Food is always excellent. The place is tired and needs a good clean. The condiment area needed replacements and a good wipe down. Service was friendly , but extremely slow once we'd eaten our meal. Unfortunately, they'd run out of all VE custard & ice cream. Which meant a dry dessert. Definitely need to order a lot more in the future. Young chap behind the bar was very knowledgeable and personable. He was my man of the night.

The order was not delivered as we requested missing items. The roast was the worst that I had with Toby . The meat sliced was unde 125gr for a king size. was a quart of a slice not even a full slice . the piece of meat was so tiny that the chef was scrape with the knife in the metal support . I decided to bring my family here and it was a wrong decision. Mention to the chef if this is spec for meat weight .And told him how much should be for our 2 king roast/ normal beef roast and 2 kids roast the right weight . Said is about right ! He did not rectified . Portion control should be followed otherwise we rip off the guests !!! When they get like me the bill we don't pay how much we like to make it "about right"! we pay and they pay what is on the recipe . So it is important that the chefs follow the training of how to carve the meat. Should use scale for under or over portion . I understand that we can be 100%accurate but this was outrageous ! - no glaze on veg nothing -potato boiled not fully roasted or half way no recipe follow and plain - using the same knife for everything when you have lots of muslim guests! I can provide pic if you like . Overall nearly£90 bad experience . We did ask with our drinks to have some water . We have been told in the end ..."tha's fine you do not pay for it"

Great staff, Steve is the name to remember. Steve is very generous with the meat portions. The place is clean, friendly and relaxing when you are without the kids of course. The place is large and kid friendly so expect a family to rock up at anytime. Reviewed this place before but it's prompt me to do it again so here it is lol. Not a bad place at all.

First time visiting with friends, location was beautiful and I got some lovely pictures of the views from the garden. Ben you were fantastic & efficient. I was really hungry and the carvery did not disappoint. Thank you Stewart the presentation and your interaction was great.

If you’re in the Southampton area and want a huge Sunday roast look no further! This place has taste, quantity and price in a plate. You will have to book a table and queue up to choose from 5 different meats but for some undeceive they offer you all 5 with the same amount of money. Also there’s vegetarian options which is fantastic! All you can eat veg, gravy and soft drinks. Standing next to a romantic river and with free parking (you will have to register your number plate at the reception) takes it to the top of my list for Sunday Dinner.

I absolutely LOVE tobys! Been going there since i was little! Practically grew up in this building. Although i can admit, like most things, tobys quality has gone down throughout the years and isnt as good as it once was. Its still absolutely impeccable and a lovley day out. the pricing is sensible and the food is utterly IMACULATE, I dont know who the chef is but i owe that man OR WOMAN my life!!! Or my first born child He/She COOKS in that kitchen and should get a FAT raise NOW :) Our server Macey was an absolute treat and gorgeous too! Cant wait to come back next week 🎉 and the week after that and the week after that

I was so pleased with this restaurant. Went in with low expectations, but they were smashed. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. There's a brilliant range on the menu with something for everyone, especially vegetarians. The restaurant was clean and well presented, especially considering that it had been a busy Father's Day, and we went in the early evening. Our food came really quickly and was very tasty as well as prepared to a good standard. The serving size was great, especially the fish and chips. The prices are good and there's plenty of parking.

August 2025 Early evening meal Not very busy on our arrival, but soon began to fill. Very good menu. We had very good service. The food main courses and desserts were very good and enjoyable. Very good early evening visit. Lunchtime menu includes a two for one deal. Good varied menu and a children's menu is also available. Very good staff Another visit to to restaurant, earlier visit I gave it THREE stars Today's visit seven months later than our previous visit. Very disappointing, Entered restaurant nobody available until a delay of a few minutes to take us to a table. Then a long delay for our drinks order. A few more minutes food order taken. Delay in the arrival of our meals. You may accept this service if the restaurant was extremely busy, this was not the case. If I was generous the restaurant was a quarter full. Not enough staff on duty. New rating only ONE star. This standard would be really disappointing for anybody staying at the Premier Inn.

Jody and the team are very friendly. I’m staying in the hotel here most weeks with work. Food is to a good quality and portion sizes are generous. Service is efficient and staff give a warm welcome. Good selection of draught Beers and Ciders. Menus change relatively frequently. It’s a clean space and live sports are available. Jody, Abby, Thea, Mikey and Dave are a credit to the team.

