Cafe Valetta is a must-visit local cafe located on Margaret Street near Toowoomba Post Office. Housed in a historical building dating back to 1911, the elegant cottage offers an eclectic menu for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Guests can enjoy their meals indoors, in the surrounding gardens, or on the veranda. The cafe is known for its sophisticated light menu and is particularly famous for its three-tier high tea.
We were blissfully taken aback by this beautiful cafe, which we now call our favourite breakfast location. The atmosphere is peaceful, rustic and private, with friendly and efficient staff and service. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh and provided a range of additional options. It was hands down the best dirty chai we have ever had! We would highly recommend this Maltese delight and encourage a spot by the fountain across from the Queen's Park.
Jessica K — Google review
Cafe Valletta is a lovely spot to indulge in a delightful high tea experience. With a beautiful view of Queen's Park, the ambiance is perfect for a relaxing afternoon. The high tea selection is impressive, with a variety of sweet and savory treats to enjoy. While the prices might be a bit steep for some, the quality and presentation of the food make it worthwhile. *Highlights:* - Beautiful views of Queen's Park - Impressive high tea selection - Lovely ambiance *Recommendation:* - Try their high tea for a special treat - Arrive early to secure a spot with a good view *Overall:* A great spot for a special occasion or a relaxing afternoon with friends. The ambiance and views make it a worthwhile visit, despite the prices.

This would have to be one of the very best cafes I have been to. The cafe is in a 120+ years old home with a paved front garden with a fountain, tables and chairs with umbrellas for outdoor dining but on this rainy day we went inside and Wow. I think the style is Art Nouveau but could be wrong, anyway it's beautiful inside. The lead light windows are very special and the pictured art fits in nicely. We had the home made Pumpkin Pie which is mu first try and it was a real treat. The chai latte was great and my wife's coffee as well. The staff were friendly and helpful, the prices were reasonable and I highly recommend this beautiful cafe.
Peter K — Google review
Visited Toowoomba yesterday for the first time and decided to have lunch at this cafe before exploring the park across the road. The food was delicious. The onion rings were perfection. The carbonara was excellent - I had to take it home as I was too full but it was still delicious as hell when I had it for dinner. We also took away a slice of chocolate cake that was made with almond flour, it was delicious too. The people that were on service were nice and friendly. Their great attitudes made our experience very positive. The environment was simply very pretty too. We will probably be back very soon to try other dishes!
J Y — Google review
Absolutely loved it! The place is beautiful and the food was delicious. Even though it was the Flower Festival weekend and the restaurant was packed, the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to find us a comfortable table. The portions are generous and there’s a great variety of dishes. Highly recommended!
Cristina B — Google review
Lovely food delivered in a beautiful environment at a reasonable price. That was our experience today. You do need to book though in advance especially if you wish to eat inside which for us was desirable as there are dogs allowed in the outside area. It's good to see that separation.
Revital Y — Google review
Good experience. Ordered a mango smoothie, eggs Benedict and a 'mac and cheese' hash brown. Hash brown was massive which was really cool. Food all tasted very good.
Jacob ( — Google review
We tried out Cafe Valetta at a recommendation of a friend. It is such a pretty place! It was very busy, so very popular as well. My food was great and so was my chai latte. We are excited to come back and try lunch.

Ground Up Cafe is a charming and rustic coffee shop located in a vibrant laneway, offering premium Blackboard Coffee Roasters brews. The cafe boasts a playful Melbourne vibe and serves inventive breakfast dishes such as fluffy ricotta pancakes and stacked Benny with various delectable ingredients.
A fantastic little spot in Toowoomba. Tucked away down a little alley way would be easy to walk past but do yourself a favour and don't! Great coffee, excellent food and fantastic staff mixed with the true rustic but chic seeing names this place a great cafe!
Dave C — Google review
Ground Up has been a Toowoomba staple for 10+ years, credited with raising the benchmark of Toowoomba’s coffee experience since opening. Wildly popular during the peak hours in the morning and lunchtime, due to the fact that it’s conveniently situated in the CBD, between Grand Central Shopping Centre and Ruthven Street. 100% recommend for coffee and breakfast, brunch to lunch, being mindful that it can look empty to 200% capacity in an eye-blink. Take-away orders are served outside, but you have to order inside. :) Enjoy ☕️
Mark O — Google review
You get the vibe even before you get there. On the street you can see black umbrellas down the lane with wooden tables. The walls are painted outside so you have the feeling you're in another country. Tastes are great, I ordered sweetcorn fritters. The salsa was good but portion size wasn't great. The fritters were overly browned but tasted was okay.
Deborah P — Google review
Beautiful alleyway Cafe. Blocked by sun so would be great spot during the summer. Staff are extraordinarily friendly, service was great, I only had a hot chocolate and hash browns for food but hot chocolate was exceptional. A lot of customers as well but food came out quickly. Highly recommend!
PNut ( — Google review
Starting with overall comment of “yum”. cool winter morning this place offers a warm cosy atmosphere with an excellent range of breakfast/brunch flavours to suite most palates. After much deliberation, we drilled the menu down to 4 options but went with the hangover rosti with pulled pork, and the chilli scamble (see pics for your drool inducing vibes). Small critics would involve the need for an extra poached egg on the rosti dish to allow the creamy yoke to balance out the salty tang of the pulled pork and a little more whipped feta to ease and compliment the delicious fresh chilli on the scram. Just being picky though, this place is a winner. cheers.
Beau C — Google review
"This cafe is a gem! The food and coffee are top-notch, and the laneway setting adds a touch of artistry. The atmosphere is great, and the food is absolutely delicious. The coffee is the highlight of my day - it's that good!" highly recommend

First time Toowoomba visit, googled best coffee, landed here, google did not lie. Rustic little alley shop reminiscent of Melbourne. Breadless bowl was divine. Brekky Burger bested her, 1/2 to go. As for the coffee…. come and find out yourself.

Additionally, they have Fonzie beans available for purchase on-site to replenish your home supply.
If you want happy, friendly service, great coffee & delicious food, look no further than The Finch!! Just stopped in Toowoomba & wandered into The Finch just on 7am. We were greeted with bright smiles & a friendly “Good morning”. The experience just got better from there! Barista is fantastic & KNOWS how to make a great decaf coffee complete with a gorgeous bear in there!! The food was exceptionally yummy & perfectly portioned to be just enough!! Thank you so much The Finch team!! This is the first leg of a very big road trip for us & you certainly set us up right for our next four hour leg in the car!!

The Finch Cafe is my favourite place to visit in Toowoomba. The team is so warm and welcoming and the coffee is so so good. They find me here almost every day. Charlotte and Emily are always working hard to provide the best service to their customers and they make a delicious coffee. If you’re looking for a good meal, a great coffee or something different with their specialty drinks… head down town to the Finch Cafe!

Food hwre is amazing. I Ordered the eggs, Benedict on a Croissant. The eggs where cooked to Perfection. The flavour or the bacon. The hollandaise sauce was balanced and very delicious. The Pancakes was very yummy. The mango and the side Fruit was nice with a Little bit of cinnamon. The staff are not on the ball some times but still was good :-)

The food was so good! It was the right mix of savoury taste. Absolutely perfect! 👌 Will definitely be back! The hot chocolate was perfect not bitter and not sweet! Incredibly impressed!

Managed to get a table at 8.30am in the morning on a Saturday during carnival of flowers weekend. I had called first to reserve, but they weren't taking bookings, however I was told it's a fairly quick turnover so if you do have to wait it won't be long. As it turns out, I didn't have to wait at all. Lovely fella with a beard, got me seated, organised my coffee straight away. I ordered the Eggs Benny, which was delicious. There was very little time to wait between ordering and receiving food or drink. Overall a great experience, all the staff I dealt with were great 👍

We had a lovely breakfast here over the Easter long weekend. The food was delicious, especially the roasted Goombungee mushroom dish (holy sh^t!). I wouldn't hesitate to return here or recommend this place to my friends when they visit Toowoomba 👌🏻

The Baker's Duck is a no-frills bakery with a cult following, known for its artisanal sourdough and creative pastries like persimmon, pistachio, and rose water streusel, passionfruit cheesecake Danish, and the cruffin. The bakery also offers almond croissants, brownies, and fruit Danishes. Customers can enjoy a flat white made with local Ground Up Espresso beans or order online for pick-up.
The Baker's Duck is our favourite Toowoomba bakeries without question. The boutique atmosphere paired with the delicious smell of fresh pastries is only second to the quality of the food itself. We have tried a range of sweet and savoury pastries without disappointment. We will continue coming every Saturday and highly recommend this beautiful bakery, paired with quality coffee to all. Note: BEST ham and cheese croissant we have ever had - our favourite item on the menu!
Jessica K — Google review
Oh my goodness me. Day trips to Toowoomba just got even better...to be honest a trip just for The Baker's Duck would be more than justified. I can't fault a single thing but honorable mention to the incredible assortment of eclairs and anything wrapped around their buttery croissant pastry. So delicious, so decadent and so very naughty. Thank you
Gigi C — Google review
I arrived around 11 AM today, and to my surprise, the flavor I wanted most was already sold out! I’ll probably have to go earlier next time. This time, since I bought 14 pastries all at once, I spent a bit of time at the counter placing the order, but the staff were very patient and helpful—truly appreciated. When I received my coffee and the freshly baked croissants, along with the friendly staff chatting with us, it made for such a lovely afternoon. Thank you so much, and I’ll definitely be back next time!😊
Chun L — Google review
Lovely cafe, packed the day we went, no seating available inside so we sat outside on the side of cafe which was cute and inviting even in the cool crisp morning, waited about 5-10 mins for coffee, but pastry was served instantly. Pastry was perfectly crunchy and not very sweet at all, just lacking the buttery taste, loved the apple turnover, the crunchy, the stewed apple, and then the cream was divine!! Coffee we give it 2.5-3/5
Rui M — Google review
Took a punt on The Baker’s Duck after seeing great reviews – and it lived up to the hype! Flat white on oat and a chai on oat were spot on. Grabbed an apple turnover and a custard tart (figure eight shaped!!!) – both excellent, but the apple turnover was next level. Custard base, diced apple, vanilla bean cream, and perfect flaky pastry. Absolutely worth the detour – make it a must-stop in Toowoomba.

✨ A Sweet Surprise in Toowoomba! ✨ We went to Toowoomba for the first time for a hike, and after finishing the trail we stumbled upon this popular little café. What a surprise find! 💛 🥐 The Croissant – Airy, delicate, and full of layers. The texture is so light with no greasy feel at all, just buttery perfection that melts in your mouth. This is the BEST croissant in here!!💚 🍰 Basque Cheesecake – Smooth and creamy with that caramelised top adding a rich, slightly smoky note. It’s indulgent yet not heavy. The kind of cake that keeps you going back for more.🧡
Lung C — Google review
Food and service is phenomenal. The sweets are very good, the sausage roll was abit underwhelming. It was overcrowded with a line around the corner but coffee orders still moved relatively quickly. I think they handled the crowd as best they could but being overwhelmed by lines and inability to move within the restaurant does take away from the atmosphere.

One of the best cafés I’ve ever been to! The coffee is fantastic with plenty of options — I especially loved the condensed milk latte, absolutely delicious. Table service is a lovely touch and makes the whole experience feel a bit more special. The staff are always super friendly and welcoming, and the café is dog-friendly, which is a big plus! The breakfast menu is impressive — creative, well thought-out, and full of amazing vegan options. I had the pumpkin dish and tried a few others — everything was incredibly tasty. I highly recommend the avo on toast and the chilli scramble — both were packed with flavour! If you’re looking for a café with heart, delicious food, and warm service — this is the place to go.

Love the Benedict with brioche bread. The hollandaise sauce is smooth and creamy. Brioche Bread is perfect with poached eggs. Great service and delicious food. Love the courtyard area. •Main Entrance looks like the entrance to the office building• •Back entrance from the car park•

The drinks and service are ALWAYS excellent - maybe the best cappuccino in Toowoomba? Condensed milk coffee and iced earl grey vanilla latte are also particular stand outs. The food is unfortunately ALWAYS underwhelming - sounds good, looks good, tastes mid. I’ve tried multiple menu items over the last couple of years.
Nancy M — Google review
My absolute favourite cafe in Toowoomba they are always busy which I think says it’s good just by that. Despite being busy the food is out very quickly and coffee is delicious I love this place. Just had the chilli scram and it was amazing 🤩
Cait-Lyn L — Google review
The food and coffee I had here was great. The sea salt coffee was well balanced with that touch of sweetness underneath and a light salty foam on top that made each sip really smooth and addictive. Easily one of the best specialty coffees I’ve had in a while. The Korean chicken roll was full of flavour, and layered with that sweet mango chutney, slaw and kewpie. The bun was soft but held everything together well

Surprising to see a great cafe so close to the Toowoomba bus transit centre! Cheerful staff, great quiet location , gives out good vibes! Except they have still canny locate my much missed dirty chai with the real chai with the real cardamom pods, clove…. Toowoomba gives me a good feel. Certainly a place to come back to - to co incide with the flower display at Queens Park close by!!

