Beautiful spot with an amazing ocean view! Our server Bianca was super sweet and made us feel very welcome. The cocktails and blueberry pancakes were great, and my daughter enjoyed her eggs and potatoes. I ordered the veggie hash and was disappointed to find it had a cashew cream sauce that wasn’t listed on the menu—it totally overpowered the dish and wasn’t to my taste. Aside from that, we had a great experience and would come back for the atmosphere, drinks, and service.

Had a clam chowder cup and it was very good. Tasted fresh and creamy. The French fries were nice and crispy on the outside and the ranch was amazing. Made in house and different. The view was nice also. The things I didn’t love was that it was a little confusing to find, it was all valet parking and everything was expensive.

Our breakfast at Driftwood Kitchen in Laguna Beach was a letdown. Despite 80% of the tables being open, we were stuck waiting 30 minutes to be seated, which was frustrating and unnecessary. The hostess seemed disorganized and could benefit from better training to manage the seating process efficiently. The servers appeared bored with nothing to do, as most tables were empty, yet the service was surprisingly slow. The oceanfront atmosphere was beautiful, and the breakfast menu had potential, but the poor customer service and long wait overshadowed the dining experience. For a Laguna Beach restaurant known for its coastal dining, I expected better hospitality. Hopefully, they improve their service flow for future guests.

Great views of you get a table outside but good food. Started with the Parker house roll which came out warm and was standard. Also had the grilled Thai prawns to start. Probably the tastiest thing we ordered. Went with the lamb chops and steak for mains. Both absolutely tasty and would recommend. They also had a children’s menu that you can request for. My nephew had chicken fingers and fries. We had the fingerling potatoes as a side as we weirdly weren’t able to order a side of fries because that wasn’t allowed. Desserts were okay. Had the bread pudding and churro doughnuts. Service wasn’t the best, very slow but it was a full house.

Outstanding food and atmosphere with a view to the ocean/beach. The eggwhite omelet and the steak were delicious. Clam chowder was great as well. I also enjoyed the brownie dessert with coffee ☕️

Came here to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary and had a wonderful brunch with a even better view our server Bianca was so wonderful and even brought us a complimentary desert, we will DEFINITELY be coming back for more anniversaries to come. 100% must visit restaurant.

Probably the best Clam Chowder in the world! Nice ocean views. The service was excellent. Prices not so bad. I would highly recommend this place if you want to try something new.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience… our server did an awesome job checked up on us regularly and was very friendly I wish I could remember his name he went as far to help me push my chair in and other guests… just a kind person. All of the staff seemed kind just a great atmosphere overall people make you feel welcomed. And the food did not take long we started with a charcuterie board appetizer and that easy delicious!! Only complaint the bread was crunchy which I don’t prefer but the food was all great I got the poke bowl appetizer as a meal but the portion was large. The view was great. Thank you guys !

What a great place to celebrate a birthday! The ambiance is so lovely! We sat inside with beautiful views of the ocean. Outside seating is also available, with heat lamps. I would say service was excellent. Food presentation was beautiful. But the only complaint I had was that my roast chicken, one piece came to me lukewarm and the other piece was not even warm. That was quite a disappointment. Everything else was really great. They even served a cheesecake slice to celebrate the birthday. For 3 people we spent about $250, with tip, $300 (2 appetizers, 1 alcoholic drink, 3 main entrees). Also, there is valet service if you can't find street parking.

We wanted a nice lunch with an Ocean view. Las Brisas was recommended and it met the criteria. We were seated outside with minimal weight and a nice view of the ocean. Service was prompt. We ordered the “table side guacamole “ which was not prepared table side “as you like it” with no explanation of why not. A point off for that. The margaritas were fresh tasting and nicely garnished. A “zero proof” mocktail had great grapefruit flavor and a dried grapefruit garnish. Lunch was mushroom tacos for one of us, a salad with salmon for me, and 3 sides for our third. Glazed carrots, beautiful baby carrots with the tops, honied and spicy, and rice and beans. The tacos were served on blue corn tortillas, obviously homemade and delicious. The salad was fresh and good, with about a 4 oz piece of salmon. Reasonable for the price. Overall a great lunch, upscale treat in a gorgeous spot.

Las Brisas in Laguna was a full-on experience. We came with a big group to celebrate my business partner’s birthday and not one person had a bad thing to say about the flavor of the food. We were all starving to begin with, so when the tortilla chips, salsa, and bean dip hit the table, it was game over. I’m not even exaggerating when I say the salsa and bean dip stole the show. We kept ordering more because it was just that good and addictive. I ordered the mole enchiladas and the flavor was right on. Rich, bold mole with a nice creamy topping and a little sprinkle of something crunchy on top that added texture. My only real complaint was the portion size for the price. For around forty bucks, I expected something a little more filling. A few others in our group felt the same with their entrees like the shrimp dish and ahi tuna. Flavor was there, just not enough food. One friend ordered the short ribs and those were a big win. He was stoked with how tender they were and how well the sauce came through. All that said, the view here is absolutely unmatched. You are right there with the waves crashing in the background and that perfect ocean breeze. The ambiance alone makes this a spot worth checking out, especially for a celebration or date night. Just be ready to spend and maybe grab dessert somewhere after if you’re still hungry.

Outstanding dining experience overall. I highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time and requesting outdoor, ocean-view dining. All of the food that I tried was fantastic: chips & guac, charcuterie, shrimp cocktail. The service was great, and the view was phenomenal. Valet parking is $10, and metered parking across the street is pretty cheap. You can exit the back of the restaurant and take a walk along the beach or to nearby gift shops.

Food was good- selectively, I liked my partners food more than mine which is a no brainer. Although charcuterie board was a little small for the price it was enjoyable, worth the buck for the experience and ambience. Customer service was great too, overall not too bad experience, it's a nice restaurant with a good view of the ocean.

Went here for lunch on a Friday afternoon. Parking was a bit of a hassle—paid street parking only, and I had to park quite far and walk. The menu itself felt pretty average, nothing that really stood out. That said, the service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere made up for it. Loved the seating with a beautiful view of Laguna Beach—great spot to just sit back and enjoy the view.

Went here to celebrate our engagement and they were awesome. The team treated us so well and even the owner visited our table to personally greet us and congratulate us. The food was fantastic, from the appetizer to the entree. They gave us complimentary champagne, appetizer and desert to enjoy our lovely night here. The view is so nice here as well! Def sit in the outdoor dining area. Thank you Sapphire team for treating us so well on our special day!

I wish I could give a review on just the burger, which was perfection, but it was the way that we were greeted at the door, seated at our table, the way that our waitress introduced herself, and was so patient with all of us at the table, the warmth of the manager, and the way the entire staff worked together as a team, because that kind of warmth makes the food taste even better. We came to Sapphire for happy hour, and really everything was delicious, but that burger was made to perfection, the cheese melted perfectly, and the waitress came by to make sure that it was just exactly as I wished it to be. So if you’re looking for one of the best burgers, if not possibly THE best juicy thick cheesy burger in all of Laguna Beach, look no further than Sapphire! PS, I have tons of video and photos of just how exceptional everything at our table was!

beautiful ocean view and great location.The menu was pretty standard overall. Halibut was just okay, burger was average, but the ceviche was fresh and flavorful.

We really enjoyed this place! The portions were absolutely huge and incredibly delicious. We even managed to sit at that corner table, and the view of the ocean and the street behind was just stunning. So cozy, so beautiful. I would give it 100 stars out of 100! I loved it so much, thank you. The service was top-class!

Celebrated my friend's birthday here with a party of 12. We made a reservation in advance so getting set up and seated was seamless. It was a beautiful day in Laguna Beach which made for a perfect day for dining out on the patio. It was Sunday brunch but I opted to steer towards the "unch" side and got their BLT w/ fries. It was a massive portion and I managed to only tuck into half of it. It was very good w/ generous slices of bacon. Our server was super nice and accommodating to guests in our group that arrived later and made sure everyone had drinks, food order taken, etc. Our table also got complimentary elderberry tequila (I think?) shots which was so nice of them. Overall, I would definitely return to Sapphire for the great food and service.

Where to begin! From Greg and Sal who provide the friendliest warm welcome on arrival, to all the members of the staff, I've never felt so at home at a restuarant. The atmosphere (especially at sunset) is incredible and the food and cocktails are out of this world. Since moving to the SoCal area in 2024, this has quickly risen to a favorite (almost weekly) spot and they keep leveling up with the monthly specials. Thank you for bringing such a chill vibe with some of the best food and drinks in the region. We have brought so many guests since moving here and they are never disappointed! See you all soon. 🥰

We arrived on a Saturday evening. The dishes from the soup of the day to the halibut were divine. We had reservations and were seated quickly. We sat indoors. Why people prefer to sit outdoors in view of the PCH is a mystery. However, the table service was mechanical and poor. The bathroom was near filthy. Waitering is a hospitality skill which combines customer service with entertainment. This we did NOT receive. The cleanliness of any restaurant is both a sign of quality and pride.

