This is "must stop" on the Caledon trail. We were riding the trail and stopped to grab a coffee and a snack. Their pastries/baking is really good. So is their coffee. They have a breakfast and lunch menu. We talked with other bikers and the loved their breakfast.

This place is conveniently located by the Caledon Trailway. Been stopping here for years. Prices have gone up, quality noticeably down. Had a veal sandwich @ $12+ 🥴, somewhat greasy. Additional toppings, such as mushrooms @ $1. Also, had to clean someone else's plates/cups from the outside table to be able to eat my food. Garbage on the floor by the bins. Tom's Place next time?

The hidden gem in Caledon East. I have tried their cannoli’s, tiramisu cake and they are delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. The tiramisu is not too sweet but soft and a treat to your taste buds. The eggplant parmigiana was very good as well, great balance of eggplant, tomato sauce and cheese, add some of their chilli oil on top and voila! Thank you Raman for your service, I will be back for more!

Stopped by this little cute bakery. Delicious and fresh food, good portion for an individual. Prices slightly on the higher end and could do with more pocket friendly costs hence one star less. We got Eggplant Parmigiana, sandwich, Biscotti and a mini Strawberry Cheesecake. The cheesecake could be better but it was not too bad. The staff is super friendly and the place is neat and tidy. Costs between $30-$40 for two people.

It was tasty! Started to get a bit pricey once you added sides and a drink to the main meal. Latte was very good. Eggplant parmagiana was tasty and the portion was good. No complaints! Staff was friendly as well. Probably one of the better places to eat in the area.

Very friendly wait staff. The food is fresh and everything looks great. I had the chicken sandwich with mushrooms, onions and peppers and I would recommend that to anyone. The place feels very cozy and warm. There’s plenty of parking available and the bathrooms are on the first floor and very clean. I would recommend this bakery to anyone.

One of the best things about driving in Ontario is finding the Butter tarts, and this bakery didn't disappoint. They were flakey, with just enough gooey goodness to make them sticky and packing plenty of flavour. Raisin for the win here!

The picture isn't even the whole story. I loved this bakery, it was such a nice place, I felt welcomed, but my experience today has left a bad taste in my mouth. I have to admit it was a quarter before closing, so my fiance had the decency to ask if it was okay for him to order, as the food was still out on the hot table. The owner said yes of course, we believe the person who made the order thought otherwise. After asking if we could have tomato sauce on the chicken, the person replied "yes I put sauce" but to the pictures demise - you can see no sauce on the chicken, thank God the veal had some. No peppers or onions were available, so why not say that in the first place so we dont pay $30 for plain, dry, and sitting all day food. Good customer service these days is non existent, yet the price is going through the roof.

First off the staff is amazing. But I ordered a party size pizza and I was not satisfied at all . Lacking cheese and sauce. It was like pepperoni and dough . Tbh I will not be returning due to the pizza . I am sorry for my review but I feel like I wasted my money .

I recently bought bread from this bakery and was very disappointed. Even though I have over 25 years of experience as a baker myself and could clearly see that the bread was not fresh, the staff insisted that it was “just baked.” When I brought it home, I discovered that it already had mold inside and was not safe to eat. What upset me most is that I even explained I was buying this bread for my child, but they still insisted I take the loaf that was clearly not fresh. Their attitude showed no real care for customers or health concerns, only saying, “we can just exchange it.” Selling bread that is not fresh—and even moldy—while telling customers it is “fresh” is unacceptable. I cannot trust this place again and I would not recommend it to anyone who cares about quality and honesty

Great place. Bread is incredible! The bakery is really clean. We stopped in for a sandwich. The veal was great but the soppressata was amazing! Highly recommend for traditional Italian bread and deserts and cold cuts.

Driving in the area, I decided to stop for a quick drink. The customer service was really good. The friendly barista made me a mocha even though it wasn't listed on the menu, and it tasted amazing—I'll definitely get it again. I also tried the carrot cake. Wow, please keep that level of icing consistency; it was so good! It's one of the best carrot cakes I've had in a long time."

