Laynes, located near Leeds train station, is a popular spot known for its carefully sourced and freshly roasted coffee beans. The cafe offers a vibrant and inviting workspace for students and commuters in the heart of the city center. Their menu features a variety of brunch options that lean towards lunch territory, such as smashed peas and cannellini beans on sourdough toast, Turkish eggs with garlic yogurt, sweetcorn fritters with halloumi, and more.
Lovely cafe near the railway station. Great bustling atmosphere. Busy and popular. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Coffee (flat white) was perfect. We had a light lunch and both were very tasty. The pastries on sale looked amazing! The croissants looked huge! Service was prompt and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Loved it! I came here on a whim because it's close to the station (hence the name I suppose) and I'm happy I did! The menu is varied and offers many tasty sounding dishes that cater to carnivores, vegetarians and vegans alike. There are also plenty of sweet and savoury pastries to choose from! The interior is charming and I didn't have to wait long to get a table. The staff was very friendly and helpful! And - most importantly for most - food and coffee were great! I'll definitely come back here when I'm in Leeds once more!
Philip Z — Google review
We went to the restaurant one day and were told there were no available tables, with a waiting time of 30–45 minutes. We decided to come back another day, earlier, and with a reservation. Two days later, we called to book but were told they don’t take reservations and to just come directly. When we arrived, they said there were no tables and that we would have to wait 15–20 minutes, even though several tables were empty both inside and outside. The staff’s attitude was not great, and unfortunately, the service was poor. The food was tasty, but you leave the restaurant smelling like cooking because the kitchen is in the middle of the place. On top of that, the noise level was so high you could barely talk and heard.
Nouf B — Google review
This place was an absolute delight! We stopped for lunch on a gorgeous, sunny day and the atmosphere was vibrant and busy—clearly a very popular spot. The menu had a lovely selection of food, but I was truly blown away by the amazing specialty coffee and the incredible pastries. I couldn't leave without taking some with me for later! I can't recommend this gem enough for anyone visiting Leeds. A well-deserved 5 stars! ☕
Vadym P — Google review
This place exceeded our expectations. Great full English and amazing Turkish eggs. Pastry was great too. It’s right next to the train station, which is very convenient if you are traveling.
Irina G — Google review
God this place is just heavenly. Probably preaching to the converted if you are from Leeds. This place is quite rightly rammed so come early or book in advance. Lovely breakfasts, good coffee, great service, too both ambience. I love this place. Trust the locals! They know their rhubarb!
Roque S — Google review
Lovely place to go for brunch or a coffee and a pastry. We had a latte and flat white with a croissant and a cinnamon bun. The croissant was massive and delicious, and coffees were fantastic too. Great service and ambient!
Anne — Google review
Such is the popularity of this cafe even pre 9:00 am on a Saturday morning I’m in the basement which is quiet, chilled with the A/C + music. Fast well organised table service, first class food, numerous charging points and its convenience for the 🚂 makes this a must visit eatery.

Cafe
House of Koko in Chapel Allerton and Oakwood, on the outskirts of Leeds, offers a delightful brunch experience with fluffy and delicious pancakes topped with a variety of options such as bacon, biscoff, kinder bueno, nuts, white chocolate chips, banana and ice cream. The cafe is beautifully decorated and airy with an incredibly diverse menu that includes excellent vegetarian options. The presentation and individuality of the food make it worth a visit.
We visited on the day they were releasing their new menu and the food was absolutely unreal. So beautiful and so tasty. They have nailed it! I had the smashed peas. Everyone working was so lovely and one of the chefs even came out to deliver a sauce and explained what was in it and a bit about the food. Can tell they were excited about the new menu and for good reason. Can’t recommend it enough.
Grace — Google review
When the meal arrived I thought, “I’ll be surprised if the taste lives up to the presentation”… it wasn’t an issue. The pictures are from two different times and the food has been consistently excellent. Also, the coffee is first class. House of Koko are really taking “cafe” food to a whole new level. Price is a fair reflection of the excellent standard. My single, minor criticism is that I’d have loved a tiny bit more sourdough to help soak up the flavoursome oils and sauces of the dish. The baked goods are also as instagram-worthy as their flavour. The service is great. Thankfully, kids and dogs are welcome. Yet another gem of Chapel Allerton. Don’t miss it.

Went for brunch and had an enjoyable experience. Got the Turkish eggs with an extra merguez sausage on top. Big portion and seasoned well. It is a little on the pricier side, especially if adding extra toppings, but it's a nice treat every now and then.

Popped in for coffee, while I waited for my wife to have her eye operation, but ended up having a very nice breakfast indeed - it's not very often I'm in this neck of the woods living out York way, but with the wife going in for eye surgery at a local hospital and a wait of a couple of hours, no point in travel back home to turn round an come straight back. Thats why the coffee hunt, so glad I did - good strong coffee with a very nice eggs royale, on an english muffin. Spot on and service was excellent
Steve G — Google review
Just popped into House of Koko for the first time after moving to the area, and my new friend Lucy truly made the experience unforgettable. She was soo friendly, warm, and attentive, going out of her way to tell me about the area, the menu and she even made my little one feel right at home. Her genuine kindness and attentive service was such a cozy, welcoming vibe that I can’t wait to return to!

We came here for breakfast to celebrate our anniversary. Great atmosphere, helpful staff and brilliant coffee. I really enjoyed decaf flat white and special juice including ginger, mint, apple etc❤️‍🔥 Highly recommended.

Brunch restaurant
Moose Coffee is a delightful homage to the vibrant breakfast culture of North America, blending American and Canadian influences into an unforgettable dining experience. Inspired by the iconic diners and delis of New York City, Moose Coffee offers a diverse short order menu that celebrates comfort food at its finest. From their signature Might Moose dish—featuring homemade potato hash topped with perfectly fried eggs and back bacon—to the indulgent Coney Island hot dog smothered in BBQ pulled pork, every bite is crafted with care.
I've been to Moose Coffee twice now and both times have been just right. This time I came for a quick bite and trialled out the Reuben. Now I base a Reuben on the American version, this one had a unique spin. On a bagel instead of rye and no thousand island. But still a tasty nibble. Can't wait to return and have more food since they do all day breakfast! Served by Archie who was very nice to have a small chat with.
Hannah H — Google review
Moose Coffee offers a very UK-style atmosphere with a cozy vibe that makes it a nice spot to hang out. The food itself is fairly average — nothing too special, but it does the job. What really stands out is the staff: they’re super friendly and attentive, which makes the experience a lot better. Prices are reasonable, and the 20% student discount is definitely a plus.

Our new favourite breakfast food place! Great coffee and matcha, delicious selection of food and a warm and welcoming service. It was a lovely experience through and through, our server Elli was so kind and lovely, nothing was too much trouble! And a big shout out to chef Krystian for the delicious food! We will certainly be back, there is simply too many yummy things we want to try!
Charly A — Google review
Exceptional food, polite friendly service and great value. Menu choices and variety are phenomenal. I had the Manilito ( a delicious Moose's take on Huevos Rancheros) and my husband had Fab Five Freddy burger and potato hash. Drinks, food quality and atmosphere was excellent. Such a lovely place.
Rosie — Google review
Alex cooked me an amazing fab five Freddie- the potato hash was out of this world! Fantastic presentation and the flavour combo was unreal. I would definitely recommend. Archie was my server, he was attentive and knowledgeable and very polite without being pushy. He couldn’t accommodate me enough. It’s nice to see the younger generation grafting hard. All the staff at Leeds moose work very hard and this is clear to see. The place runs like clockwork and is very clean and tidy! I will 100% return! No complaints at all! 5 star! Keep it up team moose Leeds!
Sophie H — Google review
Cocktails were lovely, food was plentiful, and atmosphere was great! DEFINITELY book as people were being turned away on a Sunday for brunch. Will definitely come back. Jasmine was very sweet and gave us birthday pancakes which were scrumptious! Despite the busy nature of the restaurant, Krystian did amazingly well in the kitchen and the food was clearly made me with love. A+++++++ place.
Hann L — Google review
Busy place but they got us in quickly. Had the thick Moose pancakes with maple syrup and streaky bacon – fluffy, tasty, bacon could’ve been thicker but still hit the spot. Flat white was decent, though lacking froth (maybe rushed barista). Service was solid. Good spot for a hearty breakfast.
Charlie C — Google review
Abbie welcomed us with a lovely and positive demeanour although we didn’t book she informed us it would be a 20 minute wait and when we came back there was a table ready for us. 100% recommend as she was a top server and Krystian made 10/10 food!!

