Rochester Brunch House is a sophisticated establishment that offers a unique take on American brunch dishes, including innovative twists such as red velvet pancakes. Although the waiting area can be cramped and congested, particularly in the front vestibule where it becomes challenging for patrons to move around or access restrooms, this inconvenience can be mitigated by enjoying pleasant weather conditions outside. Once seated, the ambiance is delightful.
One of the most beautiful places for Brunch in Rochester Hills that I wish visited sooner. I love their ambience. They have a fantastic spread of menu catering to diverse customers. They did have good vegetarian options to choose from. Highly recommend their Bloody Mary. Not many places get this one right. Baby friendly as well. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Looking forward to more brunches here.

Food - excellent Service - unfriendly, and left abruptly when we were ordering ( didn't have an opportunity to order our child's drink ). Also she didn't check on us until we were out of our drinks. 20 percent tip was added to our $102 check. Amelie was definitely NOT worth $20.40! I HIGHLY recommend requesting anyone but Amelie. Atmosphere - nice

We were excited to try something new today but we’re met with a small amount of disappointment. The positives: it’s very elegant and chic on the inside. Decorated in cool grays, whites, crystal light fixtures and pink roses. The servers added to the atmosphere by all wearing crisp white shirts and matching black aprons. On to the negatives; though it was beautifully decorated, the high ceilings made for an extremely loud environment. This made it difficult to have a conversation. The service was lacking as soon as the server heard we only wanted water. Her demeanor immediately changed. We ordered simple wrap sandwiches, the Greek chicken without the beets, substituting the chips with sweet potato fries and a the RBH without tomatoes, substituting the chips for regular fries and a side of ranch. When our food arrived, within a respectable amount of time, it was exactly the opposite of what we ordered. Our requests to omit beets and tomatoes were ignored as was the order for sweet potato fries. When the server came back with the fries, she asked if I would like ketchup and I responded no thank you but a side of ranch please. She came back with ketchup. The sandwiches were corrected and the Greek chicken wrap was good and the RBH was mid. The sandwiches were priced at $15 each but instead of an up charge for the substitutions, we were charged for them as side dishes and the ranch cups, very small I might add, were a dollar each. Though we would’ve ordered these regardless, the server should’ve informed us. Overall, this is not an establishment worthy of a return visit.

Did not enjoy my visit here. The food was ok, and the latte’s were cute, however it was not a comfortable or enjoyable environment. It was very noisy and I had a hard time hearing our waiter, had to wave down the waiter just to ask for hot sauce (because the potatoes were so dry and over cooked) and when they poured me a refill of water from their pitcher, it smelled(and tasted) like they just pulled it straight from a fish pond!!

How do you tell someone you don’t want their business without telling them you don’t want their business… This is how…Sunday afternoon I called Rochester Brunch House to see if they have a last seating time. I was told it was 2:45 pm and that’s it ! Nothing about patio and indoor seating being different. My mom had finished a speaking engagement and all she wanted was brunch outside to enjoy the weather. I thought it was the perfect opportunity to take her to RBH . After a 30 min drive we arrived inside at 2:29 p.m and it was a lackluster experience from the start. We asked to be seated outside, as there were at least 6 different tables with guest out there. The hostess was hesitant, she then spoke to an older lady at the bar who seemed irritated by our request. She end up seating us , 8 mins went by before we were greeted. Our server who I want to believe had good intentions made an effort but had poor delivery. She spilled some of my moms mimosa on her, she brought me out incorrect food, instead of simply saying some of our request have an “up charge” which we’re capable of paying for she implied things were “expensive” (which is relative) as if we couldn’t afford them or would change our mind. It was quite offensive to my mother to be told a $6 shot of kahlua was going to be “expensive” and then after my mom said that was fine be asked if she was joking when she made her request because she didn’t want to add it to the bill and we not pay for it.We received drinks and food and didn’t have any utensils. My mom never got the avocado she ordered and when she requested cinnamon toast with her meal, a whole order of French toast was added, although she didn’t order it. Even with missing items and items we didn’t order we requested the full bill . The server then rushed us to pay while other parties talked and parlayed. The group next to us even had a small dog in the eating area and they walked him all over the grass next to patio to urinate. After paying the bill in full and tipping 20% gratuity I requested to speak to a manager. I’m not sure if she was really the manager but she talked in circles, took no accountability, and basically through her server under the bus. I absolutely regret patronizing this business the food and service was bland and bad ! I don’t appreciate the way we were treated and I certainly hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else . I will say it’s ambiance and decorations are nice 🤷🏽‍♀️

