so much longer for your food. Not practical or fast.

I moved to the area recently and each experience has been poor. Last week, I ordered a breakfast sandwich at 1045 and drove to McDonald's. I had to wait in the line and didn't get to the front until 11:04. The cashier told me I'm not going to get my food because it's after 11. I said okay, but I already paid on the app and asked what to do. She gave me my receipt and told me to pull up and they might give it to me. I did as instructed and the lady at the second window was extremely rude to me. She was shaming me for ordering breakfast food during their lunch rush. Okay, the app allowed me to do so. I said it wasn't a big deal and asked for a refund and the told me I had to speak with a manager. I asked for the manager and she said he was busy... okay. I left frazzled and called the number on the receipt for a refund. The last I spoke to said she would forward the info to the manager and they would call me back within 48 hours. It's been over a week. Today, I go back to order a breakfast sandwich. It's a sausage egg and cheese bagel. When I open my sandwich in the parking lot, there is no egg and it is cold. The inside is closed, so I had to go back through the drive through line. When I get to the front, I show the lady my sandwich and explain it's missing egg. This is the same worker who was rude to me before. She tells me I need to give her the receipt, which thankfully I had, and to give her back the sandwich. The manager comes and asks if I want him just to put egg on the platter and to give me back the sandwich, or make a whole new one. I asked for a new one. The manager runs the sandwich out to me, and I am convinced they just plopped egg on the one I handed him back. *The reason I have gone back several times is because I'm pregnant and this is my one craving. I'm done with this location now.

I am from out of state and was just trying to grab a bite to eat after getting broke down in this town on my birthday trying to just stay positive when I walked into this store. If inner peace is your goal for the day do not enter. Managers were bickering in the dining room with someone higher up loudly on speaker. Female manager in person was being rude and had a terrible tone to the other worker. While my finance was getting his beverage workers told that rude woman he was recording her well she came and cornered me in the corner you wait for your food in. Asking about being recorded in my personal space and with a accusatory tone while causing a scene getting employees to join in. I just simply left after telling her I dont even live here. She has a terrible attitude and was threatening with her tone and the way she gave me no space as well as her accusations while she was the one screaming at and cutting of an employee in front of the whole store. Have some kind of class lady. I was just trying to eat my ice cream cone yall are weird here. Oh and McDonald's if you want the video of her doing this.....yes we have it 😊

First and foremost tray was NOT on the grill. Second there was cross contamination and it smelt like weed! I also tasted weed in my burger this is the worst McDonald’s ever yall are gonna start losing money over this and probably god I hope close down!

Went there for lunch, and it was pretty busy. But we still received our food quick and hot. I had the steak Ranchero along with a street beef 🌮 corn tortilla. My hubby ordered the carne asada. The food is very excellent. They got my order, right... I requested no rice but extra beans. The lady at the cash register was very friendly and smiled a lot. Will definitely be going again and trying another item, too.

Delicious food, but honestly every time I order I feel like it’s far too expensive for what’s being received. Tacos are quite simple and easy to make. Most businesses use the lowest cuts of meat, so why do they cost so much..?

We’ve been meaning to try this place since we discovered it 2 years ago, but never managed to go. Lately we’ve been on a kick of finding all the Mexican restaurants and trying them out. Don Chepe moved locations before we got to try them out but it’s still a local location in Niles. So glad we don’t have to go far for good quality food and service. Hubby had the wet burrito and tried one of my chicken tacos Mexican style. He loved the wet burrito so much he ate the whole thing with no leftovers. He didn’t have heartburn from it but he was definitely over full, he just didn’t want to put it down. It was so good we ordered again for carry out the next night and he got the same thing. Again devoured in one sitting and ready for a good happy belly sleep after. :) I first got the chicken tacos from their food truck when they were out in Niles on a Sunday. That’s what got us to finally go try their restaurant. I had the street corn that day too and it was so delicious! I’m sensitive to corn 🌽 sometimes but this didn’t seem to cause issues because each time I had the Elotes I shared it with my friend or my hubby so I didn’t eat too much. It has a little kick to it but not too much. It has chili powder in it which I wouldn’t have guessed I would like but I do, apparently. The ambiance and everything is about the restaurant is great. You order at the counter and they bring you your food at your table when it’s done. So it’s a little different but there are signs telling you what to do and I think it helps them manage how busy they get with such a small space. Mind you it’s not too small they are just popular and busy at the times that I can go after work. The chicken tacos with the lime so good and flavorful. Ask for extra limes because it’s delicious with one lime wedge squeezed on each taco. I got chicken fajitas for carry out the second night and actually got three separate meals out of it! The third meal was a little skimpy but still, it’s a decent amount of food. My favorite Spanish rice 🍚 still is awarded to another restaurant but Don Chepe had the best chicken fajitas so far! There were lots of onions and the way it was seasoned it could satisfy a bloomin onion craving without all the breading and feeling icky after. Great atmosphere and extra service wasn’t even needed. We spent less than a lot of places we have been recently but we didn’t order any dessert or big appetizer, so it’s technically not a fair comparison. Still delicious food including tacos I never thought I’d enjoy so much. The flavor and how good it made me feel despite the corn tortillas is quite an accomplishment. We will definitely be back. Can’t believe I ate Don Chepe most of this week! It was definitely worth the 2 year wait it took us to try this… but we shouldn’t have waited!