Perfect place to go for desserts!! This place is the reason I can’t stop eating sugar 😄 but on a serious note, they have the best selection of sweets and cakes and also they bake really delicious bread, my family loves their whole wheat bread and I absolutely love their corn bread. Must try!

Great place for vegetarian options... Sandwiches are delicious.. so is the vada pav, wraps , patties and cream rolls.. the pistachio pastry was also nice but less flavour of pistachio.. the price is very cheap. You can get a full lunch completed in about 10 bucks..

Bombay bakers has been our go to place for years now whenever we are craving for Indian street food. The menu includes all vegetarian dishes. Their Bombay sandwiches and paninis are amazing and my favourite. Very delicious and well made. The other dishes are great too! They also have mixed veg and potato patties along with a variety of different pastries. Pricing is pretty reasonable compared to other places. The bakery has a decent dining area. Due to it’s popularity, it is quite busy over the weekends. I’m yet to find any other bakery/fast food place that offers this kind of taste and quality. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for some tasty Indian street food along with their hot tea or coffee!

The food here just couldn’t appeal me, despite trying the place 2-3 times. It is okay, not bad, but nothing special that could keep bringing you back. Tried 2-3 different items on 2-3 different occasions, but they were average food items. They need to put more life in the food and the place, that will help the business a lot.

One of the best place to have a pocket friendly Indian style street food. I and my family visiting this place for the past so many years . My son was 3 when we started visiting this place and now he is 20 years old. Amazing staff and excellent taste. Owner and specially Pinto the my favourite lady is amazing . I have never seen their staff under pressure or rude . If I had to give number on their customer service I ll give 10/10 . I hope they maintain the price and the same service for many years . 2 of us had grilled cheese sandwich, braised brisket sandwich and shared a side of fries. Also had flat white coffee and honey cinnamon cream latte. A bit pricey but honestly, the food was really quite good. Bread was soft, brisket tender, grilled cheese very decadent, and all tasted good and the coffee was really really nice. Fries was decent. They have come a long way from the 2 room with chest freezers farmhouse shop to this fancy Café. We also bought some sausages and rib eye steak, they look very fresh. Will return but not as frequent because of the price.

Such a cozy and fuzzy place.. Got the rustic, vintage vibe to it.. we didn’t particularly like the chicken wrap but we ordered iced latte(s) with almond milk and that was quite fresh and tasty. The place is quite calming.

I bought 4 Rib-Eye steaks for Mothers Day totalling $140.00.. The worst steaks we have ever bought. Stay away from the steaks and meat area. We highly recommend the farmhouse burgers which was 4 for about $20.00. After our meal, we feel ripped off due to the steaks and will not be returning to purchase from the butcher area; So we give a 1 star due to our enjoyment of the farmhouse burgers; But we robbed with the Rib-eye steaks. Criminal price for the quality. Buyers beware... DONT PURCHASE FROM THE BUTCHER AREA ..

Fantastic butcher shop near Erin, ON. Oktoberfest sausage - amazing. Farmer's burger - amazing! The store has a variety of knick knacks and such as well as sauces, cheeses, vegetables - definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

I’ve been coming to Heatherlea for years. Produce and meats are always high quality. Bakery is on a whole other level - chocolate chip cookies and tarts are my favourite. Treated myself to lunch there for the first time today and I was blown away. Their peameal on a bun and fries were fantastic. Latte was awesome too. Service is amazing - staff here are always smiling and make my trips worthwhile. Definitely recommend this place!!

Been hearing about this place for a while now but we were finally in the area so we decided to stop in to see what we could find. It's not a huge space but enough to offer up a wide variety of products. From veggies to meat to baked goods, you can definitely find what you're looking for. We decided to grab a couple of sandwiches and eat outside on their small patio. The steak sandwich was very delicious. The steak came on a lightly toasted bun with onions and peppers which gave it some extra flavour and textures. I would've liked a little more seasoning on the steak but overall it was delicious. My only criticism was that the driveway isn't paved so it gets very dusty as cars drive in and out of the parking lot. Not very nice when you're sitting there eating.