This cafe is a hidden gem buzzing with patrons at 7am. When you taste the coffee and delicious breakfast you'll understsnd why. I was blown away by the chilli scram (ricotta and chilli jam) on the softest and crispiest bioche toast 😋 I will return to Toowoomba for that alone. Nothing was too hard for the friendly staff, and with seating inside and out, its the perfect place for a digital nomad, a business meeting or a party of friends.

Nestled in the heart of East Toowoomba, Burrow Cafe is your go-to spot for a delightful blend of comfort food and classic cafe ambiance. This charming eatery boasts an inviting atmosphere where you can savor their standout garlic-rubbed sourdough or indulge in the delectable Mamma Cassata—a heavenly dessert featuring flaky pastry, fresh strawberries, and rich chocolate ice cream.
One of the best cafes in Toowoomba. Fantastic coffee and food. Friendly staff and a nice place to sit out back with your dogs.

Went there for brekkie after seeing a bunch of recommendations, so I had some expectations going in. The place itself is pretty small, and when we got there, it felt a bit too packed—probably because it was the weekend. When it came to the food, I honestly wasn’t too impressed. The menu didn’t have many options to choose from, which was a bit disappointing. What I ordered looked good, but the taste didn’t really match up. It wasn’t bad, but just kind of average and not memorable. The coffee, on the other hand, was actually decent—probably the best part of the whole experience. If you’re a coffee person, you might enjoy it more for that. Service-wise, it was okay. For the price we paid, I expected a bit more overall—better food, more variety, and a more comfortable space. It just didn’t feel worth the money in the end. Maybe it’s better on a quieter day,
Dinesh M — Google review
Quirky, rustic, country style Cafe. Food and coffee is really good. They cater for several dietary needs. Delivery was fast and efficient. Mainstream menu with fresh fusion options thrown in. Staff is friendly although they failed to understand my seating needs. The Cafe is nicely kept and clean. Toilet is spacious & very clean. Access🚫👩🏻‍🦽not very accessible, everything from the uneven footpath outside the cafe, inaccessible door, high bar style seating at some tables, crowded seating inside and back stairs with seating at the top that is completely inaccessible. ⚠️😎🎧Neurodiverse, I was seated opposite the counter on a busy day near the entrance. Too much traffic and noisy so I struggled to enjoy the experience. The person who seated me did not effectively listen to my needs as an Autistic woman. I used audio isolators but felt anxious the whole time.

Stumbled upon the Charming Burrow Cafe while strolling the wood-fire scented streets of Toowoomba on a chilly August morning, and it was love at first sight! The cozy atmosphere, delicious food, and exceptional coffee were all great, but what truly made my experience stand out was the outstanding service. Josh, my friendly waiter, went above and beyond with his warm welcome and attentive care. Thanks, Burrow Cafe, for a wonderful start to my day!"
Brendan H — Google review
Excellent cafe, has delicious breaky and lunch In the menu, the coffee is easily one of the best in Toowoomba and the staff are always friendly and happy. They themed the place up during Easter with hidden eggs everywhere, just shows they go that little extra. A Must top

Amazing food with full of flavours. Great atmosphere and ambience to dine in. We ordered muesli and bacon bagel with sriracha sauce. Online ordering available in every table as well. Parking is a struggle during peak times even though there are lots of street parking available.

Very warm n welcoming atmosphere. Easy to get a table probably because its Monday. Very attentive staff n super friendly. Service was quick. Big breakfast with salmon instead of bacon. Salmon well presented in a tiny cup which was a great value for money. Carefully cooked poached eggs which were very delicious. Caramel chocolate slice was thick n rich in chocolate with caramel filling inside. I wish the desserts menu was also included in the menu. Lots of options for dine in: outdoor, indoor, alfresco, etc. Parking might be a hassle as its near queens park though there is lots of street parking available just outside of cafe.

Very calm, welcoming cafe. Good atmosphere and lighting. The staff are very polite and attentive. The food was good, I got an eggs Benedict and Mocha but the yolk doneness for the 3 poached eggs i had was somewhat inconsistent. Two were hard yolk, one was jammy. Otherwise everything else was great and would recommend this cafe. Plus any cafe that gives me something other than a butter knife to cut toast is great.

My wife found the Park House Cafe and we and our friends gave them a try Ordered: the benedict, bagel sandwich’s, and the standard, organic coffee, sun tea The food and preparation may have been simple BUT our meal was absolutely delicious and so enjoyed. I had ordered fried eggs and the server asked how I wanted the egg yolks (no other server has asked me in the past); now I know to mention my choice when I order fried eggs again. Our service was friendly, helpful, and the meal was nicely plated and they also have outdoor seating. Definitely give Park House Cafe a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Ate here a year ago and the food was great. Went back the weekend and not sure what has changed. My son had the nuggets and he could not eat them, we passed them to other at the table and they all gave them 2/10. My girl had the nachos and I had to give her my burger, because again it was not good. Service and atmosphere was fantastic, but not sure we will be going back

Went for my birthday breakfast and was disappointed. Waited for ages before order was taken even though saw multiple servers walking around doing nothing. Food was underseasoned and generally quite tasteless. I had the breakfast burger which had that horrid plastic sliced cheese that I wouldn't expect for the price paid. On a MACCAS burger ok yes fine but this no! Potato cakes were chunky, dry inside, no salt. Just a big lump of crushed potatoes skins and all formed into a cake shape. Poached eggs tiny. We weren't asked how we would like them poached. For such a lovely exterior the interior looked tired and dated. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

Urban Grounds not only has incredible food, but also amazing service. The staff went above and beyond hosting our larger group, managing the chaos of our group with ease and a friendly smile to boot! Great location, fair pricing for the delicious food, great portion sizes, and friendly service. You couldn’t ask for a better brekkie spot!

Ortem is a relaxed cafe that offers a delectable range of breakfast options, mouthwatering burgers, and expertly crafted specialty coffee. They take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere where customers can enjoy their meals and beverages at streetside tables or indoors. The cafe's commitment to quality is evident in their use of Bruno Rossi coffee beans from Mocopan, which are carefully brewed to perfection.
Absolutely gorgeous little cafe, very friendly staff, really delicious food. Got both their specials and they were very yummy and beautifully presented. Good coffee too

Great little cafe to enjoy breakfast or lunch. We visited for breakfast and were greeted immediately before being shown to an empty table. After ordering, our drinks took about 10min to arrive, and the meals about 20min, which seemed very reasonable. All meals were good sized and value for money, we spent about $30 per person for a drink and meal. Service was very friendly. The atmosphere was a little loud once the cafe filled up, but it's to be expected, and didn't personally impact our conversation.

I had high expectations from ortem obviously coz i drive pass daily n see lots of people dining in. Service was really good n staff were very hospitable. Strawberry cake was out of the world. It was so rich in flavour n definitely a must try dessert. Steak was also nice. But, the main dissatisfaction was with coffee. I ordered long black triple shot. Maybe its ortem coffee which is dark roast. I always drink long black. But, I found theirs was kinda dark roast so i couldn’t enjoy it though it looks really amazing n definitely made by very skilled barista with great crema on top. Besides, the salmon dish which i was really excited about was visibly appealing n looked really nice but not cooked properly leaving the salmon uncooked n raw. It looked properly grilled from outside but was raw inside. However, the atmosphere was really nice n staff were very attentive.

First time coming to this restaurant, staff was so amazing and lovely, tried this new freak shake spring matcha soo yum and thick definitely worth it Got the bene with salmon was good but I feel like for the price the portions is a bit small and the salmon was extra salty but apart from that would definitely come again.

Urth Cafe & Co is a delightful family-run establishment located just outside the bustling Toowoomba CBD, perfect for those seeking a cozy spot to enjoy delicious meals. Known for its all-day breakfast offerings, including their famous Baked Eggs and the unique Bad Benny croissant, this cafe caters to various dietary preferences with clean eating and gluten-friendly options. The inviting atmosphere welcomes both pets and families, featuring outdoor seating that can be sheltered from rain.
I tried the Bad Bunny Benedict at Urth Café and it’s definitely one of the top eggs Benedicts I’ve ever had. The buttery croissant, creamy avocado, perfectly cooked eggs, and silky hollandaise all paired beautifully with the sweet kick of chilli jam. Everything just worked so well together — a clever and delicious twist on a classic. It even won the award for Best Eggs Benedict in Toowoomba in 2019, and it absolutely deserves it. I’d happily come back again just for this dish!
Linh N — Google review
Urth cafe is one of the best cafes I’ve been to but the location of it, is the flaw. Urth cafe has many different options which is really good but is the portions enough? Firstly the area is pretty nice. It’s nicely decorated and lit. It’s pet and kid friendly. But to find a parking is very hard. Unless you walk from somewhere else the location does not have a great parking if it’s your first time. Belive me I struggled. However the store was still really nice and quite spacious. The food was really good, some of it needed slightly more flavour. However it was still good. The time for the food was longer than expected even when it’s not busy. So if ur planning to go here make sure you have a long list of things to chat with friends or fam or be prepared for the weight. The portion sizes was not as expected. With the burrito bowl it looks quite big but actually it had less then thought. Although it may look big it wasn’t. Especially for the price of $19 it’s more like a $16 dish cuz it’s smaller. And the wrap was although long it was not very full. Disclaimer if u go makes sure to get something actually worth the price. In addition , the workers were nice. Really friendly I enjoyed my experience with them. Overall, cafe was good needs some improvement but Overal really good. 8/10 would recommend
Tina C — Google review
The highlight was my coffee. Loved their coffee roast as it made my long black very much how i like it. Took away matcha latte which was also very very good. Highly recommend. The big breakfast however was not that great. Poached eggs with high vinegar smell ruined it though it was perfectly made. Breads were actually very nice n loved their spread. It is one of very few best breads that i have tasted in many cafes so far. Bacon was a big disappointment. Grill probably was not cleaned before bacon was cooked or might be something else as I could see the burns in bacon clearly. Serving staff n kitchen must check it before serving. Beans could be improved as well. It was not that great. However, the place has lovely little atmosphere. Inside dine in, alfresco n outside dining with some greenery. Finding parking might be tricky if u r not local or don’t travel to that side of town much often. Parking in hopper centre n walking to the cafe from back could be best option.

Urth is more than just a place to dine; it’s a haven of delightful experiences that tantalize the senses and soothe the soul. The atmosphere is imbued with warmth and kindness, creating an inviting space that feels like home to everyone who steps through its doors. The hospitality is consistently exceptional, with every visit leaving a lasting impression of care and attentiveness. The culinary journey at Urth is a joyous adventure, filled with vibrant flavours and fresh ingredients. Having had the pleasure to dine here multiple times, the menu proves to be an exploration worth savouring. Each dish arrives piping hot, overflowing with flavour, while the salads are crisp, fresh, and brimming with vitality. Beyond the delectable meals, there’s an undeniable charm to Urth that is encapsulated in the aroma of its coffee. Stepping inside, the rich scent of freshly brewed coffee envelops you, acting as a soul-soother and setting the tone for the experience ahead.

Visited for breakfast with our host family before heading back to Brisbane. This place caters well to families with games and other activities for kids to occupy their time while waiting for food, speaking of which ours was about 30 minutes. My family's order: * Savoury mince, $14 - homemade mince, thick toast * Mushroom lovers, $17 - sauteed mushrooms, butter, thyme, garlic, spinach, poached egg, feta, Turkish toast * Kids sausage and eggs (scrambled), $8 * Skinny latte mug, $5.50 * Vanilla milkshake, $8 My savoury mince had the option of adding a poached egg for $3 and I was going to order this but the staff clarified "so you want two eggs?" Turns out the meal already comes with a poached egg, which wasn't mentioned in the menu description. Bonus ☺ OTOH prices for some items were higher than the menu shown on their website, though it's hard to tell when the latter was last updated. In any case all still quite reasonable and all up it was a nice relaxing meal over some enjoyable food, and that's always a win in my books.

Nestled in the charming East Toowoomba along the picturesque Margaret Street, Sage & Butler Neighbourhood Cafe is a delightful spot that beckons both locals and visitors alike. This quaint cafe specializes in serving up single-origin coffee paired with an array of mouthwatering baked goods crafted right on-site using traditional methods.

