Came for a visit to the sunflower field and had a great time, lots of photo spots! Had lunch in the cafe, food was good although the app was a bit confusing as not everything on the menu was on the app so I had to go inside to order. Farm shop is brilliant and the gelato was absolutely amazing, I’d come back just for an ice cream!

Well my 1st ever visit to Hemsworth in yorkshire was a treat. Wonderful weather scenery and people so friendly. As part of the visit I was taken to farmer copleys.featherstowe near pontefract wf7 5af. well what an experience. The place, the restaurant,the staff,the atmosphere. And the food.we sat near the serving hatch and watched meal after meal as it was served it was impressive and looked amazing. Well I myself ordered the bangers and mash thick gravy and fried onions.wow it was beautiful and I licked the gravy clean mmmmm.my friend had the posh fish finger sandwich wow and the onion rings And the cheese and bacon quiche all big portions and so tasty.. it was amazing and highly recommended.on the dear side but an experience indeed.get in there

We had a very pleasant afternoon having lunch and browsing the farm shops! It’s very well organised and has plenty of parking. It’s dog friendly everywhere including the farm shop which was brilliant! There’s plenty of space for children to let off steam! They’ve currently have PYO sunflowers which you need to book tickets online. Lunch was great and you can order from a QR code at your table!

Came to the Moo Cafe to have a delicious lunch. Enjoyed the meal very much as it was tasty. Farmer Copleys always serve a generous portion size and the food is fresh. I think the prices were decent. Thanks!

Love this place, the farm shop is great with a variety of food and gifts. The restaurant is great and I've always been able to get a table. The dessert cafe serves massive portions, you definitely get your money's worth!

Went for the tulip festival, unfortunately went late when the tulips are dying out but still got to see diff kinds of tulips. Was an spectacular space of colour. Food was good at the Moo cafe and picked up a few things and ice cream from the shop next door.

omg what a place its a hidden gem. came here for the very 1st time and so glad we came. had a walk around the farm shop and samples of there home made produce that was on offer and ofcourse this made us buy the product as it tasted amazing would highly recommend. stumbled across a room called The Hayloft we had a cheeky peek in there and found an amazing set up of softplay being assembled i asked the lady who was setting it up and she told me it was for a private birthday party for a 1 yr old. Didnt relise that you can hire out the venue this is amazing weve now made enquiries for our own 2nd birthday party for our grandaughter at that venue if you need the softplay you need to follow them on instagram the_party_events_company for your bookings they are yorkshire based which is a bonus😁🐃🐴

Visit last week with friends, amazing quality meals and lovely venue. Really warm welcome from all the staff and so helpful. I was blown away with the best steak pie ever. And next door in the farm shop amazing pork pies and breads. I only wish I lived near by its a 10 from Len x

Bolster Moor has become a firm favourite of mine to go for a top quality breakfast. Service is always incredibly quick, always friendly staff and the food speaks for itself. I finish off with a walk around the farm shop, plenty of food to choose and take back for your tea that evening. Again great friendly staff. Best farm shop for miles around.

First time visiting and went for a coffee before the shop opened. Watching the food coming from the kitchen decided on a full English instead. Cracking plate of food for what Ch was served quickly and piping hot. Sausage was really tasty as was the black pudding. Plenty of attentive staff busily clearing tables and keeping the dining room clean and tidy. Tried the shop and got some great pickles to go with the " fidget" pie. Curd tarts spot on and the pink iced vanilla slice was devoured quickly by my son. Wife bought another house plant to murder when she got it home.

The cafe was very busy, not surprising the portions were huge. The farm shop was to die for. Pies and pasties absolutely divine. Would recommend in an instance.

First visit , queuing for a while with a basket 1/2 full got ignored by a grumpy old git who called me a queue jumper. Would have been zero but for the food quality and the lovely lady on the till. Not a pleasant first time experience

This is a lovely cafe with great values and quality of food behind it. Brunch was fantastic, mushrooms on toast and a croque monsieur. Tea and coffee was wonderful and there are gorgeous sweet treats too. We had a sticky ginger slice and a lovely chewy meringue. Table service and prompt, lovely staff.

This place is quite honestly the best of anywhere myself and my friend have visited. The food is amazing, inventive and delicious. The staff are lovely, professional and friendly. The atmosphere is lively and buzzing with chat. The area is open to the kitchen, which is lovely to see. It's situated right on the canal. We didn't sit outside, so i'm not sure how much seating there is, or what is available for dogs. Overall, a great place to go. We'll be going lots more. ❤️❤️

Been here a few times and always had a great experience. I’ve just had one of the best almond croissants I’ve had in YEARS!! Their savoury danishes are to die for as well. Just the best treat after yoga☺️

Great food and much more seating following the refurb. But we got our food and waited more than 10 minutes for coffee, last time when they were more busy it was more than 20 minutes. Needs another machine or more people

Beautiful bread at this co-operative bakery. Great soups and stews including many vegan options and lots of cake. Gets busy you may need to share a table. Dogs welcome outside where there is s bench seating area.

Tim and I experienced your restaurant for the first time and absolutely loved it. I had the granola bowl and Tim had the full breakfast. Both of us struggled to finish the very generous portions of wonderful food. The coffee was excellent and we were grateful for the bottle of water for the table with glasses full of ice. Best of all was the service. Humorous, informative and enthusiastic showing genuine enjoyment in their job. Thank you again.

Finally an excellent flat white!! The best coffee I’ve had in a long time - so many coffee shops don’t know how to make it properly. Also had a delicious bowl of granola. The cakes looked amazing, wish I’d left room for one! Lovely cafe with great atmosphere and super friendly staff. Will definitely be back!

Made a reservation for my birthday and was unfortunately disappointed with the food - the main disappointment being the cake. My partner and I often treat ourselves to something sweet from here. A couple of weeks ago, we got brownies and were surprised to find they were very dry. I put it down to a blip and still wanted to go for my birthday. However the cake I got was dry and the flavour was pretty bland. I think if you're paying nearly £5 for a slice of cake from somewhere with 'cake' in the name you expect it to be delicious. Unfortunately I've had much better and cheaper cakes from other places. I mentioned this to a couple of friends who told me about similar experiences recently. It's such a shame because the quality here used to be really good. I'm not sure if the increased prices are putting people off and the cakes are left to go dry or if recipes have changed but something has definitely gone downhill. Thank goodness the coffee still tastes good.

Amazing breakfast, I had the special of pulled pork eggs Benedict and it was delicious. My partner had the pancakes and they were so fluffy and amazing. The coffee here is also really tasty! Great value for money too.

The shop has a super welcoming feel and offers loads of tasty sandwich options, from familiar faves done really well to some exciting new combos, all made with fantastic ingredients. The folks who work there are always so friendly and happy to help. Brod's the perfect place to brighten your day with a seriously good sandwich and some genuinely lovely service!

A great little sandwich shop with a good selection of sandwiches using quality ingredients. You can choose your bread from a selection behind the counter. It's a very small shop which gets very busy, so whenever I've been, I've had to queue but it moves quickly. They ask you to wait outside once you've ordered then bring your sandwich out within a couple of minutes or so. It's not particularly cheap, but it's worth paying for quality. Oh and the brownies are fantastic!

Amazing service & fantastic range of freshly made sandwiches, salad pasta quinoa boxes all at an amazing price. A gem hidden in the city by the town hall - recommend trying out this place for the best lunch in Leeds with many options to suit everyone!

Trumps all the local sandwich places nearby (sesame, ls1 45, deli kitchen). so many options, customisable, made fresh and can choose type bread which isn't plain tasteless bread rolls, actually have high quality bread options with more than 1 vegan option. Friendly staff and good hygiene. Wish they could expand to a bigger shop, though.

The staff are extremely accomodating and friendly, excellent service, and a vast selection of different baked goods ranging from sweet to savoury. There's also other organic goods such as honey, coffee beans, apple juice, and more. This is one of the only high quality traditional bakeries in the area, and I highly recommend a visit for any bread enthusiast. They also have a selection of high quality oven pizzas available. If you're after a tasty, healthy loaf of bread or a sweet treat then give them a try! I highly recommend the spelt and wholemeal, as well as the peach cake.

Lovely quaint little bakery bake the most lovely bread. I follow UPF diet as much as I can so used to buy bread from supermarket freshly baked section but I was paying nearly £3 and still the bread wasn't as nice and nearly as big as theirs! Here you get big beautifully baked loaves for a very decent price. I also had a coffee which was amazing and there was lovely cakes too which I had to stop myself from having. They also had bread rolls, savoury buns and small selection of sandwiches. They do sourdough pizza too, have extra virgin olive oil and a small selection of speciality flour and some coffee and honey. Very impressed and definitely will be my regular spot for my bread top up when I run out!!