It's essential for food establishments to prioritize cleanliness, especially when it comes to items that customers will be consuming. Additionally, I witnessed a situation where a customer requested less ice in her drink, and the staff member insisted that it was prepared that way by default. While I understand that certain standards exist, it’s important for service staff to be attentive and respectful to customer requests. This interaction felt dismissive and could be improved to enhance customer satisfaction. I’ve had coffee here before which is always excellent. Purchased 3 cupcakes, Portuguese tarts, 3 cookies, 4 buns and 1 butter tart. The cupcakes were stale. The icing was horrible, had to throw them out. The Portuguese tarts tasted very artificial and not good. I threw all 6 out. I was told to make the Portuguese tarts fresh every morning, but these were not good We paid over $60 for these items and I don’t mind paying money for a good fresh products but these were not fresh or tasty or edible and all of them were thrown out. Even my small grandchildren would not eat the cupcakes, the icing was terrible, and the cupcake was stale . Big disappointment and a waste of money. Save your money. I’m sorry I have to write this, but I would never buy anything there again, although I believe in supporting small local businesses, I won’t be going there again.

The girl who made our take out party size pizza on July 2nd undercooked it by several minutes. The top was uncooked, the pepperoni was raw and the dough was gross. If your pizza sales are dropping try training staff. We order this regularly but I think you lost another customer. Airport pizza is more reliable.

I went in today to buy pasteries and was very disappointed. There wasn't much of a selection. I didn't appreciate that the girl serving me wasn't wearing gloves. She picked them up with her bare hands. It honestly grossed me out. And also they did not taste fresh. I will not be returning.

Ice latte, which costs $8 plus a tax, is a horror, fill the glass completely with people! And after I asked for less ice, they told me "yes," and they didn't take the ice! Plus, without gloves, they give cookies!

Close to Terracotta Conservation Area on King's Road there is a very cute bakery that I with my friends decided to visit. It is the Terracotta Country Bakery. Patrons Bob and Judy, although busy, took time to explain the various home made cakes and sweets they make every day. Judy's scones were superb and so was Bob's specially made coffees. It was worth the visit and I regret I cannot visit again since I live in Europe.

A delightful shop in Terra Cotta. We came for butter tarts and despite arriving within an hour of closing we were able to get some. They were sweet and the crust was nice. I prefer my butter tarts a little runnier than these, but they still tasted quite nice. My only recommendation is that there is some signage (I didn't see any if it was there.)to indicate that ice cream needs to be paid for at the main cash before lining up to get a cone.

I recently ordered a fruity cake from this bakery, and I was extremely disappointed. The cake was bland and lacked any real flavor; the fruit on top was soggy, and the cake itself was dry. It was nothing like I expected, and frankly, it was inedible. To make matters worse, the customer service was absolutely awful. When I called to express my concerns, the staff just kept arguing with me instead of trying to resolve the issue. The owner was incredibly rude and dismissive, making me feel like my complaint didn't matter at all. It's clear they don't care about their customers. I will never be returning and highly recommend you look elsewhere for a quality cake and decent service.

My brother from India orders online cakes for us from this bakery n they look amazing n taste super delicious ! Just the delivery guy needs to be mindful about delivery, as he called me outside my house to pick the cake while he was parked on the road and asked me to open his truck n get my cake box out myself from the dirty floor on the passenger seat. That was odd, so please give the delivery person instructions about delivery as you guys are doing an amazing job with Cakes but the delivery person really ruins the experience. 5 Stars for the cakes! Small bakery shop that makes custom cakes, slab cakes, and some baked snacks, etc. There is no sit-down space, so only order delivery or take out. We have ordered birthday cake on a couple of occasions, and they have been pretty decent.

Worst cake ever had in Brampton, don't waste your money, cake was very hard or maybe over cooked, not fluffy at all. Cake was overloaded with cream, as you can see in the photo we have put the cream aside.