Small cafe sitting beside a busy street, where the service was fast and the food was good. They have a number of seats outside with only a few inside, when we were there it felt nice and quiet because the tables near us were empty. The drinks and food came out quickly after we ordered and everything was good. Pricing for all the meals was reasonable and the portion sizes were to be expected.

Got some takeaway coffees and food, bacon and egg roll was magnificent - absolutely delicious. Coffees were good but quite strong, got a vanilla iced latte and mocha, but neither of those flavours were really popping through. More just the strong coffee. Staff were really lovely

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Picnic Point Restaurant in Toowoomba with a large group of 20 people. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of exceptional and the view was amazing. Pre-ordering our meals before arrival made the service smooth and efficient, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time together. My best friend and I had lunch here today. The place is quite spectacular, very modern, clean, stylish and spacious inside. Its has a very pleasing and friendly atmosphere. It's beautifully lit and has views that you simply couldn't afford if you had to pay for them. That staff were superb, with unmatchable enthusiasm and friendliness. The food was lovely, delicious, well made and beautifully presented. Downsides - none really, other than a lack of internet enabled food ordering from the table. We got stuck behind someone who simply had no idea what they were doing, and it took her 15 minutes to place her order. That's ridiculous, but not the restaurant's fault. Thanks, Mason, you're awesome! Very, very, highly recommended! 12/10!

(Pictured is Barramundi & Prawns) Went here for my 21st birthday on a Sunday. It was very nice and quiet, and service was very fast and polite. Drinks menu is MASSIVE which is really good for anyone who doesn't know what to drink. Very very good Espresso Martini's (topped with powdered chocolate which was surprisingly tasty). My partner had the Pork Belly for entree which was mainly just fat and skin but he loved the dried carrot that comes on the side salad. I got the Crumbed Camembert for my entree which I thoroughly enjoyed, I was expecting a whole wheel of cheese but only got half which was plenty. The bread and side salad paired nicely with the warm gooey Camembert and the crumb on it wasn't too thick or thin. For mains my partner had the Carbonara which he also loved, it was very flavourful and creamy but had really big pepper bits throughout which threw him off. I had the Barramundi & Prawns as my main. The fish was sadly overcooked and very dry for a dish that's meant to be juicy and fresh, the prawns were amazing though and were very nice was the garlic butter that they are cooked in. The mash for my main was really lumpy but tasted great, the veg is also steamed instead of boiled which I didn't mind but they could have been steamed for atleast 3 minutes more. Overall we had a very good night and I highly recommend The Seasons for a date night or private celebration. The total cost for 2 drinks, 2 entrees, and 2 mains was $130 for 2 people. Menu is fairly expensive but the food is filling.

Food was average. Nothing special. Apart from the seafood platter we also ordered chicken pasta and a bruschetta. The drink was tasteless. I didn’t took much photo because I wasn’t feeling it after trying the drinks. The pasta was good according to my son it was a big serving. The bruschetta would have been better if the balsamic vinegar was drizzled all over the bread and not on the plate! The seafood platter is not bad. The scallops and the Moreton bay bug was my favourite.

I’ve been to The Seasons a few times prior to COVID and always rated it quite highly, but unfortunately, it seems to have dropped a notch, in my opinion. The service was great—attentive, friendly, and professional. The staff really carried the experience and made the visit reasonably pleasant overall. However, the ambience left a lot to be desired. While the restaurant presents itself as an intimate and quiet place, that wasn’t the case during our visit. Unfortunately, we can’t control other patrons, but the atmosphere was disrupted by a few obnoxiously loud diners, which really took away from the intended vibe. As for the food—it was okay. Not bad, but not particularly memorable either, especially considering the price point. For what you're paying, you'd expect something a bit more refined or stand out. All in all, it's a decent evening thanks to the team working there, but The Seasons isn't quite what it used to be.

I took my partner there last night and had the seafood Tower for two. It was bloody delicious perfect for the two of us we couldn’t even fit desert in that’s good filling it was and I’d like to say the service of the people that work there were absolutely wonderful and so nice I would recommend this restaurant to anyone to go there and every time I’m in Toowoomba I will be going back there and I’d like to say the people that write bad reviews on this place you guys are snobby nose people and don’t know what good food was unless it smacked you in the face. handsdown I would rate this restaurant probably One of the greatest restaurants Toowoomba thank you, season for having us last night

We ordered several coffees and bacon and egg rolls and whilst it took a while to get our complete order, it was worth the wait. Good coffee and the tastiest bacon and egg rolls we’ve ever had. You can order ahead if you have an order like ours but then you would miss checking out the amazing range of cheese, baked goods and deli products. We adventured here for a delightful breakfast. Fuelled on the promise of the other great reviews. Upon entry we were made to feel welcome whilst our senses were bombarded with the smell of fine food and coffee. We ordered just that, with a flat white and a plate of bacon and eggs. The coffee arrived to our chosen seating place rather promptly and it was such a warm surprise to find it was actually decently made. If you enjoy a coffee that actually has a thick warm crema, freshly ground beans and served at the right temperature then this is the place for you. The fluffy crema of the coffee would have to be the best I have found so far in Toowoomba. The main course soon arrived and was well presented. The eggs were fried to perfection and the yoke was still runny. Exactly how I like them. The bacon was a little on the salty side but did not take away from the care shown to cook them in a way that left them crispy yet soft at the same time. The bread was fresh and garnished with some lovely dill. It tasted so good I had eaten half of it when I realised I had forgotten to take a photo. Overall I would recommend this cafe for anyone that would like a moderately busy place with exceptional coffee and food. This place also serves a variety of hand made cheeses and an assortment of jars with pickles, jams and sauces.

Nestled just a short stroll from The Strand Cinema, Copper Bench is a delightful eatery that has captured the hearts of many with its scrumptious food and warm service. On my recent visit for lunch, I found the atmosphere pleasantly calm, allowing me to savor every moment. The staff was incredibly accommodating; they even let me order from the breakfast menu despite being slightly late. My wife opted for sweet potato fries and cinnamon toast while I indulged in their hearty Potato Waffles.
Exceptional food and drinks here, the eggs benny tasted like it had a slight curry twist which I didn’t mind, the potato waffles were amazing. Staff were all super friendly and genuine. Well worth a visit for brunch and the lunch menu I will have have to come back for (can you say bao buns?)

My partner and I visited a few weeks ago for our anniversary and we could not have been happier! The food was incredible, fresh, and great value for money. We got an iced ube latte and we had to come back the next day to get another - we haven't stopped thinking about it since! Unfortunately, we live 2 hours away otherwise this would be the daily go to spot! We did also get an iced chai which was not strong enough for our liking but that is not an overall reflection of this hidden gem. The staff were so friendly and we'll definitely be back when we're in the area!

We randomly selected Copper Bench today as our lunch venue. Things were fairly quiet, with only a couple of diners present. The waitress asked us to find a table and, soon after, presented our menus. The gentleman running the day's operation also made introductions, and kindly allowed me to order from the breakfast menu, even though I was 30 minutes too late. My wife wasn't overly hungry so selected a serve of sweet potato fries and some cinnamon toast, while I opted for the more substantial Potato Waffles. We added an L/L/B and Chai Latte to wash the meals down, while table water was also provided. My Chai Latte was okay, very much the generic milky concoction which is the norm. A great one is hard to find, so I'm never too disappointed when a standard one is served. As for the meals, the Potato Waffles were pretty good, complemented with plenty of salmon, a reasonably well poached egg, avocado wedges, and some greens. The waffles themselves weren't overly flavoursome but, as an overall package, offered an adequate meal. If anything, a small portion of the salmon was quite dry and fibrous, so I avoided eating it. The rest was moist and delicate though, so possibly open packaging exposing some product to the air? The sweet potato fries were excellent, nicely seasoned and very tasty. The ample servings of aioli, as specifically requested, further enhanced the flavour and enjoyment. Last but not least, the cinnamon toast (can't remember the exact name but it's similar to French Toast) was also really good. The toast was fluffy and light, perfectly spiced with the cinnamon, and nicely finished off with a tub of maple syrup. As a footnote, I will add that everything was professionally presented. The waffle stack looked great, as did the sweet potato fries in their stylish, angled black bowls. In summary, Copper Bench is a warm and comfortable venue, service is pleasant and prompt, and food & drinks are decent.

phoned Sunday 5th Oct to book for brunch, only got their answering machine so I left my name & No. - no return call. Their website said open Monday King's Birthday so drove down Monday morning, sign on door "Closed for a birthday". Their website still says, "Open Closes 2pm King's Official Birthday might affect these hours" This is an extraordinary way to run a business.

Actually terrible...both mine (potato waffles with bacon) and my friends (breakky burger) breakfast was cold when served and was poor quality lacking any flavour. Not sure if they were understaffed today but no one served our table the entire time, we had to order at the counter, cutlery was not provided when we ordered our meals and no table water was provided either until asked....not sure how this place is rated so highly.

Enjoyed my time at the Copper Bench. It has a lovely ambience - not bright and harsh, but calming and relaxing. I appreciated the leather seats and clean table. The caramel slice I had was very nice. The coffee is good; robust and satisfying.

We enjoyed dinner at ParisiAnn last night. It was only their 2nd time opening for dinner service but they are doing a great job creating a small bistro feel. We tried everything on the menu and it was all good. Mark and Annie were delightful hosts and have put together a lovely experience. The menu will be changing each week, so I am sure we will be back to see what is new!

Massive thank you to Annie at ParisiAnn Patisserie for the most amazing cake for Ella's 21st. Not only did it look amazing but the flavours where absolutely delicious 😋 Annie you are an absolute pleasure to deal with when ordering, you always have the biggest smile on your face and your advice, assistance and knowlegde is so helpful, more than you'll ever know. We decided on ParisiAnn seafood feast at Easter and it was amazing. Not only was the seafood fresh & delicious, the location on a train wagon at Downs Steamtrain was fantastic! Definitely highly recommend one of their speciality dinners ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely breakfast this morning. The corn fritters must have been a hit this morning, they were sold out by the time we had breakfast. To our surprise, Chef Mark made a fresh batch just for us! Highly recommend.

I needed to find someone who would bake a cake (other than myself) for my parents 66th Wedding anniversary. I wanted to present them with it while we were out for dinner. It was a spare of the moment decision to go out for dinner and have cake as I usually pay for them to go out to lunch somewhere. Time was running out and I only had 3 days to get this sorted. With much consideration and internet searching ParisiAnn Patisserie came to my rescue. Ann was so helpful and accommodating due to the time constraints I ordered one of her standard cake designs, which you can see is elegant and gorgeous. The parents were so surprised the look on their faces where priceless when the restaurant brought the cake out for dessert.

Nestled in the heart of Toowoomba, 4 Brothers Brewing is a delightful gem that has quickly made a name for itself as the city's first craft brewery. Founded by passionate home-brewer Adrian Cubit and his partner Katelyn Garner, this vibrant establishment opened its doors in April and has since become a local favorite. The brewery boasts an impressive lineup of beers, including the refreshing Lazy Brother pale ale and the intriguingly smoky Arrogant Brother.
This is an awesome venue and the staff are wonderful. They didn’t have what I drink but the lovely ladies at the bar helped me to find something suitable. The food was delicious and boom box bingo was on which was a lot of fun. I had a great night here.

Great food and friendly staff. There was a glitch in the app for ordering with us but it was corrected straight away and all of the staff apologised even the chef offering a free dessert or drink. Very nice place, will go back. A great range of beers to try. Love there ginger beer.

Friendly service, a pleasant venue and a good selection of beers. They've definitely done a great job here as a small brewing company and can't wait to see them grow. Unfortunately got there too late for food, but other customer meals did look pretty good. Will definitely pop back when in the area.

Update for the new location: Lovely to see this microbrewery has moved to the CBD. Great location, lots of seats and a dozen different beers in two from their own brewery, Mouse Proof and others. The leader fries was great and the beer was nice and cold on a hot sunny day. Old location: Good little brewery with 5 or 6 homebrew on tap and an option of a prepacked cheese platter if your want something extra. Prepack was very convenient. The barwomen just needed to go grab them from the fridge. The small downside was that the crackers were gone a bit soft after being refrigerated with the rest of the nibbles :) Enjoyed the beer and if you're not so much into hoppy beer I would recommend the Toowoomba Larger. Good to sit down and spend a couple of hours away from busy part of town.