We were a booked table of three. We arrived at 18:21 for 18:30 table. Drinks service very good. Only main meals were ordered by 18:50. The meals took ages, although the Pub was not full. Then trying to get serverd for 3 puddings took a while. We eventually ordered 3 puddings at 20:00hrs. Two ice-cream Sundays and a Cholate Fudgecake. By 20:26 I went to cancel this order, but as I returned the two ice cream Sundays arrived. Unfortunately, they didn’t resemble the pne pictured in the Menu, so we asked to send them back and pay the bill. This was totally the reverse of our experience the week before!

Tragically "mid" the food didnt taste bad but jesus anything with batter was not burnt but well done. The dessert was alright, the wife has the gherkins out my burger and responded with "Worse gherkins ive ever had" i think she was being a bit dramatic but she is an avid pickle/gherkin fan.

Lovely team at Boswells, so friendly and welcoming. They also cook their vegetarian food separately from the meat which is a bonus! Will definitely be back. Lovely milkshake although I started drinking before taking the picture!

By far the best cafe in Eastleigh. Not only are the prices very competitive, there’s a great menu, but more importantly, the service is always excellent with polite, jovial and helpful staff. The atmosphere and layout is very pleasing which has helped create a relaxed and warm environment. Having spent 30 years in the cleaning industry in a previous career, please ignore some comments posted on here, as there is not a hygiene issue at this cafe. We have been visiting this cafe regularly for over a year now, and we look forward to more visits in 2025.

The food and coffee is average in this place. We have ordered a chicken sandwich but they provided a sandwich without any chicken. They kindly accepted the mistake and change the sandwich. The other downside was that every time we order coffee they fill the cup so much that every time is spilt around.

Our second visit today in four days and both visits have been amazing. Came in on Friday and had a coffee. Service was second to none. Staff were talkative, polite and attentive. We decided to have something to eat. Food was delicious and served promptly and was still hot. Came in again today and once more amazing service and hot delicious food. We will now be regular customers. Huge thumbs up and 5stars all the way 👍😀

Great visit with the family, my dad gets his loyalty card stamped, the kids loved their chocolate shakes, everyone's a winner. Adam was our server and was brilliant. Will be back again soon.

Situated in the Swan centre in Eastleigh the place was very busy. You can see why while queuing up to place your order you can see a selection of all the savoury foods on display followed by sweet selections that makes it very inviting. I see many people order the all day breakfast that looks fresh. But I fancied the look of the festive menu and went with the turkey club sandwich, along with gingerbread latte and bowl of chips. The menu failed to mention or I missed it that the sandwich came with tortilla chips so I did over order. The staff were all very friendly, fast and efficient. Service with a smile. The sandwich was delivered to the table and it was very full to bursting with lettuce leaking out the side. There is a generous amount of turkey, bacon, lovely oozy brie and cranberry sauce sandwiched in 3 slices of toasted bread. A big bite is needed to get a taste of it all but definitely a classic combination done right. The chips were pretty standard fair, portion was good and the gingerbread latte hit the spot. Very nice, I will certainly visit again to try other items on the menu.

With an unsuspecting exterior, this cafe is such a lovely spot for a pop in coffee, or a hearty full English. While being super busy for a Thursday morning, the staff were super friendly and the service was swift. The coffee was delicious! I ordered an iced coffee and a smoothie which were both refreshing and just hit the spot. A wide variety of food options were available ranging from a cake to go with your coffee or a lasagne for a hearty lunch. Would definitely recommend coming here if you’re in the chandlers ford area.

On the final day of our holiday in Winchester, we visited Hursley Café in Eastleigh, which proved to be an ideal conclusion to our trip. Seeking a delectable vegan breakfast, we had chosen this cafe, and we are immensely grateful for our decision. Upon arrival, the café was bustling, which is often an indicator of its popularity. Despite the fullness of the café, the ambiance was warm & inviting. A complimentary car park was conveniently located directly in front of the café, enhancing our overall experience. The vegan breakfast was exceptional, characterized by its freshness and satisfying flavors. It was evident that the chefs had dedicated thought and care to crafting each dish. The friendly staff and exceptional service further contributed to the overall positive experience. We highly recommend this cafe to anyone traveling through Eastleigh or in the vicinity.

