Evas European Sweets is just a fabulous treat. The atmosphere is festive and has a feel of a classic bistro European restaurant with a twist of nostalgia from the 1960s. The food is outstanding, best polish cuisine I've ever had. I ordered the Platter which gave me a sample of several classic dishes. We also had potato pancakes, which were perfect. The patio is really lovely and the inside just took me to another place. From what I can tell is this place is popular, but you must go and enjoy it.

Been here several times food never disappoints. Staff is always friendly and on point. Service dog friendly restaurant! They never hassle me over my service animal and have been very accommodating.

I ate so much food here that I thought I was going to be sick but I kept eating because it was just that good. Recommending this to everyone!! We had the salmon placki, the Platter, the Hungarian placki, and the best beer I have ever had. This stuff tastes great.

Having known Eva for a few years, I’ve never had a chance to stop in to her place to have a bite to eat. I’m beyond happy I did! This review is not biased by any means because I am not one who will write a review for someone just because I like them. I wasn’t even sure if I’d be seeing Eva tonight to say hello but regardless my visit to this wonderful establishment exceeded all of my expectations. From the beautiful traditional polish decor to food and staff friendless, 5 stars is not enough. You can tell that Eva and her staff put their hearts and souls into what they do. Very warm welcoming, and fantastic food, this place is an absolute must. A little spot located on Milton Ave you feel like you’re at home and treated family. Eva managed to pop in and unlike a lot of business owners she actually got to work serving customers with that amazing glow and smile of hers. I highly highly highly recommend the Pierogis,

Was a bit pricey but I have not had much for traditional polish cuisine in my life so my wife and I tried a lot of the dishes. One by one they had their own unique flavors and consistencies that we tasted our way through. The meatballs were very light in a unique gravy that was covering a bed of potatoes. DO NOT go here if you don’t like potatoes. We had a great time, the service was attentive, & the drinks were top notch. Only one tasted a bit too minty but they took that off the bill. The 2 reasons this didn’t 5 star were simple: the server said the dessert was chocolate peanut butter cake and it was just plain peanut butter cake & we didn’t eat our leftovers. For a 25$ meatball dish I would’ve expected to go back for 2nds but I never had the urge. We want to go back and try the pierogis and the chicken.

I came here for my post SU graduation meal and it didn’t disappoint! It’s a great family restaurant with amazing Polish food. Highlights were the cheddar and garlic pierogi and the Placki Hungarian Style.

My first time here. Impressive and standards met! Best place in Syracuse region for the garden patio vibe. Polish beer is great! Staff was so kind and welcoming. I hope as I plan to return the level of care remains the same. Overall great first impression and would wish this place on anyone!

I did it! I went during restaurant week when they had a six for ten special and got a box to share with my coworkers. Ask you can see in the pictures, the presentations of the doughnuts is artful and witty. The taste is superb. My coworkers love peanut butter so I got three nutty buddies, and the Oreo one was quite gluttonous of my part. I absolutely loved the cinnamon roll doughnut because the cream cheese was so filling. Also, lemon raspberry was a good, lighter choice. The staff was friendly. I've heard about this place since moving back to the area but it took nearly a year to make it over here. They are closed on Mondays. I learned that the hard way haha. Worth a visit!

I had heard these were amazing donuts, but I was never able to make it before they close. I was finally able to get there early a few days ago! It’s a small and colorful shop where I had options to choose from 🤩. Prices were very reasonable!

Delightful little shop, very good doughnuts. Isn't in an area you might stumble upon though. Street parking so bring a friend. Their dozen definitions aren't obvious but they will explain it.

Starting in 2021, I started to become somewhat of a regular here. The woman at the counter, Lisa, was such a pleasure to start my morning with. Glazed & Confused was the only coffee (and donuts) shop on my way into work. I started stopping for the coffee and quickly began coming in daily before the commuter rush. It was the best feeling to come in to be greeted by Lisa or the other woman who worked there. I really felt a sense of community and I truly believed in their mission of providing unique tasty treats. (I lived in Providence, RI at the time of the gourmet donut craze with PVDonuts among others.). I may have a boast opinion but after Lisa left, I started to notice a decrease in quality at the shop. The texture of the donuts started to become slightly more dense with a larger crumb. The toppings started to become slightly more messy and inconsistent. This is a splitting of hairs so not to be taken personally. I stopped going in there daily once Lisa was no longer there. The visit in August of 2023 was my most disappointing. I went early in the morning, around 7:30am, and their sign said closed. Once I saw people inside, I walked in and let them know their sign said closed. The donuts that day had a crispy almost hard exterior and the toppings were messy. However (thank you for bearing with me during this long review) the last time I went in there right before Christmas, the donuts were soft, fluffy, fresh, and delicious. I think that they really just need to focus on serving a consistent product as they continue to expand and they will do great. I love seeing how active they are in the local community and would love to see them do well for years to come!

We were staying overnight in Syracuse and decided to check this place out in the morning. My wife and I both got doninis and loved them so much my wife ended up buying a dozen donuts to take back to Pennsylvania and share them with some friends (they were devoured). The service was great and the employee made my wife and I feel like we were family/regular customers. We will definitely stop by the next time we're in the Syracuse area

Drove all the way from Ithaca to get donuts from this place! They had AMPLE options, freshly made. They had tons of cinnamon based options and other similar donuts. Staff was ultra patient with my indecisiveness, she offers to heat them up since I like warm sweets. The atmosphere was wonderful, lots of warm and friendly decor with photos of some celebrities on the wall. Ample parking on the street. Loved it! Excellent prices, was shocked to pay less than 4 dollars for 2 donuts. That is not a thing in NYC lol.

Visited this pastry shop for the first time and it's safe to say that I'll be coming back. I have bakeries much closer to my house but this one offers a little more variety and also has seating. It was very close to closing time on Saturday but there were still people coming in. One young woman was out front and she was doing a great job helping everyone. Even though it was late in the day, my pastries were very fresh and tasted yummy!😋 The parking lot is small but I was able to find free street parking around the corner. Can't wait to go back and try other pastries.

Stopped here on my visit after a local recommend it. The cannolis were good(only wish the shell was crunchy) the cream inside was perfect though, the gelato was delicious and creamy, and the Godfather sandwich was to die for. Loved the service. If I lived there I would go all the time.

I couldn't be more thankful for the staff that assisted us with the vision for the quinceañera cake, the patience the staff had whole time cake tasting, and the cake outcome was spectacular! They took the vision my niece had and executed it with absolute perfection! Not to mention on it was delicious!

Biscotti is truly amazing. My fiancé and I came in to do a wedding cake consultation, and I can not rave about Abby enough. She listened to us, didn’t pressure us and reassured all of our questions. She truly is a GEM. Cakes are such good quality and fairly priced for wedding tiered cakes. Abby never rushed us and calmed my nerves and concerns as well. If you are in the area, and getting married or thinking of ordering any sweets Biscotti is the way to go. All the staff is well mannered the establishment is clean! Go out there and give Abby your business, as a co owner she deserves it!!!! You will not regret it.

I went to Biscotti Cafe for a birthday cake. Incredibly surprised by the beautiful varieties of cookies, cakes and pastries. We chose the canoli cake and it was delicious! They have a gorgeous assortment of Gelato too. You must go. They serve coffee and sandwiches too!

I visited your establishment on June 11,2025 around 5:00pm. When I walked in I ask a couple if they had ordered yet and they said no so I waited.. I had been standing there about 5 min, so a Caucasian lady walked in and the server see I was standing there and she took the Caucasian lady who just walked in. I just want to say DON’T LOSE CUSTOMERS because the Caucasian server with the 2 jet black ponytails decide to take who she want. Maybe it’s best if you get something stating the line starts here. Again don’t lose customers because of a server.

We had Biscotti’s make our wedding pies 11 years ago and we wanted to go back for a little nostalgia. I ordered a pumpkin pie for my wife’s birthday and it was absolutely delicious! The filling was top-notch and the crust was delectable. Love going into the shop downtown, great atmosphere, and the staff is always pleasant and attentive.

Fresh baked goods.and sweets that with lots of varieties. Drinks are excellent with one of the best cappuccinos I have had. Got swirly donut which was nicely wrapped and not too sweet. Croissant was crispy and fluffy. The service was great with minimal wait time. However, there is a time limit on the seating as you cannot exceed more than 60 minutes also seating space was limited.

Cozy bakery and there is a few tables to eat in space. A lot of bread items are same flavors in my country Japan. My daughters and I love this place. It was very busy on Sunday afternoon. I asked a lady who is working, When is best time to visit to buy what I want, She said between 12-14 on Weekends. and also you can order 2days advance, prepaid. So We order $50 worth items since we need drive 1hour 30 minutes drive.

I visited around 4pm on a Sunday, unfortunately there were not many options to choose from. The line to order was long and took quite some time. Cloud cake I tried was good and the place was nice. Next time I’ll try going earlier to be able to try something else

I confess. I only had coffee. It was great. The baked products were not as abundant as I came right before they closed. I hear good things about it though. The lavender latte was divine.