This is one of the best Mexican restaurants in the Michiana area (Niles to be exact). Every bit of food was absolutely delicious. The flavors were legit authentic. I live in mishawaka but I would make this drive (about 25 minutes) any time to get this food. I have and will continue to tell everyone I know about this great place.

I first tried their tacos from a food truck at a Wedding I went too. The food was SO good i asked them for their business card. Now whenever I'm in the area I make it a point to stop in for some delicious food. The chicken tacos are my favorite but you really can't go wrong here.

Our favorite restaurant in the entire Niles area (Rancho Viejo) has burnt down in the largest tragedy to hit the greater Niles region in quite some time. In a desperate attempt to find some semblance of an approachable Mexican dish, my workmate and I visited Don Chepe. The environment is acceptable, maybe a touch warm inside, nothing exciting or groundbreaking to report on that front. The counter staff was friendly- I ordered a chicken quesadilla with no lettuce or tomato and a side of Spanish rice. Upon delivery to the table, a quesadilla inspection was initiated. The first crack of this item was met with a strong smell of wet cat food and onion. Onion that is unlisted on the menu for this item, and unfortunately renders this dish inedible for me. This chicken is questionable, but perhaps someone likes it. The inspection was then moved to the rice, yielding a small plate of plain browned rice, cooked to exhaustion. This rice perhaps spent thirty years on the roadside begging for change, with a color reminiscent of RFK Jr's fake tan. Overall this was thirteen dollars that will never return to my pocket. I can't say I haven't spent worse for less, but I can't say I'd do it again, even under duress.

Nostalgia galore. Food was made fresh and it was delicious. Got the brown bag special with a chocolate shake. The chocolate shake was made from scratch and near perfection. The service team was absolutely stellar. Can’t recommend stopping in enough. Glad I finally made it!

Food is good but the burgers are small and it’s expensive to eat here. A double cheeseburger brown bag w/ large drink is like $18. The double burgers are similar in size to McDonald’s double cheeseburgers. Fried mushrooms are outstanding though.

Wow the last Henry's...as I remember it, a great burger, nothing fancy, just good. Wish they would franchise again.

They had just opened for the day. HOT HOT 🔥 FRESH AND JUICY. It was total 😋. When we ordered a pattie for Flossie Mae they said they give FREE Pup Patties! No seasoning on them. Heck yeh! Patties aren't quite as thick as they were back in the day - but that's life in the fast Lanes! Ok, so now I'm hungry! Everybody's Happy at Henry's! No pics. Forgot about 'em. I was too busy stuffing my face!

I read this was the last Henry's Hamburger location still open. It was a large chain back in the 50's, 60's and 70's and quite popular. So I saved it to my map folder of must try locations so if we were in the area we could try it. Well we were in the area and went by to try it. You have got to be kidding me! I bought a triple cheeseburger for $7.99 and a double cheeseburger for $5.66. When they handed us the bag it was light as a feather. I handed it to my husband and we looked at each other like you have got to be kidding! Went to the car I opened up the double cheeseburger. It had 2 patties, 1 slice of cheese, minced rehydrated onions, 2 pickle slices and mustard and mayo. The double cheeseburger was the size of McDonalds value menu McDouble and also had the exact same items on it! The McDonald McDouble is $2.79 and tastes much better than the Henry's double cheeseburger for $5.66. On to the triple cheeseburger! McDonalds triple cheeseburger has same ingredients as Henry's triple burger. The McDonalds triple cheeseburger is $4,29 and Henry's is $7.99. Unbelievable! There are no words, all I can do is shake my head in disbelief. Oh how I wish we had time to go by a McDonalds so I could get a triple and double cheeseburger and take photos of them side by side. They are the same size and same ingredients! So the cost at Henry's with tax of a triple and double that I paid was $14.47. The cost at McDonalds with tax for a triple and double cheeseburger is $7.51. It is up to you ...... but paying double for the same thing I can get somewhere else for half the price and not to mention tastes better ...... well that is a no brainer. Guess it's your choice. Nostalgia? Or your wallet?

Founded in 1954, there was a Henry's in Detroit on Greenfield by Plymouth. It was my first regular drive in burger joint experience that I fondly remember growing up as a child in the fifties. Sadly, there is only one left in the country but fortunately it's on my way home from Chicago. With cherished memories as my guide, I stopped there to rekindle the days of my youth as a smiling hamburger on the signage welcomed me back. The emotional rollercoaster of reliving my past derailed when I ordered a double Henry burger that reminded me of the political hamburger wars of "where's the beef,? " The beef patties were less than 3 inches in width and about an 1/8 inch thick each. The cost was about 4.24. It tasted good with pickles, onion , ketchup and mustard but wasn't satisfying. At least I checked it off my bucket list.

Haven’t been back to saylors in years and not as I remember. They used to have great garlic bread with cheese and now it’s more like flavorless Texas toast. Not impressed with the Italian beef or meatball sandwich either. Better elsewhere Won’t be returning.

I love Saylors pizza! They have been a go-to for our family as long as I can remember. Always great prices, and their homemade unique flavors are something you can rely on! I believe they use a family recipe, and it is always the same delicious pizza I remember as a kid. It's like when your mom makes a certain dish that you love, it's always made her way, and to change it would be the same. I love their family recipe pizza, and I love their breadsticks and jeffy sticks! You can't go wrong with anything you order from here because it's always delicious, reliable, and FAST! It amazes me how fast they deliver! This is one resteraunt built on their family tradition, and they definitely have their act together. I love Saylors pizza!

