The 50 best breakfast and brunch in Syracuse

First time here and won't be the last. It was outstanding. We shared cauliflower wings and fried pickles and i then had the maple vlazed salmon with a side house salad. Both were excellent. I tried my buddy's sausage with pasta and that was also outstanding. My wife said her chicken pot pie was delicious. A great meal.

Mixed bag here. Pros: Phenomenal cocktail, appetizers were great. The Spinach and Artichoke Dip had a great consistency and nice garlicky flavor. And the Poutine had a nice Syracuse flare using salt potatoes. Nice atmosphere, very similar to a lot of hipster/modern type restaurants Cons: Entrees took about 45 minutes to come out, which normally I don't mind, but the sandwich was lukewarm and the fries completely cold. Not sure if the plates sat there, but all of us with sandwich/frie meals at the table had the same issue. Server was very apologetic and did get us new fries, but not much to be done about the sandwiches.

Was visiting family from Texas and loved every bite! I had the salmon dish for lunch and it was TO DIE FOR! Definitely a generous portion and a week later, I’m still thinking of that dish. I’d go back just for that! 10/10

The pasta had a perfect portion of shrimp/sausage to pasta, and the sauce was spectacular. Great quick service on a quiet weekday afternoon lived up to the good reviews.

First I will say we went there because we have enjoyed the food before on previous visits. However this time we were a walk-in, on night that was not busy there were plenty of open tables. When we arrived we waited at the host station for awhile well several employees saw us and never came up to us. We went to the bar to ask what we should do which we were told to go back to the host station and he would try and get someone for us. When a server finally came up to us she informed us that if we didn't have a reservation we couldn't be seat. I had made a comment and said we will go on open table and make one they had reservations for 5 minutes from the the time we were there. As I mentioned that the server turned and just walked away with an attitude. At that point we look at each other with astonishment to discuss if it was worth it or not and decided to walkout. My girlfriend who is in the service industry said that is not how you treat any customer and was turned off by it. We decided to go to a different restaurant around the corner which was a much better choice and have decided to never go back to Oh My Darling. After our dinner we walked back to our car passing the Oh My Darling restaurant to see next to no one still in the restaurant. Again due to the rude and dismissive staff we will never go back.

My first time here. Lovey atmosphere and convenient to the Landmark theater. The cocktails were very good indeed and nice service. I chose the cauliflower steak unfortunately it was almost raw but the rice and asparagus that went with it were fine, my husband had the house salad which he said was nice.

We went on a busy night before seeing a play across the street. I made a reservation so they seated us right away. The tables are very close together, it kind of felt like we were dining with the table next to us. My salmon on corn risotto was outstanding and the deep fried sweet pickles were great too! And so many for the price. My finances steak was nothing to write home about, not seasoned or special in any way. Drinks were good too, just very pricey. Server was decent, took care of our needs but not overly personable.

Went in on my lunch break to order a sandwich and a smoothie. i got back to my job with my food to find that they had left a paper wrapper inside of my sandwich that I had already taken bites out of. when i called the establishment, the woman on the phone had nothing to say other than “sorry we won’t put paper in your sandwich again” and did not offer to remake or refund the sandwich. i heard the woman on the phone ask her manager if she should offer me a refund, to which the manager said no. honestly i didn’t expect a refund but remaking a sandwich that you left a wrapper inside of is the bare minimum in my opinion. very disappointing because my company orders from here frequently and i will encourage them to look elsewhere now.

My work is very close by and I have just tried this place for lunch. Impressed! Atmosphere is very calm and nice, plenty of choices on the menu. I built a bowl with rice chicken and some toppings it came out around $17. And for me it was 2 portions. They have selection of smoothies that i plan to also try. Will be back, because this place checks a lot of boxes for me: Healthy, modern and nice place to sit down and eat, close by, variety of selections

Tried this place out with a friend for the first time; safe to say it’s a great spot to grab a casual bite to eat. The restaurant has a great atmosphere: it’s light, airy, and modern inside, and offers plenty of seating with a great corner view of downtown. They provide “healthy alternatives” to the build-your-own bowl trend while still maintaining a good balance of flavor. That said, you may be better off getting one of their menu items rather than building your own if you don’t have a good idea of what will go well together. Tables could’ve benefited from a simple wipe-down, but the pricing is very reasonable and the staff are very friendly. Check it out!

This place look cool it has a chill vibe and the food is amazing. I got this amazing salad, the flavors with the dressing are paired very well it’s a kick to you taste buds and the pineapple give it a kick and the spicy dressing is amazing mixed together the flavor are really good together. Would definitely get it again. All vegan too

If you haven’t tried this place, then you must! They have breakfast and lunch options which are fantastic. There’s coffee, smoothies, smoothie bowls, sandwiches, toasts, salads, etc. A healthy twist with really good flavors. Service is quick. There is dine-in as well as grub hub or Uber eats for delivery. Only flaw is they are closed on Sundays. Street parking, no parking lot.

We got some take out on a Thursday at 1130am. I ordered the go go gyro, it was so so good. My bride ordered the Mediterranean and she loved it. Service was friendly with a smile. Ordering was simple. The place looked very clean and decorated nicely. The parking is on the street and it is metered. I am looking forward to trying other items on the menu. 10 out of 10.

Eleven Waters surprised us in the best way. None of us had heard anything about it before going but we want to keep trying new places and it was really great. Connected to the Marriott, Eleven Waters feels slightly tucked away from an the main door traffic downtown. Nonetheless, it's clean, modern and quite spacious inside. The brunch menu was very reasonably priced for the area, which was very exciting for our wallets. The staff was lovely, we quickly had 2 team members try to seat us the moment they saw us and our server was wonderful. He had a great energy and that is always appreciated no matter where you are. The food was overall very good and we all enjoyed our mimosas. Everyone was quite pleased with a small caveat in the chicken on the chicken and waffles being on the dry side. Everything else was nailed, presentation was lovely and flavors popped bringing smiles all around. I recommend giving it a try as we will definitely be back again and look forward to trying their dinner service in the future. Enjoy!!

If you're staying in Dowtown Syracuse I would recommend giving this restaurant a shot for breakfast or brunch. We didnt have the best experience with our server, but the food was delicious.

It was overall fine. We stopped by for breakfast. The egg white omelet was pretty decent; the goat cheese made up for an otherwise bland flavor. The potatoes were really well cooked but lacked any seasoning at all. The eggs Benedict was fine, but nothing was overall outstanding. Everything was just a little plain.

The first to try that brand new brunch menu that launched today September 20th. We had the crab cake Benedict and chicken sandwich with avocado. Both were absolutely wonderful, full of flavour, good portion size and presented well. 10/10 on the brand new brunch menu!

Bar and restaurant in the Marriott hotel. Relaxing atmosphere for after a long conference day or before a night at the theater. (You can reserve a prix fixe pre-show dinner, by the way.) Service was great and while the food might seem pricey (it is a conference hotel after all) there were some standouts including the delicious soups, oysters with a beet vinaigrette topping, pickleback wings (they pickle their own pickles), tender scallops and refreshing salads. Great wines, beers and cocktails too. Also good breakfast selections. Worth stopping in if you are in the area.

Delicious food - the bacon jam on the BLT was so good! The pork belly taco special was also great. The pork belly had a sweet smokey flavor to it that was amazing. Also, those fries?! Devoured them! They were so good we didn't even dip them in anything! Clean plate club 💯 Decor was fun, great beer selection, and service was awesome. Loved the overall vibe. I never leave reviews but it was so bad I have to. I have been here before and it was fine but last night we waited 30 minutes for a drink, i literally timed it. The older woman behind the bar was taking multiple sips of her drink yet we had to wait 30 min for ours? We were going to eat there but it took 40 minutes for our food so we asked for boxes, my fries were soggy not cooked at all. The server seemed new and did nothing wrong, but just seemed like she was struggling.

Good but pricey. Great beer and drink selection. Good food menu but a bit inconsistent. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and it was an excellent chicken sandwich (nothing spicy about it). Good poutine and I was told the Salt and Smoke Burger was excellent. Downtown parking but not in a bad area.

We went to see my husband's niece at her new job. We had a party of 5. The manager was able to seat us promptly. Which we appreciate, as it was a Sunday and very busy. Our waitress was great! She was able to keep up with us ordering a lot of drinks and food. We all like to sample different things on the menu. All the food was excellent. I'm not a fan of Mac and cheese so that's the only thing I didn't try. They even brought me a little birthday surprise. With happy birthday wishes! Drinks were creative and refreshing. The atmosphere was modern and fresh. The outside seating area looked pleasurable. With shade and sun. Inside was a smaller setting, and it could be a little bit snug if you're a bigger person. Overall if you like an excellent breakfast/brunch/lunch experience with great quality products, polite staff, and an upbeat atmosphere, you have found your spot. Thank you to the staff and manager for being accommodating. It was worth the time and money.

Has a parking lot in the side of the building. Steady stream of people the whole time. Were seated without a wait. Went on a Tuesday not a weekend. Ordered the pancake flight, crepe carnitas and home slice chicken sandy. As well as a latte. Everything came out looking and tasting amazing. The menu is online you have to scan a QR code at the restaurant to view it. The prices are a.bit pricey. However what isn't pricey nowadays. I definitely recommend checking this place out. I will be back again soon.

I ordered basic B scrambled eggs light and fluffy two sausage two Applewood smoked bacon and extra crispy home fries... They were not crispy... Along with Italian toast from a local bakery... Service was fantastic...

I came in with my husband and 2 toddlers. Our serve, I can’t remember her name, but she went above and beyond! She was extremely attentive and ensure our little food got pushed through quick and easy, answered all questions we had, so kindly infected with my kiddos. The food was good, the portions are good size too so be ready for left overs!

The staff were excellent at answering my daughter's questions and provided great service. Food was excellent with large portions. We will go there again next time we are in Syracuse.

I went with friends and luckily got to try a few dishes on my first visit. Everything was delicious. Portions are pretty generous and beautifully presente. Try joining the wait list on line before getting there if you don’t want to wait a long time to be seated.

Awesome brunch menu—very creative, colorful, and the portions are huge! Highly recommend making a reservation before you go, as it gets busy.

What can I not say about this fantastic place? The atmosphere the staff, the food and the coffee was just an absolute pleasure. I stopped in on a snowy day in April out of the whim, I mean really it was not a hard choice because he doesn’t like coffee and bagels. But boy am I glad that I did. The coffee was fantastic. The bagel with jalapeño cream cheese was even better, the staff and atmosphere was just amazing. You add that by window seating while snowing was just a perfect experience well out by myself. Thank you.

We are traveling through Syracuse but stop to do a tour of Syracuse University. We need breakfast and wanted bagels. We found Water St Bagels on Google and we are so glad we did! The bagels are made on site in a wood fired oven ! The food is fresh and made to order! We even bought extra bagels for our roadtrip! If you don’t go here for your bagels… you’re failing as an adult. So pull it together and make the right choice 😂😁😁 anyway it’s awesome! Go get some!