Brunch restaurant
FINT is a charming restaurant and bar located in the northern part of Leeds, offering a delightful blend of Nordic-inspired cuisine. The eatery prides itself on serving organic and seasonal dishes with a Scandinavian twist. With a focus on brunch and daytime dining, FINT presents an array of delectable options such as homemade crumpets, salmon gravadlax, pork belly Bokkeumbap, gnocchi with cashew cream, and truffled cauliflower soup.
Came for a quick coffee and was seated by the lovely server named Reece. Had a mocha and the crumpets and would definitely come back. Service was quick and the server was lovely to chat too. Will definitely be coming back
Iona B — Google review
I've never had such poor service. We ordered drinks, which we waited on for over 15mins, when we asked the bottle was just left on the bar for all this time. The staff all seemed to have smoked a large joint beforehand as they were so relaxed and quiet frankly didn't care. 20mins after placing our food order, the waiter came back and said they didn't have the dish in a casual tone, they didn't even provide a menu for us to look over to choose something else and no apology whatsoever. When we asked them to get one they huffed and returned, we had to prompt them to see if anything else wasn't available. We then ordered again and waited around another 25mins. When the food finally came, it was lovely. But, we hadn't even finished and a waiter came over to tell us they are bringing the bill as they close now... No choice for desert or anything. Staff were also eating in the restaurant on shift and went out to smoke in the front of the building for everyone to see. A real shame. If you don't mind poor service (which is automatically added to you bill btw), the food is lovely.
Faye W — Google review
First time visiting, very disappointing experience all around. Even though we had a table booked, service was slow, it felt like they were avoiding us, not checking in, not making eye contact. Very little interaction from the front of house staff who were clearly struggling to manage the volume of people they had seated. When our coffees finally came we were not provided sugar or a spoon to stir with. After waiting for my friend's drink for over 45 mins we were finally told after chasing that they don't actually have the ingredients for a green smoothie and should have been told, which obviously we have not been. The replacement drink came in a broken cup which is a health and safety hazard and I'm sure not okay to do so under any circumstances. The kitchen was an hour behind on orders but again we received no communication from the staff regarding this. The table next to us who arrived later started receiving bits of their order before us. The pancakes one of my friends ordered came separately 20 mins before the rest of our orders and again not provided cutlery, had to chase staff for it. When we finally received the rest of the food, we ordered 3 FINT breakfasts all 3 of the plates looked different and contained different things. Bits missing from one, doubles of other stuff on others completely inconsistent and annoying. The sausage was burnt, the bacon was a bit under done, poched egg over cooked, complete inconsistency with who's got what kind of bread. Whatever was missing they tried to make up for it in the number of crumpets. I'm sure a food is lovely when it's a normal day and not struggling with orders but this was our experience unfortunately. The whole experience left us very disappointed and we did end up asking for the food to be comped off the bill, which they did without argument.
Eszter I — Google review
Visited for the first time and it was very disappointing. The service was awful, very cold and the waiter seemed too bored to do their job. The food mediocre. Not worth the money. When the drinks arrived they served us a bottle of cold water which when I poured water in my glass had a strange thing inside like mold (not very obvious in photo it was a clear mass with black in the middle) I assumed it is from a fridge/freezer water dispenser or something similar, we’ve told the waiter and didn’t charge us our drinks for the inconvenience, but honestly it didn’t make much of a difference as it is quite dangerous and seems they don’t clean properly. I won’t be returning.
Emma K — Google review
This was such a great place, food was amazing. Staff we so accommodating, only complaint was that it wasn’t busier! Admittedly it was 1pm on a Tuesday!
Mac A — Google review
We’ve been to Fint before (Oct 2023), and last time, I had what was easily my favourite breakfast ever. So, we were really looking forward to going back, but honestly, it was such a disappointment. Every element of the breakfast was subpar. The sausage tasted like Quorn rather than the delicious, unique one I had last time, the egg was overcooked and dry, the mushrooms were absolutely inedible because they were so heavy on the aniseed, and the beans were somehow both watery and dry. The toast was low quality, and the potato pancake, which was previously light and crispy, was just greasy stodge. On top of that, the service wasn’t great, and it really feels like the whole place has gone downhill. It seems like they’ve swapped out all their high-quality ingredients for cheap alternatives but kept the same (very high) prices. It’s such a shame because we loved it before, but after this experience, we won’t be returning. The first two photos are today compared to the same meal around 1.5 years ago.
Tamzin B — Google review
We got the nutella pancakes and sourdough french toast, they were very tasty! The café is quite creative with the menu and it works! Great atmosphere and service as well :)
Naval R — Google review
We were disappointed by Fint. We booked a table for 10:30 on a Saturday and just got the vibe that nobody could be bothered. Some of the menu items were unavailable despite it being half empty and when we asked if something could be slightly amended we were told “no it’s pre prepared”. The food wasn’t spectacular and the eggs were overcooked in my opinion. We also noticed that there were some grotty patches such as dust on the bar and LOTS of dust in the loos.

Breakfast restaurant
Nestled along the picturesque banks of the River Aire, Riveresque is a charming café that embodies the essence of a traditional breakfast spot in Leeds. Known for its unpretentious vibe, this beloved local gem offers an array of hearty breakfast options, from classic full English breakfasts to delightful sandwiches and paninis. Whether you're looking to indulge in a sprawling meal or simply enjoy a coffee with a breakfast sarnie, Riveresque caters to all appetites.
Just what you need on an overcast Saturday following a heavy Friday night. A proper traditional Full English breakfast is an like an oasis in a sea of avocado toast and micro greens that seem to populate cafe menus nowadays. Bacon was cooked to perfection - crispy without being burnt and the seasoning on the fried eggs was a nice touch with nice gooey yolks. Black pudding could have done with being a bit crispier but that's nitpicking. I'll be back!

Just incredible! Such a good find. The prices are so reasonable which was one of the reasons we went. Great little location with seating upstairs and down. The staff were kind, fun and really helpful. Had the salad and friend had the massive breakfast which was huge - see photos - but loved it. Would highly recommend this place. Thank you!

Very impressed. Great little riverside café. Very busy and popular with the construction workers. Has some outdoor seating riverside in the alley, just down from all the colourful murals. Seating on two floors and loo is downstairs as well. Very efficient team of staff, prompt, professional service, knowledgeable about menu and friendly. Open 7 days a week. Vegetarian options available. I had an excellent Greek salad from the reasonably priced menu. Good portion. I also had a stonking red velvet cake for £2.95. Deffo recommend this place and will revisit. Thank you for looking after me.

Cha Lounge is a charming and ethical cafe and bar located in central Leeds, offering a relaxed atmosphere and a rustic setting. It is popular among families for its excellent Little Ones menu featuring various breakfast options at affordable prices. The cafe's zero-waste approach adds to its warm and welcoming vibe, with a focus on serving seriously good food and drinks. The menu includes sumac-roasted tomatoes that can be topped with eggs or bacon, as well as vegetarian options.
What a great place to eat! It’s warm, it’s cosy and the food is amazing! Our lunch of sandwiches was very tasty and the portions very generous. Good gf and vegetarian options on the very comprehensive menu. Close by there was a large party of people of all ages having the most sumptuous of meals with so many different cakes, pastries and sandwiches-a veritable feast! A nice touch was the arrival of my pot of tea together with an egg timer set to run out as the perfect brew point was reached. Lots of seating options including settees. I as Leo liked the idea of being able to order and pick up groceries. This is definitely somewhere that I will visit again; highly recommended!

A Pleasant and Relaxing Spot Environment The café has a warm and inviting atmosphere, with tasteful decoration and a charming variety of chairs and tables that give it character. Large windows allow in plenty of natural light, and its location on a quiet street adds to the relaxed setting. Food and Drink There’s a wide range of food and coffee options available, offering the variety you’d expect from a good café. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available, which is a welcome touch. The prices for coffee are particularly reasonable, making it great value. Service The staff were kind and welcoming, striking a good balance between attentiveness and giving space. Their friendly manner made me feel at ease and added to the overall enjoyable experience. Overall A lovely place for a peaceful break or a catch-up with friends. I’d be happy to visit again.

Afternoon tea, normal finger sandwiches, sausage roll, lovely scones, v sweet cakes. Of all the afternoon teas we've been to, this has the least food for 2. V posh tea with timer to brew for perfect cuppa. Love the chilled rustic decor, comfy sofas. Can't fault service. Went at quiet time of the week. Would go again.

Stopped in here on a sunny Saturday and the atmosphere was nice and chill with the full length window open. Staff are super friendly and really helpful. We ordered the samosas but as we got there close to closing, we were told the last ones left were not perfect and offered us them smashed and mixed with the sauces and veg as a chaat, it was amazing! The eggs and salmon tasted super fresh and the daal was delicious. Loved the fact that on the menu needs I told you about all the ingredients came from. And of course we could not leave out the amazing chocolate flapjack 🤤🤤 and great drinks. Will certainly be returning and recommending.

If ever there is a friendly neighbourhood cafe where everyone knows your name and treats you like a rockstar, Cha Lounge is it. The cafe has eclectic and warm décor that makes you feel like you've transported into another world. The menu has such a nice variety, and they cater to a variety of dietary needs. You just need to tell them and they will personalise any dish for you. They also have an impressive amount of loose leaf chas to try, so there's every reason to keep going back for more. During lockdown, Cha Lounge came through in supporting the local community by organising fresh veg boxes and groceries for those who wanted to buy local or were sceptical of going to supermarkets. Later, they expanded to afternoon and cream tea sets that were perfect for date night or picnics. Once I bought a veg box from them, I couldn't go back to a box chain supermarket anymore. Dining-wise, I cannot recommend their brunch highly enough. You can taste that their ingredients are high quality and fresh. My niblings especially love Gemma's pancakes. We have also gone to a few of their curry nights which we thought was very delicious. If you're ever in Dock Street, do pop in and say hi, even if all you're getting is a takeaway cha.

I love a good quality breakfast and I’m so happy to have found this place. It’s now my goto place for breakfast when I’m in Leeds. Every item was cooked to perfection, those tomatoes were the most flavoursome tomatoes I’ve ever tasted. The scrambled egg was seasoned just right. The owner Mandeep so super friendly and welcoming. It’s clearly run by a team who are passionate about making good food and providing a nice place to eat it in. I would highly recommend this place to anyone stopping in Leeds. I will return again 100% Thanks again for a great breakfast.