I found this little gem by accident! And its my new favourite spot! Not only is the food amazing!!! The staff are dedicated to their customers and hardworking! The staff are friendly and very accommodating. They have a wide variety of breads, pastries and anything bakery items. They also have sandwich meats as well as a small sandwich shop for submarine/ sandwiches made to order. They are very busy when I came in and their bread is made fresh daily. They are on a busy road along Kennedy Rd corner Stafford. I will try their breads and perhaps become a repeat customer. If you want to try a reliable bakery shop, don't hesitate to go in and browse the shop because you won't be disappointed

Great bakery, lots of different breads and deli options available here , you can also get all the ingredients you need to make pizza at home if you like , there is also a selection of pastries available and you can run in for quick lunch where they will make you a fresh sandwich and it soup and sausage rolls

My wife and I have been frequenting this wonderful bakery for about a decade now. The bakery goods are always fresh and delicious. I do miss the mini pizzas that they used to serve in the mini hot oven. But, nonetheless it takes nothing away from the overall experience. However, I am not quite sure why I never tried their fresh made soup and sandwiches before. I will have to make a mental note of it to try them. I guess that I am usually overjoyed 😁 from seeing all the fresh baked bread and desserts... it is mesmerizing. The service is always helpful with a friendly smile.

I really recommend this place for bread and deli, It’s really good and very fresh. My go to place for breakfast needs. The staff working here are very sweet and helpful. If you’re new, they explain the products really well. The prices are reasonable and product quality is maintained. Do not miss this if you’re around Brampton.

I was pleasantly surprised. I walked in and I was distracted by the choices of frozen family meals, variety of breads with tantalizing scents and great prices, baked treats and fresh and tasty sandwiches.

Quality bakery, been coming here for years... They renovated about a year ago. Excellent place for a fresh sandwich and soup. Pick your bread, pick your meat (they slice it in front or you), your fresh veggies and watch them make you a fresh sandwich. The meat portions are very generous and they do it with a smile. Great pricing and portions. The ladies behind the counter are nice and you can pick up some desserts on the way out.

I placed an order for eggless butterscotch cake one day before the actual pickup. The cake did not have any butterscotch flavour at all. The base was also not soft at all and the cream did not taste fresh. Moreover, it did not feel that it was made freshly on order and perhaps some previously made cake was sold. I visited this bakery for the first time and the experience was not a decent one compared to what all I had heard about it.

I’ve tried custom cakes from so many places, but I always found that while they looked amazing, the taste just didn’t measure up. That was not the case with Roots Bakers! Their cake was not only beautifully designed but also incredibly delicious. Every bite was full of flavor, and it completely exceeded my expectations. I can confidently say that Roots Bakers will now be my go-to bakery for any special occasion. Highly recommend them to anyone who values both quality and taste in a cake! :)

Its been more than 3 years since this is my go to place for cakes for all the special occasions. Very reasonable prices. Excellent customer service, they always listen to my cake specifications and make it beyond the expectations. All my family and friends get their cakes from this bakery now. I go here because of their reasonably priced fresh bread & buns! They also have the best eggs, from the farm, very yellow egg yolks & reasonably priced as well. When I go I always get at least 5 dozen, of quality, big & fresh eggs for $4.50 a dozen? I try to not buy the sweets unless it's a special occasion, it's very hard to pass them by! Take a chance on the cod fritters they are delicious & very filling.

If walking into this little gem didn’t make me feel like I was back in Portugal, the first bite of a tart took me right there! Googled best Portuguese tarts and this place had the highest rating and it is no wonder! Grabbed a few dozen tarts for desert for a party and ow are they good! Highly recommended!

This place is delicious and wonderful. From the staff and the owner this place is wonderful to get your bread, meat, cheese and anything imported from Portugal. It is a bit cramped and cluttered but it's more for you to adve ture and search through what they have! This place is amazing and I recommend to try the fresh bread and the fresh baked goods. 9/10! Azores Bakery’s pastel de nata is absolutely delicious. Best in Brampton/GTA, no question. Staff are friendly, and the store has a side selection of baked goods and other Portuguese products. Thanks for keeping the quality of your food so amazing for all these years! We’ve been visiting for 15+

I have not been through Belfountain in many years and it was such a treat to find this place open, welcoming with lovely decor and full of terrific foods served by a very nice employee. Over the years this building has changed hands and been closed many times we drove through and so we found other routes north. But now I know this is here we will re-direct our trips....but find another way along Mayfield Road other than Mississauga Road as it is no longer an enjoyable narrow country road past Brampton.

