I have been eating here for at least 2 years.The service, the staff, the food, absolutely amazing. If you like small family owned and operated businesses this place is worth several visits. Adam and Tracie will regularly make sure everything is in order, and so very pleasant to chat with. Everyone is so kind and it makes every visit special.(Haley is who regularly serves us and she’s awesome too) Their menu has been updated this last year to provide Bloody Mary’s, mimosas and many more options to which I thought the menu to lack before. Also, many updated food options and according to my girlfriend “the best Belgian style waffle in Stevens Point”. Stop in here if you haven’t, you could be missing your favorite local brunch spot.

Wonderful, wonderful restaurant in historic and beautiful downtown Stevens Point! The food is delicious, service is prompt and kind, and the setting is perfect. Can't wait to go back! 💖

This is the best brunch place in north central Wisconsin. The food is beyond excellent, and the service is fantastic. The owners have done a wonderful job of keeping the aesthetic of the restaurant alive while improving on already incredible food. While there may be a bit of a wait on the food when it's busy, it's only because each dish is carefully crafted and made from scratch. The culinary team ensures that you will have a meal that is always more than worth the wait!

Food was super quick and the service was great! The food came out quick and hot. The atmosphere is also perfect for all families.

I had set up a reservation 2 weeks ago and got seated immediately. It was my grandmother's birthday and they sang and treated my grandmother amazingly. Our server,Angie, was on top of everything. Was a great stop, great food, fair prices, and im glad we decided to give it a try. My only gripe was with parking, my grandmother has issues walking, luckily we found one close, but yea, parking could have been a bummer.

Went here for lunch with a group of ladies. Once again, it did not disappoint. Cari and her crew do an amazing job from the seating reservation to the details of each person out of 12 having our own check. Everyone loves their meal. It came out quickly. The waitress handled all of us with ease and a really good attitude. The sandwiches were done to perfection. Sizes just right. The bean soup was really tasty. The omelets never disappoint. The Wooden Chair is a local favorite and a place we always encourage people to visit. The atmosphere is fun and the food so tasty. Not too huge portions but enough to fill you full!!

We almost went to Perkin’s because it was right next to our hotel. Thank goodness we didn’t! The food was delicious, prices were reasonable, the atmosphere was cozy, and the wait staff (especially our waitress Amy) was wonderful. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars!

Diner experience to a tee! From the menu to the decor this place is a whimsical restaurant. Service was prompt and friendly. The music was fitting and the booth seats are upholstered with metallic flake vinyl. Food came out fast and hit the spot for us! Omelette was delicious and the sandwiches aimed to please. If you’re looking for an inviting diner atmosphere look no further.

The breakfast here is amazing. Their pancakes are nice and fluffy and do not sit in your stomach like a rock. I definitely recommend getting the skillet. The Jimmy Skillet. Perfectly seasoned well cooked with scrambled eggs.

Delightful local diner with amazing food. I want the waffle recipe as it was that good. You can tell walking in that they care about their community and putting out fantastic food. I wish I lived closer to come more often.

Great little diner right in Steven's Point. Stopped by while my vehicle was getting serviced close by. Had a meat lovers skillet and tried their home made salsa. Both were very enjoyable. The atmosphere and service was spot on as well. Will be back if I'm in the local area.

Food was delicious (our family ordered crepes, pancakes, burgers, wraps) and very fresh, entire restaurant was clean and inviting. Staff was so kind and friendly. Clearly a family- owned business which owners take great pride in. We will absolutely come back!

Small diner with very friendly service. Coffee and food was delicious. Cozy little place that makes you feel like you’re family. And if they suggest getting pie, say yes please.

First time here. Came here around 11AM on a Saturday morning. Service was ok. Waiter gave us water in the beginning after we sat down, but the waiter did not come by to fill up our water once we ran out. We had to stop her and ask her to fill it up after the food was pretty much done... Took about 45 mins to receive our food. What we ordered: - 2 Plain Pancakes It was fluffy, and big, & delicious! - Medium Well Steak Breakfast Steak was cooked to the point where it was very dry. Our waiter did not come by to fill up our water, so I was struggling to eat the dry steak. I chose "fries" on the side, but it looked & tasted like cut up pieces of boiled potatoes that ended up getting fried on a pan.. I got a side of home made white bread. It was delicious, and fluffy. Eggs were ok. - Eggs Benedict Sauce was good. The side hash was good, and was served a good amount.

I ordered a thursday special. The person on the phone had no clue about it. Paid $11 for a single oversized pierogi. It was delicious but not worth $11. It would have been alright if it came with another pierogi or a side (not counting 2 leafs of lettuce as a side).