This is a cute little bakery. The products are great and the interior is beautiful if you want to sit down.

Update 10/11/25 ... I still am surprised when I meet people from the Syracuse area that have never heard of this place let alone been to it ... They are missing out on a great thing. At this point I've probably been coming here close to 10 years and still a top-notch bakery and bubble tea stop. Some of my favorites are a must get every time I go there and I often get surprised with something new that they have... One of the few places I can honestly say that every time I try something new it doesn't disappoint. Everything is meticulously done in the quality to me seems unmatched. There might be a little bit of a sticker shock if you're used to your corner neighborhood bakery with trays of half moons and glazed donuts like I had on the North side growing up... Attention to detail and quality ingredients that is what you pay for here... It's a once in awhile treat place. Amazing baked goods that stray from the typical. This is a Korean Bakery with a French name and noticably French influence. Impeccably neat and clean. I've been coming hear for years and it never ceases to impress.

Although the prices are a bit high, the quality of their cakes, pastries, cream puffs, donuts, and savories are excellent. This bakery is part of a chain with this store being the only one in Syracuse. I was told that the baked goods were made on site. Although the name of the bakery implies that it is French, it appears to be Asian / French fusion.

I stopped in for the first time and the food was amazing! I tried a cinnamon roll and a half moon, and both were absolutely scrumptious. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because when I mentioned it was my first visit, I was hoping for a little more excitement or recommendations on what else to try, but the response was just “okay.” A little extra warmth and backstory would’ve made the experience even better. That said, the baked goods themselves are fantastic, and I’ll definitely be back to try more!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Best part is they actually have some allergen-friendly bakes AND the owner has clearly outlined which items don’t contain the allergens on a sheet that staff can easily reference. The food was also really good. Will definitely come back.

Great bakery and if you’re in Syracuse it is a must do! The Babka is hands down the best I have ver had. I don’t give them 5 stars because they stopped making my favorite cookie and it was really the only reason I went there :(.

What a treasure! My nephew's day was made by seeing all of the delicious desserts; made further when he recieved a cookie for free! Kids get one free cookie, which is very sweet and extremely generous!! There was a wide variety of desserts that all looked and smelled delicious. There are not gluten free options here at this time, which is understandable. The staff is kind, friendly and very professional. One staff member had just started but I would have never guessed. She was so professional and knowledgeable! The atmosphere is warm, clean and inviting. Thanks for making my nephew's day! ❤️

This place is good if you're looking for pastries or holiday treats. I love their cookies, cupcakes, half moons and bread. Before holidays, the line here can be out the door. I would recommend stopping by early to get your holiday treats.

I don’t know what happened here! I thought I’d treat myself to a donut since the used to be so good ! But I stopped grab two of my favorite and they are dry and greasy tasking like they are day old or something and let me just say … waste!! Never have to worry about me no more ! Gross and last time I thought maybe a fluke nope they just nasty now !

Harrison bakery formerly made perfect SEEDED rye bread. Sadly, they have severely reduced the caraway seed content to the point that it is barely distinguishable from un-seeded.

Home for the holidays and went here for the first time with the parents! Everything I tasted was so yummy and so fresh! This place def has charm and everything was baked with love. Will def be back!

I ordered a cake for my birthday for tomorrow nearly a week in advance. Ordered it with a strawberry custard filling. Received the cake and this is what it looks like. No strawberry filling, the frosting job is extremely shoddy and uneven. I usually order every year and it's so disappointing to see the change in quality from previous years.

Small hidden bakery (with no sign outside) producing good Italian pastries. Pasticciotti — cream filled mini pies. Tried both the chocolate and the vanilla. They generously filled, but I didn’t get much flavour them. Cannoli — I really liked them. They’re piped to order so the shells don’t get soggy. The filling is sweeter than others I’ve had, but I like sweets so I’m good with that. I asked to have the filling on the side because we were travelling far, and they accommodated us no problem. Definitely come try them out!

The assortment of old fashion cookies n such is huge.. Never had a bad tasting anything. I moved away 10 years ago but every time I’m home I make a trip to the store.😋

Really nice authentic bakery, you can get cookies like my grandma used to bake, and the sfogliatelle is wonderful.

The Sweet Praxis did a variety of desserts for my wedding (brioche donuts, truffles, cupcakes, cheesecake). While I didn't work with anyone directly (only over email), my guests enjoyed the desserts. They were helpful in creating what I had in mind for the way I wanted my cupcakes to look.

I’ve had a great time at this gem! I had never been before/ heard of this bakery before. And now I can’t stop talking about this place. From the delicious food (even the vegan version is delectable and I’m not vegan) to the demeanor and customer service of the staff. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful. I will tell anyone about this place whether they asked or not. I’m already plotting on my next treat! Sweet praxis has become my go-to bakery for delicious food but mostly for the sweet treats that add colors to my happy memories

The title says it all. I live in Youngstown, NY and I travelled to the Sweet Praxis in June and September because I like it that much. They have a great variety of pastries, sandwiches, coffees and teas but I have to give them a lot of credit because it is really hard to find vegan menu items the taste so good. For anyone who's concerned about parking, weekdays you can park on the street and pay at the meter. On weekends, you can park in the parking lot that's across from the corner of the café. They open at 8 a.m. EST, so if you want to get a seat and really enjoy your meal, make sure to be there when they open since it gets pretty crowded by 9:00 a.m. If you're anywhere in the area, I strongly recommend you pay this place to visit.

This is the Sweet & Spicy Sandwich (GF). It consists of a fluffy pillowy buttermilk biscuit, a farm fresh egg, harissa roasted sweet potato, cheddar cheese, spicy chipotle aioli, arugula, and zing pickled red onion. Every bite was divinely delightful. EDIT: Since moving downtown, The Sweet Praxis has been a heavenly haven of delightful baked goods. I just want to say thank you to all of your staff for the work you put into your amazing products. I have uploaded a bunch more photos of all the delicious treats that I have been able to try. Great options for vegan and gluten free. I loved the olive oil cake (GF&V) it had a rich lemon flavor with a cherry glaze on top. The zucchini muffin was good, not too sweet. Solid cold brew.

At our wedding, our photographer said that my expression upon seeing our dessert table was almost better than walking down the aisle! That should tell you something about The Sweet Praxis. I knew what Natalie created would be delicious and beautiful. But I was completely unprepared for the sight that was waiting for me at our reception! For a day that was quickly flying by, I spent far too long lingering at the table, trying to savor the sight of those artistic confections. I couldn’t believe how fortunate we were. Each one was beautiful in its own way – the colors, textures, and flavors each expertly balanced. All decorated with delicate, elegant edible flowers! Quite literally one of the highlights of the whole day. Now, when the topic of the wedding resurfaces, it is often because people are reminiscing on those delectable treats. Natalie very kindly worked with us to incorporate our family’s traditions and preferences. She flawlessly brought our unique vision to life. I will never forget what she did for us, and only wish I could bottle up that experience and keep it forever!

I am so tired of people giving 4.9 to a place just because their cult goes to that place regularly 🤦🏻‍♀️ this is not the only place in Syracuse with a crazy high rating and mediocre experience. Please stop ruining google reviews for everyone. I ordered a croissant, it was average, came crispy, but a bit too salty, and the butter was low quality, you can taste the difference. Cappuccino was okay, normal size, which is good. Otherwise the place can be at best a 4.4 or 4.5 not a 4.8 or 4.9.

Always amazing quality of food from bread and oil to the duck fat Old Fashioned. Pasta is the game and they excel at the vodka sauce and the gnocchi. Chicken? Amazing! And to top my angel hair is a solid bolognese! No room for desert….

Best pasta and bread in the 315! Every time I’ve been the food and service has been top notch. Today I had chicken riggies which were incredible! Nice and spicy with delicious pasta and plenty of chicken breast. It’s hard to get reservations so be prepared to wait, or join the wait list on line. It’s worth the wait👍

This restaurant is a true gem. The pasta is absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. It’s easy to see why this place has been around so long. A wonderful spot for anyone who loves authentic, delicious food paired with genuine hospitality. Highly recommend!

been wanting to come here for years - finally went the other day, and i was not disappointed! the food was spectacular (especially the bread and hot tom oil to start!) i got the ravioli and it was amazing! do yourself a favor and come to pastabilities if craving some delicious fresh food!

I'm visiting from out of town my friend made a reservation here for us. It's clearly a popular place and I highly recommend getting a reservation. I got a seasonal special (Harissa Glazed Salmon) and the Forbidden Fruit cocktail. Put simply, everything tasted great and the bread served prior to the entree was a nice touch. Staff were prompt, friendly, and helped to troubleshoot a minor miscommunication at the end of our meal. Easy 5 stars from me!

