Sasaizumi is a popular izakaya eatery in Sasebo known for its casual setting and wide variety of fresh seafood dishes. The menu offers sashimi options, including squid, horse mackerel, and octopus. We went here as recommended by our captain at Kujukushima yacht cruise. We wanted to try different sashimi from this side of Kyushu. We ordered カワハギ (baby amberjack), herb-marinated horse mackerel, and another fish. Apparently lemon peppered meat is a thing in the area, so we got a plate of that too. The food was very filling and so good too! Our thirst for seafood was sated!

Have been to here 3 years ago back to 2019 and went there again. Was having a good time here. The owner knows a lot about jazz and is good at cocktails. The vibe is really nice and the food is good. I had Derrick Rice and sashimi there.

当日はクリスマス1ヶ月前と言う事で、クリスマスカクテルとワインを。
BARでは1時間に1度ピアノとチェロで外国の方の生演奏を楽しむ事が出来ました。
席は窓側でハウステンボスのイルミも少し見えました。
チャージ料1000円ですが、少しのフルーツも付いて生演奏も聞けて凄い安かったです。
代金はその場でもチェックアウト時に精算でもOKでした。
ホテルのBARはゆっくりした大人の時間を楽しめました。
ただ。
BARには店員さんが2人しか居ない為、お客様が混雑してくると注文取りとか忙しいみたいでなかなか注文出来ませんでしたが…
それでもハウステンボスの夜の〆には最高でした。
ホテルヨーロッパに宿泊の方はおすすめです。