The Cha Lounge is a new establishment based on healthy eating and ethical food sourcing. It is small, rustic and relaxing. There are hot and cold beverages, freshly prepared with no or minimal processing of ingredients. There are both hot and cold foods and plenty of vegetarian options. Many of the options are snack or street type foods especially Indian. The premises are very clean as are the washroom facilities. A great place to just drop in, enjoy a light meal and or a drink.

Nice place. Very friendly stuff. Good choice of food with many choices for vegan people. Soup of the day different everyday. The breakfast was not extraordinarily good, but it did its job. I like the way they manage the place, although their hours are difficult to follow. Good Wi-Fi connection and relaxed mood. I'll probably come back from time to time.

With unlimited pints of Coors and free-flowing poached pear spritzes, guests can enjoy a range of options from full English breakfast to 8oz rump steak or Thai red chicken curry.
Just had a fabulous food experience here. We were looked after very well by Amli. The seasoning was just perfect. The Korean burger and the bang bang chicken fried rice was just amazing. We had potato croquettes for starters and they were outstanding too. Will definitely be going again and maybe ordering the exact same things.

The perfect location for a Baby Shower! We reserved the beautiful function room upstairs and enjoyed a fantastic buffet. It comfortably fit 20 people and everyone complimented the venue choice. Excellent service and communication throughout. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

BANYAN 2025 BOTTOMLESS SUPPERCLUB (AFTER 3PM) 9 ladies wined and dined here on Saturday evening. We were well looked after. The prosecco was flowing and so were the other drinks although we all said that we felt that the drinks were watered down. Food was excellent and very tasty. £41.95 wasn't really a bad price considering whst we had to drink. Staff were lovely and looked after us we. Unfortunately the music left little to be desired. The dance floor was mostly empty and that's a real sign for the dj to change the music. All in all we had a great time.

Popped in today to have a Sunday roast. It was lovely, you get a large portion, I opted for beef, you get red cabbage, parsnips, carrots Yorkshire puddings, loads of roast potatoes, broccoli and unlimited gravy. Cost was around £21.50. knocked a star off due to the beef being overdone. But would recommend. The Guinness was spot on.

Can not give the manager Kieran and our server Carrie enough praise. We had less than an hour before our train and they made sure we had food and drinks with time to spare. Service and efficiency 10/10. Although it was really busy. No member of staff looked flustered or struggling. From what I saw , it was good management of staff and everyone working as a team.

Nestled in the vibrant student hub of Hyde Park, LS6 Cafe, also affectionately known as The Clock Cafe, boasts a rich history as one of Leeds' longest-standing independent establishments. With its eclectic decor featuring mannequin body parts and striking red banquettes, this cafe/bar is not just about aesthetics; it serves up a delightful global menu that has evolved over the years.
Such a nice place for brunch. The staff there is super attentive! The prices are reasonable and the food is delicious! A proper place to have English breakfast, the “LS6 Yorkshire” breakfast is lush, also the pancakes, please treat yourself and order a “nutnana” pancake. I have to go back to Leeds and try more dishes in this place.

We had an extremely disappointing meal and manager response at LS6 Cafe and will not be returning. We travelled 30 miles to Leeds to have a special Eid family breakfast at this cafe due to the previous excellent reviews. The setting and the service from the staff was very good. We were seated quickly and they turned the (loud) music down upon request. We left a 20% tip for them at the end. Everything else was poor. As you can see from the pictures, the food was of an extremely poor standard. The first time the French toast came it was burnt. The service staff took it away upon request and the second French toast had not been made with egg, it tasted like hard cake and was swimming in syrup. My husband's churros were overdone and barely edible. My daughter's pancakes were also burnt and left swimming in syrup, presumably to mask the taste. Despite being summer there were no fresh fruit served with it. Berries and bananas are very common on pancake orders so I've no idea what the issue was here. The latte was bitter and we left it. The worst part of the experience was the attitude of the manager, an older gentlemen with silvery grey hair. Although he was polite he did nothing to rectify our complaints. Despite showing him the French toast clearly had not been made with egg, he said it was done the night before. He had no answer to us pointing out the burnt food or terrible latte. Normally we would expect the manager to refund the offending items but he took no such steps and we decided not to press the matter and left the cafe with the majority of the food uneaten. We left our usual 20% tip to the wait staff (£50 from a £41.65) as it was not their fault that the food was poor and the manager's response was brusque. The final nail in the coffin was my 6 year old daughter complaining of a tummy ache before we left the cafe due to the poor quality of the food. We are forced to leave 1 star by Google, but we would leave zero stars and will not be coming back. We enclose our photos and receipt as proof. We find Google reviews extremely helpful and would like to reciprocate to warn other potential customers of the issues you may have. Leeds is full of excellent restaurants and cafes, there is no need to put up with subpar food or manager service.

Delicious cooked breakfast and delicious pancakes! Friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. The coffee was tasty and the portions Sizes were generous. We would really recommend - especially the pancakes with blueberries and bananas which left us feeling victorious!

Came here to study during the holidays period, atmosphere is very cheerful and cozy, the staff there are super friendly and good at what they do, had a coffee late and loved the figure they drew on top of it, what I loved the most though, is their dogs policy, you can come with your dog and enjoy your drink, even put a treat bowl infront of the place! TLDR; if you want a cozy place to enjoy a a drink or a bite to eat, definitely recommend it.

We had brunch here and really enjoyed it. We didn't book in advance so were seated at an out-of-the-way high table but the food more than made up for it. The well-seasoned mushrooms were a great addition to the eggs Florentine. Service was efficient even though the place was quite busy.

First visit here today and I can’t believe I’ve left it so long. LS6 reminds me of some of my favourite Melbourne brunch spots, so this was a bit of a treat in the middle of Headingley. Service was friendly, and fast; and the brunch menu is really varied and has lots of modifications for dietary requirements. What I loved most is how easy it was to customise a menu item from the big list off ‘add on items’ - so many places overlook the need to add bacon or halloumi to your bacon or halloumi! The atmosphere has a really nice balance of casual and sophisticated. It’s perfect for a chat with friends in a booth, or there are some quieter tables towards the back. Water is available for every table, not enough places do this In England. Food was very tasty and well presented, though I felt the portioning of some of the items to be on the small side. That said, it was excellent quality and really good value for money. The coffee didn’t rock my world.

We only went here as it was the only cafe in the area open before 10 on a Sunday to soak up the nights before alcohol and was pleasantly surprised. The food was fantastic and reasonably priced, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Plus the music was a bonus, led zeppelin and black sabbath 👌🏻

North Star Coffee Shop is a local coffee shop with delicious roasts of beans from all over the world. Situated next to their roastery, you can try two espressos each as well as one expertly-made filter coffee. There are also loose tea, craft beers and cocktails on offer. A gem in Leeds Dock, North Star will have pancakes for the February 13th day only!
Great little coffee place in Leeds dock. Good coffee and a small menu of breakfast, brunch and excellent cakes. The sausage and egg sandwich was amazing, the cakes were great too. They also sell their own coffee beans. Not the cheapest place but the quality is very good and you get what you pay for!
Andrew B — Google review
The staff were lovely and the space was clean. The vibe was good and the coffee was of a good high quality. The coffee shop also has a mini store area where you can purchase beans, T-shirts and some cool looking tote bags. The coffee is priced as a normal high quality coffee is nowadays, but the portion sizes are on the smaller size - (I had taken a couple sips out of my glass in the photo provided!). I tried the last slice of the tiramisu tart, which was a little different! Similar to a treacle tart with some cream on top. This was nice! Good location on the docks, near the library boat and the Royal Armouries.

I tried two different coffees here, both being made as a long black. They were the Astro house blend and a Mexican sierra Mazateca variety. They were both really nice. The house blend was chocolaty with a slight citrus angle, while the Mexican bean had a more apple and nutty taste. Both different but both very nice. Highly recommended.

**An Exquisite Breakfast Experience** In my recent culinary exploration, I was delighted to encounter one of the most exceptional breakfast experiences I've had in quite some time. A superb value for money, small cafe tucked away in the streets of headingley. My meal featured savory pancakes that were nothing short of heavenly—meticulously cooked and bursting with flavor. The harmonious blend of rich, salty bacon, melted cheese, and a touch of maple syrup created an exquisite balance on the palate. Accompanying these were perfectly crisp hash browns and savory beans, both of which provided an ideal complement to the dish. My friends ordered a healthy salad & granola which were perfectly made & tasty. While the service was notably efficient, it lacked a certain warmth and friendliness that could have elevated the experience. Nonetheless, the ambiance was pleasant, enhanced by a charming terrace. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment and eagerly anticipate my next visit.

I don't really know where to start with this review other than saying rate my takeaway lives on a bed of lies. I ordered my food at 13:55 and was imideatly given a delivery time of 14 minutes which promptly went up to 19 minutes, back down to 10 minutes, way back up to 29 minutes then 32 minutes, the delivery time was up and down like a yo-yo until my food arrived at 15:08. I ordered a breakfast in a loaf, some cheesy seasoned fries for my nephew and the peanut butter and chocolate brownie. The breakfast loaf looked fine, until you started eating,to find mediocre ingredients have been used,my nephew wouldn't touch the fries as they were cold and looked like a pile of fake vomit and the brownie looked like the dog poo truffle from American pie the wedding. I am extremely disappointed with this as I spent nearly 30 pounds on this food and was left with a bitter taste in my mouth, I could have gone to the local Toby carvery and got better service and food, they must do better, I will not order from here again.