Finally found a good spot for a egg and cheese on a bagel. The bagels were delicious, not as soft as I normally like, but just as good! It gets very busy on the weekends. When you walk in, have to push to the back past people waiting for their food to get to the order location. Wait was about 15 minutes for 1 breakfast sandwich and a plain bagel with cream cheese on Saturday.

My order is the western and I add ham to it. Spicy everything bagels or bust! Always get a couple on the side. 15$. You cannot beat it anywhere.

Delicious. We were recommended here and it didn’t miss. This place doesn’t have a ton of seating, but their sandwiches are big and tasty. The coffee was very good as well. Definitely would visit again.

Great place for breakfast . We tried the Egg and cheese bagel and it was fresh and delicious. We also tried the coffee which was decent but nothing fancy . They were very much customer focused and the team seem to build a connection with the customers. Definitely a good place for breakfast. They have limited seating also. Highly recommended

What a great hamburger!! I think it was one of the best I ever had. It was a simple one, forgot the name but was amazing! The sweet potato friers were spot on too!! The chicken sub and the tots were ok, nothing special. The beignet was super duper oily lol definitely different from New Orleans ones, but is all good. Was totally worth for the burger!! Super cute place!! Came here for the first time this morning for breakfast, we were greeted instantly and the employee was super helpful and patient as we made our orders. The food is fresh, tasty, hot and decently priced. I got the breakfast special of sausage , egg and cheese on a plain bagel and it was huge! It comes with the best tots I've had in a long time. Hubby loved his btle sandwich and tots also! The building is super cute and unique. I highly recommend stopping in for some good food.

I have to admit I had no faith in this place despite the good reviews… As soon as you walk in there is a friendly and polite gentleman ready to help you with anything you need. I chose the bagel with eggs and tots: LOVED IT!!! I will definitely go back! 🤩

I was eager to try this place after seeing a glowing review on TikTok but I wasn't overly impressed. The burgers we ordered were tasty but I feel like $45 for three cheeseburgers with a bag of plain chips was overpriced even for today's economy. I was also kind.of disappointed with how long our service took, especially when it seemed like regulars who came in after us were served immediately. The fries were good but I feel like they ought to have been included in the price of the meal. There is no restroom for customers.

So, our first time at this little gem (not the other LG), and the experience was top notch. From being welcomed by the gentleman taking orders and running the register, to receiving our food fast and both choices being absolutely delicious, with high quality generous portions. We had the Notorious BLTE (me) and the Broadway Wrap, and were both impressed, humming and bobbing our heads ’yes’, the entire time. Not sure what else to say except, we’ll be back! Oh, my better half asked for hot cocoa, and they were out. So, the gentleman who took out order went out of his way to whip up a hot cocoa with whatever they had in back, and my love found it absolutely delicious as well. Thank you AHC, we’ll see you soon.

First time visitor. Was in Syracuse for family weekend and found this local spot for a terrific late Sunday morning breakfast. Due to the busy weekend, a little wait time for a table and some more for the made-to-order delish breakfast. Definitely plan to visit again when in the area.

Happened upon this gem while visiting and it was a stroke of luck. Amazing place. We were greeted by the nicest guys who made us an amazing lunch. Burgers are top notch. Perfect crinkle cut fries. Clean and friendly atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend.

This was my sixth time ordering food and drink here. Featuring here are the arepa - bacon breakfast sangwich (left) and charcoal mocha frappe (right). I’m not a big fan of their sangwiches tbh. They’re filling, but nothing is memorable. However, I love their frappes and the frozen hot chocolate. Their crystal ginger honey tea is also worth to try. I was able to place my order and pick it up in a reasonable time via the app (Apple pay isn’t working fyi). You can also use the square space website.

THIS is customer service. A genuine smile between strangers. My breakfast sandwiches are always so satisfying, exactly what I'm looking for. The kind you eat and you're groaning the whole time. The drip coffee was so yummy too. Starbucks wouldve charged way more and taken way longer for a sandwich heated from frozen. Their food is INSTANT! I swear it's done in 3 minutes. I can order, drive down the street and be out in ten seconds. Mwah🤌their kindness makes everything taste even better.

I heard about this place from my coworkers. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. The employees are so kind and helpful. I ordered the carne empanada which came with a cilantro chipotle sauce. Both the empanada and the sauce were absolutely amazing. The empanada packs a punch of fresh authentic Peruvian cuisine. A wonderful light lunch that is good on the wallet and will have you back out the door in 5 minutes. I also got a garden salad which was fresh, crisp, and light. I have not had the coffee but I heard it is delicious. I am so excited to stop in before work to get a coffee. They are in a fantastic spot and I’m sure they will thrive due to the foot traffic and businesses in the area. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for you! Good luck!!

Food and service is good. Had to ask what each sandwich consisted of, no problem. A good variety of food and drinks, A good neighborhood, would have eaten at an outside table but the wind was too strong. Highly recommend.

Amazing find we stumbled on whilst driving through Syracuse . Best breakfast I’ve had in a while . The breakfast bowl was filling and healthy ! The mango smoothie was heavenly .

My favorite coffee shop. Everything is homemade, even the syrups and sauces. Amazing flavors, great prices, and wonderful service.

Great overall experience. Flavorful dishes down to the coffee had a very present grounded beans flavor compared to typical watered down diner or as I would call it ‘gas station’ coffee. Had steak and eggs and it was perfect! My family’s dishes were just as enjoyable.

A classic American diner. Freshly made food pretty fast! Hearty breakfasts. Stellar service! Friendly all the time! It has been in SYR forever. Constantly busy but they manage it all well. Free parking.

This is a diner with yummy breakfast choices! Had a basic scrambled eggs with sausage and hash browns and toast. I enjoyed it with the bottomless coffee refills. There was quite a a wait as it was Sunday morning but they turned over the tables quickly so it was only a fifteen or twenty minute wait. Not bad at all. Service was pleasant. They got out the food quickly. Decor is basic diner, clean, a great place for diner food. No complaints! If you don't mind sitting at the counter when a stool becomes available, then there is no wait at all.

Went to Stella's Diner by chance as we were looking for a place close by to have breakfast before getting back on the road. Waitress was pleasant and attentive. She made sure that our food was served hot and our coffee cups were full. We were surprised with sizable portions that tasted good 😊

Very nice breakfast with the fam. Went at 11am and the place was absolutely packed. Despite that, the wait time wasn't horrible and neither was the wait for the food itself. The workers were very efficient in keeping things moving and the service we got from this older woman was excellent. Overall a good spot and would definitely go back.

The people and atmosphere was incredible. Portion size was insane for the price so be ready to eat. I have a pretty basic breakfast but they managed to make it memorable. I will definitely eat here again.

The Italiano breakfast sandwich was the best thing we had. Everything else was good and what I would call normal diner fare, but the Italiano was unique. My home fries were only barely warm though, but my husband’s were hot 🤷‍♀️. I ordered mine with the onions and peppers which were cooked (a little) and then thrown on top in a pile; I would not order it that way next time. All the kids enjoyed their pancakes and French toast. The staff was wonderfully cheerful and patient with kids and attentive. The place overall appeared clean, except the condiments on the table; both the syrup container and the ketchup bottle were sticky and I didn’t like touching them.

They have a breakfast special in the morning two eggs home fries toast another breakfast special three eggs toast and coffee...A good variety of breakfast items as well as lunch items on the menu service is always good a friendly waitress for the sense of humor.... I ordered extra crispy home fries that came back extra crispy eggs over easy They were not overdone or burnt around the edges Italian toast very good and my coffee cup never ran dry.... Close to destiny Mall if you're looking for breakfast or lunch and on Fridays they're open for dinner... Fish is good pot roast is good and meatloaf is good along with so many other items on the menu....

Has become a go to spot for breakfast lately. The build your own scramble was delicious, loaded with my choice of toppings. The restaurant was busy but my service was exceptional. From the gentleman with the bright colored pants making sure I never had an empty coffee. To my server Rachel being attentive, polite, humorous, and most of all welcoming. Had a server Michelle even walk me through the menu to make sure I would have everything prepared the exact to my liking. Both these young ladies made me feel like they have known me for years.

Good variety under menu for breakfast lunch and dinner Open Fridays for dinner... Very friendly wait staff... Eggs whole fries toast and coffee seven bucks with tax... I asked for extra crispy home fries that's the way I got them, eggs over easy but not overcooked...

This place was absolutely amazing everything about it said I love it here food was delicious the portions were amazing I was able to eat off of it twice so friendly awesome great vibes just a great place I highly recommend it and I'll definitely be returning again for more food thank you definitely hats off to the cook that evening

Mediocre. The portions were ample. The sausage gravy had a decent flavor and consistency, but should contain chunks of sausage, not crumbs or it. The biscuits were good though. When asked if we wanted plain home fries, or with onions and peppers, we thought we were being given the option of seasoned with onion and peppers (like many diners do). We didn't expect them to be smothered with sauteed onions and peppers. I also wasn't expecting to be charged an additional $2 plus, for each serving of onions & peppers. Also, we neither have felt good all day. We both got upset stomaches within 10 minutes of leaving the diner. Not saying it was their fault, but appears to be the source.

You can get menu overload from the selection of food items. I had to step back and take it all in. I was finely able to settle on pizza. You can't go wrong with pizza. A slice of sausage and a slice of pepperoni hit the spot, and the cost was very reasonable.

Varsity, at the corner of Crouse and Marshall in Syracuse has been around seemingly forever. It’s pretty much a way of life at Syracuse University. ‘Meet me at Varsity’ was a thing back when I was a student there, and it still is today as the next generations of students makes it their own. Yeah, Varsity is definitely a tradition at the CUSE. Their menu is pretty expansive and hasn’t change much in the last decade or so. They have a lot of sandwich and sub options, as well as some wraps. A fan favorite has always been their wings and pizza. Those two staples alone kind of put Varsity on the map, and that’s what I ordered. The chicken wings were as good as ever. Nice and crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The BBQ sauce was just perfect. The pepperoni slice that I got to accompany the wings was also good. The crust was particularly outstanding. Loved it! A lot has changed on Marshall St. over the last decade or so. A few beloved shops are gone replaced by the flavor of the day. Some old-time places have thankfully remained, with Varsity being one of them. Whenever I make the drive up from the City for a football or basketball game, I try and stop in for a quick bite. This is a place worth going to when you’re in the area. The food is great and the people are friendly. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Never a bad experience here. Actually it's always been a fun experience. Everytime we are around the area we stop it. Loved the last time after SU won, the band came and played on top of the tables. Being/Visiting here makes me feel young again!!

Ordered pizza to go. Pizza was good and service was very friendly. Prices were fair.

THIS is your quintessential college-town "place" to grab some grub. Pizza (sausage and pepperoni) was phenomenal, but so were the wings and so were the folks taking orders and making food. We were here for a College visit, this made US want to quit our jobs and enroll at Syracuse!