Great value pizza that is fresh and enjoyable. There’s lots of options. Large pizza size is 14 inches and probably enough to feed 3 to 4, unless you’re hungry, in which case 2-3! Currently lobby is closed so it’s drive-through only but service is swift and easy . Recommended if you’re looking for a value pizza with quality

Order pretty often from them. Great inexpensive pizza, fast. Get their specials often. Usually, there are no issues. Tonight being able to only offer diet soda on a special, I asked if they could replace this item as a service. When unable to offer their full menu, attempt to build repor and retention by replacing the item. Confused the young man a bit by me asking for a replacement. He asked me to hold then a female got on the line to inform me they could not offer a replacement on the special, I could only get what they had available. Service recovery deals are what makes a good business thrive more than just run. Never put a different person on the phone without the customer asking. Never ask "well, do you want your order still". Great pizza, awkward service with little room to let a person genuinely serve a customer

Bland pizza on cookie cracker crust. Extemely light on toppings. Chicken was crumbled smaller than the bacon. At least I know why they're cheap. 2 out of 3 frozen pizza would win over this. Won't be back. Do yourself a favor. Order from Cottage Inn.

Pizza was wonderful! I started calling Patellie’s at 3pm to place an order, but all I got was the answering machine. I called 19 times in the span of 20 minutes and no one ever answered. I drove there to place an order.

The pizza was some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. The people were really nice, and the salad and meatballs were AMAZING! The pizza was big and the cheese and sauce are now my favorite. Great pizza joint that offers high quality dough with the freshest toppings. Dough is soft thin and chewy with perfect mix of nice salty cheeses. Reminds me of a New Haven pizza. Staff is always friendly and quick to take your order.

Great pizza by the slice. Limited seating, and full pizza orders during busy days will take hours sometimes. Keep that in mind. I ordered a pizza at 5ish and it was ready at 8. This is the reality of their operation, and it is very clear to customers that this is the way it is. Outdoor seating limited. Crust is chewy in a good NY style way, without the greasiness. Big slices. Great topping options. Dessert choices are tasty, and are nice cream items from another place.

I would eat Patellie's once a week for the rest of my life if I lived closer. We're 40 minutes away so once a month is all we do. If Patellie's were to ever even THINK about calling it quits, I would have absolutely no problem getting the authorities involved. I don't know why it's so hard to find a place that makes a NY-style pizza around here but we've not found any place better than Patellie's. You'll need to call your order in ahead of time...they book up pretty quickly. No indoor seating/limited outdoor seating but who cares? Eat it in the comfort of your own home!

I bought a slice for 5$ and change. Sparce toppings and flimsy floppy thin crust with no bite. Total waste, this business owner should be ashamed but he’ll probably still have business because of the location.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Do not go here. The staff are super slow. I was there today and ordered a butterfinger blizzard, but it was more like a vanilla blizzard because there is 0 butterfinger in it. This is the second time this has happened to me! I even asked for extra and I got none. If you want a blizzard with more than shitty vanilla ice cream DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Just look at the pictures and see how my “extra butterfinger” blizzard looks like. 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Came in with my kiddos for Free Cone Day! It was a really positive experience! The cashier seemed very knowledgeable and helpful with us and everyone who entered after us. I have been going here for years and never had an issue, other then typical small mistakes which are understandable. However, today we went in to buy an ice cream cake and we selected the strawberry cheesecake, then we noticed the label said it expired two days prior on the 9th. Because of this we asked if they would be willing to take off any percent of the cake. There is also a sign that states all display cakes are 25% off on Tuesday which is right before they expired. However when the manager came from up front we smelled Marijuana and she started ringing in without telling us how much she was willing to take off. We nicely asked how much and she rolled her eyes, snapped and said only 20. Which to us made no sense as it had already been expired and the cake was 2 weeks old at this point. I am very disappointed with this experience so much that we didn't even get my family member a birthday ice cream cake for dq and went to meijer instead.

Best drive thru service tonight, 8/7/25 @ 9:30ish, that we have ever had in any St. Joe restaurant. The drive thru order taker was so sweet and patient. Food was great and order was correct. The staff needs to be commended on great service.

Actually insane. I go through the drive thru, have to wait 15 minutes for my food, and my blizzard is completely melted. I then go in and ask for it to be remade, and they remake the wrong blizzard. Had to just end up buying another… Took 8 minutes for someone to take my order when I went in the last time and then 10 for them to bring me the blizzard….

For fast food, this place is great! I eat lunch here twice a week and the food is always hot and the employees are always polite and upbeat. Good job!

A special group of young people work here. The food is always fresh and delicious and the crew is top notch!

A small pretty aged building, located downtown. The parking lot is small and there is plenty of seating for about 30. They do deliver, pick-up, and there is a drive through. While I sat in on a Friday, there was plenty of traffic through. The pizza is highly recommended and the crust is amazing. The chicken ranch pizza is my favorite item.

Whenever I’m visiting family near here, I almost always ask to get the chicken-ranch pizza. Nostalgia may be partially to blame, but it’s one of the best I’ve ever had. More recently, my sister has also introduced to the meatballs, which are excellent both fresh, or as leftovers. There is seating if you want to dine-in, but I wouldn’t recommend it. Call-in and pick-up, that’s how we’ve always done it.