One thing that stops us ordering is when the restaurant forgets part of our order TWICE, and then to be fobbed off and told to get our refund through Uber, No offer of solutions or anything, It’s not the drivers fault you can’t ensure the orders are correct before the driver collects it, the food is too expensive for this! Will not be ordering again!

Ordered online and took almost 2 hours to turn up. We only ordered 2 sausage muffins and 1 paralyser. Drivers were going to the restaurant and cancelling because the food was not ready. Called up the restaurant to be spoken to poorly by whoever was working. Food eventually turned up cold and disappointing. Wouldn’t have again.

Was the perfect cafe, got met with a very friendly welcome thanks to the staff. She was so bubbly and made the experience a lot more enjoyable. Secondly the food was amazing, got the sausage roll and pork pie which were top tier especially when warm. Then for the breakfast we got these 2 amazing dishes which were presented well and was worth the money! Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a chill morning to do some work or just have a catch up. Especially since you can grab something from the deli if you get hungry as you leave!

The cafe is lovely and the staff seem very friendly. The breakfast was good although my poached eggs weren't even warm, however my friend was very happy with her choice of food. I chose not to say anything about the food being cold as it was incredibly busy and the wait time was a lot longer than expected. We also bought some goodies from the little deli too. All in all, I would go back and try again.

First visit on a Monday afternoon having driven passed for ages and wanting to visit. Cute cafe and deli offerings. Lunch menu is varied, but also manageable and filling portions for a light lunch. All in all it was a fabulous customer service experience. I would highly recommend.

Cosy and calming environment, tasty coffee and incredible almond croissants! I came in wanting to buy a few things as a gift for somebody and despite being busy, staff members were extremely kind in assisting me and taking the time to help me decide what items to buy (so much to choose from and all very high quality). Thank you so much, I know where to return for my charcuterie needs and almond croissant cravings :)

Called in for a light lunch. We've never used this delivery/cafe and it caught our eye when we drove past. All the staff are lovely and friendly. It was busy when we called in and was lucky to get a spare table. Our sandwiches were perfect with tasty ham and good quality cheese. The coffees were lovely and hot too (the coffee blend just suited our palettes - strong but not bitter.) We will certainly call in again if we pass. Only downfall was the parking but it's worth the walk.

Always very busy but usually able to find a seat inside, only been in winter but plenty of places to sit out in the square too. Really disappointed to order a £5 smoothie that was 80% concentrate apple juice and a frozen berry mix. The ingredients were supposed to be Banana, Blueberry, courgette & ginger. I saw the staff make the drink and thought surely that’s not the smoothie I just ordered- if I had not have seen then I wouldn’t have known. No where does it say it’s an apple juice base, hopefully no one orders the smoothies that is allergic. At £5 that is a gross miss sell, when you order something you trust it has the same fresh ingredients. They did swap it for a coffee with no refund of the difference -feel a bit stung!

It is one of the best cafes in Leeds. I am in love with the honey nut crunch! The cakes were delicious as well. The fat white is one if the good choices. However, they offer different choices, including healthy choices. The atmosphere is amazing and the staff are very friendly. They have outdoor seating, which is nice during the sunny days 👍🏻. Not to mention that they offer free wifi for their customers (ask the staff for the password). Highly recommended 👍🏻!

Not very social folk AT ALL. - It Looked like a nice place and seemed to have a good food and coffee offering. Sadly the experience was awful. Despite it being lunch-time pretty much half the menu was not available. I decided to go get a boring Pret sandwich and then come back to get what looked like a nicer coffee here at Social Folk. I ordered a hot chocolate and a pastry. Given i’d just spent the better part of a tenner on a drink and snack, I assumed consuming the Pret sandwich on-site would be ok, how wrong was I. I even asked if it was ok out of curtesy but was bluntly told no as though I’d asked to take a dump in middle of the shop. The rather bland dark hot chocolate was given to me in a takeaway cup, no doubt that saves the lazy rude woman some washing up. AVOID.

As I divide my time between London and Leeds, I find myself looking for places to go and while I enjoy trying different places, I sometimes like to have a go to place. Here on my profile you’ll find a variety of reviews of different places that I enjoy visiting regularly. Whenever I’m in Leeds, this is one of them. It’s actually become my favourite Saturday morning go to (when in Leeds) for breakfast place. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and the food is fantastic. The menu is small, but varied with a great selection of food. I’ve always enjoyed the Eggs Benedict or the French Toast. If you’re visiting Leeds it’s only about 10 minutes from the train station. You don’t need to book, though I recommend you do if you have a large number in your party. Otherwise get there early for the breakfast menu as it does get busy.. but let me tell you, it’s totally worth it. I’ve been here a few times now and I’ve always enjoyed the experience. Highly recommended.

Warm, welcoming place with lovely staff. Very smart decor and clean loos too. Wasn't busy when I visited. Extensive menu with good range of options. Vegetarian and vegan options available. I had the Roasted Meze and Mushrooms Upside Down Rice Bowl: steamed rice stir fried with sautéed onion, bell peppers, fresh mint and baby spinach which came with a small salad. This was super tasty and glad I chose this, very yummy. To drink I had the iced green tea with honey and ginger and have to say, was very unimpressed. It was watery and tasteless and I could neither smell nor taste any honey or ginger in it, just watery ice, won't have that again. Shame, because that drink let down it's rating. The ambience, decor, charming staff and my delicious main certainly warranted all the stars I could muster, but that insipid drink really let it down as it tasted of nothing. I would revisit for all the previously mentioned great things about this very good restaurant and recommend it all, except that tasteless drink.

Visited for the first time after seeing on Instagram, and I think this is a visually appealing place. Lovely decor and cosy atmosphere. Staff were friendly and polite, if a little hands-off, but I put this down to being busier than they might be used to. Sadly, the coffee was average and I ended up not finishing mine - the aeropress was not good, flat white was better but tasted a little burnt. We opted for breakfast and the fry-up was good, but the bacon was fatty and it got cold pretty quickly. The berry compote pancakes were average as the syrup overpowered everything else.
Carly S — Google review
Food was okay, beef bacon was fatty and cold, sourdough bread was hard and slightly stale and the potatoes weren't very well seasoned. We didn't get a choice of how we would like our eggs. Staff were standoffish, not saying much at all even when ordering- the most conversation we got was while paying. We had to wait 10 mins for a menu. Naughty but nice mocha was not nice at all. Overly bitter coffee overpowered every other flavour and neither of us could finish it. Overall ok experience, we came at a busy time (12pm on Saturday) but it wasn't my favourite brunch by far.

Brød is pretty much a Leeds institution but it's one I've neglected for a while so when Chef Jono from V&V included a great review in one of his Instagram posts recently I realised it has been too long. The first thing you notice is it seems very busy, don't be put off by a queue, most folk are just outside waiting for their order to be freshly made becausethe interior is quite snug. It doesn't take long so just tag onto the end. I went for the same Tandoori Chicken (with onion bhaji, salad, mint raita and mango chutney) in cheese & chilli bread as I'd been influenced by online, it was as good as reported. Lots of flavour, loads of chicken and lovely fresh bread. My willpower was broken (it's not hard) by the choice of brownies and I couldn't resist trying the cookie dough version, perfectly gooey and decadent. Service was super polite and really efficient too, a must-try if you're not a regular already.

Pop into Brod for a truly lovely sandwich experience! The shop has a super welcoming feel and offers loads of tasty sandwich options, from familiar faves done really well to some exciting new combos, all made with fantastic ingredients. The folks who work there are always so friendly and happy to help. Brod's the perfect place to brighten your day with a seriously good sandwich and some genuinely lovely service!

A great little sandwich shop with a good selection of sandwiches using quality ingredients. You can choose your bread from a selection behind the counter. It's a very small shop which gets very busy, so whenever I've been, I've had to queue but it moves quickly. They ask you to wait outside once you've ordered then bring your sandwich out within a couple of minutes or so. It's not particularly cheap, but it's worth paying for quality. Oh and the brownies are fantastic!

Amazing service & fantastic range of freshly made sandwiches, salad pasta quinoa boxes all at an amazing price. A gem hidden in the city by the town hall - recommend trying out this place for the best lunch in Leeds with many options to suit everyone!

Seriously good sandwiches! Fresh bread and ingredients with a wide and creative range of fillings that can be adapted to your choice. Reasonably priced.

Trumps all the local sandwich places nearby (sesame, ls1 45, deli kitchen). so many options, customisable, made fresh and can choose type bread which isn't plain tasteless bread rolls, actually have high quality bread options with more than 1 vegan option. Friendly staff and good hygiene. Wish they could expand to a bigger shop, though.

Corner House Coffee Bar & Kitchen is a charming spot with a shabby chic decor and Victorian architecture, making it an ideal place for brunch. The menu offers classic dishes like Full English and Eggs Benedict, as well as unique options such as the Natural Smoked Haddock Kedgeree, a flavorful Indian-inspired dish. In addition to serving breakfast and lunch, this coffee bar also offers small plates in the evening and features a variety of coffees from around the world along with alcoholic beverages.
I often get a muffin and skinny capp here. The service is polite, efficient and friendly. I love the big sofas for reading and people watching. This has become my go-to coffee place in Moortown.