Breakfast tacos: Tasted really good!! Quantity was good enough Pistachio latte: This drink really spoiled my mood, it had an artificial pistachio flavor. I wouldn’t try their fancy drinks but would certainly try other dishes next time!
Eggetarian R — Google review
I give the food 3 ⭐s, the prices were really high for not such amazing food. We ordered the chicken waffles which was super tasty but there was only one waffle and it was super thin, the bikini breakfast can feed a child, its name is fitting if youre wanting to avoid carbs and calories. The latte was amazing even plain with no syrup, which i opted to get after seeing the other lattes were $8. Service was good. Atmposphere was great and super nice.

Over all great experience. Food was visually appealing and tasted even better. Waitress was okay, I’m not sure if it was a language barrier but the communication and attentiveness wasn’t there

Nestled in the vibrant heart of downtown Rochester, Dessert Oasis Coffee Roasters is a delightful haven for coffee enthusiasts and casual visitors alike. This charming spot boasts a bohemian atmosphere adorned with captivating artwork, creating an inviting ambiance that beckons you to unwind. As you step inside, you're greeted by cozy vibes enhanced by soothing music and warm lighting.
I loved this place! Downtown Rochester hills cafe. Awesome coffee shop in Michigan. The vibes are amazing over music. Nice people. Tasty coffee! Pistachio latte! I want to visit all their other locations!

Desert Oasis is one of my favorite spots in Rochester Hills—every visit is a treat! I recently had their Matcha Latte and the Sencha Green Tea, both of which were smooth and refreshing. Their drinks are consistently great, and I’m a big fan of their lattes overall. Now, the real star for me is always the cheesecake. I tried both the Classic Cheesecake and the Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecake, and while both were delicious, the Classic truly stood out—phenomenal texture and flavor. I honestly keep coming back just for their cheesecakes. They’ve mastered the art, and you can tell they put real care into what they serve. Highly recommend this place if you’re into quality desserts and cozy drinks. It’s a gem.

Right in the heart of downtown Rochester on Main Street. I loved how this coffee shop is tucked in yet its sign on the sidewalk is popped out calling coffee lovers to enter in. As you enter you feel the cozy vibes with the music playing , the lighting and the decoration. They have a musical stage so I’m guessing they play music on weekends or other occasions. I ordered a Vanilla latte, the coffee art and the taste was great. Loved the place , definitely will be coming back when I’m in the area.
Omar T — Google review
This could easily be the best coffee shop around... great coffee, a beautiful space, and usually a warm atmosphere. But there's one ongoing issue that consistently ruins the experience: the volume of the live music. The musicians are talented and the music itself is enjoyable, but the sound is blaring. There's a huge speaker placed in the middle of the shop that turns the entire place into what feels more like a bar than a café. Ironically, it’s actually quieter near the stage than it is halfway through the shop. Coffee shops should be a place to read, journal, relax, or have a conversation with a friend. But that’s nearly impossible here when the music is so loud you have to yell to be heard. I’m literally raising my voice just to record this. Please consider turning the volume down so the space can live up to its potential. You’ve got something great here, it just needs to be heard at the right level. Maybe get rid of the speaker. Because people that are sitting away from the singer would like to have it be a little quieter. Notice that nobody is sitting by the speaker.

Was having an odd morning and stopped in for break. The cortado and breakfast sandwich I had were both excellent and being able to sit and relax and have a great breakfast was exactly what I needed. Thanks for the great food and making my day better.

It is great coffee shop providing the specialty coffee and desserts. I had Ethiopia natural pour over and Moose tracks, which are perfectly harmonized.

Wish I knew about this place sooner!!! Wow their coffee was amazing. Service was so friendly and patient. The coffee shop is peaceful, even places to sit outside too. The cheesecake is next on my list. I was told that’s a must try! Oh, I got their hot latte with their SF flavors which were delicious! Didn’t have that gross after taste IYKYK

If you're on the hunt for mouthwatering donuts, look no further than Knapp's Donut Shop! This delightful spot has quickly become a favorite among locals and visitors alike. On my first visit, I couldn't resist grabbing a dozen to share with colleagues, and they were an instant hit! The apple fritters are particularly noteworthy—fresh, fluffy, and utterly delicious. The menu boasts an array of tempting options like chocolate raised donuts adorned with sprinkles that are simply divine.
Incredible and huge apple fritter donut and a lovely baked and tasty venetian creamed Boston cream. The bakes were perfect and the girl who served me was very friendly and helpful. If you want great donuts, this place is worth a visit. A touch too pricey for my liking, but I am ok with it since the product is so good.