Really lovely bakery. I’ve noticed it for years as I would drive past it every week but there’s never a spot to park in front. I ordered a loaf of sourdough bread and some sweet treats. Delicious 😋 My only reservation is that it’s quite expensive. I took my friend another time and she commented the same thing. If the prices were lower I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.

We passed the House of Bread on a whim and decided to give it a try — what a find! If you’re trying to behave, forget it. The pastries are impossible to resist. I walked out with more than I needed, but don’t regret it one bit. The staff were lovely, there’s loads to choose from, and everything tastes amazing. Definitely recommend!

I absolutely LOVE the bread rolls. They’re so soft and somehow full of bread-y flavour. I always come with my dad and we never leave without them. The bread is really good as well. I would also recommend the cinnamon apple pie and with custard it’s 15/10. The staff are so sweet as well.

After trying breads and pastries from various places, I’ve finally found the bakery worth returning to. This was my first visit—definitely the first of many. The bread has a depth and authenticity that speaks to real craftsmanship, and the pastries are refreshingly natural, with flavours that are subtle, balanced, and never overpowering. Best bread and cakes in the region! We buy from them regularly and quality has not dropped one bit. Service is always impeccable. We also enjoy an occasional coffee on the spot with a piece of cake. All are home made and melt in your mouth. Would highly recommend!

Called here first thing this Saturday morning expecting good things after somebody's recent YouTube video. Cold water with lemon was brought to the table immediately which was a nice touch. Cappuccino and Americano followed and was ok. Upon ordering the breakfast they said that they couldn't swap items but could takeaway and add items....not sure of the difference or how that works. The table was sticky and badly designed as the gaps were full of old food. The omelette was average at best. The English breakfast had strange tepid sausages that were heavily processed and flavourless, the fried eggs were overdone and the yolks hard, bacon, tomato and mushroom good, beans good though near cold and the hash brown raw and cold in the middle. The white toast was rock hard and barely edible. No check back, the singular lass who was running the show probably didn't have the time. After a while, and the table still not cleared, I approached the counter to pay. I wasn't asked how our meal had been, but I was asked if I would like to leave a tip! An extremely disappointing experience.

Drove past and was caught by the quirky design of the bakery, we were greeted by welcoming staff and seated inside. It is quite cosy with few tables. The service was excellent, really polite and patient staff. We ordered breakfast which was lovely and beautifully presented. I do feel some of their items (salads/coleslaw) etc are just picked and served from Aldi across the road but nevertheless the food did deliver on taste. The only let down was the desserts/baking. Ordered a brownie which was dry and stiff and clearly been left out for days. I didn't want to complain and spoil an afternoon so left it to the side. The menu for treats is far too clunked; it should be reduced and focus on top quality, tasting treats. That being said I would return again but would avoid anything sweet. Parking is also a nightmare but I appreciate the bakery has no control over that. Whilst we were there, people were in and out. Clearly popular and I can see why.

I've just been in and bought 2 sandwiches ( 1x cheese and caramalised onion) 1 x chicken salad. The young lady who served us was lovely. Unfortunately, the cheese sandwich is inedible, it's consists of 2 pieces of packet, sliced cheese and the breadcake is hardly fresh. The chicken salad was better but again, the breadcake didn't appear fresh! The brownie was delicious but again, unfortunately, rather stale. Sandwiches were advertised at £3 each. We also ordered a brownie. The total was £12.50. I really don't think the order was worth what we paid.

I happened to come across this place, after some rerouting due to some dreadful motorway traffic. Taking a more scenic route over the moors, my nephew and I called in on a spur of the moment ice cream break. We happened to spot that it had a farm shop, with a whole host of locally sourced goods from sausage rolls to flavoured oils. The best surprise was finding that it had its own little farm zoo at the back, behind the restaurant. We arrived shortly before 5pm and as it closed at 5 and the smaller animals had been put away for the evening, they let us in for free. (I did offer a donation). We got some lovely photos of the pigs and cows. On the way out, we also picked up a few gifts for my sister-in-law, as the nephew was returning home after 4 days with his cousins. Some beautiful chocolate cake, a cow themed short biscuit and some lovely rocky road style nibbles. Also, I spotted what must be the largest vanilla slices I've ever seen in my life!! We picked up a couple of ice creams before our journey back and left with a warm glow.

Stunning food, and a huge selection of food to take home. I had the best Manchester tart I have ever had in my life. There’s a butchers, bakery section, hot food to take away, local ales and fine wines. Dining in is a fabulous experience as well. We had the ploughman’s and the fish tacos and were not disappointed. It was a roasting hot August weekend so we sat outside and enjoyed seeing all the other groups of people enjoying Sunday roasts (MASSIVE Yorkshires) and very generous afternoon teas. There was also a pizza oven and a big playground for kids. A great way to spend an afternoon. Also, more Longley farm yogurt, cream and cottage cheese than you can shake a stick at.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently had afternoon tea at Blacker Hall’s restaurant for a group of 11 (though one person couldn’t make it in the end), and the whole experience was fantastic. The staff were incredibly understanding about the change in numbers, which we really appreciated. Ahead of time, I called to ask if we could have our afternoon tea earlier than their usual 1:30pm start, as we had to be somewhere later – and they kindly agreed to serve it at 12 instead. We waited around 30 minutes, which was no issue, and ordered some iced coffees while we waited. To our surprise, these were included in the cost of the afternoon tea – such a thoughtful touch! We were given access to the upstairs area, which is closed off from the main space – ideal so we didn’t disturb other guests. They also let us decorate it how we liked, which made it feel extra special for the occasion. A big thank you to Mel, the manager, who was absolutely amazing – friendly, courteous, and made everything run so smoothly. We felt really well looked after and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming place with great food and even better service!

A great find . Delicious sunday lunch . Very generous portion. Liked the family style sharing vegetables . Great service. Extremely well stocked farm shop with a beautiful array of produce . Loved the fresh orange juice self service machine where you can bottle your own takeaway juice and also different flavoured takeaway milk machine too. Perfect place for all ages. The outdoor area serving pizza and takeaway foods has a great atmosphere. There is a children's farm for " Little Farmers " Only thing I would say as a downside , no vegan ice-cream and the portion served in the ice-cream hut was very a small scoop and she didn't wear gloves.

Really fancied a fantastic pork pie and sausage roll for lunch for me and my husband and thought here would be far better than the supermarket option. I liked the sausage roll but my husband found it very average. I didn't enjoy the pork pie either as the meat was really salty rather than tasty, the pastry was good tho. On visiting the shop they had a few tasting opportunities and the cooked sausages were delicious

I booked afternoon tea for two for my friends birthday and it did not disappoint. We had four little sandwiches each with various fillings. Four sweet treats and a scone with jam and cream plus unlimited tea and coffee. Lovely food and friendly hard working staff. We had a wander around the farm shop and the animals. For a small fee you can feed the animals. It’s changed a lot since my last visit and definitely worth a visit with children.

This was a fun place to visit. Seeing the animals and getting to pet them was great. The animals especially the goats were very friendly and kept coming up to us. The staff were lovely and welcoming. The farm shop was nice and I recommend the milkshake machine. There is free parking on site, It can get quite busy at times, but there is lots of space to park.

Honestly, the desserts were fantastic, but what really blew me away was the incredible service and overall quality. From the moment I walked in, the staff was so welcoming and attentive. Had such a lovely experience at Mustahida’s in Bradford! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed so nicely. The person who took my order was honestly the sweetest may Allah bless her. She was so friendly and kept smiling at me, which made my visit even better. They even gave me a free rose and a chocolate covered strawberry! The service was amazing, and I’d 100% recommend this place. Definitely coming back again! I saw they have mini bento cakes, which look so good will be trying them next time insh’allah!

I had a wonderful experience at Mustahida’s Bake Shop. I went in to pick up a celebration cake and from the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional masha’Allah . A lovely lady opened the door for me as she saw me approaching carrying my baby in her car seat. The staff were incredibly helpful, even carrying the cake out for me since my hands were full! The cake itself was absolutely beautiful — both in presentation and taste. Delicious and clearly made with care. Highly recommend this bakery for both their amazing customer service and top-quality cakes!

I visited Mustahidas recently, and honestly, the desserts were to die for! A family member recommended this dessert shop in Bradford, and I’m so glad they did. The service was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly (shoutout to Ali, who was so warm and welcoming while serving my family). The hot chocolate was absolutely delicious, and the Oreo cheesecake was not only tasty but also visually stunning. Hands down, the best dessert spot in Bradford! Highly recommend!