We waited quite a while to get in here, and it was definitely worth the wait! The meatball appetizer was great. I got the meatball smash burger, and it was delicious😊. The bread they start you off with was also very tasty. Overall, it's a great restaurant😁 Update: Had to go back again. This time, I got the wicked riggie pasta-cini for an appetizer. Then, for an entrée I got the duck bacon pizza. Absolutely phenomenal. Special mention to their delicious chicken alfredo, btw. Everything was great, and I expect to be back very soon☺️

I I've never had better service in my life. The cook brought out the food, the server was great. I've been here several times but this is the first time for lunch. Love the digital ordering system, still got a waitress when I needed one. Food was spectacular. I'll be back for lunch several more times at least.

I recently visited Dave and Busters for the first time since being a teenager ages ago and had just as much fun as I remember having back then! It’s a great place for both kids and adults. The food prices can get pricey, but drink specials are good deals, and the arcade section is updated with newer games.

Clean and accommodating environment. Great service and personality from my server. Filet mignon came as ordered (rare) and tasted great. My go to place to eat whenever I am in Syracuse on the way to airport. Conveniently located in Destiny USA Mall.

The food was delicious as usual. They were out of the ahi tuna so instead of the nachos I got the crab dip. My friend got the chicken parm pizza. Both good. The pumpkin cheesecake was perfect as per usual and the tuxedo cheesecake was very chocolate forward. Our server seemed to be having a tough time with business flow that day. It took a bit over 10 minutes to be greeted and about the same time for our strawberry lemonades. It was quite long in between that she checked on us but each time she was very kind.

This is a chain that has lots of choices but doesn’t do anything great. If you want a place that everyone can find something and nobody is wowed by their food… this is it. SLOW service but she was friendly. My breakfast sandwich was ok. (I added guacamole which brought it up a notch. Scrambled egg was ok. Cinnamon pancakes were good 😊

Had a 45 minute wait to get a table. It was parents weekend at the college. Were seated in the area facing the mall, kinda outside. Much prefer this area. A little bit quieter. Service was okay, they were without a doubt, busy. Had the herb crusted salmon. The Small strings you see in the photo beneath the fish is supposed to be asparagus. Poor quality, taste was off and very tough. Salmon was good, potatoes okay. Server brought the basket of bread with sourdough bread only. Asked for the wheat, was told they had ran out and was baking more?? Asked a couple of times for more bread and never received any more, much less any wheat bread. Were here for over a hour. Grandson loves the wheat bread!

I am disappointed. Chicken Madeira is my favorite, order all the time. It comes with two chicken breasts, and what I received was a huge letdown. I ordered online, and the first breast was an okay size, but the second one looks like someone helped themselves. I have no words for this, and I tell people this is my favorite place. Today, it's not.

My soup was warm not hot. Entree was great but i didnt get my parm cream sauce like i ordered. Someone else dropped our food off and by the time our waitress came back we were done eating. Drinks were amazing. Waitress was great when she did come to the table. Place wasn't packed at all so idk what was going on with her.

Are there more stars??? Came here on the rec of our Air B&B host, and the missus and I were blown away by the quality, flavor, and outrageous variety and portions. You can order in or at the walk-up window. Doing the latter brings back memories and cooks up great vibes. Counter help is courteous, enthusiastic, and ready to serve. As mentioned, the ice cream is of the highest quality. While soft serve is an option, the hard stuff is apparently their strong suit - trust me, after eating it I can vouch for that. I’m a die-hard Graeter’s (of Cincinnati) guy, and I have to admit the mint chocolate chip here may have bested that childhood favorite. Plenty of great dark chocolate slivers and slabs behind a tremendous mint-forward flavor. As for my Peanut Butter Perfection, its peanut butter flavor, though light, airy even, is well complemented by the peanut butter cup chunks throughout. So, yeah, perfection. If you’re in or around Syracuse, Gannon’s is worth the visit.

So we have been searching for the best ice cream in the USA for the last twenty years and I think we have found it! We went to Gannon’s Ice Cream in Syracuse, NY on the advice of a longtime local and wow, was she ever right when she said this was amazing ice cream! We stopped by the little stand which is located in a tiny shopping center and have not had fresher, creamier or more flavorful ice cream since Steve Herrell’s closed in Northampton, Massachusetts. The butter pecan was THE MOST BUTTERY and nutty perfection ever, the peppermint chip was loaded with thick, satisfying quality chocolate pieces and the lemon ice cream was a revelation, sort of like a frozen lemon posset. The dark chocolate walnut was like eating frozen hot chocolate - dark, rich and bursting with chocolate flavor - and the walnuts were halves, not tiny pieces. We are only sorry that Gannon’s is hundreds of miles from home but not to worry, we will be back!!

No complaints… Great service and some of the only homemade ice cream in the area. Run by a great family and they are usually open early spring to November-ish. They have a wide variety of soft-serve, hard ice cream, slushies, sundaes, and non-dairy options. If you get there in the fall, would highly recommend the Apple Crisp ice cream. The butter pecan, vanilla, and strawberry are solid too. It’s a Syracuse classic for a reason! 😁

Slow service and bad ice cream. Crème brûlée is Carmel sauce and caramel filled chocolates in ice cream. Crème brûlée isn’t made with caramel or chocolate and it was low quality chocolate and caramel sauce. The sea salt milkshake tasted like sweet milk, maybe I just got unlucky with that one. The pistachio almond ice cream was only almonds and they don’t blend or chop the nuts. So it’s just ice cream with whole almonds and no pistachio. Their regular ice cream is as average as it gets and all their flavors are sub par. The only good thing on the menu is the sea salt scoops but not worth the wait

Their soft ice cream is great, but the reason to come here is for the hard ice cream. My favorites include Crazy Coffee, Kahlua Fudge, Chocolate Raspberry Truffle, and Orange Pineapple. These flavors have so many goodies in them they're sundaes in themselves. If you decide to forget about counting calories for the day and try the turtle sundae (perhaps with crazy coffee ice cream), you may well conclude that this is the best place in Syracuse to come for dessert on a warm summer evening. Although you can order at outside windows, if you have children with you, go inside the building to take in the fun murals.

This ice cream store never disappoints. Great selection of more than 20 choices. Children sizes and mega scoops. Outdoor seating too. Pumpkin Ice Cream is here this Fall. Yummy!

This corner of Valley Drive and Seneca Turnpike in the historic Valley area of Syracuse New York has had an ice cream stand here since at least the 1950s. Originally Arctic Island sold ice cream out of small shack with a large ice cream cone on top. That shack is now gone and Arctic Island took its large cone and move down the street to Midland and Seneca Turnpike. Gannon's Isles took over the corner at Valley Drive and Seneca Turnpike. Eventually Gannon's grew into the adjacent buildings and set up the homemade ice cream factory. They have served some of the best ice cream in the Syracuse area for many years now. They have a wide range of all the Frozen Dairy treat you come to expect from a full service ice cream stand and parlor. They also have ice cream cakes, quarts and pints of their homemade ice cream, and made to order ice cream treats for a special occasion. It was unfortunate that their expansion to downtown Syracuse closed for it was great for the people working downtown to have this treat that you normally have to travel to the Deep Southside of Syracuse's Valley area. But if you are driving through this area of town it's worth the stop to grab a cone or other ice cream treats. The comic art on the walls of living ice cream cones is also a colorful display fun for both kids and adults to view and appreciate.

Good spot for a nice pastry but nothing super special. We got a cinnamon roll, cinnamon sugar donut, and cream filled chocolate frosted donut. The sugar donut was definitely good but not the best I’ve had. The cinnamon roll and cream filled donut were both okay as well, nothing was wrong with them but just not the best! I will say the best thing about this place is their prices! We got those 3 items and it was $4 total. A great deal!

It had been a while since I had donuts from here so I stopped in recently hoping for a similar experience to the one I had previously, but unfortunately this time wasnt as awesome as I expected. The service was great and the people working there were way to kind and appreciative for my business. The only down side was the donuts wasnt what I expected and the cookies were a bit bland. I had a raspberry strudel with barely and raspberry and a chocolate filled donut that was only partially filled. But the worst part was the cheese cake. Im not sure if it was just not for my liking but unfortunately it tasted spoiled, or a bit sour llike spoiled milk or spoiled cream cheese. It was warm and sitting on the counter instead of in the refrigerator. I wont make that mistake again. On the bright side I did have a cinnamon roll that wasnt half bad. I did at least eat that. A word of advice, remember the good days before nostalgia takes over.

I bought two dozen boxes with a variety of sweets. I really enjoy supporting small businesses, but unfortunately these didn’t have that homemade taste or quality you’d expect from a local bakery. Many of the items tasted artificial. For example, the donut was dense and doughy rather than soft and melt-in-your-mouth. The Boston cream filling also tasted off, and the chocolate didn’t taste like real chocolate but more like a cheap substitute. Overall, it just wasn’t for me. I truly hope they can improve, and I wish them the best moving forward.