I haven't been here for 30 plus years since I went to College at Syracuse and it looks the same! Great food just like I remembered. I had the Varsity Cheese Steak with onions, peppers, mushrooms and cheese. Delicious! They serve beer! Still announcing your name when your wings are ready! The best wings around!

Went to Syracuse to watch the basketball game of the day. Then came to Varsity, a must try place according to my hubby. The pizzas were very good, they even sold out at 15:30. The buffalo wings were also a big hit.

We can on Memorial Day for breakfast and it was pretty busy. The staff was super friendly and we ordered our food quite promptly. It's a no frills place. Cheeky diner decor. The food was ok. Nothing fancy and it got the job done.

Local diners are the best. We went on a holiday weekend and there was plenty of room and no wait. Tables are easily moved around to adjust for party size. Waitress was friendly and attentive. The menu has a nice variety. I was intrigued by all the pancake options, expecting super sugary plates like at the chains, but they were subtle flavors. Apple pie looked normal and fluffy but had a few apple slivers and some spices to make it special. The home fries are great and omelettes too. It got a little loud near the end of the visit but nothing prohibiting conversation and they let us sit awhile to catch up. Bring cash and save money!

The All Night Eggplant is simply outstanding. The food was of the highest quality and the service/atmosphere is unmatched. I love the vibes here every single time making me a regular. Personally, I recommend the sausage egg and cheese or the Brooklyn Homefries. If you ever find yourself looking for a great breakfast, give the All Night Eggplant a visit. You will not be disappointed.

The food was good. I had to choose something else, other than my initial order as they were out of that item on the menu. My sandwich was very good, but I noticed there wasn't anything really to choose as a side. Sandwiches come with chips & a pickle. My chips were the bottom of the bag & in tiny pieces. Waitress refilled drinks several times. Overall, it's not a bad place to grab a burger or sandwich

I went there with a big group of people. The atmosphere was nice and was quaint. I was really looking forward to enjoying my omelet with peppers and cheese but I was really disappointed. The omelet had way too many green peppers in it and they didn't taste good. Unfortunately I went there on a busy day and the waitress was all over the place and overwhelmed so we didn't get the best service but I did feel bad for her. The other food I was disappointed with was the Italian toast because it wasn't real Italian it was the American kind. I won't be going back there anytime soon.

The food is ok. The hash browns had a strong taste and smell of onions and were very greasy. My omelette was small, and the mushrooms tasted and looked dirty. The toast had loads of butter on it. Overall the food was ok but can be pricey. $4.50 for a small glass of juice is nuts! The pancakes were a good size and tasted good.

Our waitress Laura was welcoming and super friendly! She was constantly hustling to take care of quite a few tables during the Sunday morning rush!!

The Sweet Praxis did a variety of desserts for my wedding (brioche donuts, truffles, cupcakes, cheesecake). While I didn't work with anyone directly (only over email), my guests enjoyed the desserts. They were helpful in creating what I had in mind for the way I wanted my cupcakes to look.

I’ve had a great time at this gem! I had never been before/ heard of this bakery before. And now I can’t stop talking about this place. From the delicious food (even the vegan version is delectable and I’m not vegan) to the demeanor and customer service of the staff. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful. I will tell anyone about this place whether they asked or not. I’m already plotting on my next treat! The title says it all. I live in Youngstown, NY and I travelled to the Sweet Praxis in June and September because I like it that much. They have a great variety of pastries, sandwiches, coffees and teas but I have to give them a lot of credit because it is really hard to find vegan menu items the taste so good. For anyone who's concerned about parking, weekdays you can park on the street and pay at the meter. On weekends, you can park in the parking lot that's across from the corner of the café. They open at 8 a.m. EST, so if you want to get a seat and really enjoy your meal, make sure to be there when they open since it gets pretty crowded by 9:00 a.m. If you're anywhere in the area, I strongly recommend you pay this place to visit.

This is the Sweet & Spicy Sandwich (GF). It consists of a fluffy pillowy buttermilk biscuit, a farm fresh egg, harissa roasted sweet potato, cheddar cheese, spicy chipotle aioli, arugula, and zing pickled red onion. Every bite was divinely delightful. EDIT: Since moving downtown, The Sweet Praxis has been a heavenly haven of delightful baked goods. I just want to say thank you to all of your staff for the work you put into your amazing products. I have uploaded a bunch more photos of all the delicious treats that I have been able to try. Great options for vegan and gluten free. I loved the olive oil cake (GF&V) it had a rich lemon flavor with a cherry glaze on top. The zucchini muffin was good, not too sweet. Solid cold brew.

At our wedding, our photographer said that my expression upon seeing our dessert table was almost better than walking down the aisle! That should tell you something about The Sweet Praxis. I knew what Natalie created would be delicious and beautiful. But I was completely unprepared for the sight that was waiting for me at our reception! For a day that was quickly flying by, I spent far too long lingering at the table, trying to savor the sight of those artistic confections. I couldn’t believe how fortunate we were. Each one was beautiful in its own way – the colors, textures, and flavors each expertly balanced. All decorated with delicate, elegant edible flowers! Quite literally one of the highlights of the whole day. Now, when the topic of the wedding resurfaces, it is often because people are reminiscing on those delectable treats. Natalie very kindly worked with us to incorporate our family’s traditions and preferences. She flawlessly brought our unique vision to life. I will never forget what she did for us, and only wish I could bottle up that experience and keep it forever!

I am so tired of people giving 4.9 to a place just because their cult goes to that place regularly 🤦🏻‍♀️ this is not the only place in Syracuse with a crazy high rating and mediocre experience. Please stop ruining google reviews for everyone. I ordered a croissant, it was average, came crispy, but a bit too salty, and the butter was low quality, you can taste the difference. Cappuccino was okay, normal size, which is good. Otherwise the place can be at best a 4.4 or 4.5 not a 4.8 or 4.9.

Well to each is own, but personally I am no longer a meat eater so going into this place was like going into a slaughter house. Everything on the menu was meat, beef, pork, etc. There was not one single option for a vegan or a non meat eater. Like is a mushroom barria taco too much to ask for, can the non meat eaters get some non meat veggie alternatives or something. The family was totally uninterested. The building is unique and attractive to the eye tho, just not recommended those on a journey to avoiding meat.

We had Ponchito's Taqueria cater our son's graduation party on a Sunday — even though they are normally closed — and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. The food was incredible — hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. EVERYONE at the party raved about it, and there wasn’t a single taco left from the taco bar! They have some of the best birra tacos in Syracuse, but they're only served on Tuesdays currently. Burritos are really good as well. The regular burritos are huge, the super are enormous. This is going to sound weird but their wings are also very good.

I came here, because I heard that the food was cheap, and that you get a lot of it. It is safe to say you get a lot of it! I was barely able to finish my burrito! It was like the size of a sub sandwich. I got the steak, and it was okay. I think next time I will try the chicken, but what I really want to go back for is breakfast. It was more expensive than I was expecting for a burrito though.

My sister and I went there to pick up dinner tonight and it was awful. Great customer service, order was correct but the food was a whole other story. Plantains burnt to a crisp, beans taste like they were just poured from a can with nothing added. Lastly the Quesadilla was flavorless. So disappointing. Won't be back.

Great place for a quick bite to eat! Friendly staff, warm atmosphere, and the food's pretty damn good for the price! The breakfast sandwich was killer, I've also had the chicken cutlet sub which came with chips.. I would have definitely upgraded the 250 for the fries but oh well!

City Hall Cafe is a little challenging to find. It's inside city hall in the back, but Google Maps points to a back door that says "No Thru Traffic" which actually does lead to the cafe. The space is bright and clean and the cook friendly. I ordered a Greek Omelet, which the menu described as consisting of onions, tomatoes and feta cheese. It was more of a mixed scramble, with a good number of potatoes in the mix. It didn't taste bad, but far from what I hoped for. There are other cafes in the neighborhood I've enjoyed better.

I wanted to grab a cup of coffee while doing some business at the City of Syracuse permit office. I didn't expect a low price cup of coffee, but at least a decent tasting cup. It was bitter, not that hot, and they offered no dairy products for creamer. The cost was $2.97. Saw the price on the cash register. I asked if that was the price for the coffee (it could have been for the previous purchase that was just checked out). The person at the register instantly went into a political rant about the current US presidential administration. I wasn't complaining about the price, though the quality of the coffee was poor. I was taken aback that he was blaming his prices for a bad cup of coffee on the current president. I really didn't want to engage, but I felt pressured to reply. I really just wanted a decent cup of coffee. Instead, I got a cup of mud and some unwanted, misinformed political opinion. I will not be returning to this business, not because of the politics but because of the lousy coffee.

Went to City Hall Café for the first time and was greeted by a rude gentleman who appeared either slow or had a brain injury. I asked the gentleman if breakfast was available and he said, in a snotty tone, breakfast ends at 11 o’clock. He then told me to go to Denny’s. I wouldn’t eat in this glorified High school cafeteria If the rude guy, Possibly named Mike, Gave me free food. Thanks, Mike

Just got lunch there for my coworkers bday and this has to be the top 3 or top 2 best sandwich ive ever had. Im talking flavor and texture. I got the bridge st bomber panini and oh my gosh, SO GOOD. everyone seemed very nice, and the place looked super clean. I'm so happy they're close to my job, will be coming back... a lot! Adding this to our regular lunch rotation! We love it!

A frequent spot of mine. Bridge Street Bomber is one of the most consistent and well made sandwiches in the city. Everything else is good too. Don’t hesitate to give this place a shot.

I really like this place. I mostly order the soup of the day and may come in for a morning snack. I like it mostly because the staff remember you and always give you what you request. This is rare these days. The only thing is I wish it was open on at least one weekend a month or a couple of months. Thank you!!

Great coffee spot. I ordered a brewed coffee with mocha. They have medium and dark roast options available. This coffee spot is Perfect for a good study session. Multiple outlets and couches perfect place to meet a friend for a quick bite. Food was delicious. I had a breakfast sandwich with the daily bread. They were fast and friendly. Location was clean as well as the bathroom. WiFi available as well. Parking situation is tough because of its location. Parking is free before 9am and after 6. The local Meters at $2 an hour with a 2 hour limit.

This is my absolute favorite coffee shop! The brews, cold & hot, are so fresh and delicious. They have the softest chewy bagels and their pastries did not miss. Wish I had a Kubal closer to home! The baristas here are great & very hospitable!

Really nice shop! The interior is really nice. As others have mentioned, there is a very good amount of seating and space. A nice change from what's going on with some shops that clearly don't want people to stick around and enjoy their drinks. I've been here a number of times throughout the years, and the staff have always been very polite and friendly. No stuck up baristas here! Prices are actually very reasonable. I've noticed many shops getting outright greedy of late, but I found the prices here to be completely fair for their delicious coffee. A 12oz pour over cost me $5.13 at the time of this review. 👍 If I could offer one things to improve upon: Please(!) consider offering reusable/ceramic drink ware for customers who are staying in the shop. I think it's a shame that everything is put into a to-go cup with a plastic lid.