Omg what!?!? Service charge !!?? Check your bill and refuse to pay. This is a disgraceful policy, like they don't make enough profit from us anyway, that a service charge is added. Tbh the service leaves a lot to be desired. The guy who was really miserable (mate get yourself anew job if you dont wana be here, nobody's fotcing you to work) dumped the spoons somewhere at the end of the table for 3 of us. So we had to scarmble to retrieve them. (Refer to pics) I was sat furthest, and it really isn't my fellow diners responsibility to be passing me my spoon. Ygm ? I mean, if you're demanding a service charge at least provide a decent service? Onto the edibles- 2/3 desserts were quite decent actually. We ordered - Choc fudge cake Choc cake pudding with custard Bounty matilda cake The Choc cakes tasted pretty good, moist and chocolatey. The matilda cake is a complete and utterly rip-off. Disgusting inedible cheap chocolate sauce and a really really small slice of cake. If the sauce was different and the measly slice was cheaper, then would have been ok. Because £7.50 for a slice that's gone in 4 spoonfuls with cheap chocolate sauce ? Nah, unacceptable Pretty place though

Ordered a 6 inch fresh cream cake from the website for my fiancés birthday and it didn’t disappoint! £19.99 for a deliciously light cake with the perfect amount of sweetness! When I told my fiancé it was only £19.99 he was shocked because of how chunky it was! It looked exactly how I expected and the whole process was really swift and easy! Found the cake I wanted on the website, input the message I wanted on the cake, picked my collection date and time, paid and it was all ready and packaged up when we got there on the day! We will now purchase cakes from here for every family celebration!! 🎂🍰🧁

I went for a coffee and a cake with my friend for a catch up, The atmosphere was lovely and the customer service was exceptionally good love the presentation it was a very pleasant experience and looking forward to visiting again. What I loved the most was how they personalise the coffee to our initials It was a very sweet touch And added to the experience would definitely recommend if somebody likes a nice coffee And a beautiful cake

Tried their Red Velvet cake – it was absolutely lovely (wish I’d remembered to take a photo!). Also had the Pistachio & Apricot with Chai – a unique combo that was just as delicious.👌🏻 recommend!

Starbake Patisserie’s Chocolate Mousse Cake is a rich, indulgent treat with silky mousse ,& moist sponge. Beautifully presented and not overly sweet, it’s perfect for birthdays or special occasions. Great value and taste. highly recommended 👌🏼

10/10 service and cake tasted and looked fantastic. I used starbake for the first time as a surprise for my partners 30th birthday. She absolutely loved the cakes presentation and taste. I will definitely be using their services in the future, I may use their service for our wedding due to how good the quality of the cake was and the service was warm and friendly on arrival to pick up the cake.

Shocking service. We ordered a wedding cake form starbakes. It arrived 5 hours late and was the wrong cake. As the cake was late the the photographer wasn't there when we cut the cake, meaning we missed out on professional photos of this traditional moment. We paid for a cake with floral decorations but the cake was only decorated with fruit. After rising a formal complaint not even a partial refund of the difference between the cake we ordered and the one we received was offered. I would obviously recommend looking else where for your wedding cake

Ordered a fresh cream celebration cake. The white chocolate Lindor cake turned out exactly like the picture on the website, and tasted wonderful. This was our first time ordering from here and will now be a source for all our family celebration cakes! We decided to collect our order and it was all ready and packed by our chosen time slot.

Did the catering for a funeral, everyone commented on the quality, variety and presentation of the food. Excellent service, great price, can highly recommend!

Good variety of great food at great prices. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Be prepared that it can get busy around lunch time so there may be a queue out the door but the staff work very quickly.

After reading reviews from various places, I decided to order a cake for my birthday from Cakeberry Bakery and it did not dissapoint! The cake looked just as I had expected and it tasted great too! Sometimes I find that the cakes can look so appetising with the interesting designs but then they do not taste as good on the inside. This is certainly not the case here. All of my family loved the cake. The price is reasonable and the service was very friendly. I will be ordering another cake from here very soon!

Rosie made a fabulous cake for me. I was quite last minute with my request but she listened to my brief and absolutely nailed it. The cake looked amazing and tasted delicious. This was the first time I have been in was to have a meeting there. I was really impressed with the selection of coffee, the display of home bake sweet and savoury delights was so inviting I could resist. The owner is very passionate about his coffee and we had a great chat about coffee and the history of his suppliers and around how hard his wife works baking all the items for the shop. Don't just walk past go in, you won't be disappointed!

Nice small coffee and cake place. My son brings cake from here when visiting. First time and not bad. Quick to serve, tasty drink and cake, enough options. Only issue was icing was too thick on the school cake.

Loved this place. My wife works just down the road & has visited plenty of times & mentioned it to me. On Sunday, we stopped for coffee. There are too many cakes to choose from, literally like a kid in a sweet shop. It was amazing. I went for a Biscoff Cookie & Dark Chocolate Cookie, she got a Blondie & we had a Caramel Latte & an Oat Latte. The drinks were excellent, really tasty. The desserts were amazing. I will continue going back here. The guy who served us mentioned that his wife did the baking. He was such a friendly guy & his wife is an unreal baker. 10/10 & i couldn't recommend enough.

I tried Cinnammmm at a market - and a Maple & Pecan cinnamon roll. I love love love cinnamon rolls but this one was otherworldly. So soft and flavoursome, just so yummy and great ingredients. There were quite a few flavours at the market, even some savoury which seemed popular. Can’t wait to try a different flavour (and probably buy another maple pecan one too)

I got a collab box from Cinnammmm and Ooey Gooey Bakes recently and I can honestly say that the combination was incredible. The level of rich sugary cinnamon of cinnammmm punching through the cookie pie and brownie of Ooey Gooey was god tier creation. I would love to try just the Cinnammmm buns when I am next passing through Leeds!

Oh my these cinnamon bons indeed make you go 'mmmm'. So so so delicious and love that they offer vegan options too!! I love cinnamon bons but barely anywhere sell them so I was super happy to find Cinnammmm and so close to where I live too. I ordered their postal 4 x vegan bons and was super surprised to find Mina deliver them by hand to my house the day they were baked as she noticed I wasn't too far from where they are based and even added an extra 2 bons (😋😋) which is amazing and so lovely of her to do. I couldn't wait to try them so had one with a coffee for breakfast and they did not disappoint, in fact they exceeded my expectations! Absolutely delicious, the frosting was so good and the cinnamon inside was amazing, I can't wait to have another! Been getting these cinnamon buns for over a year now. This was the special Halloween box, beautifully decorated and presented as you can see. They are always the best - soft, syrupy inside with loads of flavour but it's the toppings which make them really incredible. Personal faves are the original vanilla cream cheese and biscoff 😋

We got this amazing box of wedding cake samples, and each and every flavour was so good we struggled to pick! You think you've tried chocolate cake and it won't be that exciting, but that chocolate cake was like nothing I've ever eaten! Laura was so lovely and patient with us. I can't recommend her enough and can't wait to work with her for our wedding ❤️

Our experience with Laura was amazing. As soon as we had the teams call I knew we’d found the one. Having the opportunity to go and taste a selection of different flavours for the cake before making the final decision was an amazing and delicious experience. I knew we were in great hands and had nothing to worry about which was an absolute blessing as I was planning the wedding when pregnant (stressed is an understatement). Our wedding cake was more than just a sweet treat; it was a memorable highlight of our special day. It was everything we had imagined and more, with not only looking incredible but tasted divine. It truly was the "sweet heart" of our celebration, leaving a lasting impression on us and our guests. I can’t recommend Laura enough and have already spoken to her about our son’s christening cake.

Laura did our wedding cake. She was amazing from start to finish. The cake tasting was a great experience, trying lots of flavours and discussed what we wanted. We got to take some home also. The final product was exactly what we wanted - very tasty too! I would be buying her mini cakes all the time if I lived closer!

Laura has made a number of sensational celebration cakes for me. She always takes time to understand the brief and her results are faultless. Her flavours are incredible, and her chocolate cake is out of this world. She really is a master of her craft.

Laura recently made two heart shaped cakes (plus some brownies and blondies!) for our wedding and not only were the cakes absolutely amazing and people raved about them, but in the planning of the wedding Laura went above and beyond. She recommended an amazing florist and photographer so was instrumental in helpful us put our wedding together so I can't thank her enough! She also had to contend with 2 venues changes due to places going bust. The cake tasting was such a lovely way to get excited for the day, and her cakes are so tasty we've also got the sample boxes too (another must try)! Rest assured if you book Laura your cakes (and in our case wedding!) will be in very good hands.