Usually I absolutely love this restaurant today I am sad to say I did not have the same experience. This morning going in to cozy kitchen for breakfast the waitress Joanne was impatient and during our entire meal her demeanor with only our table was unpleasant and came off and rude and rushed. When asking about if we had done something to offend the waitress Joanna in some way she then made a public scene about our inquiring about the service. Sadly will probably not be returning.

Came to Stevens Point for an overnight and looked for a nice spot for brunch on my way back, and I’m very fortunate to have stumbled upon The Main Grain Bakery. So delicious! I got the “MGB Lunchbox Special” which was a Rueben and sooo good. I will definitely be stopping again next time I’m in town and will be snagging some of the sourdough bread on my way out. Also the chocolate chunk cookie is just drool worthy. Wish I had grabbed extra for the road 😋

Like an oasis in a sea of fried food! Rocked our world. If you’re traveling through central Wisconsin or a local and craving excellent, fresh, quality food with color, green lettuce, this is the spot. All of the bread and pastries are made here. Everything down to the pickles are quality ingredients.

Beautiful spot with delicious food and bakery items! Limited seating but it looks like a lot of carry outs were picked up! Would go again when I'm in the area!

Delicious soups & sandwiches! Odd seating though; window seats are in store traffic area, low tables make it hard to eat. Nice selection, great breads. Worth the trip, but maybe carry-out next time.

OMGoodness! Always enjoy the food at Main Grain (asiago thyme bread and lemon lavender short bread cookies are my favorite). I just had lunch and while often the sandwich is the star (and it was terrific) the tomato bisque was FABULOUS! So, so, good - thank you for another great meal!

If I ever want to impress visitors or company, this is a must stop. They are fresh bread is to die for and a perfect compliment to any meal. Their desserts are decadent, though I do recommend if you want a full cake to order a couple days in advance just to make sure you get the flavor that you were looking for. My personal favorites are their Whoopie pies.

We ate here a while ago and decided not to come back after being served coffee in a dirty mug (covered in lipstick stains, I don’t wear lipstick) I decided to write it off as a one off experience, until a staff member opted to lose it on me on Facebook for not wanting to drink out of an obviously used cup. I’m not sure if the staff at Olympia Family Restaurant know basic cleanliness practices, but maybe people don’t want to risk potential oral diseases from drinking out of a strangers dirty cup 😬

Oh my goodness. The soups, they were absolutely amazing. I'm still craving more of it. The rest of our food was just as good. The waitress was such a sweetheart. And the atmosphere was just like feeling like you were a part of the family. There was a regular there in a booth across from us. Very nice and sweet guy. Talked to us like he knew us forever. The place made us feel very welcomed and we will definitely be back. Especially for that amazing soup. I have the creamy vegetable and my daughter has the chicken and dumplings. Can't wait til we go back to Stevens Point and we go there again. And everything was reasonably priced. You can't get better than that.

This restaurant is the bees knees!!!! If you're looking for a delicious breakfast with great service, stop here! The gyro meat and eggs was fantastic, tender and flavorful. The staff was very friendly and checked in for fresh coffee refills, or if we needed anything regularly. Sadly we don't live around here but anytime we're back in this area, we'll be back for sure!!

Have been there multiple times been out of items on the menu multiple times the same item multiple times I’ve gotten cold food multiple times not worth going there. Service is slow.

Waitress was very friendly and the fish on fridays was awesomely good..

The Gyro breakfast was great! Worth the money and delicious! The eggs were done perfectly over medium and I was surprised by how much gyro meat they put on the plate. The service here is always outstanding. I'll be back to get this dish again!

I ordered a smash cake for our granddaughters 1st birthday along with cupcakes. They did an amazing job! Everything tasted amazing as well! I would definitely recommend Zest Bakery for any party needs and look forward to ordering the next smash cake for our other granddaughter. Thank you so much!

Zest is by far my favorite coffee shop in Stevens Point, the specialty lattes are always delicious and they change every month. Amazing coffee and good pasties if you need an extra sweet treat, my favorite is the s’mores bar and my boyfriend loves the bacon glazed croissant.

Best chocolate chip cookies on Earth... Literally! Also ordered a cake and cupcakes for our kiddos birthday and they turned out amazing! Seriously fantastic treats that are worth every penny, and staff is so incredibly friendly. Love this place so much!

What an amazing place! The baked goods are the best we've ever had! (Gin & Tonic cupcakes 😍). Inviting and cozy atmosphere with cute decorations. Loved playing the games while sipping coffee. Very impressive tea selection, too! This is a must stop!