In short; probably the best in the area. If you can find a spot here I wouldn't look elsewhere . This is a bar & cafe, so it's worth specifying that I had a Mid+morning coffee, remote worked and a full English. If you're driving, parking is a bit tricky. But find a street without restrictions and it'll be a 2 minute walk. It's a small & clean venue with a contemporary & cozy feel. Lots of seats, quite close which create a busy and sociable vibe. Good choices on the menu and easy to choose from. It's a bit more classic than hipster, so expect simple but good quality options. Coffee was good. Good was great. I liked the atmosphere and I was able to have a video call without difficulty (despite a lot of background chatter). Honestly, I'm not in this part of Leeds very often but if I am, I'll be coming here.

Waited over 40 minutes for Toasted sandwiches. When I spoke to the waitress to ask where our food was, I was told "Lots of people have ordered at the same time". I would have appreciated being told there was a delay when I ordered, so I could decide whether to wait or not. Not cheap for the standard of food and the excess wait was very dissapointing- I would not reccomend based on this experience.

This is our favourite bar in North Leeds, Owners and staff are always welcoming, friendly and attentive. Zeyna and Celeste especially so you need anything just ask and they will do what they can. The food is spot on every time, prices have stayed affordable, good variety of drinks, cocktails and food and they have the best coffee in Leeds. We have been coming here solidly for years, it’s not part of a chain or anything just a local family run business. #SupportYourLocal

EXCEPTIONAL! If you've read any of my reviews you'll know my golden rules-service, and proportionate quality. Crikey, this cafe is off the charts. Not even joking, their service and quality is hands down in my top 5 this year. Situated in Guiseley and Turkish themed it is always busy with eclectic selections and superb quality. We come here a lot with our grandchild and also with guests as we've never had a poor meal. This occasion we had a Mediterranean breakfast with Turkish coffee. Look at the photos. Never had feta cheese like that before. Think it's my current favourite eatery.

Things in Bread is a popular spot for lunch, known for its fluffy bread with a crunchy crust. The interior is adorned with artwork, creating a calming atmosphere. While the space inside may be limited, many patrons enjoy their sandwiches at the nearby park. The staff is praised for their friendliness and efficiency despite the constant flow of customers. The menu offers classic sandwich options, such as the club triple with thick bacon, although some find the butter excessive.
Warm and cozy little sandwich shop with very kind and friendly staff. The bread was nice and super thick and the fillings were very generous. Warm lighting, a nice selection of drinks and a very cool array of fillings to choose from. Very nice food too! When im next in leeds i'll be sure to come back

Loved this place! Everything was super fresh and absolutely delicious. Even though the shop was pretty crowded both times I visited, the service was still incredibly friendly and efficient—didn’t miss a beat! I came back a second time because I couldn’t get enough of their tomato, mozzarella, and pesto sandwich... so good. Definitely one of those spots you just want to keep coming back to. Highly recommend checking it out!

Now these are some real sandwiches! £15 meal deal for a cold sandwich, drink and some crisps. I had mine to take away and they wrapped everything up nicely. The bread and ingredients are fresh, delicious and a great quality. They really pack these sandwiches full of some delicious cuts! Staff are lovely and there’s lots of options and sometimes some specials too! Can’t wait to come back.

Bloody scrumptious and yummy. Very good, very nice. Went to things in bread and it’s the Ronseal of sandwich shops. Does exactly what it says in the name. Doesn’t have an overwhelming menu, solid choices for veggies and carnivores. Hefty portion, solid price point, would eat again. Breakfast sarnie and chicken and bacon mayo. Seasoned delightfully. Clean interior design, few seats to snack away on, but in and out for me and I will return… ellllllooo

Had the special which is the roast beef. Great tasting sandwich. Will certainly fill you up! Taste wise for me too much stuffing hence the 4* from me. Would go back and recommend
MML R — Google review
Very nice sandwiches, I had seen this place on instagram and fancied trying it out when in Leeds. Both sandwich’s are the chicken and bacon one without salad and with cheese and the other one with salad. Very nice and will be back to try others, shame the sold out of the salt and pepper special on the day when we went 🥲. It was also very busy so be prepared to Que but it was for sure worth it!

Really lovely sandwiches. Tailor made, premium ingrediants, nice staff and seift service - despite being crazy popular. I had a lovely breakfast bacon cheese and egg sarnie.

Tharavadu is a renowned Keralan restaurant located in Leeds, offering a modern dining experience with traditional Indian cuisine. The restaurant has been recommended by the Michelin guide for three consecutive years and is known for its authentic Keralan dishes. The menu features a variety of options including meat, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dishes. With floor-to-ceiling windows and polished wood floors, the venue provides a contemporary setting to enjoy South Indian flavors.
Fantastic food, flavours i've never experienced before. Excellent service. Upstairs can be a bit loud with large groups dining, conversation was difficult at times but didn't spoil our enjoyment of a wonderful meal. Next time i'll request a quieter table downstairs though.

What an amazing experience. I loved the food so much, some of the best Indian food I’ve ever eaten! The vegan options are really good- their take on poppadoms are so tasty and the fried lentil rings are unlike anything I’ve ever had before. Can’t wait to go back!

We went here for the first time after contemplating for long but oh my, the food was top level👌👌 We ordered two Kerala parathas, Meen Kootan, Kozhi Kurumulog(Chef’s Special) and it was more than enough for three people. I personally loved Chef’s special more than Meen Kootan but my friends really loved Meen Kootan. We also ordered mango lassi and Pranaya Rasam(strawberries with lime) and I really loved the fresh strawberries taste in it instead of having some syrupy taste to it. Service was so good, the people over there are so smiling, very sweet, and a person named Roni served us and he was so friendly and very attentive. Would recommend going again as well. Thank you.

Came here on a friends recommendation and no regrets! The service was friendly and prompt, even seating is earlier than we had booked due to heavy rain outside which was nice! The food was excellent, every mouthful just made me smile, I had the seafood curry and it was spot on. Certainly be back! My only quibble was the seating we had was near the toilets and the washroom for pots, quite noisy and busy with staff moving in and out.

Amazing staff! Even though the place was packed with customers, everyone was attended to with such genuine smiles and great energy. As for the food , I don’t even need to say much! The crowd spoke for itself. truly lived up to the hype. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy real, delicious Kerala cuisine served with warmth and hospitality!

Visited on a bustling Monday, and it’s easy to see why it was packed! The authentic Kerala cuisine was absolutely phenomenal, with a spice blend that brought incredible depth and flavour to every dish. tharavadu in leeds is a south indian restaurant specialising in dishes from kerala. it’s a great spot if you’re looking for something different from the usual north indian or pakistani/punjabi style cuisine you normally find in the uk. we tried chilli paneer, kerala kozhi curry, kozhi kurumulag, vazhuthananga curry, and paper masala dosa. overall, it was great. i really enjoyed trying proper kerala dishes. the curries were delicious though i felt there wasn’t a huge amount of variation between them, all with a similar coconut taste. the cocktails and drinks were very good, and the service was excellent, with staff who were friendly and helpful. coined the “best restaurant in leeds”. a very grand statement to make, especially as leeds is full of amazing spots. however i do believe that tharavadu is definitely up there with the greats of leeds. i really recommend you go and see for yourself.

Bill's Leeds Restaurant offers a diverse dining experience with separate menus for breakfast, afternoon tea, lunch, and dinner. The contemporary European chain presents an array of comforting mains such as Buttermilk Chicken Burger and Black Gold Burger with unique ingredients like chipotle mayonnaise and black truffle fondue. The restaurant also boasts a selection of wines, beers, and classic cocktails.
We tried Bill's for the first time today. The menu had lots of interesting items. I had the crispy duck and BBQ bacon fries. Both items had a spicy kick to it which I'm not sure was necessary. We tried the bottomless pancakes - which were amazing and so filling; My favourite was the Biscoff. The bill automatically includes a service charge, but we found our servers to be very friendly and attentive, especially Kalila. We will be back again ❤️

We had a good meal here on a busy Saturday. We managed to get in for a table of four after the afternoon rush. We waited a little while for drinks to arrive, but the food came pretty quickly after that. We had a good mix of dishes between us from the crispy duck salad, pancakes, steak and eggs and a chicken burger. We all really enjoyed our food and thought the price was pretty reasonable too.

Bills Leeds. Incredible food, with large portions and great quality throughout. The menu has a vast selection of items, with something to suit everyone. I also had the tropical smoothie and the elderflower lemonade, both of which tasted great, but the portion size didn’t really reflect the price which was a little disappointing. The venue itself was very busy but had a great atmosphere. Service was fast and friendly, and payment was made even easier with the QR code system which worked seamlessly. There are also plenty of offers available online which makes it even better value. Overall, a great experience and one I’d happily recommend.

Very dimly lit, was difficult to read the menu. Had to order drinks 3 times before they arrived. Asked for ketchup never arrived. Ribs were cold and the Thai green curry had 4 tiny pieces of chicken. Burger looked like a happy meal. Staff slow yet not busy. Only positive was the beer was good

Dessert restaurant
Haute Dolci Leeds is a dessert haven located in The Light center, offering an extensive menu of elegant and delectable treats. With its pink, flowery decor, it's a perfect spot for indulging in sweet delights and capturing Instagram-worthy moments. While it's more of a dessert restaurant than a traditional coffee shop, they also serve cappuccinos and macarons that are intensely sweet in the best way.
Haute Dolci at its finest! I've been a fan of HD since I first stepped here in Leeds.. From the ambiance, the staff and the food itself. I was once addicted to it before and comes at least twice or thrice a week (the price is affordable that time). HD has been upgrading since then; the menu, internal design and the crew, the price is also increasing (though the quality and quantity is very worth it!) There is more variety to choose from now (they got mains already) but I always go back to the dessert I once loved! Its always consistent! Maryu, one of the crew has been the best waiter who served us, he's been so accomodating and have a pleasant expression everytime. He's been playful with my daughter and understood my special request for my daughter (to separate 1 waffle, I forgot to ask to separate some strawberries to avoid contact with chocolate but instead he had the initiative to give us a separate one) and for that we are very pleased and thankful, my baby is so happy and indulged every bit of it! I also commend the chef as he is always consistent on what he do, the presentation and and flavorful masterpiece he does is wonderful and magnificent! HD has a nice posh ambience that well suites with your tastebuds, also an instragammable place. Good for groups and family and some alone time too! Tried HD in manchester a couple of times but the waffle texture and flavor is not the same here in Leeds, I always compare the two and it does not match. Photos from way back then and some today! Highly recommended! My dessert haven! Will always comeback!