The breakfast pizza is never soggy, or too crispy, and as always a hit with the staff. I love the variety of fresh rolls here. They're Sweet treats are pretty good also. My favorite thing that they do are the dinner rolls they are so big, they make a full meal out of a sandwich.

I have buying the pizza dough for over twenty years. The last two times the dough shrinks while it is cooking. Was better when it just a pound and not a pound and a half. Will have to start going to another bakery.

The best donuts in the world however they only take cash which is a bummer because I never have cash on me... get yourself a credit card machine and you'll get the full five stars... I wouldn't mind paying a little extra knowing that I can use my debit card.. 😁

I went in for donuts and left with an apple pie. It was wonderful. The best apple fritters as well. I will definitely enjoy stopping in often. Would like to try a bit of everything. Very friendly people.

We just had a delivery of Cold Stone. A total of 3 ice creams for $35. One should have been birthday cake, it came as banana flavored mush. Another should have been coffee ice cream, it came as cookie flavored with bits of sugar cookie. My peanut butter perfection came as chocolate mush with 1 crushed up peanut butter cup. It also should have had peanut butter, peanut butter sauce, and fudge. None of that was on it. Another bright spot was the size we received. We ordered all mediums "love it" size. We received our orders with ice cream in the small size cup that was then placed in the medium size cup. Unfortunately this is not the first bad experience with this place. The workers don't seem to pay attention when we go in the actual store, half are playing on their phones, and we'd have to repeat our order 5 times until they understood what we wanted. Too bad that minimum wage went way up and service and quality has never been worse. I'm done with this place. Carvel is the best around anyway. We try to switch it up every once in a while, but no more. Cold Stone lost our business. One of the worst places I've ever been. I'd love a response from the owner of this franchise or manager or whoever runs this place. We couldn't even get our money back for this.

One of the options for the fun pass we purchased with Destiny USA was to pick a "Cold Stone Like It Signature Sundae". When I presented my voucher to the first employee that came to serve me, she wasn't quite sure what to do, but everything was easily sorted once she asked the other employee she was working with. They were overall very polite and friendly with their service. I opted for their APPLE PIE A LA COLD STONE®, which is described as "FRENCH VANILLA ICE CREAM WITH CINNAMON, GRAHAM CRACKER PIE CRUST, APPLE PIE FILLING AND CARAMEL". As you can imagine, this was on the sweet side but tolerable. This was the exact reason why I chose a sundae with fruit rather than cookies which was the bulk of their menu. Their ice cream is indeed very smooth and creamy! I do wish there were more graham crackers though, as my favorite part is the contrast in texture when there is some crunch. I'm actually not sure if she gave me a small (i.e. the "like it" size) as I felt it was more of a medium, and was definitely enough of a treat to share.

One of memory-bring places for me. Still good! (But now I got used to not-too-sweet ice creams.) Feel a little bit overpriced even for "Likeit" with no waffle cone. Staffs were nice!!

I’ve been here before sometime last year and it was ok, but today was bad. We walked in behind another man, and we all waited for a couple minutes. Two employees were in the back talking to each other and were staring at us like we shouldn’t be there, as well as one just sitting on the counter by the sink. It was only 5pm, no where near closing. The guy ahead of us left and us too right behind him. The employees are definitely not managed at all.

Guy that took my order looked and acted like he hates his job. Talks too quietly as well couldn’t hear him from across the glass case. Also didn’t think it was very sanitary for employees to be sitting on the counter where they prepare the ice cream 👎

Listen, if we could give them 1000 stars we would. They know us by name, Bill and Amanda. We pick up 8 half gallons (aka "everybody) every couple of weeks, sometimes more. I'm not gonna get into specifics as to why we would give them more stars than Google allows because they do things specifically just for us and I dont want to cause an uproar lol. Just know from the owner (in fact, he happen to be there one day talking to us and he went out of his way to make sure we get taken care of everytime we go in there and it's frequently) right down to the everyday staff are absolutely amazing. In our world, it's the little things that make us happy, specifically cold stone ice cream. It's our mom and dad treat after the kiddos go to bed. Our one treat that we can call our own haha. We put in a movie or put on our favorite show and indulge. They have really gone out of there way to show us what true great customer service is. They've done things most places would call "too much". Just this past Sunday, they yet again did something most places wouldn't do just to make sure we got our order, got it when we wanted it and when it was convenient for us to get it. Again, all I can say is no other business I've done business with has done the things they have for us to go above and beyond the "duty" of customer service. We appreciate each and every person that works there. We've never had one bad experience. Not one. They've always stuck by there word and then some. You take care of us and we take care of you. Thanks for all that you do for us. It certainly doesn't go unnoticed. Please don't ever leave this area because we would be heartbroken. Lol

My family and I sped across the mall to get there before closing time. There was an employee standing in the door way on his phone at 8:45 and he said the two people in line were the last ones being served. I saw 3 employees. They can only serve 2 people in 15 minutes? If closing time is 8:45 then please post that.

What a great find! So much better than Dunkin Donuts!! Clean, Delicious and super friendly. I had the sour cream and the apple cider...both were to die for. Hubby got the blueberry muffin and the table favorite chocolate coconut. Coffee was delicious. Many wonderful locals were there visiting and eating. Very warm feel.. like grandma's house. Highly recommended!

Never before have I wanted to give 100/5 stars. Serres donuts are absolutely top notch, the jelly stick stands out as my favorite by a large margin. Will be back to order 1 of everything soon. Coffee is top notch diner style and I loved every sip.

The absolute best donuts in Syracuse, New York. My favorite is the sour cream. The first bite is a transport back to childhood and your very first donut bite. We cant recommend visiting Nikki and supporting this small local business enough.

I've been eating these donuts for 25 years and I still haven't found any as good, despite making it a point to always try a local donut place wherever I go if I can.

Place is cash only. Friendly staff and good donuts. The chocolate glazed was my favorite. The jelly log was also very good, clear crisp on the fried part and raspberry filling.

Delicious doughnuts at a great price. The doughnuts taste fresh (even late in the morning!) and aren't oily or greasy. At $1 per doughnut, they're easily better than any chain. Just be sure to bring cash since they don't accept cards.

Legit Italian bakery for fresh bread, very good sauce, olive oils, delunas, gourmet pizza by the slice and whole pizzas. This is a popular neighborhood and regional venue. I'm an hour away and go here at least 1x a month and anytime I'm nearby. Great staff.

I can in before to get pizza they were fresh really good and melted cheese to come now your basically getting rushed in a small space and I got 2 cheese and of of them looks old I didn’t realize till I left and I wasn’t taking drive back just for 1 slice the old one is rock hard and looks dry

My dad grew up going here. I just visited and my aunt told me how good it was and a must go. I bought to loafs of bread and brought them back to my family in montana. We all agreed it was delicious. Chewy, soft, good crust and flavorful.

Di Lauros is one of the anchor institutions of Syracuse. Their demi-baguettes are part of the powerhouse duo that is the Ky Duyen bahn-mi. Having tried to find a competitive sandwich to that, from Boston to LA, I have yet to find better, and make no mistake, the crunchy Di Lauros role is the chassis that houses the engine of that world class sandwich. Their pizza is good, and the Di Lunas are something everyone should have. Thanks for keeping it going, you make us all proud of the town. Let's see year 200!

I love DL! We love coming here for their bread, cookies and pizza. DLs has the freshest bread in the area. If you haven't tried it, I suggest you order some! Their pizza is freshly made. They have other food options available too. First come, first serve. This place is very small. If you're looking for holiday bread, I would recommend calling ahead or stopping by early.

I often dream of the smell inside her bakeshop. I also contemplate on the regular stopping by for just "1" cookie but who leaves a place like her's with one cookie...yeah it never happens. Stop in she does great with special orders if your looking for something special for your office!

I don't think I ever seen a bakery this spacious! In addition, it's really clean. I ordered a 48 Piece Sample Platter for my workplace staff. And the guy who took my order is very friendly. We stopped in because they were advertising new Dubai cheesecakes and my family is obsessed with them. We get there and they have a nice location with seating inside if you want to eat the delicious cheesecake now. We got several cheesecakes and I just so happened to look down and saw these massive cannolis. I opted for an OG cannoli — I forgot to take a picture before I nearly devoured it but it was scrumptious and easily one of the best cannolis I’ve ever had.

Joe is the kindest man! Their Cheesecake is phenomenal, none better. If they don't have the flavor you want, you can order it and they will make it. The prices are low and the Cheesecake quality is very high! Stop in when around the area, you will not be disappointed!

The Mixed Berry Cheesecake was delicious! I stopped in at Big Mama's for the first time to grab a birthday cheesecake for my mother's birthday, instead of the grocery store or wholesale club, and I made the right choice! I showed up on a Friday morning to see which full-size cakes were available immediately, and I had a good variety to pick from. The cake was nice and light, and didn't sit in my stomach like a rock like the grocery store & wholesale club cheesecakes do. Everyone at the party loved it!