We met Laura at a wedding fair and chose her to be our wedding cake maker, after tasting her delicious cake samples and loving her aesthetic creations. We loved the cake tasting appointment to decide on flavours, and were over the moon with how our cake looked and tasted on the day, with the design brought to life, especially the white chocolate honeycomb decorations! I was extremely disappointed with my sandwich from Grantham’s that I purchased today. I asked for a chicken and salad sandwich, with no tomato (due to an allergy). The sandwich I received had tough dry pieces of chicken, and even though the bag my sandwich came in said “no tomato” there were slices of tomato, which I sadly did not notice until I had eaten causing an allergic reaction. My partner had got a ham sandwich and asked for no onion due to the indigestion it causes him, again it was written on the bag “no onion” and again sadly Grantham’s decided to add onions. Thankfully, he had checked his sandwich before eating it because of the error with my sandwich. I will try elsewhere in Mirfield next time I want a sandwich. UPDATE: My complaint still stands, they were made aware. I will also be raising a complaint with the ICO given there are no warning signs about cameras filming you and your conversations.

So this lovely lady did my daughter’s 30th birthday cake it looked amazing helped me design it and created a masterpiece. It looked stunning on the food table But the taste was out of this world every one loved it . We bought one from Another shop last yr it looked good but the taste let it down and it went dry , not this cake though definitely recommend 5* thank you very much Darren & Abigail

My favourite is the chocolate fudge with a chocolate base, the cake is so fluffy and soft and the chocolate fudge is soo yummy!!! Random find on Google maps but my goodness am I glad! What a beautiful shop, lots of typical farm shop fare jars upon jars of various jams and preserves as well as other things but the main draw, the sandwiches are out of this world, I had roast chicken, stuffing and gravy special and was blown away by the quality and size. I followed up with one of tbe best brownies I have ever had. We will be going back again to visit for the amazing sandwiches but also the lovely staff make it extremely welcoming

Stopped by today on the spur of the moment... what a great call. After a lovely chat with the people serving I bought a piece of apple strudel. It was sublime. A very generous portion of apple, sultanas and cinnamon, on top of a layer of soft sweet sponge all wrapped in a perfect pastry topped with icing sugar. It was apple heaven - no need for caramel or toffee, that seems to be hard to avoid nowadays - and baked to perfection. If you pass by, stop! It was probably the best 'apple cake/pudding/pie/strudel' I have ever had. Two days earlier I had a very nice piece of apple pie from the Chatsworth Farm Shop - it was lovely but the apple strudel knocked it out of the park. Thank you! 🍏🥧

We used GG’s to cater for our son’s birthday party. The team were very accommodating to supply great food for children of all ages, adults and those with dietary restrictions. The food was high quality and tasted wonderful at a reasonable price and presented well. Would highly recommend and I will be using them again

I recently moved to the area and visiting GG's has become a highlight of my week. The team are so friendly and helpful, and they stock so much lovely and local produce. The breads and baked goods are second-to-none, all baked fresh and in-house. I have to tear myself away from all the sweet treats at the front of the store, they all look delicious! Cheryl was such a pleasure to work with. We had a zoom call to discuss our ideas and how they would work in line with our budget. Cheryl also provided a cake for my mam as she has an egg intolerance. No ask was too big or too small. We ordered the tasting box and struggled to decide because each flavour was so delicious! The cake was presented beautifully on the day and ppl raved about how tasty it was. Cheryl also provided our wedding favours in the form of cake pops which went down a treat, especially with the kids. All in all, would definitely recommend Cheryl for your wedding!

One of my FAVOURITE parts of the wedding was our beautiful cake from Cheryl. We were so lucky to find Cheryl. From the very beginning a really lovely, easy person to get on with, very flexible and open to ideas, whilst also sharing her expertise! Our cake arrived in perfect condition, every single piece of cake was eaten by the end of the wedding night! And it complimented our decor beautifully. We couldn't recommend Cheryl more. Cheryl did an absolutely outstanding job with our wedding cake. Beautiful and elegant design with hand piped detailing on the ribbon with a big reveal on our top tier. I've never cut a cake so delicately in all my life and it got a huge round of applause when the reveal of the pride flag colours was made. The cake was baked perfectly, the sponge was nice and moist and the flavours were excellent. We opted for a different flavour for each tier, Lemon on the bottom, Black Cherry in the middle, and vanilla for the top. We had lots of positive comments from our guests who all said how fantastic the cake looked and tasted. We could not have asked for more, it was simply perfect. Cheryl was a pleasure to deal with, captured all of our requirements efficiently, and stayed in touch as the day approached. We also really enjoyed the taster sample box we ordered too. We originally got in touch with Cheryl after we were let down by our original cake maker. From the outset Cheryl was professional, helpful and provided timely responses when communicating with us. We had a meeting online to discuss flavours and cake designs, which was followed by Cheryl sending us a few design sketches a couple of days later. We were also able to try a sample box to help us choose the flavours, the only problem being that we loved them all and it was difficult to narrow down! For the wedding day, Cheryl had already communicated with our florist and venue ahead of time which was a huge help to us as it meant we had one less thing to think about! The cake itself was beautiful and even better than we imagined. It was delicious too, and lots of our guests also commented on this. We would definitely recommend Cheryl to anyone looking for a wedding cake :)

Oh my gosh happened across this place on a day out with my friend. The fabulous aromas peaked our interest and we were not disappointed with what we found. Baked on site with local produce, Dave told us about all the treats on offer for the day. We missed the pastry run, but managed to get some delicious steak & ale and lamb & mint pies as well as some fresh cinnamon buns. If you are in the area do stop by. It is totally worth the visit. They do fresh pizzas too!

Bought two pies from here. Thought they were expensive at £5 each for individual portion size. I had a lamb, which the lady assured me would be packed with lamb and not mince lamb. Was surprised to find there was hardly any filling at all and actually only a single chunk of lamb in the whole pie. The rest was thick gravy with the odd chard of meat. I'm very disappointed. The benchmark in these parts is Crawshaws. They have no need to worry about this competition. Can't recommend it at all.

Originally tried the pies from one of the pop up stalls he used to do which are amazing. Since opening the shop we knew we had to make a detour if we were in the area. We had a pork sandwhich on freshly made bread while there which was spot on and of course bought more pies to take home. (Tip get there early as things sell out FAST and for good reason) Can't fault a single thing from anything we've had so far, the quality, the flavour, just delicious. I also don't think he could get anymore filling in the pies if he wanted too, literally crammed full. Who ate all the pies? Me! p.s. apologies as I know I had a photo of a stew and dumpling pie as it was a work of art (for a guy like me) if I find it I'll add it.

We found Laura to make our wedding cake from a work colleagues recommendation. Luckily she had room in her busy schedule, as she's so in demand! Our first cake tasting was a great insight into Laura's personality and definitely helped us with refining our ideas between the three of us! Obviously, it was a great opportunity to try her delicious cake! (Honestly one of best tasting cakes we've tried!) The final result was exactly what we imagined and talked about! Our other guests loved the cake as well. If you get chance to work with Laura then you'll won't be disappointed!

This was a solid bakery to grab lunch, with the options presented clearly at the counter! Staff were approachable and very welcoming when I put in a donation, service was fast too. I enjoyed the unique chicken curry pasty and a couple of hash browns served on a red plate, seating is comfortable and table kept smooth!

I was shocked and appalled at the eat in vs take away prices. And no mention of the grossly inflated prices by the till staff. Granted, I should have paid more attention, but it’s clear underhanded ethics. Also granted, its not a terrible place to get takeaway if you don’t sit down, but it was probably the worst value meal I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. The tea and hot chocolate was terrible too. Conned and ripped off

I love this place! The staff are always friendly and chatty and they make the best cheese sandwich in the land! Not stingy with the fillings either , very generous and you get a bowl of crisps. Their hot chocolate is 10 out of 10 with lots of whipped cream on top and marshmallows if requested ( although I'm vegetarian so I just have with the cream).

A lovely bakery. We got two coffees and a couple of sweets each. You can sit in or takeout for a reduced price. Other food looked high quality and very reasonably priced. The staff were smiley and friendly.

Don’t get the positive reviews for this place. Was passing through and bought a few items. The iced doughnut was super salty and not sweet, the chocolate eclair was rock hard, the cappuccino tastes like a latte, and the croissants were super doughy. It was early in the morning so there’s that, but not a great reason. Nice location that’s about it.

What ever happened to the lovely sandwiches with the lovely lady that made them ?? Bought a salad Bagel lettuce ,and cucumber very disappointed. If you going to change £8 for a sandwich then you need to at least make it nice .