One of the best Donut places out there! My friends that moved to Florida say that there's nothing like Knapps where they live. Always Fresh!!

If you live a great Boston cream like o do then you must stop into Knapp’s Donut Shop on Rochester road. I always swing by there whenever I’m traveling through the area. They also have breakfast sandwiches that are to die for. Please stop in. You’ll be glad you did.

the best donuts you will EVER have. chocolate raised with sprinkles, ooooooo absolutely magnificent. i hope one day maybe the counters will be available to sit at again but with how busy this place gets, especially on a fri-sun, that might not be possible again. always clean, always fresh donuts, always fast & excellent service.
Madison C — Google review
They were open on Dec 25th. The donuts are always delicious and fresh. Quick service, good, strong, hot black coffee. Friendly faces. They offer unique styles and flavors. Free parking lot. Love this place ❤️

I’ll come back and edit this with some pics, but let me tell you…… These folks know how to make some doughnuts. Some of the best I’ve had in awhile and today was my first time dropping in. I grabbed a dozen on the way to work and everyone that I offered them to enjoyed them I think as much as I did. Apple fritters was all I had experienced today but I won’t lie, I’ll probably become a frequent fly by at this place!!! So good and fresh and yummy. Staff was extremely polite and helpful and inviting. Edit: Stopped in again today and grabbed me a delicious breakfast sandwich. Croissant with bacon, egg, and cheese! Yummy. Grabbed some delicious donuts again to share with friends and family. Everything I’ve had the last two times has been delicious. Speedy and courtesy are what you can expect in this shop, as well as amazing items from donuts to breakfast sandwiches to bagels!! Yum

Nestled on the charming Main Street in Rochester, MI, Bean and Leaf Cafe is a delightful haven for coffee lovers and casual diners alike. This cozy spot boasts a vibrant atmosphere that invites you to unwind while savoring an impressive selection of global coffees and teas. Whether you're indulging in their delicious pastries or exploring gluten-free and vegan options, every visit promises something special. The cafe's diverse menu extends beyond coffee to include refreshing smoothies and indulgent milkshakes, making it perfect for any craving.
Bean and Leaf is hands down the best coffee shop in downtown Rochester. There may be a lot of options in the area, but none compare to the consistently great experience here. The drinks are always hot, fresh, and made fast without sacrificing quality. The prices are very fair, especially for the level of service and quality you get. The baristas are incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming every time I visit—they truly make the atmosphere feel warm and inviting. Whether you’re grabbing your usual or trying something new, they’re always happy to help. If you’re looking for your go-to coffee spot in Rochester, this is it!

the staff here is incredible, super nice and they make a great cup of coffee. im not sure who is in charge of the art on the walls but for the love of god please pull down the ai slop image of the world covered in coffee beans. there are SO many local artists in rochester, commission one of them i beg of you. if you are not sure how to contact one of these artists please let me know i’ve got a long long list of super talented artist who make beautiful pieces with their own two hands!
Gina K — Google review
I tried sitting in here to eat my panini and drink my coffee and I had to leave because of how many FLIES were all over the place. They kept landing on me, my food, and my table and it was disgusting. As a food establishment they really need to get the flies under control. I can only imagine what the back looks like. I mean I seriously saw them flying everywhere. Very gross and unenjoyable experience.

Astonising coffee shop! I've loved everything tried here. From fresh tea's to the last one lavender butterfly pea latte. Cozy place, plenty of seats, clean restrooms, wifi, delicious sweet treats. Friendly staff. Parkimeter at the front and 15 minutes free parking in the back entrance. Everything is good in here.
Cynthia — Google review
This is one of those places you can lose yourself in a book or show it work and just relax for hours. Theres tables and chairs booths or comfy chairs with ottomans. I have only had 2 drinks and so far so good. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and prices fair! Theyre quick too. Can't wait to come back. Good for business meetings interviews or first dates too.
Thryss — Google review
I am the biggest bean and leaf fan I come here at least once a week their vegan food is always so good. I love coming here to study too.
Micheal — Google review
I have been here a bunch of times now, and I had awesome service each time. This coffee shop has a diverse menu outside of coffee. They also have smoothies, milkshakes, and more! The atmosphere here is much more relaxed than other coffee shops. I like on how it is not so dim with their lighting as other coffee shops tend to be. The seating is comfortable too and a majority of the tables have outlets right next to them which makes it convenient when doing my homework. I have ordered multiple things off of the menu, but my favorite drinks thus far would be the Lemon Freeze and the Arnold Palmer. Recently it has been extremely humid, and both of these drinks were refreshing to cool me off. The Lemon Freeze had the right amount of sweet in it. The Arnold Palmer was made by them; I asked the cashier prior to ordering if it was just the can version or made by them. It also had the right amount of sweet to it, and it looked really cool before I mixed it up. This is a place that I would definitely recommend to others to try.