The food is so good that i had to stop in the middle of eating my slice right now to write a review. this is one of the greatest cheesecakes ive ever had in my life. it’s so fluffy and creamy and delicate and sweet but not too sweet and just so savory and delicious. i went in there and bought a whole bunch of different flavor slices and the “Apple Caramel crumb swirl” was the first one i ate and it is so good i yelled. this place is right down the road from my house fortunately (unfortunately for my calorie intake). will definitely become a regular there.

I have been going to green hills since I was a kid and my dad before me. We won't ever be back ever. They won't do anything at all if another customer decides to start harassing you. We literally had some old lady screaming at us about our baby IN FRONT OF THE MANAGER. he just looks at me and says she's just voicing her opinion. Don't expect to feel safe shopping here

Been shopping there for the past 8 years since moving to the area. $8 packs of bacon, $8 dozen eggs, $5 gallon almond milk, $8 four pack chobani yogurt, etc. NEVER complained. Went there on 12/5/24 to shop before the storm did a quick shopping for the weekend $118. Four days later the meat i purchased was stinking up my fridge.Took the meat back. The worker even said they've had a lot of returns. Didnt have receipt but i used my bank card and showed them the purchase. The manager proceeds to insult me and tell me to buy a new refrigerator and get my meat elsewhere. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! After reading one of the other reviews about how they treat people of color it makes sense now! Wegmans from now on!!!

I have always loved Green Hills. The last 5 times I’ve called to order pizza and wings (best deal around) they don’t answer. I don’t know what’s going on but they legit don’t answer the phone. It goes to voicemail or another dept. The last time I did get through. I got there to pick it up about 5 minutes early. They told me the wings weren’t done yet. Fast forward 30 mins they told me they had accidently given my food to someone else. They did remake it but it was an almost 2 hour experience that wasn’t enjoyable. This has made one of my favorite places to get food from almost too frustrating to order from anymore.

This locally-owned supermarket stocks an extensive collection of brand-name products. It also has a store-brand line that provides shoppers a lower priced option. However, unlike major chains such as Wegmans which are systematically eliminating brand name products from their shelves in favor of low-bid, often inferior, store-brand products, Green Hills emphasizes brands you love and trust. Another area in which the store excels is the produce department. There you'll find beautiful, fresh fruits and vegetables lined up in neat rows of impressive symmetry. You might even view the colorful displays as artistic. Other areas to check out include the bakery which offers one of the best half moon cookies in upstate New York, as well as artisan breads (try the Tuscan Boule), pastries, cakes, bagels, and their famous donuts (try the glazed old fashioned buttermilk donut). Also the deli department was recently acknowledged in our local newspaper as making superior subs and sandwiches. We've confirmed that by trying their Turkey, Italiano, and Tuna Salad subs. Finally, they have an excellent selection of beers and ales from microbreweries and Europe. Overall, this is a gem of a market.

To start off I’d like to say I’m not from the area so I don’t have the pride the locals do for this place. Are they brainwashed? $15 for a shriveled up piece of white fish with no sides? What the heck is going on? Also, is it called Green HillsFarm because it stinks like a farm? you walk in, you get punched in the face with a manure smell. I wouldn’t go here if they didnt have the little bits and pieces aldis doesn’t have.

Saw thier TV ad for craft beer choices. They do have a big selection. The make your own 6-pack is a great deal.

I always like to shop at Green hills. Even though the food is a little pricey. One thing I don't like about Green hills once they put out the soup that's it. They will tell you they have a certain item that they serve on one day and turn around and change their mind they're not consistent about what they say no I will not be going back there

This place is a gem! They made a beautiful cake for my daughter's birthday with only a few days notice. The cake was moist and had a well-balanced flavor. I also tried their peanut butter chocolate cupcakes and garlic broccoli pinwheels on separate occasions. All of them tasted so delicious! In addition, the staff were friendly and accommodating. I'll be coming back for sure.

AMAZING!! We found Honeycomb while searching for a REAL pastry shop instead of chain breakfast places. The pastries were professionally made and DELICIOUS! We will be frequenting Honeycomb for their fantastic selection of baked goods. Service was fast and friendly. Highly recommended!

I’m really impressed! I got a full box of various croissants, to try them out, and every one was excellent. They are both soft-buttery and well crispy-flaky. Very impressed!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I recently got at Honeycomb. I called about a week and a half before Easter to see when they would have Easter bread available. The person who answered said the next week. The next week on Thursday I walked in and asked the young woman at the counter if they had any Easter bread. She told me not until Saturday (the day before Easter). So on Saturday morning, I called to see if there was any bread in stock. A female answered and said the Easter bread was only available to those customers who pre-ordered them. The employees had TWO opportunities to tell me I had to pre-order the bread but instead chose to leave out that information. Now it's Easter and I have no Easter bread (which I bought from them last year, no pre-ordering necessary). Never again.

Fantastic bakery. They mix American and European style baked goods very well (the everything bagel-seasoning croissant is wonderful!). What I like most is that contrary to typical american style bakeries, they don't overpower the lighter flavors with buckets of sugar. Good coffee too! Very well priced.

Amazing Fist time coming here i had the chocolate filled crossonts and rasbery frosted donuts. They tasted soo good. The crossonts taste buttery and the semi sweet dark chocolate soo good. The Donuts were sour and sweet at the same time definetly recommend going and trying them out. The place had such a nice and home feeling to it absoltly loved it.

Honeycomb is the best! We ordered bear-shaped macaroons from them for our baby shower (with little to no other creative direction provided) and they were absolutely adorable and also tasted delicious - we got so many compliments on them! 10/10 would recommend. Also my husband and I are frequent visitors for their everything croissants, so good.

I've order several cakes from this bakery and will continue to do so in the future! Any time I happen to be downtown (which is every day for work) I make a point to stop in a get a cupcake or two. The Peach Crisp and Caramel Apple Crisp were absolutely to die for, I can't wait for them to come back as specials!!

My boyfriend and I were in town a few weeks ago for a quick visit with family and we just HAD to make some time to stop in to see the new PLC location and OMG it is B-E-A-UTIFUL! We tried the Gingerbread and Christmas tree cupcakes (since they are seasonal). The gingerbread ones were my personal favorite and I regret not buying the whole batch! We can’t wait to come back and try some of the other flavors! 😋

Best chocolate chip cookies and cupcakes around! You can always tell that they have put their energy and love into everything they do. And the new bakery is simply beautiful. I highly recommend them for all your bakery needs!!

We ordered mini cupcakes for our wedding in June 2022, and Cupcakers did an amazing job! By ordering the minis, we could offer our guests six different flavors, and everyone LOVED them. Every last one was gone by the end of the night! Their team did beautiful set-up work as well - they bring their own platters and lights and made the table look fantastic!

Amy is awesome! I got married in August 2021 and was received multiple recommendations for Cupcakers! Having grown up in Liverpool, I was disappointed I had never been to the shop before, but I’m glad I went. Amy was awesome to work with and sat with us one on one to pick out flavors. They have a seriously endless list of flavors to choose from, which made deciding really difficult. We went with all mini cupcakes and our guests couldn’t have raved about them more! We had very few leftovers and they were any awesome late night snack. Amy was always quick to respond and had great insight when it came to picking flavors. I would recommend to everyone!

I wanted a small cake for my birthday celebration but I wanted to be special so I looked up online for bakeries and discovered Cupcakers! My cake was beautiful and delicious and best part of it was so easy to order online, I just chose the design, cake flavor and filling, the date I could pick it up and that was it! Easy and convenient and sooo yummy!

While the staff probably thinks their cupcakes are the best thing they offer, it’s actually the Caramel bars which are the best. These things are seriously delicious. The staff is very friendly, and the prices are very good.

Better than a cookie chain (insomnia/crumbl) because the cookies taste HOMEMADE. This place is doing it right. From the drinks to the cookies. We tried the chocolate PB cookie, banana pudding, orange n cream and peanut milk. All fantastic! Westcott Cookie Company is located where the old Strong Hearts was on E. Genesee St. It’s in the same place as Rai’s Dough (another yummy food spot).

I have the pleasure of knowing Chris personally, and I can tell you that every cookie is not just baked with love— it’s imbued tranquility and an appreciation for the joys of life. There is no comparison to these flavors in all of Syracuse, and I hope you get the chance to talk to him about baking and enjoy his delicious products. Also great bargain— each normal sized Westcott cookie feels like 2 or 3 regular sized cookies!

Last night I stopped by the new cafe hours for Westcott Cookie company. I have known all along that the cookies are something special (previously available at the regional market), but now you can sit down and enjoy them with, what is by far the best hot chocolate in Syracuse. I mean, the kind you get in Paris. Soooooo good! Do yourself a favor and check it out - 719 East Genesee St. in a shared space with Rai’s Dough.

we just happened to walk by the Westcott Cookie Company.. and what a crazy happy discovery!! go there right now if you are looking for something delicious and creative and unique! wow.. the pistachio cardamom coconut almond homemade toffee drink was outrageous! we bought a half dozen chocolate chip cookies and were happy to sit in the little cozy nook and have our evening snack! run don't walk.. amazing place!