I went to Haute Dolci and tried the pistachio latte and the pistachio gelato made by the lovely Shristi, she made the drinks so tasty and well presented, I had to take a photo. I highly recommend this place, go and check it out for yourself :)

Ordered 3 desserts, two were fine, the third (cookie dough) was burnt!! Didn’t bother to complain / ask for another because I knew we’d be waiting another hour Tables full of customers waiting for their food and only one waiter to be seen! Seems like they work at their own pace, don’t seem to care how long they have people waiting…Took 50 minutes to get our desserts, wouldn’t visit again

Had a great experience - The service was amazing special shoutout to Sanika, who was super friendly and helped me decide what to order when I couldn’t make up my mind. Nestled within the impressive structure that houses both Leeds Central Library and Leeds Art Gallery, the Tiled Hall Café is a breathtaking gem in the heart of Leeds. With its grand marble columns and an exquisite barrel-vaulted mosaic ceiling, this café exudes an air of elegance reminiscent of a royal palace rather than your average coffee shop.
Hot food option is limited but coffee/tea and a cake is fine. The hall is beautiful and jist entering one feels to relax. Plenty of tables but it does get very busy nearing the lunch time period so get a table before you order during that period. The library attached is well worth a look too as the decor continues!

Absolutely love this place. A beautiful place to sit and relax, people watching whilst enjoying a coffee. Staff are fabulous. They off free drinking water which is a nice touch. Nice food in a lovely setting. I was especially interested to see that Goethe's face had been smashed in - the result of anti-German sentiment during the war.

I was visiting the Leeds Art Gallery with my partner and we stopped by the Tiled Hall Cafe, a charming spot with beautifully tiled ceilings, walls, and floors. The coffee was excellent, and the brownie I had was truly delightful. Adding to the ambiance was a live piano performance, which played lovely melodies in the background. The cafe was lively and full of youngsters, making it a vibrant place to be. However, it was quite crowded and noisy, with many people chatting at once, making it a bit hard to fully relax 😅 Despite the noise, the unique setting and delicious treats made it a memorable and enjoyable experience. The Tiled Hall Cafe is a vibrant place, perfect for a quick coffee break amidst art exploration.

Cozy place for fresh coffee and food! Spacious but with lots of seats both inside and out. Different brunch menus then your typical 'go to' might serve but very tasty and would definitely eat again. Lovely place for food and drinks. The bakery section looked fabulous too. We had a breakfast which was amazing. Good to see homemade baked beans and quality produce. Staff very friendly and efficient. Great atmosphere too. Lovely decor. Very clean and everything was well presented. Wide range of food and drinks available. Outside seating too.

There's a good brunch range and bakery and the cafe is lovely and light inside. However for me, the prices are quite expensive for the size of portion. I got one slice of sourdough with some brie and grapes on it and it cost me £9.50. Also, when it's busy, it's almost impossible to have a conversation without shouting as it's so noisy inside. Like so many places these days, there are zero sound absorption materials or soft furnishings, so not a good place if you have someone in your group hard of hearing.
Elz — Google review
Fantastic place for lunch. The cafe is heaving so they are doing something right. We had a Moroccan dish and mushrooms on sourdough. 2 flat whites ( top marks 😀) Service was speedy but super friendly. We took away an enormous slab of carrot cake as well. Delicious. the “truffle bacon mushroom HASH” was just a plate of halved new potatoes covered in truffle smelling grease, with 3 confetti sized bits of bacon for £11 - outrageous. Kids liked the pancakes, but 2 small pancakes for £5.50 I’d argue is over priced. good coffee

The cocktail options were all gin based with a mixer so maybe they could add some other spirits to the mix. They also have prosecco free-flowing.

With several locations in Leeds, IF Up North originated on Call Lane and has gained a reputation for its exceptional coffee and all-day dining menu.
We made the decision to go out for breakfast on a Sunday morning. After strolling around the city centre, we came onto this spot, and I promise you that it was the best choice we have ever made. Despite its small size, it offers fantastic stuff. The personnel is courteous, kind, and helpful. We had a delicious English breakfast that included flavourful bacon, sausage and eggs. The red velvet pancakes are a mouth- and heart-pure delight! Without a doubt, I will advise you to visit. The coffee is excellent! Excellent work!

One of the best iced mochas I’ve ever had!! There was some confusion between the oat/dairy milk but they remade the drink, wouldn’t hurt to just double check with them if you have any dietary restrictions! Great brunch place though, very tasty vegan Yorkshire breakfasts and burritos!! Oh, they also a good range of sauces (sriracha!) which is a big plus.

Came for brunch today, our waitress was absolutely lovely, super smiley and friendly. Came to see us quickly and drinks were brought hot and fresh, there was a little wait for the food but it was totally totally worth it, the steak salad was so tasty and fresh, and the breakfast burrito was 10/10! Huge portions and all cooked fresh and with care. Would definitely recommend, and will definitely returning after such an amazing first visit!
Rosanna L — Google review
We were seated quickly, which was a big plus. The coffee was really good, but the food didn’t quite meet expectations. There's definitely room for improvement on the menu side.

quite an average experience here. service was a quite slow despite only having 2-3 other tables on a slow weekday morning. atmosphere was tight but not too bothersome for me since it was not busy. bathroom needs some attention though, there was no soap and the taps were faulty. moving onto the food, it was not bad but not memorable. i went for the ‘complete if’ which came stacked with bacon, and chorizo, so you’ll love it if you love meat. perhaps a minor gripe but both the poached eggs were overcooked and not runny and the sourdough was hard and burnt in places; just expected more from a place dedicated to brunch!
Mel — Google review
I came here with my sisters and our kids around 11 a.m., and the restaurant was mostly empty with just a few people dining. I asked for a table, but the waiter didn't greet me properly and told me there wasn't much space available. I was really disappointed because we had walked about 20 minutes to get there based on someone’s recommendation. I won’t be returning. Service begins with the staff.

I enjoyed the food and the staff were nice. The pancakes is better than the French toast. the place felt a bit tight and could be cleaner.

A bottomless brunch where the food is as appealing as the unlimited mimosas! Impeccable food, lovely staff and a great spot on Call Lane to watch the world go by on a sunny afternoon. We shared the Biscoff Pancakes and the Chorizo & Bean Burrito so we could enjoy IF’s sweet and savoury offerings.

My favorite place in Chapel Allerton! Brunch Burrito is absolutely delicious. The soup of the day is frequently changed- makes me want to come back. Staffs are always friendly as well.

Called in for a coffee and really enjoyed the ambience of this cute little cafe, in the bustling metropolis of Chapel A high street. I liked the coffee, which as I understand, is roasted in Sheffield. The cafe is open slightly earlier, and is an excellent way to start your day! Thanks to the team for the warm welcome today.

First time visit by me but my partner has been many times. Sat outside on a lovely summer's day. We both ate breakfast which was amazing, quality produce, freshly cooked and warm. Lovely cup of tea. Service was very friendly and polite.

Lovely little cafe with some interesting food. The Yorkshire pasties are a personal favourite. Great service too. I’ve not eaten in but it’s always busy.

Visiting my son in Leeds and found this absolute gem for brunch, amazing food all locally sourced, beautifully presented and wonderful friendly staff. Thanks so much, we will definitely be back next time we visit.
Wendy P — Google review
Lovely brunch here. Sat outside and ordered the brunch stack. All the flavours worked great together, really tasty. Poached egg was undercooked though, globby whites needed another minute or two. Nice coffee. Partner got bacon sarnie, said it was simple and nice. Picked up a scotch egg, nice but the egg was hard boiled not runny. Also picked up some coffee beans, not tried them yet though. The area might be a bit overwhelming for some. Chapel A busy on a Saturday morning, beeping pedestrian crossing, smells from drains. Not cafes fault obviously!