This seems to be a small, family run business. Absolutely sweet the way they all work together. Food is amazing! Good prices. Wonderful, caring service and cozy Cafe. Will visit again when I'm in the area. Glad to have found it on Google.

Long wait for order to be taken. Very noisy. Server struggled to take our order. Drinks given quickly. Party of 2, we were Served our meals 5 mins apart which was really awkward and actually really annoyed me. Food was nice but waited far to long for everything. Sat on a tiny table in front of the door. not ideal. It was busy. Staff were friendly. Milkshake was delicious. Bacon was really tough. Limited parking. The experience was not great. I won't be returning unfortunately. I mentioned to the man at the till that I was not happy that we were served separately and he didn't even apologise for the poor service.

Great place for breakfast. The place is nicely set out and the chairs are comfortable, especially the booths. We had the Full English breakfast and it was really worth the price. Will definitely be back again. Would still like to try their Thick Shakes as they look delicious.

Love this place , only go in if I'm starving and normally in a rush. Simple fayre, but well done, hot, freshly cooked and quick. Priced right for the establishment and judging by the amount of people in there, they must be getting something right.

It was the worst experience at this place. I went there with my family who have been to this place many times. The waiter felt like wasn’t interested to work. We asked for water and it arrived after food arrived 15 mins later. The food was cold. Very disappointing experience. Will never go back there. We got a wrong order, didn’t seem welcoming but was all smiling and welcoming to other customers on the next table. Outright raciest behavior. Appalling!!!

Ordered egg mayo baguette with side salad, baguette was flat with slices of boiled egg on top with mayonnaise?? I get that's egg mayo but not what i was expecting, Salad was also under the egg and couldn't close the baguette so had to use a knife and fork to eat it. Really bizarre way of doing egg mayo.

Dawn and her team supplied the food for our wedding In late August 2025 and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Food was amazing, such a brilliant selection and the service and layout was beautiful and I’m so greatful for everything they did. Thank you Dawn we are forever grateful! 🤍🤍🤍

Small sandwich shop on shop precinct on busy road with easy front if premises parking other side of road. Wanted a plate of sandwiches for 5 people during an afternoon meeting. Telephoned order day before to polite and helpful person (Angie)and agreed sandwich type and fillings. Collected sandwiches which were well presented on plastic catering style tray which was suitable to place directly on table without plating up Fillings were good amount of nice quality and in variety of fillings suited to most tastes Collection was easy and I paid at point of collection. Will use Munch Box again as it provided everything to a good standard in a professional manner

The doorstop sandwiches are genuinely unbeatable. The best sandwiches you can get. I honestly cannot recommend enough, and the staff are absolutely delightful, too!

Can’t quite get my head around the amazing reviews. The guy who runs the shop is lovely, but I’ve been here a few times now and all the fillings taste extremely cheap. A chicken mayo, bacon and cheese panini yet it tastes of nothing. Flavourless cheap mayo and likewise the cheese. Unfortunately customer service alone doesn’t earn a good rating.

Fantastic ploughmans doorstep sandwich made with very thickly sliced fresh crusty bread and they do not skimp on the fillings. Staff are very friendly and reasonable prices. Huge selection of fresh sandwiches, savouries, baked potatoes and cakes & bakes. Would highly recommend.

Decent options!! We were looking for some specific chocolates and couldn’t find them anywhere is other popular stores. Although the prices are on the higher side , the product variety is appreciated. Like their options of protein bars and chocolates m. Easy checkout as well.

All the food being binned... Anything that was already scanned I couldn't at least buy at a lower price. Lady told me it had to be binned. This food waste is disgusting. Why can't you give it away? I don't condone shoplifting but you're not really helping the shoplifting crisis at all. If I see anyone trying to steal these, I wouldn't even bat an eyelid. I'm not going to lie, I'd be tempted to just take them myself. There are families that are struggling to eat enough during the day and you are wasting perfectly good food. Absolutely selfish. It should not be classed as theft if it's being binned anyway.

Cancels deliveries for no reason. All the time. When you call them there is nobody around to help you. Yet u call during your delivery slots. The service they provide is on there own terms and when they can be bothered. If they can't be bothered all u get is a message to tell you they have cancelled your order. With out contacting you to arrange a reschedule.