Great beach spot with a huge menu- had the chicken sandwich which was so good. Nice selection of juices and smoothies. Loved eating here and seeing all the historic photos.

What an amazing place the food was fantastic. The people were very nice and friendly. We got the ham and cheese with egg croissant and also the spinach cheese and egg croissant. Both were flaky and delicious. Additionally, we got an orange muffin which we just flat out loved. They had a little patio in the back where you gonna dine with your little pup.

Super cool breakfast diner, M-F from 6am-3pm! Right off the beach and fast service. Their veggie avocado sandwich on sourdough paired with the California date shake was so delicious. The building is cute with lots to look at. Old history tidbits, photos, art pieces, surfboards on the ceiling and just an overall awesome vibe! I really enjoyed my experience. From a beachfront lodge with a private beach in Laguna Beach, it was only a 2-minute walk. The café opens early in the morning and offers a wide variety of menu items, all of which were hearty and delicious. It has even been recognized in the past as a top beach café, and I could see why it’s so loved by the locals. A cozy spot with the perfect atmosphere for Laguna Beach.

I stopped by the outdoor counter and very picked up an iced pumpkin spice latte and an orange muffin. Service was great and my latte was made quickly to perfection. That was honestly ine of the best PSLs I've ever had. The muffin had a nice flavor as well. Very tasty.

First time customer. I’ll touch on the service first. It’s Labor Day today, the little spot was full, line of people, and the service was impeccable. The staff was moving! Getting people’s order in and out of the kitchen quickly. All while still taking the time at the counter to explain the favorites to us. Now the food. We had the breakfast burrito with sausage, huevos bodreros, strawberry shake, banana shake, coffee, strawberry and jam sandwich , and cinnamon roll. The breakfast burrito was by far the best breakfast burrito I have ever had. It was perfect. Refried beans with cheese, egg, and avocado. A little tapatio packet it came with was the cherry on top. I had to stop the guy helping us on the way out to let him know how good it was. Everything else was fantastic. The coffee was so good , next time I’ll buy some of their coffee beans they have for sale. The shakes were tasty, not too sweet, just perfect. Getting a table can be a little challenging since it’s a small spot, but the size of the shop just adds to the appeal. I’m sure the workers are compensated ok because they were hustling and they were happy. But if the owner reads this, and is maybe thinking of giving them wage raises or bonuses or something…do it. Your staff just won you two return customer.

A nice small café with a boutique attached. It felt to me like an original breakfast place with unique menu items. Your order at the counter where you can also see the daily specials, and then you sit where you want. The food actually came pretty fast. The hot chocolate was nice - it wasn’t too thick and didn’t seem over sweet. The foam was actually nice to have! There is an effort in presentation as you can see from the pictures. We all liked it. I tried a bit of the swedish pancakes, it is very sweet and heavy as you can expect, but enjoyable! The Eggs Anna were definitely original with that sauce. It was very interesting. I’m not gonna say it’s the best thing I ever had, but it was good. It was farmers’ market, but we didn’t struggle to find a place to sit. For parking, you need to find in the city - but, the place is not far from the main areas, so convenient. You just walk a few blocks. Overall, a cool spot - we were not sure where to go and wanted a more local place. So, I guess we found it!

We had the breakfast combo, and it was delicious! The carmel toast was wonderful. Pleasant atmosphere with friendly and attentive service. Nice outdoor seating area. We are looking forward to visiting again when we are in the area.

The service was so fast. Our order was out in 10 minutes. I ordered the Eggs Anna. I could have enjoyed it much more if they would have added more thyme sauce… but I’m sure they would have provided that had I requested it ;) Overall it was a lovely experience with my gfs!

This is really the only dining option on site at Surf and Sand resort in Laguna Beach. The entire property had a recent renovation and it really shines. Splashes offers breakfast, lunch and dinner in their dining room, patio and also downstairs in the bar. Some of the servers and bartenders have been on staff over 20 years and it shows in the outstanding service. For breakfast the steak and eggs is a winner, very tender. The breakfast burrito was very tasty and crab benedict seemed to be very popular. For the octopus app was nice and crisp with good flavor. The chicken sandwich was juicy and very satisfying and the fries were amazing. The space does tend to get very crowded at peak times and reservations are highly encouraged. The bar area is first come first served so you just have to wait for something to open up. The views are stunning and the sunsets enhance the beautiful dining room with warm natural light. If you are staying at Surf and Sand you have to try Splashes.. the views are amazing and the food is worth trying to get a table.

Great views, good food and service. We went for brunch. I got the avocado toast, coffee and cocktails. Everything was tasty and right temperature. Service was very good. For parking we couldn’t find anything available on the street so we did valet, price was 10 dlls.

i came here for my friends birthday dinner after having it on my list of ocean view restaurants to try in laguna. i was very surprised at the quality of the food! everything tasted great and super fresh. we got mussels, branzino, and bread which was very soft and went well with the mussel soup. of course the star of the show was the sunset! they gave us a free crème brûlée as well. great service too we always felt attended too which i can’t say for other luxury restaurants! will be back!

It's always a great pleasure visiting Splashes, and now the hotel is renovated, it's even more stunning. The menu continues to be amazing with high quality dishes. The Spanish octopus and peach/ burrata salad were phenomenal. We also had the bacon/fig flatbread, which was really good as well. I had a cocktail, the Blue Reef, which blew my mind. We sat in the bar area, which has the best views. The staff there is absolutely fantastic.

The overall experience was great. Came here to celebrate a birthday and had a good time. This is also a super cute spot for date nights or even for any occasion. Would love to return soon!

Absolutely delicious restaurant! A must when in Laguna! The food is phenomenal and Michelin standard, it’s just so flavourful and vibrant. We had the hamachi crudo, the oyster trio, the octopus, filet mignon, pasta and halibut! All presented and made in ways you would never think. Also the chocolate “popsicle” desert was INSANE. Perfect ending to an amazing meal! Let’s not forget the impeccable seaside views and seating. A magical evening!

Patrick (jose and pepe) were outstanding. We were seated next to the beautiful ocean view. Everything was spotless and clean. Server was fast, knowledgeable and very professional. Food... no words... just perfect 👌. Every bite was superb. We are definitely coming back :)

Prime rib dip sandwich was delicious and so was the wedge salad, they changed the salad a little since I last went but it still hit. Server offered bread than seen at the end he charged me for it... don't mind paying just felt he was being deceitful in the way he offered it. Was kinda sketchy..

Best food I've had so far on our visit! Service, ambiance, delectable... it's a can't miss!

This is the patio in Laguna if you want to see and be seen, ideally while pretending you just “happened” to stop by after the beach and didn’t strategically pick your outfit for it. The trees offer shade, which is nice, because otherwise you’d melt into your chair like a wax figurine. We came for “drinks and a snack” but accidentally ordered enough food to qualify as dinner for a mid-sized family. The Bacon Wrapped Dates were sticky, sweet, and impossible to eat without looking like you’re auditioning for a barbecue sauce commercial. The Spicy Tuna grazing plate comes with three pieces, but they’ll make it four if you’re with a group—because apparently they understand math and diplomacy. Also, the rice was so crispy it could probably survive re-entry from space. The Wagyu Sirloin Carpaccio was paper-thin and amazing, with truffle aioli that makes everything taste better in the same way a cheat code makes video games easier. For drinks, the Ruby Rickey was light and refreshing (i.e., you could drink several before realizing it), and the Mission Fig Margarita was the perfect choice for a hot afternoon. The servers and bussers were friendly, efficient, and had that uncanny ability to refill your water without you noticing—possibly magic. Five stars. Would come back in a heartbeat… assuming I can find a beach outfit worthy of that patio again.

This place is seriously unreal! My gf and I were in Laguna Beach for the afternoon and decided to stop in for lunch. Firstly, they seated us inside with nice cold a/c as the sun was baking me. They were playing great music like Dave Matthews Band, Blues Traveler, Lumineers, U2, etc. We ordered the Kung Pao calamari and the fish & chips and we shared both. The presentation and quality of food was the best we found on our entire vacation. They were extremely detail oriented, but just two examples were they had to put some tables together for a larger party and made sure to place the chairs so no one was sitting behind me. Also, since we had some leftovers, they provided a box, but also a seperate container for the cole slaw so that it wouldn't get anything soggy. These little details are what make a good restaurant great. Seriously, the best food we have found in California so far. Do not sleep on 230 Forest. Next time I'm in the area I look forward to trying something new and delicious. Whatever ya'll are doing keep doing it. This place is a true gem!!!!!!!!! 100% satisfaction from us. One Love

Really good experience with delicious food and awesome service! I can highly recommend the toasted garlic salmon, kung pao calamari, bacon wrapped dates and their chocolate croissant bread pudding. Delicious food. Lots of options for people who enjoy seafood or American food. The Maui onion soup was amazing. Sea bass, lamb chops and wine was very good. We would come back again.