Fast service never have a problem each time we come here or get delivery. Great food great people. Love it!

We ordered pizzas for a wedding rehearsal and they made sure it was made hot and fresh. Staff was extremely nice.

Cheap decent pizza but getting ahold of them is hard. Tonight I spent about 20 minutes trying to call and kept getting a busy tone. When I finally got through, the woman immediately said “please hold” then put me on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up and called back, and once again was told “please hold” so I hung up and went somewhere else for dinner. It’s cheap but not worth dealing with for almost 40 minutes for some pizza.

The best part was the cost. Maybe 12 pepperoni on the whole medium pizza

Crappy service and always getting attitude and rude behavior from most of the workers. Most of the time im always missing something or the order is made wrong. This is like the 10th time in a row we ordered fries and they barely put anything in there. After the millionth time I decided to give them a bad review. Not going to this McDonald’s anymore and it sucks because the other 2 closest ones are in Buchanan and in south bend. So over this McDonald’s I hope they end up with new management and new workers.

Ordered the 2 cheeseburger and fries with a sweet tea. The fries were WAY too salty (I only got pictures of the fries. You can see the salt on them and the sweet tea was SO sweet it was almost clear!!! And the cheeseburger was not hot at all. I ended up throwing everything away... ugh what happened to quality control?

I don't know how they could possibly get every single item wrong. Plain food had toppings on it, mcflurry wasn't even mixed, just had Oreos on top, ice cream cone forgotten, somehow messed up a Carmel sundae, and the young lady with the huge pink braids at check out was rude. No point in asking them to fix anything, I know they wouldn't. Waste of time .When people are begging for jobs, how do people who obviously don't care still have jobs

Won't recommend it! I had high hopes before ordering my lunch from this restaurant since I had been to QDOBA at a different location & had a decent experience. On our way back to Chicago, we ordered ahead and picked up at this location. The moment we opened our bowls, it wasn't a pleasant surprise. The way the salad bowl was prepped appeared to be packed days before. Nothing tasted fresh like a good salad would. The kid's meal for my 9-year-old was a cheese quesadilla with black beans. the quesadilla was too dry that it was hardly edible. Poorly prepped food, the cheese appeared to be as if someone left it unattended for days before serving. But we sat outside to eat our meals and the staff helped us clean the tables. The ambiance of the store is quite decent, the staff is good too but the good is horrible.

No Plastic Knives nor Recycling Effort.. Pleasant staff, relatively clean restaurant, food is always fresh and as expected.. But there is no plastic knives to eat with, so be sure to bring your own pocket knife or similar.. St. Joseph QDOBA, please consider offering plastic knives as other locations do.. perhaps ask Mishawaka location how they manage it? They’re relatively close.. Also kind of strange that this location doesn’t bother with recycling anything? Even the trash receptacles have both sides labeled as trash, instead of one trash and the other recycling.. it’s a shame that with today’s efforts that with all the packaging and plastic they use, there is no effort..

It was a relatively disappointing Qdoba experience, especially because of the manager, Jeremey/Jerry. Some servers were nice, others didn't even interact, and the cashier was friendly, but Jeremy/Jerry yelled at my friend who had a coupon and wouldn't let him use it. Any other district manager would've been somewhat accommodating since the coupon was clearly on my friend's phone. However, due to the app not working for whatever reason and since he was too busy working on his laptop on the side during the late lunch rush - he felt bothered and as if the situation was beneath him. The bathroom was also gross, and I saw him go in it twice in ~ 30 minutes. The food got the highest rating because the staff was generous with their servings. It would've been a higher overall rating since the people who were nice were VERY nice—but we even saw Jeremy/Jerry yelling at them for not knowing how to use the app. Overall, it was a bad experience; go to DQ next door or to Oqdoba at the next exit.

This Qdoba has had some serious issues every time we’ve tried to eat there, we go back at different times but it always ends up the same. The prep stations are always dirty and the food never makes the 10 minute drive back home, it’s always cold. I don’t know if it’s because it sits too long or if the food warmers underneath aren’t on. This Qdoba has some work to do before I’d ever go back again.

Entire meal was made from cold and dry ingredients. Waste of money. Part 2: Came back 2 months later, this time it was even worse!! Stay away. The workers dont give a damn on what they’re serving you. Garbage. Whoever is running this place should be ashamed.

Very dirty, unprofessional, rude, serve employees before customers who have been waiting for 20 minutes. There were multiple different people in the lobby waiting. There was a total of 5 people in there and not one person even paid attention to us. We went in at 7:25 and didn’t wanna serve us because there lobby closed at 7:30.

*Not Recommend* *Extremely Rude Staff* We made a specific request for our food to be cooked well done, I specifically kindly asked repeatedly for the chicken and French fries to be cooked extra crispy. However, our dining experience fell short of expectations. The French fries were served lukewarm and soggy, rendering them inedible. While the chicken was cooked, it could have benefited from a slightly longer cooking time for optimal doneness. Additionally, the macaroni and cheese exhibited a greasy texture, detracting from its overall appeal. The overall dissatisfaction was compounded by encounters with disrespectful and rude staff members. It is concerning how a business can continue to operate while neglecting customer requests and maintaining such unprofessional behavior. Despite finding the biscuits surprisingly good with a buttery and enjoyable flavor, they were the sole highlight of an otherwise disappointing meal. Regrettably, based on this experience, we have decided not to revisit this location in the future.

