My last visit was about 6 years ago and of course, their signage has been revamped. In the day time, diners can order their BCM (Bak Chor Mee) but from what I remembered, it used to be served in an earthen clay pot. The fiery kick from the chilli is notable and their braised mushroom is fragrant. Besides coupling the noodles with minced meat, liver, meatball, the noodle has slices of fish cakes too. If you are not into their Signature Mee Sua, you can order their BCM with other noodles too. While their signature dish is still popular, diners have to wait at least 20 minutes for their order. Just look around and you will see most of the diners in the coffee shop is waiting for their clay pot orders. I would say that their standards remain the same and upon ordering, they will still let us know the waiting time. The chicken is tender and I'm glad that the rice was well cooked and goes very well with their in house chilli that gave a fiery kick to our palates.