I had a chicken sandwich with cilantro and pesto it was good, though not perfect. I also ordered a pistachio coffee; it was nice but a bit too sweet. Overall, I liked the place for a first visit. It was definitely worth trying at least once.

I really wanted to love this place - I got the chocolate/pistachio croissant, it was alright. The matcha was really good. But if you want to sit outside, be prepared to be SWARMED by birds. Within 2 minutes of me sitting outside, a pigeon landed on my actual plate of food. So safe to say I immediately left, without getting to eat the rest of my meal. (I have a major fear of birds) - and everyone around me was experiencing the same thing. - the staff was friendly, but def didn’t seem phased by this.

Professional Greeters , staff know the menu very well , they handled large groups quickly, service and food servers were quick and polite and very well spoken English and Spanish. Very respectful! Food was excellent and coffee was the best I’ve had in Southern California. A really great LA experience in the Arts District and Laguna Beach !

I went around noon, and it was a bit busy — I had to wait about 20 minutes to order. Both indoor and outdoor seating were available. The atmosphere was warm and pleasant. The cappuccino and marble cake were delicious!

Great Location, but Limited Selection and a Bit of a Wait Urth Caffé in Laguna Beach has a beautiful setting and a lot of potential—perfect for a coastal coffee break or dessert run. I stopped by craving a scone and something sweet to go, but was disappointed by the limited selection in the bakery case. The café was pretty busy, and while the staff was doing their best, the wait time was longer than I expected. After standing in line for a while and not seeing what I came for, I ended up leaving without ordering. I’ve had great experiences at other Urth locations, so I’d give this one another try—but next time I’ll come with more patience and a backup plan.

I go to Urth Caffe weekly for pastries and I love everything about this place. They are friendly and helpful and the baked goods are out of this world and so is their Italian cappuccino! We love sitting on the patio on the weekend occasionally and there is no place like it for a casual meal as it is fun and great people watching. I have not tried everything on the menu but their breakfasts and salads are wonderful.

I’ve been to The Loft at Montage Hotel twice now — once for lunch with my husband and once solo for dinner — and overall, it’s a beautiful spot with great food. During our first visit for lunch, we had fresh juices, the grain bowl, and a Caesar salad. Everything was delicious and well-prepared. Unfortunately, the terrace was not an option due to ongoing construction as it was very loud, which definitely took away from the experience. We were really hoping to enjoy the outdoor seating and the views. For my second visit, I came alone for dinner. Even though there were plenty of empty tables, they made me wait about 10 minutes to be seated, which felt a bit unnecessary. But once I was seated, the rest of the experience was enjoyable. I ordered the scallops — there were only three on the plate, but they were actually quite satisfying and tasted great. Definitely more on the light and elegant side. Overall, I do like this place and would come back — especially once the construction is finished. Sitting on the terrace seems like a big part of the full experience, and I’d love to enjoy it properly next time.

We had an amazing breakfast experience at Loft. Me and my friend ordered omelets, egg Benedict and latte.The food was delicious and the view breathtaking! Our server was professional and at the sametime hospitable.

My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at The Loft for our anniversary and, by the time we left, we agreed it was one of our top 3 favorite meals we've ever had. We made a reservation for a little later in the evening so we could walk around the resort and beach area for sunset and would highly recommend it as the surrounding beaches are beautiful and picturesque. After, we sat down for dinner on the patio, and enjoyed the gorgeous view overlooking the Pacific. Robert was our waiter and was an expert at his craft. He was extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable and couldn't have made our experience better. The food was stellar - we had the stone fruit salad, coffee crusted NY Strip and roasted carrots. They also brought us a chocolate surprise for our anniversary and we still ended up ordering another dessert because of how good everything was. We ended with the mille-feuille, which was exceptional. We both left the meal with big smiles on our faces and have been talking about it every day since. The Loft is a true accomplishment in a culinary and service experience. Thank you, Montage and Robert, for an unforgettable evening!

The loft is easily one of my favorite restaurants in SoCal. On my last trip warmly greeted and seated overlooking the pool and the ocean, the Sommelier Gary helped me and my date pick out a bottle of a fantastic Riesling and spoke with us a while about chartreuse varieties. The waiter made some recommendations including an off menu parmesan risotto which ended up ordering with a lobster tail. The foot was exceptional and the lobster Tail served over the parmesan Risotto currently lives rent free in my mind. Great experience and I found it to be great value for the service, setting and food quality they provide.

A very good experience. The food was pretty tasty, but not to the point of being as good as people let it on to be. The service was 5 stars and the atmosphere was very nice. This restaurant is located in the Montage Laguna hotel. It's on a very nice piece of property with an excellent view. However, this place does get crowded, so be aware of that. Overall - a very nice experience. I'd also make reservations well in advance for this place.

The food was nothing short of magnificent. And the Service from Milad was super attentive and well informed.

Beautiful restaurant in a beautiful hotel. Request a seat outside for a view of the pool and ocean. Food and beverages all top notch, but what really brings it to the next level is the service. Specifically, Seth. Incredibly kind and accommodating, he always goes above and beyond to make each experience something to remember. I could see him getting promoted through the ranks into management at the hotel, though we’d hate to see him leave the restaurant.

Avocado toast, some maple pecan something or another cookie + an incredible iced latte. Atmosphere really sold it for me during a quick brunch visit before the beach and it was perfect. The avocado toast was *chefs kiss* real cute. Bathroom was small but clean.

I enjoy the bench seating and great outdoor weather. We met up for lunch at Zinc. You order at the counter and find your seats outside in the large shaded patios. The food came out pretty quickly. Food was hit or miss. The Caesar salad with steak was very good. The steak was tender and cooked perfectly. The chilaquiles bowl was a miss. The salsa was on only one side of the bowl so it was a bit dry and tasteless. It looked pretty good but was pretty unimpressive after the first bite. The omelet was huge but had way too much bacon and not enough of everything else.

Amazing place. They are known for breakfast and lunch, but we got surprised they are now open for dinner. Live music, delicious food, reasonable prices. As always they deliver.

This is how they serve their nachos? The menu lists grilled carne asada (grass-fed beef), chips, jack cheese, pinto beans, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo—but where were the guacamole, sour cream, and pico? When we politely asked for the missing items, the staff was surprisingly rude about it. Disappointing experience.

My favorite place to eat in Laguna Beach. I love the aoli sauce on anything. And the chicken burritos are definately a go to. And the spicy margaritas are my favorite drinks there. I have been coming here for last 20 plus years.

Great little spot, we came for the sushi place and it was closed until 5pm, so we had some spicy mango margaritas and they were delicious. I had one fish taco, it was super big. The salsas are so good, the queimada is very tasty, the green salsa is very tangy. I will be back for sure!

Langue can be a barrier. The order taker had a primary langue that was not English. Both our omelets were not as ordered. The facilities and food were otherwise fine.

Went to grab a quick sandwich to go at 8:55pm. Door was unlocked and lots of workers. They told me sorry and said I couldn’t order. I won’t be going back. Closing at 9pm means 9:00 pm not 8:50. Why even have open times if they don’t matter. First time stopping here in years. My last experience was also bad. We don’t recommend, take your money elsewhere.

This used to be my favorite place but has gone downhill in customer service and food quality. Maybe it was just a bad day but the avocado toast was so salty I couldn’t eat it and hamburger my wife ordered was dry and thanks to ketchup the only way we could get it down. We stood at the counter to order for 15 minutes and they didn’t seem to care or say it would be a Wait since the girl was on the phone taking an order and I don’t think the other six workers knew how to use the order system or communicate why no one could take our order. If the owner is reading this I suggest he spend some time there and observe the current service level before he loses more business.

We visited this diner on Sunday, and unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. The food itself was fine—actually pretty good—but the service completely ruined it. Our meals took forever to arrive and came out in random sections, so some of us were eating while others were still waiting. The staff kept forgetting things, and my kids didn’t even get their drinks until the end of the meal. To top it off, my coffee was handed to me as I was walking out the door—way too late to even enjoy it. For how slow and disorganized the service was, the prices were surprisingly high. It’s such a bummer because the food had potential, but the whole experience was frustrating. I definitely won’t be going back.

I ordered the Country fried steak sandwich. There was peach colored scrambled eggs. I only ate a couple bites. It made my stomach so sick I thought I would throw up. I DO NOT recommend this sandwich.

super disappointed. my husband liked the pastrami burger but the fries had no salt what. so ever super bland. My cheese burger same thing no flavor. but I'm guessing it's because of the massive amount of wet lettuce they put in it which made it super watery. The pickles were so thick I took them off. there was way too many. the cheese was so thin you couldn't even tell it had any on it. the burger patty was thin and the bread was burnt on the inside. To top it off 2 burgers and 1 fry was $32 🤦🏼‍♀️ safe to say I won't be back because I can get a cheaper better tasting burger right on the beach.

Great breakfast out on the scenic patio overlooking the golf course and gorgeous views of the canyon. The food was farm to table fresh. Service was awesome. Ordered the biscuits and gravy with a side of sausage, and it was delicious. Biscuits were fluffy and moist. Loved the gravy, too. My spouse ordered the breakfast burrito and highly recommend too. Fresh press juice was a fresh option that was nice as well.