I've done click and collect for clothes and gew times and every experience is awful. This week my order arrived a day early, great! Went to collect it on my lunch break, scanned my code, wait 20 minutes and no one comes despite walking to the other end of the store to ask for help which they did by calling someone over the radio, but no one came, had to leave and run back to work. Went again today, code isn't recognised (probably because I'd scanned it 2 days earlier). Tried to check in online and my order code is 'to long' for the website. Went to ask for help, again try and radio someone and they're apparently on their way. 15 minutes later still noone, got back to the main desk, she radios again and this time no answer. I wanted 5 more minutes and left, rang up Asda for a refund. There was another gentleman waiting their before me and still sticking it out. This is a regular occurrence, if you can't do the service don't offer it.

I don't recommend ordering online because Asda store employees are incompetent or uneducated and can't process online orders. This is the second time we've received an order through Uber Eats that wasn't what we ordered. Before handing it over to the courier, every employee should ensure that the order is transmitted correctly and verified to avoid mistakes. I can't say enough about ASDA. Secondly, after updating the ASDA app, it doesn't work properly. When shopping directly through the app, the order isn't delivered, but a fee is charged. However, the status in my bank account is listed as "pending," which means there's a chance the money will be refunded. I CAN'T SPEAK.

Good range of products, very convenient location and amazing team. I would have given 5 stars if inside coffee vending machine wasn't out of order thrice in a row. I'll revisit and may change my review based on next visit experience. The hallway shops collection is really handy though. The mall is often quite busy so expect queues on tills and even self check out terminals. Fresh fruits and vegetables are always available which is a great plus compared to other malls close by. Oh and roll on discount offers are irresistible.

I wanted to buy a monster for me and my sister with my children getting lucozade and they said i wasn't allowed to buy it and said that all kids need to show ID, despite me already showing mine.The names of the staff members are Sarah and Chelsea who where in particularly quite quick to argue. I understood where they were comming from yet when i tried to explain that the children werent going to drink it, they wouldnt listen, almost like they made assumptions about us since we are South Asians. They wouldn't listen to us and threatens to ban us quickly. Of course we felt threatened and so left however ot ruined our morning. If I could, I would give half a star.

This is at least the third occasion that I have experienced issues with my order at this restaurant. They just cancelled my McDelivery order for no reason and have missed items as part of orders on at least two other occasions. This isn’t just an issue experienced with delivery either with items missed in pickup from the restaurant too. Had enough and will not be ordering from here again.

Visited 05 October, around 9am and ordered a McMuffin meal. Waiting for the meal, I'm watching the cook (who I was later advised was the manager) prepare all orders wearing no gloves and cross contaminating different meals. Hygiene aside, anyone with a custom order due to allergies would be affected. Asking for a refund, I was advised the gentleman preparing the food was the manager and would assist me. The manager came round direct from the kitchen area, not washing their hands or using sanitizer, to action my refund handling cash. No doubt they would go back to food preparation without cleaning their hands, but I didn't hang around to find out. I was advised by that manager that it was store policy to not wear gloves, and to nit return there if I had an issue with this. You can be sure I won't be returning after witnessing THAT type of food preparation.

I have complained about missing food for ages when I go through the drive through, but recently, the last 4 times I have been nothing is missing, the burgers are put together well, the staff are friendly. I dont know what has changed but it is like a new restaurant, seriously improved. Well done

Took about 10 minutes for 2 milkshakes and 1 Big Mac that was slapped together, I don’t usually complain as they can get busy in the 313 store but seeing as they had 3 orders on their screens the least they could do is put my burger together properly. Just happy I didn’t get any fries today as they are normally cold and taste stale 🤦🏻‍♂️

The slowest service ever! People wandering around like they don't want to be there, plenty of people need a job! Coffee lukewarm, just drinkable as sits on the side for so long, one person dishing the orders into bags whilst others stand around. The food is hot so only good thing

Ordered through deliveroo because I’ve got a new born and it was a quick easy meal to get took 30 minutes to get to me (I live around 10 minutes walk away from the store) all my food was cold, my fries taste stale and everything was just thrown in the bag without any care. my large fries looks like a medium at best even after putting all the loose fries back in my box! Seems like this store get lazier every day and can’t seem to basic tasks like put straws in a bag for my drinks (1 of which is a milkshake) even when I go into store 0313 I have to send something back or complain about service the majority of the time 🤦🏻‍♂️

