I have stayed in five-star hotels all over the world — in Dubai, Oman, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Los Angeles, Paris, Kuala Lumpur, across Europe, and in South America — but I have never experienced anything quite like The St. Regis Doha in Qatar.
From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was on another level: warm, genuine, and full of heart. The food was absolutely wonderful, beautifully presented, and every meal felt like a special occasion.
What truly set The St. Regis Doha apart, however, was the service. It was personal, friendly, and had a genuine family-like warmth that made us feel completely at home. Several team members deserve special mention for making our stay unforgettable:
• Gözde at Reception — A fellow Turkish angel 🇹🇷🧿 always welcoming with a bright smile and ready to assist in every way. Sending me flowers and treats when I was unwell
• Noor in Guest Relations — professional, kind, and always attentive.
• Roulla, Head of Guest Relations — absolutely marvellous! She was incredibly caring and attentive, making me feel truly special and ensuring every need was met with such grace and warmth.
• Safa in the restaurant — greeted me every morning like a sister, with genuine joy and kindness.
• Carol in the restaurant — ensured we were never without a drink and was always there when needed, so gracious and attentive.
• Kazi in The Vine restaurant — an absolute gem, demonstrating perfect professionalism and skill.
• And even the cleaning staff, especially Hamza, who greeted us each morning in the breakfast room with a cheerful smile and “good morning.”
Every single member of the team is a true credit to the St. Regis name. We cannot recommend The St. Regis Doha highly enough and will most certainly be returning.