Would not recommend going here. I wanted a 1/2 pound of popcorn shrimp. Was given a 1/4. Ordered a large tender meal that come with a drink. Got no drink. It took 20 min to go through the drive thru. And they completely fumbled an easy order.

This place just can't NEVER seem to get anything correct. This is not a 4pc chicken combo these are some dam chicken strips. Then on top of that this is the second time they forgot the red beans and rice. Im so damn pissed i got my money back and just ordered food up the street. Avoid this place like the plague! Does not deserve a single star. Whoever took over does not care about quality, cleanliness, customer service, or quite frankly anything other than turning out a profit. Any other place is deserving of your money, this place is not. Chicken is overcooked, portions are terrible, they will try to short you, and they have no semblance of how to treat customers or their employees.

this place was absolutely disappointing. we came in thirty minutes to closing and they were being very rude and just saying that they are out of everything! so we ordered and it came back totally wrong… we ordered three of the 3pc combo meals and when we got our food after a five minute wait at the window and not a single word spoken from the employee other than cussing out the people behind us, our food was wrong. they gave us three boxes of bone in chicken . no sauce . not the right food and it was a total up charge from what we thought we got . no napkins, no forks nothing. so we go back through to get our forks and napkins trying not to cause any inconvenience and there was a dirty trashcan shoved in the window and they’ve already locked up for the night and it’s still 15 minutes until closing. all in all this was extremely disappointing and we were totally disrespected. if i could rate lower than one star i would ! never coming back.

For once, most of my order was correct. Until it came down to the Bigger Box. Did not get 3 legs. Only received 1. And the one they gave me, someone took a bite out of and placed it in my box. I think I will be calling the Health Department in the morning because this has to be some sort of violation. You just can't give half eaten food to someone else. But it is Benton Harbor. What do you expect?

Horrible experience! First of all, why is it acceptable to not contain long hair?? Why are beards allowed to not have proper covering? You are making food for people to eat! When you are out of product, disable the option for that product on the app! I ordered online, my ordered was to be ready at 630. I arrived on time. My ordered was not even started yet. Kid tells me they are out of meatballs. Why is it available to order if your out?? He offers me the choice of a different sandwich, or refund. I asked for turkey on Italian herbs and cheese. The kid pulls out white bread. I questioned him. He said it was Italian. I said, oh, you must be out of the cheese for the top. He looked me dead in the eye and said, We are out of Italian bread. Then why did you tell me it was the bread I ordered?? Come on now. Finally my sandwiches are done. The bearded boy starts bagging my cookies. I ordered 2 chocolate chip and 2 oatmeal raisins. Imagine how angry I am to hear that there is only 1 chocolate chip cookie left. So again, I'm asked to choose a substitute. Not making the mistake of coming to this location again.

Extremely disappointing experience. The server was rude and took over a minute just to put on gloves — it felt like a joke. He seemed completely uninterested in both his job and the customers. The prep station was filthy, and the veggies were all mixed together — a serious concern for anyone with allergies. This was my first and definitely last visit to this location.

No Smiling staff here and the women’s restroom was FILTHY! The ONLY toilet paper to use was a roll sitting on the floor between stalls. The soap dispenser was broken.. and there was some substance ( cola? Root beer?) spilled and dried on the lobby floor by the soda machine. Honestly, They need to hire cleaning staff! It was bad!!

Placed a online order paid for it then my sister went to pick it up was told there was no order placed. Funny thing is I have proof it was placed and paid for and would be ready at 4:30. Then called and very unprofessional and never got a call back. Will be making a report. Will never order from there again. Bridgman subway.

There were 5 teenagers working all with long hair not tied up or wearing hair nets and another person in back that was playing loud music and yelling on and off. Service was very slow, bread for my sandwich was stale!!! Place was dirty!!! Won't stop there again!!

We go there for the convenience of it being close by, but shouldnt. Its always unclean, from the floors to the back counters. Veggie pans hold mixed ingedients of other pans that were dropped while sandwich making. Lettuce in the spinach etc..each pan mixed ings. Counters behind the glass a mess never wiped. Employees never smile, always 3-5 people working in that small space with most around the corner in back room being loud. Employes are not well trained, sandwiches arent pretty at all.. why do we go there, cause its close, always regret it and say we arent going back. Need better trained employes. Owner needs to inspect that place, hire a cleaning company.

My sister and I went through the drive through late at night and was greeted by worked Stacy P. He was absolutely the best! Our food was taking a bit and he chatted with us and made us laugh. He made our experience amazing!

I'm here right now. The only thing nice about this experience was the newly (already trashed) child exterior and fresh stick on wallpaper. Outside of that you can't use cash, the kiosk machine doesn't work, and after 10 minutes of waiting someone finally asked if I need help. The machine never set my order. This place already sucks but what do you expect at Taco Bell.

This is one of the better Taco Bells I've been to and definitely our choice over the one in Benton Harbor. The staff is always loud and sounds like they're having a blast and they get our orders out correctly and fast. It's kind of a fun place to be for a Taco Bell.

They forgot the drinks. I had to remind the guy at the window. They also didn't include the sauce. All of that was on the order. I don't think the guy was watching his order screen.

This is my go to Popeyes when I travel through. Staff are great to talk to, food is always good, just all around a great place to grab a bite.