A beautiful local cafe offering all the different coffee and tea options… much much better drinks than standard Starbucks options! Fairly good options for snack items as well… the best thing is the ambience and its location right within the Rochester downtown!

Recipes Rochester is a delightful spot for brunch enthusiasts, offering an array of mouthwatering dishes that are sure to impress. Diners rave about the tuna croissant, which boasts a perfectly flaky texture and a rich filling that leaves you wanting more. The spinach and sprouts omelet is another standout, packed with fresh mushrooms and bursting with flavor—ideal for breakfast lovers. While some guests have noted longer wait times during busy periods like Mother's Day, the attentive service makes up for it.
Recipes in Rochester Hills is an absolute hit for brunch lovers. The tuna croissant is nothing short of unbelievable—perfectly flaky, with a rich and flavorful tuna filling that left me craving more. The spinach and sprouts omelet is equally impressive, brimming with fresh mushrooms, and is the ultimate breakfast man’s dream. Every bite is a testament to the care and quality that goes into their food. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, I highly recommend stopping by Recipes for a brunch experience you won’t forget.

First time eating here. We had apple filled French toast and Spanish omelette and both were delicious and we are to last byte. We got sourdough bread which was $1 more (wasn’t informed!) which didn’t worth the extra dollar. We sat outside which was good. Inside Decor is not very inviting and look a bit cheap chairs, table covers etc. Prices were very reasonable. Service was good but a bit on slow and relax side. I would go for Food again.
Peyman M — Google review
We waited for about 40 mins only to get our food!. If the restaurant is understaffed it’s understandable. But they should let us know in advance. We dint even order anything that was complicated, just omelets and a french toast. Some delay is ok but 40 mins for only food + 20 mins for our coffees. When you order a coffee do not expect a fancy latte.
Abhinav — Google review
We used to really love this place, but lately, everything's just been getting worse. We waited forever for our food to be ready. The waiter was inattentive and slow — he spilled coffee on the table and didn’t even offer to refill our drinks or bring us sauces and extra plates. The napkins were honestly dirty and smelled bad. It’s really disappointing to see that most of the waitstaff look untidy — their underwear showing above the waist of their pants, and their shoes were dirty. But they had glitter and goofy stickers on their faces. The waiter serving us was busy and slow, and in the end, we got a check with food stains on it. All of this makes us think we won’t be coming back here again.

Waited until I had friends from out of town to try Recipes. Had to ask for someone to finally bring us drinks. I ordered Chicken and Waffles Eggs Benedict. The dish wasnt horrible, but the chicken felt like kid's frozen nuggets. With a drink and tip, my meal for just me was over $25. Now that I've tried it, honestly for the service we received and the average dish, I unfortunately will probably try somewhere else next time I choose to spend that kind of money on eating out.

Great place. Godd coffee. Mouthwatering food, everything I've eaten here is delicious. Beautiful decor. There is free on-site parking. The restaurant has a policy of 20% of gratitud already included in the receipt, but it's worth it for the great service. Friendly faces. Kids menu. I love hot apple cider!!! It is exquisite 👌 😍 ✨️ ❤️

If you're looking for a delightful dining experience, the Rochester Grill Family Diner is a must-visit spot! This charming local diner boasts an extensive menu that caters to all tastes, making it particularly popular for breakfast and lunch. Despite its cozy size, there's ample parking available, and the friendly staff ensures you feel right at home. 10 of us came in for a late lunch on a Saturday. They were very friendly & accommodating. The service was good and the food was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meals.