I love this little coffeehouse. It was totally awesome. The staff was friendly and efficient. The drinks were delicious too! I loved that if you stay there for coffee, they offer unique coffee mugs and you could buy ones you liked. I am kicking myself in the pants for not grabbing the cow mug at Mt Rushmore or not trying the amazing sounding drink. "Rainbow Glitter*.

I love the atmosphere, definitely a mom and pop kind of place. Service is okay, lady who took our order was crabby. The chicken dumpling soup is actually pretty good and throughly cooked through, with a big basket of crackers and butter. They did bring out the food like 5 minutes after the soup, didn’t really have a chance to finish my soup. My friend got The Cowboy Burger, she said it was pretty delicious! I got the Crispy Chicken Ranch Wrap and it was okay…the ranch is bleh, and chicken is bleh too. Overall this place is good but I should’ve ordered something else..

Tried out someplace new for us. Our service was excellent. Missed her name but she was prompt, food actually came out pretty quick, and tasted great. It was actually was you would expect from a little mom n pop family restaurant. We both had the cod fish fry dinner with salad bar. Had to sample, easily had leftovers for lunch the next day. Will have to try out some other items in the future.

Cute place in a small strip mall with lots of unique choices with Wisconsin flair. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The food was tasty and fairly but not over portioned. The coffee was served in sponsored cup and the menu had a mental health placemat. Plenty of parking in front and easy to find.

We had a good time at the restaurant and enjoyed the service and food. The dishes were really filling and tasty. While I thought the gyro was just okay and not the absolute best I've ever had, it was still enjoyable. The all-you-can-eat deep-fried cod with lemon on the side was amazing! However, the sauce that came with the cod wasn't as good. One thing that puzzled us was that even though we ordered all-you-can-eat cod, we had to request more when we finished our plate. It would have been better if the waiter had checked in with us to see if we wanted more. Additionally, when they brought the new batch of fried cod, they did not bring the lemon, which was a bit disappointing because the lemon really enhances the cod's flavor. Would definitely come back here again, to check out their breakfast!

What a day Point let me down. I heard this place had a salad bar, wanted to check it out. A open face turkey sounded perfect, but in big letters soup & salad bar not included. Kept looking, went for the chopped steak dinner w/ mashed potatoes. Wouldn’t you thank a dinner included the bar, NOOOO. I found that out when I checked out and my bill was twenty something. Oh yay I forgot about the drink that never got refilled. I also got more help from another waitress (who got my tip) than the person helping me. The moral of the story “do you want to make a customer for the day or a lifetime “. I guess you know which one they picked , it’s a shame full of comfort food.

Eggs on the skillet was over done on the bottom, asked for no mushrooms an ended up finding at least 5 peices in the skillet. The table had a stickiness to it. Otherwise the rest of the food tasted good an filling would come back again. Kids enjoyed the pancake.service was good.

normally when i come here the food is alright. today i ordered their combo #4. the crepes that were supposed to have cream cheese had none and were dry. my “over easy” eggs were runny and my bacon was harder than a rock. not a good experience today. EDIT: i changed it from one star to five star for multiple reasons. one the staff honestly make it good. very nice people. the food quality has grown significantly better since last here too. thank you frannys

Upon arrival: We noticed several handicapped parking places but there were steps up to the front door ...I'm not sure if there was a ramp in back. At the door: there seem to be a line It was busy and bustling lots of seats were taken but It was not difficult to find a place to sit. There is a shelf along the ordering line with menus for food and drinks, I noticed a fireplace and it had begun to snow so I asked the server if they were planning to turn it on and she immediately did to our delight! Ordering: after getting situated by the fire, we made our selections from the menu and approached the counter to place our order. The counter staff was delightful and helpful and took our order in a very friendly way apologizing for the items that were out of stock and helping us make alternate selections. Enjoying our meal: my mushroom crepe wasn't exactly what I expected but was good nevertheless, and my husband ordered the harvest bowl which was delicious! I imagine it could be very different every time you ordered if you chose a different meat each time. I would like to go back and try different crepes on the menu as well. Unfortunately, I am not a big fan of the gluten-free barley crepe and mostly just liked the filling! I highly recommend the fig latte which was the flavor I chose because I was disappointed they were out of the Cherub crepe that has figs. Before leaving: We asked what to do with our dishes and there are busing trays hidden at the corner of the bar where we were able to leave our dishes because we wanted someone else to be able to enjoy the corner table by the fireplace. If we lived nearby we would definitely visit again for the unique menu! We might even make the 30 minute trip for someplace special when we are in the mood for a real treat.