When I went in to Burger King to order, I was told I could not order a value meal like what is shown on the app because they are a truckstop. I asked If the app will let me order that way, they have to honor it right? The lady said that they’d cancel the order and not fulfill it. Wow is all I could say.

Stopped here for a quick dinner on our travels and my husband ordered a small hamburger, small fries and a small drink and it cost over $13! They did not give him any value meal price. I ordered a wrap, which was very small for the price and they couldn't put ranch dressing on it instead of their sauce. The order taker was not friendly and acted like we were an inconvenience since she was also cleaning the floors even though it wasn't closing for several hours yet. The whole floor was so slippery and everyone was having to walk very carefully so we didn't fall. We will not be returning!

I waited 21 minutes for my order. Everything was fine minus the wait time, I think the order person messed up or something but the person to hand me the food was sincerely apologetic so all good.

Place my order. Drove up to the window. I have a Burger King gift card. First off the woman's finger nails are so long she can barely operate anything. She fumbles around with my card. Repeatedly trying to swipe and fumbling around with buttons. Finally after several attempts she says... We don't take gift cards, we don't have the machine for it. So Burger King doesn't take their own gift cards???? What a crock!!! Not only that looking in the drive thru window... The place is filthy. Glad I drove away, never to return. I go to this location all the time. Today my 10 year old daughter and i were yelled at because the woman did not know how to ring up my coupon. She yelled at me like it was my fault that she was new and was never trained corectly. We just left the building and she came outside still yelling at us . Also, she was cleaning out the garbadge cans when we walked in, after a minute or 2 she then walked behind the counter to make our order WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS. We are not tourists, we live here. I have never been mistreated in public by any employee of any establishment in our town . If anyone is smart, please think twice before eating here.

There is a sign stating customers are able to use the restroom yet being customers we were denied the right to use the restroom. We still had to drive an hour and a half to get home. I don't think any customer should be denies the right to use the restroom. My 4 year old daughter was crying after this because she couldn't hold it. Too bad I can't leave 0 stars.

I went in to buy a cookie and a pop and was treated very rudely by the older only lady working because I had asked her to break a 20. She was Thento concerned about my pay whatever she was doing in the back and not about being kind to her customers. I went in later to use the restroom and she was literally leaning over the side of the counter waiting for me to come out of the bathroom to yell at me as I'm walking out the door to use the porta potties outside. I'm in town visiting you Buffalo and now I know that I will no longer be supporting the local Subway here and will go to other places to spend my money. Considering they're never busy you would think they would treat their customers better.

They always have good sandwiches, but they are expensive for the larger sandwiches. Daily specials and coupons help. I like the chicken teriyaki the best, and I load it with everything. There is bottled pop or an all you can drink soda dispenser. Chips are extra. Don't forget to "like" reviews and photos you like. This helps the reviewer.

This store is snugly nestled near the New Buffalo marina. A warm November afternoon found us purchasing several sandwiches with very little meat. My cohorts and I threw bits of our lunch to visiting sea gulls since they were barely adequate for human consumption.

The lady has a lot of attitude towards certain customers and when we tried to pay she told we couldn't. My sister ended up having to take everything from her wallet to try and pay just because the lady wouldn't let her pay with what she had.

Stopped in for a quick restroom break and a quick bite along our travels. Food was "meh" had the classic bacon cheeseburger meal. A little skimpy on the toppings, burger was on the cool side. Fries were hot but very salty. Forgot pictures here though. Bathroom was also disgusting.. service was ok.

Service was prompt. Food has went back down hill , fries were ice cold. All 4 medium frys were so cold nobody would eat them. Ordered 15 strips and a wrap meal. Their wasn’t 15 strips and the lettuce on the wrap taste old, Like bad. Brown in color. I didn’t write a review after last week, the tortilla wrap was hard on the end like they were closed probably and they still served it. With the last two visits being bad , I thought I might save someone else their money .

The food can be old and buns a little chewy and fry’s can get cold and very salty just like any other fast food place I’ve had the food when it’s fresh and hot and it was a huge difference would like to see more fresh hot fiid and want to see ketchup packets always in my bag I feel you should never ask if a customer wants ketchup I feel it should be in that bag when I see ketchup in my bag I always come back and hiring good faces that want to work and enjoy there jobs and care is very important over all not to much other then that to complain on I love Hardee’s and I want to see it do better can’t wait to come back for my doubles as I choose this for my new lunch spot

Milano's pizza is our family favorite we have ordered for years even before my boys were born.we live just the street, they are the best pizza sandwiches pasta Mexican you can't go wrong, my department at the hospital we are always ordering milano's pizza or sandwiches. We love milano's it's our family favorite....thank you milano's ❤️ and also I get broccoli Crust for my pizza so good .

Can't beat the spaghetti with meatballs! $9.50 for the small. That's with adding cheese to the garlic bread AND an extra meatball! I do wish they had a description of the salad.. I ordered that and wasn't paying attention and pretty much got a container of just lettuce with some onions. The lettuce however was fantastically fresh.

They make a pretty mean pie! Some nice less traditional choices. The Philly cheesesteak pizza was amazing. Could do without the selection of Chick tracts, but it’s not like I had to take one either.