Very extensive menu. We had a Greek salad and the Dynamite Prawns plus chips. The latter two were decent. Greek salad should really come with Kalamata olives, oregano, olive oil and red onion, none of which were present in the dish but the rest of the ingredients were fresh. The atmosphere was nice, with recorded piano music and the staff were helpful and service was quick. Would be nice to catch the live piano music at some point if they do actually have a piano player. Hope to return at some point to try other dishes. In summary, Pearl's is a decent place for a bite to eat though not in the same category as something like Betty's Tea Rooms as it caters to a different crowd with different tastes.

First time trying pearls after it being recommended, Initial impression of the interior was really nice. When entering No one greeted us and we stood for a little while it wasn’t overly busy ( female servers walking around just glanced at us but didn’t come over ) No one asked us if we wanted anything during the duration of our visit we had to call people over each time for drinks and dessert ect . The male member of staff behind the counter was much better when we went up to choose cakes The food was nice and came out fairly quickly, good portions the children really enjoyed it Overall nice food service lacking

Enjoyed my visit to pearls tearoom. I ordered the English breakfast, loved it. Portions were small good enough so that I could finish it off. 9/10! My husband didn’t quite enjoy his grilled chicken wrap he rated it a 5/10.. Alhamdulilah overall :)

First time visiting this place with friends. Tables are nice and spacious. Food came out fresh! Made to order! Cheese toastie was a disappointment. I expected a grilled cheese toastie. Not cheese on bread. The dynamite fries topped with chicken was really good!!! Not keen Fish and chips. Presentation was good. Fish appeared warm not sizzling. Maybe just me. Will deffo be back again! To try other items on menu.

The customer service was very good.food was nice but one problem it said masala fish but the fish had batter with just pepper on the fish, i was expecting fish with spices. That is not spices.

Sunshine bakery was collaborative, creative and absolute perfection when designing and making my wedding cake. They even were kind enough to follow a specific recipe to create my husbands favourite childhood cake. Decoration was beautiful and the flavours were delicious. I often see lots of cake left over at weddings... not at mine! Everyone raved about it. The cafe is quaint and eclectic in decoration, and the selection of baked goods and treats has my mouth watering every time I go in! The people who run it are as sunny as the name implies. After just a quick chat with them I felt as if I had made new friends. A true local gem. I'm so grateful it is on my doorstep!

My third visit to sunshine bakery and never fails to be amazing, the staff welcoming to all their customers even the furry four legged ones and are always happy to chat with you, they carry out excellent hand hygiene especially after petting dogs. Lovely little local bakery with inside seating. So much choice for a great price. The service was impeccable, with friendly smiling faces! Loads of choices of hot and cold sandwiches and the halloumi fries were gorgeous. Great place for a catch up with friends. I will definitely return and tell others.

Fantastic, two Afternoon Teas to go for a birthday lunch, absolutely stuffed with lots of leftovers! Cup cakes and brownies to die for, seriously tasty sandwiches, scones with huge dollops of cream and jam and fresh strawberries, cheese scones .... heavenly!

Travelled 4 hours for these doughnuts and they did not disappoint! I haven't been able to have them since they left London, and decided for my birthday I needed them again. We were warmly welcomed and the staff were super friendly. The doughnuts were just as good as I remembered. The softness, flavour, and freshness of the doughnut is unmatched. The chocolate ganache, perfectly balanced with respect to milk and dark chocolate, and a glorious velvety consistency. The raspberry jam, again. perfectly balanced but with respect to sweetness and tartness (very different to the overly sweet stuff you get from other jam doughnut)! Also, and importantly, the doughnuts are PROPERLY filled - in want filling in each bite, which Doh Hut definitely delivers. Best doughnuts ive had in the UK hands down - please come here!

If you love filled donuts, Doh’hut is a must visit! They serve the style donuts we all dream about, but with a distinctly British feel, think jam or custard-filled donuts, only on a whole new, indulgent level. I tried two donuts, the Chocolate Filled Brownie and the Butterscotch & Angel Delight. Both were absolutely amazing, packed with so much delicious filling. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the donuts themselves were cooked so well. I was so impressed I even asked the staff how long these could last, I was tempted to take some all the way back home to South Wales! Freshness is key, and these are definitely best enjoyed straight from the shop. If you’re in Leeds and love donuts that go above and beyond, Doh’hut should be top of your list.

My favourite coffee shop in Leeds! The donuts are incredible and freshly made and honestly the best donuts and coffee I’ve ever had. Yet to try the sandwiches but feel confident they will be just as delicious!

Great donuts, probably one of the best I’ve had. Just right sweetness level and chewy dough, although I’d say the donut skin is a bit too thin and there’s a lot of filling. The cheesecake donut with raspberry and white chocolate, filling was raspberry flavoured, even though it had a lot but didn’t feel too heavy. They don’t do chai latte sadly, only coffees

Doughnuts are out of this world! Lovely little shop, great selection of doughnuts and drinks. Vegetarian/alcohol free but do ask when there are any specials on. Favourites are the creme patisserie and the chocolate ganache. 4 stars as i found the customer service to be quite aggressive. You made me feel very belittled and that you couldn’t be bothered to serve me again. Would i visit again? Of course, but do keep the bad mood in the kitchen next time. Sorry to have disturbed you!

Very impressive gluten free food! I couldn’t believe the bread was gluten free, had to be the best gluten free bread I’ve tried by a landslide - very delicious! Wish I’d bought another loaf! The cupcake was delightful and tasted like normal cake, if the cafe wasn’t a dedicated gluten free cafe, I’d have been convinced there was gluten. The gluten free biscoff spread is delightful, and takes a lot of will power to not eat the whole jar - very tasty on porridge! The salads are nice too. Quite a noisy environment. The staff were all very friendly and pleasant. A coeliac’s paradise!

This place has a fantastic selection of gluten-free products, which is what initially drew us in. The menu is impressive, and it’s clear a lot of thought has gone into catering for dietary needs. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the service. Despite only two other tables being occupied, the food took a long time to arrive. The staff seemed uninterested, unfriendly, and frankly looked like they were just going through the motions. In a café or artisan bakery, the atmosphere and energy of the staff are just as important as the food. A smile and some enthusiasm go a long way, and sadly, that was missing here. Overall, great gluten-free choices—but service and attitude need serious improvement to make it a place worth returning to.

Very comfortable cafe with friendly staff. There are plenty of toys for kids, which makes it perfect for families. The coffee was delicious! The donuts were a bit sour for me — not really my taste, but everything else was nice. A good spot to relax.

It is a nice place for a cup of coffee or tea with their good range of cakes. Lots of toys and play area for children. So you must come and enjoy the aroma and atmosphere. The girl is wonderful.

I couldn’t resist travelling out of my way a little when I heard about this place and I certainly wasn’t disappointed! It’s hard to believe everything is Gluten Free here when it looks and tastes so good! Took some cake away but statues to enjoy a toastie, quiche and a cup of coffee 🥰 Whether you are Gluten Free or not you will certainly enjoy the food :)

Absolutely beautiful bread, and amazing friendly staff. I'm eating a slice of teff bread now, untoasted with nothing on it and it's delicious! Can't say that for Most other gluten free breads. The other baked goods I've tried have also been delicious.

Took a trip out with the grandkids for a treat. They love this place. As soon as you walk in the sugar smell is incredible. The outfit at Birstall is fabulous, here you can see the magic happen. There are huge viewing windows which the kids love to sit at and watch the staff work their magic. The production lines were running full pelt when we arrived. It was great to watch the staff working to produce these sweet treats. Lots of tables to sit and chill. It takes the grandkids ages to choose from the dozens of available donuts. The staff member was great, really patient despite the queue growing by the second I’m not personally a fan, far too much sugar for me. The coffee is great though. Coffee and donuts…. What a concept. Winner winner This place is always busy.

Staff is attentive quick and friendly. Some more assistance such as offering to explain more on the varieties and ingredients and help in selecting a donut would be better. So 4/5 Store itself is spacious and had a good vibe to it. It was really exciting to watch the live preparation of donuts. Especially the glazing process. Overall an experience worth repeating.

Never thought there was a shop for Krispy Kreme doughnuts just thought it was little stalls in shopping centres and I’m so happy I found this place! Staff are friendly, clean and tidy inside. There’s a drive through or you can go in. Best thing is you can see doughnuts being made, proved, fried and glazed!

MY son love this place, as it is a 'Manufacture/Making' store it is almost like a mini day out. He loves to come and watch the donuts go through the proover and then get cooked and flipped then iced and decorated. The nice window seats near the kitchen are great and the staff very child friendly. They have a colouring corner and he loves his picture going on the wall. The coffee and milkshake are great and the donuts a special treat. It is a nice alternative to other coffee outlets and a nice place to go to with the children or stop off at after football or a day out. BTW you can enjoy it without the kids and have as much fun if not more - the hardest part is choosing what to have

Went for the first time today with our 3 kids to take advantage of the free birthday doughnut and we absolutely loved it. We got a box of 12 different flavours and the kids loved trying every single one. The viewing windows were a great addition, we enjoyed watching the doughnut making process and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be visiting again!!