Came in around 9 took about 10/15 minutes to even get served or even be acknowledged that I wanted to order there was two staff on to which one staff left leaving the other guy alone for about 10 minutes once he came back they were more focused on delivery’s one I got my coffee about 20 minutes later tasted like coffee granules won’t be visiting here again waste of money and not the greatest start to my day

I usually enjoy a visit to Costa. I nearly left when I heard they were only using takeaway cups. We had coffee and cake but the cakes were in bags so a bit of a mess trying to eat. Apparently the dishwasher was broken. We heard the staff talking about us after they got my drink wrong. And the place was a bit of a mess! Not good!

The great thing about visiting Costa is you know how good it's going to be before you get there! Whichever shop you visit, you're assured of the same quality of food and drink as every other shop in the franchise!

Not faulting the staff who were working very hard but this store is in dire need of refurbishment. The chairs were filthy and my feet were sticking to the floor! I drank my coffee with my bag on my lap because I couldn't find anywhere clean to put it down! The tables are tired and worn, black damp rising up most of the walls. I was honestly shocked at the state of this establishment.

We often use this Costa Service always good, polite staff always make you feel welcome Quite busy at the just after 0800hrs. Orange juice and bacon roll. Very handy for Halfords ,Home bargains , Matalan. Pets are us. Shared car park , often very busy

Very good Costa place with friendly staff. The place itself has a lot of natural light, 3 of the 4 walls are almost glass-made letting the sun light in. Even though it is a crowded place, it is reasonably quit and comfortable. Couple of sofas too which makes it cosier. It is surrounded by cheap-like shops so a great place to start the Saturday cheap-shopping day

Was very quiet when we called in, around 2pm in the afternoon, we had a lemon tart and cinnamon bun and cold Frappe/smoothie drinks, mango & passionfruit smoothie and strawberry & cream frappe can be seen in my picture, as it was rather a warm day.

I bought chips and chicken nuggets. It was so good, even better than McDonald’s and the boss is very friendly and kind, he gave me takis for free. definitely recommend. And best wishes for them

Hands down the best burger van I've come across in the uk. Everything freshly made and baguette is nice and soft. The price is cheap to 6.50 for 10" baguette and a latte

I love speedy’s burgerbar, I ordered the cheeseburger and I could not be more pleased, the second the burger fell into my hands I felt the warm and mysterious embrace of the tin foil package filled with delights. 10/10 Would scran again

My first visit and a perfect start to the day ready for a bike ride. A group visit of 3 mountain bike riders and we sat outside on a sunny Saturday morning. I had the full English and it was a perfect portion for me of good produce and a quality coffee to wash it down with. Friendly, efficient staff of which we wanted to thank, but they were very busy so we didn't have the chance. Thank you! I've always had a soft spot for Eastleigh and I love seeing and supporting businesses like this that push it forward. :)

Such lovely food. All cooked fresh. I had bubble and squeak with bacon and poached eggs. The bacon was thick and cooked to perfection. The poached eggs were delicious and just runny enough. Very tasty. Will definitely visit again.

Only had a coffee here but my goodness it was superb. Looked great and tasted better.

Great spot for brekkie or brunch. Compact so need to be patient or get lucky with your timing! Usual suspects, full English etc. good veggie options too. Strong cake and treats game, available from the glass display case at the front. Has a sort of "the ceiling could fall in at any moment" kind of vibe but it's all good! Popular spot and deservedly so.

In the area for the weekend from Dublin and came across this little gem. The food was really good, great service and it’s very reasonably priced, I had the ninja breakfast and they let me swap out mushrooms for extra hash👌🏼 If I lived in the area I’d be sure that this would be a local.

Breakfast visit today. Two meals which were excellent, poached eggs on toast, and the standard breakfast. Both meals served hot, and on hot plates. Service was as good as on our previous visit. Consistent quality of service I now believe this deserves 5 Stars. Previous visit Mid morning coffee and tea cakes. Not as busy as usual on this visit. Very clean. Service and staff excellent. Extensive menu including one for children.