We tried this place for the first time since it seemed to have decent reviews. First off, the staff that greeted was was friendly, & so was the server. The menu had lots of options to choose from. We made our selections & then the wait began. It wasn't very busy but we felt like it took quite a bit of time for our orders. When they arrived, it looked as though our plates weren't full. The problem here is, they have these giant platters & they choose to barely fill them. For the price they're charging, for a hole in the wall family restaurant, they need to work on their portions or invest in smaller plates. The food was mediocre. I'm not quite sure how they can call their chicken marsala that title because there is nothing that resembles it in appearance or taste. Wish we would've taken photos. We had initially planned to go home & make something but we decided to stop here instead. About 2 bites in, we both wished we had just gone home. Definitely do not recommend.

First time here, just a small local Diner in the area with a big menu and lots of choices. Breakfast is the go to here as they are only open till around 3 on Sundays. Absolutely amazing place. Never been before but will go again. Place is very clean and cozy. Food was excellent.. Service was fast and professional! In and out in less than 20 min for lunch... can't ask for anything more
Shawn D — Google review
I was ready to leave a decent review because the food wasn't bad but ended with THE WORST experience possible. The owner was clearly trying to rush me out by cleaning and clearing my table, reaching over me to grab trash without saying excuse me while I was still eating another plate of food. After I finished my meal I was sitting for a moment, finishing a game on my phone and drinking my beverage and contemplating getting a refill. I catch snide remarks from the couple next to me about how I wouldn't get up to let others sit down for a busy restaurant. I was there for under a half hour, paying customer like anyone else, and this couple started cursing at me and saying how I act self entitled and not compassionate for others because I didn't leave immediately. Utterly gagged from the situation, I tried to complain where the same owner was like what do you expect me to do and acted like I was complaining about him when it was only the other patrons treating me like that as the issue, and the owner reaches over to do this awkward fist bump on my hand on the table to try and make it okay, which I did not extend or offer in exchanged and I don't want to be touched like that nor does it help the situation. Garbage patrons and an owner that wants to rush people out and not worry when others are being harassed. Avoid at all costs.

Such a cute little place with hometown diner atmosphere. And who knew they served alcohol? Not me. But when I go back for dinner next time I'll have to order a drink. This visit was breakfast/lunch on our way over to Costco.

Hospitality is top notch. All the waitresses were SO nice and attentive. A great place to have a breakfast before we headed back home to GR, though we were tempted by the other options for lunch and dinner. Curious to try the burger. We'll be back next time we're in the area. I had the California Eggs Benedict with spinach, tomato and avocado with hash browns and my partner had classic two egg breakfast with sausage, toast and a full order of pancakes. He was supposed to get fries instead of the scalloped potatoes they gave him but that's okay! We didn't want to bug them since the rest of it was so great.
Odders — Google review
I have come here for years and always my expectations are exceeded! They make the most tasty meals no matter what you order and they have a huge variety of meals and deserts to choose from. The other thing that stands out about Nick's Country Oven is the extremely low prices that are still in place today from years ago. Today I had a delicious Hot Roast Beef Sandwich, Chicken Noodle Soup, Lamb Shank and a Pepsi, I couldn't believe how low the price was for all of this super delicious food! Hostess Lisa was super sweet to me and helped me figure out that the Lamb Shank would be a great choice since I happen to come in today super hungry! Wow! I totally recommend Nick's Country Oven if you're looking for fantastic food at great prices and a huge variety to choose from on the menu! Love this place always!

Very nice quiet restaurant. The service was excellent, my food was great and served quickly. I will be eating here more often.

My family and I first came here about 5 years ago. Since then we come here about once a month. Both of our kids love their cheese burgers, my wife and I love their Gyros, egg breakfast meals, chicken sandwiches. Their servers are always friendly. Great place to sit and eat.

Came here for a Faimly meal for the first time. I have eaten at high end restaurants that cannot deliver the quality of the food or the amazing services. This place is spotless and had a great atmosphere. We had a mix of breakfast foods and lunch in our group of 5. Everyone’s food was just perfect and Large portions. Andrea was our server and was flawless in her service and had a great personality. She struck a perfect balance of attentiveness let us enjoy our meal. The manager/owner was also very friendly out in the restaurant talking to patrons, filling waters and checking in on them. He was also cleaning and assisting his staff. As a VP of a medium sized company this is who we aspire to be like and want mangers like him. The price was surprisingly inexpensive! I would have paid so much more. We will 100% be coming back to this place regularly.

1st time at this Nick's, but the food quality & pricing is similar to the Nick's in St. Clair Shores. This one is different in that it serves alcohol. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for tasty, well prepared comfort food. Please give. 👍if this review is helpful - thanks.