Very taste beers, it is in town easy to get to, very comfortable to have a quick taste on your way through Toowoomba. Or perfect for a Sunday session. Sweet potato fries were delicious (I ate more than half when i realized i wanted to take a photo🤣). Ooo also they have cocktails and wine so there is something for everyone. 😁

very tasteless food. My husband and I came to Toowoombwa for a weekend walk and went to that place to eat, as we were hungry. I ordered a pumpkin salad and my husband ordered a burger. the salad was terribly greasy, the lettuce was stale, the pumpkin was burnt with black edges and spicy. The burger had too much hot sauce. To be honest, I doubt that the chef has a culinary education. We certainly do not recommend eating at this establishment and will not be returning.

Their lunch menu offers a delectable combination of curry, rice, and garlic naan at $14.99 for dine-in and $12.99 for takeaway.
I visited this restaurant over the weekend and was welcomed with warm hospitality by the lovely and attentive staff. The food was absolutely delicious—the Karahi Chicken and Mango Lassi are a must-try! They were kind enough to offer a complimentary serving of their flavorful biryani, which was a delightful surprise. The ambiance was wonderful, with Indian music playing softly in the background, creating an authentic and cozy atmosphere. Weekends can get quite busy, so I’d recommend making a reservation before visiting. Overall, a fantastic dining experience—I’ll definitely be coming back!

The best of everything. I usually stick with a goat curry, the flavours is great, ask them to make it a little more spicy than medium and you will not be disappointed. They will let you taste it before to see if it’s to your liking. Pair this with a nice Shiraz and you have a perfect meal. I have been here a few times and the meals are 5 star. 💫

A great family run business that were rated high and deserve it. Food was made quickly and delivered fresh and timely. Flavours were authentic and left us full but wanting to eat more if only for the Taste. Thank you.

This is a quality Indian Restaurant with lovely authentic food. The Madras Prawns were lovely with saffron rice and garlic and cheese Naan. Madras curries are milder than the others. We also had the Bombay Beef which is a little more spicy but the beef was so tender and melted in your mouth. We also got to taste the butter chicken which is also a crowd favourite and it was quite spicy for a butter chicken but I enjoyed it. The moscato wine goes well as with a little sweetness it cuts the impact of the spicier meals and is a good choice with these meals we had. I advise booking like we did and we arrived at opening with a 6pm booking which we were very pleased with as it gets quite crowded later which is testament to the quality restaurant that it is.

Great staff, really cheerful, genuinely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of good tap beers to choose from and the food menu offered a good range. The steak was hard to pass up. Very nice quality, cooked well, large enough that you don’t really need much else to satisfy.

Great beer, service and atmosphere. The vibe is upscale casual, which I like. They have my favorite little creatures rogers amber ale on tap, which I appreciate. Good and friendly service. Loses a star because they impose around a 1% surcharge on card transactions. Almost everyone today pays with card, so they should just set a proper menu price and do away with all the silly hidden surcharges, similar to what every business already does with GST.

Visited during the week for lunch, service and atmosphere was excellent, a few different areas with a different vibe that you can choose from, which was great. Friendly and helpful staff. Two of us ordered medium rare steaks but both of them arrived very close to well done, still juicy and tasty but not a hint of pink… definitely not medium rare, apart from that, highly recommended.

We didn't have a booking, so took a cute booth table in the bar. The bar menu was limited, but adequate. Plenty of GF options. We ordered a GF schnitzel with GF fries. The youngers in the party drank mocktails which were a hit. The salads were delicious and the portions very generous, however the prices were on the higher side for pub-fare.

Was looking forward to a fantastic rare night out at Fitzy’s . Arrived 7.45 & we ordered 350g rib eye & eye fillet. Staff were ok to say the least but both the steaks were very chewy & advise the waitress & was offered one wine , wee accepted . Then stayed on as friends arrived & we all enjoyed to the wee hours , upon leaving I noticed the taxi queue & asked to return to the toilet but was refused entry.. very abrupt bouncers after spending $360 I found this disgraceful & very poor service, after all I’m no teenager or young at 65 & nature comes more frequently. The place its self is beautiful clean & has a few choices to have fun . Ps the steak was cooked as requested but suggested a change of butcher, suggested Cole’s seriously disappointed regards Frank

Gip's Restaurant is an elegant 1860s mansion set amidst lush gardens, offering a charming all-day café that serves delectable sandwiches and salads. The restaurant also features a delightful courtyard where guests can relax and enjoy their meals. Despite facing unexpected flooding during a wedding in late February, the dedicated coordinator, Cath, miraculously managed to transform the event into an intimate and beautiful indoor affair.
Gips is a great place for a nice dinner. The service was great tonight, all the young men who served us at different times were knowledgeable and friendly, offering suggestions and not being pushy about anything. The atmosphere is quiet and elegant, makes for a very relaxing and intimate setting. The food is very delicious but is on the pricey side, there isn't a huge range but there should be something to suit everyone. The drinks menu is extensive, they offer a large range of wines and a decent selection of other drinks too. Looking forward to my next visit!

Our reception space in the James Taylor room was set up beautifully in unison with Emunah Events (stylist). The food, drinks and service were impeccable, particularly given the dietary requirements we had. Thank you very much to Danielle and her team for making our day so very special 🤍

Went to Gips for my anniversary was a little disappointed. We overall had a great time but were over serviced where we had only sat down for 2 minutes before asking to order, then when we did order each meal had 2 servers ask, definitely needs to be more communication with the team. The food was great maybe a tad overpriced for some meals. The atmosphere felt more like low end restaurant which wasn’t what we were after. I would still recommend them tho because the food was good.

Kajoku is a casual spot offering classic Japanese and Korean dishes, complete with tabletop grills and a bar. The restaurant is known for its unique desserts, such as the ChocoFry featuring deep-fried Korean snack ChocoPie served with vanilla ice cream. It's also a great place to enjoy Korean fried chicken and an impressive menu of Korean barbecue prepared for you to cook at your table.
Accompanied my friend to eat this cafe. The atmosphere very chill and spacious for 6 of us. The place quite near the plaza and Reject shop. The food was good and fulfilling. Eat Japanese curry, Korean rice cake ( Topokki) and also soy garlic glass noodle. They have single dish menu and also sharing menu. Dont worry if you decided to come alone. If you are a fan or wanted to try Japanese and korean food, feel free to try it here. Plus, they also have their own 노레방(Karaoke place) to enjoy. The service can be improve in future. As the order takes time a little bit. But again kudos to the staff on giving 100% effort to provide the best service. 감사함니다

What an experience, fantastic food and fantastic service. The food here was exceptional, from the beef strips to the tiniest grain of rice the flavor was there. I definitely recommend getting a bbq combo to try out your cooking skills on the hot plate, it sounds like a chore that you have to cook your own food and I understand that some people would definitely be turned off by that aspect but I think it's a perfect addition. It gives you something to do and a chance to wait and just talk to your table. Definitely get an entree though so you have something to chow on while you wait, but waiting will definitely not be too long. As soon as we pressed our button to order a waiter was at our table. The venue is quite small but they do what they can and it's not over crowded or anything like that so you get plenty of room to move around but the tables could be a little bigger. Overall I would recommend the spicy fried chicken, fried rice and the beef bbq combo. You get plenty of sides with it to mix and match and make your own little meals. Amazing food and a great experience, will definitely be returning and sharing this place with other friends.

What was once one of the top restaurants in town, is now outdated, and poor quality. The restaurant smells like an old barn house. Ordered chicken fried rice, very oily, rice was getting stuck in my tooth - when you allow it to dry and it’s not fresh. Flavour in chicken was strange. I like Korean food - it could be simple receipe, freshly made, and they taste good. But Kajoku is no longer the place in Toowoomba to dine at.
Romi S — Google review
We came here during the festival of the flowers. The restaurant is located upstairs. I have a feeling that the restaurant specialises in Korean BBQ as it seems like most people were having that. We instead chose a whole serve of fried chicken, sweet soy beef rice, sweet soy beef rice cakes, hot stone mix, spicy pork noodles, poached pork belly, and Tteok-Galbi. I think the most outstanding was the poached pork belly. It literally melts in your mouth. All other dishes were good but not extraordinary. Staff were friendly. The place was clean and tidy. It was a bit pricey for the serving size but considering we were in Toowoomba, I think this would be one of the better Korean restaurants.
Jonathan L — Google review
We chose to sit in the second dinning room on the floor but not an issue and gave us a little more privacy then the main area (no BBQ in this room). Staff spent time running us through the menu to help pick things to match out tastes. Food and sake could not be faulted, Spicy Korean Fried Chicken was amazing. Keen to come back and work my way through more of the menu.
Deker18 — Google review
Let me start by saying the menu/s here are extensive. Truly huge! Arguably, too long. Certainly for the indecisive type such as myself. Service is swift. No faffing about there but still super friendly. Service is requested via a buzzer. I'm a big fan of this concept, it's totally logical. If I need you, I'll let you know - why waste servers time walking around checking constantly? "Buzz for attention", I need this in my day to day life. So so so so many gins and whiskeys. Just so many! And part of me wonders why. Has anyone tried them all? And if you have, you may need an intervention... Honestly, a list this long gives me anxiety. What if my favourite whiskey in the world is on that list and I pick the wrong one? Like my future wife, would I even recognise her if I walked past her in the street? How many times might that have happened? How am I to know? For food I had the gyoza and a kara-agedon donburi. They used to do a tonkatsudon which I loved, but this was a close second. All the food was really delicious. Loved it and left feeling properly satisfied. After much deliberation and high anxiety I settled on a beer to drink, of which there a few, but nowhere near as many as the spirits, making the selection easier. For the most part, beer tastes like beer to me. Perhaps a sign I don't drink a lot of it. Ordering beer makes me feel blokey and tough, like a real man. I could use a few more hairs on my chest too. The yebisu beer had "premium" in the name which sold me. The word premium made me assume it was like the Heinz of baked beans but for beer. Can confirm it did indeed taste like beer and I liked it. A projector hangs from the ceiling in the main dining space, which I assume is for karaoke or post-work movie nights. Karaoke is, I assume based off everything else here, very good - but I had a bad experience one time with karaoke so I've not tried it myself.
Matt S — Google review
There were 4 of us, midweek with no booking. We were given a table with no wait although the restaurant was fairly full. We ordered a share platter with other sides and drinks. Most of the food was fabulous, it was personal taste that some was a little bland. Staff were friendly and although busy took the time to explain the concept of BBQing at oue table. Overall a good experience and I'd definitely go back again.

Great experience especially if you love meat! The only problem we had was the roof leaks as it's an old building but the table possibly should have been moved slightly so our jackets didn't get wet. Although vegetarian and understand this is a meat restaurant maybe a more inventive meal other than roast vegetables and haloumi might be nice or barramundi. But just a thought. Overall staff were friendly.

Went to their Cafe through the day THE GOOD staff very friendly and professional. The food all looked very fresh and was tasty and I was happy what I paid food wise THE BAD My milkshake was milk that had been vaguely threatened with chocolate syrup. Terrible. And at $6.50 shocking price. The tables are a high bar style so that may not suit the very young or very old. OVERALL stick with softdrinks or juices. But enjoy a friendly fresh meal while you wait for a bus.

Outstanding service and an enormous selection of skewered meats carved fresh from the BBQ, right at your table. Go for the Churrasco option ($45) for two hours of all you can eat meaty goodness. Plus tasty chips and an excellent garden salad, but sauces are extra. Wide range of choices at the bar as well. Amazing location for a celebration or for bringing guests from out of town.

Great food and nice ambience. Exceptional service, especially our waiter Jack, that took great care of us. Thank you for regularly checking in and going above and beyond to make our dinning experience enjoyable. What a great way to start the weekend! Will be coming back for more. Thumbs up!

If you find yourself in Toowoomba and craving a burger that’s both delicious and unique, look no further than Phat Burgers. This vibrant eatery, nestled within a shopping center, offers an array of gourmet burgers with quirky names that are sure to tantalize your taste buds. Known for their commitment to quality, Phat Burgers uses premium ingredients to craft both meaty and vegetarian options available in large or mini sizes.
A little local gem in Toowoomba located in Ruthven Street, excellent friendly service and a great selection of tasty burgers to choose from. Ingredients are locally sourced. Fully licensed with a great selection of wine, beer and spirits. We really enjoy the music, the relaxed vibe and playing chess. They have a great variety of live music acts on a regular basis.

The owner is one of the most chill people you will ever meet in your life, really friendly and happy We have been there several times and for the better part the food has always been amazing. We would definitely recommend the sweet potato fries they are to die for! The only issue we have had is the last time we went the chips were really dirty as if the fryer hadn't been cleaned out properly and they were overcooked same as the bun of the burger was toasted way too long and was hard to bite into. In saying that will we be back? Yes we will be. Prior to this the place has been almost perfect.