These cookies are truly different - decadent, rich, and clearly made with wholesome ingredients that give them that nostalgic homemade taste. Our family talks nonstop about these cookies. The chocolate with caramel drizzle are divine. Wishing these guys much success and more locations in the future!

Friendly place, and I was super excited that they have vegan options! I got the Caramel Apple Galette. I'm giving a three star rating because of the caramel; it was basically a hardened candy, much like the consistency of a lollipop. It made the pie harder to eat/enjoy. A soft caramel would be much better in this pie. This being said: the crust was delicious, as was the rest of the filling. The staff member working was very pleasant, and I'd be happy to come back and try other vegan options.

I've been here several times and each time I've been very happy with what I bought. I'm a big fan of their sausage rolls and the dipping sauce that comes with it. They rotate some of their offerings most months so you're always going to have something new to try. Some of my favorites I've gotten have been their lemon meringue tartlet and their key lime pie slice. Definitely would highly recommend them if you are stopping by the Salt City Market!

Very yummy! I've tried a lot of the savory stuff and love it all. Totally getting all my thanksgiving pies here this year!

Was excited to try the key lime pie they had, and then threw it out just as enthusiastically. It was incredibly over bitter, which leads me to believe they need to ease up on how hard they are juicing the limes as to not get the pith flavor in it.

The chicken-bacon hand pie was very dry, and the key lime pie was an abomination. They also do not have drinks on the menu.

Unbelievably good pies, both sweet and savory. Can't get these anywhere else. Amazing sausage rolls, Shaker Lemon Pie and a Blueberry -orange pie that will knock you out!

This may be the best Italian Bread you can get in the world. You have to stop here when in the area. If you like soft flavorless grocery store bread this is not for you. This is bread with a crust, flavor and chew to it.

If you want Italian bread, this is the place. Just about the best I've had since leaving Italy. A small room with a huge oven and racks of bread. Nothing fancy but the lines will tell you how good it is. We are an hour away but if I can stop in the morning, the ride home is special. Warm bread fills the car with a lovely scent. Loaves were $5 and are lovely. Loaves and flats are awesome.

How is it that something is consistently amazing year after year decade after decade? It takes real dedication and a commitment to Service! Columbus Bakery is even better than I remembered it 45 years ago when I was a kid… I can’t drive through upstate New York without taking whatever detour necessary to get some bread. Pleasant visit to Pasta’s Daily Bread. It was a small and cozy bakery. I got the stretch bread and a jar of spicy hot tomato oil.

My coworker bought this bread for us for lunch…. I’m new to the bread and sauce… never had it until now….. lord have mercy this combo was a 10/10. The sauce is DAIRY free too you can’t beat that no stomach ache and taste amazing. If you love bread and a phenomenal dipping sauce look no further.

Stopped in for the first day of Downtown Syracuse's 2024 Dining Weeks for their take out special lunch. For $15, I received a very generous portion of the most delicious mushroom soup I've had in a long time. This was followed by a roast beef sandwich on their famous stretch bread, and a oversized chocolate chip cookie for dessert. What an incredible value. The lunch special continues, featuring a different soup and sandwich each weekday, through the first two weeks of March, but I intend to return frequently during the next year for that mushroom soup and a loaf of stretch bread.

Best bread in Syracuse hands down! Highly suggest stopping earlier in the day if you can, especially if you have a specific kind you want, they do sell out! They have their classic stretch bread which they serve in their restaurant across the street (very good as well), rolls and focaccia. They have some desserts as well but bread is definitely their specialty! Their focaccia is the best I've ever had and I couldn't imagine ever going somewhere else for it. I've had a few different kinds and loved them all! Most recently I got the gorgonzola and onion and it was my favorite I've had so far! Their focaccia is so dense and moist, and bursting with your chosen flavor on the inside. Highly highly recommend!

Theres a reason the best sandwich shop in Syracuse (Darwin) uses Pasta’s stretch bread, its amazing! And pasta’s themselves are right up there with some of the best sandwiches on their own.

Right across the street from Pastabilities in a nice, safe and walkable part of the downtown area. Lots of metered street parking around. They have a nice variety of baked items; breads, focaccias, sauces, deli sandwiches and some other sweet treats like short bread bars and some really amazing cookies. Everything seems very fresh. The counterperson was very friendly and efficient.

Placed a walk-in order online, got there, and the restaurant area was closed with no way to pick up my walk-in. There were at least a dozen cars in the drive thru so did not have time to sit and wait for that. If you can’t accommodate mobile orders, just turn the functionality off.

Dunkin almost always delivers when it comes to their food and drinks. Unfortunately this location, the drive-thru lady working the day I went had absolutely 0 customers service skills. She said have a good day, and closed the window before I was able to say anything about the fact I had more on my mobile order. When she came back and I told her about the missing order, she grabbed it and handed it to me and almost closed her own arm on the window because she wanted nothing to do with me. Poor service.

Terrible service was there today at 730am. who ever was in the window has a terrible attitude toward customers and the employees there. My drinks were made completely wrong tasted like straight milk and still got changed 12.40

Placed a mobile order for pickup this morning. After sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes, went back in because an item was missing from an order and there was a hair in the barely warm sandwich we received. After explaining the situation and requesting a refund, the very kind employee went to the back to explain to the manager why I wanted a refund. I heard her yell, “she’ll just have to wait.” Another woman in the restaurant approached the counter to ask about the status of her order. After not getting a definitive answer she told the employee that she just wanted a refund because she had been waiting 35 minutes. He tells the manager who then yells where we are unable to see her, “I’ll give them a refund but they’ll have to be patient.” Neither of us were being aggressive. After five minutes of waiting I left because the manager was refusing to assist and just being audibly rude to the employees in the back. I ended up leaving without a refund because after being their for 30+ minutes I did not feel like catching the attitude of the manager when I had, what I believe to be, a reasonable request for a refund.

Slowest, most disorganized Dunkin I have been to. Not that busy, and plenty of staff, but none of them seemed to know how to handle their jobs well.

They gave me the wrong order one day and the next my hash browns were cold. I think they need more help or get more organized no need for cold food that’s the worst

I was on a trip to Syracuse, NY (I live in Canada) and I was like "Why not visit Dunkin'?" so I did. I was with my sisters on Easter after church. The worker gave us a dozen free donuts (I'm assuming because it was easter" but he was a very nice, cool guy.

Just wanted a sandwich before work and I was immediately told "we not making food now" and as I get out I hear the two of talk crap about me on the way out with a little tsshh.. mmhmm". Im sorry but when I worked fast food you didn't shutdown the machines until closing time, not 40 minutes before closing. You're losing money, and falsely advertising that you are open. Plus, if its so you can tell the person sorry we stopped making food, then say it kinder and don't talk crap about the person as they leave. Not surprised though because this is the same place I had one of your employees taking pictures of my receipt to collect reward

Never had any issues ordering here and the staff are always attentive and quick to prepare your order. Great place to grab a drink or snack.

The service here was horrible, the employees are rude. The bagels and donuts are always hard. If you ask me they act like they don’t care about working. The store is always closed early. Please find better employees or your going to miss out on good customers

1 frozen coffee and 2 donuts. How do they always forget the 2nd donut? Make sure you leave yourself 15mins extra to spare if you plan on stopping here, usually only 2 people on in the morning with a line of cars starting to form around 615am. Since they are packed and busy, they tend to make alot of mistakes with your order. I dont blame them but cmon, I order 3 items ALWAYS, not 2.!!

Donuts were put in the bag upside down. Guy Cashier could care less what you say. Other lady working drive through was complaining the whole time loud enough for everyone to hear.

Weedsport Dunkin is always a little of a hot mess. Coffee is good but you will wait.

They have the new remodel there and wireless charging built right into the table. If your staying at one of the hotels across the street from there then I’d definitely recommend.

This must be the only Dunkin donuts that has ever made a decent cup of coffee. It does not taste burnt, watered down, or have that weird taste a lot of chains seem to have for some reason. I got a large hot with one cream and one sugar, the normal amount of cream and sugar makes it taste like sweetened milk. The staff were pleasant and friendly.

I came in with my family just eight minutes before closing, and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. While we were trying to make our selections, one of the staff members was openly cursing and making sure we could hear him complain to his coworkers about us arriving last-minute. The manager, a short woman with glasses, stood by watching us and clearly heard everything—but did nothing to address the disrespectful behavior. As soon as we turned our backs, she rushed to close the gate, making it clear they didn’t want us there. If the store closes at 6:30, customers should be treated respectfully until 6:30—not made to feel unwelcome at 6:22. To make things worse, the racks were still filled with donuts, and our kids were excited to get some. Instead, the staff chose to throw the donuts away rather than serve paying customers. If the employees are this unhappy and unprofessional, the owners really need to take a closer look at what’s going on at this location. Very disappointing.