McDonald's is a timeless fast-food institution that has been delighting taste buds for decades. Renowned for its iconic burgers and crispy fries, this beloved chain offers a quick and satisfying dining experience. Whether you're grabbing a meal on the go or enjoying a casual outing with friends, McDonald's remains a staple in the world of fast food, serving up familiar favorites that keep customers coming back for more.
I stopped at McDonald’s for a quick lunch bite. I ate half of my nuggets due to being hungry and in a rush when I noticed the batch was undercooked. It is sad that with the current outbreaks in this area this place is not taking their food safety protocols seriously. I hope I don’t get sick!

Absolutely unacceptable experience at this McDonald’s. My child was sitting in our Tesla, enjoying his meal while playing a game. The store doesn’t offer any place where kids can eat and play comfortably, so we chose to let him eat in the car. After he finished his Coke, we simply walked back into the restaurant to get a refill — something that’s always been allowed as long as you’re a paying customer. The place was completely empty, not a single customer in sight. Yet, the staff member immediately stopped us and accused us of trying to get a free drink without paying. Seriously? I calmly explained, gave him our order number and time, and even pointed out that we had just been there a few minutes ago. But instead of showing any basic courtesy or common sense, he gave us a dirty look and said, “You already left the store, so no refill.” I was shocked. I came back in with my own cup, after just buying food and drinks, and was treated like some low-life trying to scam a free Coke. I drive a Tesla, for God’s sake — and this guy is acting like I snuck in from the parking lot to steal soda? Unbelievable. It’s not about the Coke — it’s about being treated with zero respect, like I was beneath them. The arrogance and attitude of the staff were disgusting. Enforcing a policy is one thing, but treating a paying customer like a thief? That crosses the line. This is what happens when people are given a little bit of power and no training in customer service. If this is how this location treats its customers, especially families with kids, then they can keep their Coke. We won’t be coming back. Ever.

I waited for 10 minutes before the manager asked me if I had an order. I had used the kiosk and paid, I also had a receipt. Ignorance of them is intolerable by any standard. The photos below show how they prepared my meal once they decided to make it. It's absolutely ridiculous.

I used the drive thru on my way to work. Just ordered two sausage burritos. It was a little after 6am. At the time that I ordered, there was only one other car in front of me and they were about to receive their food. I was patient, never yelled or got upset. And I figured if I had to wait it was probably a one-man show inside. When the young man got on the mic to start my order he said, “K, wha do ya want?” I don’t need a warm, fancy greeting because it’s early in the morning, and he may be tired, but try to be professional. When I told him what I wanted, he was very rude and cut me off and then I clarified. Once I was finished he said, “K-pull up.” Like while taking my order he was talking to me like I was a hassle and an inconvenience. When he gave me back my card it was almost shoved in my hand. Again by that time there was one car behind me, and two cars had pulled into parking spots and one coworker looked like they were on break but eventually going back inside. I didn’t get a receipt but I’ll be looking to see if he charged me correctly for the buy one, get one for $1. If I do get McDonald’s before work in the morning, I normally go to this location because it’s normally pretty quick going through and not a whole lot of cars so I know I can get in and out. And again I wasn’t upset or mad because I figure people inside are probably tired and for the time being it was a one-man show. But I don’t like being treated like a hassle or inconvenience. Pretty unprofessional.

I placed a mobile order and they only gave us part of the order. I looped around and went inside and politely asked if my child could have two toys in their happy meal instead of one due to the inconvenience. They said “no” and that they’d rather have a bad review. So here’s the bad review!
Symone K — Google review
Did I really just spend over $10 with a 25% off coupon on two happy meal toys only to get a box with nothing but fries in it and two apple juices? They gave me two of the same toys so I guess those are getting donated to a coworkers kid but seriously I’m missing 75% off my order 🙃 (and I haven’t eaten all day yet this was supposed to be brunch after a morning lecture)

I recently visited this McDonald's location, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing due to poor service. From the moment I walked in, it felt as though the staff were overwhelmed and unorganized. First, I stood at the counter for several minutes before anyone acknowledged me, despite multiple employees walking past without so much as a greeting. When I finally placed my order, the cashier seemed uninterested and rushed, giving minimal attention to what I was saying. I asked for my meal with no pickles, yet when my order arrived (after an unusually long wait), it was incorrect. When I politely asked for my order to be corrected, the staff's attitude was dismissive, and it took even longer to receive the right food. No apology was offered, and I felt as though my concerns were brushed off. To make matters worse, the dining area was cluttered with trash on several tables, and no one seemed to be actively cleaning up despite the visible mess. I understand that fast-food environments can be busy, but this level of disorganization and lack of customer care was unacceptable. I hope the management takes note and works to improve staff training, communication, and overall customer service. With some improvements, this location could offer a much better experience for its patrons.