Nestled on North Street near Sheepscar, Eagle Tavern is a charming wood-paneled pub that offers an inviting atmosphere for travelers seeking comfort and convenience. This historic establishment features elegantly refurbished rooms, ensuring a cozy stay complemented by complimentary Wi-Fi and breakfast. Guests rave about the delightful morning meals and the warm hospitality provided by the staff. With its public bar serving a variety of Samuel Smith beers at wallet-friendly prices, it’s an ideal spot to unwind after exploring Leeds.
The hotel is located within walking distance to the arena, so it's great for gigs. Our room was facing the main road, so there was a bit of traffic noise, but it was the proximity to the arena, which was the important factor. Room was ensuite, nicely decorated, pleasant and clean. There are no TV's in the bedrooms, but that was not an issue for us. Breakfast was really good and the staff were great.
Angie T — Google review
If you are going to Leeds to watch a gig at the arena then this is an ideal stopping point. The building has a lot of history so if you want ultra modern throughout then this is not the place. If you want a nice place to rest with excellent service, comfy bed and a lovely en suite bathroom then this is the place for you. Approx 10 minute walk from first direct arena. The breakfast served was delicious and good quality produce used. Surrounding area not the most nice of looking places. Windows are thin and road outside busy so traffic noise will be heard but its not the worst I've experienced. The hosts are lovely and the pub has a lot of character. Would happily return and stay again
Phil — Google review
Very nice comfortable stay, lovely bed and bathroom. Delicious cooked vegan breakfast. Very impressed to be asked in advance if I wanted full English, Vegetarian or Vegan without having to ask myself. Lovely place, easy trip from Leeds Bradford airport. Very helpful proprietor and staff.
Susanna B — Google review
Fantastic value for money. A really personal touch from all the staff, who couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. The bedroom and bathroom were both really lovely and spacious, bed very comfortable and tons of hot water in the sumptuous bath and fab power shower. Downstairs the pub (a renovated period building) has a variety of little snug rooms and open fires, so felt very homely. Hard to believe that this gem is a 20 minute walk from Leeds City Centre!! We will certainly be back!!
Liz P — Google review
Stayed here when in Leeds to see a concert and do some Christmas shopping. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast, owner and staff couldn't do enough for us. Also thank you for the very kind gesture on my return from Concert. Within easy walking distance of both Arena and main shopping area. Would definately stay here again and would recommend to others. Small tip, if you are light sleeper take ear plugs as I always do, Tavern is on a busy road, but traffic did not bother us at all.
Jane W — Google review
Recently stayed at The Eagle Tavern for 2 nights and can honestly say it is a wonderful place to stay. A short walk from Leeds city centre and literally on the door step of the Arena. The welcome was very friendly and the service was always with a smile. The room was spotlessly clean, really comfy bed and a proper power shower. What i loved was there was not a TV in the room and the bar was a phone & laptop free zone which meant the room was full of conversation .. brilliant. A simple well served and well cooked breakfast. Really can not recommend this gem of a place enough, great value for money will definitely be returning
Manager L — Google review
Highly recommended... don't let the fact its Sam Smiths put you off... this is a great pub and the rooms are very clean and well decorated. No TV which is a bonus and the use of mobiles in the bar is banned. Which means the art of conversation is promoted whilst enjoying the well kept beers. Lovely breakfast cooked by Jo... Nice and fresh... and thanks Claire for looking after us in the bar. We will be staying again...
David F — Google review
Loved it here. A real gem. Beautiful, well kept room, super comfy beds, friendly staff and a glorious full English breakfast with black pudding and plenty of coffee! The room felt really quite posh compared to the premier inns if the world and the bath and shower were top quality. Definitely going here again.

What a lovely little coffee shop. The staff were so very welcoming and friendly. The homemade apple, date and coconut cake was delicious and vegan! We came to the opposite cafe for a bite to eat and coffee - it is located in the middle of Chappel Allerton. We were able to sit outside in the courtyard and enjoy the coffee - which was smooth and served at the perfect temperature. I would reccomend the opposite cafe to anyone in the local area!
Pavan M — Google review
The coffee is great. The service, however, leaves a bit to be desired! Two staff serving - one literally looked like she’d rather be anywhere else in the world than serving coffee! C’mon, when you’re 50% of the public facing staff, you’re a huge part of the customer experience - you need to at least try!
Elliott — Google review
Ordered a flat white and advocado & feta on toast with a slice of carrot cake. The advocado on toast was £4.95 and so I was imagining a couple of hearty slices of toast that would hit the spot....I was so disappointed. The skinniest piece of toast and just the one measly slice! Overpriced and the toast was a tad stale. The coffee was luke warm and tasteless. Completely regret not going to Nero next door and picking this pretentious organic bullssshhh place that think they can charge what they like. Ordered a piece of carrot cake to have after also but asked for my money back as I was annoyed. Not going back ever.

This place is just perfect. We went for a lovely but chilly walk and finished up here after wanting to visit for ages and we weren't disappointed. Even from the outside it's special, and when you walk in its just a lovely fuzzy welcoming feeling of awesomeness. No.54 has so much quirky character, but natural, not forced. We sat at a beautiful, old arty table by the window and ordered full breakfasts. Everything on the plate was cooked perfectly and using great quality produce. I want to go back already, and can Imagine it being the perfect venue for a little celebration. Service was warm and friendly, and there's plenty of food choices to suit everyone. This café is an absolute hidden gem! The coffee and matcha were excellent, expertly prepared. The interior boasts a beautifully designed aesthetic, making it an ideal spot to catch up with friends or get some work done in a calm and inviting setting. The baristas and staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, creating such a positive atmosphere- their smiles truly made a difference! Pastel de natas here are to die for. Tiramisu is good as well but omg the custard tarts!!!!! 😍 Always go back for them. Coffee is great as well but I'm not too big of a drinker so...the Iced Spanish I had was great though. Like a latte but sweeter and richer.

Today I visited this café and there was a small issue with the order and billing — I was given the wrong item. However, when I returned to speak with the staff, they handled it very professionally. One of the team members, who was slightly taller, had an amazing attitude. She was extremely polite, respectful, and solved the problem quickly without showing any sign of frustration. On the contrary, she was impressive in the way she dealt with the situation. Truly excellent service!

I had a really great experience at the café recently! The pastries were delicious—fresh and full of flavor—and the flat white was smooth and well-balanced. Service and staff were amazing. I’m definitely looking forward to going back and trying more of their menu options next time.

Amazing place, absolutely love and come back to. The focaccia sandwiches are great, the Mortadella could do with some pesto/more flavour but the Focaccia caprese is great. It’s always busy with a great atmosphere in a lovely little square with seating outside. Would recommend !!
Molly B — Google review
I had a disappointing experience. The female staff questioned my friend for sitting inside even though she had clearly purchased a latte in her reusable cup. Later, I ordered a polo focaccia, which was priced at £6.50 on the display. However, I was charged £6.95. When I pointed it out, the same staff member simply said the listed price was incorrect—no apology, no refund of the difference. It’s shocking that customers are expected to bear the consequences of the pricing errors. I think I won’t be returning.

Deli Kitchen, located in Thorntons Arcade, is a popular brunch spot known for its extensive menu featuring traditional English breakfast, eggs Benedict, and buttermilk pancakes. What sets Deli Kitchen apart is its commitment to using high-quality ingredients sourced from local farmers and suppliers. The deli offers a modern setting with lunch options including sharing platters and delicious sandwiches. Customers praise the friendly service and recommend trying the chicken schnitzel wrap.
I've neglected visiting Deli Kitchen for too long so when a Too Good to Go popped up at the perfect time I grabbed it. I've had awful experiences with Too Good to Go every time I've used it (£6 dry fish finger sandwich or 1KG of coleslaw stuff) but I just had a great feeling about this gamble, I was right. Super friendly the moment I entered and said why I was there and then I stood in awe at the amazing salad box being created nearby. Surely for someone else I thought... but no, I received a huge boxed salad with great pasta, fresh greenery, beetroot, cous cous, chickpeas and a huge amount of delicious falafel. I didn't eat for the rest of the day, it was an absolutely generous treat. Everything in there looked great, the smells were just as tempting. The menu is varied but full of things I can't wait to back and try. Thank you Deli Kitchen, you impressed me and restored my faith in Too Good to Go at the same time.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Daily Kitchen in Leeds, and I have to say — it truly exceeded my expectations in every possible way. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The place has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. But the real highlight was the food — absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of authentic flavor. Every bite tasted like it was made with care and love. I tried their [you can insert the dish you had if you want], and it was honestly one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Perfectly seasoned, well-cooked, and beautifully presented. The service was also outstanding. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. And finally, I have to mention the portion sizes and pricing — generous servings at very reasonable prices. It’s clear that this place values both quality and customer satisfaction. If you’re ever in Leeds and looking for a spot that serves amazing food with heartwarming service, Daily Kitchen is a must-visit. You won’t be disappointed!

Best wrap I've ever had and I've been here around 3 times. The chicken schnitzel is amazing and previously the guy has let us try a bit before ordering. Really good customer service across all 3 of them and very friendly - would recommend generally but especially the chicken schnitzel wrap. They have meal deals too, a wrap and coke for £6.80. Fresh salad bar and the total for 3 of us along with 3 drinks came out to around £28. Went just before 12 and was quiet

This charming spot offers a fantastic salad and rice bar where you can customize your meal with an array of vegetarian options. For those on the go, their noodle pots are a refreshing alternative to traditional sandwiches, featuring flavors like spicy chicken and teriyaki salmon paired with thick udon noodles. The cafe also serves halal chicken dishes, making it an excellent choice for anyone working in central Leeds.
It’s Tuesday morning, so I tried the giant special falafel wrap. It was perfect. The place was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly.

Halal chicken, which is perfect when working in central Leeds. I got the Thursday special (there's a queue system for the specials, you just give your initials and pay), and within 10 ish mins, I had a hot chicken schnitzel sandwich! £7.90 when you choose to add cheese, hot juicy chicken, and it's kept me full all day, (had a decent amount of salad in too). My colleague visited the Sesame salad bar opposite and demolished her salad too. Highly recommend for a healthy, easy and balanced lunch.