I have very back and forth experiences at this Dunkin. The most recent time I went one of the workers said "I'm sending out the wrong thing, and if they come back and complain I don't care." None of the workers smiled or even tried to look like they care. There is one lady there that is super nice she's very tall with glasses but just overall unhappy with my most recent experiences

Duncan coffee to me is the only coffee that I'll buy. I have it freshly ground every morning. It's my only coffee shop. Good food, coffee and service.

No Customer service thank you, and this is how my large hot chocolate with whipped cream looked within a few moments after ordering. I even asked if they added the whip cream, before walking straight to the food court and opening up my cup.

I was standing in line Cashier "Victoria T." was doing outstanding job and the crew was making a big order for one customer, while delivering that big order they even read it out for customer, crew was working harmoniously, everybody knew what they are required to do, meanwhile cashier had two challenging customers, cashier handled them patiently and professionally, the drink station crew started asking for drink orders from the people in line and started their drinks while cashier was handling the challenging customer, which made the cash out process for the people waiting in line super fast, outstanding teamwork , I was impressed with the cashiers level of patience. The whole team deserve to be appreciated🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, and the cashier should be recognized 💰💰✨ for delivering amazing customer service. Thank you team DD.

Every single time I come to this dunkin I immediately regret it. Fix your machines or your workers or whatever it is you have to do. I'm not spending nearly $6 on CHOCOLATE MILK. I order a latte every time. Orders always the same. And it tastes like complete watered down chocolate milk with zero coffee in it. Never have this issue with ANY other location. Ever. Going to other locations from now on because I can't stand it. And 90% of the time the people who work there are immediately annoyed by your presence. So I'm good. Don't want to have to act like a Karen but its really not that hard guys.. add the espresso.

This location is horrible. They can't make an iced drink to save their lives. It's always completely milk. I used to come here every day before work and I've completely stopped coming now because of that. Most of their staff is horrendous, you walk in and they don't even speak to you, you can stand at the counter for 10 minutes, they see you staring they just won't talk to you unless you force them to.

So I go into this Dunkin‘ Donuts and they are busy. Me and another gentleman with his kids got there at the same time. It took them awhile but they finally took my order. The man ordered on the self help screen. I couldn’t cause it wouldn’t take my rewards. So one of the girls took my order. When I got my order the coffee was really sweet so I asked the younger girl if she could add more coffee to it. She says yes just hold on cause she was talking an order. 3-4 minutes go by and the guy that came in the same time I did, came up to the counter and asked for water. The older lady of the two, who had been up at the front making drinks, who also saw me standing there waiting, stopped what she was doing to give the man the two cups of water he asked for and went right back to work like I wasn’t standing there. Maybe I was too dark for her to see. Another thing, every time I go there to order a day dream refresher, which I order the same way at every Dunkin I go to, with almond milk instead of oat milk. This the only location that tells me I can’t have it the way I want to as if they are paying for it for me. I even asked another Dunkin if they were breaking any rules and was told no. I wonder why this particular Dunkin tries to treat me like I’m a invisible person with rights to make the decisions to what I want in my drink. Signed, Disappointing customer who should be able to get good service at the place close to home but I have to go down the road😒

Every time I come here, I only ask for a plain bagel with cream cheese and extra toasted. Super simple request and they can't even do that right. I tend to like my bagels crispy and crunchy. Went there again today, took around 5 minutes to take my order, another 5 minutes to get my order, only to see that it was not toasted at all. I get that working at Dunkin might not be the most lucrative job opportunity, but it's pretty sad when they can't even perform the simplest task.

Waited 15 minutes for coffee and it was black so I went back and they remade it, that took forever as well. Manager(possibly?) was swearing and slamming things around in front of customers complaining that it was busy. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

This absolutely wonderful bakery started in Solvay, in the former Bianchi Pizza shop around the corner from my residence. I can still remember walking down to the bakery and getting a loaf of soft Italian bread for my Mom and myself. With a little bit of butter we seemed to devour the loaf in short order. This is truly another Solvay/Syracuse treasure. They have fresh pizza dough for purchase, along with Italian desserts and stuffed breads. Get it fresh out of the oven around 11:00am. Not to take anything from Columbus Bakery, which is also wonderful, this bakery is the best. Thanks for staying in Solvay and being part of our community.

Lovely owners . Now called Madonna's off Milton Ave/Syracuse. Plenty of parking out back. Small pastry/ bakery shop. Tried a fresh baked brownie and was very disappointed. Tried a couple of other treats and rolls .. ..Other than the baklava, which was good, I would not likely go again .

On our first visit we were impressed. Great selection and service. What a gem. We will be back for more!

My fiancé went here yesterday to get my Mother’s Day present knowing I have a major sweet tooth. He always drives by just about everyday for work and finally decided to stop in. He couldn’t decide what to get me, so practically bought me one of everything. I’m so glad he did, everything is delicious! We went in again today, Mother’s Day, to get goodies for his mom, as she also has a sweet tooth. The employees were so pleasant and personable, especially with our children. This is our new favorite bakery!

Good bakery. Products always taste good and fresh. Products are cooked on site. For its size, they have a very large selection of baked goods. The only downside side is that parking can be tight, normally not an issue.

Great shop, great owners. Best pizza dough anywhere, Italian rolls too. I've never tried any of the sweets, but everything looks amazing. We are so lucky to have places like this. Nothing baked in a big box store will ever compare.

I came in to get coffee and food and I almost damaged my car because of the several potholes going in and inside the parking lot. I mentioned it to the staff and they said, “Yes, we are aware, but CORPORATE won’t do anything about the situation”!!! This will be the last I come here and if you want to take that chance and risk your damaging your car don’t come here!!!

Standard Dunkin in terms of food and coffee. Fix your parking lot! There is NO EXCUSE to leave a MASSIVE pothole at the entrance, which will absolutely destroy your customers vehicles. At the very least, throw some dang stone / gravel in there! There is no reason it should be left completely untouched for over a year.

Dunkin' is my favorite spot! This is my go-to place, and I will go out of my way to order here. The staff is always friendly, and my order is consistently ready and accurate, regardless of how busy they are. However, be cautious in the parking lot, as there are many potholes. There's one particularly large one at the entrance off of the side street that could potentially damage a car if you're not careful.

What can I say except as real estate agents in Central New York we truly run off dunkn. Caffeine keeps us going so that we can put in those long hours for our buyers and sellers. Located near our office in Camillus this is our go to dunks. The drive through moved very quickly and the staff is always friendly. They have never messed our order up once which is the best. Highly reccomend this location.

Worst Dunkin. First, the girl at the window wasn't blatantly rude but she was literally on the phone when she was taking my payment. Like, earbuds-in-her-ears on the phone. After she handed me my drink I was trying to ask her for a straw but she couldn't hear me because she was talking with who she was on the phone with. (She wasn't the person taking the orders either, that was the girl behind her who had the headset on clearly taking the order for the car behind me.) Also, my coffee had two coffee beans in it. Are two coffees beans going to kill me? No. But it made me question the cleanness of how my drink was made and I couldn't bring myself to drink it. I will not be going back to this Dunkin and I do not recommend it.

I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I waited over 20 minutes for my order, only to receive the wrong items twice. When I told them I didn’t want the order anymore and asked for a refund, they yelled at me, used offensive language, and took the food back without returning my money all of this happened in front of my children. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to avoid this location. I will never return.

How can you not care about your job that much? Ordered through the drive through girl is on her phone taking my order this was about a few weeks ago. A few days ago I walk in to get my drink girl won’t even look me in the eyes and says maybe 1 or 2 words get a better attitude staff is so rude.

I 8/11-25. I went to the Dunkin’ Donuts up on Seneca Turnpike on Onondaga Hill in Syracuse and got the worst service possible, went in there to inform them about a coffee cup that I spent good money on that I wanted replaced because it was defective and when I asked to talk to a manager, they said why ?then some guy jumps in the conversation that I was not talking to at all, And then I asked the girl I was talking to for the corporate number for Dunkin’ Donuts and he jumped in again told me you can look it up !! He was rude , obnoxious and we will never visit them again. I asked to talk to Ashley because I heard she was a manager and they said no way of contacting her. We have no idea, on top of all that I walked in the store and stood there for well over 10 minutes before somebody even said, can I help you?

It used to be an okay location about two or three years ago but recently the staff quality has dropped. You don't see that smile until they look at their phone. They're very slow I sat there for 8 minutes in the window, The only vehicle to go through at that time, no one behind me and no one in front of me, I sat there for 8 minutes for one drink. It would appear management is just being friends with staff instead of a boss.

Have tried to give this location many many chances over the past few years. Issues with quality of food, mistakes with orders, closing before they are scheduled to, machines down, or just being out of many things early in the day. The list goes on and on. This location has the potential to be great but something needs to change.