Quick bite of the Mediterranean before off to the cinema. Simple decor and great service. We popped in with 40 mins to spare before start of the movie and said we were in a hurry.... Great choice of Greek favourites and good portions washed down with Mythos! Moussaka was tasty with side of garlic pitta bread.

This is my favourite coffee shop. The staff are always super friendly, chatty, helpful and make your order just right, even with annoying adjustment requests (hot chocolate not too hot, boba bubble drink with no boba bubbles). It’s also easy to access with disabled or regular parking. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Karen and Lily are lovely people and are often the highlight of my day out doing errands and getting a drink or snack in between . Thank you!

Reasonable place to get a coffee, but wish it was stronger. Service was great, staff friendly and helpful. Quite a few seats with plug sockets. No problems getting 4g WiFi signal. Food is expensive and as far as I can see nothing available that's meat only. Others may well be happier with the food choices than me, the low score is because I choose not to eat the things on offer.

This is the worst costa in Southampton, that one blonde woman (manager) is so rude and speaks awfully to her employees and also rubbish management skills, steer clear if I was you to be honest, disgrace of a place.

Superb cafe with an exceptional selection of brunch options from pancakes to buttermilk chicken wraps. We had the biggie (biggie breakfast) and bacon pancakes. Well worth the wait for great tasting, quality food. Decent coffee too.

Sunday morning visit for breakfast. Very busy, hardly any time before a table became available. Excellent service, enjoyed our breakfasts. Staff excellent as we have become to expect. Another visit for breakfast. Very busy on our visit, first time on a Saturday. Food arrived very quickly, hardly any wait. New addition for us tater tots, enough to share. Breakfast very good. Second visit on Sunday. Arrived just on 0900 hrs. Quite busy on arrival and then got steadily busy. Service was very good. The only disappointment was cold plates, not even warmed. First visit Can't really give this Josie's a proper rating. Appreciate it was Mother's Day. Not able to book a table, this seems to be the procedure. Arrived before 0900hrs, to book a place in the queue, at an hour and a quarter wait. Unfortunately we were not alone in leaving as we considered the wait was too long

One of the best coffee shops / Diner in the area ! You MUST try the Chicken Pancakes. It's amazing 👍🏼😋 💥Revised on 6th Sept. 2025 Please note: Usually the Chicken Pancakes comes with sprinkled caster suger on top as decoration (I believe !). I find the caster sugar a little too sweet together with the syrup, so I usually ask without the caster sugar...but it's up to you 👍🏼

Went with a group to the inclusive Cinema to see Witches, Great for all abilities and lovely calm atmosphere lights kept on low light and an interval on film to have a drink and biscuits. Our group members loved it ❤️

We attend Move and Munch here. It's a class for 6 month - 3 year olds and it's great. It's a lovely space to dance and a lovely, warm building.

This was my third visit, and each time I’ve tried different meals and desserts. I’ve always been completely satisfied with the taste, quality, and speed of service. The staff are friendly, attentive to details and very nice to you, the milkshakes are thick and delicious, and the Turkish menemen is outstanding! Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this place - definitely one of the best in the area!

I’ve visited 5+ times now, I’ve tried a smaller lunch option (jacket potato, toasties) as well as the bigger menu options. Western with a Mediterranean twist, I really like the hummus bowl. My daughter adores the pancakes! They are the best in the area for taste and value for money, hands down. The portions are big, good coffee and great milkshakes. Service is always with a smile and a nice relaxed atmosphere, feels homely. We often go to Josies over the road too but this place is completely different to anything else in Chandlers Ford. Nice big windows so lots of natural light and it’s not too noisy even when it’s full!

First visit for breakfast. Made welcome on arrival. Service was excellent, Hardly any wait between ordering our food and it's arrival at our table. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast. From today's experience we will certainly return

Tried this out after a busy morning. I went for a Turkish breakfast dish and my friend went for a poached eggs with salmon and avocado. Not too busy and greeted with a smile and enthusiasm. The service was great throughout the service. The food was really good and very well prepared and cooked and presentation was even spot on. Don't bother going over the road for a coffee or breakfast, come here, good prices, good size breakfasts and we'll looked after. Well done guys, if I could give you 4.5 I would. Great stuff and keep up the good work and food.