I enjoy the s’mores latte and other drinks I have tried. The presentation and taste of the latte makes me feel like I am camping and enjoying some smores. Also, the food has been scrumptious. I have enjoyed the veggie scone and the bacon scone. Each time I have been here it has been great!

I went two mornings in a row while I was in Stevens Point. I tried their lavender honey latte, and it was amazing. The harvest bowl was hearty and plentiful, lots of potatoes and bacon. The French toast my son had was that perfect texture of homemade bread. The avocado toast “nest” was a little disappointing- I actually liked the avo toast better at the Wooden Chair down the street. Overall the food was good, the service was quick (even with the long line) and the atmosphere was On Point with all the coffee shop vibes. Larger than many coffee shops so I was able to snag a table both mornings.

Our coffee was very low quality. The maple latte wasn't maple at all and it was supposed to be sweet but differently not. The strawberry matcha was $7 but did not taste like strawberry at all. Over all I'm disappointed in the product, the inside was very nice though.

I stopped by on a summer morning and ordered the strawberry shortcake crepes with a side of sausage and a mocha. When I received my mocha the chocolate was so diluted I could barely taste it. I asked the baresta and he kindly remade one with more chocolate. When the crepes came out it look absolutely delicious but the chocolate sauce had a weird acidic aftertaste. The sausage paddies which cost 5 dollars, were very heavily spiced it overpowered the savory meat. All this, and my order was over 30 dollars.

Great atmosphere with delishious coffee & teas - my go-to is the matcha. Delishious food with a little twist to wake your taste buds up. Everything I've had has been so good! Today I had the Avocado Poke Rice Bowl...tangy notes flavorfully balanced brigtness. Healthy goodness!

This place is worth a road trip! We are blessed to have it right in our back door in downtown Stevens Point! Delicious fresh roasted coffees, fresh, healthy ingredient food that presents as good as it tastes, friendly staff, fun merch, other local businesses promoted, bakery that’s second to none… are just a few reasons you’ll love Ruby. The crepes are a hands down favorite. Either savory and filling or if you have a sweet tooth, the other varieties are amazing but not too sweet! The avocado toast and egg were done to perfection and give you lots of good energy to start your day. The quiche is always amazing too but you have to get there early to get any!! It’s a popular item! Enjoy lots of variety of drinks, anyway you like your coffee. The Ruby crew knows what they’re doing and the atmosphere proves they take pride in the outcome!! You won’t be disappointed with this local favorite!

Fresh baked cinnamon role was soft, hot, and so yummy. I chose mine with the frosting on the side. Mexican skillet was very good. Chorizo was just the right level of spice. Very savory. They swapped the hash browns with cubed potatoes and pancakes/toast with fresh fruit for me. Great service.

Lovely eating establishment with a great breakfast spread. Extremely friendly staff that never let my coffee cup get low. The omelette was delicious but there were many items on the menu that I was tempted to try. Sunflowers abound, the atmosphere was bright and welcoming.

Love getting brunch here. The food is great. Our kids love all the sunflower decor. We also really like the option to sit outside on the patio. Staff is professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Such yummy food! Great service, everyone was so nice and friendly! We will definitely be back to try more of the menu. We got the Country Fried Crossiant sandwich and the day special nutella pancakes and both were hits out of the park!

If there was an $8 breakfast skillet I would be here every week. Definitely a feminine touch for the design scheme here, a stark contrast to their sister restaurant Rock and Roll Cafe. I would love to see this location continue to grow. Especially since it is in the heart of Stevens Point.

I had some time on my hands and thought this cafe would be a nice try. I was greeted immediately with a friendly waitress and got a table quickly. I ordered my favorite - blueberry pancakes - and they were made quickly and definitely delicious. This is a very nice cafe with a great menu.

This was my 3rd or 4th time visiting Sunflower Cafe. It has certainly gotten busier since the first time I stopped in for lunch. Today, I chose the special, grilled turkey sandwich with bacon, lettuce, tomato on cranberry rice bread with a side of wavy potatoes. The sandwich was large and tasty. I took half of it home. The potatoes were crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. The staff was kind, gracious, and attentive without hovering. An excellent diner that seems to be gaining a lunch crowd following.

Good looking place on the inside. Could use come up keep on the outside like the parking lot. Food looks goods Cheese curds were good normal. and the onion rings were perfectly cooked and not stringy. The hanger over burger looked good but it was bland tasting. Better with salt, the meat, eggs hash browns, had no seasoning. Needs work.. It was fine tho.