A nice spot located in the heart of downtown Syracuse. I stopped by for a quick coffee and was greeted by friendly staff who took the time to explain their summer specialty drinks. *Cons*: The lattes I tried didn’t quite meet expectations, and the cleanliness—particularly around the washroom area—could be improved.

The café Kubla coffee is absolutely outstanding. Each cup is crafted with care rich, smooth, and full of flavor without being overpowering. My cappuccino had the silkiest foam and a beautiful design on top, while my friend’s pour-over was clean, balanced, and aromatic. It’s clear they take their coffee seriously here. The food was just as impressive. The pastries taste delicious. I highly recommend café Kubla.

My sisters and I got some hot tea, mocha w/ oat milk, matcha, and a brownie. Wished they had a bigger selection of treats but otherwise the drinks we got were good!

First time stopping in for a little snacks snack! I love vegan Mac and cheese and I enjoy trying every vegan restaurant’s “cheese” offerings. This place has excellent shell pasta Mac and cheese it was super creamy and had a nice flavor. The atmosphere was bright and it had ample outdoor seating. I also got a coconut “milk” shake which hit the spot! The baker cabinet looked amazing but ai was already so full from the Mac! Definitely a great spot to check out in Syracuse. Also has a very nice and outgoing staff! I felt welcome right away!

Visited from out of town and glad we did. Parking can be a challenge. We ordered the reuben, parm wings, barbecue wings, cupcakes, oreo cheesecake, pb shake, onion rings, and chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Everything was amazing. Most places use sugar cane for the bone in the wings, I notice they use wood sticks. I def plan on returning when I return to Buffalo.

As a meat and cheese lover (trying to eat less of both), I’m so glad I tried this place- it’s delicious! I also felt more full after just half my meal, which usually doesn’t happen. Will definitely be back!! I got the sassy chicken sandwich with truffle fries and it was all so good!!!

Needed a quick bite while driving through Syracuse. This restaurant nailed it. Amazing salads that you would not believe are vegan. We go the southwest chicken salad and the Thai tofu salad. We don’t even like tofu and this was delicious.

I’ve been coming here for years and I’m not even vegan. Every single time the food is absolutely outstanding. Not one time has anything been bad. Everything is so fresh and perfectly cooked. If you’re coming here for the first time def try the garlic parm wings. Nachos are always perfect. I love the BLT and any of the fried chicken sandwiches. The shakes are amazing I love the Malcolm X. Corn chowder is amazing when they have it. Absolutely love the southwest chicken salad and their desserts are heavenly. Seriously vegan or not this restaurant is absolutely consistent.

Denny’s has delicious food but I usually hesitate due to bad service. This location had excellent service. The server was attentive, responsive, speedy and refilled drinks before they finished. They have turkey to sub pork which is a plus. The only con was the coffee…. Unfortunately tasted burnt

My experience at Denny’s this past week has been probably one of the most enjoying engaging experience. I’ve had in a restaurant in a long time. I haven’t been in the Denny’s restaurant in over 20 years. It’s because of Tiffany my waitress I’ve had the same waitress the past three days I’ve come to eat.. She smiles she’s engaging. She’s funny she’s knowledgeable. She’s efficient and she has a beautiful spirit. She keeps me coming back. Customer service is all about food will speak for itself. Quality really hasn’t dropped. It could be tweaked in a few places, but that’s expected pleased, but it’s really Tiffany who makes the experience for me with the rest of the team, but she used the crown jewel. Our server, Theresa W., was an extremely friendly and attentive individual who provided excellent service throughout our dining experience. She consistently checked on us to ensure that all our needs were met. I believe that Theresa's exceptional service is worthy of recognition by the management. Regarding the food, it was satisfactory overall. There was a slight mix-up with our order during our first visit, but we decided to proceed with the meal as it was. On our second visit, our orders were fulfilled accurately. In summary, I would gladly revisit the establishment if I am in the area again, primarily due to the exceptional hospitality provided by Theresa.

I recently visited Denny’s in East Syracuse and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My server was attentive, making sure my coffee was always topped up and that everything was to my liking. The menu had plenty of classic diner options, and my meal was served hot and fresh. The eggs were cooked the way I liked it🍳 , and the bacon 🥓 was perfectly crispy . The atmosphere was comfortable, making it a great spot for a relaxed meal. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the area!

Great pancake! Way better than ihop. Their portions are a bit small then most diner’s I’ve been to. My onion rings were burnt and my medium-rare t-bone steak came out as close to well-done. Overall, great customer service so I gave them 4 star.

First - cash only, bank with inside ATM practically across street. Second but should be first- Delicious!!!! It is a must visit! My Biscuits and sausage gravy and home fries with onion = Delicious. If you’re a sandwich person, the MacMother is the best sausage egg cheese on bun I’ve ever tasted. Prices are reasonable, total was $20.75 not including tip. I was greeted upon entry and politely helped. Seating is very very limited inside. We ate outside because we had the dog but there are trees at edge of parking lot for some shade. I felt safe here and will definitely come back next time in town. Spouse has been coming here for 20 years and it’s always been good and delicious.

This lil hole in the wall diner served me the best breakfast I’ve ever had. I saw a whole frittata and asked which size it was. I thought half that size would be good. Boy was I wrong! Half a frittata was still 3 pounds! I should’ve ordered a 1/4. And wow is it affordable! 3 pound frittata was $15! It was soooo good! I’ll be planning trips to NY just to come back here. It’s one man cooking everything behind the counter and he’s a master! We watched him in amazement as we waited for our food. The place is very tiny and a little cramped but they make it work. It adds to the charm. The staff didn’t miss a beat. It was like they were dancing as they ducked under eachother and twirled around people to avoid knocking them down. These people are experts at their trade. Tip well and bring cash!

We ordered food to go we got it in15 minutes. The food was delicious. The prices were phenomenal, the service was wonderful. I would highly recommend this place. 👌

A kitschy little diner with solid food and service. My boyfriend and I stopped there for breakfast and the service was quick and the food was great. The staff were super quick with coffee refills and were refreshingly not overly friendly or peppy. I had a Western omelette and he had a cheesesteak breakfast sandwich. Both were appropriate size and cooked well.

Amazing. In town, looking for breakfast. This popped up, took a chance..what can I say it was amazing. Busy, and as a Englishman in New York surprised as to how busy. Got a seat at the counter ( bucket list ) and was served by friendly and attentive staff. The accent caused a bit of a stir and spent most of the time chatting to an ex Veteran. Oh and the food was amazing.

When my dad was younger, his dad owned part of this diner, so I always heard stories about them eating there. We were seating fairly quickly upon arriving and given adequate time to order. It felt like a true classic diner, with families all around and workers who had formed relationships with the usual customers. The place was very busy, so it did take a while for us to order, but our waitress did come by to apologize for the wait and let us know it would be out soon. We both ordered 2 eggs, rye toast, and home fries. My boyfriend got bacon as well on the side. I ordered my eggs overeasy, testing if they would come as true overeasy eggs or slightly uncooked, because I have unfortunately had that experience at other diners. My eggs came out PERFECTLY, I was so excited. Everything tasted perfect and it was a great breakfast to have before our drive home. I understand why my family spent so much time here and im proud to have a connection to it.

Was a cute place. Nothing really made it stand out from other "diners." Was nice and clean - that was good. Two dishes ordered were simple eggs, meat, pancakes with water. They were good. My husband wasn't thrilled about his. Said the chicken fried steak was the smallest he'd seen, and definitely a frozen item. He wasn't happy about a $4.50 soda either (I do not know if it was provided on the menu and he missed it, or what). Overall was a nice one-time "mom n pop" experience. I ate it quick enough, I forgot to take a picture.

We were really pleased with our breakfast at this diner. The service was amazing. The diner was busy even for a slightly off time (10:30 on Sunday morning) but there was plenty of parking and seating. We had a small wait for the food, but it was well worth it. We each got a variety of different things to try out (pancakes, French toast, omelet, bacon, hash browns, French fries) and everything was delicious. We felt the price point was really good for what we got and we loved the atmosphere as well.

First of all the food is absolutely delicious. But what drove me to make sure to write a review was the customer service. Unfortunately, my boyfriend didn’t check our bag before leaving the sandwich shop and didn’t realize until he got home that one of our sandwiches were missing. He immediately called and asked the employee who answered the phone if they could just hook him up next time he came in since we live about 20 mins away and didn’t want to drive back and forth again. They said yes of course, took his info, and apologized. Then less than TWO MINS later the owner called him back and insisted he personally brought us the sandwich to our home. We told him it was okay he doesn’t have to do that but, he came anyway!! Also put in some extras in there for us! We are all human and make mistakes but it’s what you do after that mistake that truly matters. You don’t come across people going above and beyond like that very much anymore. Thank you!!

I had heard great things about this place, and when I finally got to try it, (the catfish po' boy) it was absolutely phenomenal. It was so good, I had to go back again before the menu changed. I brought my roommate, who got the veggie option and said it was one of the best things she's eaten in Syracuse, and brought a po' boy back for my co-worker who was also floored by the quality and flavor. Truly amazing, and although I'll dearly miss that southern fried catfish, I'm also excited to see what their menu update will bring (I believe they change it every two weeks). I highly recommend this spot. It's busy, crowded, and loud, but that's because people know it's top-notch. We ate lunch outside and had a very pleasant experience. Don't hesitate! Check it out!!!

Best turkey sandwich around- from the cheese, pears, sliced turkey, unique mayo to the unbelievable bread!! The street corn mac n cheese was scrumptious. We will return.

I always have said that the best submarine sandwich comes from Wegmans market cafe. Good quality for a good price.

It’s hard to find good deals, especially these days, so I’m very glad to have found this place. I’d definitely recommend getting here a bit earlier, since they can get a bit crowded, but we were seated without too long of a wait. Decent diner food and fast nice service. Coffee had a lot of grounds in it but good meal otherwise, not too expensive. Feta omelette was okay but would wouldn’t get again, lacked flavor but potatoes were great

They were slammed today. It was just me and I got a counter seat after just a few minutes. The kitchen is efficient, a yummy breakfast quesadilla came out quickly. Easy to understand why they are so busy, great food at reasonable prices.

Fast, friendly service, great coffee, and large portions. I didn't really like their breakfast potatoes Could have been a little crispier, but the veggie omelette was delicious and definitely as advertised...overstuffed! My sil for the half frittata and still had to take half home!! Yum!

This diner is a gem. I can't speak enough about how great the service was. It was quick, concise and just the right touch if elegance with our family. 4 kids and us parents have been in limbo from our flight home. And Julie's really brightened our day. The food was top notch. It was done quickly and done well. Our kids loved their waffles and pancakes and they made our Eggs Benedict very well. Both had the same texture and seasoning. The atmosphere was cool and welcoming too. Soft music in the back ground and a diner where some older gentlemen came in to meet up for breakfast. Really great vibes.