Went there the other day and all the food me and my family ordered was, put quite frankly, some of the best I’ve ever had in terms of breakfast. The service was excellent and I would like to specifically point out Mustafa who was great in every regard. Will definitely be eating here again!

I came here for lunch with my mum for the first time and what a good descision that was. The people there were super friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing. Portions were big and the food had so much flavour. Will be coming here more often for sure. This place is a credit to the area. Thank you so much for an amazing first experience here. 😁

Four bad experiences at this Safeway Starbucks. 1. Watery latte. When I brought it back to be made over barista said there was nothing wrong with it and had I ever had a latte before? #2-3. Out of whipped cream for the Frappuccino. #4. Given wrong drink.

Absolutely fantastic experience! This location is my favorite Starbucks. There was an incredibly helpful worker, Shannon, who helped me pick out something new to try. Best Starbucks experience I've ever had!!

So, it depends on which Starbucks you go to, of course. My favorite is the one in Laurel Village on California Street in San Francisco. I moved recently and have been trying out the Starbucks' in Northern California. So far my next favorite is the one in Santa Rosa on Mission and hwy 12. My favorites don't get my order wrong, the fill up the cup not leaving a quarter cup empty, they follow directions and my drink is always to my liking. So my piece of advice is be very clear on what you want.

I was served by Kyle, Saturday morning the 4th of May. I just wanted to say that I was impressed with how thorough he was and how careful he was with each order. There was a long line , but he was taking care of everyone at a comfortable pace and was not at all flustered or overwhelmed. He washed his hands after every cash transaction as well. He even clearly marked the lids of my coffee and explained which ones were decaf an which ones had room, usually folks forget , or I can’t read their handwriting. So, thank you Kyle for the great service. May the 4th be with you 😊

This might be the best Starbucks we have ever visited. The staff is awesome. They remember our order when they see us and make great drinks very fast!

They were closed once got to Safeway and couldn't get anything but I have purchased mango dragon fruit drink

Awful delivery service, ordered a delivery and took over an hour and a half to deliver my food. The food was stone cold and the drink was missing. Every order is a lottery of will i or wont i get what i paid for. Definitely wont use again.

Fries looked like they have been fried over several days. They took crunchy to another level. The manager really Should have good oversight on this as its very clear when chips have been recooked

The slowest service possible isnt even worth the 1 star waited 30 minutes for 2 happy meals. I came here a few months ago and the service was the exact same theres nothing fast about this fast food restaurant it would be quicker to go into eastleigh and get it from there

Can't beleive it is £1.49 for ONE hashbrown Egg was crispy and black inside, 2nd one was perfect. When I stood at the counter to change the egg the staff just walked past me. Arrived at 9.30 on a Sunday and it had just opened but the floors were still dirty. Plenty of machines to order from plenty of seating Plug sockets including USB available

Ordered a take away and they can’t get anything right -No sauce even though I asked for sauce -Asked for no ice in my drink … my drink has come with ice in it -what’s the need to put the spoon upside down in the McFlurry, probably very unsanitary seeming as that’s the bit you touch to pick it up. They also must have touched the bit that goes in my mouth in order to put it upside down in my McFlurry - straws would be nice

I wish I could give mcdonalds zero stars. This is the third time we've ordered delivery from mcdonalds they get out order wrong. Sometimes missing burgers, sometimes missing sauces and today they just didn't bring us any of the food we ordered, only two drinks which we didn't order. I cannot understand how they get it so wrong every single time we order delivery.

Is only company I know that literally doesn't care . The food looks like it's been assembled from across the other side of the kitchen by throwing stuff at buns stuck to a wall . Then jumped two footed onto a bottle of sauce . They are so overwhelmed by internet orders that if U visit there it takes an eternity. You get grunted at or huffed at for.asking for sauces you asked for in the first place on their machine you order from On top of that if you order food it will come even if you live three minutes from there soggy cold and missing straws , sauces you ordered and even some of your order at times . They will deny all responsibility now they have delivery service to blame and pass you between themselves and them with noone willing to help you until you just give up Basically spend a few extra quid and don't allow this company to create a situation where they couldn't care less about the customer and just want to treat U like a cash cow . It's tbh not even cheap anymore your paying almost pub/restaurant prices and getting a load of slop