While staying a few days at The Ranch at LB recently, we had both breakfast and dinner at Harvest. First of all, I was impressed with all the restaurant staff we encountered - they are friendly, professional, and go out of their way to make everything special. Special shout out to our server, Daniel at breakfast. We both had the caramelized onion/squash quiche and we just had to experience a $23 cinnamon roll! It was nearly the size of a dinner plate with cream cheese topping, candied bacon and a ton of syrup. The cream cheese on top was a great addition, but I could have done without the candied bacon or maybe just regular crispy bacon bits - I thought it was way too sweet. But that's me...my hubby thought it was perfect as is lol! For dinner, we had great cocktails at the bar and the hostess was so accommodating when we arrived without a reservation. While we were happy to grab seats at the bar and order a meal there, she was able to find us a table by the time we finished drinks and were about to order. My salmon dish was perfectly prepared and so yummy, and my husband enjoyed the pork chop that our server recommended. The ambiance of the restaurant is awesome and the views are incredible. So an A+ for food, ambiance and service - we'd definitely return.

What fun! We took the Thursday tour of the organic garden on the back of the 76 acre compound of The Ranch in Laguna. INSPIRING! The produce is used in the Harvest restaurant. The property is unbelievable with a 9 hole golf course, pool and hotel rooms. The food was filled with amazing flavors and fresh food.

We visited The Ranch on a busy Saturday evening without a reservation, and to our pleasant surprise, the staff welcomed us warmly and offered us seats at the bar. Their friendly and accommodating attitude set the tone for a great experience from the start. The vibe at the bar was fantastic — lively yet comfortable. It felt like the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a good glass of wine. We decided to go for a wine and cheese platter, and it was absolutely delicious. The rest of the food was tasty and well-prepared.

Every dish was amazing. The duck was well seasoned and not dry as typically in other restaurants. The tuna bow was the best tuna I’ve ever tried.

The place, food, and service were great. However, I would give the valet 1 star for leaving all the windows down on a luxury vehicle while it was parked just 10–15 feet away from someone cutting grass. Extremely thoughtless. When I asked about it, the valet said they left the keys inside so the car wouldn’t get locked. But what’s the point of valet service if you’re leaving the keys inside and all the windows down? I wouldn’t trust them with my vehicle again. I didn’t realize my car was being offered to the public for free while I was dining inside. Thanks to the open windows, the entire dashboard was covered in dust by the time I returned.

Cafe Heidelberg is the best breakfast spot my wife and I tried during a brief trip to Laguna Beach. She had a breakfast platter with house-made sausage, eggs, and fruit. The sausage was absolutely fantastic! I had the Eggs Heidelberg, which were also delicious! I thought the coffee was good, the price was right, and the patio view on a Saturday morning was very relaxing. Overall, I was impressed by the food, great atmosphere, and friendly staff. It’s definitely a great spot to go!

Everything about this place is fantastic. The food, the service, the seating and views. I liked it so much we came here twice during our 4 day trip. We initially went to different coffee shops every morning and this was my favorite. I got a latte and it was amazing. I am on a strict Keto carnivore diet (minus the latte lol) so it’s hard to find healthy protein breakfasts and they had several good options. I got the eggs Benedict with avocado and spinach. Service was very friendly and very fast. Sweet potato fries are a bonus 😃🥰 My son is picky as well and he loved the sliders and fries.

I got the huevos rancheros and it was awesome, I loved the addition of mango in the pico de gallo. My husband got the Nordic eggs, and it was fantastic! Service was very quick. We dined out front, which had a partial view of the ocean but a lot of noise from the cars passing by. Great spot!

A small and cozy hidden gem here in Laguna Niguel on La Paz Rd. Limited front parking, but plenty of close parking around the area. Outside and inside seating available. American restaurant with American and Mexican plates. I ordered a ham and omelette with pancakes, my wife ordered the Enchilada and Eggs plate. Our waiter was Pedro (Excellent service), we also met a waitress, Rosa (Very welcoming and friendly), and then we met the cook and owner of the restaurant, Tony (Superb Chef, awesome service). You can see and feel the pride they all take in this place. I saw a lot of regular customers. Food was really great, coffee was so delicious, not too strong, it was just perfect. Excellent choice - Highly recommended!

We stumbled across Mollie's while visiting Laguna Beach and stopped for breakfast before heading home. It's a small place in a strip mall, but service was fast and very friendly. It felt a bit stuffy inside, but we were seated outside on a beautiful overcast day. We ordered Italian sausage and eggs and green huevos rancheros, and both were delicious and cooked to perfection. The coffee was great, as were the huge mimosas (made with fresh-squeezed orange juice). We understood why the local regular seated next to us (Karen with a K) raved about the people and the food. Highly recommended!

My family has been coming here since I was a kid. Warm memories of early Saturday mornings with 3 generations gathering around to enjoy some of the best breakfast we’ve ever had. After all of these years, we still continue to have family breakfast here. Staff has been consistent and some have known us since we first started dining here. I am so grateful for this establishment and highly recommend it. Thank you Mollie’s for all of the memories, full bellies, and amazing atmosphere.

Passing thru town and I saw this spot and decided it was for me. Was craving chile verde for some reason so I got an omelet. Stefan was my server and was super chill. The place had a nice atmosphere and lots of regulars. It wasn't the best chile I've ever had, but it hit the spot. Stefan brought out some salsa, so I had to get some chips. The salsa was bomb. Had just enough heat to make you want more. Overall good grub 👍

If you are a whiskey aficionado you will love this place. Not only do they have popular and rare whiskeys the bartenders are very knowledgeable about their craft and super friendly. Nate and Frank were both very accommodating. We got some complimentary tastes of whiskey we were curious about. We only had one appetizer and it was amazingly tasty with crispy rice, fresh ahi and flavorful sauces. Their menu looks delicious with grilled meatloaf and fried chicken. This is our new go to bar!

This was the second time we cane here and honestly it was even better this time. The food was so delicious and the drinks were crafted perfectly. It has definitely become a place we will come back to time and time again.

We went there for dinner on a Wednesday night after a beach day with the kids. We didn’t have to wait long to be seated. Parking is very limited—there’s a small lot, or you can park uphill near the restaurant or next building by the nail salon. The food was great overall. I ordered the Wagyu beef with chimichurri. The flavor was excellent, though the beef was slightly overcooked—I had asked for medium rare. The kids ordered burgers with fries. They mentioned the burgers tasted a bit like fish, possibly because of the grass-fed beef. The service was friendly and attentive, which made for a pleasant dining experience.

Craft House in Dana Point is absolutely amazing. The atmosphere and staff is awesome. My complements to the chief Keene Vasquez for the most amazing food I have ever tasted. My family loves it and will definitely be coming back.

Worst experience ever. They’re trying to be Coastal Kitchen, but they’re simply not! Just as my dinner arrived, the “Floor manager” (meaningless title), Courtney, asked me to move from my table to the worst little table on the patio to accommodate other guests because they had dogs and couldn’t sit inside (why is this my problem?). So do I have this right? I arrive early, am seated and am later asked to move to a terrible table so that people with loud and poorly behaved dogs can have adequate seating!? Terribly insulting and indicative of what an awful restaurant this is. This was my third and last try at Craft House. There are many wonderful restaurants in the Lantern district with inventive menus and lovely service. Don’t waste your money on this disrespectful hovel. Cold food, ugly dark decor. Simply not worth the money. Go to Cracker Barrel instead.

Stopped by Craft House in Dana Point on a Saturday afternoon and grabbed a seat on the patio with my family. Their happy hour was amazing. Great selection of drinks and shareable bites at really solid prices. Staff was super welcoming, friendly, and on top of everything without hovering. Loved the location, loved the value, and honestly the whole experience felt easy and enjoyable. If you’re in Dana Point and want a laid-back spot with good food, good drinks, and great service, Craft House is a win. I’ll definitely be back!

We hosted our rehearsal dinner and welcome party here the night before our wedding and couldn’t have been happier. We reserved the private dining room in the back for a seated dinner with family and our wedding party, then welcomed a little over 100 guests for small bites and drinks. The night was a blast. The staff took wonderful care of everyone, the food was outstanding, and guests kept raving about the great vibe at Craft House. Blake and team were easy to work with and incredibly accommodating. Highly recommend Craft House!

Had a business lunch at Plumeria Café and it did not disappoint! The food was fantastic — crispy chicken was perfectly cooked and the strawberry Nutella crepes were a showstopper (see pics!). Service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax and focus. Definitely coming back.

This is probably one of my favorite breakfast places in Orange County! I had the Huevos Rancheros and my family got the Korean Brisket Quesadilla along with the Crepes. Everything tasted great! The Huevos Rancheros were beautifully made and the Quesadillas had a sweet jam spread over the top that gave it a nice Hawaiian taste. I will be coming here again very soon!