Julies diner is one of the best in the area. The food is never greasy. We always enjoy any meal there. Taste home cooked. Everyone is always so friendly and place is very clean. They try to be fast and efficient!

Went in for breakfast with my husband this morning and it was clean, quiet and cute. We were some of the only people there but it started to pick up once we ordered. I got one of their slam specials with pancakes, sausage, eggs, bacon and hashbrowns for $10 and hubs got an omelet. The food and service were good.

We were more than satisfied with our service by our waitress Anastasia… she readily answered questions, efficiently brought our meal and was very sweet and friendly, especially considering it was Easter. We highly recommend this Denny’s!!

Ordered a burger and it was delicious! The server was polite, happy, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect. Haven’t been to Dennys since they closed the one in Colonie, NY. It made my night, having some great food and a nice place to have it in.

Food was good but service was good especially being a slower time prices are crazy high but what do you expect now a days. 2 chocolate milks these two meals a side of crispy potatoes and maple filled donut holes Togo $65 bucks.

My family visited this Dennys Thursday night and the service was horrible… we were given plastic ware and no napkins the food came out messed up and the server didn’t ring us up properly. We decided to give it another chance on Saturday morning and Sarah gave us great service! Very friendly and kept us in the loop with the food. The kitchen forgot one of our breakfast platters but she made sure it was quickly put together. The food was delicious. We fully enjoyed our experience this time thanks to the awesome service.

Anastasia is absolutely amazing and deserves a raise! She is by far my favorite waitress ever. The food and atmosphere are always amazing when Ana is working. Seeing her makes any bad day better, and good days even more fantastic. Always knows our orders ahead of time. Ana's manager is also very kind.

It must be said that for all the occasionally deserved flack Denny's receives as a corporation whole, I couldn't find a single thing wrong when my family and I went. My brisket melt tasted great, everyone else enjoyed their meals,all of the breakfast sort. The place was very clean to my eyes, and our waitress was very kind and efficient. All I can mention beyond that is that the place was three quarters empty. Sad really, but I don't mind good service and decent food in a quiet place

I wanted to give this rating a zero for service. As I was promised sarcasm for service per the shirt some of the servers wear...yet...Ami the server was highly lacking in sarcasm. She asked me twice if I needed a refill on my water. Asked me three times if everything was good and did I need anything. After she gave me the check she said no rush and to take my time. I call bull honkey. I came in for sarcasm and expected sarcasm...Unfortunately I will have to return in the near future to evaluate if their sarcasm skills have improved. Food here is always hearty, healthy, or a combo of the two. And their oatmeal is phenomenal. You can substitute the sausage and bacon for chicken on the breakfast burrito with a slight upcharge. Atmosphere is hit or miss. Sometimes its the church crowd dressed in their finest, and other times.you can have guys like today such as the retiree who had a Star Wars T-shirts on, or the guy from Santa Monica who had a Nerf shirt on. No judgements though, as I am all about Star Wars, and Nerf Wars at Christmas time with the family. Also, I think I saw the gentleman with the Star Wars T-shirt on at church one day. 🤣 As a huge Star War and Star Trek fan I was thrilled ro see that. However, don't judge me because I like both Star Wars and Star Trek....(darned trekies)!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 The entire Nesticis Too crew is invited to church. As they are a pretty cool gang! Ami and her family aren't invited though until she learns how to be a bit more sarcastic as promised! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 And to all those boys in the back who were construction workers and town boys staring at me and talking under your breath. Great breakfast this morning. Lots of seating, counter and booths. Clean and bright. Very quick service from first coffee to ordering to receiving our food. Refills without even knowing you need one! Scrambled, link sausage, and perfectly toasted/buttered marble Rye. I don't know the price as my friend took care of the bill!! They do have a website so you could check prices.

We met my college roommate to catch up and we were not rushed at all! Our waitress even had the French toast section named after her. Everything came out hot and was delicious! We have picky eaters and they adjusted the breakfasts to their liking- with no hesitation! The coffee was fresh and free flowing! They were even able to split the bill at the end.

This is my third visit. I can arguably say it’s the best diner I’ve ever been to for breakfast. The food is well prepared. The service is great. I want to specifically say both were awesome on 9/08/25 around 7am so the owner know which staff were so good.

Impossible to be better than they were this Sunday morning at 7:45. Super friendly and prompt service, the food was up in 5.minutes and absolutely delicious. I was so hungry no pics, but I had the French toast combo ($12) and my girl had eggs/toast/home fries ($9). The toast is massive, thick cut and so good. Great coffee too. $30 + tip

This place never disappoints, unless you're someone that is just trying to get a free meal everywhere you go because you feel entitled and have been getting away with it. Anyways, every time we come here, the food is always excellent. You get your meals pretty quick even when they are swamped so shoutout to the WHOLE staff here at Nestico's Too. Servers are very attentive and management is always very welcoming and polite. Great atmosphere here! We try to come here every weekend!!

Decent place for a morning breakfast and a Latte My daughters tried the Bagel and the oatmeal and I had the bagel and coffee . It was good and a easy walk from the restaurant. Plenty of space to seat and enjoy a morning coffee and was not crowded

Solid, chocolatey iced mocha. It's a little on the industrial side, and could use a little warmth, but overall good impression on my first visit. Apparently, all but one of the flavor shot flavors, is made in house. So, thumbs up on that one

This place used to be really great. They have drastically reduced the menu, removing a number of sandwiches and wraps, including the vegan wrap. The bathroom toilet was clogged, there was no soap in the bathroom, and there were no napkins in the napkins dispenser. What happened to this place?

Wanted a breakfast sandwich, but they’re out of eggs. Ordered a bagel w/ cream cheese that came in a paper wrap with hardly any cream cheese. I’ve had better bagged bagels from the supermarket. Oh, and there is someone sleeping on the sofa that is clearly not a paying customer.

Love the coffee and food here. I used to go here all the time for a quick coffee break during work, and have returned here and there since then after moving on. The coffee is some of my favorite drip coffee that I've had, and I'm a sucker for their black bean hummus wrap. They could overall use one or two more vegan/vegetarian options on their menu, but I'm assuming they're just suiting whatever demographic comes and know better than I do. Great for doing laptop work / reading / meeting with friends!

I stopped at Panera Bread at Wolf Rd in Albany and had such a good experience I thought I would go back to the one here in Fairmount. It was NOT the same experience. My portion sizes were considerably smaller and my bread did not seem fresh. Maybe the one at Wolf Rd. Albany was fresh out of the oven and the warmth made it more enjoyable.

If only healthy food like that served at Panera's tasted better, we would all be thin. UPDATE-1: I ordered the Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich which comes on sourdough bread with a side of chips (or an apple). The almonds went very well with the chicken salad, the chicken was tender, and the bread was fresh and had the classic sourdough tang. However, I did not detect any of the promised halved red grapes, and the tomatoes were under ripe and hard even by January standards. Next time, I would ask them to omit the tomato and add sliced cucumber. UPDATE-2: I ordered a cup of tomato soup, a grilled cheese sandwich with a spicy salsa, and a cherry Danish. The soup was okay once it was salted, and I enjoyed the croutons. However, the grilled cheese sandwich was misnamed. It should be called a melted cheese sandwich. I would like to know how they melted the cheese without toasting the bread on a grill. My guess is that the bread was very lightly toasted in a toaster, the cheese was added, and then melted in a microwave. There is no evidence of any butter having been spread on the bread which you would normally expect if it had actually been grilled. I discussed the state of my sandwich with the manager. He said next time ask for it extra toasted as if the current state of my sandwich represented a normal toast. I asked him if he could put my sandwich on a grill to further toast it. He said no, but he could make a new one for me if I wished. I didn't want to be responsible for the waist of food, so I declined his kind offer. The other thing that went wrong was that I didn't receive the cherry Danish that I ordered and paid for. This was quickly remedied by the fellow who had taken my order when I brought the omission to his attention.

My family went to Panera; we ordered two sandwiches, a scone, coffee and tea. We were told the egg machine was turned off at 10:30; we ordered at 10:15. The location we were at was out of croissants. The coffee we were given had eggs in it and a hair was baked into my scone. We went back the following day because we met out of town family at the same location, and we had the same negative experience. The cashier kept repeating our order back and kept ringing it in incorrectly. They never made our drinks; we ordered hot and iced lattes. I had to go up multiple times and remind them. The girl at the sandwich counter said it wasn’t her job to make our drinks but since the other guy back there wouldn’t make them, she stepped away from her station, yelled at him and made our drinks. I ordered a cookie; there were 10 in the case. Several minutes later when I went to the sandwich counter to get my drinks I asked for my cookie and they informed me that they were out of them; I informed them that 10 minutes prior when I ordered my cookie the case was full. I walked back to the pastry area and showed two servers behind the counter they still indeed had cookies. I was waiting at the counter for 15 minutes for my drinks, the manager came out and asked if I was all set, I informed Sam the manager that I was not, they refused to give me the cookie and drinks I ordered. I had to go back to my table to get my receipt, where my family was waiting for me; we all traveled 5 hours to meet up at this location. I walked back to the counter and showed the girl at the sandwich counter my receipt and finally received my drinks and cookie. We also tried to find a table where my family could sit inside because it was 85° outside; all of the tables were filthy and sticky, had trash on the floor and the garbage area was overflowing with plates and trash. The lack of customer service and cleanliness at this location is insane and appalling; I’d never come back here even though it has been very convenient to meet here. The service, food, and dining area are all repulsive. I’ve spent over $300 here over the last week and will not be returning.

Stood in line for 10 minutes ordering. Then waited for my food for 30 almost 40 minutes!! That's an hour for something that's supposed to be "quick" and all staff seemed miserable and didn't even check in... with anyone... like courteous was out the window. If I didn't already pay I probably would've walked out. ALMOST AN HOUR .. AN HOUR... A HOUR IS CRAZY! And when I got my food it just seemed thrown together no effort.. could've went to McDonald's next door would've had my food fresh, quick, and probably with more kindness from the staff and effort in the making of the sandwich ..

Inconsistent. Today, I ordered a southwest chicken salad. I came with no chicken when I hadn't ordered it that way. I didn't say anything because it already took a bit to get the food to begin with. Also, now that drink cups are not a point of sale, it takes longer to get your drinks. Food was good overall!

Terrible customer service. Left off a sandwich , only filled soups 1/2 full. Used to be a good place to go, but now you’re just paying for the cardboard and wrappers. Will be looking for another place to go.

Lately my orders have had items missing. Today, I ordered a BLT with mozzarella added (which was $1.50 extra) and they didnt add the mozzarella. Also, I went to pick up my order and waited at the counter, the people called out other orders names but not mine, there was someone checking the orders but they didnt check mine. I cant really speak to other locations. I've been speaking up and they do make it better which is nice. But it feels like pretty much every time I order from this location either they forget something or, the app online says they have something in stock like cookies that I order only to find that they weren't really in stock and they replace it with something else. Its kind of frustrating having to call so much. Also, when you order online, theres an option to not include utensils and I check that but they still give me utensils. Actually, the one time I did want to include utensils, they forgot everything except the knife which was difficult because I ordered soup.