Egg-cellent breakfast! Good coffee. Kids loved it too. We were visiting family in Point and came back a second time after trying it out. Our server was top notch and kind. Wonderful family restaurant.

I really don’t understand why this place is always so busy. The service was decent, but the food was seriously lacking. The fish was extremely bland and tasteless—no seasoning or flavor at all. The fries were cold and soggy, and the salad looked like it had been sitting out way too long, completely wilted. The menu is massive, which seems to be part of the problem—they’re clearly sacrificing quality for quantity. Overall, a really disappointing meal. We won’t be back.

Every time I go into this restaurant, the service is wonderful. It's a really great bunch of servers and waitresses. I was in there the other day with my young grand children and the waitress patiently took their orders and answered their questions. I ordered the PB and Jam burger and it was the best I have ever had!!!!!! The best Pub Style burger EVER!!!!! You have got to try their food. Well worth the visit and prices are all very reasonable. I will go there at least once per week. Best American Table I have found yet.

I am just visiting the area for the holidays and wanted a quick traditional inexpensive breakfast place. I am so happy I found this restaurant. The service was quick, and the staff was great. I sent back the cinnamon French toast it was a little dry. Everything else was great. I would return if I was local.

All the food was good for flavor and temperature. The fish sandwich was lacking in the amount of fish given. The service was excellent and attentive.

What a great little old school diner! Ordered side pork for breakfast that was delicious and the portions large! Great friendly staff and nice locals sitting at the counter.

Came in for lunch with my mom, we had a wonderful experience with excellent guest service :) The cheese curds are to die for! I had a two small issues that were fixed promptly, staff really went above and beyond to attend to us! Fish is a little bland, but juicy

I know you are super busy on Friday nights but service was slower than usual, the baked potatoes were luke warm and under cooked, the walleye was bland and lots of customers just sitting around waiting for food. Maybe consider another server and another kitchen helper on fish fry friday

Old time dinner where you can just sit and enjoy the food, the experience was delightful and vary pleasing, not vary often do I enjoy an experience like this.

THANK YOU for the carafe of coffee. Did you know I drink lots of coffee? The wife and I opted for a late lunch at Perkins, and we were the only customers in-shop at the time. Our server was exceptionally friendly and mentioned they had a busy morning and sold lots of pie. I ordered the Hungry Man bfast with a pumpkin cream cheese muffin, which was excellent. My wife was satisfied with her burger. I also took a parking lot photo because I like how the flag looks. Happy New Year!

They weren't bad, the waitress was very nice and the food came out very quick. Though to be fair, the restaurant was pretty empty. I had the chicken melt, which was a little underwhelming. The chicken didn't taste like it was seasoned, the only real flavor came from the cheese. Granted, the sandwich does come with bacon, which I asked for them to leave out, so that's partially on me. The fry portions felt a little small for the price of the dish, though. It's not a bad restaurant, though, I just feel like the quality of the dishes are a little low for the prices. The desserts are always well done, though.

Was a wonderful experience. We went here and place was really clean and well maintained. Was greeted right away.. Had an absolutely amazing waitress named alexzandria. She really took great care of us she checked on us regularly. And took special interest in making sure my order was correct even with the special request that I made.. We got bits of egg and broccoli in the steak and pepper supper. It didn't have either in it. We needed to ask for a wash cloth to wipe our table. We need to ask for silverware.

Stopped in for lunch during a business trip. The waitress was great and kept checking on us. Food came out very quickly and was delicious. We also took two pies home.

Had to wait to be seated. Once we were seated we sat for 30 minutes and were never waited on. 3 other groups sat after us and were waited on. We left and were not apologized to at all just excuses made. Horrible horrible horrible! Looking at the menu I'm not to upset because everything seems way overpriced also.

We celebrated a birthday with a large group. The staff was very nice and accommodated our 18 people. All the food options from our group were decent, but nothing was really great. The location was clean and well maintained.

Big portions, staff is super fast, and nice! Fresh ingredients make all the difference my Denver Omelette was delicious.

The loaded skillet was fantastic, top quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. We split a plate for an additional $2, it was well worth it and just the right amount of food. The restaurant looked clean and the servers were attentive and friendly. 5 stars all the way.

I've become somewhat of a regular for Friday morning breakfast here at RD's. The theory behind it is, life is short, treat yourself once in a while to great food and awesome company. Speaking of outstanding company, the service is wonderful. I've had the pleasure of being served by Sam, Bella, Grace, Kaylea, & Bailey, and they're all terrific. My coffee is always topped off and hot, the food is always fresh and served promptly. As a local small business owner myself, I value how a local family business treats me, just as I would them. Thank you to all of the staff for treating me wonderfully every time. It's a real treat to have the opportunity to dine here.

