They came without ice cream, so we had to ask for that again, which we received an apology for and were then given strawberry instead of vanilla as that was all they had left. I tried quite many Thai food as it’s one of my favorite cuisine but it’s actually quite hard to find the right Pad Thai. Noodle was just cooked right and sauce was just perfect. Also the rest dishes are cooked properly as well. Chicken and squid were as juicy as it was just cooked. Even batter was delicious. We loved papaya salad as well. Every dish was absolutely amazing and phenomenal. I never expected to have the best Thai in Birmingham and if I have to visit Birmingham again, there’s no doubt this place will be the first one to go.

The decor was beautiful. Very clean and great staff. Service was excellent. The food was great standard full of flavour. We ordered the set menu for 2 which included great starters including sweetcorn fritters, money bags and chicken skewers. Everything was delicious. Unfortunately the food was diabolically bad, almost as bad as I've ever been served. We ordered an array of batterred items eg cauliflower and other bits. The graffiti is amazing, the vibe is really urban and gritty but there's also a lot of cool bars and restaurants. It's a short walk from digbeth coach station and a little further from the bullring. Suggest checking parking prior to arriving in the area, a mix of narrow 1-way streets, broader streets with on-street parking, & larger car parks a little further from the centre. The Custard Factory itself wasn't open. A shame as I'd have loved to explore the history of the area further.