McDonald's is a timeless fast-food institution that has been delighting customers with its iconic burgers and crispy fries for decades. Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting one late at night and was blown away by the quality of the food. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, prompting me to make a second trip through the drive-thru! The service was top-notch as well, thanks to Justin at the window who made my experience even better.
Came through the drive through late last night. Food was so exceptional I had to go back around. Everything was fresh and service was great. Shout out to Justin who was in the window. I lost my receipt to fill out so I hope this review is enough.

Always get a receipt! Always get a receipt at this location. It's such a catch-22 when they ask you whether or not you want it. By going here enough you learn that's their way out of being responsible. They readily put a person with such a heavy accent at the drive-thru cashier window for lunch. The guy's tongue can't even get out of the way of what he's saying, honestly. Of course management would attempt to put someone with a language barrier on cashier. For as much money as people pay?! Do better.
Jack M — Google review
The quality of the fries was unsatisfactory, exhibiting a stale oil flavor profile, rendering them inedible. Due to time constraints, specifically the need to transport a family member from a hospital appointment and subsequently to their residence, a request for replacement fries was not feasible. It is recommended that McDonald's prioritize employee training to ensure consistent adherence to established quality standards, thereby delivering the intended flavor profile of their menu items. #wasteofmoney #disappointed

It’s 2am, I get off work late and don’t usually have time to make myself food when I get home so I’ll stop at McDonald’s. Have always had decent experiences coming here until today. Some lady I’ve never seen before was working, possibly Hispanic. I get home and there’s a bite out of my bun. Not the rest of the sandwich, just a bun. I realized this when I went to add my own Mayo and saw a clear-as-day bite taken out of it. Will be calling and speaking to a manager in the morning.

It is unfortunate that even when given the opportunity to correct an issue, this location would rather argue than just resolve the issue. Order - Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese and Bacon. Add extra Bacon, no pickle; Med Fries, Large Sprite. …there was no Sprite. Okay, then just a Med Coke Zero. I was charged for a Large Drink. (sigh) By the way, that total seems high? No, no - it’s correct. I repeat the order. Yeah, yeah. I am looking at my change, that does not seem correct., but I do not normally order this ….and I added bacon….so…( I am in a rush. I am handed the bag, it seems really heavy; but I am running late - so I leave.) The first thing is that the bag is filled with fries. Why so many fries? What is smeared all over the sandwich container? Ugh! 😑 I pull over, because now it really doesn’t make any sense, Not one, but TWO orders of Fries. The “deluxe” gooped up version of the sandwich …with no bacon, much less extra up-charged bacon. (sigh) No wonder the total was so much! I am sitting there thinking, I should turn around and drive back to the store - but, if I do that I will be an hour late by the time I get all the way to PA. So I don’t. I relate the story to my friend who tells me, “you need to give them at least the opportunity to correct the issue.” Wrong soda/size. Wrong sandwich, and made incorrectly Over charged / duplicated an item on the Oder Beyond belief, the entire order in one aspect or another was messed up. (Also, the sandwich had raw tomato on it - which I am sensitive too, which could have caused my lips and tongue to swell. Yeah, when you are preparing people’s food, you do need to be careful.) Call the store, explain everything in detail. Manager treated the situation as if it was no big deal, and that I was complaining about nothing. It was very much a ‘so what’ conversation. Offered to give the manager the order information so that she could see what was ordered. No interest. So what if you were over charged and did not receive the correct items. I was put in the ‘book’ for replacement items. I had such a negative experience, I just do not need to go back. It is a week later: Same friend, you have to give them a chance to make it right. (sigh) Fine, I will get the same order, except for the duplicated fries 🍟 - I will just get another item that is the same price. I will go when they are not busy, and I will be completely reasonable. I will give them a chance to make a correction. Yeahhhh….they will replace the “sandwich” because even though they over charged me by duplicating the fries in the transaction …that does not require any correction. Spoke to the same manager …(sigh) …did not seem to understand that if the entire order was messed up, then the entire order should be replaced. Maybe it is some cost savings technique, I do not know. It is hard to believe that the manager willfully chose to misunderstand the situation. The sad thing is, McDonald could have just replaced the order - and, both of us could have chalked it up to experience. But, nope. 👎