Located in the beautiful Belfountain : it provides a calm and refreshing atmosphere. Loved the oat milk cappuccino. Has a variety of drinks, ice cream and pastries. You will also sovereigns and some other products too like scarfs, hamd creams etc which are I think locally made. Only thing was in cons was : I feltt it's a bit pricey. Can do better.

The food was good. The caprese sandwich surprised me. Love that it came with chips The service was great. It's a cozy spot and space outside was nice too. The ingredients and quality of everything was great so I get the prices, but that's the unfortunate part ... A gem of a place

Great service and yummy ice cream flavours. Took a little long to decide what to get but the employees were so patient and helped us choose flavours to try. Lots of seating both inside and outside the building. Parking can be a little tough at times so I noticed people started parking on the side of the street when it got busy. Would love to come back to try their drinks and many other food options they have.

Belfountain Café serves some of the creamiest, most satisfying ice cream around. Perfectly refreshing after a walk through the nearby park. Great flavors, generous scoops, and that classic cottage-town charm. A must-stop treat spot if you’re in Belfountain!

Bel Fountain Cafe is a hidden gem. Their pistachio croissant is absolutely delicious buttery, flaky, and filled with rich pistachio flavour. The cafe itself is a lovely, cozy spot with a welcoming vibe, perfect for relaxing or catching up with a friend. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the atmosphere.

I tried their lasagna, chicken sandwich, and tiramisu. Overall, the food was decent, but I expected more from an Italian place—especially the tiramisu and chicken sandwich, which were underwhelming, dropping two stars.

This bakery is a flat out 5! I would throw another 5 stars on top of my 5 if I could! The coffee is flat out the best in the area, if not the best I have had. This is my go to place for coffee. They have amazing baked goods and an exceptional hot table. The staff is the archetype of what customer service should be. Prompt, fast, polite and an undeniable sense of urgency. They have amazing food at the hot table and what I really appreciate is that they have it up and running in the morning so if I missed breakfast, I can get a home cooked quality meal here. So glad I found this gem on the map. Didn't expect such veriety of pizzas, lunch options, sandwiches, desserts. Everyhting is so fresh, people are so nice. During our 10 min visit for a quick coffee and authentic Italian desserts so many people came by for a take out. They had enough workers to serve the customers with no wait. Amazing.

We ordered catering from Joe for 30 people. The food was tasty and packaged very well. Food was on time and exactly as ordered. It is obvious that Joe and his team are experienced and when we will need catering again I know where to go. Also the bakery section looks delicious which we will try next time We also had sit down lunch and it was nice. Very nice and clean operation. Very good experience and will visit again

If I could give 1.5 stars I would. We got two vela sandwiches and a slice of veggie pizza. The veals were mediocre at best. They had NO TASTE. I put extra sauce and the sauce has no flavour. The veggie pizza was burnt on the bottom and aside from the taste of toppings, once again, the sauce did absolutely nothing for the pizza.

Today I bought garlic bread for my breakfast. The bread was so hard all over corners. Seems like they gave old bread even it was not baked properly. It is request to management if someone is buying the first meal please give them good quality food.

Busy store. The coffee somehow tasted weird, not standard tasting. The staff have to be a bit more organized and less noisy. I had to repeatedly ask for a stirrer and extra sugar. Staff can be more attentive.

Ordered an iced coffee and specifically asked for less ice—even repeated it to make sure. What did I get? A cup jam-packed with ice, even more than usual. Barely any coffee, totally watered down in minutes. It’s frustrating when staff don’t listen to simple, clear instructions. This isn’t the first time either. Tim Hortons really needs to train their staff better. Really disappointed with the service today.