Hidden Gem? That's the word that comes to mind when I think of this dinner. The staff was extremely friendly and provided service you haven't seen in a long time. The food was awesome and you could tell was made with care and not just thrown together. The seafood combo was delicious and the perfect amount. The deep fried shrimp where some of the best I think I've ever had. Everyone is very nice and you can tell they all work together and the goal is excellent customer service. Great place and definitely worth a stop. Go early though as it's a dinner so there isn't a ton of room.

Excellent food served hot and very generous portions. Service was outstanding. Friendly greeting when we entered and checked on our table often! Every time we come, never a bad meal. It’s a weekly favorite. They run daily specials. Usually enough food for a leftover meal at home! You won’t be disappointed!

Friendly and terrific service. Food is great! We work 3rd shift and wat after work, it was perfect that we could get fish dinners at 11am and the cod was flaky and just right baked or fried. Definitely recommend for good food, perfect pricing and a great staff.

The potato pancakes were delicious! I asked for my eggs over hard. The bacon was done close to perfection. And the potato pancakes were about as good as I imagine they could be! It was a wonderful breakfast. My only complaint is that my coffee sat empty for a little while before I was served breakfast. So, it took a long time for the server to come around and fill the coffee. Other than that, it was a good experience here. I'll be back!

Don't review often but needed to share today. Stopped in for quick dinner, lobby needs attention, heard as we waited for our meal from kitchen "pull early" than someone else state "why pull early, let it cook through" which is never something you want to hear as your waiting on your meal. Don't feel like getting potentially sick today for wait times to be met. Than slight inconvenience of monopoly stickers not on items they should be on.

This place has a lot of bad attitude. Teller and guy were arguing about his missed up order. Kid behind counter refused to touch his phone to look , someone in back was yelling at a senior employee and also the kid out front. All over a cup of senior coffee that did not show up on order. Don't argue what the customer. Should have poured his cup and hit the comp. key. It seems since covid there's a lot of bad attitudes at McDonald's stores. How 😔 sad. But it's Mc Ds they don't care any more. If they did they'd start serving quality tasting food again.

We ordered a large fry and got this and a large strawberry banana smoothie and got a small and when we asked for our order they told us to leave or they were calling the cops and they would not give us the receipt for the order. Absolutely ridiculous!

Ordered on the app. Told the # at the drive through, 20 minutes later I got my 10 piece and Fries. Then had to go in, because they gave me honey, instead of honey mustard for my nuggets.

Gave me 8 nuggets in a 10 count… blamed it on a rush. I waited in line for 30 minutes. Lady on the phone was rude after I tried calling 5 different times and she told me “ well do you wanna come back for the two?” Great customer service….

This is hands down the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I rarely review McDonald's because let's face it it's McDonald's but this experience made me write this. I ordered a 2 cheese burger meal with no onions and a large fry. I didn't notice until I was down the road that they gave me plain burgers (just meat and bun) wrapped in the cheese burger wrapper and a medium fry. My receipt on the bag was correct but the food inside was wrong. The wait was also insane. They had me pull forward and then it took another 10 minutes before I got my food. Next time I am driving through the area and want McDonald's I will wait until the next one I see because this one isn't worth it.

No ice cream products of any kind available this day, and burger was very dry, even though this was during lunch rush. Culvers just dow the road would have been a better choice I guess...

Clean place, staff were friendly... however, there was clearly something not right with the expresso. We've been Starbucks customers for several decades, and we know exactly what the espresso tastes like. We got in the car, headed to our next destination, tasted our drinks, and we both agreed that they were way to "weak" to be the correct drink. We went back and staff gladly re-made our orders, and I tasted in front of them and discovered that, again, it was way too weak to be the usual espresso. I said, "It tastes the same. It's as if someone put the wrong coffee beans in the hopper. Tastes like church coffee." The supervisor insisted it was indeed the correct beans in the hopper, but never bothered to pull a shot for himself to verify that it was correct. We left with our weak drinks and discarded them at our next stop. We called the corporate number (never had to do that before) and we were given a refund (thank you). We found another Starbucks along the way and got the same drinks and they were perfect!