Been here a few times and the food is pretty decent usually, and they’ve got beers! Tried the poke bowl this time and it was pretty dang salty, just like the ocean. Come for the view and stay for a sunset, but the food can be hit or miss.

My husband & I walked over to the Lost Pier Cafe for breakfast. We were staying at the Ranch. It’s about a 10-minute walk. It’s on the other side of PCH. There’s a paid parking lot there, but it was filling up quickly with people going to Aliso Beach. I got a honey oat latte and avocado toast. My husband got a breakfast burrito. The food was good, but we probably wouldn’t have gone there if it hadn’t been right on the beach. You order at the window. The people who work there were friendly. The seating is all outside with a view of the ocean. There’s no indoor seating. They do have bathrooms. It’s very casual and easy to bring kids.

*Delayed post from Jan ‘25 This beach front cafe really surprised the hell out of us! This is nothing like your typical fast food beach shack. The quality of everything we ordered was very high despite its relaxed vibe directly on the beach. While the food took a little time to come out and they got one of our orders incorrect, it was well worth the wait since they cook everything fresh. There was also plenty of parking available, both metered and free for restaurant customers. The Breakfast Burrito was encased in a thick tortilla that kept all the contents nicely snug inside, but it wasn’t overly heavy. The bacon bits in the center were thick and not overcooked. The hash browns were more like Piknik potato chips than hash browns due to their crispiness, which honestly added a great texture to the burrito in comparison to undercooked potatoes that tend to cause mushiness. The tortilla chips on the side were super thin, reminiscent of Chili’s chips, but the Tajín seasoning and spicy yet tangy salsa elevates it so much. The French Toast was visually very appealing with lots of colors from the berries and a white dust of powdered sugar. I appreciated that the fruit was properly ripened, delivering flavor and sweetness with every bite, and the large amount of toasted almond slices brought in a good balance of nuttiness and crunch since the other ingredients are soft. Since they used brioche bread, the french toast itself was even eggier than normal, which I personally prefer to make it a heartier meal. The maple syrup was a classic choice, but I think a fruit reduction would have taken this to another level since the syrup is too easily absorbed and could use more moisture. The Fish and Chips was our least favorite as we originally ordered the fish tacos, but it was still tasty. There was a significant amount of lightly battered fish, fried to a perfect golden brown and had an audible crunch with every bite. Almost reminded us of the crispiness you get in vegetable/egg roll wrappers. While the texture was spot on, the fish itself wasn’t well seasoned, so the tartar sauce and lemon wedges were definitely needed to provide acidity and salt. The fries are double battered, similar to Checkers/Rally’s fries, but without all the black pepper. We added some of the Tajín from the chips and LOVED it! They should seriously consider this as an optional seasoning. They could even add it to the fish for a spicy kick.

Honey Oat Latte and Lobster roll were amazing. The brioche bun is not overly buttery, and the lobster is seasoned well. I also love the tortilla chips and salsa on the side.

Our favorite local beach cafe to go with the kids because it's right on the sand, there is a playground in the same beach, and there are tide pools. The food is very good for a beach cafe, and they have drinks as well. The parking lot gets very busy during summer and often runs out of space. We like coming here during non-summer months because it's much more relaxed and the weather is still amazing.

First of all I would like to appreciate their amicable service. Everyone’s here is showing more care towards customer satisfaction and they are very attentive. The food itself was super good and fresh. Some of the best vegetarian food I have tasted in Mediterranean cuisine. We ordered a ton of food and we didn’t realize the portion size. Beware of the portion size Y’all. I think the portion in each dish is good enough for two people. Out of all My fav was the focaccia bread and the 5 dips and the sweet potato fries. I’ve been here probably 10 or 15 times, and I cannot overstate how good it is. The high quality of the ingredients, the preparation, the unique flavors which are unlike any of their competition, the textures… i’ve had several dishes here (for example the snap peas, the pork chop, the Moroccan carrots) which in my opinion are Michelin level. Cocktails are also interesting and delicious. And if that wasn’t enough, the place is spacious, cool, and the staff are friendly without being too formal. Recommended.

My wife and I were looking for the perfect place to host our welcome party the night before our wedding, with some criteria in mind. It had to be spacious & aesthetic, have memorable food & cocktails, and have world-class service. It’s safe to say Mayfield checked off all these boxes with flying colors. The amount of people that came up to us to let us know how cool the restaurant was, how excellent the apps and cocktails were, and how professional the service was is unparalleled! Special shoutout to George, the owner of Mayfield, who went out of his way (and with a constant smile on his face) to make sure our requests were covered across all bases. We were already huge fans of everything this place has to offer from a bar/restaurant standpoint, and to have them over-deliver for our welcome party has made us into customers for life. We already cannot wait to come back. Support these guys, because they’re EVERYTHING a dining out experience is supposed to be!

Top place to eat in South OC. Quality food, drinks and atmosphere. My husband and I have been frequenting Mayfield for almost 2 years and it is one of our favorite spots. The burgers are exceptional (best burger in OC in my humble opinion) and the breakfast grain bowl is our weekend go-to. We bring friends and family in all the time and it never disappoints. Food is made fresh, menu changes seasonally, food quality tastes local/farm-to-table with beautifully paired spices and don't get me started on the incredible wine selection. Atmosphere feels like a little piece of Europe with Mediterranean influences. It can get pretty busy on Friday night and weekends, so I highly recommend ordering the spinach feta and Muhammara dip with fresh baked foccacia while you wait for your entree. Current seasonal obsession?? Their mussels!

This is my favorite restaurant. I love everything about it from the amazing food, the decor, and the amazing friendly service. These things have been consistent with every visit. And with their market section, I’m able to buy some spices or a bottle of wine to take a little piece of Mayfield home with me. My favorites are the date labneh, muhammara, Turkish eggs, falafel, and of course the cocktails. But I try to get at least one new thing every time I go!

I got the classic breakfast, which comes with eggs your choice of meat, and bread. Is there chicken patty was actually really good. I like how unique their hash browns were, and the scrambled eggs were just your average egg: nothing to brag about. They let me substitute bread for French toast, which I found to be pretty dry. It does pair well with the eggs when eating together though. Don't get me wrong I like this place, I'd visit again!

I really like this little place… Breakfast all the time. Had the avocado eggs Benedict and they were quite good. Great selection of drinks and a really interesting bar also

Great looking diner, but the food was underwhelming. May give it one more try by the eggs Benedict was not very good. They do serve alcohol too so if brunch is your thing then this place makes it easy anytime.

Living by the beach, I never wanted to go “inland“ for breakfast since we do have some nice choices that include a view of the ocean. However, I ended up meeting a friend there and now I am a huge fan! The food was beyond good; it was GREAT! Many vegetarian, and even vegan, selection to choose from as well. The service was excellent too, and the atmosphere was very nice.

The place was packed but we got right in. Service was fast, food was delicious. We shared stuffed French toast, bacon and each had a delicious fruit drink. When we asked for the bill, the server did the whole thing without leaving our table. We were out quickly.

Simply the best waffles in the whole Orange County. Their waffle sandwiches are incredibly delicious. Owners are always present and are super friendly and responsive. Also, their restroom lock is the most convenient I’ve ever seen in a restaurant! 👏

We love coming to this cafe every time we’re in town! The food is exceptional always. I ordered the custard berry waffle and it was so tasty. The iced Spanish latte was also really delicious. Overall the service here is great, the staff is nice and we never have any complaints. 10/10 recommend!

Came in with my son to try this little hole in the wall. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Had a delicious sweet waffle which was beautifully presented. The service was on point. I shall have to return to try the savory waffles.

First off, the smoothie came out in like half the time it takes at a juice stop or juice it up. Second, The guy here, Matthew, has very strong customer service. For someone his age, he should be proud of himself. And whoever hired him hit the nail on the head with him. The drink is good. It’s a basic strawberry banana. It’s as good as one of those can be, no complaints there. Thanks for a strong first time experience.

This was our first time here and the staff were SUPER kind and helpful! Everything on the menu looked amazing d what we decided on didn’t disappoint! We will be back for a repeat AND/or something new for sure!

I had a great experience here. Got the Tahiti bowl with mango added. I love coming here because the acai base and fruit always tastes so fresh and delicious.

I recently visited this place for the first time to try their bagels, and I was thoroughly impressed! They offer a wide variety of bagel sandwiches, all baked on-site. The staff is incredibly welcoming, and there’s a great selection of coffee to choose from. The prices are very reasonable, and the bagels are absolutely delicious. They do customer service the old fashioned way, they make RELATIONSHIPS as GREAT as their BAGELS!! Whenever I’m in the area I will be visiting this place. I ordered the Italian with salami on a spinach/parmesan bagel “sister’s favorite”! Huge flavor on a fresh and soft bagel. JUST DELICIOUS!!! Mom is working the kitchen and 4 siblings are making the rest happen. I was a total joy just to be around them. You could feel the love.