Suzie's Cafe, located on State Fair Boulevard in Syracuse, New York, is a small, comfortable dining establishment specializing in breakfast and lunch only. We arrived around 10:30 on a Saturday morning to find the dining area moderately filled. We took a seat in the corner and were promptly greeted by our server, who was extremely pleasant and conversational. After serving us a coffee and orange juice, she navigated us through the menu choices, further explaining that although omelettes were not on the menu, they were certainly an option. We decided upon a ham, sausage, and cheese omelette, as well as one with mushrooms , tomatoes, and cheese, both of which came with home fries and toast. Both omelettes were very good. Although not overly stuffed with our choices of fillings, they were enough to satisfy our appetite. The home fries were pretty bland, even with the added onions. I found myself adding salt a couple of times, even though I very rarely put salt on anything. Also the toast was a bit soggy. By the time we departed around 11:45, Suzie's was almost filled to capacity. The cafe is clean, inviting, tastefully decorated, and has a friendly atmosphere. The lunch menu also includes burgers and sandwiches, among other items. If you're looking for a no-nonsense meal without all the bells and whistles, there's no doubt Suzie's Cafe will satisfy your needs.

This is a fabulous gem of a find! Hometown service, portions, and eats. It is small location but finest things in small packages? Great variety on the menu but also fun specials. Establishment is CLEAN. Will definitely return when I’m in the area and I highly recommend.

I was looking for something affordable and filling. Stumbled upon this diner and got exactly what I was looking for. The atmosphere is very small town and friendly. It’s definitely got a retro vibe going on. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The food was delicious and filling. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with fries. Everything tasted fresh and loved that they didn’t hold back on the boom boom sauce. I’ve always loved diners and this one is definitely at the top of my list. My bill came out to about $12 with my soda. (Free refills by the way)

So the place looks like it would have amazing food. I love the decor and the little cute Diner appeal. But when the drinks and food came out it was very disappointing. It says all over the menu that the corned beef hash is homemade but it's clearly from a can and they definitely had cans of corned beef on a shelf in the kitchen that you can look in through window. And if you see in my other reviews I definitely know my homemade corned beef and love it. The toast was nothing special and everybody knows how to flip an egg or two. I ordered an orange juice and it was a child size at an adult price. Meh most likely wouldn't return.

We were looking for a diner for dinner and suites popped up so we decided to give it a try. We pulled in and it was closed on a Friday evening. So we decided to try it for breakfast because it said Cafe on the sign so thought the might be open only for breakfast and lunch. They were closed on Saturday morning too. No sign saying they were closed for vacation or whatever

Placed a walk-in order online, got there, and the restaurant area was closed with no way to pick up my walk-in. There were at least a dozen cars in the drive thru so did not have time to sit and wait for that. If you can’t accommodate mobile orders, just turn the functionality off.

Dunkin almost always delivers when it comes to their food and drinks. Unfortunately this location, the drive-thru lady working the day I went had absolutely 0 customers service skills. She said have a good day, and closed the window before I was able to say anything about the fact I had more on my mobile order. When she came back and I told her about the missing order, she grabbed it and handed it to me and almost closed her own arm on the window because she wanted nothing to do with me. Poor service.

Terrible service was there today at 730am. who ever was in the window has a terrible attitude toward customers and the employees there. My drinks were made completely wrong tasted like straight milk and still got changed 12.40

Placed a mobile order for pickup this morning. After sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes, went back in because an item was missing from an order and there was a hair in the barely warm sandwich we received. After explaining the situation and requesting a refund, the very kind employee went to the back to explain to the manager why I wanted a refund. I heard her yell, “she’ll just have to wait.” Another woman in the restaurant approached the counter to ask about the status of her order. After not getting a definitive answer she told the employee that she just wanted a refund because she had been waiting 35 minutes. He tells the manager who then yells where we are unable to see her, “I’ll give them a refund but they’ll have to be patient.” Neither of us were being aggressive. After five minutes of waiting I left because the manager was refusing to assist and just being audibly rude to the employees in the back. I ended up leaving without a refund because after being their for 30+ minutes I did not feel like catching the attitude of the manager when I had, what I believe to be, a reasonable request for a refund.

Slowest, most disorganized Dunkin I have been to. Not that busy, and plenty of staff, but none of them seemed to know how to handle their jobs well.

As I was pulling out of the parking lot, a man in a truck rushed me out to the street and I ended up spilling 3 drinks and a dozen donuts all over the floor of my car. I went back in tears and told Morgan what happened. Morgan was more than helpful and put me and my order back together. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Replaced my frozen coffee with an iced because the machine was down. Like ok but. Why am I getting ripped off $3?? Ridiculous.

This was the worst customer service of my life today I will never ever go back again, there was a girl and a lady at the window the girl was taking my order and the lady was taking money or credit card payment, I place an mobile order at the wrong dunkin (sorry guys it was my mistake it happens). The girl was so rude to me pretty much arguing with me about my mobile order to the wrong dunkin I asked them at the speaker is you guys can just remake so I don’t have to drive all the way to the other dunkin, they said at the speaker yea you can pay the window, knowing I already paid for the order. I got to the window the girl just yelled and said you didn’t tell me what you want so rude I told her what I want interrupted me and said we don’t have churro again so rude to me, made me tell her my whole order to tell me she has to charge me again, when I already paid for my order to a different location by mistake. When I place my mobile order to the wrong store I had my receipt and everything showing them and they refused and wanted me to pay again. I’m a manager at a different store and I know when someone messed up like that you should respect that and happily make the order for the guest, I guess not in this case. again will never be coming back, and this is not the first time either this has happened . I have them a second chance.

Service was fast and courteous. Well stocked with donuts, bagels and muffins. Free WiFi and easy chairs to sit in.

Fresh baked goods.and sweets that with lots of varieties. Drinks are excellent with one of the best cappuccinos I have had. Got swirly donut which was nicely wrapped and not too sweet. Croissant was crispy and fluffy. The service was great with minimal wait time. However, there is a time limit on the seating as you cannot exceed more than 60 minutes also seating space was limited.

Cozy bakery and there is a few tables to eat in space. A lot of bread items are same flavors in my country Japan. My daughters and I love this place. It was very busy on Sunday afternoon. I asked a lady who is working, When is best time to visit to buy what I want, She said between 12-14 on Weekends. and also you can order 2days advance, prepaid. So We order $50 worth items since we need drive 1hour 30 minutes drive.

I visited around 4pm on a Sunday, unfortunately there were not many options to choose from. The line to order was long and took quite some time. Cloud cake I tried was good and the place was nice. Next time I’ll try going earlier to be able to try something else

I confess. I only had coffee. It was great. The baked products were not as abundant as I came right before they closed. I hear good things about it though. The lavender latte was divine.

Update 10/11/25 ... I still am surprised when I meet people from the Syracuse area that have never heard of this place let alone been to it ... They are missing out on a great thing. At this point I've probably been coming here close to 10 years and still a top-notch bakery and bubble tea stop. Some of my favorites are a must get every time I go there and I often get surprised with something new that they have... One of the few places I can honestly say that every time I try something new it doesn't disappoint. Everything is meticulously done in the quality to me seems unmatched. There might be a little bit of a sticker shock if you're used to your corner neighborhood bakery with trays of half moons and glazed donuts like I had on the North side growing up... Attention to detail and quality ingredients that is what you pay for here... It's a once in awhile treat place. Amazing baked goods that stray from the typical. This is a Korean Bakery with a French name and noticably French influence. Impeccably neat and clean. I've been coming hear for years and it never ceases to impress.

Although the prices are a bit high, the quality of their cakes, pastries, cream puffs, donuts, and savories are excellent. This bakery is part of a chain with this store being the only one in Syracuse. I was told that the baked goods were made on site. Although the name of the bakery implies that it is French, it appears to be Asian / French fusion.

The soup was amazing and the sandwiches was so-so. They have alot of new try-me tastes. Pickled onions on my sandwich was too much. Definitely having the soup and salad next time. The mac & cheese was pretty good too. The cashier was really helpful, but soup and salad please!

Ordered meals for 5 different people resulting in a100 dollar total. Almost half the items were missing. We ordered 3 bread bowls, got 2, 3 french baguette sides, got none, ordered bacon mac and cheese and didn’t get any bacon. My sandwich arrived destroyed. It took 50 minutes to be delivered. I guess our replacements were completely random items from someone else’s order. Very disappointed with this service.

I'm only doing a review because I ordered something new on their menu. The Ciabatta Cheesesteak. I modified the order to change provolone for American cheese. I know, I know, Tommy, American cheese is so pedestrian. I don't care. Provolone can overpower, and I wanted to get a good sense of the overall flavor profile. I also nixed the peppers. It's fine if you like that, I don't. With that being said. The steak was cooked nicely and tender. The Ciabatta was toasted, thumbs up for that. The caramelized onions were slightly sweet and cooked just right. I never would have thought to put garlic aioli on a steak sandwich, but that was a game changer. Level up. If I'm being completely honest, I would have liked a little more steak in my cheesesteak, but I ain't mad about it. To me, this is not a Philly cheesesteak, nor does it claim to be. You gotta Ciabatta, and find out.

I like Panera Bread stores, but with any chain restaurant quality control is an absolute must. This is especially true with the staff turnovers that chain restaurants often have. I think some of the items in my salad could have been cleaned better and been fresher, but it was tastety nevertheless. I suppose the prices are fair, but not cheap especially if you want to order a big meal. The portion sizes could be much more generous. One of the nicest feature for me is the screen ordering. There are plenty screens available so there is no waiting to order. The complete transaction happens at one station and then you go to a table and wait for them to bring the order to your table. I went at lunch time, ate there and was in and out in 18 minutes.

I ordered my drink used mobile app to avoid the line and when I asked the person if I can have ice water for my son she told me to go back to line, what is the point to used the mobil app if they told me to go back to line to get some ice water for my son, they need to have better customer service and not make big deal over some water, I'm not going to spend my money in this specific location anymore

i usually love this spot and only order from this starbucks but today they have really disappointed me. these are what my drinks look like right when they came out. the one where i requested strawberry had no strawberry and the “pieces” they added are just powder. the lady working told me i ordered a lemonade dragon drink when i clearly did not. i ordered it with coconut milk and she told me i didn’t. i dont try to be a karen so i just left saying okay but this is inexcusable. i came back in and decided to stand my ground and the guy in a white cap with ginger hair helping me with my order was very kind and helpful. so i’m very thankful for that! and the guy making my drink did it perfectly.

I ordered 2 medium drinks and had to wait 25-30 minutes just for them to spill one of them all over the counter, and then add ice when I requested no ice (it said no ice on the receipt). The baristas were talking non-stop , moving like slugs and not doing their job efficiently .

