Champagne lager and pils was mid. JPY 500 for a half pint. No tasting flights like on the restaurant menu pix...have to build your own. Had a very good Japanese lunch as part of a tour group. Hot plate between 4 people with choices of meats and fish to place and cook. Good local beer 540 yen each. Took the canal boat cruise from the same site, other side of the car park.

They have beers you can buy in draft. I tried the banana flavor. It was good but a bit pricey. There is also a gift shop and this place is near Matsue Castle. When we come with our in-laws, we drop by here.

All the other reviews are correct this is a nice lovely little place with a great selection of craft beers. Music selection is spot on and the burgers are good. To find the place look for the craft beer sign outside the door it stands out more then the hangout sign right under it.

Great experience seeing the beer brewing process in such a large factory such as Kirin. The tour is in Japanese but there is an English guidebook to follow along the tour with. The tour concludes with a 330ml of Kirin Ichiban beer and a tasting of 3 of their beers, Kirin Ichiban, Kirin Ichiban Premium, and Kirin stout. Only cost 500 yen/person which is incredibly affordable for a 75 min tour. Also they take drinking and driving very seriously so make sure you have a designated driver if you plan to come via car.

I'd usually bring friends to experience this tour. Their selection of souvenirs are great. I love the shop exclusive cheese kaki-no-tane and their glasses!