Never had this bad tasting bagels ever. This is cheddar jalapeño but seriously I see no cheddar and has zero cheddar flavor. Also, i ordered 7 bagels and he gave me the plain bagel instead of what I ordered. I want to believe that it was a mistake but still. I came here to get special bagels not a plain one! Their honey, walnut cream cheese doesn't even have honey flavor..weird.. I do NOT recommend this place.

Used to live nearby until we moved to Texas several years ago. Visiting CA this week and HAD TO visit again. Their coffee, especially blueberry, is a must have, their super cinnamon bagel is the best (nothing like it in Texas), and the staff very friendly! Love this place and will be back before we leave. Do yourself a favor and eat here.

Hector and George are the friendliest service albeit difficult to visibly distinguish at times. Coffee is 😳 (great) They gave the kids stickers. And of course the bagels 🥯 are 👌🏼👍🏼✊🏼(for California) We love them! 😻 for my daughter

Went to this location for the 1st time and was a bit surprised that they have higher prices here compared to other Locations. Paid almost 20 bucks more than i would have had at a different location for the exact same items.

I really do ♡ Bagels but I went there last Friday and got 7 hockey pucks. The worst bagels I have ever eaten. Im not sure they leavened their bagels today at all.

If I could give zero stars I would the way I was treated. I will add a photo I ordered coleslaw to go first of all they want $12 for coleslaw I said I’m not paying $12 for coleslaw. She says well at least eight dollars I said OK eight dollars and I gave her a dollar tip out of my generous spirit and I said light on the mayonnaise light on the mayonnaise to her and this is what I got. Mayonnaise soup coleslaw. They could care less Cause when I came back with it, they said don’t come back anymore, and they threw it in the trash. Well, duh like I’m gonna come back they’re very inconsistent. I ordered a ahi tacos completely dry as a bone totally dry. Next time I had it. It was acceptable. I really enjoying getting a bite to eat from one of the different locations. Today I visited the Laguna Niguel location and I'm sorry to say but the rice in my burrito was undercooked. No one wants to break a tooth on rice. The service was above board but the flavor of the food lacks in quality. What is weird is if you visit the San Clemente store the food, for Mr me, is always great. If you want to get up early try the San Juan Capistrano store, fresh tortillas and you get to watch them cooked. I'd recommend this to your average tourist looking for Mexican Food in SoCal but authentic... 🤔. Taste before you serve. If you won't eat it, neither should I.

I ordered the taco salad from Las Golondrinas in Laguna Niguel, and unfortunately, I was really disappointed. The chicken came in large chunks and had no flavor at all. When I called to share my feedback, the manager informed me that the chicken is boiled and that’s just how the recipe is which was surprising. On top of that, the shell was completely soggy at the bottom, which made the whole dish unappetizing.

I have been going to this place since I moved here the meal I received today makes me feel like their attitude towards me was racist. I watched other people’s food being made, and I watched my food being made. I will not go back to this place. this was a six dollar bean and cheese burrito

The food was just horrible! The green burrito look like vomit !! The rice and beans smelled burn. Came here yesterday at around 12:45 Waited almost 40 min to get 2 fajita tacos this was the location of Camino de Estrella

First time at this location, placed conveniently off the freeway, very easy in and out of the parking lot. Very clean and felt safe. Seated quickly, very clean tables, fast service. Only reason for 4 stars is because 2 of our orders were messed up, but the server was very friendly. Foot was hot and fresh, and good value for the price. Would return. And recommend.

It was a nice time today. Restaurant was really busy this morning, December 23, 2024 around 10 am. Wait was still about 15 minutes, not bad. The food did take a while. But the waitress, Wendy was still very attentive, polite, and friendly, always checking on us. The food was good. We had the seasonal (I think) crunchy French toast and it was good. Not too sweet, it was good. No need for Syrup. ————————————————————- It is an ok restaurant. Nothing much different from other ones. Nothing above and beyond. I liked that fact that they do have an outside seating area, which is nice specially with our beautiful weather here in Cali! It was a Sunday around 12:30 pm. No wait time for seating. Restaurant was pretty slow. The front hostesses were kind and welcoming. Our waiter, Scott, was attentive, quick, and professional. Unfortunately today Sunday, the restaurant ran out of honey, which is what my wife uses to drink her coffee with. So she chose water instead! Food was ok. Nothing to brag about, as you can see from the pictures. Taste was just ok also. Experience at this restaurant was not bad, it’s just felt and tasted just like any other IHOP!

Visited at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, August 19, 2025. My waiter was excellent—very accommodating with outstanding communication. He checked in often, answered questions clearly, and even asked the manager about a simple request I had: substituting turkey meat for the “FAVs” breakfast. Unfortunately, management said turkey meat wasn't available for the "FVAS"—even for an additional charge—so I ended up with just pancakes and eggs. The meal I had was good, but I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility Overall, I appreciated the great service from my waiter and enjoyed what I ordered, but I hope the location considers adding turkey options or allowing substitutions in the future.

The food was tasty and plentiful. The server was friendly but seemed a little busy as I don't think there was anyone helping him. The prices were good and everything was fresh and the eggs were perfect.

Had breakfast around 7 am. pretty quite nice & clean, Jose was very friendly & quick on my order, good customer service.

This place was great! Our sever, Rey was so nice and took used plates and items from us when we didn't even know. He was so nice and kind to us. And other than Rey, the manager came to check in on us, and the staff was so sweet! There are so many little things that you can do to get free items! You can buy an omelet and get free unlimited pancakes for the rest of your meal! This place was definitely worthy of 5 stars!!!

I like IHOP’s omelette very much. That's why I took my family to IHOP. The spicy pablano omelette and spinach & mushroom omelette are very good. My kids loved hash brown. Only problem is that my wife feel uncomfortable to Lady room. Maybe the manager needs to talk to the janitor.

This is my and husbands go to place for lunch. They get it right more than any other fast food restaurant. Always trying their absolute best to make everything perfect. Their app gives you free food often. Sometimes a manager will throw a free sandwich on your app when you least expect it. I wish all companies could function like this

Say what you want about the politics of the corporation, but this is far and above the best fast food spot in Laguna Niguel. Staff is attentive, polite, accommodating. Food is consistent and great quality, you can eat relatively healthy or indulge. There’s a place for kids to play if you opt to eat in. And they’ve solved the traffic issue with a new double drive through. If it’s going to cost me 40 or 50 bucks for a family of four to eat out, for fast food, I’m choosing Chick Fil A Laguna Niguel 8/10 times.

Sierra refused to make the simple drink I ordered. I told her that is the same drunk I order at every single Starbucks location nationwide and internationally. I’ve never had an issue ordering it. She then started to argue with me. When I told her I did not want to order anything and walked away, I looked back to ask for her managers name and she was laughing at me with her coworker. I told her I did not appreciate her laughing at me and she once again started to argue with me again. I called corporate and received an apology from manager and that was it. I feel discriminated and this was a big deal. Very disappointed that Starbucks did not take this issue seriously. Now I will resort to social media…

I don’t know. I encountered this every once in a while, but I noticed it again today while I was sitting there waiting for my drink they seem to have many orders coming in. I know they had drinks lined out on the counter, but they were calling peoples names when they had their drinks ready, but for some reason when they got my drink ready, they never called my name. I was sitting there waiting watching never called my name, but set my drink down But then the next two and three drinks after mine that were made they called their names to let them know their drink was ready, but for some reason couldn’t call my name so I’m just confused as to why this happens just seems like it’s poor customer service or lack of common sense. I don’t know maybe a mixture of both

Great location with ample accessible parking. Nice open layout floor plan with lots of places to chill or work. Outlets are open to charge devices. Lots of natural light making for a cheery atmosphere. Staff very friendly and service oriented.

This has always been one of my favorite Starbucks store. Great atmosphere & very easy parking. Rather calming and relaxed location.

Nice shopping center location on the Alicia Parkway (main character name in my forthcoming novel) about six miles in from the five. Spacious interior with plenty of seating and lots of outdoor seating as well. Was totally empty during my 5 am visit.

It's one of the best Srarbucks in Laguna Niguel. The staff are friendly and very fast. I was looking for a bag of garden coffee for my roses, and they did not have any left. While I was waiting for my coffee and muffin, the manager came to me and asked if I needed coffee for the garden bag, and I said yes, but I came late, and there was none left. Later, while I was drinking my coffee, he brought me a big bag of coffee for the garden. I was surprised that these people are so nice to customers. Awesome customer service.i will be back soon.

Okay, I have been here several times and I get the same results. I give the order of 2 for 6 with lightly toasted English muffins, with extra butter. I don't like hard bread. When the muffins are overcooked they get sharp. They get it wrong all the time.

Do not visit this McDonald’s! They always forget something in your order. I made the mistake giving them 20 chances. I always thought that it will change well I was wrong. They give 0 damn about customers only thing they do is run their mouths in the “kitchen” and if you dare to stand in front of the counter and get lucky that someone is going to talk to you, they act annoyed. I’m done with this location. I can’t even recall how many times they just mess up.