A local gem 💎 I somehow never stopped by to grab a feed in this little restaurant, however, I was there the other day with the invitation of a colleague and I was blown away by the buzz and loveliness of this joint. Their great burgers 🍔 are only an excuse to be there. They allow local artists to play live music 🎸 in their little restaurant, there are records 🎙️ to sell and a chess board setup to have a game. The owner and the crew are super friendly and accommodating and verify of 3 nice beers 🍺 on tap. I had a great time over here and when the vaccination status is lifted I'll definitely stop by again.

Good old school classic burger joint🍔 all your greasy goodness served with friendly service from who I’d suspect was the owner. If I lived in Toowoomba I’d come here often. There is a pop up record store and band T-shirts for sale. Grab a brew and flick through some vinyls while you wait. Another note is there is hand sanitiser on every table and service area. If you are a germaphobe this could be the fast food store for you? I’ll definitely return to try another item next time I’m in town.

A fantastic culinary experience. Will have to make Phat Burgers my go to venue when passing through from Brisbane. The burgers are delicious and moist. The garlic in the mince makes them that just that little bit different. Wonderful ambience, and what's more. . . fully licensed with a great selection of tap beers and wine! 🍷🍻🍔👍

This has been a must do every time I go to Toowoomba I’ve eaten here more times then I can count and they never disappoint. Everything is fresh and scouring locally. Always friendly staff and they never miss a beat on the banter. It’s a true blue Queensland staple a must try if your in the area And yes the Burghoffer is huge.

Milk and Honey Espresso Bar is a sunny and inviting all-day cafe, furnished with clean and crisp decor that creates an airy ambiance. The café offers outdoor seating to enjoy the winter sun in the northwest corner. Their breakfast menu features a standout: free-range bacon, praised for its exceptional taste. The winter soup is also highly recommended for its delicious flavor. Additionally, Milk and Honey boasts a delectable assortment of homemade biscuits, scones, slices, and cakes that are generously sized.
Sunny, friendly all-day cafe with a welcoming atmosphere & crisp, clean decor. High ceilings create a comfy light open space. Outdoor seating extends for seating in the NW winter sun. Best-tasting bacon (free range) served in all-day breakfast or as a side. Winter soup delicious. Good selection of generously-sized homemade biscuits, scones, slices & cakes, fine coffee, fresh juices.

Nicely decorated, good ambience and very friendly and attentive staff. Our breakfast was exceptional. I also treated myself to a Portuguese tarte - probably the best one I've had since I visited Lisbon a few years ago and fell in love with pasteis de nata.

Same old same old Cafe + breakfast. Nothing out of ordinary to blow your mind, however a very cosy spot and we'll suited for big groups. We headed here with a group after a workout and the service was very organised and speedy. Coffee was alright and the sweets were hit and miss in my opinion. I will definitely try more items in the future and edit this review as I go.

Funky little coffee shop cafe. Awesome fit out with indoor and outdoor seating. We enjoyed a bacon, cheese and beans jaffles. It was extreamly tasty and served at the perfect temperature so it doesnt burn your mouth. We also had a almond latte and a piccolo latte. Both very good. Will be back. Would recommend.

Went back for breakfast for the first time in a while. The place was not too busy (it was only 7.30am) and we were lucky to get a seat without having to wait. I had the Eggs Your Way and my partner had the M&H Platter. I know looking at the photos the bacon looks over cooked but i love it on the crispy side and it was cooked to perfection for me and really tastey. The eggs were soft and perfectly with the yolk soft. The coffee is always good.Great service, good food, good coffee with good company what more could you ask for on a Saturday morning. Do yourself a a favour and go for breakfast you won't regret it.

Eggs were well cooked, coffee was tasty and presentation was aesthetic, but the food was quite bland. Fantastic location and decor though.
Justin K — Google review
Milk and honey appears to be a great new hipster hang out in the growing cultural Mecca of Toowoomba. The menu is a upmarket, there is no typical bacon and egg roll or big breakfast. However it works, the flavours have been considered and work well together. The coffee is like lava, once it had cooled down it was drinkable. It may have been an inexperienced barista but it's not the best coffee in Toowoomba. The atmosphere is good for family's and kids to run wild however it can get noisy inside with the high ceiling and open space. There is no wifi at present so for students looking to study over a coffee you will need an external connection. Overall I would not rush to come back here, but I would certainly stop in if I was passing by. The cafe is open from 0600-1500 every day. It has a large following with local cyclists so maybe wait till after 9am if Lycra offends you.o

Food was amazing, Service and staff were great except for them forgetting my bacon but I got it in the end
Donut K — Google review
Upon arriving at the café, we noticed that most of the tables and chairs were stacked to the side, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. After being seated, we were not offered the customary water service, which set the tone for the rest of our experience. I ordered the "London" meal, which included a steak requested medium-rare. However, the steak was significantly overcooked, tough, and ultimately inedible. I politely informed our server, asking them to relay the issue to the chef. Unfortunately, rather than addressing the concern professionally, the chef responded by confronting a new staff member in a dismissive and aggressive manner, insisting the steak had been cooked correctly and refusing to acknowledge the issue. The situation escalated as the chef continued to reprimand the staff member loudly enough for us to hear from the dining area. We sat there for approximately 10–15 minutes while this continued, yet the chef refused to come out and assess the dish herself. At that point, I informed the staff member that we preferred to leave, as the environment had become increasingly uncomfortable. I also took a moment to apologize to the young employee, as it was clear he should not have been subjected to such treatment over the chef’s mistake. Jason, the manager (to my understanding), stepped in and handled the situation as best as he could. After consulting with his superior, we were offered a 50% discount on the meal. We accepted, paid, and left. I am sharing this review to inform others about our experience. A chef openly reprimanding a staff member within earshot of customers is highly unprofessional, and the lack of accountability for improperly prepared food is concerning. I hope management takes steps to ensure a more professional and respectful dining environment moving forward.

absolutely huge menu which can be overwhelming. Food reasonable and portion sizing food. Fresh and good flavors. Update: service well over service. Six people asking for drinks. Five times asked for food. Just so many in your face. Give the menu and not even a minute asking for order. If they had allocated serving areas they would know who they asked. Sad part is food was great. Oh the noise. So much noise in there. I even noticed so few talking around our area cause they just couldn’t hear each other. Not able to converse. Not sure if we’d visit again. Only went there cause burger urge was packed.
Wattaman — Google review
The venue has a fantastic atmosphere and a great location. It’s a very busy place, which speaks to its popularity. However, my experience was a bit mixed. Unfortunately, my food arrived cold, which was disappointing. On a more positive note, the coffee was fabulous — full of flavour and really well made. When ordering, I was asked more than twice if I was ready, even though I was clearly still reading the menu. There are a lot of choices, and I would’ve appreciated a bit more time before being approached repeatedly.
Damian S — Google review
Brilliant food! A HUGE menu offering a wide range of yummies. Lovely presentation! Very generous sizes and fair on price. Service was great and staff are very welcoming. Dine in or alfresco seating available. Would recommend for a nice breakfast or lunch.
AFRI3ND — Google review
The food was brilliant, with plenty of options. The menu is massive, and it's a credit to the staff for knowing and learning the ins and outs (Gordon Ramsay would have kittens over the size of the menu) There's plenty of top quality condiments on the table. The coffee was on point. Will return if I'm in the area again. The only downside is they were quite busy, so the tables were dirty and not being cleaned quickly enough for the next customer.

This charming spot on the main street is perfect for anyone looking to indulge their sweet tooth, featuring unique creations like Coconut Cherry Bloom Gelato adorned with edible flowers. The menu also includes dairy-free sorbets, making it an excellent choice for vegans or those with lactose intolerance.
This is my first time visiting Toowoomba and found this Ice Cream place. The place looks clean and they have a good customer service. There’s a lot of Gelato selection and my fave is the Salted Caramel. The owner were friendly and i highly recommend this place
Sidney S — Google review
This is a terrific little ice creamery with many flavours to choose from. They had my favourite rum and raisen so i left very happy as it was delicious. I had a wrong opinion as I thought it was all gelato but it has a full range so pop in and you will be surprised with what you will find. Be warned it is very popular in the evenings with lines but the service is very fast and you won't have to wait long!!!!
Revital Y — Google review
I was really looking forward to the gelato, but unfortunately it was a big letdown. It was far too sweet and sugary, lacking any freshness or real flavor, and didn’t taste good at all. On top of that, the atmosphere was extremely uncomfortable — it was super hot inside because the air conditioning wasn’t turned on. I had high hopes for this dessert, but it completely failed to meet my expectations, leaving me quite disappointed.

Tonight me and friend went here for our first time There soo much to choose from but however we witnessed a staff member grab cross contaminated ice cream from other ice cream. For the coffee enthusiast, Toowoomba’s SCR is a must. They have a delicious range of boutique single origin and blended coffee, as well as everything you need for your own home cafe. The staff are passionate, knowledgeable and friendly. The in store drinking atmosphere isn’t as cosy as I’d like in an espresso bar, but they do have a play table set of for kids, making it a great meeting place for parents needing some time out from home life.

I’m not usually one for reviewing coffee but I just had to today. I just had the nicest coffee I’ve had in a long time and what makes it even better is that my husband loved it too. Thanks a million for the great coffee!!

My regular go to for workplace lunch. Now holds the title for worst lunch I've eaten anywhere. The avocado on the chicken and avocado toastie actually discoloured the cheese so it looked grey. Foul to taste.

Had the breaky burger. It was a wonderful meal. Totally worth it! I haven't eaten all day too, and that filled me up greatly. The soft bun felt gourmet. Same with the sauce. I don't know what it was, but it was very tasty. Great amount of filling. 10/10 would come back :)

We ordered poached eggs on muffins with hollandaise and they were cooked to perfection. The menu is extensive and offers a great range to suit everyone with reasonable prices. Service is a little slow and no one ever seemed to be available to get their attention, but apart from that I couldn't fault this place and will be back.

Clean and tidy little cafe with the usual fare but also quite a few GF options. We tried the GF French Toast which was made from Helga's bread. No GF options in the pastry case though.

Had avocado on toast. It was 5/5 and not overly expensive. It can a little noisy when busy in this cafe so, not great for the hard at hearing. All in all, a pleasant experience.

Ordered scrambled eggs on toast - $15.50 for 1 piece of wholemeal bread with eggs and terrible relish. When asked if that’s normal the waiter was very dismissive, trying to walk away as I was explaining I thought there should be 2 pieces (and at least some home made relish) - especially if they are going to advertise on their ordering app that is comes as 2 pieces. False advertising. Poor service. Poor value.

So the big breakfast was OK. The sausages were quite leathery to cut through. And the poached eggs were overdone so were more hard boiled than runny. Bacon and mushrooms were good. Cappuccino was hot! Had to leave it for about 15 mins before I could drink it.

I absolutely love this cafe. Great choice on the menu and everything is fresh. Their coffee and tea blends are so good. Eggs Benny is a generous serving. I would love to see Friday night Fish and Chips make a comeback. The most delicious barramundi. Highly recommend this cafe and the atmosphere is lovely.

Cosy nicely decorated seating inside, though a bit packed. Could be pretty loud and shoulder to shoulder over the busy periods. The outside seatings are ok and by a rather quiet road. Food was good though I wasn't overly impressed. Butter beans are rather bland and powdery beans and I was expecting a well seasoned small portion balanced with some other items in the House Baked Butter Beans dish. The choice of spinach and white bread wasn't a great match. The latte was great and unlike many other cafes coffee, was nice and warm and gets a five star from me.

This little cafe was so good the first time I tried it, I had to come back the next day and get a photo. The service was lovely and accommodating. I had the mushroom Benny and it was delicious. I'm not usually a coffee drinker, so the fact that I came back for another latte says it all. The slow pressed juice was also superb. I only wish I was in Toowoomba another day to come back again.

This Season's essential haunt hides behind a deviously plain façade. Venture inside, and prepare for palatial revelation. The fare? Utterly scrumptious, darling! But the Caramel White Hot Chocolate? Language fails utterly! 'Tis pure ambrosia – silken white chocolate entwined with sinful caramel, richer than a duke's coffers! A sip renders one speechless (a true rarity!). Verdict: Visiting is non-negotiable! Seek this hidden palace, surrender to that scandalously divine chocolate, and emerge utterly transformed. Fail to secure a table? Your standing may suffer...

Had lunch here today, very nice staff and service was good. Enjoyed my coffee but one of their specialty dishes the homemade sausage roll was not very nice. Pastry was undercooked but the filling was just awful. So solid and dry, I just couldn’t eat it. The salad was ok but very chunky and probably too much.