I went into the restaurant order my food and the young lady who took my order didn't get it right I had to return to the restaurant 2 times to get my order right and the lady by the name of Shaw shaw started to harass me asking me that I want my money back and I told her no don't do that just give me my food and I will be on my Merry way I think she needs to be trained on more customer service skills

Disgusting. You don't get what you paid for and when you ask for your items to be fixed they tell you no. My sparked energy was weak, no flavor, they refused to add more. I knew as soon as I saw it that it was made incorrectly. Ordered three bacon wraps and they had one piece of bacon on them each. This place is utter trash. I feel like I've been robbed.

Not worth the effort coming here if you are commuting somewhere and want to be on time. Lobby is always closed and workers are always very rude. I always seem to be late to work when ordering from this location despite leaving 10-15 minutes in advance just to pick up the food. Save yourself some time and go to the one past carrier circle. They are much better :)

Stop by on a Saturday afternoon. Was pulling a trailer and could not go through the drive-thru. The dining room was closed. Doors were locked but the drive-thru was open. Sign on the door clearly said they were open till 7:00. I stopped by around 11:45

I didn’t know Thompson rd had two Dunkin’s- I made a mistake with order - I called the store for 38 mins straight - someone answered and slammed the phone down and hung up- I am a traveler here for work! The customer service and how the staff is behaving is ridiculous! This happend about 4 mins ago I did my last call- I am not driving, I am just here for work the experince is horrible - I don’t want to uber there because if this is how staff are acting/ what will they do to my food?

The exterior was more welcoming than the one on James Street, and the food was fresher and easier to eat. Honestly, it depends on the cook preparing the orders; this particular day was delicious.

The signature white chocolate mocha caramel latte with an espresso shot is absolutely the pick me up I needed after work. Manager had the place super busy and ran smoothly. I was impressed with the flow of the business an still took my order. The girls were very friendly an quick.

The people at the store are very rude. They have stuck up attitudes and feel like what they say out their mouth is acceptable to customers and as well as their other associates on their team it is very unprofessional to conduct yourself in that manner for an example. Lissa has a nasty attitude and when she frustrates herself, she takes it out on the remainder of the team. Diane‘s mouth is disgusting. She should not be in a position of management yet and still she’s been there for going on 10 years and no one puts their foot down when it comes down to the disrespectful tone. An attitude that she portrays to everyone Jess has a nasty attitude when she has to do other people‘s job responsibilities. It’s not fair to the new workers to put up with such disrespectful attitudes. I see them every single day and they don’t even know who I am nor that I am bothered or disgusted with some of their behavior because I conduct myself in a professional manner when I’m in a place of business, The favoritism at the store shows, especially when you hire your best friends and make them a manager or put them in a position of leadership. It is a very bias environment and if it wasn’t for it being the closest most convenient Dunkin I would not ever return. The rest of the staff is pretty awesome

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this Dunkin’ Donuts location has been disappointing every time I’ve visited. First of all, the drinks are just terrible. I’ve tried the iced coffee, hot coffee, and even their specialty drinks like the caramel swirl or the cold brew, and none of them taste right. Sometimes they’re way too sweet, other times they’re watered down, or just taste like old coffee. It feels like no one is following the recipe or checking if it’s actually good before handing it to you. But what makes it worse is the staff. Almost every single time I go in, the workers look like they’re mad or annoyed. They don’t greet you, they don’t smile, and they act like you’re bothering them just by ordering something. I understand that working in food service can be hard and stressful, but it’s the same cold, rude attitude every day. It makes the whole experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. There’s no energy in the place. No good music, no friendly service—just bad drinks and bad vibes. I’ve tried to give them multiple chances, thinking maybe they were just having a rough day, but it’s always the same. I’d rather go somewhere else and pay a little more just to get decent coffee and respectful service. Dunkin’ needs to do better, especially with customer service. I won’t be going back to this location again

Honestly, this Dunkin’ is disappointing. The drinks are always bad either too watery, too sweet, or they just taste off. I’ve tried giving it multiple chances, but it’s the same every time. On top of that, the people who work there always look angry or annoyed. It feels like they don’t want to be there, and they make you feel the same. No “hello,” no smile, just bad energy. Went to this place charged my card 31 dollars an I didn’t get what I asked for paid for extra bacon an had one slice of bacon on each sandwich then they don’t answer the phone! Highly do not recommend this location!!!

I ordered a blueberry muffin & when I opened the bag it was completely burnt. I asked for a new one she said they were all burnt because of the oven. When I got home I opened my croissant and it was burnt as well.

The woman on the intercom at the drive thru was so rude and absolutely MISERABLE and Unprofessional. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she told me that if I was going to order more than to things then I'd need to go inside. I asked for a flavored coffee with an extra shot, you would've thought she had asked for her first unborn child. It was a absolutely horrible experience.

1 star is generous. I think this may have been the worst Dunkin experience I’ve ever had. I would consider going ANYWHERE else. They were rude, they were slow, they didn’t have what I originally ordered, then I got home everything was poorly made. You may think what I ordered was complicated, nope, a latte with one flavor and a bagel toasted with butter. I recommend ANYWHERE else. I haven’t even gotten in to how dirty it looked from the drive up window…

I've been postponing this review just in case they improved unfortunately they have not. Every time I have gone here in the last several months they have gotten the food wrong, gave me the wrong drink, and made the drink wrong. It's easy to tell the staff does not like their job. Sometimes they haven't attitude with customers not just me, sometimes they're only priority is being quick instead of getting the order right as well as being kind and courteous to the customer. I'm assuming they're not all like that but from what I have seen / personal experience with them that is my conclusion.

This shop can NEVER be reached by phone! There's a message about "serving customers", so can't answer phone. Maybe Corporate can answer that. Food service & atmosphere is hit or miss, especially in last 3-4 months. Uncoated sandwiches, cold coffee,shaving to leave drive- thru to go inside to correct orders. Delivery is worse.

So beyond the low amount of frosting already they had to place it upside down in the bag, we ordered two croissants stuffers as well both were ice cold in the middle save your money make something at home. Also another experience I had, Pulling up to window Rolls window down Can I take your order Hold on 1 second What did you say? Hold on 1 second If you're not ready to order you need to pull around and come inside. We are on a time and if you don't know what you want when you pull up you need to come inside (Drive thru was completely empty, and I literally was there for 3 seconds rolling my window down.) I told her that is ridiculous and I'll be taking my business elsewhere, she was very rude if my children weren't in the car I would've asked for the manager

Occasional visits over last two years always the same. Trash! Burn sandwiches, half cup of foam, wrong doughnuts. Some mornings they don't ever have doughnuts and other times coffee machines are broken. How their doors are still open is beyond me.

I go Auntie Anne's at every mall i go to, every time. This is the WORST Auntie Anne's I've EVER been to. The boy running it was disengaged talking to a friend,( not working there), showing him photos on her phone. He had the whole warming cabinet full of cups and pretzles. He pulled my cup of pretzel bites from the back, so last in. They are hard and cold. Do better!

This place used to be decent when the mall was decent. Purchased cinnamon sugar nuggets. Received cinnamon sugar on the top layer of the cup and then everything underneath the top layer was soggy and it tasted old. Not worth 10 bucks. I’d recommend a health inspection asap. Won’t be going back!

Website clearly states they close at 9pm, as we stand here at 7:43 the employee who is actively taking another order ... Tells us they are closed after she cashes the customer in front of us out. WITH A WHOLE HEATED WINDOW FULL OF READY TO GO PRETZEL OPTIONS.

Went to the mall just to get Auntie Annes the remote location in mall was closed at 7:30, went to 2nd floor at 7:40 and was told they were closed. Apparently they stop cooking when they feel like it and not when the mall closes. So get there early.

I don’t know whether it’s because I normally get bretzeln/pretzels from an authentic German bakery and I’m spoilt but the pretzels we bought from here were the single most revolting thing we bought over our three weeks in the USA. Clearly the pretzels had been nowhere near a lye bath. Whatever they had done to flavour them left a powdery bitter aftertaste that took tens of minutes to subside. Most of what we purchased was thrown in a bin at our next stop.

My fiancé attempted to get a cup of pretzels from this location, was snapped at by one of the two workers and told to “come back in 5 minutes” as they were supposedly prepping more pretzels to sell. After coming back after the 5 minutes that was requested, with 7 other potential customers waiting in line with my Fiancé, the employee again barked that “I need 5 more minutes, I’m the only one here” even though they were accompanied by another person, who was in plain view. Given the level of disrespect we received, needless to say we did not get pretzels from them. Instead, we got snacks elsewhere. The “five minutes to make more pretzels” weren’t necessary, as all of the potential customers ended up leaving after being berated. I do not recommend this location at all.

Saturday 12/16/23 around 645pm the entire staff was involved in a huge fight in the kitchen. Swearing shouting the whole nine. All while on the clock. Long line of customers waiting and not being served. Everyone involved should be fired. Good pretzels though.