First when I get here light are so dim I thought they were closed. I order a meal with sweet tea I got unsweet tea. When I got home and start digging into my fries they are cold and extra salty like way to much. Only thing decent is the mc flurry.

They consistently get my double bacon cheese quarter pounder wrong. To the point where I have to go back around the drive thru twice and I STILL drive away with something I didn’t want and spend 30 dollars in the process. I really just am going to stop going to this location even though it is the closest to my apartment.

This McDonald isn't run by managers/adults but by kids. The manager Justin is a prime example. His words are "There kids". These kids jack-off motion in front of cars at the drive-way on McDonald property in front of other children. Cops have been called to address the toxic behavior as this was a "family place". Justin thinks having people jack-off is ok for customers to witness not to mention is language of customers" Avoid taking children to this location. Other places ban or remove people for this behavior as they have standards. I bet HR isn't aware as Justin is a door-matte manager who runs to the back to avoid the issue and wont let HR know how bad this place really is. I feel bad for other staff and cops in this matter. Avoid this place. The fact this is normalized here is beyond sad.

What’s wrong with this McDonald’s? They keep forgetting to put something in the order. Today, if I hadn’t checked, they wouldn’t have included the Double Filet-O-Fish. I told them it was missing, and when they finally gave it to me, there was no sauce inside. The fries were old and cold, and the caramel coffee had no syrup! This happens quite often. I guess it’s time to stop eating there.

I am writing to share my experience as a DoorDash driver at your McDonald's location in Laguna Niguel (near La Paz and Alicia Creek). For the past three days in a row, I have had to wait 15–20 minutes for orders to be prepared. These long delays create serious problems: They affect customer satisfaction, since the food is no longer fresh when it arrives. They damage my performance metrics on the DoorDash platform. They cause drivers like myself to lose valuable time and income. I kindly ask that you review your order preparation process and take steps to improve the speed and efficiency of service for delivery drivers. Faster and more organized service will benefit not only customers, but also McDonald’s reputation and partnership with delivery platforms. Thank you for your attention. I hope to see positive changes soon.

Paid for an item online, but “their system was down,” so they were turning people away, and not giving them what they paid for. Whatever, no big deal, this stuff happens. They said I needed to get a refund through the app, but now I’m being told they were supposed to refund me then. Stealing from your customers is a weird thing to do. Edit: In response to the reply, I tried that, no luck.

Ate here a couple months ago, ants everywhere, burger had... unknown toppings. Only good thing was the fries and drink. But will not come back even if it's my last choice

Hello! I would like to draw your attention to the situation in your McDonald's restaurant. Only in this place I and other visitors have to wait for the order for 20 minutes or longer. This causes inconvenience and discontent. I ask the management to pay attention to the work of the staff and the organization of processes, because such delays are unacceptable for the McDonald's network. Quality way down again. Food was brought out to my car 5mins AFTER the app says the food is ready. Burgers and fries were served cold. McChicken has sauce all over the outside of the bun. You can see in the photo the bun placement on the filet-o-fish. McFlurry was spilling over - they use a paper cup now which doesn’t hold shape. I usually eat inside my car and this was a challenge. Did the staff change recently?

I went in to pick up an uber order. Didn’t acknowledge the customer waiting to order then took another delivery driver who was waiting after me. I felt ignored. Ran late on my delivery. I understand working customer service is difficult but I Hope the service can improve.

I went to the McDonald’s on Union Avenue in Tacoma, along with my son and daughter-in-law. There were two pick up windows and the guy who took my credit card did not tell us which window to get our food from. We waited 20 minutes while at least 10 other people got their orders. Finally, an employee asked what we ordered, but then said that that he knew. When we try to complain about the poor service, he said that the food was being cooked to order. A second employee then came out and told us that the first employee had given our order to someone else, so he lied. He also had a attitude. The second employee apologized and we asked to speak to the manager. She also had an attitude and later accused us of making racial comments to her and the first employee, both of whom were African-American. This was emphatically, not true, so both of them lied about that as well. When my son called a general number to complain about the service, the guy on the phone accused him of making racially charged statements, even though he only had access to video, not any audio recording. At no time did we make any racial comments or curse words. We only went to McDonald’s in the first place because we got into town from the airport at 1 o’clock and McDonald’s was the only restaurant open. These people should be fired.

Overall I really do miss the original design of this location. I don't know why but after redesigning the current old layout they actually have shrunk Starbucks made the drink station bigger but for seating it's much smaller now. Most of the baristas are welcoming and nice some I don't know if it's because of tips when you don't give them a tip they're kind of just make your drink however they want may it be kind of 50/50 or below the scale of five in terms of presentation and cleansiness. Major downfall for me would be room and seating for this location. Drinks come out pretty quick and fast no complaints there Price is range between $6 to $12 I believe. I usually go with the frappuccino or the pink drink depending on how I feel.

Just came in at opening, not even three steps through the door and the older lady working goes “CAN I HELP YOU?!” all aggressive towards me. Like, I just walked in, I don’t even know what I want yet. Perfect place to relax while the wife is shopping. This is one of the few Starbucks that has a nice sitting area with comfortable lounge chairs. They actually want you to stay here and relax. Having a coffee after a long night.

Inside Target. You may need to clean 🧽 your own table before you set down. There is a prescription CVS Pharmacy inside Target as well.

This spot is the best one! I am a regular here and love how they treat me. Always say my name when I enter I feel like norm in cheers. Every single one of the many employees always go out of their way to say hi and make sure I get my order and my coffee is always wonderful! Clean and a good size to meet clients and or sit and work for a bit.

Starbucks corporate is killing their culture by not allowing them to pour the coffee without the computer measuring out the exact pour, and disallowing barista’s to NOT put a top on the cup, when asked. It’s so freaking impersonal! And honestly, the coffee is not even that good. Even the fancy coffee drinks are subpar.If it wasn’t a monopoly I would NEVER go to a Starbucks. Peets Is a MUCH better option, when available.

I ordered a Honeycrisp tea and did not have all ingredients. I substituted for a different flavor of tea. The tea ended up being weak watered down. No lemonade and flavored as it's usually made. I spent $10 weak tea.

The best Starbucks in Laguna Niguel! Sometimes I would drive extra 10min each way (if I have enough time) just to go to this location so my coffee quality is guaranteed! Great and caring staffs always as well ❤️👍

I ordered the featured dark roast black, and my friend ordered Pikes with light cream. Mine was more bitter than expected, so I had a little cream added. My friend found the pike to be a little bitter as well and had more cream added. This location has a good-sized interior dining area and a huge outdoor patio. Tables are well spaced outside, providing a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.

Ok, this is like the 5th time in one month that you guys messed up my drinks, most associates here are not friendly and they SIMPLY ARE NOT PAYING ATTENTION to what the order READS about the drink, does this look like extra caramel drizzle? I asked to line cup with caramel sauce too and is on order. I sent my husband to pick up order so he didn’t know it wasn’t made right until he got home and I told him. I come here at least 3x per week , I’m always scare of getting my drink NOT the way I ordered it and I had enough of the inconsideration of employees not making drinks “my way”. No customer service when they’re not making drinks correctly and is a reflection of the manager. I had it with the unprofessional don’t care attitude from this store! I will give you guys zero stars but google doesn’t let me post this unless I have one and your customer services needs to improve 💯

Today, I visited Starbucks and, unfortunately, experienced very poor customer service. I ordered a matcha latte and emphasized multiple times that I did not want it sweet or with sugar. The employee, whose name was Rachel, acknowledged my request. However, it took 15 minutes for my order to be prepared, which was unusually long. When I finally received my drink and tasted it, I was surprised to find that it was very sweet. I had specifically asked for it with coconut milk and no added sweetness. When I brought this to Rachel’s attention, he informed me that the coconut milk contained sweetener, which I found frustrating because I had clearly stated I wanted a sugar-free drink. The employee’s attitude was dismissive and rude. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, he said, “What can I do for you? I cannot do anything; you can talk to my manager,” which left me feeling unheard and upset. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope Starbucks takes steps to improve their customer service and ensure clearer communication about their products. First time here as I’m not from this area . Service was horrible , baristas were not attentive at all . Within 3 minutes of being inside i had 3 people tell me the service was horrible and that they’re always this was along with being a filthy establishment. As I was in line the barista was going back and forth with another customer , not one person even said “one moment we’ll be with you” or anything . They didn’t appear to be understaffed either . Horrible attitudes and I asked for two straws and got huffed and puffed at by the employee . Drinks and food were good but other than that the experience was bad .

The coffee and tea are good. The people who work here are friendly and helpful.

I wanted to leave a review about Aaron. Aaron is always super sweet and has a smile on. Despite being very busy and over whelming Aaron manages to stay positive and that’s so important in customer service. Amazing job on hiring this employee!

I bought 2 lemonades. But I didn't understand whether it was lemonade or ice water. If you don't have lemonade, make it out of stock and do not accept orders. It is a presentation that does not suit Starbucks (just like you did after I bought it).