Food was the worst I have ever purchased. The Italian beef was put on bread like it came out of package, like a choke sandwich. I asked if it was dipped she stated that is a was. It was dry no juice whatsoever. I asked for jalapenos I had a few places on the dry bread. I didn't eat anymore. Call me next day and spoke to a nice lady that stated she was a manager she agreeded and apologized. However the jerk that was there when I went in asked me what was wrong with sandwich but cut me off when I went to explain and told me if I didn't like the way they make it go elsewhere! I will . The worst service in almost 60 years of buying food. This place as far as sandwich making need a class.

So far I've tried two different kinds of pizza here and LOVED them both! I'm pretty darn picky about pizza but Milano's nailed it! I can't wait to try some of the sandwiches and sides as well. We placed our order over the phone, waited about 10 mins, drove (about 10 mins away) and it was ready for us. Definitely will come here again :)

The food is absolutely incredible, testimony to why I’ve been a customer for over 12 years. I moved March 1 of this year to the city. I got delivery a month or so ago. I tried to get delivery this past Wednesday, June 25 I think and I was told they no longer deliver here where I live but they did not explain why. I find it hard to believe short of somebody being killed, there’s a good reason to eliminate 49 residence because of something that presumably one person did. I say this because there are regular shootings in the city here; makes me wonder how they can deliver anywhere in Niles. I also provided a $10 tip for delivery every time. I have no way to go pick up a pizza…💔

You order at the counter then sit down if your dining in no fountain pops and they don't wait on you. You get your food in boxes you eat and leave, you do get plates. Very inconvenient as I was from out of town and chose a restaurant for me and my family to go to have dinner because we were staying at a hotel. My kids were so confused.

Came in to pick up my pizza on 4/12/2025 and observed excellent work performance and great service from the manager on duty much better than previous manager highly recommend

The person who takes the calls always seems like she’s overwhelmed and tends to take it out on customers calling in, if people don’t complete their order in a certain amount of time she tends to get hostile and irritated, I had to hang up because she just kept going on about me taking too long to order

I liked this place. The workers were really nice and helpful. The food they served was really nice and delicious.

Usually I get really good pizzas and have no complaints. I have noticed though last few times, the pizzas are dry and lack sauce and toppings are dried out from lack of cheese I think. I refuse to pay extra for more sauce or cheese which should be on it in first place. I think we'll try elsewhere for a while see what else meets our expectations and for the prices being so high, might as well look for a better deal. Coloma is cozy and great but not what it once was and they should bring back waitresses. I don't like take out all the time nor do I wanna just go sit and wait on my self in an empty building.

20 year professional Chef from Chicago. Old and don't like cooking or cleaning up once in a while. Saw a ad for their 3 chicken tenders and a waffle. Decided to try it!! Also got 3 more tenders, and a chicken breast. The chicken tenders are not, once again are not breast meat, but rib meat which I can't stand. I have cooked thousands of chickens. Fried, barbecued, baked, boiled, and steamed in a pressure cooker!! So I know the difference between rib or breast meat. Totally different taste, I can't stand rib meat, plus a different smell then breast meat. After eating the rib meat tenders it was time for the actual chicken breast I bought, Totally greasy, had rib meat attached, which I totally expected nothing new. What i didn't expect was rib bones literally stuck and cooked to the TOP of the breast. Lucky I saw them. How did they manage to do that?? Don't waste your money on the breaded fried potatoe balls. NASTY. If I could give a 0 I would..

Should’ve written this review long ago. Everytime we order here online for pickup, we call to find out if the order is ready for pickup (cause it never is ready at the promised pickup time). But even then, they’ll say it’s ready and we have to wait another 15-20 mins after we get here (10 min drive) for a 8 piece chicken order. Just ridiculous. Never spending my money here again

Terribly slow, always messes orders, doesnt give fries or tenders. I ordered online, called them before picking up, and it was still 1hr delay. Absolute worst KFC in the world!

No one greeted me or the other customers. Got there at 4:50. Got waited on at 5:01. Took until 5:35 to get the order. Got home. My order didn't have the biscuits, and it had someone else's side dish in the box. The mashed potatoes and gravy were ice cold. I paid 42.00 dollars. I could have got a better meal anywhere for less. One guy said that a shift change happened. I went in the following Monday to voice my displeasure only to stand there in front of the counter for more than 5 minutes without anyone coming to counter or even acknowledging that someone was in the store. I left! I will not ever go to the M-139 KFC again!!!!!!!! I can't recommend anything at this takeout location.

I ordered online mobile order and we were sitting out in the parking lot til the app said ready for pickup. There was not one customer here. We went and ended up waiting 15+ minutes. Keep in mind there was no one in the parking lot and no one in the drive thru.

Every time I order Pizza Hut in Bridgman it’s absolutely amazing. Delicious, fresh, and the delivery guy who brought my order the past two times is SO SWEET. I felt bad ordering in the snow but he is such a good sport and I just love this place. ❤️ P.S the sweet chili traditional wings and cinnabons are the absolute best.

They really love to skimp on toppings. Even when you pay for extra toppings and tip over 30% for carry out(!) you MIGHT be happy with what you get. There have been times I paid for extra and had 3-4 pieces of pepperoni on each slice. If I want a cheese pizza I'll order a cheese pizza🤷🏼‍♂️. If I pay for extra pepperoni and have other toppings the surface of the pizza shouldn't still be more than 50% cheese. You're already gouging us on the price and I'm tipping your staff for handing me a box at the counter

Worst pizza hut around. The food is good, but they can't get a delivery correct for anything. 2 different times back-to-back, we ordered delivery. The food never came. They tried to doordash it to us. Their delivery driver was not available. We ended up canceling. I would suggest casey's or Romas, if you're in bridgeman.