I can't say enough negative things about this McDonald's location. They wouldn't provide a receipt, didn't make the sandwich right as pictures show, and did not care one bit to make it right when told about it. Whoever answered the phone absolutely refused to provide their name and made it well known they did not care about mistake. Provided no apology, did not care that we live 15+ minutes away & refused to provide a refund to me as well. In fact, their exact words were "oh well." Eventually, I was completely irate, and they just hung up on me. My wife then calls and tries to talk to the employees, and they refuse to provide a manager or general manager's name and won't assist in any manner. The customer service at this location is probably the worst I've experienced at any fast food restaurant anywhere. The owner of this location should be ashamed.

Upcharged on milk with a kids meal. Was told it's a franchise location. If its not pop it will cost extra, even tho kids meal always gives the option of milk, juice, or water. This location sets their own prices. Unfortunate for customers.

Well-known fast-food chain serving grilled burgers, fries & shakes.
I walked around drive thru and looked at the floors, prep area, and everything behind the counter. It is Super clean. Super friendly. Drive-thru clean. Pleasant. I put the straw on top of the burger so you could have a clear visual of the size of this burger and feel the sufferage I felt for paying $8.36.

Do not go there late no matter how hungry you are unless you want food that has been sitting forever and the people there do not care I literally had a manager tell me that she’s the one that cooked my food and made sure that it was fresh when I ordered nuggets when the nuggets were hard as a rock and when I go take them back up there, she tells me oh it’s because they were cooked in a different fryer. Let me try putting them in another fryer and then when I showed her the ones that came out look like compared to the ones that she said, she just put down and served me the first Time was a big difference ever no matter how hungry you are you’re better off starving yourself to the morning

Best BK around. They definitely let you have it your way. Dining room and bathrooms always clean and they even have a cute decorative themed tree. The lady at the front counter deserves a raise… wish we knew your name, but you always provide excellent service, a smile, and great frozen Cokes :)

Pulled up to drive through no other cars at all (barely any in parking lot either) a less than enthusiastic or friendly employee said We'll be right with you... ok fine after waiting and waiting (don't exactly remember how long) with no one even coming back to take my order I of course left. The menu board wasn't working right either. And after reading another review about the taking pictures of credit cards through drive through I am glad they never came back to actually take my order.

If I could give zero stars I would. There was no reason for the lady on night shift running the drive thru to be that rude. I gave her my order three times and I still got the wrong order. I used to like coming to this location. No more.

Went in today & had a great experience in person. Fresh hot fries burger made perfectly to order & even better the MOD was friendly & supportive of her crew. Constantly knowing where to go how to help & maintaining a positive environment. 5 stars I’ll come back to this BK for sure.

Brought back an order because it was clearly old...they took the rest of the batch, microwaved it and served it to me. I'm able to scratch the plastic dash of my car with this little overcooked chicken shiv. I eat here 3-6 times a week this is sad and clearly a health issue. Aug 27th 2023 update = Not going to be too wordy as the previous portion of this review did a pretty solid job depicting what to expect from this location. Had an issue with an order last night in which the acting manager at that time seemed to feel was worth compensation for after showing him pictures of what I was served. Went in to grab a juice and some french toast sticks...my Sunday thing when I work, I asked if I could redeem my $16 credit and I was asked about the bad food by the manager that was on duty at the time of the incident. I asked what a normal portion of chicken for your wrap was. Her description of an appropriate amount was a halved fillet. Ok well I didn't get that...on any of my wrap of which there were three. I'm attaching a photo. They didn't forget tomatoes I excluded them. I walked out and don't plan to return despite this location having some amazing people on staff. Also next time if you don't want to make a shake I can just come back there and do it myself :) would love to hear from the franchisee in regard to this. You already have my personal number from the last incident!

Missing most of our food after waiting for lord knows how long or for what reason after they said hello on the drive thru speaker. After a three hour drive, we were starving and ready to just get home and thought to stop at the Burger King up the road. Their tone and carelessness completely made things worse and confirmed, after many poor experiences there, I will absolutely never be a customer there again!!!! (I swore this about two years ago too, when the grown woman behind the registered laughed and commented on what I was ordering "because I was pregnant")