Visiting Toowoomba for carnival of flowers I saw the #eats leaflet & thought I must try a deconstructed iced vovo. They were busy, very busy. As I got to the counter I noticed a sign stating all meals to be served in takeaway containers throughout September. So I asked if the vovo was and thankfully she said no, but you can order it if you prefer that way. Nope I wanted to try it exactly as it was pictured. Now as I went to order I said I don't know where I'm going to sit as all the tables were now taken. A lovely gent named Steven or Stefan ( tall fella with longish dark hair) went off to find me a seat. Escorted my back to my table. Returned a few moments later just to 'fix' it up, even though it didn't need it for me. This guy needs a raise, what an awesome staff member. Plenty of parking normally available, but for carnival of flowers it's a bit of a fluke. As for the iced vovo, it was pretty, sad tasted ok. But definitely could have been done a bit differently, maybe more coconut or something. But I'm glad I tried it, service was 5/5

This spot is highly recommended for those seeking an unforgettable culinary experience. In addition to the delectable food offerings, Junktion Coffee House also serves as a cozy café with an array of cakes and coffees.
In Toowoomba city, ran in for a quick takeaway. Looks like father and son working tonight, lovely people. Got Bun Bo Hue, spicy beef noodles. We didn’t get the herbs and salad on the side like we do in other places, But, the meat was generous and so tender. Good job!

Probably the best Vietnamese food in Toowoomba. I have tried others and I find myself coming back to Junktion. I love their beef pho as it comes with beef balls, and loaded with meat as well. Their bahn mi are good too, crispy pork being my favourite. Don’t skip on their vermicelli bowls as they are loaded with toppings and vegetables. 5/5 highly recommended

We made our first visit to Junktion Coffee House to have some lunch, arriving late morning on a Saturday. There were still several tables available (seating is available indoors and outside), so we found a spot and planned our order. Service was friendly and helpful, with both a young boy and older lady (mum and son, perhaps) providing satisfactory assistance. They were more than happy to accommodate our request to dine-in but also include a takeaway component to be eaten later. Even better, they waited until we were close to leaving to prepare the rest of the order, ensuring it didn't sit at our feet for 30 minutes before departure. Our meals, comprising of Pho (1 x chicken and 1 x beef), a Crispy Pork Bahn Mi, and two Bao buns (1 x Crispy Pork and 1 x Lemongrass Chicken) were all excellent. Everything offered great flavour, the helpings of meat were substantial, and it was all hot and fresh. Some more coriander in the Pho would have been awesome, but that's a small observation and purely personal preference. Lastly, but importantly, prices were reasonable and aligned with those we regularly pay around Brisbane. Overall, Junktion Coffee House was a winner, with service and food all ticking the boxes. We left satisfied and are sure to return again.

Good food. Great portion. Value for money i must say. My banh mi was delicious and I absolutely loved it. Very crispy pork too. Turkish bread with chicken was so tender n soft. Service was quick too.

Ordered many times, always have Bean sprout and basil, but why not this time? No Bean sprout and basil that’s not a pho!Did you remove them forever or your staff just forgot to give me?

I have been meaning to write a review for this place for a while as it is almost a weekly meal in our house. We are long-time customers and have made our way through most of the menu, mostly for lunch and dinner. Good amount of gluten-free options, very good Pho and always service with smile. Very helpful staff and food is always quick to arrive. Both takeaway and dine in is consistent in quality - we have never had a meal that wasn't delicious and filling! Thank you Junktion, see you next week!

Came here for breakfast with two of my friends today. The man who served us was lovely and very efficient. The food tasted great and was very filling too (I got the Prawn bao buns, Prawn vermicelli bowl, and a large oat chai Latte - both friends got different bao buns (Crispy Pork & Lemongrass Chicken)). He also made the beverages which were delicious :) was recommended by a work friend and I'm glad she did!

Nestled on a lively corner of the city, 2nd Shot Espresso is a beloved local gem that effortlessly combines an industrial chic atmosphere with exceptional coffee. This vibrant café has become a go-to spot for those in search of artisanal brews and delectable house-made treats. But what truly sets 2nd Shot apart is its commitment to social impact; every sip and bite contributes to supporting homeless initiatives.
A warm, quiet environment for a delicious morning coffee. Staff were friendly and I highly recommend the BLT Turkish toastie with avocado. Coffee was quite nice and the prices were fair.

Lovely little coffee shop. We stopped for morning tea and were very happy with everything. Delicious croissant, great banana smoothie and very nice coffee. It is a social enterprise that helps people who need a second chance. They are a not for profit that use the money they make to help the homeless of Toowoomba.

The quality of cakes I've had have been great and the drinks perfect temperature etc. It is worth noting that this place doubles as a training venue, and in that context, they deserved a higher score for sevice and food. The atmosphere is not brilliant but still very good - it's rudimentary but I suggest that's what makes it practical as a training venue.

2nd shot was open on a very rainy Saturday morning for the Carnival of Flowers parade. There were limited coffee shops open, so the crew were hit with an onslaught of eager patrons. I just wanted to express how much I loved my coffee and worth the wait. It was perfectly balanced. An impressive feat given then pressure put on the barrister. You've found a regular in me.

Always a great experience at 2nd Shot! The coffee is consistently excellent, with smooth blends and great flavour. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and the vibe is relaxed but energetic — perfect for a morning pick-me-up or catching up with friends. Love supporting a local spot that gets it right every time!

Some of the best breakfast food I’ve ever had staff were amazing group of people very down to earth and could tell they enjoyed what they were doing great to have a laugh and chat and atmosphere is incredible nice outdoor area and the vibe is immaculate little hole in the wall kind of spot that could be easily missed but is 100% worth the stop in excellent value. Love what these guys are doing here

What a wonderful surprise. Great coffee. Some would say I'm a coffee snob and that would be fair. I love a good coffee and to find a hidden gem like 2nd shot in Toowoomba was wonderful. The staff were polite and friendly. Warm in a cold Toowoomba winter's day, and the coffee was good. I came back twice in a row. The ham cheese tomato was delicious and value for money was second to none. Add to that the thought that you're supporting a community organisation trying to help homeless in Toowoomba, why would you buy coffee any where else? Take the time to read the stories on the walls and I challenge even the coldest heart not to be moved.

The best coffee i have ever had, exceptional staff and prices. Special mention to the chicken cheese avocado toasties and the fresh mixed juice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As you step inside, you're welcomed by warm hospitality that sets the tone for your visit.
This is amazing! Ordered a large cup of tea and a large cup of hot chocolate, only $12! Sat down for about 2 minutes before our drinks arrived - very fast service. The moment we walked in the door, we were immediately asked what we would like from the menu, and was very understanding when we asked to have a look at the menu for a second. Staff were super attentive and seemed happy to be there. It was overall quiet but still felt lively. And once again; the prices are incredible! Absolutely thrilled with our experience :)

During a recent stop for a late lunch in an unfamiliar area, we stumbled upon this restaurant I was pleasantly surprised by the delightful experience that unfolded. Opting for a schnitzel and calamari dish, we also enjoyed a coffee and juice each. The presentation of the food was good, and the servings were beyond generous. The schnitzel was moist and flavourful. The veggies on the side were fresh. The calamari was crispy and the salad was also fresh, and the chips were perfectly cooked and seasoned, adding to the overall enjoyment of the dining experience. While the atmosphere could have been cozier, the staff were friendly and service was quick. If we find ourselves in this part of town again, we would love to return to dine here.

This gem is hidden in the back corner of Whyalla Plaza. What an amazing breakfast experience. Greeted by amazingly warm hospitality and topped off with fantastic coffee and the most perfect Eggs Benedict I have had the pleasure of eating. The eggs burst open to the perfect runny yolks, the hollandaise was fresh and creamy, and the optional lemon slice on the side of you want a little extra zing, all served on 2 big slices of sourdough (1 slice would have been plenty). Will definitely be back every time I am in this area.

The food was amazing, I will remake the trip from Brisbane just to have the big breakfast again. I also could resist the caramel slice which was insanely good. Myself and the others I was with were all very happy and satisfied with our choice to go to full of Life. Will be recommended to anyone travelling to Toowoomba.

How cool is the name of this place. Hummm they must have named it after me. ☺ Great coffee since I like it black its hard to mask if it's burnt. Good coffee & I ordered the pancakes with berries, bananas amd Carmel topping. Wow what a treat. Not your usual pancake but was nice to taste a variety of different styles. A place to stop in at least once

Possibly the worst coffee I’ve ever had - instant coffee tastes better. It tasted like dirty dishwater with an extra bit of dirt thrown in for fun. Then there’s the price. Definitely the most expensive coffee I’ve ever had. The staff were very average, too - not welcoming and took a while to serve me even though I was the only one waiting. Just don’t do it! It’s not worth it!!

We went for breakfast and enjoyed it so much we went back for lunch! The coffee was great, the breakfast waffles even better (according to my daughter; in fairness, she didn't try the coffee). For lunch we had the sweet potato & coconut burger, which again was great; and it was nice to get a bottle of filtered water for the table too. We also took some of the pear and sultana crumble for the road (couldn't possibly fit it in at the time, but couldn't bear to leave without it). Thoroughly enjoyed everything and will definitely come again the next time we visit Toowoomba.

I choose not to drink coffee on dairy, instead choosing to drink almond milk coffees. I regularly have these from many varying vendors, however when I stopped at Full of Life this morning, I was extremely disappointed in the quality. The coffee I received was bitter, and almost sour. Even adding sweeteners and sugar didn't improve it. Service was ok, and staff were friendly, but the quality of the food and beverages I received was thoroughly disappointing. Needless to say, IF I return, it will be not be for the coffee.

I recently dined at the Federal Hotel in Toowoomba with Robert Young, the boss of R&D Ventures, and we had a very nice meal overall. Robert, a man of great appetite and fine taste, indulged in two dozen oysters Kilpatrick and one dozen oysters natural, followed by a lamb shank and a risotto that he said was absolutely delicious. For me, he graciously ordered a full rack of Texas ribs, which were perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The pint of Guinness was fresh and satisfying, and the young lady serving us was absolutely delightful—friendly, attentive, and full of energy. The only downside was the bill, which came out to be about twice as much as we'd usually expect for a meal like this. That was a bit unfortunate, but it didn’t dampen our spirits too much. All in all, a jolly good time!

You really don't forget exemplary conduct by a staff member at a licensed venue. Last night, I gracefully witnessed a gentleman named "Adam" keeping his composure under a tirade of abuse by two patrons in the gaming area. Despite the heinous, reprehensible nature of the vitriol, this refined young man remained unfazed by the insults and terrible situation he was confronted with. Adam is a highly intelligent, articulate person that demonstrated unflinching true professionalism under scathing eviseration. I was humbly impressed with his remarkable, unwavering demeanour and in my opinion displayed magnanimous couage; a pivotal asset to his employers/management under such pressure. Well done Adam.

Enjoy a relaxed and low-key property in Toowoomba, Burke & Wills Hotel offers modest accommodations with complimentary parking. The establishment includes a bistro/bar and a gaming room for entertainment. Set in the heart of the city, this informal hotel is conveniently located near various cafes and shops. While some rooms may be compact, they provide comfort and warmth to guests. It's worth noting that during our visit, one elevator was out of service; however, this did not significantly impact our experience.
All staff we had contact with when booking and during our stay were exceptionally professional, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Fantastic location to the Empire Theatre. A special mention of Phil and accommodation/reception staff is warranted. We'll definitely stay with you next time we're in Toowoomba.

The Burke and Wills Hotel is a very traditional high quality country hotel, I spent many nights there in the 1980's and 90's. The rooms are generously sized and furniture while it is a little dated, it is comfortable, especially the beds. The restaurant once again did not disappoint, the fillet steaks were served exactly as ordered and the chips were hot. Deserts were also delicious. The staff at the hotel were professional, helpful and informative, which helped us organize our visit. I will definitely book another visit to this hotel in the future, as I know they will care for my family and I very well. Thank you to all the staff.

Pre theatre dinner. Great selection of meals, Phil the manager is a legend. Very welcoming and very friendly as are all the staff. For a hotel/pub right in the centre of town, the prices are very reasonable. Well worth a visit for lunch, dinner or just a drink with friends. Highly recommend it.

stayed here for the toowoomba dance eisteddfod- so good! Lynda was amazing; so friendly and genuine, felt like she was just happy to chat as we were checking in. she engaged with my sister, asked about her dance, was just so delightful to be around! the room was amazing, huge bathroom and everything was beautiful and clean. i slept on a rollaway bed and even that was so comfortable! reasonable prices for the wine in the fridge. we didn’t stay long - barely 12 hours - but even just that time had us talking about how good the stay was on the way home to brisbane. thank you lynda!