We had to bob in after our film and had to have a look around. The inside is clean and well presented and has very good thememing with round tables and round windows to watch the donuts been made. We bought a box of 6 and it only cos 10.85 and was totally worth it the kids loved them and I got my favourite flavour. The staff were very friendly and quick to deal with our order and made our visit very enjoyable. Will definitely go again.

Today me, my son, and a couple of friends met for coffee and doughnuts at Krispy Creme in Birstal. This is something we do once a month or so. Today, when we arrived, my son said he needed to use the toilet. However, the toilet was in such a disgusting state that my 8 year old refused to use it. The viewing windows to watch the doughnuts being made were so dirty both inside the glass and outside it looked like it hadnt been cleaned in days. Staff making fresh doughnuts without wearing gloves and what topped it off was seeing the state of the floor at the back of the machines (which looks accessible for cleaning), this turned my stomach. This was not a mess that looked to have been done today. This has been neglected for some time, if we had seen the extent of the mess prior to purchasing, none of us would have spent a penny! We have no intention of returning to this dirty store. UPDATE. After sending an email directly to krispy Kreme online along with the above pictures, they have sent me a voucher for 12 doughnuts......... this would be the last thing i will be using in this store, given they make the doughnuts for many retail stores i think i will keep well clear.

Food was average. Went with a friend, and we both ordered the smashed avocado on toast (£8.99) that comes with halloumi fritters and 2 poached eggs. Both of us wanted it without the poached eggs. However, it arrived with the poached eggs on the toast. We told them we ordered it without eggs (thankfully, we have no allergies or health/diet related issues just a taste preference!) So they took the plates away and simply removed the eggs from the toast, which unfortunately left damp patches on the bread. This wasn't pleasant, as damp toast isn't very nice. The rest of it was OK, but on this occasion it wasn't good value for money, and service wasn't that good, as staff appeared put out that we didn't want it as it came. As allergies amongst customers can be an issue, staff should be more careful. Especially with known allergens like egg.

Awoke on bank holiday Monday to find I only had bread in for breakfast. Drove here thinking it might be open. At 09:15, the place was about 35% occupancy. I ordered the full Yorkshire breakfast, asking for extra toast—all white—to be told they only had brown. A bakery with no white bread by 09:15… I asked for no tomatoes. Interacted with two staff members: an older woman on the till and a teenage server. Both made it clear by their demeanour they'd rather not be working on a bank holiday. The cappuccino arrived after ten minutes—serviceable. The food followed five minutes later. Initially, I thought I’d be overwhelmed by the amount of toast (the breakfast comes with it), but on closer inspection, as a good proportion was burnt my concerns quickly faded. The slices were cut at jaunty angles and sporadically pre-buttered with margarine. Most was cooked on a hot plate rather than a frying pan, leaving the eggs with rubbery bottoms. Despite Robertshaw’s having a butcher and selling genuinely good sausages at the main shop, these were the same cheap, fatty, gristle-packed sausages bought by the ton that you find in every greasy spoon. I usually like my bacon well done, but these rashers had the life cooked out of them—flat and flavourless. The mushrooms however were clearly tinned and microwaved, as were the inevitable and unwanted tomatoes. The beans were Heinz and both hash browns were huge and crispy. Sadly, neither are my favourite part of a breakfast. By the time I left, occupancy was up to around 80% so they’ll never learn to be better. I should have saved the £12 and just made toast at home. Lesson learned.

Well this place is just underwhelming after the Farm shop itself is so good. No acknowledge as we walked in and had to source our own menus just to be able to see what to order. Was then told they’d ran out of pies and was just “mainly breakfast and sandwiches left”. When my breakfast arrived it was swimming in water at the bottom of my plate to which I had to drain out myself into the empty pot of beans - which I might add was a very stingy dry portion. Food itself was very mid and nothing compared to the farm shop. Atmosphere was depressing and tables were all still full of leftover food. Very disappointing experience as I think this place could be so much better

Really noisy with constant scrapping of chairs and no soft furnishings to deaden the noise. Difficult to converse. Shame as nice environment. Food and service OK but not too generous with portions particularly chips - Quiche with I counted just 12 chips. Tea in a mug rather than a teapot. K

We've eaten here on a few occasions, food is good and plentiful, but customer service badly let's it down. Very long waits, tables not cleared. Second time we have left before being served. This time we waited 20 minutes before leaving, it wouldn't be so bad if staff actually acknowledged you were there, but nothing. Staffing didn't seem to be a problem. I counted 5 staff members in and out of kitchen. The takeaway counter was busy and got priority. I don't mind waiting, but at least acknowledge your customers and say there might be a wait.

Just a really nice place to stop for lunch. The food is tasty, fresh and cooked to order in kitchens you can see into. They also have some rather nice cream cakes on offer, which were very difficult to resist.

We’ve visited a couple of times after a friend close to Garforth recommended the place. It gets very busy at the weekend so I recommend coming midweek or getting here early! It’s a sweet little shop in an unsuspecting area, next to the leisure centre. There are a big range of treats on offer with savoury and sweet pastries, and lots of gorgeous cakes and tarts. At Easter there were lots of eggs on sale too. You can buy a lot of the good stuff from the counter: the first time we went I ordered a mini chocolate mousse cake and it was absolutely to die for. Melt in the mouth and the silkiest creamiest mousse. It was so good I ordered a birthday cake for my husband. This was the “origine” cake which is layers of dark and milk chocolate cake and mousse. We were blown away by this - it was rich and creamy and more like a dessert than a cake. It went down extremely well. I ordered a medium which was about 6-8 portions; it’s very rich so you don’t need big slices. I think this will be a new go-to for birthdays for us, we couldn’t get enough of it and the ordering process was simple and easy. It was such a wonderful treat to be able to order such a high quality cake here in Leeds and was worth the 25 minute drive from the other side of the ring road. Actually, for that cake I think I would happily walk over hot coals the whole way just to get another slice. Beautifully presented and made with f great care. They also run cookery school sessions if you get a group together, which is something we might try in the future. Can’t wait to come back.

Sampled a croissant and a pain au chocolate today whilst passing….felt like I’d been whisked straight to France! Unbelievable flavour, buttery, flakey, light. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an authentic pastry experience. Très bien Thierry

My first time today at this gem. I sampled some of the patisserie which were all light, not overly sweet and delicious. Thierry the owner is welcoming and comes across well. I will definetly be back to sample more delights. It was well worth the 30 mile drive this morning.

Probably the best patisserie in Yorkshire at the very least. Absolutely incredible selection of wonderful treats from trays of small sandwich platters through to some of the most wonderful desserts you have ever seen or eaten.

My partner and I have visited twice in the last month, and each time have been bowled over by the quality of Thierry’s breads and pastries. For context, we live two hours away: our first visit was for a birthday treat and the second was because….the pastries are worth the two hour drive! :) The almond pain au chocolat is INCREDIBLE and I would also highly recommend the little cake covered in chocolate as the mousse inside is just insanely good. The sponges are beautifully light and nothing is too sweet so flavours are perfectly balanced. The breads are full of flavour and highly recommended! I also purchased some of the chocolate drops to bake with and have yet to do so, but a quick nibble test confirmed the high quality. The best patisserie I’ve found outside France itself! Thierry is so lovely and very passionate about his produce, which is lovely to see. We will be back! (Only one photo because everything got devoured before I remembered to take photos!)

Visited this morning and really enjoyed the food. We had the freddo cappuccinos with the traditional and fresh spanakopita and tyropita and was lovely reminded me of my Yiayias cooking. I’ve been a friend of Rhodes Island for over 20 years and absolutely adore everything Greek – the people, food, music, and culture. Having just returned from Rhodes, I was feeling quite down because I missed it so much. Today, I finally discovered The Greek Corner while searching for the Frappe I had been longing for! We placed an order for collection to enjoy at the airport while watching the planes. As soon as I took my first sip of the Frappe with milk and sugar, I closed my eyes – and pure joy come over me. The pastries were just as delightful! The Greek Corner has just gained a regular customer. I can’t wait to visit again soon. Yamas!

Very authentic cafe / restaurant. Everything is perfect. What else can I say? If I lived in that area I would go there everyday! I don't live in that area but this is definitely worth a visit once a week. I had a lovely coffee and this apple pie with ice-cream to accompany. Fresh and tasty.