It's set within a travel stop, and I wasn't expecting much -- but I had one of the best burgers I've had in quite a while, with a thick slice of fresh onion on top, served quickly and with friendliness ans warmth.

I give just two stars for the burger because it was slapped together and thrown into the pre bagging area based on how lop sided the meat patties were in between the buns. It was in disarray for sure when I unwrapped it.

Poor upkeep and customer service. There was a big sticky mess on the floor by the soda fountain drinks and fruit flies all around the empty ketchup pump. We had to beg for enough napkins for the 4 of us and all the tables were very sticky. While waiting on the customer in front of us, our cashier seemed hazy and fell asleep standing up right in front of us (at 7:30pm) head bobbing, and all... I hope that she's okay.

Ordered from Kentucky Fried Chicken via the app. Set the order for pickup. My wife went to the restaurant on the way home to pick up the order. She was told there was no order there under our name. She calls me to confirm that I did place an order. Yep, ordered and paid for. After an extended discussion she is told that the order was given to to Door Dash. Nope the order is for pickup, says so on the receipt. The manager tells her she will have to call Door Dash so they can bring the order back before they will replace it. How can we call Door Dash if the order isn't a Door Dash order? You can't. So, paid for order, no food, no refund. I guess that is how the Niles store operates. Incredible.

So I pulled up and it takes 10 minutes to get through and I’m the only person in line at the window and then we get our food and I get a famous bowl and I am at a park and no school where to eat it looking forward to and I’m hungry now I have to wait till I get homethis place is not good for any kind of service. I will never be returning to this place. KFC is lucky if I return to the company $25 down the drain today don’t go to the one in Niles. And then I only got one piece of chicken in my famous hole. Here’s the picture.

Came to the drive through and the lady said “our orders are coming in right now.” I had no idea she meant it was dine-in only by the stupidly worded sentence she gave me, so I asked what she meant and she proceeded to speak to me with an irate tone of voice telling me she wasn’t going to take my order in the drive through and I had to come in to order. It would’ve been simple just to say “our drive through isn’t open today sir”, but instead she had to speak disrespectfully, so I ended up going to subway across the street and they had a much better attitude. That lady in the drive through with the white trash attitude that works here needs to be fired. Absolutely trash customer service. It’s no wonder I never see anybody at this KFC when I drive through Niles.

My self and my brother came in and placed 2 separate orders on the kiosks for dine in. When our food was ready, we were told they placed both orders on trays together. When I asked why, they said well you came in together so we just assumed we could. I said no, just because we came in together doesn't mean we want our food together when we placed orders separately. The manager walked away mumbling and said it's not that big of a deal, just give them extra trays. I said it is a big deal, we're your customers. Then Dee came up to us and said sorry lobby closes at 9:30 when I called prior and was told it closed at 10. Dee then began to spray cleaning solution all over the floor while we were still eating. She started to spray by my 2 year old nieces feet. My sister in law said could you wait until we leave and not spray by my child. Dee then got loud and shouted at us, then a manager said we needed to leave or they would call the cops. I've never felt so disrespected as a customer. All because we asked for our food to be separated. This KFC definitely needs retraining in customer service and public ethics.

This place is great 👍 it is filled with nice people especially the regional manager and the manager on the site. I placed an order today and forgot my debit card and insisted to cancel my order but these wonderful people chased me down as I was driving away to go home to get my debit card and insisted I take the food with no cost. And return when I could,This was to me just beyond kind . The fact that both of these managers wanted to make sure I took the food before I went home to get my money and showed such trust and kindness it's just so inspirational and so wonderful to see.Please people visit this establishment in Stevensville Michigan. It is a clean establishment the food is always fresh and hot everyone that works there is always very kind to their customers.

This does not seem like an adequate amount of turkey for an 8” Turkey Tom. This is the second day in a row I’ve ordered this sandwich and they were skimpy on the turkey both times. I complained, the employee said the portion was correct based on the meat being pre weighed. He also showed me the portion size they usually use, which consisted of three pieces of meat. They made my sandwich with sloppy scraps and it barely looks like 2 slices altogether. I’m irritated and not happy with the customer service I received today because no resolution was offered. I do not plan to patron Jimmy John’s in BH again. That’s unfortunate because I order there frequently and I don’t normally have a problem.

In general Jimmy Johns is not great. It's an ok, mostly unseasoned 80% bread sandwich place. This location really was no different. It's ok, a very small place to order and go. Staff were quick, not unusually rude or friendly. It's a good place to grab a quick sandwich if you want something a little fresher and healthier than Burger King or etc.

This Jimmy John's location is not like others you may visit outside of the county or state. If you visit through the drive thru and pay with a credit or debit card, they will ask you to tip before they make your sandwich. No other fast food restaurant in the area does this. The "quality" of the sandwich you receive may be impacted simply because of the tip given or not given.

So, I wasn't even going to write this review cause everyone has bad days. But how quick hr and their direct manger got back to me to help fix and correct, let's just im impressed .

I've eaten at this Jimmy John's plenty of times but the last few times the sandwiches have been way smaller than before. For example I just ordered a jimmy cubano for the first time and there was one piece of ham on the whole sandwich. Overall the food has really fallen off the last few times I've been there