I had asked and paid for an extra shot of espresso for a drink that normally doesn’t have coffee. They didn’t make my drink correct and when I brought it back the girl at the front continued to force me to pay for another additional shot of espresso that I had to pour in my own cup. I believe if the guy at the drive thru had spoken with me it would have been solved but the other person has poor customer service skills ~ even said single on the cup so learn to fulfill orders that I PAID FOR

Please, please please learn how to make a Java chip. It is not a difficult drink if you make it and The finished product is anything other than a medium to dark brown you did it wrong. My Java chip comes back wrong more times then it does right it is constantly a white Ish yellowish grayish color. I don’t know what step is being missed, but it taste foamy and light like it lacks a very important ingredient. I don’t know if it’s too much to ask, but maybe put the ingredients and steps on a piece of paper near one of the machines so the workers understand how to make it properly

The cold mocha cookie Frappuccino extra shot that I ordered was nothing more than water a little hint of mocha with some whipped cream on top would recommend going across the street to the competition instead of wasting your time here

The drivethrough takes 10-15 minutes just to get your drink. Don't go to this Starbucks, go to the one down the highway a bit and it's much faster service.

Most experience was great customer service. Two experiences wasn't great. They didn't answer the drive thru had to call after 3 minutes. Asked if drive thru was working. Lady hung up on me. Rude! Another experience store didn't close until 830: google. Went a little before 8pm and store was closed.

Very good food and beautiful atmosphere, but when I had ordered a frappeccino to go, I was disappointed by the barista that was making my drink, bc she'd spilled half of the cups contents on the ground and continued to pour the remaining half cup into a new cup and filling the empty half of the cup with whipped cream. Then presented it to me like nothing happened.

Messed up on our food order and we waited for 20 minutes while numerous cars behind got their food and left. Tried to give us 2 different orders, to which we told the food runner our order twice. For a third time, asked for what we ordered and for our receipt.

Absolute terrible experience. Went here with my kids and the girl with purple/pink hair taking our order was being very rude to us. Couldn’t even get a sentence out without her interrupting us. Explained we needed a minute and she didn’t respond. So I explained it once more to her and she yelled “I heard you the first time!”. Once we approached the window and paid she refused to give me and my kids straws for our drinks. I sat in the drive thru and waited for her to come back to the window. She walked by and pointed her fingers at me to drive. I refused. She opened the window and said “WHAT?” And explained we needed the straws. She told us we didn’t need them and I said I would be calling the manager.

I don't know why we keep trying to eat here in the last 2 months I have gone 4 times and every time I order a double fish I only get a single. By time we get home and realize it I am too tired to go back!

I work very hard for them to yet for them to fired me because They said I was struggling with front counter and commit I made in the comment I made was Michelle did not put me in front counter so I can learn she said I wasn't probably trained yet besides just being up front taking orders and cash people out in running food out to people but yet another manager said I was doing so good at front counter and his name was Brady all my hard work I done for them after having a c-section 3 weeks in a couple days in ago and everything I supposed to do while trying to get my daughters back from CPS and breastfeeding one of my daughter

As a former McDonalds Alum, I can say that this a great location. It’s clean Inside, and no matter what hour it is the staff have always been friendly.

They mess food up or don’t give you hafe your stuff most the time I understand like a few but it’s like every time

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Ordered 3 things and got all 3 wrong. Went in to complain and had to sit as the desk for 10 minutes for someone to help me.

I was so excited to visit a Taco John's since I hadn't been to one in probably 20 years! We pulled up to the restaurant with no customers there prior to 11am and we ended up waiting 40 mins for luke warm food. There were only 2 people working there (which I understand probably wasn't their fault and I'm not mad about that), and the manager said that they had to service drive thru customers first because it's timed. She honestly thought she wasn't doing anything wrong, never apologized, and said we could only get a refund if we didn't take the food. After waiting 40 mins with 3 young kids, we would've eaten most anything at that point! Many people walked out after realizing how long it would take. My family even warned several people just to let them know how long it might take them. The manager still tried to explain it was bc of the drive-thru...to these new customers. Someone please re-train her. I hope you can get some more reliable staff also.

It’s not bad. Served its purpose for a quick lunch that isn’t deep fried. The taco salad with beef and another with chicken were both fine, if not a bit light on protein. It’s cheap and cheerful and as healthy as fast food can be. The potato ole was delish - little fried hash browns.

The restaurant was very clean. We were greeted promptly but had to wait. The food isn't as good as I remembered but their cheese sauce was still the bomb!

Time for an update. The making of the tacos is terrible. Drive through is especially bad cause they know you won't look till you get home. All the ads of these tacos loaded and what you really get is pretty much all lettuce, cheese and almost no meat. I can't bash all that work there because we did on rare occasions get decently filled tacos. But 90% of the time I feel it's just a waste. Who ever manages this, you better start pushing for better quality, as for now, we won't be back any time soon. El mezcal tacos from now on.