Discovered this amazing coffee shop ‘The Greek Corner’ on my way to an appointment in Shipley. The customer service was exceptional, I ordered the cinnamon and chocolate roll, and the pistachio and chocolate croissant. I was given a latte on the house which was greatly received and appreciated. The freshly baked goodies not only looked great but tasted divine! I will make this a regular and definitely return again and again and again! If you want fresh food and great service, this is the place to go. Thank you at ‘the Greek Corner’.

Popped in quickly after doing a bit of shopping to try one of the Croissants I’ve seen on the Facebook page. 10/10, hands down the nicest croissant I’ve ever had & it was so big I had to get some of it boxed up! Really good value for money & the staff were so so lovely. I’ll definitely be back to try some of the savoury food on the menu! Fantastic addition to Shipley :)

We buy cakes and pies from Oddies when we are in Todmorden, we sometimes do a detour on our journey to pass through Tod. The cakes and pies are delicious and always fresh but the custard pies are wonderful. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

Dropped in here to pick up some sandwiches for the Canal walk to Sowerby, expecting usual pre packed sort but how wrong was I NO! these were freshly made a large selection and very yummy they were.Definitely be back for more when I do the other way walk. 10/10 😋

We were passing through Wetherby on our way further north and needed something for lunch on a red hot Saturday. I got a beef, onion, and salad roll on spelt bread, which was fresh and tasted great. My wife picked up a sausage roll, which she said was OK, but as a tea aficionado, she loved the takeaway cuppa. All round, a really pleasant experience.

Need to be quick for certain items... and yet other items (pizza) seemingly never ready early doors. Very hit and miss to be honest. Pizza is great - if it's ready. Steak bake - same. It's a very tiny customer area so queues out the door are the norm... my mum worked there in the early 70's. Customer service? very good overall. Weekend help... young very pretty female staffers for the most part.....so when I'm told by one of these beauties something is sold out... having queued up for ages... I don't care.

Stopped off on the off chance of getting a breakfast bap on the way to Scotland.. We picked our own choice of baps and filling which they cooked fresh... We also had a lovely freshly made sandwich roll to takeaway for lunch to eat later. Loads of choices.. Well done.! . Full marks for excellent food and service.. The food was just perfect.. Wonderful friendly staff.. Wish we lived nearer... Would definitely do a detour to get ourselves replenished in the future.

Love this family run bakery. The breads and baked goods are fabulous. We especially love the baguettes, fruit chocolate flapjacks and sausage rolls too. We buy all our bread and baked goods from The Oven Door and have done for years now. Highly recommended.

Need to change opening times on the door and Google. Advertised as open until 8pm but closed at 19:15. Cheers, kids are crying now. Gave extra star as staff are decent when it’s open.

Only 1 person serving a queue that went out of the door and down the street. 3 more could be seen in the back and the 1 person serving acted like there was all the time in the world , no urgency at all. This is always the case in this branch , this store could make so much more money if they moved faster.

Got to store within 15-20 minutes of opening. Flat cold stake bake. You know dnt usually go Gregg's for this reason. Now I'll never step foot in one again. £2 to put in the bin. Never again.

Worst experience that I ever had is at this Greggs shop. Don’t you ever come again. Staff looks at you like you are invisible. The food is not fresh at all. The sandwiches were also expired and please don’t order sossage rolls because in mine I found a bug. Disgusting

This shop is a busy shop, however, staff are always polite and friendly, staff even have a laugh with regular customers and new customers too, food is always delicious and the shop is always clean and tidy. I would happily recommend Greggs to anyone.

Came to see the local sights today. Spent about £20 in total on various pies and cakes. The Chilli Jam Pork Pies were great. Everything else left much to be desired and we've been well and truly ripped off. Raspberry Buns, Cream Scones, Eccles Cakes all tasted stale and were rock hard. As if they had been out for a few days rather than freshly baked each day. "Artisan Bakery" I don't think!

I have just bought a ham salad sandwich for £4 & an extra 50p for mayo once I opened it I was shocked to say the least certainly not worth that or even £3 photo says it all, lettuce old & brown on the edges hardly any tomatoes or cucumber. Disgusting I shall not buy again Back to Sainsbury’s for a meal deal !!!

Popped into here whilst visiting the area and have to say the customer service is appalling. The girl behind the till maybe needs to practice how to smile and brush up on some polite people skills. Honestly, it won’t crack your face to smile and it might give you more customers. If I lived closer I wouldn’t be returning.

Such a disappointment. All looked great and we tried croissants, fat rascals, and sausage rolls. All were stale and dry. Disappointed children and adults!

Normally the bread here is top draw ! Thought I'd pop in and get some teacakes for work! Expensive which is OK when the quality is good but got home and took the bread out of the bag and it was dry and rock hard round the outside! Maybe it's because it's a Sunday and they are selling Thursday or Fridays bread !! Not good enough from a place where you expect a lot better.

Really disappointing experience at Greggs. From the moment I walked in, the staff member that served me was rude and unwelcoming. I ordered wedges, chicken goujons, a vanilla latte, and picked up an Oasis with a pizza slice under the £3.65 deal. When I asked if the drink was added onto the order, the staff member gave unclear answers and seemed annoyed that I was asking. Then she tried to charge me extra to eat in for the pizza slice deal but not the chicken goujons, claiming the goujons were “hot”. When I asked if the pizza was hot, she checked and said yes, which completely contradicted her reasoning but blamed it on that “its come from a different food counter” When I pointed this out, she said, “I don’t make the rules,” yet somehow ended up waiving the extra eat-in charge. It felt like she was just making things up as she went along. The women then got in the mood and came out to “clean” while starting to slam tables and chairs around and treating other customers nicely which was really funny to watch after being treated so different. Confusing, unprofessional, and rude.

Dined in on sat morning 20 Jan 10.45 the lady serving is a credit to Greggs serving on her own (I am sure you can work out who she is) even though the shop was short staffed she was so friendly so efficient very calm and courteous a breath of fresh air in this day and she deserves a medal,I am sure I am not the only satisfied customer,a big big thumbs up to her 👍👍👍👍😁😁😁😁

Had my dog with me today in Otley & really wanted a coffee. Obviously couldn't take dig in, but the staff went above & beyond, noting my dilemma & came & served me at the door. Thankyou, you went above & beyond for me & I'm very grateful. Always get excellent service at Otley.

This a fine little dog cafe . You can tell the girls love dogs decent coffee and a fantastic Biscoff ice cream milk shake . Scone with cream and jam delicious . Basil the dog enjoyed his ice cream . When in Hebden Bridge give Kibble bakery a visit .

Just popped in as it was dog friendly. Must admit, not the biggest place, due to the shape its quite narrow, which somewhat restricted tables. Even more so, when you have a lanky greyhound. Staff were attentive, not too bad selection of food, though it was expensive we felt for a sandwich. Ended up having toasted currant teacakes. Nice and warm, tea was in a pot and lots to warm you up. Coffee was good too. Staff very good. It just could do with a spruce up and lick of paint. My partner thought it was fine just quirky. ( each to their own). Not a bad place though. Thanks to all the staff.

A cute little cafe that caters to pets! Honestly a lovely little idea. The humans drinks and such were pretty great, but the pet treats was where this place shines. Royal deluxe treatment kinda looking treats. The prices were fair aswell. Just be careful of the stones in the back. There must've been coffee or something spilt on them earlier cause my damn dog kept trying eat them!?! 😂

I’m always after a good coffee wherever I go, and I passed the Kibble Café earlier and decided to order my standard coffee for testing the quality of a café’s brews - a mocha. I wasn’t disappointed! It came very close to the best coffee I’ve ever had, from a place in Manchester. The texture of the foam was near perfect; thick and didn’t dissolve as soon as I started drinking. Cute little design on top as well! The coffee itself tastes like a good mocha rather than slightly watery hot chocolate. It’s difficult to get that balance, and I admit I’m an extremely fussy customer. Maybe the coffee could be very slightly stronger but I drink moka pot coffee black so I think that’s much more down to individual taste than anything else! My dad also got a hot chocolate while we were here, which I was informed was very nice. I’m the pretentious coffee snob and he’s the hot chocolate aficionado, so this café’s doing something right! The atmosphere was also lovely and the staff are friendly and efficient. The drinks are more highly priced than a few other places I’ve been to but I’m happy to pay for a good-quality beverage. 5/5 stars and would come back again! (Sorry for my poor photography and the smudged latte art - I can assure you that this latte art is far and beyond anything I’ve ever produced!)