What happen with the people who works in these store..OMG AND THEY give me my caramel Like simple. Ice, milk water and some little caramelo...I pay 20$ for 3

I truly appreciate how inviting this Starbucks is. The baristas make you feel right at home, and it’s clear they care about their customers. I’ve noticed that even when things get hectic or when disruptive guests come in, the team handles it with patience and professionalism. A great atmosphere thanks to a great staff.

As a walk to n customer I'm felt totally ignored. Watch cars in the Drive-Thru. Come and go and it took over 15 minutes to get my order. That's ridiculous.

Tiffany was super helpful & pleasant despite my order of 8 drinks. Every drink came out as ordered and within just a few minutes even though they were busy with drive thru customers. Nice work, Starbucks. You hired good people at this location:)

Ordered my usual drink and tipped over 20%…. The drink was made wrong, with no classic sugar, when I had even paid to get extra. I went back inside to ask for more pumps and was not greeted warmly and was barely assisted. I work in the customer service industry and would never give such lousy service, especially after receiving a nice tip. Do better.

This is the worst Starbucks. There is a drive through line, but even with a 5-6 car buffer your order is still not ready when you get to the window. I just want coffee but have wait behind cars ordering special drinks and food. That take so long to make, you are stuck! I was in line for 35 minutes, just to get a coffee. I can run this place better than the current manager. Just needs to be set up correctly. But til then, go to somewhere else. I received a reply on my post above. It said to contact Starbuck's to let them know of my experience. I followed their link, it just went to the home page, no place to continue the conversation from the review. Starbuck's does NOT want to talk or deal with customers, it is obvious! $3 for a cup of coffee and they still can't run the place right. I accualy called customer service and after holding for 10-15 minutes, the agent hung up because I questioned the information he said he needed before I could get help. He wanted the phone number of the store from me, I didn't have it. I did give him store location with street and zip code. Not good enough, he hung up without notice. When "you" go to Starbuck's (any location) does it look like they are in control or are so disorganized it takes two to three times longer to get service than at other vendors? YES!!

This is the most convenient Starbucks for me. They are always friendly, usually well stocked, reasonably quick on order fulfillment, very accurate and pay attention to order details for accuracy! We rarely have a disappointing experience here, and the only time we do is in the afternoon/evening if they ran out of something we wanted. But they are forgiven for that because they are a very popular location!

Food was decent. Honestly the customer service was truly horrible!!!! Rude management. Never had this issue at any other Burger King but this one. This location in particular makes me never want to even go back to any Burger King.

I advise everyone who orders takeout from this location to check your bag before leaving. I fortunately did and discovered that the honey mustard condiments that I paid for, were missing from the bag. I asked the owner, who happened to be there, about the missing condiments. He stated that business is slow and he was running low. I told him that I paid for it and showed him the receipt and after another couple of words on how he is losing money, he finally gave me the condiments that I paid for. On another occasion, they gave me small fries instead of the large fries that I ordered. Very shady owner so I stopped going to this location, even though it is conveniently located in Walmart.

Located inside Walmart with limited seating for larger groups. Service in the morning and early afternoon is good and food is prepared fresh, but occasionally a little slow. Smaller menu than most stand-alone locations (i.e. very small value menu).

This restaurant is not very busy and we should have noticed that but we ordered anyway. The service was terrible. We had to shout for someone to cone from behind. It took a long time for the order and it was made wrong. The order tasted bad because the oil they used was old. You may get sick eating here.

"Cooked to order"? I am guessing not, especially the snack chicken wraps. They close at 8 pm, so avoid the last hour because you aren't going to get a freshly made order.

This Burger King needs to improve their customer service. They are very rude to their customers tables are always dirty. If they get your order wrong they like to argue with the customer. So my family and I will not eat at this Burger King until they improve their customer service.

Sunny side up is a great shop. Great coffee, the donuts are fresh, light, and fluffy. They sell a monster breakfast burrito that is out of this world. The atmosphere and the staff are so nice. Grant helped me fill my box of donuts, dude had me laughing. The owner, Jorge, is a good man. I'll be back soon!

I can't say enough about this establishment! Gonzo and his team are amazing. Attentive and friendly is an understatement. And guess what? The food is delicious! We had their breakfast selections and I must, I will be back and back and back again! Keep up the good work guys this is what all service and hospitality should strive for! Exemplary!

They are a donut shop, but more than that, a gourmet coffee shop with delicious organic coffee drinks and also a “secret” food menu that will have your mouth salivating! Delicious options from burritos to specialty sandwiches, it’s not “fast food” it’s all freshly made to order with high quality ingredients. They’re a little on the pricy side for my taste, but honestly for the value, there is no one else that does it better for less money. But beyond that, the value lies in so much more than just their menu… This is a family owned and operated business and the owners are there most of the time. Best thing is, they treat YOU like family when you come in and you even get to know some of the regulars and it becomes a place to hang with local friends and family! I love the atmosphere there too, aside from the brown walls and the Christmas curtains that are still up! 🙈 Haha sorry George! 😂 I’d love to redecorate for ya! What’s really sweet is they always have local artist paintings and artwork on the walls for sale, I love that they give back to their customers and support their business too! They always do special events and host taco parties, decorate for holidays and have fun stuff for the kids, and they donate their leftover donuts to hospitals and other events and charities at the end of the day. These guys not only provide a great atmosphere (the 🎶 tunes are always 🔥FIRE🔥!!) but they also help you network with people and places if you need references for things! Like for instance last year we needed a new car for my brother who recently moved to the country and they helped us with recommendations and connections! They are also so kind and friendly with my kids, and they always have a treat for our pup! My kids have requested to go there on their birthday for a birthday donut! We live within walking distance and we end up landing at this spot regularly (on purpose) for a donut, or a coffee, or just a chat with a friendly face! Like I said, they feel like family at Sunny Side. Oh yah one more thing- we have called them and asked for bulk of donuts for special events like school event or a birthday gathering and they’ve been so helpful and accommodating, and their prices for those orders are super reasonable! They even loaned us a donut wall for my son’s birthday. 🥳

Whoever the young man is with curly hair and wears a hat is….. he made my visit special. His customer service is the best in the area hands down. He is so young but his passion towards a customer at a simple donut shop is insane. I’ll come back here just because of the service he gave me and thats it. I make my own coffee at home and dont care to come out and eat a donut probably once every 3 months but because of him I wont feel bad to stop by. Great employees the owner should be proud!

The bowl I got was delicious but the service was pretty bad. I walked in, smiled, and said hi to the cashier and she just stared at me. I looked at the menu to choose what I wanted and she proceeded to turn around and work on something without saying a word. I waited until she was finished to order. I myself have a RBF but I try my best to at least say hi to all my customers as they walk in. Like dang girl, at least say hi back.

Food is amazing. Getting the order right??? NOT so much. Very annoying when you're very excited to get your bowl or whatever and its wrong. No matter if you order via phone, app, door dash or what have you, it always turns out wrong. Then there's the app... there are so many things wrong with that, I don't know where to start. I wished someone would start a new smoothie/ bowl / buz. The owners have taken a backseat to so much, its a bummer.

20 mins for 2 smoothies and both were completely incorrect. I called the store to let them know but they won't pick up the phone. I had strep throat and all I wanted was a smoothie. My husband returned to the store to see the girl working there on her cell phone ignoring the phone ringing. Horrible service and a waste of $20.

It's no surprise that everything at Nekter is incredible, hence why I LOVE going there! But while every other Nekter I've been to gets my order ready in less than 5-10 minutes, the Dana Point location doesn't quite match up in terms of efficiency. I have been to this Nekter probably 5 times, and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have been there, there are very few customers and I still find myself waiting a minimum of 20-30 minutes for my order. At this location, the counter/work area is very open, and it legitimately doesn't even seem like they try to get your order to you quickly. Instead, a couple of my friends and I watched two workers make drinks/ bowls for people who had seemingly been there several minutes before we walked in incredibly leisurely and slowly with ZERO regard for time. I have always gone there with the hope that maybe I got caught on slow days previously and the service they provide will actually be done efficiently, but I have never been so thoroughly disappointed by an establishment that I have had to compose a negative review about it. If you don't mind the wait time because you're simply relaxing and hanging out with friends, then I'm sure this is not a bother whatsoever. But for people who expect a certain quality of service, especially if they have somewhere to go, for your own good, do not come to this location. For the benefit of its customers, I truly hope this location improves its services in the future.

For the majority of the time I have great service but at my last visit my order was handed to another customer. I went up to the counter to tell them I thought that was mine and the girl working behind the counter was extremely rude and upset that she had to make another bowl. So I said it was fine, I'll just take whatever she was making already. She never apologized or thanked me for making her life a little easier 😆 some people. 😅

Love this place! Love the menu! But the service is way to slow. Used the app to place my order estimated time was 30 minutes, and that was fine. I got there and still had to wait another 15 minutes for my order! Then realized my order was made wrong, and the ginger shots had nothing but ginger. No lemon or cayenne just a cup of juiced ginger!