This was was absolutely buzzing for their daily special. Once you have placed your order expect to wait for a while. You get to watch them freshly make and compile 100s of specials which seems a well oiled machine. After tasting the sandwich you can understand why it's so busy. 10/10, crispy juicy snitzel and full of flavour. Tasty and great value for money.

Went for lunch and hands down so good for takeaway food.

Absolutely fantastic healthy food with plenty options to choose from! And so tasty oh my god! Even the broc is better cooked than how i cook it. The ladies were helpful and very friendly which is much appreciated as i walked in there for the first time today!
Nik P — Google review
The system inside is very hectic and confusing, and it’s so loud and hard to hear the staff but they’re very friendly and the food is delicious! Prices are fair too! I am making my way through their extensive vegetarian sandwich selection but the salad bar looks amazing too!
Miss P — Google review
Very easy to find this hidden gem as the delicious fragrant fresh foods guide you by the nose right to the door! Immediately you are over the threshold you are greeted by warm and welcoming smiles and fabulous smells and vibrant dishes being served. Everything is fresh, well balanced and delicious! From the coffee, to the amazing choice of salads, the schnitzel and falafel, the raspberry and chocolate brownies are irresistible. The portion sizes are generous and the staff cannot do enough to make you feel valued and welcome. A pleasure from start to finish. The big surprise with Sesame is the prices, extremely reasonable! A coffee for £2.20 and a filling lunch from £3.50. Sesame wins our vote! We are both well travelled foodies, eating out frequently, rarely do you find this kind of quality! Can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu! 20/10!

Easily the best falafel hands down in Leeds or that I’ve ever eaten. Great service, always friendly and polite. I can’t recommend it enough especially for £3 a portion with mango sauce, even better on special day too 🤤🤤 Sincerely Mr Falafel

Great coffee shop in Leeds City Centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. Coffee is superb. Food delicious. Reward scheme too! You can even take Barista classes here.

If i were to choose one coffee shop to visit in Leeds city center it would definitely be 200 :) Perfect place to work, study, meetup with friends or simple just enjoy a cup of coffee. REALLY good coffee;). The food selection is also quite varied and tasty. they also close later than "usual coffee shop closing time" which is an upside staff are friendly and they're pretty quick even when super busy ( ofc, you may wait for a few sometimes )-- although a staff member on two separate occasions has asked me to either order something else or leave after staying for an hour despite the place not being busy.. surprisingly enough i don't have pictures of the place, but here's many of their coffee cups :)

Good place for staying alone for coffee mediation in the early morning. Coffee taste moderate, not the type with strong character but friendly and kind like a poodle. £2 for simple breakfast add on from coffee is a reason for me to hide myself here again. Surely, a good place to wait someone coffee. It is worthy, bitter but sweet.

Super coffee shop. Possibly 1st customer of the day. Bought a flat white and an almond croissant. Freshly made and still warm. Excellent customer service. Well done 200° Leeds. If this review was helpful please give it a like below.

Went there with my colleagues at that place at Leeds, love the outside seating and inside ,they don't have any food that is lactose or gluten free unfortunately, they do have toilets ,its nice and cosy place ,staff was alright ,I do love their Almond croissants when its warm ,tried they new passion fruit smoothie with turmeric, i wouldn't recommend to add that too bitter lol over its a good place for groups or for lunch breaks!!

Great atmosphere to study or sit and read, people watching. Plenty seats, moderate level ambient music, so probably not great if you need to be I meetings, the music is auditable. Other than the music, no noise. The matcha latte however is very weak, I could barely taste the matcha, very milky.

Warning do not order over the app read to end to see why Every coffee just as good as last not had bad coffee here second time will worth the money dog friendly even better still update came in grate 1st coffee ordered at counter second coffee cold milk on top of my caramel latte asked server who had to bring milkshake out if could get me some yellow sugar for my coffee brought me sweetener when to put in to my coffee and promptly removed sweetener as trusted to be at lest sugar

The best coffee (cortado) I've had since moving to the UK, robust, strong but not overpowering, most places don't get the strength right. Exceptional.

Fika North Coffee is a Scandinavian-inspired coffee shop located in Headingley, offering a taste of Sweden in the heart of Yorkshire. The cafe prides itself on serving specialty coffee from local roasters like Casa Espresso and guest pours from other reputable sources. In addition to their exceptional coffee selection, Fika North also offers an array of delicious bagels, including a must-try smoked salmon option, as well as delectable iced coffees.
Always 10/10 coffee and bagels. The vegan pastrami is unreal and so are their chai lattes. The only reason I gave 1 less star for service is because they take a while on the bagels but honestly it’s so so worth the wait. We also got hot honey hash browns which were amazing too.
Zoe — Google review
Great spot for breakfast. One of the best bagels I've had for a long time. Bread was really fresh, fillings were excellent as well, and really good quality coffee. Highly recommended.
Alistair A — Google review
The food here was lovely- both pastries were incredible (the almond croissant and the cinnamon bun). Staff were also friendly. However, the matcha was quite bitty and I had pieces of unmixed power on the side of the glass. Otherwise, the experience was very pleasant and would come back :)
Tabitha K — Google review
Lovely little cafe! Staff are kind and helpful. Perfectly positioned to enjoy the sunlight with great food and drinks. Lots of vegan/vegetarian options!!! Matcha latte was perfect. Vegan pastrami and soup were both delicious. Thanks so much!!!
Sandy H — Google review
I've been dying to come here after multiple rave reviews from friends and I'm so glad I did! The coffee was great, the food was gorgeous, and the atmosphere was so lovely I could have stayed and worked from here all day. Its so much bigger inside than I expected, the staff were friendly, quick, and gave the place a lively happy feeling about it. The vegan pastrami sandwich was amazing and I can't wait to try the other options as I was chuffed to see so many. Overall just a really nice cosy and comfy place to hang out or work
Molly M — Google review
Very nice little coffee shop. We had the almond crossiant and cinnamon bun which were both really good. I had a matcha which looked great but tasted a bit bitty as they hadn't fully mixed the matcha powder in. Not fair to judge them on one drink though, I'm sure their coffee is good. Would recommend visiting.
Freddie E — Google review
Delicious bagels, way bigger than we expected. Really good coffee and a nice local friendly vibe.
Milly T — Google review
Came here for an almond croissant, but unfortunately they'd run out by the time we got there (~11am Saturday). Instead we got a regular croissant and a pan au chocolate. Both were lovely. We took them to-go. Next time we will arrive earlier and try for the almond croissant again (I'm on a quest to find my favourite almond croissant), and we need to try the coffee, too!

IF Rooftop, located in Leeds, is a hidden gem and a must-visit spot for those seeking a unique rooftop bar experience. Formerly known as Rooftop at East Parade, this charming summer terrace offers stunning views of the city skyline. Accessible by a secret passcode, it's an ideal place to unwind with friends while enjoying cocktails, beers, and live music in the sun.
Absolutely cracking little bar, I really wanted a good bar in the sun for this lovely weekend so had a scout on google to find this place. Right in the centre and can see the town hall from all seating near enough, lovely rooftop views and plenty of spots in the sun around dinner time. Sun trap would be an understatement, it’s right in the sun and was great for being in the sun. Drinks are a little bit on the expensive side as it was around £6 a pint but to pay for being in the sun was more than worth is. The bar staff were super polite and really nice, had a good crack with us and a laugh. Very fast service and beer was lovely and cold. Very clean everywhere and toilets were immaculate, love all the wooden furniture all the way round.
Will B — Google review
Nice bar but absolutely empty at 10pm on a Friday night. Booked a 90s dance music night, besides the fact there was nobody there, not a single dance song or 90s song was being played and the music was very quiet. Was also advertised to have a live saxophonist which there was no sight of. We bought one drink expecting it to pick up but left to go to other establishments after it did not improve
Holly B — Google review
There wasn't any food in IF Rooftop on Saturday. Before coming in we were told entrance is £6 per person (which can be discounted from your first drink order). The music was excessively loud till the point we could not keep a conversation.
Jacobo E — Google review
Absolute hidden gem. Great for working, coffee and bar downstairs is open to the public but not advertised so it's lively but not packed. The roof garden is great for functions and evening drinks.

We ran an event here on a Sunday, the staff working were so lovely and accommodating. They looked after us and all our guests all night, great vibes and super efficient service! Shout out to Aimee , Lillian, Freya and Charlise for being absolutely wonderful vibes!
Neema M — Google review
Great. No matter if the sun shines or not, but the sun does make everything even better. Great time @IF Up North roof top, for a casual afternoon or special night. Check the Insta Bio for the door code and remember to press # before the number. Doubled in size since we first came pre-pandemic! Sensible prices but squeeze plastic glasses.... but we are on the roof !
Tony G — Google review
Can’t really see the view as the fences around the perimeter are too big. Could have put mesh wire fences or glass/perspex so the view could be appreciated. Cheap place to get pissed.

Bakery
Sandwich shop
Poundbakery is a bakery chain that offers discounted deals on both hot and cold baked goods, such as sandwiches, cakes, and breads. While their meat and potato pies lack the desired amount of meat, they compensate by using short crust pastry instead of puff pastry to avoid heartburn. Their pizza slices are reminiscent of the ones from secondary school; mostly dough with insufficient cheese or flavor. However, considering the affordable price of one pound, it's hard to complain.
Came in just as it was closing (sorry) to pick up a too good to go, the best stuff for so cheap thank you!! Got two lovely sandwiches and loads of baked good! Lovely lady behind the counter too very understanding and friendly would definitely come again