The staff were really polite, welcoming and enthusiastic considering the dull,cold and wet day. The food was lovely. We had a hot chocolate and pot of tea with a toasted tea cake and a fresh apricot scone. Very reasonably priced also

We ordered a ready for you wedding cake for our wedding on 6th September. It was absolutely perfect, we arranged to collect the day before and kept in our fridge at home until we took it to the venue in the morning. We added our own simple decorations and it looked just how we wanted. The taste was amazing, most of it was eaten on the evening and everyone commented on how tasty it was. Excellent value for money. Best Gluten Free Cake I’ve ever had! Bec made an incredible gluten free cake for my sisters baby shower! She was so wonderful at going through different option with me and flavours! The cake looked incredible and everyone loved it. No one could believe it was gluten free it tasted THAT GOOD! My sister even said is it definitely gluten free?! I try to make a point of visiting this wonderful gem of a place once a week, often just for a sneaky treat just for me, I think I have a favourite one week, but then the next week I’ll try a new flavour and it will blow my mind….these are special calories, worth every single crumb 😋 This was my hubbies cake the lovely team made…delicious squidshy chocolate with salted caramel, out of this world!!

The most delicious and moist gluten free cake I've had! My parents popped in to get me some surprises from the counter and the staff were super helpful and patient in guiding them with what would work with my dietary restrictions. I would add a photo, but the cupcake was so delicious and beautiful that I'd eaten it before I thought!

Bought my partner's birthday cake here, and the cake was soooo goood! 😭😭💖 I keep looking for cakes when I moved here in the UK but most of them were too dry inside but Three Little Birds is different!!!!! The cake is moist and the sweetness is perfect!! Everyone loved the cake 🥹💖💖 cupcakes are good tooo! Will definitely buy more!!!.

A great little gem, high quality fresh honest food and great coffee. Mindy makes a mean sausage, bacon and egg sandwich, and the fresh homemade soup is not to miss and delicious, with a different flavour daily. Great for takeaway or eat in. I can’t recommend this place enough and love it 🥰

Lovely coffee shop. I was up visiting family locally and drove past it on the way to the gym one morning. Lovely floral display in the window lured me in. The staff were really nice. Loads of amazing cakes and treats. The peanut butter pretzel crunch was amazing! I went back the next day to get another one! Definitely check it out.

Lived up here for nearly four years and only just found this amazing place. Coffee is the best I have tasted and the cakes simply melt in your mouth. Staff are so welcoming and accommodating. No need for me to go anywhere else now.

We love Chamberlains. A fantastic cafe in Shepley. Wonderful ground coffee and amazing doorstop slices of toast. Fantastic staff and a lovely atmosphere.

I recently visited the Underground Bakery and was thoroughly impressed! The cinnamon bun was absolutely heavenly – perfectly moist, flaky, and oozing with cinnamon flavor. It was the best cinnamon bun I've had in a long time. The staff were also incredibly friendly and attentive, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. I especially appreciated the recommendations they gave me for other menu items. The coffee was also top-notch, strong and flavorful. Overall, I had a fantastic time at the Underground Bakery and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious treat and a welcoming atmosphere. I can't wait to go back again! There is no seating unfortunately, but if there was I don’t think I would ever leave.

Very nice bakery in the heart of Otley. The staff were lovely and there was a great selection of breads and pasties. It is worth noting however that the pasties are mainly sweet rather than savoury and there isn’t a large selection of filled sandwiches if that is what you are looking for.

Lovely freshly made goods, lots of rotation of things to choose from. Often a queue but worth the wait, gives time to work out what to buy! Almond croissants are great (look out for variations like the cherry version)

Lovely little bakery. Drove here specifically to try the almond croissant. I'm on a quest to find the best almond croissant. I picked this as the first stop because from the Google Maps photos it looked like they wouldn't run out before we got there! Went on a Sunday around 10:30am. I was very excited by the presentation, they looked huge! Unfortunately the almond croissant wasn't to my taste, it was quite bready and dry and the filling could've been sweeter for me (and I don't like overly sweet things!). It wasn't bad, just unfortunately didn't hit the spot. I'm excited to try again at their new Leeds shop. We also got the foccacia which was HUGE and amazing, just a tad excessive on the flaky salt on top. The cinnamon pecan bun was lovely but ironically the dough needed a bit of salt. Coffee was nice but the latte was a bit too milky/ not strong enough for me, I think it's down to personal preference, for me their flat white was what I'd expect a latte to taste like. The staff are lovely and the shop was beautifully presented and clean. There's no seating, just a perching table. Excited to try more from Underground Bakery!

Brilliant little bakery with top staff. Great selection of fresh goodies, I had the best gooey chocolate brownie & a hot chocolate to go & a sourdough bloomer for later- delicious!!!

A regular Saturday treat for the cakes but so hard to choose as they are invariably very good. This weekends Mango and Passion Fruit cruffin was superb. As always friendly staff who do their best to keep the queues down. Never tried the bread just the cakes - roll on next weekend for the next fix

I have driven past this great spot loads over the years and never realised they done fresh tasty keema nan breads it was delicious I was recommended to this hidden gem by a friend so went to try it out the guys working were real friendly guys........ I had the keema nan was the tastiest thing I have ever tasted the bread it's self was lovely it's self will definitely be back ...... probably tomorrow 😆 🤣

Judi Bakery is a hidden gem. Their fresh naan and delicious baklava are absolutely top-notch. The flavors are authentic, and everything tastes freshly made. Highly recommend for anyone craving quality Middle Eastern bakery items.

Went here for the Naans after being recommended by a colleague. Absolutely delicious and well priced so I bought a couple of other bits as well. Staff friendly enough. Was a bit disappointed that only the plain naan was available when they had all sorts of delicious looking dishes on display above the counter, but the loveliness of the ones I did get more than made up for it. Parking near here can be a nightmare but that isn't their fault.

Cheapest for Naan in Bradford- 3 for a £1, Herbal teas, dried fruits and nuts many Turkish items at a reasonable price.

Rang up to ask for the price of something instead of telling me the price the guy on the line said ‘I’m very busy bye’ and hung up on me. Like do you not want customers? Is that the aim?

This place gets a really bad rep cause of a bad article in the paper cause of some bags on the floor??? which they have now replaced with buckets. I have gotten fresh naan from here of all sorts and they have always been prepped infront of me, super fresh and really tasty! Really good value as well! Highly recommend for fresh naan!

Pasties and sausage rolls are stone cold with very little to choose from. No pizza slices offered at this Greggs.

Made a visit Saturday afternoon 1pm...zero selection of sandwiches...hot deli was empty...only had 2 cheese and onions, 3 sausage and beans, veg sausage rolls and veg bakes options had more then the rest put together...pepperoni slices only just came out and was gone within seconds as there was no other options for customers. There was 4 staff in sight but can't keep a food establishment topped up when it's peak hours...some serious lack of management and staff..also this is the 3rd time I been to this greggs and each time there was a 10min wait for sausage rolls...not even any bagged up cold ones...

We decided to sit in to eat, as I was looking after my disabled brother I encouraged my Grandaughter to go and order her own slice of pizza. She was met by a staff member rolling her eyes at her, a grown woman rolling her eyes at a child, what’s that about? She’s only politely asked for a slice of pizza! Later a different member of staff was much politer and smiled when she went back up to collect a doughnut. I wouldn’t normally leave a bad review as I try to think everyone can have a bad day but staff shouldn’t be rude to anyone let alone children! Terrible and disappointing.

Slowest Greggs I've ever seen. Staff never seem to have any sense of urgency, don't prioritise serving when they can see a queue building up and then takes ages to serve. If there's more than two people in the queue I don't risk going inside in case I die of starvation while I wait for my Gravy Bake and Sausage roll. Bonus star for having a toilet though.

Toilets absolutely filthy need a good deep clean

I love a Greggs. But this one can get in the bin. It's like a sausage roll based version of Waiting for Godot. Everything will be just three minutes - even in three minutes time.

Nice to get a coffee on route walking my dog, sometimes a vegan sausage roll which is very nice and sometimes a chelsea bun, even nicer. Not keen on the sandwiches and the lack of filling but the baguettes are fresh. One of the servers not so friendly which gives it 3 stars.

Lovely food, helpful staff shame there weren’t more people in. I had the small breakfast, tasty and proper bread for toast.

Had breakfast today hard egg burnt toast can't the cook who obviously can't cook !!!!! Se this before she takes to customer ? I also bought ham salad sandwich which are normally delicious and this had big off cuts of ham in chunks in the sandwich disgusting off cut pieces of ham are given to animals or thrown away ! Standards have slipped the cook needs replacing before she damages your business and make sure your offcuts of ham do no go in your sandwiches

Great sandwiches, wide selection and Rachel is so lovely and helpful. I would recommend this sandwich shop to everyone that likes good quality produce at a reasonable price.