Best fast food breakfast burrito! First time I have been to a Taco John's for breakfast, and I was impressed with the quality and portion.

1,000% better service than our local Taco bells. And 5,000% cleaner than Taco Bell too!

Bathrooms were incredibly clean, and restaurant was well kept. We ordered online and food was ready within a couple of minutes and was hot and ready. I would recommend the $7 meal deal because it comes with a great amount of food!

Got these this morning so I had something to eat after taking my insulin (type 1 diabetic) opened them and saw someone's hair! How disgusting do you have to be to play with your dirty hair working with food/drinks. Will be going back for my money

Employee's were nice. Got 1 milkshake and one smoothie. Cost ~$15. For 2 drinks. The shake was undrinkable. Took about 4-5 min to get drinks, there was no one inside and no one else in line. Do not recommend.

Get it together. One cream should not make for a white drink. Some people actually like real coffee. And iced americano should have more than 3 pieces of ice and should not be warm. It tasted like someone ran water through the burnt grounds at the bottom of the filter. One drink and tossed it. I ordered two of the chipotle wake up wraps, did not get chipotle on either wrap.

I went to dunkin today, I ordered 8 everything bagel bites and the lady was nice and told us to pull up by the door which we did. We waited about like 5 minutes and we was expecting them to be fresh and hot but no. They was solid and cold like it was hard as a rock. Im very disappointed as a repeater runner to dunkin and BOOSTED STATUS. I am not insufferable. Please do better next time. WARM THE BAGEL BITES UP.

I walked inside and stood there for 10 minutes until someone greeted me. The staff wasn’t helping anyone else and no one else was in front of me. They all looked at me and just kept working on drive through orders. I understand you guys get busy, but you should at least acknowledge customers who walk in, especially within 10 minutes. I went in to pick up an order, but they didn’t know that because I couldn’t tell, so they were just choosing to ignore me. And their cold foam is from a can, not even properly made which is why it melts into the drinks after 5 minutes.

When you send your husband for a mint iced signature latte and he brings you home an iced coffee with mint swirl added to it because the worker didn’t know what he was talking about.

Used to be consistently good but now it's a roll off the dice to get your order right, even prebuild recipes. I pay for extra espresso every time and only get it half the time. today it tasted like one of my coffees was even watered down or something. isn't it cheaper for the company to dispense coffee than specialty milks? i don't get it

The baristas here are so sweet and friendly. I love the little outdoor patio space, it’s a nice little spot to sit. I wish I’d gotten the barista’s name so I could shout her out because she was so upbeat and cheery, and I also saw her do a great job helping out an older gentleman who was unfamiliar with the menu. Definitely would recommend this spot!

I absolutely LOVE Caribou better than Starbucks! The service is always phenomenal, as well as the drinks are higher quality. I always enjoy the peach mango energy drink and the Iced Caramel High Rise!

Iced crafted press I got a coffee that was supposed to have a small layer of foam but was 3/4 foam. The whole cup weighed maybe 6 ounces and 5 of that was ice. I had ordered it with the meal combo. I ordered it a second time hoping that was a fluke. Nope it was basically empty again. I mentioned it to the person working who was like the salt does this. It's like if someone poured a tap beer glass holding it vertical and was like it's supposed to be 90% foam. So don't order that drink or order it without salt. I don't like to be difficult but I don't want a cup of foam I didn't order a dry cappuccino.

I went through and got a coffee one morning and it was made incorrectly so later in the day when I had a chance, I went back and they fixed it for free and the woman who helped me was amazing. I went back again the next day and the same lady took my order and she's absolutely fantastic. I think her name is Bree (bri)? -Edit, I changed my reviews from a 5 to a 4 because I recently got a new job and I am only able to get coffee in the afternoons now and more than half the time, they're closed by the time I get off work and it makes me sad that they close so early. You guys could be making so much more money by staying open until at least 8 pm. 😔 Still amazing otherwise.

A small group of us stopped by Caribou Coffee in Stevens Point, WI, twice in one weekend. The service we received was very polite, friendly, and thorough with our orders. The convenience of a drive-thru and walk-up window was great when deciding if we could take a few extra minutes to chat while waiting for our drinks or if we were in a hurry and needed to visit quickly through the drive-thru. We will visit again!!

Apparently they dont fill the drinks all the way. Paying almost $7 for a drink that's not fill is crazy.

Just left from there ordered a large iced coffee. it was missing almost 3inches of coffee, so I politely asked if they can fill it to top. they took it and put ice in it and gave it back. the donut was clearly old and hard not the first time I been here but definitely the first with such a horrible experience.