⭐☆☆☆☆ The Burke & Wills Hotel is in a prime location in the heart of Toowoomba’s CBD, and I’ll give credit where it’s due — the lobby and fit-out are supremely luxurious. Unfortunately, the positives stopped there. The room was tiny, pokey, and claustrophobic, which made it difficult to focus on the work I booked three nights here to complete. As a highly autistic man, I felt very uncomfortable from the outset. On my first night, I was refused check-in because of a misunderstanding — they claimed I insulted an Indian staff member “on account of racism.” In reality, he spoke broken English and I simply could not understand him. Instead of helping resolve the situation, management nitpicked my proof of ID and proof of address until I was excluded entirely. I ended up sleeping in a park that night. Even after finally checking in, the staff made me feel awkward and unwelcome throughout my stay. The overall experience was horrendous: I was unable to get any meaningful work done, which was my sole purpose in staying here. I almost feel like I could never return — but I know I will, because I face my demons head-on. Still, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. If I you are a business with important things to do, The Oaks Hotel Toowoomba is the only place in town to be.

Toowoomba Motor Village was a fantastic place to stay. They had problems with getting us the same site for 2 days straight, but, after some wrangling, they managed it. The day before we were due to leave, my husband needed a Ambulance when he contracted double pneumonia. The 000 Operator told me to find the Defibrillator while waiting for the Ambulance as hubby had existing heart problems, the park Manager/Owner brought the Defibrillator down to us and stayed for the Ambulance to arrive. Before the Ambulance even left with my husband, the Park's Owners/Managers came to let me know that they were holding the site for me for a few more days until I knew more about my husbands condition. One very major concern out of the way. I can't recommend this Tourist Park highly enough. Nice, clean Amenities, beautifully presented with amazing staff. What more could you need ? No playgrounds or such, but it's basically located in the middle of everything you could possibly need. Will not hesitate to stay there again.
Cathy G — Google review
Firstly, the team at reception were very welcoming which was great. The motel room I had was dated but very tidy and clean. The age & brick internal walls did mean that the room had an unpleasant lingering odour, I guess dating back to the days when your grandmother used to smoke in the house (best terminology I can use to describe). Opening the windows during the day helped with this. The outsourced bed linen was a lovely addition which a lot of accomodation providers at this price don't opt for and it does make a big difference! The bed was comfortable and the full kitchen, although dated (but very clean) had everything needed for my length of stay. My two nitpicks aside from the above: the lack of wifi. Even at a budget accomodation price point, until this stay, I’ve never not had this service available. Lastly, more a point for my room in particular, 104. Having the housekeepings dirty laundry bins right by the front door is not the best first impression and creates a lot of activity by the front door during their working hours (not great when the bathroom windows are right next to this, doesn’t give you any privacy). In my opinion, there was plenty of space in staff only areas where these could be kept. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would return again.
Nick B — Google review
Motel unit was okay but booked under handout saying that WiFi was available only to come and use unit and whole village has no WiFi and had booked and paid for 3 nights - left village after 1 night as we had to have WiFi access. No refund offered or given when advised that they had misrepresented facilities. Beware of this place - never again!!!

I travelled to Toowoomba to attend a funeral and visit the Carnival of Flowers. I’d stayed at Potters with two friends eight years ago and enjoyed the experience. The Hotel is well located with plenty of car parking. My room was on the First Floor, with basic facilities, a large shower and was clean and quiet. This hotel is in a great location with good off street parking and clean rooms. It had a lovely outside area with plants. Unfortunately, the bed needs a new mattress, it was uncomfortable. The food was not up to the price charged. Too much dressing on the salad, raw tuna in the bowl, which it does not state on the menu, and the tacos were greasy and not nice. I don't like giving a bad review, but I hope you can improve on the above.

There is room for improvement. For the price of your rooms you don’t offer a very luxurious environment. Central Plaza has the same rooms for a cheaper price. And Burke and Wills make your stay a lot nicer. Your service was great, very helpful. And the rooms clean and tidy. If you want to charge $600 bucks a night then you need to offer more to your clients. There wasn’t even a mini bar. All your soaps etc where in a bottle hanging in the bath room, although convenient gives off a 2 star vibe.

Nice hotel. We stayed for 1 night over the weekend. Very forthcoming staff. We could check in earlier and ordered sparkling wine for our anniversary upon arrival. We did enjoy the pool and gym. Would be nice if there were towels for pool seperately, we used the ones in our room but later discovered there were towels in the gym, so you probably can take from there. Rowing machine doesn't work in the gym, but overall it was pretty private and clean. Room was quite spacious. Loved the balcony. TV audio system/stereo is weirdly quiet. Had to turn up the volume quite high to hear anything. Shower area seemed a bit worn off and could've used more cleaning but overall we were pleased with our stay and of course the location is perfect. You can go anywhere with a walking distance. You can also park outside for free or for extra 15$ you can park in the garage.

I stay at Oaks apartment regularly when I travel so I booked to Oaks apartments in Toowoomba on my business trip. The receptionist was lovely and tried her best to help. We have booked 3 rooms that night. My colleague stayed there previously and loved it. It was clean and walking distance to everywhere. Well the state of the bathroom was disgusting in all 3 rooms. One shower still had wrappings of soap in there it has not been touched since the previous guest. My shower had mould all over the shower and green ring of mould in bassinet. Very bad!!! We asked the staff to clean it up before we come back from dinner. She said, well the cleaner will be here in the morning?? We asked to speak to the manager, he wasn’t available until morning. Someone went in the room to wipe over the bathroom and remove the rubbish from the previous guest…In the morning we spoke to the manager and he was acting very surprised and said he is very sorry and he will get back to us. We never heard from him again. We would never stay there again. They really dropped the level of standard for Oaks franchise!!

Unfortunately, our flight from Sydney to Brisbane was cancelled due to Cyclone Alfred and we were left unable to get to the funeral. Upon informing the hotel of our extenuating circumstances and the flight cancellation, we requested a cancellation or, alternatively, a partial refund. The hotel staff adhered strictly to their no-cancellation policy and were unable to offer any flexibility. Consequently, we were charged the full amount for both rooms despite our inability to utilize them. While we understand the hotel's need to maintain its policies, we were disappointed by the lack of flexibility given the unforeseen and significant circumstances. We believe a more compassionate response, such as a partial refund, would have been appropriate.

We had a two bedroom dual key apartment which we shared with another couple. It was great having separate access while still having an interior door we could access each apartment. This came in handy twice when one member of a couple misplaced his key and couldn’t access his apartment and then another time when his key didn’t work, so we could give him access to his apartment. The location was great, the pool was a perfect temperature in mid-winter and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will come back.

To note, the reason I am giving 2 stars is due to the lovely female receptionist who was doing her best. We normally stay at the Burke and Wills and really like it there, but decided to give Oaks a go because of the reviews. The check-in experience was okay, but as soon as we went up to the room, we noticed a huge stain (only part of it is pictured in the attached photo - it came all the way from the door) on the carpet that honestly looked like bodily fluid. We reported it to the receptionist and she referred us to the manager, who said that he knew it was from a previous guest and it wasn’t our fault. He provided a story about it being from some sort of cord and that they had cleaned the carpet with their materials, but we’re waiting for it to be professionally cleaned in a few days time. We were paying $299 for the room for one night and said that we weren’t satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. The manager responded that in his opinion the room was clean and all he could do is comp our parking ($15 a night) or refund our stay so we could stay somewhere else. As it was the night before the Toowoomba marathon, there was nowhere else we could book at the last minute, so we really had no other option than to stay in the room. The main receptionist was lovely, but the manager was frankly rude and didn’t seem to care at all that the room should never have been bookable in the first place. Additionally, breakfast was included in the price we paid, but is at the cafe downstairs where you order from a menu. The taste was good, but the portion sizes were way too small and not worth it. We will personally never stay at the Oaks again when visiting Toowoomba, which is a shame because I was really happy with the size of the room itself. There was also another negative review that was posted a few hours before our stay started, which makes me believe the manager didn’t care about our comfort at all. I have had much better service from other local hotels/motels (including ones that don’t market themselves as luxury).

Was checked in by a very nice front of house staff, the young lady was very professional and arranged my room and access. Rooms are nice with modern decor. Bathrooms initially look nice, but once you start looking around, it would do with a good clean/scrub. There is a QR code in the room with the writing on top saying room service. So I scan and check the menu out, but only to have to call the restaurant to order (what the purpose of the QR). So I call only to go through to an answering machine (wtf). I call reception and speak with the gentleman who advised I need to use the in room phone to order. Ok, my mistake. I use the inroom phone and push the preset button to the restaurant only to call reception. I spoke with reception again and advised that I followed his instructions to only get the reception again (gave some advice on getting maintenance to check out the preset button). Reception offered to take my order and get it down to the restaurant, which I was very grateful for, and thanked him for doing so. Reception mentioned that being a Tuesday, the order shouldn't take too long as the restaurant wouldn't be that busy. So an hour passes, and I call reception back to advise that the food still hasn't arrived 😒. Reception had forgotten to do what he offered to do. So room service and afternoon/night time reception is terrible 🙄. Don't know what time I will get any food. Would stay here again. I am happy if management wants to ask me any questions. I am happy to answer.

Fabulous hotel, unexpected yet delightful experience. We had a 1 bedroom, to our surprise is had everything we needed and more. The hotel was very clean, they didn't skimp on quality, towels, personal products, 2x tvs, nice balcony, big fridge, etc. The staff were super friendly and couldn't do more for us, the location was perfect for so many reasons. We stayed for pleasue, not business and would definitely come back and highly recommend

Fantastic location and unique building blending history and a modern contemporary design. The staff are friendly and helpful; they went above and beyond to keep our family happy when we came for the festival of flowers. It’s Quest so you know it’s going to be clean and lovely and stylish. Car park was easy. The beds were huuuge. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area.

We chose the hotel because it is pet friendly. We had a wonderful stay, all the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. They explained the hotel protocols, shared the history of the building, and even suggested local attractions to explore. When I accidentally left a bag at reception, they called straight away, really appreciated that. The hotel is pet-friendly, which was perfect for us. We brought Chester the Border Collie along, and he had the best time! There’s a lovely enclosed outdoor area where he could stretch his legs, and we were also close to Queens Park for longer walks. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and close to the gym, which was handy. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped, we ate breakfast and a few takeaway dinners in the room, which was convenient after a big day out. Toowoomba is beautiful in Winter, and this hotel made a great base for exploring it. Would definitely stay again.

Positioning- This hotel is in an excellent position. Perfectly situated in the middle of this beautiful country Town.Walking distance to restaurants, bars, galleries, markets etc. Accommodation- Our 1 bedroom studio was spotlessly clean, and well equipped. Had to do a bit of prompting to find out that the 1st floor studios have a small balcony, which was great for getting some fresh air, and having a meal outdoors. The views are non existent, but that was our choice. You do get to hear a fair bit of noise-Other guests coming and going, but it didn't bother us. Rates & Customer service. Before booking , we compared a lot of sites, and the Quest Hotel Website offered the best rate by far. Become a member , 10 % discount ,and then they had a special which gave us another 20% off, plus late check out on the Sunday! Plus parking. Super Deal... that we found ourselves!!! We also kindly requested an early check-in, and were promised a call when the room was ready. This wasn't executed. The only downside here was that the staff at reception had no idea of what their own website was offering and all the info pertaining to it. Had to make numerous calls, and conflicting rates were given on each occasion. However, they eventually honoured the rate on the website and also the late check-out. Customer Service was courteous and friendly.Maybe more training on special rates and the Quest Website would be a suggestion. Highly recommend 👌

Self-catering accommodation
Nestled in the heart of South Toowoomba, Avenue Motel Apartments offers a modern and versatile accommodation experience perfect for all types of travelers. Whether you're a family seeking spacious rooms with multiple beds or interconnecting options, or a business traveler needing a self-contained space complete with a work desk, this property has you covered. Accessibility is also prioritized here, featuring wide entryways and wheelchair-friendly bathrooms in select rooms.
Love, love, love this Motel🩷. From the checking in process to the arriving & finding my room was the best I have stayed in outside of the capital cities. Very clean, the rooms had been seriously thought about when designing the rooms. Rooms are very spacious & lots of room in the bathroom which I loved. The bed was probably the best I have slept in for such a long time. Lofty & warm, no need for an extra blanket which you would think in Toowoomba in winter. Loved how there was real milk left for a cuppa, not the long life milk which has now become the norm. The Motel was very close to multiple food places, to get takeaways or eat it's. A Hotel was just a 3 minute walk away. Traffic was hardly noticed when sleeping at night, the only loudest things to go past the Motel was the Ambulances with their sirens but only through the daylight hours. Do yourself a favour if ever in Toowoomba, to make this Motel your No.1 choice if requiring a night stay or longer. The rooms would be fantastic for those people who required access to large rooms with hotplates, microwave, sink & a full size fridge so you can cook your own meals. Just LOVED it & will be back when next coming through Toowoomba❤️👏👏👏👏❤️