With just one order of one drink ahead of me, I waited 20 minutes for a latte, primarily due to mobile orders. If I knew I was in line behind 20 people I would have skipped it. You have to do a better job of taking care of the customers in the store.

this is a miserable lil dunkin lmao. i've been here maybe three times and each time is just lowk sad. waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes and no one answered the speaker. maybe it was broken so i just pulled up to the window and they ignored me for another 5 until i made eye contact. PSL was trash </3

I am a professional living on the north side of Syracuse. I take a 2 to 4 mile walk every morning. Today I invited a homeless man for coffee-to-go and ordered a small coffee for him and a medium cold brew for myself. No eye contact or smiles to us from the front counter employees, while the window people were quite busy. Not one of the front people made a move to MAKE our coffees, but were joking and talking with friends and each other for more than 5 mins. Finally I had enough and asked if anyone was going to prepare our coffees? I got a glaring scowl. Save yourself the aggravation and don’t go to this Dunkin unless you have plenty of time on your hands and want a hot cup of attitude!

They close the entrance doors and customers can't come in. People wait outside. No matter what time, people can only pick up their order from the window. Even their toilet is closed!!! Outrageous!!! What kind of attitude towards customers is this?!

Nice building, clean. However, takes forever to get through the driveway. Not efficient nor fast, better decision to go to another one.

The employee is very bad and she spilled a cup of coffee on me. Why did I tell her I want whipped cream on Wednesday at 3:00? She is bad and I want to file a complaint against the employee. I hope one of the officials sees my message.

The slowest workers. There will be 2 cars in the drive through and you wait 20-30 mins at least. Can’t even get a coffee on lunch break.

These people are the sweetest ever omg. I wish i had a place near me that was as welcoming and as wholesome as this. Super great food, quick service, amazing people, and cheap prices. It can’t get better than this. I had a Reuben and it was absolutely fantastic. Thank you for making my lunch so good!!!!

While waiting for a family member to arrive at the airport, we had a bit of time to spend. How about some coffee? Sure! How about this cute little mom and pop shop? Why not! Wow, what a treat! Friendly service, good coffee and great French fries. We'll definitely be back again!

A hidden gem!! We were traveling along thruway and happened to get off an exit without a game plan for food. Serendipity shined on us and led us to this cute little breakfast/lunch spot. From the number of locals that cycled through getting their 'regular' I knew we'd found a gem. The Mac and cheese is amazing. I paired that with the fish sandwich. Fantastic food, super friendly staff, and a great menu.

I was on a trip to Syracuse, NY (I live in Canada) and I was like "Why not visit Dunkin'?" so I did. I was with my sisters on Easter after church. The worker gave us a dozen free donuts (I'm assuming because it was easter" but he was a very nice, cool guy.

Just wanted a sandwich before work and I was immediately told "we not making food now" and as I get out I hear the two of talk crap about me on the way out with a little tsshh.. mmhmm". Im sorry but when I worked fast food you didn't shutdown the machines until closing time, not 40 minutes before closing. You're losing money, and falsely advertising that you are open. Plus, if its so you can tell the person sorry we stopped making food, then say it kinder and don't talk crap about the person as they leave. Not surprised though because this is the same place I had one of your employees taking pictures of my receipt to collect reward

Never had any issues ordering here and the staff are always attentive and quick to prepare your order. Great place to grab a drink or snack.

The service here was horrible, the employees are rude. The bagels and donuts are always hard. If you ask me they act like they don’t care about working. The store is always closed early. Please find better employees or your going to miss out on good customers

Well. Usually this McDonald's location always gets our food RIGHT. But I wanted a WELL done qrt pounder amy sandwich was practically raw. Being a cavman, I am accustomed to eating half cooked rabits, deer, coyotes, skunks, squirrels, Owls, Fish(no carp), wild bore, the occasional bobcat, muskrats, Buffalo and beef half cooked. But I fund this half cooked sandwich qtr pounder unacceptable in the world of civilization. Price was fair and service at window is always good.

I was going to order and got harassed by this scary black guy asking me to buy him 3 cheese burgers and I said hell no creeped me out then asked a 90 year old man and pretty much scared him into buying him some food do better! The employees know the guy he's a regular and he constantly harrases people!

Terribly rude. I was on my break @ 2 in the morning and they’re supposed to be open till 3:45. I decided I wanted some McDonalds, ordered on the app, and made my way over. I’ve never had a problem with any fast food location before. Then I’m sitting at the drive thru for 5 minutes with no noise so I come around to where you pay and an older man barely acknowledges me. I wait a little while longer before I tap the glass and wanted to ask what’s going on but what I believe to be the manager says they’re short on staff so they’re closed. Wasted over half my break because they simply didn’t want to communicate anything to me. Sucks because I liked this location.

Lady that took order was very polite and professional wish we had more like her in every McDonald's we go too. We need more service like her. So please train your personal to be like her. Thank you 😊 🙏

This is the only McDonald's I've gone to for years. As of late, they can't seem to get things right. We were missing fries one time, one time is was the main sandwich of the meal we ordered. Now, I just make sure to check EVERYTHING before we leave the drive-thru window.

usually fine but today i’ve been waiting over an hour for a delivery. uber won’t cancel, drivers refuse to let anyone know what’s going on, and you can’t call the restaurant bc all you get is dial-up sounds.

The girl ( pink hair highlights)at drive thru window at 11pm was rude and showed poor customer service. I used my app and when i got there i saw that a mini mcflurry could be added to combo meal i asked at the window to add it. She abruptly told me with a condescending tone and nasty glance that i would have to go around and order it again thru the drive through or come inside. She said she had a whole line of people behind me… i pulled away and there was 1 car behind me! Obviously i was not going back around as i was not planning on ordering another combo meal to qualify for the mini mcflurry. Your employee showed zero customer service and i wish i could have left and not got my original order . But as i said i used my app and paid that way. Perhaps better guest relations should be encouraged.. or demanded of your employees? Very sad representation of your store!

Friday May 3, 2024, I received bad customer service from a male employee. It was a stare down for him to give me a salutation. He didn't say thank you. He didn't tell me the prices of an item. In fact he didn't know the prices. He told me, " about 2 something, and about 3 something. I didn't know the actual price until I got my receipt. The dining area could have been cleaner. After completing a negative rating on their survey, I redeemed my survey reward, and a different employee exuded excellent customer service. If he was the first employee I encountered, they never would have received a bad review. Thankfully, The food was good both times.

Drive thru line was so long!!! so we went in and it took 25 mins to get our food and they forgot a cheeseburger, employees were more interested in chit chatting than actually working wish I could rate lower than one star.

I waited in the drive-thru line for over 20 minutes, and no one ever spoke to me through the speaker. When i finally pulled up to the window to ask what was going on, i was told to just pull forward — without any explanation or apology. This was frustrating and unprofessional. If there was an issue with the system, a simple acknowledgment or sign would’ve helped. Instead, it felt like i was ignored and left waiting for no reason. If I could give zero stars i would. I do not recommend this place at all. We expect better communication and basic courtesy, especially from a major brand like McDonald’s.

It was super busy, but our food came out fast which is important for fast food. Quality food for a McDonald’s and the manager handing out the orders apologized to every single customer for the delay. Great customer service.

Went in late night for food and as we were leaving one of the woman was mopping and my friend fell and dislocated her knee. We didn’t know the floor was wet in that area as they didn’t put any kind of wet floor sign out. As we are helping our friend instead of offering help a worker stared at us because we were in her way to get a drink like it was an inconvenience to offer any kind of help or go to the back to get a drink. Need to train your staff better it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I don’t know what kind of dark spell I was under when I decided to pull into McDonald’s, but I’m convinced it was a cry for help. I ordered a McChicken, some fries, and a drink—classic combo, right? Wrong. What I received could best be described as a sad science experiment gone lukewarm. The McChicken was… moist? Not in a good way. It had the texture of something that had been deep-fried in pure despair. The lettuce was three shades of “give up,” and the mayo looked like it had second thoughts about being there. I took one bite and questioned everything from my dietary choices to my spiritual alignment. The fries were somehow cold and burnt at the same time. A culinary paradox. I didn’t know it was possible to make potatoes taste like dust and regret, but McDonald’s really pushed the boundaries of innovation. My drink? A flat Sprite. More like Spite. I guess carbonation is optional now. Service-wise, I waited 12 minutes for food that tasted like it was prepared in 1998. The cashier stared at me with the enthusiasm of someone who just found out they’re being audited. Atmosphere? Think DMV, but greasier. I walked out with a full stomach, an empty soul, and the lingering scent of fryer oil clinging to me like poor life choices. Would I return? Only if I lose a bet or my GPS malfunctions.

I can appreciate that you need to mop while customers are in the lobby because this location is 24 hours and there is bound to be someone while you did it. However, we would have appreciated a verbal warning or even a wet floor sign. One of the people in my party was tossing trash when her foot slipped out from under her, causing her to hurt her foot and her back. I nearly did the same tossing the rest of the trash in my sneakers. There was no wet floor sign. There was no verbal warning. In fact, the only acknowledgement we got was several workers glaring at us as my friend hung onto the drink counter. This was extremely disappointing- train your people better for next time.

Don't go to this McDonald's, the worst service attitude! The staff will forget to give you all kinds of food every time. I think they do it on purpose and keep it for themselves! The environment and staff are very dirty. No McDonald's is worse than this one. If you want to have a bad day, you can try to go here to enjoy the worst service in the United States!

Excellent service from the staff at this restaurant. The female employee at the drive-thru window in the morning always has a smile and a kind word to start the day. The evening drive-thru staff needs improvement on their customer service skills and wait times.

Absolute worst service I've ever encountered. Most inconsiderate people working there. I stood at the register, first I line for literally 35 minutes before I walked out. A number of ppl waiting in line because they had to pay cash and asked if they were going to take orders at the register. The only answer any if us got back was that we're going to have to wait a minute. 5,10,15,20, 35 minutes later with repeated customers asking. And still not a single order taken. We came to the drive thru at 7:58pm on 05/31/25. The girl that is at the first stop to take the money was VERY rude. Didn't speak a word after I said thank you. Teach these people customer service skills please. Its terrible! Again, if you don't like your job- go find a different field. Or keep the ones who lack customer service skills away from the customers. Put that miserable girl on the grill

Cashier told me she didn’t the ice cream for my mobile order. She told me it was refunded but on my receipt it was still charged to my card. We told her this and she ignored me. Food was not fresh, all the sauces i paid for were not in the bag. Do yourself a favor and go to another location.

Drive through. $5 McDouble meal deal. The drive thru worker was an older lady and she had the best customer service voice ever! A few restaurants with drive thrus are doing this thing where they find grandma who must have studied theater or something because they were loud, clearly and didn’t speak so fast you swore there was marbles in their mouth. The nuggets were crispy and tender, there was the perfect amount of everything. Will be back!

Should’ve Eaten Out of a Dumpster Instead (Burger King-1514 Erie Blvd W, Syracuse NY) If you’re in the mood for a side of food poisoning and existential dread, this is the Burger King for you. I walked into what can only be described as a post-apocalyptic mess. The floors were a slip-n-slide of spilled drinks, crusty old food, and mysterious stains. Tables? Covered in gunk. Ice machine? Empty. The area behind the counter looked like a food fight broke out and nobody survived. French fries on the ground like they gave up on life. I had a mobile order… you know, the thing that’s supposed to be fast? I waited 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I existed. I gave my name, got a cup like it was some kind of reward, and then… radio silence. I waited another 40 minutes for my food. No apology. No explanation. Just vibes. When my food finally arrived, it was cold. Not “lukewarm.” Cold. Like it had been ghosted by the microwave. Against my better judgment, I ate it. Big mistake. Huge. Less than an hour later, I was violently throwing up like I’d just licked a gas station bathroom floor. This place isn’t just gross… it’s a biohazard. I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. I don’t know who’s running this location, but it needs a deep cleaning, a new staff, and maybe an exorcism. Eat anywhere else. Eat gravel. Eat air. Just don’t eat here.

Terrible place. I made an order on the app for pickup. A burger and fries. Simple right? Wrong. They claim to have never gotten the order and the manager tells me to my face I'm wrong despite me showing her the order. She claimed "all it did was show I paid" um, yes. I paid, so give me the food! I waited 30 mins for something that should take 30 seconds only to have the manager walk away and the employee just give me the food cause she saw the manager wasn't going to... manage. And when I got the food, cold in the middle. All that effort for garbage. Horrible location, never going back here or Burger king in general. Should have just went to McDonald's.

Went there tonight and only had one person ahead of me at the drive-through. They went pretty quickly, but my food took 14 minutes to arrive between the time I ordered on the receipt and the time they finally brought it to me in the parking lot. A homeless man was begging me for money, which made me very uncomfortable. Then I get my order home, and both burgers are wrong and instead of having bacon on them (which I paid for) they were plain. I then had to dig up some pickles etc to make my own burger. 🙄 I tried to call but the line is busy.

The lady who serves at night doesn't like to serve. They should change the staff. That's also why the cars leave because she doesn't like to serve.

The bathrooms are disgustingly unhygienic why in the world would you not fix it. We were on a road trip and we saw that the toilets refuse to flush properly. It should be a law for all public establishments to have self cleaning bathrooms to prevent HIV and such diseases from spreading.

Not sure what to stay about Burger 🍔 King 👑it has been keeping with the food trends of the day, as service this one was not to bad a little slow but the food was nice & hot. & it was prepared well as for atmosphere I will have to answer at another time I didn't go inside to dine I just did a drive by lol 😂

Just left there after having lunch. Trying to figure out how you can justify $11.00 for a Big Mac meal (large) when the fries are cold, burger is cold, even the cheese was cold and the bun was hard.. I only had a few minutes for lunch today so I didn't have the time to go complain and wait another 5 minutes to wait for my food. With all the new fast food places going up, you people need to step up your game

The people that work here are extremely rude the dinning room is supposed to be open and isn’t. The fray I got were hard and cold. The pop machine put out hot pop this place doesn’t deserve any stars I would give it negative if that were an option do not eat here this place isn’t worth stoping at

I just waited 30 minutes in line to get my order. Unfortunately, because I did it on the mobile app I could not cancel it. And while I’m at the window waiting for my order, which was additional 10 minutes once I got to the window. The person taking orders is eating chicken nuggets and licking his fingers. I had to drive away without my drink because I did not want anything handed to me that he had touched after I sat and watched him for almost 10 minutes lick his fingers over and over. I would not go to this place at all.

They shouldn’t close in the middle of the day their dining room. There are people on foot. Their machines are broken. Their fries are ice cold. Their drinks are coming out hot

Went there recently to order a coffee. There was nobody at the counter to do so, and well, all the zombies who...now this is the funny part...worked cough cough... there (the slow variety, not the fast variety) weren't giving the customers a second look. After waiting there a considerable amount of time to get "noticed", I left. Haven't been back since, can't tell you how the coffee tasted because nobody bothered to take my order.

This is the worst one in Syracuse. Its always extremely slow, waiting over 30 mins for one sausage biscuit is absolutely insane. I come to this one because it’s on my street but every time I am always waiting a long time. Then they give you attitude when you’re upset for how long it takes. This is Worst service and McDonald’s.

Tonight takes the cake. If you have ANY other choice to choose over this McDonalds location, pick it. After giving this locating chance after chance after… that I’d learn my lesson and they’d just shut it down and turn it into another company that actually wants to make money. After waiting 20 minutes (10!to order and 10 minutes to wait in line and be told to pull up to the overflow reserve section) with a soda they had given me in the car, I had to go in for refund and be tormented by the staff for the refund after ordering only a single mccrispy meal and 2 snack wraps. After being fed and literally just about to leave the parking lot a “manager’” comes out to ask me “why I threw my receipt at him” not to make up for my meal being missing or being accosted for my money being returned to me but for HIS “mistreatment”. I then told him the reason I did so was because after almost now 30 minutes gone I have no food for either me or my children and had to fight for a refund. And a not so pleasant exchange my FAMILY wasn’t welcomed back because I had an attitude. Nothing about waiting 20 minutes or “fast food” or the staffs lack there if to do anything about it and caring less about my refund. Avoid at all cost unless you have to sell your soul to the devil. Wish I could add photos of a precious messed up order but in this case I never even received food so no attached photos unless I wanna show my empty hands.

This must be the only Dunkin donuts that has ever made a decent cup of coffee. It does not taste burnt, watered down, or have that weird taste a lot of chains seem to have for some reason. I got a large hot with one cream and one sugar, the normal amount of cream and sugar makes it taste like sweetened milk. The staff were pleasant and friendly.

I came in with my family just eight minutes before closing, and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. While we were trying to make our selections, one of the staff members was openly cursing and making sure we could hear him complain to his coworkers about us arriving last-minute. The manager, a short woman with glasses, stood by watching us and clearly heard everything—but did nothing to address the disrespectful behavior. As soon as we turned our backs, she rushed to close the gate, making it clear they didn’t want us there. If the store closes at 6:30, customers should be treated respectfully until 6:30—not made to feel unwelcome at 6:22. To make things worse, the racks were still filled with donuts, and our kids were excited to get some. Instead, the staff chose to throw the donuts away rather than serve paying customers. If the employees are this unhappy and unprofessional, the owners really need to take a closer look at what’s going on at this location. Very disappointing.

I have very back and forth experiences at this Dunkin. The most recent time I went one of the workers said "I'm sending out the wrong thing, and if they come back and complain I don't care." None of the workers smiled or even tried to look like they care. There is one lady there that is super nice she's very tall with glasses but just overall unhappy with my most recent experiences

Duncan coffee to me is the only coffee that I'll buy. I have it freshly ground every morning. It's my only coffee shop. Good food, coffee and service.

No Customer service thank you, and this is how my large hot chocolate with whipped cream looked within a few moments after ordering. I even asked if they added the whip cream, before walking straight to the food court and opening up my cup.

I was standing in line Cashier "Victoria T." was doing outstanding job and the crew was making a big order for one customer, while delivering that big order they even read it out for customer, crew was working harmoniously, everybody knew what they are required to do, meanwhile cashier had two challenging customers, cashier handled them patiently and professionally, the drink station crew started asking for drink orders from the people in line and started their drinks while cashier was handling the challenging customer, which made the cash out process for the people waiting in line super fast, outstanding teamwork , I was impressed with the cashiers level of patience. The whole team deserve to be appreciated🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, and the cashier should be recognized 💰💰✨ for delivering amazing customer service. Thank you team DD.

I came in to get coffee and food and I almost damaged my car because of the several potholes going in and inside the parking lot. I mentioned it to the staff and they said, “Yes, we are aware, but CORPORATE won’t do anything about the situation”!!! This will be the last I come here and if you want to take that chance and risk your damaging your car don’t come here!!!

Standard Dunkin in terms of food and coffee. Fix your parking lot! There is NO EXCUSE to leave a MASSIVE pothole at the entrance, which will absolutely destroy your customers vehicles. At the very least, throw some dang stone / gravel in there! There is no reason it should be left completely untouched for over a year.

Dunkin' is my favorite spot! This is my go-to place, and I will go out of my way to order here. The staff is always friendly, and my order is consistently ready and accurate, regardless of how busy they are. However, be cautious in the parking lot, as there are many potholes. There's one particularly large one at the entrance off of the side street that could potentially damage a car if you're not careful.

What can I say except as real estate agents in Central New York we truly run off dunkn. Caffeine keeps us going so that we can put in those long hours for our buyers and sellers. Located near our office in Camillus this is our go to dunks. The drive through moved very quickly and the staff is always friendly. They have never messed our order up once which is the best. Highly reccomend this location.

Ordered the omelette bites and the hash browns bites. The Hash Browns were disgusting! Not hot, limp, bad flavor. I asked to be refunded & the surly employee said a refund will take 30 mins because they have to call a manager from some office to come to their location to approve refunds..…. It’s an airport- I did not have 30 mins. So they remade them for me. Just as bad! Still not hot. Still not crispy. Flavor is terrible. Consumers have been oven baking hashbrowns for 20 years to great success. Unsure how Dunkin put this terrible item on their menu. I took one bite, spit them out & threw the entire bag in the trash.

Coffee was ok, but the donuts and hash browns actively did not taste good. Will not eat here again, would get coffee again if I had to.

The employees working here were phenomenal. It’s just unfortunate that Dunkin’ Donuts/The SYR airport doesn’t incentivize working here. By not paying their employees enough, they didn’t have enough staff to have hot breakfast, offer cold brew coffee on draft, or use the mobile app. I’m disappointed I couldn’t get what I came for: hot breakfast, cold brew, and use my Dunkin Points and promotions to pay for my order. However, I did get an iced coffee. They made it quickly and it was delicious.

Drink was good but be careful of how much ice you get! There was so much ice, I couldn't even fit the straw in. I mentioned it to the server and she just stared at me haha UPDATE: came back 4 months later and asked for less ice and its basically the same 😆

Yikes. I’ve always been a bit shocked by how rude the staff at this dunkin are, but is SYR really ready for touch pad ordering…? The staff are still as rude as ever but now I spent almost 10 minutes waiting for the elderly folks in front of me to figure out how to order while FOUR staff members sat on the other side watching them with out helping in anyway and then sassed them when they asked how to order a latte… what’s going on Dunkin??!! 🍩

Staff was very rude when asked how to use the kiosk. They were all hanging out doing nothing and had an attitude when asked for help. They went as far as slamming the drink on the counter. I was stunned at the lack of customer service

Donut was dry and stale. Egg & cheese wrap was dry, crispy and cheese was burned.