Superb accommodation located a short distance from town. We were impressed with the rooms which are very well equipped, the bed and pillows extremely comfortable and all facilities modern with a large bathroom. The location is quiet (off the street) and the staff very friendly. The housekeeping team were accommodating when requested for extra tea and coffee and Michelle in reception was extremely efficient and friendly. Overall a great stay, we would definitely stay there again when visiting Toowoomba and highly recommend as one of the better accommodation venues in the city.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Avenue Motel Apartments and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the outstanding service provided by the staff. Michelle, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that our teams stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her accommodating nature and helpful demeanor truly made a difference. The rooms were immaculately clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The beds were incredibly comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep after a long day of work. It was evident that the management takes great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and comfort. One thing that stood out to me was the cheerful disposition of the cleaning staff. Every encounter with them was met with a warm smile and friendly conversation, which added to the overall positive experience. Overall, I can't speak highly enough of my stay at Avenue Motel Apartments. Whether for business or vacation, I will definitely be returning in the future. Great coffee, service, and atmosphere! My almond milk mocha latte was excellent. The atmosphere is quaint and cozy with plenty of seating arrangements both indoor and outdoor. Lovely, kind and helpful staff, too. I also very much appreciate that there are no hidden card surcharges on the back end; you truly pay the same price as advertised on the menu, as it should be here in Australia. I will definitely be back next time I am in Toowoomba, especially since I want to try their delicious-looking reeses peanut butter cup cookie that I was able to resist this time... at least for now.

Early morning in Toowoomba and I went hunting for good coffee. Found Six of One, which turned out to be a good choice. Nice early morning vibe, good coffee, and the Smokey bacon breakfast toastie is an absolute beast, well and truly filling.

Hands down the best coffee in Toowoomba! Great, friendly service from staff who learn your name and order! They are a very knowledgeable team on beans, coffee and home coffee machines. A beautiful venue for a coffee roastery that you can both takeaway or sit and enjoy your coffee (roasted on site!) and light food. We love Six of One!

This is a lovely little coffee shop with a casual rustic vibe. The coffee tasted beautiful and the chocolate chip muffin was delicious. There is not a lot of cakes or sweets on offer here like other cafes. The toasted sandwiches looked and smelt absolutely delicious, they where huge and filled with fresh ingredients. Staff here are nice and friendly. There is plenty of parking in a second carpark below which is hard to see from the road. If you found my review helpful, please give me a 👍

The cheesiest ham & cheese croissant I’ve ever had. The cheese pull at 8am was intense, but I wouldn’t swap it for anything. The coffee was okay, my partner said it was great, so I’ll split the difference there and say it was great haha! Awesome vibes, nice staff, will be back tomorrow for our morning coffee before heading back to Brisbane. Thanks again legends! Keep the cheese rolling.

This is my preference for coffee. Always great beans roasted on premise, and great baristas. Always friendly service. Some food available, but haven't eaten here. Also get monthly delivery of beans from here.
Barry — Google review
This was my favourite spot to come an enjoy a great quality coffee in Toowoomba. Unfortunately their decision to swap to serving in takeaway cups only has ruined that experience for me. The pleasure of sipping on a well made coffee is greatly reduced as you sip out of a vessel that’s not only producing waste (yes they are compostable but are they being disposed of correctly or put in thr regular rubbish) but also leaking microplastics into our well-made hot beverages. And all for what? To save some money on staff having to clear and wash dishes? This wouldn’t be acceptable in one of our bigger cities so why does it keep happening in Toowoomba? I’m not in the habit of leaving negative reviews but if we keep quite more and more businesses will take this lazy path.

Quiet little Cafe nestled away in the back blocks of Toowoomba semi industrial come outer CBD area. Just 2 staff members, both very customer service oriented and pleasant to talk to. Ordered the Southern Chicken Burger meal with coffee. $22 total, which is reasonable, in my opinion.

Drove to Toowoomba from Brisbane with some friends for a cruise and a weekend getaway. We came across this lovely cafe while looking for a spot to film our cars and decided to give it a try and that was the best decision we made. Very nice welcoming staff and lovely atmosphere. I had the chicken carbonara. It was very rich with flavour yet very well balanced and BIG portion, I am a fairly big dude who loves his food and I couldn't finish my plate. It will definitely be on our to do list for next time we come back.

We've just enjoyed a wonderful couple of nights at the Arbour Boutique Apartments in Toowoomba. The apartments have a real 'wow factor'; stylish furnishings and decor, a beautiful kitchen, lots of technology and plenty of space. They are also located in close proximity to the city centre and Queens Gardens. Juliana the GM is very personable and keen to ensure a fab stay, from the handwritten welcome note (accompanied by some complimentary, delicious local chocolates) to being available at all times, even when you can't work out how to use the high-tech clothes dryer! Kingfishers Cafe is a perfect place to enjoy any event! The atmosphere and scenery of their gardens is just beautiful and so relaxing. The staff were helpful, kind and went above and beyond for our guests to ensure our dining experience was perfect. They provided extra umbrellas for shade, enough tables for what we needed for our event. They didn’t mind us turning up early to set up our balloon garland and decor. We had delicious sandwiches, cold/ hot canapés and gourmet desserts. The food package was well priced with five star service. They catered for gluten and dairy free. In hindsight I would have preferred a drinks package with barista made coffee over a tea & coffee station however it was something I overlooked. We had the most wonderful time and would highly recommend this venue for any occasion. Thank you so much to all your incredible staff, barista’s and chefs. Only one thing for booking an event, check in advance about extra costs regarding cake charge and tablecloths as it was something that was not discussed at booking.

Pork belly for breakfast. This was one of the gluten free options and was well presented and cooked. The rice was almost perfect ( I can be picky with rice), the egg was perfectly fried with the yolk still soft enough to blend into the rice. Would definitely have this again. Happy to have a different option that includes rice for breakfast 😋 Our food came out quickly and service was friendly.

Beautiful venue. Staff pleasant but did not deliver cutlery with the meals and had to be reminded to get some. No condiments offered. Food and drinks were only lukewarm warm. One was sent back because it was too cool to eat but truly everything should have been sent back. When the meal we sent back was returned, cutlery was forgotten again!

Breakky in amongst the nursery is so beautiful . . The eggs beni was amazing just different . . Chunky salmon not shaved and loads of sauce . .which it needed as it would have been a touch dry otherwise. . But lovely food otherwise . .
Bec R — Google review
I ordered the Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon, but when the dish arrived, it looked very plain and unappetizing. The salmon was barely noticeable — definitely not the usual pink slices you'd expect. Instead, it was homemade smoked salmon, scraped off the skin (which was still attached), and the chef didn’t mention how it was smoked (in a smoker or just in the oven). These methods produce very different taste and texture, and unfortunately, this one didn’t impress. There was hardly any salmon on the plate, which made the dish even more disappointing. The waitress seemed unfamiliar with the food and couldn’t answer basic questions. About five minutes later, a chef came out to explain how they prepare the salmon, but even then, he didn’t clarify the method. By that time, the food had gone cold and I had lost interest. If you're doing something different with a classic dish, you should inform customers upfront to avoid this kind of disappointment. The Big Breakfast was okay, but the mushrooms were underwhelming. We were seated near the window, which would have been fine — except the view was of an old fridge, which didn’t help the experience. Overall, between the food and service, I won't be returning. Three stars only because parts of the meal were passable.

Despite the crowded space, he quickly attended to our needs while delivering plates to another table. After being seated, we received prompt service even though the cafe was full.
I loved coming here for coffee. I usually prefer small, classic specialty cafés, but I discovered that even though this location is part of a large franchise, the coffee is excellent. The staff is very friendly, and the service is great. They also have a wide variety of options, and both the cold drinks and food are delicious.

The calamari I ordered was perfectly done, so soft and tasty. Sandwiches were great too. The only issue with another friend's order was the "well done" steak she ordered was not actually well done. Overall, it wasn't too bad.

Love coming here – the coffee actually tastes great every time, not burnt or bitter like other places. Staff are always super nice and quick even when it’s busy

I first went to the newer Coffee Club inside Grand Central but it was over crowded and exposed with no closed off areas. Then I decided to go to the this one outside which has the wonderful ambiance of peaceful and pleasant environment combined with excellent service and high quality food. My lunch fish and chips was perfect t with a fresh crunchy salad and lightly spiced chips. The protein Berry smoothie complemented the dinner very well and combined as a nice dessert.

Had a nice cold iced coffee and shared a tasty nachos with no meat. Both very good. Friendly prompt service, crunchy nachos with plenty of toppings...great stop over before continuing onto Brisbane...

Love popping into the café in the arvos — the staff are always super friendly and the coffee’s top quality.

It took over 15 minutes to get a coffee (and it wasn't fresh) and unfortunately, the food is nothing special for that quality of service. The meals are very basic and bland and the pastries are too sweet and quite expensive for what they are. It was not particularly busy so it was clean and not very loud. However, the employees seemed bored and didn't care to provide good service.

When we arrived, every single table was dirty and had piles of plates and cups. There was spilt milk all over the ground outside near one table. We were not spoken to or given any directions on how to order. We also waited 20 minutes for our drinks and food that came out at the same time. The tables only just got cleared and cleaned after an hour of us being here. Honestly appalling as every new person that came had to ask for a table to be cleared for them. They weren’t overly busy either and every one moved so slow, no haste at all. With the service we received today, I will not be back.

Café63 Eastville is a delightful spot that perfectly blends a cozy atmosphere with an extensive menu, making it an ideal hangout for friends. The staff here are not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, guiding you through their offerings and recommending some of their signature dishes. While the food has room for improvement—like the pasta needing a bit more flavor—the pancakes are simply divine! Visitors rave about the quick service and beautifully presented meals, especially highlighting the delicious burgers.
# 5/5 Stars I recently visited Cafe 63 and had an amazing experience! The staff, particularly Aries, were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure our needs were met promptly. # Highlights - *Fast Service*: Our coffee was served quickly, and the overall service was seamless. - *Amazing Burger*: The burger was cooked to perfection and was absolutely delicious. - *Friendly Staff*: Aries was warm and welcoming, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. # Recommendation If you're looking for great food and excellent service, Cafe 63 is definitely worth a visit. Be sure to ask for Aries - they'll take good care of you! Overall, Cafe 63 exceeded my expectations, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Ambience of the place is cozy and fun to hangout with your friends here. Tons of menu to pick from(good advantage). Staff are very helpful on explaining the menu and recommend some of their signature menu. The food is okay for me. Their pasta seems lack of something. The pancake was delicious. Fish and chips here can considered small portions for me, only for 1 people. Theres a room of improvements but kudos to staff on that day for giving their best. Thank you for the food and service!

We were greeted nicely on arrival, Person taking coffee order was quick. Then person for food order was fast. Coffees came first, then our meal relatively quickly afterwards . We ordered the Paddy O. Was very tasty, but found the presentation a little underwhelming. Not sure if this is standard presentation but could do with a little work.

Absolutely amazing! Great place, amazing menu, fantastic staff and quick service! First time visiting Toowoomba and this cafe menu appealed to us via Google Maps cafe search. A short drive from our motel found this beauty of a cafe. Friendly service from the moment we arrived. Seated quickly and drink orders taken. Food was absolutely amazing - arrived quickly and presented beautifully - taste was even better! If we ever visit Toowoomba again - it will be our go-to place.

Our favourite place for breakfast. Super fast and friendly service. Excellent value for money. Good gluten-free options and they don't charge extra for gluten free or sourdough toast. Excellent hot drinks and a great price.

Greeted with an eager smile. Table seating was our choice. Drinks came out quickly followed by our morning tea treats. Very impressed with service and food choices. A very enjoyable time

Disappointing experience and unfortunately I will not return to this cafe 63. Requested a booth for dining as their was a number available, but told no as their were only 2 of us and shown to an outside table that was wet and pools of water under the chairs. They were busy but had more than 10 tables free. I cannot review the food as we chose to leave and go to another breakfast location.
